Brother dearest.  ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro?  A little antsy?  Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are?  Patience.  All in good time, good buddy.  When I'm damned good and ready.  Timing just right.  After all, a son of a bitch who's stolen his father's estate needs to be fully exposed publicly for whom and what he is, don't you think?  Indeed, a public service for your neighbors, professional associates, family, and friends, etc..

Conveniently, forget?  Others need to protect themselves against a fraud who masquerades as both a teacher and a counselor, no?  -- How the hell did you ever pass an MMPI some forty years ago to get hired?  You're not stable.  Have not been.  ... Must have really been pissed off at the old man to rip off an estate, no?  How much did you steal while he was alive and supposedly under your care?

How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died?  How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago?  How much?  Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch?  Her cohorts?  Your law enforcement shysters?  While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

... Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you.  Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died?  Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year?  Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it.  Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her?  -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life?  She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised.   Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned.  Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Will be different for you, Bro.  While you've bought off authorities, you will be publicly exposed.  In great detail.  In good time.  When I'm damned good and ready.  When exposure will do the maximum figurative damage to your goddamned sordid reputation.  -- Just the truth, brother dearest, however.  Just the truth.

Irony of ironies?  When the thieving son of a bitch died, and our mother was finally informed he had passed, she cried for her brother, -- the bastard thief who stole from her mother.  Sad, isn't it?  Too bad she's not still alive to see you publicly exposed for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you, yourself, truly are.  As was he.  Not in a court of law you've bought off, however.  Right here.

In good time.  Again, when I'm damned good and ready.  Employing the very same tactics used against Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo.  -- On steroids, however, since all dirty family laundry will be aired.  All of it.  No threat.  A promise.  Emails sent to your neighbors, friends, professional associates, businesses you deal with.  Although an enormous amount of work, all doable courtesy of the Internet.  Despite being some 1,800 miles away.  -- Small world, isn't it, Bro?  Enjoy the stolen loot, you son of a bitch.  Forget?  It's all you have.

Brother dearest.  Save all the check stubs from the old man's accounts?  Fraudulently sign any of them yourself?  Think this material couldn't be obtained from the banks either through discovery or a criminal investigation?  Still own the house on Condict Rd.?   Any other properties besides this one and the old man's you stole with the help of your shyster bastard?  Be interesting to see how far your assets extend and where.  Think all that information isn't accessible?  That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete?  But an extensive background check as well?  Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates?  Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong?  How about both universities?  Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception?  Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU?  That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability?  Is that why you wound up looting the old man?  Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible?  Think this will end any time soon?  That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch?  We're just getting started, Bro.  Just getting started.

Don't like it?  Tough shit.  Sue me you thieving son of a bitch.  Would use discovery to learn and post on this website all there is to know about you, your activities, predilections, business 'deals,' as well as all your financial transactions, etc..  All of it.  Would certainly avoid the expense of an extensive background check on you, thieving brother dearest.

Even if you were successful in court, there is nothing for you to take, this remains, as well, a homesteading state where minimal assets are protected anyway.  This site is hosted in an overseas country that doesn't particularly like government intrusion, remains not prone to cooperate.  Besides, can always upload to another webhost in still yet another country.  The possibilities are endless, Bro.  Just takes willingness, effort, unshakable determination.

Even if I lost it all would be more than worth it to expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.  Even if you bribed a goddamned nazi 'judge' to remove posted material, would not cooperate and be more than willing to rot in jail.  Would certainly keep reposting it all no matter the cost and/or personal consequences every time it was taken down.  Forget, you thieving son of a bitch?  I never ever give up.

Since all I seek is your exposure for the thief you truly are, would all be worth it.  For the sake of principle.  All the work, financial cost, as well as the time I am about to dedicate to this effort, you deceptive, unstable, sick, thieving son of a bitch.  Unlike you, I live on principle and have absolutely nothing to lose.  You do.  Will certainly take great pleasure and satisfaction in doing all I can to publicly expose you for whom and what you are.

To say nothing of placing enormous pressure on prosecutors you and your equally corrupt shyster son of a bitch apparently bribed.  Don't like it?  Again, tough shit. Chew harder.  The public needs to know to protect itself.  From you and your shyster bastard.  People who live and travel in your circles as well.  Including his.  As a thief, you and he can't be trusted by anyone.  You'll determinedly f--k them.

More than willing to provide this truly public service.  People certainly need to know whom and what you are.  What you have sadly become.  You certainly weren't brought up to be a thieving son of a bitch.  What happened?  Where did you lose yourself, Bro?  -- Never mind.  ... Truly doesn't matter.  Only your exposure.

TC 4-22-16

Hey, Bro?  Remember me?  How soon they conveniently forget.  ... Half asleep? -- Out to lunch?  ... In your own perverse little world?  That of a criminal?  Wake up.  Conveniently, gutlessly forget?  Insanely believe you're someway, somehow off the hook?  Think again.  We're not done.  You remain a thief who will be exposed for whom and what your are.  What you certainly have become.  No question about that.  Patience, you thieving son of a bitch.  Exposure is coming.  Promise.

Think I don't have time?  Truly believe the ongoing Presidential fiasco ends no matter who wins?  The murderous decay in law enforcement gets resolved any time soon?  Criminal Wells Fargo employees from local Kingsland bank manager Amanda S. Wright right up to and including CEO John Stumpf get prosecuted in the near future despite egregious criminal activity?  Wouldn't hold my breath, would you?

Think I don't have time to handle all this and your public exposure for the estate-stealing criminal son of a bitch you've truly become?  How could you steal from the old bastard, you incredibly sad sack of shit?  Certainly weren't brought up to be a thief.  What happened to you?  Where'd you lose yourself?

No question, 2017 will be a most remarkable, defining year for you, Bro.  Public exposure for the thieving piece of shit you've sadly become.  It's on the way. Promise.  Hope you sue.  Nothing for you to take.  Tough, isn't it?  Certainly, makes me judgment proof.  Will certainly, as well, take advantage of discovery.  Publish every detail I can get my hands on.  No matter the consequences.  Only consideration?  Prime directive?  Your exposure for whom and what you are.

Readers?  This not-so-brotherly piece of shit stole from our father.  Manipulated the old man to line his pockets.  Just like our uncle on my mother's side of the family did to my grandmother.  Runs in the family.  Our family.   ... Right, Bro?  This game now gets played my way, -- not yours, you son of a bitch.  That is, no more U.S. Mail tag.

Anything sent by mail will be refused, returned unopened.  Want contact?  Email.  libertyinperil@riseup.net.  Quick.  Easy.  Better yet?  A digital record.  Permanent.  Easily accessible.  Easily uploaded to this site when and if it becomes necessary.  The shyster bastard you hired to steal the estate shouldn't expect escape, either, from public exposure as the thieving piece of shit he, like you, truly both are.  Unscrupulous thieves.

Sincerely hope that piece of crap sues as well.  Nothing to take.  Discovery again would be published no matter the personal cost.  Nothing quite like public exposure, is there?  Especially, when it is nothing but the truth and there is absolutely nothing to lose exposing two pieces of criminal shit for whom and what they are.  Two pieces of gutless human excrement who looted an old man.  ... Right, Bro?

There is no better disinfectant than sunlight, readers.  Glaring sunlight.  Dazzling brilliance.  Amazing how the roaches run for cover.  Equally pointedly, how vermin on two legs manage to so easily prey on the elderly courtesy of the out of control fascist police-state we now live in.  While there'll never be any justice vis a vis this theft, there will be exposure to the brilliant light of day for both criminal perpetrators.  Count on it, you not-so-brotherly criminal son of a bitch.

TC 10-7-16

Hey, Bro?  Hear of Old Sturbridge Village?  Haven't?  ... Not lying, are you, you thieving son of a bitch?  You and your long-term companion EC conspire, bequeath some of the old man's loot to this museum?  An achingly stingy gift of $250-$499, -- considering the size of the estate?  The CEO and Board have any idea you stole it?  Think they'd care?  -- Just getting started, dearest, dearest Bro.  ... Delusionally believe I haven't more than enough time, resources, determination to expose you for the thieving piece of crap you truly are?  ... Under $500 back in 2013?  Remarkably parsimonious with stolen money aren't you?   What does it feel like to have gutlessly ripped off an incompetent old man?  -- Dear old Dad.  Certainly, look forward to digging much deeper into how you and your shyster lawyer managed to bamboozle and loot the old bastard.  Back in the day, certainly wouldn't have fallen for your bullshit.  Would have kicked your worthless, thieving ass out the door.  Intend to expose it to the light of day.  Indeed, a public service. Seatbelts on, you thieving son of a bitch. Tally ho!

TC 3-24-17

April 14, 2017

As always, when a cop does something heroic, and/or of exceptional benefit to the community, it leads.  Always.  CBS News reports:

"For Indiana University Police Officer John O’Rourke, March 28 will not only be memorable as his wedding anniversary — it will also mark the day he saved a little girl’s life."

Hat's off, officer.  ... His wife certainly won't ever have to worry about him forgetting their anniversary.

"The officer, who traveled to Sanford, Florida, for his wedding ceremony last week, stopped by a Donuts to Go to grab some breakfast before the big “I do” when he noticed a commotion in the dining area. A room full of customers were hovering around a 3-year-old girl who was having a seizure."

Certainly, rose to the occasion.  Saved a life:

"So the Indiana cop rushed to the little girl’s side, instructing bystanders to call 911. After speaking to the 911 operator, O’Rourke began performing mouth-to-mouth resuscitation combined with chest compressions.  After a few minutes, he managed to bring the girl back to consciousness. As she began to wake up, paramedics arrived on the scene to take over her care."

Gets no better than that, does it?

“I just sat in my car, for about 20 minutes, processing everything,” O’Rourke said in a statement posted online."

Bet he did.  A lot to take in.

"The rescue mission was certainly unexpected, but as a police officer, O’Rourke knows he always has to be prepared for situations like these."

Indeed.

In an amusing aside:

"When the crisis was over, restaurant staff thanked the officer with a box of doughnuts on the house."

Certainly, humor in all things:

“It had to be a donut shop,” he joked. “You can’t make this up.”

His day wasn't over, though:

"Hours later, O’Rourke married his bride, Virginia, and at the reception, he had quite a tale to tell."

Wake up, Sheriff.  Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office?  Fifty-one weeks, now.  A goddamned disgrace.  Why are you still sitting on this information?  What are you hiding, Sheriff?  What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise?  Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons?  Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff?  Their past history?  An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse.  How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information?  Fifty-one weeks.  Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger.  To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff?  Those of your thugs?  The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down.  You don't understand that, Sheriff?  Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one.  Including taxpayers.  Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot.  The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt.  Think not?  Wake up.  Your credibility has tanked.  Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated.  Fifty-one weeks.   Still no identification of the officers involved  ... Can't get your stories straight?  In line?  Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? Wake up, Sheriff.  The public no longer buys the bullshit.  No longer trusts you.  On this and many, many other issues.  You have no credibility.  Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so.  There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow.  If there are any others I may have neglected to mention, kindly email.

It's time the public be fully informed.  -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County.  If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone.  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why.  This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet.  Ignored.  The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us.  They can't be.  They've lied too many times.  Refuse to be accountable to anyone.  We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases.  Usually, with impunity.  That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement.  This also has to change.  No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer.  No one.  No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar.  There was no justice there.  None here.  None anywhere.  Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers.  Court fees charged continue to be horrendous.  -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs?  Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs?   Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees.  This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit.  This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt, abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why?  Yet, surprise, surprise.  Nothing was done.  There has to be transparency.  There is none.  Why would these thieving bastards want any?  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity?  Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons.  Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so.  That is, where they came from.  Why they left where they were.  What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards.  Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments.  Why?  So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated?  This has to change.  ... Can't have that, can we?  Sheriff?  TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up.  Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own?  The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers.  Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently?  Guess what?  Nothing will happen.  Nothing ever does.  The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities.  Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy.  Literally.  Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for.  Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit.  Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web.  Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County.  Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town.  Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded.  An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences.  Forget?  Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure.  We're just getting started, Sheriff.  You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards have become, truly are, not what you phonies purport to be, that is, how you continue to f--k over a public you've falsely sworn to protect and defend.  -- Exposure, the only way short of an unwanted dreaded revolution to force desperately needed change in a goddamned fascist police-state. The Fourth Reich.

Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids, Sheriff?  If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing.  'Personnel matters?'  Bullshit.  Looted taxpayers have the right to know.  They're footing the bill for all this goddamned corruption, abuse, ineptness.  When will you and the boys end the shakedowns?  Looting of the innocent to line County coffers?  No honor at all?

Where are your swastika armbands, you fascist son of a bitch?  You and your thugs remain out of uniform.  Once again, Sheriff, and ad nauseum, did you and/or your goons pressure Schilling to exit the race?  Did you steal the election?  If so, an aggressively stupid, achingly gutless public gets what it truly deserves.  One of the most corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' agencies in our formerly great country.

