While the business and church communities stood tall during the recent Kingsland flood catastrophe, there was one glaring exception. On 10-17-18, the Antlers Coffee Shop closed due to storm-related failure of the Kingsland water system. Patrons, however, are routinely allowed to get online outside even when the shop is closed.

A long-term coffee shop customer entered the hotel lobby to ask the desk clerk whether wifi was still up and running after the catastrophe. She said it was and told the patron he could get online inside the closed shop. She then asked him to have another regular customer who had just arrived outside to come in and get out of the cold as well.

Antlers co-proprietor Rick apparently quickly got wind of both customers, made quite a jackass of himself emulating the petulant narcissist currently occupying the Oval Office. Aggressive stupidity at a time the Kingsland business community is indeed suffering, can least afford it. Further proof positive of the old adage 'can fix ignorant, can't fix stupid.'

Why would, why should both customers put up with this? Think this hasn't happened to others?

Not all police work is routine. Some of it quite out of the ordinary, but a necessary humanitarian public service, -- especially when it involves loose livestock. CBS News reports:

"A California police department found an unusual –– but effective –– way to catch a giant pig on the run over the weekend. Officers used a bag of Doritos chips to lure the pig, "the size of a mini horse," back into its gate. On Sunday, the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department responded to a call of a roaming pig and posted pictures and a video of the encounter on social media. "Crime fighting to safely securing a mini horse sized pig, we do it all," the Instagram post read."

"The footage shows one of the officers walking in front of the hefty swine, flashing a Doritos chip, as the pig follows her. Pictures show the animal was receptive to the trick and to the officers' petting."

"Apparently, it wasn't their first encounter with the mammoth pig. Due to previous calls, responding officers Deputy Ponce and Deputy Berg knew where he lived and took him to his home. "We were able to put him back and secure the gate," Deputy Ponce said. "It was fun."

The following is exceptional. The Florida Governor certainly stepped up. CBS News reports:

"Florida Gov. Rick Scott has opened up the governor's mansion in Tallahassee to state troopers on their way to areas hit hard by Hurricane Michael. Scott and first lady Ann Scott had dinner on Thursday with 50 troopers and 35 of them slept on cots inside the mansion prior to their deployment. The governor's office said it would continue to use the mansion as a shelter for law enforcement as long as necessary. There are 600 state troopers assisting with the response and recovery in Florida's Panhandle and Big Bend area. "These law enforcement officers are leaving the comfort of their homes and company of their families to deploy for critical hurricane response and recovery missions and we cannot thank all of our law enforcement enough for their service," Scott said in a statement."

"Scott thanked the Publix supermarket chain for "generously" donating food to feed the troopers during their stay."

"Most of Florida's capital is without power, but the mansion has generators to provide electricity. The residence is located just north of the state Capitol. As of Friday morning, more than 1.4 million utility customers from Florida to Virginia were without power. The death toll from Hurricane Michael, which made landfall near Mexico Beach, Florida, Wednesday, has jumped to at least 13, and authorities expect the number to rise. "

In contrast to the above, the following is hellacious. Man's inhumanity to his fellow man. CBS News reports:

"A cancer survivor says he was brought to tears after a store owner told him to cover his face or leave on Monday. Kirby Evans' daughter wrote a Facebook post about her dad's experience at Forks Pit Stop in Walterboro, South Carolina. Brandy Evans says her dad went into the store to buy something to eat, but before he could grab a seat at a table, the owner "grabbed him by his shirt and pulled him into her office." "She told him 'IF HE WAS GOING TO EAT IN HERE HE WOULD HAVE TO COVER HIS FACE!!,'" Brandy Evans wrote on Facebook. "He left and went home in tears to tell me what happened."

Can't understand why anyone would do this to a fellow human being. Has to be one hell of a miserable woman.

"Evans says her dad is a cancer survivor and lost his left eye and nose during his battle with the disease. "My father was discriminated against because of the way he looks. He cannot help what the cancer did to him," she wrote. "It hurt deep inside," Kirby Evans told CBS Charleston affiliate WCSC. "I've never been treated like that. Never." Brandy Evans called her dad the strongest man she knows. "It hurt me to see him hurt like this, especially over something he cannot help. My father is also on a fixed income and can not afford the surgeries it would to take to fix... where his nose was," she wrote. She calls out the store manager in the post. "Just so you know ... my father can not cover his face with an eye patch. It rubs the eye socket raw and where his nose was," Evans wrote. "It has to stay open."

