Well, well, well. 2015 was one hell of a year. Moved twice. Endured ftp hacking attacks against four Liberty In Peril websites likely perpetrated by Wells Fargo and its goons. Set up a commercial site overseas in a country that has no tolerance for infringement of free speech or hackers. -- Unlike our own. Determinedly, exposed the Llano County Sheriff's Office and the Sheriff for the out of control jackbooted thugs they truly are.

Afforded similar treatment to Wells Fargo and Amanda Wright. Will continue the process against both the Sheriff's Office and Wells Fargo in 2016. Not only that, will begin the process of doing the same to my estate-stealing brother, his shyster attorney, and the court system that facilitated it. Intend to use similar tactics employed against Wells Fargo, but to far greater extent and determined ferocity. -- Wells Fargo on steroids.

Will certainly employ more Internet resources including Google Earth, other map and imaging services to expose my thieving brother and the shyster bastard employed to engineer the theft. To not only their professional communities, but the neighborhoods they live in. Circles they travel in. As many of their associates as I can find. Fresh complaints will also be filed with prosecutors and the State Bar. While all this will take considerable time, effort, and work, it is certainly achievable in the age of the Internet.

What will make this far more interesting than the Wells Fargo fiasco, I intend to air all dirty family laundry to expose my brother for the thieving bastard he has clearly become, as well as how out of state authorities did absolutely nothing to investigate the abuse of an elderly man, my father, as well as the theft of his estate.

In other words, this time the struggle will be decidedly personal. No prisoners taken. -- Excruciatingly personal since this is not the first time a family relative of ours has stolen from a parent. ... Hey, bro? No question, the struggle to expose Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the outrageously corrupt, abusive, Aryan arrogant Wells Fargo corporate management suite is, and has always been, strictly based on principle.

You're different, bro. You've clearly followed in the footsteps of our grandmother's son who egregiously and determinedly ripped her off. Pocketed our grandfather's life insurance premiums rather than pay them. Threw his own mother out of the house she bought him. With money earned scrubbing floors of high rise buildings on her hands and knees during the Depression. After promising she could live there the rest of her life. That thieving bastard was never publicly exposed for the criminal he was. You will. No question, bro. Unlike Wells Fargo, this time, it's personal.

All this, while carrying on the effort against Amanda Wright and her equally criminal handlers at Wells Fargo. ... Happened to see Amanda in HEB, recently. The effects of the strain have become quite obvious. As she's been repeatedly informed, this will not end until Wells Fargo admits wrongdoing and makes it right. Will be an interesting year no matter what. Promise.

Jack Derrington has announced his bid for Sheriff. Mr. Derrington owns the U-Haul business in Kingsland. His wife owns May I Help You. Mr. Derrington indeed has an impressive background in law enforcement, including a long stint in the Drug Enforcement Administration. Retired quite some time ago.

Hope he finally understands drug prohibition, like that of alcohol, has been a miserable failure. Corrupted every law enforcement agency in the country, -- including the Llano County Sheriff's Office. Should he be elected, needs to immediately clean up this outrageously corrupt, abusive agency that currently isn't worth a sh-t.

Every goddamned thug on the force needs to be immediately drug tested by a truly independent agency. Not only for intoxicants, but steroids as well. There needs to be a radical turnover in officers. Those remaining, as well as new hires, need to be trained to treat the public with respect, dignity, not as jackbooted goddamned thugs and nazi storm troopers.

The current incumbent and his jackbooted bastards are too damned aggressively stupid to understand they've thoroughly destroyed community relations, any faith and trust in local law enforcement. They remain a scourge. An exigent threat to liberty. ... Right, Bill? One of these days, these out of control nazi storm troopers will pull their sh-t on the wrong guy or gal. Someone with money who will do all they can to bankrupt this outrageously corrupt and abusive County.

With drug prohibition a miserable failure, it's time to change strategy and tactics. Prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, education, and keeping drugs out of the hands of minors should be top priority. After all, drugs kill, ruin lives, cause endless misery. ... Let Darwinian natural selection take care of adults who refuse to abstain. No question, it will eventually kill them. If you catch them driving intoxicated, there are already laws on the books.

Time for the Sheriff to go. He's been a miserable failure. Remains totally unresponsive to not only the 14 emails sent by this publication, but his constituents as well. Since at least the time of Ligon, those elected Sheriff have determinedly and progressively attempted to create a goddamned fascist police-state accountable to no one in this hell hole County.

