Well, well, well. 2015 was one hell of a year. Moved twice. Endured ftp hacking attacks against four Liberty In Peril websites likely perpetrated by Wells Fargo and its goons. Set up a commercial site overseas in a country that has no tolerance for infringement of free speech or hackers. -- Unlike our own. Determinedly, exposed the Llano County Sheriff's Office and the Sheriff for the out of control jackbooted thugs they truly are.

Afforded similar treatment to Wells Fargo and Amanda Wright. Will continue the process against both the Sheriff's Office and Wells Fargo in 2016. Not only that, will begin the process of doing the same to my estate-stealing brother, his shyster attorney, and the court system that facilitated it. Intend to use similar tactics employed against Wells Fargo, but to far greater extent and determined ferocity. -- Wells Fargo on steroids.

Will certainly employ more Internet resources including Google Earth, other map and imaging services to expose my thieving brother and the shyster bastard employed to engineer the theft. To not only their professional communities, but the neighborhoods they live in. Circles they travel in. As many of their associates as I can find. Fresh complaints will also be filed with prosecutors and the State Bar. While all this will take considerable time, effort, and work, it is certainly achievable in the age of the Internet.

What will make this far more interesting than the Wells Fargo fiasco, I intend to air all dirty family laundry to expose my brother for the thieving bastard he has clearly become, as well as how out of state authorities did absolutely nothing to investigate the abuse of an elderly man, my father, as well as the theft of his estate.

In other words, this time the struggle will be decidedly personal. No prisoners taken. -- Excruciatingly personal since this is not the first time a family relative of ours has stolen from a parent. ... Hey, bro? No question, the struggle to expose Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the outrageously corrupt, abusive, Aryan arrogant Wells Fargo corporate management suite is, and has always been, strictly based on principle.

You're different, bro. You've clearly followed in the footsteps of our grandmother's son who egregiously and determinedly ripped her off. Pocketed our grandfather's life insurance premiums rather than pay them. Threw his own mother out of the house she bought him. With money earned scrubbing floors of high rise buildings on her hands and knees during the Depression. After promising she could live there the rest of her life. That thieving bastard was never publicly exposed for the criminal he was. You will. No question, bro. Unlike Wells Fargo, this time, it's personal.

... And the approach? Fasten seat belts. Will make the last three years of the Wells Fargo fiasco look like a day at the park. No more snail mail bullsh-t, either, bro. Tired of it. All this, while carrying on the effort against Amanda Wright and her equally criminal handlers at Wells Fargo. ... Happened to see Amanda in HEB, recently. The effects of the strain have become quite obvious. As she's been repeatedly informed, this will not end until Wells Fargo admits wrongdoing and makes it right. Will be an interesting year no matter what. Promise.

Jack Derrington has announced his bid for Sheriff. Mr. Derrington owns the U-Haul business in Kingsland. His wife owns May I Help You. Mr. Derrington indeed has an impressive background in law enforcement, including a long stint in the Drug Enforcement Administration. Retired quite some time ago.

Hope he finally understands drug prohibition, like that of alcohol, has been a miserable failure. Corrupted every law enforcement agency in the country, -- including the Llano County Sheriff's Office. Should he be elected, needs to immediately clean up this outrageously corrupt, abusive agency that currently isn't worth a sh-t.

Every goddamned thug on the force needs to be immediately drug tested by a truly independent agency. Not only for intoxicants, but steroids as well. There needs to be a radical turnover in officers. Those remaining, as well as new hires, need to be trained to treat the public with respect, dignity, not as jackbooted goddamned thugs and nazi storm troopers.

The current incumbent and his jackbooted bastards are too damned aggressively stupid to understand they've thoroughly destroyed community relations, any faith and trust in local law enforcement. They remain a scourge. An exigent threat to liberty. ... Right, Bill? One of these days, these out of control nazi storm troopers will pull their sh-t on the wrong guy or gal. Someone with money who will do all they can to bankrupt this outrageously corrupt and abusive County.

