Brother dearest. ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro? A little antsy? Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are? Patience. All in good time, good buddy. When I'm damned good and ready. Timing just right. After all, a son of a bitch who's stolen his father's estate needs to be fully exposed publicly for whom and what he is, don't you think? Indeed, a public service for your neighbors, professional associates, family, and friends, etc..
Conveniently, forget? Others need to protect themselves against a fraud who masquerades as both a teacher and a counselor, no? -- How the hell did you ever pass an MMPI some forty years ago to get hired? You're not stable. Have not been. ... Must have really been pissed off at the old man to rip off an estate, no? How much did you steal while he was alive and supposedly under your care?
How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died? How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago? How much? Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch? Her cohorts? Your law enforcement shysters? While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.
... Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you. Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died? Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year? Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it. Again, just like you.
Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her? -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life? She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised. Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned. Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.
Will be different for you, Bro. While you've bought off authorities, you will be publicly exposed. In great detail. In good time. When I'm damned good and ready. When exposure will do the maximum figurative damage to your goddamned sordid reputation. -- Just the truth, brother dearest, however. Just the truth.
Irony of ironies? When the thieving son of a bitch died, and our mother was finally informed he had passed, she cried for her brother, -- the bastard thief who stole from her mother. Sad, isn't it? Too bad she's not still alive to see you publicly exposed for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you, yourself, truly are. As was he. Not in a court of law you've bought off, however. Right here.
In good time. Again,
when I'm damned good and ready. Employing the very same tactics used
against Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo. -- On steroids, however, since
all dirty family laundry will be aired. All of it. No threat.
A promise. Emails sent to your neighbors, friends, professional associates,
businesses you deal with. Although an enormous amount of work, all
doable courtesy of the Internet. Despite being some 1,800 miles away.
-- Small world, isn't it, Bro? Enjoy the stolen loot, you son of
a bitch. Forget? It's all you have.
Brother dearest. Save all the check stubs from the old man's accounts? Fraudulently sign any of them yourself? Think this material couldn't be obtained from the banks either through discovery or a criminal investigation? Still own the house on Condict Rd.? Any other properties besides this one and the old man's you stole with the help of your shyster bastard? Be interesting to see how far your assets extend and where. Think all that information isn't accessible? That I won't determinedly obtain it?
That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete? But an extensive background check as well? Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates? Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong? How about both universities? Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception? Think they don't have a right to know?
Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU? That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability? Is that why you wound up looting the old man? Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible? Think this will end any time soon? That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch? We're just getting started, Bro. Just getting started.
Don't like it? Tough shit. Sue me you thieving son of a bitch. Would use discovery to learn and post on this website all there is to know about you, your activities, predilections, business 'deals,' as well as all your financial transactions, etc.. All of it. Would certainly avoid the expense of an extensive background check on you, thieving brother dearest.
Even if you were successful in court, there is nothing for you to take, this remains, as well, a homesteading state where minimal assets are protected anyway. This site is hosted in an overseas country that doesn't particularly like government intrusion, remains not prone to cooperate. Besides, can always upload to another webhost in still yet another country. The possibilities are endless, Bro. Just takes willingness, effort, unshakable determination.
Even if I lost it all would be more than worth it to expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are. Even if you bribed a goddamned nazi 'judge' to remove posted material, would not cooperate and be more than willing to rot in jail. Would certainly keep reposting it all no matter the cost and/or personal consequences every time it was taken down. Forget, you thieving son of a bitch? I never ever give up.
Since all I seek is your exposure for the thief you truly are, would all be worth it. For the sake of principle. All the work, financial cost, as well as the time I am about to dedicate to this effort, you deceptive, unstable, sick, thieving son of a bitch. Unlike you, I live on principle and have absolutely nothing to lose. You do. Will certainly take great pleasure and satisfaction in doing all I can to publicly expose you for whom and what you are.
To say nothing of placing enormous pressure on prosecutors you and your equally corrupt shyster son of a bitch apparently bribed. Don't like it? Again, tough shit. Chew harder. The public needs to know to protect itself. From you and your shyster bastard. People who live and travel in your circles as well. Including his. As a thief, you and he can't be trusted by anyone. You'll determinedly f--k them.
More than willing to provide this truly public service. People certainly need to know whom and what you are. What you have sadly become. You certainly weren't brought up to be a thieving son of a bitch. What happened? Where did you lose yourself, Bro? -- Never mind. ... Truly doesn't matter. Only your exposure.
TC 4-22-16
Hey, Bro? Remember me? How soon they conveniently forget. ... Half asleep? -- Out to lunch? ... In your own perverse little world? That of a criminal? Wake up. Conveniently, gutlessly forget? Insanely believe you're someway, somehow off the hook? Think again. We're not done. You remain a thief who will be exposed for whom and what your are. What you certainly have become. No question about that. Patience, you thieving son of a bitch. Exposure is coming. Promise.
Think I don't have time? Truly believe the ongoing Presidential fiasco ends no matter who wins? The murderous decay in law enforcement gets resolved any time soon? Criminal Wells Fargo employees from local Kingsland bank manager Amanda S. Wright right up to and including CEO John Stumpf get prosecuted in the near future despite egregious criminal activity? Wouldn't hold my breath, would you?
Think I don't have time to handle all this and your public exposure for the estate-stealing criminal son of a bitch you've truly become? How could you steal from the old bastard, you incredibly sad sack of shit? Certainly weren't brought up to be a thief. What happened to you? Where'd you lose yourself?
No question, 2017 will be a most remarkable, defining year for you, Bro. Public exposure for the thieving piece of shit you've sadly become. It's on the way. Promise. Hope you sue. Nothing for you to take. Tough, isn't it? Certainly, makes me judgment proof. Will certainly, as well, take advantage of discovery. Publish every detail I can get my hands on. No matter the consequences. Only consideration? Prime directive? Your exposure for whom and what you are.
Readers? This not-so-brotherly piece of shit stole from our father. Manipulated the old man to line his pockets. Just like our uncle on my mother's side of the family did to my grandmother. Runs in the family. Our family. ... Right, Bro? This game now gets played my way, -- not yours, you son of a bitch. That is, no more U.S. Mail tag.
Anything sent by mail will be refused, returned unopened. Want contact? Email. libertyinperil@riseup.net. Quick. Easy. Better yet? A digital record. Permanent. Easily accessible. Easily uploaded to this site when and if it becomes necessary. The shyster bastard you hired to steal the estate shouldn't expect escape, either, from public exposure as the thieving piece of shit he, like you, truly both are. Unscrupulous thieves.
Sincerely hope that piece of crap sues as well. Nothing to take. Discovery again would be published no matter the personal cost. Nothing quite like public exposure, is there? Especially, when it is nothing but the truth and there is absolutely nothing to lose exposing two pieces of criminal shit for whom and what they are. Two pieces of gutless human excrement who looted an old man. ... Right, Bro?
There is no better disinfectant than sunlight, readers. Glaring sunlight. Dazzling brilliance. Amazing how the roaches run for cover. Equally pointedly, how vermin on two legs manage to so easily prey on the elderly courtesy of the out of control fascist police-state we now live in. While there'll never be any justice vis a vis this theft, there will be exposure to the brilliant light of day for both criminal perpetrators. Count on it, you not-so-brotherly criminal son of a bitch.
TC 10-7-16
Hey, Bro? Hear of Old Sturbridge Village? Haven't? ... Not lying, are you, you thieving son of a bitch? You and your long-term companion EC conspire, bequeath some of the old man's loot to this museum? An achingly stingy gift of $250-$499, -- considering the size of the estate? The CEO and Board have any idea you stole it? Think they'd care? -- Just getting started, dearest, dearest Bro. ... Delusionally believe I haven't more than enough time, resources, determination to expose you for the thieving piece of crap you truly are? ... Under $500 back in 2013? Remarkably parsimonious with stolen money aren't you? What does it feel like to have gutlessly ripped off an incompetent old man? -- Dear old Dad. Certainly, look forward to digging much deeper into how you and your shyster lawyer managed to bamboozle and loot the old bastard. Back in the day, certainly wouldn't have fallen for your bullshit. Would have kicked your worthless, thieving ass out the door. Intend to expose it to the light of day. Indeed, a public service. Seatbelts on, you thieving son of a bitch. Tally ho!
TC 3-24-17
... Brief aside, dear readers, for a most exceptional reason. -- Although infrequent, pressing ongoing personal business must come first on rare occasion. Hope you agree, moreover, find it entertaining, -- as this writer did crafting what follows. Principle trumps all. Remains prime mover, prime directive no matter what.
This pressing issue involves a family thief. A heartless predator preying on the elderly who must be held accountable, exposed to the light of day. Especially, since authorities failed to do their job. The following is part of that continuing effort to expose this piece of shit for whom and what he is:
Hey, Bro? Guess what? Me, again. Most determined pain in the ass. Miss me? An inconvenient, nagging hemorrhoid that simply won't go away no matter what. -- A pile with a smile that takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'.
... Delusionally think this most persistent nemesis of yours conveniently disappeared to parts unknown, vanished in thin air? To give a turd a break? Wake up. Not a chance, you thieving son of a bitch. ... When you insanely believe this writer's gone and you're finally in the clear, guess what, here I am, right in your face.
Despite what's going on across our formerly great country, always have more than enough time for personal business. That is, exposing you, Bro, to the glaring light of day. A pathetically greedy predator. Your target, who else, the elderly. Most defenseless, vulnerable, an easy fleece. -- Thought you'd steal from the surly old curmudgeon with impunity, no consequences?
Successfully escape accountability? Avoid detection, all responsibility? Blatant theft of an old man's estate? A little help from a bought and paid for hopelessly greedy unprincipled shyster? Supposed cake walk due to 1800 miles separation? No one to hold you accountable? Your feet to the fire? What could you possibly been thinking?
You've read this publication before. Know precisely who and what I am, what I do. Never give up. Never say die. Ignore all obstacles. Know full well Liberty In Peril modus operandi remains as relentlessly ferocious, blindingly intense as ever.
No punches pulled. No slack. No personal consideration. Certainly, not for a gutless son of a bitch, no more than a thieving predator. Looted target, guess who, dear old dad. Pitiful. Delusionally believe you had the booty coming? An entitlement? For having had to put up with his shit all those years? Wake up.
Hear of Historic Deerfield? Of course, you have, you lying son of a bitch. Forget? You're one of their not-so-generous 'benefactors.' ... With all the money stolen from our father's estate, only bequeath them a piss poor $40 bucks?
Unbelievable. An achingly tight, cheap, thieving, worthless piece of duplicitous crap. ... Write-off? Negligible. ... Feather in the cap? How? Delusionally believe your treachery would never see the light of day? What planet do you live on?
Board of Trustees Chair Anne K. Groves know full well you looted the estate? How about President Philip Zea? Think both don't have a right to know? How about Anne Lanning, Vice President For Museum Affairs? To say nothing of Susan Martinelli, Vice President For Business Affairs?
These officials are entitled to know precisely whom they're doing business with. A thief. Gutless phony. Blow-hard fraud. Hoity-toity dandy. Worse? An unprincipled thief who stole from his father. ... Glaring light of day sucks, doesn't it, Bro? No escaping the unvarnished truth, this most bitter reality. Not a chance.
Saddest of all? Back in the day, Hell would have frozen over before anyone would have have been able to rip off the craggy old bastard. Remember quite well how intent, determined he was not to be fleeced late in life by a sick son of a bitch like you.
A leech. Ironic, isn't it? Gutless rip off of an old man who couldn't adequately handle his affairs any longer. How do you sleep nights?
Fraud runs in the family, clearly. History repeating itself. Right in the footsteps of our grandmother's son, who callously ripped off his mother decades ago. Again, another achingly pathetic piece of human excrement. Just like you. Intend to lay it bare. Methodically. Painstakingly. In great detail. Living, breathing color.
For all to see. A public service. Exposure of the criminal piece of human excrement you truly are. For sustained public review. A goddamned thief. Pissed? Chagrined? Nonplused? Tough shit. Sue. Would certainly immediately post all discovery no matter the consequences.
All snail mail will be returned unopened. No phone tag. Got something to say? Email. Say it right here. On this website. In public. For the world to see. Will be posted in its entirety. No editing. Unlike you, this writer doesn't lie, cheat, steal. Honors his word. Intend to expose you precisely for whom and what you are.
Duplicitous predator who preyed on his own father. Blinding exposure to benefit the community. Have nothing to lose providing this public service, but you do. No better disinfectant than sunshine.
.. Think the old bastard not spinning in his grave? -- Old lady not doing the same? One thing for certain. Neither brought you up to be a goddamned thief. Yet, here we are. ... Until next time, Tally Ho!
TC 7-14-17

