The County Attorney appears to be protecting and defending the deputy at behest of Kingsland property owner Johnny Greene. May have received some consideration from Greene up to and including a bribe. Are the County Attorney, Greene, and the Deputy under criminal investigation? If not, why not?

How is it two surveyor companies, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, even the goddamned Sheriff himself now states Kingsland resident James Berardi owns the lots in contention all these months?

Yet, you ludicrously assert that's not the County's legal position. It's not? Why not? You claim you're not a real estate expert. Rather than accept the advice of two surveyor companies, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, and even the Sheriff himself, you've inexplicably chosen to follow the advice of property owner Johnny Greene, -- who conveniently happens to be reportedly in the oil industry.

Question to be asked. Could you have received any 'consideration' in return, -- up to and including a bribe? Only way to know for sure is for the District Attorney to conduct a criminal investigation. Apparently, there has been none. If not, why not?

Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to this Kingsland property owner? To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.

Our achingly useless, worthless, gutless Sheriff has ignored an email vis a vis the damage this jackbooted thug is responsible for. Interestingly, his fellow officers believe him to be an idiot. Yet, the Sheriff continued to defend this piece of human excrement until he realized this entire fiasco would not be swept under the carpet.

Rodriguez is indeed an idiot. Would you believe this piece of crap ordered the motor home to be moved on to an unmarked unused Llano County road? That motor home has indeed been moved back to where it was parked before Rodriguez forced it to be moved. Why hasn't the County paid for the cost of moving it back? To say nothing of the damage.

Equally pointedly, why is it the County has allowed Theresa Ahrens to park and live in her tiny cottage on that very same road? Why hasn't she been evicted by the County? Why was she assessed taxes on an adjacent improvement she doesn't own?

Why is it, Counselor, Johnny Greene is paying for the attorney retained by Ms. Ahrens? Is Greene attempting to make this all go away by bribery? Greene has also informed Berardi he is going to sue. For what? Has Greene lost his mind?

What about Wells who installed a $4500 septic system on a lot turns out he does not own as a result of Greene, an outrageously inept County, to say nothing of the Llano County Attorney who remains equally determinedly clueless?

How about Bolen who hasn't a pot to piss in, but was nonetheless f--ked over by Greene to say nothing of an egregiously inept County, to say nothing of you and your goddamned equally incompetent office?

None of this is going away, Counselor, -- any time soon. Will not be swept under the carpet as all the other crap going on in this hell hole County. Not a chance. Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? Ninety-nine weeks, now. A goddamned disgrace. Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? Ninety-nine weeks. Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger. To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff? Those of your thugs? The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down. You don't understand that, Sheriff? Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one. Including taxpayers. Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot. The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt. Think not? Wake up. Your credibility has tanked. It's time the public be fully informed. -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County. If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone. ... Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" Madam County Attorney?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why. This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet. Ignored. Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why? Yet, surprise, surprise. As Rush is being restrained on the ground, Hickman punches him in the head several times, shoots him with a stun gun and chokes him. "I can't breathe! I can't breathe!" Rush repeatedly yells. "Help! Help!" Later in the video, Hickman speaks with another officer. "I beat the s--- out of his head," Hickman says. "Not gonna lie about that."

"The body camera video published online by the Citizen-Times begins as Hickman and an officer in training decide to get out of the car and talk to Rush. They say in the video that they had just warned him not to jaywalk.
"You ain't got nothing better to do besides mess with me, and I'm trying to go home," Rush says. "I just got off of work, man. I'm tired."
The officer in training says he saw Rush fail to use a crosswalk four times in a row.
"I was polite with you and asked you, use the crosswalk. I know what you're doing man," the officer in training says. "You think I'm a punk. Guess what, I'm not. I don't think you're a punk either."
The officer in training says he can either arrest Rush or write him a ticket. After more words are exchanged, the officer in training begins to write a ticket.
"Ya'll ain't got s--- better to do besides harass somebody about f---ing walking," Rush says.
Hickman then tells Rush to put his hands behind his back. As the officers approach, Rush flees.
The officers catch up to him and tackle him to the ground. They order him to put his hands behind his back, and he says he can't.
"I can't breathe! I can't breathe!"
Hickman picks up his stun gun and shoots Rush on the ground, who screams in pain. The video shows Hickman putting his left hand around Rush's throat and ordering him to put his hands behind his back.
"I can't!" Rush says.
'I beat the s--- out of his head'
Other officers arrive on the scene, and Rush is handcuffed on the ground.
"All this over you getting a ticket? Now it's serious, bro," Hickman says.
Hickman then begins yelling at Rush and asks him, "What's wrong with you?"
"Stop yelling at me," Rush says.
"Well, then get up and we'll put you in a car, tough boy," Hickman says.
Officers help Rush up, the video shows, and as Hickman moves him over to his patrol car, he pushes Rush's head down.
"Stop, man, you ain't got to do all of that," Rush says.
"Don't look at me with your spitty, blood face," Hickman responds.
"Yeah, because you've been hitting me in my face," Rush says.
"Yeah, you're right," Hickman says.
"So that give you the right to punch me in my face?" Rush says.
"Unfortunately, it is," officer says.
Later, Hickman speaks with a supervisor on the scene about what happened. The city manager identified the person as a supervisor.
"He started throwing a fit on the sidewalk. I told him to get his hands behind his back, and it was on from there. (He) ran, laughing, saying 'f--- you,' 'can't wait til you catch me.' So we caught him," Hickman says.
"Then he wanted to fight. Tried to drag the Taser out of my hand, and then I just went on his f---ing head. I beat the s--- out of his head. Not gonna lie about that."
The supervisor tasked with reviewing cases of use of force failed to forward any information or notes from Hickman or Rush and did not review the body camera footage, according to the City Council timeline. That supervisor was disciplined and ordered to undergo more training."

