As always when a cop does something heroic, and/or of exceptional benefit to the community, it leads. Always. The following is an example of uncommon valor. Not on the job as a police officer, however, just getting through training. Seatbelts on. CBS News reports:

“So I started looking at the police department to see if they would take me with the situation of the prosthetics,” he said. “I just kept Googling ‘prosthetics,’ ‘officer with prosthetics,’ and nothing came up. I couldn’t find anything.” Because nobody had done it. “I was going in blind. I don’t know what’s going to happen,” Matias said. As best anyone could tell, there had never been a full-time, active duty, double amputee police officer. But that didn’t stop Matias."

"He applied like everyone else. Really the only special accommodation he wanted was that he not get any special accommodations. “If I can do it myself, I earned it. If someone else helped me, I wouldn’t have wanted it. It wouldn’t have been fair to me or the officers behind me,” he said. So he went through the same exact training. Some in the department were curious -- if he fell trying to apprehend a subject, could he even get up? And he answered that, too."

"Which brings us here. On Friday, Matias not only graduated, he graduated class president, with a wife and daughter who were clearly proud. After losing his legs, Matias said he knew if he worked hard, another door would open. And here he is, on the glorious other side of that threshold."

Think dogs don't think? Aren't capable of doing extraordinary things? Don't somehow, someway sense when their human friends desperately need help? Aren't capable of saving human life? CBS News reports:

"A year ago, a 2-year-old dog with broken legs, ribs and a belly full of carpet was fortunate enough to be saved by an animal shelter and adopted into a loving home. Now, a year later, the dog’s the one doing the rescuing."

"The medium-sized mixed-breed named Peanut suddenly started barking uncontrollably while inside her home in Escanaba, Michigan, Friday morning. The behavior was certainly unusual for the ordinarily shy pup. She ran up and down the stairs, barking and yelping until her owner finally let her outside. Once the door opened, the dog barreled into an open field behind the house — her confused owner following close behind. Eventually, the dog stopped in front of a ditch, and looked back at her owner."

How could this dog have known? Sensed the following from inside the house? Get this:

"At first, the man pulled on the dog’s collar to turn back, but then he took a closer look and saw a naked little girl curled up into a ball, shivering uncontrollably in the freezing temperatures. Quickly, he hopped into the ditch and wrapped her in his shirt, running back home with Peanut on his heels. The family called 911 as they covered the girl in blankets to warm her up. “By the time the ambulance and police arrived, the little girl could only say one thing — ‘doggie,’” the dog’s owner explained in a letter to the Delta Animal Shelter, where they adopted the dog last April. “Thanks to Peanut, a little girl’s life was saved.”

"Michigan’s Delta County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the family’s story in a news statement on Monday, crediting the canine for alerting her owner to the child’s presence."

"The little girl was not injured and was transported to a nearby hospital for tests, while deputies went door to door in an attempt to find her parents, authorities said. The parents were eventually located at a house nearby. “Further investigation unveiled unsafe and unsanitary living conditions at the residence,” the sheriff’s office reported. “Child Protective Services was contacted and the found girl along with another young female were eventually removed from the residence.” Police said the case has been sent to the Delta County Prosecutor’s Office for review."

Not only did that dog save one life, but likely a second one as well. Hat's off to Peanut, her owner, and police for a job well done.

Think police officers, themselves, don't suffer profiling, racism, religious discrimination, etc. from their fellow officers? Fox32Chicago reports:

"A Muslim officer who was fired by the North Chicago Police Department last month is suing for religious discrimination, claiming he was fired after complaining about harassment. “I risked my life so someone could sleep better. And this is not right. This is not right what they did to me,” said Ramtin Sabet. Sabet started working for the North Chicago police in 2007, and the Iranian born officer said the harassment started a few years later."

Nothing ever truly changes, does it? The police mentality remains the police mentality. No matter the number of lawsuits. No matter the public uproar.

“They started calling me names, they said I was a terrorist, I didn't belong to the country, I should go back to Iran. They said Iran should be nuked,” Sabet said. According to the lawsuit, fellow officers asked Sabet if he road his camel to work, and at the firing range they said he was good at shooting because he had been teaching at Al-Qaeda camps in Iran. And the harassment didn’t’ stop there, he said. “I would show up to calls, they'd say, oh Mr. Taliban pulled up here, I would call in lunch breaks on the radio traffic asking dispatch for permission, they said oh, Mr. Taliban wants to eat falafel and hummus.”

