Brother dearest.  ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro?  A little antsy?  Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are?  Patience.  All in good time, good buddy.  When I'm damned good and ready.  Timing just right.  After all, a son of a bitch who's stolen his father's estate needs to be fully exposed publicly for whom and what he is, don't you think?  Indeed, a public service for your neighbors, professional associates, family, and friends, etc..

Conveniently, forget?  Others need to protect themselves against a fraud who masquerades as both a teacher and a counselor, no?  -- How the hell did you ever pass an MMPI some forty years ago to get hired?  You're not stable.  Have not been.  ... Must have really been pissed off at the old man to rip off an estate, no?  How much did you steal while he was alive and supposedly under your care?

How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died?  How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago?  How much?  Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch?  Her cohorts?  Your law enforcement shysters?  While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

... Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you.  Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died?  Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year?  Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it.  Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her?  -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life?  She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised.   Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned.  Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Will be different for you, Bro.  While you've bought off authorities, you will be publicly exposed.  In great detail.  In good time.  When I'm damned good and ready.  When exposure will do the maximum figurative damage to your goddamned sordid reputation.  -- Just the truth, brother dearest, however.  Just the truth.

Irony of ironies?  When the thieving son of a bitch died, and our mother was finally informed he had passed, she cried for her brother, -- the bastard thief who stole from her mother.  Sad, isn't it?  Too bad she's not still alive to see you publicly exposed for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you, yourself, truly are.  As was he.  Not in a court of law you've bought off, however.  Right here.

In good time.  Again, when I'm damned good and ready.  Employing the very same tactics used against Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo.  -- On steroids, however, since all dirty family laundry will be aired.  All of it.  No threat.  A promise.  Emails sent to your neighbors, friends, professional associates, businesses you deal with.  Although an enormous amount of work, all doable courtesy of the Internet.  Despite being some 1,800 miles away.  -- Small world, isn't it, Bro?  Enjoy the stolen loot, you son of a bitch.  Forget?  It's all you have.

Brother dearest.  Save all the check stubs from the old man's accounts?  Fraudulently sign any of them yourself?  Think this material couldn't be obtained from the banks either through discovery or a criminal investigation?  Still own the house on Condict Rd.?   Any other properties besides this one and the old man's you stole with the help of your shyster bastard?  Be interesting to see how far your assets extend and where.  Think all that information isn't accessible?  That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete?  But an extensive background check as well?  Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates?  Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong?  How about both universities?  Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception?  Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU?  That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability?  Is that why you wound up looting the old man?  Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible?  Think this will end any time soon?  That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch?  We're just getting started, Bro.  Just getting started.

Don't like it?  Tough shit.  Sue me you thieving son of a bitch.  Would use discovery to learn and post on this website all there is to know about you, your activities, predilections, business 'deals,' as well as all your financial transactions, etc..  All of it.  Would certainly avoid the expense of an extensive background check on you, thieving brother dearest.

Even if you were successful in court, there is nothing for you to take, this remains, as well, a homesteading state where minimal assets are protected anyway.  This site is hosted in an overseas country that doesn't particularly like government intrusion, remains not prone to cooperate.  Besides, can always upload to another webhost in still yet another country.  The possibilities are endless, Bro.  Just takes willingness, effort, unshakable determination.

Even if I lost it all would be more than worth it to expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.  Even if you bribed a goddamned nazi 'judge' to remove posted material, would not cooperate and be more than willing to rot in jail.  Would certainly keep reposting it all no matter the cost and/or personal consequences every time it was taken down.  Forget, you thieving son of a bitch?  I never ever give up.

Since all I seek is your exposure for the thief you truly are, would all be worth it.  For the sake of principle.  All the work, financial cost, as well as the time I am about to dedicate to this effort, you deceptive, unstable, sick, thieving son of a bitch.  Unlike you, I live on principle and have absolutely nothing to lose.  You do.  Will certainly take great pleasure and satisfaction in doing all I can to publicly expose you for whom and what you are.

To say nothing of placing enormous pressure on prosecutors you and your equally corrupt shyster son of a bitch apparently bribed.  Don't like it?  Again, tough shit. Chew harder.  The public needs to know to protect itself.  From you and your shyster bastard.  People who live and travel in your circles as well.  Including his.  As a thief, you and he can't be trusted by anyone.  You'll determinedly f--k them.

More than willing to provide this truly public service.  People certainly need to know whom and what you are.  What you have sadly become.  You certainly weren't brought up to be a thieving son of a bitch.  What happened?  Where did you lose yourself, Bro?  -- Never mind.  ... Truly doesn't matter.  Only your exposure.

TC 4-22-16

Hey, Bro?  Remember me?  How soon they conveniently forget.  ... Half asleep? -- Out to lunch?  ... In your own perverse little world?  That of a criminal?  Wake up.  Conveniently, gutlessly forget?  Insanely believe you're someway, somehow off the hook?  Think again.  We're not done.  You remain a thief who will be exposed for whom and what your are.  What you certainly have become.  No question about that.  Patience, you thieving son of a bitch.  Exposure is coming.  Promise.

Think I don't have time?  Truly believe the ongoing Presidential fiasco ends no matter who wins?  The murderous decay in law enforcement gets resolved any time soon?  Criminal Wells Fargo employees from local Kingsland bank manager Amanda S. Wright right up to and including CEO John Stumpf get prosecuted in the near future despite egregious criminal activity?  Wouldn't hold my breath, would you?

Think I don't have time to handle all this and your public exposure for the estate-stealing criminal son of a bitch you've truly become?  How could you steal from the old bastard, you incredibly sad sack of shit?  Certainly weren't brought up to be a thief.  What happened to you?  Where'd you lose yourself?

No question, 2017 will be a most remarkable, defining year for you, Bro.  Public exposure for the thieving piece of shit you've sadly become.  It's on the way. Promise.  Hope you sue.  Nothing for you to take.  Tough, isn't it?  Certainly, makes me judgment proof.  Will certainly, as well, take advantage of discovery.  Publish every detail I can get my hands on.  No matter the consequences.  Only consideration?  Prime directive?  Your exposure for whom and what you are.

Readers?  This not-so-brotherly piece of shit stole from our father.  Manipulated the old man to line his pockets.  Just like our uncle on my mother's side of the family did to my grandmother.  Runs in the family.  Our family.   ... Right, Bro?  This game now gets played my way, -- not yours, you son of a bitch.  That is, no more U.S. Mail tag.

Anything sent by mail will be refused, returned unopened.  Want contact?  Email.  libertyinperil@riseup.net.  Quick.  Easy.  Better yet?  A digital record.  Permanent.  Easily accessible.  Easily uploaded to this site when and if it becomes necessary.  The shyster bastard you hired to steal the estate shouldn't expect escape, either, from public exposure as the thieving piece of shit he, like you, truly both are.  Unscrupulous thieves.

Sincerely hope that piece of crap sues as well.  Nothing to take.  Discovery again would be published no matter the personal cost.  Nothing quite like public exposure, is there?  Especially, when it is nothing but the truth and there is absolutely nothing to lose exposing two pieces of criminal shit for whom and what they are.  Two pieces of gutless human excrement who looted an old man.  ... Right, Bro?

There is no better disinfectant than sunlight, readers.  Glaring sunlight.  Dazzling brilliance.  Amazing how the roaches run for cover.  Equally pointedly, how vermin on two legs manage to so easily prey on the elderly courtesy of the out of control fascist police-state we now live in.  While there'll never be any justice vis a vis this theft, there will be exposure to the brilliant light of day for both criminal perpetrators.  Count on it, you not-so-brotherly criminal son of a bitch.

TC 10-7-16

February 10, 2017

As always, when a cop does something heroic, and/or of exceptional benefit to the community, it leads.  Always.  CBS News reports:

"A Metro Nashville police officer died Thursday after slipping into the swift currents of the Cumberland River while trying to get a suicidal woman out of a car that was quickly heading into the bitterly cold water, Tennessee officials said Thursday.  The Metro Nashville Police Department confirmed “with heavy hearts” in a tweet around 8 a.m. that a fire department diver found the body of 44-year-old Eric Mumaw. Police said Mumaw was an 18-year veteran of the department, “who gave his life this morning in service to Nashville.”

Hat's off to this exceptional officer.  Condolences to his family and the department.  This is a complicated case.

"Police spokesman Don Aaron said during a news conference earlier Thursday that two officers were responding about 4:30 a.m. Thursday to a call about a 40-year-old woman who relatives said was contemplating suicide.  He said they found the woman in a car on the boat ramp near the water’s edge. Aaron said it appeared that she was about to get out of the car to go with officers when the vehicle went into gear and rolled down the ramp, which ended abruptly under the water.  “The two officers as the car was rolling tried to make heroic efforts to save the woman who was in the vehicle,” Aaron said, but both officers slipped into the river. One was able to get back to the bank. Aaron said that officer tried to grab the other officer but was unsuccessful.  He said crews found the woman from the car about an hour later on the riverbank and she was taken to a hospital for treatment."

Sadly, there's more to this story than that.  WSMV Channel 4 reports:

"A woman will be facing criminal charges after an alleged suicide attempt resulted in the death of a Metro police officer.  Juli Glisson, 40, is going to be charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department.  Investigators say Glisson was "legally drunk" when she was behind the wheel of the car.  Glisson was taken to the hospital after being found on the riverbank after escaping from her car and swimming to safety.  Police said a warrant has been issued for her arrest and she will be taken into custody when she is discharged from the hospital."

Sadly, another great officer dies in the line of duty.  CBS News reports:

"Authorities say a sergeant has died after inhaling toxic chemicals while trying to rescue a worker at a medical facility in Georgia.  CBS affiliate WRDW reports that the Richmond County Coroner says Sgt. Greg Meagher, 57, was pronounced dead at 4:33 Sunday afternoon at Augusta University Medical Center.  The coroner reports that Meagher was trying to rescue a Xytex worker when he was overcome by chemicals, the station reports. Officials believe he inhaled liquid nitrogen."

Condolences to his family and the department.

"The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office says Sgt. Greg Meagher is the same officer who was shot in the face back in 2004, WRDW reports."

Two officers allegedly go beyond the call of duty, what appears to be disingenuously so.  Fox News reports:

"In the South Austin neighborhood of Chicago, two police officers went above and beyond the call of duty, and their act of kindness has now gone viral.  Chicago police officer Peter White saw a man three weeks ago and this week, he made good on a promise of a warm coat.  White placed the jacket over the man's much lighter coat, helped him push his arms through the sleeves, and he even checked the fit and zipped it up for him.  It was an act of kindness the officer didn't know was being recorded.  "I got out and gave him the jacket, and he thanked me and I got back in the car. He sent it to me, I sent it to my wife and his friends and my friends,” White said."  Officer Bob Osborne shared the video on social media and it picked up steam, being viewed hundreds of thousands of times.  They say it's an opportunity often not caught on camera and something that lifts spirits within the police department and with the public."

There's more to the story:

"We wrote him a ticket the time we stopped him. We still did our job. But, when we went back, you know the human always still comes out,” Osborne said.  The officers saw the man didn't have a warm jacket. So, it inspired them to grab one and hold onto it in case they saw him again.   “He's out there panhandling and does whatever he can to stay warm and fed, but I don't think that he gets people actually truly caring. And it felt nice for us, but I think he was appreciative himself that as not only just people, but as police officers we showed that we kept our word,” White added."

They had the discretion not to have written him a ticket in the first place.  Yet, did so.  A chicken shit 'offense' committed by someone desperately trying to survive.  The two officers seem to be grandstanding to improve the image of an exceptionally badly tarnished Chicago Police Department.  Still, have to be commended for returning, giving the man a desperately needed coat.

Wake up, Sheriff.  Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office?  Forty-two weeks, now.  A goddamned disgrace.  Why are you still sitting on this information?  What are you hiding, Sheriff?  What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise?  Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons?  Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff?  Their past history?  An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse.  How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information?  Forty-two weeks.  Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger.  To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff?  Those of your thugs?  The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down.  You don't understand that, Sheriff?  Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one.  Including taxpayers.  Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot.  The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt.  Think not?  Wake up.  Your credibility has tanked.  Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated.  Forty-two weeks.   Still no identification of the officers involved  ... Can't get your stories straight?  In line?  Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? Wake up, Sheriff.  The public no longer buys the bullshit.  No longer trusts you.  On this and many, many other issues.  You have no credibility.  Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so.  There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow.  If there are any others I may have neglected to mention, kindly email.

It's time the public be fully informed.  -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County.  If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone.  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why.  This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet.  Ignored.  The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us.  They can't be.  They've lied too many times.  Refuse to be accountable to anyone.  We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases.  Usually, with impunity.  That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement.  This also has to change.  No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer.  No one.  No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar.  There was no justice there.  None here.  None anywhere.  Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers.  Court fees charged continue to be horrendous.  -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs?  Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs?   Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees.  This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit.  This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt, abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why?  Yet, surprise, surprise.  Nothing was done.  There has to be transparency.  There is none.  Why would these thieving bastards want any?  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity?  Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons.  Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so.  That is, where they came from.  Why they left where they were.  What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards.  Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments.  Why?  So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated?  This has to change.  ... Can't have that, can we?  Sheriff?  TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up.  Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own?  The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers.  Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently?  Guess what?  Nothing will happen.  Nothing ever does.  The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities.  Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy.  Literally.  Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for.  Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit.  Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web.  Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County.  Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town.  Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded.  An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences.  Forget?  Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure.  We're just getting started, Sheriff.  You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards have become, truly are, not what you phonies purport to be, that is, how you continue to f--k over a public you've falsely sworn to protect and defend.  -- Exposure, the only way short of an unwanted dreaded revolution to force desperately needed change in a goddamned fascist police-state. The Fourth Reich.

Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids, Sheriff?  If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing.  'Personnel matters?'  Bullshit.  Looted taxpayers have the right to know.  They're footing the bill for all this goddamned corruption, abuse, ineptness.  When will you and the boys end the shakedowns?  Looting of the innocent to line County coffers?  No honor at all?

Where are your swastika armbands, you fascist son of a bitch?  You and your thugs remain out of uniform.  Once again, Sheriff, and ad nauseum, did you and/or your goons pressure Schilling to exit the race?  Did you steal the election?  If so, an aggressively stupid, achingly gutless public gets what it truly deserves.  One of the most corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' agencies in our formerly great country.

Have any information, knowledge of, experience with a purportedly non-profit volunteer clean-up group called Looking Forward In Llano County affiliated with the Llano County Attorney's Office?  Email this publication at libertyinperil@openmailbox.org to provide information and/or arrange a meeting to discuss this matter.  If requested, your identity will be protected.  The question is quite simple.  Is this group what it claims to be and on the level?

