With five running for Llano County Sheriff, came as no surprise there will be a runoff between incumbent Bill Blackburn and James Schilling, retired Llano City Police Chief. What comes as a surprise, however, is the fact the people of Llano County remain so aggressively stupid and hopelessly ignorant they would even place Blackburn in the runoff.

Kingsland remains cash cow for Blackburn and his goons. With such a large population base, comes as no surprise the Sheriff's Office would target Kingsland to line County coffers. Indeed, it does. Residents complain you don't have to have broken the law to be falsely ticketed and looted by Blackburn's out of control jackbooted thugs.

The same is certainly true of Buchanan Dam as well. It's easy money. Easy to loot. With a population base that remains in poverty, where better to target defenseless victims to ticket? They pay it off, know the system is rigged, that there is no justice. Don't have the wherewithal to hire an attorney outside the County and challenge a bogus ticket in court. Worse, the 'judges' remain in cahoots. Realize they have to play the game to stay in office. Justice? What's that? Non-existent in this goddamned hell hole County.

Again, as repeatedly stated in this publication, there is a desperate need for an independent audit of all County resources and offices. More importantly, there is a desperate need for a totally independent federal agency whose only duty would be to investigate and prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers. Try them in a special court whose only duty would be to try these jackbooted thugs.

Moreover, there is a desperate need to revisit capital punishment statutes and extend them to criminal officers who murder on the job. If the jackbooted bastards in law enforcement and their sick sycophant handlers in government aren't reined in, the unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon could become reality. Sadly, sooner rather than later.

Readers should understand this publication endorses no one for office. You get to choose. Not me. Only the truth gets reported here. What you do with that truth is up to you. In light of this fact, the readership should understand approximately 15 years ago, this writer was in Llano pursuant to an open records request.

Upon thumbing, that is, hitchhiking, out of Llano that day, near city limits, this writer was harassed by two of Llano's not-so-finest. Falsely, informed me thumbing was illegal within city limits. A crock of sh-t. I knew the law. So did they, -- confirmed with a sh-t-eating grin on the faces of both jackbooted jackass bastards. I immediately returned to the Llano Police Department and filed a complaint with the Chief.

The Chief at the time was James Schilling, -- the same guy currently in the runoff with Blackburn. To his credit, Schilling made it right. Informed me he would deal with the officers. Emailed confirmation to me thumbing is indeed legal in Texas, as well as in the City of Llano. The only restrictions were the hitchhiker had to be on the right of way, not the road. In addition, it was legal on the ramps leading to interstate highways, but not on the interstates themselves. All of which I already knew. To his credit, was never harassed again by Llano Police during his tenure as Chief.

Take the above for what it's worth. Happened a long, long time ago. Yet, have to believe anyone would be better than the jackbooted thug still occupying the office. ... And his goddamned out of control goons. I know for a fact the jackbooted bastards are ticketing and arresting innocent citizens in Kingsland and Buchanan Dam to line County coffers.

Both communities are cash cows for the County. Precisely, why outrageously corrupt and abusive jackbooted goons are overstating the crime problem in both communities. To 'justify' looting the innocent. Line the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County. Nothing is ever as it seems to be, right, Sheriff?

Brother dearest. ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro? A little antsy? Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are? After all, a son of a bitch who's stolen his father's estate needs to be fully exposed publicly for whom and what he is, don't you think? How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died? How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago? How much? Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch? Her cohorts? Your law enforcement shysters? While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you. Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died? Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year? Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it. Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her? -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life? She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised. Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned. Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Think this material couldn't be obtained from the banks either through discovery or a criminal investigation? Still own the house on Condict Rd.? Any other properties besides this one and the old man's you stole with the help of your shyster bastard? Be interesting to see how far your assets extend and where. Think all that information isn't accessible? That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete? But an extensive background check as well? Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates? Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong? How about both universities? Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception? Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU? That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability? Is that why you wound up looting the old man? Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible? Think this will end any time soon? That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch? Whenever an officer or officers do anything heroic, or of great benefit to the community, it always leads in this publication. CNN reports:

"A 7-year-old boy in Ohio tried to sell his toy dog to get money for food, police in Franklin said. "We heard about the boy from a concerned man who came into the police station and said there was a small child carrying a stuffed animal in a busy section of Franklin," Franklin Police Officer Steve Dunham said of the incident August 7."

This is quite a heartbreaking story. Hard to believe things like this still go on in the supposedly richest nation in the world.

