Brother dearest.  ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro?  A little antsy?  Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are?  Patience.  All in good time, good buddy.  When I'm damned good and ready.  Timing just right.  After all, a son of a bitch who's stolen his father's estate needs to be fully exposed publicly for whom and what he is, don't you think?  Indeed, a public service for your neighbors, professional associates, family, and friends, etc..

Conveniently, forget?  Others need to protect themselves against a fraud who masquerades as both a teacher and a counselor, no?  -- How the hell did you ever pass an MMPI some forty years ago to get hired?  You're not stable.  Have not been.  ... Must have really been pissed off at the old man to rip off an estate, no?  How much did you steal while he was alive and supposedly under your care?

How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died?  How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago?  How much?  Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch?  Her cohorts?  Your law enforcement shysters?  While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

... Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you.  Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died?  Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year?  Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it.  Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her?  -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life?  She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised.   Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned.  Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Will be different for you, Bro.  While you've bought off authorities, you will be publicly exposed.  In great detail.  In good time.  When I'm damned good and ready.  When exposure will do the maximum figurative damage to your goddamned sordid reputation.  -- Just the truth, brother dearest, however.  Just the truth.

Irony of ironies?  When the thieving son of a bitch died, and our mother was finally informed he had passed, she cried for her brother, -- the bastard thief who stole from her mother.  Sad, isn't it?  Too bad she's not still alive to see you publicly exposed for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you, yourself, truly are.  As was he.  Not in a court of law you've bought off, however.  Right here.

In good time.  Again, when I'm damned good and ready.  Employing the very same tactics used against Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo.  -- On steroids, however, since all dirty family laundry will be aired.  All of it.  No threat.  A promise.  Emails sent to your neighbors, friends, professional associates, businesses you deal with.  Although an enormous amount of work, all doable courtesy of the Internet.  Despite being some 1,800 miles away.  -- Small world, isn't it, Bro?  Enjoy the stolen loot, you son of a bitch.  Forget?  It's all you have.

Brother dearest.  Save all the check stubs from the old man's accounts?  Fraudulently sign any of them yourself?  Think this material couldn't be obtained from the banks either through discovery or a criminal investigation?  Still own the house on Condict Rd.?   Any other properties besides this one and the old man's you stole with the help of your shyster bastard?  Be interesting to see how far your assets extend and where.  Think all that information isn't accessible?  That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete?  But an extensive background check as well?  Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates?  Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong?  How about both universities?  Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception?  Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU?  That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability?  Is that why you wound up looting the old man?  Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible?  Think this will end any time soon?  That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch?  We're just getting started, Bro.  Just getting started.

Don't like it?  Tough shit.  Sue me you thieving son of a bitch.  Would use discovery to learn and post on this website all there is to know about you, your activities, predilections, business 'deals,' as well as all your financial transactions, etc..  All of it.  Would certainly avoid the expense of an extensive background check on you, thieving brother dearest.

Even if you were successful in court, there is nothing for you to take, this remains, as well, a homesteading state where minimal assets are protected anyway.  This site is hosted in an overseas country that doesn't particularly like government intrusion, remains not prone to cooperate.  Besides, can always upload to another webhost in still yet another country.  The possibilities are endless, Bro.  Just takes willingness, effort, unshakable determination.

Even if I lost it all would be more than worth it to expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.  Even if you bribed a goddamned nazi 'judge' to remove posted material, would not cooperate and be more than willing to rot in jail.  Would certainly keep reposting it all no matter the cost and/or personal consequences every time it was taken down.  Forget, you thieving son of a bitch?  I never ever give up.

Since all I seek is your exposure for the thief you truly are, would all be worth it.  For the sake of principle.  All the work, financial cost, as well as the time I am about to dedicate to this effort, you deceptive, unstable, sick, thieving son of a bitch.  Unlike you, I live on principle and have absolutely nothing to lose.  You do.  Will certainly take great pleasure and satisfaction in doing all I can to publicly expose you for whom and what you are.

To say nothing of placing enormous pressure on prosecutors you and your equally corrupt shyster son of a bitch apparently bribed.  Don't like it?  Again, tough shit. Chew harder.  The public needs to know to protect itself.  From you and your shyster bastard.  People who live and travel in your circles as well.  Including his.  As a thief, you and he can't be trusted by anyone.  You'll determinedly f--k them.

More than willing to provide this truly public service.  People certainly need to know whom and what you are.  What you have sadly become.  You certainly weren't brought up to be a thieving son of a bitch.  What happened?  Where did you lose yourself, Bro?  -- Never mind.  ... Truly doesn't matter.  Only your exposure.

TC 4-22-16

Hey, Bro?  Remember me?  How soon they conveniently forget.  ... Half asleep? -- Out to lunch?  ... In your own perverse little world?  That of a criminal?  Wake up.  Conveniently, gutlessly forget?  Insanely believe you're someway, somehow off the hook?  Think again.  We're not done.  You remain a thief who will be exposed for whom and what your are.  What you certainly have become.  No question about that.  Patience, you thieving son of a bitch.  Exposure is coming.  Promise.

Think I don't have time?  Truly believe the ongoing Presidential fiasco ends no matter who wins?  The murderous decay in law enforcement gets resolved any time soon?  Criminal Wells Fargo employees from local Kingsland bank manager Amanda S. Wright right up to and including CEO John Stumpf get prosecuted in the near future despite egregious criminal activity?  Wouldn't hold my breath, would you?

Think I don't have time to handle all this and your public exposure for the estate-stealing criminal son of a bitch you've truly become?  How could you steal from the old bastard, you incredibly sad sack of shit?  Certainly weren't brought up to be a thief.  What happened to you?  Where'd you lose yourself?

No question, 2017 will be a most remarkable, defining year for you, Bro.  Public exposure for the thieving piece of shit you've sadly become.  It's on the way. Promise.  Hope you sue.  Nothing for you to take.  Tough, isn't it?  Certainly, makes me judgment proof.  Will certainly, as well, take advantage of discovery.  Publish every detail I can get my hands on.  No matter the consequences.  Only consideration?  Prime directive?  Your exposure for whom and what you are.

Readers?  This not-so-brotherly piece of shit stole from our father.  Manipulated the old man to line his pockets.  Just like our uncle on my mother's side of the family did to my grandmother.  Runs in the family.  Our family.   ... Right, Bro?  This game now gets played my way, -- not yours, you son of a bitch.  That is, no more U.S. Mail tag.

Anything sent by mail will be refused, returned unopened.  Want contact?  Email.  libertyinperil@riseup.net.  Quick.  Easy.  Better yet?  A digital record.  Permanent.  Easily accessible.  Easily uploaded to this site when and if it becomes necessary.  The shyster bastard you hired to steal the estate shouldn't expect escape, either, from public exposure as the thieving piece of shit he, like you, truly both are.  Unscrupulous thieves.

Sincerely hope that piece of crap sues as well.  Nothing to take.  Discovery again would be published no matter the personal cost.  Nothing quite like public exposure, is there?  Especially, when it is nothing but the truth and there is absolutely nothing to lose exposing two pieces of criminal shit for whom and what they are.  Two pieces of gutless human excrement who looted an old man.  ... Right, Bro?

There is no better disinfectant than sunlight, readers.  Glaring sunlight.  Dazzling brilliance.  Amazing how the roaches run for cover.  Equally pointedly, how vermin on two legs manage to so easily prey on the elderly courtesy of the out of control fascist police-state we now live in.  While there'll never be any justice vis a vis this theft, there will be exposure to the brilliant light of day for both criminal perpetrators.  Count on it, you not-so-brotherly criminal son of a bitch.

TC 10-7-16

Hey, Bro?  Hear of Old Sturbridge Village?  Haven't?  ... Not lying, are you, you thieving son of a bitch?  You and your long-term companion EC conspire, bequeath some of the old man's loot to this museum?  An achingly stingy gift of $250-$499, -- considering the size of the estate?  The CEO and Board have any idea you stole it?  Think they'd care?  -- Just getting started, dearest, dearest Bro.  ... Delusionally believe I haven't more than enough time, resources, determination to expose you for the thieving piece of crap you truly are?  ... Under $500 back in 2013?  Remarkably parsimonious with stolen money aren't you?   What does it feel like to have gutlessly ripped off an incompetent old man?  -- Dear old Dad.  Certainly, look forward to digging much deeper into how you and your shyster lawyer managed to bamboozle and loot the old bastard.  Back in the day, certainly wouldn't have fallen for your bullshit.  Would have kicked your worthless, thieving ass out the door.  Intend to expose it to the light of day.  Indeed, a public service. Seatbelts on, you thieving son of a bitch. Tally ho!

June 9, 2017

The following is a story of exceptional courage by a most extraordinary person who heroically rose to the occasion.  CBS News reports:

"Authorities have hailed a northern Illinois man a hero after he jumped through the open window of a moving car to save the driver, who was having a seizure.   According to police, Randy Tompkins, of Dixon, was driving his truck Friday afternoon when he spotted a car driving in the wrong lane heading right at him. He jumped from his truck and through the passenger window of the slowly moving car. Tompkins put two fingers into the convulsing driver's mouth to prevent him from swallowing his tongue.  The incident was captured by a police dashcam."

How many people would have done something quite as daringly selfless as the above?

"CBS affiliate WFSB-TV reports Tompkins and other officers in the patrol car stood by the driver's side until paramedics arrived to the scene.  Authorities haven't released the name of the driver, who was taken to a hospital as a precaution.  Police praised the 39-year-old on Twitter as a hero for coming to the aid of a "complete stranger."

Indeed.  Hat's off, Mr. Tompkins.

Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office?  Fifty-nine weeks, now.  A goddamned disgrace.  Why are you still sitting on this information?  What are you hiding, Sheriff?  What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise?  Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons?  Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff?  Their past history?  An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse.  How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information?  Fifty-nine weeks.  Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger.  To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff?  Those of your thugs?  The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down.  You don't understand that, Sheriff?  Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one.  Including taxpayers.  Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot.  The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt.  Think not?  Wake up.  Your credibility has tanked.  Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated.  Fifty-nine weeks.   Still no identification of the officers involved  ... Can't get your stories straight?  In line?  Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? Wake up, Sheriff.  The public no longer buys the bullshit.  No longer trusts you.  On this and many, many other issues.  You have no credibility.  Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so.  There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow.  If there are any others I may have neglected to mention, kindly email.

It's time the public be fully informed.  -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County.  If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone.  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why.  This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet.  Ignored.  The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us.  They can't be.  They've lied too many times.  Refuse to be accountable to anyone.  We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases.  Usually, with impunity.  That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement.  This also has to change.  No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer.  No one.  No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar.  There was no justice there.  None here.  None anywhere.  Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers.  Court fees charged continue to be horrendous.  -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs?  Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs?   Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees.  This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit.  This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt, abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why?  Yet, surprise, surprise.  Nothing was done.  There has to be transparency.  There is none.  Why would these thieving bastards want any?  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity?  Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons.  Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so.  That is, where they came from.  Why they left where they were.  What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards.  Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments.  Why?  So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated?  This has to change.  ... Can't have that, can we?  Sheriff?  TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up.  Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own?  The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers.  Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently?  Guess what?  Nothing will happen.  Nothing ever does.  The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities.  Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally.  Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for.  Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit.  Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web.  Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town.  Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded.  An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences.  Forget?  Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure.  We're just getting started, Sheriff.  You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards have become, truly are, not what you phonies purport to be, that is, how you continue to f--k over a public you've falsely sworn to protect and defend.  -- Exposure, the only way short of an unwanted dreaded revolution to force desperately needed change in a goddamned fascist police-state. The Fourth Reich.

Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids, Sheriff?  If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing.  'Personnel matters?'  Bullshit.  Looted taxpayers have the right to know.  They're footing the bill for all this goddamned corruption, abuse, ineptness.  When will you and the boys end the shakedowns?  Looting of the innocent to line County coffers?  No honor at all?

Where are your swastika armbands, you fascist son of a bitch?  You and your thugs remain out of uniform.  Once again, Sheriff, and ad nauseum, did you and/or your goons pressure Schilling to exit the race?  Did you steal the election?  If so, an aggressively stupid, achingly gutless public gets what it truly deserves.  One of the most corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' agencies in our formerly great country.

Have any information, knowledge of, experience with a purportedly non-profit volunteer clean-up group called Looking Forward In Llano County affiliated with the Llano County Attorney's Office?  Email this publication at libertyinperil@openmailbox.org to provide information and/or arrange a meeting to discuss this matter.  If requested, your identity will be protected.  The question is quite simple.  Is this group what it claims to be and on the level?

The following is an exceptionally appalling homicide.  Since it involves a Harris County Deputy and her husband, no way should the Harris County Sheriff's Office be investigating the following.  CBS News reports:

"Police in Texas are investigating the death of a 24-year-old father who was allegedly beaten by the husband of a Harris County Sheriff's deputy.  Sheriff Ed Gonzales told reporters Friday that his department will conduct the investigation but has asked the Department of Justice and the Texas Rangers for help to ensure "transparency" and "another set of independent eyes."

Not good enough.  Nowhere near.  Especially since egregious stonewalling seems to be involved in this 'investigation' so far.  This is an unusually complicated case as will become clear.

"CBS affiliate KHOU station reports that Johnny Hernandez's wife said her husband was drunk when the family stopped at a Denny's late Sunday night after celebrating his beloved Chivas soccer team's victory. His wife said she insisted he have coffee, but surveillance cameras showed Hernandez walking outside with his wife trying to stop him. She said her husband urinated near their vehicle."

No question, the above is quite illustrative of an alcohol problem in public that seldom has a happy conclusion.  Exacerbating this problem is the sober husband of an officer who certainly should have known better.  Simply called law enforcement to deal with the matter rather than assaulting the drunk, inflicting his version of street 'justice.'  Not to be:

"Another man, whose wife is a sheriff's deputy, was reportedly outside with his kids and confronted Hernandez about his behavior. Video showed the two men scuffling."

Again, it was not up to him to deal with this problem.  Especially, since the drunk presented no exigent threat to anyone.  Should have simply waited for law enforcement to arrive.

"People ran outside while Hernandez's wife and 3-year-old daughter watched and screamed.  "She was crying and telling (the man beating Hernandez) stop and he didn't even stop," Hernandez's wife said. "I told him please stop. Don't do that to him. He's drunk. He wasn't in any position to fight. But, he didn't have any compassion. He was really angry."

An out of control husband of an officer whose husband certainly knew better than to become judge, jury, executioner.  You wait for police to arrive.  Police finally did, but apparently weren't worth a crap:

"Hernandez's wife claims deputies took her cell phone then led her away for interviews. She also said that the report given to the family called the man who beat Hernandez the victim.  "They feel that they can get it covered up because they are cops," Hernandez's wife said."

Why did police take her cellphone?  To prevent her from recording police malfeasance?  Worse?  Protected the husband of an officer rather than doing their duty to enforce the law.  Here is the issue:

"An eyewitness who spoke with KHOU on Thursday on the condition of anonymity said Hernandez was drunk and defenseless as he was beaten by the off-duty deputy's husband."

If this is true, the man needs to be charged, not coddled.  Prosecuted, not protected.

"Sheriff Gonzales told reporters that the off-duty deputy arrived separately from her husband and that she called for assistance, helped restrain Hernandez, then administered CPR until emergency help arrived."

Apparently, not so:

"But the eyewitness who spoke with KHOU reportedly disputed that version of the events."Even after I told him 'stop, stop' and other people were screaming he wouldn't do it," the eyewitness said. "Even after his wife came he didn't do it. His wife didn't do anything, because I went in to call the police she was already there on the side and I didn't see her do anything, I didn't hear [her] tell him stop. I didn't hear her tell him anything.  She just was watching."

