With five running for Llano County Sheriff, came as no surprise there will be a runoff between incumbent Bill Blackburn and James Schilling, retired Llano City Police Chief. What comes as a surprise, however, is the fact the people of Llano County remain so aggressively stupid and hopelessly ignorant they would even place Blackburn in the runoff.

Kingsland remains cash cow for Blackburn and his goons. With such a large population base, comes as no surprise the Sheriff's Office would target Kingsland to line County coffers. Indeed, it does. Residents complain you don't have to have broken the law to be falsely ticketed and looted by Blackburn's out of control jackbooted thugs.

The same is certainly true of Buchanan Dam as well. It's easy money. Easy to loot. With a population base that remains in poverty, where better to target defenseless victims to ticket? They pay it off, know the system is rigged, that there is no justice. Don't have the wherewithal to hire an attorney outside the County and challenge a bogus ticket in court. Worse, the 'judges' remain in cahoots. Realize they have to play the game to stay in office. Justice? What's that? Non-existent in this goddamned hell hole County.

Again, as repeatedly stated in this publication, there is a desperate need for an independent audit of all County resources and offices. More importantly, there is a desperate need for a totally independent federal agency whose only duty would be to investigate and prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers. Try them in a special court whose only duty would be to try these jackbooted thugs.

Moreover, there is a desperate need to revisit capital punishment statutes and extend them to criminal officers who murder on the job. If the jackbooted bastards in law enforcement and their sick sycophant handlers in government aren't reined in, the unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon could become reality. Sadly, sooner rather than later.

Readers should understand this publication endorses no one for office. You get to choose. Not me. Only the truth gets reported here. What you do with that truth is up to you. In light of this fact, the readership should understand approximately 15 years ago, this writer was in Llano pursuant to an open records request.

Upon thumbing, that is, hitchhiking, out of Llano that day, near city limits, this writer was harassed by two of Llano's not-so-finest. Falsely, informed me thumbing was illegal within city limits. A crock of sh-t. I knew the law. So did they, -- confirmed with a sh-t-eating grin on the faces of both jackbooted jackass bastards. I immediately returned to the Llano Police Department and filed a complaint with the Chief.

The Chief at the time was James Schilling, -- the same guy currently in the runoff with Blackburn. To his credit, Schilling made it right. Informed me he would deal with the officers. Emailed confirmation to me thumbing is indeed legal in Texas, as well as in the City of Llano. The only restrictions were the hitchhiker had to be on the right of way, not the road. In addition, it was legal on the ramps leading to interstate highways, but not on the interstates themselves. All of which I already knew. To his credit, was never harassed again by Llano Police during his tenure as Chief.

Take the above for what it's worth. Happened a long, long time ago. Yet, have to believe anyone would be better than the jackbooted thug still occupying the office. ... And his goddamned out of control goons. I know for a fact the jackbooted bastards are ticketing and arresting innocent citizens in Kingsland and Buchanan Dam to line County coffers.

Both communities are cash cows for the County. Precisely, why outrageously corrupt and abusive jackbooted goons are overstating the crime problem in both communities. To 'justify' looting the innocent. Line the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County. Nothing is ever as it seems to be, right, Sheriff?

Brother dearest. ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro? A little antsy? Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are? How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died? How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago? How much? Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch? Her cohorts? Your law enforcement shysters? While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you. Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died? Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year? Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it. Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her? -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life? She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised. Think all that information isn't accessible? That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete? But an extensive background check as well? Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates? Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong? How about both universities? Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception? Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU? That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability? Is that why you wound up looting the old man? Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible? Think this will end any time soon? That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch? "On October 5th, as Deputy Brandon Hendrix was leaving police headquarters in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma, he came across a barefoot homeless woman outside."

“We’re in downtown Tulsa and we’re not too far from the homeless shelter,” explains Casey Roebuck, Director of Public Information for the Tulsa Country Sheriff’s Office. “So, we get a lot of transient folks wandering around downtown, but normally they’re wearing shoes.”

