With five running for Llano County Sheriff, came as no surprise there will be a runoff between incumbent Bill Blackburn and James Schilling, retired Llano City Police Chief. What comes as a surprise, however, is the fact the people of Llano County remain so aggressively stupid and hopelessly ignorant they would even place Blackburn in the runoff.

Kingsland remains cash cow for Blackburn and his goons. With such a large population base, comes as no surprise the Sheriff's Office would target Kingsland to line County coffers. Indeed, it does. Residents complain you don't have to have broken the law to be falsely ticketed and looted by Blackburn's out of control jackbooted thugs.

The same is certainly true of Buchanan Dam as well. It's easy money. Easy to loot. With a population base that remains in poverty, where better to target defenseless victims to ticket? They pay it off, know the system is rigged, that there is no justice. Don't have the wherewithal to hire an attorney outside the County and challenge a bogus ticket in court. Worse, the 'judges' remain in cahoots. Realize they have to play the game to stay in office. Justice? What's that? Non-existent in this goddamned hell hole County.

Again, as repeatedly stated in this publication, there is a desperate need for an independent audit of all County resources and offices. More importantly, there is a desperate need for a totally independent federal agency whose only duty would be to investigate and prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers. Try them in a special court whose only duty would be to try these jackbooted thugs.

Moreover, there is a desperate need to revisit capital punishment statutes and extend them to criminal officers who murder on the job. If the jackbooted bastards in law enforcement and their sick sycophant handlers in government aren't reined in, the unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon could become reality. Sadly, sooner rather than later.

Readers should understand this publication endorses no one for office. You get to choose. Not me. Only the truth gets reported here. What you do with that truth is up to you. In light of this fact, the readership should understand approximately 15 years ago, this writer was in Llano pursuant to an open records request.

Upon thumbing, that is, hitchhiking, out of Llano that day, near city limits, this writer was harassed by two of Llano's not-so-finest. Falsely, informed me thumbing was illegal within city limits. A crock of sh-t. I knew the law. So did they, -- confirmed with a sh-t-eating grin on the faces of both jackbooted jackass bastards. I immediately returned to the Llano Police Department and filed a complaint with the Chief.

The Chief at the time was James Schilling, -- the same guy currently in the runoff with Blackburn. To his credit, Schilling made it right. Informed me he would deal with the officers. Emailed confirmation to me thumbing is indeed legal in Texas, as well as in the City of Llano. The only restrictions were the hitchhiker had to be on the right of way, not the road. In addition, it was legal on the ramps leading to interstate highways, but not on the interstates themselves. All of which I already knew. To his credit, was never harassed again by Llano Police during his tenure as Chief.

Take the above for what it's worth. Happened a long, long time ago. Yet, have to believe anyone would be better than the jackbooted thug still occupying the office. ... And his goddamned out of control goons. I know for a fact the jackbooted bastards are ticketing and arresting innocent citizens in Kingsland and Buchanan Dam to line County coffers.

Both communities are cash cows for the County. Precisely, why outrageously corrupt and abusive jackbooted goons are overstating the crime problem in both communities. To 'justify' looting the innocent. Line the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County. Nothing is ever as it seems to be, right, Sheriff?

Brother dearest. ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro? A little antsy? Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are? How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago? How much? Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch? Her cohorts? Your law enforcement shysters? While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete? But an extensive background check as well? Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates? Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong? How about both universities? Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception? Think they don't have a right to know?

As always, when a cop does something heroic, it always leads in this publication. The President has awarded 13 of America's Finest with the Medal of Valor, 5-16-16, -- the highest award a police officer can receive in the United States. Addressing the group and family members, the President remarked:

"It was your courage and quick thinking that gave us our safety," Obama said at the White House. "Although, this particular moment for which you are being honored is remarkable ... we know every day you go out there, you have a tough job."

"The first officer to receive the medal was Officer Mario Gutierrez of the Miami-Dade Police Department in Florida. As we reported earlier, his story begins at a gas station in Miami, where he saw a man trying to light one of the fuel tanks on fire.

"Gutierrez was stabbed multiple times during his struggle. But he managed to fight the man off and call for help, avoiding a big gas explosion."

Hat's off, Officer Gutierrez. Job well done. You're everything a great officer should be. Thanks for your service. You're a tribute to your profession.

