As always, when a cop does something heroic, and/or of exceptional benefit to the community, it leads. Always. The following is indeed above and beyond the call of duty. Involves several officers. Seatbelts on. Fox 6 reports:

"While many are preparing for the latest winter storm to hit southeast Wisconsin, sometimes the worst part of it is the cleanup. One Greenfield woman is thankful officers were able to help her dig out. “Called me on the radio and asked if I wanted to come out,” said Officer David Vitek, Greenfield Police Department. It is not your normal call for backup, but it was one Greenfield Police Officer David Vitek, didn’t hesitate to answer. “We’re all happy to step in and help out,” said Officer Vitek. Wednesday afternoon, February 7th another officer noticed something wasn’t right. There was no crime scene or suspicious activity, but an elderly woman shoveling her rather large driveway all alone. “He said it looked like she was kind of having a little bit of an issue, struggling with shoveling,” said Vitek. He pulled over and helped out. Two other officers quickly joined in. Within 15 minutes, they had the driveway clear."

“All of us are police officers because we have a commitment to serve our citizens,” said Vitek. Officers happy help proved a simple gesture can go a long way. “We saw somebody that needed some help and we were ready to step in,” said Officer Vitek. Officer Vitek says he is really surprised by all the attention they’ve gotten."

"West Virginia city has agreed to pay a former police officer $175,000 to settle a wrongful-termination lawsuit after he was fired following his decision not to shoot a distraught suspect who was holding a gun. The lawsuit accused the Weirton Police Department of wrongfully terminating officer Stephen Mader after he chose not to shoot a 23-year-old man while responding to a domestic disturbance in 2016. "At the end of the day, I'm happy to put this chapter of my life to bed," Mader said in a news release by the American Civil Liberties Union of West Virginia. "The events leading to my termination were unjustified and I'm pleased a joint resolution has been met. My hope is that no other person on either end of a police call has to go through this again." The incident occurred May 6, 2016, when Mader responded to a domestic-disturbance call and found Ronald "R.J." Williams Jr. with an unloaded handgun."

As you're well aware, we have an outrageously corrupt, abusive, achingly inept Llano County Sheriff's Office here in Nazi Llano County. Worse, you and your office aid and abet these SS jackbooted bastards in black. The issue at the moment is the same it's been the last six months.

How is it two surveyor companies, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, even the goddamned Sheriff himself now states Kingsland resident James Berardi owns the lots in contention all these months?

Yet, you ludicrously assert that's not the County's legal position. It's not? Why not? You claim you're not a real estate expert. Rather than accept the advice of two surveyor companies, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, and even the Sheriff himself, you've inexplicably chosen to follow the advice of property owner Johnny Greene, -- who conveniently happens to be reportedly in the oil industry.

Question to be asked. Could you have received any 'consideration' in return, -- up to and including a bribe? Only way to know for sure is for the District Attorney to conduct a criminal investigation. Apparently, there has been none. If not, why not?

Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to this Kingsland property owner? To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.

Our achingly useless, worthless, gutless Sheriff has ignored an email vis a vis the damage this jackbooted thug is responsible for. Interestingly, his fellow officers believe him to be an idiot. Yet, the Sheriff continued to defend this piece of human excrement until he realized this entire fiasco would not be swept under the carpet.

Rodriguez is indeed an idiot. Would you believe this piece of crap ordered the motor home to be moved on to an unmarked unused Llano County road? That motor home has indeed been moved back to where it was parked before Rodriguez forced it to be moved. Why hasn't the County paid for the cost of moving it back? To say nothing of the damage.

Equally pointedly, why is it the County has allowed Theresa Ahrens to park and live in her tiny cottage on that very same road? Why hasn't she been evicted by the County? Why was she assessed taxes on an adjacent improvement she doesn't own?

Why is it, Counselor, Johnny Greene is paying for the attorney retained by Ms. Ahrens? Is Greene attempting to make this all go away by bribery? Greene has also informed Berardi he is going to sue. For what? Has Greene lost his mind?