"Brandy Evans said the store owner, Donna Crosby, commented on the Facebook post and said in part, "I in no way tried to hurt your father ... I had no choice! It was running my customers off."

"CBS News reached out to Crosby and has yet to hear back. Her husband told WCSC that she was emotionally upset and can't talk about what happened, but that the store is wrongfully accused."

"I'm telling you what, I didn't know there's that many people out there that cared," the cancer survivor said. "But there are. They're out there. Everywhere." Brandy Evans told WCSC that many local residents have rallied around her dad since hearing about the incident. "It's really made me proud to watch everybody rally around him and let him know that he doesn't have to hide his battle scars," she said."

Your deputy has been accused of abusing authority. What action have you taken other than ignore the complaint? Why aren't both Rodriguez and the County Attorney under criminal investigation? The County Attorney appears to be obstructing justice, accepting the word of Greene in lieu of two surveyor companies who strongly assert otherwise. Both the County Attorney and District Attorney have ignored complaints. Par for the course in Llano County, isn't it? Failed to do their jobs. No surprise there, right, Bill? Both receiving 'special consideration' up to and/or including a bribe from Greene? Regardless, clearly, no justice in Nazi Llano County. Bottom line? Desperate need for an outside criminal investigation. Conveniently, forget? This County is ruled by men, certainly not rule of law and the United States Constitution.

Precisely, why there is desperate need for a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, and prosecute criminal law enforcement, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose only mandate would be to adjudicate such cases. Total independence. Until that happens, the criminal bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County will continue to do as they please.

The enclosed emails were sent to the Llano County Attorney and Sheriff, respectively, vis a vis the above matter. Remain unanswered. The County Attorney appears to be protecting and defending the deputy at behest of Kingsland property owner Johnny Greene. May have received some consideration from Greene up to and including a bribe. Are the County Attorney, Greene, and the Deputy under criminal investigation? If not, why not?

How is it two surveyor companies, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, even the goddamned Sheriff himself now states Kingsland resident James Berardi owns the lots in contention all these months?

Question to be asked. Could you have received any 'consideration' in return, -- up to and including a bribe? Only way to know for sure is for the District Attorney to conduct a criminal investigation. Apparently, there has been none. If not, why not?

Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to this Kingsland property owner? To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.

Our achingly useless, worthless, gutless Sheriff has ignored an email vis a vis the damage this jackbooted thug is responsible for. Interestingly, his fellow officers believe him to be an idiot. Yet, the Sheriff continued to defend this piece of human excrement until he realized this entire fiasco would not be swept under the carpet.

Rodriguez is indeed an idiot. Would you believe this piece of crap ordered the motor home to be moved on to an unmarked unused Llano County road? That motor home has indeed been moved back to where it was parked before Rodriguez forced it to be moved. Why hasn't the County paid for the cost of moving it back? To say nothing of the damage.

Equally pointedly, why is it the County has allowed Theresa Ahrens to park and live in her tiny cottage on that very same road? Why hasn't she been evicted by the County? Why was she assessed taxes on an adjacent improvement she doesn't own?

Why is it, Counselor, Johnny Greene is paying for the attorney retained by Ms. Ahrens? Is Greene attempting to make this all go away by bribery? Greene has also informed Berardi he is going to sue. For what? Has Greene lost his mind?

What about Wells who installed a $4500 septic system on a lot turns out he does not own as a result of Greene, an outrageously inept County, to say nothing of the Llano County Attorney who remains equally determinedly clueless?

How about Bolen who hasn't a pot to piss in, but was nonetheless f--ked over by Greene to say nothing of an egregiously inept County, to say nothing of you and your goddamned equally incompetent office?

Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? One hundred thirty weeks, now. A goddamned disgrace. Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? One hundred thirty weeks. Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger. To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff? Those of your thugs? Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town. Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded. An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences. Forget? Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" Madam County Attorney?

"Manhattan's district attorney dropped part of the criminal sexual assault case against Harvey Weinstein on Thursday after evidence emerged that a police detective had coached a witness to stay silent about evidence that cast doubt on one of his accuser's accounts. Details emerged after the court unsealed a letter that Manhattan prosecutors wrote to Weinstein's lawyer, Benjamin Brafman, in September."

"The disgraced movie mogul was back in court Thursday. He previously pleaded not guilty to six felony sex crimes, stemming from allegations brought forward by three women. A judge agreed on Thursday to dismiss allegations by Lucia Evans, one of three accusers in the case. Weinstein, who has denied all allegations of non-consensual sex, still faces charges over allegations that he raped an unidentified woman in his hotel room in 2013 and performed a forcible sex act on a different woman in 2006."