Ligon's protégé and recommended handpicked successor, Nathan Garrett, a former grader operator, accelerated the corruption and abuse exponentially. The current incumbent, Bill Blackburn, a former game warden, militarized the jackbooted bastards and made them accountable to no one. There will be much more on this as the year wears on and additional people enter the race. Never forget, however, no matter who you vote for, they always wind up doing as they please. Accountable to no one. Why? Wake up. Because you tolerate it. Are too goddamned cowardly.

Sadly, the real threat to liberty is no foreign power, terrorist organization, or the criminal element. It's out of control law enforcement thugs who get their cookies off abusing innocent citizens as well as the guilty, shake down the public through asset forfeiture to line government coffers and the pockets of corrupt and abusive government officials, arrest and charge someone, anyone, no matter guilt or innocence as long as someone, anyone gets nailed. Coup de grace? Have clearly forgotten they work for the public they allegedly swore to protect and defend. Where? Where else? Nazi America. A goddamned fascist police-state. ... Right, Sheriff? A raucous, boot clicking, goose stepping traitorous, treasonous, treacherous Sieg Heil!, Billy Boy? Indeed, welcome to 2016, Sheriff.

With five running for Llano County Sheriff, came as no surprise there will be a runoff between incumbent Bill Blackburn and James Schilling, retired Llano City Police Chief. What comes as a surprise, however, is the fact the people of Llano County remain so aggressively stupid and hopelessly ignorant they would even place Blackburn in the runoff.

Kingsland remains cash cow for Blackburn and his goons. With such a large population base, comes as no surprise the Sheriff's Office would target Kingsland to line County coffers. Indeed, it does. Residents complain you don't have to have broken the law to be falsely ticketed and looted by Blackburn's out of control jackbooted thugs.

The same is certainly true of Buchanan Dam as well. It's easy money. Easy to loot. With a population base that remains in poverty, where better to target defenseless victims to ticket? They pay it off, know the system is rigged, that there is no justice. Don't have the wherewithal to hire an attorney outside the County and challenge a bogus ticket in court. Worse, the 'judges' remain in cahoots. Realize they have to play the game to stay in office. Justice? What's that? Non-existent in this goddamned hell hole County.

Again, as repeatedly stated in this publication, there is a desperate need for an independent audit of all County resources and offices. More importantly, there is a desperate need for a totally independent federal agency whose only duty would be to investigate and prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers. Try them in a special court whose only duty would be to try these jackbooted thugs.

Moreover, there is a desperate need to revisit capital punishment statutes and extend them to criminal officers who murder on the job. If the jackbooted bastards in law enforcement and their sick sycophant handlers in government aren't reined in, the unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon could become reality. Sadly, sooner rather than later.

Readers should understand this publication endorses no one for office. You get to choose. Not me. Only the truth gets reported here. What you do with that truth is up to you. In light of this fact, the readership should understand approximately 15 years ago, this writer was in Llano pursuant to an open records request.

Upon thumbing, that is, hitchhiking, out of Llano that day, near city limits, this writer was harassed by two of Llano's not-so-finest. Falsely, informed me thumbing was illegal within city limits. A crock of sh-t. I knew the law. So did they, -- confirmed with a sh-t-eating grin on the faces of both jackbooted jackass bastards. I immediately returned to the Llano Police Department and filed a complaint with the Chief.

The Chief at the time was James Schilling, -- the same guy currently in the runoff with Blackburn. To his credit, Schilling made it right. Informed me he would deal with the officers. Emailed confirmation to me thumbing is indeed legal in Texas, as well as in the City of Llano. The only restrictions were the hitchhiker had to be on the right of way, not the road. In addition, it was legal on the ramps leading to interstate highways, but not on the interstates themselves. All of which I already knew. To his credit, was never harassed again by Llano Police during his tenure as Chief.

Take the above for what it's worth. Happened a long, long time ago. Yet, have to believe anyone would be better than the jackbooted thug still occupying the office. ... And his goddamned out of control goons. I know for a fact the jackbooted bastards are ticketing and arresting innocent citizens in Kingsland and Buchanan Dam to line County coffers.

Both communities are cash cows for the County. Precisely, why outrageously corrupt and abusive jackbooted goons are overstating the crime problem in both communities. To 'justify' looting the innocent. Line the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County. Nothing is ever as it seems to be, right, Sheriff?

