While the business and church communities stood tall during the recent Kingsland flood catastrophe, there was one glaring exception. On 10-17-18, the Antlers Coffee Shop closed due to storm-related failure of the Kingsland water system. Patrons, however, are routinely allowed to get online outside even when the shop is closed.

A long-term coffee shop customer entered the hotel lobby to ask the desk clerk whether wifi was still up and running after the catastrophe. She said it was and told the patron he could get online inside the closed shop. She then asked him to have another regular customer who had just arrived outside to come in and get out of the cold as well.

Antlers co-proprietor Rick apparently quickly got wind of both customers, made quite a jackass of himself emulating the petulant narcissist currently occupying the Oval Office. Aggressive stupidity at a time the Kingsland business community is indeed suffering, can least afford it. Further proof positive of the old adage 'can fix ignorant, can't fix stupid.'

Why would, why should both customers put up with this? Think this hasn't happened to others?

Your deputy has been accused of abusing authority. What action have you taken other than ignore the complaint? Why aren't both Rodriguez and the County Attorney under criminal investigation? The County Attorney appears to be obstructing justice, accepting the word of Greene in lieu of two surveyor companies who strongly assert otherwise. Both the County Attorney and District Attorney have ignored complaints. Par for the course in Llano County, isn't it? Failed to do their jobs. No surprise there, right, Bill? Both receiving 'special consideration' up to and/or including a bribe from Greene? Regardless, clearly, no justice in Nazi Llano County. Bottom line? Desperate need for an outside criminal investigation. Conveniently, forget? This County is ruled by men, certainly not rule of law and the United States Constitution.

Precisely, why there is desperate need for a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, and prosecute criminal law enforcement, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose only mandate would be to adjudicate such cases. Total independence. Until that happens, the criminal bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County will continue to do as they please.

The County Attorney appears to be protecting and defending the deputy at behest of Kingsland property owner Johnny Greene. May have received some consideration from Greene up to and including a bribe. Are the County Attorney, Greene, and the Deputy under criminal investigation? If not, why not?

As you're well aware, we have an outrageously corrupt, abusive, achingly inept Llano County Sheriff's Office here in Nazi Llano County. Worse, you and your office aid and abet these SS jackbooted bastards in black. The issue at the moment is the same it's been the last six months.

How is it two surveyor companies, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, even the goddamned Sheriff himself now states Kingsland resident James Berardi owns the lots in contention all these months?

Yet, you ludicrously assert that's not the County's legal position. It's not? Why not? You claim you're not a real estate expert. Rather than accept the advice of two surveyor companies, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, and even the Sheriff himself, you've inexplicably chosen to follow the advice of property owner Johnny Greene, -- who conveniently happens to be reportedly in the oil industry.

Question to be asked. Could you have received any 'consideration' in return, -- up to and including a bribe? Only way to know for sure is for the District Attorney to conduct a criminal investigation. Apparently, there has been none. If not, why not?

Our achingly useless, worthless, gutless Sheriff has ignored an email vis a vis the damage this jackbooted thug is responsible for. Interestingly, his fellow officers believe him to be an idiot. Yet, the Sheriff continued to defend this piece of human excrement until he realized this entire fiasco would not be swept under the carpet.

Rodriguez is indeed an idiot. Would you believe this piece of crap ordered the motor home to be moved on to an unmarked unused Llano County road? That motor home has indeed been moved back to where it was parked before Rodriguez forced it to be moved. Why hasn't the County paid for the cost of moving it back? To say nothing of the damage.

Equally pointedly, why is it the County has allowed Theresa Ahrens to park and live in her tiny cottage on that very same road? Why hasn't she been evicted by the County? Why was she assessed taxes on an adjacent improvement she doesn't own?

Why is it, Counselor, Johnny Greene is paying for the attorney retained by Ms. Ahrens? Is Greene attempting to make this all go away by bribery? Greene has also informed Berardi he is going to sue. For what? Has Greene lost his mind?

Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? One hundred thirty six weeks, now. A goddamned disgrace. Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? In the increasingly vicious climate perpetrated by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue, would certainly be in the best interest of law enforcement to immediately release all videos of such deadly encounters. ... Unless, of course, they've deliberately murdered their victims.

"Initially, officials said Bradford was engaged in a fight with an 18-year-old at the Riverchase Galleria Mall in Hoover, Ala. when he pulled out a gun and shot the teen. A 12-year-old bystander also was wounded that night. That night, police and city officials hailed the quick response as "heroic." But officials later retracted the statement saying it was "highly unlikely" that Bradford fired the shots that injured two people."