Have any information, knowledge of, experience with a purportedly non-profit volunteer clean-up group called Looking Forward In Llano County affiliated with the Llano County Attorney's Office?  Email this publication at libertyinperil@openmailbox.org to provide information and/or arrange a meeting to discuss this matter.  If requested, your identity will be protected.  The question is quite simple.  Is this group what it claims to be and on the level?

Amazing, how corrupt, abusive, murderous officers seem to be protected, coddled.  The Washington Post reports:

"Jose Charles was dazed, bleeding from his head and surrounded by police after an incident that would leave him accused of fighting, resisting arrest and spitting a mouthful of blood into a police officer’s face."

Gets worse:

"His mother had gone to take one of the 15-year-old’s siblings to the bathroom at a Fourth of July celebration in Greensboro, N.C. — and returned to find an officer’s hand around Jose’s neck. On the ground, she saw “blood, lots of it.”  What happened in the interim depends on whom you ask. Police charged Jose with four crimes, including attacking an officer. The teenager and his mother say police slammed and choked him without provocation. In a month, the court’s interpretation of the incident could determine Jose’s fate."

Wouldn't you think a body cam video could quickly resolve the issue one way or the other?  ... Certainly would, -- if it were made available.  Guess what? It's not:

"Meanwhile, an unbiased account — body camera footage from several officers who were at the scene of the encounter — is sitting on a server in the cloud, where almost no one can see it. Standing in the way of clarity and transparency, critics say, is a new North Carolina law that makes it more difficult than ever to view recordings of controversial interactions between police and members of the public."

The criminal jackbooted bastards in blue are protected and coddled by law.  In Nazi America.  A goddamned fascist police-state.  The Fourth Reich.  Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on the horizon.

"Activists say the teenager’s case is another example of police brutality from a police department that has had two officers resign amid an investigation of excessive force involving a black person. The new law has layered frustration on top of the critics’ fury. On Tuesday night, several activists aired their concerns at a city council meeting in Greensboro, asking elected officials to try to delay Jose’s case or have the charges dropped altogether — and to force the release of the video."

Hear the rumble?

“What possible harm to the case or to the community could there be if they release the footage?” Lewis Pitts, a retired lawyer who has spoken to city council members about the case, told The Washington Post. “The only harm is it creates liability and embarrassment for the police department. That’s the only thing driving this police secrecy.”

The criminal jackbooted pieces of shit demand to be taken at their word.  Evidence?  What's that?  When will these goddamned criminals in blue be held legally accountable for their crimes?  When?

"The law requires anyone who wants to see police body camera footage to pay a fee and plead their case to a Superior Court judge."

That's goddamned unconstitutional bullshit.  A fascist police-state.

"State Rep. John Faircloth, a former police chief-turned-legislator who sponsored the bill, conceded that the law gives an inordinate amount of power to prosecutors, who have the most information about whether releasing body-cam footage would jeopardize a person’s right to a fair trial."

This unfit nazi son of a bitch is talking out both sides his ass.

"A judge already has blocked the release of the video to Figueroa, after the district attorney filed a motion saying she probably would release it to the public, Pitts told The Washington Post."

The 'judge,' as well, isn't fit for office.  Needs to be impeached, convicted, and removed from the bench.  The defense has the right to view this video.  So does the public.  If the kid is guilty, so be it.  If the officers criminally assaulted him, need to be removed from the force and prosecuted.  What is the 'judge' trying to do?  Spark an unwanted dreaded second American revolution?

Believe there is no desperate need for federal oversight of law enforcement?  Wake up.  Get this.  NBC New reports:

"The ACLU filed a lawsuit Friday against the city of Maplewood, Missouri, over a policy that allegedly evicts domestic violence victims and banishes them from the St. Louis suburb if they call police for help more than twice in six months."

Ever hear of anything achingly more f--ked upPerversely blaming the victim for the crime.

"Friday's lawsuit was brought on behalf of Rosetta Watson, who suffered a series of domestic violence attacks at the hands of her then-boyfriend Robert Hennings throughout 2011 and 2012. According to the lawsuit, Watson's ex repeatedly showed up at her home to punch, shove, and choke her. She called the police four times, and Hennings was arrested and charged with assault three times."

Why the hell wasn't his sorry ass in jail after the first offense?  Incredibly, outrageously clueless assholes in government then turned the tables on her:

"Despite the pattern of arrests, Watson was punished under Maplewood's nuisance policy, which bans "more than two instances within a 180-day period of incidents of peace disturbance or domestic violence resulting in calls to the police."

What the f--k is the victim supposed to do?  Endure a beating to keep from getting evicted?  Give me a break.  For you Llano County 'law and order' GOP fascists here in Nazi Llano County, this your idea of justice?

Apparently a problem across the country:

"These laws are very prevalent. We've worked on this issue in at least 14 states and we know they exist in over 30 states," said Sandra Park, senior staff attorney at the ACLU's Women's Rights Project. "Many municipalities don't put their codes online, but we think it's safe to say there are thousands of laws like this around the country."

Where's the Sessions nazi on this?  Where's his achingly racist, misogynist, fascist, pitifully sorry ass?  Out to lunch?

"Watson was forced to move to nearby St. Louis, according to the ACLU. There, her abuser tracked her down, kicked in the door to her apartment, and stabbed her. Too afraid to call the police, the lawsuit states, she went by herself to the hospital."

Jesus Christ.  Goddamned outrageous.  Where's the Sessions nazi?  Where's the desperately needed consent decree from the 'Justice' Department?  Where?

"I thought calling 911 would help stop the domestic violence, but instead Maplewood punished me," Watson said in a statement. "I lost my home, my community, and my faith in police to provide protection. I want to make sure that other women in Maplewood do not suffer the way I did."

Where's the Sessions nazi?  Where's the Trump nazi?  Where are all the 'law and order' fascists in the Republican Party?  Why haven't they gotten off their financially portly asses and done something?   ... Not even a peep, TL?

"It's the second lawsuit filed against the city in a month over the nuisance ordinance. On March 14, the Metropolitan St. Louis Equal Housing and Opportunity Council sued Maplewood over allegations that the ordinance was used to target African-American residents, with especially harmful effects on women and disabled residents who may have a higher need for police assistance."

No racism left in Nazi America, is there, Mr. Sessions?  TL?  Where's your swastika armband, you fascist son of a bitch?  All the above is precisely why there must be federal oversight.

This is how the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue now operate in airports.  CBS News reports:

"A man traveling on United Airlines flight 3411 from Chicago to Louisville was forcibly removed when the flight was oversold Sunday night, CBS DFW reports.  According to reports, the Chicago to Louisville flight was oversold and several passengers were chosen at random to be bumped from the flight, including the man and his wife."

Passengers were bumped from the flight so that airline personnel, other than the flight crew, could fly to their destination.

"Passenger Jayse Anspach, who tweeted video of the incident, said that security pulled the man, who says he’s a doctor, from his chair after he refused to leave the aircraft.  “The doctor needed to work at the hospital the next day, so he refused to ‘volunteer,’ United decided to use force on doctor,” said Anspach.

    — Jayse D. Anspach (@JayseDavid) April 10, 2017"

Get worse:

"As security pulled the man from his seat, Anspach said, “the doctor’s face was slammed against an arm rest, causing serious bleeding from his mouth.” The security detail then dragged the man off the aircraft."

They knocked him unconscious and dragged him off the plane unconsciousCan you say criminal  nazi  j-a-c-k-b-o-o-t-e-d   b-a-s-t-a-r-d-s?

"Oscar Munoz, CEO of United Airlines, said it was “an upsetting event to all of us here at United.”   “I apologize for having to re-accommodate these customers,” he said. “Our team is moving with a sense of urgency to work with the authorities and conduct our own detailed review of what happened. We are also reaching out to this passenger to talk directly to him and further address and resolve this situation.”

The passenger needs to sue the airline, the jackbooted bastards involved in the assault, the agency itself, and the government entity that oversees it.

Here is the take of NPR:

"Passengers on a United flight from Chicago to Louisville, Ky., were horrified when a man was forcibly removed — violently wrenched from his seat and physically dragged down the aisle — to clear a seat for airline staff."

"Multiple videos and photos were posted on social media, and other passengers described the incident online — at first upset about the delay, and then horrified by the violent turn of events."

This is what happens in a fascist police-state where the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue are granted carte blanche to do as they please.

"Both Bridges and Anspach posted videos of three law enforcement officers, who appear to be wearing the uniforms of Chicago aviation police, wrenching the man out of his seat, prompting wails. His face appeared to strike an armrest. Then they dragged his limp body down the aisle.

"@WHAS11 It looked like he was knocked out, because he went limp and quiet and they dragged him out of the plane like a rag doll.
    — Jayse D. Anspach (@JayseDavid) April 10, 2017

"Footage shows the man was bleeding from the mouth as they dragged him away. His glasses were askew and his shirt was riding up over his belly."

We're well on our way to the Trump nazi's Fourth ReichThis, what you 'law and order' GOP fascists here in Nazi Llano County consider good policing?

"@united has everyone on this flight fully distressed and fearful!!" @JohnK tweeted. He later sent out an update: "Just asked to leave plane so they can clean up blood from passenger."

"After the cleanup, the passengers were allowed to reboard and fly to Louisville."

The greatest threat to life, well-being, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties is no foreign government, no terrorist organization, not even the criminal element.  It is our own out of control government, all levels and branches that protect and coddle the criminal jackbooted bastards in law enforcement.  Precisely, why an unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looms on the horizon.  Hear the rumble?

Here is another case of abject police brutality.  CBS Denver reports:

"Video of a male police officer taking a female Colorado State University student to the ground went viral on social media over the weekend.  The video, which was taken outside Bondi Beach Bar in Old Town, shows 22-year-old Michaela Surat being thrown to the ground by a Fort Collins Police Services officer."

She was thrown face first on to the sidewalk.  Could have been killed by the jackbooted bastard in blue.  Since when do police get to be judge, jury, and executioner?  Coup de grace?  This is now standard police procedure:

"Police said the technique used to take Surat down was “standard arrest control.”

Readers?  Understand what this means?  It is standard police procedure to throw an arrestee face first to concrete.  If they die from the injury or suffer brain damage?  Clearly, no problem in a fascist police-state.

Here is what happens when you jay walk in Sacramento.  CBS News reports:

"A Sacramento police officer has been placed on administrative leave after throwing a pedestrian to the ground and striking him in the face multiple times in an incident captured on video, CBS San Francisco reports.  In a press release, the department said, “the videos of this incident portray actions and behavior that we would consider unacceptable conduct by a Sacramento police officer. As a result, the Department’s Internal Affairs Division is investigating the event.”

Think they had anything on the victimWake up:

"According to police, the beating victim was held in the Sacramento Main Jail and released Tuesday morning due to “insufficient grounds to file a complaint.”

A false arrest.  Has the jackbooted bastard in blue been arrested?  Hell, no.  On paid leave.

"Sacramento Mayor Darrell Steinberg told the Sacramento Bee Tuesday that he found the actions of the officer “extremely disturbing and not representative of the training nor the expectations we have for our police department.”

Then, why wasn't the son of a bitch in blue arrested for criminal assault?

"Meantime, the video posted on Facebook was viewed more than half a million times and shared by more than 14,000 users by Wednesday morning."

Way to go.  Best thing to do.  Expose the criminal jackbooted bastard in blue for precisely whom and what he is.

Finally, some sanity in Arizona.  CNN reports:

"Tent City, the infamous outdoor jail in Arizona where inmates wore pink underwear and shuffled around in chain gangs, will close, officials announced Tuesday.  Joe Arpaio, the former top cop in Phoenix's Maricopa County, established the jail in 1993. But he was voted out of office last year. Soon, Tent City will also be gone."

Abominable human rights violations, -- finally coming to an end.

"Arpaio promoted the desert camp, burnishing his reputation and touting himself as "America's toughest sheriff."  But his successor, who defeated Arpaio in November's election, said there was no evidence that Tent City deterred crime.  "This facility became more of a circus atmosphere for the general public," said Maricopa County Sheriff Paul Penzone. "Starting today, that circus ends and these tents come down."  The new sheriff in town is reversing many of Arpaio's controversial policies."

In follow up to an earlier edition, NPR reports:

"The state attorney for Orange and Osceola counties has sued Gov. Rick Scott, alleging that he acted unconstitutionally when he removed her from 23 homicide cases. Scott had reassigned Aramis Ayala's cases to another state attorney by executive order because Ayala had declared her refusal to pursue the death penalty.  "The Governor did not take this drastic step because of any misconduct on Ayala's part, but simply because he disagreed with her reasoned prosecutorial determination not to seek the death penalty under current circumstances," Ayala's attorney, Roy Austin, writes in her filing."

The nazi Governor of Florida has his head  severely lodged up his national socialist, achingly fascist ass.  Won't be confused with the truth.

"The complaint also lists the prosecutor chosen to replace her, State Attorney Brad King, as a defendant.  "The people of Orange and Osceola Counties overwhelmingly elected State Attorney Aramis Ayala to serve as their prosecutor — not Governor Scott or State Attorney King," Austin explained in a statement.  The Republican Scott, for his part, has said he went around Ayala, a Democrat, in the "interest of justice."

