"A California police officer who responded to an emergency call of a homeless pregnant woman has adopted her newborn daughter. Officer Jesse Whitten, with the Santa Rosa Police Department, could never have imagined the impact a chance meeting with 6-month-old Harlow's mother would have on his life, CBS Francisco reports."

"The woman was living on the streets, pregnant and battling a drug addiction. While on patrol, Whitten would encounter her from time to time and check up on her, and on one such meeting last year in August, his wife, Ashley, was alongside. The two women struck up a conversation about motherhood and its challenges. "I mentioned, 'Oh, you are pregnant,' and she said, 'Oh yeah,' and placed my hand on her womb," Ashley said."

"At a Valentine's Day party, the Whittens got a call that would change their lives. The birth mother specifically asked for Ashley and Jesse to adopt her child.

"Harlow Masie Whitten has blended in nicely with her three new sisters. "She smiles so beautifully," said Jesse. "Her smile is the best thing," Ashley added. Harlow was exposed to drugs in the womb and overcame obstacles in the first few weeks of life. She's doing much better now."

"With yellow crime tape still sealing off the lobby entrance, employees returned to work at the downtown high-rise that is Fifth Third Bancorp's headquarters building, where four people, including the gunman, were killed last week. One gunshot victim was released from the hospital Monday, while the other remained hospitalized in fair condition. The husband of Whitney Austin, a Fifth Third vice president and 37-year-old mother of two young children, offered public praise for police, first responders and hospital staffers.

"We are still unpacking how she survived the initial assault, especially after the shooter returned to fire more rounds into her body," Waller Austin said in a statement. He praised the bravery of the four Cincinnati Police officers — Jennifer Chilton, Gregory Toyeas, Antonio Etter, and Eric Kaminsky — who stopped the gunman. "My wife is alive today because you refused to allow the shooter to continue his rampage — you are my heroes, and my children will know that they will have their mother and hold her, too, because of YOUR actions," he wrote. He said another officer, Al Staples, carried her to safety, comforting her and helping her call him before she was taken to the hospital.

"Stacie Haas, a spokeswoman for the Cincinnati-based regional bank, said counselors were available for employees. "Army Spc. Lauren Jahn gets emotional when talking about it — recalling the time she saw an American flag flying outside her hospital room and couldn't stand to salute it. "It really hurt," Jahn says, referring to both the physical and mental anguish she was going through. "All of the hopes and dreams I had, it takes a while to realize that they're gone." The County Attorney appears to be obstructing justice, accepting the word of Greene in lieu of two surveyor companies who strongly assert otherwise. Both the County Attorney and District Attorney have ignored complaints. Par for the course in Llano County, isn't it? Failed to do their jobs. No surprise there, right, Bill? Both receiving 'special consideration' up to and/or including a bribe from Greene? Regardless, clearly, no justice in Nazi Llano County. Bottom line? Desperate need for an outside criminal investigation. Conveniently, forget? This County is ruled by men, certainly not rule of law and the United States Constitution.

Precisely, why there is desperate need for a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, and prosecute criminal law enforcement, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose only mandate would be to adjudicate such cases. Total independence. Until that happens, the criminal bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County will continue to do as they please.

The enclosed emails were sent to the Llano County Attorney and Sheriff, respectively, vis a vis the above matter. Remain unanswered. The County Attorney appears to be protecting and defending the deputy at behest of Kingsland property owner Johnny Greene. May have received some consideration from Greene up to and including a bribe. Are the County Attorney, Greene, and the Deputy under criminal investigation? If not, why not?

As you're well aware, we have an outrageously corrupt, abusive, achingly inept Llano County Sheriff's Office here in Nazi Llano County. Worse, you and your office aid and abet these SS jackbooted bastards in black. The issue at the moment is the same it's been the last six months.

How is it two surveyor companies, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, even the goddamned Sheriff himself now states Kingsland resident James Berardi owns the lots in contention all these months?