If this is so, this officer needs to be fired, then prosecuted for not doing her duty to end the beating.  Failure to take action is no more than complicity.  Especially, since the perpetrator was her husband, -- and she is a sworn officer.  Coup de grace?  Get this:

"The eyewitness tells KHOU that Hernandez was held in a chokehold by the deputy's husband for more than 10 minutes and was not breathing."

Murder.  Quite a case of police malfeasance.  Unwillingness to do their job.  A cover up.  Instead of arresting the deputy's husband, protected and coddled him.  The Sheriff's move to call in the Department of 'Justice' and Texas Rangers rings hollow.  The Sessions Nazi protects and coddles the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  Texas Rangers?  No better.

Another case of egregious police malfeasance.  CBS News reports:

"Prosecutors dropped all charges Thursday against a Detroit man who accused police of pinning a murder on him by seizing his mother's gun and switching bullets in a case that kept him in prison for 25 years."

This shit continues to happen in case after case after case.  Yet, nothing changes.  No one in law enforcement is held accountable.  Instead, the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue continue to be protected, coddled.

"I hope you enjoy your newfound freedom," Judge Richard Skutt told Desmond Ricks at the close of a hearing that lasted just minutes."

Pathetic, isn't it?  Rings achingly hollow.

"An analysis of two bullets from the victim shows they don't match the gun that was offered as the murder weapon at Ricks' trial in 1992. He was accused of shooting a friend outside a Detroit restaurant and sentenced to at least 32 years in prison."

Nazi justice in a fascist police-state.  Think Adolf and Benito weren't grinning ear to ear on their fiery perches?

"Ricks was released from prison last Friday after his second-degree murder conviction was thrown out. On Thursday, the Wayne County prosecutor's office told Skutt that Ricks won't face a second trial."

Thoughtful of the son of a bitch, isn't it?  Twenty-five years for nothing.  Committed no crime.  An innocent man.

"The 51-year-old let out a deep sigh and hugged and shook hands with his legal team, mostly lawyers and students from the Innocence Clinic at University of Michigan's law school. They asked the judge to reopen the case in 2016 after photos of two bullets taken from the victim, Gerry Bennett, did not resemble the bullets that were examined by a gun expert before trial 25 years ago.  The bullets from Bennett were still in police storage. Tests in recent weeks show they do not match the .38-caliber gun that belonged to Ricks' mother in 1992."

Ballistics is not rocket science.  These outrageously criminal jackbooted bastards in blue knew precisely what they were doing all those years ago, -- framing an innocent man for a crime he did not commit.

"I don't have time to be angry or mad," Ricks said outside court. "I just want to live."  He likely will benefit from a new Michigan law that awards someone who is wrongly convicted $50,000 for each year spent in prison."

Not good enough.  Nowhere near.  Doesn't return the 25 years lost for absolutely no reason at all.

"David Moran, director of the Innocence Clinic, said police conduct was "criminal." But no retired officers can be pursued because too many years have passed."

Should be no statute of limitations on police malfeasance.  Officers need to be subject to precisely the same penalties imposed on their innocent victims.

"Moran said state police should re-examine more cases that were handled by the Detroit police gun lab before it was shut down because of poor work in 2008.  "If it happened once it would be very surprising if there's not a lot of other cases like it," he said."

You think?

Police continue to steal.  ... Hard to believe this still happens, -- considering the current intense spotlight on law enforcement.  ABC News reports:

"A Pennsylvania police officer has been fired over charges that he shoplifted about $10 worth of meat from a local Wal-Mart.  Citations filed against 45-year-old Shayne Miller allege the Bradford patrolman stole packages of meat worth between $4.50 and $5 on April 21 and April 26. Online court records don't list an attorney for Miller who has been mailed the citations, but not yet scheduled a hearing on either.  Police Chief Chris Lucco told The Bradford Era ( http://bit.ly/2rWkSij ) on Sunday that Miller is no longer employed after an internal investigation."

In follow up to a case recently covered in this publication and elsewhere, ABC News reports:

" A police officer was arrested on charges of involuntary manslaughter for placing a neck hold on an unarmed man who died outside a Las Vegas Strip casino, authorities said.  Kenneth Lopera, 31, posted $6,000 bail and was released from jail with an August court date in the May 14 choking death of 40-year-old Tashii S. Brown after a chase through back hallways of a Las Vegas Strip casino."

Why was he released on bail?  Presents an exigent threat to the community.

"Lopera will plead not guilty to involuntary manslaughter and a second charge of oppression under color of office, Las Vegas Police Protective Association official Steve Grammas said. He could face up to up to eight years in state prison on the two charges."

Nowhere near enough.  Should have been charged with murder.

In follow up to a case repeatedly covered here and elsewhere for quite some time now, CBS News reports:

"An autistic man's family is suing the city of north Miami and four police officers, claiming the disabled man's civil rights were violated when authorities shot his caretaker.  CBS Miami reports the police interrogation of Arnaldo Soto was released Monday, nearly a year after he was transported in handcuffs to the North Miami Police Department.  Surveillance video shows an officer trying to question Soto about the incident, but it's clear that he is unable to communicate. At one point, Soto indicates that he wants to have his shackles removed. But the request is denied."

Officer training clearly leaves much to be desired.

"I'm heartbroken," Miriam Rios, Soto's sister, told CBS Miami. "I feel so guilty I couldn't be there for him. I'm upset in this day and age they can't tell that he's autistic."  "There is no constitutional right that wasn't trampled by North Miami police on that day," added attorney Matthew Dietz. "They should have known and understood this was a person with autism."

Readers are reminded this case is achingly pitiful:

"The incident unfolded on July 18, 2016, when Soto was in the street with his caregiver, Charles Kinsey. Police say Kinsey was trying to coax Soto, who had a silver tanker truck toy in his hand, back into his group home.  Officers believed the toy was a weapon and fired three rounds, subsequently striking Kinsey in the leg while his hands were raised in the air. Soto was taken to the police department for interrogation following the shooting.   Officer Jonathan Aledda was charged in April with attempted manslaughter for shooting Kinsey. Prosecutors later upgraded the charges to include additional attempted manslaughter and culpable negligence."

Saddest of all?

"Soto's family hopes their lawsuit will lead to lasting changes on how developmentally disabled people are viewed."

Jesus Christ.  ... This is 2017 and we're still dealing with this bullshit???  A lawsuit filed by the caregiver remains pending.

In follow up to an earlier case in this publication and elsewhere, CBS News reports:

"A police sergeant has been arrested on a murder charge in the shooting of a 66-year-old mentally ill woman in New York City.  Police said Wednesday that Sgt. Hugh Barry had been arrested in Deborah Danner's October 2016 death.  Police were responding to a 911 call about an emotionally disturbed person when Barry encountered Danner in her Bronx apartment."

Training clearly leaves much to be desired.

"Authorities said at the time that Danner was threatening the sergeant with a bat when he shot her."

A cop who couldn't defend himself with a stun gun or baton against a mentally ill elderly woman?

"The police commissioner and mayor have condemned the shooting. They say Barry had a stun gun but didn't use it."

Why not?  This was an elderly woman.  Couldn't have grabbed the bat?  Gotten out of the way?

"It should never have happened," Mayor Bill de Blasio said a day after the deadly shooting, according to CBS New York. "The NYPD's job is to protect life."

That's right.  The criminal jackbooted bastards in blue are often too gutless to do so.  Have no business in law enforcement.  Are not qualified.

In follow up to a recent edition here and elsewhere, CBS News reports:

"The city of Oakland, California, will pay a teenager nearly $1 million to settle claims that city police officers sexually abused her while she worked as an underage prostitute - a settlement that comes as she pursues similar cases against five other San Francisco Bay Area law enforcement agencies.  Saying she was relieved with the settlement announced Wednesday, the woman said she appreciates the support she received from family and friends once she came forward last summer."

Nowhere near enough.  Certainly, doesn't send enough of a message to the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  Pedophiles in uniform.

"I thought I was alone," said the woman, who is now 19.  CBS News is not identifying her because she is the alleged victim of sex crimes.  She appeared nervous and gave short and terse answers during a news conference Wednesday in her lawyer's Oakland office. She said she was "very satisfied" with the settlement."

Why wouldn't she be nervous?  Any idea of the post traumatic stress she must be suffering?

Kicker?  Coup de grace?  Get this:

"Her mother is a dispatcher with the Oakland Police Department. Neither of her parents, who are divorced, attended the news conference."

Worse?

"Officials with the department didn't respond to phone and email inquiries.  Earlier this month, the teen threw up into a waste paper basket while testifying during a preliminary hearing for former Oakland police Officer Brian Bunton, who was ordered to stand trial on charges of solicitation and obstruction of justice.  He pleaded not guilty after being accused of tipping off the teen to a prostitution sting."

Think less than a million bucks sufficient for what she's had to go through?  Will continue to endure.  Think so?

"The woman's lawyer, John Burris, said she has similar legal claims pending against police departments in San Francisco, Richmond and Livermore, and the sheriff's offices of Alameda and Contra Costa counties."

Take the bastards for all you can get.  Expose them for whom and what they are.

Another indication law enforcement has a long, long, long way to go.  The Washington Times reports:

"Police officers speak more respectfully to white motorists during routine traffic stops than black motorists, Stanford researchers wrote in a new, first-of-its-kind study published Monday.  An analysis of nearly 1,000 traffic stops recorded by officer-worn body-cameras indicated cops are more inclined to use respectful terms such as “sir” and “ma’am” while dealing with white drivers than black ones, regardless of the race of the officers involved, according to the researchers."

Amazing, isn't it?

“Our findings highlight that, on the whole, police interactions with black community members are more fraught than their interactions with white community members,” said Jennifer Eberhardt, a professor of psychology at Stanford and a co-author of the report published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences journal."

Yet, still no change. Hear the rumble?   An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on the horizon.

More trouble in Portland.  ABC News reports:

"Police seized several weapons and arrested 14 protesters in Portland on Sunday as a day of demonstrations descended into chaos.  The arrests were made throughout the course of the day at a "variety of locations” during multiple protests in the city’s downtown area, according to the Portland Police Department.  The protests came just days after two Portland men were stabbed to death while trying to fend off a man who shouted anti-Muslim insults at two young girls on a light-rail train."

The protests were in response to a pro-Trump Alt-Right nazi rally.  Fascism, nazism, national socialism defined as the pernicious blend of government, business, and religion. 'Justified' by perversion and bastardization of the latter:

"At least three demonstrations occurred across the city on Sunday, including a controversial pro-Donald Trump free speech rally at near city hall, which spurred counter protests. The demonstrations drew thousands of participants, according to ABC affiliate KATU.  Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler had fought to have the federal permit for the Trump Free Speech Rally revoked, saying it could “exacerbate an already difficult situation” and threaten public safety."

The Mayor doesn't seem to understand the First Amendment guaranties the right to peacefully protest.

"At one point, authorities fired pepper balls and flash-bang grenades to clear crowds after protesters threw “a significant amount of projectiles” at police, the department said. Police also seized multiple weapons and other items, including hammers, bricks and chains."

The problem with the above is the fact police seemed to have taken sides.  Supported and protected the Alt-Right nazis holding the rally.  Did nothing to reign in the nazi bastards, leading these pieces of shit to cheer when the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue fired flash-bang grenades at protesters.

“We have to understand that it’s legitimate that Portland’s shaken up right now," rally organizer Joey Gibson told a crowd at Terry Schrunk Plaza, located across from the Portland City Hall. "They did everything they can to keep us out of here because they thought that we’re going to come in here and just ruin the city ... and spread out hate speech. … We’ve got to prove them wrong," he said, according to KATU."

Disingenuous bullshit. Gutless bullshit since these racist, fascist cowards were greatly outnumbered by protesters.  The above quote no more than a re-write of reality.  Aided and abetted by outrageously out of control law enforcement which designedly took sides.  Both sides should have been treated equally by police.  Were not.

The price of liberty is never cheap.  More so in a fascist police-state soon to be the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.  The fact the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue continue to invade privacy with or without a warrant, go on fishing expeditions, etc. make highly encrypted, highly secure electronic devices extremely difficult to crack into absolutely necessary.

No question, however, this, on occasion, frustrates legitimate police investigations.  Indeed, sadly, the price of liberty Nazi Right Republican 'law and order' fascists cannot seem to understand.  Fully grasp.  Myopically, determinedly 'think' in terms of right or wrong, black or white, no shades of gray, no brilliant hues of color.

The following is a a most poignant example that usefully illustrates the exceptionally high price of liberty that most never consider, think about, or even envision as one of the true costs of liberty.  The Washington Times reports:

"A Florida man was sentenced to nearly six months behind bars Tuesday for failing to give investigators the password needed to unlock his Android smartphone.  Christopher Wheeler, 41, was ordered to spend 180 days in jail Tuesday for a contempt-of-court conviction handed down earlier this month for failing to open his phone to authorities probing a child abuse case involving his 8-year-old daughter."

Quite a gut wrenching case of abuse.  There is, however, much more at stake than just successful prosecution of this criminal.

"Mr. Wheeler was arrested on March 6 for aggravated child abuse, domestic violence and child neglect after detectives say he repeatedly assaulted his daughter causing “severe bruising, swelling and scratches,” according to documents filed in Broward Circuit Court."

Medical reports, testimony from the kid, witnesses, etc. should be sufficient to convict.  Especially, in today's climate where prosecutors routinely impanel 'law and order' jurors who routinely believe law enforcement no matter their lies, deception, distortion of reality, etc..  Prosecutors have clearly, repeatedly shown their penchant for convicting someone, anyone, regardless of guilt or innocence.  Precisely, why it's extremely difficult to believe they cannot make a case against this defendant without access to his cellphone:

"Police seized an Android smartphone from Mr. Wheeler at the time of his arrest and argued it contains photographic evidence of his alleged crimes. The device is password-protected, however, and Mr. Wheeler has failed so far to cough up the credentials needed for authorities to gain access.  Circuit Judge Michael Rothschild held Mr. Wheeler in contempt on May 12 and handed down the 180-day jail stint during a sentencing hearing Tuesday in Fort Lauderdale, the Miami Herald first reported."

How do police know it contains evidence of his crimes?  Forget?  He didn't admit to these crimes.  They haven't accessed the phone.  What probable cause do they have to state it contains photographic evidence?  Other than to justify a fishing expedition?  If the cellphone is all law enforcement has to make the case, why wouldn't the defendant rot in jail six months if he is indeed guilty of these crimes?

Forget?  Far, far less time than he would have received if convicted of the abuse.  Must not be forgotten people who commit such egregious crimes have no conscience, no regard for morality, what's right or wrong, etc..  Yet, there must be constitutional rights and rule of law to protect the innocent in this country.  That is, the falsely accused.  Indeed, a most difficult conundrum for police, prosecutors, and the courts.

"Testifying before the Senate Judiciary Committee last month, then-FBI Director James B. Comey said 46 percent of the more than 6,000 smartphones and tablets seized by federal investigators during a recent six-month span were protected by uncrackable passwords.  “That means half of the devices that we encounter in terrorism cases, in counterintelligence cases, in gang cases, in child pornography cases, cannot be opened with any technique,” Mr. Comey said."

The above, clearly, is the price of freedom.  The right of the innocent to be left the hell alone by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  Precisely, why the Founders saw fit to include the Bill of Rights in the Constitution.  Law enforcement and prosecutors will simply have to work harder.  Cracking into a cellphone, lap top, desktop, tablet, etc. is not the only way to build a criminal case.  Forget?  Police conducted investigations, prosecutors prosecuted, juries convicted long before the day of the digital device.  Will simply have to increase their effort.

