With five running for Llano County Sheriff, came as no surprise there will be a runoff between incumbent Bill Blackburn and James Schilling, retired Llano City Police Chief. What comes as a surprise, however, is the fact the people of Llano County remain so aggressively stupid and hopelessly ignorant they would even place Blackburn in the runoff.

Kingsland remains cash cow for Blackburn and his goons. With such a large population base, comes as no surprise the Sheriff's Office would target Kingsland to line County coffers. Indeed, it does. Residents complain you don't have to have broken the law to be falsely ticketed and looted by Blackburn's out of control jackbooted thugs.

The same is certainly true of Buchanan Dam as well. It's easy money. Easy to loot. With a population base that remains in poverty, where better to target defenseless victims to ticket? They pay it off, know the system is rigged, that there is no justice. Don't have the wherewithal to hire an attorney outside the County and challenge a bogus ticket in court. Worse, the 'judges' remain in cahoots. Realize they have to play the game to stay in office. Justice? What's that? Non-existent in this goddamned hell hole County.

Again, as repeatedly stated in this publication, there is a desperate need for an independent audit of all County resources and offices. More importantly, there is a desperate need for a totally independent federal agency whose only duty would be to investigate and prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers. Try them in a special court whose only duty would be to try these jackbooted thugs.

Moreover, there is a desperate need to revisit capital punishment statutes and extend them to criminal officers who murder on the job. If the jackbooted bastards in law enforcement and their sick sycophant handlers in government aren't reined in, the unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon could become reality. Sadly, sooner rather than later.

Readers should understand this publication endorses no one for office. You get to choose. Not me. Only the truth gets reported here. What you do with that truth is up to you. In light of this fact, the readership should understand approximately 15 years ago, this writer was in Llano pursuant to an open records request.

Upon thumbing, that is, hitchhiking, out of Llano that day, near city limits, this writer was harassed by two of Llano's not-so-finest. Falsely, informed me thumbing was illegal within city limits. A crock of sh-t. I knew the law. So did they, -- confirmed with a sh-t-eating grin on the faces of both jackbooted jackass bastards. I immediately returned to the Llano Police Department and filed a complaint with the Chief.

The Chief at the time was James Schilling, -- the same guy currently in the runoff with Blackburn. To his credit, Schilling made it right. Informed me he would deal with the officers. Emailed confirmation to me thumbing is indeed legal in Texas, as well as in the City of Llano. The only restrictions were the hitchhiker had to be on the right of way, not the road. In addition, it was legal on the ramps leading to interstate highways, but not on the interstates themselves. All of which I already knew. To his credit, was never harassed again by Llano Police during his tenure as Chief.

Take the above for what it's worth. Happened a long, long time ago. Yet, have to believe anyone would be better than the jackbooted thug still occupying the office. ... And his goddamned out of control goons. I know for a fact the jackbooted bastards are ticketing and arresting innocent citizens in Kingsland and Buchanan Dam to line County coffers.

Both communities are cash cows for the County. Precisely, why outrageously corrupt and abusive jackbooted goons are overstating the crime problem in both communities. To 'justify' looting the innocent. Line the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County. Nothing is ever as it seems to be, right, Sheriff?

Brother dearest. ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro? A little antsy? Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are? How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died? How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago? How much? Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch? Her cohorts? Your law enforcement shysters? While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you. Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died? Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year? She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised. FBI Director James B. Comey now claims newer smartphones than the San Bernardino model would likely not be able to be hacked into by the 'tool' the FBI bought from its still unidentified lackey firm. Interesting, isn't it? Apparently, the firm sold its soul to the devil for thirty pieces of silver. Didn't act out of principle. Goddamned greed. ... Otherwise, would have donated the 'tool' to this goddamned traitorous, treasonous, treacherous federal 'law' 'enforcement' agency.

The hypocrisy of this national socialist who falsely views himself as a 'law' 'enforcement' officer is unparalleled. Would you believe he admitted to taping the webcam lens of his personal lap top? Despite the fact this son of a bitch and his goddamned goons hack into webcams of 'suspects' they're targeting? -- The tape, as most of us know, make the camera function impossible to hack into. ... Amazing how incredibly aggressively stupid former Presidents can be. His wife running for President, Slick Willy figuratively shot himself and his wife in the ass during a confrontation with Black Lives Matter protesters during a recent Hillary campaign rally. Amazing how the former President defended a goddamned racist 'law and order' bill passed and signed into law during his regime.

