Brother dearest.  ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro?  A little antsy?  Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are?  Patience.  All in good time, good buddy.  When I'm damned good and ready.  Timing just right.  After all, a son of a bitch who's stolen his father's estate needs to be fully exposed publicly for whom and what he is, don't you think?  Indeed, a public service for your neighbors, professional associates, family, and friends, etc..

Conveniently, forget?  Others need to protect themselves against a fraud who masquerades as both a teacher and a counselor, no?  -- How the hell did you ever pass an MMPI some forty years ago to get hired?  You're not stable.  Have not been.  ... Must have really been pissed off at the old man to rip off an estate, no?  How much did you steal while he was alive and supposedly under your care?

How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died?  How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago?  How much?  Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch?  Her cohorts?  Your law enforcement shysters?  While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

... Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you.  Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died?  Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year?  Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it.  Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her?  -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life?  She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised.   Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned.  Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Will be different for you, Bro.  While you've bought off authorities, you will be publicly exposed.  In great detail.  In good time.  When I'm damned good and ready.  When exposure will do the maximum figurative damage to your goddamned sordid reputation.  -- Just the truth, brother dearest, however.  Just the truth.

Irony of ironies?  When the thieving son of a bitch died, and our mother was finally informed he had passed, she cried for her brother, -- the bastard thief who stole from her mother.  Sad, isn't it?  Too bad she's not still alive to see you publicly exposed for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you, yourself, truly are.  As was he.  Not in a court of law you've bought off, however.  Right here.

In good time.  Again, when I'm damned good and ready.  Employing the very same tactics used against Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo.  -- On steroids, however, since all dirty family laundry will be aired.  All of it.  No threat.  A promise.  Emails sent to your neighbors, friends, professional associates, businesses you deal with.  Although an enormous amount of work, all doable courtesy of the Internet.  Despite being some 1,800 miles away.  -- Small world, isn't it, Bro?  Enjoy the stolen loot, you son of a bitch.  Forget?  It's all you have.

Brother dearest.  Save all the check stubs from the old man's accounts?  Fraudulently sign any of them yourself?  Think this material couldn't be obtained from the banks either through discovery or a criminal investigation?  Still own the house on Condict Rd.?   Any other properties besides this one and the old man's you stole with the help of your shyster bastard?  Be interesting to see how far your assets extend and where.  Think all that information isn't accessible?  That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete?  But an extensive background check as well?  Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates?  Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong?  How about both universities?  Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception?  Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU?  That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability?  Is that why you wound up looting the old man?  Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible?  Think this will end any time soon?  That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch?  We're just getting started, Bro.  Just getting started.

Don't like it?  Tough shit.  Sue me you thieving son of a bitch.  Would use discovery to learn and post on this website all there is to know about you, your activities, predilections, business 'deals,' as well as all your financial transactions, etc..  All of it.  Would certainly avoid the expense of an extensive background check on you, thieving brother dearest.

Even if you were successful in court, there is nothing for you to take, this remains, as well, a homesteading state where minimal assets are protected anyway.  This site is hosted in an overseas country that doesn't particularly like government intrusion, remains not prone to cooperate.  Besides, can always upload to another webhost in still yet another country.  The possibilities are endless, Bro.  Just takes willingness, effort, unshakable determination.

Even if I lost it all would be more than worth it to expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.  Even if you bribed a goddamned nazi 'judge' to remove posted material, would not cooperate and be more than willing to rot in jail.  Would certainly keep reposting it all no matter the cost and/or personal consequences every time it was taken down.  Forget, you thieving son of a bitch?  I never ever give up.

Since all I seek is your exposure for the thief you truly are, would all be worth it.  For the sake of principle.  All the work, financial cost, as well as the time I am about to dedicate to this effort, you deceptive, unstable, sick, thieving son of a bitch.  Unlike you, I live on principle and have absolutely nothing to lose.  You do.  Will certainly take great pleasure and satisfaction in doing all I can to publicly expose you for whom and what you are.

To say nothing of placing enormous pressure on prosecutors you and your equally corrupt shyster son of a bitch apparently bribed.  Don't like it?  Again, tough shit. Chew harder.  The public needs to know to protect itself.  From you and your shyster bastard.  People who live and travel in your circles as well.  Including his.  As a thief, you and he can't be trusted by anyone.  You'll determinedly f--k them.

More than willing to provide this truly public service.  People certainly need to know whom and what you are.  What you have sadly become.  You certainly weren't brought up to be a thieving son of a bitch.  What happened?  Where did you lose yourself, Bro?  -- Never mind.  ... Truly doesn't matter.  Only your exposure.

TC 4-22-16

Hey, Bro?  Remember me?  How soon they conveniently forget.  ... Half asleep? -- Out to lunch?  ... In your own perverse little world?  That of a criminal?  Wake up.  Conveniently, gutlessly forget?  Insanely believe you're someway, somehow off the hook?  Think again.  We're not done.  You remain a thief who will be exposed for whom and what your are.  What you certainly have become.  No question about that.  Patience, you thieving son of a bitch.  Exposure is coming.  Promise.

Think I don't have time?  Truly believe the ongoing Presidential fiasco ends no matter who wins?  The murderous decay in law enforcement gets resolved any time soon?  Criminal Wells Fargo employees from local Kingsland bank manager Amanda S. Wright right up to and including CEO John Stumpf get prosecuted in the near future despite egregious criminal activity?  Wouldn't hold my breath, would you?

Think I don't have time to handle all this and your public exposure for the estate-stealing criminal son of a bitch you've truly become?  How could you steal from the old bastard, you incredibly sad sack of shit?  Certainly weren't brought up to be a thief.  What happened to you?  Where'd you lose yourself?

No question, 2017 will be a most remarkable, defining year for you, Bro.  Public exposure for the thieving piece of shit you've sadly become.  It's on the way. Promise.  Hope you sue.  Nothing for you to take.  Tough, isn't it?  Certainly, makes me judgment proof.  Will certainly, as well, take advantage of discovery.  Publish every detail I can get my hands on.  No matter the consequences.  Only consideration?  Prime directive?  Your exposure for whom and what you are.

Readers?  This not-so-brotherly piece of shit stole from our father.  Manipulated the old man to line his pockets.  Just like our uncle on my mother's side of the family did to my grandmother.  Runs in the family.  Our family.   ... Right, Bro?  This game now gets played my way, -- not yours, you son of a bitch.  That is, no more U.S. Mail tag.

Anything sent by mail will be refused, returned unopened.  Want contact?  Email.  libertyinperil@riseup.net.  Quick.  Easy.  Better yet?  A digital record.  Permanent.  Easily accessible.  Easily uploaded to this site when and if it becomes necessary.  The shyster bastard you hired to steal the estate shouldn't expect escape, either, from public exposure as the thieving piece of shit he, like you, truly both are.  Unscrupulous thieves.

Sincerely hope that piece of crap sues as well.  Nothing to take.  Discovery again would be published no matter the personal cost.  Nothing quite like public exposure, is there?  Especially, when it is nothing but the truth and there is absolutely nothing to lose exposing two pieces of criminal shit for whom and what they are.  Two pieces of gutless human excrement who looted an old man.  ... Right, Bro?

There is no better disinfectant than sunlight, readers.  Glaring sunlight.  Dazzling brilliance.  Amazing how the roaches run for cover.  Equally pointedly, how vermin on two legs manage to so easily prey on the elderly courtesy of the out of control fascist police-state we now live in.  While there'll never be any justice vis a vis this theft, there will be exposure to the brilliant light of day for both criminal perpetrators.  Count on it, you not-so-brotherly criminal son of a bitch.

TC 10-7-16

Hey, Bro?  Hear of Old Sturbridge Village?  Haven't?  ... Not lying, are you, you thieving son of a bitch?  You and your long-term companion EC conspire, bequeath some of the old man's loot to this museum?  An achingly stingy gift of $250-$499, -- considering the size of the estate?  The CEO and Board have any idea you stole it?  Think they'd care?  -- Just getting started, dearest, dearest Bro.  ... Delusionally believe I haven't more than enough time, resources, determination to expose you for the thieving piece of crap you truly are?  ... Under $500 back in 2013?  Remarkably parsimonious with stolen money aren't you?   What does it feel like to have gutlessly ripped off an incompetent old man?  -- Dear old Dad.  Certainly, look forward to digging much deeper into how you and your shyster lawyer managed to bamboozle and loot the old bastard.  Back in the day, certainly wouldn't have fallen for your bullshit.  Would have kicked your worthless, thieving ass out the door.  Intend to expose it to the light of day.  Indeed, a public service. Seatbelts on, you thieving son of a bitch. Tally ho!

TC 3-24-17

... Brief aside, dear readers, for a most exceptional reason.  -- Although infrequent, pressing ongoing personal business must come first on rare occasion.  Hope you agree, moreover, find it entertaining, -- as this writer did crafting what follows.  Principle trumps all.  Remains prime mover, prime directive no matter what.

This pressing issue involves a family thief. A heartless predator preying on the elderly who must be held accountable, exposed to the light of day.  Especially, since authorities failed to do their job.  The following is part of that continuing effort to expose this piece of shit for whom and what he is:

Hey, Bro?  Guess what?  Me, again.  Most determined pain in the ass.  Miss me?  An inconvenient, nagging hemorrhoid that simply won't go away no matter what.  -- A pile with a smile that takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'.

... Delusionally think this most persistent nemesis of yours conveniently disappeared to parts unknown, vanished in thin air? To give a turd a break?  Wake up.  Not a chance, you thieving son of a bitch.  ... When you insanely believe this writer's gone and you're finally in the clear, guess what, here I am, right in your face.

Despite what's going on across our formerly great country, always have more than enough time for personal business.  That is, exposing you, Bro, to the glaring light of day.  A pathetically greedy predator.  Your target, who else, the elderly.  Most defenseless, vulnerable, an easy fleece.  -- Thought you'd steal from the surly old curmudgeon with impunity, no consequences?

Successfully escape accountability?  Avoid detection, all responsibility?  Blatant theft of an old man's estate?  A little help from a bought and paid for hopelessly greedy unprincipled shyster?  Supposed cake walk due to 1800 miles separation?  No one to hold you accountable?  Your feet to the fire?  What could you possibly been thinking?

You've read this publication before.  Know precisely who and what I am, what I do.  Never give up.  Never say die.  Ignore all obstacles.  Know full well Liberty In Peril modus operandi remains as relentlessly ferocious, blindingly intense as ever.

No punches pulled.  No slack.  No personal consideration.  Certainly, not for a gutless son of a bitch, no more than a thieving predator.  Looted target, guess who, dear old dad.  Pitiful.  Delusionally believe you had the booty coming?  An entitlement?  For having had to put up with his shit all those years?  Wake up.

Hear of Historic Deerfield?  Of course, you have, you lying son of a bitch.  Forget?  You're one of their not-so-generous 'benefactors.'  ... With all the money stolen from our father's estate, only bequeath them a piss poor $40 bucks?

Unbelievable.  An achingly tight, cheap, thieving, worthless piece of duplicitous crap.  ... Write-off?  Negligible.  ... Feather in the cap? How?  Delusionally believe your treachery would never see the light of day? What planet do you live on?

Board of Trustees Chair Anne K. Groves know full well you looted the estate?  How about President Philip Zea?  Think both don't have a right to know?  How about Anne Lanning, Vice President For Museum Affairs?  To say nothing of Susan Martinelli, Vice President For Business Affairs?

These officials are entitled to know precisely whom they're doing business with.  A thief.  Gutless phony.  Blow-hard fraud.  Hoity-toity dandy.  Worse?  An unprincipled thief who stole from his father.  ... Glaring light of day sucks, doesn't it, Bro?  No escaping the unvarnished truth, this most bitter reality.  Not a chance.

Saddest of all?  Back in the day, Hell would have frozen over before anyone would have have been able to rip off the craggy old bastard.  Remember quite well how intent, determined he was not to be fleeced late in life by a sick son of a bitch like you.

A leech.  Ironic, isn't it?  Gutless rip off of an old man who couldn't adequately handle his affairs any longer.  How do you sleep nights?

Fraud runs in the family, clearly.  History repeating itself.  Right in the footsteps of our grandmother's son, who callously ripped off his mother decades ago.  Again, another achingly pathetic piece of human excrement.  Just like you.  Intend to lay it bare.  Methodically.  Painstakingly.  In great detail.  Living, breathing color.