"When officers went to the area, Dunham spotted the boy in front of a pharmacy and got out of his car to speak with him. The boy was really nervous at first, Dunham told CNN. "I think he thought he would get in trouble," he said. "He told me he was hungry and was trying to get money for food."
Chief Russ Whitman told CNN the boy said he had not eaten in several days."

Another indication of the vast contrast in life here in the United States between the haves and have-nots. Bad enough when someone is disabled or elderly when this kind of thing happens. When it happens to a kid, it goes beyond deplorable. Think not?

"While other officers went to the child's home, Dunham took the boy to a fast food restaurant and the two had dinner together."

Hat's off to the officers who were involved. Did a great job. Doesn't end there, however.

"The officers who went to investigate the boy's home reported it "was in deplorable condition and there were other children there," Dunham said, adding that they found garbage and liquor bottles everywhere, and there was a strong smell of cat urine. Four other boys -- ages 11, 12, 15 and 17 -- also lived in the house. The parents, who were home at the time, were each charged with five counts of child neglect, Whitman said. They pleaded not guilty in court August 9 and have a pretrial conference scheduled for September, Lt. Brian Pacifico said."

Again, what we have here is not only a failure of the parents, but the system as well. Including the neighborhood, -- who had to have known this was going on.

"The boys' parents were not jailed, but the children remain in the care of relatives, according to Franklin Police."

Think jailing the parents would solve the problem? Truly believe that? Ever wonder why a drunk who does years in a penitentiary for multiple DWIs, property damage, and manslaughter can't seem to clean up his or her act? In fact, gets out and guess what? The first thing the bastard does is get drunk and drive drunk yet again? Think the system works? Truly believe that?

"St. Vincent De Paul at St. Mary's Church in Franklin is organizing a donation drive to raise money for the family, according to Whitman."

Better late than never, but where have they and others been all this time? Where?

Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? Eighteen weeks, now. A goddamned disgrace. Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? Eighteen weeks. Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger. To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff? Those of your thugs? The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down. You don't understand that, Sheriff? Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one. Including taxpayers. Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot. The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt. Think not? Wake up. Your credibility has tanked. Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated. Eighteen weeks. Still no identification of the officers involved ... Can't get your stories straight? In line? Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? Wake up, Sheriff. The public no longer buys the bullshit. No longer trusts you. On this and many, many other issues. You have no credibility. Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so. There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow. It's time the public be fully informed. -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County. If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone. ... Right, Sheriff? TL?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why. This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet. Ignored. The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us. They can't be. They've lied too many times. Refuse to be accountable to anyone. We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases. Usually, with impunity. That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement. This also has to change. No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer. No one. No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar. There was no justice there. None here. None anywhere. Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers. Court fees charged continue to be horrendous. -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs? Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs? Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees. This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit. This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why? Yet, surprise, surprise. Nothing was done. There has to be transparency. There is none. Why would these thieving bastards want any? ... Right, Sheriff? TL? How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity? Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons. Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so. That is, where they came from. Why they left where they were. What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards. Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments. Why? So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated? This has to change. ... Can't have that, can we? Sheriff? TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up. Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own? The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers. Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently? Guess what? Nothing will happen. Nothing ever does. The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities. Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally. Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for. Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit. Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web. Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town. Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded. An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences. Forget? Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff? TL?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure. Blackburn and his goons will continue to be ferociously exposed in this publication for the jackbooted bastards they truly are. We're just getting started, Sheriff. Just getting started. You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept bastards truly are. -- Exposure, the only way short of an unwanted dreaded revolution to force desperately needed change in a goddamned fascist police-state. The Fourth Reich.

Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids? If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing. 'Personnel matters?' Bullshit. Looted taxpayers have the right to know. They're footing the bill for all this goddamned corruption, abuse, ineptness. When will you and the boys end the shakedowns? Looting of the innocent to line County coffers?

Where are your swastika armbands, you fascist son of a bitch? You and your thugs remain out of uniform. Again, Sheriff, did you and/or your goons pressure Schilling to exit the race? Hopefully, an independent will run against you in November. If not, the public gets what it deserves. One of the most corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' agencies in our formerly great country.

The Baltimore Police Department needs total revamping. The 'Justice' Department report was well beyond scathing. NPR reports:

"Vanita Gupta, assistant attorney general for the Justice Department's civil rights division, emphasized that the systemic failures of the BPD were violating the constitutional rights of city residents, especially black residents.

