Brother dearest.  ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro?  A little antsy?  Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are?  Patience.  All in good time, good buddy.  When I'm damned good and ready.  Timing just right.  After all, a son of a bitch who's stolen his father's estate needs to be fully exposed publicly for whom and what he is, don't you think?  Indeed, a public service for your neighbors, professional associates, family, and friends, etc..

Conveniently, forget?  Others need to protect themselves against a fraud who masquerades as both a teacher and a counselor, no?  -- How the hell did you ever pass an MMPI some forty years ago to get hired?  You're not stable.  Have not been.  ... Must have really been pissed off at the old man to rip off an estate, no?  How much did you steal while he was alive and supposedly under your care?

How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died?  How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago?  How much?  Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch?  Her cohorts?  Your law enforcement shysters?  While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

... Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you.  Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died?  Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year?  Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it.  Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her?  -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life?  She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised.   Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned.  Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Will be different for you, Bro.  While you've bought off authorities, you will be publicly exposed.  In great detail.  In good time.  When I'm damned good and ready.  When exposure will do the maximum figurative damage to your goddamned sordid reputation.  -- Just the truth, brother dearest, however.  Just the truth.

Irony of ironies?  When the thieving son of a bitch died, and our mother was finally informed he had passed, she cried for her brother, -- the bastard thief who stole from her mother.  Sad, isn't it?  Too bad she's not still alive to see you publicly exposed for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you, yourself, truly are.  As was he.  Not in a court of law you've bought off, however.  Right here.

In good time.  Again, when I'm damned good and ready.  Employing the very same tactics used against Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo.  -- On steroids, however, since all dirty family laundry will be aired.  All of it.  No threat.  A promise.  Emails sent to your neighbors, friends, professional associates, businesses you deal with.  Although an enormous amount of work, all doable courtesy of the Internet.  Despite being some 1,800 miles away.  -- Small world, isn't it, Bro?  Enjoy the stolen loot, you son of a bitch.  Forget?  It's all you have.

Brother dearest.  Save all the check stubs from the old man's accounts?  Fraudulently sign any of them yourself?  Think this material couldn't be obtained from the banks either through discovery or a criminal investigation?  Still own the house on Condict Rd.?   Any other properties besides this one and the old man's you stole with the help of your shyster bastard? Be interesting to see how far your assets extend and where.  Think all that information isn't accessible?  That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete?  But an extensive background check as well?  Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates?  Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong?  How about both universities?  Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception?  Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU?  That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability?  Is that why you wound up looting the old man?  Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible?  Think this will end any time soon?  That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch?  We're just getting started, Bro.  Just getting started.

Don't like it?  Tough shit.  Sue me you thieving son of a bitch.  Would use discovery to learn and post on this website all there is to know about you, your activities, predilections, business 'deals,' as well as all your financial transactions, etc..  All of it.  Would certainly avoid the expense of an extensive background check on you, thieving brother dearest.

Even if you were successful in court, there is nothing for you to take, this remains, as well, a homesteading state where minimal assets are protected anyway.  This site is hosted in an overseas country that doesn't particularly like government intrusion, remains not prone to cooperate.  Besides, can always upload to another webhost in still yet another country.  The possibilities are endless, Bro.  Just takes willingness, effort, unshakable determination.

Even if I lost it all would be more than worth it to expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.  Even if you bribed a goddamned nazi 'judge' to remove posted material, would not cooperate and be more than willing to rot in jail.  Would certainly keep reposting it all no matter the cost and/or personal consequences every time it was taken down.  Forget, you thieving son of a bitch?  I never ever give up.

Since all I seek is your exposure for the thief you truly are, would all be worth it.  For the sake of principle.  All the work, financial cost, as well as the time I am about to dedicate to this effort, you deceptive, unstable, sick, thieving son of a bitch.  Unlike you, I live on principle and have absolutely nothing to lose.  You do.  Will certainly take great pleasure and satisfaction in doing all I can to publicly expose you for whom and what you are.

To say nothing of placing enormous pressure on prosecutors you and your equally corrupt shyster son of a bitch apparently bribed.  Don't like it?  Again, tough shit. Chew harder.  The public needs to know to protect itself.  From you and your shyster bastard.  People who live and travel in your circles as well.  Including his.  As a thief, you and he can't be trusted by anyone.  You'll determinedly f--k them.

More than willing to provide this truly public service.  People certainly need to know whom and what you are.  What you have sadly become.  You certainly weren't brought up to be a thieving son of a bitch.  What happened?  Where did you lose yourself, Bro?  -- Never mind.  ... Truly doesn't matter.  Only your exposure.

TC 4-22-16

Hey, Bro?  Remember me?  How soon they conveniently forget.  ... Half asleep? -- Out to lunch?  ... In your own perverse little world?  That of a criminal?  Wake up.  Conveniently, gutlessly forget?  Insanely believe you're someway, somehow off the hook?  Think again.  We're not done.  You remain a thief who will be exposed for whom and what your are.  What you certainly have become.  No question about that.  Patience, you thieving son of a bitch.  Exposure is coming.  Promise.

Think I don't have time?  Truly believe the ongoing Presidential fiasco ends no matter who wins?  The murderous decay in law enforcement gets resolved any time soon?  Criminal Wells Fargo employees from local Kingsland bank manager Amanda S. Wright right up to and including CEO John Stumpf get prosecuted in the near future despite egregious criminal activity?  Wouldn't hold my breath, would you?

Think I don't have time to handle all this and your public exposure for the estate-stealing criminal son of a bitch you've truly become?  How could you steal from the old bastard, you incredibly sad sack of shit?  Certainly weren't brought up to be a thief.  What happened to you?  Where'd you lose yourself?

No question, 2017 will be a most remarkable, defining year for you, Bro.  Public exposure for the thieving piece of shit you've sadly become.  It's on the way. Promise.  Hope you sue.  Nothing for you to take.  Tough, isn't it?  Certainly, makes me judgment proof.  Will certainly, as well, take advantage of discovery.  Publish every detail I can get my hands on.  No matter the consequences.  Only consideration?  Prime directive?  Your exposure for whom and what you are.

Readers?  This not-so-brotherly piece of shit stole from our father.  Manipulated the old man to line his pockets.  Just like our uncle on my mother's side of the family did to my grandmother.  Runs in the family.  Our family.   ... Right, Bro?  This game now gets played my way, -- not yours, you son of a bitch.  That is, no more U.S. Mail tag.

Anything sent by mail will be refused, returned unopened.  Want contact?  Email.  libertyinperil@riseup.net.  Quick.  Easy.  Better yet?  A digital record.  Permanent.  Easily accessible.  Easily uploaded to this site when and if it becomes necessary.  The shyster bastard you hired to steal the estate shouldn't expect escape, either, from public exposure as the thieving piece of shit he, like you, truly both are.  Unscrupulous thieves.

Sincerely hope that piece of crap sues as well.  Nothing to take.  Discovery again would be published no matter the personal cost.  Nothing quite like public exposure, is there?  Especially, when it is nothing but the truth and there is absolutely nothing to lose exposing two pieces of criminal shit for whom and what they are.  Two pieces of gutless human excrement who looted an old man.  ... Right, Bro?

There is no better disinfectant than sunlight, readers.  Glaring sunlight.  Dazzling brilliance.  Amazing how the roaches run for cover.  Equally pointedly, how vermin on two legs manage to so easily prey on the elderly courtesy of the out of control fascist police-state we now live in.  While there'll never be any justice vis a vis this theft, there will be exposure to the brilliant light of day for both criminal perpetrators.  Count on it, you not-so-brotherly criminal son of a bitch.

TC 10-7-16

Hey, Bro?  Hear of Old Sturbridge Village?  Haven't?  ... Not lying, are you, you thieving son of a bitch?  You and your long-term companion EC conspire, bequeath some of the old man's loot to this museum?  An achingly stingy gift of $250-$499, -- considering the size of the estate?  The CEO and Board have any idea you stole it?  Think they'd care?  -- Just getting started, dearest, dearest Bro.  ... Delusionally believe I haven't more than enough time, resources, determination to expose you for the thieving piece of crap you truly are?  ... Under $500 back in 2013?  Remarkably parsimonious with stolen money aren't you?   What does it feel like to have gutlessly ripped off an incompetent old man?  -- Dear old Dad.  Certainly, look forward to digging much deeper into how you and your shyster lawyer managed to bamboozle and loot the old bastard.  Back in the day, certainly wouldn't have fallen for your bullshit.  Would have kicked your worthless, thieving ass out the door.  Intend to expose it to the light of day.  Indeed, a public service. Seatbelts on, you thieving son of a bitch. Tally ho!

TC 3-24-17

... Brief aside, dear readers, for a most exceptional reason.  -- Although infrequent, pressing ongoing personal business must come first on rare occasion.  Hope you agree, moreover, find it entertaining, -- as this writer did crafting what follows.  Principle trumps all.  Remains prime mover, prime directive no matter what.

This pressing issue involves a family thief. A heartless predator preying on the elderly who must be held accountable, exposed to the light of day.  Especially, since authorities failed to do their job.  The following is part of that continuing effort to expose this piece of shit for whom and what he is:

Hey, Bro?  Guess what?  Me, again.  Most determined pain in the ass.  Miss me?  An inconvenient, nagging hemorrhoid that simply won't go away no matter what.  -- A pile with a smile that takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'.

... Delusionally think this most persistent nemesis of yours conveniently disappeared to parts unknown, vanished in thin air? To give a turd a break?  Wake up.  Not a chance, you thieving son of a bitch.  ... When you insanely believe this writer's gone and you're finally in the clear, guess what, here I am, right in your face.

Despite what's going on across our formerly great country, always have more than enough time for personal business.  That is, exposing you, Bro, to the glaring light of day.  A pathetically greedy predator.  Your target, who else, the elderly.  Most defenseless, vulnerable, an easy fleece.  -- Thought you'd steal from the surly old curmudgeon with impunity, no consequences?

Successfully escape accountability?  Avoid detection, all responsibility?  Blatant theft of an old man's estate?  A little help from a bought and paid for hopelessly greedy unprincipled shyster?  Supposed cake walk due to 1800 miles separation?  No one to hold you accountable?  Your feet to the fire?  What could you possibly been thinking?

You've read this publication before.  Know precisely who and what I am, what I do.  Never give up.  Never say die.  Ignore all obstacles.  Know full well Liberty In Peril modus operandi remains as relentlessly ferocious, blindingly intense as ever.

No punches pulled.  No slack.  No personal consideration.  Certainly, not for a gutless son of a bitch, no more than a thieving predator.  Looted target, guess who, dear old dad.  Pitiful.  Delusionally believe you had the booty coming?  An entitlement?  For having had to put up with his shit all those years?  Wake up.

Hear of Historic Deerfield?  Of course, you have, you lying son of a bitch.  Forget?  You're one of their not-so-generous 'benefactors.'  ... With all the money stolen from our father's estate, only bequeath them a piss poor $40 bucks?

Unbelievable.  An achingly tight, cheap, thieving, worthless piece of duplicitous crap.  ... Write-off?  Negligible.  ... Feather in the cap? How?  Delusionally believe your treachery would never see the light of day? What planet do you live on?

Board of Trustees Chair Anne K. Groves know full well you looted the estate?  How about President Philip Zea?  Think both don't have a right to know?  How about Anne Lanning, Vice President For Museum Affairs?  To say nothing of Susan Martinelli, Vice President For Business Affairs?

These officials are entitled to know precisely whom they're doing business with.  A thief.  Gutless phony.  Blow-hard fraud.  Hoity-toity dandy.  Worse?  An unprincipled thief who stole from his father.  ... Glaring light of day sucks, doesn't it, Bro?  No escaping the unvarnished truth, this most bitter reality.  Not a chance.