This bullshit runs rampant throughout the country. The above is just one example. Cops who do this are unfit for the job. Remain an exigent threat to all civil and constitutional rights and liberties. The following is how law enforcement brass excuse this crap, gutlessly lay the blame on the victim:

"North Chicago Police Chief Richard Wilson declined to go on camera, but said Sabet was fired for violating department rules and regulations. Sabet was accused of making racial comments about Jews and then lying about it when questioned by investigators."

Why did this gutless piece of shit decline to go on camera? If what he's claiming is true, why not courageously go on camera and truthfully answer reporters' questions? What are you so afraid of, Chief? The truth?

“I filed a complaint, I wanted the harassment to stop, they turned it all the way around on me and they terminated me. They accused me of untruthfulness,” Sabet said."

Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? Forty-nine weeks, now. A goddamned disgrace. Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? Forty-nine weeks. Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger. To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff? Those of your thugs? The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down. You don't understand that, Sheriff? Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one. Including taxpayers. Especially, taxpayers.

It's time the public be fully informed. -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County. If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone. ... Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" Madam County Attorney?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why. This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet. Ignored. The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us. They can't be. They've lied too many times. Refuse to be accountable to anyone. We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases. Usually, with impunity. That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement. This also has to change. No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer. No one. No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar. There was no justice there. None here. None anywhere. Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers. Court fees charged continue to be horrendous. -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs? Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs? Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees. This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit. Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why? Yet, surprise, surprise. Nothing was done. There has to be transparency. There is none. Why would these thieving bastards want any? ... Right, Sheriff? TL? How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity? Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons. Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so. That is, where they came from. Why they left where they were. What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards. Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments. Why? So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated? This has to change. ... Can't have that, can we? Sheriff? TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up. Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own? The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers. Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently? Guess what? Nothing will happen. Nothing ever does. The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities. Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally. Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for. Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit. Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web. Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town. Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded. An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences. Forget? Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" Madam County Attorney?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure. We're just getting started, Sheriff. "The police chief of an eastern Texas town was arrested Wednesday following a standoff with sheriff’s deputies at his home, reports CBS affiliate KBTX."

"Charles Herford, the chief of the Normangee Police Department, was booked into the Leon County Jail on charges of deadly conduct and evading in a motor vehicle."

Had it been anyone other than an officer, think the bastard wouldn't have wound up dead at the hands of police, -- or at least severely beaten?

"Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper Jimmy Morgan told the station that just before 2:00 a.m., deputies received a 911 call from Herford’s wife, who was crying. During the initial conversation officials lost contact. A dispatcher called back, Herford’s wife answered, and the dispatcher soon heard what sounded like a gunshot."

"As sheriff’s deputies responded to the scene, they noticed Herford’s police unit driving through town and attempted to stop him. Trooper Morgan says Herford eluded law enforcement, but officers continued to search for him."

How could he manage to elude? Especially, in a police unit? When an ordinary citizen stupidly attempts to elude police, the jackbooted bastards in blue swarm like flies on shit. Come out of nowhere. Not this time, however:

"For nearly three hours, law enforcement continued searching for Herford and, according to Trooper Morgan, there were “conversations” via radio between Herford and the sheriff’s office. Around 5:30 a.m., law enforcement was informed that Herford had returned to his home. State troopers, deputies, local police officers and the Texas Rangers all descended upon the home. Around 7 a.m., Herford surrendered."

"A grand jury added 16 counts of aggravated battery with a firearm to the first-degree murder charges against a white Chicago police officer accused in the fatal shooting of a black 17-year-old. A special prosecutor and attorneys for former Officer Jason Van Dyke didn't discuss the new indictment announced during a Thursday hearing. Van Dyke shot 17-year-old Laquan McDonald 16 times in October 2014."

Remember this case? An extremely brutal murder perpetrated by a criminal jackbooted bastard in blue:

"The new indictment brings to 23 the number of felony counts against Van Dyke. He faces six counts of first-degree murder, one count of official misconduct and now 16 aggravated battery counts."

Only then, after a judge ordered a video of the murder released to the public. "Since 2010, At least 20 SWAT raids involving suspected marijuana dealers have turned deadly, according to data compiled by the New York Times. The list of fatalities includes small-time dealers and people who sold the occasional joint to a friend, as well as people suspected of dealing in more serious drugs like crack or meth, but who were found to be in possession of only marijuana after the fact. It also includes four police officers who were killed during the raids, intentionally or otherwise."

