With five running for Llano County Sheriff, came as no surprise there will be a runoff between incumbent Bill Blackburn and James Schilling, retired Llano City Police Chief. What comes as a surprise, however, is the fact the people of Llano County remain so aggressively stupid and hopelessly ignorant they would even place Blackburn in the runoff.

Kingsland remains cash cow for Blackburn and his goons. With such a large population base, comes as no surprise the Sheriff's Office would target Kingsland to line County coffers. Indeed, it does. Residents complain you don't have to have broken the law to be falsely ticketed and looted by Blackburn's out of control jackbooted thugs.

The same is certainly true of Buchanan Dam as well. It's easy money. Easy to loot. With a population base that remains in poverty, where better to target defenseless victims to ticket? They pay it off, know the system is rigged, that there is no justice. Don't have the wherewithal to hire an attorney outside the County and challenge a bogus ticket in court. Worse, the 'judges' remain in cahoots. Realize they have to play the game to stay in office. Justice? What's that? Non-existent in this goddamned hell hole County.

Again, as repeatedly stated in this publication, there is a desperate need for an independent audit of all County resources and offices. More importantly, there is a desperate need for a totally independent federal agency whose only duty would be to investigate and prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers. Try them in a special court whose only duty would be to try these jackbooted thugs.

Moreover, there is a desperate need to revisit capital punishment statutes and extend them to criminal officers who murder on the job. If the jackbooted bastards in law enforcement and their sick sycophant handlers in government aren't reined in, the unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon could become reality. Sadly, sooner rather than later.

Readers should understand this publication endorses no one for office. You get to choose. Not me. Only the truth gets reported here. What you do with that truth is up to you. In light of this fact, the readership should understand approximately 15 years ago, this writer was in Llano pursuant to an open records request.

Upon thumbing, that is, hitchhiking, out of Llano that day, near city limits, this writer was harassed by two of Llano's not-so-finest. Falsely, informed me thumbing was illegal within city limits. A crock of sh-t. I knew the law. So did they, -- confirmed with a sh-t-eating grin on the faces of both jackbooted jackass bastards. I immediately returned to the Llano Police Department and filed a complaint with the Chief.

The Chief at the time was James Schilling, -- the same guy currently in the runoff with Blackburn. To his credit, Schilling made it right. Informed me he would deal with the officers. Emailed confirmation to me thumbing is indeed legal in Texas, as well as in the City of Llano. The only restrictions were the hitchhiker had to be on the right of way, not the road. In addition, it was legal on the ramps leading to interstate highways, but not on the interstates themselves. All of which I already knew. To his credit, was never harassed again by Llano Police during his tenure as Chief.

Take the above for what it's worth. Happened a long, long time ago. Yet, have to believe anyone would be better than the jackbooted thug still occupying the office. ... And his goddamned out of control goons. I know for a fact the jackbooted bastards are ticketing and arresting innocent citizens in Kingsland and Buchanan Dam to line County coffers.

Both communities are cash cows for the County. Precisely, why outrageously corrupt and abusive jackbooted goons are overstating the crime problem in both communities. To 'justify' looting the innocent. Line the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County. Nothing is ever as it seems to be, right, Sheriff?

Brother dearest. ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro? A little antsy? Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are? How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died? How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago? How much? Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch? Her cohorts? Your law enforcement shysters? While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you. Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died? Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year? Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her? -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life? She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised. Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned. Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Any other properties besides this one and the old man's you stole with the help of your shyster bastard? Be interesting to see how far your assets extend and where. Think all that information isn't accessible? That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete? But an extensive background check as well? Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates? Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong? How about both universities? Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception? Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU? That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability? Is that why you wound up looting the old man? Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible? Think this will end any time soon? That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch? ... Continuing: As always, when a cop does something heroic, it always leads in this publication. The President has awarded 13 of America's Finest with the Medal of Valor, 5-16-16, -- the highest award a police officer can receive in the United States. Addressing the group and family members, the President remarked:

"It was your courage and quick thinking that gave us our safety," Obama said at the White House. "Although, this particular moment for which you are being honored is remarkable ... we know every day you go out there, you have a tough job."