They are. Not the first time, however, a cop has come upon this. Readers are reminded of an earlier encounter reported here where a great cop bought a homeless guy a pair of boots, remember?

"This woman, however, was not. And that was simply too much for Deputy Hendrix to take. So, he sprung into action, approaching the woman to ask if he could remedy the situation."

“What was so funny about it was that, when he approached her, she was really afraid she was gonna get arrested,” Roebuck told CBS News. Far from it. Deputy Hendrix grabbed a fellow law enforcement officer -- as is protocol whenever a male deputy has a female in his car -- and drove the barefoot woman to a local Walmart. There, he let her pick out a pair of shoes that matched her dress and, at checkout, he paid for them."

Too often, fear rules. Not this time, however. This officer stood tall. Did the right thing. Hat's off. Best of the best.

"Roebuck says that as the other police officer stood there witnessing Deputy Hendrix’s random act of kindness, he was so moved by it that he felt compelled to snap a picture. The Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office then tweeted the photo out on its official Twitter account and it started going viral.

While it wasn't the intention of this truly fine officer to attract personal attention, or for that matter exponentially improve police-community relations, think it did not? Again, hat's off, Deputy Brandon Hendrix. Job well-done. Indeed, doesn't get any better than this.

"Deputy Hendrix isn’t a fan of the limelight, and Roebuck points out that when the department initially tweeted out the photo above, he asked that his name not be included in the post.“He was very reluctant to allow us to air his name,” she told CBS News. “He didn’t do this for recognition or publicity. He really just wanted to help.”

Seems the local jackbooted thugs in Llano County could learn a lesson from this.

"Now, she says, many members of the Tulsa community are calling the Sheriff’s Office to ask what happened to the homeless woman involved. All they know, however, is that she was originally from Arizona and just happened to be passing through the area when her path serendipitously crossed that of Deputy Hendrix."

Hey, Bill? Time to wake up. Then again, this is Llano County and the following still has not been resolved.

Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? Twenty-seven weeks, now. A goddamned disgrace. Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? Twenty-seven weeks. Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger. To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff? Those of your thugs? The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down. You don't understand that, Sheriff? Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one. Including taxpayers. Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot. The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt. Think not? Wake up. Your credibility has tanked. Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so. There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow. It's time the public be fully informed. -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County. If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone. ... Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" Madam County Attorney?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why. This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet. Ignored. The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us. They can't be. They've lied too many times. Refuse to be accountable to anyone. We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases. Usually, with impunity. That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement. This also has to change. No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer. No one. No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar. There was no justice there. None here. None anywhere. Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers. Court fees charged continue to be horrendous. -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs? Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs? Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees. This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit. This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why? Yet, surprise, surprise. Nothing was done. There has to be transparency. There is none. Why would these thieving bastards want any? ... Right, Sheriff? TL? How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity? Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons. Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so. That is, where they came from. Why they left where they were. What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards. Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments. Why? So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated? This has to change. ... Can't have that, can we? Sheriff? TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up. Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own? The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers. Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently? Guess what? Nothing will happen. Nothing ever does. The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities. Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally. Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for. Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit. Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web. Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town. Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded. An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences. Forget? Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" Madam County Attorney?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure. Blackburn and his goons will continue to be ferociously exposed in this publication for the jackbooted bastards they truly are. We're just getting started, Sheriff. Just getting started. You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept bastards truly are, that is, how you continue to f--k over a public you've falsely sworn to protect and defend. -- Exposure, the only way short of an unwanted dreaded revolution to force desperately needed change in a goddamned fascist police-state. Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids, Sheriff? If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing. 'Personnel matters?' Bullshit. Looted taxpayers have the right to know. They're footing the bill for all this goddamned corruption, abuse, ineptness. When will you and the boys end the shakedowns? Looting of the innocent to line County coffers? No honor at all?

