Llano City Police Officer Matthew Grant Harden has been indicted by the Llano County Grand Jury. Tampering with evidence, official oppression.

... Hey, Sheriff? Why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to a Kingsland property owner? To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.

In stark contrast to Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider how other officers honorably, heroically conduct themselves elsewhere in the world.

Imagine being an officer in the following situation. Think you could do what he did? While this example of heroism occurred overseas, there are officers in our country who exhibit the same level of courage as repeatedly reported in this publication and elsewhere. CBS News reports:

"For 15 minutes, Police Constable Martin Willis clung to the side of an overturned van to prevent the vehicle from falling over the edge of an icy bridge. The traffic officer from Halifax, England, was on his way to another crash when he saw the scene. The van was hanging "upside down on top of the bridge," Willis, an officer for West Yorkshire Police, told BBC News. "I just knew I had to stop at this one; it was a very serious collision." He could hear the driver trapped inside shouting for help. "[I thought] any moment now this vehicle could literally tip over," Willis said. But the officer remained calm. He grabbed a hold of the van's rear wheel and pulled inwards to help to keep the van balanced, the West Yorkshire Police described in a statement online."

"We're going to get you out of there," he told the driver. "Whatever you do, don't move." Willis feared if he lost his grip then the driver and others on the road beneath him could be seriously injured — if not worse. "The driver was incredibly brave. He kept still while suffering from severe injuries," Willis said. "[I] could see his leg was badly broken." The driver winced in pain as he responded to Willis' calls through the wreckage. The victim was eventually rescued by officers from West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service, who stabilized the van and pulled it to safety "in an operation taking over two hours," the police department said."

Imagine being severely injured, in great pain, and patiently waiting so the vehicle could be safely secured and moved.

"Willis, who refers to himself as "Motorway Martin" on Twitter, posted about it on Friday, along with photos of the dramatic scene.

"On Saturday, another Twitter user, identifying himself as a parent of the a 22-year-old injured driver, reached out to Willis to express his appreciation. "Just like to say thanks 'motorway martin' for your intervention, the driver is our son and you'll never know how grateful my partner and I are you should be renamed motorway marvel once again thank you so much," the user wrote. The driver was taken to Leeds General Infirmary in England, where he's still undergoing treatment. "He's had both legs pinned and needs skin grafts. He's got a long recovery but at least he's alive," the user wrote. "You are 100% a hero. Our family are forever in your debt. God bless you and all your family."

"Willis thanked the man for his kind words, but insisted he's no "hero." "I was only doing my job and really pleased I was able to help," he said."

"The Los Angeles Police Department posted a sweet message accompanying a photo of one of its officers carrying a cat away from smoke and flames. "For some it might just be a cat," the LAPD wrote on Twitter Wednesday. "But to others it’s a friend, a loved one, a companion." The police department wrote that this is one example of its officers representing their motto "To Protect and Serve" during the devastating fires."

This, from a department that has had far more than its share of problems. Encouraging, isn't it?

Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? Eighty-six weeks, now. A goddamned disgrace. Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? Eighty-six weeks. Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger. To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff? Those of your thugs? The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down. You don't understand that, Sheriff? Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one. Including taxpayers. Especially, taxpayers.

It's time the public be fully informed. -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County. The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why. This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet. Ignored. Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why? Yet, surprise, surprise. What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments. Why? The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up. Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own? The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers. Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently? Guess what? Nothing will happen. Nothing ever does. The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities. Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town. Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded. An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences. Forget? Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" Madam County Attorney?

He was also found not guilty of reckless manslaughter, reports CBS Phoenix affiliate KPHO-TV."

"The shooting occurred at a hotel in the Phoenix suburb where officers responded to a report of someone pointing a gun out of a window. The video, obtained by KPHO, shows Brailsford pointing a gun at Shaver as Shaver lies on the ground, holds his hands in the air, cries and begs the officer not to shoot."

"Brailsford orders Shaver, 26, to lay face-down in a hallway and refrain from making sudden movements - or risk being shot. He also orders a woman in the hallway to lie on the ground. Shaver is seen complying with the officer's order to put his hands on top of his head and cross his left foot over his right foot."

