A Merry Christmas to all. Before continuing with the usual fare of this publication, many of you may enjoy taking the time to read the following. Certainly indicative of the true meaning of Christmas. As part of a StoryCorps series, NPR reports:

It was Christmas Eve in 1967. William Lynn Weaver, 18 at the time, was walking in Mechanicsville, the neighborhood he grew up in in Knoxville, Tenn., when he saw a boy gliding down the street on a bicycle.

When he got home, he asked his younger brother Wayne where that bicycle was. "It was down on the steps," he replied. But it wasn't.

The Weaver brothers tracked down where the boy lived — an unlit shack in an alley — and planned to confront him.

"Now, my brother and I, we're going to beat this boy, but my father was there and he said, 'Just shut up and let me talk,' " Weaver tells StoryCorps.

An elderly man with a cane answered their knock on the door. The home appeared cold and dark, and he had a single candle for light. His grandson, Weaver learned, was the boy who had stolen the bike.

"He was the same age as my brother, about 10 years old," Weaver says. "The little boy starts crying and he says, 'I just wanted something for Christmas.' "

"My father tells my mother and she doesn't say anything," Weaver says. "She just starts cutting the turkey in half and all the fixings. She started packing it up. My father went to the coal yard and got a big bag of coal. And then he told my brother, he said, 'You've got another bike, don't you?' My brother said 'Yeah.' "

And the three returned to the shack in the alley, this time with food, some coal to provide heat and the bike.

"The little boy is just crying, but the thing that moved me the most was the old man. My father gave him $20, which was a huge deal back then, and said, 'Merry Christmas.'

"My father was a chauffeur, my mother was a domestic, so we didn't have a lot of stuff. And that Christmas, I don't even remember what gift I got, but I do know that made me feel better than any Christmas I've ever had."

Why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to a Kingsland property owner? To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.

In stark contrast to our outrageously bought and paid for judiciary, Llano County prosecutors, Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider how other officials honorably, heroically conduct themselves elsewhere in the country.

Yet another appalling case of murderous behavior by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue. This time, however, not rubber stamped. CBS News reports:

"A former Michigan State Police trooper has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of a Detroit teenager who crashed an all-terrain vehicle after being shot with the officer's stun gun. Mark Bessner had no "legal justification" to fire his Taser from his moving patrol car while trying to stop 15-year-old Damon Grimes, Wayne County prosecutor Kym Worthy said Wednesday. Bessner "created a very high risk of death," Worthy said. Damon was driving an ATV at 35 to 40 mph on a Detroit street when he crashed on Aug. 26. An autopsy revealed that remnants of a stun gun were in the boy's hair. Besides second-degree murder, Mark Bessner is charged with involuntary manslaughter. Bessner resigned as a state trooper shortly after the death."

"Bessner's lawyer says he made a split-second decision to use a Taser when Damon refused to stop."

Give me a break. His head, securely lodged up his ass. Clearly, no exigent circumstances justifying use of the Taser:

"Since the teen's death, state police no longer conduct high-speed chases in Detroit unless they're investigating a major crime."

"A $50 million civil lawsuit is pending against Bessner, accusing him of excessive force, reports CBS Detroit."

Another appalling case involving the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue. CBS News reports:

"Three former Georgia deputies turned themselves in Wednesday morning after being indicted on charges including felony murder in the death of 58-year old Eurie Martin, reports CBS affiliate WMAZ. On Tuesday, a grand jury listened to hours of interviews from investigators and were presented with body camera video from the incident, in which at least one of the deputies used a stun gun on Martin. It took the grand jury just a few minutes to return charges against all three deputies, each of whom have been booked on two counts of felony murder, two counts of involuntary manslaughter, false imprisonment, aggravated assault, simple assault, and reckless conduct."

"The Atlanta Journal Constitution reported in November that on a hot July evening, Martin had walked more than a dozen miles — amid a 20-mile trek he had taken several times before to visit relatives — when he stopped to ask a stranger for water. The stranger called 911, according to the newspaper. Though Martin was never accused of a crime, the three responding deputies, Michael Howell, Henry Copeland, and Rhett Scott, surrounded Martin. They've since said what happened next was the result of an altercation."

"A Taser was deployed, striking Martin. Cellphone video of the incident provided to WMAZ shows the man falling to the ground, his body appearing to convulse for several seconds. He can then be seen sitting up, before his back returns to the ground, his body once again convulsing. "Mr. Martin, as far as we can establish, had done nothing wrong," said Middle Judicial Circuit of Georgia District Attorney Hayward Altman during a press conference in October, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution. Altman hailed the grand jury's decision in the case on Tuesday. "The system is designed in the state of Georgia at this point in time as probably the best system in the country as far as handling these type of cases. It worked as far as what the grand jury made in determination today," Altman said. A lawyer representing Martin's family, Francys Johnson, said they are pleased that the three men have been indicted, and trust that the justice system will run its course."