Healthcare costs and insurance premiums continue to skyrocket. Hasn't escaped the attention of Chelsea Clinton and her mother either, -- Her Royal Highness Queen Hillary Rodham Clinton. Seems the junior Clinton is claiming Mom, if elected, will use Executive Orders to lower costs. "Crushing costs" How?

“We can either do that directly or through tax credits. And, kind of figuring out whether she could do that through executive action, or she would need to do that through tax credits working with Congress. She thinks either of those will help solve the challenge of kind of the crushing costs that still exist for too many people who even are part of the Affordable Care Act.”

The Washington Times reports the Congressional Budget Office claims Obamacare insurance premiums will increase 6% each year for the next ten years. Also, claims corporations will drop millions of employees from coverage. Interesting, isn't it?

North Carolina is marching backwards. The Legislature passed a bill blocking municipalities from passing anti-discrimination ordinances designed to protect the LGBT community from homophobic businesses that shamelessly discriminate. Was immediately signed into law by Gov. Pat McCrory after passage in a special session called to prevent a Charlotte LGBT anti-discrimination measure from going into effect.

Amazing how so many remain so determined to live in the cave. Force their outrageously convoluted, perverse religious views on others. In direct violation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause.

Some major corporations are pushing back. Threatening to move. Not hold conventions. Withhold funding. Move the Superbowl, etc.. The corporate management suite is not doing this for altruistic reasons or to combat egregious injustice, however. It's doing it because employees and consumers are demanding it. It's good business. Makes business sense. Think they won't withhold funding to candidates and parties that don't tow the line?

It's 2016, not 1950. Time to guaranty all the same rights and privileges. End the goddamned bigotry still rampant across our formerly great country. All bigotry.

Subsequent to writing the above, North Carolina Attorney General Roy Cooper, standing tall, announced he will not defend the law against challenge.

Goons in the federal bureaucracy are seriously considering relaxing privacy rules protecting those seeking drug and/or alcohol treatment. They're out of their minds. Believe the addicted will seek treatment if they think their employers, law enforcement, and others will be notified? We're going backwards. Aggressive stupidity, Aryan arrogance, determined ignorance at its very worst.

Then again, where do we live? Wake up. Where else? Nazi America. A goddamned fascist police-state. Where day is night, night is day, and sh-t smells perversely sweet. A fascist police-state where privacy no longer exists. All civil and constitutional rights and liberties deliberately abrogated, eviscerated in a determined effort to consolidate Executive power, jam a goddamned jackbooted fascist police-state boot heel into the throat of the public. Right, Sheriff?

Texas is not the only state where the Governor and Legislature practice medicine without a license. Indiana Gov. Mike Pence has signed a bill into law that not only dictates what a woman can and cannot do with her uterus, but dictates to her and her doctor that a fetus cannot be aborted due to abnormalities.

... As well for a number of other incomprehensible bullsh-t reasons cleverly designed to make it impossible for a woman to exercise her constitutional right to abort. That is, women will be forced in Indiana to bring a fetus to term that has no chance of survival. Go through the pain, suffering. Both mother and child. In a desperate, convoluted effort to force their perverse ideological and religious views on all in direct violation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause. Indeed, the 'Christian' thing to do according to these goddamned religious fascists. National socialists. Nazis.

This law has numerous other egregious restrictions and will be immediately challenged in court. Nazi America. A goddamned fascist police-state. Where legislators and the governor practice medicine without a license. Where the goddamned government unconstitutionally forces its perverse, convoluted, aberrant religious views on all in direct violation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause.

Incredibly, this law goes so far that even those who have previously supported anti-abortion laws strongly oppose this one. Sick religion. Imposed by sick sycophants. Religion gone wild. Forced on all. Despite the First Amendment Establishment Clause. Where? Wake up. Where do you think? Where else? Nazi America. The Fourth Reich.

Travis County and counties elsewhere here in Nazi Texas have a problem. A serious problem. They think they can do as they please. For the most part, they can. With impunity. Not always, however. There are a handful of judges out there who take their oaths of office to protect and defend the Constitution seriously. Not many, of course, but a determined few.

Seems law enforcement goons in Austin have been forcibly drawing blood in felony drunk driving cases without a warrant. At least 17 extremely serious DWI cases in Travis County are now in jeopardy. Jackbooted goons and their prosecutor shills claim the warrantless blood draws were done at a time such goon behavior was legal. Say what?

