Brother dearest.  ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro?  A little antsy?  Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are?  Patience.  All in good time, good buddy.  When I'm damned good and ready.  Timing just right.  After all, a son of a bitch who's stolen his father's estate needs to be fully exposed publicly for whom and what he is, don't you think?  Indeed, a public service for your neighbors, professional associates, family, and friends, etc..

Conveniently, forget?  Others need to protect themselves against a fraud who masquerades as both a teacher and a counselor, no?  -- How the hell did you ever pass an MMPI some forty years ago to get hired?  You're not stable.  Have not been.  ... Must have really been pissed off at the old man to rip off an estate, no?  How much did you steal while he was alive and supposedly under your care?

How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died?  How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago?  How much?  Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch?  Her cohorts?  Your law enforcement shysters?  While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

... Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you.  Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died?  Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year?  Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it.  Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her?  -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life?  She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised.   Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned.  Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Will be different for you, Bro.  While you've bought off authorities, you will be publicly exposed.  In great detail.  In good time.  When I'm damned good and ready.  When exposure will do the maximum figurative damage to your goddamned sordid reputation.  -- Just the truth, brother dearest, however.  Just the truth.

Irony of ironies?  When the thieving son of a bitch died, and our mother was finally informed he had passed, she cried for her brother, -- the bastard thief who stole from her mother.  Sad, isn't it?  Too bad she's not still alive to see you publicly exposed for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you, yourself, truly are.  As was he.  Not in a court of law you've bought off, however.  Right here.

In good time.  Again, when I'm damned good and ready.  Employing the very same tactics used against Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo.  -- On steroids, however, since all dirty family laundry will be aired.  All of it.  No threat.  A promise.  Emails sent to your neighbors, friends, professional associates, businesses you deal with.  Although an enormous amount of work, all doable courtesy of the Internet.  Despite being some 1,800 miles away.  -- Small world, isn't it, Bro?  Enjoy the stolen loot, you son of a bitch.  Forget?  It's all you have.

Brother dearest.  Save all the check stubs from the old man's accounts?  Fraudulently sign any of them yourself?  Think this material couldn't be obtained from the banks either through discovery or a criminal investigation?  Still own the house on Condict Rd.?   Any other properties besides this one and the old man's you stole with the help of your shyster bastard? Be interesting to see how far your assets extend and where.  Think all that information isn't accessible?  That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete?  But an extensive background check as well?  Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates?  Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong?  How about both universities?  Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception?  Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU?  That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability?  Is that why you wound up looting the old man?  Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible?  Think this will end any time soon?  That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch?  We're just getting started, Bro.  Just getting started.

Don't like it?  Tough shit.  Sue me you thieving son of a bitch.  Would use discovery to learn and post on this website all there is to know about you, your activities, predilections, business 'deals,' as well as all your financial transactions, etc..  All of it.  Would certainly avoid the expense of an extensive background check on you, thieving brother dearest.

Even if you were successful in court, there is nothing for you to take, this remains, as well, a homesteading state where minimal assets are protected anyway.  This site is hosted in an overseas country that doesn't particularly like government intrusion, remains not prone to cooperate.  Besides, can always upload to another webhost in still yet another country.  The possibilities are endless, Bro.  Just takes willingness, effort, unshakable determination.

Even if I lost it all would be more than worth it to expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.  Even if you bribed a goddamned nazi 'judge' to remove posted material, would not cooperate and be more than willing to rot in jail.  Would certainly keep reposting it all no matter the cost and/or personal consequences every time it was taken down.  Forget, you thieving son of a bitch?  I never ever give up.

Since all I seek is your exposure for the thief you truly are, would all be worth it.  For the sake of principle.  All the work, financial cost, as well as the time I am about to dedicate to this effort, you deceptive, unstable, sick, thieving son of a bitch.  Unlike you, I live on principle and have absolutely nothing to lose.  You do.  Will certainly take great pleasure and satisfaction in doing all I can to publicly expose you for whom and what you are.

To say nothing of placing enormous pressure on prosecutors you and your equally corrupt shyster son of a bitch apparently bribed.  Don't like it?  Again, tough shit. Chew harder.  The public needs to know to protect itself.  From you and your shyster bastard.  People who live and travel in your circles as well.  Including his.  As a thief, you and he can't be trusted by anyone.  You'll determinedly f--k them.

More than willing to provide this truly public service.  People certainly need to know whom and what you are.  What you have sadly become.  You certainly weren't brought up to be a thieving son of a bitch.  What happened?  Where did you lose yourself, Bro?  -- Never mind.  ... Truly doesn't matter.  Only your exposure.

TC 4-22-16

Hey, Bro?  Remember me?  How soon they conveniently forget.  ... Half asleep? -- Out to lunch?  ... In your own perverse little world?  That of a criminal?  Wake up.  Conveniently, gutlessly forget?  Insanely believe you're someway, somehow off the hook?  Think again.  We're not done.  You remain a thief who will be exposed for whom and what your are.  What you certainly have become.  No question about that.  Patience, you thieving son of a bitch.  Exposure is coming.  Promise.

Think I don't have time?  Truly believe the ongoing Presidential fiasco ends no matter who wins?  The murderous decay in law enforcement gets resolved any time soon?  Criminal Wells Fargo employees from local Kingsland bank manager Amanda S. Wright right up to and including CEO John Stumpf get prosecuted in the near future despite egregious criminal activity?  Wouldn't hold my breath, would you?

Think I don't have time to handle all this and your public exposure for the estate-stealing criminal son of a bitch you've truly become?  How could you steal from the old bastard, you incredibly sad sack of shit?  Certainly weren't brought up to be a thief.  What happened to you?  Where'd you lose yourself?

No question, 2017 will be a most remarkable, defining year for you, Bro.  Public exposure for the thieving piece of shit you've sadly become.  It's on the way. Promise.  Hope you sue.  Nothing for you to take.  Tough, isn't it?  Certainly, makes me judgment proof.  Will certainly, as well, take advantage of discovery.  Publish every detail I can get my hands on.  No matter the consequences.  Only consideration?  Prime directive?  Your exposure for whom and what you are.

Readers?  This not-so-brotherly piece of shit stole from our father.  Manipulated the old man to line his pockets.  Just like our uncle on my mother's side of the family did to my grandmother.  Runs in the family.  Our family.   ... Right, Bro?  This game now gets played my way, -- not yours, you son of a bitch.  That is, no more U.S. Mail tag.

Anything sent by mail will be refused, returned unopened.  Want contact?  Email.  libertyinperil@riseup.net.  Quick.  Easy.  Better yet?  A digital record.  Permanent.  Easily accessible.  Easily uploaded to this site when and if it becomes necessary.  The shyster bastard you hired to steal the estate shouldn't expect escape, either, from public exposure as the thieving piece of shit he, like you, truly both are.  Unscrupulous thieves.

Sincerely hope that piece of crap sues as well.  Nothing to take.  Discovery again would be published no matter the personal cost.  Nothing quite like public exposure, is there?  Especially, when it is nothing but the truth and there is absolutely nothing to lose exposing two pieces of criminal shit for whom and what they are.  Two pieces of gutless human excrement who looted an old man.  ... Right, Bro?

There is no better disinfectant than sunlight, readers.  Glaring sunlight.  Dazzling brilliance.  Amazing how the roaches run for cover.  Equally pointedly, how vermin on two legs manage to so easily prey on the elderly courtesy of the out of control fascist police-state we now live in.  While there'll never be any justice vis a vis this theft, there will be exposure to the brilliant light of day for both criminal perpetrators.  Count on it, you not-so-brotherly criminal son of a bitch.

TC 10-7-16

Hey, Bro?  Hear of Old Sturbridge Village?  Haven't?  ... Not lying, are you, you thieving son of a bitch?  You and your long-term companion EC conspire, bequeath some of the old man's loot to this museum?  An achingly stingy gift of $250-$499, -- considering the size of the estate?  The CEO and Board have any idea you stole it?  Think they'd care?  -- Just getting started, dearest, dearest Bro.  ... Delusionally believe I haven't more than enough time, resources, determination to expose you for the thieving piece of crap you truly are?  ... Under $500 back in 2013?  Remarkably parsimonious with stolen money aren't you?   What does it feel like to have gutlessly ripped off an incompetent old man?  -- Dear old Dad.  Certainly, look forward to digging much deeper into how you and your shyster lawyer managed to bamboozle and loot the old bastard.  Back in the day, certainly wouldn't have fallen for your bullshit.  Would have kicked your worthless, thieving ass out the door.  Intend to expose it to the light of day.  Indeed, a public service. Seatbelts on, you thieving son of a bitch. Tally ho!

TC 3-24-17

... Brief aside, dear readers, for a most exceptional reason.  -- Although infrequent, pressing ongoing personal business must come first on rare occasion.  Hope you agree, moreover, find it entertaining, -- as this writer did crafting what follows.  Principle trumps all.  Remains prime mover, prime directive no matter what.

This pressing issue involves a family thief. A heartless predator preying on the elderly who must be held accountable, exposed to the light of day.  Especially, since authorities failed to do their job.  The following is part of that continuing effort to expose this piece of shit for whom and what he is:

Hey, Bro?  Guess what?  Me, again.  Most determined pain in the ass.  Miss me?  An inconvenient, nagging hemorrhoid that simply won't go away no matter what.  -- A pile with a smile that takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'.

... Delusionally think this most persistent nemesis of yours conveniently disappeared to parts unknown, vanished in thin air? To give a turd a break?  Wake up.  Not a chance, you thieving son of a bitch.  ... When you insanely believe this writer's gone and you're finally in the clear, guess what, here I am, right in your face.

Despite what's going on across our formerly great country, always have more than enough time for personal business.  That is, exposing you, Bro, to the glaring light of day.  A pathetically greedy predator.  Your target, who else, the elderly.  Most defenseless, vulnerable, an easy fleece.  -- Thought you'd steal from the surly old curmudgeon with impunity, no consequences?

Successfully escape accountability? Avoid detection, all responsibility?  Blatant theft of an old man's estate?  A little help from a bought and paid for hopelessly greedy unprincipled shyster?  Supposed cake walk due to 1800 miles separation?  No one to hold you accountable?  Your feet to the fire?  What could you possibly been thinking?

You've read this publication before.  Know precisely who and what I am, what I do.  Never give up.  Never say die.  Ignore all obstacles.  Know full well Liberty In Peril modus operandi remains as relentlessly ferocious, blindingly intense as ever.

No punches pulled.  No slack.  No personal consideration.  Certainly, not for a gutless son of a bitch, no more than a thieving predator.  Looted target, guess who, dear old dad.  Pitiful.  Delusionally believe you had the booty coming?  An entitlement?  For having had to put up with his shit all those years?  Wake up.

Hear of Historic Deerfield?  Of course, you have, you lying son of a bitch.  Forget?  You're one of their not-so-generous 'benefactors.'  ... With all the money stolen from our father's estate, only bequeath them a piss poor $40 bucks?

Unbelievable.  An achingly tight, cheap, thieving, worthless piece of duplicitous crap.  ... Write-off?  Negligible.  ... Feather in the cap? How?  Delusionally believe your treachery would never see the light of day? What planet do you live on?

Board of Trustees Chair Anne K. Groves know full well you looted the estate?  How about President Philip Zea?  Think both don't have a right to know?  How about Anne Lanning, Vice President For Museum Affairs?  To say nothing of Susan Martinelli, Vice President For Business Affairs?

These officials are entitled to know precisely whom they're doing business with.  A thief.  Gutless phony.  Blow-hard fraud.  Hoity-toity dandy.  Worse?  An unprincipled thief who stole from his father.  ... Glaring light of day sucks, doesn't it, Bro?  No escaping the unvarnished truth, this most bitter reality.  Not a chance.

Saddest of all?  Back in the day, Hell would have frozen over before anyone would have have been able to rip off the craggy old bastard.  Remember quite well how intent, determined he was not to be fleeced late in life by a sick son of a bitch like you.

A leech.  Ironic, isn't it?  Gutless rip off of an old man who couldn't adequately handle his affairs any longer.  How do you sleep nights?

Fraud runs in the family, clearly.  History repeating itself.  Right in the footsteps of our grandmother's son, who callously ripped off his mother decades ago.  Again, another achingly pathetic piece of human excrement.  Just like you.  Intend to lay it bare.  Methodically.  Painstakingly. In great detail.  Living, breathing color.

For all to see.  A public service.  Exposure of the criminal piece of human excrement you truly are.  For sustained public review.  A goddamned thief.  Pissed? Chagrined?  Nonplused?  Tough shit.  Sue.  Would certainly immediately post all discovery no matter the consequences.

All snail mail will be returned unopened.  No phone tag.  Got something to say? Email.  Say it right here.  On this website.  In public.  For the world to see.  Will be posted in its entirety.  No editing.  Unlike you, this writer doesn't lie, cheat, steal.  Honors his word.  Intend to expose you precisely for whom and what you are.

Duplicitous predator who preyed on his own father.  Blinding exposure to benefit the community.  Have nothing to lose providing this public service, but you do.  No better disinfectant than sunshine.

.. Think the old bastard not spinning in his grave?  -- Old lady not doing the same?  One thing for certain.  Neither brought you up to be a goddamned thief.  Yet, here we are.  ... Until next time, Tally Ho!

Think a six-year-old can't have quite an impact?  CBS News reports:

"A young girl in Tennessee quenched thirsts and warmed hearts Saturday while raising more than $1,000 to benefit the family of a fallen deputy, CBS Nashville affiliate WTVF-TV reports.  Caroline Freeman Piche, a 6-year-old in Mt. Juliet, set up a lemonade stand outside her home with a goal of collecting funds for the wife and daughter of Dickson County sheriff's Sgt. Daniel Baker, who was shot and killed in the line of duty May 30. And it didn't take long for the word to spread.  Donning a white apron with rainbow letters, she raised $1,125 in less than five hours, with many of her customers being officers from the area. Some even let the 6-year-old climb into the driver's seat of their squad cars.  "Thank you, Caroline, for touching all of our hearts," Mt. Juliet Police said in a video about her efforts. "Your compassion is a strong reminder of the goodness in the world."