Yet, you ludicrously assert that's not the County's legal position. It's not? Why not? You claim you're not a real estate expert. Rather than accept the advice of two surveyor companies, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, and even the Sheriff himself, you've inexplicably chosen to follow the advice of property owner Johnny Greene, -- who conveniently happens to be reportedly in the oil industry.

Question to be asked. Could you have received any 'consideration' in return, -- up to and including a bribe? Only way to know for sure is for the District Attorney to conduct a criminal investigation. Apparently, there has been none. If not, why not?

Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to this Kingsland property owner? To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.

Our achingly useless, worthless, gutless Sheriff has ignored an email vis a vis the damage this jackbooted thug is responsible for. Interestingly, his fellow officers believe him to be an idiot. Yet, the Sheriff continued to defend this piece of human excrement until he realized this entire fiasco would not be swept under the carpet.

Rodriguez is indeed an idiot. Would you believe this piece of crap ordered the motor home to be moved on to an unmarked unused Llano County road? Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? One hundred twenty five weeks, now. A goddamned disgrace. Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? One hundred twenty five weeks. Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger. To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff? Those of your thugs? "A Dallas man was killed late Thursday when a police officer returning home from her shift entered the wrong apartment in her building and eventually opened fire, authorities said."

"Details surrounding the death of Botham Shem Jean, a 26-year-old native of the Caribbean island of St. Lucia, were not immediately available early Friday."

"His mother, Allie Jean, said in a phone interview that his family was stunned to learn of his death. "He did no one any wrong," she said. Dallas police in a statement said that preliminary information suggests the officer involved called for help, and told responding officers that "she entered the victim's apartment believing that it was her own."

"The incident began just before 10 p.m. CT (11 p.m. ET) at the South Side Flats, an upscale apartment complex directly south of Dallas' downtown. During the encounter, the officer was in full uniform and "fired her weapon striking the victim," police said. Jean was taken to the hospital and died. The Dallas County Medical Examiner later released his identity."

"The officer was not immediately identified, and was being placed on administrative leave during the investigation."

Jesus Christ. Why wasn't she immediately identified? Why not? The public is entitled to this information. All these hours and no arrest? Had it been a civilian, his or her sorry ass would have been immediately taken into custody. Why special treatment for the jackbooted bastards in blue?

"At a news conference early Friday, Dallas police Sgt. Warren Mitchell said they had yet to interview the officer and would not speculate as to whether she mistakenly entered another apartment and believed the man already inside was an intruder. "We still have a lot to do in this investigation," Mitchell added."

You didn't immediately interrogate the officer? Why not? What were you waiting for? Allow sufficient time to get her story straight? This shit is precisely why police cannot be trusted.

"Allie Jean said her son lived in a gated apartment complex and had no reason not to trust anyone who was at his door. "He's that kind of person," she said. But she questioned how the situation could have escalated to her son's shooting. "Somebody has to be crazy not to realize that they walked into the wrong apartment," Allie Jean said. "He's a bachelor. Things are different inside." "And if you try your key and it doesn't work, that should make you realize you're at the wrong apartment," she added. "Every door for each apartment is also numbered."

"Allie Jean said she would speak with her son daily, usually before 10 p.m., but thought he might be out after she didn't hear from him. She remembered her son, who was nicknamed Bo, as a top student who loved serving as a song leader in church and leading worship. He attended Harding University, a private Christian institution in Arkansas, and was a member of the Good News Singers and campus ministry. "I don't think there was a student on campus who didn't know Botham," said Landis Tindell, who knew him as a resident adviser. "He was always friendly, always smiling, and just all around a great person."

None of this makes any sense. Why are these jackbooted bastards sitting on this? Appear to be protecting one of their own.

"Dallas Police Chief Renee Hall said at a press conference that her department is seeking a manslaughter warrant for the officer, who won't be identified until she is officially charged.