"Perhaps the most emotional part of the ceremony came when Obama presented the medal to the grandmother of Philadelphia Police Sgt. Robert Wilson III.

"Wilson was killed last year when he stumbled upon an armed robbery at a video game store."

Madam, your grandson is indeed a hero. Died protecting the community he so loved and was dedicated to. He is the epitome of what an officer should be. Indeed, quite a credit to the profession he so honorably served. So sorry for your loss.

The remaining 11 officers awarded Medals of Valor by the President will be presented here as well, their stories told in the coming weeks.

With all the problems in the Los Angeles Police Department, certainly it is a relief to report not all of their officers are jackbooted thugs. LAPD Officer John Neal Cooke is indeed one of the best of the best. This outstanding officer recently arrived at what appeared to be a hit and run wreck. The vehicle had slammed into a fire hydrant, water gushing all over the wreck scene.

Witnesses informed the officer only one vehicle and driver were involved. -- She had taken off running down the street. The situation drastically changed when another officer checked the rear seat and found a baby. CBS reports:

"Police said the 2-year-old boy had been left by himself by his 27-year-old mother who crashed and then took off.

"Video of how LAPD officers, including Cooke, calmed the scared child soon went viral.

"He was crying and reaching for me, so I mean it's kind of just human nature," he said.

"In the clip, Cooke is seen patting the little boy on the back and giving him his bottle, something he says he's used to in a big family.

"A seven-year veteran of the LAPD, Cooke said he's never seen such a careless act.

"It was pretty shocking to think not only did she leave him at all but the fact she left him in such a dangerous situation," he said.

"Police said the woman, who they suspect was intoxicated, was found and arrested.

"The child was taken to a hospital and then placed in the custody of the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services."

Officer Cooke plans to visit the child soon. The woman bailed out of jail. Is expected to be charged with child endangerment. Hat's off, Officer. Job well done. You are a credit to your profession and what every officer should strive to be. While this woman indeed needs to be fully adjudicated, it should never be forgotten if she is indeed an alcoholic, she does need treatment. Also, one cannot expect rational behavior from someone drunk or otherwise drugged on some other substance.

Yet, another heroic officer deserving attention in this publication this week. Phoenix Officer David Glasser died 5-19-16 in a firefight with 19-year-old Israel Santos-Banos who was attempting to steal guns from his father. Police killed the son of a bitch during the firefight. -- Had opened fire on them as they arrived at the scene after the call was made.

Still yet another great officer deserving attention in this publication today. The Washington Times reported 5-18-16:

"A Massachusetts State Trooper wasn’t looking for notoriety when he surprised a curbside panhandler with a random act of kindness, but he got it anyway.

"Trooper Luke Bonin saw Lynn Murphy on the side of the road in Fall River last week after a court appearance. Instead of issuing the homeless mother of four a citation or telling her to leave the area, he bought lunch for two and asked if she wanted to have a picnic.

“I thought he was just going to hand me the meal, but when he said ‘Come around the back. It’s such a beautiful day. We’ll have a picnic,’ it touched my heart,” Ms. Murphy told a local CBS News affiliate Tuesday."

Again, this is another example of a truly great police officer doing exactly the right thing. Indeed, a good cop and credit to his profession. Too bad, this isn't all that could be reported in this publication instead of what is about to follow.

Wake up, Sheriff. Where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? Six weeks, now. A month and a half. Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger. To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff? Those of your thugs? The people have a right to know what happened and how it went down. You don't understand that, Sheriff?

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot. The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt. Think not? Wake up. Your credibility remains in the toilet, Bill. Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated. A month and a half. Still no identification of the officers involved ... Can't get your stories straight? In line? Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? Wake up, Sheriff. The public no longer buys the bullshit. No longer trusts you. On this and many other matters.