Needless to say, this case will be closely followed. ... Hey, Sheriff? When are you going to hold Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764, legally accountable for his crimes, Bill?

Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? Eighty-seven weeks, now. A goddamned disgrace. Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? Eighty-seven weeks. Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger. To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff? Those of your thugs? The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down. You don't understand that, Sheriff? Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one. Including taxpayers. Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot. The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt. Think not? Wake up. Your credibility has tanked. There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow. It's time the public be fully informed. -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County. If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone. ... Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" Madam County Attorney?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why. This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet. Ignored. Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs? Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees. This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit. This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt, abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why? Yet, surprise, surprise. Nothing was done. There has to be transparency. There is none. Why would these thieving bastards want any? ... Right, Sheriff? TL? How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity? Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons. Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so. That is, where they came from. Why they left where they were. What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards. Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments. Why? So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated? This has to change. ... Can't have that, can we? Sheriff? TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up. Noor's partner, Officer Matthew Harrity, told investigators he was "startled by a loud sound" just before Damond approached the driver's side window of the police SUV. Harrity said Noor then fired his weapon from the passenger seat, hitting Damond."

"I've got to have the evidence, and I don't have it yet," Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman told activists on Wednesday after they asked why his office had not yet announced charges against Noor. Video of that exchange was uploaded to the Facebook page for Twin Cities Coalition for Justice 4 Jamar, a local activist group founded after two Minneapolis officers shot and killed 24-year-old Jamar Clark in 2015."

"And let me just say, it's not my fault," Freeman said in the video. "If it isn't my fault, who didn't do their jobs? ... Investigators — and they don't work for me. And they haven't done their job."

"A Phoenix man who says he was forced by police to eat marijuana or go to jail has settled a lawsuit against the city for $100,000. The Phoenix City Council approved the settlement Wednesday."

"Edgar Castro was pulled over for speeding in September 2016 and police officers reported finding a small amount of marijuana in his car. According to CBS affiliate KPHO, Phoenix Police Chief Joseph Yahner said at the time of the incident that the officers reportedly told Castro that he had to eat the marijuana if he wanted to avoid going to jail."

"Castro says he became sick and vomited after ingesting the marijuana. The three police officers involved resigned from the force shortly after the incident."

"Lawyers for the 20-year-old Castro filed a notice of claim in the case in February against the city and the three officers. That precursor to a lawsuit sought $3.5 million."

"A west suburban police sergeant allegedly tried to kill his adult son for stealing his vodka, according to prosecutors. CBS Chicago reports 48-year-old Raymond Leuser was held without bond as prosecutors laid out the alleged motive for Tuesday's shooting at his home on the city's southwest side. Leuser called in sick on Monday, stopped by a convenience store and bought vodka, pizza and popcorn. Around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday, his son drank three cups of the vodka and replaced it with water, according to prosecutors. At one point, Leuser discovered the switch. When his son walked into the kitchen, Leuser allegedly shot him in the stomach, thigh and shoulders."

"The defense tried to paint a picture of self defense, saying Leuser had a black eye. But prosecutors said there were no signs of a struggle in the house. "Although the harm caused by solitary confinement cannot be measured in dollars, we hope that the substantial payments provided to the class under the settlement will provide some relief to the class," Reinert said in the statement. "We applaud the City's decision to end the 'old time' policy, and hope that this litigation will ensure that other jurisdictions will not adopt similar policies."

Six body cam and patrol car videos released Friday by the City of Pasadena show two unnamed police officers attempting to subdue Christopher Ballew at an Altadena gas station in November. According to police, they stopped Ballew after they witnessed the 21-year-old commit "multiple traffic violations," Pasadena Now reported. The incident took a violent turn, police say, when Ballew allegedly refused to comply and attempted to grab a baton from one of the officers. Additional video recorded by a bystander shows one officer hitting Ballew in the right leg repeatedly while he was face-down on the ground. The other officer can be seen punching Ballew several times before slamming his head into the pavement."

The judges decided to get together instead of hearing 12 cases they were overseeing separately."

Stings are no more than legalized entrapment not only tolerated by the judiciary for decades, but promulgated. Needs to change.

"One attorney says while he's never seen anything like the judges' panel before, the phony drug stash house sting operation aimed at suspects is not new."

