Brother dearest.  ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro?  A little antsy?  Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are?  Patience.  All in good time, good buddy.  When I'm damned good and ready.  Timing just right.  After all, a son of a bitch who's stolen his father's estate needs to be fully exposed publicly for whom and what he is, don't you think?  Indeed, a public service for your neighbors, professional associates, family, and friends, etc..

Conveniently, forget?  Others need to protect themselves against a fraud who masquerades as both a teacher and a counselor, no?  -- How the hell did you ever pass an MMPI some forty years ago to get hired?  You're not stable.  Have not been.  ... Must have really been pissed off at the old man to rip off an estate, no?  How much did you steal while he was alive and supposedly under your care?

How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died?  How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago?  How much?  Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch?  Her cohorts?  Your law enforcement shysters?  While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

... Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you.  Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died?  Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year?  Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it.  Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her?  -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life?  She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised.   Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned.  Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Will be different for you, Bro.  While you've bought off authorities, you will be publicly exposed.  In great detail.  In good time.  When I'm damned good and ready.  When exposure will do the maximum figurative damage to your goddamned sordid reputation.  -- Just the truth, brother dearest, however.  Just the truth.

Irony of ironies?  When the thieving son of a bitch died, and our mother was finally informed he had passed, she cried for her brother, -- the bastard thief who stole from her mother.  Sad, isn't it?  Too bad she's not still alive to see you publicly exposed for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you, yourself, truly are.  As was he.  Not in a court of law you've bought off, however.  Right here.

In good time.  Again, when I'm damned good and ready.  Employing the very same tactics used against Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo.  -- On steroids, however, since all dirty family laundry will be aired.  All of it.  No threat.  A promise.  Emails sent to your neighbors, friends, professional associates, businesses you deal with.  Although an enormous amount of work, all doable courtesy of the Internet.  Despite being some 1,800 miles away.  -- Small world, isn't it, Bro?  Enjoy the stolen loot, you son of a bitch.  Forget?  It's all you have.

Brother dearest.  Save all the check stubs from the old man's accounts?  Fraudulently sign any of them yourself?  Think this material couldn't be obtained from the banks either through discovery or a criminal investigation?  Still own the house on Condict Rd.?   Any other properties besides this one and the old man's you stole with the help of your shyster bastard? Be interesting to see how far your assets extend and where.  Think all that information isn't accessible?  That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete?  But an extensive background check as well?  Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates?  Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong?  How about both universities?  Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception?  Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU?  That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability?  Is that why you wound up looting the old man?  Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible?  Think this will end any time soon?  That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch?  We're just getting started, Bro.  Just getting started.

Don't like it?  Tough shit.  Sue me you thieving son of a bitch.  Would use discovery to learn and post on this website all there is to know about you, your activities, predilections, business 'deals,' as well as all your financial transactions, etc..  All of it.  Would certainly avoid the expense of an extensive background check on you, thieving brother dearest.

Even if you were successful in court, there is nothing for you to take, this remains, as well, a homesteading state where minimal assets are protected anyway.  This site is hosted in an overseas country that doesn't particularly like government intrusion, remains not prone to cooperate.  Besides, can always upload to another webhost in still yet another country.  The possibilities are endless, Bro.  Just takes willingness, effort, unshakable determination.

Even if I lost it all would be more than worth it to expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.  Even if you bribed a goddamned nazi 'judge' to remove posted material, would not cooperate and be more than willing to rot in jail.  Would certainly keep reposting it all no matter the cost and/or personal consequences every time it was taken down.  Forget, you thieving son of a bitch?  I never ever give up.

Since all I seek is your exposure for the thief you truly are, would all be worth it.  For the sake of principle.  All the work, financial cost, as well as the time I am about to dedicate to this effort, you deceptive, unstable, sick, thieving son of a bitch.  Unlike you, I live on principle and have absolutely nothing to lose.  You do.  Will certainly take great pleasure and satisfaction in doing all I can to publicly expose you for whom and what you are.

To say nothing of placing enormous pressure on prosecutors you and your equally corrupt shyster son of a bitch apparently bribed.  Don't like it?  Again, tough shit. Chew harder.  The public needs to know to protect itself.  From you and your shyster bastard.  People who live and travel in your circles as well.  Including his.  As a thief, you and he can't be trusted by anyone.  You'll determinedly f--k them.

More than willing to provide this truly public service.  People certainly need to know whom and what you are.  What you have sadly become.  You certainly weren't brought up to be a thieving son of a bitch.  What happened?  Where did you lose yourself, Bro?  -- Never mind.  ... Truly doesn't matter.  Only your exposure.

TC 4-22-16

Hey, Bro?  Remember me?  How soon they conveniently forget.  ... Half asleep? -- Out to lunch?  ... In your own perverse little world?  That of a criminal?  Wake up.  Conveniently, gutlessly forget?  Insanely believe you're someway, somehow off the hook?  Think again.  We're not done.  You remain a thief who will be exposed for whom and what your are.  What you certainly have become.  No question about that.  Patience, you thieving son of a bitch.  Exposure is coming.  Promise.

Think I don't have time?  Truly believe the ongoing Presidential fiasco ends no matter who wins?  The murderous decay in law enforcement gets resolved any time soon?  Criminal Wells Fargo employees from local Kingsland bank manager Amanda S. Wright right up to and including CEO John Stumpf get prosecuted in the near future despite egregious criminal activity?  Wouldn't hold my breath, would you?

Think I don't have time to handle all this and your public exposure for the estate-stealing criminal son of a bitch you've truly become?  How could you steal from the old bastard, you incredibly sad sack of shit?  Certainly weren't brought up to be a thief.  What happened to you?  Where'd you lose yourself?

No question, 2017 will be a most remarkable, defining year for you, Bro.  Public exposure for the thieving piece of shit you've sadly become.  It's on the way. Promise.  Hope you sue.  Nothing for you to take.  Tough, isn't it?  Certainly, makes me judgment proof.  Will certainly, as well, take advantage of discovery.  Publish every detail I can get my hands on.  No matter the consequences.  Only consideration?  Prime directive?  Your exposure for whom and what you are.

Readers?  This not-so-brotherly piece of shit stole from our father.  Manipulated the old man to line his pockets.  Just like our uncle on my mother's side of the family did to my grandmother.  Runs in the family.  Our family.   ... Right, Bro?  This game now gets played my way, -- not yours, you son of a bitch.  That is, no more U.S. Mail tag.

Anything sent by mail will be refused, returned unopened.  Want contact?  Email.  libertyinperil@riseup.net.  Quick.  Easy.  Better yet?  A digital record.  Permanent.  Easily accessible.  Easily uploaded to this site when and if it becomes necessary.  The shyster bastard you hired to steal the estate shouldn't expect escape, either, from public exposure as the thieving piece of shit he, like you, truly both are.  Unscrupulous thieves.

Sincerely hope that piece of crap sues as well.  Nothing to take.  Discovery again would be published no matter the personal cost.  Nothing quite like public exposure, is there?  Especially, when it is nothing but the truth and there is absolutely nothing to lose exposing two pieces of criminal shit for whom and what they are.  Two pieces of gutless human excrement who looted an old man.  ... Right, Bro?

There is no better disinfectant than sunlight, readers.  Glaring sunlight.  Dazzling brilliance.  Amazing how the roaches run for cover.  Equally pointedly, how vermin on two legs manage to so easily prey on the elderly courtesy of the out of control fascist police-state we now live in.  While there'll never be any justice vis a vis this theft, there will be exposure to the brilliant light of day for both criminal perpetrators.  Count on it, you not-so-brotherly criminal son of a bitch.

TC 10-7-16

Hey, Bro?  Hear of Old Sturbridge Village?  Haven't?  ... Not lying, are you, you thieving son of a bitch?  You and your long-term companion EC conspire, bequeath some of the old man's loot to this museum?  An achingly stingy gift of $250-$499, -- considering the size of the estate?  The CEO and Board have any idea you stole it?  Think they'd care?  -- Just getting started, dearest, dearest Bro.  ... Delusionally believe I haven't more than enough time, resources, determination to expose you for the thieving piece of crap you truly are?  ... Under $500 back in 2013?  Remarkably parsimonious with stolen money aren't you?   What does it feel like to have gutlessly ripped off an incompetent old man?  -- Dear old Dad.  Certainly, look forward to digging much deeper into how you and your shyster lawyer managed to bamboozle and loot the old bastard.  Back in the day, certainly wouldn't have fallen for your bullshit.  Would have kicked your worthless, thieving ass out the door.  Intend to expose it to the light of day.  Indeed, a public service. Seatbelts on, you thieving son of a bitch. Tally ho!

TC 3-24-17

... Brief aside, dear readers, for a most exceptional reason.  -- Although infrequent, pressing ongoing personal business must come first on rare occasion.  Hope you agree, moreover, find it entertaining, -- as this writer did crafting what follows.  Principle trumps all.  Remains prime mover, prime directive no matter what.

This pressing issue involves a family thief. A heartless predator preying on the elderly who must be held accountable, exposed to the light of day.  Especially, since authorities failed to do their job.  The following is part of that continuing effort to expose this piece of shit for whom and what he is:

Hey, Bro?  Guess what?  Me, again.  Most determined pain in the ass.  Miss me?  An inconvenient, nagging hemorrhoid that simply won't go away no matter what.  -- A pile with a smile that takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'.

... Delusionally think this most persistent nemesis of yours conveniently disappeared to parts unknown, vanished in thin air? To give a turd a break?  Wake up.  Not a chance, you thieving son of a bitch.  ... When you insanely believe this writer's gone and you're finally in the clear, guess what, here I am, right in your face.

Despite what's going on across our formerly great country, always have more than enough time for personal business.  That is, exposing you, Bro, to the glaring light of day.  A pathetically greedy predator.  Your target, who else, the elderly.  Most defenseless, vulnerable, an easy fleece.  -- Thought you'd steal from the surly old curmudgeon with impunity, no consequences?

Successfully escape accountability?  Avoid detection, all responsibility?  Blatant theft of an old man's estate?  A little help from a bought and paid for hopelessly greedy unprincipled shyster?  Supposed cake walk due to 1800 miles separation?  No one to hold you accountable?  Your feet to the fire?  What could you possibly been thinking?

You've read this publication before.  Know precisely who and what I am, what I do.  Never give up.  Never say die.  Ignore all obstacles.  Know full well Liberty In Peril modus operandi remains as relentlessly ferocious, blindingly intense as ever.

No punches pulled.  No slack.  No personal consideration.  Certainly, not for a gutless son of a bitch, no more than a thieving predator.  Looted target, guess who, dear old dad.  Pitiful.  Delusionally believe you had the booty coming?  An entitlement?  For having had to put up with his shit all those years?  Wake up.

Hear of Historic Deerfield?  Of course, you have, you lying son of a bitch.  Forget?  You're one of their not-so-generous 'benefactors.'  ... With all the money stolen from our father's estate, only bequeath them a piss poor $40 bucks?

Unbelievable.  An achingly tight, cheap, thieving, worthless piece of duplicitous crap.  ... Write-off?  Negligible.  ... Feather in the cap? How?  Delusionally believe your treachery would never see the light of day? What planet do you live on?

Board of Trustees Chair Anne K. Groves know full well you looted the estate?  How about President Philip Zea?  Think both don't have a right to know?  How about Anne Lanning, Vice President For Museum Affairs?  To say nothing of Susan Martinelli, Vice President For Business Affairs?

These officials are entitled to know precisely whom they're doing business with.  A thief.  Gutless phony.  Blow-hard fraud.  Hoity-toity dandy.  Worse?  An unprincipled thief who stole from his father.  ... Glaring light of day sucks, doesn't it, Bro?  No escaping the unvarnished truth, this most bitter reality.  Not a chance.