“Compelling Mr. Wheeler to enter the password forces him to produce evidence that may be used to later incriminate him by the government,” his attorneys unsuccessfully argued earlier this year in an effort to quash the request. “It forces him to produce contents of his phone that Mr. Wheeler at no time admitted to authorities existed.”

Forcing the masses to self-incriminate happens all the time in our formerly great country.  Forced blood draws, forced finger printing, forced hair samples, forced search warrants, etc., occur all the time.  With or without a warrant signed by a judge.  List can go on and on.  Forget?  Needs of the many trump individual rights.  By design.  All government, including a supposedly democratic republic, is based on this principle.

This principle works remarkably well in small tight-knit groups.  Such as friends, family, associates, etc..  Usually, ultimately fails at the nation-state level as views, opinions, beliefs, etc. grow increasingly divergent as population levels skyrocket.  A country comes apart at the seams as society becomes highly polarized.

As the fascist police-state we already live in is extended by the Trump nazi to the Fourth Reich, moreover, questions arise, are pointedly asked, remain achingly simple, but increasingly, poignantly profound.  Including, but not limited to, how far do we take this aforementioned principle?  No limits at all?  To the point where there is no liberty?  No more than 'freedom' to do what you're told?  Group-think taken to its extreme at expense of all civil and constitutional rights and liberties?

... Forced to drop 'trou,' take the ungreased shaft hard up the ass without the Vaseline?  Then, the galling, outrageously haughty requirement to praise the f--ker for the f--king?  This, the country each of you wish to live in?  This, the future the Trump nazi's sick sycophants demand?  As the doomsday clock strikes ever closer to midnight, can't hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on the horizon.

The following is further proof positive we live in a fascist police-state.  The Washington Post reports:

"Students at Worth County High School in Sylvester, Ga., have filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against their country sheriff after he ordered what the complaint describes as a schoolwide drug sweep involving pat-down searches of hundreds of teenagers."

No probable cause.  No search warrant.

"On April 14, Sheriff Jeff Hobby and dozens of deputies came to Worth County High School searching for students in possession of illicit substances. According to the students' legal complaint, they proceeded to go to every classroom and physically search nearly every student present for drugs. The deputies, the lawsuit alleges, used “pat down” searches, with some deputies touching female students’ breasts and male students’ genitalia."

Did the criminal jackbooted bastards get their cookies off doing so?

"In the aftermath of the search, the sheriff told local media that the pat-down searches of students were legal because school administrators were present. He also said he believed drugs were present at the school, and that a separate drug search performed several weeks earlier by police from the city of Sylvester had not been thorough enough."

No probable cause.  No search warrant.  A goddamned fascist police-state.  Nazi America.  Soon to be the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

Guess what?

"Neither search turned up any illicit drugs, according to Coleman."  (Tommy Coleman, lawyer for the district)

Coleman confirmed the veracity of the students' account of the search.

"The district hasn't joined the lawsuit on behalf of the students because it lacks the standing to do so, Coleman said. The lawsuit contends that the students, not the school district, were harmed by the searches."

'Standing' clearly needs to be revisited in the courts.

"In the days after the search, the sheriff's office acknowledged in a news release that at least one deputy had touched students in an inappropriate manner."

Why wasn't the criminal jackbooted son of a bitch subsequently arrested for sexual assault?

“After the pat down was conducted it was discovered that one of the deputies had exceeded the instructions given by the Sheriff and conducted a pat down of some students that was more intrusive than instructed by the Sheriff,” the statement said. “Upon discovery of the deputy's actions, the Sheriff has taken corrective action to insure that this behavior will not occur again.”

A crock of shit.  Why wasn't the Sheriff himself subsequently arrested by state authorities for ordering a warrantless search resulting in sexual assault?

The criminal son of a bitch continues to stonewall The Washington Post in its effort to obtain additional information.

"J.E., one of the plaintiffs who is being identified only by his initials because he is a minor, said in an interview with The Washington Post that when deputies arrived at his 10th-grade agriculture class, they marched the students out to the hall, lining them up, girls on one side of the hallway and boys on the other.  J.E. says that during his search, the deputy put his hands in J.E.'s back pockets and then under his shirt. He then, J.E. says, rubbed down both of the student’s legs from his thighs to his ankles, and back up between them."

Apparently, the jackbooted bastard was getting his cookies off:

“He came up under my privates and then he grabbed my testicles twice,” J.E. said in an interview. “I wanted to turn around and tell him to stop touching me. I wanted it to be over and I just wanted to call my dad because I knew something wasn't right.”

It wasn't.  Called pedophilia.  A criminal jackbooted bastard in blue getting his cookies off sexually assaulting a kid.

"According to the students' complaint, some of the deputies — Hobby's office brought more than two dozen, the complaint says — stuck their hands in students' bras and underwear. The complaint includes allegations that some deputies cupped the genitals of the boys and exposed the breasts of some of the girls to their classmates.  Sometimes the deputies wore gloves. Other times they didn't, according to the complaint."

No probable cause.  No warrant.  No legal justification.  Raw nazism.

"Another student involved with the lawsuit was in a different class than J.E. at the time of the search but described a similar search procedure: Deputies ordered students out of his ninth-grade literature class and into the hallway, segregated them by gender, and then systematically physically searched each one.  “Some people were crying,” the ninth-grader said in an interview. “Kids weren't allowed to go home; they weren't allowed to tell their parents” during the search."

By the criminal jackbooted pedophiles in blue.

"The suit has been filed in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia. In their complaint, the students contend the “unlawful and intrusive” searches violated their rights under the Fourth and Fourteenth amendments.  The sheriff had no warrant to perform the search, according to the complaint. Coleman, the lawyer for the school district, says the sheriff's office told school officials they suspected 13 students of possessing drugs in setting up the search. It's unclear what information formed the basis for this suspicion — lawyers for the students said in an interview they haven't seen it yet, and the sheriff's office declined to provide details to The Post."

As repeatedly opined in this publication, the greatest threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties is no foreign power.  No terrorist organization.  Not even the criminal element.  It is government at all levels and branches.

"Coleman said the school district did not authorize the pat-downs of the students, adding that school officials lacked the legal authority to challenge the sheriff's actions. “Sheriffs in Georgia have pretty broad authority,” Coleman said. “That authority doesn't end at the schoolhouse door.”

Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on the horizon.

"Parents were not warned of the search, which lasted four hours, nor were they allowed to contact their children while it was going on. “When I found out about the search, I called the school. I wanted to know what was going on,” said Jonathan Luke, the stepfather of a student. “They flat out said we went on a lockdown and we can't give any other details.”

This lunatic who calls himself Sheriff, wears a uniform, sports a badge and a gun, needs to be immediately removed from office, prosecuted for the criminal jackbooted piece of shit he truly is.  ... Not only a jackbooted thug, but a pedophile as well.

"The parents and students involved with the lawsuit vow to press their case until Hobby is removed from office. “We really want Sheriff Hobby gone,” J.E. said.  The students' lawyers then hope to get their lawsuit classified as a class action, which would allow them to represent all students involved in the search at the school, not just the nine named in the lawsuit."

The above quotes are courtesy of a most gifted insightful writer, Christopher Ingraham.

The Trump nazi grows increasingly impatient, -- and desperate.  NPR reports:

"President Trump's administration filed a petition with the U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday night seeking to reverse rulings by lower courts in Hawaii and Maryland that blocked a temporary ban on travel to the United States from six majority-Muslim countries."

Clearly, the nazi and his henchmen are in a rush.  Regardless of the fact there is no legitimate exigent threat to national security despite Trump's lies to the contrary.  No more than the mark of an insane dictator.  Gutlessly unwilling to patiently allow the suits to pass through the system.  Forget?  The will of the nazi dictator is ferociously challenged not only peacefully on the streets, but in the courts as well.  Can't have that, can we?

"The Trump administration says the Constitution gives the president "broad authority to prevent aliens abroad from entering this country when he deems it in the nation's interest."

Currently challenged in the courts.  No exigent threat.  Simply, intention of the Trump nazi and his henchmen to violate the First Amendment by egregiously discriminating against Muslims because they're Muslims.  No more complicated than that.  More than enough evidence of Trump's true intentions displayed in all their 'grandeur' during the campaign.

--When he psychotically promised to block Muslims from entering the country.  Looked to the Rudy Guilliani nazi and others for guidance as how to 'legally' do so.  -- His ranting and raving during the campaign finally coming back to figuratively bite him hard on the ass.  Seems to have conveniently forgotten the office of president in a democratic republic is not that of a fascist dictator.

"Federal judges issued a nationwide temporary restraining order and injunction that blocked the travel ban in March, after separate legal challenges were mounted by the International Refugee Assistance Project, which filed its suit in Maryland, and by the state of Hawaii."

Rightfully, so.  Nazism must be ferociously, but peacefully challenged.

"Last month, the Maryland District Court's preliminary injunction was upheld by the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, with the chief judge writing that the travel ban "drips with religious intolerance, animus, and discrimination."

Certainly, does.

"The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals heard arguments in the administration's request for a stay pending appeal to lift the Hawaii injunction on May 15, but it has not ruled."

Court action to date highly indicative of the Founders intention to wisely have all three branches of government act as check and balance against the other.  To prevent a fascist dictator like the Trump nazi from eviscerating the United States Constitution including the Bill of Rights.

Despite the above, Trump is still not obeying the courts.  The Washington Times reports:

"Despite a court order halting most of his extreme vetting policy, President Trump’s administration has quietly been working toward his goal of a drastic cut in the number of refugees the U.S. will accept this fiscal year.  President Obama had set a target of up to 110,000 on his way out the door, but Mr. Trump tried to reset that number to 50,000. If the pace continues, the final tally is likely to be about 60,000 when the fiscal year ends in September — well below the level Mr. Obama wanted to lock in."

The Ugly American.  We're not doing our share.  Leaving it to Europe and others to pick up the slack.  Achingly gutless cowardice perpetrated by the Trump nazi, his henchmen, and GOP fascists.

The Trump nazi's petulance extends to the Senate.  The Washington Times reports:

"President Trump accused Senate Democrats Monday of blocking his nominees — particularly ambassadorships — from confirmation, issuing yet another Twitter challenge to Capitol Hill."

Tough, isn't it?  Called advise and consent.  Certainly, not palatable to a fascist dictator, is it?

"But Democrats fired back, saying the problem is that Mr. Trump has been slow in sending nominees over to Capitol Hill for action, and it’s up to him to get the ball rolling."

No question, Trump remains unusually slow sending his nominations to the Senate for confirmation.  Apparently, remains too busy with other matters, -- such as extending the fascist police-state we already live in to the Fourth Reich.

“Dems are taking forever to approve my people, including Ambassadors. They are nothing but OBSTRUCTIONISTS! Want approvals,” Mr. Trump said on Twitter amid an outburst that spanned everything from the latest London terror attack to gun control to criticizing how his own Justice Department has mounted the legal defense of his extreme vetting policies."

That's also true.  Democrats are simply doing to Trump what Republicans did to Obama for eight years.  What's good for the goose not good for the gander?  Equally to the point, it is the duty of the Senate to act as check and balance against the president as intended by the Founders.  Precisely, why this procedure is constitutionally required.  Especially salient since we now have our first bona fide, achingly psychotic, nazi president.  Worse?  Government now run by nazi oligarchs in all three branches of federal government.

"Senate Minority Leader Charles E. Schumer fired back, saying Mr. Trump has been the problem. He said there are more than 500 positions that require Senate confirmation, and Mr. Trump has only nominated 63. Another 15 have been announced but not formally nominated."

That's also true.  Time for the president to get up off his ass.

Trump has decided to withdraw from the Paris climate agreement.  The Washington Post reports:

"President Trump announced Thursday afternoon that he is withdrawing the United States from the landmark Paris climate agreement, a move that honors a campaign promise but risks rupturing global alliances and disappointing both environmentalists and corporate titans."

Trump and his fellow nazis in the GOP believe climate change, that is global warming, to be a hoax.  Supposedly invented by the Chinese.  Despite the fact the scientific community believes it to be real.  Certainly, won't be confused with evidence of decreasing ice caps at both poles, increasing sea level, more violent weather, etc..  Reaction both in this country and around the world was swift, highly critical.

CBS News reports:

"The former chief of United Nations climate negotiations is slamming the White House for, in her words, having "no understanding of the legal underpinning" of the Paris Agreement.  "I would call it a vacuous political melodrama," Christiana Figueres, former executive secretary of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, said of President Trump's Rose Garden announcement that the U.S. would turn its back on the Paris Agreement, a landmark international accord to reduce carbon emissions and build global capacity for clean energy.   The president's announcement misrepresented how withdrawal from the Paris Agreement actually works, Figueres said. In actuality, she explained, the process for withdrawing from the agreement signed by 195 nations is complex and lengthy, taking four years to complete.   "Apparently the White House has no idea how an international treaty works," she said."

That's true.  Yet, Figueres neglects to mention this treaty is non-binding.  Yet, the Trump nazi still chose to back out of it.  Interesting, isn't it?  While other countries including China have claimed they will continue to honor it.  Here is where it gets interesting:

"Speaking alongside Figueres in a conference call for reporters, California Governor Jerry Brown said his state remains "all in" in its commitment to reducing carbon emissions regardless of the federal government's decision.  "California will resist because his effort is misguided," Brown told reporters after the president's announcement. "I will even say this is an insane move by the president."  Brown pledged to continue his state's momentum towards a clean economy. California has a goal of 50 percent renewable energy by 2030."

Also, much of the corporate world intends to continue to back the agreement.  Makes sense economically since fossil fuels are becoming increasingly passé, not competitive with wind, solar, other forms of alternative energy.  Already, major corporations such as ExxonMobil and others see the handwriting on the wall.

"In withdrawing from the Paris Agreement, the U.S. puts itself in the company of Syria and Nicaragua — the only two countries in the world who refused to sign the accord. The U.S. is the biggest carbon polluter in the world, according to data compiled by the United Nations."

The Ugly American.  Once again, the Trump nazi disgraced himself, embarrassed the country.

"Speaking in Berlin on Wednesday, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang said fighting climate change is a "global consensus" and an "international responsibility" and reaffirmed China's commitment to the deal.   "It's not invented by China," he said of climate change. It was a pointed reference to a 2012 tweet by Mr. Trump falsely claiming that "the concept of global warming was created by and for the Chinese in order to make U.S. manufacturing non-competitive."

Sadly, China got the best of the nazi.  Trump's psychotic assertion the Chinese invented the concept of global warming speaks volumes of his egregious unfitness for office.

NBC News reports:

" President Donald Trump's decision to withdraw from the Paris climate change agreement will endanger human health and make it hard to prevent even more damage from global warming, medical groups said Thursday.  Many studies clearly lay out the risks from climate change — including respiratory and heat-related illnesses, insect-borne infections, water-borne diseases, and threats to safe food and water.  "The elderly, the sick, and the poor are especially vulnerable," the American College of Physicians said.  "Climate change needs to be aggressively addressed on a global level, and the Paris accord is central to this effort," said ACP president Dr. Jack Ende."

Then again, the Trump nazi, his henchmen, and most Republicans do not believe in science.  ... Only, the bottom line.

In another article, CBS News reports:

"President Donald Trump's move to withdraw the U.S. from the Paris climate accord will, critics of the global treaty say, spur job growth and lower Americans' energy costs. Are they right?  Most experts think not. Indeed, shifting to a clean-energy economy has greater potential to boost employment, economists say. In a sign of how far along the U.S. is in that transformation, more than twice as many people were employed in the solar sector last year than in coal mining, according to the U.S. Department of Energy. The only energy sector with more workers is oil."

