"A bear that managed to break into a car needed help from a sheriff's deputy to get out. The Placer County Sheriff's Office in California says it happened near Lake Tahoe. The bruin had damaged the Subaru Outback so badly that the doors would not unlock. Video shows a deputy was brave enough to break a window so the bear could jump out and run back to the forest."

The New York Police Department says the 35-year-old man was arrested near Niagara Falls late Saturday night. He is facing a charge of first-degree assault. Police say the man severed the 35-year-old woman's right arm just above the elbow in the attack in Sunset Park on Thursday afternoon. She also lost two fingers from her other hand. The woman was hospitalized, and officials say her arm has been successfully reattached. Police say the woman and the baby she's carrying are in stable condition."

The County Attorney appears to be protecting and defending the deputy at behest of Kingsland property owner Johnny Greene. May have received some consideration from Greene up to and including a bribe. Are the County Attorney, Greene, and the Deputy under criminal investigation? If not, why not?

As you're well aware, we have an outrageously corrupt, abusive, achingly inept Llano County Sheriff's Office here in Nazi Llano County. Worse, you and your office aid and abet these SS jackbooted bastards in black. The issue at the moment is the same it's been the last six months.

How is it two surveyor companies, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, even the goddamned Sheriff himself now states Kingsland resident James Berardi owns the lots in contention all these months?

Yet, you ludicrously assert that's not the County's legal position. It's not? Why not? You claim you're not a real estate expert. Rather than accept the advice of two surveyor companies, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, and even the Sheriff himself, you've inexplicably chosen to follow the advice of property owner Johnny Greene, -- who conveniently happens to be reportedly in the oil industry.

Question to be asked. Could you have received any 'consideration' in return, -- up to and including a bribe? Only way to know for sure is for the District Attorney to conduct a criminal investigation. Apparently, there has been none. If not, why not?

Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to this Kingsland property owner? To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.

Our achingly useless, worthless, gutless Sheriff has ignored an email vis a vis the damage this jackbooted thug is responsible for. Interestingly, his fellow officers believe him to be an idiot. Yet, the Sheriff continued to defend this piece of human excrement until he realized this entire fiasco would not be swept under the carpet.

Rodriguez is indeed an idiot. Would you believe this piece of crap ordered the motor home to be moved on to an unmarked unused Llano County road? That motor home has indeed been moved back to where it was parked before Rodriguez forced it to be moved. Why hasn't the County paid for the cost of moving it back? To say nothing of the damage.

Equally pointedly, why is it the County has allowed Theresa Ahrens to park and live in her tiny cottage on that very same road? Why hasn't she been evicted by the County? Why was she assessed taxes on an adjacent improvement she doesn't own?

Why is it, Counselor, Johnny Greene is paying for the attorney retained by Ms. Ahrens? Is Greene attempting to make this all go away by bribery? Greene has also informed Berardi he is going to sue. For what? Has Greene lost his mind?

What about Wells who installed a $4500 septic system on a lot turns out he does not own as a result of Greene, an outrageously inept County, to say nothing of the Llano County Attorney who remains equally determinedly clueless?

How about Bolen who hasn't a pot to piss in, but was nonetheless f--ked over by Greene to say nothing of an egregiously inept County, to say nothing of you and your goddamned equally incompetent office?

None of this is going away, Counselor, -- any time soon. Will not be swept under the carpet as all the other crap going on in this hell hole County. Not a chance. Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? One hundred fourteen weeks, now. A goddamned disgrace. Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? One hundred fourteen weeks. Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger. To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff? Those of your thugs? "This is not someone who was in trouble ever," Rabner said. "This is not a family that was anything but doting and loving about their son." "It doesn't seem to me that there is any justification ever for shooting an individual who is fleeing in the back," Rabner said, adding that the officer was standing "poised" and appear to shoot from 15 to 30 feet away."

"Amie Downs, a spokeswoman for Allegheny County, said Rose suffered a gunshot wound of the trunk, but didn't specify where exactly."

"Meanwhile, demonstrators took over local streets during a downpour Wednesday, holding "Black Lives Matter" signs, blocking traffic and confronting officers."

"Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro called Rose's death a "tragedy," adding, "I expect local law enforcement to give this the thorough investigation it deserves."

"A three decade-old Supreme Court ruling does justify shooting a fleeing suspect if "the officer reasonably believes that the individual poses a significant physical danger to the officer or others in the community."

