“It was pretty intense. It all happened so fast,” Bowman told Fox News on Tuesday. “I saw the tanker explode and it took me a minute to get off the road and out of my truck.”

"Bowman, a 29-year-old officer with the Sunbury Police Department, said he took out his phone and got about one minute of footage before he could feel the heat of the fire from inside his truck. It was at that moment that instinct took over and he wanted to make sure other drivers were safe. “The fire spread quickly and I wanted to make sure people stayed back – the further back they were the better,” he added."

"Some vehicles stopped but others were stubborn and wanted to go around them and keep driving, he said. “But once I told them I was serious and doing it for their safety, they stopped,” Bowman said. The explosion killed the driver of the tanker."

"Those who know Volusia County, Fla., Sheriff Mike Chitwood are familiar with his candid and colorful delivery when talking to lawbreakers. Chitwood is now giving himself a dose of his own medicine after he was ticketed by one of his own deputies for going 78 mph in a 55-mph zone last Friday. The deputy first extended his boss a professional courtesy and declined to write a citation. Chitwood later asked for a ticket "to set an example" for the agency."

It is indeed difficult being a cop today. Particularly, if you're an officer who always tries to do the right thing. No matter what. No matter the circumstances. "A 10-year veteran of the Volusia County Sheriff's Office in Florida resigned on Monday not long after officials released body camera video that allegedly shows the deputy taking money from the wallet of a DUI suspect."

"Deputy John Braman, 33, was placed on paid administrative leave last Wednesday as the sheriff's office investigated "multiple" allegations that he had taken money from defendants during DUI arrests."

"Braman resigned on Monday in a one-sentence letter sent through an attorney, which CNN has obtained. Volusia County Sheriff Mike Chitwood had harsh words for Braman, calling him a "thieving idiot" in an interview with the Daytona Beach News-Journal. "He represents an infinitesimal number of bad cops around the country but when this gets played in the news it makes everyone who wears the badge have to defend themselves against the actions of this idiot," Chitwood told the News-Journal."

Sadly, Sheriff, it's far more than "an infinitesimal number." Can certainly understand your chagrin, though, sir.

"Body camera video released by the sheriff's office allegedly shows Braman taking two $100 bills out of a DUI suspect's wallet while the suspect was cuffed in Braman's vehicle, CNN affiliate WESH reports. Braman then put the wallet in a plastic property bag, and that $200 in cash was not inventoried later, a defense attorney for the DUI suspect told WESH."

"Integrity is the cornerstone of any law enforcement officer's career," Chitwood said in a statement. "Once you lose your integrity, you've lost your ability to be an effective law enforcement officer."

"The Florida Department of Law Enforcement is conducting a criminal investigation in conjunction with the State Attorney's Office, officials said. Braman had been awarded the Medal of Valor and Purple Heart and was named the sheriff office's Deputy of the Year after he was shot twice in the line of duty in November 2011. Braman and a fellow deputy were able to subdue and disarm the suspect after both had been shot, according to the sheriff's office."

Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? Forty-one weeks, now. A goddamned disgrace. Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? Forty-one weeks. Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger. To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff? Those of your thugs? The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down. You don't understand that, Sheriff? Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one. Including taxpayers. Especially, taxpayers.

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why. This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet. Ignored. Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why? Yet, surprise, surprise. The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons. Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so. That is, where they came from. Why they left where they were. What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards. Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments. Why? The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up. Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own? The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers. Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently? Guess what? Nothing will happen. Nothing ever does. The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities. Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally. Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for. Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town. Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded. An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences. Forget? Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" Madam County Attorney?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure. We're just getting started, Sheriff. "The bodycam footage from a white Fort Worth police officer's controversial arrest of a black woman who called 911 last month has been released by the woman's legal team. On Dec. 21, Jacqueline Craig and two of her daughters were arrested by Fort Worth Police Officer William Martin after Craig called police to complain about a neighbor who had allegedly choked her son, according to her attorneys. Cellphone video of part of the incident was posted on Facebook, sparking outrage in the Fort Worth community."

The recently released bodycam video is a classical example of egregious police brutality. The jackbooted bastard in blue is a savage. Yet, has not been charged.

"On Thursday, the Fort Worth Police Department announced that charges against Craig and Hymond had been dropped. Those charges included resisting arrest, Merritt said. It is unclear if charges were also filed against Craig's 15-year-old daughter and if those charges were dropped. Povero declined to discuss those details since she is a juvenile."

The first charges quoted above were dropped because they were bogus, trumped up to cover the jackbooted bastard in blue's sorry ass.

"Vardi [neighbor who assaulted the kid] was issued a citation for assault by contact "as a result of his actions in the initial incident," police said in a press release Thursday."