Equally to the point, again, the Paris climate change agreement is not binding.  Has no teeth.  Strictly voluntary.  Speaks volumes of the Trump nazi.  Especially, when he lied claiming the agreement gave China an advantage.  Not so.  Forget?  The agreement is not binding, imposes no penalties for non-compliance.

In another article, CBS News reports:

"Former President Obama, without mentioning his successor's name, criticized President Trump for deciding to withdraw from the Paris climate agreement, which his administration helped negotiate, and which he signed.   "Even in the absence of American leadership; even as this Administration joins a small handful of nations that reject the future; I'm confident that our states, cities, and businesses will step up and do even more to lead the way, and help protect for future generations the one planet we've got," the former president said in a statement."

Abject insanity?  Get this:

"In his announcement Thursday afternoon that the U.S. would formally withdraw from the Paris pact, Mr. Trump claimed that the landmark climate agreement is "very unfair, at the highest level, to the United States" and expressed concern that the international deal would hinder U.S. economic growth and energy markets, like the coal industry."

The agreement is non-binding.  No teeth.  Voluntary.  In view of this, Trump's assertions are nonsense.  Regarding coal, Trump remains delusional.  Market forces render coal passe.  Natural gas is cheaper.  So are wind and solar.  Trump continues to pander to his sick sycophants who still believe every word he utters out both sides his ass.

In another article, The Washington Post reports:

"Thirty states and scores of companies said Thursday that they would press ahead with their climate policies and pursue lower greenhouse gas emissions, breaking sharply with President Trump’s decision to exit the historic Paris climate accord.  In a pointed rebuttal to Trump’s announcement in the Rose Garden of the White House, New York Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo (D) unveiled a plan Thursday to invest $1.65 billion in renewable energy and energy efficiency, the largest procurement of renewable energy by an American state.  Meanwhile, more than two dozen big companies — including Apple, Morgan Stanley and Royal Dutch Shell — urged Trump not to exit the Paris agreement on Thursday."

No question, resistance grows.

In follow up to the last edition, the noose draws figuratively tighter around Trump and his inner circle.  NBC News reports:

"The FBI and Congress are examining a campaign event last spring during which Donald Trump, Jeff Sessions and Jared Kushner were in a small gathering with Russian ambassador to the U.S. Sergey Kislyak and other diplomats at Washington's Mayflower Hotel, multiple U.S. officials told NBC News.  Five current and former U.S. officials said they are aware of classified intelligence suggesting there was some sort of private encounter between Trump and his aides and the Russian envoy, despite a heated denial from Sessions, who has already come under fire for failing to disclose two separate contacts with Kislyak. Kushner also denied through a spokesman that he met privately with Kislyak that day."

If all was on the up and up, why wouldn't the Trump regime come clean?  Quickly put this matter to rest by fully answering all questions regarding this matter?  Instead of stonewalling every step of the way?  Appearance alone?  Horrendous.  Why not set the record straight if there's nothing to hide?

The Washington Post reports:

"The White House and a Russian state-owned bank have very different explanations for why the bank’s chief executive and Jared Kushner held a secret meeting during the presidential transition in December."

All the more reason for Trump and his henchmen to set the record straight.  ... If, indeed, there's nothing to hide.

"The bank maintained this week that the session was held as part of a new business strategy and was conducted with Kushner in his role as the head of his family’s real estate business. The White House says the meeting was unrelated to business and was one of many diplomatic encounters the soon-to-be presidential adviser was holding ahead of Donald Trump’s inauguration."

Which is it, Mr. 'President?'

"The contradiction is deepening confusion over Kushner’s interactions with the Russians as the president’s son-in-law emerges as a key figure in the FBI’s investigation into potential coordination between Moscow and the Trump team."

Gets more convoluted:

"A business meeting between an international development bank and a real estate executive, coming as Kushner’s company had been seeking financing for its troubled $1.8 billion purchase of an office building on Fifth Avenue in New York, could raise questions about whether Kushner’s personal financial interests were colliding with his impending role as a public official."

Certainly, politically, can cause severe problems for Trump and those closest to him.  Possibly, far worse.

ABC News reports:

"Congressional investigators are seeking to determine whether President Trump’s son-in-law was vulnerable to Russian influence during and after the campaign because of financial stress facing his family firm’s signature real estate holding – a Manhattan skyscraper purchased at the height of the real estate boom.  And they are focused, officials told ABC News, on a December meeting Jared Kushner held with executives from a Russian bank."

At the very least, raises questions about the judgment of all involved.

“It's very peculiar that of all the people he could be talking to in a transition period where you've got lots of balls in the air, that you end up talking to a Russian banker who is under sanction and who is related to Putin and has a KGB background,” said Rep. Jackie Speier, a California Democrat who sits on the House Intelligence Committee. “I think the question has to be asked, was this about you trying to get financing for your troubled real estate that you have in New York City?”

What could Kushner possibly have been thinking?  Get this:

"The timing of Kushner’s December meeting with executives from VneshEconomBank, or VEB, at the suggestion of the Russian ambassador, has also raised concerns from government watchdog groups across the political spectrum."

Trump's sick sycophants refuse to question any and/or all of this.  Why?

In another article, ABC News reports:

"A top Russian bank official who met privately with Jared Kushner shortly after Donald Trump’s election brushed off questions Thursday about the purpose of the meeting, which was scheduled at the request of Russia’s U.S. ambassador and came at a time Kushner’s real estate business was confronting significant financial stress."

To date, the Russians continue to stonewall:

“We have absolutely nothing to add,” said Sergey Gorkov, who heads the U.S. office of VneshEconomBank, or VEB, when questioned by reporters at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. “We have a lot of meetings.”

Gets worse, more convoluted:

"Gorkov and Kushner have provided conflicting accounts of the meeting, and congressional sources tell ABC News that the episode raised red flags for investigators, in part because the United States has imposed economic sanctions on the bank due to its political ties in Russia.  “The question is … why [meet with] a Russian bank that is sanctioned, and has been sanctioned since 2014?” said Rep. Jackie Speier (D-Calif.) who serves on the House Intelligence Committee. “Why is this the first priority, or one of the first priorities that Mr. Kushner is taking on as a member of the President's staff?”

Certainly, at the very least, appears self-serving.  At worst, were the Trump nazi and his henchmen desperately trying to use high office to solve business problems?

"The White House confirmed in March that Kushner met in December with Gorkov at the suggestion of the Russian ambassador, Sergei Kislyak, following a report on the meeting in The New York Times. A senior White House official told ABC News at that time that Kushner’s conversation with Gorkov was "general and inconsequential" and that Kushner took the meeting as part of his campaign role of interfacing with foreign dignitaries."  The bank, however, described the meeting differently, charactering the discussions as "negotiations" in a statement provided to ABC News."

Someone's lying.  Guess who?

Trump remains all talk.  No action.  Regarding phony claims he'd 'drain the swamp.'  The Washington Post reports:

"The White House disclosed Wednesday evening that it has granted ethics waivers to 17 appointees who work for President Trump and Vice President Pence, including four former lobbyists.  The waivers exempt the appointees from certain portions of ethics rules aimed at barring potential conflicts of interest. In letters posted on the White House website, the White House counsel's office wrote that the waivers were in the public interest because the administration had a need for the appointees' expertise on certain issues."

The nazi son of a bitch, in direct violation of a campaign promise, is hiring lobbyists.  Think they'll 'drain the swamp?'

"Among the high-profile figures who received waivers: White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus and counselor to the president Kellyanne Conway, who were both permitted to engage with their former employers or clients. In addition, a blanket waiver was given to all executive office appointees to interact with news organizations — a move that gives chief strategist Stephen K. Bannon permission to communicate with Breitbart News, the conservative website he used to run."

Convenient, isn't it?  Certainly, useful to promulgate the Trump nazi's national socialist agenda.  Eviscerate whatever civil and constitutional rights and liberties still remain.  As the Trump nazi extends the fascist police-state we already live in to the Fourth Reich.

"The rate at which the Trump White House has handed out waivers is far faster than that of the Obama administration, which issued 17 exemptions for White House appointees over eight years."

Nothing quite like 'draining the swamp,' is there?  Most pointedly, get this:

"The waiver information — which was requested of all federal agencies by the Office of Government Ethics in April — provides a window into how far the Trump administration is willing to bend on its “drain the swamp” pledge. As a candidate, Trump vowed to take a hard line on lobbyists, which he promised would not shape his administration."

Already have.  The fascist son of a bitch lied.  Yet, his sick sycophants continue to buy his bullshit, lies, distortion of reality, outright deception.  Won't be confused with the truth.

"White House spokeswoman Lindsay Walters said in a statement Wednesday that the voluntary release of the ethics waivers is “part of the president's commitment to the American people to be transparent.”

The above?  More outrageously galling bullshit.  Simply, untrue.  Another egregious bald-faced lie.  Must not be forgotten tremendous pressure was placed on the Trump nazi and his henchmen:

"Earlier in the month, Mick Mulvaney, director of the Office of Management and Budget, questioned the ethics office's legal jurisdiction and asked the Office of Government Ethics to suspend its collection of waiver information. Office director Walter M. Shaub Jr. issued a forceful letter defending the office's legal standing and asserting his intention to implement ethics rules “with independence, free from political pressure.” As the showdown escalated, the White House announced Friday that it would release the waiver information."

No question, the Trump nazi, his henchmen stonewalled every step of the way.  Caved in only as his political problems escalated, special counsel appointed to investigate the Russia fiasco.

Hypocrisy of the Trump nazi and his henchmen remains unabated.  The Washington Post reports:

"The Republican-controlled House Intelligence Committee asked U.S. spy agencies late last year to reveal the names of U.S. individuals or organizations contained in classified intelligence on Russia’s meddling in the 2016 election, engaging in the same practice that President Trump has accused the Obama administration of abusing, current and former officials said.  The chairman of the committee, Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.), has since cast the practice of “unmasking” of U.S. individuals and organizations mentioned in classified reports as an abuse of surveillance powers by the outgoing Obama administration.

In the perverse world of Republican nazis, what's good for the goose is certainly not good for the gander.  The hypocrisy reeks.  The Nunes nazi was supposed to have recused himself from all this due to his egregious lack of impartiality displayed when he huddled with "The Donald" to inform the nazi of the ongoing investigation of the regime. Clearly, the equally fascist son of a bitch lied vis a vis 'unmasking.'  Remains in the pocket of his fuhrer.  Indeed, Nunes is a quintessential company man.

Once again, the Trump nazi disgraced himself.  Additional proof, remains achingly unfit for office.  Deliberately distorted comments made by London Mayor Sadiq Khan regarding the latest terror attack.  ABC News reports:

"President Trump today doubled down on his attacks on London Mayor Sadiq Khan in the wake of this weekend’s terrorist attack in London that left seven people dead and dozens more injured.  "Pathetic excuse by London Mayor Sadiq Khan who had to think fast on his 'no reason to be alarmed' statement," Trump wrote on Twitter this morning.  Trump had first criticized Khan Sunday, tweeting, "At least 7 dead and 48 wounded in terror attack and Mayor of London says there is "no reason to be alarmed!"

Utter fabrication, distortion of reality, of what actually happened by the Trump nazi:

"A spokesperson for Khan Sunday called Trump's remark "ill-informed" and said it took the mayor's words out of context.  "Just like terrorists are constantly evolving and finding new ways to disrupt us, harm us, attack us, the police and experts and all of us are finding new ways to keep us safe," Khan said in a Sunday statement. "Londoners will see an increased police presence today and over the course of the next few days. No reason to be alarmed."

Trump made an absolute jackass of himself.  Was contradicted by his own ambassador:

"After Trump's tweet Sunday, the acting U.S. ambassador to the U.K., Lewis Lukens, issued a statement commending Khan for his response to the attacks."

More astounding?  Get this:

"Sebastian Gorka, deputy assistant to the president, also stressed today that Trump's tweets were not administration policy."

Raises the question who the hell is dictating administration policy?

"President Trump this morning also blasted out a series of tweets reinforcing his calls for the "travel ban" in the wake of the London attack. Trump posted that the U.S. Department of Justice should have pushed his "original" travel ban, or sought a tougher version of the executive order intended to temporarily bar citizens of six predominately Muslim countries from entering the United States, and not the "watered down, politically correct version" now in front of the Supreme Court."

Readers are reminded Trump signed the revised executive order.  Then, blames the 'Justice' Department for defending it now in the Supreme Court?  Sound like a president in full control of his faculties?  Think so?

"Trump's tweets this morning are an attack on his Justice Department and that executive order, which he signed.

"The Justice Dept. should have stayed with the original Travel Ban, not the watered down, politically correct version they submitted to S.C.
    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) June 5, 2017

"The Justice Dept. should ask for an expedited hearing of the watered down Travel Ban before the Supreme Court - & seek much tougher version!
    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) June 5, 2017

"In any event we are EXTREME VETTING people coming into the U.S. in order to help keep our country safe. The courts are slow and political!
    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) June 5, 2017"

No problem with the above?  None at all?  How about the fact the latest attacks in Britain were all home grown?

"People, the lawyers and the courts can call it whatever they want, but I am calling it what we need and what it is, a TRAVEL BAN!
    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) June 5, 2017"

This man is delusional.  His statements make no sense.  Don't match reality.  Remains in his own psychotically insane world.  Bad enough we're already living in a goddamned fascist police-state.  Now, this sadly deluded national socialist, fascist, nazi intends to extend it to the Fourth Reich.

Even Fox News, usually in the pocket of the Trump nazi, obviously felt compelled to report the truth:

“Pathetic excuse by London Mayor Sadiq Khan who had to think fast on his ‘no reason to be alarmed’ statement. MSM is working hard to sell it!” Trump tweeted.  Khan’s “no reason to be alarmed” line was in the context of a broader quote regarding a bolstered police presence.  “You will see an increased police presence today, including armed officers and uniformed officers,” Khan said Sunday. “There is no reason to be alarmed by this.”

Lies are clearly catching up with the Trump nazi:

"Trump on Sunday night suggested the mayor was downplaying the terror attack itself.   “At least 7 dead and 48 wounded in terror attack and Mayor of London says there is ‘no reason to be alarmed!’” Trump wrote.  In a statement, the mayor’s office said Khan “has more important things to do than respond to Donald Trump's ill-informed tweet that deliberately takes out of context his remarks urging Londoners not to be alarmed when they saw more police — including armed officers — on the streets.”  British Prime Minister Theresa May defended Khan on Monday.  “I think Sadiq Khan is doing a good job and it’s wrong to say anything else – he’s doing a good job,” May said."

Last two quotes above, -- both from the same Fox News article.  So, also, is the following:

"The acting U.S. ambassador to the United Kingdom – an Obama administration pick – also praised Khan, in apparent defiance of Trump’s statements.  “I commend the strong leadership of the @MayorofLondon as he leads the city forward after this heinous attack,” Lewis Leukens tweeted from the official embassy Twitter account."

Interesting, isn't it?  How much longer will Trump's lies, deception, deliberate distortion of reality continue?

CBS News reports:

"Senators Mark Warner, D-Virginia, and Susan Collins, R-Maine, both called into question President Donald Trump's renewed call for a travel ban, made in the wake of Saturday night's deadly terror attack in London."

The terrorism is home grown.  A travel ban wouldn't have stopped it in London, or more recently (since 9/11), here.  Trump is delusional.

"One of the things that concerns me about the president's tweets this morning, where he in effect is calling for a Muslim travel ban again, even though the courts have continued to turn that down, if the president wanted 90 days to re-examine how individuals from certain countries would enter the United States, he's had more than 90 days," said Warner, speaking on "Face the Nation."