With drug prohibition a miserable failure, it's time to change strategy and tactics. Prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, education, and keeping drugs out of the hands of minors should be top priority. After all, drugs kill, ruin lives, cause endless misery. ... Let Darwinian natural selection take care of adults who refuse to abstain. No question, it will eventually kill them. If you catch them driving intoxicated, there are already laws on the books.

Time for the Sheriff to go. He's been a miserable failure. Remains totally unresponsive to not only the 14 emails sent by this publication, but his constituents as well. Since at least the time of Ligon, those elected Sheriff have determinedly and progressively attempted to create a goddamned fascist police-state accountable to no one in this hell hole County.

Ligon's protégé and recommended handpicked successor, Nathan Garrett, a former grader operator, accelerated the corruption and abuse exponentially. The current incumbent, Bill Blackburn, a former game warden, militarized the jackbooted bastards and made them accountable to no one. There will be much more on this as the year wears on and additional people enter the race. Never forget, however, no matter who you vote for, they always wind up doing as they please. Accountable to no one. Why? Wake up. Because you tolerate it. Are too goddamned cowardly.

Sadly, the real threat to liberty is no foreign power, terrorist organization, or the criminal element. It's out of control law enforcement thugs who get their cookies off abusing innocent citizens as well as the guilty, shake down the public through asset forfeiture to line government coffers and the pockets of corrupt and abusive government officials, arrest and charge someone, anyone, no matter guilt or innocence as long as someone, anyone gets nailed. Coup de grace? Have clearly forgotten they work for the public they allegedly swore to protect and defend. Where? Where else? Nazi America. A goddamned fascist police-state. ... Right, Sheriff? A raucous, boot clicking, goose stepping traitorous, treasonous, treacherous Sieg Heil!, Billy Boy? Indeed, welcome to 2016, Sheriff.

With five running for Llano County Sheriff, came as no surprise there will be a runoff between incumbent Bill Blackburn and James Schilling, retired Llano City Police Chief. What comes as a surprise, however, is the fact the people of Llano County remain so aggressively stupid and hopelessly ignorant they would even place Blackburn in the runoff.

Kingsland remains cash cow for Blackburn and his goons. With such a large population base, comes as no surprise the Sheriff's Office would target Kingsland to line County coffers. Indeed, it does. Residents complain you don't have to have broken the law to be falsely ticketed and looted by Blackburn's out of control jackbooted thugs.

The same is certainly true of Buchanan Dam as well. It's easy money. Easy to loot. With a population base that remains in poverty, where better to target defenseless victims to ticket? They pay it off, know the system is rigged, that there is no justice. Don't have the wherewithal to hire an attorney outside the County and challenge a bogus ticket in court. Worse, the 'judges' remain in cahoots. Realize they have to play the game to stay in office. Justice? What's that? Non-existent in this goddamned hell hole County.

Again, as repeatedly stated in this publication, there is a desperate need for an independent audit of all County resources and offices. More importantly, there is a desperate need for a totally independent federal agency whose only duty would be to investigate and prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers. Try them in a special court whose only duty would be to try these jackbooted thugs.

Moreover, there is a desperate need to revisit capital punishment statutes and extend them to criminal officers who murder on the job. If the jackbooted bastards in law enforcement and their sick sycophant handlers in government aren't reined in, the unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon could become reality. Sadly, sooner rather than later.

Readers should understand this publication endorses no one for office. You get to choose. Not me. Only the truth gets reported here. What you do with that truth is up to you. In light of this fact, the readership should understand approximately 15 years ago, this writer was in Llano pursuant to an open records request.

Upon thumbing, that is, hitchhiking, out of Llano that day, near city limits, this writer was harassed by two of Llano's not-so-finest. Falsely, informed me thumbing was illegal within city limits. A crock of sh-t. I knew the law. So did they, -- confirmed with a sh-t-eating grin on the faces of both jackbooted jackass bastards. I immediately returned to the Llano Police Department and filed a complaint with the Chief.

The Chief at the time was James Schilling, -- the same guy currently in the runoff with Blackburn. To his credit, Schilling made it right. Informed me he would deal with the officers. Emailed confirmation to me thumbing is indeed legal in Texas, as well as in the City of Llano. The only restrictions were the hitchhiker had to be on the right of way, not the road. In addition, it was legal on the ramps leading to interstate highways, but not on the interstates themselves. All of which I already knew. To his credit, was never harassed again by Llano Police during his tenure as Chief.