"In a statement early Monday, city and police officials said they can "say with certainty Mr. Bradford brandished a gun during the seconds following the gunshots, which instantly heightened the sense of threat to approaching police officers responding to the chaotic scene." Body camera and other available video was turned over to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department as part of the investigation, and the evidence is now with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency. "We extend sympathy to the family of Emantic J. Bradford of Hueytown, who was shot and killed during Hoover Police efforts to secure the scene in the seconds following the original altercation and shooting. The loss of human life is a tragedy under any circumstances," the statement continued."

"Bradford's family spoke at a press conference Sunday, accompanied by their attorney, Ben Crump. Crump says several witnesses have come forward since shooting to say the police officer who killed Bradford didn't give any verbal commands to Bradford before shooting him in the face."

"Officials also say the shooter could still be at large. Crump says they offered Bradford no medical assistance after the shooting. Family members were tearful at the press conference at Birmingham's Kelly Ingram Park. Several clutched photos of Bradford. At one point, Bradford's grandmother, Althea Pipkin, collapsed and was escorted off as she sobbed over her grandson's killing. Attorney Crump and the family say it's just another instance of a black man dying at the hands of police. Crump has represented other black men who have died at the hands of police and others, including Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown."

The murder of innocent unarmed blacks remains an enormous problem in our formerly great country. Must not be forgotten it's a problem as well in the white community. He says they did not call him before they gave a media briefing and that he has yet to receive a call."

"My son is gone. I can't get him back ... you vilified my son," Bradford Sr. said Sunday. April Pipkins, Bradford's mother, says Thanksgiving will never be the same again. Other family members joined Pipkins at the press conference. One of them was Clemon Brown, who is Bradford's younger brother. Brown says he blames the media for going with early police accounts. "E.J. was not that kind of guy at all," Brown says. "He was very respectful to his mother [and] his father." The family says Bradford had been taking care of his father, who is battling cancer. Crump says the family is unsure as to whether they can have an open casket funeral because the police officer shot Bradford in the face. Law enforcement has not yet released any details on the fatal shooting. Crump says in the meantime, they are going to explore every possible legal avenue available on the state and federal level. "What the family wants most is justice," Crump says."

"He died on the tile between a GameStop and a Footaction, blood pooled around his head. In time, more officers gathered around the body, and several onlookers took pictures. "That boy didn’t shoot at nobody,” a man in the corridor said as he filmed. “The shooter is down at this time,” an emergency dispatcher announced on the radio."

"After police backed away from their claim that Bradford shot anyone, his parents hired civil rights attorney Ben Crump, who has previously represented the families of black shooting victims such as Stephon Clark and Trayvon Martin. "A Facebook executive whose brother died after being Tasered by deputies in California last month said she has seen footage of the incident that contradicts the police narrative of the fatal encounter."

"Chinedu Valentine Okobi, 36, was unarmed when he died Oct. 3 after being repeatedly Tasered by San Mateo County Sheriff's deputies in Millbrae. Officials said he suffered cardiac arrest. Ebele Okobi, Chinedu's sister and Facebook's director of public policy for Africa, said in a post on the social media platform she and her mother watched her brother being "tortured to death" in the videos, which have not been publicly released, as he yelled, "Somebody please help me!" and "What did I do?"

If there is nothing to hide, release the videos. Do it now. Why sit on them? Let the public see for itself.

"In the Facebook post, Ebele Okobi said the videos contradict a statement from the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office saying a deputy first approached her brother because he was "running in and out of traffic," and her brother "immediately assaulted an officer." Rather, she said, the videos show her brother — a father and graduate of Morehouse College — walking along a sidewalk carrying bags when a deputy pulled up alongside him in his patrol vehicle, and said he needs to question him."

"She said her brother gave an inaudible answer in the video, then walked to the intersection, checked for traffic and crossed the street. She said the deputy then called in a "Code 3," meaning to send back-up for an emergency. The deputy sped up to cut off her brother as another police car sped up in front of him. One deputy came out of her car and rushed into Chinedu Okobi, as he twisted to the side and moved his hands up. Ebele Okobi said deputies grabbed her brother and ripped off his jacket. As he tried to run, another deputy hit him with a Taser and he fell to the street, crying. Ebele Okobi said her brother was still holding his hands in air. "He is not fighting, just crying in pain. I will never forget the visual of his hands, waving above his head, open, begging," Ebele Okobi wrote in the Facebook post. Ebele Okobi said the deputies continue to Taser her brother and one struck him with a baton. Her brother at some point tried to run across the street, Ebele Okobi said, and the deputies chased him, Tasered him, pepper sprayed him and jumped on top of him."