For all to see.  A public service.  Exposure of the criminal piece of human excrement you truly are.  For sustained public review.  A goddamned thief.  Pissed? Chagrined?  Nonplused?  Tough shit.  Sue.  Would certainly immediately post all discovery no matter the consequences.

All snail mail will be returned unopened.  No phone tag.  Got something to say?  Email.  Say it right here.  On this website.  In public.  For the world to see.  Will be posted in its entirety.  No editing.  Unlike you, this writer doesn't lie, cheat, steal.  Honors his word.  Intend to expose you precisely for whom and what you are.

Duplicitous predator who preyed on his own father.  Blinding exposure to benefit the community.  Have nothing to lose providing this public service, but you do.  No better disinfectant than sunshine.

.. Think the old bastard not spinning in his grave?  -- Old lady not doing the same?  One thing for certain.  Neither brought you up to be a goddamned thief.  Yet, here we are.  ... Until next time, Tally Ho!

TC 7-14-17

August 11, 2017

Not only are criminal police officers protected by the courts and prosecutors, police chiefs are frequently forced to return these criminal pieces of human excrement to duty.  The Washington Post reports:

"Since 2006, the nation’s largest police departments have fired at least 1,881 officers for misconduct that betrayed the public’s trust, from cheating on overtime to unjustified shootings. But The Washington Post has found that departments have been forced to reinstate more than 450 officers after appeals required by union contracts."

Inexcusable.  Horrendous.  Then, law enforcement bitterly whines, complains it doesn't receive public support?

"Most of the officers regained their jobs when police chiefs were overruled by arbitrators, typically lawyers hired to review the process. In many cases, the underlying misconduct was undisputed, but arbitrators often concluded that the firings were unjustified because departments had been too harsh, missed deadlines, lacked sufficient evidence or failed to interview witnesses."

Can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullshit.  Meanwhile, innocent citizens are abused, shaken down, killed by these recalcitrant pieces of trash.

"A San Antonio police officer caught on a dash cam challenging a handcuffed man to fight him for the chance to be released was reinstated in February. In the District, an officer convicted of sexually abusing a young woman in his patrol car was ordered returned to the force in 2015. And in Boston, an officer was returned to work in 2012 despite being accused of lying, drunkenness and driving a suspected gunman from the scene of a nightclub killing."

Yet, when an ordinary citizen engages in such criminal behavior his ass rightfully winds up in jail.  Not so, a criminal jackbooted bastard in blue.

"The chiefs say the appeals process leaves little margin for error. Yet police agencies sometimes sabotage their own attempts to shed troubled officers by making procedural mistakes. The result is that police chiefs have booted hundreds of officers they have deemed unfit to be in their ranks, only to be compelled to take them back and return them to the streets with guns and badges."

Lack of professionalism, stunning.

“It’s demoralizing, but not just to the chief,” said Charles H. Ramsey, former police commissioner in Philadelphia and chief in the District. Philadelphia and the District together have had to rehire 80 fired officers since 2006, three of them twice."

Precisely, how revolutions are spawned.

“It’s demoralizing to the rank and file who really don’t want to have those kinds of people in their ranks,” Ramsey said. “It causes a tremendous amount of anxiety in the public. Our credibility is shot whenever these things happen.”

That's right.  No question.  Everyone loses.  It's up to the rank and file to do something about this ongoing bullshit.  Handle offenders yourselves.  Arrest the sons of bitches when they commit any crime at all including spitting on the street, littering by discarding a cigarette butt, etc..  Threaten to resign en masse if a criminal officer is to be reinstated.  You do have the power to do something about this ongoing cancer among yourselves.

Force change in your unions.  Make sure they don't protect and defend officers who have no business being on the force.  These assholes present an exigent threat not only to the public, but the security of good officers as well.  Since no change can be expected in the courts and prosecution, it is us up to the rank and file to force the issue.

Matters are apparently worsening in Missouri.  CBS News reports:

"Americans used to getting warnings about the potential dangers of traveling overseas, but this summer, the NAACP put out an extraordinary warning about travel here at home -- in Missouri.  The warning advises "extreme caution," saying travelers could be subject to "discrimination and harassment."  "They're legalizing discrimination in the state of Missouri," says attorney Nimrod Chapel Jr., president of the NAACP in Missouri.  He says a bill recently signed into law by Republican Gov. Eric Greitens is so dangerous that he has a name for it.  "The Jim Crow bill," he says, "because in the eyes of the NAACP that's what it was breathing life into."

Racist, Nazi America.  A fascist police-state, soon to be the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

CNN reports:

"Last week, the NAACP issued a travel advisory of its own, warning people of color that their civil rights could be violated in the state of Missouri.  The advisory, issued by the Missouri NAACP State Conference and endorsed by the national organization, is the first of its kind in the civil rights organization's 108-year history. "Individuals traveling in the state are advised to travel with extreme CAUTION," the advisory says. "Race, gender and color based crimes have a long history in Missouri."

Sadly, that's true.

"Rod Chapel Jr., Missouri NAACP State Conference president, said Senate Bill 43 -- a new state law making it more difficult to sue for housing or employment discrimination -- coupled with a long history of civil rights violations and discrimination forced the action.  Senate Bill 43 drastically shifts the burden of proof from defendant to plaintiff in employment and other discrimination cases, Gerald Early, chair of African and African American Studies at Washington University in St. Louis, wrote last week.  "Before, a plaintiff had to show that race or gender bias was a contributing factor to dismissal," Early said.  "Under 43, the plaintiff must prove that bias was, in effect, the sole reason that explains the treatment he or she received."  The Missouri NAACP State Conference calls it a "Jim Crow Bill."

Clearly, a determined step backwards.  ... In deference to the Trump nazi and his sidekick the Sessions nazi?

"The NAACP advisory -- which the organization's St. Louis County branch opposed -- cited several incidents in Missouri as examples of discrimination and "looming danger" for people of color who venture there.  Among them is the case of Tory Sanford, an African-American man who died in a Missouri jail cell in May after getting lost and running out of gas on a drive to Memphis.  It's unclear why Sanford, 28, was taken into custody. However, he was involved in two altercations with jail personnel in his cell, Missouri Attorney General Josh Hawley told CNN affiliate WKRN. His death is under investigation."

Race relations continue to deteriorate:

"Negotiations on reforms to the police force and municipal court system began after a 2015 Justice Department investigation found that the Ferguson Police Department discriminated against African-Americans, targeting them disproportionately for traffic stops, use of force and jail sentences.  The NAACP's travel advisory also cited a state attorney general report that found African-American drivers were 75% more likely to be stopped and searched than white drivers."

Think the following tolerable in a supposed democratic republic?  CBS News reports:

"The Nebraska State Patrol has for years forced female recruits to submit to invasive, medically unnecessary pelvic exams performed by a male doctor before they can be hired, according to a new federal lawsuit that has prompted a criminal investigation.  State Trooper Brienne Splittgerber filed the lawsuit Tuesday against the patrol, the state of Nebraska, two former patrol heads and various other people, accusing them of creating a hostile work environment for women."

No more than sexual assault by the physician.  To say nothing of complicity of the Nebraska State Patrol.

"Immediately upon learning of these allegations in June, the Governor instructed his Chief Human Resources Officer to review this matter, which has subsequently resulted in a criminal investigation by the State Patrol," Taylor Gage, a spokesman for Gov. Pete Ricketts, said in a written statement Wednesday."

To date, no one arrested.  No one held accountable.  Fox guarding the chicken coop.

"State Patrol spokesman Cody Thomas said no NSP recruits have undergone the pelvic exams since December 2016. Thomas did not comment on who was under investigation."

Why not?  Why no transparency?

"The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages, saying women recruits for years have been required to undress from the waist down for a vaginal and rectal examination. The lawsuit says Splittgerber was told the exam was required to check for hernias, but male recruits were generally not required to undress or undergo such invasive exams."

How about that?  Were the 'doctor' and State Patrol getting their cookies off?

"Subjecting the plaintiff and other female trooper candidates to a medically unnecessary and sexually invasive procedure is outrageous conduct which goes beyond all possible bounds of decency and is utterly intolerable in a civilized community," according to the lawsuit, filed by Omaha attorney Tom White."

Called sexual assault.

"Splittgerber submitted to the exam in 2014 before she was hired by the patrol in 2015, saying in her lawsuit that she was required by a Lincoln doctor hired by the patrol to remove her pants and lie on her back, then her stomach, to be examined.  Splittgerber complained to her superiors after being told by her family doctor that there was no legitimate medical purpose for the exam. She was told an investigation was underway, the lawsuit says, but was disturbed that female patrol candidates from subsequent recruitment classes continued to be sent to the same doctor to submit to the exams."

The son of a bitch is a sexual predator.  Why hasn't his ass been arrested?  What is his identity?

"Dr. Karen Carlson, an OB-GYN with Nebraska Medicine in Omaha, said it would be highly unusual to conduct a pelvic exam for a possible hernia. Pressing the abdomen with a hand would be standard for such a check, she said.  "There would be no reason to look in the genital or anal area," Carlson said. "We might have them loosen their pants, but I wouldn't think there would be any need to disrobe."

Called sexual assault.  Why comply when what you're asked to do does not sound right?  Stand up.  Question.  Don't submit.  Wake up.

Another case of egregious injustice.  NBC News reports:

"The state of Alabama took 30 years of Anthony Ray Hinton's life when they sent him to death row for two murders he did not commit.  Now they won’t give him a dime."

Precisely, how revolutions spawn.

"Hinton’s application for redress was unanimously approved by a state senate committee earlier this year and an Alabama lawmaker introduced a bill that would have set aside $1.5 million for what the 61-year-old Hinton calls "30 years of hell."  But the state legislature never got around to debating that bill before wrapping up its session in May, leaving Hinton bitter and practically broke two years after his convictions were tossed.  "I feel like I been raped the first time and now they’re raping me again," said Hinton. "I get tired of talking about race, but I have to call a spade a spade. They’re doing this to me because I’m a black man and they have the power. They’re doing this to me because they can."

Nazi America.  A fascist police-state, soon to be the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

"Clay Redden, a spokesman for the Alabama State Legislature, confirmed Hinton’s compensation bill “never made it to the Senate floor.”  “It was approved 11 to nothing” by the state Committee on Compensation for Wrongful Incarceration, he said. “But that’s as far as it got. It was a rough session getting things passed.”

No excuse.  Alabama has a well-earned reputation for racism.

"In addition to having a busy agenda, the legislature was wrapped up in the drama surrounding Gov. Robert Bentley, who was dubbed the “Love Gov” after he was accused of trying to cover up an adulterous affair with a former adviser. He resigned in April to avoid impeachment.  “We just ran out of time,” said State Sen. Paul Bussman, the Republican lawmaker who sponsored the bill to compensate Hinton."

Bullshit excuse.  Had it been a white victim of the system, truly believe the bastards wouldn't have found a way to do the right thing?

Here is the unbridled nazism:

"But Alabama lawmakers did manage to pass the Fair Justice Act, which is designed to speed up executions by reducing the number of years death row inmates can appeal their sentences."

A goddamned fascist police-state.  How many more innocent victims will wind up getting executed for a crime they did not commit?

"In an April opinion piece for the Alabama Media Group, Hinton said that if that law had been around while was behind bars “I would have been executed despite my innocence.”

Precisely what white nazis in the Republican Party desperately want.  -- While these outrageous, hypocritical, fascist sons of bitches get down on bended knee each Sunday to thank the Good Lord for their good fortune.  Human excrement.  Pieces of shit.

"Hinton landed in a 5-by-8 foot cell that would be his home for 10,419 days after he was convicted of the 1985 murders of two Birmingham-area fast-food managers, John Davidson and Thomas Wayne Vason. Both men had been gunned down in separate fast-food robberies.  There were no witnesses. No fingerprints were found at the crime scenes.  But Hinton was arrested after a fast food worker picked him out of a photo lineup. And he was convicted after prosecutors convinced a jury that a .388 caliber revolver taken from his mother’s home was the murder weapon."

The prosecutors themselves need to be on death row.  Statutes need to change.  Any prosecutor who determinedly, willfully, falsely charges and convicts an innocent person of capital murder needs to be himself/herself charged.  If found guilty, executed.  Equal justice.  Sovereign immunity has been egregiously bastardized in Nazi America.  This must change.