"And, she said, the police actions posed a serious threat to safety in the city.

"We found incident reports that documented how witnesses wouldn't share basic information with officers," Gupta said. "We read several reports where the person who originally called the police or needed assistance refused to cooperate after becoming upset by the police response. When residents don't trust the police, that distrust makes it harder for officers to prevent and solve crimes."

"Effective proactive policing is community policing," Gupta said. "It requires a different set of tactics than those employed by Baltimore for many years."

That's the best of it. Gets worse. Far worse. The Washington Post reports:

"The probe found that a police force rooted in “zero tolerance” enforcement that started in 1999 but ended a decade ago has created a deep divide between police and many members of the community they serve. The city’s policing strategy, lack of training and inattention to officer accountability has cultivated an agency that allows and encourages officers to stop, arrest or search black residents with little or no legal justification. The report also found that the police department engaged in unnecessary force against minors, people with mental health problems and people who were restrained and presented no threat."

"Police response to individuals with mental illness, an issue that has taken center stage in Justice Department investigations in recent years, is again in the spotlight given a lengthy new report showing how often Baltimore officers forcibly detain people in crisis. Justice Department investigators found that over a six-year period, mental illness played a role in at least 1 of every 5 cases in which a Baltimore officer used force — through handcuffs, stun guns and guns, for example — even if the person presented no immediate threat. At least one encounter ended in death."

Again, why no prosecutions of the jackbooted bastards in blue responsible for all this? Without prosecutions, conviction, and long prison terms or execution, none of this will change. None of it.

"For starters, meet a man the report calls Zachary. In 2012, he called the police saying he was armed and threatening to do “something crazy.” A specially trained crisis intervention officer was not called, the Justice Department reported, and the first officer who arrived at Zachary’s home approached with his weapon drawn. Zachary opened the door. He held a lit cigarette in one hand, a knife in the other. Three times, he was ordered to drop the knife, according to the report. He did not, and the officer opened fire, killing him. “Although there is insufficient information to make a determination about the shooting itself,” the Justice Department found, “this incident shows how different tactics could have changed the outcome.”

Again, how can there be any change, any change at all, if the jackbooted bastards in blue are not held to the very same standard of justice the public is subject to? Think it ends there? Doesn't cross the political spectrum? Wake up. Even Right Wing media cannot ignore the atrocities being committed by law enforcement. The Washington Times reports:

"Baltimore police officers unconstitutionally stopped and searched residents, disproportionately targeted black residents and frequently resorted to physical force during interactions that didn’t warrant it — actions that undermined trust between the department and the community, according to a scathing Justice Department report released Wednesday. The DOJ report found the Baltimore Police Department engaged in a pattern and practice of conduct that violated city residents’ constitutional and federal rights. “These violations have deeply eroded the mutual trust between BPD and the community it serves, trust that is essential to effective policing, as well as officer and public safety,” said Assistant Attorney General Vanita Gupta, who heads the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division."

"After a Baltimore woman reported her rape to police, the prosecutor on the case shared his thoughts with an officer. “I am not excited about charging it,” the unnamed official wrote in an email. “This victim seems like a conniving little whore.” “Lmao!” the officer wrote back. “I feel the same.” The Justice Department unearthed the exchange in a sprawling Aug. 10 report on the Baltimore Police Department, which found rampant discrimination against black residents, a tendency to use excessive force and a rash of illegal arrests."

When will it end? This goes on all over our formerly great country. Has become a systemic, nation-wide cancer. The bastards aren't enforcing the law:

"Toward the end of the 167 pages was another bombshell: Officers frequently dismissed or mishandled sexual assault complaints. They often neglected to interview suspects or send DNA evidence to laboratories. Between 2010 and 2014, authorities tested rape kits in just 15 percent of adult-victim sexual assault cases."

"The Justice Department concluded that “gender bias” had infected investigations. “In their interviews with women reporting sexual assault,” investigators wrote, “BPD officers ask women questions such as ‘Why are you messing up that guy’s life?’ ”

Unbelievable. Yet, the public is mercilessly looted out the ass to pay for this ongoing f--king. Think it doesn't get worse? Wake up:

"Meanwhile, just 17 percent of sexual assault reports in 2015 ended with an arrest. More than half of the reports made to the department languished as open cases. “This data suggests that BPD is keeping the majority of its rape cases in an ‘open’ status, thus drastically reducing the rate of its rape cases closed as ‘unfounded,’ ” the authors wrote, “and creating the illusion of having made meaningful reforms to its procedures for identifying and classifying sexual assault.”