Outstanding young lady, isn't she?

"Caroline hopes to become a police officer when she grows up, the department said, and her mother told WTVF she let her daughter choose the charity her lemonade stand would benefit.  Mt. Juliet Police Captain Tyler Chandler said he visited Caroline's lemonade stand to show her how much the "department appreciated her efforts." Baker, a 10-year veteran of the Dickson County department and a member of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, was shot while responding to a call from a resident about a suspicious car."

Fortunately, police caught the bastard.

"Authorities believe 31-year-old Steven Wiggins shot Baker, and he was arrested on June 1 after a two-day manhunt. Authorities arrested and charged a second person, Erika Castro-Miles, who they believe "participated in the incident."  "There are no words to describe the level of devastation myself and my family are dealing with," Baker's wife, Lisa, said in a statement earlier this month. "His service to his country and community will always be remembered."  Caroline, holding a pink poster board with the total raised, thanked all those who came out to her stand and bought a cup of lemonade."

Think she doesn't have quite a future ahead of her?

Publisher's Note: This case had been covered recently in this publication.  While the bastard did indeed murder the officer, not so clear Castro-Miles was a willing participant.

Great good can ultimately come from great evil, -- under the right circumstances.  The following is quite an example.  Law enforcement, indeed, at its very best.  CBS News "A More Perfect Union" reports:

"For Daniel Rodriguez, it could have all turned out differently. At an early age, lessons in law and order turned into motivation.  "Growing up, my father was incarcerated," Rodriguez said. "Like, he wasn't there, actually incarcerated a couple months before I was born and was in for a little over ten years."  But Rodriguez said he didn't resent law enforcement.  "I knew they were doing their job," Rodriguez said. "And even then when he was arrested, they would come and talk to us and comfort us. It was never just a job to them."

Precisely, the way things should be.

"As a teen, Rodriguez joined the Police Explorers program for aspiring future officers in Garden Grove, California, south of Anaheim.  "I think I needed somebody to — to vent to about things," Rodriguez said. "And, you know, just make me feel that much better going home and knowing that I was able to talk to someone about it."  That "someone" was veteran officer and Explorers mentor Jason Perkins, who turned out to be a good listener."

One of the best qualities anyone, in any walk of life, can possibly have.

"Daniel, in his mind, selected me. And — I had no choice in it," Perkins said with a laugh. "It's step up and be that person in his life, or turn and walk away. And I can't turn my back on — on him."

No one should.  Called mentoring.  Critical, especially in light of the fact his father was an incarcerated criminal.

"Perkins guided Rodriguez through troubles in high school.  "There's, you know, things that — the beginning years of high school I'm not too proud of," Rodriguez said. "Having Jason around, and being able to talk to him, and, you know, going through high school, and you have girlfriends, and you're not — you don't wanna talk to Mom about, like, 'Oh, my girlfriend this, and my girlfriend that.'"  And when he entered the police academy, Rodriguez said Perkins was was his rock.  "Having Jason there as moral support and kinda that backbone of saying, 'Hey, man, you got this. Don't worry about it. Like, you need to believe in yourself.' It — it definitely helped out a lot."

Every kid growing up desperately needs this.

"And Perkins was there alongside his brother and mother, Leticia Macias, to pin on his badge at graduation.  "Jason, he — he hasn't just been a mentor for him, he's also been a great, dear friend," Macias said. "That male figure he was lacking at home. I will forever be grateful for that, yes."  "He would always tell me, 'I'm not here to replace your father,'" Rodriguez said. "But I — I think he — he was able to fill that void of that male figure that I didn't have growing up. And I — I don't know where — when or where it started. I, you know, started calling him Pops."  Perkins gave Rodriguez his own term of endearment.  "Mijo," Perkins said. "Spanish for son. So he's — he's the son I never had, in every sense of the word."  Today, Rodriguez patrols the streets of nearby Placentia, now leading his own police explorer program."

What goes around, comes around.

Texas officer clearly has a heart.  Fox News reports:

"A Texas deputy who responded to a “suspicious gym bag” found that it actually contained three malnourished kittens, The Houston Chronicle reported.  The Harris County Constable’s Office Precinct 5 in Houston shared details about the early Tuesday morning incident in a Facebook post.  The office said deputies were called “to investigate a suspicious gym bag left on a median. The caller told our dispatchers that the bag was ‘moving.’”

Hard to believe anyone would do this to a defenseless animal.  Then again, the human animal all too often sadly does even worse to its own species.

"Deputy Debra Albert responded and discovered the animals.  Albert told Fox News she found the cats at about 3:30 a.m. Tuesday.   “They were really skinny — as soon as I got ’em, I stopped at Walgreens,” she recalled, adding that the drugstore was "the only thing open."   Albert purchased cat food, took the cats to a station and fed them.  Though they were thin, she said the kittens “appeared to be clean,” had on flea collars and were flea-free.  The kittens were eventually given to animal control.  “[Albert] and Deputy Diego Loucel took care of them until they could be turned over to one of our Animal Crimes deputies who took the abandoned little ones to the proper animal control authorities to get them examined by a veterinarian,” the constable’s office said.  The Facebook post included several snaps — one of which showed a cat on a couch while next to a desk phone."

In follow up to an earlier edition, NPR reports:

"Alabama's governor has moved to ban jail food funds from lining sheriffs' pockets. Previously sheriffs could keep for themselves any excess money after they had paid for prisoners' meals. On Tuesday Gov. Kay Ivey ordered that the money no longer go to "sheriffs personally." Instead any excess will go to a county general fund or an account established for the sheriff's official use.  "Public funds should be used for public purposes," Ms. Ivey, a Republican, said in a statement. "It's that simple."

In follow up to an earlier edition, CBS News reports:

"A 10-year-old Nevada girl was accidentally shot last month when she and her family were caught in the crossfire of a gun fight.  Aaliyah Inghram was in a Walmart parking lot with her mom, 18-month-old brother and 15-month-old cousin when two men started shooting at each other. Aaliyah didn't hesitate to react, throwing herself over the two car seats her brother and cousin were sitting in.  She was struck in the back by a bullet.  "My first reaction was to get out. Her's was to jump on her baby brother," Aaliyah's mother Samantha Tygret told KVVU. "She jumped on his car seat when I told her to get on the ground. If she hadn't done that a bullet would have hit him in the midsection."

Uncommon valor.

"The 10-year-old survived but will have surgery next month to have the bullet lodged in her back removed. She was well enough to attend a ceremony in her honor last week.  On June 5, Clark County Commissioner Lawrence Weekly honored Aaliyah and declared it "Aaliyah Ingraham Day." The 10-year-old was also given a medal for heroism.  "She literally took a bullet for her brother. I can never repay her for what she did," her mom said at the ceremony.  "Thank you for this award. I hoped that my brother would be OK, and I wanted him to stay alive because he's really young," Aaliyah said in her short acceptance speech."

Remember the late great Christopher Reeve as Superman?  His son lost both his father and mother early in life.  Seatbelts on.  The following is written by Will Reeve and courtesy of CBS News:

"Actor Christopher Reeve, known for his role as Superman, died in 2004 nine years after he was paralyzed in a horseback riding accident. Dana Reeve died from lung cancer just a year-and-a-half later.  Will Reeve, now 26, discusses overcoming such tremendous grief at a young age, pursuing a career in sports journalism and continuing his parents' work to cure paralysis. In a note to his 13-year-old self, he says there's nowhere to go but up after his lowest point.

"Dear Will,

"I've got good news and bad news. I'll start with the bad, because you always need to know exactly what's going on, no matter what. That won't change, by the way. The bad news is: You're at the lowest point of your life. You're in a hospital room in New York City, and you've just said your final goodbye to Mom.

"You're 13. She's 44. Lung cancer. Never smoked. Gone, just like Dad, who died a year-and-a-half ago, which at the time was the lowest you had been. Now you're at a new bottom and you're terrified and confused and just so sad.

"But! Here's the good news: this is the low point. There's nowhere to go but up, and that's exactly where you're headed.

"You will always remember the good stuff. Dad in the driveway teaching you how to ride a bike just by telling you what to do, you trusting him so fully that you just do it. Mom's singing voice filling the air with sweetness at home and in the car to school.

"How lucky are you that in her final moments, when she finally had to accept that she was dying, Mom knew where to put you? She signed you over to the Pucci's, your next-door neighbors, your second family and now your adoptive family. You'll move in with them and love them as fiercely and fully as they love you.

"There will be times when you will feel lost. You will feel insecure, less about the braces and bad haircut you have now and more about the choices you make, the direction of your career, missteps in relationships and social settings, but don't worry.

"You'll keep playing sports and singing in musicals and you'll get good grades and make great friends and you'll feel encouraged, supported and loved.

"You love to write and it will be essential at your dream job, reporting and anchoring at ESPN, where you promised mom and dad you would work one day. When you get that call, you'll want to call them and tell them the great news and of course, you can't, but you know that they already know.

"To millions of people, they embody love and loyalty, commitment and courage, perseverance and hope. You'll make them proud by honoring your family name, not by using it for special treatment but by living a life worthy of its legacy.

"Some days, like when you join the board of the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation, you'll feel like you're doing a great job. Other times, like when your work-play balance gets a little too skewed toward fun, or you're lazy or rude or selfish, you'll feel nothing but shame.

"It sounds simple and clichéd, but just be you. Because you are what will make mom and dad most proud. Every moment you spent with them, they were preparing you for a life without them. You have their values and Mom's eyes and Dad's smile.

"I want you to know that we do not have all of this figured out. But you know that in the years ahead, you will face no obstacle greater than the one you are starting to overcome right now, and no matter which way your journey leads, mom and dad will be there with you every step of the way. How lucky are you?

"Sincerely,
Will"

... Hey, Sheriff?  Is it true Llano County Attorney Becky Lange has advised you to stay out of the "Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764" fiasco?  That right, Bill?  Isn't that obstruction of justice?  Also true your deputies have advised the Bolens to accept the status quo and not force the no-trespassing issue with Greene?  If so, isn't that also obstruction and official oppression?  When will you do your job, Bill?  As an elected official, you answer to the public, forget?  -- No honor?  ... No honor at all?  If the foregoing allegations are indeed true, didn't you swear an oath to uphold the law and Constitution?  Why aren't you doing so?  No guts?

Your deputy has been accused of abusing authority.  What action have you taken other than ignore the complaint?  Why aren't both Rodriguez and the County Attorney under criminal investigation?  The County Attorney appears to be obstructing justice, accepting the word of Greene in lieu of two surveyor companies who strongly assert otherwise.  Both the County Attorney and District Attorney have ignored complaints.  Par for the course in Llano County, isn't it?  Failed to do their jobs.  No surprise there, right, Bill?  Both receiving 'special consideration' up to and/or including a bribe from Greene?  Regardless, clearly, no justice in Nazi Llano County.  Bottom line?  Desperate need for an outside criminal investigation.  Conveniently, forget?  This County is ruled by men, certainly not rule of law and the United States Constitution.

Precisely, why there is desperate need for a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, and prosecute criminal law enforcement, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose only mandate would be to adjudicate such cases.  Total independence.  Until that happens, the criminal bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County will continue to do as they please.

Some salient quotes occurring before or later on in this edition vis a vis unfinished business County officials continue to ignore:

..."How would they know?  The brass protect their own.  Usually, no matter what they do or don't do.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Including the criminal jackasses currently terrorizing Llano County, right, Bill?  Ferociously pointedly, why is it your criminal jackbooted bastards in black seem incapable of ever smartening up, Sheriff?  That why you continue to protect and coddle, that is, shield Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764, Bill?"

"Wilson left in September after five years on the force, and Brown left shy of three years last May. Chafee did not know why they left the department, or if they worked closely together."

"Same problem here in Nazi Llano County, right, Sheriff?  -- That why you refuse to release information on your goons to the public?  That is, employment history, criminal background, results of drug testing, etc..  ... Got to protect the jackbooted goons preying on the citizenry, right, Bill?  You and your bastards remain unaccountable to the public.  A public that is largely ignorant of the horrendous abuse going on.  ... Right, Sheriff?"

Counselor:

The enclosed emails were sent to the Llano County Attorney and Sheriff, respectively, vis a vis the above matter.  Remain unanswered.  The County Attorney appears to be protecting and defending the deputy at behest of Kingsland property owner Johnny Greene.  May have received some consideration from Greene up to and including a bribe.  Are the County Attorney, Greene, and the Deputy under criminal investigation?  If not, why not?

Re:  Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764

Counselor:

As you're well aware, we have an outrageously corrupt, abusive, achingly inept Llano County Sheriff's Office here in Nazi Llano County.  Worse, you and your office aid and abet these SS jackbooted bastards in black.  The issue at the moment is the same it's been the last six months.

How is it two surveyor companies, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, even the goddamned Sheriff himself now states Kingsland resident James Berardi owns the lots in contention all these months?

Yet, you ludicrously assert that's not the County's legal position.  It's not?  Why not?  You claim you're not a real estate expert.  Rather than accept the advice of two surveyor companies, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, and even the Sheriff himself, you've inexplicably chosen to follow the advice of property owner Johnny Greene, -- who conveniently happens to be reportedly in the oil industry.

Question to be asked.  Could you have received any 'consideration' in return, -- up to and including a bribe?  Only way to know for sure is for the District Attorney to conduct a criminal investigation.  Apparently, there has been none.  If not, why not?

Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to this Kingsland property owner?  To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.

Our achingly useless, worthless, gutless Sheriff has ignored an email vis a vis the damage this jackbooted thug is responsible for.  Interestingly, his fellow officers believe him to be an idiot.  Yet, the Sheriff continued to defend this piece of human excrement until he realized  this entire fiasco would not be swept under the carpet.