"Matthew Petersen has been nominated for a judgeship on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, one of the nation's most important federal courts. Petersen is now a member of the Federal Election Commission."

"But his trouble began during Wednesday's confirmation hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee when, among a panel of five nominees, he alone told Sen. John Kennedy, R-La., that he had never tried a case in court. It was all downhill from there."

Yet, the Trump nazi nominated him to one of the most important courts in the country.

"Kennedy then got Petersen to admit that he had probably taken fewer than five depositions in his career. He asked him whether he knew what the "Daubert standard is." It is a rule about using expert testimony. Petersen responded that he did not "have it readily at my disposal."

This guy is a lawyer nominated by Trump to, again, one of the most important courts in the country.

"Do you know what a motion in limine is?" queried the senator, referring to a common court motion to request testimony be excluded from a trial. "My background is not in litigation," Petersen said. "I haven't had to do a deep dive."

That's more than any president in his first year, and indeed, more than Presidents Obama and George W. Bush combined. Part of that success is due to the huge number of judicial vacancies that existed when Trump took office — 122. That staggering number is due to the fact that Republicans, who controlled the Senate in the last two years of the Obama presidency, confirmed only two appeals court judges — a record that dates back to the 1800s."

"Other checks have gone by the wayside too. While the Obama administration sent all its potential nominees to the American Bar Association for rating as to qualifications, the Trump administration has refused to do that prior to nomination. And at the Senate Judiciary Committee, where traditionally appeals court nominees were considered on their own at a hearing, they now are routinely considered with several other judicial nominees, and senators have to pick and choose who they will question in the five or ten minutes allotted."

"The bill would sharply reduce the corporate tax rate from 35 to 21 percent, potentially boosting jobs and wages."

Highly, unlikely. The corporate management suite will more likely increase compensation packages for top management, increase shareholder profits. This tax break comes at a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves that clearly have not led to business investment since there is reduced demand.

What is happening here is wealth has so exponentially skewed to the top of the food chain courtesy of the looted middle class, the middle class has become an endangered species. Precisely, why demand for products has declined. None of this is sustainable. Conditions will worsen as even more wealth trickles up to the top of the food chain as a result of this legislation.

Worse? The tax break is permanent for corporations, temporary for individual taxpayers. Clever, isn't it? What happens when Trump's achingly clueless, sick sycophants realized he's f--ked them?

"The measure also temporarily reduces individual tax rates, doubles the standard deduction and offers a reduced tax for so-called pass-through businesses such as partnerships."

Think this won't result in an enormous increase in wealth for the Trump nazi who makes his money through these very same 'pass-through' businesses?

"While the corporate tax cuts in the bill are permanent, the individual cuts are set to expire in 2025."

As the national debt skyrockets as a result of these tax cuts, think individual cuts will be renewed? Believe this won't be an issue? Get this:

"The tax cuts are expected to take a big bite out of government revenue. Even after accounting for somewhat faster economic growth, congressional forecasters say the measure will add about $1 trillion to the federal debt over the next decade."

Conservative writer Henry Olsen, at the Ethics and Public Policy Center, looked to the tax plan to reflect this new vision, but it wasn't there. For now, Olsen said, "Trumpian populism remains a tantalizing promise for people who are interested in it." Olsen expected the tax plan to include some of Trump's populist campaign promises — that the rich would pay more, the forgotten working class would pay less, and special interest loopholes like the carried-interest provision for hedge-fund managers would be gone. But the tax bill ended up instead being traditionally Republican in its focus on cutting taxes for the well-to-do but barely touching the working class and not helping the middle class to a significant degree. "That's not what Trump promised," Olsen said. "And it's not what Trump's voters thought they were getting."

"I feel freer in my life today than I certainly have felt in the many years prior. If we can bring that kind of honesty and integrity into the lives of others, my coming out story was well worth it," Greiten told WDJT."

The Church, despite achingly rigid dogma, has repeatedly stated for quite some time sexual preference is not the issue, acting on it is. Fascinating, isn't it?

"Greiten came out to his mother when he was 24, but knowing he wanted to be a priest, he stayed in the closet, the station reported. "I literally was in a window and I wanted to jump out of the fifth floor of a building into the concrete below. That was the absolute low point," Greiten told WDJT."

should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this

be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem. No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked. It's time to stand up. Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight. Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb. From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain. Wake up. Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen. After all, you're bought and paid for. Owned. Not only by your government masters, but their masters. The corporate management suite. Your employers. Think not? Wake up. You're human chattel. Corporate-owned, bought and paid for. Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly, literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor. Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision. To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day. You have no control of your lives. You're owned. Forget? For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits. At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded. Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy. Literally.

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