In fact, your credibility worsens. Day by day. Insult to injury and equally pointedly, did you and/or your jackbooted thugs intimidate, pressure, manipulate Schilling into retiring from the runoff? Why didn't you insist the others be included in the runoff now that Schilling has supposedly withdrawn for 'personal' reasons. ... No legitimate reason conveniently given for his untimely departure, Sheriff? Again, Bill, did you and/or your goons intimidate him?

No matter the law, you still should have publicly at least sportingly asked state authorities to hold the runoff election with the next runner up included on the slate. This election appears remarkably similar to the last JP2 contest. That is, stolen. Stinks. Reeks to high heaven. Think the people are that stupid, Bill? Will tolerate this bullshit forever? This is supposed to be a democratic republic. Not a goddamned nazi dictatorship, a fascist police-state.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so. There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow. It's time the public be fully informed. -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County. If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone. ... Right, Sheriff? TL?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why. This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet. Ignored. The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us. They can't be. They've lied too many times. Refuse to be accountable to anyone. We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases. Usually, with impunity. That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement. This also has to change. No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer. No one. No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar. There was no justice there. None here. None anywhere. Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept. ... Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers. Court fees charged continue to be horrendous. -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs? Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs? Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees. This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit. This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole. ... Right, Sheriff? TL?

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why? Yet, surprise, surprise. Nothing was done. There has to be transparency. There is none. Why would these thieving bastards want any? ... Right, Sheriff? TL? How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity? Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County. Right, Sheriff? TL?

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons. Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so. That is, where they came from. Why they left where they were. What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting the corrupt, abusive, inept son of a bitch goons. Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments. Why? So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated? This has to change. ... Can't have that, can we? Sheriff? TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up. Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own? The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers. Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently? Guess what? Nothing will happen. Nothing ever does. The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities. Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally. ... Right, Sheriff? TL? Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for.

The above was written prior to the runoff. Blackburn took it 1,305 votes to Schilling’s 468. May not be over yet, however. Seems Independent R.W. Smith may run against the Sheriff in the November election. One thing for sure, Blackburn and his goons will continue to be ferociously exposed in this publication for the jackbooted thugs they truly are.

We're just getting started, Sheriff. Just getting started. You will continue to be exposed for the jackbooted son of a bitch you and your goons truly are.

CBS posted a video of Georgia Coweta County Sheriff's Office repeatedly Tasing a man until they realized he was no longer breathing:

"The video, which the newspaper says is from body cameras worn by sheriff's deputies, shows deputies struggling with Sherman until he's still and they realize he's not breathing.

"The deputies responded after Sherman's mother called 911. She told the dispatcher she was in a car with her husband, her son and the son's girlfriend on southbound Interstate 85. She said her son was "freaking out" and had taken a synthetic drug known as spice.

"Coweta County Sheriff's Office records from Sherman's death show one deputy's stun gun was used nine times in a 2-½-minute span for a total of 47 seconds, including one use that lasted 17 seconds. The other deputy's stun gun was used six times in just over four minutes for a total of 29 seconds.

"The family's attorney, Chris Stewart, says the records show that the deputies used the stun guns too many times on a handcuffed man."

Be interesting to see where all this goes, -- other than nowhere. CNN on the very same case reports:

"Those, according to newly released bodycam video, are some of the last words spoken by Chase Sherman as sheriff's deputies armed with Tasers struggled to subdue him in the back seat of a car stopped alongside an interstate highway in Georgia last November.

"Sherman's parents, who were traveling with their son from Atlanta to their home in Florida when the 32-year-old began acting erratically, contend their son was later shocked with a Taser until he died.

"At a news conference in Atlanta on Friday where they were accompanied by their attorney, the couple said they will seek federal charges if local authorities do not prosecute the Coweta County deputies involved in the fatal encounter.

"Whether there is criminal prosecution, said their attorney, Chris Stewart, there will be a civil suit.
"This man was tasered to death and had a knee put on his chest until he suffocated -- while handcuffed," Stewart said. "It's a sad testament to how we treat the mentally ill or people that are having a breakdown."