Saddest of all?  Back in the day, Hell would have frozen over before anyone would have have been able to rip off the craggy old bastard.  Remember quite well how intent, determined he was not to be fleeced late in life by a sick son of a bitch like you.

A leech.  Ironic, isn't it?  Gutless rip off of an old man who couldn't adequately handle his affairs any longer.  How do you sleep nights?

Fraud runs in the family, clearly.  History repeating itself.  Right in the footsteps of our grandmother's son, who callously ripped off his mother decades ago.  Again, another achingly pathetic piece of human excrement.  Just like you.  Intend to lay it bare.  Methodically.  Painstakingly. In great detail.  Living, breathing color.

For all to see.  A public service.  Exposure of the criminal piece of human excrement you truly are.  For sustained public review.  A goddamned thief.  Pissed? Chagrined?  Nonplused?  Tough shit.  Sue.  Would certainly immediately post all discovery no matter the consequences.

All snail mail will be returned unopened.  No phone tag.  Got something to say?  Email.  Say it right here.  On this website.  In public.  For the world to see.  Will be posted in its entirety.  No editing.  Unlike you, this writer doesn't lie, cheat, steal.  Honors his word.  Intend to expose you precisely for whom and what you are.

Duplicitous predator who preyed on his own father.  Blinding exposure to benefit the community.  Have nothing to lose providing this public service, but you do.  No better disinfectant than sunshine.

.. Think the old bastard not spinning in his grave?  -- Old lady not doing the same?  One thing for certain.  Neither brought you up to be a goddamned thief.  Yet, here we are.  ... Until next time, Tally Ho!

November 24, 2017

Happy Thanksgiving to all.  Due to the holiday, this edition has been posted earlier than usual.  Enjoy the weekend, -- whatever you do, don't drink and drive.

Before getting on with the usual fare, thought readers might enjoy the following from NPR.  ... Seems to fit right in with the Thanksgiving holiday:

"After his wife died, Dan Peterson didn't know what to do with himself. He spent a lot of time in his garden remembering his wife's favorite flower, white roses.  "I've never been able to get a white rose to grow — all mine are red," Peterson says.  Before she died, Dan and his wife would do everything together. Now, the world just felt darker.  "I'm sitting here starring out the back window of my house, just waiting it out to see how long I was going to live," he says."

While young couples may not yet be able to relate to this story, elderly in the area and throughout the country certainly do.

"One day on a dreaded grocery run, Dan felt particularly depressed.  "I hadn't shaved for a couple days and I hadn't had a haircut probably for three months and didn't give a you-know-what about anything except 'Well, what do I do tomorrow? Watch squirrels?' " he says.  Tara Wood was at the grocery store that day with her four-year-old daughter. Tara says Dan "didn't look like the friendliest man" — but that didn't stop Norah."

Certainly, didn't.  Amazing how sensitive, perceptive cognitive an unjaded kid can be.  Seatbelts on:

"And all of the sudden I come to the end of the hall, er aisle, and here's this little girl, and she's sort of bouncing up and down and pointing at me," Dan says. "And she said, 'Hi old person. Today's my birthday.'"

Think that didn't grab his attention?  Timing couldn't have been better:

"Norah seemed to know Dan needed some extra cheer."

Imagine that.  An innocent, inexperienced kid way, way, way ahead of most of her elders in terms of perception.  Forget?  Most of us lose this ability as time passes.  Due to hardships in life, tragedies, loss, etc..  Callousness grows.  A kid enjoys fresh perspective.  Innocence of childhood.  Especially, if raised in a non-abusive home where he or she is deeply loved, treasured by parents.

"I thought he needed a friend because he was sad," Norah says.  And Dan did."

... Out of the mouths of babes.

"When you have a little girl bouncing up and down and being so happy to be alive, you sort of change," Dan says.  Tara says Dan responded to Norah with, "Well hi little lady, how old are you today?"  Little Norah told her mom she wanted a picture, so the 81-year-old and 4-year-old posed for a photo. Norah then asked him for a hug.  "I don't know — it was magical and profound, and it's this cosmic sweetness that happened, you know, right in front of the dairy section of the grocery store," Tara says."

Certainly, led to profound change in outlook for the widower.

"Tara posted the photo on Facebook and a woman wrote in the comments that she knew Dan, and that it was the first time she'd seen him smile since his wife died. So Tara called and planned a visit.  "Norah just ran right up to him like she's known him all of her life and she was climbing all over him like a monkey," Tara says.  "And of course every time I turned around, she'd come back over and hug me again," Dan says.  "I just promised I loved him," Norah says.  When it was time to leave, Norah and her mom passed the rose bush by Dan's door, "and it just blossomed a great big red rose," Dan says.  Norah leaned over to smell it."

Amazing how life turns full circle:

"It was precious to me," Dan says. "The only thing I had to give back, so I got it and gave it to her."  With his pocket knife, he slowly carved each thorn from the stem and handed it to Norah.  "That sort of sealed our friendship I think," Dan says.  From then on Tara decided Dan was family, and they visit him about every week."

How about that?

"She just blows in like a whirling dervish, plunders through his cabinets, and he slaps his knee and laughs and laughs and laughs," Tara says.  They giggle, tell each other secrets and spend time in his yard.   "I go in his garden where he grows vegetables," Norah says.  Now, Dan will never be alone again.  "Norah got me out of the loop, gave me something to live for," Dan says. "It's like the sun came out, you know?"

Think both age extremes can't immensely learn one from the other?

In stark contrast to Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider how other officers honorably, heroically conduct themselves elsewhere in the country.

Not all officers are incompetent boobs like Blackburn's SS jackbooted bastards in black.  The following is a remarkable example of the very best in policing.  Fox News reports:

"Two State Highway Patrol troopers in Ohio saved a young boy from choking at a restaurant in Ohio Friday night.  Ben Miller and Dan DeLuca were on break at a Chick-Fil-A in Boardman when they noticed the 11-year-old in distress, WKBN reports.  Deluca noticed the boy clutching his neck and chest as he ran to his mom. When they asked if he was OK, the boy first said yes then said no, according to WFMJ."

Well-trained officers doing their job magnificently:

"I'm looking at him right in the eyes, and I could see his demeanor change and his body language change," DeLuca told WKBN.  That’s when Miller performed the Heimlich maneuver without hesitation, according to DeLuca, and dislodged whatever the boy was choking on."

Saved the kid's life.  Something the boy will never forget.  Neither will these officers.

"Store manager Rachel Lipinsky said it all happened so fast and few customers were even aware of the situation, but she’s grateful the troopers were there.  “Thank goodness they were right there because they got right up and helped him out,” Lipinsky told WKBN."

Most interesting of all?

"The troopers never got the boy’s name before heading back to work."

All in a day's work.  Best of the best.  Hat's off.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

The following is a heartwarming story of life coming full circle.  Abject tragedy can certainly result in great good.  -- Under the right circumstances, however.  ... Especially, when an exceptional person is inspired.

ABC2News.com reports:

"Bria Hightower is a police recruit.  This fall she wrapped up her field training in the Eastern District.  "I want to be a homicide detective,” Hightower said, “I want to be the change for Baltimore City. I want to make a difference. I can relate to a lot of victims out here. I feel like if you been through the situation, you can relate more than someone who hasn’t."

Indeed, quite true.

"Bria's situation came when she was just 15, when her father became a number 199 of 234 in 2008.  "It still hurts because you know how…sometimes I wish I can call them up and be like, dad, what should I do in this situation or how should I handle this and...I can't, I can’t."  And it will be a lifetime struggle to ever realize she never can again.  It was nine years ago, almost to the day, that Bria's dad was stabbed to death; murder is not a pain that fades."

No kid should ever have to suffer such loss.

Seatbelts on:

"Detective Lewis remembers that night too, the 45 year old father of two was attacked from the back he remembers, it was just his second murder case.

"William Hightower, the victim, was coming home from work. He still had the grocery bag in his hand when he came up on the porch," Lewis remembers.  Bria said she knew who did it almost immediately and watched closely at the way Detective Lewis went about solving her father's case, hanging on his every word, taking notes in her journal.  "He was so compassionate and throughout the whole case he stayed in contact with us. There was not a day that he didn’t call to give us some type of information," Hightower said."

Unbeknownst to him at the time, turned out to be her mentor.

"Including the day Lewis called to say he arrested the man she just knew did it from day one, her father's girlfriend's ex-boyfriend.  Hightower thought then, as she does now, solving murder is what she needed to do.  "I am just glad that I am able to you know, be a motivation for some people like how Detective Lewis was a motivation for me."

Amazing how great good can sometimes come in response to great evil.

"And so at the end of October, Bria Hightower the police trainee became Officer Hightower, she one of 33 new cops in her class to help replenish the ranks of the Baltimore Police Department.  Her badge pinned by the man who closed the case on her father and unwittingly opened a near decade long drive to do for others what he did for her.  "Hi Detective Lewis!” Hightower shouted across the graduation reception.  “Your dad would be so incredibly proud,” Lewis said as he hugged the young officer, “so proud of you."

Comes at a time when Baltimore desperately needs great change in policing.

"Completing her journey from sorrow to strength, from victim to policewoman. "It feels so amazing,” Officer Hightower said, “I was waiting for this day for so long and it's finally here and I just feel so joyful."  Now able to use her new found joy to help a city that this year, is in a whole lot of pain."

Indeed, law enforcement in Baltimore desperately needs positive change.  Hopefully, this new officer and her fellow recruits will provide that change.  Otherwise, hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.  As the revolution doomsday clock strikes ever closer to midnight.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Some desperately needed change in Massachusetts.  CBS News reports:

"The top two officials of the Massachusetts State Police are leaving the force amid claims that a trooper was told to change a report after the arrest of a judge's daughter, CBS station WBZ-TV reports.  In a letter addressed to state police colleagues last week, Col. Richard McKeon said he will retire effective this coming Friday after 35 years.  Deputy Superintendent Francis Hughes retired on Tuesday after a 31-year-long career.  "Traditionally, when a Colonel/Superintendent of the Massachusetts State Police leaves his or her position, the Deputy Superintendent resigns as well to allow a new Colonel to select a second-in-command of his or her own choosing," state police spokesperson Dave Procopio said."

Doesn't your heart bleed?

"The announcements come after two troopers sued McKeon and the state police last week. One of the troopers said he was ordered to alter a police report so the daughter of Dudley District Judge Bibaud could avoid embarrassment.  Alli Bibaud, the judge's daughter, was arrested on drug charges.  McKeon admitted to ordering that changes be made to the report, but the state police said it was an acceptable practice for supervisors to edit reports.  Lenny Kesten, an attorney representing Troopers Ryan Sceviour and Ali Rei, said they had their jobs threatened and were ordered to participate in a "criminal conspiracy."

Imagine that.  Couldn't be, could it?  Some things never change, do they, Sheriff?

"The case started Oct. 16 after Alli Bibaud, 30, crashed her car on the Massachusetts Turnpike in Worcester.  Sceviour said Bibaud admitted to using heroin and there were several syringes found in the car. He said Bibaud told him, "My father is an (expletive) judge, he's going to kill me!"  The trooper also claimed Bibaud offered him sex in return for leniency."

Imagine that.  An honest cop.  Amazing, isn't it?  Honest cops don't last here in Nazi Llano County, right, Sheriff?

"Rei arrived and asked where the suspect got her heroin. Alli Bibaud allegedly told the troopers she performed sex acts on men in return for the drugs."

Nothing quite like the truth, is there?

"The troopers entered all that information in their reports but days later were allegedly ordered by superiors to exclude the information about sex and the judge. They said they were told that was a direct order from McKeon."

Same thing happens here in Nazi Llano County, right, Sheriff?  ... All your recent reports accurate, Bill?

"Sceviour reluctantly agreed but only if he could mark "revised" on his report. He said, "If this was some random person and not a judge's kid, none of this would be happening."

An honest cop.  Unlike here, right, Bill?