ABC News reports:

"A man whose jaw was broken when he was kicked by a Dover [Del] police officer received $300,000 to settle a lawsuit filed on his behalf by the American Civil Liberties Union."

Nowhere near enough.

"An attorney for the city released a copy of the 2015 settlement with Lateef Dickerson on Monday after the attorney general's office said Friday that the city violated the Freedom of Information Act in refusing to release details of the agreement."

This is a problem all across our formerly great country.  Nazi government does not believe the public has a right to know.

"The Associated Press challenged the FOIA denial, arguing that the city had no basis to keep the settlement, reached through its insurer, confidential. The News Journal of Wilmington also filed a challenge."

Increasingly difficult and expensive to legally challenge government failure to honor open records requests.  Kicker?  Coup de grace?

"A 2013 police video shows Dickerson being kicked in the face as he appeared to be getting on the ground.  The officer was acquitted of assault."

This is a problem all over our formerly great country.  The criminal jackbooted bastards in blue are protected and coddled no matter what they do.  Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon.

Police behavior is growing increasingly strange.  CBS Minnesota reports:

"A sergeant in central Minnesota has been charged for stalking after allegedly sending threatening texts to a man in Willmar and entering his home uninvited.  According to the criminal complaint, Sgt. Joel Engler of the Meeker County Sheriff’s Office has been charged with two counts of gross misdemeanor stalking.  The complaint states Eric Ernhart contacted the sheriff’s office in September to report harassment by Engler. Ernhart told investigators Engler “has been obsessed with him for the past several years.”

What the hell is going on here?

More of the same. Never ends.  NBC News reports:

"An NYPD officer was physically attacked and called a "Muslim bitch" as colleagues attempted to rip off the hijab she was wearing, a new lawsuit filed in Manhattan federal court alleges."

Sad, isn't it?

"Officer Danielle Alamrani, who became a cop in 2006 and converted to Islam a year later, claims in her suit dated Feb. 2 that once she started wearing the headscarf on duty, her colleagues refused to work with her."

Goddamned bigots in blue.

"In 2010, a sergeant joked in front of fellow officers that Alamrani should not "detonate on patrol," a comment that drew laughter, according to court documents. And on Christmas day in 2012, two officers allegedly attacked Alamrani at the precinct and tried to rip off her hijab, the lawsuit states."

None of this is surprising, -- as our formerly great country continues to nazify.

"The harassment continued, court papers allege, and included one instance in September 2014 when an officer responded to a noise complaint where Alamrani lived in Brooklyn, New York. She and her husband were allegedly arrested, and her children were detained for eight hours.  "During this incident, the responding officer...made numerous comments about Plaintiff Alamrani's religion including that Plaintiff Alamrani's family were '[A]rabs' who 'slept on the floor like animals,'" the lawsuit reads."

Hopefully, this will go to trial.  Not be swept under the carpet by a 'confidential' 'settlement.'  What is particularly interesting is the fact NYPD had supposedly changed policy vis a vis Muslim head scarfs on female officers and beards on males as reported in an earlier edition here and elsewhere.

More trouble in the Big Apple.  NBC New York reports:

"The mother of a dead prisoner is crying foul after a Westchester County corrections officer said his supervisors asked him to sign a report about the fatality that he says he did not author.  "Something is not right. What are they trying to hide?" said Lydia McNulty, whose son Rashad McNulty died of a heart attack while he was behind bars."

Good question.  Keep asking.  Better yet?  Continue to sue the living shit out of the bastards.

In follow up to an earlier edition here, NPR reports:

"Now the nation's top state judges have taken a big step to end the practice of sending impoverished people to debtors' prisons. The National Task Force on Fines, Fees and Bail Practices on Friday issued a "bench card" — a clear set of instructions — to be used by state judges across the country.  The two-page set of guidelines, which judges can keep at their fingertips on the bench, tell judges that they're only allowed to send people to jail for non-payment when they have the means to pay, but "willfully" refuse to pay. The instructions spell out how to determine who falls below the poverty line, and how to come up with alternative sanctions, like reducing a fine, extending the time to pay it, or requiring community service, instead."

Be interesting to see what effect, if any, it will have here in Nazi Llano County.

More of the same.  This time with a twist.  Fox News reports:

"A Texas police officer is under fire after posting an unauthorized video telling undocumented immigrants in his town that his department has not enforced immigration laws “for many, many years.”  Officer Daniel Segura of the Fort Worth Police Dept. posted a nearly 6-minute video on his Facebook page Wednesday morning hoping to calm the fears of many in the town’s Hispanic community following President Donald Trump’s executive orders on immigration and the ongoing debates over “sanctuary cities.”

Clearly, his department doesn't agree:

"Fort Worth Police issued a statement saying it did enforce all laws – local and federal – to protect all citizens, and was not a sanctuary city, Fox 4 reported.  “The video is not intended to represent the views of the City of Fort Worth on immigration or compliance with immigration policies,” the statement said.  The department said Segura would not face any disciplinary action because of the video."

Fascinating, isn't it? Someone's lying.  Guess who?

Equal justice?  Fox News reports:

"The pastor of a Connecticut church has been charged with stealing about $8,000 worth of electricity.  The Connecticut Post reports that Bishop William Marshall, pastor of City of Life Worship and Deliverance Center in Bridgeport, was charged Wednesday with third-degree larceny.  Marshall, who was released on a promise to appear in court, did not return calls for comment."

No bail?  Think Joe Blow down the street would have been afforded similar treatment?

The Trump nazi bold face lied to a group of sheriffs.  Imagine that.  Get this. The Washington Post reports:

"President Trump met Tuesday morning with a group of sheriffs from the National Sheriffs Association, a group that consists of more than 3,000 sheriffs from around the country. And to this sworn group of  law enforcement veterans, with reporters taking notes, he again repeated a falsehood about the murder rate in America."

Indeed, he did. Lied.

"Trump told the sheriffs, “the murder rate in our country is the highest it’s been in 47 years.” He blamed the news media for not publicizing this development, then added, “But the murder rate is the highest it’s been in, I guess, 45 to 47 years.”

A lie.

"The country’s murder rate is not the highest it’s been in 47 years. It is almost at its lowest point, actually, according to the FBI, which gathers statistics every year from police departments around the country."

How can a liar be trusted?  How?

A bank is certainly one of the most secure environments against armed robbery.  Usually, also, in terms of difficulty of embezzlement.  Checks and balances, extremely rigorous accounting make embezzlement nearly impossible.  Precisely, why the following raises profound questions as to what had gone so terribly wrong.  NBC News reports:

"Some bank robberies are committed with a gun, others with a ledger.  A Texas woman plead guilty Tuesday to hiding a million-dollar bank robbery committed very, very, gradually.  Over 10 years, $1.25 million was stolen from the First National Bank, the DOJ said, disappearing from the bank's vaults at an average of $10,000 a month."

There had to have been collusion on a massive scale for this to happen over such a long period of time.

"Jill Marie Myers of McAllen, Texas, admitted she falsified bank records at the branch where she worked at as a teller supervisor in order to conceal the theft. The DOJ said that her duties included verifying the amount of currency on hand and entering the total in the bank's general ledger at the end of the day."

Having worked in a bank as a teller decades ago while attending college, this doesn't seem possible.  Internal auditing is constant, multi-level.  So too is that conducted by bank regulators, including unannounced visits.  -- There had to have been massive collusion for it not to have been discovered until recently:

"The scheme was revealed in 2014 after PlainsCapital Bank acquired the location."

Cyber theft is certainly a problem within the banking industry.  CBS News reports:

"The rise of chip-based credit cards in the United States has forced con artists to change their tactics. A recent study says more than 15 million Americans had personal and financial information stolen last year. That is up 16 percent from 2015.  When thieves pose as a customer to gain access to their accounts, it’s called an “account takeover.” In 2016, those instances increased by nearly 40 percent.  Just last week, cyber criminals took over one New Jersey man’s bank accounts in minutes.   “There’s nothing I could’ve done to stop it,” Marc Alfinez told CBS News’ Dana Jacobson. “That was the bank that let him in.”

Clearly, the banks don't care.  Consider it a cost of doing business.  Pass it on to customers through exponentially increasing fees.

In another article, CBS News reports:

"A group of seven Senate Republicans are moving to gut consumer protections for prepaid debit cards before they’re enacted. The rules, aimed at providing many of the same safeguards that consumers take for granted with credit and debit cards, would require fee disclosures, fraud protections and limits on overdraft fees."

Yet, the duped dopes who voted for the Trump nazi still believe the GOP is the party of the little guy.  Imagine that.

“It is outrageous that Congress may block basic fraud protections on prepaid cards so that Netspend can keep gouging struggling families with overdraft fees that have no place on prepaid cards,” said Lauren Saunders, associate director of the National Consumer Law Center (NCLC). “Members of Congress that support Wall Street and predatory lenders over working families may also use this vote to continue their attacks on the CFPB, our consumer watchdog, which has returned nearly $12 billion to 29 million consumers across the nation.”

This is the nazi GOP at work.  For its corporate masters.  The top 1% of the food chain.  ... Right, TL?

GOP nazis don't want:

"Upfront fee disclosure
"Fraud protection
"Prompt dispute resolution
"Balance disclosures
"Overdraft features"

Mighty 'generous' of national socialist GOP nazis, isn't it?  ... Right, TL?

Two major cities stuck it to Wells Fargo.  Breaks your heart, doesn't it?  NPR reports:

"Seattle's City Council has voted to not renew its contract with Wells Fargo, in a move that cites the bank's role as a lender to the Dakota Access Pipeline project as well as its creation of millions of bogus accounts. As a result, the city won't renew its contract with the bank that expires next year."

Here, here.  Stick it to the bastards.  ... Right, Amanda?

"The unanimous vote will pull more than $3 billion in city funds from the banking giant, the council says. Seattle says the bidding process for its next banking partner will "incentivize 'Social Responsibility.'"

Better than that?  Sends a message to the criminals in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite.  ... Right, Amanda?

"Not long after Seattle's vote, the City Council in Davis, Calif., took a similar action over the pipeline. It voted unanimously to find a new bank to handle its roughly $124 million in accounts by the end of 2017."

While, indeed a piss hole in the snow to a corporation that has reportedly over a trillion in deposits,  the cities may induce far more communities, organizations, etc. to cut ties with the criminal bastards at Wells Fargo.  ... Right, Amanda?

No question, the war against immigration continues unabated in Nazi Texas.  CBS News reports:

"A Texas Senate panel shrugged off 16 hours of sometimes tearful pleas and defiant opposition to approve a “sanctuary cities” proposal that would withhold grant funding from local jurisdictions that don’t hand over immigrants already in custody for possible deportation."

So what else is new?  Hitler and Mussolini must be grinning ear to ear on their fiery perches.  Yet, ferocious opposition is growing not only here in Nazi Texas, but across our formerly great country.  The Washington Post reports:

"Last spring, Jim Rigby opened the doors of St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church to Hilda Ramirez and her 10-year-old son, undocumented immigrants fleeing civil strife in Guatemala. He borrowed some furniture, set up bunk beds in the Sunday school teacher’s office — and trained church members to lock the doors and form a human shield if immigration officers come knocking."

Ferocious, but peaceful resistance.

“Do we stand up for human rights now? Or do we act like zebras on the Serengeti, hoping the lion eats us last?” said Rigby, 66, the longtime minister of one of Austin’s [TX] most liberal houses of worship. “People of good conscience,” he said, must put themselves between asylum seekers and “harm’s way.”

Indeed.  Uncommon valor.  In a goddamned fascist police-state.  The Fourth Reich.  Courtesy of nazis in the Republican Party.  ... Right, TL?

Further insight into the Trump nazi and his chief strategist, Stephen K. Bannon, regarding immigration. The Washington Post reports:

"In November 2015, Stephen K. Bannon — then the executive chairman of Breitbart News — was hosting a satellite radio show. His guest was Rep. Ryan Zinke (R-Mont.), who opposed President Obama’s plan to resettle some Syrian refugees in the United States.  “We need to put a stop on refugees until we can vet,” Zinke said.  Bannon cut him off.  “Why even let ’em in?” he asked.  Bannon said that vetting refugees from Muslim-majority countries would cost money and time. “Can’t that money be used in the United States?” he said. “Should we just take a pause and a hiatus for a number of years on any influx from that area of the world?”

This is a goddamned nazi chillingly in the mold of Hitler and Mussolini.  Ignores the fact 'extreme vetting' has been going on for years.  In another article, The Washington Post reports:

"The flag fluttering above the U.S. Capitol is emblazoned with a crescent and star. Chants of “Allahu Akbar” rise from inside the building.  That’s the provocative opening scene of a documentary-style movie outlined 10 years ago by Stephen K. Bannon that envisioned radical Muslims taking over the country and remaking it into the “Islamic States of America,” according to a document describing the project obtained by The Washington Post."

Chillingly reminiscent of Hitler's newsreels some eighty years ago.

"The outline shows how Bannon, years before he became a strategist for President Trump and helped draft last week’s order restricting travel from seven mostly Muslim countries, sought to issue a warning about the threat posed by radical Muslims as well as their “enablers among us.” Although driven by the “best intentions,” the outline says, institutions such as the media, the Jewish community and government agencies were appeasing jihadists aiming to create an Islamic republic."

This is precisely why the Trump nazi, his henchmen, and nazis in the Republican Party pose an exigent threat to all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  In regard to Bannon, ABC News reports:

"He told his radio audience in December 2015 that "over half" of Muslims in the Middle East believe in Sharia.  "I think that most people in the Middle East, at least 50 percent, believe in being Sharia-compliant," Bannon said. "One of the issues we have in Garland, Texas, is trying to stop these Sharia courts."  He was referring to the debunked claim that Islamist groups were trying to establish Sharia courts in Garland; they were setting up Islamic tribunals, or mediation groups. The claim earned the distinction of The Houston Chronicle's "2015 Texas hoax of the year."

Deservedly, so.

The Trump nazi once again betrayed the American public, aided and abetted his outrageously corrupt, abusive, thieving fellow corporate titans.  Wells Fargo and many, many other corporations must be celebrating like it's 1999.  NBC News reports:

"President Donald Trump signed an executive order Friday scaling back the sweeping 2010 Dodd-Frank financial regulatory framework enacted under his predecessor as a direct response to the financial crisis."

Understand what this means?  Once again, the corporate management suite has been effectively granted carte blanche to do as it pleases.  That is, f--k over the public with goddamned impunity.  ...Right, Amanda?

"In taking aim at Dodd-Frank, the new administration is targeting a broad range of financial reforms ranging from bank rules about speculating with customer funds and wind-down provisions for "too big to fail" institutions to consumer protections from predatory debt collection practices and forced arbitration. "

This is clearly a not-so-cleverly designed royal f--king of the American public.  Engineered by the Trump nazi for the benefit of his corporate cronies.  ... Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon.