"The East Pittsburgh Police officer who fatally shot 17-year-old Antwon Rose Jr. on June 19 has been charged with criminal homicide. According to court records, East Pittsburgh Police Officer Michael Rosfeld was formally charged Wednesday morning. "In a criminal complaint filed in the case, detectives cite witnesses who said Rose clearly had nothing in his hands when he was shot, contradicting what Rosfeld initially told investigators. Rosfeld was conducting a traffic stop of the vehicle Rose was riding in, which police said fit the description of one used in a drive-by shooting that night. He told investigators he had ordered the driver out of the car, and down on the ground, when Rose got out of the vehicle."

"Rosfeld first told investigators that Rose "turned his hand toward" Rosfeld, who "saw something dark that he perceived as a gun," detectives wrote in the complaint. But when asked to repeat his version of events, Rosfeld's story changed, detectives wrote. "During that rendition, Rosfeld told the detectives that he did not see a gun when the passenger emerged and ran. When confronted with this inconsistency, Rosfeld stated he saw something in the passenger's hand but was not sure what it was," detectives wrote in the complaint. "In addition, Officer Rosfeld stated that he was not certain if the individual who had his arm pointed at him was still pointing at him when he fired the shots."

"Rosfeld opened fire striking Rose three times from behind. Rose died from his injuries. A medical examiner determined Rose was struck in the cheek, the right elbow from behind, and in the mid-back, which was the fatal shot, district attorney Stephen Zappala, Jr. said during a press conference Wednesday. The bullet lodged in Rose's chest and was determined to be from Rosfeld's service weapon, Zappala said. Rosfeld's actions were intentional and he was not acting to prevent death or serious injury, Zappala said. "You do not shoot somebody in the back if [they] you are not a threat to you," Zappala said."

"CBS Pittsburgh reports that according to sources, Rosfeld had only been on duty in East Pittsburgh for three weeks, and he was formally sworn in about 90 minutes before the fatal shooting. Rosfeld had been working as a police officer in the region since 2011. He had previously worked in Harmarville and Oakmont. He also worked for the University of Pittsburgh Police Department and was reportedly dismissed for cause from the university. The university turned his personnel file over to county investigators as part of the investigation."

Above barely scratches the surface. This is an exceptionally complicated case. Needless to say, will be followed closely.

"Zappala said he had spoken with Rose's family. "They are very distraught about the loss of their son, who by all accounts was a good kid," Zappala said. Rosfeld was placed on paid administrative leave after the shooting, which has triggered protests in the area. Rosfeld's bail, which was opposed by prosecutors, was set at $250,000, according to court documents. A preliminary hearing is set for July 6."

"The Burnet Police Department has ordered a pet owner, whose dog attacked an officer, to build a 6-foot fence to enclose the canine, post a “dangerous dog” sign, and purchase a $100,000 insurance policy or face having the pet seized and potentially euthanized. The pit bull mix was shot by Burnet Police Lt. Alex Fidler on June 14 after she responded to a call about dogs attacking a bicyclist on Vandeveer Street. Fidler shot two of the three at-large dogs, one fatally, and sustained dog bite wounds to her arm, according to the police report."

Fortunately, the officer has sufficiently recovered from her injuries to return to full duty:

"The animal’s owner was also cited for having a dog at-large, a class C misdemeanor. In regards to the injured officer, rabies test results of the fatally shot dog came back negative, according to the report. Fidler, who was initially confined to office work as her arm healed, has since resumed her full duties."

The checkpoint was marked by cones blocking an 18-mile stretch of Interstate 95 in Penobscot County, forcing anyone in the southbound lanes between the towns of Howland and Lincoln, about 72 miles from the Canadian border, to stop and speak with agents, said Steve Sapp, a spokesman for Customs and Border Protection. The 11-hour checkpoint led to the Haitian man’s arrest, a formal warning issued to a lawful resident who was not carrying required paperwork, and 10 drug seizures, he said. Sapp said drivers who pass through such checkpoints are subject to questions about residency and citizenship. A dog is present to detect concealed humans or drugs, and agents may also look through the windows of the car. If someone does not comply with questioning, the driver is moved to the side of the road for further questions, he said."