"Hinton insisted he did not kill anyone and that he was the victim of racist prosecutors and police officers.  "I was convicted solely on the state’s assertion that a gun in my mother’s home was the weapon used to commit these two murders," he would later write.  "Because my appointed lawyer failed to get adequate expert assistance to prove that the prosecutor’s claims about this weapon were false, I was convicted and sentenced to death."

Nazi America.  Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini cheering on their fiery perches.

"It wasn’t until 1999 that the state’s case against Hinton began cracking.  Experts hired by the Equal Justice Initiative, which took up the Hinton case, had the so-called murder weapon and the bullets recovered from the victims tested by a team of forensic experts.  Their conclusion? No match."

Jesus Christ.  Nazi justice.  Out of control jackbooted bastards.  Going back to 1999 when they had the first inclination an innocent man had been railroaded?  Give me a break.

Raw nazism:

"But the state Attorney General’s Office refused repeated requests by Hinton’s lawyers to run their own tests on the revolver and bullets.  So Hinton languished in a cell for 16 more years before the U.S. Supreme Court finally ordered the Alabama AG’s office to do the tests. He was released in April 2015 after Jefferson Court Judge Laura Petro granted the state's motion to dismiss the charges on the grounds there was not enough evidence to conclusively link Hinton to the crimes."

Precisely why statutes need to change to allow for execution of prosecutors, police responsible for deliberate, malicious, false, capital murder prosecutions.

"Hinton, who makes ends meet by occasionally talking to college classes about what he endured, said he has no choice but to go through the grueling process again.  “When I got out I had no income to speak of,” he said. "The state of Alabama gave me no clothes, no food, no place to live. To take thirty years of my life and not give me one dime, that’s not right. That’s not justice. I would like to ask the world, where is my justice?”

There is none in a racist, fascist police-state soon to be the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

Another apparent act of domestic terror.  CBS News reports:

"Police are investigating a reported explosion at a Muslim community center Saturday morning in Bloomington, CBS Minnesota reports.  Police say the explosion was reported at about 5:05 a.m. at that Dar Al-Farooq Islamic Center in Bloomington, Minnesota, outside Minneapolis.  The building sustained fire and smoke damage, but there were no injuries."

Thankfully, especially since there were people there at the time:

"Asad Zaman, the executive director of Muslim American Society of Minnesota, said in a press conference Saturday morning that the blast occurred during early morning prayers. The explosion occurred in the imam's office at the center. A window was broken, and Zaman said he assumes the bomb was thrown into the office.  Zaman said a member of the congregation saw a pickup speeding away from the parking lot."

The faith community needs to rise to the occasion:

"Zaman said a $10,000 reward has been offered for information about the incident. Local faith leaders plan to meet later Saturday."

In follow up to an earlier edition, NPR reports:

"A federal jury in Brooklyn, N.Y., has convicted former pharmaceutical executive and "pharma bro" Martin Shkreli of securities fraud."

Couldn't happen to a nicer guy.

"He was found guilty Friday on three counts — two counts of securities fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud — out of a total of eight counts. Shkreli is best known for increasing the price of a life-saving drug for people with AIDS by 5,000 percent, from $13.50 to $750 per pill, when he was head of Turing Pharmaceuticals."

Unfathomable greed.

"Shkreli has not been sentenced and faces up to 20 years in prison, as WSHU's Charles Lane tells our Newscast unit. Still, he declared victory when he was acquitted of what he termed the most "important charges."  "After the verdict was read, Shkreli and his lawyer said they were pleased and anticipated a light sentencing with minimal fines and no jail time," Lane reported. "During the trial, Shkreli openly mocked prosecutors and ultimately never took the stand in his defense."

Likely, he'll spend little to no time in prison.  If he does, will be at a 'country club.'  Not a gulag afforded other non-white collar criminals.

Guadalcanal.  75 years ago.  Hell on earth.  The Washington Post reports:

"War correspondent Richard Tregaskis remembered that it was so quiet that morning 75 years ago he could hear the swish of the water as the vessel steamed toward the rugged silhouette outlined against the sky.  It was 6:14 a.m. Friday, Aug. 7, 1942, eight months to the day after the Japanese attack at Pearl Harbor."

Mr. Tregaskis was on board a troop transport carrying United States Marines:

“Suddenly … I saw a brilliant yellow-green flash of light coming from … a cruiser on our starboard bow,” he would recall. “I saw the red pencil lines of the shells arching through the sky, saw flashes on the dark shore … where they struck.”  It took a second for booming sound of the guns to reach him, and when it did, he jumped."

Imagine what those young Marines must have been thinking.

"They were the opening salvos of the epic World War II battle for the island of Guadalcanal. On Monday, the country marked the 75th anniversary of the fight at the World War II Memorial in Washington.  Eclipsed today by memories of Iwo Jima and D-Day, the struggle for Guadalcanal was the first major U.S. ground offensive in the Pacific theater against the Japanese empire."

The Japanese were ferocious.  More than met their match, however:

"The campaign went on for six months, riveting the nation, as the United States and Japan poured ships, planes and men into the fight for the malarial, jungle-covered mass in the Solomon Island chain, northeast of Australia.  There were seven major sea battles, often fought at night with torpedoes and searchlights. Several were disastrous defeats for the United States.  So many ships were sunk in one area north of the island that it became known as Iron Bottom Sound.  After one big defeat, an American naval officer, who had already lost a ship at Pearl Harbor, committed suicide.  There were numerous land battles, most of which ended in grim losses for the Japanese, who called Guadalcanal “Starvation Island.”

Uncommon valor:

"The campaign produced heroes. Marine Corps Sgt. John Basilone was awarded the Medal of Honor for mowing down waves of enemy attackers with his machine gun crews. Marine Pvt. Al Schmid did a similar thing and got the Navy Cross.  Schmid was blinded near the end of his fight, but kept firing, with directions from a buddy who told him where to point the machine gun.  (Hollywood made a movie out of Schmid’s story, “Pride of the Marines.” Basilone was later killed on Iwo Jima.)

Consider the following:

"Virginia historian Richard B. Frank, author of the 1990 book, “Guadalcanal,” said, “there’s nothing really … comparable to it in all of World War II, in terms of sustained combat in land, sea and air."  Despite the heavy losses, both sides sent in reinforcements. The mighty Japanese army had rarely tasted defeat in its march of conquest across the Pacific. And it wasn’t clear if the Americans were up to stopping it.  “This was the first real test of what’s now referred to as the Greatest Generation,” Frank said. “Going toe-to-toe with an Axis power at the height of their capability, to see whether we had what it would take.”  “Guadalcanal was really that testing ground,” he said.” People talk about Normandy or Iwo Jima … but for the generation that fought the war [Guadalcanal] was a very, very big deal.”

Was certainly a wake up call for the Japanese.  Good reason as well why this battle had such strategic significance:

"The fight for the island began after the Japanese landed on June 8, 1942, to begin construction of an airstrip.  The United States and its allies realized that such an airbase would threaten shipping lanes to Australia and decided to seize the island from the Japanese.  The battle began when the Marines landed on Aug. 7."

The fighting was savage:

"The fighting on land was brutal. In some cases it was hand-to-hand. Men were clubbed to death, stabbed, strangled. Hersey wrote that the jungle itself felt malevolent.

"The novelist James Jones, who served there with the Army, killed a Japanese soldier with his bare hands, according to a brief biography in his novel, “Whistle.” Jones was discharged in 1944, suffering from combat fatigue."  (Now called PTSD.)

Consider the cost of the battle:

"The Guadalcanal campaign ended when the battered Japanese evacuated the island in January and February of 1943.  About 30,000 of their men had been lost, along with many ships, and over 500 planes, according to Frank’s history.  The United States and its allies lost about 7,000 men, numerous ships, including two aircraft carriers, and 480 planes."

Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office?  Sixty-eight weeks, now.  A goddamned disgrace.  Why are you still sitting on this information?  What are you hiding, Sheriff?  What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise?  Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons?  Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff?  Their past history?  An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse.  How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information?  Sixty-eight weeks.  Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger.  To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff?  Those of your thugs?  The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down.  You don't understand that, Sheriff?  Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one.  Including taxpayers.  Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot.  The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt.  Think not?  Wake up.  Your credibility has tanked.  Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated.  Sixty-eight weeks.   Still no identification of the officers involved  ... Can't get your stories straight?  In line?  Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? Wake up, Sheriff.  The public no longer buys the bullshit.  No longer trusts you.  On this and many, many other issues.  You have no credibility.  Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so.  There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow.  If there are any others I may have neglected to mention, kindly email.

It's time the public be fully informed.  -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County.  If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone.  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why.  This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet.  Ignored.  The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us.  They can't be.  They've lied too many times.  Refuse to be accountable to anyone.  We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases.  Usually, with impunity.  That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement.  This also has to change.  No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer.  No one.  No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar.  There was no justice there.  None here.  None anywhere.  Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers.  Court fees charged continue to be horrendous.  -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs?  Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs?   Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees.  This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit.  This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt, abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why?  Yet, surprise, surprise.  Nothing was done.  There has to be transparency.  There is none.  Why would these thieving bastards want any?  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity?  Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons.  Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so.  That is, where they came from.  Why they left where they were.  What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards.  Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments.  Why?  So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated?  This has to change.  ... Can't have that, can we?  Sheriff?  TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up.  Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own?  The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers.  Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently?  Guess what?  Nothing will happen.  Nothing ever does.  The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities.  Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally.  Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for.  Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit.  Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web.  Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town.  Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded.  An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences.  Forget?  Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure.  We're just getting started, Sheriff.  You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards have become, truly are, not what you phonies purport to be, that is, how you continue to f--k over a public you've falsely sworn to protect and defend.  -- Exposure, the only way short of an unwanted dreaded revolution to force desperately needed change in a goddamned fascist police-state. The Fourth Reich.

Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids, Sheriff?  If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing.  'Personnel matters?'  Bullshit.  Looted taxpayers have the right to know.  They're footing the bill for all this goddamned corruption, abuse, ineptness.  When will you and the boys end the shakedowns?  Looting of the innocent to line County coffers?  No honor at all?

Where are your swastika armbands, you fascist son of a bitch?  You and your thugs remain out of uniform.  Once again, Sheriff, and ad nauseum, did you and/or your goons pressure Schilling to exit the race?  Did you steal the election?  If so, an aggressively stupid, achingly gutless public gets what it truly deserves.  One of the most corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' agencies in our formerly great country.

Have any information, knowledge of, experience with a purportedly non-profit volunteer clean-up group called Looking Forward In Llano County affiliated with the Llano County Attorney's Office?  Email this publication at libertyinperil@openmailbox.org to provide information and/or arrange a meeting to discuss this matter.  If requested, your identity will be protected.  The question is quite simple.  Is this group what it claims to be and on the level?

In follow up to an earlier edition, a lawsuit has been filed against another criminal jackbooted bastard in blue.  NBC News reports:

"The family of a 15-year-old black Illinois teen seen pinned down by an off-duty police officer in a video that went viral in June filed a civil rights lawsuit against the Village of Lansing and the officer involved on Thursday.  The officer, who has not been named by the police department, “choked, throttled and battered” Jordan Brunson and as a result the teen continues to suffer from “bodily injury, pain, severe mental and emotional distress, fear, anguish, humiliation” according to the lawsuit obtained by NBC News."

The public is entitled to know the identity of their jackbooted oppressors.  Why are these pieces of shit protected, coddled, not held accountable for their crimes, not even identified so the public can protect itself from these goddamned out of control predators?

"The family is requesting disciplinary action be taken against the officer, an audit of the use of force within the Lansing police department and financial compensation. Andrew M. Stroth, a civil rights attorney representing Jordan and his family said they are pressing the city to do the right thing.  “Earlier today, the Brunson family filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against the Village of Lansing and the police officer who used excessive force and threatened to kill 15-year-old Jordan Brunson,” Stroth said in an email. “The family wants to send a message to the Mayor of Lansing and the Police Department. They want to make sure this does not happen to any other child."

Until criminal officers receive long prison sentences in our nation's gulags and/or executed, nothing will change.