"Fort Worth Police Chief Joel Fitzgerald told ABC Dallas-Fort Worth affiliate WFAA Thursday that he consulted with the Tarrant County District Attorney's Office when deciding the appropriate citation for Vardi. However, Craig's attorneys compared his class-C misdemeanor citation to that of a speeding ticket. The citation carries a maximum fine of $500, and they believe that Vardi should have been charged with felony assault, they said."

Again, yet another example of a racist police department that won't equally enforce the law:

"When someone assaults your minor child, and they hurt them, that is felony assault under Texas law," Merritt said."

Again, where is the justice? Insult to injury? Proof positive the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue protect their own no matter what they do?

"Fitzgerald said that he believes the decision to arrest Craig was "the right thing to do, discretionary-wise." "I stand by that decision, and I'm ready to move forward and help the community," he said."

"Martin was disciplined with a 10-day unpaid suspension and will not be returning to his original patrol assignment in Fort Worth's Rock Garden neighborhood, according to police. He is also undergoing retraining, Fitzgerald told WFAA."

"Merritt alleged Thursday that Martin has a history of excessive force, citing a previous internal investigation into whether Martin appropriately used his Taser when he fired it at two people at a nearby high school. Povero denied any previous accusations of excessive force against Martin. Requests for further clarification were not immediately returned."

"Merritt also alleged that Martin falsified information to a magistrate judge in an affidavit -- specifically that Craig's 15-year-old daughter had pushed him as he was placing handcuffs on Craig -- which resulted in charges being filed against Craig and Hymond. Povero denied this allegation as well, adding that all arrest paperwork was reviewed internally and that there were no inconsistencies in what happened."

Precisely, why there is the need to sue the living shit out of all those involved in this fiasco. Clearly, the department and prosecutors have no interest in the truth, -- just protecting and coddling the officer.

"Craig's attorneys are requesting that the Fort Worth community speak up and call for Martin to be fired."

Precisely, why the carnage continues, -- and yet the 'practiced,' 'experienced,' 'seasoned' hard core alcoholic continues to offend for quite some time before finally getting caught, usually in a catastrophe. Car manufacturers could certainly come up with reliable technology on a mass scale that could automatically detect the presence of alcohol biometrically through a tactile sensor, rendering the vehicle inoperable. Would certainly help with the problem, but to date has been cost prohibitive. To say nothing of possible reliability issues, including being impervious to defeat. This must change. Most certainly will, if industry and the engineering community are pressured.

If punishment and enforcement were the ultimate solution, there would be no second, third, fourth, fifth, etc. multiple offenses by the same individual. That's why there is a desperate need for the manufacturing and engineering communities to step up with a technological solution to this very real scourge. ... How many times have we heard of a drunk leaving prison after years of incarceration for multiple offenses and the first thing he does upon release? Drives drunk.

While the threat to all civil and constitutional rights and liberties perpetrated by the Trump nazi remains exigent, human interaction between opposing sides can be very, very interesting. Quite insightful. Especially, when it involves three die hard Texas Trump supporters and a black waitress in a politically progressive restaurant in the nation's capital.

This is precisely what needs to happen. The Trump nazi and his henchmen must be vigorously challenged in court.

"Beginning Saturday, thousands protested at airports across the U.S. against the detention of refugees, as well as holders of valid U.S. visas and green cards, from seven majority-Muslim nations: Iraq, Syria, Iran, Sudan, Libya, Somalia and Yemen. Protests expanded on Sunday to numerous cities and airports, and are continuing today."

How will you do this when the Trump nazi already appears to be ignoring court orders?

"Schniederman said he and his fellow attorneys general, representing more than 130 million American people, are working to ensure that the names of detainees are released. “One of the big problems that the lawyers trying to represent the detainees have is, they don’t know exactly who is being detained. We also are concerned that the federal orders that have been issued by four federal district judges are not necessarily being complied with. So we’re taking actions to ensure that the orders are complied with."

Again, Counselor, what specific actions are you taking to force the Trump nazi to comply with these orders?

"He said there are two separate issues to be addressed: “The executive order itself is objectionable; we think there are many provisions that are unconstitutional. But the way it was rolled out, with no notice, no instructions to the people that are actually on duty at the airports, and the anecdotal evidence lead us to conclude that it’s being applied inconsistently, and there’s no transparency to the process.”

"Activists across the United States are gearing up this week to continue a wave of protests that broke out over the weekend in response to President Donald Trump's executive order restricting travel and immigration from seven Muslim-majority counties. The planned demonstrations come as a U.S. Department of Homeland Security official confirmed to ABC News on Monday that there are no more individuals being detained at U.S. airports under the president's executive order."

Ferocious protest needs to continue, but must remain peaceful. How do we know the unnamed Homeland Security source is telling the truth?