Rodriguez is indeed an idiot.  Would you believe this piece of crap ordered the motor home to be moved on to an unmarked unused Llano County road? That motor home has indeed been moved back to where it was parked before Rodriguez forced it to be moved.  Why hasn't the County paid for the cost of moving it back?  To say nothing of the damage.

Equally pointedly, why is it the County has allowed Theresa Ahrens to park and live in her tiny cottage on that very same road?  Why hasn't she been evicted by the County?  Why was she assessed taxes on an adjacent improvement she doesn't own?

Why is it, Counselor, Johnny Greene is paying for the attorney retained by Ms. Ahrens?  Is Greene attempting to make this all go away by bribery?  Greene has also informed Berardi he is going to sue.  For what?  Has Greene lost his mind?

What about Wells who installed a $4500 septic system on a lot turns out he does not own as a result of Greene, an outrageously inept County, to say nothing of the Llano County Attorney who remains equally determinedly clueless?

How about Bolen who hasn't a pot to piss in, but was nonetheless f--ked over by Greene to say nothing of an egregiously inept County, to say nothing of you and your goddamned equally incompetent office?

None of this is going away, Counselor, -- any time soon.  Will not be swept under the carpet as all the other crap going on in this hell hole County.  Not a chance.  Expect a full expose in this publication whether or not this outrageous fiasco finally gets resolved.  Including full public exposure of both the Sheriff and his jackbooted thug.

Wake up, Sheriff.  Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office?  One hundred seventeen weeks, now.  A goddamned disgrace.  Why are you still sitting on this information?  What are you hiding, Sheriff?  What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise?  Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons?  Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff?  Their past history?  An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse.  How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information?  One hundred seventeen weeks.  Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger.  To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff?  Those of your thugs?  The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down.  You don't understand that, Sheriff?  Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one.  Including taxpayers.  Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot.  The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt.  Think not?  Wake up.  Your credibility has tanked.  Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated.  One hundred seventeen weeks.   Still no identification of the officers involved  ... Can't get your stories straight?  In line?  Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? Wake up, Sheriff.  The public no longer buys the bullshit.  No longer trusts you.  On this and many, many other issues.  You have no credibility.  Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so.  There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow.  If there are any others I may have neglected to mention, kindly email.

It's time the public be fully informed.  -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County.  If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone.  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why.  This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet.  Ignored.  The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us.  They can't be.  They've lied too many times.  Refuse to be accountable to anyone.  We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases. Usually, with impunity.  That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement.  This also has to change.  No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer.  No one.  No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar.  There was no justice there.  None here.  None anywhere.  Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers.  Court fees charged continue to be horrendous.  -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs?  Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs?   Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees. This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit.  This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt, abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why?  Yet, surprise, surprise.  Nothing was done.  There has to be transparency.  There is none.  Why would these thieving bastards want any?  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity?  Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons.  Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so.  That is, where they came from.  Why they left where they were.  What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards.  Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments.  Why?  So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated?  This has to change.  ... Can't have that, can we?  Sheriff?  TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up.  Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own?  The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers.  Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently?  Guess what?  Nothing will happen.  Nothing ever does.  The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities.  Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally.  Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for.  Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit.  Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web.  Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town.  Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded.  An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences. Forget?  Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure.  We're just getting started, Sheriff.  You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards have become, truly are, not what you phonies purport to be, that is, how you continue to f--k over a public you've falsely sworn to protect and defend.  -- Exposure, the only way short of an unwanted dreaded revolution to force desperately needed change in a goddamned fascist police-state. The Fourth Reich.

Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids, Sheriff?  If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing.  'Personnel matters?'  Bullshit.  Looted taxpayers have the right to know.  They're footing the bill for all this goddamned corruption, abuse, ineptness. When will you and the boys end the shakedowns?  Looting of the innocent to line County coffers?  No honor at all?

Where are your swastika armbands, you fascist son of a bitch?  You and your thugs remain out of uniform.  Once again, Sheriff, and ad nauseum, did you and/or your goons pressure Schilling to exit the race?  Did you steal the election? If so, an aggressively stupid, achingly gutless public gets what it truly deserves.  One of the most corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' agencies in our formerly great country.

Have any information, knowledge of, experience with a purportedly non-profit volunteer clean-up group called Looking Forward In Llano County affiliated with the Llano County Attorney's Office?  Email this publication at libertyinperil@openmailbox.org to provide information and/or arrange a meeting to discuss this matter.  If requested, your identity will be protected.  The question is quite simple.  Is this group what it claims to be and on the level?

Highly reminiscent of our outrageously bought and paid for judiciary, Llano County prosecutors, Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider the following.  It's appalling.  Runs against the grain of everything our formerly great country once stood for.  No longer.

Inexplicably, more of the same old horse shit.  CBS/AP reports:

"Minneapolis Park Police said Wednesday they are investigating after an apparently unfounded 911 call about an assault led officers to detain four unarmed black teenagers, and led one officer to point his gun at the boys. Park authorities said they were investigating the validity of the 911 call, and are also asking for an independent review into the officers' response to determine whether proper policies were followed.  The encounter raised community concerns after a citizen cellphone video was posted on Facebook. The video did not show an officer with his gun drawn, or show anything that happened before the teens were handcuffed. The video shows two boys handcuffed and sitting on the ground outside a patrol car. CBS affiliate WCCO reports two other boys were detained inside the car.  Police said the officers' body cameras were activated, but that video isn't being released because it's part of an ongoing investigation, the station reports."

Why sit on this information?  Give your goons a chance to get their lies straight?  In line?

"Park police were called to Minnehaha Regional Park on Tuesday night after a 911 caller reported an "escalating, dangerous situation and reports of weapons," according to a parks statement."

Unadulterated bullshit.

"Park Police Chief Jason Ohotto said a female caller reported that four teens were following her boyfriend and wielding knives and sticks. She also reported that one of the teens said he had a gun in his backpack. The information was then updated as the female reported that her boyfriend was being assaulted."

None of it true.

"The caller gave "detailed descriptions" of the teens, Ohotto said.  Police arrived and Ohotto said one of the officers unholstered his firearm and pointed it in the general direction of the teens, who are 13, 13, 14 and 16."

Why?  Why do so?  What was the exigent threat?

Consider the following:

"Police detained the teens, but no weapons were found. As authorities investigated, Ohotto said some witnesses described a confrontation between the four teens and another person, but their accounts didn't match what was initially called in to 911.  Three of the teens were released at the park; one was a runaway and later released.  Ohotto said officers were unsuccessful in reaching the 911 caller or her boyfriend at the park or by phone."

Tell you anything?  Anything at all?

"I think the details of the 911 call describing knives and guns are what we need to investigate and get to the bottom of," Ohotto said."

Jesus Christ.  Give me a break.  What's desperately needed is better training, vetting, improved procedures.  You bastards were bamboozled.  Didn't appropriately respond.

"Making a false report is a misdemeanor and police are asking anyone with information to come forward."

Despite the fact no one got killed, maimed, beaten, or wrongly hauled to jail, here is the problem:

"We're going to continue to work hard and hopefully repair any damage that has resulted from this social media posting and the response that the officers made," Ohotto said. "We don't want people to be fearful, especially of our police, if they come to our parks."  The station reached out to the bystander who posted the video on Facebook, but hasn't heard back."

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

No longer.

What took so long?  CBS News reports:

"A man wrongly identified by Dallas police as a suspect in the 2016 fatal shooting of five officers has sued the city and its police department. The federal lawsuit filed Monday alleges Dallas police detained Mark Hughes and his brother, Cory, without reasonable suspicion or probable cause.  Both are listed as plaintiffs in the lawsuit, which says the brothers were interrogated "without proper Miranda warnings" following the July 7, 2016, ambush that killed four Dallas police officers and one transit officer.  Dallas police on social media posted a photo of Mark Hughes holding his rifle, saying he was a suspect in the shooting and asking for the public's help in finding him. Yet the real suspect was later identified as army veteran Micah Johnson. Authorities killed him using a robot-delivered bomb after the shooting."

Wouldn't want to confuse law enforcement with the truth, would we?

"Mark Hughes was carrying the rifle during the anti-police brutality rally that preceded the shooting, according to the lawsuit, and had presented the firearm to a nearby officer before joining the protesters.  The lawsuit said he turned his rifle over to an officer after the gunfire broke out, but later learned police identified him as a suspect and immediately surrendered to officers, who confiscated his shirt and car keys.  He spoke to CBS station KTVT after he was released around 1 a.m. on July 8, 2016.  "I just got out of the interrogation room for about 30 minutes with police officers lying, saying that they had video of me shooting, which is a lie, saying that they have witnesses saying that I shot a gun, which is a lie, so I mean, at the end of the day, the system was trying to get me," Mark Hughes said.  Cory Hughes was detained after hearing about his brother's arrest and going to police headquarters, according to the lawsuit.  The litigation claims the brothers were "wrongfully detained" and said there was "significant evidence" the two were not involved in the shooting. Both were released after passing forensic testing and denying any involvement in the shooting, the lawsuit said."

This case had been covered earlier in this publication.  Police apparently were desperate to nail someone, anyone in retaliation for the murder of the Dallas officers.  Not how things are supposed to work in what is supposed to be a democratic republic supposedly under the United States Constitution.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

No longer.

The following is appalling.  Unbecoming.  Intolerable.  Outrageously, bigoted.  CBS News reports:

"Authorities have shed light on a police officer who resigned this week amid an investigation into his response to a woman who said she was being harassed in a Chicago forest preserve for wearing a shirt with the Puerto Rican flag. Arnold Randall, general superintendent of the Forest Preserve District of Cook County, said Thursday that the officer, previously identified as Patrick Connor, resigned of his own accord, and that he didn't resign in good standing. He left with a disciplinary review pending."

Considering the current body politic, hard to believe the following still goes on:

"The harassment incident was captured in a June 14 video. It shows an irate man approaching a woman, Mia Irizarry, as she waited for her family at a picnic area in the Forest Preserves of Cook County to celebrate her 24th birthday. The man told Irizarry to not wear a T-shirt celebrating Puerto Rico if she's an American citizen -- despite the territory being part of the U.S."

Puerto Ricans are United States citizens.

"You should not be wearing that in the United States of America," he said. "Are you a citizen?"

"Yes I am," Irizarry replied.

"Then you should not be wearing that. You should be wearing United States of America flag," he said."

As outrageous as the above clearly was, what followed is even worse:

"An officer -- Connor -- arrived, but the video shows he didn't intervene even as the man invaded Irizarry's personal space and continued to harangue her. Irizarry is seen in the video filing a formal complaint and says that the initial responding officer did "absolutely zero."   Connor was placed on desk duty on June 26, after apparently taking a pre-scheduled vacation shortly after the incident.

Law enforcement needs to get its act together.  Better vetting, at the very least, is certainly required.

"The local police chief said Connor was very remorseful and that Connor thought he handled the incident appropriately.  Cook County Commissioner Luis Arroyo called the video showing the incident "appalling, gut wrenching, and a real wake-up call to everyone." Arroyo said the situation could have escalated but that the victim kept her composure."

Had no choice.  In Nazi America, this victim of bigotry would have been hauled to jail had she lost her composure.  Forget?  Justice is, and has been, ass backwards for decades.

"The officer "embarrassed many of our law enforcement officers and tarnished the whole department with his failure to act," Arroyo said.  On Thursday, Randall said he is "outraged" and "sincerely sorry this happened."

Empty, achingly hollow rhetoric.  Somewhere along the way, we've lost ourselves.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

No longer.

Think the high and mighty don't expect special treatment?  CBS News reports:

"An Arizona state lawmaker was seen telling a sheriff's deputy he sometimes drives as fast as 130 or 140 mph after he was pulled over for speeding. The deputy said in a report later that the driver claimed to have legislative immunity.  State Rep. Paul Mosley was stopped on March 27 outside of Parker, Arizona. The rural area near the California border is in Mosley's district and more than 150 miles west of the state capital in Phoenix.  A body camera video obtained by KLPZ and first published on its website ParkerLiveOnline.com shows a La Paz County Sheriff's deputy warning Mosley to slow down. Mosley was going 97 mph in a 55 mph zone on state Route 95, the news outlet reported.  Mosley then says he sometimes drives "130, 140, 120," while trying to get home to surprise his wife. He says he doesn't notice the speed because of his vehicle's nice wheels and suspension."

Jesus Christ.  Give me a break.  LOL.

Gets worse:

"The deputy's written report said Mosley told him not to waste time on the incident because he has legislative immunity, KLPZ reported.  "I don't break the law because I can, but because, you know, I'm just trying to get home," Mosley says in the video.  Mosely on Thursday posted an apology on his Facebook page, referring to the comments to the deputy as a joke. "My desire to get home to see my family does not justify how fast I was speeding nor my reference to legislative immunity when being pulled over," he said. He said his comments to the deputy were inappropriate and showed bad judgment."

You think?  LOL.  ... Aryan arrogance, as well.

"While the state constitution does provide for certain kinds of legislative immunity, elections lawyer Kory Langhofer told CBS affiliate KPHO-TV it exists only to protect lawmakers from missing votes during the legislative session because they happen to be arrested on a minor legal matter.  "It is a big no-no to claim legislative immunity to get out of a speeding ticket," Langhofer told the station. "It really is just a shameful thing. It also doesn't work."  A document from November 2002 shared by the House Rules Committee says speeding tickets - as well as violations for driving under the influence - aren't covered."

Fascinating, isn't it?

"The video does not show the deputy, who was not identified, issuing a speeding ticket, but the incident is under review by Cochise County Attorney Brian McIntyre after the La Paz County Attorney's Office referred the incident to avoid a potential conflict of interest. McIntyre said in a statement a complaint has not yet been filed."

Why not?

"I do not believe the ethical rules permit me to say whether I intend to charge the matter or not, however," McIntyre's statement said. "I am able to say that it will be reviewed consistent with our ethical obligations and a charging decision will be made as time and resources permit."

No problem with the above?