Where are your swastika armbands, you fascist son of a bitch? You and your thugs remain out of uniform. Once again, Sheriff, and ad nauseum, did you and/or your goons pressure Schilling to exit the race? Hopefully, an independent will run against you in November. If not, the public gets what it deserves. One of the most corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' agencies in our formerly great country.

In follow up to an earlier egregious case of police misconduct covered in this publication, The Washington Post recently reported:

"The teenager had been selling herself for money since she was 12. She had been “exploited by pimps,” she says, and was in the act of running away from one when she met Brendan O’Brien, a police officer in Oakland, Calif."

"But instead of helping the then-17-year-old prostitute, O’Brien and more than 30 other law enforcement officers “continued to traffic, rape, victimize and exploit a teenage girl who needed to be rescued,” according to a legal claim filed with the Oakland city attorney’s office. “Instead of helping [the teen] find a way out of exploitation, they furthered and deepened her spiral down into the sex trade,” the claim adds."

Readers? This is the way to seek redress. If f--ked over by police, sue. Do all you can to bankrupt all involved. Offending officers, their government handlers, and, yes, ultimately taxpayers. No better way to force desperately needed change.

"Now 19, the teen is seeking $66 million in damages from the city, its police force, its former chief and multiple officers — the latest twist in an astonishing sex scandal that has swept up several police departments in the San Francisco Bay area."

Again, there is no better way to get the attention of those responsible. Figuratively, hit 'em where it truly hurts most, -- the wallet.

"The scandal led to the resignation of Oakland’s police chief, as well as the two people appointed to replace him, neither of whom lasted a week. It also led to other firings and suspensions, numerous criminal charges — and an apology from Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf."

Not good enough. Sue the living shit out of the bastards. Worse, at least some of the sexual abuse occurred when the girl was underage.

Amazing how perception of police use of force varies between blacks and whites. NPR reports:

"A new study highlights differences between the races as they view the recent spate of deadly encounters between blacks and law enforcement. A survey by the Pew Research Center finds only a third of blacks and nearly three-quarters of whites say police in their communities do an excellent or good job using appropriate force."

"Most whites (75%) say their local police do an excellent or good job when it comes to using the right amount of force for each situation. Only 33% of blacks share this view; 63% say the police do only a fair or poor job in this area. About six-in-ten Hispanics (62%) say their community's police are doing at least a good job in this area, while 35% say they are doing only a fair or poor job."

Amazing how the public, despite all the abuse within police ranks, still refuses to hold the jackbooted bastards in blue legally accountable for their crimes. Exacerbated, however, by prosecutors intentionally seating jurors sympathetic to these criminals in uniform. Think not? Wake up. NPR reports:

"The murder trial of two former police officers in the shooting death of a mentally ill homeless man in Albuquerque, N.M., in 2014 has ended without verdicts. The former officers, Dominique Perez and Keith Sandy, both faced charges of second-degree murder; Sandy was also accused of aggravated battery. After two days of deliberations, the jury considering the murder charges was deadlocked 9-3 for acquittal, according to the Albuquerque Journal. A unanimous jury decision is required in murder cases."

The problem is also due to 'judges' securely in the pockets of both law enforcement as well as prosecutors. This is why the jackbooted bastards in blue are not held criminally responsible for murdering on the job. Hear the rumble?

Not clear if the bastards will be re-tried. What's so incredibly sad? Get this:

“As I was at the hospital last night, visiting with her, she looked at me and said she thought she was gonna die, and she knew that she should shoot this guy, but she chose not to because she didn’t want her family or the department to go through the scrutiny the next day on national news,” Superintendent Johnson said Thursday."

And this attack went on for several minutes.”

Net effect of this travesty? End result? Unintended consequence of this ruling? Tina Wisdom, who had been jailed on a theft by check charge was punished twice for the very same crime. First punishment? Being jailed. Second punishment? Enduring rape through the goddamned negligence of the County, the former Sheriff and his Jailers.