As always, when a cop does something heroic, and/or of exceptional benefit to the community, it leads, Always. CBS News reports:
"When a Cleveland, Tennessee, police officer was seen buying groceries for a family at Walmart, a fellow shopper used the power of social media to help identify and thank him. "Just witnessed another extraordinary act by our men and women in uniform," the unnamed bystander wrote in a post that was later highlighted on the department's Facebook page. "A police officer paid for the groceries of a customer here at Walmart. The best part, the customer told the police officer 'God bless you' and the police officer responded 'I am already blessed.' I love you," the fellow shopper wrote on Facebook.
"After the post was shared numerous times, police department got wind of their employee's generous act. "Scrolling through random Facebook posts and then see this one that makes us ALL proud to be Cleveland police officers," the department wrote. They got a description of the officer and said after hearing he was "6'5 and buff" they were able to narrow down the search. "[We] deducted it was School Resource Officer Mike Kelly," the department said."
Hat's off, Officer Kelly.
Second example of an exceptional cop going well beyond the call of duty. Fox News reports:
"A Dallas police officer is being praised for comforting a 3-month-old baby in the moments after it was pulled out alive from an overturned vehicle. Officer Donald Boice was captured cradling the infant in images taken over the weekend by a Fox 4 News photographer, which have since been shared amongst cops in the area."That could be my child, too,” Boice said. “And I'd want someone treating my child the same way."
Indeed. Hat's off, Officer Boice.
"Dallas police say a Chevy Trailblazer driven by a family from Michigan was traveling at a high speed early Sunday when it hit an object in a Downtown Dallas construction zone, causing the vehicle to flip. Inside were three children, ages 5, 2 and 3-months old, and their parents. The father suffered a fractured arm and a head injury, but everyone else in the car, including the 3-month-old child, Jackson, appeared to be OK, according to Fox 4 News. "The best I can do is just kind of keep him, bounce him, sing to him the same songs that I sang to my kids when they were that age,” Boice said. Police say the images show a compassionate side of law enforcement that the public does not often see."
Indeed. A good day for the infant, rest of the family, as well as law enforcement. Certainly, proof positive not all officers are criminal jackbooted bastards. This guy certainly isn't. Hat's off.
Third example of exceptional officers going well beyond the call of duty. ABC News reports:
"Newly released dashcam footage shows Texas police officers snatching an apparently distraught woman from the edge of a 180-foot bridge as she sat precariously with her legs dangling over the Houston Ship Channel. “Ma’am. Come talk to me, ma’am,” one of the La Porte, Texas, officers said to the woman as the three officers gingerly approached her Monday night on the Fred Hartman Bridge. “You’re not in trouble, OK.” That seemed to be enough of a distraction for the two other officers to pull her to safety."
Uncommon valor. Best in policing.
“The officers made the right call pulling her off the bridge in case she was still contemplating because even a vehicle driving by can accidentally knock someone off,” La Porte Police Department Sgt. Bennie Boles said."
Indeed.
"The woman was taken to a hospital for psychological evaluation and treatment, according to the La Porte Police Department. As for the officers, Sgt. Boles said, “We’re proud of them for making that quick decision and excited for the young lady to have another day to move on with her life.”
Indeed. Uncommon valor. Hat's off.
Here's what not to do if you're an officer, armed, and dancing at a bar while off duty. LOL. -- Luckily no one got killed or seriously injured. CBS News reports:
"An off-duty FBI agent dancing at a Denver nightclub accidentally discharged a firearm, wounding another patron in the leg, police said Saturday. The victim, an adult male, was rushed to a local hospital in good condition, said Denver police spokesman Sonny Jackson. Police have refused to identify the hospital. Jackson said the agent, whose identity wasn't released, was dancing at the downtown club around 12:45 a.m. Saturday when the firearm fell from the agent's waistband holster onto the floor. It discharged when the agent picked it up."
Imagine having to explain the mishap to your supervisors:
"Police investigators interviewed the agent before releasing the agent to an FBI supervisor. The police investigation was continuing, and any charges would be determined by the Denver District Attorney's Office, said Officer Marika Putnam."
Here's the clincher:
"Video posted on social media shows the FBI agent dancing and doing a back flip at which point the firearm hits the ground and the agent picking it up and a gunshot goes off."
Think there won't be hell to pay? Despite the fact no one was killed or seriously injured? Forget? This isn't the Llano County Sheriff's Office. ... Right, Bill? Where anything goes. Including denial of property rights to a Kingsland property owner by a criminal jackbooted thug, consequent damage done to a motor home parked on that property, failure to discipline the officer involved, Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764, to say nothing of any resolution by the County and District Attorneys.
"In a statement, an FBI spokesperson said "the investigation is active, ongoing, and a personnel matter so we cannot provide comment at this time." The spokesperson did not provide answers to a request for information on what firearms protocol may be in place for off-duty agents. It's unclear if the FBI agent was drinking and authorities are awaiting blood tests to determine if alcohol was a factor in the incident, CBS Denver reports. Surveillance footage is also being reviewed."
How would you like to be this woman and others in the vicinity?
"Tamara Oswald, who just moved in to the apartments nearby, told CBS Denver the shooting was not the warm welcome she was hoping for. "It's kind of crazy because it's almost like I'm back in (Philadelphia) again. And I thought I was getting away from it," Oswald said. Witnesses at the bar said they heard the victim shout for help. Paramedics rushed the victim to a hospital."
All in a day in the life of a G-man.
The following is an example of good policing. -- Certainly, didn't happen here in Texas. LOL. CBS News reports:
"Law enforcement in Broward County, Fla. says a hoax call drew deputies and a SWAT team Tuesday morning to the home of David Hogg, a student gun control activist and survivor of the February mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, reports CBS affiliate WPEC."
After the recent catastrophe, last thing Broward County needed was this. Fortunately, was well handled by law enforcement. Hat's off.
"CBS Miami reports the call reported a stabbed and barricaded person at the Parkland home owned by Kevin Hogg, David Hogg's father. Sheriff's spokeswoman Gina Carter said deputies investigated and determined the call to be a hoax. The scene was cleared around 10 a.m. The station reports David Hogg is in Washington, D.C. and wasn't at the home."
Ended well.
"The sheriff's office hasn't called the hoax call a "SWATting" incident, the station reports, but it fits the description of a prank that's intended to draw a large law enforcement response to a particular address. The hoax call also led to the lockdowns of two nearby elementary schools, CBS Miami reports.
Needless waste of resources. Worse, could have led to needless death and carnage. Well-handled by law enforcement. Again, hat's off.
Who says an NFL tight end has no heart? CBS News reports:
"Delilah Cassidy found herself in a pickle while trying to check into her American Airlines flight last week. She had just gotten back from Europe and her credit cards weren't working because her bank did not know she was back in the States. She had no cash, but American Airlines was asking her to pay $50 for oversized carry-on luggage. She says at first she was distraught over the extra charge because she had no way to pay it. Then, something incredible happened and she chronicled the story on Twitter. "WOW okay so the most amazing thing just happened to me and I can't help but share it with the world," Cassidy tweeted. "American Airlines instituted a new policy where you have to pay to take a carry-on onto the plane. Which is ridiculous but off topic.
"I consolidate my bags
into one and they measure it and say it’s just a little too big. They proceed
to charge me $50, except they only take credit card, no cash. Since I just
got back from Europe all my cards are being declined as Chase doesn’t know
I’m back.
—
Delilah Cassidy (@Delilah_Cassidy) May 30, 2018"
Certainly, don't make it easy or desirable to fly, do they? LOL.
"She says was devastated by the airline's only solution for her. "They tell me that I'm going to have to miss the flight and head back to the ticket counter to pay down there." "I'm pleading, devastated after a long day of travel," Cassidy wrote. "Then, this man walks up and says, 'How much is it?' They tell him $50 and he says 'I got it.'" The Arizona State University law student said she was "astonished" by the man's kind act. She tried to tell him it was fine, and he didn't have to pay, but "he hands the lady his card as the American Airlines employees stand in silence shocked by this man's generosity. They swipe the card and he tells me to have a great flight and hop on board." Cassidy was shocked and the kind gesture warmed her heart. "I'm crying as I write this and as I board the flight. This man was an angel."
Didn't end there:
"She then realized the "angel" was on the same flight as her. "I stop him as he's sitting in first class and try to give him my money but he just shook me off and told me to pay it forward," she wrote."
No question, what goes around comes around. Karma. Good? Bad? Your choice.
"Her final tweet about the act of kindness -- or so she thought -- described the new outlook the stranger gave her. "My heart is so happy. There are good people in this world. Be that person for someone because I know after this I sure will be." But the heartwarming story doesn't stop there. Cassidy tweeted a selfie with the "angel" after realizing his true identity.
"Update:
It was Jermaine Gresham. pic.twitter.com/aJ0bXoNm8Q
—
Delilah Cassidy (@Delilah_Cassidy) May 30, 2018
"Gresham, tight end for the Arizona Cardinals, was Cassidy's "angel" all along."
Need a little comic relief? KPTV - FOX 12 reports:
"A chicken who may have flew its coop was found and scooped up by a police officer in southeast Portland Monday. Portland Police shared on social media that Officer Trummer saw a free-roaming chicken at Southeast 13th Avenue and Southeast Stark Street, but did not see an owner. Thanks to the help of a community member, police said Trummer was able to get the chicken into his patrol car. With no owner located in the area, Trummer and the chicken took a ride to Troutdale, where the chicken was turned over to Animal Control. On Tuesday morning, Portland police tweeted that the chicken, whose named was revealed to be "Edie," was picked up by her owner. Police said her owner heard of Edie's escape on social media."
All's well that ends well. LOL.
The following email exchange with the corporate management suite of Iview US, regarding a highly defective Win 10 two-in-one tablet, is posted as a public service. This complete document can be found by clicking here.

... Hey, Sheriff? Is it true Llano County Attorney Becky Lange has advised you to stay out of the "Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764" fiasco? That right, Bill? Isn't that obstruction of justice? Also true your deputies have advised the Bolens to accept the status quo and not force the no-trespassing issue with Greene? If so, isn't that also obstruction and official oppression? When will you do your job, Bill? As an elected official, you answer to the public, forget? -- No honor? ... No honor at all? If the foregoing allegations are indeed true, didn't you swear an oath to uphold the law and Constitution? Why aren't you doing so? No guts?
Your deputy has been accused of abusing authority. What action have you taken other than ignore the complaint? Why aren't both Rodriguez and the County Attorney under criminal investigation? The County Attorney appears to be obstructing justice, accepting the word of Greene in lieu of two surveyor companies who strongly assert otherwise. Both the County Attorney and District Attorney have ignored complaints. Par for the course in Llano County, isn't it? Failed to do their jobs. No surprise there, right, Bill? Both receiving 'special consideration' up to and/or including a bribe from Greene? Regardless, clearly, no justice in Nazi Llano County. Bottom line? Desperate need for an outside criminal investigation. Conveniently, forget? This County is ruled by men, certainly not rule of law and the United States Constitution.
Precisely, why there is desperate need for a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, and prosecute criminal law enforcement, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose only mandate would be to adjudicate such cases. Total independence. Until that happens, the criminal bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County will continue to do as they please.

Some salient quotes occurring before or later on in this edition vis a vis unfinished business County officials continue to ignore:
..."Imagine having to explain the mishap to your supervisors:
"Police investigators interviewed the agent before releasing the agent to an FBI supervisor. The police investigation was continuing, and any charges would be determined by the Denver District Attorney's Office, said Officer Marika Putnam."
"Here's the clincher:
"Video posted on social media shows the FBI agent dancing and doing a back flip at which point the firearm hits the ground and the agent picking it up and a gunshot goes off."
"Think there won't be hell to pay? Despite the fact no one was killed or seriously injured? Forget? This isn't the Llano County Sheriff's Office. ... Right, Bill? Where anything goes. Including denial of property rights to a Kingsland property owner by a criminal jackbooted thug, consequent damage done to a motor home parked on that property, failure to discipline the officer involved, Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764, to say nothing of any resolution by the County and District Attorneys."

Counselor:
The enclosed emails were sent to the Llano County Attorney and Sheriff, respectively, vis a vis the above matter. Remain unanswered. The County Attorney appears to be protecting and defending the deputy at behest of Kingsland property owner Johnny Greene. May have received some consideration from Greene up to and including a bribe. Are the County Attorney, Greene, and the Deputy under criminal investigation? If not, why not?

Re: Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764
Counselor:
As you're well aware, we have an outrageously corrupt, abusive, achingly inept Llano County Sheriff's Office here in Nazi Llano County. Worse, you and your office aid and abet these SS jackbooted bastards in black. The issue at the moment is the same it's been the last six months.
How is it two surveyor companies, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, even the goddamned Sheriff himself now states Kingsland resident James Berardi owns the lots in contention all these months?
Yet, you ludicrously assert that's not the County's legal position. It's not? Why not? You claim you're not a real estate expert. Rather than accept the advice of two surveyor companies, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, and even the Sheriff himself, you've inexplicably chosen to follow the advice of property owner Johnny Greene, -- who conveniently happens to be reportedly in the oil industry.
Question to be asked. Could you have received any 'consideration' in return, -- up to and including a bribe? Only way to know for sure is for the District Attorney to conduct a criminal investigation. Apparently, there has been none. If not, why not?
Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to this Kingsland property owner? To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.
Our achingly useless, worthless, gutless Sheriff has ignored an email vis a vis the damage this jackbooted thug is responsible for. Interestingly, his fellow officers believe him to be an idiot. Yet, the Sheriff continued to defend this piece of human excrement until he realized this entire fiasco would not be swept under the carpet.
Rodriguez is indeed an idiot. Would you believe this piece of crap ordered the motor home to be moved on to an unmarked unused Llano County road? That motor home has indeed been moved back to where it was parked before Rodriguez forced it to be moved. Why hasn't the County paid for the cost of moving it back? To say nothing of the damage.
Equally pointedly, why is it the County has allowed Theresa Ahrens to park and live in her tiny cottage on that very same road? Why hasn't she been evicted by the County? Why was she assessed taxes on an adjacent improvement she doesn't own?
Why is it, Counselor, Johnny Greene is paying for the attorney retained by Ms. Ahrens? Is Greene attempting to make this all go away by bribery? Greene has also informed Berardi he is going to sue. For what? Has Greene lost his mind?
What about Wells who installed a $4500 septic system on a lot turns out he does not own as a result of Greene, an outrageously inept County, to say nothing of the Llano County Attorney who remains equally determinedly clueless?
How about Bolen who hasn't a pot to piss in, but was nonetheless f--ked over by Greene to say nothing of an egregiously inept County, to say nothing of you and your goddamned equally incompetent office?
None of this is going away, Counselor, -- any time soon. Will not be swept under the carpet as all the other crap going on in this hell hole County. Not a chance. Expect a full expose in this publication whether or not this outrageous fiasco finally gets resolved. Including full public exposure of both the Sheriff and his jackbooted thug.

Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? One hundred eleven weeks, now. A goddamned disgrace. Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.
Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? One hundred eleven weeks. Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger. To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff? Those of your thugs? The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down. You don't understand that, Sheriff? Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one. Including taxpayers. Especially, taxpayers.
Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot. The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt. Think not? Wake up. Your credibility has tanked. Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated. One hundred eleven weeks. Still no identification of the officers involved ... Can't get your stories straight? In line? Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? Wake up, Sheriff. The public no longer buys the bullshit. No longer trusts you. On this and many, many other issues. You have no credibility. Absolutely, none.
Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so. There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow. If there are any others I may have neglected to mention, kindly email.
It's time the public be fully informed. -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County. If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone. ... Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" Madam County Attorney?
The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why. This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet. Ignored. The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us. They can't be. They've lied too many times. Refuse to be accountable to anyone. We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases. Usually, with impunity. That has to change.
The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement. This also has to change. No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer. No one. No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar. There was no justice there. None here. None anywhere. Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.
Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers. Court fees charged continue to be horrendous. -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs? Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs? Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees. This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit. This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt, abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.
Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why? Yet, surprise, surprise. Nothing was done. There has to be transparency. There is none. Why would these thieving bastards want any? ... Right, Sheriff? TL? How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity? Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.
The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons. Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so. That is, where they came from. Why they left where they were. What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.
He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards. Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments. Why? So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated? This has to change. ... Can't have that, can we? Sheriff? TL?
The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up. Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own? The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers. Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.
Consequently? Guess what? Nothing will happen. Nothing ever does. The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities. Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally. Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for. Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit. Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web. Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" Madam County Attorney?
Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town. Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded. An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences. Forget? Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" Madam County Attorney?
With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure. We're just getting started, Sheriff. You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards have become, truly are, not what you phonies purport to be, that is, how you continue to f--k over a public you've falsely sworn to protect and defend. -- Exposure, the only way short of an unwanted dreaded revolution to force desperately needed change in a goddamned fascist police-state. The Fourth Reich.
Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids, Sheriff? If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing. 'Personnel matters?' Bullshit. Looted taxpayers have the right to know. They're footing the bill for all this goddamned corruption, abuse, ineptness. When will you and the boys end the shakedowns? Looting of the innocent to line County coffers? No honor at all?
Where are your swastika armbands, you fascist son of a bitch? You and your thugs remain out of uniform. Once again, Sheriff, and ad nauseum, did you and/or your goons pressure Schilling to exit the race? Did you steal the election? If so, an aggressively stupid, achingly gutless public gets what it truly deserves. One of the most corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' agencies in our formerly great country.
Have any information, knowledge of, experience with a purportedly non-profit volunteer clean-up group called Looking Forward In Llano County affiliated with the Llano County Attorney's Office? Email this publication at libertyinperil@openmailbox.org to provide information and/or arrange a meeting to discuss this matter. If requested, your identity will be protected. The question is quite simple. Is this group what it claims to be and on the level?
Highly reminiscent of our outrageously bought and paid for judiciary, Llano County prosecutors, Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider the following. It's appalling. Runs against the grain of everything our formerly great country once stood for. No longer.
Law enforcement remains blatantly out of control. ABC News reports:
"Officers are shown tackling and punching a man on newly released video of an altercation that led to assault charges against two North Carolina state troopers and a sheriff's deputy. Dashboard camera video released Wednesday from one of the first troopers to arrive shows Kyron Hinton standing alone late on April 3, moaning and gesturing on a Raleigh street. More than a half-dozen officers from multiple agencies surround him as cars pass. Eventually a canine handler approaches, with the dog barking. The handler yells: "Get on the ground; you're gonna get bit!" When Hinton doesn't comply, the officer releases the dog, which lunges and gets a mouthful of Hinton's clothing. The canine handler then grabs Hinton's upper torso and pulls him down, the video shows. While Hinton is on the ground, at least one other officer can be seen punching him. Others hold onto his legs to try to subdue him."
What was his crime? Being black? Mental issues?
"The videos from three law enforcement agencies were released Wednesday to news outlets including The Associated Press after they went to court to request they be made public. North Carolina law generally requires a judge's order for the release of police dashboard or body camera footage. Wake County Master Deputy Cameron Broadwell, a canine handler, was charged earlier this month with two counts of felony assault in an indictment alleging that he hit Hinton with his hands and attacked him with the dog."
Again, for what? What crime did this guy commit warranting such treatment?
"Troopers Michael G. Blake and Tabithia L. Davis were charged with one count each of felony assault; the Wake County indictment alleges they hit Hinton with their flashlights. All three are also charged with willfully failing to discharge duties, a misdemeanor. Each has been placed on administrative duty."
What we have here are two systems of justice. One for the public. Another for the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue. ... Right, Sheriff?
"Broadwell's attorneys write in court documents that Hinton was acting in a threatening manner, appeared intoxicated and refused to comply with commands from officers. The attorneys noted that five people had called 911 to report Hinton standing in the middle of the busy street "screaming, yelling, and acting in a threatening manner." Broadwell's attorney Rick Gammon declined further comment Wednesday. Attorneys for Blake and Davis didn't immediately respond to messages seeking comment on the videos."
Here's the clincher:
"Initially, Hinton was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting officers and attacking a law enforcement dog, according to arrest records. The charges were later dropped."
Imagine that. Charges dropped. Who'd 'a 'thunk' it? Again, what did this guy do to deserve such treatment at the hands of the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue? ... Right, Sheriff?
"Hinton has said that he suffered an eye injury during the arrest that required surgery. He also told reporters earlier this month that he still has scars from being bitten by the law enforcement dog. "When you see the actual video footage, it's worse than a horror movie," he said earlier this month."
Sue the living shit out of the jackbooted bastards, their clueless handlers, and both state and county government.
Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk? Get what you truly deserve.