What about Wells who installed a $4500 septic system on a lot turns out he does not own as a result of Greene, an outrageously inept County, to say nothing of the Llano County Attorney who remains equally determinedly clueless?

How about Bolen who hasn't a pot to piss in, but was nonetheless f--ked over by Greene to say nothing of an egregiously inept County, to say nothing of you and your goddamned equally incompetent office?

None of this is going away, Counselor, -- any time soon. Will not be swept under the carpet as all the other crap going on in this hell hole County. Not a chance. Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? Ninety-five weeks. Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger. To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff? Those of your thugs? "In the same South Los Angeles neighborhood where 16-year-old Anthony Weber was shot dead by a sheriff's deputy nearly a week ago, protesters gathered and demanded answers in a shooting where a gun's still missing. After Weber was fatally shot by a Los Angeles County sheriff's deputy last Sunday, law enforcement officials alleged he was armed at the time. But the gun they said he had has still not been found."

"On the night of the shooting, some people gathered near the scene in Westmont just after shots rang out. Officials from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said it's possible one of those bystanders — which they estimated to be around 30 to 40 people — actually took the gun from the scene."

"But in the days since, neighbors, local activists and members of the Weber family have spoken out — mostly refuting the Sheriff's Department's recollection of events and insisting Weber wasn't armed when he was shot.

“We’re fed up. We’re not going to keep getting shot down," Scott Iyzayria, a South L.A. resident, told KTLA during Saturday's protests. "Because the way it’s been going, for the last five years, they shoot us down, get away with it and then they do the same thing in another six months," he said."

"Just before the shooting, a 911 caller said a young man on foot was pointing a gun at his car as he drove down West 107th Street, according to the Sheriff's Department. As they approached the young man, they noticed there was a "handgun tucked into the waistband of his pants," officials later said."

"That person was Anthony Weber, and as deputies tried to make contact with him, he ran into a nearby apartment complex, authorities said. The 16-year-old turned toward the deputies and reached down "toward his waistband, where the gun was located that they first saw," sheriff's homicide Capt. Christopher Bergner told reporters the following day. The deputies opened fire, striking Weber several times in his upper torso, Bergner said. He was pronounced dead at the scene."

"In what world or in what universe … is that possible?" he asked."

"At a meeting held in a nearby church on Wednesday, John Weber demanded answers in the death of his teenage son, the Los Angeles Times reported. "Where's the gun? Where's the gun?" he asked officials with the L.A. County Sheriff's Department. "I know where the bullets are — they're right in my baby's back," he yelled. On Saturday, Weber said he contacted the attorney general and requested to be present for his son's autopsy. Law enforcement officials have not released information about how many times the 16-year-old was shot."

"If I could just get a fair and impartial investigation — that’s what I want," he said during Saturday's protests."

"The deputy-involved shooting is still being investigated, as Sheriff's Department officials cope with backlash in a South L.A. neighborhood that's within a mile of five shooting deaths by law enforcement within the last five years, according to the Times. Carnell Snell Jr., whose death in 2016 drew widespread outrage and protests, was shot and killed by Los Angeles Police Department officers in an area also near West 107th Street and less than a mile from where Weber was shot."

"If the sheriffs can produce a gun, then it’s a different situation," Smith said. "Until then, they shot an unarmed person."

"Two Baltimore plainclothes police detectives were convicted Monday of racketeering, robbery and fraud in a trial involving a wide range of criminal activities by an elite police unit charged with reducing the number of illegal guns on that city's streets. Detectives Daniel Hersl, 48, and Marcus Taylor, 31, were members of the Gun Trace Task Force. They were convicted with the help of testimony by four former members of the unit."

"Over two weeks in federal court, four former members of the once-lauded unit who earlier pleaded guilty took the stand in their new prison uniforms and admitted crimes denied for years during internal investigations and lawsuits. The cops stole hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash, drugs, guns, and luxury accessories while pretending to be seizing the goods for legitimate enforcement objectives. They concocted reasons to chase and search suspects or enter houses without warrants to sift through goods they wanted. They covered up their involvement in car crashes when rogue pursuits went bad."