Again, this remains an issue all across the United States. Not just in Baltimore. ... Right, Sheriff? TL? NPR reports:

"In a damning report released Wednesday, the Department of Justice details the ways in which the Baltimore Police Department has violated the rights of the people its officers are sworn to protect. The problems detailed in the 163-page report are broad and deep. But they're specific, too: a "pattern or practice" of discrimination is, of course, made of moments. To be clear, the report emphasizes that this is not a case of a few bad apples. The problems are systemic — supervisors, policies, weak investigations and officer culture all play a role, the DOJ found."

Again, this is not only a problem in Baltimore. It's all over. Including here. ... Right, Sheriff? TL?

"Lock up all the black hoodies," a commander once ordered. Another officer wrote on Facebook, "Do not treat criminals like citizens."

"Then there was a template, supplied by a shift commander to a sergeant and patrol officer, for reporting the arrest of someone for standing near a public housing unit without a "valid reason." That's a "facially unconstitutional detention," the DOJ wrote:

"Equally troubling is the fact that the template contains blanks to be filled in for details of the arrest, including the arrest data and location and the suspect's name and address, but does not include a prompt to fill in the race or gender of the arrestee. Rather, the words 'black male' are automatically included in the description of the arrest."

Nothing quite like racism, is there? Profiling goes on all over the country. Not limited to blacks, however. Right, Sheriff? TL?

"The Baltimore Police routinely stopped pedestrians without reasonable suspicion, the DOJ found — even though 26 out of 27 pedestrian stops don't result in any finding of criminal activity."

Sounds like right here, doesn't it, Sheriff? TL? How many innocent citizens are harassed by your goddamned jackbooted goons, Sheriff? Just for lawfully walking down the street, you jackbooted son of a bitch? Since when is walking down the goddamned street probable cause a crime has been committed, Sheriff? When?

"Strip-searching should be used in limited circumstances and always in private, the DOJ says, but "BPD officers frequently ignore those requirements" and the department has received more than 60 complaints over the issue in five years."

What else is new? Readers are reminded law enforcement has taken it a step further in Nazi Texas. As reported earlier here and elsewhere, the jackbooted bastards have conducted body cavity searches in public.

"There are many more stories: Police retaliating against residents who ask questions or make complaints, a man in handcuffs being tased five to six times, an officer kicking a man who was handcuffed and following commands, a juvenile and his sister arrested for "loitering" on the steps of their own house, arrests for people "just talking" outside, officers cursing at and threatening citizens, citizens arrested for cursing at officers."

A transcript of the text is contained in court filings submitted late Tuesday by attorneys representing Bill Baroni, who faces trial next month with Christie's ex-deputy chief of staff, Bridget Kelly, on charges they helped orchestrate the September 2013 lane closures. The closures were meant to create traffic jams in the city of Fort Lee to punish its Democratic mayor for not endorsing the Republican governor, prosecutors say."

It's amazing how law enforcement fails to adequately investigate sexual assault on college campuses. So much so, the schools are trying to handle the problem themselves. They seem to forget rape is indeed a crime that needs to be investigated by police and prosecuted. NBC reports:

"Now, states like Minnesota and Connecticut have enacted laws requiring their colleges to implement websites where students can make anonymous complaints about sexual assault and harassment. Banzhaf, III, professor of public interest law at George Washington University Law School. "They don't even have to tell you a complaint was filed."

Indeed, it is Orwellian. It's yet another attack on all civil and constitutional rights and liberties. For both bona fide victims of sexual assault, as well as anyone innocent falsely accused.

The "Hump The Rump" Trump and "Pilloried Hillary" saga continue unabated. She lambasted his economic priorities. Rightfully, so. Think hers are any different? That she, like him, is not a member of the top 1% of the food chain? That she, like him, won't look out for number one? Some things never change. Never will. Think not? Think Hillary didn't make millions in speeches courtesy of her Wall Street barons?

Is that right? Think so? Believe either candidate can deliver on any of it? Any at all? Only difference? Trump gives no specifics. Hillary can't deliver without a Democratic Congress. Even then, the deficit would balloon, leaving many in her party highly skeptical. Many, uncooperative since they would have to run for re-election.