Again, what we clearly have here is outrageously abusive, murderous conduct by law enforcement. Things must change. The doomsday clock strikes ever closer to midnight. That is, an unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon. Yet, this goddamned bullshit never ends.

The jackbooted bastards in law enforcement, their shills in prosecutors' offices and on the bench continue to grant these gutless pieces of shit carte blanche to do as they please. Won't indict and prosecute. Won't convict and execute murderers wearing a uniform, sporting a badge and gun, with a license to wantonly kill on the job. Nazi America. A goddamned fascist police-state.

Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no? A Travis County Grand Jury refused to indict one of Austin's jackbooted not-so-finest. Geoffrey Freeman. Surprise, surprise. The son of a bitch wantonly killed, that is murdered, naked 17-year-old David Joseph. No justice in Nazi America. ... Where jackbooted thugs with a badge, gun, and license to kill are rarely held accountable for their crimes. Now, the American Way.

Remember the death of Freddie Gray at the hands of Baltimore's not-so-finest? Six jackbooted bastards charged in his death? The bastards had no probable cause to arrest him in the first place. None at all. The first son of a bitch to go on trial, William Porter, conveniently resulted in a mistrial. The second jackbooted son of a bitch, Edward Nero, was found not guilty after a bench trial by 'Judge' Barry Williams. 5-23-16.

"Baltimore police Officer Edward Nero was found not guilty of all charges Monday in connection with the death of Freddie Gray, Judge Barry Williams ruled Monday after a bench trial.

"Williams took 20 minutes to read the decision to a packed courtroom and near-capacity overflow room.

"Nero, one of six officers charged and the second to be tried in the Gray case, was accused of second-degree intentional assault, two counts of misconduct in office and reckless endangerment."

Nothing quite like nazi justice in Nazi America. There is no justice. None at all. Arrest someone with no probable cause who committed no crime. Don't properly restrain him in a paddy wagon, resulting in his death and guess what? You've committed no crime. Where? Wake up. Where else? Nazi America. A goddamned fascist police-state. Where day is night, night is day, and shit smells perversely sweet.

There is a desperate need for a new federal agency. An agency whose only function is to investigate and prosecute criminal law enforcement officers. Its own prosecutors. Its own courts. Where only a jury impaneled with citizens can decide the fate of a goddamned jackbooted thug in blue.

"D.C. police have charged a security guard at a Giant grocery store with simple assault after a transgender woman said the guard forced her out of the women's restroom."

Sad, isn't it? Especially, from a guard who is expected to display some level of professionalism on the job.

A man reportedly named Jesse Olivieri was shot in the stomach near the White House by uniformed Secret Service agents, 5-20-16. At time of writing, there is some conflicting reporting. One source says it was a suicide by cop. Another, that Olivieri had been tailed by officers. Had a gun pointed to the ground. Another that he was given multiple commands to drop the weapon before being shot once in the stomach by one of the officers.

No matter how this went down, clearly, it's time for police procedure to change. To automatically shoot someone simply because he did not drop the weapon even if it was pointed at the ground is excessive force. ... If, indeed, the weapon was not pointed at anyone. The perpetrator is not expected to survive. More to come as circumstances become clearer.

Protesters had been seeking the removal of San Francisco Police Chief Greg Suhr due to multiple racially-charged incidents in the Department. The mayor stood firm. ... Until the latest killing of a black woman by an officer. It's time for close examination of police procedure across our formerly great country.

The following was part of a weekly newsletter received from Sen. Ted "Screws Loose" Cruz:

Law enforcement certainly did not protect the innocent they wantonly killed on the job. Certainly, did nothing to "keep [their] our families safe." Quite the opposite you clueless achingly ignorant fascist jackass.

Equally pointedly, the Senator has callously taken a cheap shot at our equally but similarly clueless President. While the Senator has indeed rightfully praised the 13 outstanding officers, he has deliberately and falsely accused the President of "vilification of law enforcement."