"Rei was allegedly ordered to shred her administrative journal, but she refused."

Imagine that.  Couldn't be, could it?

"Kesten said he has no evidence that Judge Bibaud was involved in the case."

Hopefully, not.  If so, think the shit won't ultimately hit the fan?  Same won't happen here?

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Amazing how those with heart and character can perform magnificently under the worst possible conditions. Seatbelts on.  CBS News reports:

"NFL star Marquise Goodwin and his wife are opening up about the tragic death of their baby boy, and his difficult decision to take the field just hours later. The San Francisco 49ers wide receiver scored an 83-yard touchdown Sunday. He blew a kiss to the sky as he crossed into the end zone, and dropped to his knees."

... Imagine being able to maintain the intense concentration required to successfully execute a task that's extremely difficult under the best of conditions, -- doing so immediately after such an enormous personal loss.

"It wasn't until after the game that Goodwin and his wife, Morgan, revealed on social media their son had died, due to pregnancy complications.  After the death of their son, it was Morgan who encouraged her husband Marquise to play Sunday. Marquise credits his wife, his faith and his son for helping carry him into the end zone, reports CBS News correspondent Dana Jacobson."

A moment of triumph after shattering loss.

"Imagine having something that you want more than anything in the world and you get it and it's just stripped away from you," Marquise said.  Marquise and his wife don't have to imagine. Their baby boy was delivered stillborn Sunday morning after Morgan went into premature labor at 19 weeks.  "I would give my life up if I could have a boy. That's the one thing I wanted more than anything in the world and now I don't have that opportunity right now," Marquise said.

"Despite his grief, hours later, Marquise was playing in the 49ers game against the Giants – at Morgan's insistence.  "It was actually Morgan's idea that I go play in the game. For me, my intentions were to be with her the whole time," Marquise said."

Just as remarkable?  The bottom line in pro football is just that, -- the bottom line.  Under most conditions?  Prime mover.  The 49ers have to be given great credit for putting him in the game, calling that play.

"We had our baby boy, we spent time with him. I'm explaining to him I want you to play in this game because I want your son to see you play," Morgan said.  Marquise didn't just play, he caught the pass for an 83-yard touchdown. It would lead San Francisco to its first win of the season.  "As I'm running, I just blow a kiss to God and to my baby and I dropped down on my knees and I give God his glory. Cause I'm thankful, I still am thankful for the opportunity just to be alive for my life," Marquise said. "Even after all I've been through."  "I was in the hospital, on the bed watching and I bust out crying and I immediately said, that was for you baby," Morgan said.  Only two 49ers teammates knew the pain Marquise was playing with. It wasn't until their social media posts after the game that the world was let in."

Here's the clincher:

"The two college sweethearts met at the University of Texas at Austin where they were both track stars.  "I knew when I met Morgan that she was the perfect girl because she was in college, she was an athlete and we had the same morals and beliefs and I knew that she would be a great mom," Marquise said.  They'll celebrate their second wedding anniversary in February. They credit their bond and their faith for carrying them through this difficult time.  "With faith you can do anything and with love you can do even more. Love conquers all," Marquise said."

The following is a situation no one would want to ever find themselves in.  Have to give the firefighters who rescued her great credit.  Fox News reports:

"Firefighters rescued a woman who got stuck in a septic tank for three hours.  (Atlantic City Fire Department)  A New Jersey woman who fell into a septic tank was stuck 11-feet underground for three hours before firefighters managed to free her.  The 57-year-old woman, who was not identified, fell into the sewage tank in Mullica Township, N.J. and screamed for help for 30 minutes until her son found her, FOX29 reported."

Not reported how this happened or the circumstances.  Just that she had been injured in the fall.  Had to have been extremely difficult to extract her since it took several hours:

"Updated with video: ACFD R1 E2 B1 and Training 1 traveled nearly 30 miles away today, to Mullica Township to rescue a woman who was stuck in a 11 foot well for almost 3 hours. She was safely lifted and packaged for further evaluation. Great job by all. pic.twitter.com/BxTplyA9tM
    — Atlantic City Fire Dept Firefighters IAFF L198 (@AtlanticCityFD) November 16, 2017

"The Atlantic City Fire Department and Mullica Township Police were called to the scene where it took nearly three hours to rescue the woman.

"She was hospitalized at Atlanticare Regional Medical Center after injuring her back in the fall."

While the circumstances remain unknown, not the first time someone has fallen into a tank.  Precisely, why safety remains front and center.  Tanks must always be covered when not being serviced.

Wake up, Sheriff.  Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office?  Eighty-three weeks, now.  A goddamned disgrace.  Why are you still sitting on this information?  What are you hiding, Sheriff?  What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise?  Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons?  Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff?  Their past history?  An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse.  How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information?  Eighty-three weeks.  Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger.  To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff?  Those of your thugs?  The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down.  You don't understand that, Sheriff?  Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one.  Including taxpayers.  Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot.  The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt.  Think not?  Wake up.  Your credibility has tanked.  Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated.  Eighty-three weeks.   Still no identification of the officers involved  ... Can't get your stories straight?  In line?  Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS?  Wake up, Sheriff.  The public no longer buys the bullshit.  No longer trusts you.  On this and many, many other issues.  You have no credibility.  Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so.  There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow.  If there are any others I may have neglected to mention, kindly email.

It's time the public be fully informed.  -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County.  If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone.  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why.  This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet.  Ignored.  The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us.  They can't be.  They've lied too many times.  Refuse to be accountable to anyone.  We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases.  Usually, with impunity.  That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement.  This also has to change.  No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer.  No one.  No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar.  There was no justice there.  None here.  None anywhere.  Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers.  Court fees charged continue to be horrendous.  -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs?  Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs?   Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees. This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit.  This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt, abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why?  Yet, surprise, surprise.  Nothing was done.  There has to be transparency.  There is none.  Why would these thieving bastards want any?  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity?  Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons.  Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so.  That is, where they came from.  Why they left where they were.  What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards.  Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments.  Why?  So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated?  This has to change.  ... Can't have that, can we?  Sheriff?  TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up.  Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own?  The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers.  Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently?  Guess what?  Nothing will happen.  Nothing ever does.  The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities.  Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally.  Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for.  Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit.  Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web.  Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town.  Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded.  An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences.  Forget?  Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure.  We're just getting started, Sheriff.  You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards have become, truly are, not what you phonies purport to be, that is, how you continue to f--k over a public you've falsely sworn to protect and defend.  -- Exposure, the only way short of an unwanted dreaded revolution to force desperately needed change in a goddamned fascist police-state. The Fourth Reich.

Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids, Sheriff?  If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing.  'Personnel matters?'  Bullshit.  Looted taxpayers have the right to know.  They're footing the bill for all this goddamned corruption, abuse, ineptness.  When will you and the boys end the shakedowns?  Looting of the innocent to line County coffers?  No honor at all?

Where are your swastika armbands, you fascist son of a bitch?  You and your thugs remain out of uniform.  Once again, Sheriff, and ad nauseum, did you and/or your goons pressure Schilling to exit the race?  Did you steal the election? If so, an aggressively stupid, achingly gutless public gets what it truly deserves.  One of the most corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' agencies in our formerly great country.

Have any information, knowledge of, experience with a purportedly non-profit volunteer clean-up group called Looking Forward In Llano County affiliated with the Llano County Attorney's Office?  Email this publication at libertyinperil@openmailbox.org to provide information and/or arrange a meeting to discuss this matter.  If requested, your identity will be protected.  The question is quite simple.  Is this group what it claims to be and on the level?

Highly reminiscent of Llano County prosecutors, Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider the following.  It's appalling.  Runs against the grain of everything our formerly great country once stood for.  No longer.

What took so long?  The American Civil Liberties Union reports:

"The American Civil Liberties Union of the District of Columbia today filed a lawsuit against the District of Columbia, Metropolitan Police Department officers, and D.C. Police Chief Peter Newsham for making unconstitutional arrests, using excessive force, denying arrested people food, water, and access to toilets, and invasive bodily searches of protesters exercising their First Amendment rights on Inauguration Day."

All for exercising their constitutional right to peacefully protest.  ... While the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue did all they could to abrogate that right.  Rioted themselves in uniform.  What a goddamned disgrace.  These bastards are traitors.

"The lawsuit was filed on behalf of a legal observer, a photojournalist, and two others arrested that day."

Fascinating, isn't it?  Think we don't already live in a de facto fascist police-state, soon to become the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich?

"While the overwhelming majority of Inauguration Day protesters demonstrated peacefully, a small number caused property damage. In response to the vandalism, MPD officers employed a controversial crowd-control tactic known as “kettling,” where officers corralled more than 200 protesters—including many who had broken no laws—by trapping and detaining them for several hours before formally arresting them. Officers also deployed nonlethal crowd-control devices—including pepper spray, tear gas, flash-bang grenades, concussion grenades, and smoke flares—upon protesters and others both on the street and inside the kettle, without warning or threat of harm to officers or other members of the public."

A lawsuit is nowhere near good enough.  These jackbooted bastards need to have been arrested, criminally charged, and tried.  Not possible when there is no special court or prosecutors dedicated specifically to investigating, prosecuting criminal officers.  Since local prosecutors remain in bed with law enforcement, there is absolutely no chance of justice any longer.  Certainly, not.  ... Not in Nazi America, right, Sheriff?

"The complaint filed by the ACLU of DC also outlines incidents in which MPD officers handcuffed detained individuals so tightly as to cause injury and subjected some individuals to unlawful manual rectal probing."

These criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black not only engaged in physical assault, but sexual assault as well.  Clearly, to get their cookies off.  F--ked up jackbooted bastards.

“The MPD’s extreme tactics against members of the public, including journalists, demonstrators, and observers, were unjustifiable and unconstitutional,” said Scott Michelman, senior staff attorney for the ACLU of DC. “People from all over the country come to the nation’s capital to exercise their constitutional right to protest. MPD’s wanton and vindictive conduct on January 20 chills free speech, which is a vital part of our democracy.”

Clearly, no longer.  Certainly, not in a goddamned fascist police-state.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Police rioted.  Yet, were not held legally accountable for their criminal activity.

"The ACLU of DC’s lawsuit, filed in federal district court in Washington, seeks monetary compensation for the four individuals in an amount to be determined by a jury."

Until criminal officers, their departments, and governmental entities ultimately responsible are brought to their knees financially, this shit will not end.  ... Short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.  Clearly, there is no justice in a de facto fascist police-state, soon to become the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

"Among the plaintiffs in today’s case are New York resident Shay Horse, who was covering the protests as a photojournalist, and Baltimore resident Elizabeth Lagesse, an activist who traveled to D.C. to peacefully protest President Trump’s inauguration. An MPD officer witnessed Horse taking photos to document the protest, then pepper-sprayed him. Lagesse did not participate in any acts of vandalism whatsoever. Both Horse and Lagesse were kettled and subjected to pepper spray, tear gas, and painful handcuffing, and they were denied food, water, and bathroom access for several hours."

Our formerly great country is now little more than a banana republic.  Circumstances will certainly worsen as this becomes the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.  ... Right, Sheriff?

"The ACLU of DC also represents D.C. resident Judah Ariel, a legal observer whose neon-green hat clearly marked him as an observer and who was monitoring the conditions of the people trapped in the kettle when he was pepper-sprayed by MPD officers without warning or justification."

Criminal assault by SS jackbooted bastards in black.

"The ACLU of DC is also seeking damages on behalf of Horse and fellow detainee Milo Gonzalez, who were subjected to invasive manual rectal probe searches while in police custody."

Sexual assault by the criminal jackbooted bastards in black.  Clearly, perpetrated to get their cookies off, while desperately attempting to intimidate their victims.  Intimidation clearly didn't work.  Hopefully, taxpayers who are ultimately responsible for out of control criminal officers will wind up getting hellaciously looted.  For a boatload of money as a result of this lawsuit.