Take the above for what it's worth. Happened a long, long time ago. Yet, have to believe anyone would be better than the jackbooted thug still occupying the office. ... And his goddamned out of control goons. I know for a fact the jackbooted bastards are ticketing and arresting innocent citizens in Kingsland and Buchanan Dam to line County coffers.

Both communities are cash cows for the County. Precisely, why outrageously corrupt and abusive jackbooted goons are overstating the crime problem in both communities. To 'justify' looting the innocent. Line the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County. Nothing is ever as it seems to be, right, Sheriff?

Suicide by cop is one of the worst things the despondent can do. Not only is it cowardly, has a lifetime effect on the officer or officers involved. The cop suffers terribly for nothing. So does his or her family. With so many murders committed by police on duty, it exacerbates distrust and unrest in the community. Some will always doubt. Consider an innocent officer to be guilty.

Seems the suicide death by cop of India M. Beaty, 25, in Virginia recently is a case in point. This young black woman, mother of four, pointed what turned out to be a non-firing replica of a handgun at police. The photograph of the 'weapon' looked remarkably real. The shooting is being investigated, but appears to be a 'good shoot.' The officers have yet to be identified, have been relieved of duty pending investigation.

If this turns out to be what it appears to be, those officers have a lifetime of misery ahead. Will relive it over and over and over again. Question what could have been done differently. Doubt. Guilt. Unlimited. Undeserved.

Since Ferguson, corrupt and abusive law enforcement has threatened a slowdown. Turns out this may indeed be a positive in Baltimore. Seems cops have laid off minor chicken sh-t motor vehicle violations. This apparently has had a positive effect on police-community relations. After all, if a cop sees a broken tail light, the reasonable thing to do is stop the driver and issue a warning. If he or she sees the same vehicle a week later and nothing has been done, then ticket the offender.

This was part of a Johns Hopkins University study. The study has found the Ferguson effect embraced by cops there, all across the country, as well as by FBI Director James Comey is a crock. Also, these very same disingenuous bastards have whined criticism of law enforcement has led to increased killings of police. Not so. Also, a crock of sh-t. Time for police to clean up their act. Stop abusing, shaking down, murdering innocent people.

Cell phone cameras have also forced criminal officers to be far more careful about getting caught. This is also a positive result of increased determined scrutiny by a public tired of the corruption and abuse. After all, the public wants good policing, not abusive goons who get their cookies off brutalizing, harassing, abusing, shaking down, and murdering people. Right, Sheriff? Johns Hopkins sociologist Stephen Morgan states:

"I do think we provide some pretty compelling evidence that it is possible for the police to use discretion, to use alternatives to arrest, in a place like Baltimore without influencing the pattern of crime."

"In an environment like Baltimore, where there is a pretty strongly held view among members of some communities that police have been too tough and too brutal, it is possible that you can have more community-responsive policing, a lighter touch, and not increase the crime rate."

The President, following through with his constitutional duties as promised, nominated Merrick Garland to the U.S. Supreme Court. This is an incredibly poor choice. This guy is in the pocket of law enforcement. If Republicans had a clue, this is the guy they'd quickly confirm. Although one never knows for sure and while he will likely not be another Scalia, Garland is not on the side of the long suffering public vis a vis outrageously corrupt, abusive, murderous policing.

This will likely be quite a growing problem as our formerly great country continues to nazify, becomes the Fourth Reich, a goddamned fascist police-state. Ordinarily, Republican fascists would be quick to confirm this son of a bitch. Won't likely do so until after the election in November. If then.

Would likely be too late anyway if the Democrats hold onto the White House and/or retake the Senate. Republicans may indeed consequently and figuratively take it exceptionally hard where the sun seldom shines, without the Vaseline, if indeed Hillary wins and decides to nominate someone far more progressive.

A couple of weeks ago, a friend suggested a business executive or owner would be best choice for President. Someone who's employed people. Before we were side tracked by other matters, I replied the finest President in our lifetime, President Kennedy, had no business experience yet turned out to be one of our best, -- despite his exceptionally short time in office.