A former government official has a poignant take on the immigration order. ABC News reports:

"President Trump said his executive order restricting entry into the U.S. of people from seven Muslim-dominated countries is to keep Americans safer, but one former Homeland Security official who is an ABC News contributor said the move could instead do the opposite by inspiring violent extremist attacks in the U.S."

This is an issue the clueless Trump nazi and his henchmen failed to rationally consider.

"The White House has indicated that this action is necessary to address serious terror threats facing the nation, but today the most significant threat facing our country involves individuals living in the U.S. carrying out terror attacks independent of any group and inspired by what they see on the internet," John D. Cohen, who served as counterterrorism coordinator and acting undersecretary for intelligence at the Department of Homeland Security under President Barack Obama from 2009 to 2014 and before that served in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence under President George W. Bush."

"Cohen added that in many respects, the "extreme vetting" called for in the executive order already exists through the government's data collection and vetting capabilities used on individuals considered possible threats — a capability that has been improved dramatically over the past six years. This vetting could, however, be far more effective if the process were more automated, he said. With the executive order, the government seems "to restrict travel of people who have done nothing wrong," and such an action puts the Trump administration at risk of losing the trust of the American people, Cohen said."

The Trump nazi and his henchmen are certainly angering at least some of their corporate masters. NPR reports:

"Leaders in the U.S. technology sector say President Trump's executive order banning immigrants from some Muslim-majority countries will sow confusion in their businesses and undercut the diversity that has been a linchpin of the industry's growth. The CEOs of Google, Twitter, Facebook and Apple all issued statements condemning the ban and complaining that the order was pushed through so quickly it left great uncertainty about the status of some of their best employees."

-- Employees who are not terrorists. ... Productively contributing to society.

"Google chief executive Sundar Pichai wrote a memo to his employees that was highly critical of Trump's order. He warned that it could prevent at least 187 foreign-born Google employees from entering the United States and orders staff members who are traveling abroad to return to the United States immediately."

Clearly, the Trump nazi and his henchmen were achingly incapable of thinking this thoroughly through.

"It's painful to see the personal cost of this executive order on our colleagues," Pichai wrote. "We're upset about the impact of this order and any proposals that could impose restrictions on Googlers and their families, or that could create barriers to bringing great talent to the US."

Democrats are not effectively standing up to the Trump nazi and his henchmen. The Washington Post reports:

"Democrats will seek to quickly pass legislation on Monday night to rescind President Trump’s travel ban from certain countries — a likely futile attempt they’re poised to use to justify prolonging consideration of several top Cabinet nominees."

To date, Democrats have done shit squat to obstruct the Trump nazi. When will they courageously walk out of Congress to deny GOP fascists a quorum? Where's ferocious, but peaceful resistance? Where?

Soon after writing the above, Democrats finally stood tall. Starting with the Democratic Acting U.S. Attorney General. NPR reports:

"President Trump has fired Acting Attorney General Sally Yates, concluding she has "betrayed the Department of Justice" by refusing to defend his executive order that imposes a temporary ban on refugees and visa holders from seven majority-Muslim countries."

Hat's off, Ms. Yates. You did the right thing. Stood tall. A nazi 'President' must be ferociously but peacefully resisted every step of the way. It is the Trump nazi who betrayed his country and oath of office with the executive order.

"Less than two weeks after his inauguration, and only hours after Yates sent a message to department lawyers announcing that she would not defend Trump's order restricting travel and immigration from seven Muslim-majority countries, the new president removed the nation's top law enforcement officer in a move not seen since the Nixon era."

"My responsibility is to ensure that the position of the Department of Justice is not only legally defensible, but is informed by our best view of what the law is after consideration of all the facts. In addition, I am responsible for ensuring that the positions we take in court remain consistent with this institution's solemn obligation to always seek justice and stand for what is right. At present, I am not convinced that the defense of the Executive Order is consistent with these responsibilities nor am I convinced that the Executive Order is lawful. "Consequently, for as long as I am the Acting Attorney General, the Department of Justice will not present arguments in defense of the Executive Order, unless and until I become convinced that it is appropriate to do so."

Finally, an attorney in a position of high authority who was courageous enough to stand up to a nazi.

"The Democratic National Committee blasted Trump for trying to "silence" Yates and predicted the confirmation of his nominee to lead the Justice Department would get tougher. Many top former DOJ officials, including Attorney General Eric Holder Jr. and civil rights chief Tom Perez, tweeted messages of support. "Person of integrity/attorney with great legal skill," Holder wrote. "Her judgment should be trusted."

"Congressional tensions over President Trump’s Cabinet picks – and his executive order on immigration – flared Tuesday as Democrats boycotted committee meetings on two major nominees and clashed with Republicans over the nomination of Sen. Jeff Sessions to lead the Justice Department."

