As always, when a cop does something heroic, and/or of exceptional benefit to the community, it leads. Always. Imagine being a desperate grandparent in the following situation. From a New Jersey State Police Facebook post:

Piscataway, N.J. – An off-duty New Jersey State trooper cleared the airways of a choking two-week-old infant after his neighbor came to his home seeking help.

On Saturday, February 3, at 1:15 p.m., Trooper Robert Meyer was asleep after working a night shift when he was awoken by his neighbor. The victim was seeking help for her two-week-old granddaughter, who was choking, and went to Trooper Meyer’s residence after seeing a marked troop car parked outside.

Without putting on a pair of shoes, Trooper Meyer immediately responded to his neighbor’s home, which was four houses away. Upon his arrival, the baby was blue and struggling to breathe. Using a bulb syringe provided by the grandmother, Trooper Meyer cleared the baby’s nose and mouth, which immediately cleared her airway of mucus that was obstructing her breathing. Shortly after his arrival, Piscataway Police and local emergency medical personnel arrived to assist.

Baby Elizabeth was transported to an area hospital where she was treated and released the same day. Elizabeth suffered no serious injuries, and she is expected to make a full recovery.

Obviously, this is a dangerously cold time of the year across the country. The following should never ever happen to a kid or anyone else for that matter. Seatbelts on. CBS News reports:

"Police in Akron, Ohio, are investigating how a 2-year-old girl died after she was found unresponsive outside an apartment in freezing weather. The young girl was taken to Akron Children's Hospital on Friday where she later died, CBS affiliate WOIO reports. Police said the mother discovered the girl outside and frantically called 911. Officers arrived at the scene on Doty Drive at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. The temperature in Akron ranged from 12 to 19 degrees on Friday. The Summit County Medical Examiner's Office identified the young girl as Wynter Parker and will conduct an autopsy Monday to determine her cause of death."

Imagine what this kid must have gone through. Imagine what her mother has to live with the rest of her life.

"Police did not say whether anyone will face charges in the child's death. Residents created a stuffed animal memorial outside the apartment complex. A neighbor, who asked to remain anonymous, wants to know why the young girl was left unattended outside in the cold. "She shouldn't have been outside," he told WOIO, "I hope they find out what happened to the child, and see if there was foul play involved or not." Another resident who lives in the apartment complex told WJW-TV that the woman also has a son."

As you're well aware, we have an outrageously corrupt, abusive, achingly inept Llano County Sheriff's Office here in Nazi Llano County. Worse, you and your office aid and abet these SS jackbooted bastards in black. The issue at the moment is the same it's been the last six months.

How is it two surveyor companies, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, even the goddamned Sheriff himself now states Kingsland resident James Berardi owns the lots in contention all these months?

Yet, you ludicrously assert that's not the County's legal position. It's not? Why not? You claim you're not a real estate expert. Rather than accept the advice of two surveyor companies, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, and even the Sheriff himself, you've inexplicably chosen to follow the advice of property owner Johnny Greene, -- who conveniently happens to be reportedly in the oil industry.

Question to be asked. Could you have received any 'consideration' in return, -- up to and including a bribe? Only way to know for sure is for the District Attorney to conduct a criminal investigation. Apparently, there has been none. If not, why not?

Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to this Kingsland property owner? To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.

Our achingly useless, worthless, gutless Sheriff has ignored an email vis a vis the damage this jackbooted thug is responsible for. Interestingly, his fellow officers believe him to be an idiot. Yet, the Sheriff continued to defend this piece of human excrement until he realized this entire fiasco would not be swept under the carpet.

Rodriguez is indeed an idiot. Would you believe this piece of crap ordered the motor home to be moved on to an unmarked unused Llano County road? That motor home has indeed been moved back to where it was parked before Rodriguez forced it to be moved. Why hasn't the County paid for the cost of moving it back? To say nothing of the damage.