“I've been documenting protests for years and I've never seen police act like this in America in such an open, blatant way in broad daylight,” Horse said. “So many of us suffered tremendously just for exercising our First Amendment rights to cover the demonstrations or participate in them. With this lawsuit, I want to stand up for all the protesters who were abused and bullied and assaulted and molested.”

Stand tall.  Uncommon valor.  Continue to peacefully challenge these nazi jackbooted bastards.

"In addition to the constitutional claims under the First, Fourth, and Fifth Amendments, the lawsuit charges MPD violated D.C.’s First Amendment Assemblies Act. That act specifies that tactics that “substantially encircle” protesters are unlawful unless police have probable cause to believe protesters “have committed unlawful acts” and “police have ability to identify those individuals.” The lawsuit also raises claims for assault and battery and false arrest, among others."

... As the revolution doomsday clock strikes ever closer to midnight.  Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Yet, despite the above injustice, those who lawfully protested the Trump nazi's inauguration are now on trial themselves.

NPR reports:

"It's been nearly 11 months since President Trump's inauguration, when major protests took place in the streets of Washington, D.C. Storefronts and vehicles were damaged, and police used pepper spray and other tactics to subdue the protesters.  D.C.'s Metropolitan Police made scores of arrests. Eventually, 234 people were arrested and charged with felony rioting. As it stands, 187 people face felony charges of rioting, and seven face misdemeanor riot charges, according to Justice Department spokesman William Miller. Twenty cases have been dropped, and defendants in another 20 cases have pleaded guilty — all but one to misdemeanors."

Goddamned fascist police-state.  ... Right, Sheriff?  -- Where the goddamned criminal jackbooted bastards in black get to riot themselves with impunity.  ... Right, Bill?

"Today, jury selection starts in the first batch of cases to go to trial. Miller says the six defendants in the first group are:

    Jennifer Armento, 38, of Philadelphia
Michelle Macchio, 26, of Asheville, N.C.
    Oliver Harris, 28, of Philadelphia
Brittne Lawson, 27, of Aspinwall, Pa.
Christina Simmons, 20, of Cockeysville, Md.
Alexei Wood, 27, of San Antonio, Texas"

On trumped up charges.  While the criminal jackbooted bastards in black skate, right, Sheriff?

"The defendants, who are represented by different attorneys, could face decades in prison if convicted."

While the criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black skate.

"Each is charged with six felonies: one count of inciting or urging to riot and five counts of destruction of property. They also face two misdemeanor charges, of engaging in a riot and conspiracy to riot.  Armento and Harris also are charged with one misdemeanor count of assaulting, resisting or interfering with a police officer."

Hear the rumble?

"The criminal cases are being prosecuted by the Justice Department. In the District of Columbia, the U.S. Attorney's Office functions as both the local and federal prosecutor. Judge Lynn Leibovitz will preside over the cases in D.C. Superior Court."

In a kangaroo court system.

"One of the defendants, Alexei Wood, is a freelance photojournalist and videographer. His attorney told The New York Times that he faces up to 61 years in prison if convicted."

For journalistically covering the protest.  Protected by the First Amendment Freedom of the Press.

Yet, there was criminal activity by protesters who indeed needed to be arrested by police:

"Wood livestreamed the protests on Facebook, and his video captures a chaotic scene. A voice that seems to be Wood's occasionally says "Wooo!" amid his narration of events: protesters bashing the windows of a limousine, figures in black charging at a line of police, who have penned in the protesters. As police release what appears to be pepper spray, Wood pulls on a gas mask."

Think this isn't determined prosecution of a reporter for doing his job?  Get this:

"As his trial has drawn near, Wood has shared regular updates to social media.  "Honestly, rough day y'all," he wrote Tuesday on Instagram. "Trial starts tomorrow! We, the Nov 15th trial block, will not be getting our charges reduced like Dec 11th trial block did. 'Prosecutoral digression.' Yup, so random people put into a trial block just got most of their weight lifted."  The "judge found my statements, uttered on my live stream, ARE admissible as statements to conspiracy," Wood added. "This feels terrible."

Fix is apparently in.  By a nazi judge in the pocket of out of control law enforcement.

Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.  As our formerly great country transforms from the de facto fascist police-state we already live in to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.  A raucous, boot clicking, goose stepping, treasonous, treacherous, traitorous Sieg Heil!, Sheriff?  You and the boys are out of uniform, Bill.  No swastika armbands.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

No longer.

Yet, another egregious example of police malfeasance, and/or incompetence.   CBS News reports:

"A Los Angeles County sheriff's patrol vehicle heading to an emergency call crashed with another car and then ran onto a sidewalk, killing two small boys and critically injuring their mother, authorities said Friday."

This was not just an unfortunate accident that occurred as a result of happenstance.  Far worse.

"The force of the collision caused the patrol vehicle to hit two little boys and their mother on a sidewalk, CBS Los Angeles reports. The second car struck a third vehicle, causing injuries to two adult pedestrians in a crosswalk.  The mom was critically injured, and her two sons, ages 7 and 9, suffered fatal injuries, said LAPD spokesman Officer Tony Kuey. One boy died at the scene and the other died at a hospital, he said."

Here's the problem:

"The sheriff's department confirmed to CBS Los Angeles that the deputy driving the car was a trainee.  The call was a Code 3, which means lights and sirens should have been on. Video shows that lights were on but it's unclear if sirens were.  A witness says nobody had enough warning to get out of the way because the lights went on just before crash and she claims that sirens were not on."

The Sheriff's criminal jackbooted bastards in black often speed in Llano County, no lights or siren on.  ... Right, Bill?

"A witness, Julie Valle, said the SUV was speeding and didn't activate its lights until it reached the intersection, just before it collided with another car, ran off the road and hit the woman and her two boys.  "They turned the lights on at that moment, a split-second, not enough time for anybody to get out of the way because they were going so fast," she said at a news conference Friday.  Valle said she rushed toward the crash and saw an injured woman.  "She was trying to get up," Valle said. "I told her, 'Don't move, you were just involved in a car accident.'"  Valle also said she saw the boys.  "All I see is little legs," she said. "Then I see a boy, and that's when I start to get the full picture."

Here's what the family has to live with the rest of their lives:

"Luis Hernandez told the Los Angeles Times that the victims were his brothers, 7-year-old Jose Luis and 9-year-old Marcos.  "I got the call and I didn't believe it," Hernandez said tearfully Friday at a makeshift memorial of flowers, stuffed animals and candles at the intersection. "I just didn't believe it." The Times said a brief video clip from a liquor store security camera showed the patrol vehicle, its emergency lights on, driving on the sidewalk. A trash can and a person are seen bouncing off the front of the SUV."

Readers, if you see a police vehicle speeding with no lights or siren on, or otherwise ignoring traffic laws the rest of us are expected to obey, and can safely video record the incident, email me.  I will post it on this website.

No longer.

The following is another example of egregious abuse.  CNN reports:

"The drug convictions of 15 men in Chicago have been thrown out after they claimed they were framed years earlier by a police sergeant, who went to prison for a related crime, and his team of officers.  The dismissal of charges against the men, who together had 18 convictions, is believed to the first-ever mass exoneration in Cook County, the nation's second most populous county.  "In these cases, we concluded, unfortunately, the police were not being truthful, and we couldn't have confidence in the integrity of their reports and their testimony, and so, in good conscience, we could not see these convictions stand," Mark Rotert of the Cook County Conviction Integrity Unit said in a news conference."

This is a cancer that remains systemic throughout all law enforcement across the country, including here in Nazi Llano County.  ... Right, Sheriff?  It's how the County lines its pockets, right, Bill?

"Seven other officers have been placed on desk duty pending an internal review of more incidents, the Chicago Police Department told CNN. Those officers all worked under Watts, CNN affiliate WBBM reported.  Rotert, of the state's attorney's office, said his team is now reviewing additional cases connected to drug convictions spanning several years."

Same needs to happen here.

"The men whose charges were tossed alleged that Watts and his team of officers planted drugs on them during arrests between 2003 and 2008, then falsified police reports, leading to their convictions, according to the Exoneration Project, a free legal clinic at the University of Chicago Law School that presented the cases to county prosecutors.  A Cook County judge on Thursday approved prosecutors' decision to drop the charges. All the men had served their sentences for the crimes in question, according to the Exoneration Project: 14 are free, and one remains incarcerated on unrelated charges."

This shit goes on all over the country including here.  Continues because district attorneys are in bed with law enforcement.  Won't prosecute the criminal jackbooted bastards in black.  In Texas, won't ask for an investigation by the Texas Rangers which could lead to prosecutions conducted by the Attorney General's office.  The fix is nearly always in.  Golden Goose always protected.

"One of the men, Leonard Gipson, said he was framed by Watts on drug charges and went to jail twice because of the officer.  "If you're not gonna pay Watts, you were going to jail," Gipson recalled. "I went to jail and did 2 years and 24 months for Watts. I came home, and he put another case on me."

Imagine that.  Couldn't be, could it?  Think similar shit doesn't go on here?

"Gipson's attorney, Joshua Tepfer of the Exoneration Project, said officers took money from and charged dozens of people for crimes they did not commit.  "They were skimming off people, and anyone who would get in their way, they would frame them," he told CNN. "And anyone who tried to report them, they would frame them."

Sound familiar, Sheriff?  Couldn't happen here, you say, Bill?

"It wasn't until the summer of 2015, though, that Tepfer, the law clinic attorney, learned of the case of Ben Baker and started investigating.  "What I learned is what Ben Baker said happened to him -- that he was framed by this officer who was named Sgt. Ronald Watts, and what I learned right away was that Ronald Watts had been convicted federally of exactly what Ben said had happened to him: being shaken down and framing someone for putting drugs on someone."

Law enforcement has certainly turned crime into quite a lucrative career for officers.  Art and science, right, Sheriff?

"I started to look into it, and what we slowly realized this was ongoing, systemic, day-to-day corruption by not just Sgt. Watts and not just by his federally convicted co-defendant, Officer Kallatt Mohammed, but by a whole crew of officers that went on with impunity for over a decade on the south side Chicago housing projects."

Sounds like Llano County, doesn't it, Sheriff?

"Baker was freed last year after nearly 10 years in prison when the state's attorney dropped drug charges that Baker claimed were concocted by Watts and his crew, CNN affiliate WLS reported.  "It was torture," Baker told CNN of his jail time. "You're thinking in your head: How did this happen? How did I go from laying next to my wife and going out with my kids every day to being in this cell every day?"

Land of the free?  Home of the brave?  Wake up.  A ruse.

"Baker last year filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against the city of Chicago and 17 officers for framing him and covering it up for the decade he sat in prison. The suit also alleges that a "code of silence" within the Chicago Police Department allowed Watts to run an extortion ring with impunity."

Code of silence is nationwide, including here.  ... Right, Sheriff?

Highly reminiscent of Llano County prosecutors, Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider the following.  It's appalling.  Runs against the grain of everything our formerly great country once stood for.  No longer.

The following is appalling.  Demonstrates sheer gutlessness of the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  ABC News reports:

"The family of an 86-year-old South Carolina man has settled with the city of Kingstree just a month after the man was tased by police following a car chase.  Police dash cam video of the incident shows Albert Chatfield immediately emerging from his car at an intersection and backpedaling from two police officers, who repeatedly shout for him to "stop." As he continues to back up through the street, one officer pulls out his Taser and, after the other officer is heard shouting "tase him," fires it. Chatfield is knocked to the ground instantly."

Jesus Christ.  This guy is nearly 90-years-old.  Has mental issues.  Training so poor this the best these goddamned officers could do?  -- Or, was the point to get their cookies off abusing power?  ... Good question, right, Sheriff?  Think it could be both, Bill?