"First lady Melania Trump made an unannounced trip to the Southern U.S. border Thursday to visit children who entered the country illegally and see the centers where they are being detained. The trip comes a day after President Trump signed an executive order ending his controversial policy of family separation for migrant families detained as they're crossing into the U.S. illegally at the Southern border. "She wanted to see everything for herself," said Stephanie Grisham, the first lady's communications director. "She supports family reunification. She thinks that it's important that children stay with their families."

"She, along with first daughter Ivanka Trump, lobbied the president to reverse his administration's family separation policy, NPR reported on Wednesday."

"The first lady planned to visit two facilities, both in McAllen, Texas. Mrs. Trump arrives at McAllen Miller International Airport in Texas Thursday. Her first visit, according to the White House pool reporters traveling with the first lady, was to Upbring New Hope Children's Shelter and lasted about 75 minutes. The shelter is a Health and Human Services Department grantee facility run by Lutheran Social Services of the South, and it's part of a network of 32 state-licensed facilities in Texas, according to the Center for Investigative Reporting. CIR says the center had 12 health and safety violations over the past three years. The kids the first lady visited there were ages 12-17, and most crossed into the U.S. as unaccompanied minors, but six of the children were separated from their families upon being detained."

"Her second scheduled stop, at the Ursula Border Patrol Processing Center, a Customs and Border Protection intake center, was canceled because of flooding in McAllen. A Department of Homeland Security official told NBC News that the Ursula facility was the "epicenter" of the Trump administration's policy that separated more than 2,000 kids from their parents over the past few months."

"While everyone was speculating whether Melania Trump was trying to send a message by wearing a provocative Zara jacket when departing for a trip to the border, she doubled-down by wearing it on her return trip too. President Trump weighed in as well, saying on Twitter that it was a message aimed squarely at the media. The text on the back of the jacket -- "I REALLY DON'T CARE, DO U?" -- was an odd choice for a visit to a Texas detention center housing immigrant children.

"An administration official said on Friday evening that U.S. Customs and Border Protection "expects that all unaccompanied children in their custody who were separated from adults who were being prosecuted will have been reunited with their families." But the news comes with a large caveat. The statement only applied to children in CBP custody, those who had not yet been turned over to the care of the Department of Health and Human Services. The majority of children separated from parents are in the care of HHS -- and there's no real plan as for how to reunite them."

Thousands more remain in custody and HHS has not released information as to how many, if any, have been reunited with parents. "It's devastating because I already know when I meet them for the first time and they start telling me that they are this parent that I'm not gonna have the answers that they want in any time that they should have," said attorney Erik A. Henshaw, who works in the Western District of Texas in El Paso. "I'm not gonna be able to tell them right then and there, 'Don't worry, we'll find your little boy, we'll find your little girl.' I have to tell them honestly I don't know if and when we're going to find them."

"I don't know if I'll find them during their case. I don't know if it'll happen when you get to immigration proceedings. I don't know if you're going to be deported or removed and have never actually found and/or had contact with your child," Henshaw added."

"Earlier this week, HHS requested that the Pentagon be prepared to house up to 20,000 unaccompanied migrant children at U.S. military bases. An internal memo obtained by Time Magazine, showed the Navy was planning to use remote facilities to house thousands of migrants in California, Alabama and Arizona."

All the while, the administration has been urging people seeking asylum to do so at ports of entry. “The reason is, they do not want to allow them to put their foot on U.S. territory,” said Ruben García, director of a nonprofit called Annunciation House that offers shelter and services for immigrants and has been escorting migrants, including Angélica. Once a person steps onto U.S. soil, they must be allowed to make an asylum claim under U.S. and international law. García said he has accompanied 10 to 12 families up the bridge in the last four weeks. There are many that are unable to make their asylum claims, he said. In more than 40 years of advocacy, he had never seen border officers keep asylum seekers from making claims at ports of entry, he said."

"The detention centers holding undocumented immigrant children have gained attention recently over concern of conditions inside as well as the limited access to them for journalists and lawmakers. CBS News recently toured a detention center in Homestead, Florida, where lawmakers were previously denied access. CBS News correspondent Mark Strassmann went on an escorted tour of the facility for nearly an hour but said there were some restrictions: They were not allowed to walk off on their own or speak to children being held at the facility. There were 1,200 kids -- with boys outnumbering girls at a ratio of two to one. Most of the kids were sent there within 72 hours if they were caught crossing the border."