"Young man, you are not to move. You are to put your eyes down look down at the carpet you are to keep your fingers interlaced behind your head you are to keep your feet crossed," Brailsford says. "If you move, we are going to consider that a threat, and we are going to deal with it and you may not survive it, do you understand me?"

"Brailsford then orders the woman to kneel, put her hands in the air and crawl towards officers. Officers then apparently handcuff her out of the view of the camera."

The detective investigating the shooting had agreed Shaver's movement was similar to reaching for a pistol, but has said it also looked as though Shaver was pulling up his loose-fitting basketball shorts that had fallen down as he was ordered to crawl toward officers."

"The investigator noted he did not see anything that would have prevented officers from simply handcuffing Shaver as he was on the floor. During the trial, Brailsford testified that he believed 100 percent that Shaver was reaching for a gun and that if in the same situation again, he would make the same decision, KPHO says."

In extreme juxtaposition to the above, consider the following. Just as compelling as the last example, but from the direct opposite direction, where cops appear to do all they can to avoid killing, but seem to have no choice. CBS News reports:

"Newly released security and body cam video shows the moments that led up to a shooting in Florida involving a Broward County sheriff's deputy. Footage from the body camera of a deputy who was responding to a disturbance Wednesday at an apartment in Lauderdale Lakes revealed the circumstances of a confrontation that ended with the death of Pedro Pierre, 42. The video shows the deputy entering an apartment and being confronted by Pierre, CBS Miami reports."

Seconds later, the deputy bursts from the apartment with Pierre following after him. The fight between the two men spilled into the courtyard. The deputy used a Taser to try and subdue Pierre. It didn't work."

"Back down, man," the deputy said while retreating. "What is wrong with you? Stand down!"

"Surveillance footage shows Pierre striking the deputy and kicking him as the deputy tries to use a baton to defend himself.

"The second deputy's body camera showed his encounter as Pierre ignored commands to stop his aggressive behavior. Pierre continued kicking the deputy on the ground and when he let go, he appeared to charge after the other deputy.

"That's when three shots rang out and Pierre fell to the ground in the parking lot.

Sometimes, law enforcement has no choice. This appears to be an example. Although apparently justified, these officers still have to deal with the aftermath of having had to kill on the job. Think an honest officer wouldn't be second-guessing himself or herself after having had to open fire?

"Broward Sheriff Scott Israel said Friday that he released the footage to dispel rumors and speculation about the shooting on social media and to give an unvarnished view of what happened. He said the deputy who fired could not allow himself to get into a struggle over his weapon. "Unarmed assailants take guns away from police officers and they are many police officers in the United States of America who tragically have died at the hands of their own weapons," Israel said."

An exceptionally difficult situation to be in. Especially, since things can deteriorate extremely quickly. Precisely, why training, careful vetting is so important.

"Pedro Pierre's sister, Guilaine Jean, and his entire family is devastated. They say the video does not represent their loved one — a father of five, an entrepreneur and a one-time political candidate in Haiti. "This is not my brother," Jean said. "He was not a violent person. He was a good guy." Pierre's daughter, Shania, said her father had a stroke a few years ago and suffered from medical problems ever since. "I know my dad didn't mean it," she told CBS Miami's Carey Codd. "He didn't mean it at all. My dad, he had a mental health issue that nobody knew about and I wish the police knew about it before killing him."

Had they known, may have made no difference. Honest officers would likely continue to ask themselves the very same question, however.

"Pierre's family wishes that the deputy who shot and killed Pierre had tried other methods to stop him before resorting to the ultimate use of force. "Why can't they try another way? They have so many ways!" Jean said through tears. "They didn't have to kill him at all," said his son, Ralph Fenelon. "They had tasers, they had other weapons. They didn't have to shoot him."

"The family is trying to come to terms with the man they know and his actions on the video. They have many questions about how this incident unfolded, what sparked it and the reactions of the two deputies. They commended the first responding deputy, who used a Taser and a baton and showed restraint in his dealing with Pierre, asking him questions and trying different ways to get him to cease his actions. As for the second deputy, they fail to understand why he used lethal force within seconds of arriving. "I know (Pierre) made a mistake but he doesn't deserve to die like that," said Enoch Pierre, Pedro Pierre's brother."