Think police and prosecutors don't routinely attempt to influence the jury pool in their favor? Wake up. The Washington Post reports:

"An unarmed black man who was fatally shot by a white police officer in Tulsa had the drug PCP in his system when he died last month, according to a medical examiner’s report. Terence Crutcher had “acute phencyclidine intoxication” when he was shot by officer Betty Shelby, according to a report from the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Oklahoma, which was released Tuesday."

Why was it released prior to trial? To influence the jury pool? Give every legal advantage to a jackbooted bastard in blue prior to trial? "Shelby was charged with first-degree manslaughter in the wake of Crutcher’s death. Tulsa District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler filed the charge against the five-year veteran of the Tulsa Police Department after the Sept. 16 shooting. Shelby “reacted unreasonably” and became “emotionally involved to the point that she overreacted,” an affidavit stated.

This, coming from the prosecutor. Be quite interesting to see how this case turns out.

Think law enforcement doesn't desperately need re-training? Improvement in judgment? Get this. Fox News reports:

"David Opegbemi and his groomsmen were practicing in a residential parking lot one final time for before his Sept. 22 wedding the next day when they were approached by a Carrollton police officer about a noise complaint. After the group explained what they were doing, one man offered to show the officer their performance."

Unbelievable. What 'crime' had they committed? Black men singing in a parking lot? Got to be kidding.

The exchange was caught on the officer’s body camera and later released with the message, “We see a lot of bad. But we see a lot of good, too.” “Our intent was never to disturb the peace. We are just a group of young black educated men who were having a good time and bonding while at dance practice. It's sad that we had the police called on us, but that's our world,” Opegbemi wrote. “We understand that we might be perceived as danger, but we hope this shows something positive and that a group of black men at night is not always a threat.”

How could anyone perceive men singing as a 'threat' or danger to anyone? How could it be anything but racism responsible for police being called in the first place?

"With the recent turmoil between the African-American community and law enforcement, Opegbemi says he hopes the video will help others see all parties can get along if they respect and show kindness to each other. “It’s just a positive message," he said."

As repeatedly stated in this publication, police dining in a restaurant deserve to be treated as anyone else. Anything short of this is egregiously unacceptable. Get this. The Washington Times reports:

"A Texas barbecue restaurant says it has fired the employees responsible for playing a famous anti-police rap song as officers dined Monday. Deputy Shane Cates wrote in a Facebook post that he and another law enforcement officer were eating at Going’s BBQ in Crosby when kitchen workers blared N.W.A.’s hit song “F— tha Police,” the Houston Chronicle reported. “I was completely shocked and thought surely no one was doing that as a dig on cops,” Deputy Cates reportedly wrote in his post. “The guy washing dishes was singing the song and pointing out toward the eating area. He turned and noticed me standing there and started laughing.”

If employees cannot treat anyone and everyone with the same level of respect and courtesy, they need to be fired. Replaced with others who can. What happened to these officers is exceptionally offensive, unwarranted. Out of line. All they were trying to do was eat a meal in peace.

Amazing how police organizations shamelessly toot their own horn. Take advantage of any circumstance no matter how tragic to promote themselves. -- Despite ongoing murderous behavior by the jackbooted bastards in blue all over our formerly great country. This time, however, police seemed to do the right thing, yet failed to release full information in a timely manner regarding a shooting suffered by an officer by a deranged suspect.

This case seems to apparently have a happy ending for those involved. The lack of transparency, however, prevents the public from yet knowing for sure. Fox News reports:

"A San Francisco police officer was shot in the head Friday evening in the city's Taraval District and a suspect was in custody, according to reports. KTVU reported that the officer was conscious and breathing and was expected to survive. The officer was taken to San Francisco General Hospital after the shooting."

"The incident began at around 8:15 p.m. local time when police responded to a report related to a mentally disturbed individual. KGO-TV reported that police tried to confront the individual who reportedly pulled out a handgun and opened fire, striking the officer. Police issued a shelter-in-place order for the area as they pursued the suspect, who had reportedly fled the scene."

