"A Burnet-based trooper with the Texas Department of Public Safety has earned a Life Saving Award for his courage and successful effort in rescuing a motorist stranded in a low-water crossing during a torrential storm. On June 15, Trooper Franklin Randolph received the recognition from DPS Director Steven McCraw, who also presented three more Life Saving Awards, two Director’s Awards, and a Unit Citation to DPS and auxiliary employees across the state."

"On Nov. 7, 2016, Randolph and Burnet County Sheriff’s Deputy Eric Molina arrived at the scene of a vehicle stalled in the roadway partially submerged by swift-moving water. The driver was still inside. THE BCSO report logged the incident as happening at 10:38 p.m. that night on Fairland Road (FM 1855). “(It) had been raining heavily, and water crossings in the area had quickly become impassable. Upon his arrival, Trooper Randolph entered the water to assist a single occupant in the partially submerged vehicle,” according to DPS. “He was able to pull the driver through the window as Burnet County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Eric Molina threw his rescue rope to the trooper. As Trooper Randolph held onto the driver and rescue rope, the deputy pulled them both to safety.” DPS officials said the deputy is scheduled to be presented with a Director’s Award in the future. Randolph joined the DPS in 2004. He has served in Burnet County since 2006."

"A female police officer with less than 2 years' experience withstood a barrage of gunfire from a gunman who wounded a top House Republican and four other people on a Virginia baseball field last week, giving fellow officers an opportunity to return fire and kill the shooter, her police chief said Monday."

Indeed, she did. Readers are reminded this occurred at the recent Republican baseball practice in Virginia:

"Alexandria Police Chief Michael Brown lauded the heroic actions of Officer Nicole Battaglia and two other officers who were the first to arrive at a field where GOP congressmen were practicing for their annual charity baseball game against Democrats. Officers were first dispatched to the scene at 7:10 a.m. Wednesday, Brown said, and Officer Kevin Jobe, a 16-year Alexandria police veteran, arrived less than two minutes later. Battaglia and another officer, Alexander Jensen, arrived around the same time."

"Battaglia "immediately started taking fire from the suspect, and she jumped out of the car, without cover, and moved towards the firefight. Not away from it, towards it, to the point where she was actually pinned down in the parking lot with a barrage of weapon fire from the shooter," Brown said. "That act alone, probably, in my opinion, diverted the attention of the shooter away from the other officers, allowing them to get in position to deal with the situation."

"A former linebacker and a motorcycle mechanic are being praised as heroes for coming to the rescue of a California Highway Patrol officer who was being attacked by an aggressive driver. At 8:30 Saturday morning, Joel Jones was driving down the highway with his wife, Annalisa, when he noticed a driver weaving in and out of traffic. The driver, later identified as Gary Coslovich, smashed into two cars at high speeds, causing them to spin out. As Jones watched, a highway patrol officer pulled over the driver -- who apparently snapped, Fox 2 reported. “[The suspect] punched her, hit her repeatedly, beat her to the ground and started stomping her,” Jones, a pastor, said. “I thought he was going to take her gun. He was at her waist midsection. I told my wife, I said stay here, and I said, ‘Lord be with me.’”

"Motorcycle mechanic Greg Bunting, also happened to drive by at the same time. Bunting said, “it’s hard to see a woman hit by a man. To see that was – uh, there’s no words to describe it except for it was sick.” The pair held Coslovich down until law enforcement arrived. He faces charges including assault and battery, and a court date was set for Friday. It was not Coslovich’s first encounter with law enforcement. Coslovich was fired last month from his job as a painter and is accused of ramming his truck into a county building in May, according to Santa Clara County officials."

Hat's off to both men and the officer. The officer was not identified, but is being treated for her injuries.

Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? Sixty-one weeks, now. A goddamned disgrace. Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? Sixty-one weeks. Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger. To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff? Those of your thugs? The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down. You don't understand that, Sheriff? Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one. Including taxpayers. Especially, taxpayers.

It's time the public be fully informed. -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County. The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why. This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet. Ignored. Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why? Yet, surprise, surprise. Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments. Why? The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up. Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own? The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers. Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently? Guess what? Nothing will happen. Nothing ever does. The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities. Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally. Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for. Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town. Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded. An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences. Forget? Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" Madam County Attorney?

"The Los Angeles Police Department arrested and charged three of its own juvenile cadets after they stole and crashed three police vehicles, authorities said. The three teens, two males ages 15 and 17, and a 16-year-old female, were all members of the LAPD cadet program, Police Chief Charlie Beck said Thursday. They were not identified because they are minors. In addition to the three vehicles, police also recovered two Tasers, two police radios and a bulletproof vest, he said. The theft went undetected until Wednesday, when a watch commander doing daily inventory noticed two black-and-white LAPD patrol vehicles missing from their fleet."