"Speaker of the House J.D. Mesnard said he was "disturbed" to see Mosley's actions and doesn't think the immunity provision would apply.  "Nothing short of an emergency justifies that kind of speeding, and assertions of immunity in that situation seem outside the intent of the constitutional provision regarding legislative immunity," Mesnard said.  A search of court records in Arizona didn't immediately turn up any traffic violations issued against Mosley."

Why not?

"The Arizona Fraternal Order of Police withdrew its endorsement of Mosley and condemned his speeding.  "Rep. Mosley's recklessness, his demeanor and his utter disregard for the safety of the public represent the exact opposite of what the Arizona Fraternal Order of Police looks for in an elected official," the group's president John Ortolano said in a statement.  "Potentially lethal speeding isn't a joke. We will not stand with those who think it's acceptable or funny to risk the lives of others while behind the wheel of a lethal weapon."

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

No longer.

Generally speaking, anecdotally, female officers, for the most part, usually show better judgment than their male counterparts.  Not always, however.  The following example is horrendous.  The Washington Post reports:

"Back in the patrol car, officers Courtney Brown and Kristee Wilson faced a decision. What was to be done with Sarah Webb?  Brown said Webb was caught barreling down the highway on wet pavement. She had to be going at least 80 miles an hour. Webb had pleaded that she was late for work, Brown told her fellow Roswell Police Department officer in a traffic stop captured on Brown’s body camera.  The officers ticked off Webb’s potential violations. Too fast for conditions. Reckless driving. Webb’s speed was not captured by radar, Brown concedes, but Brown’s speedometer crested 90 to tail Webb in the city about 20 miles north of Atlanta."

The officers, indeed, had to do something.  It's how they went about making the decision, and the decision itself, that is the problem.

“What do you think? Just tickets?” Brown asks Wilson, as Webb sits in her sedan just a few feet away during the April stop.  Wilson took a few seconds to contemplate a response that would trigger an investigation, following questions and a report by WXIA-TV.  “Atlanta answer or Roswell answer?” Wilson asks. Brown laughs, and opens an app on her phone that performs a digital coin flip. Wilson sets the parameters: Heads, arrest. Tails, released."

Can you believe it?

Gets worse:

"The app pings with a flip and a clank. It’s tails, and Webb wins a contest she did not know existed."

Jesus Christ.

Even worse?  Get this:

“So release?” Brown says. But Wilson does not hesitate.  “23,” she says, an apparent reference to what the Atlanta Police Department described as a code for an arrest or citation."

Kangaroo justice.  In a goddamned de facto fascist police-state, quickly transitioning to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

"Brown steps out of the car and tells Webb she is being arrested. “You put a lot of people’s lives in jeopardy,” Brown tells her.  Webb sobs as Brown leads her to a patrol car, where at least four police vehicles and multiple officers had arrived to back up the arrest that was created out of subverted chance."

Get the point?  Understand the problem?  Depending on the circumstances, that is, how much above the speed limit, any other infractions, etc., may very well have deserved being arrested and hauled to jail.  That's not how the decision was made, however.  That's the problem.

"Roswell Police Chief Rusty Grant said he launched an investigation and placed the officers on administrative leave once he became aware of the incident that occurred just over three months ago."

What took so long?

“I have much higher expectations of our police officers and I am appalled that any law enforcement officer would trivialize the decision-making process of something as important as the arrest of a person,” Grant said in a statement Friday."

Think so?  Vetting remains quite a problem all across our formerly great country.

"The incident raises questions about whether Brown and Wilson have used a coin flip to determine other arrests, either in Roswell or Atlanta. In the video, Brown opens the app unprompted, as if it was something she’s done before."

Unbelievable, isn't it?  How can police brass be so ignorant of what is indeed going on in the streets?  There is a systemic cancer in law enforcement.  Top-bottom.  Bottom-top.  One reason why an unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looms.  ... Hear the rumble?

"Both officers had served in the Atlanta Police Department, spokesman John Chafee told The Washington Post on Saturday. But there are no indications they had similar conduct there, he said."

How would you know?  The brass protect their own.  Usually, no matter what they do or don't do.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Including the criminal jackasses currently terrorizing Llano County, right, Bill?  Ferociously pointedly, why is it your criminal jackbooted bastards in black seem incapable of ever smartening up, Sheriff?  That why you continue to protect and coddle, that is, shield Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764, Bill?

"Wilson left in September after five years on the force, and Brown left shy of three years last May. Chafee did not know why they left the department, or if they worked closely together."

Same problem here in Nazi Llano County, right, Sheriff?  -- That why you refuse to release information on your goons to the public?  That is, employment history, criminal background, results of drug testing, etc..  ... Got to protect the jackbooted thugs preying on the citizenry, right, Bill?  You and your bastards remain unaccountable to the public.  A public that is largely ignorant of the horrendous abuse going on.  ... Right, Sheriff?

“Nothing in the actions of these two officers is consistent with the Atlanta Police Department’s training or its expectations of its sworn personnel,” Chafee said. “These two officers alone are responsible for their decision-making.”

Passing the buck?  Why haven't they been fired, arrested, charged, and prosecuted?  Why the double standard?

"WXIA-TV reported the department denied Webb’s request to see the video. Prosecutors released the video to her on July 6, the station reported, and her case was dismissed Monday. Webb could not be reached for comment.  Webb did not know about the coin toss until contacted by the station, which reported several officers knew about the incident but did not raise concerns internally."

Why weren't these bastards fired and prosecuted as well?

“Wow, these people put my freedom in the hands of a coin flip,” Webb said, according to the Associated Press. “And that’s disgusting.”

What it is is criminal.  Jackbooted nazi.  ... Right, Sheriff?

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

The following series of articles were written days before Trump's traitorous news conference with Putin.  Kindly, keep that in mind as you review the following material.  The news conference is indeed covered later in this edition. Patience:

Fireworks in the House.  NBC reports:

"Deepening tension between congressional Republicans and the Justice Department erupted in full public view Thursday, as a senior FBI agent sparred with lawmakers who suggested his bias against President Trump tainted the department’s Russia investigation."

Can't remember the last time an FBI agent so ferociously unloaded on House inquisitors.  LOL.  Took no shit.

"Peter Strzok, the senior FBI official who oversaw the Hillary Clinton email investigation and helped lead the initial probe of ties between Russia and the Trump campaign strongly rejected claims that personal political views he shared with a colleague affected his official actions, while accusing Republicans of furthering Vladimir Putin’s goal of sowing discord in the U.S."

With the lunatic Trump nazi in power, Republicans are, indeed, between a rock and a hard place.  -- Had it been a Democratic president making nice with the Putin dictator as the Trump nazi has done, think they wouldn't be screaming bloody murder?  LOL.

“I have the utmost respect for Congress’s oversight role, but I truly believe that today’s hearing is just another victory notch in Putin’s belt and another milestone in our enemies’ campaign to tear America apart,” he said at a joint hearing of the House Oversight and Judiciary Committees, who have been jointly probing the Justice Department’s handling of both probes Strzok helped lead."

Has a point, doesn't he?  Yet, gutless Republicans, along partisan lines, continue to defend this abomination.

"But Republicans relentlessly questioned Strzok over some of the thousands of text messages he exchanged with Lisa Page, counsel to then-FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe, in which the two were critical of then-candidate Trump."

So what?  Delusionally believe both major political parties don't do precisely the same?  Insane to think there is anyone in any position who is not biased.  Including, on the bench.  Everyone has a perspective.  Viewpoint.  Forget?  Everyone has both an opinion, -- and an asshole.  Difference?  Latter serves an eminently useful purpose.  Former?  Worthless.

Used to be partisans in Congress, as well as in the judiciary, could set aside partisanship and personal bias.  For the most part, no longer.  Certainly, not in Congress.  Or, the Supreme Court.  Must change.  If not, hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.

"Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., noted that in August of 2016, within one week of the Justice Department’s decision to open the Russia probe, Page and Strzok exchanged messages that included “F Trump,” and Strzok saying: “I can protect our country at so many levels.”

Republicans didn't do the same to Obama, then Hillary?  Give me a break.  Your hypocrisy, --stunning, unbecoming.  You bastards are doing the same, then criticizing the other side for doing precisely what you've perfected into an art and science.  LOL.

“We're not even a week into an investigation that you originated, approved, were the contact for, you hadn't interviewed a single solitary soul until August the 11th, and you're already promising to protect the country from that menace Donald Trump,” Gowdy said."

What are you complaining about, Congressman?  Your nazi fuhrer is enthroned in the Oval Office.  Remains an exigent threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties, yet you gutless bastards remain cowardly silent.  In 1974, you stood tall against one of your own, the criminal Nixon nazi.  Trump presents a far, far greater threat to our democratic republic.

Yet, you traitorously protect and coddle the nazi bastard.  Applaud his diabolical effort to fully load the Supreme Court with a 5-nazi Republican majority on a far from non-partisan bench.  Fail to hear the rumble.  Pending national calamity.  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.

"In his opening statement Strzok acknowledged making “blunt” comments about Trump and other political figures, and expressed regret. Responding to Gowdy, Strzok said messages such as that one were “written late at night, off-the-cuff,” and reflecting his immediate views about news of the day.  “To suggest somehow we can parse down the words of short hand textual conversations like they're some contract for a car is simply not consistent with my or most people's use of text messaging,” he said. “The suggestion that I in some dark chamber somewhere in the FBI would somehow cast aside all of these procedures, all of these safe guards, and somehow be able to do this is astounding me. It simply couldn’t happen. And the proposition that it is going on, that it might occur anyway in the FBI, deeply corrodes what the FBI is in American society.”

The above is unquestionably a vision of what the FBI supposedly stood for.  J. Edgar Hoover certainly put the lie to the ruse, however.  Abused power to go after Martin Luther King, Jr., dissidents, and all those who opposed government policy.  Engaged in 'dirty tricks.'  Disgraced himself and his agency repeatedly over the decades.  List can go on and on.

Yet, there is some small semblance of honor:

"Strzok noted that he was one of a very small number of people with knowledge of the fact that the FBI had launched a counterintelligence investigation involving the Trump campaign.  “This information had the potential to derail, and quite possibly, defeat Mr. Trump. But the thought of exposing that information never crossed my mind,” he said."

Democrats remain determinedly ineffective:

"Democrats largely used the hearing to attack Republicans for what they described as a coordinated effort with the White House to delegitimize the Russia probe now led by special counsel Robert Mueller.  "Accountability is coming one way or another, and they are scared and are trying to undermine the investigation,” said Rep. Jerry Nadler, D-N.Y., the top Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee."

Why haven't you walked off the floor when Republicans determinedly passed measures designed to transform the de facto fascist police-state we currently live in to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich?  Goddamned gutless.  Ineffective.  Fools.

"At one point the hearing devolved into a shouting match between Republicans and Democrats over procedural issues, after Strzok said he had been instructed by Justice Department not to answer a question about the Russia investigation, because it is ongoing. Republicans threatened to hold him in contempt of Congress, which Democrats contested. Rep. Zoe Lofgren, D-Calif. called it a “circus,” while Gerry Connolly, D-Va., called it a “political show trial.”

Certainly, a good time to have walked off the floor in protest.  Instead of wasting effort engaging in hollow, empty, meaningless rhetoric.

Epitome of Republican hypocrisy:

"Rep. Louie Gohmert, R-Texas, at one point called Strzok “disgraceful,” accusing him of lying to the committee under oath and even raising his extramarital affair.  "I can’t help but wonder when I see you looking there with a little smirk, how many times did you look so innocent into your wife’s eye and lie to her,” Gohmert said, prompting howls from Democrats at what they called an “outrageous” comment."

Jesus Christ.  Where has this bastard been vis a vis the Trump nazi and all his affairs?  Live in a glass house?  Not smart to throw stones.

“I have always told the truth,” Strzok replied "The fact that you would accuse me otherwise, the fact that you would question whether or not that was the sort of look I would engage with with a family member who I have acknowledged hurting goes more to a discussion of your character."

F--king right.  Let it rip, Mr. Strzok.  F--k the hypocritical GOP nazi.

"Strzok had already appeared before the same committees in June for a closed, 11-hour interview with the same congressional committees. Democrats tried unsuccessfully to force Republicans to release the transcript of that interview, which they said included many of the same questions being asked publicly Thursday."

Why wasn't that done?  What are you bastards hiding?  No more than partisan goddamned horse shit.  Anything to divert attention from the Mueller investigation.  Derail it to protect the Trump nazi.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

In follow up to the above, consider the following.  The Washington Post reports:

"A dozen Russian intelligence officers have been charged with conspiring to hack Democrats during the 2016 presidential campaign, according to a new indictment in the probe led by special counsel Robert S. Mueller III."

Couldn't be, could it?

"The 12 were members of Russian military intelligence, known as the GRU, and are accused of engaging in a sustained effort to hack the computer networks of Democratic organizations and the Hillary Clinton campaign."

Why are Trump and his henchmen continuing to deny the fact the Russians interfered in the last presidential election.  Makes the nazi look guilty, desperate to hide something.

"Deputy Attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein detailed the new charges at a mid-day press conference. Mueller, as has been his practice, was not expected to attend the announcement. Court records show a grand jury Mueller has been using returned an indictment Friday morning."

How about that?

"Mueller and a team of prosecutors have been working since May 2017 to determine if any Trump associates conspired with Russia to interfere in the election. His work had already led to charges against 20 people on crimes ranging from money laundering to lying to the FBI. Fourteen of those charged earlier are Russians who are unlikely to ever be put on trial in the United States."

Had it been a Democratic president doing what Trump is doing vis a vis the Russian fiasco, think they wouldn't have already impeached and convicted the sorry son of a bitch?

"Trump’s former campaign manager, Paul Manafort, is in jail in Alexandria, Va., awaiting trial later this month on financial fraud charges stemming from activities that pre-dated the Trump campaign."

There are developments on the above which will be addressed in this edition, shortly.

"Mueller’s probe has come under sustained attack from Trump and his supporters in Congress, who call it a witch hunt and a politically-motivated attempt to hurt the president."