An accident is no longer an accident in Nazi Texas. Certainly, not when an officer gets killed. Of course, not the case when it is an innocent unarmed civilian killed by a jackbooted bastard in blue. ... Right, Sheriff? The Daily Trib reports:
"A Bell County grand jury indicted a Sunrise Beach Village man in the November 2017 death of Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper Thomas Nipper."
The loss of any officer as a result of a traffic accident is horrendous. Does not mean, however, a crime was committed. An accident is no longer an accident in Nazi America. It's now a crime.
"Nipper, 63, was conducting a traffic stop on Interstate 35 on Nov. 4, 2017, in Temple at about 3 p.m. when, according to reports, a white Chevrolet pickup truck driven by 44-year-old Scott Douglas Taylor struck the rear of the trooper’s marked patrol car. The trooper was transported to Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Temple, where he later died."
The Trib reports the driver was charged with criminal negligent homicide. -- State jail felony where the 'offender' can be imprisoned for up to two years. For what? An accident? Apparently, no drugs or alcohol involved. No reckless driving citation. Again, for what? An accident?
Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk? Get what you truly deserve.

In follow up to the last edition, CBS News reports:
"Newly-released body camera footage shows the moments leading up to a violent arrest on a New Jersey beach. Wildwood police released video of their officers confronting 20-year-old Emily Weinman, who was suspected of underage drinking, over Memorial Day weekend. Police said she refused to cooperate, then assaulted an officer. Weinman's lawyer says the video shows officers overreacted. The officers involved have been reassigned but are reportedly fully trained, part-time officers used during the busy beach season, reports CBS News' Jericka Duncan. Weinman said on Facebook she was at the beach with her daughter and some friends Saturday and that she had not been drinking when her confrontation with police began. Bodycam video shows officers asking Weinman to take a breathalyzer test after she was seen with alcoholic drinks. Later, police attempt to cite her for possession of alcohol on the beach, but Weinman refuses to cooperate. "I didn't disrespect you," Weinman said. "And you don't need to write my name down either." The officers begin to approach her during the attempted arrest and Weinman appears to reach out and push the officer before the camera cuts out."
Where's the rest of the footage? Conveniently, edited out?
"When the video comes back, the officer is on top of Weinman with his arm on her neck. He then appears to swing his arm and hit her repeatedly – a moment apparently captured in a now widely-shared cellphone video showing an officer punching Weinman in the head. As she's being handcuffed, Weinman appears to spit at one of the officers. Later, the officers can be heard explaining their version of the events. "She kicked him. And then I just, I hit her a couple of times," one officer said. Weinman now faces several charges, including two counts of aggravated assault on a police officer. Her attorney released a statement saying in part, "These videos coupled with the bystander video show the officers involved overreacted to a situation which had no elements of violence or the need for anyone to be taken into custody."
What was the result of the Breathalyzer she wound up taking? Why wasn't the result released? More to come as this story develops.
In another article, CBS News reports:
"A New Jersey police officer will not face charges for punching a woman in the head during a controversial arrest caught on video. Widely-shared cellphone footage shows one officer pinning down 20-year-old Emily Weinman of Philadelphia, as another hits her several times. "They think that because they are cops they can get away with it. And that's not the case. That's not right at all," Weinman told CBS News correspondent David Begnaud, speaking publicly for the first time on TV about the incident."
To date, they did get away with it. Called legalized assault:
"The Cape May County prosecutor's office said there is not enough evidence to warrant criminal charges against the officer. But Weinman faces several charges including assault. Weinman does have a prior criminal history. She's currently on probation for misdemeanors in another jurisdiction. She admitted she's not perfect, but said her reaction in this case was only human."
Called self-defense. Ferociously pointedly, the fact she has a criminal history is irrelevant to what happened on that goddamned beach. Their use of force was unwarranted, excessive, could have killed the woman by striking her repeatedly in the head. Attempted murder. Unquestionably, the criminal jackbooted sons of bitches in blue are protected and coddled ubiquitously across our formerly great country.
Had it been the other way around, think she wouldn't have been quickly charged with attempted capital murder? These abusive, criminal pieces of shit are not held to the same standard as the public they repeatedly abuse, shake down, assault, maim, and murder. Precisely why an unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looms. Hear the rumble?
... Don't like the tone? Migrate to North Korea. Seek asylum with the insane Kim dictator. You fools may wish to live in a goddamned fascist police-state. The rest of us don't.
"Weinman said she stands by her actions Memorial Day weekend after Wildwood New Jersey police officers attempted to cite the 20-year-old for possessing alcohol at the beach. She said she wasn't drinking and the alcohol containers around her were sealed. Weinman willingly took two breathalyzer tests. Both came back negative."
How about that? Couldn't be, could it? Why were these criminal jackbooted bastards harassing her in the first place? Why?
"I ask them, 'Do you guys have anything better to do?' There's so much stuff going on and you're trying to stop people for underage drinking and you see I didn't drink," Weinman said. "He was like, 'That's it. I was going to let you go, but now I'm going to write you up.'" She admits she had "a little attitude."
You think? Why shouldn't she? People are tired of this constant goddamned bullshit perpetrated by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue. This crap never ends. Goes on all over this country. It's how these pieces of shit get their cookies off. Abusing power. ... Right, Sheriff? -- That why you continue to protect and coddle Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764, Bill?
"He hadn't told her that she had committed any crime. He hadn't told her 'I'm going to issue you a summons.' He hadn't told her any of those things. And then he says, 'Oh, you're about to get dropped,'" said Weinman's attorney, Stephen Dicht. In the police bodycam video, Weinman told the officer, "Don't touch me." "Alright, you're about to get dropped," the officer responded."
F--k this jackbooted asshole. Sue the living shit out of the bastard. Short of an unwanted dreaded revolution, it's the only way this shit will end.
"Moments later, the officer's body camera showed him on top of Weinman. He then appeared to hit her repeatedly. A bystander also caught the moment on their cell phone. The officer explained his use of force later on the bodycam. "She tried kicking at us, so we slammed her on the ground," the officer said. "She kicked him. And then I just, I hit her a couple of times." "The police are saying you resisted," Begnaud said. "So why not just stop and argue with them in court later?" "It's impossible to answer that question, really," Dicht said. "Why is it impossible?" "Because it's all happening in the moment," Dicht said."
This woman was desperately trying to defend herself against assault by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue. Self-defense. Striking her in the head repeatedly? They were trying to kill her. Had it been the other way around, think these jackbooted pieces of shit wouldn't have argued the same? Immediately arrested and charged her with attempted capital murder. Give me a break. Goddamned crock of shit. Precisely, why our formerly great country is coming apart at the seams. None of this is sustainable. None of it.
"Weinman is also charged with spitting on the officer. "I got sand in my mouth. So when they smashed my head into the ground, I had all this sand in my mouth… when they got me on my stomach, I turned around to go spit it out," Weinman said. "Do you feel like you owe the officers an apology?" Begnaud asked. "Honestly, no I don't," Weinman said, adding, "I'm very sorry that the situation happened, but I don't owe them an apology at all."
What you owe them is a lawsuit. Sue the living shit out of them. What they owe you is an apology for their criminal behavior. Ferociously pointedly, why are these pieces of shit still employed as officers? Present an exigent threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties. Serve only themselves. Give law enforcement a black eye it certainly does not need at a time our formerly great country continues to deteriorate, falls apart at the seams.
Insult to injury, get this:
"The Cape May prosecutor's office said their decision not to prosecute the officer is based on the "proper laws" and not "emotion." Following our interview with Weinman and her attorney, we reached out to the Wildwood police chief and the city's mayor for comment. We have not heard back."
Horse shit. The decision is the same as it usually is all across this formerly great nation: Protect and coddle the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue no matter what they do.
Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk? Get what you truly deserve.
No longer.
Nazi justice in Nazi America. -- What amounts to legalized murder in a fascist police-state, quickly transitioning to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich. CBS News reports:
"A federal jury has cleared a deputy of using excessive force in the 2014 shooting death of Gregory Hill Jr. and awarded $5 to Hill's family, CBS West Palm affiliate WPEC reports. The jury, which was weighing a lawsuit filed by Hill's family, ruled last week that St. Lucie County Deputy Christopher Newman did not violate Hill's civil rights. And it placed the bulk of the blame -- 99 percent -- on Hill. It found Sheriff Ken Mascara one percent liable for the killing."
Ferociously begs the question did the judge allow the jury to be stacked?
"WPEC reports that Newman shot and killed Hill, a 30-year-old father of three children, in January 2014 after two officers responded to a complaint that Hill was playing loud music at the family's home, court documents show. The sheriff's office said Hill, a Coca-Cola warehouse employee, was carrying a gun and was drunk when deputies got to the home. Newman testified that he fired his handgun four times through the home's garage door after seeing Hill with a gun, and after the garage door closed. A single bullet fatally struck his head. An unloaded gun was later found in Hill's back pocket."
Jesus Christ. Anything goes in a fascist police-state. The jackbooted bastard fires blindly through a garage door at a target he cannot see and the goddamned jury has no problem with that? Give me a break. Nazi justice.
"The sheriff's office said in a statement that Newman was "placed in a very difficult situation" and "made the best decision he could for the safety of his partner, himself, and the public given the circumstances he faced."
Horse shit. Your goddamned jackbooted bastard became judge, jury, and executioner in what is now a fascist police-state.
"We appreciate the jury's time and understanding and wish everyone involved in this case the best as they move forward," the statement said."
The Sheriff remains achingly delusional. Out to lunch. Clearly, there is no foreign power, no terrorist organization, not even the criminal element that present a more exigent threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties than law enforcement.
"Attorney John Phillips, who represents Hill's family, said his clients will likely appeal, WPEC reported."
Nazi justice. Hear the rumble? An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.
Here's another take, -- in the very same case. By the very same news network. In much greater detail, however. LOL. Get this. CBS News reports:
"The attorney who represented the family of a man fatally shot by police in his own garage in 2014 calls the $4 verdict in their civil case "punitive." "Some jurors were determined to punish the family for being in court," said John Phillips, who represented Gregory Hill Jr.'s three children in a civil rights case against the St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office. According to Phillips, the jury in the federal case deliberated for a total of about 10 hours over two days last week before deciding that Hill, who was intoxicated when police shot him, was 99 percent responsible for his own death. Phillips said that in Florida, if someone is intoxicated and determined to be more than 50 percent at fault, their damages are reduced to zero."
That called justice?
"Help
us tell his story. Help us help his kids who the jury awarded $1 to. His
daughter saw everything from across the street. Police have repeatedly
changed their story. https://t.co/lC51NZiJFF
—
John M. Phillips (@JohnPhillips) May 31, 2018
"So, Phillips explained to CBS News, no matter what number the jury returned with, the family would not have been awarded financial compensation. Still, they awarded Hill's mother $1 for funeral expenses, and each of Hill's children $1 for the loss of their father and their future pain and suffering."
Galling, isn't it? Should have rightfully told the goddamned bastards to go f--k themselves.
"According to Phillips, after about six hours of deliberation, the jury came into the courtroom and said they couldn't reach a verdict, but the judge sent them back. About two hours later, according to Phillips, they came back with the verdict. "Something had changed," Phillips recalled. "They looked angry. Like they wanted a way out....The jury said they couldn't reach a verdict after 8 hours and then reached one which valued a child's pain and suffering at $1. Either that is punitive or this family's lives were virtually worthless. $0 would have been better."
Nazi justice in a fascist police-state quickly transitioning to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.
"The family had been asking for anywhere from $500,000 to $10 million, including just over $11,000 for funeral expenses. "They are heartbroken," Phillips said of the family. According to the New York Times, jurors did not remain at the courthouse after the verdict was read to speak with attorneys and Phillips said he has not heard from any of them since."
Could they have been bribed to reach the decision? Threatened?
"According to CBS affiliate WPEC, police came to Hill's home on the afternoon of Jan. 14, 2014 after receiving a complaint that he was playing loud music at his home. WPEC reports that Deputy Sheriff Christopher Newman and Deputy Edward Lopez pounded on Hill's front door at 3 p.m., according to court documents. After repeated banging, Hill manually pushed up the garage door where he was listening to music, then immediately put it back down. Whether Hill was holding a gun at this point is in dispute. The deputies said he was, other witnesses, including Hill's 9-year-old daughter who was sitting on a bench across the street, said he was not."
Somebody's lying. Guess who.
"As the garage door closed, Newman fired four shots, hitting Hill three times, including a shot to the head that killed him instantly. Investigators reportedly found an unloaded gun in Hill's back pocket. The attorney for the St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office declined CBS News' request for comment on the verdict."
Nazi justice.
NBC reports:
"Newman and his partner, Deputy Edward Lopez, responded to Hill's Fort Pierce home on Jan. 14, 2014 after someone from a school across the street called to complain of loud music, police have said. The deputies knocked, and Hill, 30, on disability leave from a Coca-Cola warehouse, pulled open the garage door. Seeing the officers, he started to close the door — and pulled out a gun, police said. Newman opened fire, his bullets piercing the door. Hill was found dead inside with an unloaded gun in his back pocket. Phillips disputed that Hill raised the gun toward the officers, questioning how the weapon ended up in his back pocket before he died. Phillips is preparing file a motion for a new trial, based on what he says were inconsistencies in the way Hill's gun was used as evidence during the trial, and prosecutors' revealing that Hill had been on probation at the time of the shooting for a drug charge."

No longer.
Be careful what you wish for. Might just get it. LOL. The following is a sad story. Both for the victim and police. Fox News reports:
"Andrea Morris goes on Facebook Live to discuss arrest as Sauk Village police chief denies allegations of brutality and vows to make an example of people spreading the claims on social media. An Illinois police department says it’s exploring ways to pursue legal action against online commentators who falsely accused it of beating up a woman after she broadcast a Facebook Live video showing her swollen face following an arrest. Andrea Morris, while in custody at the Sauk Village police department, sparked outrage on social media as she talked about a recent incident in which their officers had “tased” her. “The police tased me, I don't even know what happened after that, my whole face is f----d up, she said, while fighting back tears. “I look like a different person.”
Gets worse. Get this:
"One commenter then responded to the video claiming that “Sauk Village police beat her in her sleep!" – an accusation that was shared numerous times – and one the department is denying, according to Fox 32 Chicago. Authorities say Morris was actually trespassing on the property of her ex-girlfriend, who had became fearful that she would break the windows on her home. Morris resisted arrest twice and while trying to run away, was tasered by an officer and fell face-first on a sidewalk, they added."
Not clear what the truth is here. That is, how things truly went down. Someone's lying. Either the police or the victim. One thing for sure, however, the police did not beat this woman in her sleep. LOL. Simply, not credible.
"The department’s chief, Robert Kowalski, told Fox 32 Chicago that they may make an example of those who were spreading the “beat her in her sleep” claims on social media. “We will definitely discuss this matter with my detective and run it past the states attorney’s office to see if there’s anything we can do legally against any individuals who are promoting these allegations against the police department,” he said."
Careful, Chief. Might wind up getting more than you bargained for. Could finally be a wake up call for media to finally get up off its ass. Put more resources into exposing outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept, murderous officers to the light of day. At the same time, can certainly understand the Chief's chagrin vis a vis obviously bogus claims made against officers.