"LAPD officers attempted to stop the teens driving the patrol cars, but both fled and at one point during the pursuit, went different directions, initiating two police chases throughout the streets of South Los Angeles. "One of the pursuits terminated when the pursuit vehicle was involved in a traffic collision ...The second pursuit ended when the pursuit vehicle collided with a non-involved motorist," Beck said. The teenagers, one of whom was wearing an LAPD bulletproof vest, were arrested and taken in for questioning. During the investigation, one confessed to having stolen a third patrol car, Beck said, and possibly having had that vehicle for over two weeks."

"Seattle police officers shot and killed a 30-year-old mother of four at her apartment Sunday morning in front of “several children” when the woman “confronted” them with a knife, according to a statement from authorities. The Seattle Times said she had called police to report a possible burglary. At a vigil Sunday night, family identified the woman as Charleena Lyles, reported the Times, and said she had a history of mental health struggles. She was three months pregnant with her fifth child, her family said, and too “tiny” for officers to have felt threatened by her — even if she had a knife."

Never ends. Not just a problem of piss-poor training, however. Abject gutless cowardice.

“Why couldn’t they have Tased her?” Lyles’s sister, Monika Williams, told the Seattle Times. “They could have taken her down. I could have taken her down.”

Unarmed United States Marines are routinely taught how to safely disarm an attacker with a knife. Why aren't cops?

"Authorities offered few details Sunday of what led police to fire their weapons."

"Two patrol officers dispatched just before 10 a.m. Sunday to investigate a reported burglary at Brettler Family Place, an apartment complex for people transitioning out of homelessness, Detective Mark Jamieson said. Usually, only one officer would respond to a standard burglary call like this one, Jamieson told reporters. But police were familiar with Lyles and her apartment, he said, and her call flagged “hazard information” affiliated with her apartment that “presented an increased risk to officers,” the detective said."

"Officers walked to the fourth floor and “at some point, the 30-year-old female was armed with a knife,” Jamieson told reporters. Both officers, who have not been identified, fired their weapons. Why haven't they been identified? The public has the right to know the identity of jackbooted pieces of shit who prey on the community.

"Family members told the Seattle Times that they believe Lyles’s race — she is black — was a factor in her death. Seattle police told the newspaper that the officers who shot her are white."

"Around a hundred people gathered Sunday for a vigil honoring Lyles. The mourners taped photos of the woman and her children to the back of black plastic chairs and spelled her name out on the sidewalk with small votive candles. Friends and family wondered aloud how police could shoot and kill a mother in front of her children."

"Lhora Murray, 42, lives in the apartment directly below Lyles and told the Stranger she often heard yelling from the woman’s unit and called security multiple times. When she heard gunshots Sunday morning, Murray said she called police — unaware it was officers who had fired their weapons. Murray told the Stranger that after the shooting, police handed her two of Lyles’s children, a 10-year-old and a toddler. “They shot my mom,” Murray said the 10-year-old told her as she took the kids outside."

"Seattle Mayor Ed Murray said in a statement that the shooting was “a tragedy for all involved.”

"Prosecutors insisted Yanez never saw a gun and had plenty of options short of shooting Castile, an elementary school cafeteria worker they say was never a threat."

"Philando Castile's girlfriend livestreamed the gruesome aftermath of the shooting on Facebook. The video was shared widely, and included Diamond Reynolds' statements that Castile hadn't been reaching for his gun. Castile had a permit for the weapon."

The Border Patrol recently raided a non-profit life saving aid station in the Arizona desert. Fox News reports:

"U.S. Border Patrol agents served a search warrant at a non-profit aid camp in the southern Arizona desert Thursday and arrested four Mexican men suspected of being in the country illegally."

To the credit of the jackbooted bastards, they did have a warrant. Amazing, isn't it?

"The camp, about 11 miles north of the Mexican border, provides medical care for immigrants crossing into the U.S. across the miles-long Sonoran Desert. It has been in operation since 2004, run by the organization No Mas Muertes (No More Deaths)."

Doesn't matter to the jackbooted bastards this could indeed result in more needless deaths in the desert as word gets out BP thugs are conducting heavily-armed raids at the aid station.

"Nearly three years after their son's death sparked nationwide protests, the parents of Michael Brown have settled their wrongful death lawsuit against the city of Ferguson, Mo. Brown, who was African-American, was shot and killed by a white police officer in August 2014. As we reported, Brown's parents filed a civil lawsuit against the city of Ferguson, former police chief Thomas Jackson and former police officer Darren Wilson, who shot and killed the unarmed 18-year-old. The lawsuit claimed Wilson "unjustifiably shot and killed" Brown, using "an unnecessary and unreasonable" amount of force."