"A New Mexico police officer with a history of being reprimanded for on-duty crashes filed a lawsuit against a woman whose 6-year-old son was killed when the officer slammed into their vehicle while speeding to a crime in progress."

"Jonathan McDonnell of the Albuquerque Police Department filed the civil suit against Antoinette Suina, charging she "failed to yield to an emergency vehicle" when she turned in front of his speeding patrol car in 2017."

"McDonnell's suit counters one Suina filed in January against him and the city of Albuquerque, charging the officer's "deliberate, intentional, and/or reckless" conduct led to the crash that killed her boy and left her and her 9-year-old daughter, Adriana, severely injured. "Having killed Ms. Suina's son, it's somewhat offensive that he would turn around and sue her and heap more tragedy on this family," the mother's lawyer, Geoffrey Romero, told ABC News Thursday. "In effect, it's blaming her for the death of her son."

When was the last time a criminal jackbooted bastard in blue took personal responsibility for anything, especially an egregious f--kup? When?

"Following the wreck, the Albuquerque Police Department released to the Albuquerque Journal newspaper a list of five on-duty crashes and one unauthorized pursuit McDonnell had been involved in since 2009 in which he was reprimanded. He was suspended in three of the incidents, according to the report."

"A Bernalillo County sheriff's deputy who investigated the crash wrote in a report, obtained by ABC News, that McDonnell was going 67 miles per hour when he hit Suina's SUV. The deputy noted that "the design of the roadway and intersection makes it hard to see oncoming vehicles in both directions when there are vehicles in the turn bays to proceed east and west." The deputy, according to the report, concluded, “It is my opinion that Officer McDonnell was operating his vehicle at a speed too fast for conditions at the time, however, Officer McDonnell was authorized to operate his vehicle in an emergency response." Due to "multiple factors involved" in the crash, the deputy wrote, "I do not feel charges are warranted at this time for either driver."

"Romero said McDonnell entered a busy intersection at such a high rate of speed Suina did not see his patrol vehicle or hear a siren until he slammed into the passenger side of her sport utility vehicle as she made a left turn in front of him. But in his countersuit, filed on Friday in the Second Judicial District Court in Albuquerque, McDonnell claims he entered the intersection with his "emergency lights and sirens fully engaged."

Surveillance video of the crash obtained by ABC station KOAT-TV in Albuquerque shows McDonnell's patrol car heading north on a busy six-lane road and plowing into the passenger side of Suina's SUV turning in front of him, sending the vehicle spinning out of control and into a light pole."

"Bevard County Deputy Nicholas Worthy and his live-in girlfriend, Rachel Trexler, were arrested Thursday after police searched the Rockledge property where they lived with their 2-year-old child and three dogs. "The house was in complete disarray. There was dog feces all over the house, there were firearms, ammunition, other types of trash and food," said Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey. "Also found was a small amount of drugs that was inside the home and inside a vehicle."

Cops don't do drugs, do they? ... Right, Sheriff? That why you won't release results of all drug testing of your criminal jackbooted bastards in black, Bill? Word has it you don't drug test on a regular basis anyway. That right, Sheriff? 'Personal matters,' you claim? Conveniently, forget? Taxpayers are looted to pay your salaries and perqs, Bill. "The child was taken by the Florida Department of Children and Families and the trio of dogs are now being looked after by Brevard County Animal Services. Ivey said officials were called to the home Wednesday night after a neighbor reported hearing gunshots. Police failed to make contact with the officer and returned the next morning with a search warrant."