"In June, a video posted on social media shows the officer crouching over Jordan, pinning him with one knee and a hand on his neck and upper chest.  Let me go,” the teen is heard telling the officer.  “No, you come on my property I’m going to f***ing kill you,” the officer responds."

Do the same to a cop, guess what?  Get convicted of attempted capital murder.

"When Jordan asks the officer why he had him on the ground, the officer says, “Because your friend is being a f***ing idiot.” As he tries to get up the officer shoves him back on the ground and puts his hands at his neck again. “You’re trespassing in my f***ing yard you understand that?” the officer says."

Think this piece of jackbooted shit fit to be a goddamned cop?  Not psychotic?

In follow up to an earlier edition, CBS/AP reports:

"Minnesota state investigators have obtained the training records of the Minneapolis police officers involved in the fatal shooting of an Australian woman who had called 911.  The Star Tribune reports that the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension issued a search warrant for the training records of Officers Mohamed Noor and Matthew Harrity.  Agent Brent Petersen wrote in his warrant application that the records will supplement the evidence obtained thus far. He received the records Friday.  The BCA says records confirmed that both officers "completed state mandated training in order to maintain an active peace officer license," CBS Minnesota reports."

The unanswered question is why would investigators need a search warrant to get these records?  Why weren't they voluntarily turned over?

"Noor shot 40-year-old Justine Damond last month after she called 911 to report hearing a possible sexual assault behind her home. According to a warrant filed by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, a woman "slapped" the side of the squad car before the shooting. According to investigators, Noor shot across his partner and hit Damond."

The following remains inexplicable:

"The warrant shows that Minneapolis police command staff voluntarily gave investigators body camera videos, the officers' iPhones, the officers' patrol vehicle and audio of 911 calls and police radio traffic."

Why would they stonewall training records?  Makes no sense.  Especially, since they apparently were in order.

In follow up to an earlier edition, more problems for Baltimore.  CNN reports:

"More than 30 cases involving three Baltimore police officers who are the subjects of an evidence-planting investigation have been dismissed or are set to be dismissed, the Baltimore City State's Attorney said Friday.  Body camera footage from an arrest in January that appears to show one of the officers hiding drugs at the scene has called the credibility of the trio into question, Marilyn Mosby, State's Attorney for Baltimore City, said.  She said 34 cases will be dismissed while 77 are still being reviewed. Twelve other cases are moving forward.  "Where these officers are material and necessary witnesses, we are dismissing those (34) cases, which rely exclusively on the credibility of these officers," she said.  The cases involved felony drug or firearms charges, Chief Counsel Antonio Gioia said.  The Baltimore Police Department's Internal Affairs division is investigating possible criminal wrongdoing, while the state's attorney office is evaluating what role the officers' testimonies would play in prosecuting cases.  "We have attempted to identify alternative ways to prove those cases where there is independent, corroborative evidence," Mosby told reporters.  The Baltimore City Fraternal Order of Police did not immediately respond to a CNN request for comment Friday night."

Police have lost all credibility in Baltimore.

Consider the following. The Washington Post reports:

"A video taken during a traffic stop in California is drawing debate over the officer’s decision to keep his gun pointed at the passenger for more than nine minutes.  The stop took place last Wednesday morning along U.S. Route 101, south of San Jose, after an officer noticed a car pass him going 85 mph, according to the Campbell Police Department."

Consider the following exchange:

"A video that apparently was recorded by a woman in the car begins as the male passenger is expressing incredulity that the officer has pulled a gun.  “Wow,” the passenger says in the video, laughing. “We’re looking for the f—ing paperwork, bro. Oh my God.”  “I understand that,” the officer replies. “Don’t move, all right?”  The passenger sounds indignant as his hands remain on his lap. “Why are you still pointing that gun at me, bro?” he asks the officer. “Why are you still pointing the gun at me, though? Record this sh-t. Why are you still pointing the gun at me, bro? My hands are right here.”  “I understand,” the officer says.  “No, you don’t understand,” the passenger protests, as the officer tells him to relax. “No, I’m not going to relax. Get the f—king gun off me.”

The target ought to be glad the jackbooted thug's trigger finger wasn't trembling.

"A woman in the car asks the officer: “Is that really necessary? His hands are both out.”  The officer says that it is necessary as he waits for backup to arrive, eliciting another round of protests from the vehicle’s passengers. For several more minutes, they remain at an impasse, with the passenger muttering periodic complaints as music plays in the background. The entire time, the officer’s gun is trained on the man.  Toward the end, the officer relays something through the radio and the passenger begins protesting again. At one point in the video, the officer mentions that there had been a screwdriver on the floor of the car."

A goddamned screwdriver?   Point a high-powered weapon at someone more than nine minutes for a screwdriver on the floor?  While his hands are clearly visible?

“Why are you trying to make this bigger than it is, bro?” the passenger says. “We complied with everything you asked for.”  The video lasts a little more than nine minutes total, and the officer’s gun is pointed at the male passenger the entire time. Police said in a statement the officer had to wait longer than usual for backup to arrive “and provide assistance in safely resolving the situation.”

Gutless jackbooted bastard.

"Police departments are under increased scrutiny for violent, often fatal interactions with suspects. So far this year, 594 people have been shot and killed by police, according to The Washington Post’s Fatal Force database. Last year, police shot and killed 963 people."

ABC News reports:

"Both the driver and passenger spent several minutes looking for the requested paperwork. The officer informed the occupants to wait in the vehicle as he prepared to walk back to his motorcycle to write a citation," the Campbell Police Department said in a statement. "It was at that time that the passenger began reaching under his seat. It is not clear why the passenger chose to reach under the seat since the officer was not requesting any other paperwork."  Campbell police told ABC News today that the passenger was also looking in the glove compartment. The officer then asked the passenger to stop and wait while his back was turned. The passenger continued reaching down, the police said, despite the officer's requests to stop.  In its statement, the department said the "unexpected movement" caused the officer to feel threatened and pull out his gun."

Inexplicable.  Gutless son of a bitch.  Cowardly predator.

"In the video that was posted July 29 on social media, the officer can be seen pointing his gun at the vehicle's passenger as the driver tapes the incident on a cellphone. Both ask the officer why he's pointing the gun at them.

"We were looking for the f-- paperwork," the passenger says.

"I understand that," the officer says. "Don't move."

The officer later says over his radio that the passenger was "reaching for something under the seat."

"You asked for registration. You asked for paperwork. That's what we were looking for. That's what happened, bro. We were looking for the paperwork you asked for and you pulled a gun on me," the passenger says.

"I see the paper but I also see a screwdriver on the floor," the officer tells the passenger. "Just hang tight for me, OK? We're going to deal with all this in just a second, OK?"

In the video, the passenger's hands are visibly up.

Today, Campbell Police Capt. Gary Berg said: "The nine minutes are unfortunate."

Had it been anyone other than a jackbooted son of a bitch in blue, his sorry criminal ass would have been arrested.

Hopefully, a lawsuit will be filed.  Outrageously, the identity of the jackbooted predator was not released.  This guy presents an exigent threat to the public.  Why isn't the citizenry entitled to his identity?  Why aren't all officers forced to present anyone they stop with a business card?  A fascist police-state, soon to be the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

Continuing problems in Trump 'paradise.'  The Washington Post reports:

"On his first day in office, Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke pledged “zero tolerance” for sexual misconduct. The acting National Park Service chief testified to Congress in June that he’s bringing a culture of “transparency, respect, and accountability” to a workplace he acknowledged is often hostile."

Think so?  Wake up.

"But the Park Service recently gave a new job and performance bonus to a national park superintendent in Florida whom investigators found made unwanted advances to a woman he supervised — with hugs, lingering handshakes, inappropriate comments about her appearance, and sitting or lying on her desk while she was trying to work. Investigators said he also harassed another woman who no longer works at the park."

Come as a surprise?  Why?  Forget?  The Trump nazi has no issue with grabbing women by the genitals.  How could anyone expect his subordinates to have zero tolerance for such misconduct?

Insult to injury?  Get this:

"Then, the Park Service issued a one-page set of talking points for media inquiries. The talking points, obtained by The Washington Post, instructed staff to praise the superintendent, Jorge Acevedo, for making “a substantial contribution” during his four-year tenure at De Soto National Memorial, a coastal park near Bradenton."

Galling, isn't it?  Gets worse:

"Acevedo has served since March as partnerships manager at the Tuskegee Airmen and Tuskegee Institute national historic sites and Selma to Montgomery National Historic Trail, a consortium of Park Service properties. He is no longer supervising employees but kept his $82,000-a-year salary, according to an agency official who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss a personnel issue. Just before his transfer, the official said, he received a $1,000 cash bonus."

More trouble in the Trump regime.  The Washington Times reports:

"National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster met with President Trump Thursday amid his purge of Trump loyalists from the White House national security council, a heated debate about sending more U.S. troops to Afghanistan and a report that he allowed former Obama administration aide Susan E. Rice to keep her security clearance."

Not at all clear why he did this:

"Gen. McMaster sent a letter to Ms. Rice in April giving her unfettered and continuing access to classified information and waiving the “need-to-know” requirement on anything she viewed or received during her tenure as President Obama’s national security adviser. A copy of the letter was obtained by Circa; Mr. Trump reportedly was not aware of Gen. McMaster’s action."

Must have enraged the nazi.

"The topic of Ms. Rice has been a particularly sore spot for Mr. Trump, who was angered to learn that she unmasked the identities of Trump transition aides in conversations with Russian officials. The president has called it “a massive story.”

Think so?

"Gen. McMaster also has come under increasing fire from conservatives this week after Bloomberg reported that he concluded Ms. Rice did nothing wrong with the unmasking.  The head of a conservative group called for Gen. McMaster to be fired, citing the leaks Thursday of transcripts of Mr. Trump’s phone conversations with foreign leaders."

Doesn't your heart bleed?  Leaking of these transcripts was indeed a public service.  Confirmed precisely how unfit for office Trump remains.

"But a group of national security analysts at the conservative Heritage Foundation on Thursday called Gen. McMaster “the right leader for a tough, determined president who only wants the best for the American people.”

Someone has to rein in the unfit lunatic.

"Gen. McMaster this week ousted Ezra Cohen-Watnick, the NSC’s senior director for intelligence who was considered a Trump loyalist. He had been brought into the White House by the previous national security adviser, Mr. Flynn, who was fired by Mr. Trump in February."

Think the following isn't inexplicable?  Get this:

“General McMaster appreciates the good work accomplished in the NSC’s Intelligence directorate under Ezra Cohen’s leadership,” the White House said in a statement. “He has determined that, at this time, a different set of experiences is best-suited to carrying that work forward. General McMaster is confident that Ezra will make many further significant contributions to national security in another position in the administration.”

More of the same:

"Mr. Cohen-Watnick was involved in a controversy over a visit by House Intelligence Committee chairman Rep. Devin Nunes, California Republican, to the White House in March to look at intelligence reports about surveillance of Trump aides during the presidential campaign.  Two weeks ago, NSC director of strategic planning Rich Higgins was fired. He was ally of senior presidential adviser Steve Bannon.  Gen. McMaster reportedly has been ousting NSC staffers connected to a memo outlining how Mr. Trump was under attack from “globalists” and “Islamists” trying to undermine his agenda."

Impaneling of a grand jury has rattled the cage of the Trump nazi and his henchmen.  The Washington Times reports:

"Special counsel Robert Mueller has impaneled a grand jury to issue subpoenas and compel witness testimony as he probes Russian interference in the presidential election, including a June 2016 meeting between Donald Trump Jr. and a Russian lawyer, according to news reports.  The move is not surprising, said legal analysts, describing it as a natural step that allows Mr. Mueller to have access to evidence needed for a criminal probe.  “In a case like this, where you have a lot of documents that are going be necessary, grand jury subpoenas are a pretty early phenomenon,” said Philip Allen Lacovara, a former U.S. deputy solicitor general who served as counsel to Watergate special prosecutors.  The grand jury is sitting in Washington and has been active for several weeks, The Wall Street Journal reported."

Certainly, got Trump's attention:

"In response, Mr. Trump railed against the accusations of collusion, telling a rally in West Virginia that the entire Russia narrative was a ruse by Democrats trying to reverse their unexpected losses in November."