Saddest of all?  Back in the day, Hell would have frozen over before anyone would have have been able to rip off the craggy old bastard.  Remember quite well how intent, determined he was not to be fleeced late in life by a sick son of a bitch like you.

A leech.  Ironic, isn't it?  Gutless rip off of an old man who couldn't adequately handle his affairs any longer.  How do you sleep nights?

Fraud runs in the family, clearly.  History repeating itself.  Right in the footsteps of our grandmother's son, who callously ripped off his mother decades ago.  Again, another achingly pathetic piece of human excrement.  Just like you.  Intend to lay it bare.  Methodically.  Painstakingly. In great detail.  Living, breathing color.

For all to see.  A public service.  Exposure of the criminal piece of human excrement you truly are.  For sustained public review.  A goddamned thief.  Pissed? Chagrined?  Nonplused?  Tough shit.  Sue.  Would certainly immediately post all discovery no matter the consequences.

All snail mail will be returned unopened.  No phone tag.  Got something to say?  Email.  Say it right here.  On this website.  In public.  For the world to see.  Will be posted in its entirety.  No editing.  Unlike you, this writer doesn't lie, cheat, steal.  Honors his word.  Intend to expose you precisely for whom and what you are.

Duplicitous predator who preyed on his own father.  Blinding exposure to benefit the community.  Have nothing to lose providing this public service, but you do.  No better disinfectant than sunshine.

.. Think the old bastard not spinning in his grave?  -- Old lady not doing the same?  One thing for certain.  Neither brought you up to be a goddamned thief.  Yet, here we are.  ... Until next time, Tally Ho!

Yet another horrific school shooting.  The Washington Post reports:

"The 19-year-old accused of gunning down 17 people at his former high school admitted he carried out the shooting rampage, authorities said in court papers filed Thursday.  Police wrote that Nikolas Cruz, who has been charged with 17 counts of premeditated murder, told officers that he walked into Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School on Wednesday wielding an AR-15 rifle and began shooting students in the hallways and outside on the school’s grounds.  Once students began to flee the carnage, Cruz dropped his rifle and vest packed with additional ammunition “so he could blend into the crowd,” an officer wrote in a probable-cause affidavit. Cruz had taken an Uber to the school, officials wrote, so he fled on foot along with those running from the scene. An officer found him not long afterward walking on a residential street."

Good he was able to be taken alive.  Certainly, much to be learned since he is cooperating with authorities.

"What unfolded inside the high school was a grimly familiar sight, as another school turned into a war zone in an otherwise quiet suburban community transformed by a hail of bullets and a torrent of anguish.  In the aftermath, investigators sifted through the background of Cruz, who had been expelled from the same school. He had a history of disciplinary issues and a fascination with guns, people who knew him said.  A witness whose name is redacted from the report filed in court Thursday recognized Cruz as a troubled former student when he arrived at Douglas before the shooting, carrying a black duffel bag and wearing a black backpack. Cruz told police that he had extra loaded magazines in the backpack, they wrote in the report."

Frightening, isn't it?

"The witness quoted in the report said they radioed a co-worker to say that Cruz was approaching, and within a minute, heard gunshots and called a “Code Red,” which announced an emergency."

Security needs to be improved at every school.  Obviously, not good enough in this latest catastrophe.  Readers are reminded this is all preliminary information.

"Early Thursday, Cruz was booked on 17 counts of “murder premeditated.” He briefly appeared in court and was ordered held without bond. Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel vowed that law enforcement officials would make sure Cruz was convicted on all charges.

"In addition to the 17 killed in the school and outside, 15 people were wounded, authorities said. Three of them remained in critical condition Thursday, while some others were still hospitalized.  Israel said it was “a pretty good assumption” that the shooter had unspecified mental-health issues.  During a news conference after Cruz’s court hearing, the public defender representing him described the 19-year-old as a “broken young man “ who is “very saddened” by what happened. Cruz is on suicide watch, he added.  “This is an emotionally broken young man,” Gordon Weeks, the public defender, told reporters. “He has been through a lot of trauma. He has suffered significant mental illness, and significant mental trauma.”

Again, this is all preliminary information.

"But while school officials, students and others who knew him had sensed that something was off with Cruz before the attack, none of that was enough to stop the teenager from purchasing the gun officials said was used in the attack.  Cruz bought the AR-15 himself legally, and so far it is the only gun authorities have recovered as part of the investigation, said Peter J. Forcelli, special agent in charge of the Miami field division of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. The court filing Thursday said Cruz bought the gun in February 2017."

Here's what's particularly chilling:

"In his social media postings, Cruz was shown wielding other firearms, so officials continue looking for any additional weapons, but they have not found any so far, Forcelli said in an interview Thursday morning. Investigators are also reaching out to gun shops across the region to check whether Cruz had attempted to buy other weapons."

How is it this kid had obvious mental issues yet no one did anything?

Gets worse:

"Federal authorities were looking Thursday into whether Cruz had come up on their radar before. The FBI said agents investigated a comment on YouTube last year that threatened a school shooting but were unable to identify the person who posted it.  “The comment simply said, ‘I’m going to be a professional school shooter,'” Robert F. Lasky, special agent in charge of the FBI’s Miami division, said at the news briefing Thursday. “No other information was included in that comment.”

Hard to believe they couldn't get to the bottom of if.  Then again, the investigation is just beginning.

"Lasky spoke after BuzzFeed News reported that a YouTube user had contacted the bureau after seeing someone with Cruz’s name post that same message. Lasky said that authorities, who investigated the comment last year and were looking at it again after the Parkland shooting, still do not know if the comment was posted by Cruz.  The tip to the FBI came in the fall of 2017, but when agents checked the name Nikolas Cruz against their internal databases, they could find no other derogatory information on him, according to a law enforcement official familiar with the investigation."

Fascinating, isn't it?  Seems those at the school were well aware this kid had severe mental problems.  As a society, clearly we're going to have to get far better at addressing mental illness.

Egregious dereliction of duty.  NPR reports:

"The FBI says that someone called its tip line to report concerns about Nikolas Cruz, who has told police he killed 17 people in a Florida high school this week — but that the bureau failed to follow protocols to assess the threat.  The bureau says a person close to Cruz contacted the FBI's Public Access Line on Jan. 5 to report concerns about him. Those concerns included information about Cruz's gun ownership, a desire to kill people, erratic behavior and disturbing social media posts.  The caller specifically mentioned the potential for Cruz to carry out a school shooting.  Under FBI protocols, that information should have been assessed as a potential threat to life and forwarded to its Miami field office for further investigation.  But that never happened."

Massive failure.  Inexcusable.

"The information wasn't sent to the Miami office, and the FBI did not investigate. More than five weeks after the FBI received the tip, 14 students and three staff members were killed at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.

"We are still investigating the facts," FBI Director Christopher Wray said in a statement. "I am committed to getting to the bottom of what happened in this particular matter, as well as reviewing our processes for responding to information that we receive from the public. It's up to all Americans to be vigilant, and when members of the public contact us with concerns, we must act properly and quickly.

"We have spoken with victims and families, and deeply regret the additional pain this causes all those affected by this horrific tragedy," Wray added. "All of the men and women of the FBI are dedicated to keeping the American people safe, and are relentlessly committed to improving all that we do and how we do it."

Incomprehensible.

"Florida Gov. Rick Scott is calling for Wray to resign over the matter.  "Seventeen innocent people are dead and acknowledging a mistake isn't going to cut it," Scott said in a statement Friday. "We constantly promote 'see something, say something,' and a courageous person did just that to the FBI. And the FBI failed to act. 'See something, say something' is an incredibly important tool and people must have confidence in the follow through from law enforcement."

Amazing, isn't it?  Frightening, as well.

"On Friday afternoon, the Justice Department was also critical of the FBI's handling of the tip.  "It is now clear that the warning signs were there and tips to the FBI were missed," Attorney General Jeff Sessions said in a statement. "We see the tragic consequences of those failures."  Sessions said that he has ordered Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein to review how the Justice Department and FBI process and respond to indications of potential violence."

Jesus Christ.  Isn't this supposed to be one of the legitimate functions of government?  Instead and ferociously pointedly, innocent unarmed civilians are constantly harassed by abusive, inept, jackbooted police all across our country.  Yet, this latest shit somehow, someway slips under their radar?  Gets worse:

"Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel said in a press conference Friday that his office had received approximately 20 calls about Cruz. He said the calls for service were "assorted," with some coming from callers in other states. His deputies did not necessarily go out and respond to each of the calls, he explained.  Israel said that acting on the tip the FBI received would not necessarily have averted the shooting. "We still want to encourage our community to 'see something, say something,' " he said."

Jesus Christ.  Is this clueless son of a bitch making excuses for his own failures and that of the FBI?

"FBI Special Agent In Charge of the Miami Division Robert Lasky said the potential of the FBI to miss something "is always there."  "We do our best," Lasky said, and the bureau has protocols to prevent this sort of thing from happening. "We will be looking into where and how ... the protocol broke down. And we will come back stronger than we ever were before."

This sounds far worse than 'missing something'.  Dereliction.  Then, making an excuse for the inexcusable.  Clearly, our formerly great country is coming apart at the seams.

CBS News reports:

"The revelation that the FBI botched a potentially life-saving tip on the Florida school shooting suspect is a devastating blow to America's top law enforcement agency at a time when it is already under extraordinary political pressure.  Even before the startling disclosure that the FBI failed to investigate a warning that the suspect, Nikolas Cruz, could be plotting an attack, the bureau was facing unprecedented criticism from President Trump and other Republicans, who have accused it of partisan bias.  The agency and its supporters had been able to dismiss past criticism as just politics, but this time it had no option but to admit it made a disastrous mistake.  The FBI's acknowledgment that it mishandled the tip prompted a sharp rebuke from its boss, Attorney General Jeff Sessions, and a call from Florida's Republican Gov. Rick Scott, a Trump ally who is expected to run for U.S. Senate, for FBI Director Christopher Wray to resign."

Seems this government at all levels and branches is deteriorating.

"Wray, on the job for just six months, had already been in a precarious position defending the bureau from relentless attacks by Trump and other Republicans. They are still dissatisfied with its decision not to charge Hillary Clinton with crimes related to her use of a private email server, and they see signs of bias in special counsel Robert Mueller's probe of possible Trump campaign ties to Russia.  As evidence, they've cited the former deputy director's connection to Clinton allies, and they've publicized anti-Trump text messages exchanged between an FBI agent and a bureau lawyer. Democrats have said the accusations are aimed at damaging Mueller's investigation and protecting Trump."

Republicans won't be confused with the truth.  Democrats remain absent without leave, out to lunch, since November 22, 1963.

"Through it all, Wray has repeatedly stood up to Trump, defending the bureau's independence and publicly praising its agents in implicit rebuttals to the president's criticism. Wray unsuccessfully fought to block the release of a classified Republican memo accusing the FBI of abusing its surveillance powers in the Russia probe — a document Trump wanted aired. Wray also publicly contradicted White House accounts of how it handled recent domestic abuse allegations involving a now-former aide, Rob Porter."

Wray has to be given credit for standing up to the Trump nazi.  Needs to continue doing so.  Precisely why he should not resign despite the following:

"The shooting provides fresh grounds to criticize the FBI. First it was revealed that the FBI failed to delve into a YouTube comment posted by a "Nikolas Cruz" that said, "Im going to be a professional school shooter." The FBI said it could not determine who made it.  On Friday, the bureau said it had failed to act on a tip that Cruz had a "desire to kill people," disturbing social media posts and access to a gun. Cruz is charged with killing 17 people in the school he once attended."

Yet, shortsighted idiots on the Left are using this as a convenient excuse to take another raucous hard dump on the Second Amendment.  Readers are reminded the Founders intended the right to bear arms the last best defense against outrageously corrupt, abusive, murderous government.  In response to the catastrophe, surviving students of the most recent massacre are shortsightedly demanding for far more stringent gun control.  Inadvisably, so.