"The scandal leaves Baltimore officials with the job of determining whether corruption within police ranks has been rooted out, or if that job is just beginning. The Baltimore Sun reports that a new anti-corruption team is investigating at least 10 other officers suspected of being involved with the disgraced gun unit."

After her sentencing today in federal court in Oklahoma, her involvement with checks and drugs will stop at least temporarily, but she will never have another baby. That’s because the judge in her case suggested, in writing, that Creel consider getting herself sterilized before the sentencing, and Creel proceeded to do just that."

"The judge, Senior U.S. District Judge Stephen P. When Creel didn’t show up for her sentencing last June, the judge looked at her pre-sentence report and observed that Creel was a user of both crack cocaine and methamphetamine.

“It appears highly likely,” Friot wrote, “that some of Ms. Creel’s children were conceived, carried and born while Ms. Creel was a habitual user of these illicit substances.” He noted that she had relinquished custody of six of her seven children in 2012, with the seventh born in 2016. And so the judge concluded that, at the sentencing, “Ms. Creel may, if (and only if) she chooses to do so, present medical evidence to the court establishing that she has been rendered incapable of procreation.”

"Prosecutors have charged three Milwaukee County jail staffers for their role in the dehydration death of an inmate who spent a week without water. All three face felony charges. The three employees were suspended as of Monday morning, Milwaukee County Acting Sheriff Richard Schmidt told reporters Monday afternoon. A separate disciplinary process is expected to conclude on Friday. No cash bail was imposed, and it is not likely they will be taken into custody, according to Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisolm."

Special treatment? Think anyone else charged with a felony would not have bail imposed, not be booked into jail?

"The charges announced Monday come almost a year after jurors recommended jail staff should be liable after prosecutors presented them with evidence."

"The investigation revealed 38-year-old Terrill Thomas had water to his cell shut off as punishment for flooding it in April 2016. Supervisor Kashka Meadors and jail deputy James Lee Ramsey-Guy are both charged with abuse and neglect of an inmate, a felony that punishable by up to 3 ½ years in prison. Prosecutors say Meadors ordered Ramsey-Guy to shut off the water. Jail Cmdr. Nancy Lee Evans is charged with misconduct and obstructing an officer. Prosecutors say she failed to preserve surveillance video showing the water turned off. If convicted of both charges, Evans could face more than four years in prison."

The inmate had severe mental issues, yet jailers couldn't care less. ... Think gulags only exist overseas?

"Police detectives asked Evans in a questionnaire during their investigation whether there was any documentation showing whether the water was turned off the whole time or intermittently. The document Evans signed off on answered that "there is no documentation indicating this." However, prosecutors say Evans was aware of the tape and that it showed the water to Thomas' cell being turned off and never turned back on again."

"Thomas' family has said he was having a mental breakdown when police arrested him April 14, 2016, for shooting a man in front of his parents' house and later firing a gun inside a casino."

So jailers become judge, jury, and executioner? Think that appropriate in a supposed democratic republic?

"Thomas' case wasn't the only time an inmate was punished by being deprived of water. Prosecutors presented jurors with jail logs documenting two cases in which disobeying inmates had water to their cells turned off -- both within a month of Thomas dying. One of the cases happened a week after Thomas' death."

"At the time of Thomas' death, the jail was overseen by conservative firebrand Sheriff David Clarke, who resigned in August to join a political action committee in support of President Donald Trump. Clarke was not the target of the inquest because he wasn't directly involved in Thomas' death."

Think Clarke didn't receive special treatment? Forget? The sheriff is in charge of the jail. Ultimately responsible for the welfare of his prisoners. Was egregiously negligent in oversight. Should have been prosecuted for that negligence which resulted in the death of a prisoner. Forget? Clarke has quite a colorful history as reported in this publication and elsewhere.

"Thomas is one of seven prisoners to have died in the jail since mid-2016, prompting Milwaukee County Acting Sheriff Richard Schmidt to assign a command-level staffer to monitor inmate health, according to CBS affiliate WISC."

"Expressing his regret for Thomas' death, Schmidt said, "This family has gone through a horrific ordeal. Saying I'm sorry -- is that good enough? I don't think that it is." "Law enforcement is sworn to serve and protect. To the family, I have nothing but deepest sympathies for their loss."