So much so, the Sessions nazi is again taking a raucous hard dump on the First Amendment.  ABC News reports:

"Attorney General Jeff Sessions issued a warning Friday to members of the media, promising a review of the subpoena policy regarding leaks of classified information and characterizing the publication of such materials as an action that "place[s] lives at risk."

Goddamned bullshit.  What these leaks place at risk is the future of the Trump regime.  Exposure of possible criminal activity within the campaign and administration to date.

"He also warned that the federal government was "taking a stand" against the "culture of leaking" and took a moment during his prepared remarks to speak directly to "would-be leakers."  "Don't do it," said Sessions."

Leakers of this information are national heroes.  Expose the nazi and his henchmen for whom and what they are.

"We respect the important role of the press plays and will give them respect, but it is not unlimited," the attorney general added. "We must balance the press's role with protecting national security, the lives of those who serve in the intelligence community, the armed forces, and all law-abiding Americans."

More goddamned bullshit by an administration that remains on the ropes.  The press will not compromise sources.  Will rot in jail first.

In follow up, CBS News reports:

"President Trump is standing up for his national security adviser, H.R. McMaster, calling him a "good man" amid calls for his ouster by conservatives.  In a statement to CBS News on Friday, the president said, "General McMaster and I are working very well together. He is a good man and very pro-Israel. I am grateful for the work he continues to do serving our country."  Mr. Trump first issued the statement to the New York Times in a story reporting that critics on the right were angered by McMaster's move to push out several conservative staff members on the national security team who had been brought on by Michael Flynn, McMaster's predecessor."

Trump can't afford to lose retired and unretired generals he's chosen to surround himself with.  Indeed, the last refuge of a nazi dictator.  Precisely, why there must always be civilian control over both government and the military.

Here is the bottom line issue for Trump and his fellow Republicans.  The Washington Post reports:

"We're going to win so much, you're going to get tired of winning,” then-candidate Donald Trump said in February 2016. “You’re going to say: ‘Please, Mr. President, I have a headache. Please, don't win so much. This is getting terrible.’ And I'm going to say, ‘No, we have to make America great again.’ You're gonna say, ‘Please.’ I said: ‘Nope, nope. We're gonna keep winning.’”

Think Trump sane?  Fit for office?

"Republicans may still like President Trump, but they aren't yet tired of winning — not even close. In fact, more Republican and GOP-leaning voters say their side is losing on the issues that matter to them, according to a new poll.  The Pew Research Center poll shows that 42 percent of GOP and GOP-leaning voters say their side has been winning more on the important issues, while 46 percent say their side has been losing."

Height of hypocrisy?  Get this.  Ali Vitali of NBC News opines:

"President Donald Trump hates intelligence leaks — except when he doesn't.  On Tuesday morning, Trump retweeted a Fox News report about U.S. spy satellites detecting North Korean missile movements. The report was based on anonymous sources discussing leaked classified information — a practice Trump has decried repeatedly when articles are based on leaks that are damaging to his White House.

"Here's what the president retweeted:

"U.S. spy satellites detect North Korea moving anti-ship cruise missiles to patrol boat https://t.co/BPFXsLffgy
    — FOX & friends (@foxandfriends) August 8, 2017

"Asked about the report Tuesday morning on Fox, Nikki Haley, the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, said she couldn't comment on classified information, but said, "if that's in the newspaper, that's a shame."

What's good for the goose is clearly not good for the gander:

"The Fox report that was retweeted by the president to his more than 35 million Twitter followers included quotations from officials who requested anonymity to discuss sensitive information. Trump has derided news organizations for using anonymous sources, saying those sources don't exist and even proposing that the use of such sources be barred.

"They shouldn't be allowed to use sources unless they use somebody's name," the president said during a speech in February to the Conservative Political Action Conference. "Let their name be put out there."

Insult to injury?  All this, just after the Sessions nazi announced a crack down on leakers as well as the news outlets that publish this information.

Think the following isn't the thought of a delusional nazi?  CBS News reports:

"A poem at the Statue of Liberty that is a national symbol for the country's embrace of immigrants became the topic of a rancorous exchange Wednesday at a White House news conference to announce President Donald Trump's push for immigration reform.  Senior White House aide Stephen Miller told reporters the poem written by Emma Lazarus about the "huddled masses" is not part of the original Statue of Liberty.  Miller said the statue is a "symbol of American liberty lighting the world" and suggested it had little to do with immigrants.  Miller's comment prompted ridicule on social media and angry responses from immigrant rights advocates."

Transition from the fascist police-state we already live in is well on its way to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

"Miller was responding to a question from CNN reporter Jim Acosta asking if the Trump administration's new merit-based green card proposal was keeping with U.S. tradition.  The reporter read a line of the Lazarus sonnet, "Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses."  "The poem you were referring to was added later," Miller said. "It's not actually part of the originally Statue of Liberty."  The National Park Service says Lazarus' sonnet depicts the statue "as the 'Mother of Exiles:' a symbol of immigration and opportunity — symbols associated with the Statue of Liberty today."

The Trump nazi and his henchmen continue to deliberately bastardize history.

CBS News reports:

"Two local brothers were sent back to their native country after appearing at a regular check-in with immigration officials, CBS Baltimore reports.   The family of Lizandro and Diego Claros is at a loss for words. Their mother nearly collapsed hours after being hit with the crushing news.  When they thought they had it all, family and friends said it was ripped away. They were living the American dream, but have now been deported.  Several years ago, the two brothers entered the country illegally to flee violence in El Salvador. They've battled deportation since, but have also thrived. One was even on his way to college on a partial soccer scholarship.  "These are boys that worked hard every day," said Bethesda Soccer Club coach Matt Ney."

Clearly, the Republican Party under the Trump nazi and his henchmen is not the party of the family.

"The brothers have no criminal records and would not have been a priority for deportation by the Obama administration."

Nazi America.  The Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

Think Trump isn't a petulant nazi.  Get this.  CBS News reports:

"President Trump's frustration with Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto's public denials that Mexico would pay for Mr. Trump's southern border wall was on display in a transcript of the leaders' January phone call, acquired and released by the Washington Post.   "You cannot say that to the press," Trump said repeatedly to Pena Nieto in response to his public outcries over refusing to fund the border wall, according to a transcript of the Jan. 27 call obtained by The Post.  "If you are going to say that Mexico is not going to pay for the wall, then I do not want to meet with you guys anymore because I cannot live with that," Mr. Trump added."

NPR reports:

"Way back at the start of his presidency, Donald Trump created a stir with his first calls to leaders of U.S. allies. It was reported that he had angrily cut off a call with Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull and, in a call with Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto, threatened to send military personnel to Mexico to deal with "bad hombres" (the Mexican government disputed this).  Now, new details of the conversations have emerged, via transcripts obtained by The Washington Post. The excerpts printed by the Post show a president cajoling and heatedly arguing with the two foreign leaders. The transcripts do not stray from the initial reporting on the calls — as in late January and early February, they show a president fixated on immigration and trying to burnish his image — but they provide some new insights into the president's pugilistic demeanor in dealing with even nations who have good relations with the U.S."

Trump is losing ground. The Washington Post reports:

"Six months into his chaotic tenure, President Trump faces mounting challenges to his authority and influence, a downward slide that his allies hope newly installed Chief of Staff John F. Kelly can help to halt."

Apparently, last ditch effort to salvage whatever is left.

"In recent weeks, Congress has moved on a number of fronts to curtail the president’s authority. Lawmakers passed legislation limiting his ability to lift sanctions on Russia and the Republican-controlled Senate will not formally adjourn this month to prevent Trump from making any recess appointments, a tactic usually employed when the president is from the opposite party. Amid increasing concerns about Trump’s attitude toward the federal investigation into Russia’s interference in the 2016 election, a bipartisan group of senators introduced legislation this week aimed at preventing special counsel Robert S. Mueller III from being fired."

Good to see Republicans are finally beginning to wake up.

"Trump is also facing the reality that his words — or tweets — are often not having their desired impact. Three Republican senators defied him and congressional leadership in opposing efforts to move the Republican health-care bill forward. His entreaties to lawmakers to delay their summer break and stay in Washington to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act were summarily ignored."

The above is encouraging.  Status quo, certainly not sustainable.  Enlightened self-interest finally beginning to have some effect.  Forget?  Prime directive of all politicians is being returned to office.

"His unexpected announcement on Twitter that he would ban transgender people from serving in the military has been denounced by members of Congress in both parties and largely ignored by the military — for now. And this week, Trump was publicly chided for apparently inventing congratulatory calls from the leader of the Boy Scouts of America and the president of Mexico that never occurred."

No question, the Trump nazi is a congenital liar.  Unbecoming a president of the United States.

“What we’re seeing today is that that system of checks and balances is now in total response to the Trump presidency and it’s coming from a lot of different directions — it’s coming from Congress, from people in the administration and others who are more openly rejecting what the president is doing,” said former defense secretary Leon Panetta, who was also White House chief of staff to President Bill Clinton. “The concern about that is that it weakens the power of the commander in chief as president.”

Exactly what happens in a supposed democratic republic run by a psychotic dictator, -- a regime that appears to be on life support.

"With the arrival of Kelly, there is hope among Trump’s supporters and aides that the retired Marine general can establish a sense of discipline and professionalism in the White House that could help halt a potentially dangerous slide in Trump’s influence."

For that to work, be truly effective, Trump has to take his advice.  Not clear that will happen on a sustained basis.

“This is a potential turning point,” said one Republican adviser to the administration, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to avoid alienating the White House. “And if it doesn’t work — if nothing really changes with the arrival of Kelly — then it seems to me that the spiral downward will continue, and it’s hard to see what will stop it.”

Hard to believe a psychotic, out of control narcissist will in any way truly, permanently reform.

"Meanwhile, the rest of Trump’s legislative agenda remains in limbo, including proposals on tax reform and infrastructure."

Will certainly have an increasingly difficult time getting anything of substance to pass.  So far, clearly hasn't.

“They have so squandered the bully pulpit the first six months of his presidency that he has little influence left,” said John Weaver, a Republican strategist and former adviser to Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) and Ohio Gov. John Kasich. “When he has roughly 35 percent approval rating he's under active FBI and special prosecutor investigation and he can't get anything through a Republican Congress, none of this should be surprising.”

Amazing such clarity coming from a Republican, isn't it?  Then again, not too difficult to see the handwriting on the wall.  Especially, if something of substance comes out of the Mueller criminal investigation.

In yet another editorial, The Washington Post reports:

"Such niceties are not for Trump. No surprise there, but the worst of his West Virginia speech was yet to come. Trump followed by impugning the Mueller investigation as an illegitimate effort to undo the election results: “They can’t beat us at the voting booths, so they’re trying to cheat you out of the ... future that you want. They’re trying to cheat you out of the leadership that you want with a fake story that is demeaning to all of us, and most importantly demeaning to our country and demeaning to our Constitution.”

Can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullshit.

"Trademark Trump. He takes the very thing that he is doing — in this case, demeaning the Constitution — and flings that accusation back at his opponent. Trump’s campaign and now his presidency have been an unceasing effort to demean the Constitution. From “fake news” to “so-called” judges, from his ill-considered travel ban to encouraging police officers’ roughing up of suspects, Trump is a one-man assault on the rule of law."

He is.  Precisely why he'll likely not finish his first term.  Especially, if Mueller's criminal investigation turns up anything of substance.  Even if not, Trump's fitness for office will continue to be an issue the Republicans may not be able to continue to ignore:

"Inciting supporters to equate a criminal investigation (and potential prosecution) with a usurpation of their democratic choice is the most chilling yet. What Trump decries as a witch hunt is an authorized investigation being conducted pursuant to Justice Department rules, by an experienced prosecutor, selected for this job by another experienced prosecutor, who was nominated by Trump himself. That Trump and his allies are scheming to undermine Mueller’s legitimacy underscores that their sole goal is retaining power, the law be damned."

Indeed.  Certainly, makes these most dangerous times for our formerly great country.

Not all Texas Republicans are on board with the agenda of the Trump nazi and his henchmen.  NPR reports:

"During this month-long special legislative session, Texas Republicans are hoping to pass several red meat campaign promises, such as a ban on transgender bathroom access. But in a state where every statewide elected official is Republican and the party controls the legislature, there's one Republican trying to slow those efforts.  Texas House Speaker Joe Straus had made himself enemy number one among the state's most conservative voters. His crime? Bipartisanship.  "I try to encourage cooperation. I try to encourage bipartisanship. I know that's not a very fashionable thing today," Straus said.  It's not just unfashionable, for some Republicans it's downright treasonous. When Straus focuses on bipartisan efforts, like a plan to increase public school funding, he's attacked by some for doing so at the expense of "real" conservative priorities."