Had it been anyone other than an officer, think arriving officers would have waited until the next day to return with a warrant? Truly believe that?

"After they forcibly entered the home, police found the conditions inside “absolutely disgusting” and “deplorable,” Ivey said, according to FOX35. He added evidence was found consistent with the gunshots that were reported. "I can't tell you how absolutely disgusted I am over someone who worked for our agency that would live in those conditions and would certainly subject the child to those conditions," Ivey said. "There are 1,500 members of this agency that get it done right every day, out protecting our community and representing our agency, and to have somebody do this is unacceptable to me, and quite frankly, unacceptable to our profession.”

The organization gave him their “Law Enforcement Officer of the Year” award in 2016 for his response to two incidents the year before."

"In February 2015, they said he and two other deputies broke a bedroom window at a burning home in Cocoa and carried a resident to safety. “After a full inspection, it was found that the fire was arson set with the intentions of trapping the occupant inside,” the Florida Sheriffs Association said. “Without the heroic actions of Worthy and his colleagues, the victim certainly would not have survived.”

"A month later, Worthy responded to the same area and took out an “individual who was shooting into houses, randomly going through a neighborhood and shooting into houses,” Ivey said. “As he arrived on scene, the individual turned on him, started firing on him,” FOX35 quoted Ivey as saying at the time. “He was forced to use lethal return fire to eliminate the threat.” “It is clear to tell that whether serving Brevard County or our Nation at large, Nicholas Worthy is one of the few who are willing to run toward danger instead of away,” the Florida Sheriffs Association said when Worthy was given the honor."

Yet, this guy clearly had severe problems that went undiscovered, unaddressed. We, as a society, have to do better.

Officers responded to Fisher's Crownsville home where they found Fisher, 54, with apparent stab wounds and David Raynor, an FBI Baltimore field office employee, with apparent stab wounds and a self-inflicted gunshot wound, police said. Fisher and Raynor, 52, were declared dead at the scene, police said."

"The city’s police oversight agency found that officer Robert Rialmo unjustifiably shot and killed 19-year-old Quintonio LeGrier and his 55-year-old neighbor Bettie Jones on Dec. 26, 2015, according to documents originally obtained by The Chicago Tribune. Police answered a 911 call about a disturbance at LeGrier’s father’s house where the teen was staying over Christmas break from Northern Illinois University. LeGrier was suffering from mental health problems and had run-ins with the police before, records show."

"Jones, who lived downstairs from LeGrier’s father, answered the door and pointed the officers to the second floor. LeGrier, armed with a baseball bat, came down the stairs and Rialmo fired eight times, hitting LeGrier six times and Jones once, according to an analysis released last year by the office of Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx."

"Foxx did not charge Rialmo in the incident, but the police oversight agency’s findings cast doubt on Rialmo’s version of events."

"Cook County Circuit Judge James O’Hara ordered both Emanuel and Johnson to give depositions in the coming weeks. Johnson’s is scheduled for March 15, but Emanuel’s is yet to be scheduled."

"Emanuel has previously apologized to LeGrier’s father for an unsuccessful attempt by the city to sue his son’s estate which would have shifted some of the financial liability for the death of Jones onto LeGrier’s estate, according to The Tribune."

"A woman who once oversaw the youthful offenders program at a Texas prison in Brazoria alleges that “a culture of cover up” exists at the state’s Department of Criminal Justice, or TDCJ. The would-be whistleblower told Lauren McGaughy of the Dallas Morning News that Texas teens who are placed in the program are in danger, because of a cycle of abuse. The concerns detailed by former program supervisor Dominique Mitchell have been ignored and reporting of incidents discouraged, according to Mitchell."

"McGaughy says Mitchell supervised a small program for teen inmates, which was housed in an adult prison. The young people have now been moved to a different prison. “It’s kind of unique,” McGaughy says. “In Texas, you can be as young as 14 and a judge can certify you as an adult, and you can go to adult prison, depending on your crime.”

The video of the woman being apprehended by Customs and Border Protection agents in National City near San Diego was posted to Facebook Thursday morning, CBS Los Angeles reported."

"An indictment filed Wednesday in Tucson said De la Garza lied about his citizenship in October during a background check update tied to his job. The 37-year-old officer also is accused of making false statements about his birth country last year when he sought a U.S. passport. The agency hired him in April 2012, spokeswoman Teresa Small confirmed in an email Friday. She did not provide further comment."