"President Trump made it clear he wanted to dismantle the Dodd-Frank Act and this is the first salvo in attempting to do so," said Michael Barr, University of Michigan law professor and editor of the Russell Sage Foundation's journal, Financial Reform: Preventing the Next Crisis."

The 'President' is no more than a traitor.

"The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, which was created in 2011 as part of the Dodd-Frank Act, is already under a legal cloud regarding the legitimacy of former President Obama's appointment of its director, former Ohio Attorney General Richard Cordray."

Cordray is no more than a worthless piece of shit.  He and the CFPB failed to do anything against Wells Fargo four years ago when a complaint was filed against the bank. -- He's a truly worthless piece of crap.  So is his toothless bureaucracy.  They're bought and paid for.  Yet, the Trump nazi and his equally fascist henchmen want absolutely no oversight.  None.

"An attempt to remove him will almost certainly prompt an even bigger court battle that could wind up in the hands of the Supreme Court — yet another factor that raises the stakes for Democrats being urged by progressives to dig in their heels on Trump's recent nominee, Neil Gorsuch."

This is precisely what needs to be done.  These goddamned nazis need to be repeatedly dragged into court.  Subject to ferocious, but peaceful resistance. Every step of the way.  They've stolen our country.  The rule of law.  Any semblance of principle.

"A second order Trump signed is expected to weaken the "fiduciary rule" an Obama-era regulation that would have required brokers to act in their client's best interest when providing retirement advice — as opposed to self-interest."

Do you clueless Republican fascists here in Nazi Llano County understand what this means?  You clueless bastards with huge portfolios dependent on these very same pieces of shit for investment advice?  Hope you get royally f--ked.  Forget?  'Stupid is, as stupid does.'  Ultimately, always gets 'rewarded.'

Once again the Trump nazi has abrogated his oath of office to protect and defend the United States Constitution.  The Washington Times reports:

"President Trump told religious leaders Thursday that he wants to “destroy” the Johnson Amendment, a longstanding legal barrier that prevents churches and charitable groups from endorsing political candidates."

A direct violation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause, that is church-state separation, freedom from religion.

“I will get rid of and totally destroy the Johnson Amendment and allow our representatives of faith to speak freely and without fear of retribution,” Mr. Trump said at the annual National Prayer Breakfast in Washington."

The Trump nazi is clearly lobbying for an unconstitutional 'Christian' theocracy in direct violation of his phony oath of office.  This will be ferociously resisted in the courts.

"The 1954 IRS provision prevents tax-exempt organizations from campaigning for or endorsing any political candidates. Some Republican lawmakers want to repeal it, and Mr. Trump had promised during his campaign to get rid of the measure."

Highly unlikely that this will happen.  If it does, could be one of many of his outrageously unconstitutional executive orders to date that could trigger the unthinkable.  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon.

“For too long, the IRS has used the Johnson Amendment to silence and threaten religious institutions and charitable entities,” said Rep. Jody Hice, Georgia Republican. “As a minister who has experienced intimidation from the IRS firsthand, I know just how important it is to ensure that our churches and nonprofit organizations are allowed the same fundamental rights as every citizen of this great nation.”

That's unadulterated bullshit, Congressman.  Coming from a minister who shamelessly lies.  On the contrary, you and your fellow fascists have done all you could to force your goddamned achingly perverse religious and ideological views on the rest of us by statute.  You haughtily dictate to a woman what she can and cannot do with her uterus.  Practice medicine without a license to pass unnecessary restrictions on medical procedures, opposed by the medical community, to force your misogynist views on the unwilling, deny women easy access to a constitutional right.  You and your ilk are no more than traitors.

Not all in the religious community support Evangelist nazis, however.  Get this:

"Rabbi Jack Moline, president of the Interfaith Alliance, said repealing the Johnson Amendment “would undermine religious freedom by plunging houses of worship into partisan politics and inviting the rewards and punishments of patronage.”

Indeed, that's precisely what would happen.  What hypocritical 'Christian' fascists desperately want.  Expect.  Crave.

“We strongly urge Congress to oppose the effort to undermine the Johnson Amendment, which has nothing to do with religious freedom and everything to do with grabbing power for the religious right,” Rabbi Moline said."

That's right.  That's all it is.  Unabashed, unashamed, clueless treason.

"He said Mr. Trump’s assertion that clergy are being muzzled “is a lie that has been advanced for years by the religious right.”  “No law or regulation restricts any faith leader from addressing politics from the pulpit, they just can’t use tax-exempt dollars for partisan politics,” he said."

That's right.  They do it every Sunday in church.  On Fox News.  Anywhere they please.

"If tax-exempt groups such as the Boy Scouts of America or the Red Cross could engage in political campaigns, he said, “the government would be subsidizing partisan politicking with citizens’ tax dollars.”

That's right.  That's the problem with eviscerating the Johnson Amendment.  It would turn this formerly great country into a goddamned theocracy.  What is particularly galling is the fact this is coming from a goddamned hypocrite, who while claiming to be a 'Christian,' doesn't even attend church on a regular basis.  Who?  Wake up.  -- The Trump nazi.

Does this sound like a man fit to be President?  The Washington Post reports:

"It should have been one of the most congenial calls for the new commander in chief — a conversation with the leader of Australia, one of America’s staunchest allies, at the end of a triumphant week.  Instead, President Trump blasted Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull over a refugee agreement and boasted about the magnitude of his electoral college win, according to senior U.S. officials briefed on the Saturday exchange. Then, 25 minutes into what was expected to be an hour-long call, Trump abruptly ended it."

Comfortable with the Trump nazi having his finger on the nuclear button?  Think he has the temperament to be trusted?

"At one point, Trump informed Turnbull that he had spoken with four other world leaders that day — including Russian President Vladimir Putin — and that “this was the worst call by far.”

Sounds like a petulant, out of control teenager, doesn't he?

Got his just comeuppance from a news commentator, however.  Regarding the Trump nazi's call to the Australian leader, get this.  The Washington Times reports:

"Political commentator Keith Olbermann had harsh words for President Trump on Wednesday after the commander in chief mischaracterized refugees being held at Australian detention centers as “illegal immigrants.”

Forget?  The Trump nazi's head figuratively remains determinedly up his clueless, hopelessly ignorant ass.

"The former ESPN and MSNBC anchor lashed out against Mr. Trump over Twitter Wednesday after the president weighed in with regards to an arrangement made under the Obama White House that would see Australia sending upwards of 1,250 refugees to the United States."

As well as he should have.

“Do you believe it? The Obama Administration agreed to take thousands of illegal immigrants from Australia. Why? I will study this dumb deal!” Mr. Trump tweeted Wednesday evening.  “They’re called ‘refugees’ you piece of [expletive],” the commentator quipped back."

Indeed.  Wouldn't want to confuse the Trump nazi with the truth, would we?

“Trump is either too stupid to realize the Muslim Ban helps ISIS, or realizes it and has other motives,” Mr. Olbermann tweeted Thursday, using an acronym for the Islamic State terror group."

That's right.  Point, well-made.

“Why did Trump institute a Muslim ban that will increase the risk of terrorism here? What will he do next?” he said in a followup tweet."

We'll soon see.

The Trump nazi and his henchmen remain determinedly truth-challenged.  Translation? They're liars.  Get this.  CBS News reports:

"President’s Trump’s adviser Kellyanne Conway on Thursday alluded to a massacre in an effort to defend the administration’s travel ban, but the event never happened."

That's right.  It didn't.  No more than a classical example of Conway's "alternative facts,' that is, bold faced lies.

"In an interview on MSNBC’s “Hardball” with Chris Matthews, Conway was discussing the ban imposed last weekend that blocks entry into the U.S. for people from seven countries and suspends the program to admit Syrian refugees.  “I bet there was very little coverage, I bet it’s brand new information to people that President Obama had a six-month ban on the Iraqi refugee program after two Iraqis came here to this country, were radicalized and they were the masterminds behind the Bowling Green massacre,” Conway said.  “Most people don’t know that because it didn’t get covered.”

A lie.

"It was never covered, however, because it never happened."

Forget?  "Alternative facts."

The following is from The Washington Post:

"Any White House has a very large megaphone, and officials must be careful in how they use it. It is especially important to stick to the facts. Here’s what Conway got wrong in her original statement:

"There was no massacre in Bowling Green.
"The discovery that former Iraqi bomb makers had been admitted as refugees was widely covered.
"They were not “radicalized’ after they came to the United States."

There is no question, at the very least, Conway did not know what she was talking about.

"Instead, she meant to refer to the alleged (but not proved) killing of U.S. soldiers in Iraq by bomb makers who were arrested in Bowling Green and then sent to prison for decades — before they killed anyone in the United States.  Uncorrected, this would have been worth Four Pinocchios. But Conway says it’s an “honest mistake.” We appreciate that she sought to correct the record. Readers can judge for themselves, but as we don’t play gotcha, we will leave this unrated."

No matter what, Conway is truth-challenged, that is, a liar.

In follow up to the above, there is new information regarding deliberate deception on the part of Kellyanne Conway.  The Washington Post reports:

"Kellyanne Conway thinks she took too much flak for citing a nonexistent “Bowling Green massacre” to justify President Trump's travel ban. She said she simply meant to say “Bowling Green terrorists,” and she later said, “I misspoke one word.”  Except now she doesn't seem to have misspoken; she seems to have believed that the Bowling Green massacre was a real thing. How do we know? Because she also cited it in an interview with Cosmopolitan, as the magazine revealed Monday morning. And in that interview, she described the “massacre” in more detail."

Couldn't be, could it?  Trump's henchmen wouldn't lie or distort reality, would they?

There is no diversity in the Trump regime.  The Washington Post reports:

"Most of the aides Trump relies on for counsel as he moves to dramatically reshape the country are men — and nearly all of them are white."

Then again, what else would be expected from the Trump nazi?

Absolute power corrupts absolutely.  NPR reports:

"Donald Trump's presidential campaign had many unusual aspects, not the least of which was the huge amount of money it funneled into Trump's own businesses.  And now there's a new twist: Such payments can continue indefinitely because he's already declared himself a candidate for re-election in 2020."

Convenient, isn't it?  Shrewd, as well.

"Documents filed with the Federal Election Commission show that Trump's 2016 campaign paid millions of dollars to fly on his aircraft, compensate his relatives for unspecified campaign activities and rent space in Trump properties, including Trump Tower in New York, the Trump golf club in Bedminster, N.J., and Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida.  How much money did the campaign pay in total? Politico did the calculations and came up with a figure of $12.8 million as of Dec. 31, 2016."

How about that?  More than most would make in a hundred lifetimes.  Still delusionally believe the Trump nazi is a populist?

"Such payments are not illegal. Federal law allows campaigns to compensate businesses owned by candidates for any goods and services provided. But the amount of money Trump's campaign funneled to his own businesses is on a scale rarely if ever seen before, says Norm Eisen, ethics adviser to former President Barack Obama.  "It's customary for campaigns to provide some reimbursement, but we have never seen anything like this. It merits close scrutiny," Eisen told NPR. He said the watchdog group he chairs, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, is "poring over the records to make sure the charges are justified and legal."

The Trump nazi and his henchmen need to be closely scrutinized, -- on a continuing basis.

"CREW recently sued Trump alleging that his overseas business interests violate the Constitution's Emoluments Clause, which bars presidents from accepting payments from foreign governments."

Readers will recall this was covered in the last edition.  The Trump nazi and his henchmen need to be held accountable.  Independent watchdogs remain critical, -- especially as government grows increasingly non-transparent.  Trump's businesses will continue to present ethical problems for the nazi and his henchmen.  The Washington Post reports:

"Before taking office, President Trump promised to place his assets in a trust designed to erect a wall between him and the businesses that made him wealthy.  But newly released documents show that Trump himself is the sole beneficiary of the trust and that it is legally controlled by his oldest son and a longtime employee.  The documents, obtained through a public records request by the investigative news service ProPublica and first reported by the New York Times, also show that Trump retains the legal power to revoke the trust at any time."

This will likely become an issue as independent watchdogs investigate possible Emolument Clause violations as grounds for impeachment.  Here is the problem:

"While Trump has promised he will observe a separation between his business and the presidency, he retains ownership of the business and will personally benefit if the business profits from decisions made by his government.  Further, the business will be run by family members who remain the most trusted members of Trump’s inner circle, raising questions about whether Trump’s promises to limit communication about the business’s fate are realistic."

Can-you-say-impeachment?

Taxpayers are being soaked as Trump's kid does business on behalf of dear old dad.  The Washington Post reports:

"When the president-elect’s son Eric Trump jetted to Uruguay in early January for a Trump Organization promotional trip, U.S. taxpayers were left footing a bill of nearly $100,000 in hotel rooms for Secret Service and embassy staff."

Why didn't the Trump nazi reimburse the government for this?

"It was a high-profile jaunt out of the country for Eric, the fresh-faced executive of the Trump Organization who, like his father, pledged to keep the company separate from the presidency. Eric mingled with real estate brokers, dined at an open-air beachfront eatery and spoke to hundreds at an “ultra exclusive” Trump Tower Punta del Este evening party celebrating his visit."

Still think the Trump nazi a 'populist?'

"The Uruguayan trip shows how the government is unavoidably entangled with the Trump company as a result of the president’s refusal to divest his ownership stake. In this case, government agencies are forced to pay to support business operations that ultimately help to enrich the president himself."

Can-you-say-Emoluments Clause?

"The bill for the Secret Service’s hotel rooms in Uruguay totaled $88,320. The U.S. Embassy in Montevideo, the capital city of Uruguay, paid an additional $9,510 for its staff to stay in hotel rooms to “support” the Secret Service detail for the “VIP visit,” according to purchasing orders reviewed by The Washington Post."

A billionaire, firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit.

“This is an example of the blurring of the line between the personal interest in the family business and the government,” said Kathleen Clark, an expert on government ethics and law professor at Washington University in St. Louis."

Again, can-you-say-Emoluments Clause?  This, what you Republican fascists in Nazi Llano County consider 'conservative?'

The Trump Regime seems to be in growing disarray.  The judiciary is beginning to stand up against the Trump nazi.  NPR reports:

"On Friday night, a federal judge in Seattle temporarily halted the enforcement of President Trump's executive order on immigration. By Saturday, federal officials had announced they would be complying with the ruling, and airlines said they would resume boarding travelers covered under the ban.
The Department of Homeland Security "has suspended any and all actions implementing the affected sections of the Executive Order," a department spokeswoman said in a statement. Accordingly, department officials are no longer flagging travelers simply because they are from the seven majority-Muslim countries temporarily barred by Trump's order."