Like nazism?

Not only in Texas is the above occurring, but in Arizona as well.  CNN reports:

"Sen. Jeff Flake's decision to kick off his re-election campaign with a book railing against President Donald Trump has positioned Arizona as a battleground for the soul of the Republican Party.  Already, after a year of clashes over political style and substance -- particularly on immigration and trade -- Trump was eager to see Flake ousted in the GOP primary in next year's midterm election. But since the publication of an excerpt of Flake's book Monday, in which Flake accuses the President of campaigning on a "late-night infomercial" that is "free of significant thought," calls for two pro-Trump politicians weighing a challenge to Flake have reached a fever pitch."

Flake is certainly calling it like he sees it.  Embraces reality other Republicans remain oblivious to.

"It's getting to the point where somebody's got to make a very clear decision, instead of just talking about it," said Robert Graham, the former Arizona GOP chairman and a Trump supporter in 2016.  Flake and Trump have long been at odds. Their dramatic differences in policy and style were laid plain in Flake's new book "Conscience of a Conservative." The Arizona senator unloads on Trump in the book and concedes his own role in enabling Trump's rise to power."

NPR reports:

"A good portion of the book is spent outlining why Flake believes free trade is so critical to a healthy U.S. economy and why it's been the backbone of conservative economics. He calls Trump flat out wrong for opposing it and criticizes other Republicans for not pushing back more.  "Rather than fighting the populist wave that threatened to engulf us, rather than defending the enduring principles that were consonant with everything that we knew and had believed in, we pretended that the emperor wasn't naked," he writes. "Even worse: We checked our critical faculties at the door and pretended that the emperor was making sense."

Certainly, didn't endear himself to the Trump nazi and his dwindling base.

"Never has a party so quickly or easily abandoned its core principles as my party did in the course of the 2016 campaign....lurch[ing] like a tranquilized elephant from a broad consensus on economic philosophy and free trade that had held for generations to an incoherent and often untrue mash of back-of-the-envelope populist slogans. Seemingly overnight," Flake laments, blaming "powerful nativist impulses that have arisen in the face of fear and insecurity over the swiftly evolving global economy."

Certainly, didn't endear himself to the rest of the GOP:

"Decrying the 'nativist impulse' in immigration policy Flake, a border state Republican, is also at odds with Trump — and many within his own party — on the issue of immigration.  "We have to return to the politics of comity and inclusion and reject the politics of xenophobia and demonization," writes the former member of the Gang of Eight, the bipartisan group that pushed a comprehensive immigration reform bill through the Senate in 2013, only to see it die in the House.  "We have given into the politics of anger — the belief that riling up the base can make up for failed attempts to broaden the electorate...These are the spasms of a dying party."

Indeed, they are.  Democrats self-destructed.  Now, it's the turn of the party currently in power.  Neither major party serves the needs of the public any longer.  Only themselves.  Their corporate masters.

"As a devout Mormon, Flake also recalled the plight of his own forefathers, recalling how in 1938 the Missouri governor signed an order saying that the religious group "must be exterminated or driven from the state if necessary." And he talks about how it was a group of Muslim immigrant doctors who saved his father-in-law's life after he suffered a massive heart attack.  "When we say 'No Muslims,' or 'No Mexicans,' we may as well say 'No Mormons,'" Flake writes. "Because it is no different."

That's right.  Who's next?  When the rights of any of us are infringed, abrogated, denied, the rights of all of us are in peril.

"Flake immediately denounced Trump's proposed Muslim ban when he unveiled it on the campaign trail in December 2015, and even visited a mosque shortly after to show his support. For that action, he received a note of support and thanks from former President George W. Bush — who had also visited a mosque in the wake of the Sept. 11, 2011, terrorist attack to try and temper anti-Muslim sentiments."

Equally impressive?  Get this:

"Flake is also deeply troubled by the lines of demarcation drawn between parties, and how even helping or working with — or, heaven forbid, saying nice things about — someone from the dreaded "other side" is interpreted as partisan treason.  In one poignant anecdote, he recalls how he sat with his Arizona colleague, former Democratic Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, as she attended the State of the Union one year after she was nearly assassinated during a constituent event. Still recovering from a debilitating brain injury, she wanted to stand to applaud Obama but couldn't do it on her own. So Flake helped her rise, leaving him as "a lone Republican among cheering Democrats." That gesture prompted him to receive "furious text messages and emails" from constituents demanding to know why he "agreed with President Obama."

Agree or disagree with both men, Flake and fellow Arizona Senator John McCain are two stand up principled Republicans.  Indeed, a vanishing breed.

Resistance to the Trump nazi and his henchmen grows.  The Washington Times reports:

"Chicago’s mayor said the Windy City will sue the Trump administration next week over its policy of withholding funds from so-called sanctuary cities shielding illegal immigrants from federal authorities.  “We’re not going to actually auction off our values as a city, so Monday morning the city of Chicago is going to court, we’re going to take the Justice Department to court based on this,” Mayor Rahm Emanuel said during a interview slated to air Sunday on WLS radio 890, set to air Sunday, The Chicago Tribune reported Friday."

About time.  Imposition of Trump's Fourth Reich must be vigorously challenged.

“We find it unlawful and unconstitutional to be, as a city, coerced on a policy,” added Mr. Emanuel, a second-term Democrat who served in the administrations of Presidents Clinton and Obama before being elected mayor in 2011.  Specifically Mr. Emanuel said the city will sue in federal court to stop Attorney General Jeff Sessions from restricting the use of Byrne Justice Assistance Grants which are federal funds awarded annually to state, local and tribal jurisdictions to assist with law enforcement personnel, training and equipment."

CNN reports:

"Mayor Rahm Emanuel's office said in a statement that the Trump administration's "latest unlawful misguided action undermines public safety and violates" the Constitution. He said the city is challenging the administration "to ensure that their misguided policies do not threaten the safety of our residents."

"Chicago will not be blackmailed into changing our values, and we are and will remain a welcoming city," said Emanuel. "The federal government should be working with cities to provide necessary resources to improve public safety, not concocting new schemes to reduce our crime fighting resources."  The suit revolves around new conditions set for an important funding program: the FY2017 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant, or JAG, which provided federal funding to support local law enforcement efforts, according to the statement."

More fuel to the fire. The Washington Times reports:

"The House Intelligence Committee investigating the Russian government’s role in last year’s White House race secretly dispatched two Republican staffers to London this summer to locate Christopher Steele, the former British intelligence operative attributed with compiling a controversial and largely unverified dossier detailing President Trump’s alleged ties to Russia, Politico reported Friday.  The previously undisclosed trip has heightened tensions on Capitol Hill, where multiple investigations devoted to Russia’s involvement in last year’s election are simultaneously unfolding in tandem with a Justice Department probe led by special counsel Robert Mueller, Politico reported."

Fascinating, isn't it?  Get this:

"Republican organizers hid the trip from Democratic colleagues in the House panel as well as members of the Senate Intelligence Committee investigating last year’s race and Mr. Mueller’s office, seemingly widening the information gap between the three separate but similar probes.  “They’re doing their path, we’re doing ours,” a congressional official told Politico regarding the House and Senate inquiries."

Readers will recall:

"Mr. Steele, a former member of Britain’s MI6 foreign intelligence service, gained infamy this side of the Atlantic earlier this year for compiling a sensational dossier detailing Mr. Trump’s alleged ties to Russia prior to last year’s election.  It was ultimately published online by BuzzFeed in January and was subsequently denounced by the president as “fake news,” but the document and its origins are nonetheless of interest to investigators from either side of the aisle probing Russia’s role in the 2016 race."

Even more interesting?  Get this:

"The Republican staffers left their contact information at two addresses associated with Mr. Steele, including his attorney’s office, Politico reported, citing three sources familiar with the matter.  Mr. Steele was at his lawyer’s office when the staffers arrived, but the envoy followed instructions from Washington not to speak with him directly, Politico reported. His lawyer has since been in contact with House Intelligence Committee, the report said."

The military remains in a quandary regarding Trump's change in transgender policy.  ABC News reports:

"President Donald Trump's tweets declaring transgender people unwelcome in the armed forces have plunged the Pentagon into a legal and moral quagmire, sparking a flurry of meetings to devise a new policy that could lead to hundreds of service members being discharged.  Months after officially allowing transgender troops to serve openly in the military, the department may be forced to throw out those who willingly came forward after being promised they'd be protected."

Think there won't be lawsuits?

"A team of military lawyers has been pulled together to deal with the matter, Adm. Paul Zukunft, the Coast Guard commandant, revealed at the Center For Strategic and International Studies this week. These lawyers are working with the White House to flesh out some of the issues, and they're bolstered by a Pentagon working group that had initially been set up to advance the implementation of the Obama administration's year-old repeal of a transgender ban."

Blatant discrimination petulantly imposed by the hopelessly insane Trump nazi.

"Pentagon chief spokeswoman Dana White confirmed that talks between the White House and the Pentagon to work out the details of a new transgender policy have begun. Although it's unclear what the result will be, the discussions illustrate that Trump's aides aren't writing off his three-tweet salvo last week as an isolated outburst but as guidance for an upheaval in one of the military's most sensitive equal rights questions.

"Whatever the final policy, court challenges are likely. And the personnel, health care and fairness issues sure to ensue may compel some soldiers, sailors and others to hide their identities and live a lie to remain in the military."

An egregious step backwards.

Trump certainly didn't think through the issue:

"If Trump stands by his tweet and the Pentagon is told to begin discharging transgender service members, officials must address several questions: Who would be thrown out? What type of discharge would they receive? How long of a grace period would they have before leaving?

"There also is no uniform method of tracking transgender troops across the services. That raises another challenge. Will the Pentagon target service members who have already asked to have their sex changed in the personnel system? Or would the crackdown expand to anyone who simply sought counseling on the issue?

"Warbelow questioned where the effort would end. People could be scrutinized for how they look or dress. For example, she suggested, could female troops be suspect for wearing clothing considered "too masculine?"

Precisely, why there will certainly be lawsuits.  Just the beginning.

Mueller is increasing pressure on the White House.  CBS News reports:

"Special counsel Robert Mueller has asked the White House for documents related to former national security adviser Michael Flynn's business dealings, according to people familiar with Mueller's investigation.  The request for documents was first reported by the New York Times on Friday. Investigators have also begun questioning witnesses about possible secret payments Flynn received from the Turkish government during the final months of the 2016 campaign, according to the Times.  The Times reports that the request is the first known instance of Mueller's office asking the White House for documents in the ongoing investigation into possible ties between Trump campaign officials and the Russian government."

Think the noose isn't figuratively tightening?

Think the effects of this increasing pressure aren't having impact?  NPR reports:

"No single issue has been a greater animating force for the Republican base over the past decade than immigration — except maybe the Affordable Care Act (a.k.a. Obamacare).  And with the failure of GOP health care efforts in Congress and sliding poll numbers this summer, the Trump White House seems to be making a concerted effort to elevate cultural wedge issues, from immigration and announcing a ban on transgender people in the military to affirmative action and police conduct."

Precisely, why Trump keeps returning to his base with campaign-style rallies.

"Trump has been under siege since he took office," said Brian Jones, a Republican political consultant and veteran of several presidential campaigns, "and the cumulative effect of his administration's missteps is an eroding approval rating, even among Republicans."  So Trump's team is rolling the dice, betting that if he can't get something done through the usual avenues in Washington, he can at least keep his base supporters fired up outside of it with a dose of the cultural grievance that helped get him elected."

Even that will not be enough to keep him in office should he lose Republicans in Congress.

Things are not going well in Afghanistan.  How could they?  No one dating back centuries has been able to defeat them.  NBC News reports:

"President Donald Trump has become increasingly frustrated with his advisers tasked with crafting a new U.S. strategy in Afghanistan and recently suggested firing the war's top military commander during a tense meeting at the White House, according to senior administration officials."

Why are we still there?  What is the justification?