Angelica was worried Sophia might be taken away, even though she is the only mother the little girl has ever known. On Friday, her worst fear came true. "Sophia was pleading with her not to leave to leave her alone, not to let her go, not to leave her with the police," Villarreal reports. Angelica told "CBS This Morning" she does not know where her three-year-old granddaughter Sophia is, ever since they were separated by immigration officials on Friday – this despite having papers proving that she is Sophia's legal guardian. Angelica said she was told the documents don't matter."

"Ruben Garcia, who runs the Annunciation House in El Paso, which provides shelter and legal assistance to immigrants, is helping Angelica and other separated families. On Sunday, Annunciation House took in 32 immigrant parents after federal authorities withdrew criminal charges for illegal entry. The parents were separated from their children, and do not know where they are."

"When this policy was implemented in the beginning, it was implemented without any plan," Garcia said at a press conference."

"The Pentagon will build tent camps at two U.S. military bases to house people who cross the southern border illegally, Defense Secretary James Mattis said Monday. As for how the process began, he said other government agencies had asked the Pentagon for help in housing detained migrants. The news comes one week after President Trump said, "The United States will not be a migrant camp, and it will not be a refugee holding facility." He added, "Not on my watch."

"Over the weekend, Trump said via Twitter, "We cannot allow all of these people to invade our Country. When somebody comes in, we must immediately, with no Judges or Court Cases, bring them back from where they came. Our system is a mockery to good immigration policy and Law and Order."

I can't imagine any American's heart not going out to these families, knowing these children are being separated and then, where were they going?" Corker said he's glad President Trump signed an executive order to reunite families who are awaiting prosecution at the border, but said "that's led to another crisis" due to the 20-day limit on how long children can be detained with their parents while they are prosecuted."

"As for the president's rhetoric on immigration issues, Corker, a vocal Trump critic, said that he's "never been part of a group that hated someone for wishing something better for their life." Judge Dana M. Sabraw of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California granted a preliminary injunction sought by the American Civil Liberties Union. He said all children must be reunited with their families within 30 days, allowing just 14 days for the return of children under 5 to their parents. He also ordered that parents be allowed to speak by phone with their children within 10 days."

"The ruling is the latest complication in a controversy that has already proved politically perilous for President Trump, who last week issued an executive order ending the policy of forced separation, replacing it with indefinite family detention. Still, about 2,000 children remain split from their parents. The couple married in Yokohama, Japan, before moving to San Rafael, Calif."

And if you try to scale the fence, believe me, they'll be only too happy to have you arrested and separated from your children, I would like to see that," Sessions said at the Criminal Justice Legal Foundation. The joke went over well with the audience, which could be heard laughing and applauding the allusion in video from the event. Arteaga opted for the medication. But she says that when she went to pick up the pills, the pharmacist refused to give them to her, citing his own ethical reasons. When will Pruitt finally be held criminally accountable? The Washington Post reports:

"The U.S. Office of Special Counsel is investigating whether Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Scott Pruitt retaliated against staffers who questioned his spending and management decisions, according to three individuals familiar with the probe. During Pruitt’s tenure, the EPA has reassigned or taken administrative action against several career officials and one political appointee who had objected to the way he was spending taxpayer funds or using the perks of his office, these individuals said."

Why is it thieving government officials are not accorded same treatment allotted other common thieves?

"Attorneys from the Office of Special Counsel, which responds to whistleblower complaints from federal employees and can choose to prosecute cases, is in the process of speaking to a half-dozen current and former employees as part of the case, according to Kevin Chmielewski, Pruitt’s former deputy chief of staff operations. The office is taking the matter “extremely seriously,” Chmielewski said in an interview Monday."

Sexual assault in the United States continues to be a horrendous problem. For both genders. ABC News reports:

"Actor Terry Crews recounted his story of sexual assault — telling lawmakers Tuesday that even as a former NFL linebacker and "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" star, "I sit here as an example" of survivors. Appearing before a Senate committee hearing to advocate for the "Sexual Assault Survivors' Bill of Rights," Crews said, "This happened to me, too." "A lot of people believe a person like me can’t be victimized, but what happened to me has happened to many, many others." After seeing survivors come forward only to be met with persecution and backlash, Crews said he revealed his own story to say "I believed them, I supported them, and that this happened to me, too."

"The "Survivors' Bill of Rights" would create special protections for sexual assault survivors, including not charging survivors for an examination, preserving rape kits for 20 years or the maximum applicable statute of limitations, and providing survivors with written notification before a rape kit is disposed of."