Are they out of their minds? How can something outrageously unconstitutional be argued as legal? Again, what we have here is gradual erosion of the Bill of Rights. Forget? According to prosecutors and law enforcement goons, if it is not directly referenced in the Constitution, the right does not exist. Yet, these very same goddamned prosecutors and their goons employ and justify tactics nowhere expressed in the Constitution.

A goddamned convenient double standard for the bastards in government who are doing all they can to establish a fascist police-state. As far as DWI is concerned, yes, it's extremely dangerous. Has to be outlawed to protect the public. That's not why it's outlawed, however. No longer. It's become cash cow for nazi government.

If this goddamned out of control fascist government truly wished to do something about the scourge of DWI, they'd radically change tactics. Anyone who has been caught more than once driving drunk has a serious alcohol problem. It's not rocket science. It's addiction. Yes, an arrest has to be made. Yes, the case has to be adjudicated in a court of law.

It's how it's resolved that remains the problem. There has been a change in some areas of the country in regard to how these cases are approached. Treatment rather than punishment is beginning to take root. That's the only way to handle this growing problem. We all know of cases where people have spent years in prison after killing someone while driving drunk. After multiple convictions for DWI.

The first thing they do upon release? Get drunk and again drive drunk. Can't afford to keep all such drunks in prison the rest of their lives. There're too many of them. ... And it's not just the drunks. There are many other felons that need mental health treatment to lessen recidivism rates. The jackbooted bastards in law enforcement and their shills, both prosecutors and judges, don't seem to understand this.

... Or, more likely, there is a more important reason for their intransigence. It's the money, stupid. To the point where prisons are privatized. Corporations looting taxpayers. To provide a 'service' that's not working. Is an abysmal failure. Then again, this is Nazi America. A goddamned fascist police-state.

Hey, Sheriff? Aren't your goons legally obligated to follow the very same laws and rules the rest of us are required to follow? How is it they're allowed to sit their fat steroid juiced asses at a picnic table at HEB in Kingsland while their Llano County Sheriff's Office pickup is parked in front of the store in a no parking zone? No exigent circumstances. Special treatment for the privileged? Saturday afternoon, 3-26-16. After 4 pm.

The jackbooted thug didn't seem to be doing anything other than staring at this writer leisurely walking from the north end of the store all the way past him. The bastard cowardly looked away at the last possible moment. As he sat on his amply corpulent ass waiting for someone to make a phone call. This proper procedure, Sheriff? What about the dark tinted glass on all police vehicles?

The public would get a ticket. To line County coffers and the pockets of the bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County. Not so your goons. Why not? More to the point, why the hell doesn't the public have the right to see the face of the jackbooted bastards oppressing them? What are you and your thugs so afraid of, Sheriff? Exposure? The Republican race for President is getting out of hand. Since when is another candidate's wife a suitable target for the Trump nazi? Can certainly understand why Party bigwigs have their shorts in a wad over this national socialist. How could things have deteriorated to this point? One thing for sure, the GOP will not likely remain the party we always knew and 'loved' after the Trump debacle.

Is it possible we're witnessing the death of a modern major political machine? Certainly, hope so. ... Now, for the Democrats to do precisely the same, that is, self destruct. Both have sold us out. Both have looted us to line their bottomless pockets. Both have stood by as the Nazi Right deliberately abrogated all civil and constitutional rights and liberties. Despite enormous pressure coming from the Nazi Right, Georgia Republican Gov. Nathan Deal stood tall. Indeed, a rare thing for any GOP official to do. Vetoed a 'religious' 'liberty' bill that would have egregiously discriminated against the LGBT community. This bill was strongly opposed by many, including major corporations.

This exceptionally courageous Governor opined the bill, "doesn’t reflect the character of our state or the character of its people.”

That's right. Does not. Anywhere in our formerly great country. It's national socialist, fascist, nazi legislation embraced by the Religious Right and its sick sycophants. It's not Christian. It's nazi. Gives Christians a bad name. As intolerant, self-righteous, and narrow minded. Indeed, some are. Fortunately, not all. Wouldn't be surprised the head honcho of their religion is not happy with the direction the Nazi Right is taking his spiritual beliefs. How they've been perversely bastardized by goddamned fascists on the Right.