The following is precisely why these cases are so extremely difficult to prosecute:

"The letter also said prosecutors had recently obtained an email that Evans wrote in 2015 to the man she later married. They say that account differs from the one she provided to investigators. It says the accuser told prosecutors that the inconsistencies may have been caused by a flawed memory. Assistant District Attorney Joan Illuzzi-Orbon told the judge that prosecutors wouldn't oppose dismissal of the count in the case involving Evans, reports CBS New York. She insisted the rest of the case, involving two other accusers, was strong. "In short, your honor, we are moving full steam ahead," she said."

Think so? ... Or, is the prosecutor trying to do the best she can with what she has?

"In an expose published in The New Yorker last year, Evans accused Weinstein of forcing her to perform oral sex when they met alone in his office in 2004 to discuss her fledgling acting career. At the time, Evans was a 21-year-old college student. She said she had initially met Weinstein at a restaurant in Manhattan earlier that summer. Prosecutors said in the newly-unsealed letter that they learned weeks ago that a female friend who was with Evans the night she met Weinstein had given a police detective a contradictory account of what happened."

"The woman, prosecutors said, told the detective in February that Weinstein had offered them money to flash their breasts during the restaurant encounter. They initially declined but Evans later told her she had gone ahead and exposed herself to the film producer in a hallway."

"The woman also told the detective that sometime after Evans' office meeting with Weinstein, she had suggested what happened was consensual. Weinstein had promised to get her an acting job if she agreed to perform oral sex and she agreed."

"According to the witness, who was not named in the court filing, Evans had been drinking and "appeared to be upset, embarrassed and shaking" when she told the story."

"Prosecutors said the police detective didn't share any of that information with prosecutors and urged the woman not to reveal details, saying "less is more," and that she had no obligation to cooperate with investigators."

Imagine that. While the detective was reportedly on her side, did he really think a crafty defense attorney wouldn't turn over every stone in a desperate attempt to protect his wealthy, well-heeled pig of a client? Here are the consequences of underestimating the wile of Weinstein's shyster:

"Brafman, Weinstein's lawyer, told the judge he believes Evans lied both to the grand jury and to The New Yorker about her encounter with Weinstein. He also said he believed a police detective had corruptly attempted to influence the case by keeping the witness from testifying about her misstatements. "The integrity of these proceedings has been compromised," he said."

While the detective is apparently on the right side of this case, 'massaging' the truth in an exceptionally convoluted prosecution is not a good idea. Can certainly have unwanted consequences.

"In a statement released to CBS New York, the New York Police Department said it is "fully confident in the overall case it had pursued against Mr. Weinstein."

Think so? Got figuratively caught with its pants down. Prosecutor is apparently doing the best she can under the circumstances.

"The evidence shows that the criminal case against him is strong," the statement said. "The NYPD will continue to assist the prosecution any way it can to ensure justice is achieved for these brave survivors."

"In a statement, a lawyer for Evans said she was disappointed by the DA's decision to "abandon" her. "Let me be clear: the decision to throw away my client's sexual assault charges says nothing about Weinstein's guilt or innocence. Nor does it reflect on Lucia's consistent allegation that she was sexually assaulted with force by Harvey Weinstein," said attorney Carrie Goldberg. "It only speaks volumes about the Manhattan DA's office and its mishandling of my client's case."

Time for law enforcement, prosecutors, and the courts to finally get their shit together.

Nor does it reflect on Lucia's consistent allegation that she was sexually assaulted with force by Harvey Weinstein," said attorney Carrie Goldberg. "It only speaks volumes about the Manhattan DA's office and its mishandling of my client's case."

"Prosecutors said in a Sept. 12 letter to the defense unsealed today that they discovered an account after Weinstein's arrest that could suggest the encounter was consensual. "According to the Witness...the Complainant [Evans] told the Witness that...the Complainant had gone to the defendant's office, where the Defendant told her, in substance, that he would arrange for the Complainant to receive an acting job if she agreed to perform oral sex upon him. According to the Witness, the Complainant told her that she thereupon performed oral sex on the defendant." The letter goes on to say that during this discussion Evans "appeared to be upset, embarrassed and shaking." Weinstein defense attorney Benjamin Brafman accused Evans of committing perjury when she testified to the grand jury. “Sexual assault is a serious crime but falsely accusing someone of sexual assault is also a serious crime,” Brafman said outside court on Thursday."