This nazi law made sure blacks who did crack were far more penalized than whites who could afford cocaine. Consequently, the prisons were deliberately overloaded with drug offenders. Disproportionately black. Yet, the former President and national socialist Republicans who supported this travesty of justice have rallied to his side during this most recent faux pas. They think he got it just right. What a crock of shit. Worse? A re-write of history.

Even Hillary herself has backed away from support of this goddamned law that turned out to be a grave mistake. A terrible injustice. Even worse, led to corruption of police and their cowardly "shoot first, ask questions later" mentality responsible for the outrageous number of murders committed by our outrageously corrupt and abusive law enforcement community to this very day.

Yet, not only do the police remain clueless, so do national socialist, fascist, nazi Republican fools who still justify this atrocious law and the murders committed by police currently. Amazing how the President, as all politicians, talks out both sides his ass. Allegations in the Hillary email caper have gone on months. So, allegedly, is an investigation conducted by the FBI. Why are they dragging their feet? Why not make a decision? Don't voters have a right to know well before the election? Obama was on Fox News Sunday:

"I guarantee that there is no political influence in any investigation conducted by the Justice Department or the FBI."

He further claimed he does not talk to either the FBI or the Attorney General regarding pending investigations:

"That is, institutionally, how we have always operated. We have a strict line, and always have maintained it. Nobody gets treated differently when it comes to the Justice Department, because nobody is above the law."

Even if you believe this horse shit, carefully consider his subsequent comments to the above:

"What I also know, because I handle a lot of classified information, is that there are -- there's classified, and then there's classified. I continue to believe that she has not jeopardized America's national security." (Italics, mine. For emphasis.)

Readers? Do you get it? The President publicly expressed his belief Hillary did no wrong. Deliberately interfered in an ongoing investigation. Millions of people watched this interview. Think both the FBI and the Attorney General aren't aware? Don't know what and how he thinks? Won't think twice? That it could cost them their jobs and/or a future in government or law enforcement if they charge his heir apparent? Just the appearance of improper pressure reeks. Even if there is no undue influence and/or Hillary is completely innocent.

The State Department has asked Federal District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan to limit questions in the Hillary email lawsuit brought by Judicial Watch. Incredibly, they want testimony limited. Why? Are they desperately trying to limit the public's right to know? Know whom and what they're voting for?

If the truth does not come out as a result of this lawsuit, really think the 'Justice' Department will indeed prosecute if an ongoing investigation finds any criminal wrongdoing? In a Democratic Administration? In an investigation of a Democratic former Secretary of State? Despite the fact the President is not supposed to have influence over pending investigations? Emphasizes he doesn't.

Really believe it? ... Despite the fact the President recently claimed, strongly assured he would have no influence over the 'Justice' Department in this matter when he already has? -- If only through the recent Fox interview alone. Can anyone in government be trusted to tell the truth? Anyone? Think so?

Senior Trooper Brian Hamilton was fired by the Indiana State Police for preaching to those he pulled over during traffic stops. His dismissal occurred two days after the ACLU filed suit.

Indiana Gov. Mike Pence and his office are getting an earful from women appalled at a new abortion bill the nazi governor signed into law. This outrageous law was covered in the next to last edition of this publication, v.455. The Washington Post reports women have been calling his office en masse:

To one suburban mother in Indiana, the burial provision crossed the line into absurdity. She created a Facebook page called Periods for Pence 10 days ago.

“Any period could potentially be a miscarriage without knowledge,” she wrote. “I would hate for any of my fellow Hoosier women to be at risk of penalty if they do not ‘properly dispose’ of this or report it. Perhaps we should contact Governor Pence’s office to report our periods. We wouldn’t want him thinking that thousands of Hoosier women are trying to hide anything, would we?”

In a generally conservative and antiabortion state, the Facebook page has picked up more than 30,000 likes and has provoked a heavy influx of calls to the governor’s office. The creator of the page says this law crossed a line that bothered even Christian and Republican women.

One woman subsequently and consequently called the Governor's office and reported: “Hello, everything is flowing nicely this month, little heavier than normal.”

Yet another: “I just wanted to inform the governor that things seem to be drying up today.”