"Former South Carolina police officer Michael Slager was sentenced today to 20 years in prison for the deadly shooting of unarmed black man Walter Scott. U.S. District Judge David Norton ruled that Slager committed second-degree murder and obstruction of justice, when he shot and killed 50-year-old Scott in 2015. The second-degree murder ruling came with a recommended 19 to 24 year sentence."

Better than nothing, but not good enough. Nowhere near. Kill a cop even in self-defense, in states that impose capital punishment, you get executed. In those that don't, spend the rest of your life in prison. Why didn't this murderous former cop receive equal treatment?

"At one point during the sentencing Scott's mother looked the former officer in the eye and told him she forgave him. Families on both sides of the court burst into tears."

"The judge's decision comes after Michael Slager, who is white, pleaded guilty to a federal civil rights offense."

"Michael Slager shot and killed Walter Scott on April 4, 2015, while Slager was an officer with the North Charleston Police Department. Michael Slager claimed self-defense, but witness cellphone video that surfaced shortly after the encounter showed the officer fatally shooting Walter Scott in the back as he ran away. He was fired from the force after the shooting."

Gutlessly shot the victim in the back as he was running away from his murderer.

"Michael Slager was charged in South Carolina with murder and pleaded not guilty. During the state murder trial, Michael Slager's attorney said his client shot Walter Scott because he was in fear for his life. In 2016, the case ended in a mistrial. The state retrial and federal trial were expected to take place this year, but instead, in May Michael Slager pleaded guilty to violating Walter Scott's civil rights in federal court, ending the federal case against him and also resolving the state charges that were pending after the mistrial."

Think this justice? How many innocent people have died on death row? How many are exonerated after spending decades on death row for a crime they did not commit? Here we have a case where video proves this gutless jackbooted bastard murdered on the job. Think the following redemption?

"U.S. District Judge David Norton, in issuing the sentence, said Slager shot Scott with "malice and recklessness" and then gave false testimony to investigators. "Federal prosecutors had sought life in prison for Slager, who agreed to plead guilty in May to a federal charge of violating Scott's civil rights. That was in exchange for state prosecutors' dropping their case after a month-long murder trial ended in a hung jury a year ago. In that trial, Slager had faced 30 years to life in prison if convicted."

Precisely, why it is crucial, absolutely critical that a federal agency be created with a strong mandate, sole function, sole mission, to investigate, prosecute the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue in a court that only hears these cases. -- That is, total independence from law enforcement, state and local prosecutors, and the courts that remain beholden to them.

"At a news conference following the sentencing, Scott's brother, Rodney, said the family was pleased that "we got justice." Their attorney, L. "Being a police officer is one of the most powerful jobs in the country, and you should be respected, but it doesn't mean you're above the law," Stewart said, adding that "the death of Walter Scott ... can make the next officer think one second longer before pulling that trigger."

"The text message popped up on San Antonio police officer Michael Garza’s phone at 8:05 p.m. A 27-year-old woman he sometimes called “my love” needed a favor."

“Do you think you can be my designated driver so I don’t drink & drive?” “Wen?” Garza texted back. “Tonight. Drop me off around 10:15. Then pick me up around 1:30…& have sex after :)”

"On that night, July 26, 2012, Garza was a valued member of the police department. His superiors praised him as a rare talent in the gang unit with a gift for undercover work. Twice in his 10 years on the force, the 33-year-old was named officer of the year. Now, he is not allowed to interact with the public."

"By the end of his shift in the pre-dawn hours of the next day, the officer stood amid a grim scene. The woman sat in his passenger seat, bleeding from two gunshot wounds. Her ex-boyfriend lay dead feet from his front door, shot in the back. And Garza, with blood-streaked hands, watched as fellow officers arrived and began investigating him."

Disgraced himself, his badge, the department. Betrayed his oath of office and the public he falsely swore to protect.

"His supporters would later depict Garza as an intrepid officer who possibly saved a woman and three children. City officials would fault him for drinking on duty, failing to seek medical help for a wounded woman, and chasing down and shooting an unarmed suspect."