Think anyone who had made comments like Trump regarding the Second Amendment, its supporters, and those supporters supposedly being able to do something about Clinton's appointment of justices to the Supreme Court, wouldn't have wound up 'detained' by police and forwarded to Secret Service officers for questioning? Trump's implication of violence would have gotten anyone else in the clutches of law enforcement.

"The former head of the CIA, retired Gen. Michael Hayden, told CNN's Jake Tapper: "If someone else had said that said outside the hall, he'd be in the back of a police wagon now with the Secret Service questioning him."

He's right. Interestingly and rightly, the Secret Service did question the Trump Campaign, but not the candidate himself. Why not? Why should he be treated any differently than anyone else in a similar situation? His comments set off a fire storm. He figuratively shoots from the help. Talks out both sides his ass. Says incredibly stupid things with seeming impunity.

He now claims he was being sarcastic when he accused the President and Mrs. Clinton, as Secretary of State, of founding ISIS. Is this the kind of person fit for the Presidency? Still intend to vote for this national socialist, achingly psychotic, fascist son of a bitch? TL? Ben? Tim? This f--ker still the man? Your man?

Trump has no intention of reining it in. None at all. Apparently, no matter the personal cost and that to his party. CNN reports:

And if that means losing to Hillary Clinton in November, Trump told CNBC: "I'm going to have a very, very nice long vacation."

One paper is calling for Trump to withdraw from the Presidential campaign. Interesting, isn't it? CNN reports:

"The front page of Wednesday's New York Daily News called for Donald Trump to end his presidential campaign -- writing, "This isn't a joke any more." In an editorial posted online Tuesday night, the newspaper called for Trump to end his campaign following comments the candidate made on Tuesday that some saw as a threat of violence toward his rival Hillary Clinton. "Donald Trump must end his campaign for the White House in a reckoning with his own madness, while praying that nothing comes of his musing about an assassination of Hillary Clinton," the paper wrote. Trump said at a campaign stop in North Carolina on Tuesday that "Hillary wants to abolish -- essentially abolish the Second Amendment. By the way, if she gets to pick, if she gets to pick her judges, nothing you can do, folks. Although the Second Amendment people, maybe there is, I don't know."

This, what Republicans truly want in the Oval Office? Think one of the first members of the Republican Party, Abraham Lincoln, isn't spinning in his grave? Still voting for this sad sack of shit, TL? In an emailed statement with the subject line, "Trump Campaign Statement on Dishonest Media," Trump spokesman Jason Miller said: "It's called the power of unification — 2nd Amendment people have amazing spirit and are tremendously unified, which gives them great political power. And this year, they will be voting in record numbers, and it won't be for Hillary Clinton, it will be for Donald Trump."

Wishful thinking? You decide. One thing is for sure, like Madam Clinton, Trump takes absolutely no personal responsibility for his failings. None at all. Can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullshit. Both candidates. Both unfit. Both, most despised candidates for President, most likely in U.S. history.

Apparently, cracks are beginning to appear in the upper echelons of the Republican Party. Tough, isn't it? CBS News reports:

"More than 70 Republicans have signed an open letter urging Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus into cutting off funding to Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, and using it to finance Republican Senate and House races, according to a letter obtained by Politico."

"This should not be a difficult decision, as Donald Trump's chances of being elected president are evaporating by the day."

Trump's reaction? He says he'll retaliate. Refuse to raise any money for the GOP.

As reported recently in this publication and elsewhere, Judicial Watch has doggedly pursued Mrs. Clinton. Another batch of emails have been released that purportedly demonstrate improper activity between The State Department and the Clinton Foundation. CBS reports:

"Despite denials that the State Department and the Clinton Foundation had any significant ties to each other while Hillary Clinton served as the nation's chief diplomat, a new batch of emails sheds new light on the seemingly close relationship between the two entities. The latest email release, obtained by the group Judicial Watch from a State Department Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, included several exchanges between a top foundation worker and State officials working under Clinton."

Highly unlikely anything will come of this no matter what. Forget? The 'Justice' Department, despite supposed separation from the Democratic administration, will likely do nothing. Why would it? One hand washes the other. Had it been a Republican administration and a Republican Secretary of State, the same would have occurred. Principle means nothing. Partisanship reins supreme.

