With five running for Llano County Sheriff, came as no surprise there will be a runoff between incumbent Bill Blackburn and James Schilling, retired Llano City Police Chief. What comes as a surprise, however, is the fact the people of Llano County remain so aggressively stupid and hopelessly ignorant they would even place Blackburn in the runoff.

Kingsland remains cash cow for Blackburn and his goons. With such a large population base, comes as no surprise the Sheriff's Office would target Kingsland to line County coffers. Indeed, it does. Residents complain you don't have to have broken the law to be falsely ticketed and looted by Blackburn's out of control jackbooted thugs.

The same is certainly true of Buchanan Dam as well. It's easy money. Easy to loot. With a population base that remains in poverty, where better to target defenseless victims to ticket? They pay it off, know the system is rigged, that there is no justice. Don't have the wherewithal to hire an attorney outside the County and challenge a bogus ticket in court. Worse, the 'judges' remain in cahoots. Realize they have to play the game to stay in office. Justice? What's that? Non-existent in this goddamned hell hole County.

Again, as repeatedly stated in this publication, there is a desperate need for an independent audit of all County resources and offices. More importantly, there is a desperate need for a totally independent federal agency whose only duty would be to investigate and prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers. Try them in a special court whose only duty would be to try these jackbooted thugs.

Moreover, there is a desperate need to revisit capital punishment statutes and extend them to criminal officers who murder on the job. If the jackbooted bastards in law enforcement and their sick sycophant handlers in government aren't reined in, the unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon could become reality. Sadly, sooner rather than later.

Readers should understand this publication endorses no one for office. You get to choose. Not me. Only the truth gets reported here. What you do with that truth is up to you. In light of this fact, the readership should understand approximately 15 years ago, this writer was in Llano pursuant to an open records request.

Upon thumbing, that is, hitchhiking, out of Llano that day, near city limits, this writer was harassed by two of Llano's not-so-finest. Falsely, informed me thumbing was illegal within city limits. A crock of sh-t. I knew the law. So did they, -- confirmed with a sh-t-eating grin on the faces of both jackbooted jackass bastards. I immediately returned to the Llano Police Department and filed a complaint with the Chief.

The Chief at the time was James Schilling, -- the same guy currently in the runoff with Blackburn. To his credit, Schilling made it right. Informed me he would deal with the officers. Emailed confirmation to me thumbing is indeed legal in Texas, as well as in the City of Llano. The only restrictions were the hitchhiker had to be on the right of way, not the road. In addition, it was legal on the ramps leading to interstate highways, but not on the interstates themselves. All of which I already knew. To his credit, was never harassed again by Llano Police during his tenure as Chief.

Take the above for what it's worth. Happened a long, long time ago. Yet, have to believe anyone would be better than the jackbooted thug still occupying the office. ... And his goddamned out of control goons. I know for a fact the jackbooted bastards are ticketing and arresting innocent citizens in Kingsland and Buchanan Dam to line County coffers.

Both communities are cash cows for the County. Precisely, why outrageously corrupt and abusive jackbooted goons are overstating the crime problem in both communities. To 'justify' looting the innocent. Line the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County. Nothing is ever as it seems to be, right, Sheriff?

Brother dearest. ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro? A little antsy? Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are? After all, a son of a bitch who's stolen his father's estate needs to be fully exposed publicly for whom and what he is, don't you think? How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died? How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago? How much? Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch? Her cohorts? Your law enforcement shysters? While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you. Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died? Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year? Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it. Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her? -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life? She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised. Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned. Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Irony of ironies? When the thieving son of a bitch died, and our mother was finally informed he had passed, she cried for her brother, -- the bastard thief who stole from her mother. Sad, isn't it? Brother dearest. Save all the check stubs from the old man's accounts? Fraudulently sign any of them yourself? Think this material couldn't be obtained from the banks either through discovery or a criminal investigation? Still own the house on Condict Rd.? Any other properties besides this one and the old man's you stole with the help of your shyster bastard? Be interesting to see how far your assets extend and where. Think all that information isn't accessible? That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete? But an extensive background check as well? Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates? Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong? How about both universities? Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception? Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU? That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability? Is that why you wound up looting the old man? Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible? Think this will end any time soon? That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch? "An Ohio police chief venting frustration at the Terence Crutcher shooting in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is gaining national attention on social media. Middletown Police Chief Rodney Muterspaw took to social media to vent his frustration at the shooting death of the unarmed black man by a Tulsa police officer, one of several this year that have continued to spark tension between police and the black community. One of his tweets, shared thousands of times as of Wednesday morning, reads: “As an officer I am so sick and drained of some cops doing things like this. You are making us all look bad. STOP.”

Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? Twenty-four weeks, now. A goddamned disgrace. Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? Twenty-four weeks. Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger. To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff? Those of your thugs? The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down. You don't understand that, Sheriff? Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one. Including taxpayers. Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot. The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt. Think not? Wake up. Your credibility has tanked. Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated. Twenty-four weeks. Still no identification of the officers involved ... Can't get your stories straight? In line? Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so. There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow. It's time the public be fully informed. -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County. If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone. ... Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" Madam County Attorney?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why. This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet. Ignored. The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us. They can't be. They've lied too many times. Refuse to be accountable to anyone. We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases. Usually, with impunity. That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement. This also has to change. No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer. No one. No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar. There was no justice there. None here. None anywhere. Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers. Court fees charged continue to be horrendous. -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs? Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs? Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees. This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit. This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why? Yet, surprise, surprise. Nothing was done. There has to be transparency. There is none. Why would these thieving bastards want any? ... Right, Sheriff? TL? How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity? Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons. Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so. That is, where they came from. Why they left where they were. What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards. Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments. Why? So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated? This has to change. ... Can't have that, can we? Sheriff? TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up. Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own? The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers. Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently? Guess what? Nothing will happen. Nothing ever does. The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities. Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally. Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for. Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit. Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web. Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town. Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded. An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences. Forget? Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" Madam County Attorney?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure. Blackburn and his goons will continue to be ferociously exposed in this publication for the jackbooted bastards they truly are. We're just getting started, Sheriff. Just getting started. You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept bastards truly are, that is, how you continue to f--k over a public you've falsely sworn to protect and defend. -- Exposure, the only way short of an unwanted dreaded revolution to force desperately needed change in a goddamned fascist police-state. Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids, Sheriff? If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing. 'Personnel matters?' Bullshit. Looted taxpayers have the right to know. They're footing the bill for all this goddamned corruption, abuse, ineptness. When will you and the boys end the shakedowns? Once again, Sheriff, and ad nauseum, did you and/or your goons pressure Schilling to exit the race? Hopefully, an independent will run against you in November. If not, the public gets what it deserves. One of the most corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' agencies in our formerly great country.

In follow up to the last edition, the officer who shot and killed Terence Crutcher during a traffic stop has been charged. NPR reports:

"Betty Shelby, the Tulsa Police Department officer who shot and killed Terence Crutcher, is being charged with first-degree manslaughter in the case, Tulsa County District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler says. Kunzweiler announced the charge Thursday afternoon, six days after Crutcher died in a controversial encounter that was captured on video by a police helicopter camera and dashboard cameras."

What took them so long? Kill a cop even in self defense, guess what? You're immediately arrested, charged, jailed on capital murder. Either with no bail or bail in the millions. Not so for this officer. She was arrested and immediately released on pittance bail on a first degree manslaughter charge. Held less than a half hour, $50,000 bail. Possible sentence? At least four years in prison. A pittance. So far? Nazi justice in a goddamned fascist police-state. Think the fix isn't in? We'll see.

"Lawyers for Crutcher’s family said he posed no imminent threat to officers when he was shot. They disputed the allegation that Crutcher was reaching into his vehicle, and hammered home that the police department found no weapon inside that disabled SUV."

How could he be reaching into the vehicle when the window was up with blood on the glass?

"In an attempt to poke holes in the police department’s reason for “deadly force,” Crump said enlarged still images show the driver’s side window was up.

“How can he be reaching into the car if the window is up and there’s blood on the glass?” Crump said."

What we have here is yet another example of a goddamned police department desperately trying to cover its ass with allegations that may indeed be false.