The fascist dictator in the Oval Office must be challenged by the judiciary.

"Meanwhile, a State Department spokesperson tells NPR that officials with the department are also adhering to the decision. The department has provisionally revoked somewhere between 60,000 and 100,000 individuals' visas, according to different accounts; under Saturday's announcement, the State Department says that move has been reversed — and that "individuals with visas that were not physically cancelled may now travel if the visa is otherwise valid."

Interesting, isn't it?  Encouraging, as well.

"The State Department said it is working closely with DHS and legal teams on complying with Judge James Robart's decision, which suspends the nationwide enforcement of Trump's order while a case brought by the states of Washington and Minnesota is heard in court."

The Trump nazi is not a happy camper:

"Trump, for his part, tweeted a broadside Saturday morning against Judge Robart."

Who'd 'a 'thunk it?  Couldn't be, could it?

"When a country is no longer able to say who can, and who cannot , come in & out, especially for reasons of safety &.security - big trouble!" Trump tweeted."

This clueless son of a bitch thinks he's the country?  Doesn't seem to grasp the fact this is supposed to be a nation of laws, not men.  This is why there are three supposedly independent branches of government with supposedly equal power.  We're about to see if this is in fact still true.

"In a subsequent tweet, Trump derided Robart as a "so-called judge," whose decision "is ridiculous and will be overturned!" Robart, who was appointed by former President George W. Bush, is the federal judge presiding over the U.S. District Court in western Washington state."

Imagine that.  A Republican judge willing to stand up to the Republican Trump nazi.

"In a statement released Friday, the White House also called Robart's stay an "outrageous order." Later, as NPR's Rebecca Hersher noted, the statement was soon changed to remove the word "outrageous."  But the thrust of the message remained the same: The White House said the Justice Department will challenge the judge's decision."

Be interesting to see where this goes.  ... If anywhere.

"Beyond the case brought by the states of Minnesota and Washington, three other states — Massachusetts, New York and Virginia — have also sued the federal government over Trump's executive order."

Sad to say, the remaining 45 are, to date, too damned gutless.  ... Or, support the Trump nazi and his goddamned henchmen.

Subsequent to writing the above, the following has been learned about Judge Robart.  NBC News reports:

"Federal Judge James L. Robart, who brought President Donald Trump's attempt to block people from certain countries from entering the United States to a screeching halt, has lived much of his life out of the spotlight.  Until now."

Readers should understand Robart is a George W. Bush "The Tush" appointee:

"He was nominated by President George W. Bush to be a federal judge in the Western District of Washington late in 2003 and confirmed by the U.S. Senate in June 2004."

Yet, unlike the unprosecuted war criminal former president, Robart has integrity.

"Robart's ruling Friday that temporarily invalidates Trump's effort to block entry into America to citizens of seven Muslim-majority countries elicited a response from the president, who rarely lets any slight go unanswered.  And sure enough, Trump's retort was quick to come: On Saturday morning, the president tweeted that the decision of this "so-called judge" would not stand.

"The opinion of this so-called judge, which essentially takes law-enforcement away from our country, is ridiculous and will be overturned!
    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) February 4, 2017"

Again, the Trump nazi shamelessly disgraced himself.  -- So what else is new?

"What little is known of Robart, who's based out of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington state, suggests that he is a soft-spoken yet fearless man — someone of deep convictions and a jurist who does not mince words."

This is precisely what one wants in a jurist, -- provided those "convictions" don't get legislated from the bench.

"He suggested in court that Trump's 90-day entry ban on people from the countries of Iraq, Syria, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen was not "rationally based," since no one from any those countries had been arrested in the U.S. on terrorism-related charges since 9/11."

That's certainly true.  Been widely reported as such.

"And, in his quiet and measured way, he was scathing about the implementation of Trump's order.  "I'm sorry, there's no other way to put it," Robarts said from the bench. "It's Keystone Cops. It really is. And that's not just me speaking, that's Republican members of Congress."  The Keystone Cops were hilariously incompetent police officers who were featured in silent movies in the early 20th century."

That also is true.  Again, widely reported.  Precisely, why the Trump nazi and his henchmen desperately rushed to make changes in at least some provisions due to the widespread uproar both here and abroad.

Subsequent to writing the above the Trump nazi and his henchmen quickly appealed through the 'Justice' Department.  The appeals court refused to immediately stay the order.  Ordered both sides to quickly respond with more information.

CNN reports:

"The judges who will hear the case -- most likely conferring by telephone -- are expected to issue a ruling as early as Tuesday. The three-judge panel includes Judge William C. Canby Jr, an appointee of President Jimmy Carter, Judge Michelle T. Friedland, who was appointed by President Barack Obama, and Judge Richard R. Clifton, an appointee of President George W. Bush. It is likely that they will make their decisions based on the legal briefs they receive and not ask for a hearing.  The loser at the 9th Circuit will most likely go to the Supreme Court. Because the justices are understaffed with only eight judges, there is a chance that they could split on the ruling 4-4.  If that were to occur, they'd be left with simply upholding whatever order the 9th Circuit issued, underscoring the importance of that court's ruling."

NPR reports:

"Apple, Facebook, Google and Microsoft are among 97 tech companies that filed court papers supporting a challenge to President Trump's ban on immigration from seven majority-Muslim nations, calling the executive order unlawful, discriminatory and arbitrary and saying that it would hurt their businesses.  Trump's executive order enacting the ban "has had immediate, adverse effects on the employees of American businesses," the companies say, warning that the ban also poses long-term risks.  The companies' amicus filing comes as a federal court weighs whether to reinstate the ban, which was blocked by a temporary restraining order on Friday in response to a lawsuit filed by Washington state."

The Washington Post reports:

"Ten former high-ranking diplomatic and national security officials, nearly 100 Silicon Valley tech companies, more than 280 law professors, and a host of civil liberties and other organizations have formally lent their support to the legal bid to block President Trump’s immigration order.  The new voices demonstrate the broad opposition to Trump’s now-frozen order, which had temporarily barred refugees and people from seven Muslim majority countries from entering the United States. The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals could decide on Monday whether to restore the ban, which a lower court judge had brought to a halt."

"More than 280 law professors signed one amicus brief, and they noted that 292 institutions of higher education had issued statements expressing concerns about the order. Apple, Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Netflix, Twitter, Uber and many others also noted their opposition.  Former secretaries of state John F. Kerry and Madeleine Albright, along with former CIA director Leon Panetta and other former top national security officials, attached their names to an affidavit declaring there was “no national security purpose” for a complete barring of people from the seven affected countries."

Quite encouraging the Trump nazi is receiving stiff opposition.

Subsequent to writing the above, the appeals court held the hearing.  The Washington Times reports:

"President Trump’s own loose campaign rhetoric may be coming back to bite him, after a federal court said his brash call for a Muslim ban is “potential evidence” that could be used against him in the legal battle over his new extreme vetting executive order."

Certainly, displeased the Trump nazi and his henchmen.  More to be posted as it becomes available.

Once again, Republican national socialists in the Senate figuratively shot themselves in the ass.  CNN reports:

"The Senate has silenced Elizabeth Warren.  And by doing so, majority Republicans just handed the liberal firebrand a megaphone -- further elevating President Donald Trump's fiercest and most prominent critic in the Senate and turning her into a Democratic hero."

Not only of Democrats, but Independents as well who ferociously oppose the Trump nazi and his equally fascist, misogynist, racist henchmen.

"The rebuke of Warren came after the Massachusetts Democrat read a letter written 30 years ago by Coretta Scott King, the widow of Martin Luther King Jr., opposing the nomination of Jeff Sessions for a federal judgeship.  Warren cited the letter during a debate on the nomination of Sessions -- now an Alabama senator -- as Donald Trump's attorney general. Reading from King's letter to members of the Senate Judiciary Committee in 1986, Warren said: "Mr. Sessions has used the awesome power of his office to chill the free exercise of the vote by black citizens in the district he now seeks to serve as a federal judge."

Indeed, that's right.  He did.  The Trump nazi and his henchmen cannot, will not obfuscate that reality.

"Republicans cried foul -- charging that Warren violated Senate rules against impugning another senator. A vote along party lines upheld that decision, turning what could have been an ordinary late-night partisan floor speech for political devotees into a national story.

"They can shut me up, but they can't change the truth," Warren later told CNN's Don Lemon."

No First Amendment, no free speech in the national socialist Senate now run and owned by Republican nazis.

"The moment immediately galvanized the Democratic base. Weeks after the women's marches around the country turned out droves of anti-Trump protesters, Warren -- silenced by male senators for attempting to read a letter from a civil rights icon -- had given those women a new rallying point.
Adding fuel to the backlash, supporters noted the apparent hypocrisy that Warren's male colleagues were able to read from the letter uninterrupted."

How about that?  Nazi justice in a GOP-owned nazi Senate.  Think the Founders aren't spinning in their graves?

"Sen. Mark Udall read the letter to enter it into the congressional record Wednesday morning and Sen. Jeff Merkley was allowed to read from King's letter Tuesday night, though he couched his remarks as only reading portions of the letter and with the context to be in line with Senate rules.
Warren is now forbidden from participating in the floor debate over Sessions' nomination ahead of a confirmation vote expected Wednesday.
"I literally can't be recognized on the floor of the Senate," she told Lemon. "I have become a nonperson during the discussion of Jeff Sessions."

Warren certainly figuratively shot herself in the ass with her earlier support of Ben Carson.  Has certainly redeemed herself standing up to the Sessions nazi, as well as other GOP nazis in the Senate.  Her treatment in the Senate is no more than an extension of nazi justice in a goddamned fascist police-state.  Republican-owned.  The Fourth Reich.

Re: Nomination of Jefferson B. Sessions
U.S. Judge, southern/District of
Alabama Hearing, March 13, 1986

Dear Senator Thurmond:

I write to express my sincere opposition to the
confirmation of Jefferson B. Sessions as a federal district
court judge for the Southern District of Alabama. My
professional and personal roots in Alabama are deep and lasting.
Anyone who has used the power of his office as United States
Attorney to intimidate and chill the free exercise of the
ballot by citizens should not be elevated to our courts.

Mr. Sessions has used the awesome powers of his office in a
shabby attempt to intimidate and frighten elderly black voters.
For this reprehensible conduct, he should not be rewarded
with a federal judgeship.

I regret that a long standing commitment prevents me from
appearing in person to testify against this nominee. However,
I have attached a copy of my statement opposing Mr. Sessions'
confirmation and I request that my statement as well as this
letter be made a part of the hearing record.

I do sincerely urge you to oppose the confirmation of
Mr. Sessions.

Sincerely,

Coretta Scott King

Statement of
Coretta Scott King
on the Nomination of
Jefferson Beauregard Sessions,
for the United states District Court
Southern District of Alabama

Statement of
Coretta Scott King
on the Nomination of
Jefferson Beauregard Sessions
for the United States District Court
Southern District of Alabama

Senate Judiciary Committee

Thursday, March 13, 1986

Mr. Chairman and Members of the Committee:

Thank you for allowing me this opportunity to express my
strong opposition to the nomination of Jefferson Sessions for
federal district judgeship for the Southern District of Alabama.
My longstanding commitment which I shared with my husband,
Martin, to protect and enhance the rights of Black Americans,
rights which include equal access to the democratic process,
compels me to testify today.

Civil rights leaders, including my husband and Albert
Turner, have fought long and hard to achieve free and unfettered
access to the ballot box. Mr. Sessions has used-the awesome
power of his office to chill the free exercise of the vote by
black citizens in the district he now seeks to serve as a federal judge.
This simply cannot be allowed to happen. Mr. Sessions
conduct as U.S. Attorney, from his politically-motivated voting
fraud prosecutions to his indifference toward criminal violations
of civil rights laws, indicates that he lacks the temperament,
fairness and judgment to be a federal judge.

The Voting Rights Act was, and still is, vitally important
to the future of democracy in the United States. I was
privileged to join Martin and many others during the Selma
to Montgomery march for voting rights in 1965. Martin was
particularly impressed by the determination to get the franchise
of blacks in Selma and neighboring Perry County. As he wrote,
"Certainly no community in the history of the Negro struggle
has responded with the enthusiasm of Selma and her neighboring
town of Marion. Where Birmingham depended largely upon
students and unemployed adults [to participate in non-violent
protest of the denial of the franchise], Selma has involved
fully 10 per cent of the Negro population in active demon-
strations, and at least half the Negro population of Marion
was arrested on one day.  Martin was referring of course
to a group that included the defendants recently prosecuted
for assisting elderly and illiterate blacks to exercise that
franchise. In fact, Martin anticipated from the depth of
their commitment twenty years ago, that a united political
organization would remain in Perry County long after the
other marchers had left. This organization, the Perry County
Civic League, started by Mr. Turner, Mr. Hogue, and others,

The New York Times, Sunday Magazine, March 14, 1985.

as Martin predicted, continued "to direct the drive for
votes and other rights." In the years since the Voting
Rights Act was passed, Black Americans in Marion, Selma and
elsewhere have made important strides in their struggle to
participate actively in the electoral process. The number
of Blacks registered to vote in key Southern states has
doubled since 1965. This would not have been possible
without the Voting Rights Act.

However, Blacks still fall far short of having equal
participation in the electoral process. Particularly in the
South. efforts continue to be made to deny Blacks access to
the polls, even where Blacks constitute the majority of
the voters. It has been a long uphill struggle to keep
alive the vital legislation that protects the most fundamental
right to vote. A person who has exhibited so much hostility
to the enforcement of those laws, and thus, to the exercise
of those rights by Black people should not be elevated to
the federal bench.

The irony of Mr. Sessions' nomination is that, if
confirmed, he will be given life tenure for doing with a
federal prosecution what the local sherifls accomplished
twenty years ago with clubs and cattle prods. Twenty years
ago, when we marched from Selma to Montgomery, the fear of
voting was real, as the broken bones and bloody heads in
Selma and Marion bore witness. As my husband wrote at the
time, "it was not just a sick imagination that conjured up
the vision of a public official sworn to uphold the law,
who forced an inhuman march upon hundreds of Negro children;
who ordered the Rev. James Bevel to be chained to his
sickbed; who clubbed a Negro woman registrant and who
callously inflicted repeated brutalities and indignities
upon nonviolent Negroes peacefully petitioning for their
constitutional right to vote.

Free exercise of voting rights is so fundamental to
American democracy that we can not tolerate any form of
infringement of those rights. Of all the groups who have
been disenfranchised in our nation's history, none has
struggled longer or suffered more in the attempt to win
the vote than Black citizens. No group has had access to
the ballot box denied so persistently and intently.