Same old, same old. Never ends. The Washington Post reports:
"Sitting in his car outside a boarded-up house on a recent Saturday morning, Michael Hayes went through the mental checklist of things he does to make sure suspicious people know he is an enterprising young real estate investor, not a burglar or a drug addict."
Think whites have to put up with this shit on a continuous basis?
"He readied his business cards. He grabbed a sign with his business website and phone number to plant in the front yard of the brick house on Douglass Avenue. He cued up the contract that the homeowner signed allowing Hayes to go inside and take pictures for potential investors. He even had the owner on the phone as he worked one of the boards loose. And, as always, he exhibited a polite and respectful demeanor to anyone he met. None of it was enough. Before that afternoon was over, Hayes — a 31-year-old father, former teacher and an entrepreneur with a growing portfolio of rehabbed homes for sale — would have to justify his presence to a screaming neighbor and the police officers summoned to the scene. He had committed no crime, and the police did not arrest him. But many of the millions of people who saw the video he recorded of the conflict say his transgression wasn’t what he did, but who he is: He was real estate investing while black."
Why is it someone makes a false report to police and does not get arrested if the caller is white and the victim black?
"Phillip Goff, president of the Center for Policing Equity, a nonprofit that promotes police transparency and accountability, said that many people see the police as more than just instruments for enforcing the law. They use them as enforcers of unwritten social rules, which can be steeped in discriminatory thinking. “The issue is that, for many folks, law enforcement has been seen as their own racism valet,” Goff said. “We talk about not just crime, we talk about disorder — anything that makes folks feel uncomfortable or says that the social norms that we’ve all agreed to are being violated,” he said. “And the problem is that black skin frequently violates the social order.”
Police are ultimately at fault. Yes, they need to respond to every call. When they find, however, that the call was false, why aren't they arresting the caller for making a false report?
Consider the following:
"Hayes knew he had done nothing wrong — a conviction that was confirmed when two officers arrived, one white and one black. They checked his paperwork and found that he had a legal right to be there. That didn’t sit well with Albert. In the video, she glowers from the porch, then yells that she is a friend of the sheriff. “I don’t care if you’re friends with the president,” the white officer says. “If you try to do anything to stop him, you’re going to jail.” Albert then turned her attention to Hayes: “Hurry up and do it and get out!” “No. No. He can take all day,” the officer responded. “He’s in control. He’s got a contract.” The officers then waited outside the abandoned house while Hayes took pictures. “I feel like I got two of the best police officers in all of Memphis,” Hayes said later."
While the officers, indeed, did a good job handling the issue, the only way this shit will finally end is through immediate arrest of anyone found to have made a false report.
"Memphis Police declined to make the officers involved in the call available for an interview."
Why not? Why not grab the bull by the horns, so to speak? That is, confront the issue head on?
"In a statement, the department said: “The Memphis police officers who were captured on video while on the scene of a complaint call that has now gone viral are examples of the vast majority of all MPD officers. Our officers ... are trained and expected to respond in a professional manner.” The statement thanked Hayes for recording and sharing the interaction."
Here's the problem:
"But Memphis police have not always come off so well in interactions with black residents. In April, Hayes had an unsettling encounter with an officer who berated him aggressively after accusing him of running a stop sign. The officer did not give him a ticket, but Hayes drove away shaken. Over the years, the department has been accused of brutality in several high-profile cases, charges that rarely result in punishment. Between 2011 and 2017, police officials determined that evidence supported only 33 of the 359 allegations of brutality, according to Memphis NBC-affiliate WMCA. “Here, police can do what they want. You can file a complaint, but nothing is going to happen, because you’re black,” said Brad Watkins, executive director of the Mid-South Peace and Justice Center, a grass-roots social justice organization."
Precisely, why an unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looms. Hear the rumble?
"Goff, the researcher, said he was struck by an exchange near the end of Hayes’s video, when Hayes tells the officers he believes the call was racially motivated. The white officer concurs. “The white officer knows that this is racial,” Goff said. “He’s got a sense of how racism functions in Memphis.” While training would help, Goff said, “there’s no chief that’s going to last very long that trains officers to respond to complaints by saying: ‘Mrs. Smith, you’re probably just racist.’?”
Just arrest her sorry ass for making a false report.

No longer.
Consider the following. Should serve as a wake up call. The Washington Post reports:
"In 2006, the Supreme Court ruled in Hudson v. Michigan that evidence seized during raids in which police violate the “knock and announce” requirement is not subject to the exclusionary rule. That rule says that evidence seized during a search that violates the Fourth Amendment can’t be used against a suspect at trial. It’s meant to deter illegal searches. Writing for a 5-to-4 majority, Justice Antonin Scalia said that although the knock-and-announce rule is indeed part of the Fourth Amendment, excluding evidence from raids in which police failed to abide by it was too extreme of a remedy for such a minor violation. Instead, Scalia argued that the “new professionalism” in police departments around the country as well as a trend toward more internal discipline at police agencies were sufficient to deter police from violating the requirement."
Scalia's head was securely lodged up his ass. What nazi wouldn't support and defend highly militarized jackbooted tactics highly reminiscent of Hitler's Third Reich? Scalia's profound naiveté would have indeed been laughable if not so goddamned dangerous, having resulted in the murder of so many innocent unarmed civilians by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.
"That was 12 years ago. I’d submit that there’s growing pile of evidence (and a growing pile of bodies) showing that Scalia was wrong. And there’s no better example than South Carolina’s 15th Circuit Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU). Here at The Watch, we’ve been following the case of Julian Betton, whose Myrtle Beach, S.C., residence was raided by the DEU in 2015. The evidence for the raid on Betton came from a confidential informant, who claimed to have bought pot from him on two occasions for a total of $100. On April 16, 2015, the task force battered Betton’s door open with a ram, then almost immediately opened fire, releasing at least 29 bullets, nine of which hit Betton. One bullet pierced a back wall in the building, sped across a nearby basketball court and landed in the wall of another house. (This was a multi-family building.)"
This has become a country where militarized law enforcement intentionally terrorizes its citizenry.
"An expert hired by Betton’s legal team estimates that over the course of his lifetime, his medical bills will run between $6 million and $17 million. Here’s a summary of Betton’s injuries from a previous post: He ended up losing his gallbladder and parts of his bowel, colon and rectum. The bullets also damaged his liver, small intestine and pancreas. His lung partially collapsed. His left leg was broken. One of his vertebrae was partially destroyed; two others were fractured. He’ll never walk again or be able to have kids of his own. He’ll also need to use a colostomy bag for the rest of his life."
Think this guy was guilty of anything?
"Several members of the task force at first insisted that Betton fired a handgun at them. When ballistics testing revealed that Betton’s gun hadn’t been fired recently, they next claimed that he had merely pointed his handgun at them. Without video, that accusation is harder to prove one way or the other and, conveniently, the task force members who were wearing body cameras failed to activate them until after the shooting had stopped. But the criminal charge against Betton associated with that accusation has since been dropped."
Think these bastards aren't liars? Self-serving pieces of shit?
"Every member of the task force but one also said that the officers knocked and announced before entering Betton’s home. Some said they even waited after announcing. They also claimed to be wearing clothing that clearly identified them as police officers. As it turns out, Betton had a security camera on his front porch. These 11 seconds of footage from that camera show that no member of the task force knocked on Betton’s door."
Goddamned liars. Out of control jackbooted bastards. Then, law enforcement whines no one trusts their bullshit, questions their jackbooted tactics?
"The video lacks audio, but both the Myrtle Beach police chief and a federal magistrate have since concluded that the video also strongly suggests there was no announcement. None of the officers’ lips appear to be moving, and it all happens very quickly. At best, they announced themselves simultaneously or nearly simultaneously, with the battering ram hitting the door."
Imagine that. Precisely, why trust is a growing problem as the fascist police-state we already live in transitions to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.
"That’s consistent with testimony from a neighbor who said she did hear someone yell “police,” but at about the same time she heard the ram hit the door. Another neighbor who was on the sidewalk outside Betton’s home was knocked down and temporarily detained by the task force as the raid commenced. He has said that he heard no announcement, and that he at first had no idea that armed men who knocked him down were police officers."
Jackbooted thugs. Here's the bottom line. Get this:
"The task force did not have a no-knock warrant for Betton’s home. They had only a knock-and-announce warrant. Under federal law, they were required to knock, announce themselves and wait a reasonable time for someone to answer the door. By any interpretation of the video, they violated that rule."
Forget? Anything goes in a fascist police-state.
"Betton has sued the members of the task force, along with the jurisdictions that the task force serves. In March, all of the cities and counties associated with the DEU except for the city of Myrtle Beach settled with Betton for a total of $2.75 million. His lawsuit against Myrtle Beach — and Myrtle Beach police officer Dave Belue, who served on the task force — continues."
The expose goes on and on. The quotes are from a most gifted, insightful writer, Radley Balko.

Not all judges are bought and paid for. CBS News reports:
"A judge ruled that a Florida police officer must stand trial for the fatal shooting of a stranded black motorist, saying his retelling of what happened was "unreliable and not credible." Circuit Judge Samantha Schosberg Feuer wrote that fired Palm Beach Gardens officer Nouman Raja's statements after the 2015 shooting of 31-year-old Corey Jones are not supported by an audiotape of the shooting and other physical evidence, such as the location of the bullet casings, and therefore he isn't protected by the state's "stand your ground" law. She said Raja's trial on manslaughter and attempted murder charges should proceed. She said she found Raja's use of deadly force, "was not objectively reasonable and not justified under the law."
Of course, that didn't go over well with the jackbooted thug and his shyster.
"Raja's attorney, Richard Lubin, said he plans to file an appeal next week, which will likely delay the trial's scheduled July start. Without going into specifics, he said he disagreed with Judge Feuer's conclusions and how she applied the law. The Palm Beach County State Attorney's office declined comment."
Can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullshit.
Here is the problem:
"Raja shot Jones alongside a darkened highway ramp where Jones' SUV broke down. Raja was dressed in plainclothes and driving an unmarked van. Prosecutors say he never identified himself as an officer, causing Jones to mistake him for a robber and pull a handgun. Jones had a concealed weapons permit."
Here is the issue, perverse bastardization of the law attempted by Raja and his attorney:
"Raja, 40, is of South Asian descent and his lawyers claimed he should be protected under Florida's "stand your ground" law, which gained national prominence in 2012 after neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman fatally shot black teenager Trayvon Martin. It says people have no obligation to retreat if threatened and can use deadly force if they believe it necessary to prevent death or great bodily harm. However, it does not allow an altercation's instigator to use deadly force. "
Imagine that.
"Feuer agreed with prosecutors, who said at a two-day hearing last month that Raja's actions made him the instigator."
You think?
"Jones, a housing inspector and part-time drummer, parked his broken-down SUV on an Interstate 95 off-ramp as he returned home from his reggae band's performance. Raja, working undercover to catch car burglars, spotted the SUV and drove the wrong way up the off-ramp just before 3:15 a.m."
The cop is in an unmarked van, has just driven up the off-ramp the wrong way. No problem with that?
"Raja got out of his unmarked white van and walked toward Jones, who was on the phone with a tow truck dispatch center, which recorded the call. Jones' family says he had just bought the gun because he feared someone would steal his musical equipment valued at $10,000. Raja was not wearing his tactical vest with police markings as ordered and he is never heard on the dispatch recording identifying himself as a police officer. Raja, who says he identified himself, was wearing jeans, a T-shirt, sneakers and a baseball cap with the logo of a heavy equipment manufacturer."
Imagine that. No uniform. No identification as a police officer. Worse, the achingly clueless jackbooted bastard lied.
"In the tow dispatch recording, Raja, a seven-year police officer who had joined Palm Beach Gardens six months earlier, yells "You good?" as he approaches. Jones says he is. Raja twice replies, "Really?" with Jones replying "yeah" each time. Suddenly, Raja shouts for Jones to put his hands up, using an expletive. Jones replies "Hold on!" and Raja repeats his demand. Raja then fires three shots in less than two seconds. Ten seconds pass before three more shots are heard a second apart, apparently Raja firing at Jones as he ran down an embankment. Raja told investigators Jones kept pointing his gun at him; prosecutors say Raja saw him throw it down but kept firing, which is why he is charged with attempted murder. Investigators have been unable to determine when the fatal shot was fired."
Now, standard police procedure across our formerly great nation, Sheriff?
"Raja then used his personal cellphone to call 911 with the operator picking up 33 seconds after the last shot was fired. Raja is recorded yelling orders to drop the gun; prosecutors say he was trying to mislead investigators into believing he hadn't seen the gun thrown. Jones' body was found 200 feet from the SUV and 125 feet from his gun, which was unfired."
Murder.
"Palm Beach Gardens quickly fired Raja, who was still in his employee probation period. He was charged eight months later."
Why wasn't he immediately arrested and charged with murder?

Here is another atrocity perpetrated by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue. ABC News reports:
"Two police officers in South Florida have been placed on administrative leave while their department investigates a video that purportedly shows them beating a suspect on the ground with batons."
These criminal jackbooted sons of bitches should have been immediately arrested, hauled to jail.
"Officers Jaime Cerna and Richard Allen of the Hallandale Beach Police Department arrested Daniel James Dunkelberger, 27, on Wednesday afternoon after he allegedly stole a cellphone and the charging cable from someone's parked vehicle. According to the probable cause affidavit, Dunkelberger "tensed his body to impede" the officers from arresting him. The officers pushed him to the ground where he continued to resist. Cerna deployed his Taser stun-gun, "which was ineffective." Dunkelberger stood up and attempted to flee from the officers, so Cerna deployed his Taser again. But Dunkelberger still "refused to comply with commands," according to the affidavit."
Think so? Wake up.
"Cerna had already used both Taser cartridges, so he took out his "expandable baton" and struck Dunkelberger "several" times on his legs. Dunkelberger then went down to the ground and officers were able to restrain him with handcuffs, according to the affidavit. Dunkelberger was taken into custody on charges of burglary and resisting an officer without violence. A day later, a video emerged on social media from someone who claimed to have witnessed the encounter between Dunkelberger and police in Hallendale Beach, some 13 miles south of Fort Lauderdale. The footage appears to differ from the officers' account."
Imagine that. Couldn't be, could it? Officers don't lie, right, Sheriff?
"The minute-long video shows two officers with batons repeatedly beating a man standing next to their marked squad car as they order him to "get on the ground." One officer is holding what appears to be a deployed stun-gun in his left hand, with its metal strings attached to the suspect. The other officer pulls the man to the ground, who seems to be wailing in agony. "Now you're going to get on the ground," one of the officers says. "Doesn't that hurt?"
Jackbooted piece of shit. Unfit to be dog catcher.
"The officer holding the stun-gun strikes the man while he's lying on the ground screaming. The witness recording the video yells, "Stop hitting him!" The officers repeatedly yell at the man on the ground to "turn around" before pulling his leg to flip him over onto his back and cuffing his hands."
Why haven't these two pieces of jackbooted human excrement been arrested and charged? Why no equal justice?
"The Hallandale Beach Police Department subsequently released a statement Thursday, saying it was "aware of the video" and it is conducting a "thorough and objective internal affairs investigation."
Horse shit. Unadulterated. Gets worse:
"Hallandale Beach city manager Roger Carlton called the video concerning during a press conference Thursday. "There is video of two of our officers in an altercation with someone," Carlton told reporters. "It is of serious concern to the police department, to me as city manager and certainly to our elected officials." "Any video of an altercation between a citizen and a police is always a concern. As you know, at a national level, there is more and more consciousness of this, more and more concern about it," he continued. "Hallandale Beach is a good place, we're a family place. But like any city, we have crime and want our people to be protected. But we also want everybody treated fairly, so I think it would be grossly inappropriate for any member of the leadership of this community not to be concerned."
Meaningless, unadulterated horse shit. Rings achingly hollow. No equal justice. These two jackbooted pieces of shit have been protected and coddled:
"The two officers have been placed on administrative leave amid the ongoing investigation into the incident. One of the officers is on paid leave, while the other is not because he recently returned from retirement and is paid hourly, according to Carlton."
No equal justice.
More unadulterated horse shit, continued obfuscation:
"Carlton cautioned that the the witness video only shows "a point in time," which is why they're hoping surveillance footage and other video can fill in the gaps. He urged members of the community who have any information about what happened or additional video to come forward. Carlton said he doesn't believe the video is evidence to "any pattern" within the city's police force, and that law enforcement officers maintain certain rights and privileges under Florida law. "We are concerned, I want to be very candid about that," he added. "Whatever's necessary not only to resolve this case in a fair and appropriate manner but to ensure that all of our officers are well-trained in how to decompress situations will be done."
Why haven't these two pieces of shit been arrested and charged? No justice. Hear the rumble? An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.