Goddamned bullshit.  A lie. Yet, this very same nazi son of a bitch won't prosecute the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue who murder innocent, unarmed citizens on the job.  The hypocrisy?  Reeks.  Then again, what else would one expect from a goddamned Republican nazi?  ... Right, TL?  TB?

Amazingly,  U.S. Secret Service agents have a remarkable problem keeping it in their pants.  Especially, when overseas as reported in earlier editions of this publication and elsewhere.  This time, however, in this country.  The Washington Times reports:

"A Secret Service agent tasked with protecting Vice President Mike Pence has been suspended from the force and stripped of their security clearance after being allegedly caught with a prostitute last week at a Maryland hotel."

Couldn't be, could it?  What's his problem?  'Thinks' with the head of his dick rather than the brain in his head?

"Police took an unidentified member of Mr. Pence’s security detail into custody late last week after responding to reports of suspicious activity taking place within a Montgomery County hotel room, multiple outlets reported Wednesday, citing law enforcement sources familiar with the incident."

How did they know? Fly on the wall?  LOL.

"The unidentified officer was arrested at the scene for soliciting prostitution and self-reported the incident afterwards to the Secret Service, CNN first reported. They were subsequently ordered to hand over all agent equipment, deprived of their security clearance and placed on administrative leave pending a full investigation, according to the network."

What webs we weave.  ... To say nothing of having to sleep in one's bed after having made it, -- so to speak.

Amazing the difference a few hours can make.  Prior to the gas attack in Syria, the Trump nazi and his henchmen opined U.S. policy in Syria would be to target ISIS, -- purportedly, the U.S. could continue to live with the Syrian dictator.  No regime change required.  Assad took it as carte blanche to again gas his own people.

NPR reports:

"President Trump has launched airstrikes in Syria in response to deadly chemical attacks allegedly ordered by the country's president, Bashar Assad, against his own people."

Not the first time the Assad son of a bitch has done this.  Hopefully, the last.  While the Tomahawk cruise missile attack launched by two U.S. Navy destroyers was limited to one airfield, does send a message to the Syrian dictator and his ally, the Russian dictator and former Soviet KGB agent, Putin.

"Tonight I ordered a targeted military strike on the airfield in Syria from where the chemical attack was launched," the president announced Thursday night from his Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Fla., where he is meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping. "It is in this vital national security interest of the United States to prevent and deter the spread and use of deadly chemical weapons."

This attack, while indeed sending a message, has not solved the problem.  Should the 'President' go further, certainly needs the backing of Congress.  Without question, a new authorized use of military force resolution.  While the president gets to militarily respond to exigent threats, anything more requires congressional consent.

"The decision to launch airstrikes Thursday evening was a departure for Trump, who has been slow to embrace an interventionist foreign policy. The chemical attack has been seen as a key test of Trump's leadership on the world stage."

Amazing such a profound change in policy in such short order, -- after the chemical attack.  This nazi has been 'President' for under three months, yet did not hit the ground running.  His policy vis a vis Syria and the rest of the Middle East should already have been considered, decided, and in place.  Was not.  Apparently, he and his henchmen had not thought any of this through prior to taking office.  Dead, sick and dying Syrians certainly paid the price.

"The U.S. fired 59 Tomahawk missiles from the USS Porter and USS Ross destroyers in the Eastern Mediterranean against the Shayrat air base, where the U.S. says the planes that carried out a chemical weapons attack originated. The missiles targeted aircraft and aircraft shelters, ammunition, air defense systems and radars.  U.S. officials said planners did everything possible to avoid civilian casualties and are still doing battle damage assessment to determine the exact results of the raid."

One of the missiles reportedly had navigation issues.  Not yet clear what happened to it.

"Russia was warned in multiple conversations that this air base was going to be targeted, officials said. There were Russians at the base. Russian President Vladimir Putin has called the idea that Assad was behind the attacks simply "groundless accusations."

The Pentagon released flight path tracking data of the aircraft that dropped the chemical weapon.

"Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, in his regular Friday morning briefing, said the U.S. strike constituted "aggression against a sovereign state in violation of international law."

What the hell are they doing, bombing the living shit out of Syrian rebels fighting the Syrian dictator?

Here are Trump's remarks:

"On Tuesday Syrian President Bashar al-Assad launched a horrible chemical attack on innocent civilians using a deadly nerve agent. Assad choked out the lives of helpless men, women and children. It was a slow and brutal death for so many. Even beautiful babies were cruelly murdered at this very barbaric attack. No child of God should ever suffer such horror. Tonight I ordered a targeted military strike on the airfield in Syria from where the chemical attack was launched. It is in this vital national security interest of the United States to prevent and deter the spread and use of deadly chemical weapons. There can be no dispute that Syria used banned chemical weapons, violated its obligations under the Chemical Weapons Convention and ignored the urging of the U.N. Security Council. Numerous previous attempts at changing Assad's behavior have all failed, and failed very dramatically. As a result, the refugee crisis continues to deepen and the region continues to destabilize, threatening the United States and its allies. Tonight I call on all civilized nations to join us in seeking to end the slaughter and bloodshed in Syria and also to end terrorism of all kinds and all types. We ask for God's wisdom as we face the challenge of our very troubled world. We pray for the lives of the wounded and for the souls of those who passed. And we hope that as long as America stands for justice, that peace and harmony will, in the end, prevail. Good night and God bless America and the entire world."'

Amazing, isn't it?  Certainly, got quite a rude wake up call, didn't he?  ... After napping since taking office.  Both Democrats and Republicans are urging the Trump nazi and his henchmen to consult with Congress.  The congressional leadership is calling for a broader strategy vis a vis Syria.  NPR reports:

"Lawmakers on Capitol Hill want the Trump administration to outline a broader strategy in Syria following the president's decision to authorize U.S. missile strikes Thursday night in response to the apparent chemical weapons attack by Syrian President Bashar Assad.  "I think it was appropriate but I would like to say, despite all the enthusiasm we see this morning, if I might quote [Winston] Churchill, "It's the end of the beginning, not the beginning of the end," Senate Armed Services Chairman John McCain, R-Ariz., told MSNBC on Friday morning."

McCain was critical of other shortcomings:

"We have a Middle East in chaos, the Europeans being destabilized, the spread of [the Islamic State] throughout the world. This is the challenge of Bashar al-Assad, and then we have also got the challenge of ISIS, so there's a lot more to go."

Precisely, why the Trump nazi and Congress need to carefully consider the way forward.  This is not just an American issue.  The UN, Europe, and principals in the Middle East need to stand up.

"Making sure Assad knows that when he commits such despicable atrocities he will pay a price is the right thing to do," Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., said late Thursday. "It is incumbent on the Trump administration to come up with a strategy and consult with Congress before implementing it."

No question.

"Some Democrats, and at least two Republicans, are questioning the strikes' constitutionality. The military action also is reviving debate over Congress' role in the matter and whether the president needs to obtain congressional authorization for any prolonged military engagement in the region."

That's right.  The Trump nazi and his henchmen cannot simply do as they please.  Must have congressional authorization.

"Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., who favors a more isolationist foreign policy approach, wrote on Twitter, "The President needs Congressional authorization for military action as required by the Constitution."

Certainly true for additional military action.

"Rep. Justin Amash, R-Mich., echoed Paul's remarks: "Airstrikes are an act of war. Atrocities in Syria cannot justify departure from Constitution, which vests in Congress power to commence war."

We don't want, need, or can withstand long-term seemingly endless conflicts that have no point.  That are only used to line the pockets of war profiteers in the corporate management suite.  Haven't we already had more than enough of this in Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, etc.?

Here is the take of NBC News which raises four questions:

1. What's Trump's ultimate goal in Syria?

2. What's Trump's message to the world?

3. How will Trump sell the strike to his base?

4. How does Trump sell the strike to the public at large?

Certainly, exceptionally good long-term questions the Trump nazi and his henchmen need to not only consider, but answer.  Already, his base is questioning the missile attack.  He has certainly not announced any specific policy vis a vis Syria or the rest of the Middle East.  All he's done to date is 'wing it.'  The world already, rightfully does not trust the duplicitous lying son of a bitch.  As far as the public is concerned, his exceptionally low poll numbers speak for themselves.  Currently looks lame duck not even three months in.

The situation could quickly escalate significantly in Syria.  The Washington Post reports:

"Russia on Friday condemned a U.S. missile strike against Syrian government forces as an attack on its ally and said it was suspending an agreement to minimize the risk of in-flight incidents between U.S. and Russian aircraft operating over Syria."

That's stupid.  Could quickly lead to air-to-air combat.  Certainly, one of the reasons cruise missiles were used to strike the air base.  ... As well as the fact the Russians have ground-to-air missiles already in place.

"Even as Russian officials expressed hope that the strike against Syrian President Bashad al-Assad’s forces would not lead to an irreversible breakdown in U.S. relations with Moscow, the Kremlin’s decision to suspend the 2015 memorandum of understanding on the air operations immediately raised tensions in the skies over Syria."

U.S. pilots must defend themselves.

"President Vladimir Putin’s spokesman said the risk of confrontation between aerial assets of the U.S.-led coalition and Russia has “significantly increased” after President Trump ordered the launch of 59 Tomahawk cruise missiles at a Syrian air base in retaliation for a chemical attack that killed scores of civilians."

Tough shit.  Putin only has himself to blame.  NPR reports:

"At Russia's urging, an emergency meeting of the U.N. Security Council began shortly after 11:30 a.m. ET Friday to discuss the attack, in which two U.S. guided-missile destroyers in the eastern Mediterranean fired 59 Tomahawk missiles at Syria's Shayrat air base, the facility that hosted warplanes that the U.S. says carried out a chemical weapons strike in Idlib province earlier this week."

The U.S. certainly has British support:

"In the Security Council session, the U.K. ambassador to the United Nations, Matthew Rycroft, said his country supports the U.S. strike "because war crimes have consequences, and the greatest war criminal of all — Bashar al-Assad — has now been put on notice."  Rycroft called the U.S. attack a proportionate response. Later, he added that Russia "sits here today, humiliated by its failure to bring to heel a puppet dictator."

Indeed.  Unusually strong diplomatic language.  About time.

Fox News reports support for the strikes from the world community:

"Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in a statement that "In both word and action" Trump "sent a strong and clear message" that "the use and spread of chemical weapons will not be tolerated."

"This was a calibrated, proportionate and targeted response."

"- Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull

"Israeli President Reuven Rivlin praised the U.S. for its airstrike aimed at an airbase called Shayrat. He  called on the world to bring an end to the atrocities committed by Syrian President Bashar al-Assad."

There were others:

"Japan's Prime Minister Shinzo Abe expressed support for the U.S. missile attack on Friday saying that the country understood and supported the strategy. Abe added that the strikes were "a means to prevent further deterioration of the situation" referring to the suspected chemical attack."

"Turkey welcomed the airstrike, calling it an “important and meaningful” development, but urged the world to take an even tougher stance on Assad.

“We see the (airstrikes) as positive, but we believe that this should be completed," Deputy Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmus said. "The Assad regime's barbarism must immediately be stopped."

This is indeed an ongoing scourge.  The world community needs to stand up.  The United States cannot do it alone.

France and Germany back the strikes.  CBS News reports:

"The leaders of Germany and France said Syrian President Assad brought the American missile strikes upon himself by using chemical weapons.  German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande said in a joint statement Friday after talking on the phone that “President Assad alone carries responsibility for these developments” with his “repeated use of chemical weapons and his crimes against his own people.”  The two leaders said their countries would continue to work with United Nations partners in “efforts to hold President Assad responsible for his criminal acts.”  They called upon the international community to “join forces for a political transition in Syria” in accordance with the U.N. resolution."

The support needs to be more than empty talk.  Again, the U.S. cannot do this alone.

"Italy said the U.S. strike on the Shayrat airbase was “proportionate” given the “war crimes” committed by the Assad regime in using chemical weapons against its own people.   Italy said the U.S. strikes would serve as a deterrent for any possible future chemical attacks.   Premier Paolo Gentiloni said: “Against war crimes, for which the Bashar Assad regime is responsible, I believe the images of death and suffering that we have seen in recent days after the use of chemical weapons are images that we cannot accept seeing again.”

The following is the utterly devastating human cost of the chemical attack perpetrated by the Assad dictator.  ... Hard to believe the son of a bitch is indeed a physician by training, isn't it?  CBS News reports:

"Now, in April 2017, it has happened yet again. After a barbaric suspected chemical attack on the northern Syrian town of Khan Sheikhoun, photos of a Syrian father clutching the lifeless bodies of his 9-month-old twins, Aya and Ahmed, attracted the collective sorrow and condemnation of the world."

Unbelievably horrendous:

"The images show 29-year-old Abdul-Hamid Alyousef cradling his deceased children’s bodies. In footage shared with the AP, he asks his cousin Alaa to record his emotional farewell to them. Alyousef can be seen choking back tears as he utters, “Say goodbye, baby, say goodbye.”

Gets worse:

"Sadly, Aya and Ahmed were not the only family members Alyousef lost to the horrific attack, which began around 7 a.m. local time on Tuesday and killed at least 72 people. His wife was also killed, along with two of his brothers, two nephews, a niece, neighbors and friends."