Nothing wrong with any of the above, either. It's what comes next that is of concern:

“This brave officer was doing his job, protecting the citizens of San Francisco, when he was struck by a bullet tonight,” Martin Halloran, president of the San Francisco Police Officers Association said in a statement. “For his courage, he deserves all our gratitude and respect. Please keep him in your prayers tonight.”

He was doing his job, Mr. Halloran. What he is paid to do. How is this officer a hero? You certainly provided no details at all. Expect the public to accept anything you say as gospel truth? Why not immediately explain to the public what he did, how he risked his life, decided not to empty his service weapon into the suspect? At a time of little to no faith in law enforcement, transparency is vital. For the safety of officers as well as the public they claim to 'protect and serve.'

"Police cornered the suspect about an hour after the shooting. SWAT units deployed non-lethal flash bang grenades and then apprehend the suspect. It was not immediately clear what condition the suspect was in or whether he was injured in the exchange of fire with police. However, Officer Carlos Manfredi said the suspect was also at San Francisco General."

Again, it is quite remarkable, in fact highly commendable police did not kill the suspect. The lack of full transparency remains a problem, however. This needs to change. Now. ... If law enforcement truly wishes to improve police-community relations.

Protest must remain non-violent. Otherwise, protesters are no better than the jackbooted bastards in blue. Fox reports:

"Police used pepper spray and arrested 10 people as demonstrators stormed City Hall in Portland, Oregon, Wednesday trying to stop the City Council from voting on a new police contract that includes more pay for officers and raised questions about the future use of body cameras."

What could protesters possibly be thinking? This does nothing but play right into the hands of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept law enforcement and their shill handlers in government. Is achingly counter productive.

"Police said Wednesday evening they had arrested nine people but later revised that number to 10. The demonstration forced Mayor Charlie Hales to stop the meeting, but city commissioners soon reconvened in a secure, third-floor room to vote while protesters from Black Lives Matter and Don't Shoot Portland were kept below. Amid chants and shouts from below, the commissioners voted 3-1 in favor of the new contract, setting off another round of protests that briefly blocked public transit in the downtown core."

Protesters need to remain lawful. At all times. Protest within the law. Do not cooperate with government, but do so lawfully. Invoke your right to silence and legal counsel. The situation in Oregon, as well as elsewhere throughout our formerly great country, is not simple, easy, and not without exceptional duplicity. Get this:

The suspect was identified as Kirk Figueroa, 33, of East Boston. The Boston City Clerk’s Office confirmed to CBS Boston that Figueroa was a constable for the city, and was sworn in in July."

Think criminal vetting of law enforcement hires should be relaxed? Will lead to desperately needed diversity in policing? Carefully, consider the following. Think very carefully about it. The Washington Times reports:

"Local police departments’ use of criminal background checks and citizenship requirements to vet job applicants are among the barriers limiting diversity in law enforcement, a new Justice Department report finds."

"The report acknowledges that police departments are “undeniably justified in carefully vetting and investigating potential hires” through background checks, but it suggests that agencies should not automatically disqualify applicants who have used drugs or have a criminal record."

“Excluding applicants regardless of the nature of the underlying offense, or how much time has passed since an offense occurred, or without any consideration of whether the candidate has changed in the intervening period, can be a significant — and unwarranted — barrier,” the report states."

This needs to be very, very carefully considered. Police are supposed to set the example. Be held to at least the very same standard the public is held to. One truly notable remark occurred toward the end of the 'debate.' Unsurprisingly, but nonetheless chilling, Trump refused to state whether or not he would accept the results of the election. Unprecedented. An exigent threat to a democratic republic. If he loses, what will he do? Order his sick sycophants to occupy Washington? In full uniform, that is, brown shirts and swastika armbands?

Worse? The day after the debate, Trump amended his comment. Once again, proved he's a goddamned fascist. CNN reports:

should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,

The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity. On a rampage. Thus, you get what you truly deserve. Always. Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate. -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area. Ten years after originally intending to do so. Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem. No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked. It's time to stand up. Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded. Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy. Literally.

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