Indeed, he has.  His continued insistence remains proof positive the original intent was, and is, false.  A ruse.

"Warner continued, "If there's new procedures put in place, put those procedures in place. Don't continue to call for this travel ban, which is frankly all of the leaders in the intelligence community have said would be in effect, a slap in the face to Muslim Americans and others, and in many ways, might actually incite more incidents."

The Trump nazi, cannot, will not be confused with the truth.  Lives  in his own achingly delusional reality.

Trump's tweets will certainly make it increasingly difficult for the DOJ to defend the travel ban in court.  NPR reports:

"Trump's tweets Monday morning could give fresh ammunition to those who argue the revised travel ban still has constitutionally suspect motives, and hedges on Trump's stated desire to reinstate the original version.  Neal Katyal, an attorney for the state of Hawaii in its challenge to the executive order, embraced the president's tweets on Monday morning.

"Its kinda odd to have the defendant in Hawaii vTrump acting as our co-counsel.We don't need the help but will take it! pic.twitter.com/8ehqkLkOY2
    — Neal Katyal (@neal_katyal) June 5, 2017"

Amusingly, Trump seems to be figuratively shooting himself in the ass with his ongoing tweets.  Must be extremely difficult, increasingly frustrating for lawyers to continue defending his bullshit in court.

The military community apparently has increasing reservations about Trump.  NBC News reports:

"In a politically unsettled nation, military communities have long been a rock for the Republican Party, solid and true. But new polling data suggest those places have developed some concerns about President Donald Trump.  An analysis of Gallup polling data comparing the first 100 days of Trump's presidency to the month of May shows that Trump's job approval in military counties dropped sharply in the last month — from an average 51 percent approval and 41 percent disapproval in the first 100 days to 43 percent approval and 52 percent disapproval for May."

Trump and his henchmen remain clueless as ever.  Determinedly divorced from reality.  NPR reports:

"The Trump administration is warning that the U.S. might leave the U.N. Human Rights Council, arguing that it displays anti-Israel bias and ignores violations by certain countries.  U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Nikki Haley said in a speech to the council Tuesday that the United States is "looking carefully at this council and our participation in it. We see some areas for significant strengthening."  "It's hard to accept that this council has never considered a resolution on Venezuela, and yet it adopted five biased resolutions in March against a single country, Israel," Haley told the 47 member states gathered in Geneva. "It is essential that this council address its chronic anti-Israel bias, if it is to have any credibility."

It is you and the Trump nazi who have no credibility, Madam Ambassador.  The Israeli aggressor invaded Palestine in 1948, has been stealing additional territory ever since.  No problem with that, Ms. Haley?  None at all?  How about all the human rights abuses by the Israeli aggressor continuing right up to this very day?  How about the violation of U.S. export law by the Israelis?  That is, using American-supplied F-16s to drop 2,000 lb. bombs in highly-populated civilian neighborhoods?  No problem with that, Madam Ambassador?

"Haley also blasted a standing agenda item to discuss human rights violations by Israel, referring it as a "central flaw" in the council.  She described Israel as having a "strong human rights record," phrasing that drew scattered laughter from the crowd at the institute."

Made a buffoon of herself.  At behest of the Trump nazi.  Further embarrassed our formerly great country.

"Israel regularly draws criticism from human rights groups for its occupation of territory seized in 1967, and for continuing to build settlements that the U.N. says are counter to international law. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has characterized the council as an "anti-Israeli circus," as the BBC reported."

Mr. Netanyahu remains an unprosecuted war criminal.  So are his henchmen.  Coup de grace?

"Jamil Dakwar, director of the ACLU's human rights program, criticized Haley's stance in a statement to Reuters. "It's hard to take Ambassador Haley seriously on U.S. support for human rights in light of Trump administration actions like the Muslim ban and immigration crackdowns," he said."

Indeed.  The hypocrisy reeks.

The Washington Post reports:

"Jamil Dakwar, director of the American Civil Liberties Union’s Human Rights Program, attended the council session.  “It’s hard to take Ambassador Haley seriously on U.S. support for human rights in light of Trump administration actions like the Muslim ban and immigration crackdowns,” he said in a statement. “Regardless of the party in power, the U.S. needs to lead by example and practice what it preaches on human rights.”

We don't.  Have not for decades.

"Before she spoke, U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights Zeid Ra’ad al-Hussein had criticized Israel for the 50-year occupation of land the Palestinians claim for a future state. He invoked the Holocaust while saying that Israel’s actions now are not comparable.  “The Holocaust was so monstrous and so mathematically planned and executed it has no parallel, no modern equal,” Zeid said. “Yet it is also undeniable that today, the Palestinian people mark a half-century of deep suffering under an occupation imposed by military force.”

Wouldn't want to confuse the Trump nazi and his henchmen with the truth, would we?

Despite all the blow hard bullshit coming from Trump, the economy is not cooperating with the ongoing ruse.  The Washington Post reports:

"U.S. job growth came in below expectations in May, with employers adding just 138,000 jobs while the unemployment rate fell to 4.3 percent, the lowest it has been in more than 16 years, federal economists reported Friday morning.  Economists surveyed by Bloomberg had expected an increase of 180,000 in non-farm payrolls, which would have been in line with average monthly gains seen over the past year."

Clearly, Trump, his henchmen, fellow Republican nazis are too busy lining not only their pockets, but the bottomless coffers of their corporate masters, the top 1% of the food chain.  While the unwashed masses 'eat cake.'

On a lighter note.  NBC News reports:

"This could send international relations straight into the toilet."

Indeed.

"Antonio Battaglia, a lawyer from Mexico, is reportedly planning to launch a Trump toilet paper brand in his home country later this year. A prototype of the packaging shows a caricature of the President of the United States' face on a toilet paper roll, along with his gold locks and signature thumbs up."

Imagine that.  Mexicans will be able to wipe their ass with the Trump nazi brand.  LOL.  Doesn't your heart break?  Think Trump will sue?  Think Battaglia cares?

"The toilet paper, which is said to be starting in a limited run later this year, will be marketed using the slogans "Softness without borders" and "This is the wall that, yes, we will pay for," the Associated Press reported.  Battaglia has also told several media outlets he plans to donate 30 percent of the proceeds to organizations helping migrants entering the United States.  There's no word yet on whether the idea has caused a covfefe — err, kerfuffle — with the Trump Organization."

Think it will? LOL.

"The former New York businessman has been known to carefully protect his brand and has several trademarks on the word "Trump" around the world. An email to the Trump Organization was not immediately returned."

Breaks your heart?

The Trump nazi and his henchman in the Department of 'Justice,' the Sessions nazi, are apparently making an example of a whistle blower.  The Washington Post reports:

"A 25-year-old government contractor has been charged with mishandling classified information after authorities said she gave a top-secret National Security Agency document to a news organization.  Reality Leigh Winner was accused of gathering, transmitting or losing defense information — the first criminal charge filed in a leak investigation during the Trump administration."

The Trump nazi and his stooge, the Sessions nazi, have apparently been waiting for this opportunity, salivating at the prospect of finally getting some revenge against the continual leaking.  Only problem?  She's not one of theirs.

"Winner was arrested Saturday and the case was revealed Monday, shortly after the website the Intercept posted a redacted version of a U.S. intelligence document describing Russian government efforts to use hacking techniques against employees of a company that provides technical support to states’ voting agencies."

Old news, but still a magnificent opportunity for Trump and his henchmen.

"Documents filed in federal court against Winner in Georgia did not identify the news outlet or the document in question, although both the Intercept and the court papers say the document in question was dated May 5. A person familiar with the case said the charges stem from the document given to the Intercept."

Consider the last quote very, very carefully.  The timing is critical.  Could it be the government waited to act until the material was published?  Not clear yet.  Consider the ramifications if that is indeed true.

"Deputy Attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein said investigators’ fast work “allowed us quickly to identify and arrest the defendant. Releasing classified material without authorization threatens our nation’s security and undermines public faith in government. People who are trusted with classified information and pledge to protect it must be held accountable when they violate that obligation.”

If that's indeed the case, why did the government apparently wait until the material was published?

This case is highly convoluted.  NPR reports:

"Now, Reality Leigh Winner, a 25-year-old contractor and an Air Force veteran, is accused of the latest bombshell leak from the NSA. Winner, who was working in the Georgia office of contractor Pluribus International, allegedly printed out a top secret document last month and mailed it to an online news outlet, which was not named in court documents.  However, The Intercept broke a story Monday with details on Russian attempts to penetrate U.S. election systems.  At roughly the same time, the Justice Department announced that it has charged Winner with mishandling classified information on national defense. She was arrested Saturday at her home in Augusta, Ga., but the case was not announced until Monday."

The timing is stunning.  Seems highly convenient to the Trump nazi and his henchmen considering the mounting crisis in the regime.  Not yet clear whether or not this woman is being used as a convenient distraction and scapegoat by both the Trump and Sessions nazis.

ABC News reports:

"Reality Winner, a government contractor accused of leaking top secret National Security Agency intelligence on Russia’s alleged interference in last year’s election, was arrested on Monday, according to court documents filed in the case.  Within hours of the arrest, the Department of Justice announced she had been charged with removing classified material from the government facility where she worked and mailing it to a news outlet. She could now face 10 years in prison.  A source with knowledge of the matter later confirmed to ABC News that the charges stemmed from a May 5, 2017, intelligence document published on Monday by The Intercept, an online news organization best known for its publication and coverage of leaked documents on government activities provided by Edward Snowden."

The timing appears too convenient.  Be interesting to see if the government in fact has anything.  -- Anything more than unsubstantiated claims she allegedly confessed to FBI agents.

ABC News reports:

"While condemning the leak of classified information, the top Democrat on the Senate Homeland Security Committee today said that because a secret NSA document was posted online yesterday "we now have verified information" showing that Russian intelligence services were in fact behind last year's cyber-assault on the U.S. election."

That's right.  Confirmation of an allegation the government has apparently been sitting on.  Heretofore, refused to confirm.

"In any other circumstances this would be an earthquake," but because of "everything" going on in Washington it is a matter that has not received the attention it deserves, Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-Missouri, said at the start of a committee hearing. "This was Russia ... this was an international attempt to impact the elections of the United States of America."

The Trump nazi and his henchmen seem more concerned with making an example of this young woman than addressing any possible collusion they may have had with the Russians to throw the election.

"Her comments come one day after the FBI arrested a 25-year-old government contractor, Reality Winner of Augusta, Georgia, for allegedly leaking the document to reporters at the online publication The Intercept.  The document, posted online just hours before the announcement of Winner's arrest, laid out in stark detail how Russian hackers allegedly "executed cyber espionage operations" against outside vendors dealing with voter-related information."

Interesting, isn't it?  Sadly, to date, the approach of the Trump nazi and his henchmen remains achingly simple:  Can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullshit.  Egregious stonewalling.

NPR reports:

"Russia's military intelligence agency launched an attack days before Election Day on a U.S. company that provides election services and systems, including voter registration, according to a top secret report posted Monday by The Intercept.  The news site published a report, with redactions, by the National Security Agency that described the Russian spear-phishing scheme, one it described as perpetrated by the same intelligence agency — the GRU — that the Obama administration imposed sanctions on for the 2016 cyber mischief."

Think Trump and his henchmen are doing no more than throwing up a smoke screen with the arrest of this young woman?  To distract attention of possible collusion between the Trump campaign and the Russians to interfere with the election.  Hopefully, Mueller isn't bought and paid for.  Will get at the truth, to the bottom of precisely what happened.

Here is what's so pernicious about this.  NBC News reports:

"There is another dimension, another former NSA official said: Too much information is classified, and everyone working in intelligence knows it.  Indeed, the document Winner allegedly leaked did not seem, on its face, to be terribly sensitive. The U.S. government, after all, was perfectly willing to acknowledge its authenticity by charging Winner barely an hour after the story broke on The Intercept, as if to send a message. The charging documents don’t link the case to The Intercept, but officials quickly did so in background comments to reporters."

The above is precisely why this government is no longer trusted by an increasing number of its citizens.

The following is an interesting take by Fox Insider:

"On "Varney & Co." today, Judge Andrew Napolitano said that Winner leaking the report the The Intercept is probably an act of espionage.  "It's the same espionage that some of us said Hillary Clinton committed by failure to safeguard state secrets," Napolitano said.  He argued, however, that the information in the report is important and the American people have a right to know about it."

We do.  Appears the majority of classified material has no business being classified at all.  Remains classified to cover government criminal activity, malfeasance, waste, lies, deception, etc..

"He explained that an important revelation to emerge from the leaked report is that Russian hackers attacked at least one U.S. voting software supplier and sent so-called "spear-phishing" emails to more than 100 local election officials at the end of October or beginning of November.  "We now know that the Russians materially and substantially attempted to affect the outcome of local state and national elections," Napolitano said. "In this instance, it had nothing to do with the Trump campaign."

Not clear the last sentence of the above quote is true.  At least, not yet.  Worse?  Not apparent as to how Napolitano reached that conclusion.

"To me, she's closer to Snowden than she is to being a traitor," he said. "She revealed a level of Russian interference with our democratic system and our incompetence in keeping the Russians out that is so substantial we the voters and the people have a right to know about it."

No question, the lost quote is spot on.  Be interesting to see if this prosecution is anything more than revenge for embarrassing the government.

Stonewalling by Trump's henchmen continues in Congress.  The Washington Post reports:

"Two of the nation’s top intelligence officials said in a hearing Wednesday they would not discuss specifics of private conversations with President Trump, declining to say whether they had been asked to push back against an FBI probe into possible coordination between his campaign and the Russian government.  Testifying before the Senate Intelligence Committee, Director of National Intelligence Daniel Coats refused to say whether it was true, as The Washington Post reported Tuesday, that Trump asked Coats if he could reach out to then-FBI Director James B. Comey and dissuade him from pursuing the Flynn matter."

The public has a right to this information.  Both officials refused to disclose it in open session.

"Similarly, National Security Agency Director Michael S. Rogers declined to directly answer Sen. Mark R. Warner’s (D-Va) question of whether Trump sought his aid in downplaying the investigation. The Post last month reported Trump had appealed to Rogers, if he could, to publicly deny the existence of any evidence of collusion during the 2016 election.  “I’m not going to discuss the specifics of any conversations with the president of the United States,” Rogers said."

Stonewalling.  To protect the sorry ass of the Trump nazi.

NBC News reports:

"Two of the nation's top intelligence officials refused to confirm or deny allegations that they had been asked by President Trump to state publicly they had seen no Trump campaign collusion with Russia."

Trump intends to nominate former DOJ official Christopher Wray to be FBI Director.

Courtesy of NBC News, here is the text of Comey's written statement to the Senate Intelligence Committee released by the Committee the day before testimony was to begin:

Statement for the Record

Senate Select Committee on Intelligence

James B. Comey

June 8, 2017

Chairman Burr, Ranking Member Warner, Members of the Committee. Thank you for inviting me to appear before you today. I was asked to testify today to describe for you my interactions with President-Elect and President Trump on subjects that I understand are of interest to you. I have not included every detail from my conversations with the President, but, to the best of my recollection, I have tried to include information that may be relevant to the Committee.

January 6 Briefing

I first met then-President-Elect Trump on Friday, January 6 in a conference room at Trump Tower in New York. I was there with other Intelligence Community (IC) leaders to brief him and his new national security team on the findings of an IC assessment concerning Russian efforts to interfere in the election. At the conclusion of that briefing, I remained alone with the President-Elect to brief him on some personally sensitive aspects of the information assembled during the assessment.