"According to KOTV, Tulsa’s CBS affiliate, a police sergeant said officers found a vial of the hallucinogenic drug PCP inside Crutcher’s vehicle, along with his wallet and school books."

Did the jackbooted bastards in blue plant it? Be interesting to see toxicological results from the autopsy of Crutcher. To say nothing of all video from all sources having anything to do with this fatal encounter. Including any from bystanders. Too early to tell how this case will go down. If earlier cases all across our formerly great country are any indication, however, the officer will likely beat the rap. They nearly always do. Insult to injury?

"While the Department of Justice has opened up a civil rights investigation over allegations of excessive force, Shelby is on paid administrative leave."

Why is she being paid when she's been arrested, charged, and released on bail? Why are taxpayers being looted to pay her salary?

Appears this officer has had some earlier issues while at the sheriff's office. NBC News reports:

"She was hired by the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office in 2007. Shelby had no disciplinary actions against her while working at the sheriff's office. Her superiors said she and other deputies in 2010 pulled guns on a man who was trying to hide while a felony warrant was being served. But there was no record of disciplinary action against her, they said."

"But in her job application with the sheriff's office, Shelby admitted to two domestic-related incidents involving the courts. In 1993, she said, she and her then-boyfriend damaged each other's vehicles when they were breaking up. They had temporary restraining orders filed that were subsequently dismissed. In 2002, she said, her ex-husband's new wife filed a protective order claiming Shelby made harassing phone calls to her. The protective order was later denied, Shelby said in her application: "The Judge saw that I was not guilty of the accusations made against me," she wrote."

Wouldn't you think anything like this would have disqualified her for employment as a police officer? Much more to come as this story develops.

In follow up to the last edition, the third night of protests in Charlotte, N.C were far more peaceful than the first two. Certainly, good news. Protesters are reminded if you act like the gutless jackbooted bastards in blue you become just like them. No better than them. The police chief continues to refuse to publicly release all video of the killing of Keith Lamont Scott.

"Scott's family viewed two police videos on Thursday. "After watching the videos, the family again has more questions than answers," one of the attorneys for Scott's family said in a statement. "It is impossible to discern from the videos what, if anything, Mr. Scott is holding in his hands." The family says the footage showed Scott walking slowly backward with his hands by his sides when he was shot. They called for the police department to "immediately release" the footage they saw to the public."

Indeed, all video needs to be quickly released. The police are covering their ass. An ongoing investigation is no more than a lame excuse for an egregious lack of transparency in yet another highly questionable killing by police.

"Unsettling footage obtained exclusively by NBC News shows the moments leading up to the fatal police shooting of Keith Lamont Scott in Charlotte, North Carolina. The footage, taken by Scott's wife, does not clearly show the exact moment he was shot by police on Tuesday. Scott is seen on the ground moments after the shots were fired and surrounded by officers. "He better not be f---ing dead, he better not be f---ing dead," Rakeyia Scott can be heard shouting at the police officers. "He better live, he better live!" It is not clear what preceded the shooting."

Shoot first, ask questions later. We still don't know the truth. Someone's lying:

"The footage was obtained by NBC News amid conflicting reports about whether a gun was found at the scene of the shooting. Police say he had a handgun on him and posed "an imminent, deadly threat." The family says he was not armed and did not pose a threat to the officers."

Police need to quickly release all video, truthfully answer all questions from family and the media. There needs to be transparency. A man is dead under highly questionable circumstances. The quickest way to ease all protest is to come clean with the truth. No matter what that truth turns out to be.

"The video could be key to resolving the chasm between police, who say Scott refused repeated commands to drop his gun, and residents who say he was unarmed. Residents say Scott was unarmed, holding only a book, and disabled by a brain injury. But it’s unclear what the body cameras worn by three officers who were present during the shooting may have captured. The plainclothes officer who shot Scott, Brently Vinson, was not wearing a camera. He has been placed on leave, standard procedure in such cases. Vinson is black."

Again, this is further indication there is a desperate need for transparency.

"Putney, the police chief, was angered by the stories on social media, especially a profanity-laced, hourlong video on Facebook, where a woman identifying herself as Scott’s daughter screamed “My daddy is dead!” at officers at the shooting scene and repeating that he was only holding a book.
Putney was adamant that Scott posed a threat, even if he didn’t point his weapon at officers, and said a gun was found next to the dead man. He also said: “I can tell you we did not find a book.”