Trevon Cole of Las Vegas, who was targeted for a raid after undercover officers purchased 1.8 ounces of the drug from him. Cole was unarmed, and was shot and killed by an officer as he was trying to flush marijuana down a toilet. His family eventually received a $1.7 million settlement from police. Levonia Riggins, also of Tampa, who became the subject of a raid after undercover agents purchased marijuana from him on three occasions. Riggins was in bed at the time of the raid. He didn't respond to officers' demands, and when the officers moved toward him Riggins made a quick movement. He was shot and killed. The raid turned out no firearms and a small amount of marijuana."

"The deadly raids are a reminder that an activity that's legal and celebrated in some states -- selling weed -- can get you killed in others. Marijuana itself is not a deadly substance. "No death from overdose of marijuana has been reported," according to the DEA. But the deadly raids on suspected marijuana dealers underscore how drug enforcement can become a greater threat to life and safety than drug use itself."

"When Magee and his girlfriend heard the police announce themselves, they immediately surrendered. By then, police investigator Frederich Sowders lay dead on the floor. They later recovered 10 marijuana plants and 4 ounces of dried marijuana from his home."

"A Louisiana law enforcement officer was convicted Friday on a lesser charge of manslaughter in a shooting that killed a 6-year-old autistic boy, a gruesome encounter captured on tape by another officer’s body camera. Jurors found Derrick Stafford guilty of manslaughter and attempted manslaughter charges, multiple news outlets reported. He had faced charges of second-degree murder and attempted second-degree murder in the case. A manslaughter conviction in Louisiana carries a sentence of 15 to 40 years in prison, CBS affiliate WAFB reports."

There is racial and gender inequality in how the stand your ground law is enforced in Florida. Readers will recall the George Zimmerman murder of Trayvon Martin, -- who walked due to this law. If you're black and a woman, guess what? You don't receive equal treatment. NBC News reports:

"When Marissa Alexander went to prison in 2012, she became a symbol of the shortcomings of Florida's stand your ground gun law. Now that she's free, she's pushing to make it easier to use. Alexander is a black mother who was a licensed gun owner when she shot at her estranged husband in 2010, saying she feared he'd hurt her. The bullet never even grazed the man but she was initially sentenced to up to 20 years in jail — making headlines just as George Zimmerman was famously walked free for fatally shooting young Trayvon Martin in the same state."

Zimmerman got away with murder. This case is different in that no one got killed.

"That perspective put her at the intersection of national debates on race, sentencing guidelines, and expanding stand-your-ground laws, which protect people who defend themselves against attackers. Alexander, a self-described introvert whose conviction turned her into an advocate for criminal justice reform, has since sided with Florida Republicans who want to shift the burden of proof away from defendants when it comes to stand-your-ground defenses."

"A New York police officer who fatally shot unarmed teen Ramarley Graham during a 2012 chase, resigned Sunday after an internal disciplinary trial on Friday. According to an NYPD statement, police officer Richard Haste quit after the NYPD trial commissioner "found him guilty on all counts and recommended his employment be terminated." NYPD Police Commissioner James O'Neill has "fully concurred with the findings and recommendations of the Trial Commissioner," the statement reads."

"In 2013, Haste pleaded not guilty to charges of first- and second-degree manslaughter for the February 2, 2012 shooting of 18-year-old Graham. A Bronx Supreme Court Judge later dismissed the manslaughter indictment against Haste. The judge had thrown out the case based on instructions given by the prosecution to the grand jury regarding communications among officers before the shooting."

"Federal prosecutors closed their investigation in March 2016, saying there was insufficient evidence for a criminal civil rights case against Haste for the shooting."

"In 2015, the Graham family received a $3.9 million settlement in a wrongful death lawsuit against the city, Jeffrey Emdin, a lawyer representing the Graham family told CNN."

Continues to be a concerted effort of law enforcement to deny protesters their First Amendment right to protest. A problem across our formerly great country. ABC News reports:

"Law enforcement officials in Louisiana's capital face another federal lawsuit accusing them of violating the rights of protesters arrested after a black man's fatal shooting by police. Attorneys from the Roderick & Solange MacArthur Justice Center in New Orleans filed Thursday's lawsuit on behalf of several Baton Rouge residents who were arrested after the July 2016 shooting death of Alton Sterling during an altercation with two police officers. The suit - at least the third to accuse police in Baton Rouge of violating protesters' civil rights - claims the arrests were part of a pattern of "racist law enforcement" in the city."

Citizens have the right to peacefully protest. If I don’t, fine. But here’s what you’re going to get from me. You’re going to get somebody that tells you exactly what I believe. And to everybody in this room, it’s okay to be mad. It’s okay to be upset.”