Madam Clinton still does not live in the same world the rest of us do. ... Despite the fact she does all she can to give the impression she's one of the bottom 99%, she's clearly not. Her just released tax returns prove otherwise. She recently gave a speech in Michigan to outline her plans for the economy. NPR reports:

"And I know my opponent in this election was here in Michigan about a week ago and it was like he was in a different place. When he visited Detroit on Monday, he talked only of failure, poverty and crime. He is missing so much about what makes Michigan great. And the same is true when it comes to our country. He describes America as an embarrassment. He said and I quote, 'We're becoming a third world country.' Look around you my friends. Go visit with the workers building rockets. That doesn't happen in third world countries!"

That's disingenuous bullshit, Mrs. Clinton. While Trump is indeed a psychotic idiot, our formerly great country is nowhere near what it used to be. Not by a long shot. Most jobs today are service level jobs. Low wages. No benefits. Precisely, why whatever is left of the middle class is quickly disappearing. Becoming extinct.

You can't cherry pick, Madam, and expect to be taken seriously. The public is well aware the economy has gone backwards for most. With the exception of the top 1% of the food chain, -- including you, your husband, Trump, the corporate management suite, and the rich. This is not class envy. It's reality. A sad reality that will continue to deteriorate no matter who wins the Presidency.

All politicians pay lip service to the middle class. No more than that. Even Hillary and her husband, the former President. Forget? Both have received millions from Wall Street. Remain beholden to their corporate masters. Mrs. Clinton was not even apparently able to separate the business of the State Department and the Clinton Foundation while she was in office, -- if just released emails provide any indication.

"But there are common sense things that your government could do that would give Americans more opportunities to succeed. Why don't we do it? Because powerful special interests and the tendency to put ideology ahead of political progress have led to gridlock in Congress. And how can you not be frustrated, and even angry, when you see nothing getting done? And a lot of people feel no one is on their side and no one has their back. And that is not how it's supposed to be in America. If I am fortunate enough to be your President, I will have your back every single day that I serve."

More of the same old, same old. Empty rhetoric. Abject bullshit, not-so-cleverly designed to bamboozle. She fails to indicate how she will accomplish all her lofty goals. No different than Trump and his failure to provide any indication precisely how he intends to deliver. Clinton fails to understand bullshit always rings hollow:

"So here's what I want. I want every American family to be able to tell the same story. If you work hard. You do your part, you should be able to give your children all the opportunities they deserve. That is the basic bargain of America."

Other than nothing, what the hell does the above quote mean? How is it relevant to the plight of not only the middle class, but the bottom of the food chain as well? Consider the following from her:

"So here are four questions that I hope the American people will ask of both candidates — and that the answers should help make your choice in November crystal clear: First, which candidate has a real plan to create good-paying jobs? And, fourth, who can bring people together to deliver results that will make a difference in your lives?"

How about the truth, Mrs. Clinton? The answer to your questions is no one. Certainly, for both you and Trump. Even the Libertarians and Greens have failed to show they have any ability to force desperately needed change. The problem is systemic. Top-down. Bottom-up. The country has become so bitterly divided, rudderless, that two grossly unqualified, profoundly despised candidates have won the nomination of the Democratic and Republican Parties. That's pathetic. Pitiful. Unacceptable. Appalling.

The bottom line is there is no bottom line. Neither candidate can deliver without Congress. Cannot tax and spend. Only Congress can do that. No matter who wins the Presidency in the coming November fiasco, the other party will stonewall anything the new President intends to do. Think the public is restless now? Wait until January 20, 2017. 'You 'ain't' seen nuttin' yet.'

Still think the Clintons are middle class? Think again. The Washington Times reports:

Sounds like the elder Bush's: "Read my lips. No new taxes." Think Hillary won't flip flop yet again? We'll see.

"The issue has dogged her for months, including most recently at the Democratic convention last month, where a close friend of hers, Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe, told Politico she would find a way to get the trade deal approved once she’s in the White House. Mr. McAuliffe backed off and the Clinton campaign rejected his claims, but GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump said the comments exposed where Mrs. Clinton really stands."

One can't honestly believe either candidate. Both lie. Talk out both sides the ass. Aren't we 'lucky?'

The Republicans in Congress are growing increasingly restless. CBS News reports:

"Two powerful House Republicans are calling for a perjury investigation into presumptive Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton. "The evidence collected by the FBI during its investigation of Secretary Clinton's use of a personal email system appears to directly contradict several aspects of her sworn testimony" to Congress, Rep. Jason Chaffetz, the chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, and Bob Goodlatte, chairman of the Judiciary Committee, wrote in a letter requesting the probe. The letter is addressed to Channing Phillips, the U.S. Attorney for Washington, D.C."