Unspeakable inhumanity of man to his fellow man:

“I was right beside them and I carried them outside the house with their mother,” Alyousef, a shopkeeper, told the AP, recalling the moments after the airstrike occurred. “They were conscious at first, but 10 minutes later we could smell the odor.”

The world stood by.  Did nothing.  Allowed all this to happen:

"Alyousef brought them to the paramedics and left to search for the rest of his family, assuming they would ultimately be OK. When he returned, however, he was told that wife and his children had all succumbed to the suspected toxic nerve agent."

Imagine going through the unspeakable, horrific, -- words can't even adequately convey.

“I couldn’t save anyone, they’re all dead now,” the bereaved father said."

He's also been exposed to the chemical agent:

“Abdel Hameed is in very bad shape,” his cousin Alaa added. He is being treated for exposure to the toxin, but that’s not the worst of it, she told the AP. “He’s especially broken down over his massive loss.”

The quotes above are courtesy of a most gifted, insightful writer, Christina Capatides.

A much different tune from the Secretary of State and others in the Trump regime since the gassing.  CBS News reports:

"Secretary of State Rex Tillerson suggested Thursday that the acts of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad in attacking his people with chemical weapons this week could lead to regime change, reversing a message he issued last week."

Amazing how quickly, instantly an atrocity can force change in policy, isn't it?

"At a press conference in Palm Beach, Florida, asked if Assad needs to go, Tillerson said, “Assad’s role in the future is uncertain clearly and with the acts that he has taken, it will seem that there would be no role for him to govern the Syrian people.”

That's been the case quite some time.  Yet, no one in the world community was willing to force the issue.

"But this process could take time. Tillerson said the process to push Assad out requires “an international community effort” that involves first defeating the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS), stabilizing Syria as a country to avoid further civil war, and to work collectively with U.S. partners to work through a political transition.  “Those steps are underway,” he said."

Same old bullshit.  Achingly hollow rhetoric.  A retaliatory cruise missile attack by its lonesome will do nothing to deter Assad and his Russian benefactor, Putin.  Won't force desperately needed change.  Just more of the same.  In another article, CBS News reports:

"According to former CIA deputy director and CBS News senior national security contributor Michael Morell, Mr. Trump is sending a “very strong” message to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and other foreign leaders watching: “You can’t use these weapons.”  “This will deter [al-Assad]. But we did not go after regime command and control, so that will also send him a message that we are not going to try to force him out militarily. So he will read both of those messages,” Morell said Friday on “CBS This Morning.”

Indeed.  Why is it we cannot ever seem to get it right?  Certainly, sent a similar message to North Vietnam.  With disastrous results fifty years ago.

The Trump nazi is already dealing with ramifications of the attack among his base, specifically contradictions the attack poses regarding his America First 'philosophy.'  The Washington Post reports:

"President Trump found himself in unfamiliar territory Friday, generally praised by members of the political and foreign policy establishments but attacked from some quarters of Trump nation for seeming to betray the “America First” pledges that carried him to the White House."

The Trump nazi got an achingly rude reality check he certainly should have seen coming.  The first of many.

"Trump’s decision to fire cruise missiles at a Syrian air base in response to Tuesday’s chemical weapons attack against civilians won support from some people he had routinely disparaged over the past year, among them Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) and Senate Minority Leader Charles E. Schumer (D-N.Y.). Hours before the U.S. attacks, Hillary Clinton had urged just such a response."

The Trump nazi did what any president would have done under the circumstances.  Forced to act.  Forget?  This remains, allegedly, a democratic republic.  Action is based on consensus, not the whim of a nazi dictator.  Precisely, why the Trump nazi desperately needs to immediately consult with Congress vis a vis a new authorized use of military force resolution.  ... If he intends additional military action.

... Had the son of a bitch done nothing in response to a chemical weapons attack, his own party would have likely wound up impeaching him.  The problem with all this remains the same, -- the fact the United States cannot do this alone.  Truly requires a concerted response from the world community.  Certainly, involving Europe, the Middle East, the UN, etc..  The world community.  Not just empty rhetoric.

"But some Trump loyalists saw the president as taking a potentially fateful turn away from what had made him so attractive to his anti-establishment, anti-globalist supporters. Radio talk show host Laura Ingraham tweeted, “Missiles flying. [Florida Sen. Marco] Rubio’s happy. McCain’s ecstatic. Hillary’s on board. A complete policy change in 48 hours.” Farther out on the nationalist fringe, Paul Joseph Watson, an editor at Infowars.com, tweeted, “It’s been fun, lads, but the fun is over.” Watson clarified that he was not turning on Trump completely but was off the train with regard to Syria."

The fringe at both political extremes fails to understand a democratic republic must remain in the center politically, -- to be effectiveTo ultimately work.

"There was always a contradiction in Trump’s campaign rhetoric on foreign policy. He was the get-tough leader who would “bomb the hell out of ISIS” and portrayed himself as a dramatic contrast to what he called the weak and ineffective leadership of Barack Obama. But he was also the reluctant interventionist and criticized rivals who advocated deeper military involvement in Syria."

This is precisely the problem with the Trump nazi.  Determinedly talks out both sides his ass.  Wildly contradicts himself for the sake of immediate gratification, political expediency.  When that doesn't work, lies.  Distorts reality.  Lives in his own world.  As president, there is no way such behavior can work.  Exactly, why he appears lame duck not even three months into his regime.

Texas Standard reports:

"Jeremi Suri, professor, and chair for leadership in global affairs at the LBJ School of Public Affairs in Austin says that while President Trump was clearly moved by the carnage of the attack, it isn’t clear what he hopes to accomplish by sending missiles to Syria."

It's not.  Particularly so, since the Trump nazi has so frequently contradicted himself vis a vis his achingly lacking foreign policy.  Readers are reminded the attack did not leave the airbase destroyed.  Remains operational.  Planes are still taking off to go into battle.

"Suri says striking Syria puts the U.S. in the position of waiting to see how other nations will respond, rather than dictating terms to others."

Precisely, what happened during the Vietnam debacle.  Haven't we learned anything?

“I think the problem with an air strike like this, without any clear strategy for next steps is that it puts the ball in the court of the other actors, and it makes us the reactor,” he says. “Strategy 101 says that you want to be the agenda setter, not the one responding to others. What happens tomorrow if Assad launches another chemical attack?"

Likely the Trump nazi would order yet another military attack in response, -- hoping the end result would wind up different.  ... Essentially repeating the same failed policy, yet expecting a new outcome.  Certainly, the very definition of insanity.  This comes consequent of not having a clear foreign policy.  Worse, dictating war strategy without fully taking into consideration what military commanders think.  Again, precisely what happened in Vietnam.

"Suri says waiting to see what others will do in a time of conflict has not worked out well in past wars."

Has not.  Vietnam? Proof positive.

“I’m not saying we shouldn’t respond with military force, but I am saying that the one lesson of history is that force has to be closely tied to a clear strategy, with next steps designed to move the policy issues forward, rather than just react to what the bad guys do next,“ he says."

Again, the precise definition of what went so terribly wrong in Vietnam.  ... Otherwise, of course, being there in the first place.  Yet, we still keep making the same mistakes over and over and over again.  To line corporate coffers.  The greed, unfathomable.  ... Did you know each Tomahawk costs taxpayers approximately $1 million?  Just for the weapon itself.  ... Think the Trump nazi will do his damnedest to renegotiate cost with the manufacturer?

Subsequent to writing all the above, NPR reports:

"Now a declassified report released by the National Security Council reiterates that the U.S. is confident Assad's forces carried out the April 4 chemical attack and lays out the intelligence community's reasoning — without including classified information used in the analysis.  The report says the U.S. relied on "signals intelligence and geospatial intelligence, laboratory analysis of physiological samples collected from multiple victims, as well as a significant body of credible open source reporting."  "We are certain that the opposition could not have fabricated all of the videos and other reporting of chemical attacks," the report reads.  The report says that "pro-opposition social media reports" began suggesting an attack shortly before 7 a.m. local time on April 4, while Russia's explanation maintained an airstrike occurred around noon local time.  There's also video and satellite imagery suggesting the attack hit "in the middle of a street," not a storage depot, the NSC report says. And while ISIS has used some chemical weapons, such as mustard gas, there's no evidence that this attack "involved chemicals in ISIS's possession," the White House says."

The Washington Post reports:

"Back during his presidential campaign, Donald Trump summed up his approach to foreign policy this way: “We must as a nation be more unpredictable.”  But now that he is commander in chief, anxious allies say that unpredictability might be better described as incoherence — a dangerous tendency at a moment of high tension with Russia and Syria, and with U.S. warships heading toward the Korean Peninsula."

Indeed.  Certainly proof positive running a country is not the same as running a business.  Requires a far different skill set.  The Trump nazi and his henchmen, to date, remain clearly not up to snuff.  Don't seem to understand in a democratic republic, decisions are made on the basis of consensus, not dictate.  The same is true dealing with the world community, that is, with leaders of sovereign states.  All of whom have their own agenda, often not in lock step with that of the United States.

Yet another clear example of egregious Trump regime incompetence.  NPR reports:

"White House spokesman Sean Spicer warned Russia today that its alliance with Syria is putting it "on the wrong side of history, in a really bad way, really quickly."  The press secretary found himself in the same situation just a moment later, while trying to underscore the horror of Syria's alleged use of chemical weapons.  "You had someone as despicable as Hitler who didn't even sink to using chemical weapons," he said, overlooking the millions who were gassed to death in Nazi concentration camps."

Pitiful, isn't it?

"When reporters tried to give Spicer an opportunity to correct his mistake, he only made matters worse.  "He was not using the gas on his own people the same way that [Syrian President Bashar] Assad is doing," Spicer said. "He brought them into the Holocaust center, I understand that. But I'm saying in the way Assad used them, where he went into towns, dropped them down to innocent — into the middle of towns. It was brought — the use of it, I appreciate the clarification. That was not the intent."

This outrageously ignorant fascist son of a bitch needs to do the right thing.  Resign in disgrace.

Here is the take of Planned Parenthood on confirmation of the Gorsuch nazi:

Dear Tim,

They did it. It took an unprecedented blockade of President Obama's highly qualified nominee. It took undoing Senate rules and dismantling decades of American democratic tradition. It meant ignoring the clear threat to our fundamental rights. But President Trump's allies in the Senate did it: They just voted to confirm Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court by a razor-thin vote.

The Supreme Court will now be even more hostile to reproductive health and rights. We need to be ready to fight back — in the courts, in statehouses, and in communities nationwide. Click here to make an emergency gift right now.

The Senate just voted to confirm Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court. His out-of-touch judicial record will threaten reproductive health and rights for decades to come.

Help us stand strong for patients — in the courts and beyond: Make an emergency gift to Planned Parenthood.

Over the next few years, the Supreme Court could rule on laws that undermine access to basic health care, target the LGBTQ community for discrimination, and deny the essential right to safe and legal abortion. Justice Gorsuch has a history of going to extraordinary lengths to interfere with reproductive health and rights, and his alarming record and judicial philosophy leave no doubt that he will vote to restrict access to abortion.

But I promise you this: Planned Parenthood will not back down in the face of an increasingly hostile Supreme Court. We'll be there for every fight, and we'll do whatever it takes to defend the patients who are counting on us.

Tim, I'm asking you to be there, too. Chip in now with an emergency gift to help make sure we're ready for whatever comes next.

It's bad enough that the Supreme Court will now have one more justice who does not believe the Constitution protects a woman's right to safe, legal abortion. But this isn't just about the Supreme Court. Now, lawmakers in Congress and state legislatures will be emboldened to pass even more extreme laws targeting birth control, abortion, and other essential care.

These renewed attacks will be a strain on our resources — but together, we can stand strong. Please, make your emergency gift now.

I have been so proud to stand with the more than 100,000 Planned Parenthood supporters who spoke out against the Gorsuch nomination. Senate leaders were forced to go to extreme measures to push this nomination through — and they know as well as we do that this fight isn't over yet. Thank you for standing with us, today and always.

Sincerely,
Cecile Richards, President
Planned Parenthood Federation of America

Republican national socialists forced the nuclear option to confirm the Gorsuch nazi.  Shortsightedly, for the sake of political expediency.  Will certainly come back to haunt them.  Eventually, bite them hard on the ass.  NPR reports:

"Judge Neil Gorsuch was confirmed Friday as the 113th justice to serve on the nation's highest court. In a largely party-line vote, Gorsuch received the support of 54 senators.  His path to confirmation was relatively short by modern standards — just 65 days. But it was accomplished with a historic vote Thursday to end the U.S. Senate's filibuster rule for Supreme Court nominees."

Democrats gutlessly acquiesced.  Capitulated.  Did not even walk out the Senate in protest before the vote.

Insult to injury?  Worse?  Far worse?

"Democratic Sen. Tom Udall of New Mexico said there are plans afoot among a bipartisan group of senators to organize a private meeting in the Old Supreme Court Chamber, located in the Capitol, later this year.  The goal, he said, is to see if senators can figure out a way to promote more bipartisanship in a body where the two parties barely work together at all anymore."