Federal Judge Andrew S. Hanen has his shorts in a wad. Rightfully, so. Would you believe he ordered the 'Justice' Department to send their lawyers involved in a case challenging the President's deportation amnesty back to 'remedial ethics classes.' Why? Why bother? Why weren't the sons of bitches simply fired for hiding pertinent information from both him and the 26 states that sued? Why weren't they at least held in criminal contempt by the judge? Immediately jailed? Had it been anyone else, think they would have received similar treatment? Again, we seem to have an exceptionally callous double standard at work here.

Lt. Gen. Jerry Boykin is a Delta Force hero who was fired and then rehired by Hampden-Sydney College. Seems he was let go for allegedly 'joking' with 'conservatives.' Addressing the transgender issue, the General remarked:

“The first man who goes into the restroom with my daughter will not have to worry about surgery.”

While a level of machismo is expected of military personnel, this demonstrates exceptionally poor judgment on the part of the General. Would you really want someone with this mentality, that is, totally indifferent to the LGBT community, in a teaching position? Would you believe this guy taught young students leadership and ethics nine years? Where the hell is his head? Up his machismo sorry ass?

Apparently, the school had received withering criticism for his firing from the Nazi Right. Offered him a one year contract six hours after letting him go. He may certainly be qualified to lead on the battlefield, but is he qualified to teach leadership and ethics when he's clearly bigoted against the LGBT community? Some of whom would indeed be taking his class? Do we really want this in a college or university?

Worse, the bigoted son of a bitch has no clue transgenders are not pedophiles. Neither are gays and lesbians. Where have you been, General? Or, were you simply pandering to a group of ignorant bastards as uninformed as you? This guy has no business in a classroom. Is not qualified by temperament or trade. Why not stick to teaching military science, General? Isn't that what you are eminently qualified for? Especially, since you were a hero with Delta Force?

What has happened to us? That we would tolerate this bullshit? What happened to him? Where is his judgment? While entitled to his views, why didn't he wisely keep them to himself on such a hot topic? The LGBT community has long been discriminated against. Worse? Far worse? Been violently attacked, killed. It's time for us to wake up. Demand better of the leadership at all levels of government, the business community, the churches, as well as in the schools.

Apparently, bigotry against the LGBT community is alive and well in the House as well. On 5-19-16, it appeared a bill protecting the LGBT community was about to pass the lower house of Congress. Republican national socialists, however, seeing the bill was about to pass, held open the vote and twisted the arms of fellow members to defeat it. Nazi justice in Nazi America. Aren't we lucky?

The military is not doing enough for soldiers who are sexual assault victims. NPR reports:

"The military released data this month showing over 6,000 reported sexual assaults during 2015. The real number is likely three or four times higher. Just like in the civilian world, most rape doesn't get reported, and the Pentagon acknowledges this happens in the military because victims fear they — not the perpetrators — will face reprisals from commanders."

The Pentagon is not doing anything to solve this problem. The sexual assault victim is getting royally f--ked twice. Once by the criminal committing the sexual assault. Then, by the military. To victims reporting these attacks. Indeed, a hear no evil, see no evil approach by the idiots in command. Goddamned bullshit. How does it expect to retain recruits? Adequately, maintain staff? Readiness? Morale?

The victim is then driven out of the military. Given an honorable discharge, but with the notation he or she has a personality disorder that's never been diagnosed. Consequently, they're f--ked when seeking a civilian job. Why is the goddamned military doing this to service members who have been raped? Why?

The Washington Post on a related matter reported that while rape victims are guarantied rape exams and collection of evidence, they're being denied. Might have to drive hours to find someone qualified. Most of these exams are conducted by nurse practitioners highly trained, spend hours with the victim, and then again follow up later on, -- days later.