"Garza was fired months later, but like many officers who have faced the same discipline, his career did not end. He instead became one of the hundreds of fired officers across the nation who have been rehired after arbitrators overturned police chiefs’ decisions.

"A close look at Garza’s case — chronicled through interviews, court documents and police records obtained by The Post through open-records requests — reveals the events that cost Garza his job and the dilemma police departments often face when forced to rehire officers they don’t want."

Amazing that chiefs don't get to make the final decision, subject of course to be reversed in a court of law through due process, not by arbitrators hired precisely to elude, evade due process.

"Some police chiefs reluctantly return guns and patrol duties to officers they fired. Others do what San Antonio’s chief did with Garza: He put him back on the payroll but relegated him to administrative duties, or what the head of the city’s police union calls “the rubber gun squad.”

"Top San Antonio officials insist that Garza should remain off the streets. “Officer Garza’s actions were so egregious, I was flabbergasted when I received word that an arbitrator had overturned the termination,” San Antonio City Manager Sheryl Sculley said. “We felt that he was not capable of serving our community well and was a liability to the city.”

"Garza, who worked undercover at times as a narcotics trafficker, was instrumental in building criminal cases against members of the Mexican Mafia, Dog Town and the Orejones, another gang-unit detective told internal affairs officers during their investigation into the officer, according to records obtained by The Post. One officer called Garza a mix of “steel nerves” and “unselfish attitude.”

Good qualities expected of any officer. ... Other than Andy of Mayberry's Barney Fife. LOL.

"In his first 10 years on the force, Garza was involved in two shootings that drew department scrutiny but did not result in disciplinary action. In 2005, Garza and another officer fatally shot a 22-year-old driver suspected of participating in a drug transaction. The man refused to pull over for police and later drove toward the officers as they approached his car, according to a report in the San Antonio Express News. “Fearing for their safety,” it says, the officers fired at him at least four times. In 2006, Garza ordered a man to drop an assault rifle. When the man instead turned to face the officer, Garza shot him in the arm, records show. In both shootings, the department investigated and cleared Garza of any wrongdoing, according to police records and media accounts."

While most officers never fire their weapons on the job, no question sometimes it's necessary:

"Former San Antonio police chief Albert Ortiz led the department during both shootings and said that in deciding whether the use of deadly force is justified, “You have to kind of put yourself in the officer’s situation as he’s making these split-second decisions.” While most officers will never fire their weapons, he said, the reality is that some officers are placed in higher-risk assignments. Ortiz, by then retired, said he watched as media outlets detailed the chaotic night of July 26, 2012 — Garza’s third shooting. “Man,” Ortiz recalled thinking at the time, “they need to get rid of that guy.”

"Garza, through the union’s collective bargaining agreement, appealed his firing, and an arbitration hearing was held in January 2015. By then, Garza had been out of work for more than two years. "On June 22, 2015, arbitrator LeRoy Bartman reduced the indefinite suspension to a 15-day suspension. He also ordered that Garza be compensated for lost wages and benefits and, if possible, “be returned to his former assignment.”

"Helle said Garza was in line to be made a detective before he was fired. Now, he said, Garza spends his days at police headquarters, out of uniform, handling paperwork. San Antonio City Council member Rey Saldana said the city is safer without Garza on patrol but at a cost."

The Cooper family is suing the SAPD in a case that lawyers hope could help settle the battle over excited delirium."

"An Oklahoma prosecutor announced Friday he will not file criminal charges against a police officer in the September shooting death of a deaf man who was not following officer commands. Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater said his investigation determined the Sept. 19 shooting death of 35-year-old Magdiel Sanchez outside his south Oklahoma City home was justified."

"A neighbor told CBS News correspondent Omar Villafranca in September that he and other neighbors were yelling at the officers, telling them that Sanchez was deaf and could not understand them. Julio Rayos also claimed Sanchez used what he called a "stick" as a means of communication, not as a weapon. The shooting prompted protests from activists from groups including Black Lives Matter Oklahoma and the Oklahoma Association of the Deaf. Family members of Sanchez had called for Barnes' arrest and for state and federal investigations into the matter."