The committee was to begin voting at 10 a.m. on the nominations of Georgia Rep. Tom Price to lead the Department of Health and Human Services and Treasury Secretary-designate Steven Mnuchin. Committee rules require that at least one member of each party be present for a vote to proceed. If and when the committee does vote, their confirmations would still need the approval of the full Senate."

Sadly, this will be yet another case of reverse Darwinism, -- survival of the unfittest.

"Price has been under a cloud of controversy for weeks over questions about whether he properly disclosed stock trading of a biomedical company, which says the congressman was able to purchase with a discount, according to the Wall Street Journal."

Sessions was also ramrodded through by a party line vote after an extremely contentious hearing. National socialist former Exxon titan Rex "The Hex" Tillerson was confirmed as Secretary of State. NPR reports:

"Rex Tillerson was approved by a 56-43 vote Wednesday in the Senate. Four senators who caucus with the Democrats crossed the aisle and joined all of the Republicans in voting for Tillerson. They were Democrats Mark Warner of Virginia, Heidi Heitkamp of North Dakota and Joe Manchin of West Virginia, as well as independent Angus King of Maine."

"But experts say the descriptions include virtually every person in the country illegally and give broad latitude to individual immigration officers to decide who should be detained for deportation."

"In addition to a strain on resources, critics worry the orders could cause legal concerns. The Obama administration had prioritized expulsion of undocumented immigrants who threatened public safety or national security, had ties to criminal gang activity, committed serious felony offenses or were habitual misdemeanor criminal offenders. "The order says the priority will be removing deportable immigrants who "have been convicted of any criminal offense; have been charged with any criminal offense, where such charge has not been resolved; have committed acts that constitute a chargeable criminal offense; have engaged in fraud or willful misrepresentation in connection with any official matter or application before a governmental agency; have abused any program related to receipt of public benefits; are subject to a final order of removal, but who have not complied with their legal obligation to depart the United States; or in the judgment of an immigration officer, otherwise pose a risk to public safety or national security."

Direct violation of at least the 14th Amendment Equal Protection, to say nothing of the 5th Amendment Due Process.

The Mexican President did the right thing. Stood tall. Cancelled a visit to the White House. NPR reports:

"President Trump spoke by phone to President Enrique Peña Nieto of Mexico for an hour on Friday, according to statements by both leaders. Peña Nieto was scheduled to visit the White House on Jan. 31. But on Wednesday Trump signed an order to move forward with a wall along the Mexican border and insisted that Mexico would eventually pay the bill. On Thursday, Peña Nieto canceled his planned visit to the U.S. without giving a reason."

The Trump nazi lied about the cancelled trip. Said it was cancelled by mutual agreement. It wasn't. The Mexican President cancelled after the Trump nazi advised him via Twitter he should indeed cancel if Mexico is unwilling to pay for the wall.

"On Thursday, a White House spokesman said one potential way to pay for the wall could be to apply a 20 percent tax on imports from Mexico, as well as other countries with which the U.S. has a trade deficit."

"That would effectively saddle U.S. consumers with a significant portion of the wall's cost, estimated at $15 billion or more," NPR's Scott Horsley reported."

The Trump nazi is viciously opposed to sanctuary cities. So is our national socialist Republican Governor. In follow up to the last edition, The Statesman reports:

"Throughout his campaign, Trump often characterized these locales as dangerous hotbeds of criminal activity and promised to suspend all federal funding to them."

"We will end the sanctuary cities that have resulted in so many needless deaths," he [Trump] said in Phoenix in the fall. But an analysis of FBI crime data by Tom Wong, a professor of political science at the University of California, San Diego, finds that counties designated as "sanctuary" areas by ICE typically experience significantly lower rates of all types of crime, including lower homicide rates, than comparable non-sanctuary counties."

While the Trump nazi and his henchmen plan to build the Keystone pipeline to line corporate coffers, others continue to leak. NPR reports:

Things have grown a bit more difficult with an unexpected resignation. In another NPR article, it is reported:

In direct violation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause, that is, church-state separation, freedom from religion. The Trump nazi is again engaging in highly deceptive symbolism over substance. CBS News reports:

"The White House says the new administration has no interest in rolling back protections of LGBTQ workers. “President Donald J. Trump is determined to protect the rights of all Americans, including the LGBTQ community,” said a White House statement released Tuesday morning. The statement goes on to say that a 2014 executive order prohibiting discrimination against LGBTQ employees at federal contractors will remain in effect."

This involves only a relatively small portion of the LGBT community. What will certainly be far more important is how the Trump nazi approaches other pending LGBT issues. To say nothing of the effects of a homophobic U.S. Attorney General on the LGBT community should Sessions be confirmed.

and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity. Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these

Welcome. Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers. Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right. During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at

This site has finally been fully uploaded. All links appear to be
properly working. Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected. There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows. Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts. We'll see. With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to the Manager, The Shops of Spicewood, Spicewood, TX. A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