Over the past century, a broad array of schemes have been
used in attempts to block the Black vote. The range of
techniques developed with the purpose of repressing black
voting rights run the gamut from the straightforward appli-
cation of brutality against black citizens who tried to
vote to such legalized frauds as "grandfather clause"
exclusions and rigged literacy tests.

The actions taken by Mr. Sessions in regard'to the 1984
voting fraud prosecutions represent just one more technique

m/ "Civil Right No. -- The Right to Vote," by Martin
Luther King, Jr., The New York Times, Sunday Magazine,
March 14, 1965.

used to intimidate Black.voters and thus deny them this
most precious franchise. The investigations into the
absentee voting process were conducted only in the Black
Belt counties where blacks had finally achieved political
power in the local government. Whites had been using the
absentee process to their advantage for years, without
incident. Then, when Blacks, realizing its strength, began
to use it with success, criminal investigations were begun.
In these investigations, Mr. Sessions, as U.S. Attorney,
exhibited an eagerness to bring to trial and convict three
leaders of the Perry County Civic League including Albert
Turner despite evidence clearly demonstrating their innocence
of any wrongdoing. Furthermore, in initiating the case,
Mr. Sessions ignored allegations of similar behavior by whites,
choosing instead to chill the exercise of the franchise by
blacks by his misguided investigation. In fact, Mr. Sessions
sought to punish older black civil rights activists, advisers
and colleagues of my husband, who had been key figures in
the civil rights movement in the 1960's. These were persons
who, realizing the potential of the absentee vote among
Blacks, had learned to use the process within the bounds of
legality and had taught others to do the same. The only
sin they committed was being too successful in gaining votes.

The scope and character of the investigations conducted
by Mr. Sessions also warrant grave concern. Witnesses were
selectively chosen in accordance with the favorability of
their testimony to the government's case. Also, the
prosecution illegally withheld from the defense critical
statements made by witnesses. Witnesses who did testify
were pressured and intimidated into submitting the "correct"
testimony. Many elderly blacks were visited multiple times
by the FBI who then hauled them over 180 miles by bus to a
grand jury in Mobile when they could more easily have
testified at a grand jury twenty miles away in Selma.

These voters, and others, have announced they are now
never going to vote again.

I urge you to consider carefully Mr. Sessions' conduct
in these matters. Such a review, I believe, raises serious
questions about his commitment to the protection of the
voting rights of all American citizens and consequently his
fair and unbiased judgment regarding this fundamental right.
When the circumstances and facts surrounding the indictments
of Al Turner, his wife, Evelyn, and Spencer Hogue are
analyzed, it becomes clear that the motivation was political,
and the result frightening the wide-scale chill of the
exercise of the ballot for blacks, who suffered so much to
receive that right in the first place. Therefore, it is
my strongly-held view that the appointment of Jefferson Sessions
to the federal bench would irreparably damage the work of
my husband, Al Turner, and countless others who risked their
lives and freedom over the past twenty years to ensure equal
participation in our democratic system.

The exercise of the franchise is an essential means
by which our citizens ensure that those who are governing
will be responsible. My husband called it the number one
civil right. The denial of access to the ballot box ultimately
results in the denial of other fundamental rights. For, it
is only when the poor and disadvantaged are empowered that
they are able to participate actively in the solutions to
their own problems.

We still have a long way to go before we can say that
minorities no longer need be concerned about discrimination
at the polls. Blacks, Hispanics, Native Americans and Asian
Americans are grossly underrepresented at every level of
government in America. If we are going to make our timeless
dream of justice through democracy a reality, we must take
every possible step to ensure that the spirit and intent of
the Voting Rights Act of 1965 and the Fifteenth Amendment
of the Constitution is honored.

The federal courts hold a unique position in our
constitutional system, ensuring that minorities and other
citizens without political power have a forum in which to
vindicate their rights. Because of this unique role, it is
essential that the people selected to be federal judges
respect the basic tenets of our legal syStem: respect for
individual rights and a commitment to equal justice for all.

The integrity of the Courts, and thus the rights they protect,
can only be maintained if citizens feel confident that those
selected as federal judges will be able to judge with fairness
others holding differing views.

I do not believe Jefferson Sessions possesses the
requisite judgment, competence, and sensitivity to the
rights guaranteed by the federal civil rights laws to qualify
for appointment to the federal district court. Based on
his record, I believe his confirmation would have a devas-
tating effect on not only the judicial system in Alabama,
but also on the progress we have made everywhere toward
fulfilling my husband's dream that he envisioned over twenty
years ago. I therefore urge the Senate Judiciary Committee
to deny his confirmation.

I thank you for allowing me to share my views.

Subsequent to all the above, Republican nazis in the Senate voted to confirm Sessions, ramrodding the nomination through.  We now have a racist, misogynist, national socialist as United States Attorney General.  A raucous, boot clicking, goose stepping, treasonous, treacherous, traitorous Sieg Heil!, you nazi bastard.  You're out of uniform.  Where is your swastika armband, you fascist piece of shit?

Rosa Brooks is a former senior advisor at the U.S. State Department.  In an editorial, she opines there are four possible ways to remove the Trump nazi from office.  One is particularly chilling.  Foreign Policy reports:

"The fourth possibility is one that until recently I would have said was unthinkable in the United States of America: a military coup, or at least a refusal by military leaders to obey certain orders."

A military coup would result in our formerly great country being no more than a banana republic.  It is already law that military personnel have the duty to refuse an illegal order.

In chilling follow up to the above, The Washington Post reports:

"Steve Thompson was on his way to pick up some feed for his goat farm Sunday morning when he noticed an impressive-looking military convoy and started filming. When he neared the lead vehicle in the convoy, the 32-year-old Shepherdsville, Ky., man noticed something else: A large blue and white Trump campaign flag."

What could they possibly have been thinking?

“I just thought it was just a bunch of military vehicles,” Thompson, who was driving near Louisville at the time, told the Lexington Herald Leader. “I was surprised because I figured you wouldn’t be able to fly anything on a Humvee other than an American flag.”  The Navy has since confirmed that the convoy was from a Virginia Beach-based special warfare unit."

Interesting, isn't it?  Frightening, as well.

"For some, military personnel publicly endorsing a political candidate exacerbates existing fears about American institutions falling prey to an administration that has been accused of having authoritarian impulses. For others, the flag was little more than a patriotic celebration highlighting the peaceful transfer of power.  The Navy has an opinion as well: The display was “unauthorized.”

The military, for damned good reason, is supposed to be non-partisan.

"Navy Capt. Jason Salata, a spokesman for Naval Special Warfare Command, said Thursday that his headquarters is aware of the photographs and has launched an inquiry.  The action could run afoul of a Defense Department directive that bans service members from acting in political manners while on active duty. Among the specific actions banned are displaying political signs or banners on a private vehicle and displaying a “partisan political sign, poster, banner or similar device” outside a residence on a military base."

All this, for damned good reason.

"Reached by email, Lt. Jacqui Maxwell, a spokeswoman for Naval Special Warfare Group Two, released a statement confirming that the vehicles captured on video and cameras were based in Fort Knox, Ky., and were driven by members of an East Coast Naval Special Warfare unit. At the time, she noted, the convoy was traveling between two military training areas.  “Department of Defense and Navy regulations prescribe flags and pennants that may be displayed as well as the manner of display,” the statement said. “The flag shown in the video was unauthorized. A command inquiry into this matter has been initiated.”

Again, there is damn good reason for this.

“Naval Special Warfare strives to maintain the highest level of readiness, effectiveness, discipline, efficiency, integrity, and public confidence,” the statement continued. “To this end, Naval Special Warfare leaders are committed to thoroughly and impartially investigating all non-frivolous allegations of misconduct.  Where misconduct is present, the Naval Special Warfare commander responsible for ensuring good order and discipline within his unit will make a disposition decision as to the appropriate administrative and/or disciplinary action, if any.”

The following is quite interesting:

"The videos were widely circulated by Indivisible Kentucky, a newly formed political organization that is opposed to the Trump agenda. The Louisville-based organization was among the first to post the footage online.  “This is a fascist tactic,” a statement on the group’s website said. “This is not acceptable. RESIST!!!”

Indeed.

"Chris Rowzee, a 28-year Air Force veteran who serves as the group’s spokeswoman, said the display should be disturbing to members of the military and the public and raises “all kinds of red flags.”  Members of the military take an oath to the Constitution, not political figures, she said."

That's right.  That's what makes this so dangerous, egregiously un-American.

“The military is absolutely prohibited from demonstrating any sort of partisan political activity or support towards a party, political campaign or a candidate,” Rowzee said. “The bottom line is the public has to trust that the military is non-political and that it’s not going to back someone who might try to become some sort of a dictator.”  “Our military has a long history of that sort of security with the public and this sort of activity undermines that trust,” she added."

Indeed, it does.  Good to see there are at least a few patriots out there who see the danger, are willing to stand up against it.  Saddest of all?  Most chilling?  Most dangerous aspect of this fiasco?  The unit involved was the best of the best.  U.S. Navy SEALS.

ABC News reports:

"The company building the controversial Dakota Access Pipeline is seeking a ruling that would allow it to seal or redact “sensitive information” in a court filing to prevent what it characterizes as potential terrorists or other malicious actors from using the information to damage the pipeline.  "Given the intense amount of public attention this pipeline has received, and the unlawful activity already experienced, there is a greater than typical risk that this information would be misused to harm the public," the filing states."

Has nothing to do with 'security.'  Has all to do with stonewalling a suit brought against them by the Standing Rock Sioux and Cheyenne River Sioux Tribes.

"The motion for a protective order on the documents was filed late Wednesday by Dakota Access, LLC, in federal court in Washington, D.C., in connection with civil litigation brought by the Standing Rock Sioux and Cheyenne River Sioux Tribes against the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Dakota Access."

The following is yet another egregiously chilling insight into the Trump nazi and his henchmen.  Get this.  ABC News reports:

"The new deputy director of the CIA is a career spymaster who once ran a CIA prison in Thailand where terror suspects were waterboarded — a harsh interrogation technique President Donald Trump has supported."

A war crime.

"CIA Director Mike Pompeo announced Thursday that he has selected Gina Haspel to be the first female career CIA officer to be named deputy director. She has extensive overseas experience, including several stints as chief of station at outposts abroad. In Washington, she has held several top senior leadership positions, including deputy director of the National Clandestine Service and deputy director of the National Clandestine Service for Foreign Intelligence and Covert Action.  She also had a role in the CIA's former covert program where suspected terrorists were subjected to harsh interrogation methods, including waterboarding, which simulates drowning. More than a decade after it was last used, the CIA is still haunted by the legacy of a tactic that the U.S. government regarded as torture before the Bush administration authorized its use against terrorist suspects."

All these pieces of traitorous nazi shit remain unprosecuted war criminals.  As previously reported in this publication, Japanese Gen. Tomoyuki Yamashita was executed at the end of the Second World War for war crimes committed by his troops.  One of these crimes?  Waterboarding.

The Trump nazi has certainly emboldened Republican national socialists here in Nazi Texas.  Think not?  Wake up.  The Statesman reports:

"The State Board of Education gave preliminary approval Friday to a biology curriculum for public high school students that challenges the theory of evolution."

Also believe the earth is flat?

"Over the summer, the board tasked a committee to whittle down the high school biology curriculum standards to help teachers lessen the material they must teach.  The committee voted to pare down or remove language that challenges the theory of evolution which had been originally implemented in 2009."

Then, Neanderthal Republican nazis decidedly, ignorantly took a step backwards to the cave:

"Board member Barbara Cargill, R-The Woodlands, offered to restore most of the language on Wednesday and fellow Republican members, which make up a majority of the board, agreed.  The five Democrats on the panel opposed the move."

Interesting, isn't it?

"Democratic board members said earlier this week that the standards would invite creationism and intelligent design into the classroom."

No more than voodoo non-science.  Precisely, the agenda of GOP nazis.  That is, force their outrageously perverse religious and ideological views on all.  In direct violation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause, that is, church-state separation, freedom from religion.

The Trump nazi's nominee for Education Secretary has been confirmed.  NPR Ed reports:

"Today the Senate confirmed Betsy DeVos as President Trump's education secretary, 51-50. Vice President Pence had to cast an unprecedented tie-breaking vote, after hearings that became fodder for Saturday Night Live; after angry constituents swamped Senate offices with 1.5 million calls a day; after two Republican senators defected; and Democrats held the floor overnight in protest."

Yet, another sad, sad day in Trump nazi Hell.  This woman is egregiously unqualified.  Is no more than a billionaire oligarch with a national socialist agenda she's desperate to impose.  Including vouchers funded by taxpayers to send kids to religious schools.  In direct violation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause, that is church-state separation, freedom from religion.

Why the hell should taxpayers be looted to send a kid to an Evangelical school to be taught religious fascism?  Yet, these goddamned nazis fervently support the Hyde Amendment that proscribes taxpayer funding of abortion?  This is supposed to be a democratic republic, not a supposedly 'Christian' theocracy.  Yet, that's exactly what our formerly great country is becoming.  A raucous, boot clicking, goose stepping, treasonous, treacherous, traitorous Sieg Heil!, you fascist bastards in the Republican Party.

Here is an interesting thought.  Could it be the Trump nazi's mental instability and bizarre behavior could be side effects of a drug he's reportedly taking for hair loss?  This is no jokeThe Washington Post reports:

"President Trump’s personal physician recently revealed that the president takes finasteride, a drug used to combat male-pattern baldness. The medication has been in the news for another reason: its potential side effects.  ... The constellation of potential symptoms, sometimes referred to as post-finasteride syndrome, may include sexual, physical and psychological changes.  ... At the same time, a recent study demonstrated changes in the levels of certain steroids in cerebrospinal fluid of men taking finasteride for hair loss. These steroids have been shown to influence brain function, and their presence may help explain the profound psychological changes such as depression and suicidality that have been associated with finasteride use.  ... Whether this medication is safe for individuals holding political office has not been studied."

The Trump nazi and his henchmen are circulating an executive order draft on 'religious' 'liberty' that could profoundly affect the LGBT community.  ABC News reports:

"A draft of an executive order on "religious freedom" is circulating in the Trump administration, outlining a possible weakening of protections designed to shield LGBT individuals from discrimination, according to a copy of the proposed order obtained by ABC News.  The order — which may never become administration policy, depending on internal deliberations — would also free some private companies from being forced to provide contraceptive coverage as part of the health plans they offer employees. And it would open the door for tax-exempt entities to speak out "on moral or political issues from a religious perspective" without fear of losing favored tax status."

If this becomes reality, would be an exigent threat to the First Amendment Establishment Clause, that is church-state separation, freedom from religion.  Would affect far more than just the LGBT community.