"She described audio of one of the deputies saying, "Stay on top of him, stay on top of him." Someone asked if her brother was still breathing, and someone else shouted, "I see blood!" He did not assault anyone. My baby brother, as big as he was, didn't even defend himself." Wagstaffe, who is investigating the death, told CBS News last month deputies initially approached Okobi because they were worried about his safety. He said Okobi resisted officers, and when they couldn't gain control of him using their hands, two deputies deployed their Tasers. Okobi was Tasered between three and four times, Wagstaffe said."

He wants the troops brought home quickly."

Violence erupted as Mexican police attempted to break up the protesters, and some made a run for the border between Tijuana and San Diego, California."

Today, it’s one of four Navy shipyards that maintain the nation’s nuclear-powered submarines and aircraft carriers, which enable the Pentagon to respond quickly to military and humanitarian crises across the globe."

"But the shipyard now faces its greatest existential threat: rising seas and extreme weather driven by climate change. In the past 10 years, Norfolk Naval Shipyard has suffered nine major floods that have damaged equipment used to repair ships, and the flooding is worsening, according to the Navy. In 2016, rain from Hurricane Matthew left 2 feet of water in one building, requiring nearly $1.2 million in repairs. And that wasn’t even a direct hit — the most immediate worry, former military leaders say, is a strong storm that blows right through the area. “It would have the potential for serious, if not catastrophic damage, and it would certainly put the shipyard out of business for some amount of time,” said Ray Mabus, who was the Navy secretary under President Barack Obama. “That has implications not just for the shipyard, but for us, for the Navy.” Among the shipyard’s greatest vulnerabilities are its five dry docks, which are waterside basins that can be sealed and pumped dry to expose a ship’s hull for repairs. Once inside, vessels are often cut open, leaving expensive mechanical systems vulnerable to damage from storms and flooding. The dry docks “were not designed to accommodate the threats” of rising seas and stronger storms, according to a 2017 report by the Government Accountability Office. Navy officials warned the government watchdog agency that flooding in a dry dock could cause “catastrophic damage to the ships.”

Tigar of San Francisco issued a nationwide restraining order barring enforcement of the policy President Trump announced Nov. 8, which he billed as an urgent attempt to stop the flow of thousands of asylum-seeking families across the border each month. The government had said it would allow only people who cross at legal checkpoints to request asylum. Those entering elsewhere could seek a temporary form of protection that is harder to win and doesn’t yield full citizenship. The changes would amount to a transformation of long-established asylum procedures, codified both at the international level and by Congress. “Whatever the scope of the President’s authority, he may not rewrite the immigration laws to impose a condition that Congress has expressly forbidden,” wrote the judge, whom President Barack Obama nominated to the federal bench in 2012. Tigar reasoned that the “failure to comply with entry requirements such as arriving at a designated port of entry should bear little, if any, weight in the asylum process.”

"Tigar said the president could not shift asylum policy on his own. His order will remain in effect until Dec. 19, at which point the court will consider arguments for a permanent order."

"Walmart, the nation's largest retail chain, has asked the campaign of Sen. Cindy Hyde-Smith, R-Miss., to refund a total of $4,000 in campaign donations after actress Debra Messing flagged the contribution and complained to her more than 530,000 Twitter followers. The most recent donation from a Walmart PAC was reported on Nov. 18, according to a Federal Election Commission report. The contribution was reported several days after Hyde-Smith was caught on camera joking alongside one of her longtime supporters that if he ever invited her to attend a public hanging, she'd sit in the front row. Hyde-Smith and her campaign later clarified that the comment was a bad joke. But talk of public hangings in a state with a deep history of them earned a strong rebuke from her Democratic opponent, Mike Espy, who is African-American, other Mississippi Democrats and national civil rights groups."

"Walmart on Tuesday said it was "requesting a refund" from the campaign of Republican Sen. Cindy Hyde-Smith after the company came under pressure to distance itself from the Mississippi lawmaker's "public hanging" remark. Campaign finance records show that the company made a $2,000 donation on Nov. 18, nearly a week after a video of Hyde-Smith saying she would be "on the front row" if a supporter invited her to "a public hanging" went viral. Records also show the company gave a $1,000 contribution to her campaign this past June. The retail giant announced its decision to withdraw its support from Hyde-Smith in response to actress Debra Messing, who tweeted about the issue on Monday.

"We are now close to a no-choice war against Hamas in Gaza. We must strike hard to restore deterrence," Intelligence Minister Israel Katz told the conference. "Any attack on Israeli soil must be met with a tough response ... if Sinwar or (Hamas political chief Ismail) Haniyeh were to fire a bullet or a rocket at a soldier or Israeli citizens they will pay with their heads."