Wake up, Sheriff. Where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? Five weeks, now. Why are you sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release that information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff? Those of your thugs? The people have a right to know what happened and how it went down.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot. The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt. Think not? Wake up. Your credibility remains in the toilet, Bill. Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated. ... Can't get your stories straight? In line? Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow. It's time the public be fully informed. -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County. If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone. ... Right, Sheriff? TL?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why. This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet. Ignored. The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us. They can't be. They've lied too many times. Refuse to be accountable to anyone. We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases. Usually, with impunity. That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement. This also has to change. No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer. No one. No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar. There was no justice there. None here. None anywhere. Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept. ... Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers. Court fees charged continue to be horrendous. -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs? Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also looted to pay the very same costs? Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees. This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole. ... Right, Sheriff? TL?

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why? Yet, surprise, surprise. Nothing was done. There has to be transparency. There is none. Why would these thieving bastards want any? ... Right, Sheriff? TL? How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity? Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County. Right, Sheriff? TL?

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons. Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so. That is, where they came from. Why they left where they were. What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting the corrupt, abusive, inept son of a bitch goons. Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments. Why? So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated? This has to change. ... Can't have that, can we? Sheriff? TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up. Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own? The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers. Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses. Consequently? Guess what? Nothing will happen. Nothing ever does. The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities. Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally. ... Right, Sheriff? TL?

Remember the case of former North Charleston Police Officer Michael Slager who wantonly killed Walter Scott last year? The son of a bitch, although fired, was not indicted for murder. A goddamned grand jury refused to indict. The former officer was recently indicted by a federal grand jury on a civil rights charge.

"Slager is also charged with obstruction of justice, with the grand jury saying that he knowingly misled state investigators by telling them that that Scott, who was not armed, was approaching him with a Taser. He was also charged with one count of using a weapon during “a felony crime of violence.”

It's amazing how local grand juries refuse to indict officers who murder on the job. Clearly, indicating justice is severely lacking on both the state and federal levels.

Baltimore Police Officer Edward Nero indicted in the death of Freddie Gray told the judge he would prefer a bench, not jury trial. Why wouldn't he? Nearly all judges and prosecutors are in the pocket of law enforcement. Precisely, why the law needs to be changed to ensure criminal officers are judged only by juries.

Once in a while Fox aggressively reports on cases of egregious abuse by law enforcement:

"Governors from two states on Thursday called for a full investigation into police use of force against a suspect who was shown on videotape being beaten by officers after apparently surrendering following a long high-speed chase.

"Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker and New Hampshire Gov. Maggie Hassan expressed concern over the way police rushed Richard Simone Jr. after he stepped slowly from his pickup truck, knelt and put his hands on the ground after a lengthy pursuit that started in Holden, Massachusetts and ended 50 miles away in Nashua, New Hampshire.

"News helicopter videotape from Wednesday appeared to show Simone surrendering before officers set upon him, throwing punches.

"I thought the video was incredibly disturbing and I'm anxious to work with the folks in New Hampshire to get moving on the investigation and to figure out what's what as quickly as possible and take the appropriate action," Baker said.

"The footage from yesterday raises serious concerns, and I have been in contact with the Attorney General and the Commissioner of Safety," Hassan said in statement. "All New Hampshire public safety officials are held to the highest standards, and it is important and appropriate that the Attorney General's office has opened an investigation into the incident."

"In court Thursday, Simone agreed to be taken back to Massachusetts to face outstanding warrants there on assault with a deadly weapon and larceny."

Fox followed up with the fact the troopers were suspended. The Washington Post reported the New Hampshire Attorney General has opened an investigation. There is a desperate need to hold all officers to the highest standards. Alternative? An unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon. Where the hell are our gutless Governor and Lt. Governor? Their silence is deafening when the same goddamned bullshit occurs here in Texas.

Remember the case of Sureshbhai Patel criminally assaulted and injured by Madison, Ala., Police Officer Eric Sloan Parker covered earlier in this publication and elsewhere? Twice this criminal son of a bitch officer was tried on federal civil rights charges. Twice they hung.

"Following a motion filed Thursday by Alabama's attorney general, a judge dismissed state misdemeanor assault charges against a Madison police officer who allegedly slammed an Indian man to the ground last February during a suspicious-person stop.

"Alabama Attorney General Luther Strange's request came after two federal juries failed to reach verdicts in the civil rights case against Eric Parker, the officer accused of taking down 58-year-old Sureshbhai Patel, who was left seriously injured. U.S. District Judge Madeline Hughes Haikala, who presided over both trials, acquitted Parker in January, saying there was little chance a third trial would yield a different result.

"After a review of the federal trial testimony, it does not appear that there would be sufficient evidence to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt," Strange said in a statement. "Thus, we have a duty to move to dismiss the charge."