Yet another example of sick religion.  WPIX-TV New York reports:

"A Queens Roman Catholic community is fighting back Tuesday after a reports that a beloved priest shared an image on social media suggesting anti-Trump protesters should jump off a building and die."

Nothing quite like 'Christian' 'charity,' is there?

"Father Phillip Pizzo is a reverend at Saint Benedict Joseph Labre Church in Richmond Hill. The preaching in politics drama started when he posted a picture on Facebook, with an apparent message for those who are in disagreement with the President. It said #JumpAgainst Trump and shows a man falling to his death."

Sick religion.  In an increasingly sick country.

The Trump nazi's Cabinet nominees seem to have unethically lined their pockets, yet most of them will likely get confirmed.  NPR reports:

"Georgia Republican Tom Price, who is President-elect Trump's choice to run the Department of Health and Human Services, is suddenly drowning in questions over the investments he has made while serving in the House of Representatives.  The issue: Did Price use his position to influence the stock prices of companies he had invested in? Or, alternatively, did he buy shares in companies ahead of actions in Congress that might boost their value?"

Highly unlikely we'll ever get answers since GOP nazis are ramrodding these oligarchs through the confirmation process.

Not clear yet whether or not the Trump nazi and his henchmen are telling the truth vis a vis the recent failed Yemen raid by U.S. Navy SEALS.  One thing for sure, sadly, one of our country's finest was killed in the raid, Navy Chief Special Warfare Operator William Owens.  Reportedly, children and other civilians were also killed.

NPR reports:

"A terrorist video released on Friday by the Pentagon to show what it called intelligence gleaned by the recent raid in Yemen actually was made about 10 years ago, it acknowledged."

Pitiful, isn't it?  Where's the professionalism?

"Critics in Congress and within the national security establishment – speaking without identification in press reports – have called the Yemen raid botched.  They accused the White House of hurrying troops into an operation with bad intelligence, or pressing commanders to go ahead with a raid after it lost its element of surprise."

We don't yet know whether or not that's true.

"SEAL Team Six and its partners attacked the AQAP target early on Sunday, as NPR's Alice Fordham and Tom Bowman have detailed. The U.S. says some 14 terrorists were killed in the operation, which also claimed the life of an unknown number of civilians – including women and children – and Navy Chief Special Warfare Operator William Owens.  An American MV-22 Osprey aircraft also crash-landed, injuring its crew, and U.S. troops went on to deliberately destroy it to keep it from being compromised."

Sadly, we'll likely never know the truth about this operation.  The Trump nazi and his henchmen will likely do all they can to stonewall, claiming "national 'security.'"  At the very least, to cover their ass.  Obfuscate personal failure up the chain of command right up to and including the Trump nazi.

In another article, NPR reports:

"One local man, Sadeq al-Jawfi, was monitoring the battle from his village about 3 miles away, in constant telephone contact with men from his tribe who were visiting the Dhahab family.  American officials described the raid as an attack on a compound. But Jawfi's description was of a family house in a village with similar houses, albeit one with guard posts, where people were well-armed.  The Dhahabs and other families fought against the American raiders, who called in air support. The bombardment struck houses in which families were sheltering."

Still no confirmation from the United States Government whether or not this is true.

"Jawfi told NPR that 24 people were killed and provided a list of names including nine men, six women and nine children. He has served on a body known as a de-escalation committee, which works with the U.S.-recognized Yemeni government in coordination with the United Nations to try to quell violence in the troubled country."

Interesting, isn't it?  This has the appearance of a botched raid:

"The tribal delegation visiting Sheikh Abdelraouf al-Dhahab was still talking in the very early hours of the morning last Sunday when his nephew, Abdullah, noticed strangers approaching on foot across the rocky, inhospitable terrain of central Yemen.  "Who are you?" Abdullah called out into the night. "Who are you?"  The men shot him dead."

Element of surprise?  Gone.

"Startled by the gunfire, the Dhahab family scrambled to take up its own weapons and defend its house.  According to accounts by locals, this was the way the battle began with U.S. special operations forces and some of their allies, which would unfold over several hours on the ground — and end with an aerial bombardment."

Seems at least this is true.

"By around 5 a.m. Sunday, the raiders were gone and the skies were clear, locals said. Abdullah al-Taissi, a tribal sheikh who lives in the village and confirmed much of Jawfi's account, watched the attack from his house.  "I walked out of my house when it was over and began burying the dead," he said. "By noon, we were done."  Taissi said he counted about 28 bodies. Abdelraouf was among the dead, as was his brother, Sultan, and a tribal sheikh named Saif al-Jawfi."

Again, we still don't know the truth.  Trump's press secretary seemed to determinedly obfuscate:

"In Washington, White House press secretary Sean Spicer said the raid — which he called "very, very well thought out and executed" — had yielded valuable intelligence about al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula.  The local witnesses disputed that, saying the special operations troops never entered any buildings to take any computers or documents."

Interesting, isn't it?  Certainly, in light of the fact the Pentagon presented a decade's old video as supposedly new intelligence seized in the raid.

"Spicer said 14 of those killed were AQAP terrorists. Sadeq al-Jawfi also disputed that Abdelraouf al-Dhahab was a member of AQAP — though he did not deny family connections with the group."

This certainly provides at least some credibility.

"Look," Jawfi said, "there were brothers who had connections to al-Qaida, this is true." But the three Dhahab brothers he named were already dead before Sunday's raid — two killed by drone strikes and one by a fourth brother."

The Trump nazi and his henchmen could certainly provide evidence to the contrary, -- if Jawfi is indeed a liar.

"Jawfi said Dhahab was working with the displaced Yemeni government that the U.S. and its allies have been supporting against Houthi rebels, who are armed and supported by Iran.  In fact, Jawfi said, Dhahab had just returned from a trip to Maarib province to collect money to pay the salaries of pro-government fighters."

Is he lying?  We don't know.

"The Yemeni government's foreign minister condemned the attack. A spokesman for the armed forces confirmed to local news media that Dhahab had been working for them.  "Abdelraouf al-Dhahab was not a terrorist or connected to any radical group," said Mohsen Khasrouf, the spokesman. "We are surprised this has happened."

Someone's lying.  Guess who?

"Also conflicted: Women in the compound may have started out as bystanders but became combatants when they took up weapons from the dead men, said one senior U.S. military official. Thus they would have posed a threat to the special operations raiders, complicating the issue of which casualties were civilian."

Indeed, that's true.  Certainly, a possibility this happened.  We don't yet know.

"Central Command may answer some of these questions in its investigation, but given the highly sensitive nature of U.S. special operations, the information may not become public."

This is the problem.  No transparency.  Therefore, no clear clue as to who is and isn't lying.  One thing for sure, however.  Despite the mayhem and all that went wrong, the SEALS had a field day.  Only one casualty suffered, many more killed on the other side.  For what?  Nothing?

Subsequent to writing the above, NBC News had the following take:

"Almost immediately, the raiding force on the ground took intense fire, according to the briefing paper and a senior military official. Occupants of the targeted house and its compound, along with their guard force, moved to a separate cluster of houses nearby where families, including women and children, were staying. Armed women fired on the U.S. and Emirati forces.  "There were a lot of female combatants who were part of this," said Navy Capt. Jeff Davis, the Pentagon's chief spokesman, on Monday. "We saw during this operation, as it was taking place, that female fighters ran to pre-established positions — as though they had trained to be ready, and trained to be combatants — and engaged with us."

In another NBC News article, it is reported:

"In what an official said was the first military raid carried out under President Donald Trump, two Americans were killed in Yemen on Sunday — one a member of SEAL Team 6 and the other the 8-year-old daughter of Anwar al-Awlaki, the New Mexico-born al Qaeda leader who himself was killed in a U.S. strike five years ago."

The dead girl, like her late father, is an American citizen.  Her mother was wounded, but survived the raid.

"Karen Greenberg, director of Fordham University's Center on National Security, said the girl's death will be a boon to al Qaeda propagandists.  "The perception will be that it's not enough to kill al-Awlaki — that the U.S. had to kill the entire family," she said."

In follow up to the above, another NBC News article reports:

"The Navy SEAL raid in Yemen last week had a secret objective — the head of al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, who survived and is now taunting President Donald Trump in an audio message.  Military and intelligence officials told NBC News the goal of the massive operation was to capture or kill Qassim al-Rimi, considered the third most dangerous terrorist in the world and a master recruiter.  But while one SEAL, 14 al Qaeda fighters and some civilians, including an 8-year-old girl, were killed during a firefight, al-Rimi is still alive and in Yemen, multiple military officials said."

Interesting, isn't it?

"On Sunday, al-Rimi — who landed on the United States' most-wanted terrorist list after taking over al Qaeda's Yemen affiliate in 2015 — released an audio recording that military sources said is authentic.  "The fool of the White House got slapped at the beginning of his road in your lands," he said in an apparent reference to the Jan. 29 raid."

The Pentagon spokesman is denying all:

"The White House — which had declared the raid "a successful operation by all standards" — had no comment Monday.  The Pentagon also declined to comment on Monday. But on Tuesday, its chief spokesman, Navy Capt. Jeff Davis disputed that al-Rimi was the target of the raid.  "I can tell you it's not true," he said, adding that the military "never had any hope, intention or plan" of killing or capturing the AQAP leader in the operation."

Someone is lying.  Guess who?  ... Think we'll ever know the truth?

The Trump nazi's Aryan arrogance does not bode well for international relations.  Certainly, enflames what's going on in the Middle East.  NBC News reports:

"Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei used a rare public speech Tuesday to dismiss Donald Trump's "threats" on missile tests, saying the president "showed the real face of America."

Certainly, sadly, the growing view of many in the international community, including our closest allies in Europe and elsewhere.

"Trump himself put Iran "on notice" via Twitter, saying Tehran is "playing with fire — they don't appreciate how 'kind' President Obama was to them. Not me!"

"I don't know Putin, have no deals in Russia, and the haters are going crazy - yet Obama can make a deal with Iran, #1 in terror, no problem!
    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) February 7, 2017"

Trump again stupidly provided the Iranians with fodder:

"Khamenei seized on that, asking: "He says we should be grateful to Obama? We should be thankful because he brought war and bloodshed to Syria and Iraq and he supported the 2009 demonstrations here, that's what we should be thankful of?  "We are thankful to Trump for making our life easy as he showed the real face of America," he said. "During his election campaign and after that, he confirmed what we have been saying for more than 30 years about the political, economic, moral and social corruption in the U.S. ruling system."  "Trump has said we should be scared and frightened of him … we will show on the anniversary of our revolution how we respond to his threats," Khamenei told his audience, adding: "No enemy can paralyze Iran."

The Trump nazi and his henchmen are not only bold faced lying, they seem to be doing all they can to obfuscate the truth, intentionally destroying any semblance of transparency.  NPR reports:

"The Trump White House has taken such direct, adversarial aim at the news media that it may obscure a more fundamental concern of transparency advocates: whether the administration is constricting the flow of reliable information to the public."

It is.  There is no question.  Not surprisingly?  Denying timely information to U.S. Senators including Sen. Marco Rubio vis a vis the immigration executive order.

"For the record, State Department spokesman Mark Toner said the department had been in contact with lawmakers and would "provide information and assistance as we are able."

Doesn't appear to be so, -- at least to Sen. Rubio.

"Left unsaid: The White House shared little information with officials at State, Homeland Security and other departments and agencies. White House press secretary Sean Spicer did not reply to a request for comment about the administration's approach about distributing information."

Can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullshit.  When that fails?  Release no information at all.

In follow up to the above, get this.  NPR reports:

"President Trump, in another broadside against the news media, on Monday accused "the dishonest press" of failing to report terrorist attacks.  But in a list put out by the White House later Monday evening, many of the attacks cited, such as the attack the Orlando night club shooting last June and 2015 attacks in San Bernardino, Calif., and Paris were extensively covered by the media around the clock."

Wouldn't want to confuse the Trump nazi, his henchmen, clueless sick sycophants with the truth, would we?

The following is the take from CBS News:

"A woman in England is chiding the White House for including the attack that left her 20-year-old daughter dead on its list of purportedly under-reported terrorist attacks.  The list, released Monday in an effort to provide evidence for President Trump’s assertion that the U.S. media is deliberately not covering acts of terrorism by Islamic extremists, includes the August 2016 fatal stabbing in Queensland, Australia of Mia Ayliffe-Chung.

Not true.

"CBS News did cover -- in some cases heavily but at least to some extent -- more than 74 percent of the attacks on the White House’s list, including a post on CBSNews.com about the attack in Australia soon after it happened. In that post, it was noted that the perpetrator (whose identity had not been confirmed at the time) reportedly shouted “God is great,” in Arabic, during the attack."

In another CBS News article:

"In his first speech to troops as commander in chief, President Trump told soldiers at MacDill Air Force Base the media was ignoring the reality of terrorism.  “ISIS is on a campaign of genocide, committing atrocities across the world,” Mr. Trump said. “It’s gotten to a point where it’s not even being reported, and in many cases, the very, very dishonest press doesn’t want to report it.”

Say what?

"The president offered no examples to the bewildered soldiers; neither did Press Secretary Sean Spicer.  “Yeah… we’ll provide a list later,” Spicer said.  The White House eventually produced a list that was riddled with spelling errors. It falsely claimed that most of the 78 attacks motivated by ISIS from September 2014 to December 2016 “have not received the media attention they deserved.”

Unadulterated bullshit.  A bold faced lie.

"The White House knows these events were covered and the accusation would lead news organizations to remind their audiences of the events, thereby distracting attention from the president’s legal woes with his immigration order, while reviving fears of terrorism the order is supposedly designed to address."

Indeed.  ... Can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullshit.

In follow up, NPR reports:

"Rosie Ayliffe, the mother of a young woman stabbed to death last year at a hostel in Queensland, Australia, says she is "affronted" by the inclusion of her daughter's death on a Trump administration list of what it calls underreported terrorist attacks.  The reference to her daughter's killing was "at best a crass and callous error," Ayliffe wrote in The Guardian on Wednesday, saying that her daughter's death was ugly and brutal — but not a terrorist attack."

The Trump nazi has no honor.  Wouldn't know truth if it figuratively bit him hard on the ass.

The Trump nazi's strange behavior is growing increasingly bizarre.  ABC News reports:

"President Donald Trump's heated rush to launch what he said would be a "major investigation" into voter fraud has cooled, leaving White House staff uncertain when it will come to pass or what shape it will take."

Fascinating, isn't it?

The Trump nazi's clueless supporters want an ideology test for immigrants.  What are they talking about?  'Extreme vetting' has already gone on for years.  Takes quite some time and many interviews before an immigrant is allowed into this country.  Not truly about ideology anyway, is it?  Rather, religion.  What is and is not acceptable to the Republican Nazi Right.