"A Florida judge has ordered the parents of the Tampa serial shooting suspect to answer prosecutors' questions or be found in contempt of court."

Provide prosecutors with information they'll use to execute their kid, -- or go to jail on a contempt charge.

"Howell Donaldson Jr. and his wife, Rosita, have until Jan. 5 to comply with a subpoena from the state attorney's office or explain to the court why they should not face charges themselves."

Nothing new. No protection against this with rare exception, as in the case of a spouse.

"The couple, who appeared before prosecutors earlier this week but refused to answer most questions about their son, Howell Donaldson III, looked stricken as they sat quietly during a hearing on Thursday. "They were not going to answer questions that would lead to the execution of their son," attorney Ralph Fernandez told the court."

As a parent, what would you do? No question, the crime the defendant is charged with is indeed horrendous. Forcing a family member to incriminate, aid in the prosecution of, ultimate execution of another family member is precisely what prosecutors and the court are demanding of these parents.

"Prosecutors have not announced whether they plan to seek the death penalty for the younger Donaldson, who was indicted Thursday on four counts of first-degree murder in connection with four fatal shootings in the Seminole Heights neighborhood in October and November. He was arrested after a co-worker at McDonald's tipped off police about a gun he left at the restaurant. The loaded weapon linked the 24-year-old to the killings, authorities said. Investigators have not pinpointed a motive for the ambushes that left the community living in terror for weeks. They wanted to ask the alleged gunman's parents about his background, mental state and the gun."

Clearly, prosecutors and the court want his parents to aid them in convicting their son of what could turn out to be a capital case resulting in his execution.

"Fernandez said the couple was in no shape to be grilled by prosecutors, even with immunity. "They haven't slept. They can't function. They can't think cogently and clearly," he told the court. "They feel hostages in their own home. They are considering leaving town." But mostly, he said, they are worried that anything they might say could lead prosecutors to seek the death penalty against their son or help put him on death row. "I'm not suggesting they have any direct knowledge, but I'm not suggesting they don't," he said."

Not surprisingly, prosecutors remain achingly duplicitous, determinedly disingenuous. Get this:

"Jay Pruner, an assistant state attorney, office said prosecutors need to speak with the parents in order to conduct a "thorough investigation."

Legally speaking, indeed. One that most parents, however, would be more than willing to commit rather than contribute to their kid being executed by the state.

"Judge Margaret Taylor said she was signing an order to show cause compelling the Donaldsons to either answer questions under oath or face a civil contempt citation."

The judge also has the option to do the right thing, that is, resign in protest.

"In interviews with the media, the Donaldsons have said they were stunned by the charges against their son, whom they call Trai, and devastated for the families of the dead."

"One is an US Army veteran with three combat tours. Two are former US Marines, including a bomb technician. The fourth is an attorney with about 20 years as a police officer. The four officers with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey are being hailed as heroes for quickly subduing the suspect in Monday's explosion at a New York transit hub before he was able to do anything else. The Port Authority Police Benevolent Association identified the officers as Sean Gallagher, an ex-Marine; Drew M. Preston, a soldier who served in Iraq and Afghanistan; John "Jack" F. Collins, who's also a lawyer; and Anthony Manfredini, a former Marine and bomb technician."

While details remain scant at time of writing, these men have rightfully been hailed as heroes.

"Officials say Akayed Ullah , 27, set off a pipe bomb strapped to his chest Monday morning in the underground walkway. Ullah and five others were injured in the blast, which triggered panic in the busy commuter hub during rush hour. Manfredini encountered the suspect on the floor with what he said appeared to be shrapnel wounds, Egbert said. The officers saw wires running from the suspect's jacket to his pants, according to Egbert. Ullah was reaching for a cell phone, which the officers knew from training could be used as a detonator. After a brief struggle, they managed to separate Ullah from his phone, Egbert said. Once Ullah was in custody, the officers began to evacuate commuters safely. Members of the bomb squad cleared the suspect of any additional explosive devices before he was transported to a hospital, according to Egbert."