Convenient, isn't it? Patel was partially paralyzed by the jackbooted thug. Clearly, there is no justice in our nazi country. The public nearly always seems to give outrageously corrupt and abusive officers a free pass. Sadly, the doomsday clock strikes ever closer to midnight. New York Police Department Inspector Michael Ameri was found dead in his car of an apparently self-inflicted gunshot wound. Had been recently questioned regarding a federal corruption probe.

National socialist FBI Director James B. Comey remains recalcitrant in his phony claims Black Lives Matter is forcing law enforcement to back off. That's goddamned bullshit promulgated by this fascist son of a bitch who hasn't met an abusive cop he couldn't support. This piece of shit clearly remains so blind and deaf he cannot see nor hear the rumble of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon of our formerly great country.

This fascist son of a bitch and his out of control organization is still investigating WikiLeaks some six years after the fact. Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel recently abolished the police review board in favor of a civilian department. Nothing more than symbolism over substance. The jackbooted bastards in blue remain out of control not only in Chicago, but all over our country.

Arizona's national socialist Sheriff Joe Arpaio seems to have finally gotten himself into a jam. CBS reports:

"A judge has found the longtime sheriff of metro Phoenix in contempt of court Friday for disobeying his orders in a racial profiling case, bringing the lawman who calls himself "America's Toughest Sheriff" a step closer to a possible criminal contempt case that could expose him to fines and even jail time.

"The ruling Friday marked one of the biggest legal defeats in the six-term career of Sheriff Joe Arpaio, who is known for cracking down on illegal immigration, and was expected to lead to greater court oversight of his office. A hearing will be held May 31 to examine whether he will face a criminal contempt case."

This jackbooted son of a bitch is, and remains, an exigent threat to liberty. The rule of law. The United States Constitution. He is an embarrassment not only to his state, but the entire country. He is no more than a fascist dictator, a goddamned out of control jackbooted thug.

Missouri is the only state that does not maintain a database on people who are prescribed opiate pain killers. Does not do so over privacy concerns. No data is safe. Can easily be hacked. Republican House members are celebrating. Despite the fact they offer no alternative. Despite the fact the healthcare community is mercilessly looting the sick and dying. Why? Because they can. It's that simple. Precisely, why if Republicans do not come up with an alternative single-payer system of some kind that remains non-profit and non-government run, government provided healthcare will ultimately become inevitable. Already quickly approaching this point with Medicaid, Medicare, VA care, other military healthcare programs, etc..

What we have here is unbridled greed, in an exceptionally poorly regulated system, that is little more than laissez-faire capitalism gone hog wild. While there is regulation, it is extremely poorly defined, executed. Beholden to the greedy bastards it is allegedly supposed to regulate, control. The President nominated Eric Fanning to become Secretary of the Army. Eight months ago. Mr. Fanning will be the first openly gay man in the job. Is eminently qualified for the position. One Senator is blocking his nomination, however. Sen. Pat Roberts, R-Kansas. Interestingly, it's not because of Fanning's sexual orientation.

It's because the Senator wants a guaranty from the President that he will not move Gitmo prisoners to Ft. Leavenworth. Promises to lift the hold immediately if the President cowardly capitulates. Interesting, isn't it? Also, an egregious abuse of power. By one goddamned national socialist, fascist, nazi Republican Senator and bona fide son of a bitch.

Subsequent to writing the above, the Associated Press reported the Senate finally confirmed the nomination:

"The voice vote approval Tuesday came after Sen. Pat Roberts, R-Kan., dropped his opposition to Fanning after a senior Pentagon official told him that no detainees held at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, would be sent to the Army prison at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, or other facilities in the United States."

Apparently, the President capitulated. ... 'Ain't' abject gutlessness 'grand?'

"Congress’ first priority is to provide for the national defense and ensure our soldiers, sailors, airmen, and Marines have everything they need to defend our freedom."

No sir, it's not. It's to protect and defend the United States Constitution including the Bill of Rights. You goddamned national socialist nazis, bona fide fascists in Congress seem to have conveniently forgotten this.

Texas Sen. Ted "Screws Loose" Cruz in an email to supporters during his presidential campaign stated:

"In the wake of 9/11, there was a broad consensus in favor of a common-sense domestic counter terrorism strategy. But over the last seven years, the focus on protecting the homeland has been lost. The Obama Administration has even joined Islamist governments in sponsoring a U.N. resolution that would shred our First Amendment by threatening to make discussion of radical Islamism potentially illegal."