In follow up to the last edition, CBS News reports:
"Newly released videos of an NBA player's arrest in Milwaukee appear to show the officers involved were worried about a possible backlash. Police fired a stun gun at Sterling Brown, then arrested him in January over a late-night parking violation. Newly revealed photos show injuries to Brown's face and body. Last month, the Milwaukee Police Department released body-cam and squad-car videos that showed Brown's January arrest, reports CBSN's Vladimir Duthiers. Now, new video shows that shortly afterwards, officers discussed potential accusations of racism. A new body camera video obtained by Milwaukee station WISN shows officers expressing concern over the perception of Brown's arrest. "If he makes a [expletive] complaint, it's going to be a [expletive] media firestorm," an officer says. "And then any little [expletive] thing that goes wrong is going to be, 'Ohhhh, the Milwaukee Police Department is all racist, blah, blah, blah.'" Another is heard saying, "We're trying to protect ourselves."
Sue the living shit out of these jackbooted bastards, police department, and the city.
"In a new body-cam video,
an officer is seen stepping on Brown's ankle after he is on the ground.
Brown: "You're stepping on my ankle, for what?"
Officer: "So you don't
kick us." An officer then begins to question if Brown is a Milwaukee
Bucks player. "What you think? I look familiar, don't I?" he responded.
In another new video, an officer appears to call a supervisor to request
overtime pay. "I need to go on the overtime board if I'm not already,"
he said. He is heard singing, "Money, money, money, money, money!"
Jackbooted son of a bitch. An exigent threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties. In a goddamned de facto fascist police-state, quickly transforming to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich. ... Right, Sheriff?
"New photos, also obtained by WISN, show the injuries to Brown's face and body after the arrest. Brown was briefly jailed, but never charged with a crime. Hours after the incident, he played in an NBA game with bruises on his face."
Imagine that. Not charged. Ferociously pointed question. Why weren't the outrageously criminal jackbooted bastards in blue immediately arrested and charged? Why no equal justice? Why are these pieces of human excrement protected and coddled?
"Last month, when the initial videos were released, Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett said he was outraged by the officers' actions. "This type of behavior, whether it's toward a professional athlete or any other citizen, has no place in our city," Barrett said."
Then why didn't you immediately call for the arrest of these jackbooted pieces of shit, Mr. Mayor?
"Two sergeants and an officer were put on temporary leave for the incident, and the Milwaukee police chief apologized."
Jesus Christ. Give me a f--king break. Kangaroo justice. Nazi justice in Trump's Fourth Reich. A raucous boot clicking, goose stepping, treasonous, treacherous, traitorous Sieg Heil!, Chief?

Highly reminiscent of our outrageously bought and paid for judiciary, Llano County prosecutors, Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider the following. It's appalling. Runs against the grain of everything our formerly great country once stood for. No longer.
Here is how the jackbooted bastards operate with impunity in the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich. The Washington Post reports:
"As the sun set Sunday night, Sen. Jeff Merkley (D-Ore.) went to a shuttered Walmart in Brownsville, Texas, that has been converted into a detention center for immigrant children who have been separated from their parents. He asked for a tour. Instead, the government contractor that runs the converted store called the cops. An officer filled out a police report, and the senator was asked to leave."
Imagine that. A United States Senator denied access to what amounts to a Trump gulag for kids.
"The half-hour incident at a strip mall near the southern border with Mexico underscores the lack of transparency from President Trump’s administration about its intensifying efforts to break up undocumented families caught crossing the border, the centerpiece of a “zero tolerance” policy announced by Attorney General Jeff Sessions last month to deter illegal immigration. “The administration calls this ‘zero tolerance.' ... It is really a ‘zero humanity’ policy," Merkley said in a telephone interview on Monday. “It does damage to the children, to the parents and to the soul of America.”
Goddamned right. Achingly reminiscent of Nazi Germany circa 1933 at the beginning of the Hitler era.
"The senator said he tried to go through proper channels to arrange a site visit but was rebuffed. Merkley said he’s also sought to figure out just how many kids are being held at the old Walmart, where the parking lot is packed with employee cars, but he still cannot get a straight answer. He sees the new policy as a moral stain on America, and he’s determined not to let it slip from public consciousness. That's why he staged a public confrontation. A staffer live-streamed the whole thing on Facebook."
Jesus Christ. This is no longer a democratic republic. In name only. What we have in the Oval Office is a nazi dictator unbeholden to anyone or anything other than personal whim. Time for Mueller to get a move on.
“I think it’s unacceptable that a member of Congress is not being admitted to see what’s happening to children whose families are applying for asylum,” Merkley said. “Can you imagine? You come to this strange land. … You’re seeking asylum, and the first thing that happens when you get here is you’re torn away from your parents? … America has never done this before! … The intention is to hurt the children, cause the children trauma and discourage people from seeking asylum in the United States of America.”
Raw nazism. Wake up. History is repeating itself.
"Trump’s policy may split up an untold number of families. Minors are not allowed in criminal jails, where adults are held when they’re charged with crimes related to crossing the border. Children are sent to separate facilities, which are overseen by the Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of Refugee Resettlement. This happens even if their folks present themselves at official ports of entry and declare that they are seeking asylum."
Trump and his henchmen have become a law unto themselves, worse, breaking the law, ignoring the United States Constitution. Doing so with impunity.
"Southwest Key Programs, a nonprofit, administers this facility and 26 other shelters for unaccompanied immigrant children across Texas, Arizona and California. Its website refers all questions to HHS. The press office for the children and families division at HHS, which the resettlement office is part of, did not respond to a call and email seeking comment overnight. “If you don’t want your child separated, then don’t bring them across the border illegally,” Sessions said last month. “It’s not our fault that somebody does that.”
German Nazi war criminals made the same claim during their Nuremberg trials.
Courage within the United States Senate is nearly non-existent, with rare exception. U.S. Senator Jeff Merkley displayed uncommon valor:
"Merkley’s visit to the site was Kabuki theater tailor-made to go viral on social media and feed progressive activists the sort of red meat they are so hungry for in this tumultuous era. Wearing blue jeans and a dress shirt that was half-tucked in with rolled up sleeves, Merkley called a phone number that was posted at the entrance. He put the woman who answered on speaker and asked for a supervisor to come out. He told her his personal cellphone number. He called back a few minutes later when no one had come. Only after two police officers arrived on the scene did the supervisor emerge from a blacked-out sliding door. He gave the senator the phone number for the HHS press office. “So you guys can just call that number,” the supervisor said. “That’s the number we were told to give to you guys.”
Gutlessly passed the buck.
"One of the cops approached Merkley. “I haven’t been asked to leave the property, but I’m guessing that’s about what’s to happen,” the senator said.
“Yes, sir, I think that’s what they’re going towards,” the officer replied. “What was your name again?”
“Senator Jeff Merkley. U.S. Senator Jeff Merkley,” he said.
“How do you spell that? I don’t want to misspell that,” the cop asked.
“M-e-r-k-l-e-y,” the senator said.
"The cop asked for his date of birth.
“It’s October 24, 1956,” Merkley replied. “I’m a U.S. senator.”
"Wearing a lapel microphone, Merkley narrated what was happening. The sound quality is poor because of the wind, and the video quality is poor because of the bright sun. But that made the stunt seem more raw and authentic. As the camera rolled, Merkley spoke about how a picture is worth a thousand words, which is why they don’t want visuals from inside. “I think this is part of a strategy to prevent the public and our decision-makers from seeing what’s really going on,” he said. “These doors are closed right now, which I think is symbolic of what the administration is doing.”
Gratifying to see at least one United States Senator willing to stand up to this horse shit. Hat's off, Senator.
"Earlier in the day, Merkley stopped by the Border Patrol’s processing station in McAllen, Tex., where children are taken away from their parents, and visited with asylum seekers at the Sacred Heart Church Respite Center in McAllen, Tex. He was accompanied by local officials from the American Civil Liberties Union. “For months, stories have abounded of families separated by immigration authorities at the border: Three children were separated from their mother as they fled a gang in El Salvador; a 7-year-old was taken from her Congolese mother who was seeking asylum; and so on, in reportedly hundreds of cases. In almost every case, the families have described heart-wrenching goodbyes and agonizing uncertainty about whether they would be reunited,” Amy B Wang noted last week. Finally, the supervisor at the former Walmart asked Merkley to leave and he complied. As he left, the senator said the contractor should really rethink the work it is doing for the government “with these children being ripped out of their parents’ arms.”
Ferociously pointed question. How is it constitutional for a United States Senator and/or Representative to be denied entrance to a federal detention facility? The Founders clearly intended all three branches of government to be a check and balance on one another.
Incredibly sad only one Senator showed up at the facility. Had it been a delegation think they would have been denied access by the Trump nazi and his henchmen?

The de facto fascist police-state we already live in quickly transitions to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich. CBS News reports:
"Six counties in Georgia have joined a federal program known as 287(g) that deputizes local law enforcement to effectively act as U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents. CBS News went to the Gwinnett County Jail to see how the program is working. "Under the Trump administration, right now we're going by all law, immigration laws," one deputy said. "So you come in for jaywalking, we find out that you're illegal, we hand you over to ICE. We work for ICE. We do not deport anybody."
Disingenuous bullshit. Blatant lie. End result? The same.
Just the beginning. Think the Trump nazi and his henchmen won't find other creative ways to deputize state, county, and local law enforcement to do their bidding? Nazi America.

The racist AG Sessions nazi continues to defend the indefensible. The Washington Post reports:
"Attorney General Jeff Sessions delivered a vigorous defense of the hard-line Trump administration policy that has resulted in immigrant children being separated from their parents after crossing the border illegally during a lengthy interview on Tuesday. Conservative radio host Hugh Hewitt, who admitted he was “disturbed” by the separations, pressed Sessions repeatedly about the morality and necessity of the familial separations. But the attorney general stood his ground. “If people don’t want to be separated from their children, they should not bring them with them,” Sessions said, echoing some of the remarks he made in May when the Justice Department announced that it would begin to prosecuting every person who crossed the border unlawfully, including many seeking asylum. “We’ve got to get this message out. You’re not given immunity.”
This racist nazi bastard has falsely sworn to protect and defend the United States Constitution and rule of law. Needs to resign in disgrace. Presents an exigent threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties. A traitor. Our formerly great country remains a democratic republic in name only. We've lost ourselves.
“This is the worst thing I’ve seen in 25-plus years of doing this civil rights work,” Lee Gelernt, deputy director of the American Civil Liberties Union’s immigrants’ rights project, said on MSNBC recently. “I am talking to these mothers and they are describing their kids screaming, ‘Mommy, Mommy, don’t let them take me away!’ … The medical evidence is overwhelming that we may be doing permanent trauma to these kids, and yet the government is finding every way they can to try and justify it.” The ACLU is suing the government on claims that the Trump administration has been illegally locking up asylum seekers."
Adolf and Benito? Grinning ear-to-ear, high-fiving on their fiery perches. ... Again, who really won the Second World War European Theater? Ferociously pointedly, you Republican nazis still consider the GOP the party of the family?

Sad things have come down to this. NPR reports:
"But the now infamous Starbucks incident is far from isolated and experts say it echoes a tragic past that excluded black people from public spaces. Since that incident there have been over a dozen more, detailed below, of people calling 911 on people of color who were seemingly just living their everyday lives. Of course, not every call to 911 involving different races is about race, but this list of incidents points to an unsettling pattern. Those affected by it call it "living while black," and it spurred a hashtag that went viral. Now, some of the people who had 911 called on them for doing innocuous things like moving or napping are calling on Congress to hold a hearing so they can share their stories and find solutions. In an open letter they say "a racially-biased 911 call is a costly one, from the financial and time resources pulled from 911 operators to the protocol police officers must then follow. By assuming an excessive response, which risks arrest, incarceration, and death, generations of black lives pay the ultimate cost." The letter says the hearing should focus on holding false accusers accountable and examining "protocol practices." A petition in support of the hearing has received over 300 signatures."
Yet, despite all the murders of unarmed innocent civilians perpetrated by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue all across this formerly great country, law enforcement is failing to investigate, arrest, and prosecute other homicides. The Washington Post reports:
"The Post has mapped more than 52,000 homicides in major American cities over the past decade and found that across the country, there are areas where murder is common but arrests are rare."
How can that be? Are police too busy getting their cookies off shaking down, abusing, assaulting, and murdering the innocent?

Never ends. CBS News reports:
"Four Mesa police officers are on administrative leave following an incident captured on video last month in which a suspect was punched several times. Police Chief Ramon Batista tells Phoenix TV station ABC15 he wasn't notified of the May 23 incident until a week after it occurred and he then began an investigation. Officers responded to a domestic violence call at a Mesa apartment after a woman claimed her 20-year-old ex-boyfriend tried to break in. Responding officers say they encountered two men leaving the area and told both to sit down, but only one complied. Apartment surveillance video shows officers first surrounding, then repeatedly punching the other man, 33-year-old Robert Johnson, who had remained leaning against a wall. Johnson can be seen slumping to the ground as the officers continue to punch him. He doesn't appear to resist, though police said he had refused to comply with their demands."
So beat the shit out of him, right, Sheriff? Got what he deserved, didn't he, Bill?
"He was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and hindering prosecution. The other man is accused of disorderly conduct-domestic violence.
"Mesa Police Chief Ramon Batista told CBS affiliate KPHO that Johnson was at the apartment complex with a friend. The friend was allegedly trying to enter his ex-girlfriend's apartment, which prompted her to call 911. "It is disappointing because this isn't the way I see the people that I work with and the community that we serve," Batista said. Benjamin Taylor, an attorney representing Johnson, said in a statement to KPHO Johnson was cooperating and following police instructions. "Mr. Johnson was sitting peacefully against a wall when the assault began. He did not resist," the statement said. "The misconduct of these officers would have gone unnoticed if it had not been captured by surveillance videos at the apartment complex where the assault occurred." He called on the Mesa Police Department to discipline, re-train or dismiss the officers."
More on this as the story develops.
There is more. CBS News reports:
"Newly released bodycam videos show the moments leading up to a violent altercation involving Mesa, Arizona, police officers and an unarmed black man. Officers, who are part of a police department that has been under scrutiny before for excessive force, are seen punching Robert Johnson repeatedly before wrestling him to the ground.
"Three are seen punching Johnson, including several blows to the head. Surveillance video also shows an officer kneeing him in the stomach. After being handcuffed, Johnson can be heard swearing at police. Johnson's attorney, Benjamin Taylor, said it's a clear case of excessive force. "He wasn't doing anything wrong. They searched him, they patted him down and they went over to the wall and they beat him up," Taylor said. Police say they acted only after Johnson refused to cooperate. In their incident report, one officer wrote Johnson's "body language" looked like he "was preparing for a physical altercation."
Jesus Christ. Give me a break.
"Still, Mesa's police chief is opening a formal investigation and changing police policy. "There's going to be a special directive that says that we will not strike somebody in the face or in the head, unless they are showing us active aggression," said Ramon Batista, Mesa police chief."
Horse shit. Hitting someone in the face or head can result in death. This policy needs to change.
These pieces of shit have quite a ferociously violent history as covered earlier in this publication and elsewhere:
"The Mesa Police Department made national headlines in the past over excessive use of force. Officer Philip Brailsford was acquitted last year of second degree murder charges in the shooting of Daniel Shaver. Bodycam video showed unarmed Shaver crawling and begging for his life, then reaching toward his pocket before Brailsford shot him multiple times."
Jackbooted bastard. Murderous piece of shit. Gutless pile of 'human' excrement.
"Batista took the job as Mesa's police chief just last year. He moved quickly to release the videos after a local pastor told him about the incident last week. Three officers and one sergeant involved have been placed on paid administrative leave."
Not good enough. Nowhere near.
Needless to say, this case will be closely followed.