The IC leadership thought it important, for a variety of reasons, to alert the incoming President to the existence of this material, even though it was salacious and unverified. Among those reasons were: (1) we knew the media was about to publicly report the material and we believed the IC should not keep knowledge of the material and its imminent release from the President-Elect; and (2) to the extent there was some effort to compromise an incoming President, we could blunt any such effort with a defensive briefing.

The Director of National Intelligence asked that I personally do this portion of the briefing because I was staying in my position and because the material implicated the FBI’s counter-intelligence responsibilities. We also agreed I would do it alone to minimize potential embarrassment to the President-Elect. Although we agreed it made sense for me to do the briefing, the FBI’s leadership and I were concerned that the briefing might create a situation where a new President came into office uncertain about whether the FBI was conducting a counter-intelligence investigation of his personal conduct.

It is important to understand that FBI counter-intelligence investigations are different than the more-commonly known criminal investigative work. The Bureau’s goal in a counter-intelligence investigation is to understand the technical and human methods that hostile foreign powers are using to influence the United States or to steal our secrets. The FBI uses that understanding to disrupt those efforts. Sometimes disruption takes the form of alerting a person who is targeted for recruitment or influence by the foreign power. Sometimes it involves hardening a computer system that is being attacked. Sometimes it involves “turning” the recruited person into a double-agent, or publicly calling out the behavior with sanctions or expulsions of embassy-based intelligence officers. On occasion, criminal prosecution is used to disrupt intelligence activities.

Because the nature of the hostile foreign nation is well known, counterintelligence investigations tend to be centered on individuals the FBI suspects to be witting or unwitting agents of that foreign power. When the FBI develops reason to believe an American has been targeted for recruitment by a foreign power or is covertly acting as an agent of the foreign power, the FBI will “open an investigation” on that American and use legal authorities to try to learn more about the nature of any relationship with the foreign power so it can be disrupted.

In that context, prior to the January 6 meeting, I discussed with the FBI’s leadership team whether I should be prepared to assure President-Elect Trump that we were not investigating him personally. That was true; we did not have an open counter-intelligence case on him. We agreed I should do so if circumstances warranted. During our one-on-one meeting at Trump Tower, based on President-Elect Trump’s reaction to the briefing and without him directly asking the question, I offered that assurance.

I felt compelled to document my first conversation with the President-Elect in a memo. To ensure accuracy, I began to type it on a laptop in an FBI vehicle outside Trump Tower the moment I walked out of the meeting. Creating written records immediately after one-on-one conversations with Mr. Trump was my practice from that point forward. This had not been my practice in the past. I spoke alone with President Obama twice in person (and never on the phone) – once in 2015 to discuss law enforcement policy issues and a second time, briefly, for him to say goodbye in late 2016. In neither of those circumstances did I memorialize the discussions. I can recall nine one-on-one conversations with President Trump in four months – three in person and six on the phone.

January 27 Dinner

The President and I had dinner on Friday, January 27 at 6:30 pm in the Green Room at the White House. He had called me at lunchtime that day and invited me to dinner that night, saying he was going to invite my whole family, but decided to have just me this time, with the whole family coming the next time. It was unclear from the conversation who else would be at the dinner, although I assumed there would be others.

It turned out to be just the two of us, seated at a small oval table in the center of the Green Room. Two Navy stewards waited on us, only entering the room to serve food and drinks.

The President began by asking me whether I wanted to stay on as FBI Director, which I found strange because he had already told me twice in earlier conversations that he hoped I would stay, and I had assured him that I intended to. He said that lots of people wanted my job and, given the abuse I had taken during the previous year, he would understand if I wanted to walk away.

My instincts told me that the one-on-one setting, and the pretense that this was our first discussion about my position, meant the dinner was, at least in part, an effort to have me ask for my job and create some sort of patronage relationship. That concerned me greatly, given the FBI’s traditionally independent status in the executive branch.

I replied that I loved my work and intended to stay and serve out my ten-year term as Director. And then, because the set-up made me uneasy, I added that I was not “reliable” in the way politicians use that word, but he could always count on me to tell him the truth. I added that I was not on anybody’s side politically and could not be counted on in the traditional political sense, a stance I said was in his best interest as the President.

A few moments later, the President said, “I need loyalty, I expect loyalty.” I didn’t move, speak, or change my facial expression in any way during the awkward silence that followed. We simply looked at each other in silence. The conversation then moved on, but he returned to the subject near the end of our dinner.

At one point, I explained why it was so important that the FBI and the Department of Justice be independent of the White House. I said it was a paradox: Throughout history, some Presidents have decided that because “problems” come from Justice, they should try to hold the Department close. But blurring those boundaries ultimately makes the problems worse by undermining public trust in the institutions and their work.

Near the end of our dinner, the President returned to the subject of my job, saying he was very glad I wanted to stay, adding that he had heard great things about me from Jim Mattis, Jeff Sessions, and many others. He then said, “I need loyalty.” I replied, “You will always get honesty from me.” He paused and then said, “That’s what I want, honest loyalty.” I paused, and then said, “You will get that from me.” As I wrote in the memo I created immediately after the dinner, it is possible we understood the phrase “honest loyalty” differently, but I decided it wouldn’t be productive to push it further. The term – honest loyalty – had helped end a very awkward conversation and my explanations had made clear what he should expect.

During the dinner, the President returned to the salacious material I had briefed him about on January 6, and, as he had done previously, expressed his disgust for the allegations and strongly denied them. He said he was considering ordering me to investigate the alleged incident to prove it didn’t happen. I replied that he should give that careful thought because it might create a narrative that we were investigating him personally, which we weren’t, and because it was very difficult to prove a negative. He said he would think about it and asked me to think about it.

As was my practice for conversations with President Trump, I wrote a detailed memo about the dinner immediately afterwards and shared it with the senior leadership team of the FBI.

February 14 Oval Office Meeting

On February 14, I went to the Oval Office for a scheduled counter-terrorism briefing of the President. He sat behind the desk and a group of us sat in a semi-circle of about six chairs facing him on the other side of the desk. The Vice President, Deputy Director of the CIA, Director of the National Counter-Terrorism Center, Secretary of Homeland Security, the Attorney General, and I were in the semi-circle of chairs. I was directly facing the President, sitting between the Deputy CIA Director and the Director of NCTC. There were quite a few others in the room, sitting behind us on couches and chairs.

The President signaled the end of the briefing by thanking the group and telling them all that he wanted to speak to me alone. I stayed in my chair. As the participants started to leave the Oval Office, the Attorney General lingered by my chair, but the President thanked him and said he wanted to speak only with me. The last person to leave was Jared Kushner, who also stood by my chair and exchanged pleasantries with me. The President then excused him, saying he wanted to speak with me.

When the door by the grandfather clock closed, and we were alone, the President began by saying, “I want to talk about Mike Flynn.” Flynn had resigned the previous day. The President began by saying Flynn hadn’t done anything wrong in speaking with the Russians, but he had to let him go because he had misled the Vice President. He added that he had other concerns about Flynn, which he did not then specify.

The President then made a long series of comments about the problem with leaks of classified information – a concern I shared and still share. After he had spoken for a few minutes about leaks, Reince Priebus leaned in through the door by the grandfather clock and I could see a group of people waiting behind him. The President waved at him to close the door, saying he would be done shortly. The door closed.

The President then returned to the topic of Mike Flynn, saying, “He is a good guy and has been through a lot.” He repeated that Flynn hadn’t done anything wrong on his calls with the Russians, but had misled the Vice President. He then said, “I hope you can see your way clear to letting this go, to letting Flynn go. He is a good guy. I hope you can let this go.” I replied only that “he is a good guy.” (In fact, I had a positive experience dealing with Mike Flynn when he was a colleague as Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency at the beginning of my term at FBI.) I did not say I would “let this go.”

The President returned briefly to the problem of leaks. I then got up and left out the door by the grandfather clock, making my way through the large group of people waiting there, including Mr. Priebus and the Vice President.

I immediately prepared an unclassified memo of the conversation about Flynn and discussed the matter with FBI senior leadership. I had understood the President to be requesting that we drop any investigation of Flynn in connection with false statements about his conversations with the Russian ambassador in December. I did not understand the President to be talking about the broader investigation into Russia or possible links to his campaign. I could be wrong, but I took him to be focusing on what had just happened with Flynn’s departure and the controversy around his account of his phone calls. Regardless, it was very concerning, given the FBI’s role as an independent investigative agency.

The FBI leadership team agreed with me that it was important not to infect the investigative team with the President’s request, which we did not intend to abide. We also concluded that, given that it was a one-on-one conversation, there was nothing available to corroborate my account. We concluded it made little sense to report it to Attorney General Sessions, who we expected would likely recuse himself from involvement in Russia-related investigations. (He did so two weeks later.) The Deputy Attorney General’s role was then filled in an acting capacity by a United States Attorney, who would also not be long in the role.

After discussing the matter, we decided to keep it very closely held, resolving to figure out what to do with it down the road as our investigation progressed. The investigation moved ahead at full speed, with none of the investigative team members – or the Department of Justice lawyers supporting them – aware of the President’s request.

Shortly afterwards, I spoke with Attorney General Sessions in person to pass along the President’s concerns about leaks. I took the opportunity to implore the Attorney General to prevent any future direct communication between the President and me. I told the AG that what had just happened – him being asked to leave while the FBI Director, who reports to the AG, remained behind – was inappropriate and should never happen. He did not reply. For the reasons discussed above, I did not mention that the President broached the FBI’s potential investigation of General Flynn.

March 30 Phone Call

On the morning of March 30, the President called me at the FBI. He described the Russia investigation as “a cloud” that was impairing his ability to act on behalf of the country. He said he had nothing to do with Russia, had not been involved with hookers in Russia, and had always assumed he was being recorded when in Russia. He asked what we could do to “lift the cloud.” I responded that we were investigating the matter as quickly as we could, and that there would be great benefit, if we didn’t find anything, to our having done the work well. He agreed, but then re-emphasized the problems this was causing him.

Then the President asked why there had been a congressional hearing about Russia the previous week – at which I had, as the Department of Justice directed, confirmed the investigation into possible coordination between Russia and the Trump campaign. I explained the demands from the leadership of both parties in Congress for more information, and that Senator Grassley had even held up the confirmation of the Deputy Attorney General until we briefed him in detail on the investigation. I explained that we had briefed the leadership of Congress on exactly which individuals we were investigating and that we had told those Congressional leaders that we were not personally investigating President Trump. I reminded him I had previously told him that. He repeatedly told me, “We need to get that fact out.” (I did not tell the President that the FBI and the Department of Justice had been reluctant to make public statements that we did not have an open case on President Trump for a number of reasons, most importantly because it would create a duty to correct, should that change.)

The President went on to say that if there were some “satellite” associates of his who did something wrong, it would be good to find that out, but that he hadn’t done anything wrong and hoped I would find a way to get it out that we weren’t investigating him.

In an abrupt shift, he turned the conversation to FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, saying he hadn’t brought up “the McCabe thing” because I had said McCabe was honorable, although McAuliffe was close to the Clintons and had given him (I think he meant Deputy Director McCabe’s wife) campaign money. Although I didn’t understand why the President was bringing this up, I repeated that Mr. McCabe was an honorable person.

He finished by stressing “the cloud” that was interfering with his ability to make deals for the country and said he hoped I could find a way to get out that he wasn’t being investigated. I told him I would see what we could do, and that we would do our investigative work well and as quickly as we could.

Immediately after that conversation, I called Acting Deputy Attorney General Dana Boente (AG Sessions had by then recused himself on all Russia-related matters), to report the substance of the call from the President, and said I would await his guidance. I did not hear back from him before the President called me again two weeks later.

April 11 Phone Call

On the morning of April 11, the President called me and asked what I had done about his request that I “get out” that he is not personally under investigation. I replied that I had passed his request to the Acting Deputy Attorney General, but I had not heard back. He replied that “the cloud” was getting in the way of his ability to do his job. He said that perhaps he would have his people reach out to the Acting Deputy Attorney General. I said that was the way his request should be handled. I said the White House Counsel should contact the leadership of DOJ to make the request, which was the traditional channel.

He said he would do that and added, “Because I have been very loyal to you, very loyal; we had that thing you know.” I did not reply or ask him what he meant by “that thing.” I said only that the way to handle it was to have the White House Counsel call the Acting Deputy Attorney General. He said that was what he would do and the call ended.

That was the last time I spoke with President Trump.

More on this in the next edition.

Tired of robocalls? You 'ain't' seen 'nuttin' yet.  About to get worse.  Far worse.  CBS News reports:

"Marketing calls usually make your cellphone ring, but if the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules in the companies' favor, those credit card, financing and debt collection calls could legally go straight to your voicemail box in unlimited numbers."

Aren't you lucky?  Truly blessed?  Know what that means?  Don't think the following achingly delusional?

"Josh Justice, CEO of ringless voiceless software firm Stratics Networks, says that's a good thing."

He does.  Has clearly lost his mind:

"You sit down for dinner with your family and your phone rings, you go to put your baby to bed and your phone rings and you're being solicited something," Justice said. "A ringless voicemail drops is a nonintrusive alternative to this robocall."

Ever occur to this psychotic son of a bitch the public is tired of all this goddamned bullshit? Wants none of it.  Gets worse.  Far more convoluted:

"The companies are arguing to the FCC that since the phone never actually "rings," their ringless voicemails should not be regulated by the 1991 Telephone Consumer Protection Act, a move supported by the Republican National Committee, which said regulating the practice might affect political outreach campaigns."

These achingly, hopelessly psychotic GOP nazi sons of bitches obviously remain too deaf to hear the rumble.  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on the horizon.

"Consumer advocates, like Margot Saunders with the National Consumer Law Center, say that not regulating would be the "wrong call."  "That's even more invasive, more time consuming and more annoying in some ways than a standard phone call," Saunders told CBS News.  "They want to be able to reach us and they want to be able to reach us without consent," she added. "They want to be able to reach us without our telling them, stop!"

Forget?  The Republican Way.  Their corporate masters right or wrong.

Think Republican nazis aren't at the bottom of the loss of privacy in our formerly great country? The Washington Post reports:

"Congressional Republicans knew their plan was potentially explosive. They wanted to kill landmark privacy regulations that would soon ban Internet providers, such as Comcast and AT&T, from storing and selling customers’ browsing histories without their express consent."

Direct betrayal of the electorate.  These achingly clueless pieces of shit knew exactly what they were doing.  Did it to line their pockets.  Bowed to their corporate masters.  Who own them body, heart, and soul.  You've been bamboozled.  Hoodwinked:

"So after weeks of closed-door debates on Capitol Hill over who would take up the issue first — the House or the Senate — Republican members settled on a secret strategy, according to Hill staff and lobbyists involved in the battle. While the nation was distracted by the House’s pending vote to repeal Obamacare, Senate Republicans would schedule a vote to wipe out the new privacy protections."

Clever, isn't it? Traitorous, as well.

"On March 23, the measure passed on a straight party-line vote, 50 to 48. Five days later, a majority of House Republicans voted in favor of it, sending it to the White House, where President Trump signed the bill in early April without ceremony or public comment."

Egregious betrayal of the public.  These outrageously traitorous pieces of shit bowed to the will of their corporate masters.

“While everyone was focused on the latest headline crisis coming out of the White House, Congress was able to roll back privacy,” said former Federal Communications Commission chairman Tom Wheeler, who worked for nearly two years to pass the rules.  The process to eliminate them took only a matter of weeks. The blowback was immediate."

Was it ever.  Still not good enough.  Far from it.  These traitorous sons of bitches need to be remembered when midterms come in 2018.