Anything to divert attention from the truth, block the investigation.  Protect Trump and those closest to him.

"On Thursday, GOP lawmakers skewered FBI agent Peter Strzok at a congressional hearing over his work as the former lead agent in the Russia probe and an earlier investigation of Clinton’s use of a private email server when she was secretary of state. Over the course of a ten-hour hearing, Strzok fought back defending the FBI while also expressing regret for his personal statements expressing disdain for then-candidate Donald Trump."

Republicans are clearly running scared.  Know Mueller is closing in.  Interestingly, a fellow Republican no less.  LOL.  His investigation is only a little over a year old.  Has already produced a number of indictments.  Hillary, while egregiously unfit to be president, was investigated for something over three years.  Yet, nothing came of it.  Fascinating, isn't it?

Why is it the high and mighty aren't afforded the same treatment in jail and prison the rest of the population is accorded?  NPR reports:

"The team prosecuting President Trump's former campaign chairman has a message for Paul Manafort: no more excuses."

LOL.

"Lawyers working for Justice Department special counsel Robert Mueller objected Wednesday to Manafort's bid to delay the trial scheduled for July 25 in Alexandria, Va. To make their case, they cited recorded jail calls and prison logs suggesting Manafort has been getting better treatment than most detainees, not worse."

You think?  Consider the following:

"Among the unique privileges Manafort enjoys at the jail are a private, self-contained living unit, which is larger than other inmates' units, his own bathroom and shower facility, his own personal telephone, and his own workspace to prepare for trial," the prosecutors wrote.  In monitored phone calls at the Northern Neck Regional Jail in Warsaw, Va., Manafort has told others he is being treated like a "VIP," the government team added.  Manafort has been held there since June 15, when a judge in Washington, D.C., ordered him detained, partly because of new charges that he had attempted to tamper with witnesses."

Doesn't your heart bleed?  Have to give Mueller great credit for figuratively holding this bastard's feet to the fire.  Most unusual in Nazi America where the top of the food chain usually skate.

"The back-and-forth matters because Manafort has cited restrictive conditions of his pretrial detention as a reason to postpone his case on bank and tax fraud charges until at least the autumn. Manafort's lawyers said he had "very limited access to his attorneys and the records."

Unadulterated horse shit:

"But the special counsel's team reported on Wednesday that Manafort told an unnamed person by phone that "I've gone through all the discovery now," only days before his lawyers filed a motion to continue the case. Prosecutors also told Judge T.S. Ellis III that Manafort has had multiple visits with his legal team each week.  Government lawyers reported Manafort had over 100 phone calls with his attorneys in the past three weeks. They made clear they were not monitoring what was discussed in his calls with lawyers but rather relying on a prison telephone log to note the calls that were taking place.  The special counsel's lawyers reported that the jail in Warsaw doesn't allow prisoners to send emails but that Manafort "appears to have developed a workaround" by reading and drafting messages on a second laptop that's brought in and out of the jail by his legal team.  "When the team takes the laptop from the jail, it reconnects to the Internet and Manafort's emails are transmitted," they wrote."

Think a poor bastard in jail on a drug charge can finagle the same?  LOL.

"The government team also suggested Manafort may have other reasons for seeking to delay his case in Virginia. They said they gained access to another prison call on June 20 in which Manafort spoke with someone skeptical about delaying the Virginia case and bringing forward a separate trial in Washington, D.C.  Manafort told his listener to "think about how it'll play elsewhere. ... There is a strategy to it, even in failure, but there's a hope to it."

Bet there is.  Especially, when you have the very best legal team money can buy.  ... While the unwashed get at best a public defender who is overworked, underpaid, certainly not privy to the same resources the high and mighty have.

"The context for Manafort's comment wasn't clear, but he is facing charges related to his work on behalf of clients overseas, including the onetime government of Ukraine and a powerful Russian oligarch."

Precisely, why Trump continues to whine about the investigation.  Bet the bastard isn't shitting?

Here's precisely the advantage of having the very best legal counsel money can buy:

"Manafort lawyer Jay Nanavati responded with his own court filing late Wednesday.  Nanavati said the government's arguments were largely "self serving and inaccurate." He said Manafort is not doing any kind of "email workaround" of the sort the prosecutors described. Rather, he said, Manafort is providing information to his attorneys, who then act on the information after they leave the jail.  As for listening in on Manafort's phone calls, Nanavati wrote: "Armed with personal conversations between Mr. Manafort and his family, the special counsel selects snippets to support its version of events. The special counsel does not pause to consider the reasons a detained defendant might have to make his situation sound better when speaking with concerned friends and family."

Consider the following:

"Ellis, the judge in the Virginia case, has directed lawyers for both sides to appear on July 17, to argue about whether the case should be delayed or moved.  Earlier this week, the judge had ordered that Manafort be moved from the Northern Neck jail, more than 100 miles away from his lawyers, to the Alexandria Detention Center near the courthouse. Ellis said he made that decision in response to Manafort's complaints about the difficulty in getting ready for the trial.  But soon after the judge issued his order, Manafort's lawyers essentially told the judge "never mind" and urged the court to keep Manafort in his current jail in Warsaw."

Get this:

"The judge made a different call. In a document dated July 10 but made public on Wednesday, Ellis wrote: "It is surprising and confusing when counsel identifies a problem and then opposes the most logical solution to that problem. The dissonance between defendant's motion to continue and motion opposing transfer ... cannot be easily explained or resolved."  Ellis concluded that Manafort's ability to prepare for trial "trumps his personal comfort." He instructed the U.S. Marshals Service to move Manafort to Alexandria, as he initially planned."

CBS News reports:

"Former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort has been moved to an Alexandria jail pending trial, though he had decided he wanted to remain detained in Northern Neck Virginia, a couple of hours away. Manafort had initially complained about his detention in Northern Neck because, he said, it was too far for his lawyers to travel, and this was impeding his ability to prepare his defense in the two trials he faces, one later this month for bank fraud and failure to file income taxes and one in September in Washington, D.C., for violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act."

Poor baby.  Doesn't your heart bleed?

"Then, once Judge T.S. Ellis ruled that he should be moved to the Alexandria facility earlier this week, Manafort filed another response effectively rescinding his request, citing "concerns about his safety" and "challenges he will face in adjusting to a new place of confinement and the changing circumstances of detention two weeks before trial. In other words, he had decided he wanted to stay in Northern Neck, where, the special counsel pointed out, Manafort had said he was being treated like a "VIP."

Jesus Christ.  How about that?  LOL.

"The judge was unmoved by Manafort's arguments. The Alexandria Detention Center, he pointed out is "very familiar with housing high-profile defendants including foreign and domestic terrorists, spies and traitors."

Ouch!

"All of those defendants were housed safely in Alexandria pending their respective trials," Ellis continued, "and defendant's experience at the Alexandria Detention Center will presumably be no different."

LOL.

"It is hereby ORDERED that defendant's motion opposing his transfer to the Alexandria Detention Center is DENIED," he concluded in his ruling Wednesday. Ellis has ordered that Manafort also will be permitted to meet and confer with his attorneys at least 8 hours per day for the next two weeks before trial."

The Russian effort to interfere with the last presidential election was certainly concerted.  NPR reports:

"Russia's information attack against the United States during the 2016 election cycle sought to take advantage of the greater trust that Americans tend to place in local news.  The information operatives who worked out of the Internet Research Agency in St. Petersburg did not stop at posing as American social media users or spreading false information from purported news sources, according to new details.  They also created a number of Twitter accounts that posed as sources for Americans' hometown headlines.  NPR has reviewed information connected with the investigation and found 48 such accounts. They have names such as @ElPasoTopNews, @MilwaukeeVoice, @CamdenCityNews and @Seattle_Post.

The idea was to sow discord.  The effort continues.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Trump's reaction to the Mueller indictments of the Russians?  The Washington Post reports:

"Before he embarked on a week of transatlantic diplomacy, President Trump sat down with Deputy Attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein, who previewed for the boss an explosive development: The Justice Department would soon indict 12 Russian intelligence officers for hacking Democratic emails to interfere with the 2016 U.S. presidential election.  For the first time, the United States would be charging Russian government agents with planning and executing a sustained cyberattack to disrupt America’s democratic process. Yet Trump gave no sign in his commentary in Europe this week that he appreciated the magnitude of what he had been told was coming."

Trump is either delusional, -- or beholden to Putin.  For whatever the reason.  Precisely, why it remains essential the Mueller investigation continue unimpeded.

Think the following appropriate coming from an American president?

"Instead, he repeated his frequent attacks on the integrity of the wide-ranging Russia probe led by special counsel Robert S. Mueller III — while offering kind words for Russian President Vladimir Putin, who he is slated to meet here in Helsinki on Monday.  Trump said Putin should not be considered his enemy but rather his competitor — and after spending some time together here in this vibrant seaside Nordic capital, Trump said he hoped they might quickly become friends."

Worse?  Get this:

"Trump pledged to ask Putin in their tete-a-tete whether Russia interfered in the election — “your favorite question about meddling,” he said mockingly to a Washington Post reporter. But he said he expected Putin, again, to deny it, and that they then would move on to other subjects.  “There won’t be a Perry Mason moment here, I don’t think,” Trump joked, referring to a witness dramatically reversing his or her testimony to confess a crime."

Jesus Christ.  Trump has either lost his mind, -- or is beholden to Putin.  Think the Russian dictator may not have something on him?  Had it been a Democratic president, think Republicans wouldn't be screaming bloody murder?

"On Friday, just hours before Rosenstein announced the indictments from Justice Department headquarters in Washington, Trump stood on foreign soil — at a news conference with British Prime Minister Theresa May at her Chequers estate in the English countryside — and denounced the investigation that produced them."

Think that isn't treason?  ... A 'president' with something to hide?

“I would call it the rigged witch hunt,” Trump said of the Mueller probe, which so far has yielded charges or guilty pleas against 32 Russians and Americans, including former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort, who is in jail."

Wouldn't want to confuse the nazi with the truth, would we?

"In the hours after the Justice Department’s indictments were filed, lawmakers from both parties urgently called on Trump to confront Putin, force Russia to change course and guard against another intrusion in future elections."

Time for Republicans to do far more.

“These revelations add to a body of evidence confirming an extensive plot by Vladimir Putin’s government to attack the 2016 election, sow chaos and dissension among the American electorate, and undermine faith in our democracy,” Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) said in a statement. “If President Trump is not prepared to hold Putin accountable, the summit in Helsinki should not move forward.”

Time for the House to consider impeachment proceedings.  For Republicans to finally stand up to this abomination.

"Some Democrats, including Senate Minority Leader Charles E. Schumer (N.Y.), said Trump should immediately cancel his Helsinki summit with Putin.  “Glad-handing with Vladimir Putin on the heels of these indictments would be an insult to our democracy,” Schumer said in a statement."

It is treason.

"Democrats on the House Foreign Affairs Committee signed a letter to Trump that said, “Unfortunately, due to your constant expressions of sympathy for Vladimir Putin, your conflicts of interest, and your attacks on our closest allies, we do not have confidence that you can faithfully negotiate with the Russian leader, and we urge you to cancel the meeting.”

Not going to happen.

"But as night fell Friday in the United Kingdom, where Trump is staying through the weekend, neither the president nor his White House spokesmen condemned Russia for the allegations detailed in the indictments. The meeting in Helsinki was still on."

This is a 'president' who has either lost his mind, -- or, complicit.

"When he was asked Thursday by a reporter what he would do if Putin denies Russia’s involvement, Trump said, “He may deny it. I mean, it’s one of those things. So all I can do is say, ‘Did you?’ and ‘Don’t do it again.’”

Sounds like an 8th grader, doesn't he?

"There was no indication late Friday that Trump was preparing to say anything else in their meeting to hold Putin accountable."

Think this in the best interests of the United States?

"Joyce Vance, who served as a U.S. attorney in Alabama during the Obama administration, said Trump’s apparent indifference to the election attack is “shocking.”

Worse than that?  Treasonous.  Especially, in light of the fact the hacks occurred the very same day in 2016 Trump urged the Russians to find Hillary's missing emails.

“Cyberspace is the new front of warfare and our country was attacked, but instead of treating this like the real Pearl Harbor moment that it is, the president just wants to have business as usual,” Vance said."

Why aren't Republicans standing up to this bastard?

"Announcing the indictments, Rosenstein bemoaned the extent to which the Russia probe has divided Americans along partisan lines.  “When we confront foreign interference in American elections, it is important for us to avoid thinking politically as Republicans or Democrats and instead to think patriotically as Americans,” Rosenstein said. “The blame for election interference belongs to the criminals who committed election interference. We need to work together to hold the perpetrators accountable.”

Exactly, right.  We've lost ourselves.

"U.S. intelligence agencies concluded in October 2016 that Russia orchestrated the hacking of Democratic emails — as well as other tactics, including a campaign to infiltrate social media with fake news — and that the Russian operation was designed explicitly to help Trump defeat Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton."

Yet, Republicans have no problem with this.  Amazing, isn't it?  Delusionally believe it could not be them some point in the future?

"The emails, some salacious and damaging to Clinton, were illegally released through WikiLeaks. Trump often discussed their contents in his campaign rally speeches. “I love WikiLeaks,” he told one crowd in Pennsylvania. A couple days later in Florida, he said, “It tells you the inner heart. You gotta read it.”  For many months, Trump refused to believe that Russia was behind the hacked emails.  “The new joke in town is that Russia leaked the disastrous DNC e-mails, which should never have been written (stupid), because Putin likes me,” Trump tweeted in July 2016.  At a fall 2016 debate with Clinton, Trump sought to sow doubt that the Russians were behind the hacking by suggesting that it could have been done by the Chinese or by “somebody sitting on their bed that weighs 400 pounds.”

Pathetic, isn't it?  Think this man fit to be president?