"During the July 19 meeting, Trump repeatedly suggested that Defense Secretary James Mattis and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Joseph Dunford replace Gen. John Nicholson, the commander of U.S. forces in Afghanistan, because he is not winning the war, the officials said. Trump has not met Nicholson, and the Pentagon has been considering extending his time in Afghanistan."

The Trump nazi expects the impossible.  Needs to wake up.  Stop squandering resources and lives for no legitimate reason.

"Over nearly two hours in the situation room, according to the officials, Trump complained about NATO allies, inquired about the United States getting a piece of Afghan’s mineral wealth and repeatedly said the top U.S. general there should be fired. He also startled the room with a story that seemed to compare their advice to that of a paid consultant who cost a tony New York restaurateur profits by offering bad advice."

This man is out of his mind.  What right does the United States have to commandeer wealth from a sovereign nation?  Reinforces the image of the "Ugly American."

The Washington Post reports:

"Afghans are alarmed by widespread reports that President Trump has threatened to fire Gen. John W. Nicholson Jr., the highly regarded U.S. military commander in this war-torn country, and that Trump has also delayed deciding on a new military and political strategy Afghans have awaited anxiously for the past six months."

Time to leave.  Has been since bin Laden was killed in Pakistan by U.S. Navy SEALS.

"Nicholson, 61, the top U.S. military official in Afghanistan for the past 16 months, has become the best-known face of Washington here, working closely with Afghan military and civilian officials, and vocally advocating expanded U.S. military engagement, while the Taliban and other insurgents continue aggressive attacks across the country."

Why wouldn't they?  Afghans have a history of never, ever giving up.  Certainly, kicked the Russians out a couple of decades ago.

"Now, with two U.S. servicemen killed in the past week, Trump’s attack on Nicholson for failing to “win” the 16-year war has stunned Afghan officials and political leaders. They said a clear signal of continued support from Washington is urgently needed to keep the fragile Kabul government on its feet amid an explosion of public unrest and organized opposition from a variety of groups."

The handwriting's on the wall.  Time to leave.

The following is chilling.  Fox News reports:

"National security adviser H.R. McMaster said Saturday the threat of North Korea launching a nuclear weapon at the U.S. or another rival nation is “impossible to overstate” and repeated that a preemptive military strike remains an option.  “It’s impossible to overstate the danger associated with a rogue, brutal regime,” McMaster told Hugh Hewitt on the conservative commentator’s MSNBC TV show.  “Are we preparing a plan for a preventive war? … The president has been very clear that he’s not going to tolerate North Korea being able to threaten the U.S. … So of course we have to provide all options to do that, and that includes a military option,” McMaster said.  Still, he said, the United States would like to resolve the situation “short of what would be a very costly war."

ABC News reports:

"The U.N. Security Council unanimously approved tough new sanctions on North Korea on Saturday including a ban on exports worth over $1 billion — a huge bite in its total exports, valued at $3 billion last year.  U.S. Ambassador Nikki Haley praised the new sanctions, telling council members after the vote that it is "the single largest economic package ever leveled against the North Korean regime."  The resolution also bans countries from giving any additional permits to North Korean laborers — another source of money for Kim Jong Un's regime. And it prohibits all new joint ventures with North Korean companies and bans new foreign investment in existing ones.  The U.S.-drafted measure, negotiated with North Korea's neighbor and ally China, is aimed at increasing economic pressure on Pyongyang to return to negotiations on its nuclear and missile programs."

May or may not be productive.  Could backfire if the tyrant believes he has nothing to lose and launches a preemptive attack against the South should his grip on power be threatened by resultant severe unrest at home.  One thing for certain, sanctions have been remarkably ineffective to date.

Hard to believe the United States has not repeatedly made it quite clear the North would be incinerated, turned into glass should it attack with a nuclear weapon, -- or the U.S. had good reason to believe such threat of attack was imminent there or here.

The Washington Post reports:

"North Korea on Monday spurned overtures from South Korea and the United States, and instead lobbed a new inflammatory threat to retaliate against the United States over new U.N. sanctions punishing Pyongyang for its missile and nuclear tests."

Remains quite defiant:

"In the printed version of the speech, Ri said the entire U.S. mainland is within firing range of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, which is North Korea's official name. He said Pyongyang would use nuclear weapons only against the United States or any other country that might join it in military action against North Korea. And he dismissed stiff U.N. Security Council sanctions passed Saturday as illegal.  “We will, under no circumstances, put the nukes and ballistic rockets on [the] negotiating table,” he said. “Neither shall we flinch even an inch from the road to bolstering up the nuclear forces chosen by ourselves, unless the hostile policy and nuclear threat of the U.S. against the D.P.R.K. are fundamentally eliminated.”

Certainly, don't show any sign of backing down:

"A more direct warning was aimed at the United States in a government statement published by the state-run Korean Central News Agency (KCNA).  “There is no bigger mistake than the United States believing that its land is safe across the ocean,” it said.  North Korea, KCNA said, “will make the U.S. pay dearly for all the heinous crimes it commits against the state and people of this country.”

ABC News reports:

"North Korea said today it will take "thousands-fold" revenge against the United States in response to new international sanctions over its nuclear program.  The statement came through a state-run media outlet, the Korean Central News Agency, two days after the U.N. Security Council unanimously approved new sanctions to penalize the isolated regime for its escalating nuclear and missile program, including its recent launches of intercontinental ballistic missiles, most recently in late July."

Show no willingness to back down.  When these sanctions have their full effect be interesting to see if the North Korean masses themselves force change.  Or, conversely and ominously, the dictator launches an all out attack on the South believing he has nothing to lose.

"North Korea slammed the penalties -- which could slash a third of the country's $3 billion in export revenue -- as a "violent infringement of its sovereignty" and part of a "heinous U.S. plot to isolate and stifle" their country.  The sanctions ban North Korea exports of coal, iron, lead and seafood products, estimated to be worth $1 billion.  But North Korea asserted the punishment will not lead it to change course.  "It's a wild idea to think the [Democratic People's Republic of Korea] will be shaken and change its position due to this kind of new sanctions formulated by hostile forces," Pyongnang said in its statement."

A dictator is most dangerous when his back is, indeed, up against the wall, -- and has nothing to lose.

The Washington Post reports:

"According to The Post's Joby Warrick, Ellen Nakashima and Anna Fifield, a previously secret Defense Intelligence Agency analysis indicates that Kim Jong Un's regime has produced a miniaturized nuclear warhead that can fit inside one of the intercontinental ballistic missiles that it has been testing. Those tests drew a unanimous vote on new sanctions from the United Nations Security Council over the weekend.

"The big takeaway, as The Post is reporting, is that North Korea's nuclear capabilities appear to be advancing far more rapidly than previously believed. This is a milestone when it comes to North Korea's ability to strike distant targets with nuclear weapons. Although it's not known yet that Pyongyang can strike the United States with an ICBM, U.S. officials concluded last month that the effort was also proceeding more rapidly than experts had anticipated."

Trump's reaction?  NPR reports:

"President Trump on Tuesday threatened to meet North Korean threats with "fire and fury" a day after Pyongyang said it was ready with "ultimate measures" in response to new U.N. sanctions pushed by Washington.  "North Korea best not make any more threats to the United States," the president warned at a meeting on the opioid crisis held at Bedminster, N.J., where he is on an extended working vacation. "They will be met with fire and the fury like the world has never seen," he said, adding that North Korean leader Kim Jong Un "has been very threatening beyond a normal state, and as I said, they will be met with fire, fury and frankly power, the likes of which this world has never seen before."

Sounds like two juvenile delinquents challenging each other to a pissing match, consequences of which at worst no more than getting drenched.  A nuclear war between both these idiots?  Millions of dead, most of them in the Korean Peninsula and surrounding region.

Trash talk continues. North Korea now claims to be considering targeting Guam.  Plans to go down fighting.  Rationality?  What's that?

The Washington Post reports:

"Secretary of State Rex Tillerson on Wednesday defended President Trump’s forceful warning to North Korea to stop threatening the United States, but attempted to dismiss concerns that Guam is in any imminent danger from Pyongyang’s missiles.  “What the president is doing is sending a strong message to North Korea in language that Kim Jong Un would understand, because he doesn’t seem to understand diplomatic language,” Tillerson said in an interview with two pool reporters while flying from Malaysia to a scheduled refueling stop in Guam.  “I think the president just wanted to be clear to the North Korean regime that the U.S. has the unquestionable ability to defend itself, will defend itself and its allies, and I think it was important that he deliver that message to avoid any miscalculation on their part.”

They hadn't already received that message?

Fox News reports:

"Secretary of Defense James “Mad Dog” Mattis echoed his boss’s fiery warning Wednesday to the dictator of North Korea with harsh rhetoric of his own. And this time, the words came from a battle-tested, four-star U.S. Marine Corps general.

“The DPRK should cease any consideration of actions that would lead to the end of its regime and the destruction of its people.”
    - Gen. James "Mad Dog Mattis

“The DPRK must choose to stop isolating itself and stand down its pursuit of nuclear weapons,” Mattis said in a statement. “The DPRK should cease any consideration of actions that would lead to the end of its regime and the destruction of its people.”

Think that won't further provoke the Korean dictator?

The Washington Times reports:

"Defense Secretary James Mattis on Wednesday said North Korea’s pursuit of a nuclear arsenal is taking the rogue regime down a path that will end with its destruction and that of its people, echoing the strong language coming from the Trump White House.  The former Marine Corps four-star general said the size and scope of the American military’s arsenal, both in conventional and nuclear capabilities, will leave North Korea “grossly overmatched” should war break out between Pyongyang and the U.S. on the peninsula.  North Korea’s nuclear ambitions “poses a threat to global security and stability… . [and] should cease any consideration of actions that would lead to the end of its regime and the destruction of its people,” Mr. Mattis said in a statement."

Hard to believe the dictator has not been repeatedly informed over the years.

A top Senate Republican had the following take.  CBS News reports:

"After President Trump issued his latest threat to North Korea amid news that the regime passed yet another milestone in developing their nuclear capabilities, Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-South Carolina, says the U.S. is "headed" toward military action and that the president would go to war to prevent North Korea from striking America.  "President Trump has basically drawn a red line saying he'll never allow North Korea to have an ICBM missile that can hit America with a nuclear weapon on top, he's not going to let that happen, he's not going to contain the threat, he's going to stop the threat," Graham told "CBS This Morning" on Wednesday."

Comfortable with a lunatic narcissist making that decision if and/or when the time comes?

"Speaking from Clemson, South Carolina, the Republican said two scenarios in which the U.S. would act with force would be if "they attack Guam or some other American interest or our allies, or if they try to keep developing an ICBM."  He added that he feels the U.S. will head toward war with the North "unless the world can stop North Korea", saying Mr. Trump will "pick homeland defense over regional stability and he has to."

Again, can the Trump nazi be trusted to make the right decision if and/or when the time comes?

Especially, when he disingenuously takes credit for things he did not accomplish.  CBS News reports:

"President Trump on Wednesday seemed to take credit for the the strength of the U.S. nuclear arsenal, a day after warning North Korea that it would be met with "fire and fury" if it continues to threaten America.  Mr. Trump suggested in tweets that in his nearly seven months of serving as commander in chief, he has made the arsenal more robust.

My first order as President was to renovate and modernize our nuclear arsenal. It is now far stronger and more powerful than ever before....
    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) August 9, 2017

...Hopefully we will never have to use this power, but there will never be a time that we are not the most powerful nation in the world!
    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) August 9, 2017

"Much of the improvements to the arsenal, however, were carried out by the Obama administration, CBS News' Major Garrett reports. The Defense Department and Energy Department spent billions of dollars on refurbishing the arsenal and bringing aging nuclear weapons up to modern capabilities as well as guidance systems and related technologies."

How can his judgment be trusted when he lies, distorts reality, takes credit he doesn't deserve?

CNN reports:

"From political, diplomatic, and historical perspectives, Trump's threat, delivered from his golf club in New Jersey, was an extraordinary moment and shattered years of national security conventions in apparently threatening to use nuclear weapons in response to an adversary's rhetoric -- rather than an existential threat to US security."

Point well made.  Something no other president has done since the dawn of the nuclear age.

"It might have also walked the United States closer to a full on showdown with North Korea, and placed his own personal reputation on the line in a test of wills with Kim Jong Un."