NPR reports:

"This is all of intense concern for refugee advocates. The most pressing refugee need today is among Syrians — some 5 million have fled the country's civil war. The vast majority are Muslim.  "It's clearly Muslim-targeted," says Muna Jondy, a Michigan immigration lawyer of Syrian descent who's been fielding frantic calls from refugee families in the U.S. whose relatives are now barred from joining them.  She points out the refugee screening process already targets those with extreme Islamist views via counter-terrorism vetting, which checks for links to radical Islamist groups."

Not good enough for the Trump nazi, his henchmen, clueless GOP rank and file gutless national socialists:

"But the president appears to echo opinions of a web of supporters who have warned about the wider "dangers" of Islam and more recently have called for rigorous ideological vetting. His national security adviser, retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, has called fear of Islam "rational" and equates Islam with a political ideology."

This is precisely why Flynn is egregiously unfit for office.  ... An achingly ignorant Islamaphobe who has gutlessly disgraced himself.  Raising the question, who's next?  Today, Muslims.  Tomorrow?

The Trump nazi is being sued.  In the last two weeks, more than 50 suits.  NPR reports:

"Donald Trump has been president for two weeks, and he is already facing dozens of lawsuits over White House policies and his personal business dealings. That's far more than his predecessors faced in their first days on the job. The lawsuits started on Inauguration Day, and they haven't let up."

That's good.  Need far more of the same.

"Most of the 50-plus lawsuits filed so far relate to the travel ban on refugees and nationals from seven mostly-Muslim countries that Trump ordered on Jan. 27. They were filed in 17 different states by doctors, professors, students, people fleeing violence and Iraqis who have worked for the U.S. military."

Suits will certainly exponentially expand in nature and frequency as the Trump nazi and his henchmen desperately try to impose The Fourth Reich.

The Washington Times reports:

"President Trump’s deliberate targeting of the mainstream media and asylum seekers alike has hardly hurt the coffers of either The New York Times or the American Civil Liberties Union. The newspaper and civil rights group separately revealed figures this week that suggest a recent surge in support in spite of ongoing attacks from the Oval Office."

Encouraging, isn't it?  Unless, of course, you happen to be a GOP fascist here in Nazi Llano County.

"The Times on Thursday announced that the number of digital and print subscriptions to the newspaper recently surpassed the 3 million mark for the first time in its history, notwithstanding increasing criticism courtesy of the commander-in-chief.

"A record 3 million people now subscribe to The New York Times. Facts matter. Thanks to all who support independent journalism.
    — The New York Times (@nytimes) February 2, 2017"

Indeed, "facts do matter."  ...Not to the Trump nazi and his henchmen, however.  To say nothing of his clueless national socialist GOP shills here.  ... Right, TL?

"The ACLU, meanwhile, reported receiving $24.1 million from online donors last weekend as its attorneys scrambled to provide legal aid to foreigners impacted by a broad executive order authorized by Mr. Trump last Friday imposing travel restrictions on citizens from seven Muslim-majority countries.  Both entities announced the recent spike in support this week amid Mr. Trump’s ongoing comments critical of asylum seekers and journalism alike. Despite prompting criticism recently over his executive order as well as frequent attacks against the press, however, the president has continued to make controversial remarks concerning either this week from his official Twitter account."

Proof positive, the Trump nazi remains achingly truth challenged.  No more than a delusional bold faced liar.

From the most recent "Screws Loose" Newsletter, Sen. Ted Cruz opines:

"Last year, after the unexpected passing of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, the Senate drew a line in the sand on the behalf of the American people. Exercising our constitutional authority, we advised President Obama that we would not consent to a Supreme Court nominee until We the People, in the presidential election, were able to choose between an originalist and a progressive vision of the Constitution. This week, President Trump nominated Judge Neil Gorsuch, who is a brilliant and immensely talented jurist."

First, Senator you and your fellow GOP nazis abrogated your oaths of office to protect and defend the United States Constitution by refusing to grant Obama's pick a hearing.  Second, Republican stonewalling of Obama's pick was pointless since he, like Gorsuch, would have simply and egregiously legislated his perverse Republican ideology and religious beliefs from the bench.  Both men are Republican national socialists.

Either GOP nazi would and will, like Scalia, legislate their perverse ideological and religious views from the bench.  A raucous boot clicking, goose stepping, treasonous, treacherous, traitorous Sieg Heil!, you achingly clueless, fascist son of a bitch.  You're out of uniform, Senator.  Where is your swastika armband?

Democratic rank and file are certainly letting their displeasure be known to party bigwigs.  NPR reports:

"Aggrieved at what they perceive as acquiescence to President Trump's agenda, liberal demonstrators have begun taking a page out of a doctor's playbook: They are making house calls.  On Tuesday night, more than 4,000 protesters signed up to pay a visit to the Brooklyn apartment of Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer. The Facebook event — bluntly named "What the f***, Chuck?!" — called on the New York senator to show "no appeasement, no dealmaking, no collaboration."

One doesn't have to be a Democrat or a liberal to want ferocious but peaceful resistance to the Trump nazi and his henchmen.  It's the rise of fascism that needs to be ferociously but peacefully challenged.

"In deep-blue California on Sunday, a group of protesters headed to Sen. Dianne Feinstein's house in the Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco.  "Hey hey, ho ho, Jeff Sessions — just say no!" the demonstrators chanted, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.  FiveThirtyEight has ranked Feinstein among the Democratic senators who have shown the most support for Trump's nominees."

Although a Democrat, Feinstein is no liberal.  Far from it.  She is where the Center was some sixty years ago.  Regardless:

"Feinstein's voting record so far didn't sit well with the protesters outside her home, or with progressives at large. Among the Democratic base, there is not exactly a climate for compromise at the moment."

This has been a problem for quite some time now.  Dating back to the Clinton regime.  ... And no, you don't compromise with a nazi.  Never, under any circumstances.  ... As Neville Chamberlain and the rest of the world learned at horrendous cost decades ago.  It's called appeasement.

The Trump nazi is certainly an anachronism.  A throw back to a time when our formerly great country acted like the Nazis it was soon to engage in the Second World War.  Think not?  Wake up.  The Washington Times reports:

"Actor and progressive activist George Takei penned a scathing op-ed Tuesday slamming President Trump as an “American terrorist” for his executive order temporarily barring travel from seven majority-Muslim nations.  Mr. Takei, a Japanese-American who was born in Los Angeles in 1937, said Mr. Trump’s order reminds him of the pain and suffering he and his family experienced being forced into a Japanese internment camp during World War II."

How quickly and readily the Nazi Right ignores history.  This was done by a nazi executive order by the President of the United States at the time.  A Democrat.

“I will never forget the terrorizing morning two soldiers marched up the driveway of my family’s two-bedroom home in Los Angeles carrying rifles with shiny bayonets. They stomped up the front porch and pounded on the front door with their fists,” the former “Star Trek” star wrote for the New York Daily News.  “Tears were streaming down my mother’s face as we left,” he said. “For my parents, it was a degrading, humiliating, terrifying experience.”

Wake up.  You've been bamboozled.  The Trump nazi and his henchmen remain an exigent threat to all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

“We would love for him to get a little education on this important chapter in history,” Mr. Takei wrote. “But it likely wouldn’t change his mind.”  “He is ignorant, and because of his ignorance, he is fearful,” he said. “Actually, the real terrorist is Donald Trump. He’s the American terrorist.”

Indeed, he is.

The truth always has a way of coming out no matter what.  No matter how much the Trump nazi and his henchmen desperately try to suppress it.  The Washington Post reports:

"Over 100,000 visas have been revoked as a result of President Trump’s ban on travel from seven predominantly Muslim countries, an attorney for the government revealed in Alexandria federal court Friday."

Continued trouble in paradise.  ABC News reports:

"President Donald Trump's comment equating Russia under Vladimir Putin to the United States has drawn sharply negative reactions from people in both parties.  Trump told Fox News in an interview set to air prior to the Super Bowl on Sunday that he respects Putin.  "I do respect him," Trump told Fox News’ Bill O'Reilly.  When O'Reilly said, "Putin is a killer," Trump responded, "A lot of killers. We got a lot of killers. What, you think our country's so innocent?"

Sadly, Trump is right about this.  We are far from innocent.  His comment, however, raised a firestorm.

"Republicans were quick to rebuke Trumps statement Sunday morning. “I don’t think there’s any equivalency,” Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky said on CNN’s “State of the Union.” “America is exceptional. There’s a clear distinction here.”

Trump certainly, concertedly runs counter to orthodox Republican ideology.

"Sen. Marco Rubio, a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, tweeted a reference to political assassinations to help draw the distinction between the U.S. and Putin's Russia.  "When has a Democratic political activists been poisoned by the GOP, or vice versa? We are not the same as #Putin," said the senator, who is a outspoken critic of the Russian president.

"When has a Democratic political activists been poisoned by the GOP, or vice versa? We are not the same as #Putin. MR
    — Marco Rubio (@marcorubio) February 5, 2017"

One thing for sure, -- we just don't know.  The CIA, reportedly, repeatedly attempted to kill Fidel Castro.  Was certainly involved in the killing of Allende some forty-five years ago.  The lack of transparency 'justified' by "national 'security'" concerns precludes ever knowing the truth.  Convenient, isn't it?  Frightening, as well.

At least, there is one conservative willing to speak the truth:

"David French, a writer for the conservative magazine The National Review, suggested that if a Democrat had made the same comment as Trump they would have been quickly condemned by conservatives.

"You won't see many conservatives defend Trump's Russia comment. They'll be silent, but they'll know they'd race to Fox to condemn a Dem.
    — David French (@DavidAFrench) February 5, 2017"

There is no doubt about this.  Partisanship nearly always trumps principle.  Both parties.

The damage done by the late, not-so-great Justice Antonin Scalia continues to reverberate.  ABC News reports:

"One year later, the 49-year-old Colorado native is President Donald Trump's pick to replace Scalia as the Republican leader heeded calls by many conservatives to find someone as near to a Scalia philosophical clone as possible."

That is, they want a replacement that is concertedly narrow minded, more than willing to legislate his outrageously perverse ideological and religious views from the bench.  "Originalism" is disingenuously used to 'justify' this egregious faux pas.  In reality, no more than an empty excuse for continued repression, determined abrogation of liberty.

"Like Scalia, Gorsuch believes judges must focus primarily on the text of the 230-year-old Constitution and resolve legal disputes by following the Founding Fathers' intentions. Gorsuch has said that if judges factor in personal beliefs, societal changes or calculations about maximizing social welfare, they risk becoming "little more than politicians with robes."

This is the classical definition of "originalism."  An aching perversion of the intentions of the Founders.  If the Founders wished the Constitution to be the anachronism nazis on the Right desperately want, they would not have set up a government of three equal branches as a check and balance on the other.  Equally important, they would not have provided provision for amending the Constitution.

Nazis on the Right, to perpetrate their outrageously perverse ideological and religious views, determinedly perceive in terms of black and white.  No shades of gray.  No brilliant hues of color.  Remain deliberately narrow minded.  Want the Constitution to remain anachronistic, not a living, breathing template of a democratic republic.  To impose their religious and ideological views on all.

The Germans certainly know a nazi when they see one.  CNN reports:

"German magazine Der Spiegel has sparked fierce debate after depicting US President Donald Trump beheading the Statue of Liberty on its front cover."

The Germans certainly got it right.  Spot on.  Not only figuratively in terms of immigration, however.  More importantly?  Evisceration of all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

"The illustration by Edel Rodriguez, who arrived in the US as a political refugee from Cuba in 1980, has prompted both positive and negative reaction across the world."

That's good.  Time for all to finally wake up.

"Rodriguez's image shows a cartoon Trump holding a bloodied knife in his left hand with the statue's head in his right, while blood drips onto the floor.

"my new cover art for @DerSPIEGEL magazine pic.twitter.com/Lz4KH8ySGx
    — Edel Rodriguez (@edelstudio) February 3, 2017"

A wake up call.

"The caption "America First" accompanies the image on the cover of the weekly magazine."

Achingly, appropriate.  Especially since it is highly reminiscent, indeed a slogan not-so-cleverly 'borrowed' from German Nazi supporters here in the United States, including Charles Lindbergh, prior to the start of World War II by Hitler.

"It's a beheading of democracy, a beheading of a sacred symbol," Rodriguez told the Washington Post. He said he drew a link between ISIS and Trump, adding that "both sides are extremists, so I'm just making a comparison between them."

Indeed.  Timely.

Republican national socialists in Arkansas have certainly been emboldened by the Trump nazi.  Get this.  CNN reports:

"A new Arkansas law will let a husband sue a doctor to stop his wife from getting an abortion. And it makes no exception for cases of spousal rape."

... Hey, TL?  Fits right in with psychotic GOP fascists insanely believing they own the "'lil' lady," doesn't it?  No more than human chattel, right?  After all, don't Republican nazis also believe they own a woman's uterus?  Isn't that why these achingly clueless bastards do all they can to deprive women of the constitutional right to abortion?  After all, she's too damned stupid to decide for herself, isn't she?  You guys haughtily know what's 'best,' don't you?  More than willing to dictate to her what she can and cannot do, right?

"The law, called the Arkansas Unborn Child Protection From Dismemberment Abortion Act, was passed and signed by Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson, and goes into effect later this year. It prohibits dismemberment abortion, the most common procedure used in second-trimester abortions."

Who the hell are these Republican nazis to, in effect, practice medicine without a license?  To force their outrageously perverse religious and ideological views on all?  In direct violation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause, that is church-state separation, freedom from religion.

"A clause in the law states that the husband of a woman getting the abortion can sue the doctor to stop his wife's abortion. The husband has to be the father of the child. And because there's no exemption in the law for rape or incest, a woman's rapist could theoretically file suit to stop the abortion."

How about that?  Sick religion.  Imposed by psychotic Republican nazis.

"The ACLU of Arkansas claims the law is unconstitutional and plans to challenge it in court before it goes into effect."

Excellent.  Go for it.  ... Hey, ladies?  Should this atrocious law go into effect, know what to do?  Cut the bastard off cold turkey.  No sex until repeal.

Growing discontent within the GOP vis a vis Obamacare.  CNN reports:

"Donald Trump vowed as a candidate to kill Obamacare in short order. But more than two weeks into his presidency, some Republicans are starting to ask: What happened to repealing the law quickly?  The sentiment is beginning to simmer within the influential conservative wing of the Republican Party and hints at what could be the opening of an intra-party rift as the GOP's mission to overhaul the country's health care system appears to be losing steam."

Happening for good reason.  Republican national socialists have no viable replacement.