"Brafman said prosecutors discovered Evans’ written account about her encounter with Weinstein from a fact-checker with The New Yorker, and said he would subpoena the magazine."

“When you do your homework after the arrest bad things happen,” Brafman said. In a statement, a spokesperson for The New Yorker said that the magazine stands by their reporting and fact-checking process, adding that "Any assertion by lawyers for Harvey Weinstein that The New Yorker had information that contradicted Lucia Evans’s account is patently incorrect."

"Weinstein’s defense team called the case “permanently and irreparably damaged” and Brafman said he would use the development to dismiss the whole case. Prosecutor Joan Illuzzi-Orbon, however, said the rest of the case is “full steam ahead.” “Nothing in the disclosure relating to count six impacts the strength of the remaining case and the remaining counts in the indictment, all five of them, including predatory sexual assault,” she said."

"Evans is one of three women whose allegations form the backbone of the criminal case. The defense said it would also subpoena police interview records after claiming an NYPD detective “may have unfairly tainted these proceedings” when he prepared Evans for her testimony. The detective has been removed from the case, Brafman said. The NYPD has said it stands by the criminal case against Weinstein but has not directly addressed the alleged conduct of the investigator."

"The New York City Police Department says it is investigating allegations that a detective improperly coached a witness during the Harvey Weinstein investigation. Lucia Evans claims Weinstein forced her to perform oral sex on him in 2004, but new information revealed on Thursday casts doubt on Evans' story."

"In response, prosecutors abandoned part of the sexual assault case against Weinstein. Evans was among the first women to publicly accuse Weinstein of sexual assault in the New Yorker last fall. In May, she became one of eventually three women to form the foundation of the criminal case against him. But in a stunning reversal now five months later, Evans' attorney says the district attorney has abandoned her client. Attorney Carrie Goldberg says she has no doubt that when Evans was an aspiring actress in 2004, Weinstein forced her to perform oral sex on him at his Manhattan office. "Why now? I'm baffled," Goldberg told "CBS This Morning: Saturday" co-host Michelle Miller. "She's been steadfast for the last 15 years that she was forcibly sexual assaulted by Harvey Weinstein. There's no writing in existence that refutes that."

"But in a letter to the defense unsealed on Thursday, Manhattan prosecutors disclosed that a friend of Evans told an NYPD detective in February that Evans agreed to perform oral sex on Weinstein in exchange for the promise of an "acting job." The detective acknowledges he "failed to inform" the district attorney's office of "important details" of the interview. But Goldberg says Evans' friend changed her story. "It was my client that introduced this third party as a witness…but you have to understand that my client's version of events was corroborated by this woman and then it wasn't until she was questioned with her father lawyer on the phone that suddenly there was an about-face… We have to look at her motives here… this was 15 years ago for this woman also," Goldberg said."

Indeed, especially if you're trying to weasel your way out of a criminal charge.

"After a judge dismissed the charge Thursday, Weinstein emerged from the Manhattan courthouse with his attorney Ben Brafman. "Sexual assault is a serious crime. But falsely accusing someone of sexual assault is also a very serious crime," Brafman said. Goldberg pins the blame on the district attorney. "I really believe that the DA made the mistakes in their failure to investigate evidence and witnesses properly…I mean this has nothing to do with Lucia's claims," Goldberg said."

"The Manhattan assistant DA says she remains confident in the overall case against Weinstein. The New Yorker stands by its reporting. Weinstein had previously pleaded not guilty to the six sex crimes he's been charged with and has denied all allegations of sexual abuse. He still faces five remaining counts, all of which his attorney is also seeking to have dismissed."

Needless to say, this case will be closely followed. Never, ever, NEVER forget, truth's a moving target.

"An activist's claims that inmates were being made to wear Nike shirts in their mug shots has the sheriff's office in Union County, Arkansas, on the defensive. Civil rights activist and writer Shaun King posted photos of 12 mug shots featuring inmates wearing the athletic apparel maker's brand, seemingly in reaction to the recent controversial marketing deal between Nike and former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick.

"The Sheriff in Union County, Arkansas is putting Nike t-shirts on people they arrest and making them wear them during mugshots.

"Less than an hour after King, who is also a columnist for The Intercept, posted his allegation and photos on Twitter Wednesday night, the Union County sheriff's office had scrubbed the jail's online roster of all inmate photos, according to the Arkansas Democrat Gazette. As of Thursday, no mug shots were visible on the site."