"It was only after he won the election, at a news conference shortly before his inauguration, that Trump stated publicly that Russia committed the hacking, though he has waffled in his public statements since then.  Trump’s advisers have said he resists acknowledging the election interference because he does not want to attribute his election win to any force other than his skills as a candidate."

Think Trump places the best interests of the United States first, -- or profound narcissism?

"Trump and his legal team, led by former New York mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani, have aggressively attacked the Mueller investigation in recent months, part of a more combative approach designed in part to turn Trump’s loyal supporters against it and sow doubt in its eventual findings."

Called treason.  Unbecoming a U.S. president.

"Trump regularly tweets the phrase “witch hunt” — sometimes spelled in all-capital letters — to vent about the Mueller operation or to stir up people against it. But Democrats say he is not taking the investigation seriously enough."

What Trump is doing is behaving like a grammar school kid.

"John D. Podesta, the former Clinton campaign chairman whose personal email account was among those hacked, told ABC News, “Donald Trump likes to describe this as a ‘witch hunt.’ Well, we just found some witches, and they were indicted.”

Means nothing to Republicans who traitorously support the Trump nazi no matter what he does or doesn't do.

CBS News reports:

"President Trump on Saturday blamed the Obama administration for not responding aggressively enough to Russian hacking of Democratic targets in the 2016 U.S. election — cyberattacks underpinning the indictment announced Friday of 12 Russian military intelligence officers.  Mr. Trump's first personal response to special counsel Robert Mueller's initial charges against Russian government officials for interfering in American politics came in tweets the president posted while at his golf resort in Scotland, two days before a high-stakes summit in Finland with Russian leader Vladimir Putin. Mr. Trump said he will bring up election meddling with the foreign president.  On Saturday morning, Mr. Trump referred to the detailed, 29-page indictment of Russian intelligence officials from his own government as "stories."  "The stories you heard about the 12 Russians yesterday took place during the Obama Administration, not the Trump Administration," Trump tweeted. "Why didn't they do something about it, especially when it was reported that President Obama was informed by the FBI in September, before the Election?"

Trump, disingenuously, already knew the reason why Obama did nothing.  Did not wish to appear to be using his office to actively support Clinton's run for the presidency.  Think Trump and his fellow Republicans wouldn't have immediately accused him of doing such?

"When he has seemed to suggest acknowledgment of Russian meddling in the past, Mr. Trump has also blamed Obama for failing to do enough. The Saturday tweet follows a statement from the White House Friday that honed in on the fact that the indictment charges no Americans and does not claim the vote count was changed by the alleged meddling, while failing to condemn the Russians or hacking itself."

Fascinating, isn't it?  First, the investigation is not yet over.  Not clear yet whether or not there will be any further indictments.  Second, we'll likely never know whether or not the hacking affected the outcome of the election.

"The indictment identifies the defendants as officers with Russia's Main Intelligence Directorate of the General Staff, also known as GRU. If that link is established, it would shatter the Kremlin denials of the Russian state's involvement in the U.S. elections, given that the GRU is part of the state machine."

Think any other American president, Democrat or Republican, would not be extremely concerned with the above?

"The Russian defendants are not in custody, and it is not clear they will ever appear in an American court. The U.S. does not have an extradition treaty with Russia."

Think Mueller just wasted his time and effort?  Or, using it as ground work for further indictments of Americans involved in the fiasco?  We'll see, won't we?  The investigation is not yet over.  Despite desperate attempts by Trump, his henchmen, and other Republicans to end it.

"The indictment accuses the Russian hackers, starting in March 2016, of covertly monitoring the computers of dozens of Democratic officials and volunteers, implanting malicious computer code known as malware to explore the networks and steal data, and sending phishing emails to gain access to accounts."

No problems with any of the above?  You GOP nazis wouldn't have screamed bloody murder had it happened to your operatives?

"One attempt at interference came hours after Trump, in a July 27, 2016, speech, suggested Russians look for emails that Clinton said she had deleted from her tenure as secretary of state.  "Russia, if you're listening," Trump said, "I hope you're able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing."

Think that isn't treason?  You GOP nazis wouldn't have accused Clinton of the same had it been her instead of the Trump nazi?

"That evening, the indictment says, the Russians attempted to break into email accounts used by Clinton's personal office, along with 76 Clinton campaign email addresses."

Think Mueller and his team are not looking into all this?  Precisely, why Trump, his henchmen, and fellow Republicans are shitting.  Desperate for the investigation to end.

"By June 2016, the defendants, relying on fictional personas such as DCLeaks and Guccifer 2.0, began planning the release of tens of thousands of stolen emails, the indictment alleges.  The Podesta emails published by WikiLeaks displayed the campaign's private communications, including deliberations about messaging that played into attacks that Clinton was calculating and a political flip-flopper. Private speeches she gave to financial industry firms were particularly damaging within the left wing of the Democratic party and among independents frustrated with the influence of Wall Street in politics."

You Republican nazis have no problem with the above?  Wouldn't have screamed bloody murder had it happened to the Trump nazi?  Give me a break.  Your hypocrisy?  Stunning.  Treasonous.  We're supposed to be Americans.  Not goddamned partisans.

"The charges come as Mueller continues to investigate potential coordination between Russia and the Trump campaign. Before Friday, 20 people and three companies had been charged in the investigation."

Wouldn't want to confuse nazi Republicans with the truth, would we?

"Defendants include four former Trump campaign and White House aides, three of whom have pleaded guilty and agreed to cooperate, and 13 Russians accused in a powerful social media campaign to sway U.S. public opinion in 2016.  Mr. Trump's lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, said on Twitter that it was time to end the investigation since "no Americans are involved" in Friday's indictment. But with Mueller still investigating, it's not known whether further indictments are taking shape or will."

Precisely, why Republicans are so desperate for the investigation to end.

Trump treasonously betrayed his country at the Putin summit.  NBC reports:

"At a press conference with Russian President Vladimir Putin on foreign soil, President Donald Trump attacked fellow Americans — Democrats, special counsel Robert Mueller and members of the news media — for damaging U.S.-Russia relations by pursuing questions about Moscow's efforts to help him win the presidency in 2016.  "There was no collusion at all," Trump said here following a one-day summit. "It’s ridiculous what’s going on with the probe."  "The probe is a disaster for our country. It’s kept us separated," he added.  The broadsides against his countrymen were just one of the bizarre aspects of a press conference in which the Russian and American presidents glossed over the differences between the interests of their respective nations, preferring to shower each other with praise than to delve into complex issues of global significance, and Trump gave voice to a series of conspiracy theories about domestic politics."

When will his fellow Republicans finally wake up?

"But the sustained bashing of American institutions and individuals was extraordinary for a U.S. president in any setting, much less here in the shadow of Moscow.  Former CIA Director John Brennan, a Democrat and frequent Trump critic, wrote afterward on Twitter that Trump showed himself to be "wholly in the pocket of Putin" and that his action here "rises to and exceeds the threshold of 'high crimes and misdemeanors'" — the Constitution's phrase for impeachable offenses."

Treason.  Clearly, the Trump nazi is beholden to Putin.

"Trump didn't just insult his domestic critics — he also suggested that Putin is more credible than his own director of national intelligence, Dan Coats, who has accused Russia of undertaking an "unprecedented influence campaign" in 2016 and said that "warning lights are blinking red again" on Russian cyberattacks against the U.S.  "I have great confidence in my intelligence people," Trump said when asked about Coats's conclusions, "but I will tell you that President Putin was extremely strong and powerful in his denial today."  "[Putin] just said it’s not Russia," Trump also said. "I will say this: I don’t see any reason why it would be."

How has the Russian dictator managed to compromise you, Mr. 'President?'  Forget?  Your own Justice Department days ago indicted twelve Russian intelligence officers.  The prosecutor is a well-respected Republican.

"Asked whether he had wanted Trump to win the election and whether he had directed any officials to help make that happen, Putin responded in the affirmative. "Yes I did. Yes I did," said the Russian leader, in an apparent answer to the first question. "Because he talked about bringing the Russian relationship back to normal."

No problems with the above?  None at all?

"At the press conference, Trump also touted several conspiracy theories related to the election, including asking about the 33,000 Hillary Clinton emails he has long claimed are missing — the very emails he publicly asked Russia to hack before what Mueller says was an "after hours" Russian attack on accounts connected to Clinton's personal office."

No problems with the above, either?

"He threw in references to the whereabouts of a computer server at the Democratic National Committee and the activities of a former House Democratic staffer who some conspiracy theorists have alleged penetrated lawmakers’ computers.  Trump blamed the U.S. in part for the deterioration of the relationship between the two countries in recent years.  "I hold both countries responsible," he said "I think that the United States has been foolish."

Think Trump's not a traitor?

"The fireworks over the Russia probe overshadowed the two presidents' report on what actually happened at their summit, which amounted to no public announcement of any concrete progress on the major issues confronting them.  Trump met with Putin one-on-one for more than two hours and in a session with aides present.  "I think it's a good start," Trump told reporters earlier after the private meeting ended, just ahead of a larger session that would include aides to both leaders. "A very good start for everybody."

Think so?  Other than nothing, what was accomplished?  Why are taxpayers looted to finance this traitorous nonsense?

"The items up for discussion, the president had said as he sat next to Putin in matching chairs at Finland's presidential palace before the first meeting, included trade, military issues, the presidents' relationships with their "mutual friend" Chinese President Xi Jinping and nuclear nonproliferation.

"Getting along with Russia is a good thing, not a bad thing," Trump said. "I think the world wants to see us get along, we are the two great nuclear powers, we have 90 percent of the nuclear … that is a negative force."  But he said nothing of the two issues that have most concerned European leaders and members of Congress: Putin's incursions into Ukraine and his meddling with elections in democratic nations, including the 2016 U.S. election that made Trump president."

Think this highly delusional, narcissistic fascist is looking out for the best interests of the United States?  ... Or, covering his sorry ass?

Reaction by both major political parties has not been supportive.  Surprised?  CBS News reports:

"Republicans and Democrats alike are dismayed by President Trump's comments at his joint press conference with Russian leader Vladimir Putin on Monday. Mr. Trump stunned onlookers by repeatedly defending Putin during the press conference from allegations that Russia interfered in the 2016 election and casting doubt on conclusions to that effect made by U.S. intelligence agencies."

Treason.

"Ari Fleischer, a Republican and prominent Trump defender who served as former President George W. Bush's press secretary, said that while he still does not believe Mr. Trump colluded with Russia in the 2016 elections, he understands now why people think he's being blackmailed.   "I continue to believe there was no collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia. But when Trump so easily and naively accepts Putin's line about not being involved, I can understand why [Democrats] think Putin must have the goods on him," Fleischer tweeted."

Not the only Republican to speak out:

"In a series of tweets after the press conference, South Carolina Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham, an ally of Mr. Trump, called the meeting with Putin a "missed opportunity" that would be perceived by "weakness" by Russia. Graham also said that, if it were up to him, the soccer ball Putin gave Mr. Trump would be checked for "listening devices" and never be taken into the White House.

"Retiring Arizona Republican Sen. Jeff Flake, one of Mr. Trump's most outspoken critics in the GOP, called the press conference "shameful."

"I never thought I would see the day when our American President would stand on the stage with the Russian President and place blame on the United States for Russian aggression. This is shameful.
    — Jeff Flake (@JeffFlake) July 16, 2018"

Think not?

"Sen. John McCain, R-Arizona, called the media event "one of the most disgraceful performances by an American president in memory."

"President Trump proved not only unable, but unwilling to stand up to Putin," McCain said in a statement. "He and Putin seemed to be speaking from the same script as the president made a conscious choice to defend a tyrant against the fair questions of a free press, and to grant Putin an uncontested platform to spew propaganda and lies to the world."

"Nebraska Republican Sen. Ben Sasse, a sometime critic of Mr. Trump, took issue with the president's claim that the U.S. is in part to blame for the state of Russo-American relations. Following up on a tweet he posted early Monday morning, Mr. Trump said at the press conference that he holds "both countries responsible" for tensions between the nuclear powers.

"This is bizarre and flat-out wrong," Sasse said in a statement. "The United States is not to blame. America wants a good relationship with the Russian people but Vladimir Putin and his thugs are responsible for Soviet-style aggression. When the President plays these moral equivalence games, he gives Putin a propaganda win he desperately needs."

That's right.  When will Republicans finally wake up en masse?

"Democrats also criticized Mr. Trump's performance. John O. Brennan, who ran the CIA under President Obama, called Mr. Trump's comments at the press conference "nothing short of treasonous."

"Donald Trump's press conference performance in Helsinki rises to & exceeds the threshold of 'high crimes & misdemeanors.' It was nothing short of treasonous," Brennan tweeted. "Not only were Trump's comments imbecilic, he is wholly in the pocket of Putin. Republican Patriots: Where are you???"

This lunatic fascist bastard is, and remains, unfit for office.

Is now being held accountable by members of both major political parties.  Under enormous pressure.  NPR reports:

"A day after his much-criticized news conference with Russian President Vladimir Putin, President Trump attempted some damage control Tuesday, saying "I accept" the findings of the U.S. intelligence community that Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential campaign."

Think so?

"But he again repeated his claim that there was no collusion between his Presidential campaign and Russia, and suggested that others may also have interfered in the election."

This man is not fit for office.

"During his news conference along side Russian President Vladimir Putin in Helsinki Monday, Trump stated he didn't see "any reason" why Russia was responsible for hacking the 2016 election, as U.S. intelligence agencies have found.  The president also said Monday that Putin's denials of interference were "extremely strong and powerful."

What does Putin have on this guy?

"Before a meeting with GOP lawmakers Tuesday, Trump told reporters he misspoke in Helsinki, and that when he said he saw no reason why it "would" be Russia that interfered, he meant to say "wouldn't."  Trump added that he has "full faith and support for America's great intelligence agencies."

Clearly, doesn't:

"I accept our intelligence community's conclusion that Russia's meddling in the 2016 election took place," Trump said, but then, calling into question the extent of his acceptance, he added that it "could be other people also, there are a lot of people out there."