"The city agreed to pay $900,000 to Chatfield's family over the incident, one of the fastest settlements in a Taser case in the state ever, according to the family's lawyer. Chatfield remains in the hospital after suffering bleeding on his brain due to the fall, according to ABC affiliate WCIV."

Bet the city is high-fiving.  Got off on the cheap.  Clearly, took advantage of the family knowing resultant medical expenses were enormous, that the guy wouldn't likely live much longer any way.  Goddamned pitiful.

"Police had claimed Chatfield assumed a "fighting stance" as he backpedaled from police."

Give me a break.  This, the best the jackbooted bastards could come up with?  A guy approaching 90 in a "fighting stance" a threat to officers?  Pathetic.

The jackbooted bastards in blue were lying out the ass:

"The video shows the man raising his hands, but he is slowly backing away from the officers throughout. The police report also described the scene as a busy street, saying they were trying to protect Chatfield and others' safety, though the video shows just one car in the intersection."

Jesus Christ.  Gutless liars.  ... Just like your jackbooted bastards in black, right, Sheriff?

"Our lives have been permanently changed," Chatfield's daughter Jodie said at a news conference Friday to announce the settlement. "We've been in ICU for an entire month."

The settlement won't likely even begin to pay medical expenses depending on how long this guy remains alive.

"The family's lawyer, Justin Bamberg, blamed the police chase on a mental issue. Police had been called after Chatfield was aggressively tailgating other vehicles.  Bamberg said the money would be used to pay for Chatfield's medical expenses."

There is desperate need for change in the law enforcement community.  Alternative?  Unthinkable. Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.  As the revolution doomsday clock strikes ever closer to midnight.

The following is yet another example of out of control law enforcement getting off on the cheap.  Unless and until this changes, the criminal jackbooted murderers in blue will continue murdering innocent unarmed civilians with impunity.  ... Especially, since there is no willingness to set up a truly independent government agency and court system solely designed to investigate and prosecute criminal officers.

ABC News reports:

"The city of Des Moines is expected to pay $225,000 to settle a lawsuit filed by the family of an unarmed man killed by police in 2015.  The Des Moines Register reports that the City Council is scheduled to approve the settlement agreement on Monday.  Last month, the city acknowledged that a former police officer falsely told investigators she warned Ryan Bolinger as he approached her patrol car before she fatally shot him."

The officer lied:

"Video and audio recordings of Vanessa Miller's patrol car show she didn't warn the 28-year-old West Des Moines man before she shot. Miller has said the look on Bolinger's face indicated he intended to harm her.  A Des Moines Police Department review committee cleared Miller of any policy violations. She resigned from the department in July 2016."

Until criminal officers are prosecuted, convicted, and either imprisoned for life or executed, nothing will change.  Lawsuits do little to nothing to discourage murderous behavior by officers since these settlements are nowhere near high enough to bankrupt the government entities involved.

In follow up to an egregious case covered here and elsewhere, CBS News reports:

"A white former police officer in Oklahoma was sentenced Monday to 15 years in prison for the fatal off-duty shooting of his daughter's black boyfriend, after four trials spanning nearly a year including three that resulted in hung juries.  Former Tulsa officer Shannon Kepler was convicted last month of first-degree manslaughter in the 2014 slaying of 19-year-old Jeremey Lake.  Tulsa County District Court Judge Sharon Holmes also issued him a $10,000 fine."

In a death penalty state, kill a cop even in self-defense, guess what?  Get executed.  Why doesn't the same apply to a cop who murders?  Why no equal 'justice?'

In follow up to an egregious case covered here and elsewhere, ABC News reports:

"A federal judge sentenced a former Chicago police officer who was convicted of civil rights violations after he opened fire on a car full of teenagers to five years in prison on Monday, telling the officer that when he pulled the trigger 16 times he was acting more like a violent criminal than someone sworn to uphold the law.  "At that particular moment he was acting not as a police officer... He was bringing chaos and violence," U.S. District Judge Gary Feinerman said of Marco Proano."

Sound familiar, Sheriff?

"The sentence comes three months after a jury convicted 42-year-old Proano of two felony counts of using excessive force in violation of the two people in the car who were injured when the officer shot him in December 2013.

"On Monday, Herbert again argued that Proano was doing what he was trained to do and what he "witnessed other police officers do and what he was encouraged to do by his superiors." Herbert suggested that Proano was a victim of the anti-police climate toward the Chicago police force since a dashcam video was released in late 2015 showing the fatal shooting of teenager Laquan McDonald.  But the judge rejected that argument.  Proano, who since his conviction has been fired from his job at the police department, was ordered to turn himself in to authorities on Jan. 23 to begin his prison term. Herbert said he plans to appeal the conviction."

Republicans are not the only men capable of sexual harassment, impropriety, assault, and/or at the very least, being pigs.  A prominent Democratic U.S. Senator is now in the spotlight.  Consider the following complaint against Sen. Al Franken by Leeann Tweeden published by and courtesy of KABC Radio:

"By Leeann Tweeden

"In December of 2006, I embarked on my ninth USO Tour to entertain our troops, my eighth to the Middle East since the 9/11 attacks. My father served in Vietnam and my then-boyfriend (and now husband, Chris) is a pilot in the Air Force, so bringing a ‘little piece of home’ to servicemembers stationed far away from their families was both my passion and my privilege.

"Also on the trip were country music artists Darryl Worley, Mark Wills, Keni Thomas, and some cheerleaders from the Dallas Cowboys. The headliner was comedian and now-senator, Al Franken.

"Franken had written some skits for the show and brought props and costumes to go along with them. Like many USO shows before and since, the skits were full of sexual innuendo geared toward a young, male audience.

"As a TV host and sports broadcaster, as well as a model familiar to the audience from the covers of FHM, Maxim and Playboy, I was only expecting to emcee and introduce the acts, but Franken said he had written a part for me that he thought would be funny, and I agreed to play along.

"When I saw the script, Franken had written a moment when his character comes at me for a ‘kiss’. I suspected what he was after, but I figured I could turn my head at the last minute, or put my hand over his mouth, to get more laughs from the crowd.

"On the day of the show Franken and I were alone backstage going over our lines one last time. He said to me, “We need to rehearse the kiss.” I laughed and ignored him. Then he said it again. I said something like, ‘Relax Al, this isn’t SNL…we don’t need to rehearse the kiss.’

"He continued to insist, and I was beginning to get uncomfortable.

"He repeated that actors really need to rehearse everything and that we must practice the kiss. I said ‘OK’ so he would stop badgering me. We did the line leading up to the kiss and then he came at me, put his hand on the back of my head, mashed his lips against mine and aggressively stuck his tongue in my mouth.

"I immediately pushed him away with both of my hands against his chest and told him if he ever did that to me again I wouldn’t be so nice about it the next time.

"I walked away. All I could think about was getting to a bathroom as fast as possible to rinse the taste of him out of my mouth.

"I felt disgusted and violated.

"Not long after, I performed the skit as written, carefully turning my head so he couldn’t kiss me on the lips.

"No one saw what happened backstage. I didn’t tell the Sergeant Major of the Army, who was the sponsor of the tour. I didn’t tell our USO rep what happened.

"At the time I didn’t want to cause trouble. We were in the middle of a war zone, it was the first show of our Holiday tour, I was a professional, and I could take care of myself. I told a few of the others on the tour what Franken had done and they knew how I felt about it.

"I tried to let it go, but I was angry.

"Other than our dialogue on stage, I never had a voluntary conversation with Al Franken again. I avoided him as much as possible and made sure I was never alone with him again for the rest of the tour.

"Franken repaid me with petty insults, including drawing devil horns on at least one of the headshots I was autographing for the troops.

"But he didn’t stop there.

"The tour wrapped and on Christmas Eve we began the 36-hour trip home to L.A. After 2 weeks of grueling travel and performing I was exhausted. When our C-17 cargo plane took off from Afghanistan I immediately fell asleep, even though I was still wearing my flak vest and Kevlar helmet.

"It wasn’t until I was back in the US and looking through the CD of photos we were given by the photographer that I saw this one:

"I couldn’t believe it. He groped me, without my consent, while I was asleep.

"I felt violated all over again. Embarrassed. Belittled. Humiliated.

"How dare anyone grab my breasts like this and think it’s funny?

"I told my husband everything that happened and showed him the picture.

"I wanted to shout my story to the world with a megaphone to anyone who would listen, but even as angry as I was, I was worried about the potential backlash and damage going public might have on my career as a broadcaster.

"But that was then, this is now. I’m no longer afraid.

"Today, I am the news anchor on McIntyre in the Morning on KABC Radio in Los Angeles. My colleagues are some of the most supportive people I’ve ever worked with in my career. Like everyone in the media, we’ve been reporting on the Harvey Weinstein sexual misconduct allegations since they broke, and the flood of similar stories that have come out about others.

"A few weeks ago, we had California Congresswoman Jackie Speier on the show and she told us her story of being sexually assaulted when she was a young Congressional aide. She described how a powerful man in the office where she worked ‘held her face, kissed her and stuck his tongue in her mouth.’

"At that moment, I thought to myself, Al Franken did that exact same thing to me.

"I had locked up those memories of helplessness and violation for a long time, but they all came rushing back to me and my hands clinched into fists like it was yesterday.

"I’m still angry at what Al Franken did to me.

"Every time I hear his voice or see his face, I am angry. I am angry that I did his stupid skit for the rest of that tour. I am angry that I didn’t call him out in front of everyone when I had the microphone in my hand every night after that. I wanted to. But I didn’t want to rock the boat. I was there to entertain the troops and make sure they forgot about where they were for a few hours. Someday, I thought to myself, I would tell my story.

"That day is now.

"Senator Franken, you wrote the script. But there’s nothing funny about sexual assault.

"You wrote the scene that would include you kissing me and then relentlessly badgered me into ‘rehearsing’ the kiss with you backstage when we were alone.

"You knew exactly what you were doing. You forcibly kissed me without my consent, grabbed my breasts while I was sleeping and had someone take a photo of you doing it, knowing I would see it later, and be ashamed.

"While debating whether or not to go public, I even thought to myself, so much worse has happened to so many others, maybe my story isn’t worth telling? But my story is worth telling.

"Not just because 2017 is not 2006, or because I am much more secure in my career now than I was then, and not because I’m still angry.

"I’m telling my story because there may be others.

"I want to have the same effect on them that Congresswoman Jackie Speier had on me. I want them, and all the other victims of sexual assault, to be able to speak out immediately, and not keep their stories –and their anger– locked up inside for years, or decades.

"I want the days of silence to be over forever.

"Leeann Tweeden is morning news anchor on TalkRadio 790 KABC in Los Angeles"

No woman should ever have to put up with this.  The following is the Senator's response courtesy of CBS News:

"The first thing I want to do is apologize: to Leeann, to everyone else who was part of that tour, to everyone who has worked for me, to everyone I represent, and to everyone who counts on me to be an ally and supporter and champion of women.  There's more I want to say, but the first and most important thing—and if it's the only thing you care to hear, that's fine—is: I'm sorry.

"I respect women.  I don't respect men who don't.  And the fact that my own actions have given people a good reason to doubt that makes me feel ashamed.

"But I want to say something else, too.  Over the last few months, all of us—including and especially men who respect women—have been forced to take a good, hard look at our own actions and think (perhaps, shamefully, for the first time) about how those actions have affected women.

"For instance, that picture.  I don't know what was in my head when I took that picture, and it doesn't matter. There's no excuse. I look at it now and I feel disgusted with myself. It isn't funny. It's completely inappropriate. It's obvious how Leeann would feel violated by that picture. And, what's more, I can see how millions of other women would feel violated by it—women who have had similar experiences in their own lives, women who fear having those experiences, women who look up to me, women who have counted on me.

"Coming from the world of comedy, I've told and written a lot of jokes that I once thought were funny but later came to realize were just plain offensive.  But the intentions behind my actions aren't the point at all.  It's the impact these jokes had on others that matters.  And I'm sorry it's taken me so long to come to terms with that.