This continues to be a problem in Nazi Texas. The Legislature and Governor are extremely good at practicing medicine without a license, ordering physicians and their facilities by law to conduct an unnecessary highly invasive trans vaginal ultra sound before an abortion. Physicians and their abortion clients rightfully consider it to be no more than sexual assault by doctors forced to do so by statute.

These nazi bastards insist on imposing their convoluted, perverse, psychotic, religious and ideological views on all by law. In direct violation of church-state separation mandated by the First Amendment Establishment Clause. Yet, these very same nazi bastards in the Legislature and the Governor's office will not allocate sufficient funding for rape kit examinations for those suffering sexual assault. ... Can you say, f--ked up?

Oklahoma Gov. Mary Fallin, normally quite 'pro-life,' vetoed a bill, 5-20-15, that would have made it a felony to perform an abortion. Never would have held up in court. Roe v. Wade is settled law. Would take a reversal by the U.S. Supreme Court. Should that happen, an unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon could sadly become reality.

National socialists on the Right, that is nazis, can't seem to understand if there is no reproductive freedom, there is no freedom at all. Clearly, fascists on the Right also remain clueless that reproductive freedom is far more than a man keeping it in his pants, and a woman keeping her panties up and legs crossed.

"U.S. District Judge Julie Robinson ruled Tuesday that Kansas' proof-of-citizenship requirement violates a provision of the National Voter Registration Act that requires "only the minimum amount of information" to determine a voter's eligibility."

Republican national socialists continue to make it as difficult as possible to vote. Continue to egregiously shit on the National Voter Registration Act despite the fact there is no substantive voter fraud issue. Rather, they wish to make it as difficult as possible for those who do not vote Republican to vote. Sadly, no more complicated than that.

Led by Republican national socialists, the House passed a $610 billion defense bill that the President has threatened to veto due to GOP riders contained in the legislation. Not, however, because it amounts to over a half trillion in spending. For what? To finance new military adventures? Where? Interesting, isn't it? Have Republicans ever not supported egregious spending on way overpriced weapons systems that don't work and are well over budget? Worse and most pointedly? Don't they claim to be conservatives? Forget? They're doing the will of their corporate masters. They remain bought and paid for by the corporate management suite. Both parties.

Facebook's facial recognition is reportedly better than that of the FBI. A federal judge is reportedly allowing a lawsuit to proceed that challenges Facebook's policy of allowing users to tag a photo of someone without their permission. Think how valuable this is to the goons at the FBI and elsewhere in the law enforcement community. It certainly increases their access to private information they have no right to. No probable cause. No warrant.

Our national socialist Texas Gov. Greg Abbot is about as worthless as they come. This son of a bitch as Attorney General did nothing about a complaint filed against Wells Fargo for criminal deceptive trade practices. Did not even have the cajones to answer the complaint. Now, the bastard, on a 19-city tour to promote a book he has written is determinedly concertedly deliberately shitting on transgenders:

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, himself under criminal indictment, says Texas can itself screen Syrian refugees. Critics claim it's unnecessary. Paranoid. Already being done by the federal government. Who's going to pay for the state to do it as well, General? Looted Texas taxpayers, you son of a bitch?

Things don't look good in Israel. Our ally is certainly going nazi. That is, is moving to the Extreme Right under American-educated Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. So much so, Defense Minister Moshe Yaalon resigned in protest, 5-20-16. When are the United States and fascists in both major political parties here in our formerly great country finally going to rein in the Israeli aggressor? Instead of allowing it carte blanche to do as it pleases. When will U.S. export law prohibiting offensive use of weapons systems sold and/or given the Israelis finally be rigorously enforced?

The President spent three days in Vietnam. While there, announced weapons will be sold to the communist government. Imagine that. How times have changed. Not always for the good, however. Seems the President has forgotten 58,000 of our best and brightest died there. Countless thousands maimed. Many to this day suffering from post traumatic stress. Either receiving inadequate or no care. Homeless. American combat veterans.