Of course, a Republican would never quite see things that way. ... And while as an independent I did not vote for Reagan, I would also point out that most Republicans hold up Reagan as the perfect example, ideal standard of the GOP. -- Despite by current standards, Reagan would be considered a liberal compared to the nazis currently running. Would also point out most members of the corporate management suite lean Republican with extremely rare exception.

Yet, in a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves, the greedy bastards in the corporate management suite have managed to decimate the middle class. Good jobs have been moved overseas since these sons of bitches don't wish to pay a livable wage. Equally pointedly, they're moving corporate headquarters overseas to evade corporate taxes. Many, if not most of whom, pay nowhere near maximum corporate tax rates here. Some under 10%. Others pay nothing.

As CEO Warren Buffet has repeatedly pointed out, his administrative assistants pay a higher tax rate than him. This has to change. Any corporation that traitorously, treasonously moves overseas should forfeit all American assets. As well as American citizenship of all corporate personnel. Let them go. We'd be far better off without the bastards. Good riddens.

Would also point out Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder is quite a successful Republican and businessman himself. Yet, he's directly responsible for the lead in the water fiasco in Flint. Should resign in disgrace or be removed by recall. Then prosecuted for malfeasance, dereliction of duty. Think this son of a bitch fit for office of President? Think a national socialist named Trump who filed corporate bankruptcy four times a good choice as well? Ever see the old news reels of Hitler's rallies in the 30s? Other than the language of course, think they're any different than Trump's?

To the idiots out there who truly believe only people pay taxes, not corporations since they always pass them on, there is perverse 'logic' to that belief. Why? Simple. The greedy sons of bitches in the corporate management suite own their bought and paid for lackeys in both the Democratic and Republican parties.

Consequently, this ensures the corporate tax rates never get so high the greedy corporate bastards are forced to pay them themselves, rather than pass them on to consumers who could not afford to pay them anyway. Especially, since the majority of Americans no longer receive a livable wage. After all, wouldn't want top management to do without, would we? Despite the increasingly perverse Ayn Rand Atlas Shrugged views of GOP national socialists who convolutedly believe otherwise.

Worse? The Right ludicrously and haughtily dismisses all criticism of itself as 'political correctness.' This cluelessly, cowardly is used by the fascist element in our formerly great country to evade responsibility for the evisceration of the middle class as well as the concerted, determined, cleverly designed abrogation of all civil and constitutional rights and liberties. Establishment of a fascist police-state where the corporate management suite uses its bought and paid for government lackeys in both major political parties to do its will.

Sierra K. Thomas is a black student at Virginia State University in Petersburg, Va.. Decided she would take a stand against a nazi named Trump. Attended a Trump rally in Crown Coliseum in Fayetteville, N.C to protest. In Nazi America, a protester can be killed for exercising the First Amendment right of protest. Did not deter her.

Driving to the rally alone, she repeatedly tried to allay paralyzing fear by saying to herself:

"Sierra, don’t be afraid. You can do this. No matter what happens, remember why you’re here.

"This is for every black man incarcerated, beaten and killed because of racism.

"This is so all Americans — white, black, Asian, Native American, brown, rich, poor — won’t have a huge target on our backs because we allowed a bigot to run this country."

Arriving at the rally, bided her time until the right moment. Then rose up and put her fist in the air and repeatedly chanted “BLACK LIVES MATTER!” Did it alone. Took quite a bit of abuse and was manhandled by three officers as she was thrown out. All the time repeating the chant. As she was being booted out, a white middle aged piece of shit said to her, “Get your little ass out of here! Go home, nigger!”

This is what Trump represents. The worst our formerly great country has to offer. One of the jackbooted thugs repeatedly and desperately tried to get her fist out of the air. Was unsuccessful. This woman has uncommon valor. Was not arrested. Job well done. If you do not stand up, tolerate the resurrection of nazism, you get what you truly deserve. Black, white, green, purple, etc.. Race matters not one bit. If they do this to her, who's next?