The fact all this is finally seeing the light of day is good, but not sufficient. Need to do much, much more.

"He explained that inside the world of Hollywood, behind the bright lights, is a groundswell of this kind of behavior as a result of what he refers to as "toxic masculinity." "Hollywood has definitely, definitely been a problem area simply because so many people view this as a dream," he explained. "But what happens is someone has power over these dreams." "What happens is that you think this harassment is part of your job description," he asserted. Identifying himself as an actor, and former athlete, among other things at the beginning of the hearing, the starkest label he took on was that of "survivor of sexual assault."

"The assault lasted only minutes, but what he was effectively telling me while he held my genitals in his hand was that he held the power," he told senators of his assailant. "That he was in control." Crews says the assault happened during a 2016 party he attended with his wife. "I was sexually assaulted by a successful Hollywood agent," he said candidly. He previously has identified the perpetrator as Adam Venit, who at the time headed the motion picture department at William Morris Endeavor. "He did it twice in front of my wife," he added."

"Crews said he received a call from Venit after the alleged assault, saying Venit apologized, claiming he was "drunk."

"An investigation was launched immediately after management was made aware of the situation in October of this year," WME said in a statement to ABC News Tuesday. "The investigation has resulted in Adam Venit being suspended without pay and demoted from his position as head of the motion picture department."

"Crews filed a lawsuit again[st] Venit in December. Venit denied all of Crews' allegations in a court filing from January. Los Angeles authorities announced in March that they will not move forward with Crews' case against Venit. The agent was still employed by WME as of March."

"A tearful Crews detailed his reaction to the alleged assault during the hearing — conceding that his first instinct was to get violent. But instead, he resisted that urge. "As a black man in America, you only have a few shots at success. You only have a few chances to make yourself a viable member of a community," he told Sen. Dianne Feinstein, a California Democrat, who asked about his response to the assault. "I am from Flint, Michigan. I have seen many, many young black men provoked into violence and they were in prison or killed."

"He confessed that it was the "strength" of his wife that got him through the moment. "I didn’t go into my first reaction," he said. They left the party instead. A humble Crews delivered a passionate and emotional monologue at the onset of the hearing, detailing how his childhood shaped his outlook of the world before the assault. "As a child I watched as my father violently abused my mother, using his power and authority to dominate her," he began. "As I grew up, this thought transformed the type of man I became. I swore I would never be like my father and yet I believed, to my core, that as a man, I was more valuable in this world. As a protector and symbol of strength, I was more worthy. That women were beneath me." "As a man, I was taught my entire life that I must control the world. So, I used power, influence and control to dominate every situation: from the football field to the film set, even in my own home with my wife and children." Now, he said he aims to give "power and control back to survivors."

The following is quite extraordinary considering the current partisan divide:

"Both the committee's chairman, Sen. Chuck Grassley, and ranking member, Sen. Dianne Feinstein, shared their support for Crews, thanking him for his "bravery" and "perseverance." After the actor admitted he has faced setbacks in his career since coming forward, including being asked to drop his lawsuit against Venit in order to star in the fourth installment of the film "The Expendables," they said they would like to help him fight back to overcome the retaliation. "If there is anything I can do, I hope you'll tell me because I'd like to be helpful," Grassley told Crews. "Mr. Chairman, this should be for both sides of the aisle," Feinstein chimed in."

Incumbent Democrats are certainly paying the price for the decades-long failure of the Democratic Party. ABC News reports:

Crowley, a lawmaker whose name is often mentioned as a replacement for Nancy Pelosi and the next Speaker of the House if the Democrats take back the majority in that chamber, is the first Democratic incumbent to lose a primary this cycle. Ocasio-Cortez won the race for New York’s 14th Congressional District with a substantial margin over Crowley. The Bronx native, who has not previously run for elected office, is the first primary challenge Crowley has seen in 14 years. We triggered the first primary election in 14 years. and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity. Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these
FTP servers up and running again. A criminal complaint will be filed with
the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells
Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue interference with the webhosts.

Welcome. Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers. Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right. During the last several weeks

local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at

publication. This is being done because so many of you access this

This site has finally been fully uploaded. All links appear to be
properly working. Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected. There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows. Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts. We'll see. With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Kathryn Aponte, Portraits and Photographs, Kingsland, Texas. A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some fifteen years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