Nothing wrong with renewing diplomatic relations some 21 years ago. Nothing wrong with increasing the level of trade with them, either. Weapons sales, however, are another matter. What for? To line the pockets of American corporate war profiteers? Renew the cold war with China? The Vietnamese government engages in egregious human rights violations. Denied protesters the right to meet with the President during his visit. Regarding renewal of weapons sales, the President claims:

"The decision to lift the ban was not based on China or any other considerations."

It's not? Believe that? The President is a liar. The Chinese know it. Have already called him on it. Again, we're putting our noses where they clearly don't belong. This is no more than determined renewal of the Cold War with the Chinese. Yet, we don't do what we ought to be doing to protect our interests in the region. That is, freedom of navigation.

Why are destroyers and other naval vessels challenging the Chinese and their denial of free navigation in the China Sea not adequately militarily protected when they travel through the region? The same can be said of reconnaissance flights that are unescorted just outside Chinese territorial limits. Why are they not provided fighter escort? We have carriers in the region. Why are dangerous barrel rolls by Chinese fighters over American recon aircraft tolerated? Why are B-52s challenging Chinese restrictions on freedom of navigation in the region not escorted by fighter jets?

At the same time, the Chinese rightfully point to some of our highly questionable actions in our own hemisphere. Forget? Our CIA killed Allende and toppled his Marxist regime almost 45 years ago, -- only to have a Right Wing nazi dictator installed who tortured his own citizens. Forget? Bush "The First" invaded Panama and toppled the Panamanian strong man Noriega, accusing him of drug trafficking. Imagine that. The goddamned hypocrisy.

Needless to say, the former President did the same while head of the CIA before becoming United States President. That is, the CIA trafficked in narcotics. Equally pointedly? Have we forgotten Iran-Contra? Wholesale killing of Marxist rebels by Reagan and his henchmen through illegal funding and arming of the Contras? On the QT. Not one of these bastards, however, was ever prosecuted.

Not one of them. All got a free ride. Both former Presidents should have been impeached, convicted, removed from office and prosecuted. Never happened. Why would it? Forget? This remains Nazi America. Worse? Reagan is still insanely regarded as a hero by the Nazi Republican Right. Imagine that. The fascist son of a bitch broke the law. Yet, is considered the epitome of what it is to be an American President by the psychotic in our formerly great country. Indeed, day is night, night is day, and shit smells perversely sweet in Nazi America.

Now, we have an American President, the current Democratic incumbent hell bent on renewing the Cold War with China. -- While not doing what it takes to protect American military assets challenging Chinese restrictions on freedom of navigation. Imagine that. They say history doesn't repeat itself. Is that right? Think not? Think again.

Sadly, it's not only the Chinese, but the Russians as well. Russian aircraft continue to make dangerous maneuvers around American planes. Why are we tolerating this? Why isn't fighter escort provided? The Turks did the right thing months ago. Forget? Shot down a Russian fighter after repeated deliberate invasion of Turkish airspace by Russian warplanes.

Did not result in any retaliatory action taken by the Russians against the Turks, however. Why not? For damned good reason. The Turks are members of NATO. The Russians had no desire to start a world war. When will our formerly great country finally smarten up? We need to rethink foreign policy. Start determining what truly is and is not vital to our best interests. Accordingly, reset priorities. Instead of relying on decades-old foreign policy objectives that have egregiously failed.

Of far greater concern than trade with Vietnam is the huge trade imbalance between China and the United States. Remains a national security issue for our formerly great country. Worse? The trillions in U.S. debt held by China. Clearly, the bastards in Washington, both parties, sold us out. Big mistake. Still can be used as leverage, however, in the event relations between both countries go totally south. Worse? Become confrontational.

-- Think the impact on China by a U.S. default wouldn't be significant against the communists there? Both countries? This egregious trade imbalance has clearly and exponentially benefited China, moreover, at expense of workers here and the middle class. Lined the pockets of the corporate management suite and shareholders, as well. ... As jobs went overseas, the middle class evaporated, and trillions in American treasure lined the pockets of the Chinese.