Precisely, why the Democratic Party has not been worth shit since the JFK assassination.  The latest debacle vis a vis Gorsuch?  Miserable failure.  Now, the goddamned cowards want to cooperate?  Give me a break.  Need to do to the GOP what Republican nazis did to Obama for eight years.  Stonewall every goddamned GOP initiative.  Why?  The Trump nazi, his henchmen, and the Republican Party are imposing The Fourth Reich.

An exigent threat to all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  Certainly, don't have support of well over half the population.  Trump's poll numbers, highly indicative.  Continue to fall.  Be interesting to see if they improve after the airstrike.  Certainly distracted from Trump's other growing problems.  Likely, only a temporary reprieve.  What makes this so dangerous is the Trump nazi's instability.

As well as likelihood of air-to-air combat between Russian and American pilots should Trump take further military action in Syria.  The U.S. would prevail, but the real danger is escalation to a nuclear confrontation.  Should that happen?  Everyone loses.  With Trump and Putin as unstable as both are, a dangerous possibility.

Also quite interesting is the fact the cruise missile attack came during the summit between the Trump nazi and Chinese President Xi Jinping.  Certainly, sent a message to the Chinese.  NPR reports:

"It's safe to say that few people expected the first face-to-face meeting between President Trump and Xi Jinping to unfold this way.  Halfway through the Chinese president's visit to Trump's resort in Palm Beach, Fla., Trump announced to the world that he had ordered a missile strike on a Syrian airfield in retaliation for an apparent chemical attack by Bashar Assad's regime."

Could certainly be useful pressuring the Chinese to rein in their North Korean ally.  CBS News has an interesting take:

"President Trump’s first face-to-face meeting today with China’s leader, Xi Jinping, will take place at Mar-a-Lago, the president’s family-owned resort in Florida. The laid-back setting is meant to give the two world leaders a chance to build a rapport, but government ethics experts question whether that’s appropriate."

Raises all kinds of questions.

"Past presidents have hosted key leaders at government-owned properties like Camp David, but Mr. Trump is giving a personal touch for Xi.  The U.S.-China relationship has been under pressure over trade, North Korea and China’s expansion in the South China Sea."

What makes this so troubling is the fact the Trump nazi will certainly personally financially benefit from changes in trade policy.  In direct violation of the Emoluments Clause.

The Trump nazi certainly shot his mouth off regarding China during the campaign:

"As a candidate, Mr. Trump repeatedly blasted China, accusing Beijing of unfair trade practices that he equated to “rape” and “theft,” reports CBS News correspondent Margaret Brennan.   “We give state dinners to the heads of China. I said, ‘Why are you doing state dinners for them?’ They’re ripping us left and right,” Mr. Trump said."

Be interesting to be a fly on the wall, so to speak, during the summit.  There are also security concerns vis a vis privacy since there are other guests at the Trump Shangri-La:

"Between trade disputes and the threat of North Korea, the two leaders have plenty to discuss. But exactly where those conversations take place became a concern to Congress after Mr. Trump and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe appeared to openly discuss North Korea’s missile test over dinner in February.  The government accountability office has now agreed to probe whether Mar-a-Lago has a secure space for classified communications, the type of Secret Service screening measures used on resort guests, and how the government ensures travel-related expenses are fair and reasonable."

Then again, the Trump nazi has indeed forgotten he is 'president,' not dictator of a supposedly democratic republic.  Still does as he pleases.  Equally troubling?

“When President Trump arranges to meet a foreign leader at one of his branded properties like Mar-a-Lago, what he is doing is he is actually using government office for private gain,” Clark said.  The White House has not responded to inquiries about whether or not the Chinese delegation will pay for any services while visiting Mar-a-Lago."

Why would it?  To date, do as they please.

In another article CBS News reports:

"While North Korea and trade are set to take center stage at President Trump’s summit with Chinese President Xi Jinping this week, there’s another issue waiting in the wings: Chinese retaliation over THAAD, the U.S. anti-missile system being deployed in South Korea.  This week a bi-partisan coalition of U.S. Senators sent a letter to Mr. Trump urging him press the matter with Xi."

What the hell did the United States expect?  The Chinese consider the system to be a threat, -- despite U.S. assurances to the contrary.

"So far, China’s political efforts to halt the U.S. deployment of a THAAD system in South Korea have failed. But as South Korea’s biggest trading partner, China has significant economic leverage over Seoul and Beijing appears to be using it.  China banned tour groups from visiting South Korea on March 15, leading to a 39 percent decline in Chinese tourism there last month compared to February."

What webs we weave.  Yet, the Chinese, to date, have been most unwilling to rein in their ally.  Fear, should the North Korean state fail, would quickly reunite with the South.  ... Unacceptable to the Chinese since a reunited Korea on the Chinese border would remain closely affiliated with the United States.

-- The Chinese, with good reason, fear the United States.  Consider it an imperialist aggressor.  Then again, conveniently ignore their own highly questionable activities in the China Sea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, etc..  What makes all this extremely dangerous to the United States is the fact the Chinese hold on to quite a bit of U.S. debt.  Again, what webs we weave.  All for the sake of short-term political expediency.  Think by now we would have already smartened up.  Clearly, not so.

Replacing the late not-so-great 'Justice' Antonin "Tony Boy" Scalia, the Gorsuch nazi disgraced himself at his swearing in ceremony.  NPR reports:

"I won't ever forget that the seat I inherit today is that of a very, very great man," Gorsuch said."

A fascist, -- your definition of a "very, very great man," Mr. Gorsuch?

"To whom much is given, much will be expected," Gorsuch said."

Not in your case, sir.  We certainly expect you to shamelessly legislate your perverse ideological and religious views from the bench.  In direct violation of your oath of office.  ... Clearly, 'no honor among thieves,' -- so to speak.

"I promise you that I will do all my powers permit to be a faithful servant of the Constitution and laws of this great nation."

You're a liar, Mr. Gorsuch.  You haven't in the past upheld the Constitution.  You've legislated your perverse ideological and religious views from the bench.  We expect to see more of that from you, sir.  This is precisely why the Trump nazi nominated you to the Court and Republican nazis in the Senate forced through your confirmation by invoking the nuclear option.

Had you any honor, decency, principles at all, sir, you would have promptly withdrawn your nomination when it was clear you didn't have the super majority necessary for confirmation without the nazi GOP cowardly invoking the nuclear option.  Republican nazis, indeed, and the public will pay a severe price for this as all future nominations become even more contentious and partisan than before.

This may indeed be a great country for you, sir, the corporate management suite, shareholders, and the rest of the top 1%, but no longer for the bottom 99.  This is precisely why unrest is exponentially growing.  Worse?  Why an unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looms on the horizon.

In follow up to the last edition of this publication, NPR reports:

"A federal judge has approved a court-enforceable consent decree to institute reforms in Baltimore's troubled police department, over the objections of the Trump administration."

Tough shit.  Was certainly the right thing to do.  That is, rein in the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue:

"The decree was negotiated in the final weeks of former President Barack Obama's administration. As we reported this January, it "calls for an independent federal monitor to observe the department, as well as a community oversight task force," and "instructs police to use de-escalation tactics before resorting to violence and calls for police to be instructed on implicit bias and victim-centered practices for handling sexual assault cases," among other things."

Only a hopelessly nazi newly-appointed and confirmed U.S. Attorney General would object:

"Attorney General Jeff Sessions had expressed "grave concerns" that some provisions would "reduce the lawful powers of the police department."

Abject bullshit.  A lie.

"This decree was negotiated during a rushed process by the previous administration and signed only days before they left office," he said. The Department of Justice sought more time to review the agreement."

More bullshit.  A goddamned lie.  Egregious distortion of reality.  This agreement was in the pipeline for quite some time.  Had been agreed upon by the principals.

"U.S. District Judge James Bredar denied that request. He called the agreement "comprehensive, detailed and precise," and said the problems that it addresses are "urgent."

Indeed, they are.  If not implemented, would lead to more violence on the streets of Baltimore.  Open insurrection.

Think the Sessions Nazi didn't lie?  Wake up:

"The decree was negotiated after a long civil rights investigation into Baltimore police conduct, following the 2015 death of Freddie Gray. The Department of Justice, under Obama, issued a report describing excessive force, routine violations of citizens' constitutional rights and pervasive racial bias.  "Time is of the essence," Bredar said, as he announced he had approved the decree over the objections of the new Department of Justice."

The judge did the right thing.  At least some sanity remains in this court, unlike the 'Justice' Department that has gone nazi with Sessions as U.S. Attorney General.

Further great news?

"The Associated Press reports:

"The Justice Department can appeal the judge's decision, but it would have to show the judge made an error or abused his discretion.

"That would be difficult to prove, said Jonathan Smith, a civil rights attorney in the Obama Justice Department who oversaw negotiations with troubled police departments.

"Justice Department lawyers also could try to modify the consent decree, but the burden is high, requiring them to show there has been a substantial change in the facts or the law, Smith said."

Here, here.  Indeed, a good day for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

The Sessions nazi is not a happy camper.  CBS News reports:

"Sessions released a statement complaining that the consent decree “will require the court and a highly-paid monitor to govern every detail of how the Baltimore Police Department functions for the foreseeable future.”

More bullshit.  An abject lie by our hopelessly fascist U.S. Attorney General.

“I have grave concerns that some provisions of this decree will reduce the lawful powers of the police department and result in a less safe city,” Sessions wrote."

More abject bullshit.  Disingenuous bullshit.  Baltimore police have not been stripped of any power to enforce the law.  What they have been reined in for is criminal abuse of this power.  The City will be far safer since police will be far less likely to murder, shake down, abuse, etc. on the job.  Precisely, what the Sessions nazi remains so opposed to.  That is, the hopelessly clueless fascist bastard wants police to retain carte blanche to do as they please.  Egregiously unacceptable in what is supposed to be a democratic republic, not a goddamned fascist police-state.  Soon to be Trump's Fourth Reich.

"The attorney general also said that in the decree, “there are clear departures from many proven principles of good policing that we fear will result in more crime.”

More bullshit.  An abject lie to 'justify' criminal policing.

"U.S. District Judge James Bredar, however, held a different view of the agreement, calling it “comprehensive, detailed and precise,” and wrote in his order that it “is in the public interest” to approve it. He signed it on Friday, one day after a public hearing to solicit comments from city residents."

This needs to happen all over the country.  Nazism must be reined in.  Think this bullshit?  Wake up:

"Baltimore residents overwhelmingly voiced support for a proposed overhaul. Many shared harrowing stories of police abuse to make clear how necessary such reforms are. Multiple mothers whose sons were killed by police testified about their pain."

Wouldn't want to confuse GOP nazis with the truth, would we?  ... Right, TL?

The Mayor certainly didn't buy the Sessions nazi's bullshit.  Fox News reports:

"Mayor Catherine Pugh disputed the notion the decree will hurt the fight against crime.  "I believe that it makes Baltimore safer," she said. "I think by building and training our police officers in ways to de-escalate violence, to work with our communities, to have cultural diversity training and have the right kind of tools they need to know what they can do in certain areas of our community ... I think it's improved policing."

What it does is rein in the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  ... Provided the bastards honor the decree.

In follow up to the last edition, the Sessions nazi ratcheted up federal prosecution of the undocumented to the felony level.  The Washington Post reports:

"Attorney General Jeff Sessions directed federal prosecutors across the country Tuesday to make immigration cases a higher priority and look for opportunities to bring serious felony charges against those who cross the border illegally — the latest in a string of controversial maneuvers to crack down on illegal entry into the United States and expand the Justice Department’s role in immigration enforcement."

The Sessions nazi has spoken.  U.S. Attorneys are expected to give a snappy boot click, then smartly goose step in line.

"In a three-page memo, Sessions directed each U.S. attorney to appoint a border security coordinator to oversee immigration prosecutions and to make immigration offenses — such as crossing the border illegally or harboring those who do so — “higher priorities.”

An expansion of what is already a goddamned fascist police-state to the Trump nazi's  Fourth Reich.

"He told prosecutors to consider whether they could bring felony charges against those who had entered the United States illegally multiple times and to evaluate whether they could charge illegal immigrants with aggravated identity theft, which carries a mandatory two-year prison sentence. He said law enforcement would no longer catch and release undocumented immigrants taken into custody at the border."

Adolf and Benito?  Grinning ear to ear on their fiery perches.  The Sessions nazi remains an exigent threat to all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

“Which prosecutors and agents does he want to divert from the growing threats like terrorism, cyber crime, the opioid and heroin trade, organized crime and cartel activity?” asked Jenny Durkan, who served as U.S. attorney for the Western District of Washington from 2009 to 2014. “The ‘surge’ philosophy always requires taking agents, money and prosecutors from other priorities. In fact, the cost of satisfying Washington will reduce the ability of every U.S. attorney to address the greatest threats in their communities.”

Still delusionally think the GOP is the party of the family, champion of 'law and order?'