"The officer was in full uniform when she shot Jean, who was black, Hall said. Hall couldn't provide the location of the officer or whether she was in custody. Hall said the officer's blood will be tested to determine whether she had been using drugs or alcohol. She said the officer hadn't yet been questioned. "Right now there are more questions than we have answers," Hall said. When officers initially responded to the scene, they began investigating the case as an officer-involved shooting, Hall said. When the circumstances "led us to another direction," she said the department invited the Texas Rangers to take over and conduct an independent investigation.

"Residents of the apartment complex said they can access their units with a regular key or through a keypad code. Two women who live on the second floor near where the shooting happened said they heard a lot of noise late Thursday. "It was, like, police talk: 'Open up! Open up!'" 20-year-old Caitlin Simpson told The Dallas Morning News. Yazmine Hernandez, 20, was studying with Simpson when they heard the commotion. "We heard cops yelling, but otherwise had no idea what was going on," Hernandez said."

"Dallas Police Chief U. Renee Hall says she plans to charge the officer with manslaughter and has invited the Texas Rangers to investigate the shooting.

"It's not clear what interaction was between them ... but at some point she fired her weapon, striking the victim," Hall said at a press conference on Friday.

"Police are not following their ordinary protocol for officer-involved shootings, Hall said, describing this killing as "very unique situation." A blood sample was drawn to test the officer for drugs and alcohol. Hall expressed her condolences to Jean's family."

"A white Dallas police officer was arrested Sunday on a manslaughter charge in the off-duty shooting of a black neighbor whose apartment she says she mistook for her own. Officer Amber Guyger was booked into the Kaufman County Jail after being taken into custody, the Texas Department of Public Safety said in a news release. The department said the investigation is ongoing and that no additional information was available."

Why not? Why are they sitting on this information? Why? Had it been the other way around and a cop had been killed, information would have been far more forthcoming. Is this officer being protected? Coddled?

"CBS Dallas/Fort Worth reports that Guyger posted her $300,000 bond Sunday evening and has since been released. Online records initially showed Guyger was in custody, but she later was not listed on the jail inmate roster."

Why the hell not? Why no equal treatment? Why did it take three days to finally arrest her? Why no equal justice? This officer presents an ongoing threat to the community. Why aren't her sorry gluteus maximi locked up? Why not?

"S. Lee Merritt, one of the attorneys for Jean's family, said Saturday that the man's loved ones weren't calling on the authorities to jump to conclusions or to deny Guyger her right to due process. But Merritt said they wanted Guyger "to be treated like every other citizen, and where there is evidence that they've committed a crime, that there's a warrant to be issued and an arrest to be made."

They're protecting their own, instead of the public they've falsely sworn to protect and serve. ... Right, Sheriff?

"Guyger, 30, is a four-year veteran of the police force. The Dallas Police Department released her name Saturday night."

Why not two days before? Why no equal treatment as accorded a civilian who kills an officer?

"Police Chief U. Renee Hall said the day after the shooting that her department was seeking manslaughter charges against Guyger. But she said Saturday that the Texas Rangers, who have taken over the investigation, asked her department to hold off because they had learned new information and wanted to investigate further before a warrant was issued."

What new information? The criminal jackbooted bastards in blue never take their time arresting someone who kills a police officer. Why not the other way around? "Jean's family has also hired attorney Benjamin Crump, who is best known for representing the families of Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown. Martin, a black, unarmed 17-year-old, was shot and killed by a neighborhood watch volunteer in 2012 in Sanford, Florida. Brown, a black, unarmed 18-year-old, was shot and killed by a white police officer in 2014 in Ferguson, Missouri. Crump has also represented the families of Stephon Clark and Terence Crutcher, both also black and unarmed. Clark, 22, was fatally shot earlier this year by officers in the backyard of his grandparents' home in Sacramento, California. Crutcher, 40, was shot and killed by a white police officer in 2016 in Tulsa, Oklahoma."