"The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that U.S. District Judge E. Richard Webber approved the settlement with Brown's parents, Michael Brown Sr. and Lesley McSpadden — and ordered it sealed. That means the terms of the agreement will not be made public. It's not clear whether the individuals named in the lawsuit are parties to the settlement. The paper says a person familiar with the settlement negotiations said the agreement would be for less than $3 million because that is the maximum the city can pay under its insurance."

Nowhere near enough. Along with Wilson, the city skated. A paltry sum that will do little to nothing to prevent these atrocities from being committed by police in the future.

Yet, another murderous officer found not-guilty. In follow up to an earlier edition here and elsewhere, CBS News reports:

"A former Milwaukee police officer who fatally shot a black man after a foot chase last year has been found not guilty of first-degree reckless homicide. Jurors began deliberations Tuesday around midday after attorneys delivered closing arguments in a case that poses the question of whether the officer was acting in self-defense or shooting a man who was no longer armed. The verdict was announced Wednesday afternoon."

This case is interesting because both the former officer and his victim are black.

"The prosecutor who charged Dominique Heaggan-Brown with first-degree reckless homicide in the killing of 23-year-old Sylville Smith told jurors Smith was defenseless and "looked like a child" when he was on the ground the moment Heaggan-Brown shot him in the chest."

"But one of Heaggan-Brown's attorneys countered that the former officer was forced to make a split-second decision when confronted with an armed man during a foot chase that followed a traffic stop."

"Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm told jurors Heaggan-Brown didn't need to use deadly force against Smith, who had thrown away the gun he was carrying. Heaggan-Brown shot Smith on his right bicep as he threw the gun away over a fence. He shot him again 1.69 seconds later, this time in the chest, when Smith fell on his back with his legs in the air."

Trump under investigation for obstruction of justice. The Washington Post reports:

"The special counsel overseeing the investigation into Russia’s role in the 2016 election is interviewing senior intelligence officials as part of a widening probe that now includes an examination of whether President Trump attempted to obstruct justice, officials said. The move by special counsel Robert S. Mueller III to investigate Trump’s conduct marks a major turning point in the nearly year-old FBI investigation, which until recently focused on Russian meddling during the presidential campaign and on whether there was any coordination between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin. Investigators have also been looking for any evidence of possible financial crimes among Trump associates, officials said."

Have no choice but to cooperate with a criminal investigation. The White House appears to be circling the wagons:

"The White House now refers all questions about the Russia investigation to Trump’s personal attorney, Marc Kasowitz. “The FBI leak of information regarding the president is outrageous, inexcusable and illegal,” said Mark Corallo, a spokesman for Kasowitz."

The public has a right to know. The shyster seems to forget the people are the ultimate masters of government. Not the other way around.

"The officials said Coats, Rogers and Ledgett would appear voluntarily, though it remains unclear whether they will describe in full their conversations with Trump and other top officials or will be directed by the White House to invoke executive privilege. It is doubtful that the White House could ultimately use executive privilege to try to block them from speaking to Mueller’s investigators. Experts point out that the Supreme Court ruled during the Watergate scandal that officials cannot use privilege to withhold evidence in criminal prosecutions."

Amazing to think Trump is directly responsible for what will likely be his ultimate undoing. Indeed, aggressive stupidity at its very worst. Trump appears to be figuratively shooting himself in the ass with these tweets. Doesn't seem to understand silence is indeed golden when under criminal investigation.

"Trump may have been referring to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who wrote a highly critical memo about Comey. In separate closed-door meetings with the House and the Senate, Rosenstein said his memo was "not a statement of reasons to justify a for-cause termination."

"Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein’s role overseeing the special counsel probe of Russian interference in the 2016 campaign came into question Friday as President Trump openly suggested the top DOJ official is conflicted and a new report said Rosenstein has discussed the possibility of recusal. Senior Justice Department officials pushed back on the ABC News report, saying Rosenstein has not at this point requested any official opinion on the matter from career ethics attorneys in the department. "He may have brought up the possibility" in discussions with DOJ colleagues, a senior DOJ official said. “But it's only that, a possibility. ... There is an official process, and it has not started." On the record, Justice Department spokesman Ian Prior said: "As the Deputy Attorney General has said numerous times, if there comes a time when he needs to recuse, he will. However, nothing has changed."

"The leaders of the Senate judiciary committee have reached an agreement about the scope of an investigation into political interference at the FBI, with the possibility that the inquiry could explore whether President Donald Trump acted improperly during his interactions with fired FBI Director James Comey. Chairman Chuck Grassley and the panel's top Democrat, Dianne Feinstein, plan to move forward on their inquiry, which will look into Russia meddling in the elections as well as whether there was any improper political interference with the FBI under both Trump and former President Barack Obama's administration."