In follow up to the above, seems the Department of Homeland 'Security' has hired two high-level anti immigration 'advisors' to its menagerie.  CNN reports:

"Two hard-line opponents of illegal immigration have obtained high-level advisory jobs at federal immigration agencies in the Department of Homeland Security.  Jon Feere, a former legal policy analyst for the Center for Immigration Studies, or CIS, has been hired as an adviser to Thomas D. Homan, the acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, according to Homeland Security spokesman David Lapan.  At Customs and Border Protection, Julie Kirchner, the former executive director of the Federation for American Immigration Reform, or FAIR, has been hired as an adviser to Customs and Border Protection acting Commissioner Kevin McAleenan, said Lapan.  The hiring of Feere and Kirchner at the federal agencies has alarmed immigrants' rights activists."

With damned good reason:

"CIS and FAIR are think tanks based in Washington that advocate restricting legal and illegal immigration. The two organizations were founded by John Tanton, a retired Michigan ophthalmologist who has openly embraced eugenics, the science of improving the genetic quality of the human population by encouraging selective breeding and at times, advocating for the sterilization of genetically undesirable groups.  Dan Stein, president of FAIR, noted in a 2011 New York Times article that Tanton did not hold a leadership role in the organization any more and was no longer on the board of directors. He is still listed as belonging to FAIR's national board of advisors."

Further proof our formerly great country is continuing to nazify under the Trump nazi and his henchmen.

In follow up to the last edition, Fox News reports:

"Stephen Bannon, President Trump’s controversial chief strategist, was removed from the National Security Council on Wednesday and reportedly threatened to resign from the Trump administration."

Too bad the nazi didn't.

"Rebekah Mercer, a top Republican donor, had to urge Bannon not to quit after he was removed from his post, sources told Politico. Mercer “tried to convince him that this is a long-term play,” a GOP operative said. Bannon reportedly opposed the change and wanted to quit if the president gave the OK."

The turkey wanted to take all his marbles and go home?  Like a 6-year-old?

“It hasn’t all been fun, and I know he’s been frustrated,” one Republican close to Bannon said."

Doesn't your heart bleed?

"The White House said that Bannon had not attempted to leave the White House and Bannon added that any indication that he threatened to resign was “total nonsense.”

Someone's lying.  Guess who?

"Bannon’s removal from the National Security Council comes as Jared Kushner’s role in the White House has increased. Kushner, Trump’s son-in-law and senior adviser, was recently chosen to lead efforts to cut out bureaucracy from the federal government and visited Iraq in the beginning of the week."

Trouble in nazi GOP 'paradise.'

"Kushner and his allies reportedly consider Bannon an ideologue whose advice to Trump is hindering the president’s chances to win popular support for his agenda."

Readers are reminded Kushner is the Trump nazi's unpaid son-in-law.  Despite the fact he's unpaid, think nepotism wasn't, and isn't a factor in the Trump nazi's decisions?

The following is the take of The Washington Post:

"Stephen K. Bannon — the combative architect of the nationalistic strategy that delivered President Trump to the White House — now finds himself losing ground in an internecine battle within the West Wing that pits the “Bannonites” against a growing and powerful faction of centrist financiers led by the president’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner."

Bring it on.  If they're fighting each other, they're usefully slowing the Trump nazi down.

"Less than 100 days into Trump’s chaotic presidency, the White House is splintering over policy issues ranging from taxes to trade. The daily tumult has created an atmosphere of tension and panic around the president, leaving aides fearing for their jobs and cleaving former allies into rivals sniping at one another in the media."

Great news.  Doesn't your heart bleed?    Anything that impedes Trump's imposition of The Fourth Reich richly benefits the long-suffering public.

"Bannon, an unkempt iconoclast, has generally chafed at the transition from firebomb campaigning to more modulated governing and for weeks has vented about the possibility of quitting, one person close to him said."

This fascist piece of shit is a loose cannon.  Should he remain in the regime, will be nothing more than a ball and chain around the administration.  Will certainly continue to be a distraction.  Likely the Trump nazi, however, did not give him the boot due to feared political consequences vis a vis the nazi Alt-Right.  Again, doesn't your heart bleed?  Bannon does have his baggage:

"Fairly or unfairly, Bannon has borne the blame for several specific policy and political failures, including the scattershot drafting and implementation of Trump’s first travel ban and the strategy and approach to dealing with the conservative House Freedom Caucus, which helped tank the Republican health-care bill by failing to support it."

Not surprising, when a loose cannon gets power, is it?

More interesting?  Consider this:

"And Bannon has felt the brunt of general frustrations surrounding the security council. In the early days of the administration, he elevated himself, without Trump’s knowledge, to the principals committee, a move that infuriated the president. Bannon insisted, along with Kushner, on keeping certain staffers over the objection of McMaster."

Had it been anyone else other than family, think the Trump nazi wouldn't have fired his ass?  Again, the 'President' likely fears political ramifications vis a vis the Alt-Right.  Want a good laugh?  Get this:

"But the ultimate argument against him, said one person with knowledge of the situation, is that “Bannon isn’t making ‘Dad’ look good.”

How about that?  Doesn't your heart bleed?

Here is the take of one of the Trump nazi's sons, Eric, vis a vis nepotism.  The Washington Post reports:

“Nepotism,” Eric Trump recently told Forbes, “is kind of a factor of life.”

Is that right?  That, what the top 1% believe?  Apparently, with the caveat, however, they perform.  Doesn't that warm the cockles of your heart?

"The 33-year-old businessman was talking about how his father had handed over a multibillion-dollar enterprise to his sons and was making what the magazine dubbed “Surprisingly Candid Thoughts On Nepotism.”

Aren't we lucky this cocky piece of shit is setting us straight?

“We might be here because of nepotism, but we’re not still here because of nepotism,” he told Forbes. “You know, if we didn’t do a good job, if we weren’t competent, believe me, we wouldn’t be in this spot.”

Comforting, isn't it?  The Trump nazi and his family remain hopelessly, achingly ignorant as to how this shit is perceived by the public:

"Robert Jones, a nepotism expert from Missouri State University, said the way nepotism is perceived varies greatly from one culture to another. In the United States, Jones said, nepotism is widely criticized, while in countries such as China it's just another way to do business.  But one thing remains true around the world, Jones told The Washington Post: People are oftentimes “blind to their own privilege.”

No question about that.  'Let 'em eat cake.'

“For most of us who have been given privilege, to some extent we don’t even know it,” Jones told Forbes. “I mean, we’re just not even aware of the opportunities we’re given. And it kind of dawns on us over time if we’ve got our eyes open and are looking for it.”

The Trump clan is certainly proof positive.  Positively, clueless.  In for a rude awakening, however.

“My general concern,” Jones said about the Trump children, “is that you're getting a group of people who are ill-prepared to perform a job and are unaware that they're unprepared to perform this job.”

Be interesting to see if and/or when they flame out.  ... As the Trump nazi himself already seems to be doing not even three months in.

Here is the problem with nepotism:

“We have anti-nepotism laws in the federal government and in lots of state governments, because the practice of hiring relatives undermines public confidence that the government official is actually finding best person for the job,” government ethics expert Kathleen Clark told The Post. “What are the chances that the best person for the job just happens to be a relative, right?"

Neither the Trump nazi or his kin have any experience running government.  As repeatedly stated in this publication and elsewhere, running a democratic republic requires a different skill set than running a business.  Unlike in a business, power in a democratic republic is not centralized.  Remains based on consensus and cooperation.  The Founders intended we have no king, queen, or other dictator.  That's why there are multiple levels of government and branches.  Checks and balances.

“In addition to the problem of public confidence, hiring a relative also causes problems within the government organization. It can undermine the morale of government officials. It can cause confusion about what the lines of authority are; in other words, the relative may have a particular title, but many may perceive the relative’s role as even more important than the title would suggest."

The Trump nazi and kin embrace this.  Consequently, the White House remains in turmoil.  Usefully, slows the Trump nazi down, however.

“It may be very difficult to say no to the president’s son-in-law. It may be very difficult to say, ‘That’s a bad idea’ to the president’s son-in-law, in a way it would be easier to say those things to someone whom the president hired but isn’t related to — someone who’s not the father of his grandchild or grandchildren.”

Precisely, why nepotism laws are in place.  Clearly, need to be strengthened.  Obviously remain achingly insufficient.

Subsequent to writing the above, seems the Bannon nazi is on his way out.  Apparently, is losing out to Trump's son in law.

Lost in the shuffle the last several days, due to the crisis in Syria regarding Assad's gas attack and Trump's launch of cruise missiles in response, is the recusal of Nunes. The Washington Post reports:

"House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) temporarily recused himself Thursday from all matters related to the committee’s ongoing probe into Russia’s interference in the presidential election, as House investigators look into ethics allegations against him."

Big of him, isn't it?  Gets worse:

"Nunes said in a statement that he decided to recuse himself after “several leftwing activist groups” filed complaints with the Office of Congressional Ethics about his leadership. Nunes called the charges “entirely false and politically motivated,” but said his recusal would be in effect while the House Ethics Committee looks into the matter."

Without the appointment of independent counsel, likely nothing will come of it.

Been a lucky break, however, for one of our own local GOP national socialists, Texas Republican Rep. Mike "'Ain't' No Way" Conaway who 'represents' Nazi Llano County.  NPR reports:

"Texas Republican Mike Conaway will now preside over the House Intelligence Committee's investigation into Russia's meddling in the 2016 presidential election. This comes after the announcement on Thursday morning that the embattled Chairman Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., will be stepping away from the Russia probe."

Conaway is about as useless as they come.  As most GOP national socialists, this piece of shit has little to no regard for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  Papers over complaints from his constituents who don't buy his bullshit.

"Meanwhile, Conaway has received some criticism for appearing to make light of Russia's interference in the U.S. elections. The Dallas Morning News reported just days before the inauguration that Conaway equated Russian election meddling with Democrats using Mexican entertainers to energize their voters."

So what else is new?  Forget?  Money talks, bullshit walks.  Need a reminder?  Partisanship in both major parties remains deaf, dumb, blind, and stupid.

"And just last month during a House Intelligence Committee hearing, Conaway set off on a peculiar line of questioning with FBI Director James Comey, comparing U.S.-Russian relations to that of the Big 12 football rivalries between the Texas Longhorns and the Texas Tech Red Raiders."

Proof positive, 'you can fix ignorant, can't fix stupid.'  ... Right, TL?  TB?

The following is precisely how clueless, ill-informed, aggressively stupid our dear congressman happens to be.  From his latest newsletter:

"Today, Judge Neil Gorsuch was confirmed to the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Judge Gorsuch is a truly terrific legal mind, with a strong history of defending the Constitution."

The hell he has, Congressman.  This piece of GOP crap nearly always sides with the corporate management suite vis a vis employees, consumers, and others egregiously f--ked over by the hopelessly greedy corrupt bastards in the business world.  His background on the bench provides more than enough examples.

During confirmation hearings this cagey nazi refused to answer pointed questions disingenuously claiming he would, if confirmed, have to rule on the issues they raise.  Ignoring the fact there is no true impartiality on the bench from either extreme.  Just legislation of their perverse ideological and religious views from the bench.  ... Both parties.

From the nature of past rulings, will likely wind up shitting on the right of a woman to do as she pleases with her uterus.  Should this fascist son of a bitch and his cronies so rule, would be no more than blatant abrogation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause, church-state separation, that is, freedom from religion.

This is what makes nazis like Gorsuch so dangerous to liberty.  All civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  Worse?  The consensus of the legal community appears to be this goddamned nazi will be to the Right of the late not-so-great 'Justice' Antonin "Tony Boy" Scalia.  Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon several years now.

From his latest newsletter, here is the take of Sen. Ted "Screws Loose" Cruz vis a vis the Gorsuch nazi:

"Sen. Cruz issued the following statement after voting in favor of the confirmation of Neil Gorsuch as the next associate justice of the Supreme Court:

“Today’s Senate vote was a historic one. Ten, 20, 30 years from now, this vote will still be having an ongoing impact on the liberty and constitutional rights of millions of Americans."

That's right, they will have lost their liberty.  All civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

“Today, the Senate followed through on a promise made to the American people more than a year ago, after Justice Scalia passed away. Justice Scalia was a lion of the law, and a hero to many."

A Republican national socialist to over half the population who did not vote for the Trump nazi.  The Senator conveniently neglects to mention this.

"His death transformed November’s election into a referendum on the Supreme Court."

The hell it did.  Conveniently, forget?  Hillary won the popular vote.  Lost the electoral college.  ... With a little help from the FBI director and that of the Trump nazi's friends in Moscow.  ... Not, however, that "Pilloried Hillary" was worth a shit.

“President Trump promised to nominate a principled jurist in the mold of Justice Scalia, not a liberal judicial activist who would undermine the Constitution and the Bill of Rights."

The Senator has it achingly ass backwards.  Scalia was a GOP nazi.  Legislated his outrageously perverse religious and ideological views from the bench in direct violation of his oath of office.  As well as, the First Amendment Establishment Clause, church-state separation, that is, freedom from religion.  The nazi did this ruling after ruling, year after year.  Remained, until his death, an exigent threat to all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

What "liberal judicial activists," Senator?  With confirmation and swearing in of Gorsuch, we now have five nazis on the Extreme Right, four in the Center.  What liberals?  Take your head out of your ass, Senator.  Continues to cloud your hopelessly myopic vision.  Worse, it's lodged so far up home plate your eyeballs are turning inside out.