Worse? Catastrophically worse than all this? If unchecked, in several generations it could wind up reducing the U.S. to Third World status as our engineer population drops as well as that of highly skilled workers capable of manufacturing increasingly sophisticated products declines. Not a happy future should all this come to pass.

Although no one has a crystal ball, our 'erstwhile' 'leaders' clearly are not carefully thinking all this through. Refuse to consider the ultimate ramifications of their shortsightedness. Won't be confused with the truth no matter what. As long as their pockets are lined today, that's all that matters.

Laughably, Republicans in the House have initiated an effort to impeach the IRS commissioner. Good luck. Hope they're successful. Think they're doing it for the right reasons, however, that is the IRS is a truly oppressive agency looting f--ked taxpayers? Think again. Not so. Not a chance. Rather, Republicans continue to have their panties in a wad over the bungling of the Tea Party investigation by the IRS. Get real, you Right Wing f--kers. There's a hell of a lot worse this outrageously abusive agency is guilty of besides a repressive illegal investigation of your compadres.

Regarding the recent challenge to the national socialist, fascist Voter ID law passed by Republican nazis in the not-so-great State of Texas, NBC reports:

"Since Texas' strict voter ID law went into effect in 2013, the stories of voters disenfranchised by the law have come thick and fast: A 70-year-old African-American woman who doesn't drive and wasn't told about the ID law when she registered to vote after moving to Dallas from out of state. A Houston student who needed to assemble a long list of documents to prove his residency. An African-American man who has never left Austin and was denied a state ID because his birth certificate lists his mother's name. An elderly woman who couldn't afford the $42 to get a birth certificate from her native Mississippi and without which she couldn't get ID. An estimated 600,000 registered Texas voters —and around 1.2 million eligible voters — don't have the ID required under the law.

"On Tuesday, the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans heard arguments in the ongoing challenge to the ID measure, which remains in effect despite three different federal court decisions determining that it discriminates against racial minorities."

Since there is no widespread voter fraud, this goddamned statute is no more than an effort by Republican national socialists to ensure voters vote one way, -- GOP. Nazi justice. Nazi Texas. Nazi America. Can you say f--ked? Treason. Goddamned treason.

"Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton violated federal records rules through her use of a private email server while she was secretary of state, a State Department audit has concluded."

What will be far more interesting is results of a pending FBI investigation regarding the same. Reportedly, that investigation is close to being concluded. We'll see.

Eleven states including Nazi Texas have sued the President's transgender directive in federal court in Texas. Be interesting to see how this suit is adjudicated. Much more to come as this case proceeds. This is not a states rights issue as falsely claimed by national socialist Republicans. It is no more than GOP fascists determined to impose their convoluted, perverse religious and ideological views on all by statute and/or court order.

Indeed, a frontal assault on church-state separation prescribed by the First Amendment Establishment Clause, that is, freedom from religion. Clearly, Republican nazis couldn't care less transgenders have been brutalized, attacked, injured, killed. Makes no difference to these fascist sons of bitches. None at all.

Ironically, hypocritically, cluelessly, GOP nazis in power in Texas admit they can provide no example of untoward behavior by transgenders in rest rooms. Not one goddamned example. These exceptionally repressive measures now sought by Republican national socialists are clearly, sadly, based on irrational fear, bigotry, psychotic sick religion, and achingly ignorant assumptions made by these fascist bastards that have no basis in fact.

Think a transgender woman, dressed as a woman, walking into a men's room as required by the male gender on her birth certificate as directed by the Texas Attorney General and other equally psychotic authorities in government and the schools doesn't stand a good chance of being assaulted, and/or beaten, killed? Whether or not she's had surgery? Especially, at the junior or senior high school levels? Wake up.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Jim Holmes, Owner, Lighthouse Construction. A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity. On a rampage. Thus, you get what you truly deserve. Always. Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate. -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area. Ten years after originally intending to do so. Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem. No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked. It's time to stand up. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