While the fall in oil prices doesn't yet match the 2014-2016 slump to $26 per barrel, the current slump should soon make itself felt through the global economy. The international crude benchmark, Brent, has fallen under $65 per barrel from a four-year high in early October over $86, and U.S. crude has dropped below $55 a barrel."

The law was signed by Republican Gov. Phil Bryant in March, but a court quickly imposed a temporary block, which was extended several times. The order was set to expire Monday. "The ban's lawfulness hinges on a single question: whether the 15-week mark is before or after viability," District Judge Carlton W. Reeves wrote in his Tuesday ruling. "The record is clear: States may not ban abortions prior to viability; 15 weeks [since a woman's last menstrual period] is prior to viability," he wrote.

"Reuters reports the ruling effectively blocks a similar ban on abortions after 15 weeks gestation in Louisiana, which was set to take effect if the Mississippi law survived. Mississippi Attorney General Jim Hood, a Democrat, said he knew the law would be difficult to defend in court. "We know that bans below 20 weeks have been struck down," he said in March. "Alan Dershowitz, a frequent defender of President Donald Trump, said special counsel Robert Mueller’s report will be “devastating” for the president. The Harvard Law professor emeritus told ABC News Chief Anchor George Stephanopoulos that he believes the president will have to navigate the political impact of a potentially damning final report from the special counsel. “I think the report is going to be devastating to the president and I know that the president's team is already working on a response to the report,” Dershowitz said on "This Week" Sunday. "Russian warships seized three Ukrainian naval vessels on Sunday in a narrow waterway that provides access from the Black Sea to the much smaller Sea of Azov near Crimea, ramping up already bitter tensions between the two countries. On Sunday, Russia dispatched warplanes to patrol the area after the Ukrainian navy tried to send the ships through the Kerch Strait, a waterway with strategic significance for both countries that passes under a newly built Russian bridge. In May, President Vladimir Putin personally opened the bridge over the Kerch Strait, connecting the Crimea peninsula — which Moscow seized in 2014 — to Russia's mainland. "Several Google employees have gone public with their opposition to the tech giant's plans for building a search engine tailored to China's censorship demands. The project, code-named Dragonfly, would block certain websites and search terms determined by the Chinese government — a move that, according to a growing number of workers at Google, is tantamount to enabling "state surveillance." "We are among thousands of employees who have raised our voices for months. International human rights organizations and investigative reporters have also sounded the alarm, emphasizing serious human rights concerns and repeatedly calling on Google to cancel the project," said the letter's signatories, whose group initially numbered nine employees but has ballooned since its publication on Medium.

"News of the program first surfaced in the website The Intercept, which reported in August that the customized search engine would "blacklist websites and search terms about human rights, democracy, religion, and peaceful protest." As NPR's Jasmine Garsd explained, those terms would likely include such words as "repression," "Nobel Prize" and "Tiananmen Square," the Beijing landmark where Chinese authorities brutally subdued mass protests nearly three decades ago. "And this is really important," she told NPR's Morning Edition: "The search platform would also reportedly make Chinese users' search records accessible to the government."

Raises the question is Google turning over search records in the United States to government goons without a warrant?

"Other news outlets, such as The New York Times, backed up the Intercept's reporting, noting Google's desire to tap the huge Chinese market — though adding that work on the project does not necessarily mean its release is imminent. Use Google? You're a fool. While there is no question its search engine is indeed powerful, they track. Sell and share user information. DuckDuckGo and Startpage do not. Both are excellent, particularly, DuckDuckGo. There are alternatives to Google. Wake up.

The tech giant decided not to renew a contract with the Pentagon after employees revolted over a controversial project involving artificial intelligence for drone footage analysis. "After a year of disappointments including Project Maven, Dragonfly, and Google's support for abusers, we no longer believe this is the case," they wrote. "This is why we're taking a stand."

"More than 90 Google employees have joined a petition protesting the company’s plans to build a search engine that complies with China’s online censorship regime. An employee-led backlash against the project has been churning for months at the company, but Tuesday’s petition marks the first time workers at Google have used their names in a public document objecting to the plans.

“Our opposition to Dragonfly is not about China: we object to technologies that aid the powerful in oppressing the vulnerable, wherever they may be,” stated the petition, published on Medium. “The Chinese government certainly isn’t alone in its readiness to stifle freedom of expression, and to use surveillance to repress dissent. Dragonfly in China would establish a dangerous precedent at a volatile political moment, one that would make it harder for Google to deny other countries similar concessions.”