Again, the Chief is out of his mind if he truly believes Scott posed a threat if a gun was not pointed at officers. That's bullshit. Dangerous bullshit. They could have backed off. Set up a perimeter. Had some patience instead of opening fire. What the Chief is doing is no more than reinforcing the police mentality of shoot first, ask questions later. This goddamned clueless mentality is precisely why so many innocent people are being murdered by the jackbooted bastards in blue all across our formerly great country.

"Keith Lamont Scott was calmly walking backward when Charlotte, N.C., police shot him to death this week, a lawyer for Scott's family said after relatives were allowed to watch police video of the shooting. In a statement Thursday night, Justin Bamberg, a lawyer for the family, said Scott, 43, exited his vehicle "in a very calm, non-aggressive manner" when ordered to do so by police Tuesday afternoon outside a condominium complex near the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. And when he was shot, "Mr. Scott's hands were by his side and he was slowly walking backwards," according to Bamberg. Police have said Scott was armed and posed an imminent deadly threat when he was shot by Charlotte-Mecklenburg County police Officer Brentley Vinson, who, like Scott, is African-American. They said a gun was found near his body."

Someone's lying. Where's the transparency? Can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullshit? The public is entitled to the truth. The unvarnished truth. All of it. Now.

"The White House said Thursday that protesters angered by the fatal police shooting of a black man in Charlotte, North Carolina, are raising “legitimate” concerns about racial disparities in the criminal-justice system. “Those are difficult questions that must be confronted,” said White House press secretary Josh Earnest. “They cannot be ignored.”

They're being concertedly ignored. Police are stonewalling. Covering their asses.

Subsequent to writing the above, police succumbed to pressure to release at least some of the video. Dashcam footage and bodycam from one of the officers were released. Nothing definitive. There is no definitive evidence the victim was armed and threatened police. Police have to date failed to offer evidence their officers indeed acted properly. Protesters must remain peaceful. De la Cruz has since been released from his position in the department and is the son of Starr County Justice of the Peace Ramon De La Cruz."

Sadly, the President of the United States simply doesn't get it. Sovereign immunity must be reviewed. At all levels of government. Not just at the federal level. Nearly twenty years ago, a federal jury in Austin ruled a rape had indeed occurred in the Llano County Jail but awarded no cash damages due to sovereign immunity statutes. Consequently, the victim received no compensation for what happened to her.

The jackbooted bastard Llano County Sheriff at the time was Nathan Garrett. He and the County escaped responsibility for the rape which occurred on his watch. Due to his and others' dereliction of duty. There was no justice. Similarly, the victims of the 9/11 catastrophe received no compensation from the Saudi government that is widely believed to have supported the terrorists responsible.

The President's veto of the Justice Against Sponsors of Terrorism Act (JASTA) is not only appalling, but a true indication the President places international relations ahead of justice. Our formerly great country needs to re-think, re-consider all sovereign immunity laws at all levels of government.

The following is the statement that accompanied the President's veto of JASTA. Hopefully, it will be overridden by Congress. Would certainly be a step in the right direction of holding these bastards in Saudi Arabia accountable for their reported material support of the 9/11 terrorists. Remember this bill only allows victims to sue in a court of law. Does not guaranty victims will receive compensation. Only their day in court.

I am returning herewith without my approval S. 2040, the "Justice Against Sponsors of Terrorism Act" (JASTA), which would, among other things, remove sovereign immunity in U.S. courts from foreign governments that are not designated state sponsors of terrorism.

I have deep sympathy for the families of the victims of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 (9/11), who have suffered grievously. I also have a deep appreciation of these families' desire to pursue justice and am strongly committed to assisting them in their efforts.