North Carolina Gov. Pat McCrory continues to have his head so far up his national socialist, nazi ass his eyeballs are turning inside out. This fascist bastard dismisses criticism of the egregiously bigoted anti-LGBT bill he recently signed into law:

As reported in an earlier edition, Attorney General Roy Cooper continues to refuse to defend the law, calls it unconstitutional.

The national socialist outrageously corrupt and abusive Federal Bureau of Investigation has informed a New York judge it intends to continue pursuit of a suit against Apple requiring them to hack into a smartphone owned by an alleged drug dealer in Brooklyn. Apple needs to stand tall. If it capitulates to this nazi agency, it will indeed lose all credibility, -- and business.

Apple has repeatedly and cowardly capitulated to FBI demands in the past. Deliberately betrayed its customers. Gutlessly turned its backs on the Bill of Rights. Further proof there is no justice in Nazi Texas? Certainly, in Bastrop County. Former Bastrop County Deputy Daniel Willis was recently tried twice for the murder of unarmed Yvette Smith. The first trial resulted in a hung jury.

The second trial was decided by visiting 'Judge' Albert McCaig Jr.. Not surprisingly, this son of a bitch, clearly in the pocket of law enforcement, found Willis not guilty. This outrageously gutless jackbooted bastard, safely behind his car, fired two rounds with his AR-15 when an unarmed Smith opened the door. Yet, an equally gutless jury refused to convict the son of a bitch.

So did McCaig, clearly in the pocket of the jackbooted bastards who certainly enjoy a license to murder on the job. -- Despite the fact the Sheriff's Office fired the jackbooted thug. Wake up. This goddamned hopelessly gutless jackbooted bastard is white, his victim, black. This is happening all across our formerly great country. Where is the justice? It's nearly all kangaroo. Why? What is equally disturbing is how Llano County appoints people to high level positions. To egregiously f--k and loot the public. Particularly, the Lakes Area. All the consequences of unbridled greed and abuse of power, however, remain a County-wide problem. But particularly in the Lakes Area because it has been traditionally cash cow for the criminals who run and own Llano County. Indeed, the Golden Goose.

How can previously honorable people, brought up to do the right thing, that is, stand up for the Constitution including the Bill of Rights be so quick to conveniently forget all this when they attain great wealth and are placed in positions of power to determinedly f--k the public? Line the pockets of criminals. How does this happen? Men and women who have falsely sworn an oath they never had any intention of honoring?

Conveniently lie to themselves and the public. Believe their own goddamned phony bullshit. Forget? Money talks. Bullshit walks. So does principle. Right out the door. Despite the fact you can only drive one car at a time, one truck, one motorcycle, as well as live in one house at any given snap shot of time. Yet, it's never enough. Coup de grace? Who'd a 'thunk' it, no? Sheriff's back to the same old shit. As reported earlier, jail booking stats dropped significantly just before the primary. Quickly rose thereafter. No surprise. Two factors likely at work here, right, Bill? First, the outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept fascist son of a bitch believes he has the runoff in the pocket.

In Nazi Texas, and particularly here in Nazi Llano County, he likely does. After all, the goddamned clueless public is too damned stupid and gutless to do otherwise but to return this nazi turd to office. Second, the County couldn't afford to lose income from all those falsely accused, ticketed and/or jailed. Can't do without the income derived from 'court costs' piled on to fines to line the pockets of the bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County.

... Right, Sheriff? A raucous boot clicking, goose stepping, traitorous, treasonous, treacherous Sieg Heil!, you nazi son of a bitch? Where's your swastika armband, Bill? You and your corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards remain out of uniform. When are you going to start testing these thugs for steroids, Sheriff? Or, are you already doing so? Have already alerted those responsible for fighting the incorporation of Kingsland in the past that at least one member sitting on the Appraisal Review Board is actively lobbying for incorporation. Without question, it is time to mobilize, get ready for a long hard political fight. Seems the Board wants to stop Kingsland resident and large residential and commercial property owner Brad Shaw from continuing his development activities. Consider him a slum lord.

Also, wish to incorporate so appraised values can skyrocket. Forget? As repeatedly reported in this publication, the Lakes Area is cash cow to Llano and the hopelessly greedy corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County. They're strangling the Golden Goose. Still want more. Never get enough.

Granted Shaw's vast holdings are not in the financial class of the Appraisal Review Board and its opulent masters in Llano, Shaw does serve a vital function and desperately needed service to the have-nots in Kingsland and elsewhere. What's that? Far more affordable housing and much lower priced commercial properties and store fronts.