Pichai has said that Google’s China-compliant search engine is not a done deal. “I take a long-term view of this,” he said during an event hosted by Wired in October. “And I think it’s important for us — given how important the market is, and how many users there are — we feel obliged to think hard about this problem and take a long-term view.”

Lindsey Graham urged congresswoman-elect and progressive firebrand Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to visit the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum after she compared the Central American migrants seeking asylum at the southern border to different groups of refugees, including Jewish families fleeing persecution in Nazi Germany."

Mighty Aryan arrogant of the Republican national socialist, fascist, no? LOL. Then again, the Ocasio-Cortez 'democratic socialist' would have none of it. LOL. The following exchange is highly indicative of why both extremes leave the political middle holding the bag, -- figuratively speaking.

The special counsel team's court filing provided no details about the prevarication."

"Lawyers for former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort have briefed President Donald Trump's legal team on what Manafort has told special counsel Robert Mueller's prosecutors, the president's lead attorney told ABC News Wednesday. "They share with me the things that pertain to our part of the case," Rudy Giuliani said."

"Special counsel Robert Mueller is treating former Donald Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort "like a terrorist," the president's personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, told NBC News on Wednesday. The New York Times reported Tuesday that one of Manafort's attorneys briefed Trump's lawyers on his client’s conversations and details of his cooperation with the special counsel. Responding to that story by text, Giuliani accused the special counsel's office of treating "Manafort like he's a terrorist, incarcerating him before trial, solitary incarceration and repeated questioning."

"Manafort's treatment amid prosecution was hardly draconian: In his first Virginia jail, he had a private bathroom in his private jail cell thanks to his high-profile status and was reportedly allowed to have a laptop to review evidence. An alleged terrorist would have far fewer privileges and even limited attorney visits. What's more, he was initially released on bail but was returned to jail to await trial after violating his bail agreement for witness tampering."

"If you are trying to corruptly influence his testimony by dangling a pardon, that could be witness tampering," Daniel Goldman, a former federal prosecutor who is now an NBC News and MSNBC legal analyst, said on Andrea Mitchell Reports."

Cindy Hyde-Smith is the projected winner of the Senate runoff in Mississippi, according to The Associated Press, overcoming a series of missteps that brought the state's dark history of racism and violence to the forefront. Hyde-Smith, who was appointed to the Senate earlier this year after GOP Sen. Thad Cochran stepped down due to health reasons, defeated former congressman and Agriculture Secretary Mike Espy. Neither candidate had won the requisite 50 percent in the first round of the special election on Election Day. She's the first woman elected to the Senate from Mississippi. Hyde-Smith was the favorite in the solidly red state, and the final Senate election of 2018 was long seen as an afterthought. But when video surfaced earlier this month of the senator telling a supporter, "If he invited me to a public hanging, I'd be on the front row," the state's racial wounds were re-opened."

"CIA Director Gina Haspel was conspicuously absent from a Capitol Hill briefing on military aid to Saudi Arabia Wednesday, a decision Democratic Whip Dick Durbin said Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and Defense Secretary Jim Mattis told senators was at the White House's direction. "We asked why Gina Haspel wasn't there and the two that were there said that was a decision by the White House," Durbin told reporters following the briefing. Trump ally Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham threatened he wouldn't vote for a spending bill until he hears from the CIA directly, and said he already told the president that. "If that briefing is not given soon, it's going to be hard for me to vote for any spending bill," Graham told reporters, adding when asked for clarification, "I'm talking about any key vote anything you need me for to get out of town, I ain't doing it until we hear from the CIA."

The briefing with Pompeo, Mattis and senators on Capitol Hill Wednesday comes ahead of a vote they're expected to take on cutting off military aid to Saudi Arabia for a war in Yemen. Pompeo and Mattis argued Wednesday that U.S. involvement there is critical — but both Republican and Democratic senators who spoke with reporters after the briefing seemed less convinced of that.

The discovery caused concern among environmentalists and government officials in one of the world's largest plastic polluting countries. Rescuers from Wakatobi National Park found the rotting carcass of the 31-foot sperm whale late Monday near the park in Southeast Sulawesi province. They had received a report from environmentalists that villagers surrounded the dead whale and were beginning to butcher the rotting carcass, park chief Heri Santoso said. Santoso said researchers from wildlife conservation group WWF and the park's conservation academy found about 13 pounds of plastic waste in the animal's stomach, including four plastic bottles, 25 plastic bags, a nylon sack and more than 1,000 other assorted pieces of plastic. libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers. Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless

be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Shay, Shay's Home Daycare, Kingsland, TX. A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.