Consistent with this commitment, over the past 8 years, I have directed my Administration to pursue relentlessly al Qa'ida, the terrorist group that planned the 9/11 attacks. The heroic efforts of our military and counterterrorism professionals have decimated al-Qa'ida's leadership and killed Osama bin Laden. My Administration also strongly supported, and I signed into law, legislation which ensured that those who bravely responded on that terrible day and other survivors of the attacks will be able to receive treatment for any injuries resulting from the attacks. And my Administration also directed the Intelligence Community to perform a declassification review of "Part Four of the Joint Congressional Inquiry into Intelligence Community Activities Before and After the Terrorist Attacks of September 11," so that the families of 9/11 victims and broader public can better understand the information investigators gathered following that dark day of our history.

Notwithstanding these significant efforts, I recognize that there is nothing that could ever erase the grief the 9/11 families have endured. My Administration therefore remains resolute in its commitment to assist these families in their pursuit of justice and do whatever we can to prevent another attack in the United States. Enacting JASTA into law, however, would neither protect Americans from terrorist attacks nor improve the effectiveness of our response to such attacks. As drafted, JASTA would allow private litigation against foreign governments in U.S. courts based on allegations that such foreign governments' actions abroad made them responsible for terrorism-related injuries on U.S. soil. This legislation would permit litigation against countries that have neither been designated by the executive branch as state sponsors of terrorism nor taken direct actions in the United States to carry out an attack here. The JASTA would be detrimental to U.S. national interests more broadly, which is why I am returning it without my approval.

First, JASTA threatens to reduce the effectiveness of our response to indications that a foreign government has taken steps outside our borders to provide support for terrorism, by taking such matters out of the hands of national security and foreign policy professionals and placing them in the hands of private litigants and courts.

Any indication that a foreign government played a role in a terrorist attack on U.S. soil is a matter of deep concern and merits a forceful, unified Federal Government response that considers the wide range of important and effective tools available. One of these tools is designating the foreign government in question as a state sponsor of terrorism, which carries with it a litany of repercussions, including the foreign government being stripped of its sovereign immunity before U.S. courts in certain terrorism-related cases and subjected to a range of sanctions. Given these serious consequences, state sponsor of terrorism designations are made only after national security, foreign policy, and intelligence professionals carefully review all available information to determine whether a country meets the criteria that the Congress established.

In contrast, JASTA departs from longstanding standards and practice under our Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act and threatens to strip all foreign governments of immunity from judicial process in the United States based solely upon allegations by private litigants that a foreign government's overseas conduct had some role or connection to a group or person that carried out a terrorist attack inside the United States. This would invite consequential decisions to be made based upon incomplete information and risk having different courts reaching different conclusions about the culpability of individual foreign governments and their role in terrorist activities directed against the United States -- which is neither an effective nor a coordinated way for us to respond to indications that a foreign government might have been behind a terrorist attack.

Second, JASTA would upset longstanding international principles regarding sovereign immunity, putting in place rules that, if applied globally, could have serious implications for U.S. national interests. The United States has a larger international presence, by far, than any other country, and sovereign immunity principles protect our Nation and its Armed Forces, officials, and assistance professionals, from foreign court proceedings. These principles also protect U.S. Government assets from attempted seizure by private litigants abroad. Removing sovereign immunity in U.S. courts from foreign governments that are not designated as state sponsors of terrorism, based solely on allegations that such foreign governments' actions abroad had a connection to terrorism-related injuries on U.S. soil, threatens to undermine these longstanding principles that protect the United States, our forces, and our personnel.

Indeed, reciprocity plays a substantial role in foreign relations, and numerous other countries already have laws that allow for the adjustment of a foreign state's immunities based on the treatment their governments receive in the courts of the other state. Enactment of JASTA could encourage foreign governments to act reciprocally and allow their domestic courts to exercise jurisdiction over the United States or U.S. officials -- including our men and women in uniform -- for allegedly causing injuries overseas via U.S. support to third parties. This could lead to suits against the United States or U.S. officials for actions taken by members of an armed group that received U.S. assistance, misuse of U.S. military equipment by foreign forces, or abuses committed by police units that received U.S. training, even if the allegations at issue ultimately would be without merit. And if any of these litigants were to win judgments -- based on foreign domestic laws as applied by foreign courts -- they would begin to look to the assets of the U.S. Government held abroad to satisfy those judgments, with potentially serious financial consequences for the United States.