Fail to understand the problem is not the weapon itself, but the psychotic individual pulling the trigger.  While not a member of the NRA, this group is certainly quite right about the slippery slope.  At a time when our formerly great country seems headed for an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, all the more reason gun rights must be vigorously preserved not abrogated.  Ferociously pointedly, authorities had more than sufficient prior indication, warning of the latest massacre.  Yet, egregiously failed to take action.

"Sessions, a Trump loyalist who has at times seemed to welcome criticism of the FBI, called the massacre a "tragic consequence" of the FBI's failure. He ordered a review of the Justice Department procedures."

The latest carnage in a Florida school is, again, proof positive our formerly great country continues to deteriorate at an increasing pace.  So much so, even the racist AG Sessions nazi cannot ignore the obvious.  CBS News reports:

"Attorney General Jeff Sessions addressed the deadly school shooting in Florida calling it a "tragedy" and urging the country to "reverse these trends we're seeing in these shootings" while delivering remarks at a sheriffs conference in Washington, D.C. on Thursday. Sessions was addressing the Major County Sheriffs of America conference where he later discussed the nation's opioid epidemic as well as violent crime in the U.S..

"I think we can and we must do better. We owe it to every one of those kids crying outside their school yesterday and all who never made it out of that school. Our hearts are hurting today," AG Jeff Sessions tells sheriffs' conference https://t.co/dgUt8Ycc4W pic.twitter.com/5PV2uOKPMZ
    — CBS News (@CBSNews) February 15, 2018"

Wake up, Jeff.  You and your fuhrer, the Trump nazi are leading the charge, -- backward.  Your phony crocodile tears ignore all the innocent unarmed people murdered by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue you falsely believe do no wrong.  Worse?  You and your fuhrer remain an exigent threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

"We are once again, watching the images of our children— terrified— streaming from their school with their hands above their heads. It's image we don't need to continue to see. When parents, once again, go to sleep in fear that their kids will not be safe when they go to school," said Sessions."

Wake up, Jeff.  What about all those who are innocent, unarmed get into their vehicles not knowing if a criminal jackbooted bastard in blue will leave them dead on the road?  How about the SWAT criminal jackbooted bastards in black who break down a door with no knock and murder innocent unarmed occupants at the wrong goddamned address?  Yet, nothing is done.  You and your henchmen protect these jackbooted pieces of shit.

"We've got to confront the problem, there's no doubt about it," he said, adding, "It cannot be denied that something dangerous and unhealthy is happening our country."

Goddamned right. Called nazism.  Rise of the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

"Sessions noted that importance of early indicators of such crimes taking place, saying "every one of these cases we've had advanced indications and perhaps we haven't been effective enough in intervening immediately to deal with that."

You think?  Light bulb suddenly turn on?  Give me a break.  Take your head figuratively out of your ass, you ignorant son of a bitch.

"He added, "Perhaps we've seen that again in this case," pointing to Cruz's history of mental health problems."

Jesus Christ.  Not only is this guy achingly ignorant, he's hopelessly aggressively stupid.  This achingly psychotic shit happens all over this country over and over again, -- and this inept piece of crap finally sees the light of day?  No credibility.  None.  Out to lunch.

"While not explicitly addressing gun control legislation, Sessions said an "effective enforcement of our gun laws, focusing on criminals and dangerous people, mentally ill people that have been, where we have legal ability to do so, can reduce violence in our communities and improve public safety."

Say what?  Got to speak in coherent English, Mr. Attorney General.  Otherwise, no one will understand what the hell you're trying to say.

"He added, "it's not good if we got gun laws that say criminals can't carry guns that never get enforced so we intend to enforce our laws and if anything the recent events have caused us to know we need to do even more in the future."

Jesus Christ.  This guy's a bumbling fool.  Where did he get his law license?  Out of a Crackerjack box?  Isn't a day that passes that someone, somewhere doesn't get arrested for illegally carrying a weapon.  Give me a break.  This son of a bitch is full of shit.

"Sessions told the sheriffs, "I think we can and must do better. We owe it to every one of those kids crying outside their school yesterday and all those who never made it out. Our hearts are hurting today."

What you need to do is investigate credible threats.  Not sit on your ass, as what apparently happened in this case.

CBS News reports:

"The U.S. Army is awarding its Medal of Heroism to three Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (JROTC) cadets killed in last week's school shooting in Parkland, Florida, an Army spokesperson confirmed Tuesday. Alaina Petty, Peter Wang and Martin Duque were all students at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School where the deadly attack unfolded.  The Army awards the Medal of Heroism to JROTC cadets who perform "acts of heroism."  "The achievement must be an accomplishment so exceptional and outstanding that it clearly sets the individual apart from fellow students or from other persons in similar circumstances," the Army said in a statement. "The performance must have involved the acceptance of danger and extraordinary responsibilities, exemplifying praiseworthy fortitude and courage."

Uncommon valor:

"Wang, 15, was shot while he stood holding the door open so other students could escape the shooting. Ernie Rospierski, a history teacher at the high school, witnessed Wang's heroics on Wednesday.  Rospierski told "CBS This Morning" that he saw Wang "holding the door pushing kids through the door while bullets are coming at him. I don't know many adults who could have done that, let alone a 14-year-old boy."

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

You've heard of service dogs and rescue animals, but have you heard of a horse that's both? Seatbelts on.  Fox News reports:

"Christine Carbonneau was feeling depressed after recovering from a monthlong induced coma after being struck down with pneumonia following an operation to remove an abdominal blockage.

"While recovering at a long-term facility in Land O’Lakes, Florida, the 65-year-old got the surprise of her life when her fiancé Gary Stephens decided to bring her rescue horse “Ireland” from their home in Thonotosassa, Florida, to cheer her up.

“When Christine woke up at the end of January, she wasn’t able to talk and just too tired to write, “I could tell she was just a bit down and I thought I would hatch a plan to cheer her up,” the boyfriend, 52, told news service SWNS.  The couple, who got engaged on Christmas Day, rescued the abused horse in February 2016, but Gary said "Ireland" always had a special relationship with Christine.  "He was so horribly abused before he came to us through the work of the SPCA, and he and Christine just hit it off," he said.  Christine burst into tears when she was wheeled outside to see the horse. Gary recalled, “It was such an amazing moment and it was special to see Christine smile.”   "I’m really grateful to all the staff at the hospital who helped me make it happen,” he added."

A few are finally beginning to wake up.  NPR reports:

"Criminalization is frequently America's answer to social issues. This country criminalizes people experiencing drug addiction and homelessness, women seeking abortions, people who are LGBTQ, students who skip school, immigrants and refugees, and more. Decarcerating America, edited by Ernest Drucker, collects essays by criminal justice leaders who argue that public health, not retribution, is empirically and morally the correct frame for protecting public safety."

Seems every social issue or failure is now considered a crime.

"The United States is in the midst of an incarceration crisis — in a chapter on the failures of America's drug policy, Gabriel Sayegh writes that with 5 percent of the world's population, we hold nearly 25 percent of the "people in cages on the planet." 2.3 million people are in American prisons and jails, and, as Drucker notes, an estimated 4.7 million adults were under community supervision at the end of 2014 — "approximately 1 in 52 adults in the United States."

Not surprising, is it?  Especially, considering the fact this country has been nazifying at least since the 1950s.  An increasingly fascist police-state now transforming to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

"Statistics are particularly startling around incarcerated women. More than 65% of women in state prisons report being parents of children under the age of 18; 1 in 25 women in state prisons and 1 in 33 in federal prisons are pregnant when admitted to prison. Elizabeth Gaynes and Tanya Krupat of the Osborne Association make a chilling observation: "America's incarceration policies have led to the greatest separation of families since the end of chattel slavery."

Fascinating, isn't it?  Especially, in light of the fact Republican nazis have been the 'law and order' party, ironically, at least since the days of a criminal named Richard Nixon occupied the Oval Office.  While at the same time, hypocritically and achingly falsely, claiming to be the party of the family.  Clearly a crock of shit to this very day.  Forget?  Republicans do all they can to break up the families of the undocumented by deporting their loved ones.

Lie like hell about the violence supposedly perpetrated by immigrants both documented and not.  While the direct opposite is the case, that is, most immigrants are law-abiding, productive, pay taxes, etc..  Conveniently forget our UNDOCUMENTED forebears came to this continent centuries ago.  STOLE this land from its native inhabitants.  Then BROKE every goddamned treaty signed.

"The fallout from miscarried criminal justice tears at our social fabric. No punishment seems enough; people who have served their time are handicapped with criminal records that render them unable to obtain jobs and housing, unable to vote and rejoin society, often leaving them no choice but to re-offend. Families are destroyed and communities of color devastated."

A truth Republican nazis remain unwilling to accept, gutlessly and determinedly ignore.  While Democrats remain absent without leave, out to lunch since November 22, 1963.

"It cannot be overstated: structural racism undergirds the whole enterprise. "The use of criminalization as a means to target and control certain populations — particularly people of color — has been a centerpiece of U.S. drug policy since the late 1800s," writes Sayegh. Scholars and advocates have persuasively connected the dots from slavery to lynching to mass incarceration."

Certainly, one of the reasons why our formerly great country is failing, continuing to deteriorate. Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.

Some salient quotes occurring later on in this edition vis a vis unfinished business County officials continue to ignore:

..."No justice.  Certainly, not in a fascist police-state, right, Sheriff?  In follow up to an earlier edition here, and elsewhere, CBS News reports:

"A police officer who fatally shot a mentally ill woman in her New York apartment in 2016 after she brandished scissors and a bat was acquitted by a judge Thursday."

"Par for the course in Nazi America, right, Sheriff?  Makes one goddamned proud to be an American, doesn't it, Bill?"

"New York Police Department Sgt. Hugh Barry was found not guilty of murder, manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide in the death of Deborah Danner.  Barry said Danner swung the bat before he opened fire, but another responding officer, Camilo Rosario, testified that Danner did not swing the bat before Barry shot her."

"Yet, the criminal jackbooted bastard was acquitted.  Convenient, isn't it, Sheriff?"

*************************

..."Trust in law enforcement remains in the tank.  This has to change.  Police must clean up their act.

"Authorities say they're determined to mend fences in a city struggling with a corrosive mix of narcotics, illegal guns and despair rooted in generational poverty. But the attitudes of the many Baltimoreans who mistrust their law enforcers has only been reinforced by the scandal."

"The solution to this problem is ongoing rooting out and prosecution of offenders in the law enforcement community.  Better vetting and ongoing vetting of officers.  Higher standards and training.  To say nothing of a college degree in police science, a masters in one of the social sciences, or vice versa.  Pay starting at $100K.  All the above would result in policing being considered a profession, a need for far fewer officers.

"Of equal importance?  Creation of a new federal agency whose only function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, and try criminal officers in a special court hearing only these cases.  Total independence.  Otherwise?  Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming."

..."Do nothing?  Here is what continues:

"It's only going to make it harder to build the kinds of coalitions for public safety that everybody knows Baltimore needs. It's going to make people suspicious of all officers — not just the bad ones — all of them," said David Harris, who researches police behavior as a professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.  Many locals snort in derision when asked if they trust city police officers. A statehouse lawmaker this week even proposed dismantling the 165-year-old force and rebuilding it from scratch."

"This is a problem all over the country.  Not just in Baltimore.  Right here in Nazi Llano County.  ... Right, Sheriff?"

****************************************

..."A nazi round up of 'undesirables' remarkably reminiscent of Hitler's Third Reich.  The jackbooted bastards remain out of uniform, however, -- no swastika armbands.

"U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesperson Danielle Bennett tells NPR in an email that the agency is going after "individuals who pose a threat to national security, public safety and border security."