Equally pointedly, why is it the County has allowed Theresa Ahrens to park and live in her tiny cottage on that very same road? Why hasn't she been evicted by the County? Why was she assessed taxes on an adjacent improvement she doesn't own?

Why is it, Counselor, Johnny Greene is paying for the attorney retained by Ms. Ahrens? Is Greene attempting to make this all go away by bribery? Greene has also informed Berardi he is going to sue. For what? Has Greene lost his mind?

What about Wells who installed a $4500 septic system on a lot turns out he does not own as a result of Greene, an outrageously inept County, to say nothing of the Llano County Attorney who remains equally determinedly clueless?

How about Bolen who hasn't a pot to piss in, but was nonetheless f--ked over by Greene to say nothing of an egregiously inept County, to say nothing of you and your goddamned equally incompetent office?

None of this is going away, Counselor, -- any time soon. Will not be swept under the carpet as all the other crap going on in this hell hole County. Not a chance. Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? Ninety-four weeks, now. A goddamned disgrace. Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? Ninety-four weeks. Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger. To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff? Those of your thugs? The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down. You don't understand that, Sheriff? Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one. Including taxpayers. Especially, taxpayers.

It's time the public be fully informed. -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County. "Several admitted drug dealers with federal immunity deals have testified against Baltimore Police Department Gun Trace Task Force officers. The Baltimore Sun reports the dealers took to the stand Wednesday, describing theft, intimidation and extortion by the officers."

"Ronald Hamilton was one of those testifying — he said Detective Jemell Rayam stole $3,400 from him. Rayam has admitted to this robbery and pleaded guilty."

"Nearly 14 years after she reported being sexually assaulted by former Olympic team doctor Larry Nassar, Brianne Randall-Gay heard words she thought she would never hear from the authorities who took his word over her's and caused her to be consumed by self-doubt and emotional turmoil.

"I want to first start with the most important reason we're here and that's to apologize on behalf of the community and the police department," an emotional Frank Walsh, the manager of Meridian Township, Michigan, told Randall-Gay during a news conference on Thursday. "We failed you. We let you down."

"Randall-Gay went to the Meridian Township Police Department in 2004 and told them that Nassar had sexually abused her. She even submitted to a rape kit."

Rape survivors have opined the rape kit is akin to a second rape. Insult to injury? Get this:

"But the officer who took her report did not pass it on to prosecutors to consider charges, officials said. Instead, he believed Nassar's over the victim when the doctor told him that the then 17-year-old girl had mistaken his medical procedures for deviant behavior."

"We were deceived. We wish we had this one back," Police Chief Dave Hall, told Randall-Gay. Hall added: "I think I could apologize everyday for the rest of my life."

Better late than never. Regardless, the victim will live with this the rest of her life.

"Randall-Gay, now a 30-year-old married mother, listened to the apologies via Skype video connection from her home in Seattle. The outpouring of public regret came after Hall and Walsh first privately apologized to her in a phone call on Jan. 19. "I immediately broke down as they apologized," Randall-Gay said of the phone call she got from the Meridian Township officials. "This was a phone call I had been waiting almost 14 years for."

No question, Ms. Randall-Gay stood tall, courageously confronting this monster:

"Last week, Randall-Gay faced Nassar in Ingham County Circuit Court and gave a victim statement along with 155 other women and girls -- including Olympic gymnastic stars Aly Raisman, McKayla Maroney, Jordyne Weiber and Jamie Dantzcher -- who say they were sexually abused by the former doctor.

"You had the audacity to tell [police] I misunderstood the treatment because I was not comfortable with my body," Randall-Gay told Nassar. "Sadly, they took your word instead of mine."

"During the emotional news conference Thursday, Hall and Walsh promised Randall-Gay they will adopt a series of initiatives and department training so that no other victim of sexual assault will feel their complaints are disregarded. "When I reported my abuse to Meridian Township in 2004, I was disappointed that there were no charges," Randall-Gay said on Thursday. "I felt my complaint was ignored. I felt like I was ignored." After being told Nassar's treatments were "legitimate medical procedures," she said, "this caused me to question myself. For over a decade I struggled."