"Cosme Lopez, a spokesman for the U.S. attorney's office, declined to comment on how the officer's true citizenship had been missed when he was hired. Both Attorney General Jeff Sessions and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Deputy Director Thomas Homan had said more than 800 illegal immigrants had managed to avoid capture after the Oakland mayor tipped the community off about ICE’s actions. Mr. Sessions said the 800 were criminals. But James Schwab, an ICE spokesman who quit in the wake of the flap, told the San Francisco Chronicle those numbers were inaccurate and he lost a fight to tamp down on the wrong information. “We were never going to pick up that many people. To say that 100 percent are dangerous criminals on the street, or that those people weren’t picked up because of the misguided actions of the mayor, is just wrong,” he told the paper."

"I didn't feel like fabricating the truth to defend ourselves against [the mayor's] actions was the way to go about it," Schwab told the Chronicle. "We were never going to pick up that many people. In his attack on Schaaf, Trump said 85 percent of the targeted immigrants had criminal records. But when KQED asked ICE to explain why the targeted people had been classified as threats to public safety, a spokeswoman cited only five, of the 864, who had been convicted of serious crimes.

"Of the 232 people arrested, ICE stated that 115, or just under half, had 'prior felony convictions for serious and violent offenses' or past convictions for 'significant or multiple misdemeanors.' The other half had no criminal history.

"When asked to specify how many arrestees were felons, spokeswoman Danielle Bennett would only respond, 'all of those arrested were arrested for being in violation of immigration law.' "

But, when he brought his concerns to ICE, he said they told him to direct reporters to statements ICE or Homan had already made — to “deflect to previous statements,” as he put it. “It’s the job of a public affairs officer to offer transparency for the agency you work for,” Schwab told the Chronicle. “I felt like we weren’t doing that. I’ve never been in a situation when I’ve been asked to ignore the facts because it was more convenient.”

Asked Tuesday about the accusation, Goldstein “I spoke for the secretary of state. That was part of my role as the undersecretary.”

"After Kelly told him he was being let go, Tillerson asked that Trump hold off on announcing the news until he had returned to the United States, and Kelly agreed, one White House official said. Tillerson’s firing was first reported Tuesday morning by The Washington Post and minutes later in a tweet by Trump."

"Trump told reporters that he had been considering removing Tillerson for “a long time.”

“I actually got along well with Rex but really it was a different mind-set, a different thinking,” Trump said Tuesday as he departed the White House for a trip to California. “When you look at the Iran deal, I think it’s terrible. I guess he thought it was OK ... So we were not really thinking the same. With Mike, Mike Pompeo, we have a very similar thought process. I think it’s going to go very well.”

I look forward to supporting her nomination, ensuring its consideration without delay.”

The exchange shows an Oct. 26, 2016 email from an employee of First Republic Bank, which confirms that "the funds have been deposited into your checking account," and she addressed the email to Cohen's Trump Organization email."

Cohen had, at that point already missed two deadlines to pay Clifford because he hadn't been able to reach Mr. Trump, the Wall Street Journal reported earlier this week."

There is also more correspondence that has not been released yet which shows Cohen's use of his Trump Organization email address to negotiate the hush money payment to Clifford."

While the woman was released Tuesday from a San Diego detention center, the girl remains in the facility 2,000 miles away."

"Immigrant advocates say the mother and daughter's case is emblematic of the approach taken by President Trump's administration. The lawsuit, which asks a judge to declare family separation unlawful, says "hundreds of families" have been split by immigration authorities."

"The lawsuit also raises the case of a Brazilian woman who the ACLU says was separated from her 14-year-old son after they sought asylum in August. The ACLU says the woman was given a roughly 25-day jail sentence for illegally entering the country and then placed in immigration detention facilities in West Texas, while her son was taken to a Chicago facility."

But the White House response, which arrived eight days past Gowdy's deadline, doesn't address those questions and instead points to a Feb. 16 memo from chief of staff John Kelly discussing ways to improve the security clearance process."

Called stonewalling. Congressional oversight of the Executive Branch is a legitimate function of Congress. A check and balance.

"Questions about how the White House handles security clearances and why it had so many top aides operating with interim clearances arose from the sudden forced resignation of former staff secretary Rob Porter in early February. Porter's two ex-wives accused him of domestic abuse during background check interviews, but he was able to continue working at the White House on an interim clearance for months. Porter was forced out only after those allegations, including photos of his first wife with a black eye, went public. Porter has denied the allegations made by his ex-wives."

and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of

Welcome. Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers. Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right. During the last several weeks

This site has finally been fully uploaded. All links appear to be
properly working. Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected. There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows. Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts. We'll see. With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Ben Castillo, Castillo Insurance Associates, Horseshoe Bay, TX. A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some fifteen years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
