The following truncated email exchange with the corporate management suite of Iview US, regarding a highly defective Win 10 two-in-one tablet, is posted as a public service. The complete document can be found by clicking here. The problem with this machine goes far beyond catastrophic failure of the Li ion battery, however.

The tablet was purchased due to low power consumption, long battery running time. Kindly be advised, Windows 10 is a 64-bit system. The tablet platform is 32-bit. Iview failed to get out the bugs, consequently, the system had to be constantly rebooted. Worse, Win 10 cannot be prevented from calling home and automatically updating.

Could never get into the BIOS to run Linux off a flash drive, before ultimately permanently installing it to replace Windows. Instructions provided by Iview did not allow BIOS access even with a USB keyboard. Consequently, never used the tablet online. Didn't trust the lack of security.

Catastrophic battery failure as detailed in the following truncated email exchange, and Iview's egregious failure to take full responsibility for shipment of what is hazardous material, is precisely why the decision was made to take the loss, post the entire email exchange which can be found here.

From the substance of your response seems I would be legally responsible
should anything go wrong during shipment. That's unacceptable. This is
clearly a defective product. Should have been recalled for all the
reasons included in this long email exchange that occurred approximately
over the last year or so.

You have not indicated if in fact this device has been recalled. Had to
have been many others who have experienced what I have with this
machine. What you're suggesting as resolution is not acceptable. Will
take the loss.

Will post this entire email exchange in my publication as a public
service. Will also send this lengthy email to user groups. The public
needs to made aware of this product's serious defects.

    Accepting legal responsibility for shipping what the postal system or any

    The machine has indeed been extensively mechanically damaged by battery
    failure. Hard to believe the tablet is repairable. Why not avoid the
    entire hassle and risk of shipping a hazardous package by accepting in lieu
    photographs of the damage I can send Iview?

    You could either replace this product, which should long since been
    recalled, or refund the purchase price. Since I publish an investigative
    website that figuratively targets corrupt and abusive government officials,
    I am unwilling to risk shipping a catastrophically damaged product where I
    might be falsely accused of shipping hazardous material. Just isn't worth
    the risk.

When the battery is done inflating, then it is ok to ship. Please
secure it in packaging where it will not be tossed around.

        Took another look at the tablet after receiving your message. Don't
        think the machine is safe to ship. The battery has expanded and is
        now at least two inches thick at its widest point. -- Thought at
        first it was just a thermal runaway problem. Apparently, there is a
        chemical reaction still going on. Has done quite a bit of mechanical
        damage to the case and screen.

Rather than accept the advice of two surveyor companies, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, and even the Sheriff himself, you've inexplicably chosen to follow the advice of property owner Johnny Greene, -- who conveniently happens to be reportedly in the oil industry.

Question to be asked. Could you have received any 'consideration' in return, -- up to and including a bribe? Only way to know for sure is for the District Attorney to conduct a criminal investigation. Apparently, there has been none. If not, why not?

Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to this Kingsland property owner? To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.

Our achingly useless, worthless, gutless Sheriff has ignored an email vis a vis the damage this jackbooted thug is responsible for. Interestingly, his fellow officers believe him to be an idiot. Yet, the Sheriff continued to defend this piece of human excrement until he realized this entire fiasco would not be swept under the carpet.

Rodriguez is indeed an idiot. Would you believe this piece of crap ordered the motor home to be moved on to an unmarked unused Llano County road? That motor home has indeed been moved back to where it was parked before Rodriguez forced it to be moved. Why hasn't the County paid for the cost of moving it back? To say nothing of the damage.

Equally pointedly, why is it the County has allowed Theresa Ahrens to park and live in her tiny cottage on that very same road? Why hasn't she been evicted by the County? Why was she assessed taxes on an adjacent improvement she doesn't own?

Why is it, Counselor, Johnny Greene is paying for the attorney retained by Ms. Ahrens? Is Greene attempting to make this all go away by bribery? Greene has also informed Berardi he is going to sue. For what? Has Greene lost his mind?

What about Wells who installed a $4500 septic system on a lot turns out he does not own as a result of Greene, an outrageously inept County, to say nothing of the Llano County Attorney who remains equally determinedly clueless?

How about Bolen who hasn't a pot to piss in, but was nonetheless f--ked over by Greene to say nothing of an egregiously inept County, to say nothing of you and your goddamned equally incompetent office?

Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? One hundred two weeks, now. A goddamned disgrace. Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? One hundred two weeks. Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger. To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff? Those of your thugs? Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own? "Steinberg said he feels the "anguish" and "trauma" of both the family and the community."

"Friends and family are gathering for Stephon Clark's funeral at 2 p.m. ET Thursday in Sacramento, Calif. where Rev. Al Sharpton scheduled to deliver a eulogy. More protests are expected that day in a city that has experienced nearly two weeks of continuous unrest after the shooting of the 22-year-old Clark, an unarmed black man, by two police officers."

"Sharpton spoke to reporters before the funeral. "This is not local issue, but national issue. The life of this young man is not expendable. We cannot continue to have unarmed men be shot," he said in front of the church."

He's right. Outrageously, unacceptable. Must be pointed out as well, statistically, more unarmed innocent whites are killed than minorities by police.

"He added that the police officers, who turned off the audio on their body cameras minutes after the shooting, "hit the mute button like President Trump has been mute" on this issue."

"Protests have gripped Sacramento since the police shooting. Sacramento Mayor Darrell Steinberg, who previously said he would not "second guess" the officers who shot Clark but later called his death "just plain wrong," is struggling with keeping order and allowing the community to express outrage."

"I did not want mass arrests," he told Capital Public Radio on Wednesday, adding that if the police department had not shown such restraint in the past week the city "would have risked a full-scale riot."

"Stephon Clark was shot eight times by officers on March 18, and at least six of the bullets entered his back, an expert who conducted a second, independent autopsy said at a press conference Friday. Clark was unarmed when two officers killed him."

"The family's attorney, Ben Crump, on Friday released results of the independent autopsy, which he said contradicts the police narrative of the shooting. The autopsy was conducted this week by former San Joaquin County forensic pathologist Dr. Bennet Omalu. The Sacramento County coroner has not released details of its autopsy."

Why not? Because the first autopsy doesn't confirm the story told by the criminal jackbooted bastards who murdered Clark?

"Omalu said he found a total of eight gunshot wounds on Clark's body. Six of the bullets entered in his back, Omalu said. The seventh gunshot wound was slightly to the side of his body but towards the back, according to Omalu. "You can reasonably conclude he received seven gunshot wounds from his back," Omalu said."

"He was also shot in the neck and thigh, Omalu said. He said the gunshot wound to the leg happened when Clark was either falling to or on the ground. Each one of the bullets could have been fatal, Omalu said. Omalu also said Clark's death was "not instantaneous," and would have taken about three to 10 minutes. Clark received injuries to his aorta and suffered "massive bleeding," Omalu said. The bullets struck his lungs and vertebrae, Omalu said. He said his findings indicate Clark was not facing the officers when he was shot. "During the entire interaction, he had his back to the officers, not his front," Omalu said."

Again, what does that tell you? Anything at all? Worse, the jackbooted murderers failed to render aid. No problem with this?

"Calls for justice and charges against two police officers who fatally shot an unarmed black man aren't abating in California's capital city after an autopsy showed Stephon Clark was shot in the back, a counter to the department's statement that he was approaching officers when he was killed. "His back was turned -- he didn't get a chance," said Latarria McCain, who joined several hundred people protesting downtown Friday, a larger crowd than those at three previous protests."

"Earlier, the famed pathologist Dr. Bennet Omalu announced Clark was hit by eight bullets -- seven times from behind -- and took three to 10 minutes to die. "The proposition that has been presented that he was assailing the officers, meaning he was facing the officers, is inconsistent with the prevailing forensic evidence," Omalu said at a news conference with family attorney Benjamin Crump. He said it was not clear if Clark would have survived had he gotten immediate medical attention."

"Sacramento police responded with a brief statement that said the department had not yet received an official autopsy report from the Sacramento County coroner's office. It said the coroner's death investigation is independent from the investigation being conducted by police and the state Department of Justice."

"A day after the shooting, police distributed a press release that said the officers who shot Clark "saw the suspect facing them, advance forward with his arms extended, and holding an object in his hands."

What does this tell you? Anything at all? Don't think the bastards lied? To cover their asses.

"Several state lawmakers and the family of a 22-year-old unarmed black man fatally shot by police are proposing Tuesday that California become the first state to significantly restrict when officers can open fire."

"The proposed legislation would change the current "reasonable force" rule to a "necessary force" standard."

"That means officers would be allowed to shoot only if "there were no other reasonable alternatives to the use of deadly force" to prevent imminent serious injury or death, said American Civil Liberties Union legislative advocate Lizzie Buchen, whose organization is among the groups behind the bill."