"She said it wasn't until 2016 when the Indianapolis Star newspaper reported Nassar, who was also a former sports medicine doctor at Michigan State University, had been abusing young girls for years and prosecutors launched an investigation of the physician, that she realized she was finally going to be vindicated.

"This has been a difficult 16 months as I have had to process the abuse I suffered at the hands of Larry Nassar and to realize the breadth of his abuse on so many young women and children," Randall-Gay said."

No one should have to deal with this. Blame goes far beyond Nassar. There was no way this abuse could extend some two decades with no one knowing. No one questioning. No one protecting these girls and young women.

"As part of the new initiatives on how his department will handle sexual assault victims in the future, he said Randall-Gay has offered to do a training video to tell her story and work with McCready on developing a community outreach program that instructs victims on how to report sexual abuse. Hall said that beginning immediately, he's taken it upon himself to review and sign off on all sexual assault cases his department investigates "just to make sure we're doing what we say we're doing." Randall-Gay said she believes Hall and Walsh are sincere."

"They discussed specific actions they would be taking as a department to ensure this never happens again," she said. "Although it dose not erase the pain I have suffered ... this process has allowed me to take steps in letting go of the anger I had."

"In 2004, Randall-Gay was 17 when she and her mother visited Nassar to discuss treatment for scoliosis, a curvature of the spine. He sent her to physical therapy but saw her again, this time alone. Randall-Gay had a back problem. But she told police that Nassar had removed her underwear, forcibly cupped her genitals with his hand and rubbed her breasts - all without gloves. "She thought it was 'weird' and it 'freaked her out,'" the police report says."

"Nassar told police he applied pressure to the "perineum," using a formal word for an area between the legs, and said it was done to manipulate a ligament, according to the report. "Los Angeles City Councilman Joe Buscaino introduced a motion Wednesday calling for a full investigation into an incident in which a Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputy was recorded dropping off a homeless man, who displayed signs of mental illness, on the streets of San Pedro. Some believe he was dumped there, CBS Los Angeles reports. "The video clearly showed an individual who was not in the right frame of mind, was let go holding his own shoes," Buscaino said Wednesday. "That was troubling for us."

"He went on to imply the actions of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department put undue burden on L.A.'s emergency response resources when police and firefighters tended to the man, identified as 54-year-old Shawn Bryan."

"Buscaino said earlier in a Facebook post he was "deeply concerned" after seeing the video of the deputies "unloading a homeless individual with an outstanding arrest warrant, displaying characteristics of mental illness on San Pedro streets near the border with Rancho Palos Verdes."

"He said the incident, on Jan. 30, happened to fall "on the same day that the LA County Board of Supervisors called for an updated definition to make it easier for first responders to place gravely disabled persons into care."

"We cannot abandon people who are in serious need of services," read a tweet posted by Buscaino. "Every city must do it's part to address homelessness and mental illness."

"L.A. County Supervisor Janice Hahn also took to Facebook, saying she had asked Sheriff Jim McDonnell to investigate the incident."

As Blackburn here in Nazi Llano County, McDonnell seems to be covering the asses of his jackbooted bastards.

"The LASD denies the dumping allegations. They said in a statement the man asked for a ride to Pasadena where he said he lives. The deputies told him they couldn't drive him there but would take him to a bus stop.

"En route, Mr. Bryan requested that the deputies let him out a few blocks from the bus stop" to visit a local convenience store, the LASD said in a statement. Buscaino, however, said, "If you look at the location where this individual was dropped off, there is no bus stop in the near vicinity."

"Our deputies performed an act of compassionate service to the best of their abilities," the LASD said."

"Capt. Michael Oreb with the LAPD has heard the allegations of dumping from the community.

"I'd like to think that other agencies would not do that, they would not try to bring some of their issues into another jurisdiction," he said. "But I think the key is to conduct a thorough investigation."