Think anything will come of this? Think again. Forget? Partisanship reins supreme. Both parties. Regarding the Clinton Foundation and in follow up to material posted earlier in this article, consider the following. The Washington Times reports:

"The Obama administration rejected requests from three FBI field offices that wanted to open public corruption probes of the Clinton Foundation, according to a report that added to headaches for Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton. Alerted by banks to suspicious transactions, the FBI wanted to investigate conflicts of interest involving foreign donors to the foundation while Mrs. Clinton was secretary of state. But the Justice Department put the kibosh on the it, CNN reported. The report added to questions about the blurred line between the activity at the Clinton Foundation and the State Department during Mrs. Clinton’s tenure, which included email made public earlier this week that showed foundation donors getting special treatment at the agency."

None of this is good for Mrs. Clinton. At the very least, there is the appearance the top 1% receive no justice at all, while the bottom 99 get kangaroo justice, that is, f--ked in the ass without the Vaseline. ... Right, Sheriff? TL? In follow up to the above, Fox reports:

"A fresh report that federal prosecutors are probing the Clinton Foundation revived speculation Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton may not be past her email problems, but the Justice Department on Friday declined to confirm the account.

"Despite the official decline, The Daily Caller reported that several investigations were being launched including one led by U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara of the Civil Frauds Unit that will focus on Clinton Foundation in New York.

“We’re declining to comment,” a spokesperson told FoxNews.com about the claims."

"Large employers expect health costs to continue rising by about 6 percent in 2017, a moderate increase compared with historical trends that nevertheless far outpaces growth in the economy, two new surveys show. "These cost increases, while stable, are both unsustainable and unacceptable," said Brian Marcotte, CEO of the National Business Group on Health, a coalition of very large employers that got responses from 133 companies."

Will likely grow worse as greed exponentially increases. Be interesting to see what happens after the election.

Turkey continues to turn into a dictatorship. Now, is placing pressure on the United States to extradite a cleric in self-imposed exile here. CNN reports:

Erdogan said the US would eventually have to choose between its relationship with Turkey and Fethullah Gulen, a former Erdogan ally who has been in self-imposed exile in Pennsylvania since 1999, the state-run Anadolu news agency reported Wednesday. "Sooner or later the US will make a choice. Either Turkey or FETO," Erdogan said, in reference to the movement headed by Gulen."

Have to wonder how our government will respond to the demand. Interesting, isn't it? Although a NATO member, Turkey has more than its share of problems. Has been a useful gateway to the Middle East for our military, however. Time to re-assess this relationship in light of the recent failed coup and subsequent mass arrests.

-- Not the first time the Obama Administration has been accused of painting a rosier picture than reality vis a vis ISIS. Fox reports:

"Intelligence reports produced by U.S. Central Command that tracked the Islamic State’s 2014-15 rise in Iraq and Syria were skewed to present a rosier picture of the situation on the ground, according to a bombshell report released Thursday by a House Republican task force."

One has to wonder since this theme seems to resurface again and again, who is truly skewing the results? Is it in fact the U.S. military to make itself look better? Or, is it the Administration pressuring the military to make the Administration appear more productive? More successful than it truly is. We keep hearing reports ISIS is being reined in. Yet, the terror attacks continue, nearly unabated. Someone's lying. Or, no one has a true handle on the extent of this cancer.

One thing is for sure, however, the Syrian resistance is growing increasingly critical of the Obama Administration's egregious failure to do something about the exponentially increasing humanitarian catastrophe perpetrated by the Assad dictatorship and its benefactor, Putin and the Russians. Yet, despite all the suffering nothing is expected to change in the near future.

Another shooting of a reportedly armed man by police. This time in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Too early to tell whether or not this was a good shoot or not. There will be an investigation. Did lead to unbelievable rioting and property destruction even before the investigation began. This is unacceptable. Unjustified. Counter productive. Will certainly lead law enforcement to be even more abusive, violent, and murderous than it already is.

"Protesters burned several stores and threw rocks at police Saturday night on the city's north side, leaving one officer injured and three protesters arrested. Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett said protesters had been using social media to draw more demonstrators."