Trump continues to disgrace himself and the office of the presidency. NPR reports:
"President Trump has the "absolute" power to pardon himself, he argued on Monday morning, then asked rhetorically why he would use it because he hasn't done anything wrong."
The nazi dictator indeed believes he's above the law.
"Trump made his assertion in a Twitter post following a weekend in which his administration made a sweeping case about executive power.
"As
has been stated by numerous legal scholars, I have the absolute right to
PARDON myself, but why would I do that when I have done nothing wrong?
In the meantime, the never ending Witch Hunt, led by 13 very Angry and
Conflicted Democrats (& others) continues into the mid-terms!
—
Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) June 4, 2018"
Once again, the nazi is talking out the ass. What "numerous legal scholars?" Who?
"Just because Trump has the relevant powers doesn't mean he will use them, supporters said. All the same, the main check that his legal advisers see is a political one — the threat of backlash, as opposed to any limitation in law."
Called impeachment.
"On NBC, the former mayor of New York said, "Pardoning himself would be unthinkable and probably lead to immediate impeachment." However: "He has no need to do it. He's done nothing wrong," Giuliani added."
That right, Counselor?
"Giuliani's remarks followed reports that the president's legal team sent a letter to Justice Department special counsel Robert Mueller in late January outlining a legal justification that as president, Trump cannot be held accountable for obstruction of justice and should not be interviewed by investigators."
Think anyone in this country above the law?
"Trump's attorneys argue that as chief of the executive branch, he has near-complete power over appointees. That means that he could, for example, fire FBI Director James Comey for any reason and the dismissal could not constitute obstruction, they argue, or he could instruct that any investigation be ended for any reason. Giuliani, speaking on NBC, said that it was "pretty clear" that the president has the Constitutional authority to shut down any investigation, but added that terminating a probe where the president is the target might lead to impeachment."
The Nixon nazi thought the same. Was forced out of office, -- facing certain impeachment, wisely decided to resign in disgrace.
"Trump said on Twitter Monday that Mueller's appointment was "unconstitutional" but that he would "play the game" because he had nothing to hide.
"The
appointment of the Special Counsel is totally UNCONSTITUTIONAL! Despite
that, we play the game because I, unlike the Democrats, have done nothing
wrong!
—
Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) June 4, 2018"
The president has lost himself. Remains increasingly delusional as Mueller zeroes in.
"On ABC, Giuliani also said that the president's recollections about a statement he made about a June 9, 2016 meeting between top Trump campaign aides and a delegation of Russians offering to provide "dirt" on rival Hillary Clinton "keep changing."
Can't keep his lies straight. LOL. Precisely, why it is so much easier to simply tell the truth. Consequences, less drastic, far more palatable in the long run.
"This is the reason you don't let this president testify in the special counsel's Russia investigation," Giuliani told Stephanopoulos. "Our recollection keeps changing, or we're not even asked a question and somebody makes an assumption." "If I say something wrong on this show... if you were the FBI, my goodness, I'd — they could prosecute me for the mistake. They'd say, 'of course it was a lie,'" he said."
Jesus Christ. You are a product of a Jesuit education, Mr. Giuliani. Your former teachers must be appalled at your recently stated belief truth is relative, sir. It's not, Counselor. Called lying. ... Perjury, if under oath.
"Although Giuliani said a decision about whether the president will voluntarily sit for an interview with Mueller's team would not be made until after a planned June 12 summit in Singapore between Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, he said "we're leaning toward not" doing it. "But look, if they can convince us that it will be brief, it would be to the point, there were five or six points they have to clarify, and with that, we can get this - this long nightmare for the - for the American public over," Giuliani told ABC."
-- Nightmare for a lunatic nazi dictator apparently feeling the walls rightfully closing in on him. Mueller needs to abandon an interview and subpoena the lying bastard in front of a grand jury. Let it be fully litigated in court as to whether or not the president is indeed above the law. Can, in fact, avoid grand jury testimony without having to plead the Fifth.
Consider the following:
"Trump cited "numerous legal scholars" in claiming the power to pardon himself, but there does not appear to be consensus on that point. No president has ever attempted it. No court has ever tested it."
Fascinating, isn't it?
"One historical view is that a president may have the power, but that it wouldn't grant him or her immunity from prosecution after leaving the presidency. In a legal opinion issued during the administration of President Richard Nixon, the Justice Department argued a president could not give himself a pardon because of the longstanding legal principle that no person could be the judge of his own case."
You think? In a democratic republic no one is above the law. All are subject to it. Trump has begun pardoning others, apparently, to send a message to Trump associates targeted by Mueller that he (Trump) would indeed take good care of them should the need arise. Think it any more than a ploy to buy their silence?
ABC News reports:
"President Trump triggered a national debate about the use and limits of presidential pardon powers, as he has largely bypassed the traditional review process to grant a series of politically-charged pardons, and even raised, through his attorneys, the specter of pardoning himself, if that ever became necessary."
Clearly, the president is under enormous pressure as Mueller zeroes in.
"New York Attorney General Barbara Underwood, a Democrat, immediately responded to the D’Souza pardon by releasing a statement expressing her distaste for Trump’s use of pardon power, saying it “makes crystal clear his willingness to use his pardon power to thwart the cause of justice, rather than advance it.” Sen. Mark Warner, the leading Democrat on the Senate Intelligence Committee, also reacted strongly, tweeting that he was concerned Trump has been “sending a message to witnesses in a criminal investigation into his campaign,” and called the practice “extremely dangerous.”
"The
President’s ad hoc use of the pardon power is concerning enough. But the
possibility that he may also be sending a message to witnesses in a criminal
investigation into his campaign is extremely dangerous. In the United States
of America, no one is above the law.

Trump and his henchmen clearly believe they are. To date, Republicans have disgraced themselves, cowardly failed to hold these bastards accountable.
Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk? Get what you truly deserve.
If LGBTQ business owners are not willing to courageously stand up for their rights, support those who are fighting for these rights, all advances to date will ultimately be lost. The following is appalling. Certainly, not the last word, however, on what is no more than egregious discrimination targeting the LGBTQ community. CBS News reports:
"The Supreme Court is setting aside a Colorado court ruling against a baker who wouldn't make a wedding cake for a same-sex couple. But the court is not deciding the big issue in the case, whether a business can refuse to serve gay and lesbian people. The justices' limited ruling Monday turns on what the court described as anti-religious bias on the Colorado Civil Rights Commission when it ruled against baker Jack Phillips. The justices voted 7-2 that the Colorado Civil Rights Commission violated Phillips' rights under the First Amendment. The clash at the high court pitted Phillips' First Amendment claims of artistic freedom against the anti-discrimination arguments of the Colorado Civil Rights Commission, and the two men Phillips turned away in 2012. The Denver-area baker cited his Christian faith in refusing to make a cake for their wedding celebration."
As our formerly great country continues to nazify, the above is only a portend of worse to come. Not only against the LGBTQ community, women seeking abortion, but to all who determinedly, stridently exercise civil and constitutional rights and liberties in what has become a de facto fascist police-state, quickly transitioning to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich. The Nazi Right is determined to impose its perverse ideological and religious views on all. A nazi Supreme Court is certainly aiding and abetting.
"LGBTQ advocates, including Lambda Legal, quickly condemned the court's ruling, citing critical setbacks in equal rights. Lambda Legal CEO Rachel B. Tiven said in a statement on Monday, "The Court today has offered dangerous encouragement to those who would deny civil rights to LGBT people and people living with HIV. " Tiven added, "This is a deeply disappointing day in American jurisprudence. Today's decision should have been a firm, direct affirmance of longstanding equality law. Instead, the Supreme Court has become an accomplice in the right's strategy to hollow out one of its finest achievements, the right to equal marriage, and create what Justice Ginsberg memorably termed 'skim milk marriages.' We will continue to fight in every arena and in every court until LGBT people and people living with HIV have full equality under the law in every aspect of our lives. We deserve no less."
The ACLU is but a small shell of what it was decades ago. The following is proof positive:
"The ACLU, however argued that Monday's ruling "reaffirmed the core principle that businesses open to the public must be open to all in Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission. The court did not accept arguments that would have turned back the clock on equality by making our basic civil rights protections unenforceable, but reversed this case based on concerns specific to the facts here."
"The American Civil Liberties Union argued the case on behalf of Charlie Craig and David Mullins, who were refused service at the Colorado bakery."
Question to be asked, today, the LGBTQ community, -- tomorrow, who's next?
Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk? Get what you truly deserve.
The following is another appalling ruling by a nazi U.S. Supreme Court. CBS News reports:
"The Supreme Court is siding with the Trump administration over the American Civil Liberties Union in the case of a pregnant immigrant teen who was able to obtain an abortion after filing a lawsuit. After months of inaction on the case, the court Monday vacated a lower court decision favoring the teen, who was held in government custody after illegally entering the country. The justices ruled that was the proper course because the case became moot after the teen obtained an abortion. Government lawyers had complained that ACLU lawyers didn't alert them that the teen's abortion would take place earlier than expected. The administration said that deprived its lawyers of the chance to ask the Supreme Court to block the procedure, at least temporarily. The ACLU has defended its attorneys."
A crock. Here's the problem. The Washington Post reports:
"The Supreme Court on Monday dismissed a lower court’s decision that allowed an undocumented immigrant teenager to obtain an abortion over the protests of the Trump administration. The action, which came in an unsigned opinion without noted dissents, throws out a precedent that might allow other teenagers in the same circumstance to obtain an abortion. But the court did not agree with a request by the president’s lawyers that American Civil Liberties Union lawyers who represented the girl be disciplined for their actions in the case."
The Court got it half right.

Trump nazi's plans to impose tariffs will likely start a trade war. ABC News reports:
"China has warned any agreements with Washington in their talks on settling a sprawling trade dispute "will not take effect" if threatened U.S. sanctions including tariff hikes go ahead. The statement Sunday came shortly after delegations led by U.S. Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross and China's top economic official, Vice Premier Liu He, held another round of talks on China's pledge to narrow its trade surplus with the United States by purchasing more American goods. The Chinese statement said the two sides made "positive and concrete progress," but neither side released details. The statement said, "If the United States introduces trade sanctions including increasing tariffs, all the economic and trade achievements negotiated by the two parties will not take effect."
NPR reports:
"The Trump administration's latest move to impose tariffs on steel and aluminum imports from the U.S.'s biggest strategic and trade partners has touched off a barrage of criticism and retaliation. Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross said Thursday that the U.S. will impose tariffs of 25 percent on steel and 10 percent on aluminum for imports from the European Union, Canada and Mexico just after midnight on Friday. Europe, along with Canada and Mexico had been granted a temporary reprieve since President Trump first announced the tariffs in March. The administration is taking the action under a relatively obscure U.S. trade law intended to protect national security. Many prominent Republicans have criticized the administration's aggressive use of that justification, saying its trade actions will hurt the U.S. economy."
Trump has lost his mind.
"The EU threatened to make good on a threat it issued in March to impose tariffs on imports from the U.S. that is 10 pages long, including everything from corn and tobacco, to T-shirts, Levi's jeans, bourbon, motor boats and various forms of steel. The EU also started the process of filing a complaint with the World Trade Organization. In a statement, European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker said "this is protectionism, pure and simple." Trade Commissioner Cecilia Malmstrom added that the U.S., through months of negotiations, threatened steep tariffs in order to obtain trade concessions from the EU. "This is not the way we do business, and certainly not between longstanding partners, friends and allies," she said in a statement."
Aggressive stupidity at its very worst.
"Mexico's ministry of economy pledged to impose equivalent measures, and included a partial list of U.S. goods that would face tariffs, including pork bellies, cheese, and produce such as grapes and apples."
All for what? To what end? To start a trade war no one can win?
"Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said the Trump administration's argument that the tariffs were necessary for national security reasons was an "affront" to Canada, which has fought alongside the U.S. in numerous armed conflicts.
"A list of countermeasures would include tariffs on U.S. metals and food products such as yogurt, pizza and cucumbers, as well as household products like mattresses and refrigerators."
Think this won't severely hurt American businesses? Consumers? Laid off American workers?
"Britain issued a statement saying, in part: "We will defend the UK's interests robustly. We continue to work closely with our EU partners and will consider carefully the EU's proposals in response." The UK's Secretary of State for International Trade Liam Fox told Sky News it, too, is considering retaliatory measures and joining the EU's complaint with the WTO. As for the U.S.'s national security argument, Fox said, "In the case of the UK, we send steel to the US that is vital to their defence industry; it is patently absurd."
The French are none too pleased either:
"Bruno Le Maire, France's minister of the economy and finance, said the U.S. tariffs are "unjustified, unjustifiable and dangerous." He told NPR's Audie Cornish: "We are close allies, we the Europeans, to the United States and we cannot understand that decision. We strongly believe that the decision taken today by the American administration is really an unacceptable one." "[French] President Macron expressed yesterday his willingness to work on the renewal of the trade system with the United States, but we cannot negotiate, we cannot enter into any kind of discussion, under pressure, and being hit by tariffs will not help us to open the door to any kind of negotiation," Le Maire said."
ABC News reports:
"French President Emmanuel Macron has told U.S. President Donald Trump that the new U.S. tariffs on European, Mexican and Canadian goods are illegal and a "mistake." Macron's office said in a statement Friday that the two presidents spoke by phone after Trump's administration announced the decision Thursday to impose 25 percent tariffs on steel and 10 percent tariffs on aluminum. The European Union is planning retaliatory tariffs on U.S. steel and food goods in the coming weeks, once it calculates the exact cost to EU companies of the U.S. tariffs. Macron pledged the riposte would be "firm" and "proportionate" and in line with World Trade Organization rules."
What could the Trump nazi possibly be thinking?
NPR reports:
"EU Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker said of the U.S. tariffs, "This is protectionism, pure and simple. We will defend the union's interests, in full compliance with international trade law."
"France's minister of the economy and finance, Bruno Le Maire, called the tariffs "unjustified, unjustifiable and dangerous," in an interview on NPR's All Things Considered. "We cannot negotiate, we cannot enter into any kind of discussion, under pressure," Le Maire said. "And being hit by tariffs will not help us to open the door to any kind of negotiation."
"In a statement, Mexico's Economic Ministry said it was imposing tariffs on steel imports, lamps and pork products as well as various produce and cheeses. The tariffs will remain in effect, the ministry said, until the U.S. government eliminates the imposed taxes.
"Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau tweeted that the U.S. tariffs on Canadian aluminum and steel were "unacceptable" and announced retaliatory measures. He also said Canada will take retaliatory measures effective July 1 on products ranging from steel to whiskey.
"Canada
will impose tariffs against imports of steel, aluminum, and other products
from the US – we are imposing dollar for dollar tariffs for every dollar
levied against Canadians by the US.

Think this isn't the beginning of a trade war?
The Washington Post reports:
"President Trump plans to confront other world leaders at a summit in Quebec on Friday over what he believes is a global economic system tilted against the United States, several people briefed on the plan said, escalating tensions with U.S. allies who have expressed outrage at his pivot toward protectionism. The summit will put Trump face to face with leaders he has antagonized on a range of issues, including the environment and the U.S. withdrawal last month from the international nuclear accord with Iran. But the two-day meeting of the Group of Seven, which will bring together many of the world’s leading economies in a picturesque Canadian mountain town, has crystallized into a showdown over trade after Trump’s recent insistence on new barriers the other nations see as petty and insulting. Most of the other nations represented have a trade beef with Trump that is unlikely to be resolved at the summit — and for each of them the standoff is one more sign that the United States is pulling back from traditional global leadership roles."
Nothing quite as ludicrous as figuratively shooting yourself in the ass, is there? LOL. ... Then again, 'stupid is as stupid does.'
Gets worse:
“The good news for him is the Mexicans won’t be there, so that is one less country that he has to deal with” over trade complaints, said William Reinsch, a trade specialist at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. “The others are all mad at him.” In a sign Trump is looking to stoke divisions, White House officials are discussing ways to impose additional economic penalties against Canada — the host nation for the summit — in retaliation for Ottawa’s threat to levy tariffs next month on roughly $13 billion in U.S.-made products. Among Canada’s targets: orange juice, soy sauce, sleeping bags and inflatable boats. But there are divergent views within the White House over how to treat Canada, with Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin urging both sides to de-escalate, two people close to the discussions said.
"A meeting among G-7 finance ministers last weekend ended in rancor, with economic officials from the other six members issuing a rebuke of Washington. Unable to agree on a joint statement about the agenda ahead of this week’s summit, the other six economic deputies instead asked Mnuchin to relay to Trump their “unanimous concern and disappointment” over tariffs."
Yet, Trump and his henchmen remain oblivious.