Extremely difficult to guard against a lone wolf attack. Fortunately, these officers were in the right place at the right time.

"Acting U.S. Attorney Joon Kim said that Ullah "came to kill, to maim, and to destroy" as thousands of New Yorkers were using the transit system to get to work and go about their lives. Ullah acted "in support of a vicious cause," Kim said. Ullah was taken into custody — and to the hospital — after he suffered burns to his hands and abdomen in a subway station tunnel near Times Square during the Monday morning rush hour. Police say he was wearing an improvised explosive device based on a pipe bomb. Three people who were near the explosion suffered minor injuries. Ullah had been inspired and radicalized by the ISIS extremist group, Kim said in announcing charges against him on Tuesday. Shortly before the morning attack, prosecutors say in the charging document, Ullah posted an update to his Facebook account on Monday that stated, "Trump you failed to protect your nation." Ullah faces five charges, ranging from providing material support to a terrorist group to using a weapon of mass destruction."

"Ullah "admitted that he began researching how to build bombs about a year ago," had planned the attack for weeks, and had built the bomb a week before his attack, Kim said. The prosecutor added that Ullah chose the subway as his target in an effort to maximize the human casualties. The bomb had been filled with metal screws and attached to his body with zip ties, the authorities say.

"A search of Ullah's Brooklyn apartment found pipes, wires, and other materials that suggest the bomb was made there, Kim said. Kim said that Ullah had also left a handwritten note that said, "O America, die in your rage." The suspected terrorist had become radicalized through "pro-ISIS materials online," at least as far back as 2014, according to court documents filed by Kim's office."

While the White House calls for draconian restrictions on immigration to prevent such attacks, Aryan arrogantly ignores the fact these attacks have been home grown after 9/11. Consider the following. ABC News reports:

Kaan Sercan Damlarkaya, an 18-year-old U.S. citizen from Houston, was charged with unlawfully distributing explosives information and attempting to provide material support to ISIS in a criminal complaint unsealed Monday morning.

"According to the charges, Damlarkaya engaged in online communications with undercover FBI agents who he believed were ISIS supporters beginning in August. He allegedly discussed his intentions to travel overseas and fight for ISIS. According to the criminal complaint, Damlarkaya attempted to go to Syria twice but failed. He also allegedly stated that if he was not able to go abroad to fight for ISIS, he would plan an attack in the United States. In his correspondence, he allegedly provided a formula for the explosive Triacetone Triperoxide (TATP), and how to use it in a pressure cooker with shrapnel. Damlarkaya allegedly asked the undercover FBI agents if he could provide a farewell video to inspire others if he followed through with an attack that resulted in his death."

"Then, there was a commotion at the front, and suddenly police in riot gear fired volleys of tear gas. Some protesters threw rocks. Most scattered. Four people dragged away a woman who seemed hit very badly with tear gas, and was unable to walk."

"President Trump's move to recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capital last week marked a dramatic shift from decades of American foreign policy. Previously the U.S. position had been that Jerusalem's status should be resolved in peace talks between the two sides — a position shared by many world powers, who have located their Israeli embassies in Tel Aviv to avoid the appearance of taking sides in the dispute."

The United States has never ever been an honest broker in the Middle East. This latest move by the Trump nazi puts the lie to the line of bullshit that it has been.

"The State Department warned that protests could break out in the region following the change in policy. As NPR's Daniel Estrin has reported, "Palestinians protested throughout the West Bank and Gaza Strip. There have also been demonstrations in other cities around the region and around the world. In Jakarta, Indonesia, Reuters reports that thousands of protesters gathered outside the U.S. Embassy with signs reading "Pray for Palestine" and "Freedom for Palestinians." Leaders in Indonesia — the world's largest Muslim country — have condemned Trump's decision. A number of American allies have expressed alarm as well. In a statement U.N. Secretary-General António Guterres said this was a moment of "great anxiety." "There is no alternative to the two-State solution," Guterres said, "There is no Plan B."