"The Stockton Police Department arrested one of their officers after allegations surfaced that he had inappropriate contact with a minor, according to CBS Sacramento. Officer Matthew Huff, who has been with the department for five years, was taken into custody Saturday morning. Huff faces charges including contacting a minor to commit a felony, harmful matter sent to seduce a minor and annoying or molesting a child under 18. Police have not said when the alleged incidents took place or how far back the investigations go. However, they did confirm the victim was a female."

"Sheriff Oddie Shoupe of White County Sheriff’s Office has come under scrutiny for disturbing comments he made before ordering the killing of an unarmed man last year. A Tennessee widow is suing a county sheriff who was caught on a body camera ordering police to shoot her late husband during a vehicle chase because ramming him would ‘tear up my cars.”

“They said, ‘we’re ramming him,’” White County Sheriff Oddie Shoupe said, according to the tape. “I said, ‘Don’t ram him, shoot him. F--- that s---. Ain’t gonna tear up my cars.’” Shoupe made the disturbing comments before he ordered the shooting of Michael Dial, according to video obtained by News Channel 5."

"Dial, who had a suspended license but was unarmed, led Smithville police on a low-speed chase after officers tried to pull him over last April. Dial gave chase in his 1976 truck, which was hauling a trailer, at speeds that never exceeded 50 miles per hour. After Dial crossed county line, White County deputies took over the chase. Shoupe, who was not involved in the chase, gave the radio dispatcher orders to “take him out.”

I’m here on the damn wrong end of the county.”

"It did not appear Shoupe was aware that he was being recorded. But he was defiant in an interview with SpartaLive. “I hate that this happened," he said. "But we are not going to tolerate people coming into this county and running over our citizens and our officers, and we will deal with them severely.”

"The District Attorney Office ruled the “shooting was justified” but admitted it did not know about Shoupe’s comments during its investigation."

Precisely, why a new federal agency needs to be created to investigate, arrest, prosecute criminal police officers across our formerly great country in a court that only hears these cases. As soon I said, 'Yes, my name is Christian,' I just basically got turned around and handcuffed." Garcia was transferred by deportation officers from the courthouse to a holding facility in Wisconsin. He was jailed for nearly three days."

It was an oddly showy response from the folks in attendance, given how little serious attention is usually paid to black unemployment by members of Congress. Really, who knew they cared so much?"

"The qualifiers for the president's claims around black joblessness are pretty significant; indeed, they're actually the whole story. Most of the improvement in the jobs figures are part of an ongoing trend that can be attributed to the Fed's management of the economy under Janet Yellen, whom President Trump declined to renominate to run the nation's central bank. And while the black employment numbers were historically low, at the time of Trump's speech, the most recent jobs data put black unemployment at 6.8 percent."

"If those numbers were the overall national figures, the country would be in or near a recession. Mr. Trump called him "Little Adam Schiff" on Twitter and said he's "one of the biggest liars and leakers in Washington."

"It's last call for public comment on a Trump administration proposal that would give bar and restaurant owners more control over workers' tips. The Labor Department has been asking for feedback, and already hundreds of thousands of people have weighed in. Many say they say they're opposed to a rule that would allow restaurant owners to pocket tips for themselves."

For decades, owners of restaurants have literally financed their businesses with what amounts to little more than slave labor. Most by law are allowed to pay an hourly rate well below the minimum wage. Workers are expected to make up the difference through tipping.

-- That is, diners are nowhere near looted enough by prices on the menu. Need to be turned upside down, additional pocket money looted to pay the difference. So owners can laugh their asses off all the way to the bank. ... Must not be forgotten no one left to loot other than the help. Forget?

Diners have been bled dry, tapped out. Owners, however, do have exponentially growing business expenses. -- Food cost, liquor, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, refrigeration, taxes, mortgages, leases, business loans, insurance, etc.. List can go on and on. No one left to loot, -- other than the help.