This attorney is certainly getting more than his share of experience courtesy of all the murders of innocent, unarmed civilians by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue. ... Right, Sheriff?

"Many questions remain about what led Guyger to shoot Jean. Hall said the officer's blood was drawn at the scene so that it could be tested for alcohol and drugs. Investigators haven't released the results of those tests."

Why not? What are they waiting for? Had it been a civilian who killed a cop, information would have been far, far, far more than forthcoming. In an effort to affect the potential jury pool. ... "The group Mothers Against Police Brutality says Guyger's arrest is a "first step" toward justice and accountability."

Mokuria says police officers should be held to a higher level of accountability and not afforded special treatment. She says going forward the group expects transparency and accountability in the case."

"The Dallas police officer who authorities said entered an apartment she thought was hers and killed a man who lived there is now facing a manslaughter charge. Amber Guyger, 30, was taken into custody Sunday evening amid intensifying calls for her arrest and accusations that police are showing deferential treatment to one of their own. The shooting death of Botham Shem Jean, 26, also has become a rallying cry for advocates against police brutality — though much is still unknown about what happened in the Dallas apartment last week."

Police are sitting on this information. The unanswered question is why. Appear to be protecting and coddling one of their own. -- No equal treatment accorded civilians who kill an officer.

"A video taken from outside the building shows the officer on her phone, pacing back and forth outside the apartment, and crying. Paramedics were later seen moving a man on a gurney and performing CPR on him. Dallas civil rights attorney Lee Merritt, who represents Jean's family, said his clients are grateful that the officer has been arrested, though it provides little relief. “It came later than we would expect under the circumstances where a young man was shot in his own home,” Merritt told The Washington Post Monday, adding later: “It's still going to be a long road. They still don't know what happened to their son.”

The jackbooted bastards in blue appear to be covering their ass, protecting, coddling one of their own. No equal treatment.

"Authorities had initially held off on obtaining an arrest warrant. Dallas Police Chief Reneé Hall said investigators needed more time to decipher what they described as an unusual case. The Texas Ranger Division, a separate agency that's investigating the case, interviewed Guyger and asked that the warrant be postponed so that investigators could look into the information the officer gave them, Hall said. Things seemed to change Sunday evening, when Merritt told reporters that his law firm had just presented a witness and video evidence to the Dallas County District Attorney's Office that “could change the course of the investigation” and lead to the officer's arrest. Merritt did not elaborate further, citing the pending investigation. But Guyger was arrested shortly after."

One thing is for sure. This officer was not accorded the very same treatment civilians experience when they kill a cop even in self-defense.

"The delay in the officer's arrest frustrated Jean's family members who arrived in Dallas from the Caribbean island of St. Lucia, where Jean was born. It also raised questions about whether investigators were showing deferential treatment to the officer. “In any normal case where there's probable cause . . . you make an arrest,” Merritt told The Post earlier Sunday, before Guyger was arrested. “When law enforcement [is under investigation], for some reason, we don't use the normal protocol in dealing with criminal activity.”

This shit must end. Precisely, one reason why an unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looms. Hear the rumble?

"Jean's mother, Allison Jean, a former St. Lucia government official, called the news of his death “a nightmare.” “I need to look into her eyes and ask her why did she do that to my son,” Allison Jean told NBC News. “Botham would want me to get justice for him. The state needs to pay for my son.”

"A police spokeswoman referred questions to the Texas Ranger Division. The Texas Department of Public Safety, which oversees the rangers, has not responded to a request for comment beyond issuing a brief news release announcing Guyger's arrest. "Jean's death has renewed calls for policing reform and places the national spotlight back on a police department that, just two years ago, lost five of its officers in a shooting. A gunman who “said he wanted to kill white people, especially white officers,” opened fire in July 2016 in the middle of what had otherwise been a peaceful protest over police shootings."