"In a statement sent to CBS MoneyWatch, Union County Sheriff Ricky Roberts said that clothing is provided to people who came to jail without "proper attire during the booking process." The intent was not to "demean or disparage" anyone accused of a crime, said the sheriff, who added that he wanted to apologize to anyone offended by the Nike shirts. "We are not, and will not, be influenced by current political and social debates in the media," Roberts said in the statement. "This shirt is not only in use now, but has also been for several months prior. We have taken steps to rectify this issue and insure that this will never happen again."

"A black man in Cobb County, Georgia, says a woman followed and harassed him while he was babysitting two white children. The woman apparently called police after seeing him with the kids."

"The man, Corey Lewis, documented the ordeal on Facebook Live. He doesn't say the ethnicity of the woman, but CBS affiliate WGCL reports she was white."

"I'm being harassed because I'm with 2 kids that do not look like me," Lewis wrote on Facebook."

"He filmed the two kids -- a boy and a girl -- in the back seat of his car. He then flipped the camera on a nearby vehicle. "This lady across the street, she asked to see the little girl that I'm with so she could ask her if she knows who I am," Lewis said in the video. Lewis said the woman was "harassing" him in Walmart."

"Lewis is a youth development specialist who runs his own organization for providing enrichment to socially challenged youth. His Marietta-based business, Inspired by Lewis, provides group classes and camp programs to teach kids life skills and self-awareness, and to empower youth, according to its website. The boy who was with Lewis is enrolled in Inspired by Lewis. The girl is the boy's older sister, and their parents, David Parker and Dana Mango, told CBS affiliate WGCL that they arranged for Lewis to babysit their kids weeks ago."

"In a second video Lewis posted on Facebook, an officer is seen pulling up in a cop car and talking to Lewis. Lewis explained what happened: "I got two kids I'm babysitting ... [the woman] started talking about 'Are the kids okay?' Why wouldn't they be okay? No one's yelling, no one's screaming, no one's trying to run away." The video shows the officer ask to speak to the kids. "He's babysitting us," the girl told the officer. The officer asked the kids if they were okay and they said yes. Lewis explained his business, Inspired by Lewis, and an unidentified woman walked over to the officer and vouched for Lewis. "This is his life," the woman said, referring to Lewis' business."

"The police officer let Lewis and the kids go and later called the kids' parents. Parker and Magno told WGCL they were in disbelief. "The parents say this is a case of "BWB" -- babysitting while black. They believe this is the reason the woman called the cops on Lewis. Parker and Mango said they don't believe that the woman was trying to protect their children because they never showed any signs of being in danger. The two videos of the ordeal that Lewis posted on Facebook went viral. He also posted a screenshot of text messages from Mango. "Well the kids just told me they have the most fun ever!" the mother wrote after Lewis dropped off her kids.

Last year, the Independent Police Review Authority found Officer Brandon Ternand at fault for shooting Dakota Bright. Bright was unarmed when he was shot in the back of the head, but officers recovered a .22-caliber revolver in a front yard near where the chase began, authorities said."

"Ternand told authorities he opened fire when he saw Bright turn his head in the officer's direction and reach for his left side as if he were going to pull a gun."

"In its 5-3 vote late Thursday, the board found Ternand was justified in shooting Bright from about 50 feet away."

"Ternand has been suspended without pay since November. The decision means he won't be fired or face discipline for the shooting."

"The 22-year-old American with Palestinian grandparents landed at Ben-Gurion Airport last week with a valid student visa and was registered to study human rights at Jerusalem's Hebrew University. Israel insists she can leave at any time but must renounce the BDS boycott movement if she wishes to be reconsidered for admission."

The review of a Food and Drug Administration database of contaminated supplements for the years 2007 to 2016 most commonly turned up sildenafil — the drug sold as Viagra — and other erectile dysfunction drugs in sex enhancement products; sibutramine and the laxative phenolphthalein, both banned by the FDA, in weight loss supplements; and steroids or their analogues in muscle-building products. About 80 percent of the supplements were contaminated by one pharmaceutical that should not have been in the product. Twenty percent contained at least two such drugs, and two of the supplements contained six unapproved drugs. One product contained a drug that raises blood pressure and another drug that lowers it. According to the new ABC News/Washington Post poll released Sunday, a majority of Americans believe that the Senate Judiciary Committee did not do enough to investigate the claims made by Christine Blasey Ford, who accused Kavanaugh of sexual assault when they were teenagers.The poll also found that a majority of Americans want more congressional inquiry into Kavanaugh."

Welcome. Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers. Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,

properly working. Typos in the rush to get material up have also been

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts. We'll see. With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