"Hundreds of Palestinians clashed with Israeli forces in the West Bank and Gaza on Friday in protests which were part of a so-called "Day of Rage" over U.S. President Donald Trump's decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. Dozens were wounded in skirmishes, and at least one Palestinian was killed in Gaza, according to the French news agency AFP. Demonstrators were furious with the United States for, in their view, unilaterally siding with Israel, CBS News correspondent Seth Doane reports. Bracing for violence, hundreds of additional Israeli security forces were deployed early Friday morning, while the faithful of all ages, including young men, were allowed into the al-Aqsa mosque in Jerusalem's Old City. One of the holiest sites for Muslims, the mosque is at the heart of the controversy over President Trump's decision, Doane reports."

And that's what the president did with this," Haley said, explaining that it was time to acknowledge the reality that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel and that is a necessary part of a lasting peace."

"A senior US. official has appealed to Middle East leaders to calm tensions in the region following the U.S. recognition of Jerusalem as Israel's capital, which has drawn criticism and sparked unrest across the region. In a briefing with Arab journalists Sunday, Acting Assistant Secretary of State David Satterfield said that President Donald Trump's pronouncement last week was a "recognition of simple reality" and not meant to prejudge final-status negotiations about the city's final borders."

Abbas called Trump's actions a crime and said he'll appeal to the United Nations. Abbas made his forceful remarks Wednesday toward the end of an emergency session of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, held in Istanbul. The meeting was dominated by talk of how to respond to the Trump administration's decision to change U.S. policy on Jerusalem and to begin the process of moving the U.S. Embassy there from Tel Aviv."

Why would Abbas cooperate with Trump? Accept the f--king imposed by the Trump nazi?

"Listing several demands from the international community, Abbas said there would be no peace in the world without Jerusalem as the capital of the state of Palestine, according to Palestinian news agency WAFA.

"Abbas described President Trump's declaration of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel as crossing a red line and a flagrant violation of international law. Abbas also declared the Palestinians will pressure the United Nations to fully recognize Palestine as a member state and will ask the U.N. to sponsor the peace talks with Israel."

The following is precisely why there will be no peace in the region any time soon:

"The largest percentage of Palestinians polled — 44 percent — believe an armed uprising against Israel is the most effective means of establishing a Palestinian state. Only 27 percent of those polled preferred peace negotiations. The poll questioned 1,270 Palestinians and had a margin of error of 3 percentage points."

While highly critical of the UN Ambassador in this publication vis a vis other matters, she did get one thing right regarding Trump's accusers. CBS News reports:

"U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley said Sunday, in light of a growing number of probes into sexual misconduct against lawmakers, that "the time has come" to start bringing "a conscience" to the situation surrounding the treatment of women in the workplace as well as on Capitol Hill. When asked what she thinks of the "cultural shift" taking place in the U.S., Haley said she is "incredibly proud of the women who have come forward." "I'm proud of their strength. I'm proud of their courage," Haley said on CBS News' "Face the Nation."

"When asked to assess similar allegations of misconduct leveled against President Trump during the 2016 campaign, Haley replied, "Women who accuse anyone should be heard. They should be heard and they should be dealt with." "I think we heard from them prior to the election. And I think any woman who has felt violated or felt mistreated in any way, they have every right to speak up," she added."

"Nikki Haley, the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, said Sunday that the women who have accused President Trump of touching or groping them without their consent “should be heard.” Haley's comments, made on CBS's “Face the Nation,” diverged from the White House position on the more than a dozen women who have accused Trump of misconduct. Spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders has said that the White House's position is that the women are lying and that the American people settled the issue by electing Trump despite the accusations."

Fascinating, isn't it? Finally, some honesty from one of Trump's achingly sick sycophants, the UN Ambassador. More remarkable? Get this:

"Asked by CBS's John Dickerson whether she considered the allegations a “settled issue” given last year's election results, Haley responded, “You know, that's for the people to decide. I know that he was elected. But, you know, women should always feel comfortable coming forward. And we should all be willing to listen to them.” She addressed Trump's accusers after praising women who have come forward with allegations about powerful men in various other industries. Dickerson then asked her how “people should assess the accusers of the president.” “They should be heard, and they should be dealt with,” Haley responded. “And I think we heard from them prior to the election. And I think any woman who has felt violated or felt mistreated in any way, they have every right to speak up.”