Indeed, a most dangerous pissing contest that could certainly lead to a catastrophe of epic proportions.

"By making such an explicit threat to North Korea, on camera, the President also invested his own personal prestige into the center of the crisis. The next time Kim makes some kind of threat to the US or its allies, Trump will immediately come under pressure to make North Korea pay a price -- or risk having his authority exposed as hollow."

Point well made.  Certainly, highly indicative of Trump's lack of experience vis a vis such high stakes.  Egregious unfitness for office as well.

Trump certainly does not know when to leave well enough alone.  The Washington Post reports:

"President Trump on Monday launched a renewed attack on Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.), calling him “a phony Vietnam con artist” on Twitter after the senator appeared on television.  Trump’s series of tweets came after Blumenthal voiced support on CNN for continuing the investigation into alleged Russian meddling in last year's election and expressed concern about the Department of Justice’s increased focus on rooting out administration officials who leak information damaging to Trump.  “Politicizing the Department of Justice for personal ends, I think, is a disservice to the law, and it’s also potentially a violation of the spirit of the First Amendment,” Blumenthal said, suggesting the department was “weaponizing” laws against leaking sensitive information."

Eliciting the following response from Trump:

“Never in U.S.history has anyone lied or defrauded voters like Senator Richard Blumenthal,” Trump wrote on Twitter shortly afterward. “He told stories about his Vietnam battles and … conquests, how brave he was, and it was all a lie. He cried like a baby and begged for forgiveness like a child.”

Think the above becoming a president?

"Trump was referencing a 2010 controversy over Blumenthal’s military service. During his Senate campaign, Blumenthal came under sharp criticism for repeated remarks over the years that he had “served” in Vietnam, even though he did his full Marine service in the United States.  Blumenthal was granted several deferments between 1965 and 1970 and then joined the Marine Corps Reserve, but did not serve in Vietnam. He later said he misspoke and intended to say that he was in the Marine Reserve during the Vietnam conflict.  Blumenthal responded to Trump on Twitter later Monday morning, writing, "Mr. President: Your bullying hasn't worked before and it won't work now. No one is above the law."

Trump and his henchmen believe they are.  We'll see when Special Counsel Mueller completes his criminal investigation.

Noose figuratively tightens. The Washington Post reports:

"FBI agents raided the Alexandria home of President Trump’s former campaign chairman late last month, using a search warrant to seize documents and other materials, according to people familiar with the special counsel investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election.  Federal agents appeared at Paul Manafort’s home without advance warning in the predawn hours of July 26, the day after he met voluntarily with the staff for the Senate Intelligence Committee.  The search warrant was wide-ranging and FBI agents working with special counsel Robert S. Mueller III departed the home with various records. Jason Maloni, a spokesman for Manafort, confirmed that agents executed a warrant at one of the political consultant’s homes and that Manafort cooperated with the search."

Interesting, isn't it?  Especially, since this guy had apparently been cooperating with the Senate Intelligence Committee:

"Manafort has been voluntarily producing documents to congressional committees investigating Russia’s interference in the 2016 presidential election. The search warrant indicates investigators may have argued to a federal judge they had reason to believe Manafort could not be trusted to turn over all records in response to a grand jury subpoena.  It could also have been intended to send a message to President Trump’s former campaign chairman that he should not expect gentle treatment or legal courtesies from Mueller’s team."

Indeed.  Plot thickens.

A lawsuit has been filed against Trump's ban on transgenders in the military.  NBC News reports:

"Two LGBT-rights organizations filed a lawsuit in federal court Wednesday challenging President Donald Trump's tweets declaring he wants a ban on transgender people serving in the military.  The suit was filed in U.S. District Court in Washington on behalf of five transgender service members with nearly 60 years of combined military service."

Sad, isn't it?  Blatant bigotry by the Trump nazi.

"The lawsuit, filed by GLBTQ Legal Advocates & Defenders (GLAD) and the National Center for Lesbian Rights, says such a ban is unconstitutional, denying transgender service members equal protection and due process.  Lawyers handling the lawsuit said they hoped the court would move swiftly to prevent a ban from taking effect, given the uncertainty that transgender service members now face in regard to their livelihoods and retirement benefits.  "The damage is happening now," said Jennifer Levi, Director of GLAD's Transgender Rights Project. "These service members were told in June 2016 they could come out and continue to openly serve."

Trump and his henchmen are out of control.  Transgenders have served, and continue to serve, with distinction.

"The five plaintiffs — who were not identified in the lawsuit — serve in the Air Force, the Coast Guard and the Army. Their years of service range from three years to two decades, and include tours in Iraq and Afghanistan."

"Named in the suit, along with Trump, are Gen. Joseph Dunford, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and other national security officials."

Just the beginning of the legal fight:

"The American Civil Liberties Union says it told the White House on Tuesday that it intends to sue, and requested that relevant documents be preserved in preparation for the lawsuit."

More problems regarding church-state separation.  The Washington Times reports:

"For months, secular organizations say they have unsuccessfully lobbied the president to make an effort to reach out to America’s nonreligious community. Now, revelations of a weekly Bible study group in the Trump White House, regularly attended by high-ranking Cabinet members, has free thinkers up in arms.  The Freedom From Religion Foundation is calling the Bible study group disturbing, scary and maybe even an illegal use of taxpayer funds.  “If those officials want privacy, the solution is pretty damn simple: Study the Bible in your private capacity, not in your official capacity and at your government desk,” the secular group said in a statement Thursday. “Do it on your time, not the taxpayers’. In short, get off your knees and get to work.”

Indeed.

"The Bible study group was started by Ralph Drollinger, founder of Capitol Ministries, which aims to spread the Gospel at the seats of power. Mr. Drollinger has established similar programs in the House and Senate, and 40 state capitals and 24 foreign countries.  Attorney General Jeff Sessions, Education Secretary Betsy DeVos, Energy Secretary Rick Perry, Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue and CIA Director Mike Pompeo are reportedly among the regulars at the White House group.  President Trump has not attended but is invited to every week, and Vice President Mike Pence plans to stop by as his schedule permits.  Mr. Drollinger told CBN News, which first reported the White House study group, that he can see the fruits of his labor in the administration’s behavior.  He said Mr. Sessions will “go out the same day I teach him something, and I’ll see him do it on camera, and I just think, ‘Wow, these guys are faithful, available and teachable, and they’re at Bible study every week they’re in town.’”

While obliterating all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  Transitioning the fascist police-state we already live in to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

Another example of bottomless corporate greed, worse, government failure to rein it in.  NPR reports:

"Jana Gundy and Amanda Chaffin, who live within two hours of each other in Oklahoma, each have a child with the same devastating disease.  The genetic condition, spinal muscular atrophy, robs its sufferers of muscle strength, affecting their ability to sit, stand or even breathe.  So both moms were ecstatic when the Food and Drug Administration approved the first treatment for the condition two days before Christmas in 2016. It seemed the gift they had been waiting for — a chance to slow the heartbreaking decline of their young sons.  But that common hope has taken them down different paths: In April, Gundy's child, who is on private insurance, began getting the drug Spinraza, which costs $750,000 for the initial year of treatment. Chaffin's child, a Medicaid enrollee, did not, as his state regulators debated whether to offer it to children like him who use ventilators to breathe."

Not all is well in the House of Google.  NPR reports:

"Google CEO Sundar Pichai cut his the vacation short and returned to the company's Mountain View headquarters as criticism mounted over a senior engineer's controversial memo condemning Google's diversity initiatives. The engineer was subsequently fired.  The memo, which some inside Google jokingly called a "manifesto," was widely shared inside and outside the company.  James Damore wrote that "biological causes" are part of the reason women aren't represented equally in its tech departments and leadership. In addition, Damore said men have a "higher drive for status."

Think so?  Make sense?  Does that explain why female bosses are often cruelly despotic over their female subordinates in the corporate environment?

"Damore also criticized the company for being an "ideological echo chamber" that made it hard to dissent from "Google's left bias" and "politically correct monoculture." He also faulted the company for offering mentoring and other opportunities to its employees based on gender or race."

Think there's any true freedom of speech and thought in corporate culture no matter the company or its ideological persuasion?

"Pichai released a memo of his own Monday night about the situation. Pichai said he supported the right of workers to express themselves but that the memo had gone too far. The CEO wrote:

"The memo has clearly impacted our co-workers, some of whom are hurting and feel judged based on their gender. Our co-workers shouldn't have to worry that each time they open their mouths to speak in a meeting, they have to prove that they are not like the memo states, being 'agreeable' rather than 'assertive,' showing a 'lower stress tolerance,' or being 'neurotic.' "

"Pichai said portions of Damore's memo violate "our Code of Conduct and cross the line by advancing harmful gender stereotypes in our workplace."  Pichai has scheduled an all-staff to discuss the situation."

Think the fired employee won't sue?

"In an email to The New York Times, Damore said he is likely to pursue legal action. "I have a legal right to express my concerns about the terms and conditions of my working environment and to bring up potentially illegal behavior, which is what my document does," Damore said."

There is no guaranty of free speech in corporate culture.  Google would likely settle, however, to make the issue go away.  Avoid any bad publicity.  We'll see. Would be an incredibly interesting case if suit is filed.  Would in effect put misogyny and the Nazi Right on trial.

"Meanwhile, social media continues to churn with tweets and posts on both sides of the issue. Conservative sites like The Federalist saw the firing as proof of Damore's point that Google does not tolerate diversity of opinion."

Think so?  Consider the following before deciding:

"However, former Google employee Kelly Ellis, who Monday told NPR she thought Google should fire Damore, sent out tweets supporting the decision. Ellis says she left Google because she was sexually harassed.  Ellis said Google promotes employees and determines salaries based on peer evaluations. Therefore, she says, Damore's bias against women could harm female colleagues."

Think Damore's manifesto won't be used to 'justify' women not receiving equal pay for equal work?  Already, a pending issue at Google for quite some time.

The following email has been sent nearly daily to a woman at 2freehosting.com who was responsible for caving into Wells Fargo.  This email is re-edited occasionally as circumstances change.  Should you bank with Wells Fargo you may wish to ask them why they engage in deceptive trade practices and if in fact they indeed bribed Texas Gov. Greg Abbott while he was Texas Attorney General to ignore a complaint filed against them:

Fran,

All three Liberty In Peril FTP servers are down and apparently have been
hacked.  The three websites, however, remain up and running at time of
writing.  That is, libertyinperil.twomini.com, libertyinperil.wink.ws, and
libertyinperil.t15.org are accessible and running.  Only FTP access has
been effected making it impossible to upload.

The Filezilla messaging on twomini is:

Status:        Connecting to 31.170.167.137:21...
Status:        Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection
refused by server".
Error:        Could not connect to server

The exact same messaging, other than IP addresses, is the same on the wink
and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity.  Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these
FTP servers up and running again.  A criminal complaint will be filed with
the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells
Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue interference with the webhosts.
Has 2freehosting been bribed and/or pressured by Wells Fargo?  Certainly,
one of numerous questions to be forwarded to criminal prosecutors.

Welcome.   Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com.  This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers.  Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible.  -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle.  No more bullsh-t.  Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right.  During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at
Wells Fargo.  Copies of these emails were sent to bank officials.  They
have been posted in this publication. ... We're already up to Salvo 74, --
and counting.

In addition, all new Newsletter Editions will feature an
available abbreviated version, smart phone friendly, that can be accessed
by clicking on the icon.  Will supplement the regular format of this
publication.  This is being done because so many of you access this
publication with smart phones and other devices with small screens.

This site has finally been fully uploaded.  All links appear to be
properly working.  Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected.  There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows.  Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts.  We'll see.  With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated.  Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well.  Forget?  The bank
is considered too big to fail.  Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true.  They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked.  What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support.  Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however.  Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it.  Certainly, have the
resources.  Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved.  Hard to believe they would be that stupid.  The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys.  The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further
exposure in this publication. Should you have information regarding this
or any other issue, contact me.  I will protect your identity.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.  ... Governor?  Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Kingsland House of Arts and Crafts, Kingsland, TX.   A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright.  She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager.  Reverse Darwinism.  Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The process to update those already informed of this fiasco has finally been completed.  This latest material can be found by clicking on Wells Fargo Deceptive Trade Practices Salvo 166, 8-11-17.

The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned.  Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly, literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor.  Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastardsknow who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