Third, JASTA threatens to create complications in our relationships with even our closest partners. If JASTA were enacted, courts could potentially consider even minimal allegations accusing U.S. allies or partners of complicity in a particular terrorist attack in the United States to be sufficient to open the door to litigation and wide-ranging discovery against a foreign country -- for example, the country where an individual who later committed a terrorist act traveled from or became radicalized. A number of our allies and partners have already contacted us with serious concerns about the bill. By exposing these allies and partners to this sort of litigation in U.S. courts, JASTA threatens to limit their cooperation on key national security issues, including counterterrorism initiatives, at a crucial time when we are trying to build coalitions, not create divisions.

The 9/11 attacks were the worst act of terrorism on U.S. soil, and they were met with an unprecedented U.S. Government response. The United States has taken robust and wide-ranging actions to provide justice for the victims of the 9/11 attacks and keep Americans safe, from providing financial compensation for victims and their families to conducting worldwide counterterrorism programs to bringing criminal charges against culpable individuals. I have continued and expanded upon these efforts, both to help victims of terrorism gain justice for the loss and suffering of their loved ones and to protect the United States from future attacks. The JASTA, however, does not contribute to these goals, does not enhance the safety of Americans from terrorist attacks, and undermines core U.S. interests.

Subsequent to all the above, Congress voted to override the veto. More to come in the next edition. -- There are some in the legal community who strongly argue this bill was too watered down from the original to result in any compensation for 9/11 victims.

Yet, despite all this, no one was held accountable. No one prosecuted. No one convicted and sentenced for this appalling crime against this man. Saddest of all?

"And Lambert was never arrested for a crime: Police had offered him a ride to the hospital for medical care, after he was found acting erratically at a hotel."

"The federal review of this incident has been closed without prosecution," the statement explained, "This decision is limited strictly to an application of the high legal standard required to prosecute the case under the federal civil rights statute; it does not reflect an assessment of any other aspect of the incident that led to Lambert's death."

What needs to be challenged is the fact that at least in Kingsland, Texas as repeatedly stated in this publication, Wells Fargo engaged in egregious deceptive trade practices involving having a customer sign a contract on a computer that is not the same as the written copy.

Including purportedly agreeing to binding arbitration rather than going to court, purportedly agreeing to background checks. Both were not in the agreement signed on the computer, but deceptively printed in the written agreement. The goddamned federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau failed to take action. So did our goddamned Governor when he was Texas Attorney General via the Consumer 'Protection' Agency.

Also, get this. Wells Fargo employees were punished who refused to break the law. NPR reports:

"Former Wells Fargo employees who say they were fired for following the law have filed a class-action lawsuit seeking $2.6 billion in damages as the fallout continues over the creation of millions of secret, unauthorized bank accounts. Two employees are named in the lawsuit, filed on behalf of all the bank's employees in the past 10 years who were penalized for not making sales quotas."

There are some good federal judges who respect the Constitution and respond to the need for transparency. U.S. District Chief Judge Beryl A. Howell is certainly one of them. The Washington Post reports:

"In ordering the first-ever release by a full federal district court of a year’s worth of secret government surveillance requests, U.S. District Chief Judge Beryl A. Howell of Washington this week added to a decades-long career spent charting the frontier of technology and the law in the nation’s capital. Howell on Wednesday stepped into the fierce debate over the limits of secrecy and law enforcement searches in a digital age by releasing a list of more than 200 cases in which U.S. prosecutors in the District sought court orders for data about individuals’ phone, email or online communications. Nationwide, more than 20,000 such orders were approved in 2013 alone; almost none ever are unsealed."

About time. The public is entitled to this information. It is the only way to know whether our government is adhering to the United States Constitution including the Bill of Rights. Hat's off to the judge. She did the right thing. Hopefully, a portend of things to come. Certainly, far better than the specter of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon. Hear the rumble?

Sadly, our country continues to deteriorate. To the point where many question whether Narcan should be administered to those who overdose on opioids. What would they do? Allow the toddler child of a woman who OD'ed in a store, desperately trying to wake her up on the floor, watch Mom die?