As the hopelessly greedy, corrupt, abusive assholes in Llano continue to fight him and others to line their pockets and greedily f--k the middle class, the elderly, the young, and the impoverished, it is important to know why incorporation must be fought tooth and nail. Many, if not most of Kingsland is exceptionally financially challenged. Incorporation would mean a skyrocketing increase in taxes and rents.

Would mean those on the bottom, which includes much of Kingsland, would have nowhere to go. Including most businesses operating on a shoe string. Would be forced out of town due to increased taxes, rents, commercial leases, as well as draconian restrictions placed on residents and property use. -- Think the Sheriff's goons are already egregiously f--king residents by bastardizing the law and imposing restrictions they have no authority to impose?

To put it in the vernacular, "you 'ain't seen nuttin' yet." Under incorporation, the looting would be exponential compared to what it already is. Right, Sheriff? That's the true purpose of incorporation despite the goddamned bullshit coming from the Appraisal District and those appointed to do its will. That is, to ultimately line the pockets of the top 1% in Llano County. ... The thieves determinedly raping the bottom of the food chain.

None of this matters to the hopelessly greedy achingly clueless assholes ensconced on the Board courtesy of their masters in Llano. None of these turkeys is financially challenged. Not one of them. Wouldn't sit on the Board if they weren't in the top 1% of Llano County. Would, however, matter to the people on the bottom who would be royally f--ked by these cluelessly greedy assholes.

If another attempt is made to incorporate, this publication would be willing to publish full background checks on the officials responsible for this pending f--king. Would need help from the community, however, to pay for these background checks. The pieces of shit in power need to be fully exposed for whom and what they are.

Full background history of all the wheeling and dealing. Follow the money trail. Right, Sheriff? Each and every member on the Appraisal Review Board? Kingsland and the rest of the County need to step up. Say no more. ... And finally mean it. Indeed, the f--king has gone on long enough. Wake up.

Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor recently opined there is not enough diversity on the Court. She's right. There's not. Certainly, won't be any more if Republican national socialists in the Senate reverse themselves and confirm Obama's most recent pick. In ordinary circumstances, they would have quickly confirmed this national socialist since he is certainly in the pockets of the law enforcement community. For that reason alone he remains unfit. Especially, since these jackbooted thugs have no intention of upholding any civil and constitutional rights and liberties. ... Right, Sheriff?

A Wisconsin court has finally stuck it to Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker and his national socialist cronies. Struck down the Governor's right to work law as unconstitutional. This law, and others similar to it, have absolutely nothing to do with any right to work. It's intended to bust unions. Make it harder for unions to organize, exist, and be effective protecting the rights and best interests of their members.

It prevents those who do not wish to join from being assessed union fees to pay for the cost of union activity necessary to force employers to pay a livable wage and benefits. The cowardly bastards who refuse to join nonetheless enjoy these benefits obtained through union activity. -- Union activity that costs money. Money obtained from union members. Amazing how the GOP has figuratively taken it hard in the ass recently, isn't it? Doesn't your heart bleed? Remember former Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert? This convoluted son of a bitch sexually assaulted at least four boys when he was a high school wrestling coach decades ago. Paid one of them some $3.5 million in hush money.

The statute of limitations has run out on the alleged sex offenses. He pled guilty to failing to report where the massive amount of money was going. Interesting, isn't it? Think carefully about this. He doesn't get convicted of sexually abusing the boys who have suffered long-term lifetime consequences, but for failing to notify government goons as to where his money was going. Get it?

Interesting, isn't it? Hopelessly, amazingly perverse, as well. Ass backwards. Goddamned kangaroo justice. This has to change. Worst of all? This son of a bitch has not admitted molesting the boys. Only that he failed to report where the money was going. His sentencing is April 27. His lawyers want probation. No prison time. His victims continue to live with the consequences the rest of their lives. Anything wrong with this picture? Anything at all?

While information remains scant in the murder-suicide at Medina Training Annex of Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland on 4-8-16, seems the shooter, Tech. Sgt. Steven D. Bellino, 41, worked as an FBI agent for nearly two years before joining the military.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity. On a rampage. Thus, you get what you truly deserve. Always. Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate. -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area. Ten years after originally intending to do so. Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem. No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked. It's time to stand up. Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded. Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy. Literally.

The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