Ferociously pointedly, and once again, why hasn't that always been the standard? "Reasonable force" has been egregiously bastardized to mean 'shoot first, ask questions later.'

"The goal is to encourage officers to try to defuse confrontations or use less-lethal weapons, said Terry Schanz, a spokesman for Assemblyman Kevin McCarty of Sacramento. McCarty is co-authoring the bill with fellow Democratic Assemblywoman Shirley Weber of San Diego."

Isn't that what officers are trained to do as rookies? Minimum force necessary. If not, why not? Makes no sense.

"Leslie McGill, executive director of the California Police Chiefs Association, and Cory Salzillo, a lobbyist for the California State Sheriffs' Association, said they hadn't seen the proposed bill and couldn't comment."

"California's current standard, set in law and by court decisions, means it is rare for police officers to be charged following a shooting and rarer still for them to be convicted. Frequently it's because of the doctrine of reasonable fear: If prosecutors or jurors believe that officers have a reason to fear for their safety, they can use force up to and including lethal force."

Precisely the problem. 'Shoot first, ask questions later.' Abject gutlessness, resulting in unnecessary murders of innocent unarmed civilians.

"That standard "gives very broad discretion for using deadly force," said Buchen. "It doesn't mean there has to have been a threat. If a reasonable officer could have perceived a threat and responded with deadly force, then it's legal."

"The proposed standard could require officers to delay confronting a suspect they fear may be armed until backup arrives, for instance, or to give explicit verbal warnings that the suspect will be killed unless he or she drops the weapon, she said. Officers might also have to first engage in de-escalation techniques or try non-lethal weapons if possible before shooting."

Again, isn't that precisely what they're supposedly trained to do as rookies? Minimum force necessary.

"The proposed bill would also make it clear that the use of deadly force wouldn't be justified if the officer's gross negligence contributed to making the force "necessary." It would open officers who don't follow the stricter rules to discipline or firing, or sometimes to criminal charges."

"The ACLU says California would be the first state to adopt such a standard, though some other law enforcement agencies including San Francisco have similar or even more restrictive rules."

Such a standard needs to be set nationwide. Accompanied by a new federal agency whose sole function would be to criminally investigate, arrest, charge, and prosecute officers, prosecutors, and judges in a special court mandated to adjudicate such cases. Total independence. Sovereign immunity statutes need to be revised, standardized across the nation to rein in out of control government officials determined to abuse authority.

"My family is separated," he said. His 3-year-old son is a U.S. citizen, but since his older sister and mother are not, all three are stuck."

Palestinians are heroically fighting back as best they can. Israel and its benefactor, the United States, remain on the wrong side of history. Eventually, the American public will wake up to this great evil. Withdraw financial and military support to this aggressor. When that happens, there will indeed be a day of reckoning.

... As the region unites, converges to fight the aggressor. -- An aggressor that would likely use its nuclear weapons stockpile in a desperate final effort to take the entire region down with it. To think all this could have been avoided had Israel chosen to make peace, withdrew to its pre-1967 borders. Found a way to allow right of return to those displaced in 1948.

Come to some kind of reasonable accommodation with its Arab neighbors. Realized the region is indeed heart and center of three of the world's great religions, -- Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. Instead, stupidly chose to behave remarkably reminiscent of its German Nazi oppressors circa 1933.

"A judicial board accused a New Jersey judge of violating rules of conduct when he asked a woman during a court hearing if she tried closing her legs to prevent an alleged sexual assault. State Superior Court Judge John Russo made the comment during a 2016 hearing on a restraining order the woman was seeking against a man she accused of forcing her to have sex."

"According to a transcript contained in the complaint, when the woman described her encounter with the man, Russo asked her, "Do you know how to stop somebody from having intercourse with you?" When the woman answered affirmatively and said one method would be to run away, Russo continued, "Close your legs? Call the police? Did you do any of those things?"

"The complaint filed this week alleged Russo "mistreated the victim." The panel also accused him of other instances of violating rules on judicial conduct, including ruling on an alimony case in which Russo acknowledged he knew both parties."

"Michigan State University spent more than $500,000 to keep tabs on the online activities of former Olympic gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar's victims and journalists covering the case, according to the Lansing State Journal. The public-relations company Weber Shandwick billed the university $517,343 for more than 1,440 hours of work tracking social media in the month of January, the Journal reports. Michigan State's Office of Communication and Brand Strategy monitored social media and news media activity involving the Nassar case previously and concurrently with Weber Shandwick, the newspaper notes. "The firm billed for work done by 18 different employees, whose hourly rates ranged from $200 to $600 per hour," the Journal writes. "Five of those employees billed MSU for more than $50,000, including one who billed for $96,900 and another who billed for $120,893."