No question, 'stupid is as stupid does.' More of the same. Get this. The Washington Post reports:
"President Trump is preparing to sign a sweeping new law Wednesday aimed at expanding veterans’ access to private-sector health care. But behind the scenes his administration is fighting a bipartisan Senate effort to fund the legislation."
Why not? Called talking out both sides the ass. LOL.
"The VA Mission Act authorizes new health care programs for veterans, but the bill does not reserve federal money to pay for those programs. A group of powerful Senate committee chairmen aims to remedy that by amending a separate measure to pay for the new $50 billion law, saying that adding the funds is the best way to ensure the new programs give veterans access to medical care."
Makes sense?
"But the White House has engaged in a quiet effort to thwart the senators’ plan, encouraging lawmakers to vote it down and instead asking Congress to pay for the veterans programs by cutting spending elsewhere."
Like Medicaid? Medicare? Social Security? Other programs that aid the bottom and middle class? Ferociously pointedly, how about Defense? Do you know the United States spends more on the military than the next seven countries combined?
"White House officials are circulating a memo on Capitol Hill this week that slams the senators’ proposal as “anathema to responsible spending” and that predicts it would lead to ballooning costs and “virtually unlimited increases” in veterans’ spending on private health care."
Why aren't you fascist bastards reining in providers, pharmaceutical houses, and all those lining their pockets off anything labeled 'medical?'
“Without subjecting the program to any budgetary constraint, there is no incentive to continue to serve veterans with innovative, streamlined and efficient quality of care,” the administration says in the memo, which was obtained by The Washington Post."
The above is horse shit. Band Aid on an arterial wound. The ultimate problem is not efficiency. It's unbridled greed leading to unbridled gouging.
"Sen. Richard Shelby (R-Ala.), head of the Senate Appropriations Committee, argued that if Congress does not ratify his proposal, the alternative could be to cut $10 billion a year for five years from existing programs, including initiatives within the Veterans Affairs Department. “If we don’t get on it we’re going to have a hole of $10 billion in our approps,” Shelby said Tuesday, predicting “some real trouble.”
Sadly, just tip of the iceberg. Far, far worse yet to come. Across the board. Not only in healthcare, but across the entire economy. Gouging, shoddy products and service remain rampant. Ubiquitous. Unsustainable.
"Shelby is joined in his effort by the top Appropriations Committee Democrat, Patrick J. Leahy (Vt.), as well as the leaders of the Veterans’ Affairs Committee, Chairman Johnny Isakson (R-Ga.) and Sen. Jon Tester (D-Mont.). Their coalition reflects a renewed commitment in the Senate to completing spending bills on a bipartisan basis after years of budget dysfunction."

More Nazi Right bullshit debunked. NBC reports:
"Abortions don’t cause depression, although women who have depression and anxiety may be more likely to have abortions, researchers reported Wednesday."
Forget? There's a stark difference between correlation, -- and cause and effect.
"The study is the latest to show no evidence that abortion causes depression. Policies that cite damage to mental health as a reason to restrict access to abortion are not based in fact, the researchers wrote in the Journal of the American Medical Association’s JAMA Psychiatry. “The repercussions of abortion for mental health have been used to justify state policies that limit access to abortion in the United States,” the team, led by Dr. Julia Steinberg of the Department of Family Science at the University of Maryland, wrote."

A good day for abortion rights. NBC reports:
"A judge agreed Friday to temporarily block the most restrictive abortion law in the country from taking effect in Iowa next month under an agreement between lawyers for the state and abortion rights groups. Attorneys for the state and Republican Gov. Kim Reynolds said during a court hearing that they agreed to prevent the law from taking effect on July 1 after discussions with the American Civil Liberties Union of Iowa, Planned Parenthood Federation of American and the Emma Goldman Clinic. The advocacy groups argue the law is unconstitutional and have filed a lawsuit to block the law, which bans most abortions if a fetal heartbeat can be detected. An attorney representing the state said the goal now is to quickly get the case before a judge so the state can argue the law is constitutional."

Think the following becoming? NPR reports:
"Donald Trump's lawyer Michael Cohen is facing legal peril, including an FBI raid of his home and office — and involvement in a civil lawsuit with adult film star Stormy Daniels. But in the past, it was Cohen who sought to put legal pressure on others to solve problems for his boss."
Sure did:
"For Cohen, no target was too big. Former Fox News host Megyn Kelly put tough questions to Trump at a Republican presidential debate. Cohen later retweeted someone who had written, "we can gut her." Kelly discussed the incident nearly two years later on NBC News, with Cohen attorney David Schwartz. "I'm telling you, in response to that allegation, that I received death threats, that I had security guards following me around, and that my old boss called Michael Cohen directly to say, 'If Megyn Kelly gets killed it's not going to help your client Donald Trump get elected,' " Kelly told Schwartz. "And Michael Cohen didn't care."
Consider the following:
"I started writing about a 1993 biography of Trump written by former Newsweek reporter Harry Hurt III. According to the book, The Lost Tycoon, Trump's first wife, Ivana, claimed in a sworn deposition during her divorce proceedings that Trump had raped her. As the book was coming out, she said she didn't mean rape in a criminal or literal sense, and she has since praised the president. Trump has called the claim false. When I reached out to campaign spokeswoman Hope Hicks about the claim in the book, I got an angry call from Cohen in return. His first tactic was to try to persuade me not to run the story — but he did so by falsely claiming that spousal rape was not a crime.
"You're talking about Donald Trump, you're talking about the front-runner for the GOP, presidential candidate, as well as private individual, who never raped anybody and of course understand that by the very definition you can't rape your spouse," Cohen said. Spousal rape has been illegal in the state of New York since 1984. Ivana Trump's claim involved an incident in 1989. But Cohen's efforts to prevent the story from being written didn't end with that false claim.
"Mark my words for it, I will make sure that you and I meet one day over in the courthouse and I will take you for every penny you still don't have, and I will come after your Daily Beast and everybody else that you possibly know," Cohen said. "Do not even think about going where I know you're planning on going. And that's my warning for the day."
Trump's fixer.
"Michael, besides the warning, do you have a substantive comment that I can include in the piece that reflects your views on this?" I responded. "I have no views because there's no story," Cohen said. The legal threats continued. "So I'm warning you, tread very f***ing lightly because what I'm going to do to you is going to be f***ing disgusting. Do you understand me? Don't think you can hide behind your pen because it's not going to happen," Cohen said. "I'm more than happy to discuss it with your attorney and with your legal counsel because motherf***** you're going to need it."
No problem with any of the above?

More legal woes for one of Trump's cronies. The Washington Post reports:
"Federal prosecutors accused former Trump presidential campaign chairman Paul Manafort of witness tampering late Monday in his criminal case and asked a federal judge to consider revoking or revising his release. Prosecutors accused Manafort and a longtime associate they linked to Russian intelligence of repeatedly contacting two members of a public relations firm and asking them to falsely testify about secret lobbying they did at Manafort’s behest. The firm of former senior European officials, informally called the “Hapsburg group,” was secretly retained in 2012 by Manafort to advocate for Ukraine, where Manafort had clients, prosecutors charged. In court documents, prosecutors with special counsel Robert S. Mueller III allege that Manafort and his associate — referred to only as Person A — tried to contact the two witnesses by phone and through encrypted messaging apps. The description of Person A matches his longtime business colleague in Ukraine, Konstantin Kilimnik."
Clearly, Mueller isn't playing games:
"FBI agent Brock W. Domin said that one of the public relations firm’s executives identified as Person D1 told the government he “understood Manafort’s outreach to be an effort to ‘suborn perjury’” by encouraging others to lie to federal investigators by concealing the firm’s work in the United States. Spokesmen for Manafort and the special counsel’s office, who are under a court gag order in the case, declined to comment."
Noose figuratively tightens. Think the Trump nazi isn't feeling the heat?
NBC reports:
"A federal judge has scheduled a hearing for June 15 on whether to revoke bail for Paul Manafort, President Donald Trump's former campaign chairman, after federal prosecutors alleged that he tried to tamper with potential witnesses while on pretrial release. Judge Amy Berman is expected to rule at the hearing on whether Manafort will have to go to jail pending his trial in connection with special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation of alleged Russian interference in the 2016 presidential campaign, or whether the terms of his bail are further restricted. Federal prosecutors asked Judge Berman to revoke bail in a motion filed in U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C. Monday night. According to an FBI affidavit included with the motion, Manafort used encrypted messaging applications in February to try to reach two unnamed business partners who could be witnesses to his alleged fraud and money laundering. The judge has ordered the FBI agent who filed the declaration regarding the messaging to be in court and available to testify if necessary."

NFL players are challenging the veracity of the Trump nazi. Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no? LOL. CBS News reports:
"Hours after President Trump called off a visit to the White House by the Philadelphia Eagles, one of the team's Super Bowl-winning players issued a fact check of sorts. The invitation was canceled over what Mr. Trump says is a disagreement on standing during the national anthem. But wide receiver Torrey Smith, who said previously that he planned to skip the visit, responded with a series of tweets, disputing the president's rationale. "So many lies," he wrote, adding, "Not many people were going to go."
Think not? LOL.
"Indeed, before and after the Super Bowl in February, several Eagles players discussed skipping the White House ceremony. One of the people set to attend the ceremony told The Associated Press less than half of the team's 53-man roster planned to go. The person spoke on condition of anonymity due to the sensitive nature of the decision. Smith, who played on the Philadelphia team before being traded to the Carolina Panthers in March, disputed the president's central argument – that Eagles players took a knee in protest during the season.

someone took a knee during those 16 games I missed it https://t.co/hzMz9VKQC2

One thing for sure. LOL. The president remains truth challenged. Apparently, feared being snubbed by a number of players. How would that look? LOL.
"None of the Eagles took a knee during the anthem in 2017. Cornerback Ron Brooks did take a knee in a preseason game, but he was cut by the team, so he never played a regular season game."
Couldn't be, could it? LOL. The president, clearly incapable of being confused by the truth.

The above didn't go unnoticed. Lit a fire, -- so to speak. LOL. NPR reports:
"After President Trump cast aspersions on the Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles and disinvited them from a White House celebration, the fallout has been wide-ranging and swift — from Philadelphia's mayor questioning Trump's patriotism to Fox News apologizing for implying Eagles players had taken a knee during the national anthem. The acrimony continued Tuesday, when the White House said "the vast majority of the Eagles team decided to abandon their fans." Christopher Wallace, the executive producer of FOX News @ Night with Shannon Bream, said the network erred during a broadcast Monday night when it used footage of Eagles players kneeling during a segment about the cancellation, implying that the players had taken a knee during the anthem last season — an act that players on other NFL teams have said is meant to protest police violence and racial inequality. The players were apparently praying. Wallace said in a statement released by Fox News on Tuesday that "To clarify, no members of the team knelt in protest during the national anthem throughout regular or post-season last year. We apologize for the error." Wallace's apology came hours after Eagles tight end Zach Ertz quoted a Fox News tweet to say via Twitter, "This can't be serious.... Praying before games with my teammates, well before the anthem, is being used for your propaganda?! Just sad, I feel like you guys should have to be better than this."

Consider the following. The UN certainly understands the humanitarian threat posed by the Trump nazi and his henchmen. CBS News reports:
"The U.N. human rights office is calling on the Trump administration to "immediately halt" its policy of separating children from their parents after crossing U.S. border with Mexico. Rights office spokeswoman Ravina Shamdasani scolded the U.S. for its "zero tolerance" policy in which some families have been separated after migration across the border. The rights office said in a statement that "children should never be detained for reasons related to their own or their parents' migration status. Detention is never in the best interests of the child and always constitutes a child rights violation." Shamdasani told a U.N. briefing Tuesday that the practice of separating families amounted to an "arbitrary and unlawful" interference in family life, calling it a "serious violation" of the rights of children."

More humanitarian rights issues in Syria. CBS News reports:
"An international human rights group on Tuesday accused the U.S. and its allies of showing little regard for civilians' lives while attacking the Syrian city that was once the de-facto capital of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) extremist group, an allegation denied by the American military. Amnesty International said the U.S.-led coalition's 2017 assault on Raqqa killed hundreds of civilians and reduced sections of the city to rubble. Researchers for Amnesty interviewed more than 100 residents and visited 42 coalition targets in the city in a two-week period in February. They published their findings in a report titled "War of Annihilation," in a reference to the language used by U.S. Defense Secretary Jim Mattis in the lead-up to the campaign. "When so many civilians are killed in attack after attack, something is clearly wrong," said Donatella Rovera, one of the researchers who visited the city."
Matters not to the Trump nazi and his henchmen. To say nothing of the war profiteering corporate management suite which runs and owns the United States government.
"U.S. Army Col. Sean Ryan, spokesman for the coalition, called the assertions "grossly inaccurate." He said the coalition and allied Syrian forces organized safe passages for residents to flee, but ISIS militants trapped them inside to use as human shields. "When you have an enemy that uses noncombatants as collateral damage, it's very difficult when you fight an enemy like that to completely avoid any casualties," Ryan said. Benjamin Walsby, another investigator on the Amnesty team, said the coalition should have adjusted its strategy accordingly. "If you rely on long-range tactics like artillery and airstrikes, then civilians are very likely to pay the price, and that appears to be what happened in Raqqa," he said."

Our government still has done nothing about the following issue repeatedly covered here and elsewhere. The Washington Post reports:
"A federal study found signs that surveillance devices for intercepting cellphone calls and texts were operating near the White House and other sensitive locations in the Washington area last year. A Department of Homeland Security program discovered evidence of the surveillance devices, called IMSI catchers, as part of federal testing last year, according to a letter from DHS to Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) on May 22. The letter didn't specify what entity operated the devices and left open the possibility that there could be alternative explanations for the suspicious cellular signals collected by the federal testing program last year."
What does it take to investigate this? Think NSA and the FCC don't know what's going on?
"The discovery bolsters years of independent research suggesting that foreign intelligence agencies use sophisticated interception technology to spy on officials working within the hub of federal power in the nation’s capital. Experts in surveillance technology say that IMSI catchers — sometimes known by one popular brand name, StingRay — are a standard part of the tool kit for many foreign intelligence services, including for such geopolitical rivals as Russia and China."
Also used by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue right here in Nazi America. Without a warrant. A fascist police-state quickly transitioning to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.
"A DHS spokesman confirmed the contents of the letter to Wyden but declined further comment."
Why? The public has a right to know.
"This admission from DHS bolsters my concern about stingrays and other spying devices being used to spy on Americans’ phones," Wyden said in a statement on Thursday. "Given the reports of rogue spying devices being identified near the White House and other government facilities, I fear that foreign intelligence services could target the president and other senior officials."
Not only a foreign threat, but perpetrated as well by our own goddamned government on its citizens.

The following is sad. NBC reports:
"Seeking to comfort grieving families and shaken survivors, President Donald Trump spent more than an hour privately Thursday with some of those impacted by a Texas mass school shooting that killed 10 and wounded more than a dozen on May 18. The latest spasm of violence in a year marred by assaults on the nation's schools, the shooting at Santa Fe High School was the latest to test the president's role as national comforter-in-chief. Trump met with more than two dozen people affected by the shooting, and did not publicly share his message for the grieving families and local leaders during a meeting at a Coast Guard base outside Houston."
Good reason for that. Trump didn't get the reception, and/or support expected:
"Rhonda Hart, whose 14-year-old daughter, Kimberly Vaughan, was killed at the school, told The Associated Press that Trump repeatedly used the word 'wacky' to describe the shooter and the trench coat he wore. She said she told Trump, "Maybe if everyone had access to mental health care, we wouldn't be in the situation." Hart, an Army veteran, said she also suggested employing veterans as sentinels in schools. She said Trump responded, "And arm them?" She replied, "No," but said Trump "kept mentioning" arming classroom teachers. "It was like talking to a toddler," Hart said."
Ouch. LOL.