"Unadulterated horse shit.  They're concertedly, determinedly, deliberately breaking up families.  Readers are reminded nearly all immigrants, legal or illegal, are law-abiding, productive, pay taxes, contribute to society.  Unlike the jackbooted bastards in ICE, who remain no more than leeches firmly planted on the taxpayer tit.  ... Right, Sheriff?

"Bennett blamed "uncooperative jurisdictions," like Los Angeles, for making the agency use "additional resources to conduct at-large arrests in the community, putting officers, the general public and the aliens at risk and increasing the incidents of collateral arrests."

"More horse shit.  Blatant distortion of reality.  Lying, gutless, jackbooted sons of bitches.  ... Right, Bill?"

****************************************

..."No more than a pernicious repeat of history.  Trump's Fourth Reich.  Silence is not golden.  In the presence of great evil, gutless.

"I had recently seen the video of Border Patrol officers dumping bottles of water that had been left by humanitarians in the desert to stop people from dying of thirst. The apparent glee with which some of them were condemning people to die sickened me. It didn’t seem like an agency of people reluctantly doing a job or making a tough choice because they had to feed their family. They were enjoying it."

"These criminal bastards are an evil reincarnation of Hitler's jackbooted SS.  -- Sans swastika armbands.  ... Right, Sheriff?"

****************************************

..."No question.  Great evil must be courageously stood up to.  Here is the bottom line:

..."Anything I did in the department would forever make me a part of a machine that was going to be used to break up families. I thought about how I had struggled, as a child, to find anything resembling stability; how I found a family as a teen and held on tight. My best friend’s mom had a soft spot for stray cats and stray kids, and was more of a mom than the woman who birthed me was ever capable of being. I thought about my own child and how I couldn’t comprehend us being separated. There was no way I could have a part in this and live with myself.

..."I went home and picked up my wife. We drove to my in-laws, who had been watching our kid. From their driveway I emailed my manager, formally putting in my two weeks’ notice."

"Uncommon valor.  At tremendous personal cost."

Re:  Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764

Counselor:

As you're well aware, we have an outrageously corrupt, abusive, achingly inept Llano County Sheriff's Office here in Nazi Llano County.  Worse, you and your office aid and abet these SS jackbooted bastards in black.  The issue at the moment is the same it's been the last six months.

How is it two surveyor companies, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, even the goddamned Sheriff himself now states Kingsland resident James Berardi owns the lots in contention all these months?

Yet, you ludicrously assert that's not the County's legal position.  It's not?  Why not?  You claim you're not a real estate expert.  Rather than accept the advice of two surveyor companies, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, and even the Sheriff himself, you've inexplicably chosen to follow the advice of property owner Johnny Greene, -- who conveniently happens to be reportedly in the oil industry.

Question to be asked.  Could you have received any 'consideration' in return, -- up to and including a bribe?  Only way to know for sure is for the District Attorney to conduct a criminal investigation.  Apparently, there has been none.  If not, why not?

Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to this Kingsland property owner?  To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.

Our achingly useless, worthless, gutless Sheriff has ignored an email vis a vis the damage this jackbooted thug is responsible for.  Interestingly, his fellow officers believe him to be an idiot.  Yet, the Sheriff continued to defend this piece of human excrement until he realized  this entire fiasco would not be swept under the carpet.

Rodriguez is indeed an idiot.  Would you believe this piece of crap ordered the motor home to be moved on to an unmarked unused Llano County road? That motor home has indeed been moved back to where it was parked before Rodriguez forced it to be moved.  Why hasn't the County paid for the cost of moving it back?  To say nothing of the damage.

Equally pointedly, why is it the County has allowed Theresa Ahrens to park and live in her tiny cottage on that very same road?  Why hasn't she been evicted by the County?  Why was she assessed taxes on an adjacent improvement she doesn't own?

Why is it, Counselor, Johnny Greene is paying for the attorney retained by Ms. Ahrens?  Is Greene attempting to make this all go away by bribery?  Greene has also informed Berardi he is going to sue.  For what?  Has Greene lost his mind?

What about Wells who installed a $4500 septic system on a lot turns out he does not own as a result of Greene, an outrageously inept County, to say nothing of the Llano County Attorney who remains equally determinedly clueless?

How about Bolen who hasn't a pot to piss in, but was nonetheless f--ked over by Greene to say nothing of an egregiously inept County, to say nothing of you and your goddamned equally incompetent office?

None of this is going away, Counselor, -- any time soon.  Will not be swept under the carpet as all the other crap going on in this hell hole County.  Not a chance.  Expect a full expose in this publication whether or not this outrageous fiasco finally gets resolved.  Including full public exposure of both the Sheriff and his jackbooted thug.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Wake up, Sheriff.  Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office?  Ninety-six weeks, now.  A goddamned disgrace.  Why are you still sitting on this information?  What are you hiding, Sheriff?  What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise?  Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons?  Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff?  Their past history?  An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse.  How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information?  Ninety-six weeks.  Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger.  To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff?  Those of your thugs?  The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down.  You don't understand that, Sheriff?  Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one.  Including taxpayers.  Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot.  The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt.  Think not?  Wake up.  Your credibility has tanked.  Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated.  Ninety-six weeks.   Still no identification of the officers involved  ... Can't get your stories straight?  In line?  Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? Wake up, Sheriff.  The public no longer buys the bullshit.  No longer trusts you.  On this and many, many other issues.  You have no credibility.  Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so.  There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow.  If there are any others I may have neglected to mention, kindly email.

It's time the public be fully informed.  -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County.  If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone.  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why.  This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet.  Ignored.  The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us.  They can't be.  They've lied too many times.  Refuse to be accountable to anyone.  We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases.  Usually, with impunity.  That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement.  This also has to change.  No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer.  No one.  No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar.  There was no justice there.  None here.  None anywhere.  Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers.  Court fees charged continue to be horrendous.  -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs?  Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs?   Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees. This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit.  This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt, abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why?  Yet, surprise, surprise.  Nothing was done.  There has to be transparency.  There is none.  Why would these thieving bastards want any?  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity?  Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons.  Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so.  That is, where they came from.  Why they left where they were.  What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards.  Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments.  Why?  So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated?  This has to change.  ... Can't have that, can we?  Sheriff?  TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up.  Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own?  The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers.  Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently?  Guess what?  Nothing will happen.  Nothing ever does.  The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities.  Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally.  Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for.  Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit.  Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web.  Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town.  Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded.  An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences.  Forget?  Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure.  We're just getting started, Sheriff.  You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards have become, truly are, not what you phonies purport to be, that is, how you continue to f--k over a public you've falsely sworn to protect and defend.  -- Exposure, the only way short of an unwanted dreaded revolution to force desperately needed change in a goddamned fascist police-state. The Fourth Reich.

Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids, Sheriff?  If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing.  'Personnel matters?'  Bullshit.  Looted taxpayers have the right to know.  They're footing the bill for all this goddamned corruption, abuse, ineptness. When will you and the boys end the shakedowns?  Looting of the innocent to line County coffers?  No honor at all?

Where are your swastika armbands, you fascist son of a bitch?  You and your thugs remain out of uniform.  Once again, Sheriff, and ad nauseum, did you and/or your goons pressure Schilling to exit the race?  Did you steal the election? If so, an aggressively stupid, achingly gutless public gets what it truly deserves.  One of the most corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' agencies in our formerly great country.

Have any information, knowledge of, experience with a purportedly non-profit volunteer clean-up group called Looking Forward In Llano County affiliated with the Llano County Attorney's Office?  Email this publication at libertyinperil@openmailbox.org to provide information and/or arrange a meeting to discuss this matter.  If requested, your identity will be protected.  The question is quite simple.  Is this group what it claims to be and on the level?

In stark contrast to our outrageously bought and paid for judiciary, Llano County prosecutors, Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider how other officials honorably, heroically conduct themselves elsewhere in the country.

In follow up to an earlier edition, NPR reports:

"New York City is one step closer, as part of a larger plan, to shutting the doors on the Rikers Island jail complex. On Wednesday, city officials announced an agreement to start a public review process of proposed sites for smaller jails in Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx and Queens.  This agreement marks a huge step forward on our path to closing Rikers Island," said Mayor Bill de Blasio. "In partnership with the City Council, we can now move ahead with creating a borough-based jail system that's smaller, safer and fairer."

About time to finally close the gulag.  Way overdue.

"If you've ever watched a TV crime drama set in New York City, you likely have a passing knowledge of the 10-complex jail facility on the 400-acre island in the East River.  However, the nearly 90-year-old facility has drawn attention for its conditions, and a 2017 government report slammed Rikers for its "culture of violence." Late last year the city settled a class action lawsuit with 470 inmates who said they were illegally put in solitary confinement."

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Highly reminiscent of our outrageously bought and paid for judiciary, Llano County prosecutors, Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider the following.  It's appalling.  Runs against the grain of everything our formerly great country once stood for.  No longer.

No justice.

Par for the course in Nazi America, right, Sheriff?  Makes one goddamned proud to be an American, doesn't it, Bill?

"New York Police Department Sgt. Hugh Barry was found not guilty of murder, manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide in the death of Deborah Danner.  Barry said Danner swung the bat before he opened fire, but another responding officer, Camilo Rosario, testified that Danner did not swing the bat before Barry shot her."

Yet, the criminal jackbooted bastard was acquitted.  Convenient, isn't it, Sheriff?

Galling insult to injury?

"Defense attorney Andrew Quinn said "we've always felt confident we would win but you never know" until the verdict is announced."

How do assholes like you sleep nights, Counselor?

Moreover:

"The October 2016 shooting drew rare rebukes from New York Police Commissioner James O'Neill and Democratic Mayor Bill de Blasio, who said "something went horribly wrong here."

You think?  Worse?  No justice.  A murderer went free.  Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.

Achingly, poignant?

"Less than five years before she died, Danner wrote a searing, eloquent essay on living with schizophrenia, agonizing over the deaths of mentally ill people like her at the hands of police.  "We are all aware of the all too frequent news stories about the mentally ill who come up against law enforcement instead of mental health professionals and end up dead," she wrote. Danner called for "teaching law enforcement how to deal with the mentally ill in crisis."

Not like the criminal jackbooted bastard didn't know the nature of the call:

"Officers had been called to her Bronx home several times before, and had taken her to hospitals."

No longer.

Sad saga continues.  ABC News reports:

"Confidence in Baltimore's sworn protectors has badly deteriorated in recent years, but it may be hitting rock bottom after admissions that corrupt police detectives on an out-of-control unit resold looted narcotics, conducted home invasions and falsified evidence."

Damage done?  Unfathomable.  Confidence?  Gone.

"With the city under a federal consent decree requiring expansive police reforms, recent courtroom revelations outlining an astounding range of abuses by rogue officers stretching back to 2008 is making it far tougher to convince people in this starkly divided city that a shiny badge promises integrity."

Think the racist AG Sessions nazi who delusionally believes police do no wrong can afford to rescind the decree?

"The Gun Trace Task Force, described by federal prosecutors as a "perfect storm" of corruption, was a more chilling reality for some residents than any street gang. Earlier this week, a jury found two Baltimore detectives guilty of robbery and racketeering in an explosive federal investigation that's seen six disgraced law enforcers plead guilty."

That's right.  No foreign power, no terrorist organization, not even the criminal element present a far greater exigent threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties than all levels and branches of government.  Yet, we cannot live without police.  An absolute necessity.  Quite a conundrum.

"A lot of people were seriously traumatized by these cops," said Akai Alston, a 26-year-old youth outreach coordinator who has turned his life around after a grim adolescence dealing drugs and a conviction for accessory to murder."

Trust in law enforcement remains in the tank.