GoGaurdian software installed on any computers issued your kid? Any device your child is allowed to bring home? Be warned it tracks all Internet activity on the device. In or out of school. All browsing and searches. This software is also apparently designed to flag students it deems 'suicidal.' Certainly, a privacy concern depending on whom it is shared with, other than the parents, of course.

Schools have called parents late night and instructed they better check on the activities of their kids, 'I think you need to check on your child.'

Is that right? Think these bastards have the right? Have you given them permission? Acquiesced? Or, have they taken it upon themselves? The quote comes from NPR.

Not only did the CIA torture enemy combatants, it stripped them naked, took pictures to sexually humiliate them. Think this proper treatment of what amounts to a prisoner of war? The goddamned jackbooted bastards are indeed unprosecuted war criminals. Have disgraced themselves, -- as well as our formerly great country. No wonder they opine Trump, if elected, will have to bring the bucket if he orders them to water board.

The President juxtaposed to the Governor of Texas is indeed a gift that keeps on giving. Readers will recall a recent PolitiFact Texas truth test. The President at South By Southwest made the statement: "The folks who are currently governing the good state of Texas aren't interested in having more people participate." Indeed, they aren't. In response, the Governor remarked voter fraud was "rampant." PolitiFact ruled this assertion false. "Pants on fire!" Indeed, there is virtually none.

The Governor also remarked: "To the contrary of the president's comment, the ... fact is, despite our voter registration laws, we had the highest level of turnout than ever before in the primary that occurred just a few weeks before he made that comment."

Our ruling
Abbott said Texas "had the highest level of turnout than ever before in the primary" in 2016.

We don't know if Abbott was focusing on raw counts of primary voters or if he was fixed on the 19 percent share of registered voters participating in the Republican primary.

However, percentage turnout across both primaries was previously higher in several years, including 2008, 1988, and 1972. This Governor's statement also failed to acknowledge that Texas remains among the nation's lowest-turnout states.

They're certainly being generous, kindly to the son of a bitch prevaricator in Austin. Know what it truly is? In plain language? Disingenuous, self-serving bullshit on the part of the Governor. The PolitiFact Texas material above also does not address how much higher voter turnout could and/or might have been had minorities, the elderly, and others not been deliberately disenfranchised by Republican national socialists determined to crush votes for anyone other than the GOP. Voter ID. Indeed, a Grand Old Party desperately out of control. Having succumbed to national socialism.

The FBI announced it's cracked the San Bernadino Smartphone. Is that right? Won't need Apple's assistance. Still don't know if their hacking claim is true or not. Until that's clear, Apple security and encryption are now in question. If the security were truly robust, should have taken the hacker bastards working for the FBI years to have broken into the device. Otherwise, the security is less than worthless since it gives a false sense of security that does not exist.

If U.S. manufacturers can't protect us against hackers, including law enforcement goons, we need to look overseas for more robust systems and encryption. While there is no such thing as perfect security, it should certainly take hackers, including law enforcement goons on fishing expeditions with no warrant far more than a few days to break into any phone or digital device.

We now live in a goddamned fascist police-state where government can no longer be trusted. Has abrogated that trust over and over and over again. All levels of government. We are no longer a free country. Far from it. Time to wake up. Stand up, resist, do not cooperate with the bastards. They're f--king the public.

Have become an exigent threat to all civil and constitutional rights and liberties. A far greater threat than any foreign power, terrorist organization or the criminal element. The terrorists have won. Given the jackbooted bastards in our government, all levels, the excuse they needed to falsely, determinedly abrogate the Bill of Rights in the supposed interest of 'security.'

As Franklin so wisely opined well over 200 years ago, anyone willing to trade liberty for security deserves and winds up with neither. You get what you truly, richly deserve. Privacy now trumps 'security.' Has to. Police go on fishing expeditions. No warrant. Do as they please. Remain an exigent threat. As encryption is strengthened, law enforcement will simply have to work harder to catch criminals, stop terrorists. Liberty is dangerous. Without question, if there is no privacy, there is no liberty. There are risks. Those risks must be taken, -- if we are to remain free.

It's already being researched as areas of the brain are carefully mapped and scientists struggle to fully understand how it works and how its contents can be accessed. Will take some time, but should it eventually become reality, will you allow these goddamned jackbooted bastards the right to totally eradicate all privacy, including that of thought? Wake up. Justice is severely challenged in Nazi America. -- If not absent without leave in many regions of our formerly great country. Nazi 'judges' remain in the pocket of outrageously corrupt, abusive, self-serving law enforcement. Even in cities with egregious records of abuse. Missouri passed a bill after the Ferguson fiasco that reined in at least some of this abuse. Was signed into law.