The public remains clueless regarding changes in healthcare. Get this. CBS News reports:

"It’s a brave new world for health care consumers. Patients are faced with an avalanche of new technologies and developments that are supposed to revolutionize the way they manage their health care. But according to a study released last week from the PwC Health Research Institute, the revolution is slow in coming. “Most [consumers] don’t shop for care, ask about prices, email with their clinicians or use telehealth options. Most don’t send their physicians data from their activity trackers. Most remain skeptical of the value of electronic medical record systems despite their ubiquity in examination rooms,” says the report, entitled “Surviving Seismic Change: Winning a Piece of the $5 trillion U.S. Health EcoSystem.”

The first problem facing consumers of healthcare is the fact they continue to tolerate condescending, patronizing attitudes still prevalent among too many providers. The word 'patient' itself is condescending. Patient for what? 'Client' would be far more appropriate. Providers don't seem to understand care receivers are the ones truly in charge of their care. Not the provider. The provider is no more than a highly-paid consultant. Not a god.

The receiver of care makes the ultimate decision, not the provider. Care receivers need to smarten up. Question all pricing. On everything. Force providers to justify cost. Care givers don't seem to understand many of their clients will not participate in telehealth options, activity trackers, etc. because their data is vulnerable to theft.

-- Not only by hackers, however. Government jackbooted bastards in blue and their government handlers can seize such data via court order. Also, data is shared with the corporate management suite for marketing purposes. There is no privacy. Data is compromised constantly. No one does anything about this problem. Often, providers don't not even report such data theft and privacy intrusion by government goons to the ultimate owners of that data, you, the public. Why do you tolerate this?

The failure of accountability by 'law' 'enforcement' in California extends to careless handling of weaponry. Get this. Fox News reports:

"Authorities in Southern California have had more than 300 weapons lost or stolen over the last five years."

How can that be? How can police be so careless with their weapons this can happen? Think theft the worst of it? Wake up:

"The Orange County Register reported Sunday that an investigation of 134 state and local police agencies from Kern County to the Mexican border showed 329 firearms were lost or stolen and some were involved in crimes."

"Some of the lost weapons include Glocks, Sig Sauers, Remington shotguns, rifles and even grenade launchers. The paper reported that officers have treated their weapons in a reckless manner. High-caliber firearms were stowed in backpacks and gym bags, while handguns were hidden in center consoles."

What the hell are the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue doing with grenade launchers? Why the hell were they given military equipment by the goddamned federal government? Why? Are the bastards literally going to war against the public they reportedly 'protect' and 'defend?'

"According to the Register, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported that at least 103 of the agency’s 20,000 guns were lost or stolen over the last five years. In Hermosa Beach, the police department conducts an annual internal audit of its weapons, and hasn't lost any."

Nothing new was learned at the first Presidential Debate, 9/26/16. In that sense, the debate was a failure. Clearly, however, Clinton was prepared. Trump was not. Hillary kept her cool. Trump lost his. Moderator Lester Holt allowed them carte blanche. -- Despite disingenuous complaints to the contrary by Fox and The Washington Times. Holt did his best, however, under the circumstances.

Had no choice but to challenge more than a few 'inaccuracies' perpetrated by Trump. Otherwise, he would have appeared to viewers as not having done his job. Got a lot of criticism from the Right, however. Apparently, they insanely expected him, as a registered Republican, to have stuck it to Clinton.

Clinton was largely spared the same treatment since she carefully navigated the questions, did not appear as the lying shyster lawyer she so often appears to be. This time her performance was beyond reproach. Kept her cool. Unlike Trump, her responses were measured, carefully considered. -- Despite the fact the moderator, indeed, allowed Trump to continually interrupt her, filibuster nearly continuously on his answers, talk over both Clinton and the moderator. A zoo.

Trump took the bait Clinton provided. Lost his cool, composure certainly on her challenge of his wealth, initial not-so-small loan Trump received from dear old dad when he started his career as a business tycoon. Reportedly, some $1-14 million. To say nothing of her challenge of outrageously misogynist comments he made about a Latina former beauty contest winner, -- and her weight gain from an eating disorder. What we saw here was the real Trump. The unvarnished, misogynist son of a bitch he truly is.