"Treading into ethically and legally uncertain territory, a New York end-of-life agency has approved a new document that lets people stipulate in advance that they don't want food or water if they develop severe dementia. The directive, finalized this month by the board for End Of Life Choices New York, aims to provide patients a way to hasten death in late-stage dementia, if they choose."

This issue is far, far different than controversial doctor-assisted suicide. In the latter, a mentally competent person, suffering from a terminal disease, can receive a prescription for medication that will allow him or her to end life. The physician can in no way administer the drug. Has to be done by the terminally ill person himself or herself.

Someone suffering from dementia does not have the wherewithal to do so. Comfortable with this new end of life directive? What if you were that person? Would you wish to be kept alive under such circumstances? Yet, hard to believe denying even the demented food and water would not result in considerable pain and suffering.

Any viable solution to this problem? Certainly, wouldn't want healthcare professionals to euthanize. Think such power wouldn't be abused?

"The document offers two options. One option is a request for "comfort feeding" — providing oral food and water if a patient appears to enjoy or allows it during the final stages of the disease. Another alternative would halt all assisted eating and drinking, even if a patient seems willing to accept it."

"Supporters say it's the strongest effort to date to allow people who want to avoid the ravages of advanced dementia to make their final wishes known — while they still have the ability to do so. "They do not want their dying prolonged," says Judith Schwarz, who drafted the document as clinical director for the advocacy group. "This is an informed and thoughtful choice that needs a great deal of reflection and discussion."

Think that sufficient? How do you ensure it's not abused? By family or providers that could have financial motives. Great deal of thought needs to occur before implementation of this new approach.

"But critics say it's a disturbing effort to allow withdrawal of basic sustenance from the most vulnerable in society. "I think oral feeding is basic care," says Richard Doerflinger, an associate scholar with the Charlotte Lozier Institute, which opposes abortion and euthanasia. "It's what they want here and now that matters. If they start taking food, you give them food."

"Advance directives are legally recognized documents that specify care if a person is incapacitated. They can confirm that a patient doesn't want to be resuscitated or kept on mechanical life support, such as a ventilator or feeding tube, if they have a terminal condition from which they're not likely to recover."

"However, the documents typically say nothing about withdrawing hand-feeding of food or fluids. The New York directive, in contrast, offers option A, which allows refusal of all oral assisted-feeding. Option B permits comfort-focused feeding."

"The options would be invoked only when a patient is diagnosed with moderate or severe dementia, defined as Stages 6 or 7 of a widely used test known as the Functional Assessment Staging Tool (FAST). At those stages, patients would be unable to feed themselves or make health care decisions."

Think protections against abuse sufficient? More important, sufficiently thought out? Comfortable with this?

"The new form goes further than a similar dementia directive introduced last year by another group that supports aid-in-dying, End of Life Washington. That document says that a person with dementia who accepts food or drink should receive oral nourishment until he or she is unwilling or unable to do so. The New York document says, "My instructions are that I do NOT want to be fed by hand, even if I appear to cooperate in being fed by opening my mouth."

"Whether the new directive will be honored in New York — or anywhere else — is unclear. Legal scholars and ethicists say directives to withdraw oral assisted-feeding are prohibited in several states. Many care facilities are unlikely to cooperate, says Thaddeus Pope, director of the Health Law Institute at Hamline University in St. Paul, Minn., and an expert on end-of-life law. Doctors have a duty to honor patient wishes, but they can refuse if they have medical or moral qualms."

"Even solidly legal advance directives do not and cannot ensure that wishes are respected," Pope writes in an email. "They can only 'help assure' that." Directors at End of Life Choices New York consider the document "legally sturdy," Schwarz writes, adding: "Of course it's going to end up in court."

Hard to believe this issue will ever be satisfactorily resolved. Many only hope death comes before the above becomes an issue.

and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity. Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these

the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells
Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue interference with the webhosts.

Welcome. Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers. Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right. During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at

publication. This is being done because so many of you access this

This site has finally been fully uploaded. All links appear to be
properly working. Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected. There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows. Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts. We'll see. With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Wendy Taylor, President, Aquaboom Parks Development and Community Outreach Corporation, Kingsland, TX. A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some fifteen years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