One of Graham's best qualities, as well as that of McCain, is that both men don't play games. Do tell it like they think it is. Have to give them credit for that, -- despite the fact they're out to lunch on some of the issues.

to provide additional information about the details of these communications with the White
House that you believe may be responsive to Committee inquiries.

Ms. Yates seeks authorization to testify about communications she and a senior
Department official had with the Office of the Counsel to the President. Such communications
are likely covered by the presidential communications privilege and possibly the deliberative
process privilege. The President owns those privileges. Therefore, to the extent Ms. Yates needs
consent to disclose the details of those communications to HPSCI, she needs to consult with the
White House. She need not obtain separate consent from the Department.

"The Trump administration sought to block former acting attorney general Sally Yates from testifying to Congress in the House investigation of links between Russian officials and Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, The Washington Post has learned, a position that is likely to further anger Democrats who have accused Republicans of trying to damage the inquiry. According to letters The Post reviewed, the Justice Department notified Yates earlier this month that the administration considers a great deal of her possible testimony to be barred from discussion in a congressional hearing because the topics are covered by the presidential communication privilege."

Clearly, the DOJ passed the buck to the White House. Not before letting counsel know, however, at least some of her testimony might be barred. Then, the White House disingenuously claims it did nothing to prevent her testimony. 'Hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil.' A crock of disingenuous, deceptive bullshit. Forget? The DOJ works for the Trump nazi.

"Yates met with White House officials shortly after Trump's inauguration to tell them Flynn was under FBI investigation and that he hadn't told the truth about his contacts with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak. Not only that, the Russians' knowledge about what Flynn had said left him open to blackmail, the FBI warned."

"At the same moments that Schiff was making that connection in a visit to NPR headquarters, another story appeared from The Washington Post: the White House might consider Yates' comments from her time as acting attorney general to be covered by executive privilege. The Post cited letters from Yates' attorneys to the Justice Department."

"Almost as soon as that story appeared, the White House denied it. Spokesman Sean Spicer called it "entirely false." Later, in a briefing with reporters, he was given a chance to clarify more broadly — so executive privilege would not be an issue for Yates? "That's correct," Spicer said. And had the White House put any pressure on House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes to cancel the hearing at which Yates was scheduled to appear? "No," Spicer said."

Still not clear when or if Yates will testify. This investigation must continue. Yates needs to testify. All to date? The appearance of a massive cover up of criminal, possibly traitorous activity within the Trump regime. Only an independent investigation can settle the matter, determine the truth. The Trump nazi and his henchmen cannot be trusted to get to the bottom of this fiasco. Forget? Partisanship reins supreme. Both parties.

"Former acting Attorney General Sally Yates, a holdover from the Obama administration who was fired by President Trump on Jan. 31, reportedly notified the White House ahead of an appearance that was scheduled for an open hearing before the House Intelligence Committee this week. "It wouldn't surprise me at all if there was a vigorous pushback on having her testify, among other things, about how long did [Trump] know Flynn had lied before he was willing to do anything about it?"

"President Trump signed a sweeping executive order on Tuesday to begin the process of dismantling environmental regulations implemented under the Obama administration to aggressively fight climate change."

You've got Russia.” Spicer then offered this zinger: “If the president puts Russian salad dressing on his salad tonight, somehow that's a Russian connection.”

"When Ryan tried again to ask her question, Spicer said, “I appreciate your agenda here. … At some point, report the facts.”

"The ranking Democrat on the Senate Finance Committee is asking a government watchdog to investigate recent remarks by Treasury Secretary Stephen Mnuchin as a possible ethical violation. Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., says in a statement Mnuchin's plug for a movie he helped produce signals "a blatant disregard and disrespect to the office he serves and the power it holds."

"The NYPD estimated it costs between $127,000 and $146,000 per day to protect Mrs. Trump and Barron while President Trump is out of town, according to the New York Times. The cost to guard Mr. Trump and his family between the election and Inauguration Day reached $24 million, the NYPD said."

libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers. Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless

libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity. On a rampage. Thus, you get what you truly deserve. Always. Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate. -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area. Ten years after originally intending to do so. Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem. No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked. It's time to stand up. Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight. Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb. From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain. Wake up. Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen. After all, you're bought and paid for. Owned. Not only by your government masters, but their masters. The corporate management suite. Your employers. Think not? Wake up. You're human chattel. Corporate-owned, bought and paid for. Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly, literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor. Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision. To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day. You have no control of your lives. You're owned. Forget? For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits. At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded. Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy. Literally.

Cannot do it alone. Impossible. Not sustainable. This publication needs your financial and material support. Both. Time to step up.

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