The solution to this problem is ongoing rooting out and prosecution of offenders in the law enforcement community.  Better vetting and ongoing vetting of officers.  Higher standards and training.  To say nothing of a college degree in police science, a masters in one of the social sciences, or vice versa.  Pay starting at $100K.  All the above would result in policing being considered a profession, a need for far fewer officers.

Of equal importance?  Creation of a new federal agency whose only function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, and try criminal officers in a special court hearing only these cases.  Total independence.  Otherwise?  Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.

Do nothing?  Here is what continues:

"It's only going to make it harder to build the kinds of coalitions for public safety that everybody knows Baltimore needs. It's going to make people suspicious of all officers — not just the bad ones — all of them," said David Harris, who researches police behavior as a professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.  Many locals snort in derision when asked if they trust city police officers. A statehouse lawmaker this week even proposed dismantling the 165-year-old force and rebuilding it from scratch."

This is a problem all over the country.  Not just in Baltimore.  Right here in Nazi Llano County.  ... Right, Sheriff?

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Highly reminiscent of our outrageously bought and paid for judiciary, Llano County prosecutors, Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider the following.  It's appalling.  Runs against the grain of everything our formerly great country once stood for.  No longer.

The nazi round up continues.  Certainly, transitioning from the de facto fascist police-state we already live in to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.  NPR reports:

"Federal immigration agents have reportedly detained more than 100 people in ongoing sweeps in the Los Angeles area, targeting people in the country illegally.  The immigration enforcement operations, which began Sunday, are pursuing roughly 400 people across seven Southern California counties, according to the Los Angeles Daily News."

A nazi round up of 'undesirables' remarkably reminiscent of Hitler's Third Reich.  The jackbooted bastards remain out of uniform, however, -- no swastika armbands.

"U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesperson Danielle Bennett tells NPR in an email that the agency is going after "individuals who pose a threat to national security, public safety and border security."

Unadulterated horse shit.

More horse shit.  Blatant distortion of reality.  Lying, gutless, jackbooted sons of bitches.  ... Right, Bill?

"The whole state of California began limiting cooperation with federal immigration officials this year after Gov. Jerry Brown signed a bill in October to create a "sanctuary state." As Capital Public Radio's Ben Adler reported, "it bans state and local agencies, excluding the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, from enforcing 'holds' on people in custody. It blocks the deputization of police as immigration agents and bars state and local law enforcement agencies from inquiring into an individual's immigration status."

Nazism must be ferociously, but peacefully, resisted.  Unlike Nazi Texas, California is doing its best to stick it to the nazi element.  Think we'll ever wake up here?  LOL.

The Washington Times reports:

"Federal deportation officers staged one of the biggest enforcement actions in years against businesses in Los Angeles this week, arresting 212 people and serving audit notices to 122 businesses who will have to prove they aren’t hiring illegal immigrants."

That right?  Think so?  Supposed to be the other way around.  That is, up to prosecutors and law enforcement to prove someone is guilty.  Not for the accused to prove their innocence.  These criminal SS jackbooted bastards have it ass backwards.  Remain an exigent threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

"Nearly all of those arrested were convicted criminals, according to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement."

That right?  These bastards, like their nazi fuhrer in the Oval Office, are congenital liars.  Remain out of uniform, -- no swastika armbands.  Show us the proof, you sons of bitches.

Resistance to these pieces of crap is increasing.  The following is an example of uncommon valor.  The writer is Jordon Dyrdahl-Roberts.  The Washington Post reports:

"My job as a legal secretary for the Montana Department of Labor and Industry was not an easy one. I juggled a long list of constantly shifting priorities, and if I missed a deadline, we could lose a case. But it was also repetitive: updating case management software, drafting motions, revising motions, adding new court dates to the calendar, scanning in copies of documents, opening new cases and processing subpoenas. It was tedium compounded by volume. So when an attorney stopped by my desk one Tuesday afternoon and said, “Keep an eye out for some ICE subpoenas coming in tomorrow,” I barely processed it. My brain heard “subpoenas” and “tomorrow,” and I squeezed it into the ever-expanding mental list of tasks I would need to complete.

..."It wasn’t until I’d gotten home that evening that I fully comprehended what I had been told. Had the attorney really said “ICE subpoenas”? Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the agency rounding people up for deportation? I knew our department had plenty of data that could be used by ICE to track someone down, but I still doubted my ears.

..."I stepped away from my desk to talk to my wife on the phone. “I may be asked to help process some subpoenas for ICE, and I don’t think I can do that,” I told her. I braced myself for A Conversation. My wife was still in graduate school, with 15 more weeks of late nights and frantic scrambling to turn in huge projects while caring for our toddler. We were hoping her master’s would lead to a new job, which could upgrade us from drowning in debt to merely struggling financially. Me quitting my job was not in the plan. I prepared to explain that I didn’t want to participate in preparing information for ICE, nor did I want to sign my name to the cover letter I would have attached to whatever I had to put in the mail. But my wife just said, “Okay.” We didn’t discuss it further."

This guy heroically placed principle ahead of personal interest.  Nearly non-existent in a fascist police-state soon to be the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.  Equally stunning?  His wife stood tall.  Despite the negative consequences and hardships that would ensue.  Uncommon valor.

..."I also spoke briefly to my manager, and after explaining that I couldn’t be complicit in sharing information with ICE, he asked, “So are you quitting?”  “If I have to turn over this information, then yes.”  “Let me make some calls.”  On the way back to my desk, I dashed off a quick tweet. Three simple words. “Seriously, f— ICE.” It was some needed catharsis. I attempted to get some work done, but my heart wasn’t in it."

Indeed.  F--k ICE.  Nazism in our formerly great country must be ferociously but peacefully resisted.  Had the German public courageously done the same in 1933, the world could have been spared Adolf Hitler and the Third Reich.

..."I’ve always believed in the mission of the Department of Labor. Ensuring people are protected in the workplace and are paid for their work is something I can get behind, but it felt tainted now. All the data that was part of keeping the department running was going to be turned from a tool used to protect workers into a weapon used to hunt down some of the most vulnerable among us. I’d seen it in the news: a working father of three in New Jersey, whose wife is now terrified of also being deported; the people without criminal records who were supposedly “low priority” for deportation."

No more than a pernicious repeat of history.

These criminal bastards are an evil reincarnation of Hitler's jackbooted SS.  -- Sans swastika armbands.  ... Right, Sheriff?

..."I give credit to the department for how they handled the situation. They gave me time to think about it. There were some on and off discussions about maybe moving me around in the department or me holding on until I had found another job, but I knew what I had to do."

No question.

Uncommon valor.  At tremendous personal cost.

..."Then I went inside and hugged my child before explaining to my mother-in-law that I had just blown a massive hole in my family’s future. Things were a little muted as we were invited to stay for dinner. While my mother-in-law started cooking, I went to Twitter to write out my frustration, then I put my phone away and went to set the table. I had no idea that while we ate waffles and talked about new plans for a new future, the magic of Twitter had already started.

..."When we got home that evening, my phone began seizing. My Twitter app kept crashing. I had no idea what was going on. My mentions and DMs, when I could manage to access them, were flooding with words of encouragement. People were telling me my action had restored some of their faith in humanity. In turn, their responses have restored mine. I had started to give up hope that the actions of everyday people could possibly mean anything or make a difference. I have never been so happy to be wrong."

Not good enough.  Those who courageously stand up to great evil, need to be supported by the community.  This guy needs help finding new employment.  May need housing assistance, etc..

..."Even as I’m surrounded by the warm glow of love and support from strangers, I still have a cold feeling in the pit of my stomach. I wonder how many other people, working in other government offices, have unwittingly or unwillingly been drafted into ICE’s service. How many felt trapped by circumstance, or found a way to justify it to themselves. I stumbled into public service, but I stayed because I felt like I was doing something good. With the specter of ICE looming over all of that now, it has a chilling effect on the good work public servants are trying to do. But they don’t have to comply. They can say no. They can refuse to work with an agency that taints everything it touches."

Here, here.  Uncommon valor displayed by both this guy and his wife.  Hat's off.

No longer.

In follow up to the last edition, ABC News reports:

"A lawyer for the former chief counsel of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Seattle says her client is not offering any excuses for stealing the identities of immigrants.  Raphael Sanchez pleaded guilty in federal court in Seattle on Thursday to charges that he stole immigrants' identities and used them to defraud credit card companies and banks of more than $190,000. His lawyer, Casey Stamm, said in a written statement after the hearing that Sanchez is a "good person who has made serious mistakes."

Steals a couple of hundred grand and considered a 'good person' who made a mistake?  Think so?  What he is is a goddamned thief.

"She added that he "does not offer excuses for his acts; rather, he simply provides his sincere and immense regret."

Bet he does, -- that he got caught.

Insult to injury?  Get this:

"Sanchez was taken into custody following the hearing. Prosecutors and Stamm agreed to recommend a four-year term when he's sentenced May 11."

Steal a couple of hundred grand and get four years?  Where?  In a minimum security country club where white collar criminals do time?

Once again, the racist AG Sessions nazi has shown his true colors, achingly persistent ignorance, profound aggressive stupidity.  The Washington Times reports:

"Attorney General Jeff Sessions has slammed a bipartisan drug sentencing reform bill, calling the legislation “a grave error.”

Clearly, this nazi ignores the egregious failure the last half century of the War On Drugs instituted by President Nixon, himself a criminal.  LOL.  The irony, laughable.  The failure?  Inexcusable.   Proposed repeat of history? Aggressive stupidity at its worst.   Why is it we cannot seem to learn from our mistakes?

"In a Feb. 14 letter to Sen. Chuck Grassley, Iowa Republican, Mr. Sessions wrote that he “strongly” urges the Senate to consider the legislation’s potential ramifications.  “The legislation would reduce sentences for a highly dangerous cohorts of criminals, including repeat dangerous drug traffickers and those who use firearms and would apply retroactively to many dangerous felons, regardless of citizenship or immigration status,” Sessions wrote according to a copy of the letter obtained by The Washington Times."

Distortion of reality.  Re-write of history.  Ignorance of the fact most incarcerated on drug charges were users and/or small-time sellers who did so to finance their addiction.

"The Sentencing Reform and Corrections Act of 2017 was introduced in October after similar legislation failed to advance in 2015. At the time five senators opposed the bill because it would provide early release for nearly 7,000 prisoners, including some who were deemed to be career criminals."

Again, more bullshit. The bill could certainly have been carefully crafted to precisely define and exclude such offenders.  If not, why not?

"Mr. Grassley introduced the bill that has generated support from 11 co-sponsors. The bill would broaden judges’ ability to exercise discretion in sentencing non-violent offenses, narrow the scope mandatory minimum sentences to violent crimes and serious drug offenses, end juvenile life sentences without parole and create a National Criminal Justice Commission that would make additional reform recommendations. It would also allow compassionate release for elderly and terminally ill prisoners."

Can't have that, can we?  Certainly, not in the view of the Trump nazi, his sidekick racist AG, the Sessions nazi, and other die hard nazis in the Republican Party.  These achingly fascist bastards would rather loot taxpayers to finance the cost of draconian imprisonment policies, policies that conveniently line the pockets of their corporate masters, who in turn line theirs.  Never ends.

"The American Bar Association and some civil libertarian organizations have come out in support of the bill."

Why wouldn't they?  Last half century remains a massive failure.  Our prisons are no more than goddamned overloaded gulags.

Yet, an ignorant racist nazi cannot, will not be confused with the truth:

"But Mr. Sessions charged the bill risks “putting the very worst criminals back into our communities.” He said that the legislation would result in members of violent drug gangs like MS-13 returning to the streets and clogging up court dockets throughout the country.  “In recent years, convicted drug traffickers and other violent criminals have received significant sentencing breaks from the federal courts and the United States Sentencing Commission,” Mr. Sessions wrote. “Passing this legislation to further reduce sentences for drug traffickers in the midst of the worst drug crisis in our nation’s history would make it more difficult to achieve our goals and have potentially dire consequences.”