PolitiFact Texas attempted to contact Cruz regarding this assertion. The Senator did not respond. They nonetheless conducted a truth test on Cruz' claim. Their findings:

"Cruz said that the Obama administration has "joined Islamist governments in sponsoring a U.N. resolution that would shred our First Amendment by threatening to make discussion of radical Islamism potentially illegal."

"The United States in 2011 voted in support of U.N. Human Rights Council Resolution 16/18, which promotes religious tolerance. That approval only came after the U.S. and its western allies successfully negotiated to have language criminalizing blasphemy dropped from the resolution to ensure it comports with free speech rights and the First Amendment.

You think? Cruz has repeatedly played fast and loose with the facts. A continuing problem with him and others in both major political parties. Yet, his sycophants accept whatever he claims as fact. This is the problem with not only politics in our formerly great country, but everything on all levels of government as well as throughout the business community. No one questions. No one challenges. Amazing how these goddamned nazis have their shorts in a wad over the Obama Administration issuing guidelines on how transgenders are to be treated in the schools. Tough shit. About time the President displayed backbone.

Fascists in Texas seem to think this is a states rights issue. The hell it is. It's national socialists imposing their phony, convoluted, perverse religious and ideological views on all by force of law. In direct violation of The Establishment Clause First Amendment, as well as Titles 7 and 9. These fascist bastards don't seem to understand this. Be interesting to see how all this is finally adjudicated.

The President's directive does not have the force of law. It basically states: "a school must not treat a transgender student differently from the way it treats other students of the same gender identity." Republican national socialists, eager to force their perversely convoluted religious views on all by law, are couching their language in religious terms.

Since federal funding may and should be forfeited, Texas Lt.Gov. Dan Patrick responded to the directive:

"He says he's going to withhold funding if schools do not follow the policy. In Texas, he can keep his thirty pieces of silver. We will not yield to blackmail from the president of the United States."

Clearly, this son of a bitch fascist is talking out his ass. Interesting, isn't it, he appears to be comparing Obama to Judas? We'll see if he plays the same tune if Texas winds up losing billions in funding over the issue. A civil rights issue. The reaction from Republican national socialists sounds remarkably similar to the same old goddamned bigoted bullshit we heard from GOP partisans some fifty years ago upon passage of The Civil Rights Act. What the hell ever changes?

Earlier in the week, the Lt. Governor insanely called for the resignation of Superintendent Dr. Kent Paredes Scribner of the Fort Worth ISD stating the Superintendent:

"has lost his focus and thereby his ability to lead the Fort Worth ISD. ... He has placed his own personal political agenda ahead of the more than 86,000 students attending 146 schools in the district by unilaterally adopting 'Transgender Student Guidelines.' ...Campus safety should be of paramount concern for anyone in his position. Every parent, especially those of young girls, should be outraged."

The quotes came from NPR. Clearly, indicate the Lt.Governor is unfit for office. A goddamned clueless national socialist and hopelessly bigoted against the LGBT community. This fascist son of a bitch has no basis for his assertions. Transgenders have been using rest rooms for years with no untoward incidents. This piece of shit is fear mongering. Showing his true colors.

Certainly, embarrassing the State of Texas nationally through his profound ignorance. Giving Christians a bad name due to his fervent embrace of nazism. Certainly, clearly doesn't want transgenders protected against extreme bullying and violence. They are the victims, you clueless ignorant sad sack of shit and poor excuse for a legislator. No more than an ignorant, achingly ill-informed asshole.

... Certainly, wouldn't want to insult an asshole which forms a vital bodily function, however, unlike the Lt.Gov. who remains nothing more than a blowhard piece of shit. Sadly, Patrick is indeed now the 'best' our formerly great state has to offer. All the statesmen are long since gone. We have a Governor who as Attorney General gave Wells Fargo carte blanche to f--k consumers through deceptive trade practices when he not only failed to answer a complaint filed by this publication, but failed to take any action at all.

We have former Gov. Rick "The Prick" Perry who was exonerated by his compadres on the Texas Supreme Court. Two felony charges against this piece of national socialist shit were conveniently dropped. We have the current Attorney General who remains under criminal indictment. Yet, the voters keep sending and returning absolute pieces of criminal subhuman excrement to office. What does that make us?

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to the Chief Executive Officer, Edwards Risk Management, Inc.. A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity. On a rampage. Thus, you get what you truly deserve. Always. Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate. -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area. Ten years after originally intending to do so. Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded. Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy. Literally.

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