Outrageous and uncalled for. No excuse ever for this kind of behavior. There is a reason, however, why this bullshit continues. Violent, abusive, murderous officers are not held legally accountable for their crimes. Until that changes, unrest will continue. Sadly.

"City Alderman Khalif Rainey said the area has been a "powder keg" for potential violence throughout the summer. "What happened tonight may not have been right and I am not justifying that but no one can deny the fact that there are problems, racial problems in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, that need to be rectified," Rainey said. "This community of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, has become the worst place to live for African Americans in the entire country."

Again, the problem goes well beyond law enforcement. There is a desperate need for change. Yet, no willingness to change the status quo.

"Any evidence from the body camera video will likely become a key part of the investigation, said CNN law enforcement analyst Cedric Alexander.
"We're going to see over the next number of hours and the next number of days what information [investigators] feel comfortable releasing to the public, Alexander said. "It think it's going to be essentially important to get out as much of that video, as long as it doesn't jeopardize the integrity of the investigation."

Again, that's a big part of the problem. The lack of transparency. The failure of authorities to be forthright and honest. This causes misconceptions in the community. Distrust.

Trump and his handlers remain idiots. Worse? Don't seem to be getting any smarter. CBS reports:

"Donald Trump spokeswoman Katrina Pierson called the U.S. war in Afghanistan "Obama's war," suggesting in a CNN interview Saturday that the Democratic president was responsible for invading the country -- a decision that was actually made by former President George W. Bush in 2001."

Amazing, isn't it? Insult to injury, Trump continues to have no clue regarding ISIS and the fact recent terror attacks here were homegrown. Had no connection to ISIS according to federal authorities. CNN reports:

Discontent regarding the Trump saga continues to increase in Republican circles. CBS reports:

"A letter that urges the Republican National Committee to cut off funds to Donald Trump has collected more than 120 signatures from current and former elected officials, according to the final version obtained by CBS News."

"Given the catastrophic impact that Donald Trump's losing presidential campaign will have on down-ballot Senate and House races, we urge you to immediately suspend all discretionary RNC support for Trump and focus the entirety of the RNC's available resources on preserving the GOP's congressional majorities," says the letter, whose draft CBS reported on last week when there were already 70 signatures. It adds that Trump's chances of winning in November are "evaporating by the day."

Democrats shouldn't gloat, however. "Pilloried Hillary" is nowhere near out of the woods. She has more than enough of her own issues pending. Issues the GOP will be more than willing to exploit. Indeed, rightfully so. No matter who wins, the public loses.

Even the former Mayor of New York can't seem to get his facts straight rallying to the side of "Hump The Rump" Trump. NPR reports:

"Rudy Giuliani appeared to forget the terrorist attack on Sept. 11, 2001, while warming up a crowd for Donald Trump's foreign policy speech on Monday.

"By the way," Giuliani said, "under those eight years, before Obama came along, we didn't have any successful radical Islamic terrorist attack in the United States. They all started when Clinton and Obama got into office."

Seems to have overlooked the fact his city was attacked during the Bush "The Tush" and "Slick Dick" Cheney regime. ... How soon they forget. ... And the fact the State Department failed to do background checks on the terrorists. Failed to take action when flight schools reported they only wished to learn how to fly straight and level, not take off and land. Not one head rolled. Not one.

Instead, the gutless nazi bastards in Washington, both parties, eviscerated the Bill of Rights. Abrogated all civil and constitutional rights and liberties. Interestingly, Giuliani's faux pas appeared even worse particularly due to the timing of the above quote:

"Common sense values?" Whose? Yours, Senator? How about the rest of us who strongly disagree with your re-write of reality, history, etc.? How do women "chart their own course" when national socialists like you dictate what they can and cannot do with their uterus? Think oil companies should do as they please as well? Whether or not well water gets contaminated through fracking? Whether earthquakes continue from the intense pressure used in the process?

How about Big Coal? Think taxpayers should continue to bear the burden of black lung, etc.? While Big Coal skates? How about all the diseases the public is subject to from the pollution created? Again, the best thing to do when aggrieved by law enforcement is to sue the living shit out of the bastards, the city, and the department. Only way, the murderers in blue will finally wake up. NPR reports:

Welcome. Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers. Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right. During the last several weeks

This site has finally been fully uploaded. All links appear to be
properly working. Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected. There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows. Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts. We'll see. With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Jessica Oestreich, Cross & Spurs Cowboy Church Women's Ministry. A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