Talks out both sides his ass.

"House Speaker Paul Ryan talks with reporters Tuesday. He said Russia "did meddle with our elections" and that he would consider further sanctions against Moscow.  Trump walked back his comments after top Republican Congressional leaders implicitly criticized Trump's initial remarks in Finland Tuesday."

NPR reports:

"Senate Armed Services Committee Chairman John McCain, R-Ariz., had the strongest GOP statement, bashing Trump in the immediate aftermath of the news conference. McCain called it "one of the most disgraceful performances by an American president in memory. The damage inflicted by President Trump's naiveté, egotism, false equivalence and sympathy for autocrats is difficult to calculate. But it is clear that the summit in Helsinki was a tragic mistake."  "No prior president has ever abased himself more abjectly before a tyrant," McCain continued. The Republicans' 2008 presidential nominee has been absent from the Senate as he undergoes treatment for brain cancer."

Trump has again contradicted himself claiming the Russians are not targeting this country.  CBS News reports:

"President Trump has denied that Russia is currently targeting the U.S., despite the intelligence community's findings. Mr. Trump made the assertion Wednesday at his first Cabinet meeting since spending a week overseas, where he cast doubt on existing international alliances and neglected to rebuke Russian President Vladimir Putin for Russia's interference in the 2016 U.S. election.  After spending a majority of the meeting highlighting the country's economic successes, Mr. Trump told reporters that there's "never been a president as tough on Russia as I have been."

Once again, president lied.

"President Putin knows that better than anybody, he understands it and he's not happy about it," he added.  When pressed on if Russia was still targeting the U.S. and its election system, Mr. Trump replied, "Thank you very much, no."

Jesus Christ.  Congenital liar.

"His latest comment comes in direct contrast to Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats' statement released shortly after the president's summit in Helsinki, which said the intelligence community has "been clear in our assessments of Russian meddling in the 2016 election and their ongoing, pervasive efforts to undermine our democracy." It's the second time Mr. Trump has contradicted Coats, previously telling CBS Evening News anchor Jeff Glor that he doesn't know if he necessarily agrees with Coats' warning about the "critical" threat of potentially devastating cyberattacks targeting U.S. systems."

The above did not go over well with his fellow Republicans.

"The president's latest flip on his top intel chief's statement is already drawing reaction from Capitol Hill. Trump ally Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-South Carolina, told reporters that "everything I've seen from the intelligence community suggests Russia is interfering with the 2018 election."  Graham added, "I'd be curious to find why the President doesn't believe that" latest suggesting that Mr. Trump "needs to explain to the American people why he rejects the intelligence assessment about their ongoing activity against our democracy."

Trump is both a liar and an idiot.  His earlier statement contradicts not only itself, but the latest:

"On Tuesday in an effort to dispel concerns that the president still had doubts over his own intelligence communities reports, Mr. Trump claimed he accepts the findings of the U.S. intelligence community that Russians interfered in the 2016 election. He also said he misspoke when he suggested otherwise in a widely criticized press conference with Putin on Monday.

"I have full faith and support for America's great intelligence agencies, I always have," Mr. Trump said. "And I have felt very strongly that, while Russia's actions had no impact at all on the outcome of the election, let me be totally clear in saying that, and I have said this many times, I accept our intelligence community's conclusion that Russia's meddling in the 2016 election took place. It could be other people, also. There are lots of people out there."

Trump disgraced and made a fool of himself at the NATO summit.  CBS News reports:

"We really accomplished a lot with respect to NATO. For years, presidents have been coming to these meetings and talked about the tremendous expense for the U.S. And tremendous progress has been made – everyone has agreed to substantially up their commitment. They're going to up it at levels that they've never thought of before," Mr. Trump said.  "Everybody in that room got along, and they agreed to pay more, and they agreed to pay it more quickly," the president said, adding that when he came to Brussels at the beginning of the week, the "United States was not being treated fairly, but now we are."  Mr. Trump took a lion's share of the credit for making a "much stronger NATO than it was yesterday," adding that his fellow heads of state were "grateful" to him for drawing more money into the transatlantic alliances' coffers."

All bullshit.  'President' lied.  Exposed himself for the pompous, deluded, lying jackass he certainly is.

"French President Emmanuel Macron, however, told reporters in Brussels after Mr. Trump's remarks that NATO member states had made no commitments at this week's summit to increase defense spending beyond the 2 percent of GDP goal which has been in place for almost four years.   "There is a communique that was published yesterday. It's very detailed," said Macron. "It confirms the goal of 2 percent by 2024. That's all."

"Less than an hour before Mr. Trump addressed reporters in the hastily called news conference, NATO leaders reportedly declared an emergency session over the U.S. leader's hammering of America's allies over their defense spending. In a series of tweets from the Belgian capital before Thursday's meetings, Mr. Trump complained the United States "pays tens of Billions of Dollars too much to subsidize Europe" and demanded that members of the military alliance meet their pledge to spend 2 percent of GDP on defense, which "must ultimately go to 4%!"

Trump has lost his mind.  How much is enough?  The United States reportedly spends on defense more than the next seven countries combined.

In another article, CBS News reports:

"In the days before his summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Helsinki Monday, President Donald Trump upset relations with America's allies during a visit to the United Kingdom and a contentious meeting with NATO leaders in Brussels.  In addition to calling the European Union a "foe" of the U.S. and criticizing British Prime Minister Theresa May for her handling of Brexit, Mr. Trump slammed fellow NATO countries for not contributing more towards defense spending.  On "CBS This Morning" Monday, Ian Bremmer, president of the Eurasia Group and a CBS News senior global affairs contributor, said that backstage at the NATO meeting there were elements that were even more eyebrow-raising than reports have suggested."

Appalling.  An embarrassment to the United States.  Get this:

"One is that emergency session where they asked the Georgian and Ukrainian presidents to leave in the middle of their presentation.  Apparently Trump said, 'OK, we're done with you now,'" Bremmer said.  "Trump was very frustrated; he wasn't getting commitments from other leaders to spend more. Many of them said, 'Well, we have to ask our parliaments. We have a process; we can't just tell you we're going to spend more, we have a legal process.' Trump turns around to the Turkish president, Recep Erdogan, and says, 'Except for Erdogan over here. He does things the right way,' and then actually fist-bumps the Turkish president."  It was a startling gesture of support for the increasingly authoritarian Turkish leader, who recently won another term and is widely expected to continue consolidating his power."

This, what Americans want in the Oval Office?

"If you want to talk about to what extent the allies are comfortable with Trump as a person, a strongman leader, what we saw at the G-20. at that second meeting, what we see now with NATO and the Putin meeting, this is a very visible suggestion," Bremmer said.  "Which would make a fist bump unattractive and disturbing to people – it's a universal sign of 'Way to go, good job,'" said co-host Gayle King.  Bremmer agreed that heralding a strongman leader like Erdogan, who has initiated purges internally against critics and who has no effective domestic opposition, would make other European leaders nervous. "Turkey is hardly a liberal democracy at this point," he said.

Why is it still a member of NATO?  Despite its militarily strategic location.

"Bremmer also spoke to Mr. Trump's announcement at the end of the NATO talks when he took credit for an increase in allies' defense spending despite no announcement of increase.  "Apparently the Dutch prime minister, Mark Rutte, was the last person to intervene at the summit," said Bremmer. "Before Trump had his press conference he said [to the president], 'Look, you're really frustrated. Why don't you just take a victory lap? Say that the allies have been spending $32 billion more since you became president. Take credit for it.' That's the last thing Trump heard before he left the meeting."

Think Trump was welcomed to England with open arms after the fiasco at NATO?  Especially, after the following.  LOL.  NPR reports:

"President Trump, in a wide-ranging interview with The Sun, said British Prime Minister Theresa May ignored his advice on Brexit, a move he said threatens to scuttle a trade deal with the U.S."

Trump doesn't understand the president of the United States is not a dictator.  Does not rule the world.  Presides over what is supposed to be a democratic republic.

"In the interview, which took place at the U.S. Embassy in Brussels, the president also lashed out at the mayor of London, saying he had done "a terrible job." Trump also said that immigrants were destroying European culture and that he planned to maintain good relations with Russian President Vladimir Putin despite nerve agent attacks on U.K. soil that have been blamed on the Kremlin."

Trump continues to emulate his national socialist mentors, Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini, circa 1933.

"Concerning Brexit, Trump said, "I would have done it much differently. I actually told Theresa May how to do it, but she didn't agree; she didn't listen to me." Instead, he said, May went "the opposite way" and the results have been "very unfortunate."

The president of the United States does not get to dictate his whims to the government of another country.

"Trump also said the deal that May's government has proposed would "probably kill" any trade agreement with the U.S. because Washington "would be dealing with the European Union" instead of with the U.K."

Jesus Christ.  Petulant nazi, isn't he?

"However, just before their meeting at May's country home, Chequers, both leaders emphasized to reporters the "special relationship" between the U.S. and U.K."

She should have told him to get his sorry ass the hell out of her country.  Our closest, most trusted European ally.

"Britain's exit from the European Union, which was approved in a 2016 referendum, has been a complicated divorce, and the U.K. has opted for a "soft Brexit" that includes maintaining some ties to the EU. However, that has angered hard-liners in May's Cabinet and prompted high-level resignations in the past week, including the departure of Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson, whom Trump called "a very talented guy."  The president told The Sun that while he is in the U.K., he would like to see Johnson, who, "obviously likes me and says very good things about me."

Jesus Christ.  Certainly, likes to have his ego stroked, doesn't he?

"I was very saddened to see he was leaving government and I hope he goes back in at some point. I think he is a great representative for your country," Trump told the newspaper."

Foreign leaders don't involve themselves in the domestic affairs of allies.  Not so, the Trump nazi.

"On immigration, Trump said, "Allowing the immigration to take place in Europe is a shame."  "I think it changed the fabric of Europe, and unless you act very quickly, it's never going to be what it was and I don't mean that in a positive way," the president said.  "So I think allowing millions and millions of people to come into Europe is very, very sad," he said. "I think you are losing your culture. Look around. You go through certain areas that didn't exist 10 or 15 years ago."

Exact same rhetoric employed by his national socialist mentors, Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini some eight decades ago.  Pitiful.  Pathetic. Chilling.  Nazi.

Here's a prime example of Trump's anti-Moslem bigotry:

"The president slammed Sadiq Khan, the mayor of London, a city that has been the target of several terrorist attacks in recent years: "I look at cities in Europe, and I can be specific if you'd like. You have a mayor who has done a terrible job in London."  "Take a look at the terrorism that is taking place. Look at what is going on in London. I think he has done a very bad job on terrorism," he said. "I think he has done a bad job on crime, if you look, all of the horrible things going on there, with all of the crime that is being brought in."

Trump talks out his ass.  Ignores the facts.  Lies like hell.  Distorts reality:

"According to statistics from earlier this year, London's homicide rate now rivals New York's. In one month, February 2018, there were 15 homicides in London compared with 14 in New York, according to data gathered by London's Metropolitan Police Service and the New York Police Department, respectively, as reported by The Times of London.  However, as the BBC noted, the previous month showed eight homicides in London compared with 18 in New York. Further, for all of 2017, the homicide rate per 100,000 population was 1.2 for London, compared with 3.4 for New York."

Who the hell is the Trump nazi to cast aspersions when crime remains a problem right here in Nazi America?  To say nothing of growing unrest indicative of the unthinkable.  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.  ... Hear the rumble?

"The idea that you can blame this on immigration from Africa is, I think, preposterous, and we should call him out when he does so," Khan told BBC radio on Friday."

Trump perniciously emulates his national socialist mentors, Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini, circa 1933.  Must be rhetorically challenged every step of the way.

"The president suggested that his dispute with Khan might be partly personal, with the mayor having shown disrespect to him by allowing a 20-foot "Trump Baby" balloon — an orange likeness of Trump wearing a diaper — to fly over London protests during the president's visit."

How can anyone respect a national socialist, fascist, nazi?  How?

"I used to love London as a city," Trump said.  "I haven't been there in a long time. But when they make you feel unwelcome, why would I stay there?" he said. "I guess when they put out blimps to make me feel unwelcome, no reason for me to go to London."

How is a fascist, racist, Aryan arrogant nazi dictator welcome in a democracy?

Trump remains achingly unstable.  Gives an interview, then calls it 'fake news.'  NPR reports:

"President Trump denied criticizing British Prime Minister Theresa May on her home soil Friday, despite being quoted in an interview with a British tabloid saying she had gone "the opposite way" and ignoring advice he gave her regarding Britain's withdrawal from the European Union.  "Trump declared as "fake news" his criticism of May in an interview in The Sun, although the tabloid itself released a recording of the session."

The 'president' remains a congenital liar.

"In the interview, Trump said he would have done Brexit "much differently. I actually told Theresa May how to do it, but she didn't agree, she didn't listen to me." Instead, he said, May went "the opposite way" and the results have been "very unfortunate."  The president also told The Sun that that Boris Johnson, an opponent of May's "soft Brexit" policy who quit as U.K. foreign minister this week, would make a great prime minister.  Standing beside her on Friday, Trump seemed to go out of his way to lavish praise on the British leader, saying "this incredible woman right here is doing a fantastic job."  "She's a total professional," Trump said of May. "I told her, 'I want to apologize, because I said such good things about you.' " Trump said May told him, "don't worry, it's just the press."

Trump shamelessly lies.  Think he's not doing great damage?

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Immigration fiasco continues.  NBC reports:

"The Trump administration has reunited 57 migrant children under age 5 with their parents as of Thursday morning, one day after the court-ordered deadline, but 12 parents who have been deported remain separated from their young children.  Asked if deported parents would see their kids again, officials from the Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Health and Human Services told reporters they are under "no obligation to bring people who have no lawful status in this country back into this country for reunification."

Jesus Christ.  Proud to be an American?  Don't Republicans claim to be the party of the family?  How is it the fascist bastards in the Trump regime can separate parents from their children, deport the parents without their children?  How does that happen in a democratic republic?