"While I don't remember the rehearsal for the skit as Leeann does, I understand why we need to listen to and believe women's experiences.

"I am asking that an ethics investigation be undertaken, and I will gladly cooperate.

"And the truth is, what people think of me in light of this is far less important than what people think of women who continue to come forward to tell their stories. They deserve to be heard, and believed. And they deserve to know that I am their ally and supporter. I have let them down and am committed to making it up to them."

The following is Tweeden's response courtesy of the same CBS News report:

"In a press conference Thursday, Tweeden accepted Franken's apology and said that she "wasn't looking for anything" to happen in coming forward with her story.

"Nothing like that is ever funny," she said of Franken's behavior toward her.

"Tweeden said that if the Ethics Committee chooses to investigate Franken, "that's up to them, I'm not demanding that."

"Just as Franken volunteered to cooperate with an ethics investigation in his statement, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Kentucky, on Thursday also called for the Senate's Select Committee on Ethics to review Franken's conduct.

"Regardless of party, harassment and assault are completely unacceptable—in the workplace or anywhere else," McConnell said in a statement."

Subsequent to the above, a second Franken accuser has stepped forward alleging he grabbed her butt, -- this time after he was in office.  Time for desperately needed change.  Think those, however, who figuratively live in glass houses should throw stones?  CBS News reports:

"President Donald Trump is displaying selective outrage over allegations of sexual harassment against prominent men in politics, as his own tortured past lingers over his response."

Does it ever.  Quite a few women have stepped forward to accuse the Trump nazi of the same.

"Trump moved quickly Thursday to condemn accusations against Minnesota Democratic Sen. Al Franken as "really bad," but he has remained conspicuously silent on the more serious claims leveled against Roy Moore, the Republican in Alabama's special Senate race who faces allegations he sexually assaulted teenage girls decades ago."

Galling, isn't it?  Hypocrisy reeks.

"Trump has repeatedly declined to follow Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and House Speaker Paul Ryan in calling on Moore to quit the race. Both had said they believe Moore's accusers."

Imagine that.  Couldn't be, could it?

"With the nation confronting revelations of sexual impropriety by powerful men in entertainment and politics, Trump is an inconsistent as well as an unlikely critic of alleged offenders."

You think?  LOL.

"More than a dozen allegations of sexual harassment and misconduct were leveled against him in the waning days of the 2016 presidential campaign. Trump was caught on tape in conversation with "Access Hollywood" boasting in graphic detail of sexually harassing women.  Trump has repeatedly dismissed the allegations against him as fake news, most recently telling reporters on Oct. 16: "It's just fake. It's fake. It's made-up stuff."

Trump is a congenital liar.  How do you know he's lying?  Watch his lips move.

"That didn't deter Trump from scoring a blow on a reeling detractor."

That detractor being the Senator.  Interesting, isn't it?  What webs we weave.  Kettle calling the pot black.

"Leeann Tweeden, now a Los Angeles radio host, on Thursday accused Franken of forcibly kissing and groping her during a 2006 USO tour. She released a photo showing the comedian turned senator posing in a joking manner with his hands on her chest as she naps wearing a flak vest aboard a military plane."

The photograph is outrageous.  Not funny.  The Senator, at the very least, is a goddamned jackass.

"In a pair of tweets Thursday night, Trump spotlighted the accusations against Franken, saying the photo "speaks a thousand words."

"The Al Frankenstien picture is really bad, speaks a thousand words. Where do his hands go in pictures 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 while she sleeps? .....
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) November 17, 2017

".And to think that just last week he was lecturing anyone who would listen about sexual harassment and respect for women. Lesley Stahl tape?
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) November 17, 2017"

You should talk, Mr. 'President.'  While Franken's appalling behavior was atrocious, at least he didn't grab the woman by the genitals like you boasted in the Access Hollywood piece.  Your hypocrisy?  Galling.  Further indication of your gross unfitness for office.

"Hours before the tweets appeared, Franken moved swiftly to apologize and embrace bipartisan calls for an ethics investigation into his actions.  As Trump assailed Franken, Moore was digging in, pledging to fight the accusations against him as the state GOP in Alabama reaffirmed its support for the embattled candidate. Two women have come forward by name accusing Moore of initiating sexual contact with them when they were 14 and 16, respectively."

Our formerly great country has lost itself.

"White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders repeatedly declined Thursday to say whether Trump believed Moore's accusers, even after the president's daughter, Ivanka Trump, told The Associated Press that she had no reason to doubt their claims against him."

Imagine that.  Couldn't be, could it?  In some cases, the fruit does indeed fall far from the tree.

"He thinks that the people of Alabama should make the decision on who their next senator should be," Sanders said of the president, who dodged questions from reporters on the subject twice earlier in the week. Sanders also refused to say whether Trump was pulling his endorsement of the candidate."

Clearly, no honor among thieves.

Here's where things get interesting.  Get this:

"Hours before the allegations became public Thursday, Roger Stone seemed to know they were coming.  A Twitter account linked to the former Trump adviser posted a quote from Stone in the early hours Thursday morning that suggests he expected allegations involving the Minnesota Democrat to go public.  It said, "QUOTE: Roger Stone says it's Al Franken's "time in the barrel". Franken next in long list of Democrats to be accused of "grabby" behavior."

NPR reports:

"Trump has been accused of sexual assault by numerous women. During the 2016 campaign, NPR tracked more than a dozen incidents in which he was accused of unwanted sexual contact or attempted sexual contact by women over a span of decades."

Yet, Trump's sick sycophants refuse to be confused by the truth.

"Trump's campaign was nearly derailed after the release of a 2005 tape in which he talked about women in vulgar terms, describing acts of sexual assault, in a taped conversation with Billy Bush, then-host Access Hollywood, that leaked a few weeks before last year's election. Trump later said his words "don't reflect who I am" and has dismissed them as "locker room talk."

Bullshit.  His victims credibly claim otherwise.  In their achingly mindless partisan zeal, his sick sycophants won't be confused by the truth, glaring reality.  As won't, Moore's supporters.  Fascinating, isn't it?

"Among the women who have accused Trump of assault is Jessica Leeds, who told NPR last year that Trump groped and kissed her during a flight to New York as she tried to fight him off. The alleged incident occurred more than 30 years ago."

His supporters remain oblivious to the truth.  Partisanship trumps principle.

"Trump was prompted to make a speech in October 2016 in which he rebutted specifics in some of the published stories, questioning the timing of the allegations about a month before Election Day. He also called his accusers "horrible, horrible liars."

The 'President' remains a congenital liar.  What nazi fuhrer isn't?

"And while Trump is publicly criticizing Franken, he has remained mostly silent about the allegations against Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore, neither condemning them nor calling for the Republican to withdraw from the race as several other top party members have."

Trump sorely lacks principle, to say nothing of character.

NBC News reports:

"Speaking of tapes… Here’s NBC’s Ali Vitali: “The president has also had his own troubles with multiple allegations of sexual misconduct. More than a dozen women accused Trump of sexual assault or misconduct in the final months of the 2016 presidential campaign. He has also been caught on tape in a leaked Access Hollywood hot mic moment, saying: ‘I just start kissing them, it’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything,’ he said in the 2005 conversation. ‘Grab 'em by the pussy.’”

Imagine that.

ABC News reports:

"Republican Sen. Susan Collins said sexual misconduct allegations against President Donald Trump that surfaced during the 2016 campaign "remain very disturbing."  "President Trump was not my choice for the Republican nominee for president, and I did not support him in part because of the way that all of these reports about how he was treating women," the Maine senator told ABC News Chief Anchor George Stephanopoulos on "This Week" Sunday. "He is president now and I’m working with him on some issues. But those allegations remain very disturbing."

Because they have yet to be effectively addressed by the Trump nazi who has simply denied all.

"At least 16 women have come forward alleging misconduct by Trump, ranging from sexual assault to harassment to inappropriate behavior.  Collins made her remarks after Stephanopoulos asked if she expected that the country will now see real change on sexual harassment with the current wave of allegations against prominent men from Hollywood to Washington, D.C., the senator responded that one problem is that some of the women making the allegations are getting unfairly attacked.  "The women who bring forth these allegations are often trashed," Collins said. "They're attacked. Their credibility is undermined ... And that has to stop as well."

Men who do not engage in this abuse need to courageously stand up, strongly support these women, condemn the behavior.

"Stephanopoulos brought up President Trump, saying, "More than a dozen women came forward during the campaign; [Trump] says that every single one of them are lying."  "He did say that," Collins said.  The Maine Republican also addressed the case of Alabama Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore, who has been accused by at least eight women of sexual misconduct or inappropriate behavior, which Moore has repeatedly denied.  Collins said she believes Moore’s accusers and hopes Alabama will not elect him to the Senate.  "I did not find him to be credible," Collins said of Moore. "As more and more allegations come forward, that adds to the weight of evidence against him ... I hope that the good voters of Alabama decide not to send him to the United States Senate."

NBC News reports:

"Republican Sen. Susan Collins said Sunday that the sexual misconduct, harassment and assault allegations from more than a dozen women against President Donald Trump “remain very disturbing” as a wave of women continue to come forward with claims against powerful men.  When asked on ABC’s “This Week” about Trump’s claims that his accusers were all lying, the senior senator from Maine said that she did not support Trump in part because of those very allegations against him.  "He did say that [all the women are lying] and President Trump was not my choice for the Republican nominee for president and I did not support him in part because of the way that all of these reports about how he was treating women,” she said."

Yet, many other Republican women continue to blindly support Trump and Moore.  Refuse to be confused with the truth.  Truly think all the women who have stepped up and accused both Trump and Moore would be discredited in court on the stand?  Think so?  Believe none of them are credible?

"Collins said that if voters elect Moore, she believes the Senate would have “no choice” but to seat him, but there could be an ethics investigation.  "I read his denials, I listened to his radio interview, and I did not find him to be credible," she said. "As more and more allegations come forward, that adds to the weight of evidence against him."  "I hope that the good voters of Alabama decide not to send him to the United States Senate," she added."

CBS News reports:

"Several Alabama newspapers are endorsing Democrat Doug Jones in the state's Senate race amid sexual misconduct allegations against Republican Judge Roy Moore, saying Jones is the only candidate left in the race who is worthy of representing Alabama.  "A vote for Roy Moore sends the worst kind of message to Alabamians struggling with abuse: 'if you ever do tell your story, Alabama won't believe you.' Or, worse, we'll believe you but we just won't care," the Editorial Board of AL.com wrote Sunday.  The board, which made its case in a lengthy piece, urged voters to "reject" Moore and called the accusations against the candidate "horrifying, but not shocking."  "Every day new allegations arise that illustrate a pattern of a man in his 30s strutting through town like the cock of the walk, courting and preying on young women and girls. And though Roy Moore has denied the accusations of these women, his own platform and record is hostile to so many Alabamians," the board wrote."

Fascinating, isn't it?

"Members of AL.com's Editorial Board include Tom Bates, who leads Alabama Media Group, which runs AL.com, produces video programming, and publishes The Birmingham News, Birmingham Magazine, Huntsville Times and Mobile's Press-Register; Michelle Holmes, who is vice president of content at Alabama Media Group; and K.A. Turner, who is senior editor of the newspapers published by Alabama Media Group.  The board wrote that as a news organization it has investigated the stories of "several" Alabama women who spoke to the organization, as well as to The Washington Post, "about the abuse they say they suffered at the hands of Roy Moore decades ago."

Truly appalling, Moore hasn't done the right thing, walked away.

"On Sunday, the AL.com Editorial Board wrote, "In the American system, proof beyond a reasonable doubt is a consideration for the courtroom, not the ballot box. It is our job as voters to look closely at the candidates and make up our own minds."   "Do not let this conversation be muddled. This election has become a referendum on whether we will accept this kind of behavior from our leaders."