There are others who are far more dissatisfied, want Trump investigated by Congress. The Washington Times reports:

"A House Democrat introduced a measure Tuesday calling on Congress to establish an official congressional probe into allegations that President Trump harassed women in the decades before he won office. The resolution, should it reach the House floor, could force Republicans to have to vote either for or against a probe. “At a pivotal time, when the nation should be able to [look to] a president for moral leadership, we must look elsewhere,” said Rep. Gregory W. Meeks, the New York Democrat who introduced the measure. He said the investigation could either be through an existing committee or through a special investigative panel convened specifically for the purposes of a probe. “When women share personal accounts of sexism and violence towards them, we should listen rather than summarily dismiss their concerns,” he said."

"More than 50 female Democratic lawmakers on Monday asked the House oversight committee to investigate allegations of sexual misconduct against President Donald Trump. In a letter to committee chairman Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., and ranking member Rep. Elijah Cummings, D-Md., the Democratic Women’s Working Group wrote that the country deserves “a full inquiry into the truth of these allegations.” “At least 17 women have publicly accused the President of sexual misconduct,” the letter, which was signed by 56 lawmakers, said. “We cannot ignore the multitude of women who have come forward with accusations.”

"Earlier Monday, three women appeared on "Megyn Kelly Today" recalling encounters with Trump during which they said he acted inappropriately. One of the women, Rachel Crooks, said Trump repeatedly forcibly kissed her inside Trump Tower in 2005. Another woman, Jessica Leeds, said that Trump grabbed her breasts and tried to put his hand up her skirt more than three decades ago when he sat beside her on an airline."

Needs to be investigated. If false, these women need to be exposed as liars. If true, Trump needs to leave office.

"Members of the Democratic Women's Working Group (DWWG) are calling for a congressional investigation into allegations of sexual misconduct against President Trump. Reps. Lois Frankel, D-Florida, Brenda Lawrence, D-Michigan, and Jackie Speier D-California have asked for the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform to investigate the allegations of misconduct leveled at Mr. Trump before he took office."

"President Trump attacked Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) in a sexually suggestive tweet Tuesday morning that implied Gillibrand would do just about anything for money, prompting a swift and immediate backlash. "Lightweight Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, a total flunky for Charles E. Schumer and someone who would come to my office 'begging' for campaign contributions not so long ago (and would do anything for them), is now in the ring fighting against Trump,” the president wrote. “Very disloyal to Bill & Crooked-USED!”

"The backlash and criticism was near instantaneous, with Gillibrand replying directly to Trump on Twitter. “You cannot silence me or the millions of women who have gotten off the sidelines to speak out about the unfitness and shame you have brought to the Oval Office,” she wrote. At a news conference later on an unrelated issue, Gillibrand called Trump’s tweet “a sexist smear attempting to silence my voice.” “I will not be silent on this issue, neither will women who stood up to the president yesterday and neither will the millions of women who have been marching since the Women’s March to stand up against policies they do not agree with,” she added."

"He also claimed she would beg for campaign contributions "not so long ago" — before he was a politician — suggesting she "would do anything for them." by clicking on the icon. Will supplement the regular format of this
publication. This is being done because so many of you access this
publication with smart phones and other devices with small screens.

This site has finally been fully uploaded. All links appear to be
properly working. Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected. There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows. Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts. We'll see. With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further
exposure in this publication. Should you have information regarding this

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to The Liverman Team, Keller Williams Farm & Ranch. A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity. On a rampage. Thus, you get what you truly deserve. Always. Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate. -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area. Ten years after originally intending to do so. Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem. No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked. It's time to stand up. Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight. Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb. From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain. Wake up. Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen. After all, you're bought and paid for. Owned. Not only by your government masters, but their masters. The corporate management suite. Your employers. Think not? Wake up. You're human chattel. Corporate-owned, bought and paid for. Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly, literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor. Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision. To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day. You have no control of your lives. You're owned. Forget? For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits. At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded. Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy. Literally.

Cannot do it alone. Impossible. Not sustainable. This publication needs your financial and material support. Both. Time to step up.

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