Subsequent to writing the above, CBS News reports:

"President Trump is giving an extended timeline for when his administration could be expected to roll out a new plan to replace the Affordable Care Act (ACA), former President Obama’s landmark healthcare legislation.   In an interview with Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly that aired Sunday, Mr. Trump made the vague assertion that it could take “’til sometime into next year.”

Again, the Trump nazi is stalling for time, moving the goal posts and delaying implementation since he and his henchmen still have no clue:

"Asked if Americans could expect a replacement plan in 2017, the president said, “yes, in the process and maybe it’ll take till sometime into next year but we’re certainly going to be in the process.”   He added that it’s “very complicated,” but urged Americans to remember that “Obamacare is a disaster.”

Certainly, turned out to be since national socialists in the GOP would not allow a single payer system.  ... A system that's worked remarkably well in Canada and Europe.

“Obamacare doesn’t work so we are putting in a wonderful plan,” Mr. Trump said."

What's that, precisely, Mr. 'President?'  Still no clue?

“It statutorily takes a while to get.  We’re going to be putting it in fairly soon. I think that yes, I would like to say by the end of the year -- at least the rudiments -- but we should have something within the year and the following year.”

Fascinating, isn't it?

So is the take from NPR:

"When it comes to health care, it seems that President Trump is learning that same lesson. Trump and Republicans in Congress are struggling with how to keep their double-edged campaign promise — to repeal Obamacare without leaving millions of people without health insurance.  During the campaign, Trump promised to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act immediately upon taking office. Last month, in an interview with The Washington Post, he said he had a replacement law "very much formulated down to the final strokes."  But on Sunday, he dialed back those expectations in an interview with Fox News."

Indeed, he did.  Think his rabidly clueless populist supporters will approve?

"It's in the process and maybe it will take till sometime into next year, but we are certainly going to be in the process. It's very complicated," Trump said.  He repeated his claim that Obamacare has been "a disaster" and said his replacement would be a "wonderful plan" that would take time "statutorily" to put in place. And then he hedged the timing again.  "I would like to say by the end of the year, at least the rudiments," he said.  Trump's recent hesitation comes as Republicans in Congress tame their rhetoric surrounding the health care law."

Think this will sit well with his sick sycophants?  The dopey bastards who voted for this piece of shit?  Not that Hillary was a better choice, however.  At least, moreover, she wasn't a national socialist like the Trump nazi.

Physicians have an interesting take on the pending healthcare crisis.  NBC News reports:

"Congress should improve Obamacare without taking away what's best about it, doctors said Thursday.  Doctors who treat women and children, as well as general practitioners, made a daylong dive across Senate offices to make the case for keeping important aspects of the Affordable Care Act.  And they rebuked Republicans in Congress for talking up repeal without having a plan for replacement in place."

Should Republicans fail to provide a viable replacement immediately upon repeal, they will not be returned to office.  Providers will see an egregious loss of income.  The sick and dying will suffer even more than they already are.  So will their families.

"Currently insured individuals should not lose their coverage as a result of any action or inaction by policymakers," five medical organizations said in a statement released as part of the lobbying push.  "Acceptable reform must continue to ensure access to comprehensive, safe, and affordable care," said Dr. Thomas Gellhaus, president of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists."

Sadly, Obamacare came nowhere close to providing this.  One of the reasons?  Endless provider greed.

The concerted attack on all civil and constitutional rights and liberties extends to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.  NPR reports:

"Federal health officials may be about to get greatly enhanced powers to quarantine people, as part of an ongoing effort to stop outbreaks of dangerous contagious diseases.  The new powers are outlined in a set of regulations the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention published late last month to update the agency's quarantine authority for the first time since the 1940s."

A threat to liberty.  Literally.  Carefully consider the following.

"The outlined changes are being welcomed by many health lawyers, bioethicists and public health specialists as providing important tools for protecting the public. But the CDC's increased authority is also raising fears that the rules could be misused in ways that violate civil liberties."

They will.  Count on it.  Certainly, as our formerly great country continues to nazify under the Trump regime.

"Under the old rules, the CDC's authority was primarily limited to detaining people entering the country or crossing state lines. The agency was also limited to quarantining people who had one of about a dozen diseases, including cholera, diphtheria, tuberculosis, plague, smallpox and yellow fever.  Yet even then, the CDC rarely exercised these powers and generally deferred to state and local health officials."

That's about to change. Drastically, -- if CDC gets its way.

"With the new rules, the CDC would be able to detain people anywhere in the country without getting approval from state and local officials."

The Fourth Reich.  A goddamned fascist police-state.

"The agency could also apprehend people to assess their health if they are exhibiting medical problems such as a high fever, headache, cramps and other symptoms that could be indicative of a dangerous infectious disease."

Egregiously unacceptable in a country that's supposed to be a democratic republic.  Further proof positive, this goddamned nazi government insanely believes it owns us cradle to grave.  They don't.  Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon.

"But other attorneys say they fear the new rules give the CDC too much power — with insufficient safeguards to protect an individual's rights.

You think?

"It could represent a great danger to Americans' health and civil liberties," says Wendy Parmet, a health policy lawyer at Northeastern University.  For example, she says, the rules would allow the CDC to hold someone in quarantine for 72 hours before their case is subject to review. And that review would be conducted by the CDC itself instead of an outside, objective entity."

Raw nazism.  Ripe for abuse.  ... Hear the rumble?

"The concern," Parmet says, "is that unless these regulations are carried out with care, and by people who [base their actions] on science, they can be used to trammel the civil liberties of Americans."

That's exactly the intention of national socialists in government who get their cookies off abusing power.  ... Hear the rumble?

"Parmet is especially concerned that the CDC's enhanced powers would take effect just as the Trump administration is assuming control over the agency.  "A lot of the signals we've received from President Trump suggests he may be inclined to not always listen to the science," Parmet says, "and to ground policy in what I guess we're now calling 'alternative facts,' instead of scientific facts. That's scary."

Worse than that, could trigger an unwanted dreaded revolution.  The people are not sheep.  Won't tolerate this bullshit.

"Some public health specialists fear the CDC's new powers could backfire on efforts to prevent disease. For example, some sick people might hide their symptoms for fear of being detained."

That's just one of the consequences of this draconian, egregiously un-American proposed change.

"The worst-case scenario is that people may try to evade these procedures by, say, taking medicines to reduce their fever, or be afraid to report it if they are feeling ill on a plane," says Jennifer Nuzzo, a research epidemiologist at the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security.  "We don't want to drive cases underground by putting measures in place that seem as though they carry some penalties associated with them," Nuzzo says."

Like the loss of liberty?

"Gostin agrees that the rules are imperfect and that quarantining anyone is a very serious step. "It's really a quite, I would say, draconian public health measure," he says. "The most draconian measure, because it allows you to literally imprison somebody who you don't know for sure is a danger to the public."

That's called nazism.  Won't be tolerated.  ... Hear the rumble?

In stark contrast to the Islamaphobia of the Trump nazi, his henchmen, and GOP national socialists in Texas, consider the following.  CBS News reported:

"Thanks to the kindness of thousands of strangers, a Texas mosque that was destroyed in a fire on Saturday already has the funds it needs to rebuild.  The Islamic Center of Victoria in Texas started a GoFundMe campaign hours after the building burned down. Within three days, the center surpassed its $850,000 fundraising goal, receiving nearly $1 million in donations by more than 20,000 people by mid-Tuesday morning."

Certainly, indicative the Trump nazi is ferociously but peacefully opposed by many.

“Today our faith in humanity has been rekindled again!” the Islamic center posted on Facebook Sunday. “The thousands of messages, prayers and donations from all over the globe have been phenomenal.”  The center also thanked those who drove from Houston, San Antonio, Corpus Christi and Fort Worth to join a gathering that was held in wake of the fire.  Dozens of people left messages of support on the group’s page."

Highly, encouraging.  In stark contrast, indeed, to national socialists currently in control of the GOP.

In follow up to an earlier edition, the feud between the Trump nazi and civil rights pioneer Rep. John Lewis came at the time of MLK observances back in January.  CBS News reported at the time:

"Trump did not publicly participate in any King observances. The holiday came amid the fallout from a public tiff between Trump and civil rights icon John Lewis, an exchange that incensed many African-Americans already leery of Trump after a racially charged campaign."

Sad, isn't it?  In stark contrast to the Trump nazi, Scott Shepherd stood tall:

"Scott Shepherd didn’t fire the shot that killed Martin Luther King Jr., but the former Ku Klux Klan Grand Dragon says he has always felt remorse toward the family of the slain civil rights leader and all who honor his legacy.  He reached for atonement Monday evening, sitting on a dais next to Bernice King, who was 5 years old when James Earl Ray assassinated her father in 1968."

After all these decades, finally some justice.

“I want to extend an apology to the King family and everyone out there,” Shepherd said, opening a discussion of race relations at the Atlanta center that bears the elder King’s name. “I, in my past, did a lot of terrible things. I said a lot of terrible things about Dr. King. I didn’t know what I was talking about.”

Took great courage for him to apologize.

"Bernice King, who acknowledged “hating white people” as a young woman, accepted Shepherd’s apology. It was the pinnacle of a Martin Luther King Jr. Day that laid bare intense social tensions as President-elect Donald Trump prepares to take office Friday, yet also offered potential avenues to achieve King’s vision of a just society."

Indeed.

The Trump nazi did not have immediate reaction to the following.  CNN reports:

"Martellus Bennett told reporters following the New England Patriots' historic Super Bowl win Sunday that he will not accompany his teammates to the White House, where they are set to be honored by President Donald Trump later this year."

Resistance.

"Bennett is an outspoken supporter of the "Black Lives Matter" movement and has slammed Kanye West for meeting with Trump in December.

"So Kanye didn't take the time to vote. And now he holding on to Trump's coattail like Peter Pettigrew to Lord Voldemort. Kanye Pettigrew
    — Martellus Bennett (@MartysaurusRex) December 15, 2016

"So Kanye didn't take the time to vote. And now he holding on to Trump's coattail like Peter Pettigrew to Lord Voldemort. Kanye Pettigrew," Bennett tweeted."

This is a man courageously willing to stand up for his beliefs.

"After San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick sat during the national anthem to protest racism in America in September, Bennett participated in a similar protest on the field, raising his fist with fellow teammate Devin McCourty during the national anthem at a September game."

Uncommon valor.

In follow up to the above, there is now a second player who will not make the trip to the White House to meet with the Trump nazi.  NBC News reports:

"On Monday, Super Bowl champion and Patriots defensive end Devin McCourty confirmed that he would not accept the customary White House invite for winners of pro football's biggest game, citing political opposition to President Donald Trump."

Another example of uncommon valor.

"I'm not going to the White House," McCourty told TIME via text message. "Basic reason for me is I don't feel accepted in the White House. With the president having so many strong opinions and prejudices I believe certain people might feel accepted there while others won't."

Trump nazi supporters are becoming quite a rabid, bigoted bunch of racists.  Get this.  Fox News reports:

"The owner of an Italian restaurant in Texas said he would welcome back the customers who reportedly wrote on a receipt that they wouldn’t return, despite the “tasty” food, because he is Mexican.  Fernando Franco, who owns Di Frabo in San Antonio, said his manager showed him the receipt shortly after a couple left the eatery Friday.  The message noted that the food was "tasty" and the service "attentive," but concluded: "The owner is 'Mexican.' We will not return. 'America first.'"

Pitiful.  Appalling.  Racist, nazi bastards.

"Since first speaking out about the incident, Franco said he's been inundated with messages of support. He added he's not sure how the customers knew he was the owner or that he's a native of Mexico.  "Something like this is a slap in the face," Franco told Fox San Antonio. He opened the Italian restaurant in 2014, turning his dream into a reality."

Yet another reason why the Trump nazi and his supporters present an exigent threat to all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  Especially concerning, since this is a country of immigrants.  ... And Mr. Franco is a legal immigrant.

"According to the station, Franco has been running businesses and restaurants in San Antonio since 2012 under the E-2 visa, which is an investor visa that has “very specific” requirements and has to be renewed yearly.  He said was going to frame the receipt, and added that he plans to begin the citizenship process soon."

Welcome, Mr. Franco.  You're a valuable, treasured addition to our country.

The following email has been sent nearly daily to a woman at 2freehosting.com who was responsible for caving into Wells Fargo.  This email is re-edited occasionally as circumstances change.  Should you bank with Wells Fargo you may wish to ask them why they engage in deceptive trade practices and if in fact they indeed bribed Texas Gov. Greg Abbott while he was Texas Attorney General to ignore a complaint filed against them:

Fran,

All three Liberty In Peril FTP servers are down and apparently have been
hacked.  The three websites, however, remain up and running at time of
writing.  That is, libertyinperil.twomini.com, libertyinperil.wink.ws, and
libertyinperil.t15.org are accessible and running.  Only FTP access has
been effected making it impossible to upload.

The Filezilla messaging on twomini is:

Status:        Connecting to 31.170.167.137:21...
Status:        Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection
refused by server".
Error:        Could not connect to server

The exact same messaging, other than IP addresses, is the same on the wink
and t15 FTP servers.  This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity.  Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these
FTP servers up and running again.  A criminal complaint will be filed with
the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells
Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue interference with the webhosts.
Has 2freehosting been bribed and/or pressured by Wells Fargo?  Certainly,
one of numerous questions to be forwarded to criminal prosecutors.

Welcome.   Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com.  This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers.  Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible.  -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle.  No more bullsh-t.  Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right.  During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at
Wells Fargo.  Copies of these emails were sent to bank officials.  They
have been posted in this publication. ... We're already up to Salvo 74, --
and counting.

In addition, all new Newsletter Editions will feature an
available abbreviated version, smart phone friendly, that can be accessed
by clicking on the icon.  Will supplement the regular format of this
publication.  This is being done because so many of you access this
publication with smart phones and other devices with small screens.

This site has finally been fully uploaded.  All links appear to be
properly working.  Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected.  There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows.  Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts.  We'll see.  With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated.  Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well.  Forget?  The bank
is considered too big to fail.  Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true.  They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked.  What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support.  Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems.  Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however.  Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it.  Certainly, have the
resources.  Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved.  Hard to believe they would be that stupid.  The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose.  Owns its government lackeys.  The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further
exposure in this publication.  Should you have information regarding this
or any other issue, contact me.  I will protect your identity.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.  ... Governor?  Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Missy Henneke, Highland Lakes Master Gardener Association, Burnet.   A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright.  She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager.  Reverse Darwinism.  Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters.  The process to update those already informed of this fiasco has finally been completed.  This latest material can be found by clicking onWells Fargo Deceptive Trade Practices Salvo 140, 2-10-17.

The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned.  Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly, literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor.  Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