Anonymous is at it again. Hacked into Trump's personal records and published them online. Including his Social Security number. Couldn't happen to a nicer guy. The FBI is aware and investigating. Seems they also posted records of his close associates. His son also received threatening mail from someone. -- That's way over the line and criminal.

Chicago police cannot seem to get their stories straight. Seems a growing problem across our formerly great country. Remember the killing of Quintonio LeGrier, 19, and Bettie Jones, 55, a neighbor by Officer Robert Rialmo on 12-26-15? The officer gave two different versions. First, he said LeGrier held a bat over his head. Two days later, he claimed LeGrier swung the bat at him. Which is it, Officer? When were you lying? Day 1 or two days later? Both times?

The President's trip to Cuba has been severely criticized by the Nazi Right. Too bad. Sad, these national socialists remain clueless to the fact the only people who have greatly suffered as a result is the Cuban public. Not the communist bastards running the show. Instead of clearly demonstrating the advantages of a free democratic republic, the United States has for decades done the direct opposite.

Worse, it's given Fidel and brother Raul endless fodder by trying to kill the elder Castro too many times to accurately count. Certainly, gave fodder to Cuban claims the United States remains an imperialist power. Hard to argue against that fact with a straight face, however. Especially, since every war we've fought since the end of the Second World War has been waged to line the pockets of the corporate management suite.

A Republican President and World War II hero named Eisenhower wisely warned the public of the danger of the military-industrial complex in his farewell address in 1961. Indeed, was far ahead of his time. The bastards made trillions in both the Korean and Vietnam Wars. Both wars accomplished nothing. Other than line the pockets of the corporate titans and their shills. At the expense of taxpayers and the death and maiming of tens of thousands of our best and brightest. To say nothing of all the insanity that's occurred since.

While nazis on the Right currently heavily criticize Obama for going to Cuba, they remain achingly, cowardly silent regarding our approach to Communist China and Vietnam. Where's their objection to the countless trillions we owe the Chinese? This indebtedness was incurred by both the Democrats and the Republicans. To line the pockets of their corporate management suite masters. ... As well as their own deep pockets. Indeed, they made money the old fashioned way. They stole it.

These bastards in both parties sold us out. Why are we doing business with the Vietnamese communists? They killed 58,000 of our best and brightest. ... While our goddamned government was lying to us. Time for change. While Cuba indeed remains a totalitarian communist state, things are changing there. Will continue to change, as relations warm. Nearly sixty years of embargo have been ineffective. Time to wake up. End the bullsh-t rhetoric coming from the Right. Engage the Cubans, rather than isolate them.

In follow up to the above, the Vietnam War was stupidly executed by the idiots in Washington. Not commanders in the field. Managed so poorly, inconsistently, would have come as no surprise to us at the time if Nixon (did not) had indeed sent condolences to North Vietnam when Ho Chi Minh died. ... Or, sent a high level delegation (did not.)

"Peace with honor," to quote the nazi war criminal named "Tricky Dick" Nixon. Who later was forced to resign in disgrace for Watergate crimes. Then, conveniently pardoned by the son of a bitch who succeeded him, Gerald Ford. -- Callously returned the favor to Nixon who had appointed him Vice President when Spiro Agnew was forced to resign, having pled guilty to bribery charges while Governor.

Should it not do so, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties will no longer exist as our formerly great country passes the point of no return and becomes a goddamned fascist police-state. These rights, sadly, are currently on life support. Cowardly ignored by a gutless public who has bought the government bullshit hook, line, and sinker. Drunk the Kool Aide.

Public unrest is on the rise. Both extremes on the Right and Left. Nazis like Trump and Cruz own the Right. A socialist named Sanders and shyster bastard liar named Clinton own the Left. Both extremes are most unhappy with the unsustainable status quo. The solution is not, however, in what's running for President. Only more of the same.

Impossible to predict where all this goes. Certainly, nowhere good. -- As reports come in as this is written that terrorist explosions have occurred in Belgium. Will likely traitorously be used by the United States government to further implement a goddamned fascist police-state here to 'protect' the public. Nazi America. The Fourth Reich. A gutless fascist police-state tolerated by the peasants, -- no more than gutless, cowardly sheep.