Gets worse.  More delusional, hopelessly ass backwards:

"And in November, millions of conservatives across this country showed up to protect the Constitution and protect that vacant seat for a principled originalist."

Say what?  You're insane, Senator.  The Constitution will be shit on by the Gorsuch nazi.  All civil and constitutional rights and liberties will be in increased jeopardy.  Forget?  Gorsuch usually sides with his corporate masters.  Usually rules against the great unwashed masses.  You don't know that, Teddy Boy?  Hopelessly, ignorant?  Or, is it, indeed aggressive stupidity.

A strict constructionist, originalist, etc., is no more than a nazi with blinders on. Perception of such a fascist is determinedly myopic.  Decidedly over simplistic.  Black or white, right or wrong, no shades of gray.  No brilliant hues of color.  The nazi is too narrow minded to perceive in any other way.  Consequently, his 'judgment' remains deliberately skewed.

Uses this judicial philosophy to legislate his outrageously perverse ideological and religious views from the bench.  The Scalia nazi was a master at such subterfuge.  An anachronism.  Forced his views on others in his rulings.  Scalia was no great justice.  Just an unapologetic achingly fascist asshole who took a raucous hard dump on the Constitution, particularly, the Bill of Rights.  The Gorsuch nazi will do the same.

Coup de grace?  Proof positive Cruz has lost his mind?  Has no ability to discern fact from fiction, reality from fantasy?  Get this:

"Despite an unprecedented Democratic filibuster, today is a day that the Republican majority kept its promise to protect our fundamental rights, to protect free speech, to protect religious liberty, and to protect the Second Amendment. Judge Gorsuch’s confirmation is a critical step to defend the long-term liberty of millions of Americans, and for that reason, today is a day to celebrate.”

Day is night, night is day, and shit smells perversely sweet in the world  of the nazi.  All ass backwards.  The Cruz nazi, like many others in the Republican Party, remains an exigent threat to all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  A raucous, boot clicking, goose stepping, treasonous, treacherous, traitorous, Sieg Heil!, Senator.  You're out of uniform, you hopelessly fascist son of a bitch.   Where is your swastika armband?

This fascist piece of GOP excrement has taken credit for another atrocity he's imposed on laid off workers.  Here is the salient part of the press release:

"President Trump Signs Into Law Cruz-Brady Bill to Disapprove Obama Administration Drug-Testing Rule for Unemployment Insurance

"Last week, President Trump signed into law legislation sponsored by U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and Rep. Kevin Brady (R-Texas) to disapprove and nullify a drug-testing rule issued by the U.S. Department of Labor in the final months of the Obama administration. The rule previously limited states’ congressionally intended discretion in implementing their unemployment compensation and unemployment insurance programs. The bill was originally introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives by Ways and Means Chairman Brady, and sponsored in the Senate by Sen. Cruz.  “Under the previous administration, the Department of Labor undermined the ability of states to conduct drug testing in their programs as permitted by Congress,” Sen. Cruz said. “This rule was yet another example of executive overreach by the Obama administration, and I commend President Trump for signing this resolution into law.”

Understand what the above means?  Texas wants to drug test anyone applying for unemployment insurance.  This insurance is a benefit laid off employees have earned, have indeed paid for in terms of a lower wage.  Now, this piece of nazi shit wants those laid off to piss into a bottle under supervision.

Question.  Ferociously pointed question.  When the hell will this goddamned nazi and all his fellow legislators, all 535 of them, do the same to attain, maintain, and retain their seats?  When?  Their hypocrisy?  Right Wing and nazi.

Another interesting development in the Trump-Russia saga and the ongoing FBI investigation.  The Washington Post reports:

"The FBI obtained a secret court order last summer to monitor the communications of an adviser to presidential candidate Donald Trump, part of an investigation into possible links between Russia and the campaign, law enforcement and other U.S. officials said.  The FBI and the Justice Department obtained the warrant targeting Carter Page’s communications after convincing a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court judge that there was probable cause to believe Page was acting as an agent of a foreign power, in this case Russia, according to the officials."

Interesting, isn't it?  Consider the possible ramifications:

"This is the clearest evidence so far that the FBI had reason to believe during the 2016 presidential campaign that a Trump campaign adviser was in touch with Russian agents. Such contacts are now at the center of an investigation into whether the campaign coordinated with the Russian government to swing the election in Trump’s favor."

No conclusions can be drawn from any of the above until the investigation is complete.

"Page has not been accused of any crimes, and it is unclear whether the Justice Department might later seek charges against him or others in connection with Russia’s meddling in the 2016 presidential election. The counterintelligence investigation into Russian efforts to influence U.S. elections began in July, officials have said. Most such investigations don’t result in criminal charges."

The question to be asked is achingly simple.  If there is indeed evidence of criminal activity by Trump and/or his henchmen, will the Sessions nazi do his sworn duty, -- or, protect his fuhrer?

House GOP national socialists are pressuring the Trump nazi vis a vis an executive order on 'religious liberty.'  These goddamned nazis clearly don't understand that religious liberty is indeed already protected by the First Amendment.  Not, however, the right to force those views on others.  Forget?  The Establishment Clause of that very same Amendment protects us against this bastardization of religion and its imposition on the rest of us.  The nazi element in the GOP cannot seem to understand this.

Fox News reports:

“My administration will do everything in its power to defend and protect religious liberty in our land,” the president said at the National Prayer Breakfast. When he campaigned for the White House he stated that the “first priority of my administration will be to preserve and protect our religious liberty.”  “The First Amendment guarantees our right to practice our faith as we see fit…all the time, always, wherever,” he went on to say."

It does, but not to force those views on others.  ... Which is precisely what Republican nazis are calling for.  Whether it's abrogation of the right to abortion, gay marriage, birth control, equal treatment of all vis a vis business services regardless of gender, gender identity, sexual preference, race, ethnicity, etc..

"And now House Republicans are calling on President Trump to fulfill the promise he made to Christians on the campaign trail."

What they're requesting is in direct violation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause, church-state separation, that is, freedom from religion.  What they're desperately attempting is de facto implementation of a Christian theocracy.  This is a country of many different religions, as well as none at all.  All religious belief, including none at all,  is protected by the First Amendment.

These goddamned nazis who believe otherwise are in for a rude awakening.  They seem to have conveniently forgotten that owning a business is a privilege, not a right.  The same is true of healthcare providers.  If providing a legal, constitutional service is a problem for you religiously or for any other reason, do the right thing.  Get the hell out of the business.  Find something else to do.  Don't force your goddamned religious and ideological views on those of us who disagree.

Amusingly, but directly related to the above, the following is an update to an issue covered earlier in this publication and elsewhere.  CBS News reports:

"A Texas bill establishing a $100 fine for male masturbation is one step closer to getting off the ground."

Indeed, it is.  LOL.  About time.  LOL.

"House Bill 4620, dubbed the “Men’s Right to Know Act,” will be taken up by the State Affairs Committee in the Texas House of Representatives, the Houston Chronicle reports."

More than tongue in cheek, however.  Rightfully, so.

"Democratic state Rep. Jessica Farrar of Houston introduced the legislation in March to mock restrictions on women’s access to abortion and other health procedures."

Covered not too long ago here in this publication.

"With the stated purpose of regulating “men’s health and safety,” the bill would create a “civil penalty for unregulated masturbatory emissions” that occur “outside of a woman’s vagina [or] medical facility.”

There is a point here.  A most pointed principle.  If women have to put up with this goddamned bullshit courtesy of Republican nazis in our Legislature, why shouldn't men?  Indeed, what's good for the goose is good for the gander.  ... So to speak.

"Masturbation would be “considered an act against an unborn child” that “fail[s] to preserve the sanctity of life.” Semen would be stored in medical facilities and saved “for the purposes of conception for a current or future wife.”

If Republican nazis are willing to practice medicine without a license to force their outrageously perverse ideological and religious views on women, why shouldn't they have to put up with the very same bullshit?

"Another provision in the bill would create an informational packet called “A Man’s Right to Know,” similar to a current proposal requiring doctors provide women seeking abortions with a pamphlet called “A Woman’s Right To Know.” The male version of the booklet would include information “related to the benefits and concerns of a man seeking a vasectomy, Viagra prescription, or a colonoscopy” and must “include artistic illustrations of each procedure.”

Here, here.  Right on.  Time to force this goddamned achingly condescending, patronizing insanity on the very same clueless male GOP assholes who are forcing this bullshit on women.

"Farrar’s bill also establishes legal protections for doctors who refuse to perform certain procedures because of “their personal, moralistic, or religious beliefs.”

Here, here.

"Men would be required to undergo a rectal exam before being given a prescription for Viagra or getting a vasectomy. Farrar told the Chronicle in March that this requirement mimics state laws requiring women seeking abortions to undergo a transvaginal ultrasound, which “has nothing to do with her health care.”

Hey guys?  Time to drop trou, spread the cheeks, fart ahhhhh, as the doctor rams a finger up your ass.  Enjoy.  If women are forced to put up with bullshit, time for you to get yours.  ... Right, TL?  Readers are reminded GOP nazis in Texas are forcing women who seek an abortion to undergo an unnecessary trans vaginal ultrasound doctors consider to be both unnecessary and sexual assault.

Wake up.  There is a point to this that goes well beyond humor, however.  Women are being f--ked over by GOP nazis.  Time to turn the tables:

"Farrar told the Chronicle that “a lot of people find the bill funny,” but she introduced it to make a point about women’s health care."

Indeed, a most salient point.

“What’s not funny are the obstacles that Texas women face every day, that were placed there by legislatures making it very difficult for them to access healthcare,” she said."

The goddamned nazi bastards in the GOP do this to force their achingly perverse ideological and religious views on all by statute.  In direct violation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause, church-state separation, that is, freedom from religion.  Figuratively speaking, f--k the bastards.

Know how to most effectively do this, ladies?  Cross your legs, keep your panties on.  Refuse to have sex with your partners until these outrageous laws abrogating abortion rights are repealed.  Think it would take that long should women do so in mass?  Think your men would put up with lonesomely jacking it off themselves indefinitely?  LOL.

Think they wouldn't quickly smarten up, find some sadly lacking courage, their voices, and put a little pressure on these nazi assholes in the Republican Party?  Ladies, you have the power to force the issue.  End this egregious bullshit.  Perverse, sick, determined, intentional bastardization of religion.

Think the Trump nazi and his henchmen aren't national socialists?  NBC News reports:

"A group with alleged historical links to Nazi Germany has told NBC News it was "proud" when President Donald Trump's deputy assistant wore its medal.  Controversy has swirled around Sebastian Gorka, one of Trump's top counterterrorism advisers, ever since he attended the president's Jan. 20 Inaugural Ball wearing the honorary medal of Hungarian nationalist organization Vitezi Rend."

Think Adolf and Benito aren't grinning ear-to-ear on their fiery perches?

"Gorka's decision to wear the medal — which he said was awarded to his Hungarian-born father — has provoked outrage among Jewish groups."

For damned good reason.

"While in Budapest, NBC News also spoke with Andras Heisler, the Hungarian vice-president of the New York-based World Jewish Congress, who said that wearing the medal "isn't a good message for a democratic society."

Indeed.  It isn't.  The beginning of The Fourth Reich.

"Vitezi Rend was founded in 1920 by Hungarian ruler Miklos Horthy to award medals to Hungarian veterans of World War I. But the group's history became murky after the country allied with Nazi Germany in 1938.  Heisler told NBC News that members of the organization were likely complicit in the murder of some of the hundreds of thousands of Hungarian Jews toward the end of World War II."

This nazi son of a bitch wears the medal to the Trump nazi's inauguration?  Where's his swastika armband?

"During the war, the State Department listed Vitezi Rend among a group of "organizations under the direction of the Nazi government of Germany." And Horthy, its founder, once said that "I have always been an anti-Semite throughout my life," according to "The Jews of Hungary," a 1995 book by Hungarian-Jewish historian Raphael Patai."

Should send a chill throughout our formerly great nation.

"Last month, three Vitezi Rend officials told American-Jewish newspaper The Forward that Sebastian Gorka was one of their order."

Imagine that.

"The reports about Gorka prompted the Anne Frank Center for Mutual Respect, an American civil-rights group, to call for Sebastian Gorka's resignation, or at least an investigation into his alleged links with the far-right.  "How many ducks in the Trump White House must walk, talk and quack Anti-Semitically before our country wakes up and sees the greater problem?" it told NBC News in a statement. "Who among us wears a medal of a Nazi-sympathetic organization to remember loved ones?"

Indeed.  Who else? A nazi.

"When asked about the allegations in NBC News' investigation, Sebastian Gorka dismissed them as "fake news" and pointed to a statement he gave to online Jewish magazine Tablet last month."