Sessions is the lunatic voice of a nazi who cannot, will not be confused with the truth.  Has an ideological agenda, nazism, that blinds him to reality.  His aching ignorance inures him to the fact draconian drug policies do nothing to ameliorate the scourge of addiction.  In fact, worsen it.  Drive up prices of addictive drugs leading to increased ancillary crime to pay for these illicit substances.

Focus has to be on treatment.  Otherwise, the cycle never gets broken.  Worse?  As repeatedly stated here and elsewhere, prohibition of alcohol did nothing to prevent and/or curb consumption.  Gave rise to the Mafia.  Similarly, drug prohibition has corrupted, to at least some extent, every law enforcement agency in our formerly great country.  Easy money for officers.

Enforcement needs to focus on trafficking to minors.  Focus on ancillary effects of drug usage such as driving while intoxicated, family violence, theft to support addiction, etc..  Until the focus changes, the addiction problem will worsen.  Both political parties are too aggressively stupid to understand this.  ... Or, too afraid of not being returned to office to tell the public what it needs to hear.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Former Trump advisor, white nationalist Steve Bannon has gotten himself into a jam.  Doesn't your heart bleed?  ABC News reports:

"Former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon again refused to answer questions from the House Intelligence Committee behind closed doors Thursday, spurring calls from the panel’s leading Democrat to hold him in contempt of Congress.   “I think the next step for Congress to take is to initiate contempt proceedings,” Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., told reporters after the interview."

Think that'll happen?  More importantly, think the noose isn't figuratively tightening around the Trump nazi and his henchmen?  Get this:

"Bannon apparently was not as tight-lipped when he also met with special counsel Robert Mueller's team this week. The former top White House aide met with Mueller’s team for 20 hours over several days, sources close to Bannon confirmed to ABC News.  Former Trump legal team spokesman Mark Corallo met Thursday with Mueller's team, according to sources familiar with the meeting."

Think the lunatic in the Oval Office isn't shitting?

"While meeting with congressional investigators, Bannon, according to Schiff and Rep. Mike Conaway, R-Texas, who is helping to lead the Russia investigation, would only answer questions from a list of 25 provided by the White House.  “He did not answer all the questions we’d like answered,” Conaway said.  Bannon, who spent roughly three hours behind closed doors, repeatedly “asserted that he had been instructed to invoke executive privilege on behalf of the president,” Schiff said."

Called obstruction.

"Schiff said the executive privilege claims in the congressional interview – which he said covered questions about the transition, administration, and Bannon’s post-White House activities - were “breathtaking,” “insupportable” and “at times it was laughable.”

Certainly, didn't work for the Nixon criminal four decades ago.

"At one point, Schiff fumed, Bannon refused to discuss conversations he had after leaving the White House with “people who played no role in the administration.”  “There is no plausible claim of privilege that could apply to those circumstances,” he said.  Schiff called the list of questions from the White House that Bannon limited himself to answering were “self-serving” and “misleading.”  “There were questions along the lines of, ‘did you meet with x?’ And because the question was written by the White House the answer was invariably 'no,'” he recalled.  “When we asked the question, ‘Did you talk with x,’ the answer was 'yes.' When we asked, ‘What did they discuss?’ there was the invocation of privilege,” Schiff said."

Called stonewalling.  Saddest of all?  Not even artful.  LOL.

"Schiff said accepting the White House’s “stonewalling” of Congress would have “deep implications” for future congressional investigations.  He said Bannon did not make a case against being held in contempt to the committee, an opportunity provided to him under House rules."

Aryan arrogance?  Aggressive stupidity?  Achingly profound ignorance?  All the above?

"Speaking to reporters after the meeting, Conaway suggested he’d have to confer with House lawyers and House Speaker Paul Ryan about how to go about responding to Bannon, and potentially holding him in contempt of Congress."

It is the job of Congress to conduct oversight.  Be interesting to see if House Republicans exercise that oversight or continue to protect the Trump nazi and his henchmen.

Apparently, Republicans are not happy with Bannon's glaring intransigence.  The Washington Post reports:

"House Republican leaders are weighing “further steps” to force former top White House strategist Stephen K. Bannon to answer investigators’ questions in their probe of Russian meddling in the 2016 election — including potentially declaring him in contempt of Congress — after a Thursday interview they called “frustrating.”

Think Republicans can afford to stonewall?  Do nothing?  Obfuscate?

"Bannon came to speak with the House Intelligence Committee under a subpoena the panel issued on the spot last month, when he refused to answer questions related to the transition period and his tenure in the White House. On Thursday, Bannon presented panel members with a list of 25 questions that he would be willing to answer from that time period. But according to the panel’s top Democrat, Rep. Adam B. Schiff (Calif.), the questions had all been “literally scripted” by the White House, and his answer to all of them was “no.”  When the committee tried to push Bannon to answer questions that were not on his list, he repeatedly told members that the White House had not authorized him to engage on those queries. At no point, people familiar with the interview said, did Bannon voluntarily elaborate on his answers."

Stonewalling.  Obstruction.

"Intelligence Committee member K. Michael Conaway (R-Tex.) said Thursday that he, House Speaker Paul D. Ryan (R-Wis.) and a few others would decide whether to accept Bannon’s legal arguments against answering the panel’s questions or take punitive measures such as contempt. But the decision-makers would not include panel chairman Devin Nunes (R-Calif.), who has, Conaway said.  When asked if he was personally ready to issue a contempt citation for Bannon, Conaway said only: “I think he should answer our questions.”

Not encouraging, is it?

In follow up to the last edition, NPR reports:

"Veterans Affairs Secretary David Shulkin improperly accepted tickets to Wimbledon and his staff lied about the nature of a trip to Europe so that his wife could accompany him at taxpayer expense, according to a report released Wednesday by the department's inspector general.  Those were just two instances among several "serious derelictions," the internal investigator detailed in an 87-page report issued by the VA's inspector general, Michael Missal.  Shulkin is just one of several Cabinet members facing scrutiny over their official travel. In September, Health and Human Secretary Tom Price resigned over his use of private jets. Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke, Energy Secretary Rick Perry and EPA chief Scott Pruitt have also acknowledged using government or private flights, which they say were preapproved."

Need to be prosecuted.  No matter party affiliation.

"Shulkin, who was President Trump's pick to become secretary after serving as undersecretary of Veterans Affairs during the Obama administration, wrote a letter to the inspector general, insisting that conclusions in the report were based on "subjective and arbitrary criteria."  "It is outrageous that you would portray my wife and me as attempting to take advantage of the government," he wrote.  Later, speaking to USA Today, Shulkin said he mailed a check for the $4,312 to the government on Wednesday to reimburse his wife's airfare. He insisted that "We act with the highest ethical character."  "I relied upon my staff to do this, and in retrospect, I wish that I had asked more questions," he told the newspaper."

Prosecute the thieving son of a bitch, -- and all the rest of them.

Think the noose doesn't figuratively grow tighter around Trump and his henchmen?  ABC News reports:

"President Donald Trump’s long-time attorney, Michael D. Cohen, admitted on Wednesday that in a “private transaction” in 2016, he used his “own personal funds to facilitate a payment of $130,000” to Stephanie Clifford, a porn star known as Stormy Daniels. Clifford has claimed that she had an affair with Trump at a 2006 Lake Tahoe golf tournament.  Cohen insisted that the payment was legal, and that neither the Trump Organization nor the Trump campaign reimbursed him or was a party to the transaction. He claimed that the presumed hush money was neither a campaign contribution nor a campaign expenditure."

Fascinating, isn't it?  Here's the issue:

"Under the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 (FECA), a campaign contribution includes “any gift, subscription, loan, advance, or deposit of money or anything of value made by any person for the purpose of influencing any election for Federal office.” A payment is not a campaign contribution if it “would have been made irrespective of the candidacy.”

Here's why that's important:

"When former vice presidential nominee John Edwards was indicted under those FECA laws in 2011, he argued that the hundreds of thousands of dollars paid by two supporters to his pregnant mistress, Rielle Hunter, were made to hide the affair from his wife and not to influence the campaign. It was a factual question and the jury deadlocked.  Legal experts said that the legality of Cohen’s payment to a porn star could turn on similar factual questions.

“The main issue is motivation and who paid,” Rick Hasen, an election law expert at University of California at Irvine, told ABC News. “If Cohen paid the money himself and his motivation was to help the campaign, he could violate the prohibition on making excessive campaign contributions. If he assisted Trump in making an unreported expenditure, that could be a conspiracy to evade campaign finance reporting.”

What webs we weave.  ... Wouldn't have been far, far easier for all had Trump kept it in his pants?

NPR reports:

"A woman who had an alleged nine-month sexual relationship with Donald Trump more than a decade ago, is speaking on the record for the first time about signing a document from an apparent Trump media ally that effectively silenced her story."

Fascinating, isn't it?

"Karen McDougal told reporter Ronan Farrow in a piece published Friday in The New Yorker that she regretted signing the contract with American Media Inc., National Enquirer's parent company.  "At this point I feel I can't talk about anything without getting into trouble," McDougal told Farrow. "I'm afraid to even mention his name."  Farrow reports, "On August 5, 2016, McDougal signed a limited life-story rights agreement granting A.M.I. exclusive ownership of her account of any romantic, personal, or physical relationship she has ever had with any 'then-married man.'"  The Wall Street Journal first reported on the agreement in 2016, saying A.M.I., whose C.E.O and chairman, David Pecker, has called Trump "a personal friend," paid McDougal $150,000 for the rights to her story."

No question, this guy is a pecker.    Pecker head.   LOL.  Joke aside, how do these people sleep nights?  Why do their women put up with them?

Sleaze bags:

"Of the $150,000 A.M.I. reportedly paid, McDougal received about $80,000 after others involved in the deal took fees, Farrow reports. The company also reportedly agreed to publish regular columns authored by McDougal and feature her on two covers — arrangements it has yet to deliver on.  McDougal said she didn't have a full grasp of the A.M.I. agreement before signing it.  "I knew that I couldn't talk about any alleged affair with any married man, but I didn't really understand the whole content of what I gave up," she told Farrow."

Imagine that.  Couldn't be, could it?  Amazing what these assholes get away with, isn't it?  Can buy their way out of practically anything.  Until the shit finally hits the fan.  Then again, hard to feel sorry for someone whose greed and aggressive stupidity seem to have gotten the best of her seriously-lacking better judgment.

"A.M.I. said McDougal's contract — amended after President Trump won the election — allowed her to "respond to legitimate press inquiries" about the affair, according to Farrow.  "Really the important ramifications of this story are the way in which it illustrates a system used by some of the most powerful men in this country, that includes leveraging tabloid media institutions to what employees of A.M.I. called 'catch and kill' stories," Farrow told Morning Edition's Rachel Martin.  Farrow adds, "that effort is ongoing, as of a few days ago to the benefit of a sitting president."

No question.  ... As the noose figuratively tightens.

"Farrow told NPR that he spoke to six former A.M.I. employees for the story, who told him, "that this system affords the person who catches the story, in this case the executives at American Media, leverage over the celebrity. And in this case, that leverage is with respect to the sitting president of the United States."

What webs we weave.  Think Trump's not feeling the pressure?

"Farrow's article also revealed new details of the alleged affair, stemming from an eight-page handwritten document by McDougal.  The relationship was reportedly sparked after McDougal and Trump met at the Playboy Mansion in 2006, while he was married to Melania Trump and their son, Barron, was a baby.  Trump also reportedly used incendiary racial language during his interactions with McDougal.  In a statement to The New Yorker, a White House spokesperson said Trump denied the affair:  "This is an old story that is just more fake news. The President says he never had a relationship with McDougal."