"Constituents heckled several of the lawmakers at town halls. “You sold my privacy up the river!” one person yelled at Sen. Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.) — lead sponsor of the Senate bill — at a gathering in April. Several late-night comedians roasted congressional Republicans: “This is what’s wrong with Washington, D.C. I guarantee you there is not one person, not one voter of any political stripe anywhere in America who asked for this,” Stephen Colbert said."

None of it sufficient.  Don't like the orchestrated f--king?  Make sure you don't return these treacherous bastards to office.

"The quick undoing of the Internet privacy rules has prompted lawmakers in more than a dozen states to propose local laws to restore privacy protections to their constituents."

Not good enough.  Nowhere near.  If not done at the federal level, each state will do as it sees fit.  At expense of privacy.  Forget?  They're all bought and paid for.  Less accountable on the state level.  Much easier to hide since all attention is currently directed at the Trump nazi.  Forget?  Can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullshit.

"The FCC privacy rules were among the first of more than a hundred regulations and laws being targeted for elimination or massive overhaul by Trump and Republican members of Congress who want to dismantle Obama-era regulations they view as burdensome."

Burdensome to their corporate masters in the corporate management suite.  At expense of their constituents who ultimately pay for this outrageously orchestrated f--king by bought and paid for GOP nazis.

"How the privacy rules came to be undone helps to explain and inform the strategies behind the broader range of Republican initiatives in the works. The rollback of privacy, for example, was the first step by the Republican-led FCC to overhaul Obama-era net neutrality rules.

To f--k the public.  Line their pockets.  More importantly?  Line the pockets of their corporate masters who line theirs.  The American Way.  Forget?

"The rolling crises within Trump’s administration and Republican infighting has slowed Republican lawmakers’ work on Capitol Hill. But they remain positioned to capitalize on their control of the White House and both chambers of Congress, a power structure that has not existed in more than a decade."

These traitors remain too deaf to hear the rumble.  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on the horizon.

“Trump and the Republicans are doing so many different things on parallel tracks, the news media and activists can’t follow it all,” said Trump adviser and former House speaker Newt Gingrich. “This is by design.”

The haughty, Aryan arrogance of the Gingrich nazi is outrageously galling.  This fascist piece of shit, to say nothing of the GOP, represents an exigent threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

"The Internet privacy rules were adopted in October during the last days of the Obama administration after an intense battle that pitted large Internet service providers, the advertising industry and tech giants against consumer advocates and civil rights groups.  The rules required Internet service providers to get explicit consent before they gather their customers’ data — their browsing histories, the locations of businesses they physically visit and the mobile applications they use — and sell it to third parties. Proponents said the rules were necessary because consumers must use a provider to access the Internet."

Republican nazis don't believe consumers own their personal information.  Their corporate masters do.  Forget?

Readers are reminded there is a way around this orchestrated f--king.  Use Tor browser.  If blocked, run Tor through a VPN.  Tor is free.  So are many VPNs.  Migrate from Windows.  While Apple is better, Linux reigns.  Better yet?  Linux is open source, that is, free.  You don't have to put up with this bullshit.  There are ways around it.

Including at the ballot box.  Vote third party.  Neither major political party is worth a shit.  No longer.  Both betray their constituents.  To line their pockets and those of their corporate masters.  Worse?  Their corporate masters own their sorry, gutless asses.  All levels and branches of government.  Remain an exigent threat to all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

Spying on the American public is also determinedly perpetrated by government itself.  Out of control.  Outrageously unconstitutional government.  Think not?  Wake up.  You've been bamboozled.  Continue to be hoodwinked.  Judge Andrew P. Napolitano reports in The Washington Times:

“The makers of our Constitution conferred, as against the Government, the right to be let alone — the most comprehensive of rights and the right most valued by civilized men.”

— Justice Louis D. Brandeis, 1928"

No question.  No longer exists.  Not in a fascist police-state.

"After the Watergate era had ended and Jimmy Carter was in the White House and the Senate’s Church Committee had attempted to grasp the full extent of lawless government surveillance in America during the LBJ and Nixon years, Congress passed the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. FISA declared that it provided the sole source for federal surveillance in America for intelligence purposes."

Outrageously, unconstitutional.  Yet, the public failed to rise up.  Many were not even aware.  Still aren't.  Clueless.  Dopes duped.

"FISA required that all domestic intelligence surveillance be authorized by a newly created court, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court. Since 1978, FISA has met in secret. Its records are unavailable to the public unless it determines otherwise, and it hears only from Department of Justice lawyers and National Security Agency personnel. There are no lawyers or witnesses to challenge the DOJ or the NSA."

The mark of tyranny.  Precisely, what the Founders were so afraid of.  Our ability to keep the democratic republic they created at horrendous cost.  Think we don't live in a goddamned fascist police-state?  Have for decades. Wake up.

"Notwithstanding this handy constitutional novelty, the NSA quickly grew impatient with its monitors and began crafting novel arguments that were met with no resistance. Those arguments did away with the kind of particularized probable cause about targets of surveillance that the Constitution requires in favor of warrants based on the probability that someone somewhere in a given group could provide intelligence data helpful to national security, and because the FISC bought these arguments, the entire group could be spied upon. The FISC unleashed the NSA to spy on tens of millions of Americans."

This happened because Baby Boomers failed to force change.  Desperately needed change.

"That was still not enough for the nation’s spies. So beginning in 2005, then-President George W. Bush permitted the NSA to interpret President Ronald Reagan’s Executive Order 12333 so as to allow all spying on everyone in the U.S., all the time. The NSA and Mr. Bush took the position that because the president is constitutionally the commander in chief of the military and because the NSA is in the military, both the president and the NSA are lawfully independent of FISA."

Conditions will certainly worsen as the Trump nazi and his henchmen expand the fascist police-state we already live in to the Fourth Reich.

A few Republicans are finally beginning to wake up.  The Washington Times reports:

"Congress shouldn’t reauthorize the government’s most potent snooping powers until it imposes stronger safeguards for Americans, a key conservative lawmaker said in response to a judge’s ruling that U.S. intelligence agencies tried to hide potential breaches of privacy rights."

An ongoing problem for decades.

"Rep. Raul R. Labrador, Idaho Republican, said Judge Rosemary M. Collyer’s April ruling is the latest in a string of warning signs that federal agencies need more oversight before Congress renews their broad powers under Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act."

This outrageously unconstitutional nazi statute needs to be repealed.  It's exactly what the Founders were talking about when they openly fretted we would not be able to keep, sustain the democratic republic they had established at great cost to themselves.

"In particular, Mr. Labrador and several colleagues want to know how often Americans’ information is scooped up and examined in a process that, according to Section 702, is supposed to be targeted at foreigners."

Well known for decades that that's precisely what's been happening.  Give an inch, a nazi takes a light-year.

"The National Security Agency and other intelligence branches have refused to divulge the information on Americans to Congress, even though Judge Collyer said in her ruling that the government could try to identify it.  “The importance of this issue has grown in light of recent allegations that the NSA may have abused its power to carry out a political agenda,” Mr. Labrador told The Washington Times. “Congress should not reauthorize Section 702 without real, meaningful safeguards for the American people.”

Safeguards?  Not possible.  No more than a mirage.  The last four decades proof positive.  This statute needs to be repealed.  Precisely, why we now live in a fascist police-state soon to be the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

"The judge said security officials had been breaking their own assurances for how they were using the information gleaned from foreign intelligence snooping — and only belatedly reported their breaches to the FISA Court, which was set up to be an independent check."

Our nazi government, clearly out of control.  A fascist police-state.

“On October 24, 2016, the government orally apprised the Court of significant non-compliance with the NSA’s minimization procedures involving queries of data acquired under Section 702 using U.S. person identifiers,” Judge Collyer wrote. “The full scope of noncompliant querying practices had not been previously disclosed to the Court.”

This is a problem because under the Fourth Amendment U.S. citizens are protected from warrantless seizures, collection of information without probable cause and judicial approval.

"Elizabeth Goitein, co-director of the Brennan Center for Justice’s Liberty and National Security Program, said Judge Collyer’s opinion is just the latest to expose violations by the FBI, the CIA and the NSA.  “It is hard to find one of those opinions that doesn’t contain 20 to 30 pages describing all the ways in which the agencies fail to comply with court orders,” she said. “It shows that this is continuing — that the pervasive violations of FISA Court orders has happened from the beginning.”

As stated many times previously in this publication, the greatest threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties is no foreign power, no terrorist group, nor the criminal element.  Rather, it is out of control government at all levels and branches.  Precisely, why the following is moot, beside the point, worse, unadulterated self serving bullshit.  A goddamned ruse:

"Security officials counter that Section 702 is critical to the government’s ability to sniff out terrorist threats and other dangers and say losing such powers would be a major blow to their efforts to keep the country safe."

Safe from whom?  How about our government itself and its corporate masters?  Here is the problem:

"Privacy advocates, though, say they hope Judge Collyer’s ruling gets more attention among members of Congress.  “This is not a Republican-Democrat issue. It is an issue about overweening executive branch power,” said Lee Tien, an attorney with the Electronic Frontier Foundation.  He said the secrecy surrounding the executive branch’s surveillance authority leads to violations being hidden from the public and selective leaking and allows “Congress to claim ignorance when violations are revealed.”

These clueless assholes in Congress don't seem to understand they themselves are also subject to this very same malfeasance.

“Politicians essentially make the calculation that Americans are more concerned about terrorism than honest and informed oversight, accountability and transparency,” Mr. Tien said. “Over the last few months, we’ve watched a lot of politicians trip over questions about surveillance, incidental collection and unmasking.”

The people are ultimately the problem that drives this ongoing malfeasance, abuse of power by out of control government nazis.  Cowardly tolerate this bullshit.  Certainly, too deaf to hear the rumble.  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on the horizon.

The war on privacy by law enforcement nazis rages on.  The Washington Post reports:

"The Supreme Court next term will decide whether law enforcement authorities need a warrant to track a suspect through his cellphone records, justices announced Monday."

The Fourth Amendment is quite clear.  This issue should have long since been settled by the lower courts.

The Washington Times reports:

"The Supreme Court will take up a case looking at whether police can peruse someone’s cell phone location records without first getting a warrant, the justices announced Monday, adding another high-profile civil liberties case to the docket for their next session.  The high court agreed to hear an appeal from a case in Detroit, where prosecutors used data detailing an armed robbery suspect’s locations from his cell phone data history to help convict him. The police had obtained those records by request, but didn’t go to court to get a warrant."

Another example of nazi judges legislating their outrageously pernicious religious and/or ideological views from the bench.  The slippery slope.

Worse?

"An appeals court upheld the conviction, saying checking those records isn’t considered a search under the Fourth Amendment, so no warrant is needed."

Yet, another clear example of a court demonstrating far from impartial, unbridled support of the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  No matter what they do.

"Civil liberties groups are begging for the court to overturn the ruling, saying cell location information can paint a most intimate picture of someone’s life — exactly the kind of information that the Fourth Amendment was intended to protect.  “Because cell phone location records can reveal countless private details of our lives, police should only be able to access them by getting a warrant based on probable cause,” said Nathan Freed Wessler, a staff attorney at the American Civil Liberties Union. “The time has come for the Supreme Court to make clear that the longstanding protections of the Fourth Amendment apply with undiminished force to these kinds of sensitive digital records.”

Indeed.

NBC News reports:

"Whether the Constitution protects data revealing a cellular telephone's location is "a hugely important question," said Orin Kerr, at professor at the George Washington University's law school.  When a cell phone is used for calls or text messages, it signals a nearby antenna tower to connect with the telephone network. As the user travels, the call is handed off to successive cell towers, and the cell phone companies keep records of the phone numbers routed through each tower."

Why is this information retained?  Should be destroyed after the call is complete.  Don't think so?  Consider the following:

"Police can use that information to develop a map of of a person's movements, nearly minute-by-minute. Maryland Public Defender James Wyda says the government "can turn back the clock to surveil a suspect's location and movements when the suspect was not even a suspect, and perhaps when no investigation was underway -- before a crime may have been contemplated, yet alone committed."

A fascist police-state.  Soon to be the Trump nazi's  Fourth Reich.

"The lower courts have generally said police do not need a search warrant to get cell phone locator records, relying on a Supreme Court decision from 38 years ago. The court said then that no warrant is needed to get the numbers a telephone user calls, because people have no expectation that the phone numbers they dial will remain private.  "All telephone users realize that they must 'convey' phone numbers to the telephone company, since it is through telephone company switching equipment that their calls are completed," the court said. And the phone company keeps the records anyway for billing purposes."

The slippery slope.  What difference should it make whether or not there is an expectation of privacy?  No more than egregious bastardization of the Fourth Amendment to unduly benefit police at cost of a most precious constitutional right.  No longer, however, quite that simple or applicable to cellphones, either:

"But the ACLU, representing Carpenter, said the reasoning of that decades-old case shouldn't apply in the digital age, because the court's earlier decision involved telephones that were hard-wired into the wall and didn't move. Getting cell phone tower location, by contrast, allows the police to reconstruct a person's movements and should require a search warrant."

What webs we weave.  The Founders?  Spinning in their graves.  Wouldn't recognize the goddamned fascist police-state they unwittingly spawned.

"Because cell phone location records can reveal countless private details of our lives, police should only be able to access them by getting a warrant based on probable cause," said the ACLU's Nathan Freed Wessler.  The Supreme Court has been gradually expanding protections for digital privacy, declaring that it's a search when police attach a GPS tracker to a person's car and ruling that police need a search warrant to search a cell phone carried by a suspect."

Tracking is also used by brick-and-mortar retailers.  ABC News reports:

"Shopping apps let you buy fast on your phone and offer discounts and rewards when you shop in-store. But for some retail apps, that convenience has a price: privacy. The way retailers online track your shopping habits with cookies, some brick-and-mortar retailers are using apps that access your phone's GPS to track your location in the real world.  The tip-off may be the timing of notifications that pop up when you are in close proximity to a store. We asked shoppers in Philadelphia if they had any unusually well timed app notifications."

Couldn't care less?

"In a statement to "Good Morning America," Macy's said that users are asked about those permissions during the installation process.  "After downloading the app, users are taken through a series of prompts that explain the permissions we ask for and the reasons why they would benefit from opting in to these features. These include permissions to access their geo-location enabled by GPS and/or Wi-Fi, approval to receive push notifications, as well as the opportunity to receive in-store messaging when they enable Bluetooth on their devices. These preferences can be changed at any time via the user's device settings and/or on the Macy's app's settings page," the statement said."

Think it that simple?  That easy?  Couldn't care less?

The Aryan arrogance of GOP nazis remains unsurpassed.  Texas Standard reports:

"The Republican Party of Texas elected a new chairman over the weekend after their former chairman, Tom Mechler, stepped down just a few weeks ago. It wasn’t exactly what you’d call a quiet exit."

New guy?  Achingly, clueless.

"Mechler ultimately cited personal reasons for his resignation, but also issued a warning to his party, saying that it needed to work harder to come together and represent more of the diversity of Texas if it wants to remain in power.  The newly elected chair for the Republican Party of Texas, James Dickey, was most recently chair of the Travis County Republican Party in Austin. He agrees with Mechler that the Texas GOP needs to reach beyond its traditional base of support."

Not likely in view of the following unadulterated bullshit:

"Dickey says Republicans need to reach out not only to minorities, but to millennials and others he says the press have said will be hurt by GOP policies. He says the way to counter such criticism is to argue that conservative policies are best for all Texans."

First.  Republicans are no longer conservative in their policies.  Not at all.  Lining the pockets of their corporate masters who line theirs is certainly not conservative.  It's nazi.  Lining the pockets of corporate war profiteers when the United States spends more on defense than the next seven countries combined is not conservative.  It's nazi.