Trump has finally spoken out.  Came out in support of Moore.  NPR reports:

"President Trump is defending Alabama GOP Senate nominee Roy Moore who has been accused by multiple women of sexual assaulting them when they were teenagers and Moore was in his 30s.  "I can tell you one thing for sure, we don't need a liberal person in there, a Democrat," the president told reporters shortly before departing the White House to head to his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida for Thanksgiving."

Amazing how perverse the thinking of Trump and his supporters has become.  No question, the nazi element in our formerly great country prefers a sexual abuser of young girls to a 'liberal' Democrat.

"I've looked at his record — it's terrible on crime, it's terrible on the border, it's terrible on the military," Trump said of Moore's Democratic opponent, former U.S. Attorney Doug Jones."

How so on crime?  Because he believes in the rule of law, adherence to civil and constitutional rights and liberties, has a heart, an understanding our undocumented forebears came to this land, stole it from Native Americans, broke every treaty?  Remains opposed to needless wars fought only to line the pockets of corporate war profiteers and their bought and paid for shills in both parties?

"Jones is best known for prosecuting KKK members responsible for the 1963 Birmingham church bombing that killed four young black girls, decades after that high-profile crime during the civil rights movement."

Certainly, no bigoted racist like you, Mr. 'President,' and your DOJ sidekick, the achingly racist Sessions nazi.

"When asked about the allegations that Moore pursued multiple teenage girls while he was in his 30s and an assistant district attorney in Alabama, Trump responded that Moore "totally denies it" and pointed out that the allegations are from roughly 40 years ago."

Doesn't mean they're not true.  -- Just like the allegations made by so many women against you during the campaign, ole Donny Boy.  Conveniently forget?  These are political campaigns we're talking about here, not criminal trials, you clueless, self-serving, narcissistic, nazi piece of crap.

"Trump's argument in favor of Moore is similar to one his advisers have begun to make this week — a GOP vote, no matter the person, helps Trump's agenda and is better than a Democratic vote against tax cuts and other priorities — while still not explicitly saying, "Vote for Roy Moore."

Principle means nothing to either major political party.  Both remain little more than two sides of the very same coin.

Amazing how lies can continue unabated and no one seems willing to question the deception.  The following provides some indication precisely how this may come about.  LOL.  Texas Standard reports:

"The line between truth and falsehood seems to be growing dimmer with every new story of Russian disinformation or presidential allegation of fake news. it certainly feels like a new era, but in politics, the manipulation of narrative has evolved over the years into a form of high art.  So much so in fact, the case can be made that one can lie, simply by telling the truth.  And the BBC reports a new term has been coined to describe this phenomenon: paltering.  “It’s from the mid-16th century and it means something like to mumble, or to babble,” says Jennifer Mercieca, associate professor of communication at Texas A&M University.  The BBC article refers to a recent study done by behavioral scientists at Harvard’s Kennedy School, who were researching negotiation tactics."

Think this doesn't apply to Trump?  LOL.

“When people are using really instrumental forms of communication, trying to make deals, or get advantage, or take advantage over other people, what strategies do they use? Do they lie? Do they tell partial truths? Do they admit important facts?” Mercieca says."

Sound familiar?  Think it doesn't apply to all politicians, both parties, including Trump?  LOL.

"The researchers found that negotiators do all of these things, as well as something they call paltering, in which you tell the truth but not the whole truth. The BBC gives this example of paltering: your mom asks if your homework is completed, and you reply that you just finished an essay on Tennessee Williams. The latter fact is true, but it doesn’t answer the question. You may very well have more homework left to do."

Think Trump isn't a master at this?  Virtuoso?  LOL.

Religious leaders are beginning to wake up in Alabama.  CBS News reports:

"With Alabama's special election just over three weeks away, religious leaders rallied on Saturday against U.S. Senate candidate Roy Moore. They took aim at Moore's moral character as he battles several allegations of sexual misconduct.  At the Tabernacle Baptist Church in Birmingham, evangelicals gathered to reject the idea that Roy Moore is their kind of Christian.  To them, his alleged unwanted advances or assaults against women only add to his unfitness.  "Even before these allegations made national headlines, it was clear that Moore's policy agenda endangered the children of Alabama," said Rev. William Barber. "Moore imagines the struggle for equality in America as a story of loss. Think about this."

Believe Moore isn't a racist?

"Those on stage pointed to a phrase Moore used Tuesday night at a revival meeting in Jackson, Alabama.  "They started creating new rights in 1965," Moore said. "Today we've got a problem."  The 1965 Voting Rights Act was designed to lift barriers erected by states and localities to block minority voters."

Raw nazism ala Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini.

"Comments like that, as Rev. Laughton Hicks said Saturday, is the problem.  "Roy Moore is a dedicated servant of and is seriously infected with this false religious virus, this false Christian religious virus as are most white males in Alabama," Hicks said.  Moore hasn't been seen in public since he fled from reporters questions on Thursday, but he has sent out his wife and legal staff to argue his case, which many in the Republican party leadership find unconvincing."

Finally, some sanity arising in the religious community.  Better late than never.

Along the same lines, NBC News reports:

"The unbearable hypocrisy of Roy Moore's Christian rhetoric
This isn't Christianity, it's an extreme form of Republican religionism.
by Rev. Dr. William Barber / Nov.18.2017 / 9:04 AM ET

"A disturbing pattern has emerged since the Washington Post first reported that four women accused Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore of offenses ranging from the creepy to the criminal. People in Gadsden, Alabama, where Moore worked in the District Attorney’s office three decades ago, say it was “common knowledge” that Moore pursued teenagers when he was in his 30s. Locals told the New Yorker that they recall being told tha[t] the local mall banned Moore for the same reason."

Yet, Moore's supporters won't be confused by the truth.  Turn a blind eye to great evil.

"Accusations of criminal assault are difficult to prove in court and the statute of limitations in these cases has since passed. But Republicans outside of Alabama have started to back away from Moore following the allegations; They have chosen to believe the accusers."

The accusers are compelling.  Have nothing to gain by stepping forward.

"Moore’s base, on the other hand, continues to support him despite the evidence. For many of them, this is matter of faith. Jerome Cox, the pastor of Greenwood Baptist Church in Prattville, Alabama, told NBC News he would be supporting Moore because "he’s done a lot of good for the state of Alabama... Everything else is for the Lord to sort out."

Sick religion.  Seems to have forgotten the brain was designed for thinking, -- not goose stepping.

"This is not Christianity. Rather, it is an extreme Republican religionism that stands by party and regressive policy no matter what. It's not the gospel of Christ, but a gospel of greed. It is the religion of racism and lies, not the religion of redemption and love."

Determined perversion of Christianity.

"It is unlikely that any of Moore’s accusers can definitively prove that he sexually assaulted them 30 years ago (a point the defiant former judge knows well). But even before these allegations made national headlines, it was clear that Moore’s policy agenda endangered the children of Alabama and this nation. This man, who wants to be Alabama’s next Senator, wants to repeal Obamacare, making it health care inaccessible for millions, in Alabama and elsewhere. He has said Islam is a "false religion" homosexual conduct "should be illegal." and curtail equal protection under the law for gay and transgender people. Moore supports a tax plan that would hurt the poor and working poor."

Raw nazism.  For new readers:  Fascism, nazism, national socialism defined as the pernicious blend of government, business, and religion. 'Justified' by perversion and bastardization of the latter.

"In short, Moore’s political agenda presents a credible threat to millions of vulnerable people in America. Yet Moore claims to be the moral and Christian candidate, using religion as U.S. slave masters did before him to justify actions which fly in the face of Christ's teachings. Like segregationists, Moore imagines the struggle for equality in America as a story of loss. At a revival meeting earlier this week, Moore complained that he was being persecuted. He also lamented the fact that the courts took prayer out of schools in 1962 and made a cryptic and confusing reference to “new rights” created in 1965, the year the Voting Rights Act was signed. Some members of the congregation responded, “Amen!”

Head Honcho wouldn't recognize the religion he founded.

"As one who survived abuse by a stranger in my own childhood, I feel deep empathy for the women who have come forward to name and confront their abuser. At the same time, my soul grieves as a Christian minister for people who are fed such a distorted view of Christianity and racism that they are willing to support Moore no matter what. I have heard the confessions of abusers: I know that people who are broken and hurting in their own souls hurt people and rally others to join them out of deep pain. But I am deeply troubled by Moore’s determination to wrap his own painful policies and pain-causing ways in the theological claim of being like Christ."

False religion.  Great evil:

"There is nothing Christian about the policies Moore has supported. They are as immoral as the terrible abuse he so vehemently denies. While he wants to compare his plight to the suffering of Jesus, there is no biblical basis for policies that hurt poor people and children."

No question.  No-brainer.

"As well as he knows his Bible, Roy Moore never quotes from the more than 2,000 verses that exhort us to care for the poor, the sick, and the stranger in our midst. He has apparently overlooked the prophet Isaiah, who said to men like Moore in his own day: “Doom to you who legislate evil, who make laws that make victims - laws that make misery for the poor, that rob the destitute of their dignity, exploiting defenseless widows, taking advantage of homeless children” (Is.10:1-4)."

Wake up.  You've been bamboozled.  Bought the ruse.

"National Republican leaders who claim the moral high ground while renouncing Moore now are like the Republicans who spoke out against white supremacy after Charlottesville, condemning the “hate” but never repenting of white nationalist policy. Their moral outrage rings hollow because it renounces Moore based on his personal patterns but says nothing about the disturbing pattern of his policy agenda."

Precisely, what makes Moore and others who think like him an exigent threat to all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

"What is happening right now in Alabama matters for the soul of the nation. Anyone who has any influence must help blacks, progressive whites, and Latinos; gay and straight; Christians, Muslims, Jews, and all who want to move our country forward to get out and vote. This is no time to retreat or remain idle. We must stand up for truth in the public square and reclaim our political and faith traditions which have been hijacked.  Rev. William J. Barber, II is President of Repairers of the Breach and author of The Third Reconstruction."

Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.

Has to be a first.  Can never remember a top general feeling compelled to address the following issue.  CBS News reports:

"The top U.S. nuclear commander said Saturday he would push back against President Trump if he ordered a nuclear launch the general believed to be "illegal," saying he would hope to find another solution.  Air Force Gen. John Hyten, commander of the U.S. Strategic Command (STRATCOM), told an audience at the Halifax International Security Forum in Halifax, Nova Scotia, on Saturday that he has given a lot of thought to what he would say if Mr. Trump ordered a strike he considered unlawful."

Bet he did.

"I think some people think we're stupid," Hyten said in response to a question about such a scenario. "We're not stupid people. We think about these things a lot. When you have this responsibility, how do you not think about it?"

No question.  Certainly, true.  Could very well quickly result in the end of civilization.  Since 1945 until January 20, 2017, the population of the United States did not question an American president would indeed do the right thing.  Clearly, no longer.

"Hyten explained the process that would follow such a command. As head of STRATCOM, Hyten is responsible for overseeing the U.S. nuclear arsenal.  "I provide advice to the president, he will tell me what to do," Hyten added. "And if it's illegal, guess what's going to happen? I'm going to say, 'Mr. President, that's illegal.' And guess what he's going to do? He's going to say, 'What would be legal?' And we'll come up options, with a mix of capabilities to respond to whatever the situation is, and that's the way it works. It's not that complicated."

Hard to believe it's that simple.  Especially, when an out of control narcissistic lunatic resides in the Oval Office.

"Hyten said he has been trained every year for decades in the law of armed conflict, which takes into account specific factors to determine legality -- necessity, distinction, proportionality, unnecessary suffering and more. Running through scenarios of how to react in the event of an illegal order is standard practice, he said."

Imagine that.  Comforted by this assurance?

"If you execute an unlawful order, you will go to jail. You could go to jail for the rest of your life," Hyten said."