Clincher?

"McDougal told Farrow she is a Republican and had hesitated to tell her story, "because she feared that other Trump supporters might accuse her of fabricating it, or might even harm her or her family. "  McDougal says she is also worried about A.M.I. retaliating against her for talking. But she said she was inspired to speak out now, in part, by the #MeToo movement.  "I just think I feel braver," McDougal told Farrow. "Every girl who speaks," she added, "is paving the way for another."

Indeed.  This woman, however, appears to not only have judgment issues, but is apparently achingly clueless.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Think pressure isn't increasing on Trump and those around him?  CBS News reports:

"Special counsel Robert Mueller alleged in court filings released late Friday that "additional new crimes" by former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort had been uncovered. These included a series of bank frauds and bank fraud conspiracies, at least part of which related to a mortgage on his Fairfax, Va. property.   The special counsel will reveal the new evidence to the court soon, which could potentially result in new charges.  The filing came in response to Manafort's request to change his bail requirements. He has been under house arrest since he pleaded not guilty in Oct.  Prosecutors from Mueller's office allege Manafort submitted false information on a bank mortgage for one of three properties he has pledged as security for bail."

Believe Trump isn't shitting?

Pressure increases.  Exponentially.  Mueller indicts Russians.  NPR reports:

"Justice Department special counsel Robert Mueller prefers to let his work do the talking for him. On Friday, he delivered a stemwinder.  Thirteen Russians and three Russian entities were indicted by a federal grand jury in connection with the attack on the 2016 election. The indictment lays out a number of detailed allegations against the Internet Research Agency located in St. Petersburg and against individuals who owned, controlled, funded or worked for the organization."

Mueller indeed delivered a bombshell.  Stuck it to the delusional, lying Trump nazi. The Washington Post reports:

"The hackers, he suggested, may have been Chinese. Or some 400-pound guy sitting on his bed. Again and again, he insisted, Russian interference was a hoax — a fiction created by Democrats as an excuse for losing an election they should have won.  When Donald Trump finally acknowledged publicly that Russians had hacked Democratic emails and interfered in the 2016 presidential election, the then-president-elect immediately regretted it. He confided to advisers that he did not believe the intelligence. The last thing Trump wanted to do was to endorse the notion that his victory may have been caused by any force other than his own strategy, message and charisma."

Unbridled narcissism.

“Russia talk is FAKE NEWS put out by the Dems, and played up by the media, in order to mask the big election defeat and the illegal leaks!” Trump tweeted last Feb. 26.  Another tweet, this one from May 2017: “The Russia-Trump collusion story is a total hoax, when will this taxpayer funded charade end?”  But Trump’s own Justice Department has concluded otherwise. A 37-page federal indictment released Friday afternoon spells out in exhaustive detail a three-year Russian plot to disrupt America’s democracy and boost Trump’s campaign, dealing a fatal blow to one of the president’s favorite talking points.  A Russia “hoax” this was not."

Indeed.  Devastating blow to Trump's credibility.

"The indictment — signed by special counsel Robert S. Mueller III and announced by Deputy Attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein, both of whom Trump has at times mused about wanting to fire — reveals that the scope of Russia’s alleged efforts to help Trump defeat Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton was extraordinary."

Trump still doesn't get it, -- or, remains achingly delusional:

"Even Trump seemed to partly concede the point Friday, acknowledging Russia’s election interference while still minimizing its effects.  “The results of the election were not impacted,” he tweeted. “The Trump campaign did nothing wrong — no collusion!”

All the above?  Wishful thinking on the part of the Trump nazi.  Not yet verified as true.  Forget?  Mueller has not completed the investigation.  Even if true, there is the matter of obstruction.  Also, not yet resolved.

"John Brennan, who was CIA director at the time of the election, said on Twitter that the indictments reveal the extent of the Russian campaign. “Claims of a ‘hoax’ in tatters,” he tweeted. “My take: Implausible that Russian actions did not influence the views and votes of at least some Americans.”  According to the federal charges, Russian operatives spread pro-Trump and anti-Clinton propaganda. They posed as Americans to coordinate and infiltrate political activities. They organized grass-roots rallies. They paid for a cage large enough to hold an actress impersonating Clinton in a prison uniform. They stoked racial tensions and sowed social discord.  “We have known that Russians meddled in the election, but these indictments detail the extent of the subterfuge,” House Speaker Paul D. Ryan (R-Wis.) said in a statement. “These Russians engaged in a sinister and systematic attack on our political system. It was a conspiracy to subvert the process, and take aim at democracy itself. Today’s announcement underscores why we need to follow the facts and work to protect the integrity of future elections.”

The above an indication Republicans are at least beginning to wake up.

"Rep. Adam B. Schiff (Calif.), the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, which has been investigating Russian meddling, said in a statement, “The indictment reaffirms what our intelligence community concluded, what our committee’s investigation has borne out, and what President Trump denies: that Russia interfered in our election in an effort to assist his presidential campaign and harm Hillary Clinton’s campaign.”

Yet, Trump has been in denial since the election:

"During the first 13 months of his presidency, Trump has rejected the evidence that Russia waged an assault on a pillar of American democracy — something many in his administration regard as objective reality — and has sought to discredit the case that Russia poses a threat to the United States. White House officials have said this is partly because Trump wants to forge a productive partnership with Russian President Vladimir Putin to tackle problems in North Korea, Iran and other hot spots."

Believe it?

"Trump has never convened a Cabinet-level meeting on Russian interference and has resisted or attempted to undo efforts to hold Moscow to account, such as additional penalties imposed last August by Congress. On the National Security Council, there has been an unspoken understanding that the president would see raising the Russia matter as a personal affront."

Think Trump fit for office?

"Trump’s skepticism of the intelligence about Russian interference and his administration’s handling of the security threat were documented by The Washington Post in December, including efforts to explore the return of two Russian compounds in the United States that had been seized by President Barack Obama."

No problem with that?

NBC News reports:

"For more than a year, President Donald Trump has insisted that Russians did not interfere in the 2016 election, going so far as to call such allegations a "hoax" and a "made-up story."  On Friday, special counsel Robert Mueller, the man charged with investigating the Trump team, filed indictments filled with cold, hard fact, charging 13 Russian nationals with executing an incredibly sophisticated cyber-based operation to aid Trump's bid for the presidency.  In other words, Mueller called Trump's bluff.  The defendants "engaged in operations primarily intended to communicate derogatory information about Hillary Clinton, to denigrate other candidates such as [Sen.] Ted Cruz [R-Texas] and [Sen.] Marco Rubio [R-Fla.], and to support Bernie Sanders and then-candidate Donald Trump," Mueller wrote.  The indictment does not say that Trump's campaign worked with the Russians, and at one point says that the Russians communicated with "unwitting" officials in the campaign. Nonetheless, on a political level, Mueller's story is devastating to Trump's narrative of a false-flag conspiracy to discredit him. And it could serve as a warning to Republicans to tread carefully in defending the president in the coming months.  "If anything, the indictment reinforces Trump’s lack of credibility on Russian interference in the election by giving a jaw-dropping account of the time, money and effort exerted by the Russian government on American soil to influence the election," said Elise Jordan, an MSNBC political analyst and former National Security Council aide.  "There’s no question now that it was a Russian state operation," she added."

Once again, Trump's fitness for office has been called into question.  Gets worse:

"In the hours after the announcement, the radio silence from the White House — and from Trump's Twitter account — was deafening. And then, shortly after 3 p.m. ET, Trump abandoned the "hoax" narrative in favor of a different defense.  "Russia started their anti-US campaign in 2014, long before I announced that I would run for President," he wrote on Twitter. "The results of the election were not impacted. The Trump campaign did nothing wrong — no collusion!"

Unbridled desperation.  Noose, figuratively tightening.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Still owned by your corporate masters?  Literally, bare your ass for corporate inspection by the company doctor?  Piss in a bottle under company supervision?  To secure and/or maintain a job that doesn't provide a livable wage?  CBS News reports:

"Most employers screen job applicants for marijuana use, even in states where it's legal for medical and recreational use. That has some experts arguing that the practice is a waste of time and removes otherwise qualified candidates from consideration for jobs."

Amazing how the nazi element suddenly concerns itself about civil and constitutional rights and liberties issues when the employee pool gets challenged, isn't it?  Otherwise, couldn't care less.

"About 78 percent of the clients of First Advantage, the world's largest provider of employment screening services, do not "accept" medical or recreational marijuana in the states were it's legal, according to Josephine Kenney, the company's chief global compliance officer, who cited an internal analysis of clients."

Put up with this shit?  Get what you deserve.  You're stupid.  Gutless.  Owned.

"They are continuing to stay the course," she said. "Look, they need to balance the risk here … even with a marketplace where the unemployment rate is really low. They still want productive employees. They still want employees that are going to be safe."

Jesus Christ.  Truly believe they own your sorry asses.  LOL.  Patronizing, condescending bullshit.  When someone is intoxicated on the job in a corporate setting, behaving dangerously, erratically, it's obvious. Can immediately be dealt with.

"According to executive outplacement firm Challenger, Gray & Christmas, which favors eliminating marijuana preemployment screening, companies are finding it increasingly difficult to find qualified applicants who don't smoke weed at a time when unemployment is at a 17-year low."

The corporate management suite certainly psychotically believes it owns its human chattel.

"According to the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML), drug tests that are largely done through urinalysis are unfair because byproducts of cannabis such as the psychoactive chemical THC can be detected for weeks after consumption in some users."

Someone needs to sue the living shit out of these assholes.  Certainly, if they've lost a job.

"With over 20 percent of the U.S. population now living in jurisdictions where marijuana is legal for adults and the right to consume it in the privacy of their homes, they still are at risk of being denied or losing their employment as a result of a positive drug test -- even in instances where the use took place on weekends or after-hours," NORML Political Director Justin Strekal wrote in an email."

None of your goddamned employer's business.

"While it is good policy to ban drugs and alcohol in the workplace, what workers do after hours -- as long as it does not impair the company's operations or productivity, or otherwise do harm -- should not have any bearing on how workers are viewed by their employers," Andrew Challenger, a vice president at the firm, said in a press release."

You think?

While the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has indeed received continued pointed criticism in this publication vis a vis its egregious failure to hold  Wells Fargo Kingsland legally accountable for deceptive trade practices, the CFPB remains the last best hope against an outrageously corrupt and abusive banking community.  Especially, since the Abbott nazi, then Texas Attorney General, failed to even answer the snailmailed complaint.

Not surprisingly, the Trump nazi and his henchmen continue to do all they can to eviscerate this agency.  To protect their cronies in the corporate management suite.  Line the pockets of those who line theirs.  As repeatedly reported in this publication and elsewhere, Trump appointee Mick Mulvaney is enabling loanshark payday lenders to continue egregiously f--king their victims.  This son of a bitch needs to be criminally investigated.

NPR reports:

"The Trump administration is proposing to dramatically cut funding for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, a move critics say is an ongoing assault on the 7-year-old agency.  The bureau was championed by Elizabeth Warren and other Democrats and created in the wake of the financial crisis to protect Americans from getting ripped off by financial firms."

The Trump nazi and his henchmen continue to support these criminal f--kers who concertedly, determinedly continue to f--k the bottom and middle class.  These corrupt abusive asshole leeches indeed make their money the old fashioned way.  Steal it.  Yet, with the racist Sessions nazi in charge of the 'Justice' Department expect no relief.  Just a rubber stamp of this continued f--king.

"The White House proposal would chop funding for the CFPB by about $150 million — or a quarter of its budget. Such cuts would mean "massive layoffs and disruptions," says Mike Calhoun, the president of the Center for Responsible Lending. That would "make it hard for it to do its job — a job that it's been doing incredibly well," he says."

We've lost our country.  Criminals now run and own our formerly great nation.