While analysis of the performance of both candidates has been widely reported and will not be repeated here in great detail, there are a few interesting observations to be made. Trump seems to believe unbridled capitalism grants him carte blanche to do as he pleases. Six bankruptcies, four of which he owns up to, he perversely considers to be good business practice.

He also understands and supports efforts of the corporate management suite to move its business overseas, not only to avoid but to evade U.S. corporate taxes. Seems to delusionally believe additional corporate welfare for these businesses, that is a lower corporate tax rate, will result in their return to this country.

He's gotten it achingly ass backwards. Congress should have already passed statutes that would have forced forfeiture of all assets and American citizenship for the corporate management suite that chose to relocate overseas to evade U.S. taxes and regulations. Why, however, would Congress do so? Forget? All 535 of our legislators are bought and paid for by their corporate masters. They're owned. That's precisely why this bullshit continues unabated.

Trump stressed 'law and order' during the debate. Painted a stark picture of rampant out of control crime that does not match reality. The FBI, the very same day of the debate, reported an extremely modest increase in crime, most of it in several cities. Yet, Trump won't be confused with the truth. Continues to lie, distort reality with impunity. Stresses phony law and order like Hitler did during all the old Nazi newsreels.

Clinton has not, and apparently will not, call for the arrest, prosecution, conviction, imprisonment and/or execution of the jackbooted bastards in blue who continue to murder innocent citizens on the job. Cluelessly, lamely, however, calls for police 'retraining.' Bullshit. Criminal police officers need to be held criminally responsible in a court of law, Madam Secretary. Not protected and coddled. Otherwise, the unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon could indeed become reality.

Trump continued to stonewall his retracted 'birther' claims during the debate. Figuratively, shot himself in the ass again. When will he smarten up? All the continued stonewalling did was confirm his bigotry. Think Blacks and Latinos didn't notice? This hopelessly fascist bastard cannot seem to tell the truth. Get his facts straight, on the mark.

Falsely accused Clinton of fighting ISIS her entire life. This hopelessly clueless, uninformed bastard seems to have conveniently forgotten ISIS has only been in existence several years. Worse? That al Qaeda morphed into ISIS due to George "The Tush" Bush and "Slick Dick" Cheney's invasion of Iraq under false pretenses. Trump continues, however, to falsely blame Obama for our hasty withdrawal from Iraq at the beginning of the Obama Regime.

Not so. Bush had already put the planned exit from Iraq in place due to the failure of the Iraqi leadership to agree to continued American troop presence under the command of the U.S. military, military law, and not the laws of the Iraqi leadership. Yet, when Clinton pointed this out to Trump during the debate, he ignored it. Falsely, repeated it again during the very same debate. Imagine that. Don't confuse the nazi with the truth. He's too damned stupid.

Most ludicrous portion of the debate? Trump's repeated heated insistence his temperament is Presidential and far more in control than Hillary's. Indeed, generated a derisive laugh from the audience. Her response? "Whew!!!" "Okay!" Got to love it. Another great comedic moment occurred when Trump pledged to release his taxes if she released the missing 30,000 plus emails. After repeatedly, disingenuously, falsely claiming he cannot release them because he is under audit. He's lying. Clearly, out of control.

Most interesting themes missing from the debate? Liberty. Limited government. Sad, isn't it? Bottom line? Care to bet the debate did nothing to change the political split in our formerly great country? At least, not yet. Maybe never. The next two debates ought to be interesting. Trump plans to take off the gloves. Think "Pilloried Hillary" won't respond in kind?

Since Trump won't stop filibustering, interrupting, talking over both Clinton and the moderator, a Lincoln-Douglas style debate could be most interesting. No moderator. Let 'em go toe to toe for hours. See who drops first. Who has the most endurance at 70, pushing 70, respectively. Then again, in today's climate the results could indeed be fascinating, but hopelessly disastrous. Not only for both, however, but the long-suffering public in our formerly great country. Sarcastically said, doesn't get any better than this, does it? ... The dream? ... All but dead. On life support. Let 'em eat cake, right, Donald? Hillary?

A young woman was recently struck and killed by lightning while jogging in Austin. With no probable cause a crime had indeed occurred, a medical examiner butchered her corpse by performing an autopsy. Welcome. Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers. Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded. Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy. Literally.

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