This statute rightfully limited profits cities could make from jackbooted thugs ticketing and arresting its citizens. To unjustly line the pockets of the bastards who run and own these goddamned cities. Just like here, right, Sheriff? A national socialist 'judge' clearly in the pocket of law enforcement and the cities in question recently struck down this law as unconstitutional. Indeed, nazi justice in Nazi America. Again, right, Sheriff?

This law also required written use of force policies as well as written procedures for how jackbooted bastards report stops. All thrown out by this goddamned nazi judge. Another step backward. Another reason why the states need to be supervised by the federal government as to how police are to operate and that constitutional guaranties are implemented. Otherwise, the nazis do as they please. Shit on the United States Constitution. Do so with impunity. Right, Sheriff? Why do your jackbooted goons remain out of uniform, Bill? Where are their swastika armbands?

Interestingly and to his great credit, Republican State Sen. Eric Schmitt proposed the law. Reacted to the court decision quite robustly:

"For years citizens have been abused by local bureaucrats who have treated them like ATMs to fund their bloated budgets, salaries and perks. These same bureaucrats used the money they collected to hire an out-of-state attorney and lobbyists to fight the most significant municipal court reform ever enacted in Missouri."

Here, here. Until this changes, expect more of the same as our formerly great country continues to nazify. Right, Sheriff?

Amazing how the Right disingenuously distorts reality, and/or outright lies to defend itself and impose its perverse convoluted ideology and religious views on the rest of us. Certainly, legislates these views while on the bench, engages in sophistry as convenient when arguing its beliefs in any social setting. Filibusters to limit exceptionally pointed opposition.

Cannot withstand dissent or tolerate those of us who ferociously challenge its determined perversity, aggressive stupidity. Worse? Argue a point with the determinedly clueless, provide additional strong supporting evidence of a position contrary to theirs, and guess what? They can't respond intelligently. Have no ability to do so. Fall flat on their face when aggressively challenged.

Lamely, falsely, disingenuously then accuse their challengers with changing the subject when the additional evidence remains on point and directly on target. Have no response or defense to their indefensible position. Know they've lost the argument. Yet, stupidly continue to flail ineffectively, display their ignorance no matter the personal cost. That is, make fools of themselves, while desperately trying to cover their asses, instead of admitting the truth.

Can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullsh-t seems to be their chief operating principle. Their thinking is black or white, no shades of gray. No hues of brilliant color. They're too narrow minded to see any further than the tip of their noses. Their analysis of problems is achingly over simplistic. Their solutions to enormously difficult problems are consequently ineffective and lacking.

Equally pointedly? Someone tells you they're not politically correct. ... Know what they're really saying? They're achingly prejudiced, either racist bigots or hopelessly homophobic. Usually and sadly, both. Worse, they're a boor and/or a bore. Care only for themselves, no one else. Lining their pockets and the hell with the peasants they looted to get it. Saddest of all and the epitome of irony?

Like the rest of us, when they die, it all gets left behind. Ironically, to someone who never worked for it, didn't earn it, couldn't care less how much effort the unenlightened boor/bore expended looting it from someone who did. Not so, the national socialist, fascist, nazi element, that like a cancer, has insidiously taken over our formerly great country.

Trump has a severe problem with instability. On 3-30-16, the national socialist fascist bastard stated abortion should be banned and women who obtain one punished. When pointedly challenged, retracted the statement. The right to an abortion is indeed settled law. Been so courtesy of Roe v. Wade since January 1973. Take a Supreme Court reversal to change this.

The bastards on the Right are already unconstitutionally accomplishing the very same by needlessly making it extremely difficult to get an abortion. Which will shortly be challenged in an 8 member Supreme Court. Consequently, nothing will change any time in the near future. If the right to abort, however, is successfully overturned in the future by a nazi Supreme Court, it is highly likely the unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon would sadly become reality. Conveniently, gutlessly forget? If there is no reproductive freedom, there is no freedom at all.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Bliu McCurry, Reliable Tire Disposal. A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity. On a rampage. Thus, you get what you truly deserve. Always. Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate. -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area. Ten years after originally intending to do so. This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