The courts continue to rule against the Trump nazi and his henchmen. NPR reports:

"A federal judge in Washington, D.C., ruled Wednesday that the Trump administration failed to follow proper environmental procedures when it granted approval to the controversial Dakota Access Pipeline project. It's a legal victory for the Standing Rock Sioux tribe and environmentalists, who protested for months against the pipeline. Oil started flowing through it earlier this month. The tribe fears that the pipeline, which crosses the Missouri River just upstream of its reservation, could contaminate its drinking water and sacred lands."

"This ruling does not order a halt to pipeline operations. But it opens the door to that possibility. The judge writes that the standard remedy in this situation would be to vacate the pipeline's permits and easement, thereby halting pipeline operations until the Army Corps is in compliance with environmental procedures. "Such a move, of course, would carry serious consequences that a court should not lightly impose," Boasberg says. He ordered the parties to submit briefings about the legal question and scheduled a status hearing for next Wednesday."

"While President Trump berates Qatar for sponsoring terrorism at the highest levels, he is simultaneously authorizing the country to purchase over $21 billion of U.S. weapons."

"Health insurers made oodles of money in 2016, despite losing millions of dollars on Obamacare. "Now, with a Republican in power, Gingrich has changed his tune. On Friday he called the investigation into Trump a "witch hunt."

"President Trump reported income of $288 million from his golf courses alone since January 2016, according to financial disclosure forms released Friday by the government. The 98-page form filed at Office of Government Ethics showed that Mr. Trump reported $37.2 million in income from Mar-a-Lago, his private Florida resort that he now refers to as the “Southern White House.” The president also received $19.8 million from his golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey, where he frequently spends weekends in the summer."

Entertaining foreign heads of state and their cronies who've lined his pockets.

"The president earned $19.7 million in income at his new luxury Washington hotel that’s about three blocks from the White House, and another $17.5 million from his golf club in suburban Potomac Falls, Virginia."

"The report covers the period from January 2016 through mid-April of this year. It does not reveal the taxes paid by the president."

Unless and until his taxes are released, this controversy will continue unabated. Certainly, be interesting to see if special counsel forces the issue during his investigation of the president for obstruction of justice.

Following up on the above, pressure is indeed mounting on Trump to release banking records pertinent to the Russian investigation. ABC News reports:

"Senate investigators have been locked in a quiet showdown with the Trump administration over records that they believe could help expose possible hidden dealings between Trump campaign insiders and wealthy Russian or Eastern European business partners."

If there's nothing there, why is Trump stonewalling? Why fan the flames by refusing cooperation?

"The stand-off over records from the Treasury Department’s financial intelligence section led Democratic Sen. Ron Wyden to hold up the nomination of President Trump’s pick for undersecretary of the treasury for terrorism and financial intelligence, New York attorney Sigal Mandelker, until investigators have access to the federal banking records, which detail suspicious financial transactions around the globe. A vote on her nomination is on the calendar for this week, suggesting the two sides are close to a deal."

“We’re in talks right now,” Wyden told ABC News on Monday. “I’m hopeful we’ll be able to get what we need.”

Why the delay? Why not have simply subpoenaed the records? Had Trump refused to comply, would have cost him dearly politically, -- at the very least.

"Senate investigators have been in talks with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, or FinCEN, since May over access to the banking records."

“I have stated repeatedly that we have to follow the money if we are going to get to the bottom of how Russia has attacked our democracy,” he said in May. “That means thoroughly review any information that relates to financial connections between Russia and President Trump and his associates, whether direct or laundered through hidden or illicit transactions. The office which Ms. Mandelker has been nominated to head is responsible for much of this information.”

Why is this taking so long? Is Trump pressuring the agency not to cooperate?

"A spokesman for FinCen declined to comment, citing a policy “to never confirm or deny or comment on any investigations.”

Called bullshit. This is a request for information between two governmental entities on the federal level. Two co-equal branches of government. Where's the transparency? The stonewalling is inexplicable if the Trump nazi and his henchmen are indeed innocent of any wrongdoing.

"FinCEN, the Treasury agency responsible for tracking the illegal movement of money, maintains a database of millions of transactions that have been flagged by banks as unusual or problematic, known as suspicious activity reports, or SARs. Sessions is referring to drug offenders in the above. Sessions has absolutely no interest in bringing these criminal officers to justice. In fact, quite the opposite. His policies are directly intended to protect and coddle them. Welcome. Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers. Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right. During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at

This site has finally been fully uploaded. All links appear to be
properly working. Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected. There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows. Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts. We'll see. With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Hill Country Fellowship, Burnet, TX. A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