"The jail's troubled history also includes a 2006 contempt of court charge for failing to fix unsanitary and "appalling" conditions in accordance with an agreement between the county, the ACLU of Wisconsin, and the Wisconsin Legal Aid Society. A district judge found the county to have violated the agreement at least 16,662 times between November 2001 and April 2004."

"FBI officials said the investigation into the November death of a U.S. Border Patrol agent has yielded no evidence that there was a "scuffle, altercation or attack" more than two months after President Donald Trump and others used the suggestion of an attack to promote the building of a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border. Investigators have conducted more than 650 interviews and involved 37 field offices in their probe, but have not found definitive evidence of an attack, the FBI said in a statement Wednesday."

Fascinating, isn't it? Yet, the Trump nazi quickly concluded the men were attacked by illegal immigrants. So did our nazi Governor. So did our nazi GOP Senator, --"Screws Loose" Cruz.

"To date none of the more than 650 interviews completed, locations searched, or evidence collected and analyzed have produced evidence that would support the existence of a scuffle, altercation, or attack on November 18, 2017," said the release from the El Paso office of Emmerson Buie, a special agent in charge."

"Rogelio Martinez died from injuries he sustained while he and his partner were responding to reports of unknown activity the night of Nov. 18 near Van Horn, a Texas town near the Mexico border about 110 miles southeast of El Paso. Martinez's partner radioed for help before both agents were airlifted to the hospital, where 36-year-old Martinez died a few hours later. The partner- who suffered from head injuries- was released from the hospital after several days, but told investigators he could not remember the incident."

"The FBI release Wednesday noted that a dispatcher, who was among the people interviewed by investigators, took the call from the surviving agent. According to the release, the dispatcher wrote in his log that, "(He) thinks they (both agents) ran into a culvert."

Readers are also reminded a local sheriff opined at the time both men may have been sideswiped by a tractor trailer.

"An autopsy report from the El Paso County medical examiner's office released Tuesday night shed little light on what caused the serious injuries that Martinez suffered. The report listed "blunt force trauma" as the cause of death, but said the manner of his death was undetermined.

"Dr. Janice Diaz-Cavalliery, assistant medical examiner, found that Martinez had a skull fracture, a fractured eye socket, multiple rib fractures and a broken collarbone, according to the 11-page report. She found brain hemorrhaging but no other internal injuries."

"Police arriving on the scene apprehended a trespasser, according to Rodriguez's attorney, Luis Cortes. Officers then put Rodriguez in handcuffs after he gave them his ID for what he thought was "report purposes," the lawyer said. Officers saw he had an outstanding warrant when they ran his information through the National Crime Information Center database. Less than an hour after making the trespassing call, Rodriguez faced an uncertain future as he was driven to an ICE field office in Seattle for processing. His attorney said ICE never arrived to pick up his client, so Tukwila police volunteered to take him to the ICE field office."

"Porter said photos from 2005 of his first wife, Colbie Holderness, with an apparent black eye had a "reality behind them [that] is nowhere close to what is being described." "I've been transparent and truthful about these vile claims, but I will not further engage publicly with a coordinated smear campaign," he added."

The truth must be determined. And that was what was going on with Rob Porter."

"White House officials continued to defend Porter as late as last week, even after his ex-wives' accusations were made public by the Daily Mail and the Intercept. Kelly initially issued a statement calling Porter a man of "true integrity," although he later said he was "shocked" by the allegations, adding, "There is no place for domestic violence in our society."

"On Monday, press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders insisted the White House had acted swiftly once the allegations against Porter were known."

"We learned the extent of the situation involving Rob Porter last Tuesday evening and within 24 hours, his resignation had been accepted and announced," Sanders said. Sanders also said that the background check "process" was ongoing, as opposed to specifically saying the "investigation."

Missal said in a report released Wednesday. VA paid more than $4,300 for her airfare."

country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers. Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this

be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards knowwho you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded. Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy. Literally.

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff. It is not. It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