"The administration's reluctance could be a point of contention on Friday when a federal judge overseeing the reunification of nearly 3,000 migrant families meets with government and ACLU attorneys."

The judiciary needs to stand up to this goddamned nazism.

NPR reports:

"On Thursday, two days after its original deadline, the Trump administration announced that it has complied with the first part of a court order to return the nearly 3,000 migrant children separated from their parents in recent months.  Administration officials had been under a mandate to reunify the youngest minors, or migrants under the age of 5, with their families by Tuesday — and by Thursday morning, they say they have reunited 57 of the 103 children who fit that criteria. Officials determined that the rest, which constitute nearly half the group, are ineligible for reunification due to a variety of reasons, ranging from their parents' criminal records to the fact that some self-proclaimed parents were not their parents at all."

Consider the following:

"It remains to be seen whether the court will agree that the administration has properly complied with its order, however. Justice Department attorneys have been under a 6 p.m. ET Thursday deadline to explain to Dana Sabraw, the U.S. district judge behind the court order, how they returned the eligible children — and why, exactly, the rest are ineligible for return under the court's guidelines.  The group that brought the lawsuit, the American Civil Liberties Union, expressed its own deep skepticism of the administration announcement.  "If in fact 57 children have been reunited because of the lawsuit, we could not be more happy for those families," Lee Gelernt, deputy director of the ACLU Immigrants' Rights Project, said in a statement Thursday. "But make no mistake about it: the government missed the deadline even for these 57 children. Accordingly, by the end of the day we will decide what remedies to recommend to the court for the non-compliance."

Government appears to be dragging its feet.

"The dueling statements come amid continued uncertainty over the number of young children who were separated and placed in federal custody during the implementation of Trump's "zero-tolerance" immigration policy. That total stood at 101 on Friday, according to officials, but crept upward in the following days, even as the ACLU suggested that there could be still more eligible names that officials are missing.  But the principal point of contention is likely to be the matter of eligibility: How did federal officials decide that more than three dozen children cannot be safely returned to their parents at this time — and was that decision in line with the court's criteria?"

Government is doing all it can to obfuscate.

The judiciary, however, is proverbially holding the Trump regime's feet to the fire vis a vis the immigration fiasco.  CNN reports:

"A federal judge has blasted a declaration from a senior official at the Department of Health and Human Services who claimed that using a streamlined approach for reuniting children with their parents separated at the border could place the kids in danger.  "Unfortunately, HHS appears to be operating in a vacuum, entirely divorced from the undisputed circumstances of the case," San Diego-based Judge Dana Sabraw wrote in an order after the HHS declaration was filed late Friday.  In a radical departure from his typical tone to date, the judge -- a George W. Bush appointee -- went on to suggest the department's filing was an attempt to "provide cover to Defendants for their own conduct in the practice of family separation, and the lack of foresight and infrastructure necessary to remedy the harms caused by that practice.

"At the hearing, Sabraw said: "HHS is off in the Hinterlands and is either unwilling or unaware of what's going on in this case with this court's orders."

Jail them for contempt, Judge.

NPR reports:

"A federal judge in California has temporarily halted the deportation of immigrant families that have been reunited after being separated by the Trump administration.  The order was issued Monday by Judge Dana Sabraw, the same judge who previously ordered the government to reunite the families.  It comes as the Trump administration is scrambling to reunite roughly 2,550 immigrant children with their parents by the court-imposed deadline of July 26. What will happen to those families after reunification isn't clear.  Lawyers for the American Civil Liberties Union, which brought the lawsuit, say they're concerned about rumors of "mass deportations" of families that have just been reunited — potentially leaving parents with just hours to make the "momentous decision" about whether to leave their children behind in the United States.  In court papers filed Monday, the ACLU urged the the judge to prohibit the government from removing parents until at least 7 days after reunification."

Judge took action:

"In response, Judge Sabraw ordered a temporary halt to deportations for one week. Lawyers for the Trump administration have until Monday, July 23 to reply to the ACLU's motion.  "The judge once again made clear that the government unconstitutionally took these children away and now must do everything in its power to reunite them safely and by the deadline." said Lee Gelernt, deputy director of the ACLU's Immigrants' Rights Project, who has been arguing the case."

Asylum ruling.  NPR reports:

"A federal judge in California has ordered the Trump administration to reconsider the asylum requests of nearly 90 Iranian refugees — overruling the blanket denial the government had issued to all of them. Instead, the Department of Homeland Security must disclose individual reasons for the denials, which allows the claimants to file an appeal."

Called due process.

"The mass denial, issued Feb. 18, left the group marooned in Vienna with an uncertain future after they had abandoned homes and jobs to reunite with close relatives in the U.S.  The Iranians had traveled to Vienna from Tehran at the invitation of the U.S. government to complete their refugee applications as part of a unique refugee program with rules set by Congress in 2004. Most of them have been stranded for about a year."

Outrageous, isn't it?  Un-American.

"The court ordered the government to reissue the notices within 14 days," says Mariko Hirose, who is director of litigation for the International Refugee Assistance Project in New York and who argued for the plaintiffs in court.  The refugees then have 90 days to file an appeal — something that had been almost impossible after the February blanket denials because the government gave them no reason for the rejection, and hence no grounds to bring a case.  If any of the refugees appeal, their cases would be reopened. And if the government issues another denial, Hirose says, it has to "follow their own regulations" and provide a reason.  In her order, U.S. District Judge Beth Labson Freeman wrote that the U.S. Department of Homeland Security "retains an enormous amount of authority and discretion to adjudicate refugee applications, but they do not have the discretion to violate the law."

Think Trump hasn't been snookered by the North Koreans?  The Washington Post reports:

"North Korean officials did not turn up to a Thursday meeting with the U.S. military about repatriating the remains of the war dead, according to a U.S. official with knowledge of the situation.  The two sides had been expected to meet at the Korean Peninsula’s demilitarized zone and discuss the return of U.S. troop remains from the 1950-1953 war — an arrangement that the State Department had announced after Secretary of State Mike Pompeo’s visit to Pyongyang last Friday and Saturday."

Things do change occasionally.  NPR reports:

"Evangelical minister Rob Schenck was once a militant leader of the anti-abortion movement, blockading access to clinics to prevent doctors and patients from entering.  But after more than 20 years in the movement, Schenck experienced a change of heart. Though firm in his evangelicalism, he has disavowed his militant anti-abortion stance.  "I live with regret," he says of some of his former tactics. "I remember women — some of them quite young — being very distraught, very frightened, some very angry. Over time, I became very callous to that."  Schenck now sees abortion as a moral and ethical issue that should be resolved by "an individual and his or her conscience" — rather than by legislation."

Precisely, what the pro-choice side has been saying for decades.

Republican frustration with Trump's tariffs grows.  NPR reports:

"Congressional Republicans are growing increasingly worried that President Trump is on the verge of a trade war with China. But they're also realizing there is almost nothing they can do to stop him.  House Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wis., put it bluntly during an event at The Economic Club of Washington on Thursday.  "You would have to pass a law to say don't raise those tariffs and the president would have to sign that law," Ryan said. "That's not going to happen."

Wouldn't matter if enough Republicans were willing to get on board.  Democrats would certainly go along.  Over riding a veto would be possible if Republicans were finally willing to stand up to their nazi fuhrer.

Delusionally believe Trump and his henchmen aren't 'filling the swamp?'  The Washington Post reports:

"Former Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price repeatedly failed to follow federal requirements during his travels, wasting hundreds of thousands of dollars in government funds, according to the internal watchdog of the department he once led."

Par for the course, isn't it?

"The inspector general’s report, released Friday morning, comes 10 months after Price, an orthopedic surgeon and former congressman from Georgia, resigned under pressure amid criticism for his extensive use of private jets while traveling on government business.  “Our rigorous review of former HHS Secretary Price’s use of chartered, military, and commercial aircraft found that 20 out of 21 trips did not comply with applicable federal regulations and HHS policies and procedures, resulting in waste of at least $341,000 in federal funds,” Tesia Williams, a spokeswoman for the inspector general’s office, said in a statement. “We recommend the Office of the Secretary review the lack of compliance with federal requirements and determine appropriate actions to recoup the travel costs.”

Fascinating, isn't it?  Firmly planted on the taxpayer tit, wasn't he?

Republicans remain desperate to force their outrageously perverse religious and ideological views on all.  The following is a quote from Congressman Mike Conaway from the Conaway Chronicle:

"There is no life more vulnerable than the life of an unborn child. Unfortunately, many individuals disagree with this belief, and babies are suffering as abortions run rampant in this country.   I feel very strongly that no federal dollars should go to any organization that performs abortions, and we're fortunate to have an Administration led by President Trump who agrees. The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) recently proposed a new rule that would prevent Title X funding from going to any organization that performs abortions, including Planned Parenthood. The rule is currently open for public comment, where any citizen can share their thoughts with HHS and President Trump about the proposed rule before it is officially issued. If you'd like to weigh in on this important issue, you can do so here."

Ladies?  The Congressman clearly believes you have no right to do with YOUR uterus as you damn well please.  Readers are reminded no tax dollars go to Planned Parenthood or any other organization for abortions.  Remains against federal law.

The workforce is beginning to step up, rise to the occasion.  NPR reports:

"Tech workers from Salesforce, Microsoft, Amazon and Google have been putting pressure on their CEOs to cut ties and end contracts with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, known as ICE, and other government agencies.  It's a rare occurrence for employees to tell their bosses to turn away business. But there is a growing concern among tech workers that the cutting-edge tools they create can be used in immoral ways."

Sen. Ted "Screws Loose" Cruz continues to defend the indefensible.  In the 7-15-18 edition of Cruz News, the Senator opines:

"Unfortunately, in recent weeks, Americans have been rightly discouraged to see Democrats calling to abolish U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). ICE plays an instrumental role in protecting American citizens and immigrants from violent criminals, drug cartels, and human traffickers. These agents risk their lives every day to protect us, which is why Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.) and I, along with several other senators, introduced a resolution denouncing the radical push for the dissolution of ICE. Calls to abolish ICE not only disregard our immigration laws and give implicit license to those who want to enter our country illegally, but also insult the heroic sacrifices of ICE agents and put Americans at risk, especially in border states like Texas. I will continue to support the brave men and women who serve as ICE agents, and urge my colleagues to stand by ICE and honor the key role it plays in keeping our country safe."

Wake up, Senator.  ICE goons are highly reminiscent of Hitler's jackbooted SS.  No more than a scourge and direct threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  Only a shameless nazi like you, sir, would fail to understand this.  These jackbooted bastards are denying those seeking asylum at border checkpoints entrance into the country in direct violation of federal law.

The following is appalling.  True threat to privacy.  NPR reports:

"To an outsider, the fancy booths at a June health insurance industry gathering in San Diego, Calif., aren't very compelling: a handful of companies pitching "lifestyle" data and salespeople touting jargony phrases like "social determinants of health."  But dig deeper and the implications of what they're selling might give many patients pause: a future in which everything you do — the things you buy, the food you eat, the time you spend watching TV — may help determine how much you pay for health insurance.  With little public scrutiny, the health insurance industry has joined forces with data brokers to vacuum up personal details about hundreds of millions of Americans, including, odds are, many readers of this story.  The companies are tracking your race, education level, TV habits, marital status, net worth. They're collecting what you post on social media, whether you're behind on your bills, what you order online. Then they feed this information into complicated computer algorithms that spit out predictions about how much your health care could cost them."

The following email has been sent nearly daily to a woman at 2freehosting.com who was responsible for caving into Wells Fargo.  This email is re-edited occasionally as circumstances change.  Should you bank with Wells Fargo you may wish to ask them why they engage in deceptive trade practices and if in fact they indeed bribed Texas Gov. Greg Abbott while he was Texas Attorney General to ignore a complaint filed against them:

Fran,

All three Liberty In Peril FTP servers are down and apparently have been
hacked.  The three websites, however, remain up and running at time of
writing.  That is, libertyinperil.twomini.com, libertyinperil.wink.ws, and
libertyinperil.t15.org are accessible and running.  Only FTP access has
been effected making it impossible to upload.

The Filezilla messaging on twomini is:

Status:        Connecting to 31.170.167.137:21...
Status:      Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection
refused by server".
Error:       Could not connect to server

The exact same messaging, other than IP addresses, is the same on the wink
and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity.  Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these
FTP servers up and running again.  A criminal complaint will be filed with
the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells
Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue interference with the webhosts.
Has 2freehosting been bribed and/or pressured by Wells Fargo?  Certainly,
one of numerous questions to be forwarded to criminal prosecutors.

Welcome.   Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers.  Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible.  -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle.  No more bullsh-t.  Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right.  During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at
Wells Fargo.  Copies of these emails were sent to bank officials.  They
have been posted in this publication. ... We're already up to Salvo 74, --
and counting.

In addition, all new Newsletter Editions will feature an
available abbreviated version, smart phone friendly, that can be accessed
by clicking on the icon. Will supplement the regular format of this
publication.  This is being done because so many of you access this
publication with smart phones and other devices with small screens.

This site has finally been fully uploaded.  All links appear to be
properly working.  Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected.  There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows.  Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts.  We'll see.  With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated.  Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well.  Forget?  The bank
is considered too big to fail.  Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true.  They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked.  What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support.  Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however.  Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it.  Certainly, have the
resources.  Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved.  Hard to believe they would be that stupid.  The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys.  The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further
exposure in this publication. Should you have information regarding this
or any other issue, contact me.  I will protect your identity.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.  ... Governor?  Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Christopher Doleva, ISA Certified Arborist TX-3638A.   A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright.  She has, indeed, been promoted  branch manager. Reverse Darwinism.  Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The process to update those already informed of this fiasco has finally been completed. This latest material can be found by clicking onWells Fargo Deceptive Trade Practices Salvo 215, 7-20-18.

The name of this publication was changed some fifteen years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade and a half.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned. Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly, literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastardsknowwho you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