"Merritt, who also represents the family of Antwon Rose II, an unarmed teenager who was shot by an East Pittsburgh police officer, said race and police's use of force are deeply intertwined in this country. On the night of the shooting, Guyger's apartment key was found in Jean's door, suggesting that she had tried to open it, Merritt said. Seeing a black man inside an apartment she thought was hers influenced her actions, Merritt concluded. “I have to believe based on experience that her decision to use deadly force in the way that she did was influenced by the fact that she was standing in front of a black male and that our society has allowed law enforcement to use deadly force in unnecessary situations against black men with impunity,” he said."

Readers are reminded statistics indicate far more innocent unarmed whites are killed by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue than blacks. Without question, however, racism, bigotry are profound factors in the killing of innocent, unarmed people of color by police. Out of control police seem to be getting their cookies off murderously abusing power.

"But the investigation was handed off to the Texas Rangers to avoid the appearance of any bias. After coordination with the Dallas County District Attorney, Guyer was arrested last night nearly three days after the fatal encounter with Jean. There are questions about what happened on the fourth floor of the South Side Flats apartment complex, reports correspondent Omar Villafranca. Also: Why did a sheriff's department 30 miles away arrest Guyger when she was two blocks from Dallas Police headquarters? And why did it take almost three days before she was arrested?"

"Jean family attorneys, including Benjamin Crump, and local politicians rallied against the Dallas Police Department for failing to make a timely arrest in the case. "You or I would be arrested if we went to the wrong apartment and blow a hole in a person's chest, killing them," said Crump."

"Texas State Senator Royce West said, "We gotta make sure that in Texas, there is no separate standard as it relates to police officers when they commit these types of crimes."

"On Monday morning, the Dallas County medical examiner's office ruled Jean's death a homicide, saying he died from a gunshot wound to the chest, according to Dallas member station KERA. The killing sparked shock in the community — and speculation about whether Guyger's explanation should be taken at face value. And then there's the element of race: Guyger is white; Jean was black. "Right now, there are more questions than answers," Dallas Police Chief U. Renee Hall said at a news conference about the shooting."

"Jean wasn't the first person shot by Guyger," KERA reports. "She shot another man, Uvaldo Perez, in May 2017, while she was on duty. She was not charged." Police initially treated the incident as an "officer-involved shooting." "However," Hall said, "as we continued this investigation it became clear that we were dealing with what appears to be a much different and very unique situation."

"The police chief said a blood sample was drawn to test for drugs and alcohol, without providing further details, and noted that the Texas Rangers had been called in to take over the case. "It's not clear what the interaction was between her and the victim," she said."

"Hall said she had wanted to get a warrant for manslaughter against her own officer on Friday — but that the Rangers opted to delay the move, after speaking with Guyger. Commenters on the Dallas Police Department's Facebook page criticized the delay in charging Guyger. "If Pookie from around the way would have taken someone's life, he would have been arrested on the spot," Tonya Moore wrote in response to the department's posting about Guyger. The family's attorneys say one of the witnesses then heard gunshots followed by a man's voice. "What we believe to be the last words of Botham Jean which was 'Oh my god, why did you do that?'" Merritt said."

Concern about compromising an investigation remains a bogus excuse, -- especially, in this case where an officer and her victim appear to be the only two people directly involved. "The family of a black teenager in Wisconsin is considering legal action after police pulled him over and handcuffed him because of an apparent "false robbery" call. Akil Carter was riding in a car with his white grandmother. Police say they pulled the car over after getting a tip that two black males were robbing a white woman nearby. A police spokesperson says the officers responded appropriately and released the teen as soon as they realized there was a "misunderstanding." Still, the family wonders how this potentially dangerous situation could have happened in the first place, reports CBS News' Michelle Miller."

"Carter's grandmother, Paulette Barr, had just left church and was driving him to work when police stopped them. The comment resulted in an internal investigation that found that Brown - who is also black - violated department policies. It marks the second time Brown has been accused of making inappropriate comments while on duty, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer, which said he was previously written up for using a homophobic slur in reference to a domestic violence victim."