General?  You may not even remain alive long enough after a full fledged nuclear exchange to worry about that.  At the same time, been common knowledge decades the president has about thirty minutes to make a decision once an aggressor launches missiles.  Seemed also to be understood the United States would not launch a preemptive nuclear attack.  With Trump in office, this has changed.

Nazis don't like to get called on their bullshit.  Take it quite personally.  Doesn't your heart bleed?  CBS News reports:

"A shouting match erupted in the Senate Finance hearing over the Republican tax overhaul, with Ohio Democrat Sherrod Brown and Utah Republican Orrin Hatch arguing Thursday night over who benefits from the GOP plan."

Hatch has clearly forgotten where he came from.  Aryan arrogant nose so high in the air, apparently suffering altitude sickness impairing all rational judgment.

"At the heart of the argument is new analysis by congressional number crunchers that finds this plan cuts taxes at first but by 2027 actually raises taxes for anyone making less than $75,000."

Forget?  Republican way.  Support their corporate masters and top of the food chain no matter what.  Lie like hell when necessary to accomplish that end.  Not that Democrats are any better, just a bit more nuanced.

"When the Republicans are in power, the first thing they want to do is give tax cuts to the rich. That's just what's -- it's in their DNA," Brown said."

No question, that's true.  Always been, always be.  How they handsomely line their pockets.  Again, not that Democrats are effectively any better, just a little less greedy.

"Brown's attack on the new Republican tax plan got under the skin of chairman Hatch."

Tough shit.  Hatch, like nearly all Republicans, can't handle the truth.  Certainly, incapable of being confused by it.  LOL.

"I've been here working my whole stinking career for people who don't have a chance. And I really resent anybody saying that I'm just doing this for the rich. Give me a break," Hatch said. "I think you guys overplay that all the time and it gets old. And frankly you ought to quit it."

... Right about one thing, Senator.  Your career has indeed been "stinking."  LOL.

"Mr. Chairman, the public believes it," Brown said."

The public knows the truth.  Not all have their heads up their asses.

"I'm not through. I get kind of sick and tired of it," Hatch said."

Tough shit, Senator.  Get over it, -- and yourself.

"The heated exchange came after Republicans successfully voted to move the bill to the Senate floor."

Republican national socialists are ramming this bill through with no support from Democrats.  Have to.  Otherwise, their corporate masters and the top 1% of the food chain would ultimately cut off the gravy train.

Precisely why:

"Hatch took Brown's charges personally.   "What you said was not right! That's all I'm saying," Hatch said. "Now I come from the lower middle class originally. We didn't have anything. So don't spew that stuff on me. I get a little tired of that crap! … I like you personally very much. But I'm telling you this bullcrap that you guys throw out here really gets old after a while. And then to do it right at the end of this is just not right."

Called the truth, Senator.  Are you anything more than a hopelessly clueless piece of crap?

"Democrats say Republicans are rushing the bill through Congress. They're also upset that the plan eliminates Obamacare's individual mandate, cuts the corporate tax rate to 20 percent, and eliminates Americans' ability to deduct state and local taxes."

-- While the corporate management suite enjoys record corporate profits, cash reserves.  Most corporations pay nowhere near the top tax rate, some no taxes at all.  While the middle class and bottom of the food chain continue to take it hard in the ass, without the Vaseline.

Trump loses again in court.  NPR reports:

"The Trump administration cannot withhold federal money to punish local governments for their noncompliance with immigration authorities, according to a ruling by a federal judge in California.  In an order announced Monday, Judge William Orrick permanently blocked the policy, issued as one of President Trump's earliest executive orders, ruling it was "unduly coercive" and violated the separation of powers.  "The defunding provision instructs the Attorney General and the Secretary to do something that only Congress has the authority to do – place new conditions on federal funds," he wrote.  The judge had previously issued a temporary injunction blocking the policy, as did a judge in Chicago. "This order plows no new ground," Orrick wrote — although this injunction, unlike the previous ones, is permanent."

Here is precisely how Aryan arrogant our traitorous government has become.  How achingly indifferent to all cvil and constitutional rights and liberties.

NPR reports:

"Government agencies that deal with cybersecurity, like the National Security Agency, have two competing interests. On the one hand, they want to protect America's online infrastructure and economy from cyberattacks. On the other hand, government agencies want to harness tools to attack opponents in cyberspace."

-- At the expense of the public, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties, which wind up in the balance ultimately.

"These goals come into conflict when government agencies discover or buy flaws in software, called "zero day" exploits, that the software's makers don't know about. The government can inform the company so the flaw can be patched — or it can save the secret weakness in order to use it to launch attacks against enemies."

That's when the public pays the price:

"There's a catch to hoarding the software flaws though: That same exploit could end up being used against Americans if hackers discover the flaw on their own."

Not only can this happen, it does.

Here's the problem:

"Recent hacks call into question just how well the government can actually keep its secrets, however.  A hacking group called the Shadow Brokers stole and leaked "sophisticated, very sensitive, high-end, really weapons-grade computer code" from the NSA, former NSA General Counsel Matthew Olsen told NPR this week.  "The agency regarded as the world's leader in breaking into adversaries' computer networks failed to protect its own," as The New York Times recently described it. "Created at huge expense to American taxpayers, those cyberweapons have now been picked up by hackers from North Korea to Russia and shot back at the United States and its allies."

This government has problems doing anything right.  Cannot be trusted.  Insult to injury?  Defends withholding security flaws while egregiously unable, unwilling to protect this information from hackers.  Anything wrong with this picture?  Anything at all?

"There's a "tension between the government's need to sustain the means to pursue rogue actors in cyberspace through the use of cyber exploits, and its obligation to share its knowledge of flaws in software and hardware with responsible parties who can ensure digital infrastructure is upgraded and made stronger in the face of growing cyber threats," White House Cybersecurity Coordinator Rob Joyce wrote in announcing the guidelines."

In the clutch, guess who loses?  Wake up.  All a ruse.

Expanding on the above, Republicans are about to succumb to their corporate masters vis a vis net neutrality.  Know what that means?  Anyone using the Internet in this country is in for quite an ass f--king by the corporate management suite.  Without the Vaseline.

The Washington Post reports:

"Federal regulators unveiled a plan Tuesday that would give Internet providers broad powers to determine what websites and online services their customers can see and use, and at what cost."

Goddamned un-American.  Right Wing nazi.  Adolf and Benito?  High-fiving on their fiery perches.

"The move sets the stage for a crucial vote next month at the Federal Communications Commission that could reshape the entire digital ecosystem. The FCC’s Republican chairman, Ajit Pai, has made undoing the government's net neutrality rules one of his top priorities, and Tuesday's move hands a win to broadband companies such as AT&T, Verizon and Comcast.  Pai is taking aim at regulations that were approved two years ago under a Democratic presidency and that sought to make sure all Internet content, whether from big or small companies, would be treated equally by Internet providers."

Can't have that, can we?  Forget?  Top 1% want and need to take it all.  Republicans will certainly do all they can to facilitate it.  Where are the Democrats?  Out to lunch since November 22, 1963.

"The decision will be put to a vote at the agency's Dec. 14 meeting in Washington. It is expected to pass, with Republicans controlling three of the commission's five seats."

Here's the bottom line for consumers:

"Relying more heavily on Internet providers' own promises on net neutrality is a departure from the current rules, which lay out clear, federal bans against selectively blocking or slowing websites, as well as speeding up websites that agree to pay the providers a fee."

Fail to stand up to this bullshit?  Let your voice be known?  Get what you richly deserve.  F--ked.

Sadly, the war rages on against the LGBTQ community.  NPR reports:

"More than half of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer Americans say they have experienced violence, threats or harassment because of their sexuality or gender identity, according to new poll results being released Tuesday by NPR, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health."

No matter gender preference, if LGBTQ discrimination is allowed to stand unchallenged, the question to be asked remains achingly simple.  Who's next?

"There are very few nationally representative polls of LGBTQ people, and even fewer that ask about LGBTQ people's personal experiences of discrimination," says Logan Casey, deputy director of the survey and research associate in public opinion at the Harvard Chan School. "This report confirms the extraordinarily high levels of violence and harassment in LGBTQ people's lives."  Majorities also say they have personally experienced slurs or insensitive or offensive comments or negative assumptions about their sexual orientation. And 34 percent say they or an LGBTQ friend or family member has been verbally harassed in the bathroom when entering or while using a bathroom — or has been told or asked if they were using the wrong bathroom."

Interestingly, Trump just lost another military transgender case in court.  The Washington Post reports:

"A second federal judge has halted the Trump administration’s proposed transgender military ban finding that active-duty service members are “already suffering harmful consequences” because of the president’s policy.  The ruling Tuesday from U.S. District Judge Marvin J. Garbis in the Maryland case comes just weeks after another judge in Washington blocked the administration’s proposal that would have stopped military recruitment of transgender men and women and possibly forced the dismissal of current service members starting in March.  The preliminary injunction issued by the judge in Baltimore on Tuesday goes further than the earlier ruling by also preventing the administration from denying funding for sex-reassignment surgeries after the order takes effect."

Think the Trump nazi won't appeal this to the Supreme Court?

"In his 53-page order, Garbis said the transgender service members challenging the ban have “demonstrated that they are already suffering harmful consequences such as the cancellation and postponements of surgeries, the stigma of being set apart as inherently unfit, facing the prospect of discharge and inability to commission as an officer, the inability to move forward with long-term medical plans, and the threat to their prospects of obtaining long-term assignments.”

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

The following email has been sent nearly daily to a woman at 2freehosting.com who was responsible for caving into Wells Fargo.  This email is re-edited occasionally as circumstances change.  Should you bank with Wells Fargo you may wish to ask them why they engage in deceptive trade practices and if in fact they indeed bribed Texas Gov. Greg Abbott while he was Texas Attorney General to ignore a complaint filed against them:

Fran,

All three Liberty In Peril FTP servers are down and apparently have been
hacked.  The three websites, however, remain up and running at time of
writing.  That is, libertyinperil.twomini.com, libertyinperil.wink.ws, and
libertyinperil.t15.org are accessible and running.  Only FTP access has
been effected making it impossible to upload.

The Filezilla messaging on twomini is:

Status:        Connecting to 31.170.167.137:21...
Status:       Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection
refused by server".
Error:        Could not connect to server

The exact same messaging, other than IP addresses, is the same on the wink
and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity.  Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these
FTP servers up and running again.  A criminal complaint will be filed with
the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells
Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue interference with the webhosts.
Has 2freehosting been bribed and/or pressured by Wells Fargo?  Certainly,
one of numerous questions to be forwarded to criminal prosecutors.

Welcome.   Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com.  This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers.  Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible.  -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle.  No more bullsh-t.  Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right.  During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at
Wells Fargo.  Copies of these emails were sent to bank officials.  They
have been posted in this publication. ... We're already up to Salvo 74, --
and counting.

In addition, all new Newsletter Editions will feature an
available abbreviated version, smart phone friendly, that can be accessed
by clicking on the icon. Will supplement the regular format of this
publication.  This is being done because so many of you access this
publication with smart phones and other devices with small screens.

This site has finally been fully uploaded.  All links appear to be
properly working.  Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected.  There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows.  Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts.  We'll see.  With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated.  Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well.  Forget?  The bank
is considered too big to fail.  Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true.  They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked.  What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support.  Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however.  Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it.  Certainly, have the
resources.  Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved.  Hard to believe they would be that stupid.  The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys.  The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further
exposure in this publication. Should you have information regarding this
or any other issue, contact me.  I will protect your identity.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.  ... Governor?  Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Branch Manager, First United Bank, Horseshoe Bay, TX.   A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright.  She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager.  Reverse Darwinism.  Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The process to update those already informed of this fiasco has finally been completed. This latest material can be found by clicking on Wells Fargo Deceptive Trade Practices Salvo 181, 11-24-17.

The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned. Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly, literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor.  Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