In follow up to an earlier edition, The Washington Post reports:
"Leaders of a Southern Baptist seminary dropped a bombshell Friday night about why they two days earlier fired their president, a longtime leader of the huge denomination: He lied about his treatment of an alleged rape victim, according to a new statement, and he tried to isolate another woman from the seminary’s chief of security so he could “break her down.” Paige Patterson, who until a few weeks ago was a towering figure in the Southern Baptist Convention, the largest Protestant denomination with about 15 million members, set off a firestorm among conservative evangelicals in recent months after comments were revealed about counseling a woman to go back to her abusive husband. Last week, the 75-year-old was demoted from his position as president of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, a decision that upset many Southern Baptists who considered the decision too lenient because he would have remained on paid staff as “president emeritus” and been able to retire on campus. Then on Wednesday night, vaguely citing new information, the board’s trustees said he had been fired, removing benefits, rights and privileges as a result of his mishandling of a rape allegation."

The insanity never ends. Consider the following. Think it's anything more than corporate welfare courtesy of the Trump nazi? NPR reports:
"President Trump has ordered Energy Secretary Rick Perry to take immediate steps to help financially troubled coal and nuclear power plants. A draft plan marked "confidential" is being circulated around Washington. No one from the Trump administration has confirmed to NPR that the draft is an official document. Still, the White House issued a statement in response to news reports about the plan, saying the U.S. electric grid is at risk because of coal and nuclear plant shutdowns — called "retirements" in the industry. "Unfortunately, impending retirements of fuel-secure power facilities are leading to a rapid depletion of a critical part of our nation's energy mix, and impacting the resilience of our power grid. President Trump has directed Secretary of Energy Rick Perry to prepare immediate steps to stop the loss of these resources, and looks forward to his recommendations," White House press secretary Sarah Sanders says in the statement."

The following? Appalling. The Washington Post reports:
"At an island resort off the coast of Singapore, U.S. event planners are working day and night with their North Korean counterparts to set up a summit designed to bring an end to Pyongyang’s nuclear weapons program. But a particularly awkward logistical issue remains unresolved, according to two people familiar with the talks. Who’s going to pay for Kim Jong Un’s hotel stay?"
Who do you think?
"The prideful but cash-poor pariah state requires that a foreign country foot the bill at its preferred lodging: the Fullerton, a magnificent neoclassical hotel near the mouth of the Singapore River, where just one presidential suite costs more than $6,000 per night.
"When it comes to paying for lodging at North Korea’s preferred five-star luxury hotel, the United States is open to covering the costs, the two people said, but it’s mindful that Pyongyang may view a U.S. payment as insulting. As a result, U.S. planners are considering asking the host country of Singapore to pay for the North Korean delegation’s bill."
Give me a break. We've lost ourselves.
“It is an ironic and telling deviation from North Korea’s insistence on being treated on an ‘equal footing,’” said Scott Snyder, a Korea expert at the Council on Foreign Relations. Still, the heavily sanctioned and isolated regime has a long history of making bold monetary demands."
F--k 'em. Let them pay their own way. Forget? We have homeless, to say nothing of the hungry right here in our formerly great country. People going without healthcare. We, the people, are hopelessly stupid. Consider the following:
"Any payment for North Korea’s accommodations would run afoul of Treasury Department sanctions, said Elizabeth Rosenberg, a former Treasury official. The transaction would require the Office of Foreign Assets Control to “temporarily suspend the applicability of sanctions” through a waiver, she said. The United States is expected to request these waivers from the United Nations and Treasury for a range of payments associated with North Korea’s travel, but a long list of exemptions could draw scrutiny. “There are legitimate mechanisms built in for exemptions depending on the circumstance, but this could run into public and political criticism and send the wrong message to North Korea,” said Duyeon Kim, a visiting fellow at the Korean Peninsula Future Forum, a nonpartisan think tank in Seoul."
The article spends considerable time and effort detailing money spent in the past on the North Koreans and their duplicity. We tolerate this bullshit. The question is why?

Never ends. CBS News reports:
"Facebook is pushing back against a media report saying that it provided extensive information about its users and their friends to third parties like phone makers. The New York Times reported Sunday that Facebook struck data-sharing deals with at least 60 device makers, including Apple and Amazon, raising more concerns about what users give up when they use Facebook. Facebook says it disagrees with reporting by the paper regarding software it rolled out 10 years ago that helped get Facebook on to devices like iPhones. Ime Archibong, vice president of product partnerships, said in blog post that Facebook has maintained tight control over the technology, known as application programming interfaces, or APIs, and that it is not aware of any abuse by the companies that it teamed with. The Times report says Facebook allowed the companies access to the data of friends of the user without their explicit consent, a practice that landed the company in the crosshairs of Congress during the Cambridge Analytica scandal."

Consider the following. ... For what it's worth. CBS News reports:
"Ronald Reagan would be "pretty horrified at where we've come to," his daughter Patti Davis wrote in a Washington Post opinion piece Monday. With the impending anniversary of Reagan's death on June 5, Davis, an author, imagined what he would say if he could see the country now. She never mentions President Trump by name, but the column is a clear rebuke of the president. "He would be appalled and heartbroken at a Congress that refuses to stand up to a president who not only seems ignorant of the Constitution but who also attempts at every turn to dismantle and mock our system of checks and balances," Davis wrote."
Think so? Or, is this just a loving daughter defending the memory of her late father?
"She imagines her father "would plead with Americans to recognize that the caustic, destructive language emanating from our current president is sullying the dream that America once was. And in a time of increased tensions in the world, playing verbal Russian roulette is not leadership, it's madness." Further, Davis says that her father "wouldn't have tolerated" the president's relentless attacks on the press as the enemy, even though he also "didn't always like the press." She said that Reagan believed that a free press "sets us apart from dictatorships and countries ruled by despots."
While many during the Reagan Administration considered the late President our first fascist Chief Executive, Reagan, in all fairness, was not the nazi Trump certainly is.
"Davis suggests Mr. Trump's immigration laws are cruel and in closing quotes the finals words of Reagan's famous "A Time for Choosing" speech in 1964. She thinks he would ask Americans to remember those words: "You and I have a rendezvous with destiny. We'll preserve for our children this, the last best hope of man on earth, or we'll sentence them to take the last step into a thousand years of darkness."
Double entendre stunningly haunting, isn't it? ... Forget? Hitler's Third Reich was to last a millennium.

Once in awhile, there is some justice at the polls. NBC reports:
"California voters on Tuesday backed the recall of the judge who sentenced a former Stanford University swimmer to six months in jail for sexually assaulting an unconscious woman behind a campus dumpster — a sentence blasted by critics as far too lenient.Judge Aaron Persky of State Superior Court has said he was following the rule of law, not the rule of public opinion, when he imposed the six-month jail term on Brock Turner, then 20, in 2016. But in the eyes of many critics, the judge had seemed to discount the seriousness of campus sexual assault and the pain of the victim. With 61 percent of precincts reporting, 59 percent of voters favored removing Persky, and 41 percent were opposed. Turner was convicted of three felonies — two for digitally penetrating an unconscious or intoxicated person, one for assault with intent to commit rape. Prosecutors pushed for a six-year sentence in state prison, but Persky followed the county probation department recommendation of just six months in jail. Turner was released after serving three months for good behavior, and he must register as a sex offender for the rest of his life."

Ice Princess gets hers. NPR reports:
"White House aide Kelly Sadler is out of a job almost a month after she reportedly mocked a "dying" Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., who has brain cancer. "Kelly Sadler is no longer employed within the Executive Office of the President," White House principal deputy press secretary Raj Shah said in a statement Tuesday. CNN first reported Sadler's exit, noting that "the White House had been strategizing an exit for Sadler for the last two weeks," including possibly "relocating her to another agency or department outside of the White House, and it remains unclear if she is going somewhere else or leaving the administration entirely."
As reported earlier, this is an incredibly sad, sad story.
"Sadler came under fire last month after reports surfaced that she had disparaged McCain — who spent over five years as a prisoner of war in Vietnam — after he urged his fellow senators to reject Gina Haspel as CIA director because of her history overseeing controversial techniques for interrogating detainees. "It doesn't matter, he's dying anyway," The Hill quoted Sadler as saying in a meeting with about two dozen communications aides."
Certainly, made Ann Coulter look like the Good Fairy, didn't it? Ferocious sarcasm aside, certainly couldn't have been easy for Sadler after the comment went viral.
"McCain's daughter Meghan said Sadler called to apologize and that she promised to make a public apology, though that never happened. McCain's wife, Cindy, also tweeted to Sadler, "May I remind you my husband has a family, 7 children and 5 grandchildren."
While there is redemption in her call to apologize to McCain's daughter, the apology should also been extended to McCain's wife. To say nothing of the Senator himself. The apology should also been made publicly. Still not clear precisely how the outrageous comment was made at the time, that is, jokingly, or worse, viciously. Either way, this man is dying. Served his country well.
Far worse than the above is the fact the Trump nazi and his henchmen couldn't care less the pain needlessly inflicted on the McCain family:
"And following the comment, other sources reportedly said the White House was instead more incensed that the remark had leaked at all rather than being upset about the insensitive comment itself."
One thing for sure, the comment will likely haunt Ms. Sadler the rest of her life. Hard to believe she has no heart at all.
Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk? Get what you truly deserve.
Time to wake up. The Washington Post reports:
"A new United Nations report is getting plenty of national media attention for predicting President Trump will exacerbate hardships for America's poor by weakening the nation's safety net. “The policies pursued over the past year seem deliberately designed to remove basic protections from the poorest, punish those who are not in employment and make even basic health care into a privilege to be earned rather than a right of citizenship,” says the report, which will be presented to the Human Rights Council of the U.N. General Assembly.
"What is really striking about the report is how dire conditions were for America's poor even before Trump took office."
Comes as no surprise. Poverty has been a severe problem for decades. Largely due to the fact a livable wage is not mandated by law. Consequently, poorly-regulated business makes its money the old fashioned way, effectively steals labor, provides shoddy products and services. Forget? There is no free market. The market is effectively owned, controlled, manipulated by those with unbridled wealth and assets to do so.
"Among countries in the developed world, the report says, America already has the highest rates of youth poverty, infant mortality, incarceration, income inequality and obesity. Americans “live shorter and sicker lives compared to those living in all other rich democracies,” the report says. About 40 million Americans live in poverty, and 18.5 million live in “extreme poverty.” More than 5 million Americans live “in Third World conditions of absolute poverty.” About 11 million Americans cycle through a jail or prison every year, with at least 730,000 people incarcerated “on any given day,” the report says."
Delusionally believe our prisons and jails aren't gulags?
"In 2016, a “shockingly high” number of children were living in poverty — about 13.3 million, or 18 percent of them — the U.N. report states, with government spending on children near the bottom of the international pack. These statistics largely “could not reflect the policies of the Trump administration,” since the best existing poverty data predates his inauguration, said the author of the report, Philip Alston, U.N. special rapporteur on extreme poverty and human rights, in an interview. In his report, Alston blames the American political system for these failings, arguing it deprives African Americans of voting rights, unfairly sends the homeless to jail, and has failed to provided health care and housing programs for its citizens. “The persistence of extreme poverty is a political choice made by those in power,” Alston writes. “With political will, it could readily be eliminated.” Poverty experts say a range of policies enacted by Trump will make poverty both more painful and more prevalent than would have otherwise been the case but say those effects are unlikely to show up in higher overall poverty rates until after the next recession hits."
So what else is new? We've known this for decades. Choose to do nothing about it. ... Other than ludicrously invoke symbolism over substance.
Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk? Get what you truly deserve.
Think Rudy Giuliani doesn't share the insanity of his fuhrer? CBS News reports:
"Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani said that after the president canceled the summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un last month, Kim got "on his hands and knees and begged" to restore it. Giuliani's comments came during a Globes capital market conference in Israel. "Well, somehow North Korea, after he cancelled the summit because they insulted the vice-president, they insulted his national security advisor and they also said that they would go to nuclear war against us, they were going to defeat us in a nuclear war. We said, well we're not gonna have a summit under those circumstances. What Kim Jong Un got back on his hands and knees and begged for it, which is exactly the position you wanna put him in," he said. The Wall Street Journal first noted Giuliani's remarks.
"At the same conference, Giuliani accused special counsel Robert Mueller's team of trying to frame Mr. Trump, claiming that Mueller's team includes "13 highly partisan Democrats ... (who) are trying very very hard to frame him to get him in trouble when he hasn't done anything wrong."
Both Rudy baby and his fuhrer, the Trump nazi, seem to have conveniently forgotten the fact Mueller as well as his boss at DOJ, Rosenstein, are both long-term Republicans. LOL.

The following email has been sent nearly daily to a woman at 2freehosting.com who was responsible for caving into Wells Fargo. This email is re-edited occasionally as circumstances change. Should you bank with Wells Fargo you may wish to ask them why they engage in deceptive trade practices and if in fact they indeed bribed Texas Gov. Greg Abbott while he was Texas Attorney General to ignore a complaint filed against them:

Fran,
All three Liberty In Peril
FTP servers are down and apparently have been
hacked. The three
websites, however, remain up and running at time of
writing. That is,
libertyinperil.twomini.com, libertyinperil.wink.ws, and
libertyinperil.t15.org
are accessible and running. Only FTP access has
been effected making
it impossible to upload.
The Filezilla messaging on twomini is:
Status:
Connecting to 31.170.167.137:21...
Status:
Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection
refused by server".
Error:

The exact same messaging,
other than IP addresses, is the same on the wink
and t15 FTP servers.
This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed
two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity.
Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these
FTP servers up and running
again. A criminal complaint will be filed with
the U.S. Attorney regarding
all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells
Fargo, now extended to
hacking and undue interference with the webhosts.
Has 2freehosting been
bribed and/or pressured by Wells Fargo? Certainly,
one of numerous questions
to be forwarded to criminal prosecutors.

Welcome. Liberty
In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This
is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike
our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly,
despises hackers. Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability
to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making
upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their
criminal activity reported to the public.
Should this site not be
kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain
will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle.
No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against
Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in
the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade
practices.
Email notification of
local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until
Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally
makes it right. During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers
were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep
intense pressure on the criminal bastards at
Wells Fargo. Copies
of these emails were sent to bank officials. They
have been posted in this
publication. ... We're already up to Salvo 74, --
and counting.
In addition, all new Newsletter
Editions will feature an
available abbreviated
version, smart phone friendly, that can be accessed
by clicking on the icon.
Will supplement the regular format of this
publication. This
is being done because so many of you access this
publication with smart
phones and other devices with small screens.
This site has finally
been fully uploaded. All links appear to be
properly working.
Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected. There
will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows. Including,
again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter
Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular
edition.
Hopefully, now, I can
finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is
exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden
to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant
webhosts. We'll see. With the
libertyinperil.com domain,
however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since
all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.
The pressure on Wells
Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation
of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for
criminal complaints to be filed against them.
On 9-22-15, Kingsland
Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts
because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her,
her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management
suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as
pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these
websites down.
Apparently, they have
successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer
Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer
Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big
to fail. Considers itself government.
For all practical purposes,
that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not
only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys.
Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable,
or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.
Immediately after closure
of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers
were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational
and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This
continues to date.
Worse, 'free' accounts
on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control
panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have
managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and
have done precisely that.
Will take a criminal investigation
to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely,
Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly,
unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard
to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose.
Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt
and abusive goons, however, can expect further
exposure in this publication.
Should you have information regarding this
or any other issue, contact
me. I will protect your identity.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.
Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.
The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?
Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Roy Busse, Realtor, Busse Real Estate, Horseshoe Bay, TX. A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.
This young woman has indeed been rewarded by
the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive
trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The process
to update those already informed of this fiasco has finally been completed.

The name of this publication was changed some fifteen years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade and a half. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.
-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.
Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity. On a rampage. Thus, you get what you truly deserve. Always. Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate. -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area. Ten years after originally intending to do so. Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.
This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.
... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.
The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem. No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked. It's time to stand up. Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight. Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb. From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain. Wake up. Grow a pair.
Still don't think that likely to happen. After all, you're bought and paid for. Owned. Not only by your government masters, but their masters. The corporate management suite. Your employers. Think not? Wake up. You're human chattel. Corporate-owned, bought and paid for. Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly, literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor. Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision. To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day. You have no control of your lives. You're owned. Forget? For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits. At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.
Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.
Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastardsknowwho you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.
Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded. Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy. Literally.
Tim Chorney
Cannot do it alone. Impossible. Not sustainable. This publication needs your financial and material support. Both. Time to step up.
Tim Chorney
JP2 Linda Ballard Recording
Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.
Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff. It is not. It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