"Brown violated four policies, according to the police department's investigation, including making prejudiced comments and not warning the girl he was going to use the stun gun. The report has infuriated Cincinnati officials, who have expressed concern about the girl's treatment from the start. "I just don't know if you have room on the police department for people like this. This guy, from what I am hearing, has serious issues," said Wendell Young, a city councilman and former police officer."

Stephen Barone was demoted to officer and assigned to desk duty after an internal affairs investigation found he violated the department's code of conduct, Police Chief David Rosado said. The investigation also found that Barone did not violate the group's civil rights or harass them. Mayor Luke Bronin said the disciplinary process could take several weeks. "It was deeply disturbing and distressing to our entire community," Bronin said about the incident at a news conference. "It was inconsistent with the values of our city, the values of our police department. It was offensive. And it also created a real sense of fear and anger, both in those who were interacting with then-Sgt. Barone that night and in our community as a whole."

"A Llano man filed a federal lawsuit Sept. 7 against two former Llano police officers alleging they violated his civil rights and used excessive force during a November 2016 arrest. Cody Perry stated in the lawsuit that Matthew Grant Harden, who was in his personal vehicle, followed him home Nov. 6, 2016, from a Sonic restaurant in Llano. At the time, Harden was a member of the Llano Police Department. Harden pulled in behind Perry, and the two got out their cars. Perry alleges in the lawsuit that Harden “came face-to-face with” him and there was a verbal exchange. According to the lawsuit, Harden, “without warning,” punched Perry in the face."

"The Israeli tour guide interrupted her several times, and — as seen on a video that was shown on Facebook on June 28 — erupted as the group was leaving. “No Palestinian is going to send me away from here!” the guide said."

If it does not make peace with the Palestinians, Israel will sadly, ultimately wind up in the sea. The American public at some point will finally wake up. When that happens, financial support from the United States will end. Israel on its own, without American support, will likely succumb to its enemies in the region. Massively, outnumbered. Use of its nuclear arsenal would only decimate the entire region.

Though only a few participants have engaged in walk-offs, the protests have been widely shared on social media and have helped shine a light on the growing disillusionment with Israel that many young American Jews feel."

“How could it be that my sweet Jewish democratic Israel is now detaining journalists at the border and not letting people into the country and interrogating people based on their political views?” she asked, referring to the recent detention and questioning of Jewish journalists and activists as they arrived or left the country."

The exact same messaging, other than IP addresses, is the same on the wink
and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity. Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these
FTP servers up and running again. A criminal complaint will be filed with
the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells
Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue interference with the webhosts.
Has 2freehosting been bribed and/or pressured by Wells Fargo? Certainly,
one of numerous questions to be forwarded to criminal prosecutors.

hacked. The three websites, however, remain up and running at time of
writing. That is, libertyinperil.twomini.com, libertyinperil.wink.ws, and
libertyinperil.t15.org are accessible and running. Only FTP access has
been effected making it impossible to upload. This hacking attack

Welcome. Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers. Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right. During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at
Wells Fargo. Copies of these emails were sent to bank officials. They
have been posted in this publication. ... We're already up to Salvo 74, --
and counting.

In addition, all new Newsletter Editions will feature an
available abbreviated version, smart phone friendly, that can be accessed
by clicking on the icon. Will supplement the regular format of this
publication. This is being done because so many of you access this
publication with smart phones and other devices with small screens.

This site has finally been fully uploaded. All links appear to be
properly working. Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected. There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows. Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts. We'll see. With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Kelsey Huddleston, Realtor, Re/Max, Marble Falls, TX. A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some fifteen years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade and a half. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity. On a rampage. Thus, you get what you truly deserve. Always. Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate. -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area. Ten years after originally intending to do so. Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem. No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked. It's time to stand up. Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight. Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb. From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain. Wake up. For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits. At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded. Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy. Literally.

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