Second.  Republican policies benefit the top 1% of the food chain at expense of the bottom 99.  Precisely, why the middle class is a vanishing breed.  The game is now zero-sum, winner-take-all.  Golden Goose strangled to line corporate coffers.  No such thing as trickle down.  Quite the contrary, all trickle up.  -- Poorly-regulated laissez-faire capitalism cleverly designed to keep their human chattel under control, worse, permanent indentured servants.

“People are moving to Texas because conservative policies, as championed by conservative Republican legislators and elected officials, have made Texas a great environment,” Dickey says."

Achingly, delusional.  Unadulterated horse shit.  A mirage.  Unsustainable.  Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on the horizon.  As the doomsday clock strikes ever closer to midnight.

The Abbott nazi intends to call a special legislative session.  Among other issues?  To ram through the outrageously anti-transgender 'bathroom' bill into law.  To force achingly perverse Republican religious views on all by statute.  In direct violation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause, church-state separation, that is, freedom from religion.  Corporations opposed are already warning it will cost Texas dearly financially.

Ever wonder why the rate of teenage pregnancy is as high as it is in Texas?  NPR reports:

"In Texas every year, about 35,000 teens and young women get pregnant before they turn 20. And while rates of teen pregnancy are on the decline nationwide, in Texas the rate of decline is slower."

Forget?  This is Bible Belt Country.  Think abstinence-only works?  Truly believe so?

"Research shows teens everywhere are having sex, with about half of high school students saying they've had sexual intercourse. Gwen Daverth, CEO of the Texas Campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy, says the high numbers in Texas reflect policy, not promiscuity."

Yet, high school students are receiving abstinence-only sex education, -- if any sex education at all.  Worse?  No easy access to contraceptive services.

"What we see is there are not supports in place," Daverth says. "We're not connecting high-risk youth with contraception services. And we're not supporting youth in making decisions to be abstinent." The state needs to emulate more progressive policies in other states, she says."

That's not likely to happen any time in the near future.  Sick religion, the greatest obstacle.

"Texas makes it hard for teenagers to get reproductive health care, Daverth says.  In Texas, if a 17-year-old mom wants prescription birth control, in most cases she needs her parents' permission. "Only us and Utah have a law that if you're already a parent, you are the legal medical guardian of your baby but you cannot make your own medical decisions without the now-grandma involved," Daverth says.  That's part of the reason, she notes, that Texas has the highest rate of repeat teen pregnancies in the country."

Wouldn't want to confuse clueless Republican nazis with the truth, would we?

The LGBT community continues to lose ground under the Trump nazi and his henchmen.  NBC News reports:

"At the federal level, LGBTQ activists were dismayed when President Donald Trump's administration revoked federal guidelines advising public school districts to let transgender students use the bathrooms and locker rooms of their choice. Several of Trump's high-level appointees, as well as Vice President Mike Pence, are viewed by activists as long-term opponents of gay-rights advances.  "He's taken our chief enemies and put them in charge of our government," said Chad Griffin, president of the Human Rights Campaign. "It's a devastating reversal of our progress over the last decade."

Fail to courageously stand up to this?  Sadly, all gains made will be lost.  Fail to financially support those fighting for these rights?  Get what you richly deserve.

Sound like Christianity to you?  CBS News reports:

"A North Carolina minister "directed and participated in" the beating of a congregant who says the assault was meant to expel his "homosexual demons," a prosecutor said Thursday.   Prosecutor Garland Byers gave his opening statement in the trial of Brooke Covington, a 58-year-old minister at Word of Faith Fellowship in Spindale, North Carolina."

Something the Head Honcho of your religion might engage in?  Approve of?  Warmly embrace? Think so?

"Covington is charged with kidnapping and assaulting former church member Matthew Fenner. If convicted, she faces up to two years in prison.  She is the first of five church members to face trial in the case. Each of the other defendants -- Justin Covington, 20, Robert Walker Jr., 26, Adam Bartley, 25, Sarah Covington Anderson, 27 -- will be tried separately."

Gets worse:

"Fenner, 23, has said he was leaving a prayer service Jan. 27, 2013, when nearly two dozen people surrounded him in the sanctuary. He said they slapped, punched, choked and blasted him -- a church practice that involves intense screaming -- for two hours as they tried to expel his "homosexual demons."

Achingly, sick religion.

"During the assault, Fenner "thought he was going to pass out," Byers told the jury. "He was severely beaten."

Sound like 'Christian' 'charity' to you?  Something the Creator smiles on?  Fervently embraces?

"As part of an ongoing, two-year investigation into abuse of Word of Faith Fellowship congregants by church leaders, The Associated Press interviewed four former church members who say they witnessed Fenner being attacked.  Based on interviews with 43 former members, documents and secretly made recordings, the AP reported in February that Word of Faith Fellowship congregants were regularly punched, smacked, choked, slammed to the floor or thrown through walls in a violent form of deliverance meant to "purify" sinners by beating out devils."

Doesn't end there.  Appears to be collusion with authorities:

"The AP's investigation also revealed that congregants were ordered by church leaders to lie to authorities investigating reports of abuse and that two assistant district attorneys and a veteran social worker were among those who coached congregants and their children on what to say to investigators. After the AP report, the prosecutors, including one who is a son-in-law of a church founder, left their jobs, and the social worker resigned."

Who'd  'a 'thunk' it, no?  Sick, insane, achingly psychotic religion.

Not only does the U.S Supreme Court refuse to uphold workers rights, fails to enforce the First Amendment Establishment Clause.  The AP reports:

"Religious hospitals don't have to comply with federal laws protecting pension plans, a unanimous Supreme Court ruled Monday in a case that affects retirement benefits for roughly a million workers nationwide.  The justices sided with three church-affiliated nonprofit hospital systems being sued for underfunding their employee pension plans.  The hospitals - two with Catholic affiliation and one with Lutheran ties - had argued that their pensions are "church plans" that are exempt from the law and have been treated as such for decades by federal officials."

Amazing, isn't it?  This decision in effect legalizes religious hospitals to financially f--k their employees.  Legally steal from them.  With impunity. Legalized theft.

"Workers asserted that Congress never meant to exempt massive hospital systems that employ tens of thousands of workers. They said the hospitals are dodging legal safeguards that could jeopardize their benefits.  Pension plans are required to be fully funded and insured under federal law, but Congress carved out narrow exemptions for churches and other religious organizations. The hospitals claimed the law also exempts plans associated with or controlled by a church, whether or not it was created by a church in the first place.  Writing for the court, Justice Elena Kagan said a pension plan operated by a religiously affiliated hospital is exempt from the law "regardless of who established it."

An orchestrated f--king of labor, -- which remains no more than human chattel.  Indentured servitude.  Owned.

"The federal government has long agreed with the hospitals' understanding of the law. Agencies including the IRS and the Labor Department have assured them for more than 30 years that they are exempt from traditional pension rules."

All the more reason this injustice should have been finally, justly reversed.  Ruled unconstitutional by the Supreme Court.  Was not.

"But three federal appeals courts had ruled against the hospitals -Illinois-based Advocate Health Care Network, California-based Dignity Health and New Jersey-based Saint Peter's Healthcare System. The hospitals appealed, warning that the rulings could expose them to billions of dollars in liability."

Tough shit.  Had the responsibility to do right by their employees.  Did not.

"Together, the three hospitals employ about 100,000 workers. But about a million workers around the country work for similar nonprofits that have been exempt from pension funding requirements."

Being f--ked over by religious hospitals, rubber stamped by the Supreme Court.   Raw nazism.  Think the Creator a happy camper?

Coup de grace?

"In one of the cases, workers allege that Dignity Health - the fifth-largest provider of health care in the country - has underfunded its pension plan by $1.2 billion."

Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on the horizon.

The following is yet another example of the consequences of achingly sick religion.  Madeline Runkles is an exceptionally gifted high school student who wrote the following editorial in The Washington Post:

"I’m only 18 years old, and I’m about to have a baby boy in the fall as a result of my deliberate failure to adhere to a pledge of chastity I signed at my school.

"Until this year, I was an ordinary high school student at Heritage Academy, a Christian school in Hagerstown, Md. I was the president of the student council and vice president of the Key Club. I played soccer, had a 4.0 GPA, and ate ice cream and watched movies with my best friends on the weekends. My Christian faith is also extremely important to me, so I involved myself at my church working in the nursery, helping out with Vacation Bible School and helping my mom with meals for church bus drivers on Sunday mornings.

"But in January, all that changed. What I thought was the flu was actually the very beginning of my pregnancy. This wasn’t the way it was supposed to be. I was going to graduate in a few months with very good grades and then in the fall I was going to head off to Bob Jones University in South Carolina.

"I am a born-again Christian, one who made a mistake with a very visible consequence. Even though I grew up knowing abortion was wrong, I also knew that it would make things easier for me — no one would know what I had done, and I could get on with my life. I had seen women being forgiven who admitted to having abortions, while women who kept their babies seemed to be harder to forgive. But the more I thought about abortion, the more I knew I couldn’t go through with it. In my view, abortion is taking a life. And I couldn’t do that.

"I told the baby’s father first. I didn’t know how to tell my parents, because even though they were very involved in both my brother’s life and mine, telling my parents I was pregnant at 18 wasn’t at the top of my list of things I thought I would ever do.

"Finally, I broke down in a grocery store parking lot with my mom, and I cried as I told her the truth. She looked at me and said: “I’m not mad at you, I’m not upset with you. You’re gonna be fine, and we’re gonna make it through this.” I still had to work up the courage to tell my dad, but when I finally did — the day I received my acceptance letter to Bob Jones — he reacted just like my mom: “It’s going to be okay, sweetie,” he said, “God is in this somewhere, we just need to find where He is in all of this.”

"Unfortunately, my school didn’t feel the same way.

"My dad was, at the time, the president of the board at Heritage Academy. He called an emergency board meeting to explain my situation. I was not allowed to attend school as my principal and the board decided if I would be allowed to return at all, and I would be stripped of all leadership positions. I wasn’t allowed to attend sports games to watch my brother play basketball or baseball, and I wouldn’t be allowed on campus until after the baby was born. I would be allowed to receive my diploma, but I would have to take all my classes at home, and wouldn’t be allowed to walk at graduation.

"This felt overly harsh to me and my parents, so my dad asked the principal and the board to reconsider. He argued that the only difference between me and other seniors who had broken the school’s moral code in various ways was that I was pregnant, and they were trying to hide me away because they were embarrassed by my visible sin. My principal and the board finally changed their decision: I would be allowed back to finish the year with my classmates, but I couldn’t be in any leadership positions in school clubs, and I still couldn’t walk at graduation.

"On top of all of this, my principal called an assembly of the entire high school, and invited school families, to tell everyone what had happened. He told me I didn’t need to be there, but I volunteered to tell them myself. I was a senior and a campus leader, so I felt like I should stand there myself and tell them what I did.

"In front of the whole school, I got up and started to read a statement that I wrote, explaining that I had broken the rules, that I was repentant and that I asked for forgiveness. But I couldn’t get through it. My dad had to read some of it while I composed myself. It was one of the hardest things I ever did, and I’m so sorry, not for myself, but for any girl in that audience who will get pregnant in the future and may consider abortion because of what I had to go through.

"After that, I got involved with Students for Life of America, as I wanted to use my story to help other girls like me. Part of their mission is to help pregnant girls and teenage mothers on campuses like myself who are treated unfairly. They had seen similar situations and after trying to persuade the school privately, which was unsuccessful, we decided to take my story to the media in hopes to create a national conversation about how girls like me should be treated.

"When girls like me who go to pro-life schools make a brave pro-life decision, we shouldn’t be hidden away in shame. The sin that got us into this situation is not worth celebrating, but after confession and forgiveness take place, we should be supported and treated like any other student. What we are going through is tough enough. Having to deal with the added shame of being treated like an outcast is nothing that any girl should have to go through.

"Many of the people in my town and at my school who had supported me and my family have turned on us since I went public, feeling that all the scrutiny was hurting Heritage Academy’s reputation. We started getting nasty emails, angry posts on social media and rude remarks in person. People who had been supportive before are now telling me to shut up, suck it up and grow up. Because of the volume of anger from the community, my parents have decided to keep my brother and me at home for the rest of the school year.

"I’m still not allowed to walk at graduation this month, but I still wouldn’t change my decision to keep my baby — a boy, who I want to name Greyson. Even though it’s been hard losing support in my town, even though my school has drawn out my punishment over months, I want other girls in my position to know you don’t have to give in to pressure or fear of judgment.

"My school could have made an example of how to treat a student who made a mistake, owned up to it, accepted the consequences, and is now being supported in her decision to choose life. But they didn’t. It is my hope that the next Christian school will make the right decision when the time comes."

"Madeline Runkles"

Think this young lady doesn't have quite a future ahead of her?  This is yet another egregious example of sick religion.  Perpetrated by haughty, galling, self-righteous nazis. Think the Head Honcho of their religion would have treated her like these pieces of shit did?  Pregnant young women must be supported whether they choose to carry the baby to term, -- or abort.  The choice is theirs.  The hypocrisy of religious nazis reeks.

The following email has been sent nearly daily to a woman at 2freehosting.com who was responsible for caving into Wells Fargo.  This email is re-edited occasionally as circumstances change.  Should you bank with Wells Fargo you may wish to ask them why they engage in deceptive trade practices and if in fact they indeed bribed Texas Gov. Greg Abbott while he was Texas Attorney General to ignore a complaint filed against them:

Fran,

All three Liberty In Peril FTP servers are down and apparently have been
hacked.  The three websites, however, remain up and running at time of
writing.  That is, libertyinperil.twomini.com, libertyinperil.wink.ws, and
libertyinperil.t15.org are accessible and running.  Only FTP access has
been effected making it impossible to upload.

The Filezilla messaging on twomini is:

Status:        Connecting to 31.170.167.137:21...
Status:        Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection
refused by server".
Error:        Could not connect to server

The exact same messaging, other than IP addresses, is the same on the wink
and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity.  Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these
FTP servers up and running again.  A criminal complaint will be filed with
the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells
Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue interference with the webhosts.
Has 2freehosting been bribed and/or pressured by Wells Fargo?  Certainly,
one of numerous questions to be forwarded to criminal prosecutors.

Welcome.   Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com.  This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers.  Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible.  -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle.  No more bullsh-t.  Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right.  During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at
Wells Fargo.  Copies of these emails were sent to bank officials.  They
have been posted in this publication. ... We're already up to Salvo 74, --
and counting.

In addition, all new Newsletter Editions will feature an
available abbreviated version, smart phone friendly, that can be accessed
by clicking on the icon.  Will supplement the regular format of this
publication.  This is being done because so many of you access this
publication with smart phones and other devices with small screens.

This site has finally been fully uploaded.  All links appear to be
properly working.  Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected.  There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows.  Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts.  We'll see.  With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated.  Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well.  Forget?  The bank
is considered too big to fail.  Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true.  They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked.  What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support.  Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however.  Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it.  Certainly, have the
resources.  Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved.  Hard to believe they would be that stupid.  The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys.  The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further
exposure in this publication. Should you have information regarding this
or any other issue, contact me.  I will protect your identity.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.  ... Governor?  Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Judy Nissen, Realtor, Horseshoe Bay Resort Realty.   A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright.  She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager.  Reverse Darwinism.  Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The process to update those already informed of this fiasco has finally been completed.  This latest material can be found by clicking on Wells Fargo Deceptive Trade Practices Salvo 157, 6-9-17.

The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned.  Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly, literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor.  Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastardsknow who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