All unadulterated bullshit:

"I have never been a member of the Vitez Rend. I have never taken an oath of loyalty to the Vitez Rend," he told the publication. "Since childhood, I have occasionally worn my father's medal and used the 'v.' initial to honor his struggle against totalitarianism."  He told NBC News he "completely distanced myself" from any white-supremacist or Nazi ideology. He declined to answer specific questions about NBC News' reporting."

Fascinating, isn't it?  Why not answer all questions, Mr. Gorka?  Someone's lying.  Guess who?

Think the Trump nazi, his henchmen are looking out for the needs of veterans?  NPR reports:

"By the time they cut her from the program, Alishia Graham was angry, but not surprised. Her postman delivered the news in February.  "The letter was sitting at the top — and my stomach dropped because I knew what it was," she says.  The letter from the Department of Veterans Affairs informed Graham that her husband Jim, who sustained a brain injury on his third deployment to Iraq, no longer qualified for a caregiver to help with his daily life."

Did idiots who voted for the Trump nazi truly believe he'd honor his word?

"It's not even like ... 'We think he doesn't need as much help.' No — 'We think he's totally fine and he doesn't need any help,' " says Graham. "I'm insulted for him. Because I know what he struggles with."

Some day there will be a war that absolutely needs to be fought.  On the scale of the Second World War.  Guess what?  Few would believe it.  Few would be willing to go fearing they'd been bamboozled.  Worse?  That they wouldn't be properly taken care of if injured.  All to line the pockets of corporate war profiteers.

Think the Trump nazi and his henchmen have your back?  Think this piece of shit truly a populist? Wake up.  NPR reports:

"The Obama administration created a rule to protect millions of American workers saving for retirement. President Trump has delayed this so-called fiduciary rule, which requires financial advisers to put consumers' best interests ahead of their own.

Can't have that, can we?  The corporate management suite and shareholders come first, right?

"Monday was the deadline for the industry to comply with a new rule crafted by the Obama administration to protect Americans saving for retirement. Obama's economic team said everyday Americans are losing upwards of $17 billion a year from their retirement accounts because financial advisers have conflicts of interest that give them incentives to steer clients into mutual funds with excessive fees."

Clearly, Republican nazis want no consumer protection:

"The rule requires advisers to stop that practice and to act in their customers' best interest. But Trump has delayed the rule for 60 days through an executive action. He has directed his administration to review the rule. The new administration may try to change the rule or get rid of it."

Think IRS isn't out of control?  CBS News reports:

"Using a law targeting money launderers and drug dealers, the Internal Revenue Service has wrongfully seized millions in small business and individual bank account money on the mistaken belief that they were hiding ill-gotten gains.   A report by the Treasury Department Inspector General found that the IRS launched hundreds of cases between 2012 and 2015 against innocent people who the agency accused of evading the Bank Secrecy Act, which is aimed at thwarting illicit deposits. In a random sample of 278 IRS forfeiture cases involving this law, the IG found that 91 percent of the people and businesses had gotten the suspect money legitimately."

Legalized theft by an out of control government at all levels and branches.  As bad as asset forfeiture imposed by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue without a court order.  This kind of shit can trigger the unthinkable.  ... An unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon.

“The IRS’s own internal watchdog found that the IRS had a practice of seizing entire bank accounts based on nothing more than a pattern of under-$10,000 cash deposits,” said lawyer Robert Everett Johnson, an attorney at the Institute for Justice, a legal firm fighting to overhaul the IRS’s forfeiture system, in a statement.   The cases involved were not for vast sums, but posed major problems for those who fell afoul of the IRS’s sub-$10,000 dragnet. In one instance in 2015, Forbes reported, a convenience store proprietor in Fairmont, North Carolina, lost $107,000 after the IRS seized his bank account.   “It took me 13 years to save that much money and it took fewer than 13 seconds for the government to take it away,” said Lyndon McLellan, owner of L&M Convenience Mart. L&M made deposits of less than $10,000 because a bank teller told the business that higher amounts would entail a lot of paperwork."

Legalized theft.  In a fascist police-state.  Get this:

"A vexing practice of the IRS, the IG’s report said, was that it focused on small businesses because they were easier targets than larger suspects. As the report noted, “[T]he Department of Justice had encouraged task forces to engage in ‘quick hits,’ where property was more quickly seized and more quickly resolved through negotiation, rather than pursuing cases with other criminal activity (such as drug trafficking and money laundering), which are more time-consuming.”  The IRS agents’ method of operation was “seize first, ask questions later,” the report said. And when the agents later asked their targets for an explanation about the deposits, these were disregarded, the IG said."

Hear the rumble?

In follow up to an earlier edition here, The Washington Times reports:

"Conservative pundit Tomi Lahren has filed a wrongful termination suit in Dallas County against Glenn Beck and The Blaze."

Breaks your heart, doesn't it?

"The host of “Tomi” was suspended and then ultimately cast out of Mr. Beck’s media company after a March 17 appearance on “The View.” The commentator’s lawsuit, which was filed Friday, says she was fired for taking a tactful pro-choice stance on abortion."

No free speech at Fox?  Couldn't be, could it?

Privacy must be no respecter of persons.  No matter their political persuasion, viewpoint.  Twitter stood tall.  NPR reports:

"Twitter has dropped a lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security, saying the demand that prompted the suit — that Twitter reveal the anonymous user behind an "alt-gov" account — has been withdrawn."

No reason to continue the lawsuit.  The government dropped the demand.

"The original lawsuit, filed by the social media giant on Thursday, alleged that DHS had demanded that Twitter reveal the user behind "@ALT_uscis," an account allegedly run by current and former Citizenship and Immigration Services employees."

Outrageous, isn't it, that government would so abuse power to track down current and former employees courageous enough to challenge the established order?

More outrageous?  Get this:

"The summons threatened legal action if Twitter did not comply — and asked Twitter not to disclose the existence of the demand. Twitter sued, exposing the summons and asking a court to declare it unenforceable."

Uncommon valor.  This needs to happen all over the country every goddamned time this shit happens.  No matter what agency.  No matter the level of government.

"Because the summons has now been withdrawn," Twitter's lawyers write in the latest filing, the company dropped the suit."

In follow up to an earlier edition of this publication,  CNN reports:

"Helen Beristain voted for Donald Trump even though she is married to an undocumented immigrant.  In November, she thought Trump would deport only people with criminal records -- people he called "bad hombres" -- and that he would leave families intact.  "I don't think ICE is out there to detain anyone and break families, no," Beristain told CNN affiliate WSBT in March, shortly after her husband, Roberto Beristain was detained by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement."

This woman is achingly delusional:

"On Wednesday, Beristain was proven wrong as ICE split her family across two countries.  Roberto Beristain, 44, was deported back to Mexico despite having no criminal record, family attorney Adam Ansari said.  "He hadn't committed any crimes. He didn't even have a parking ticket," Ansari said. "From everyone's accounts he is probably one of the most lovable guys you will ever meet. He is a loving husband and father. And he put a lot of work into his restaurant."

Aggressive stupidity is always rewarded.  ... So too,  is faith in a nazi.

ICE cannot be trusted. The Washington Post reports:

"Leandro Arriaga has been in the United States illegally since 2001.  He stayed despite a deportation order and over the past 16 years has made a living fixing and remodeling homes. He also started a family. But the father of four had grown tired of “living in the shadows,” his attorney said.  So last week, he went to a U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) office for his marriage petition interview — the first step to legalize his presence in the United States through his wife, a naturalized citizen. The process, called an I-130 visa petition, is a common way for foreigners to gain legal residency through their relatives or spouses."

He was stupid.  Trusted ICE.  Sadly, law enforcement cannot be trusted.  Remains hopelessly duplicitous:

"But Arriaga was arrested that day, along with four others who also showed up at the USCIS office in Lawrence, Mass. All five have deportation orders, according to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE.  Though the arrests aren’t unprecedented, legal experts say they are indicative of the Trump administration’s broader view on what counts as high priority for deportation. Adam Cox, an immigration law professor at New York University, said the arrests signify a level of immigration enforcement that is “very different” from that of the previous administration."

The Republican Party is clearly not the party of the family.

More on the Wells Fargo fiasco.  CNN News reports:

"Wells Fargo is taking back another $75 million from two top executives, including the former CEO, blaming them for playing central roles in the bank's fake account fiasco."

More symbolism over substance.  Forget?  Who the hell has been criminally prosecuted?  Who?

"The actions announced on Monday were the result of a massive, six-month investigation by Wells Fargo's independent directors into the culture that led to the creation of as many as 2 million fake accounts and firing of 5,300 employees."

Fox guarding the hen house.

"Wells Fargo's (WFC) board on Friday took back an additional $28 million from John Stumpf because the longtime CEO was "too slow to investigate or critically challenge" the bank's sales tactics, the 110-page report said.  It also clawed back $47 million from Carrie Tolstedt, the former head of Wells' community banks. Tolstedt and other bank leaders were "unwilling to change the sales model or recognize it as the root cause of the problem," the board found. Directors said Tolstedt and other execs "resisted and impeded scrutiny or oversight" and even "minimized the scale and nature of problems."

Doesn't your heart break?  After four years, the criminal bastards at Wells Fargo have done nothing to clean up criminal activity at the Kingsland branch.  Nor has the government.  Precisely, why Salvo after Salvo is published week after week in this publication covering emails that go out on a weekly basis advising the local community of this malfeasance.

The healthcare community is incapable of policing itself.  CBS News reports:

"A surgical assistant posing as a cosmetic surgeon in Colorado pleaded guilty to felony charges in court Friday, CBS Denver reports.  Carlos Hernandez Fernandez, 37, pleaded guilty to second degree assault and criminal impersonation -- both felony charges -- along with unauthorized practice of physician, a misdemeanor.  Hernandez Fernandez was arrested in August 2016 and accused of impersonating a doctor and performing procedures on unsuspecting women."

How can this happen?  Doctors at the facility, other hospital personnel, achingly clueless?  Couldn't spot an impostor?  That incompetent?

“This was a man who was holding himself up to be a licensed doctor and he wasn’t, and he was performing surgery and procedures without a license,” Lynn Kimbrough with the Denver district attorney’s office said at the time of his arrest. Kimbrough said at least four women had “suffered serious bodily injury because of the procedures.”

In follow up to an earlier edition of this publication and elsewhere, CBS News reports:

"A Michigan sports doctor accused of sexually assaulting dozens of women and girls has lost his medical license for at least three years.  Larry Nassar must pay $100,000 if he reapplies. His license was revoked Thursday by Michigan regulators, three months after it was suspended."

Too little, much too late.  Criminal and civil cases remain pending against this charlatan.

The following email has been sent nearly daily to a woman at 2freehosting.com who was responsible for caving into Wells Fargo.  This email is re-edited occasionally as circumstances change.  Should you bank with Wells Fargo you may wish to ask them why they engage in deceptive trade practices and if in fact they indeed bribed Texas Gov. Greg Abbott while he was Texas Attorney General to ignore a complaint filed against them:

Fran,

All three Liberty In Peril FTP servers are down and apparently have been
hacked.  The three websites, however, remain up and running at time of
writing.  That is, libertyinperil.twomini.com, libertyinperil.wink.ws, and
libertyinperil.t15.org are accessible and running.  Only FTP access has
been effected making it impossible to upload.

The Filezilla messaging on twomini is:

Status:        Connecting to 31.170.167.137:21...
Status:        Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection
refused by server".
Error:        Could not connect to server

The exact same messaging, other than IP addresses, is the same on the wink
and t15 FTP servers.  This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity.  Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these
FTP servers up and running again.  A criminal complaint will be filed with
the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells
Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue interference with the webhosts.
Has 2freehosting been bribed and/or pressured by Wells Fargo?  Certainly,
one of numerous questions to be forwarded to criminal prosecutors.

Welcome.   Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com.  This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers.  Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible.  -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle.  No more bullsh-t.  Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right.  During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at
Wells Fargo.  Copies of these emails were sent to bank officials.  They
have been posted in this publication. ... We're already up to Salvo 74, --
and counting.

In addition, all new Newsletter Editions will feature an
available abbreviated version, smart phone friendly, that can be accessed
by clicking on the icon.  Will supplement the regular format of this
publication.  This is being done because so many of you access this
publication with smart phones and other devices with small screens.

This site has finally been fully uploaded.  All links appear to be
properly working.  Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected.  There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows.  Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts.  We'll see.  With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated.  Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well.  Forget?  The bank
is considered too big to fail.  Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true.  They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked.  What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support.  Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however.  Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it.  Certainly, have the
resources.  Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved.  Hard to believe they would be that stupid.  The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose.  Owns its government lackeys.  The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further
exposure in this publication.  Should you have information regarding this
or any other issue, contact me.  I will protect your identity.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.  ... Governor?  Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Owner, Satellite Station Fire & Security, Kingsland, TX.   A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright.  She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager.  Reverse Darwinism.  Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters.  The process to update those already informed of this fiasco has finally been completed.  This latest material can be found by clicking on Wells Fargo Deceptive Trade Practices Salvo 149, 4-14-17.

The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned.  Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly, literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor.  Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