"Financial watchdog groups such as Calhoun's say the agency has been paying for itself many times over. Part of its mission is to go after companies that swindle consumers to get people their money back, "so far returning over $12 billion in relief to consumers who were treated illegally by financial companies," Calhoun says. So in that sense, the CFPB is returning far more money to taxpayers than it's costing them."

Doesn't matter to the criminals now running the Executive Branch.  In fact, quite the opposite.

"Under Mulvaney, the bureau has put on hold new regulations for high-interest payday lenders. And it's dropped an investigation into a a payday lender that contributed to Mulvaney's campaign when he was in Congress. Mulvaney has said he doesn't think those contributions create a conflict of interest."

Called obstruction.  Hopefully, Mueller is looking into all this.

"And now Mulvaney has proposed steep budget cuts. He says he's not "gutting" the agency, but Democrats vow they won't take the move sitting down.  "We will fight any effort to defund the CFPB," says Sen. Chris Van Hollen, D-Md. Van Hollen pressed Mulvaney in a hearing this week about the agency head's decision to drop a lawsuit against an online lender called Golden Valley. The lawsuit said the lender is charging illegal and predatory interest rates."

First, Mulvaney is a liar.  Second, Democrats have been absent without leave, out to lunch since November 22, 1963.  Miserable failures.  Concertedly, refused to stand up to the growing nazism embraced by national socialists in the Republican Party for decades.  Certainly, since the days of the McCarthy nazi back in the 50s.

"Van Hollen: "950 percent interest rates. ... this is higher than Mafia loan sharks. Were you part of the decision to drop the case against Golden Valley?"

    "Mulvaney: "Yes sir."

"Van Hollen: "I'll follow up with that. I think it's an outrageous decision."

Open, blatant, pernicious legalized theft.

"Van Hollen says an NPR report this week prompted him to start looking into the lender. That report said Mulvaney dropped the lawsuit even though the entire professional career staff at the bureau wanted to press ahead with the case.  Van Hollen says he wants a full accounting from Mulvaney about why he did that. "It's pretty clear right now, if left to their own devices, Mulvaney and the Trump administration will essentially turn the keys to the agency over to the very people who are cheating consumers," Van Hollen says."

Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.  As Congress and the courts remain deafeningly silent.

"The CFPB gets its funding from the Federal Reserve, not Congress. But if Mulvaney tries to slash its budget, Mike Calhoun of the Center for Responsible Lending says Congress could act to block the move.  Polls show that the CFPB is popular with voters of both parties. So Calhoun says some Republicans might join Democrats to protect the agency."

Think so?  Hopefully, not all the thieving bastards in both parties are bought and paid for.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

In follow up to an earlier edition, there has been a winner in a Kentucky special election held after the incumbent committed suicide.  NPR reports:

"The wife of Kentucky state Rep. Dan Johnson, who killed himself last year amid allegations of sexual assault, has lost a bid to succeed her late husband. The special election returned the seat to Linda Belcher, whom Dan Johnson had unseated.  Belcher — the Democrat who lost to Johnson in a Trump wave that swept Republicans into office statewide in 2016 — easily won the special election for Kentucky's 49th District. She garnered 68 percent of the vote to Rebecca Johnson's roughly 32 percent, member station WFPL reports."

This is a particularly sad case for a number of reasons not the least of which is the following:

"The day before Johnson took his own life, he spoke from the pulpit at his Heart of Fire Church in the Fern Creek neighborhood of Louisville to denounce the allegations, calling them "fake news." He blamed NPR by name, although the network neither investigated the initial story nor aired or published it.  The Associated Press notes: "Rebecca Johnson denied the allegations against Dan Johnson, claiming he was a victim of "an assault from the left." But the allegations were backed up by an on-the-record interview from the victim, plus pages of police documents that were published by [KyCIR] after months of reporting."

Worse, far worse?  His alleged victim was a 17-year-old girl:

"As we reported in December, Dan Johnson, 57, was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound on a bridge over the Salt River in Mount Washington. His suicide followed a report by the Kentucky Center for Investigative Reporting outlining a number of accusations against him, the most serious of which was the alleged sexual assault of a 17-year-old girl in the basement of the church where he served as pastor. KyCIR is an initiative of Louisville Public Media, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation that operates three NPR member stations — WUOL, WFPK and WFPL."

We're going to have to do a whole lot better as a community to combat this scourge.  Someone had to have known this guy had severe problems.  His wife was apparently in denial.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

The American Civil Liberties Union has stepped up.  In follow up to a story covered here and elsewhere,  NPR reports:

"The American Civil Liberties Union of Ohio filed a complaint Thursday on behalf of several abortion providers seeking to block a state law that bans abortions "because an unborn child has or may have Down Syndrome."  Governor John Kasich signed House Bill 214 into law late last year, although it is not scheduled to take effect until March 23, 2018.  The legislation makes it a felony for a provider to perform an abortion or try to when there is any "reason to believe that an unborn child has Down syndrome," including a prenatal test. The physician could also have his or her medical license revoked under the law."

None of the goddamned government's business.  Nor is it the business of the Nazi Religious Right.  Forget?  Not their uterus.  Not their call to dictate what a woman can and cannot do with HER uterus.

"The lawsuit, filed on behalf of abortion providers including Preterm Cleveland and Planned Parenthood, says the legislation is unconstitutional, violating "the very heart of the Fourteenth Amendment right to privacy and autonomy." It says the legislation also undermines the mission of physicians "to honor and support the decisions their patients make."  The plaintiffs are asking the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio to issue a permanent injunction."

Nazism has to be stood up to.  Ferociously, but peacefully, resisted.

"The anti-abortion rights group Ohio Right to Life, which campaigned for the bill, says, "While elective abortion is never the right choice, it's particularly egregious that unborn children can be denied life simply due to the presence of a disability."

Not your uterus. None of your goddamned business.  Who the hell are you hypocritical nazi bastards to force your achingly perverse religious and ideological views on the rest of us?  Direct violation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause, church-state separation, this is, freedom from religion.

"But Freda Levenson, legal director for the ACLU of Ohio says the ban is "a thinly-veiled attempt to criminalize abortion in Ohio."

That's exactly what it is.

"If Ohio politicians wanted to proactively take a stance for people with disabilities, they should improve access to health care, education, or other services," she said in a statement."

Precisely, what the problem is with nazis in the Republican Party.  They're extremely quick to force their goddamned outrageously perverse ideological and religious views on all.  Line the pockets of their corporate masters who in turn line theirs.  Fervently cut back and/or eviscerate social programs designed to help the bottom and middle class.

Yet, when it comes to mandating a livable wage by law that would ameliorate the need for such programs, the hypocritical, achingly gutless bastards run the other way.  Depend on slave labor to line the pockets of their masters in the corporate management suite and the top of the food chain, who in turn, line theirs.

In a related matter, NPR reports:

"The mother-daughter pair spent an entire Saturday holed up at a local high school talking about relationships, love and, yes, sex. The five-hour seminar called Linking Families and Teens, or LiFT, included group discussions and role-playing to help parents and kids get comfortable talking about dating and sex.  "It was almost instantly that I felt that I could talk to my daughter in a different way, without automatically jumping to assumptions or, you know, just cutting her off and being angry or being embarrassed," Liles says.  LiFT is the only sex education program available in her rural community of Shelton, Wash., she says.  But come July, LiFT will be gone. The Trump administration cut off the grant funding for it when the Department of Health and Human Services eliminated the Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program."

Amazing, isn't it?  What's the Trump nazi's agenda?  More teen pregnancy?

"LiFT is sponsored by Planned Parenthood of the Great Northwest and the Hawaiian Islands, one of 84 organizations losing federal funding that was supposed to last until 2020.  Now the Planned Parenthood chapter, along with eight other groups, is suing HHS, saying it acted unlawfully when it canceled their five-year grants midstream and with no explanation. The organizations — which include city and county health departments, universities, hospitals and nonprofit organizations — operate across the U.S. providing sex education and health information to more than a million teens.  The Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program has been lauded by watchdogs as an example of good government at work. The program grants 80 percent of its budget to groups that implement pregnancy prevention programs that have been shown to be effective. The remaining 20 percent is dedicated to trying new strategies.  The efforts are focused on African-American and Hispanic teens, who have higher pregnancy rates, and those in low-income and rural areas.  And the organizations are required to measure whether their programs are effective in reducing pregnancy, delaying teen sex or increasing contraception use. The plans was to scale up the projects that work and eliminate the ones that don't.  "There's a list of proven effective programs that has been developed over time specifically through a lot of these grants," says Carrie Flaxman, counsel for Planned Parenthood."

Can't have that, can we?  Trump and his fellow nazis in the Republican Party delusionally believe in abstinence-only:

"Trump's budget proposal instead has $75 million for abstinence education programs. Research has shown that "abstinence-only education rarely has a positive effect on teen sexual behavior," according to a 2014 analysis of sex education.  Teen pregnancy rates have plummeted in the three decades from about 60 births per 1,000 girls ages 15 to 19, to just 24 in 2014. Still, the U.S. has a far higher teen pregnancy and birthrate than most developed countries."

'Can fix ignorant, can't fix stupid.'  ... Right, Mr. 'President?'

This is no more than egregious abrogation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause, church-state separation, that is, freedom from religion.

The following email has been sent nearly daily to a woman at 2freehosting.com who was responsible for caving into Wells Fargo.  This email is re-edited occasionally as circumstances change.  Should you bank with Wells Fargo you may wish to ask them why they engage in deceptive trade practices and if in fact they indeed bribed Texas Gov. Greg Abbott while he was Texas Attorney General to ignore a complaint filed against them:

Fran,

All three Liberty In Peril FTP servers are down and apparently have been
hacked.  The three websites, however, remain up and running at time of
writing.  That is, libertyinperil.twomini.com, libertyinperil.wink.ws, and
libertyinperil.t15.org are accessible and running.  Only FTP access has
been effected making it impossible to upload.

The Filezilla messaging on twomini is:

Status:        Connecting to 31.170.167.137:21...
Status:       Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection
refused by server".
Error:        Could not connect to server

The exact same messaging, other than IP addresses, is the same on the wink
and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity.  Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these
FTP servers up and running again.  A criminal complaint will be filed with
the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells
Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue interference with the webhosts.
Has 2freehosting been bribed and/or pressured by Wells Fargo?  Certainly,
one of numerous questions to be forwarded to criminal prosecutors.

Welcome.   Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com.  This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers.  Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible.  -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle.  No more bullsh-t.  Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right.  During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at
Wells Fargo.  Copies of these emails were sent to bank officials.  They
have been posted in this publication. ... We're already up to Salvo 74, --
and counting.

In addition, all new Newsletter Editions will feature an
available abbreviated version, smart phone friendly, that can be accessed
by clicking on the icon. Will supplement the regular format of this
publication.  This is being done because so many of you access this
publication with smart phones and other devices with small screens.

This site has finally been fully uploaded.  All links appear to be
properly working.  Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected.  There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows.  Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts.  We'll see.  With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated.  Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well.  Forget?  The bank
is considered too big to fail.  Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true.  They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked.  What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support.  Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however.  Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it.  Certainly, have the
resources.  Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved.  Hard to believe they would be that stupid.  The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys.  The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further
exposure in this publication. Should you have information regarding this
or any other issue, contact me.  I will protect your identity.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.  ... Governor?  Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Owner, Llanorado Lodge & Bait Shop, Kingsland, TX.   A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright.  She has, indeed, been promoted  branch manager. Reverse Darwinism.  Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The process to update those already informed of this fiasco has finally been completed. This latest material can be found by clicking on Wells Fargo Deceptive Trade Practices Salvo 194, 2-23-18.

The name of this publication was changed some fifteen years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade and a half.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned. Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly, literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards knowwho you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