"I think it's another example of corporate greed gone wrong," says Julie Holmes, a former waitress from Virginia. "It basically makes people feel as though they can't earn a living. Women especially. Single mothers and people who are really out here working as hard as they can to try to provide are affected by this."

Owners have so many problems trying to survive, keep their heads above water, couldn't care less their survival depends on what amounts to slave labor. Exception? Fine dining. Where clientele is well-to-do. Can afford to pay outrageous prices, tip extremely well.

"The inspector general is also investigating reports that the Labor Department tried to hush up an internal analysis that found the proposed rule could cost tipped workers billions of dollars a year."

Republican way. Loot the bottom of the food chain. Make sure the wealth defies the law of gravity, that is, flows up to those who clearly don't need it.

"People have a lot of feelings about this," says Heidi Shierholz, who served as chief economist for the Labor Department under former President Obama. "When the administration is trying to make it so employers can take tips, there's a lot of tipped workers out there. And people are really not happy about this."

"Shierholz suggests the proposal is driven by the restaurant industry, which has long wanted more control over workers' tips."

"There's 20 percent of what a business generates, we have no ability to impact at all, traditionally," says Kurt Huffman, who runs more than two dozen restaurants in Oregon."

Horse shit. This hopelessly greedy, achingly clueless asshole has it ass backwards. The business doesn't generate income, the labor of poorly paid workers does. If owners remain too clueless to understand this, the ignorant bastards need to try doing all the work themselves.

Jesus Christ. How about sharing the wealth? Dig deep into your bottomless pockets instead of looting staff that generates the income you greedy bastards won't share. Ignorantly, believe somehow, someway you're entitled? What you're entitled to do is fail. Can't pay a livable wage? Deserve to fail. Forget? Being in business is not a right, but a privilege.

"Many restaurants already require wait-staff to share tips with busboys and hostesses, but they're not allowed to require such sharing with people who work in the kitchen. "I think all of us see this as a way to reallocate the tips a little bit more fairly to level out the wage inequity," Huffman says."

So long as an employer pays minimum wage, he or she could use tips to reward managers, make capital improvements, or simply keep the money."

"We estimate that nearly $6 billion will be taken from workers and pocketed by employers," Shierholz says. She was surprised when the Labor Department issued its proposal without that kind of cost-benefit analysis, which is typically included. The department said at the time it would be too speculative."

"Now a report from Bloomberg says the Labor Department did crunch the numbers, but decided not to publish the results because they showed tipped workers could lose billions of dollars a year."

"If DOL [the Department of Labor] decides to push through this rule and ignores its costs to workers or the public's concerns, there will be a real erosion of trust in the DOL's commitment to protecting workers," said Rep. Bobby Scott, D-Va., ranking Democrat on the Education and Workforce Committee."

Supposedly, there's been some new found cooperation in the Senate between both warring parties. Too close to posting time of this edition to know for sure. We'll see. The Washington Post reports:

"Congressional leaders on Wednesday unveiled a sweeping budget deal that would add about $400 billion in federal spending over the next two years, delivering the military funding boost demanded by President Trump alongside the increase in domestic programs sought by Democrats. With a midnight-Thursday government shutdown looming, the accord holds the promise to break a months-long partisan standoff centered around federal spending, though some roadblocks remain."

"The Federal Reserve is imposing more penalties on Wells Fargo, freezing the bank's growth until it can prove it has improved its internal controls. "The Board's consent cease and desist order with Wells Fargo requires the firm to improve its governance and risk management processes, including strengthening the effectiveness of oversight by its board of directors." In addition, the San Francisco-based bank agreed to replace three board members by April and a fourth by the end of this year."

after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity. Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these

the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells

Welcome. Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers. Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right. During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to

This site has finally been fully uploaded. All links appear to be
properly working. Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected. There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows. Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts. We'll see. With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Kat Carter, Burnet VFW Post 6974, Burnet, TX. A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards knowwho you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