Two national socialists named Trump and "Screws Loose" Cruz quickly and insanely responded to the Belgium bombings. Trump calls for new laws allowing war crimes such as water boarding and other types of torture to elicit information. He's nuts. Out of his mind:

"The waterboarding would be fine. You could expand the laws more than waterboarding to get the information from these people.

"If it was up to me and if we changed the laws or have the laws, waterboarding would be fine and if they want to, as long as its, you know we work within the laws. They don't work within the laws."

What the hell do the above quotes mean? Experts strongly assert victims tell the torturer what he wants to hear to get the torture to end. Not the truth.

"We need to empower law enforcement to patrol and secure Muslim neighborhoods before they become radicalized."

This son of a bitch national socialist, that is, fascist, nazi, is in effect calling for a goddamned fascist police-state in the United States. Outrageously, un-American. Wants what amounts to a lock down of the Islamic community in our formerly great country. Fear gone wild. Even police are against this. Know it wouldn't work, only create more radicals. In follow up to the last edition and the voting rights issue, the President recently made the comment at South by Southwest:

"The folks who are currently governing the good state of Texas aren't interested in having more people participate."

They're not. PolitiFact Texas conducted a study on the matter, asked the Governor for corroboration regarding his assertion voter fraud is rampant in Texas. The Governor provided none. In its ruling, PolitiFact stated:

"Abbott, defending the Texas mandate to present a photo ID at the polls, said "Voter fraud is rampant." If Abbott has the goods on this he's keeping secrets. Best we can tell, in-person voter fraud -- the kind targeted by the ID law -- remains extremely rare, which makes this claim incorrect and ridiculous. Pants on Fire!"

Abbot is, and has been, a liar. Whether it's regarding this matter, restrictions on abortion, Wells Fargo criminal deceptive trade practices ignored while Attorney General, as well as other matters. Certainly not working for the people of Texas. Rather, his corporate masters in the corporate management suite and his goddamned bought and paid for lackeys in law enforcement, the prosecution, and our hopelessly corrupt and abusive court system. He's one of the worst governors the State of Texas has ever suffered. A raucous boot clicking, goose stepping, treacherous, traitorous, treasonous Sieg Heil!, 'Governor?'

It's amazing how the right hand often can't see what the left is doing. Our vision can be hopelessly myopic. We often see what we want to see. Ignore reality even when people tell us something is simply not so. Not every Llano County official is bad. Most are. Corrupt, abusive, and interested only in lining their pockets and using power to their advantage to perversely get their cookies off.

Have repeatedly stated in this publication things are seldom what they seem to be. This remains a good ole boy system. -- You scratch my back, I'll scratch yours. This blinds officials to reality. They think a scoundrel is good because the scoundrel has always been a straight shooter with them. Fail to see the very same individual can be highly abusive with others not in their immediate sphere of influence.

They falsely believe because they've known someone for years and have been treated right on all occasions, that that's reality. It's often not. A mirage a corrupt official uses to get his or her way. To skillfully manipulate.

Have personally become professionally friendly with an official who I truly believe is on the level and trying to do the right thing. Presiding with others over a Llano County bureaucracy he or she has really no clue just how corrupt and abusive it truly is. An entity that has egregiously f--ked taxpayers for decades to line the pockets of the bastards who truly but falsely believe they run and own this goddamned hell hole County and everyone and everything in it.

Shamelessly uses the Lakes Area as its personal fiefdom. The Golden Goose it stupidly insists on strangling. At a time of what amounts to a profound financial depression in this area, it never gets enough. ... And no, I'm not speaking of the Sheriff's Office which consistently also lines the pockets of these goddamned greedy criminal bastards with proceeds from phony tickets and false arrests.

This individual seems to have had a good professional relationship with one of the Commissioners who leaves much to be desired. Remains a determined good ole boy or gal. Knows how to skillfully manipulate, get his or her way. This Commissioner does so magnificently. Have received numerous complaints not because he or she was tough about saying no to a constituent, but because he or she was mercilessly f--king a constituent. Big difference. Despite all this, this individual seems to think this Commissioner is doing his or her job quite well. Not so.

At this time, can't go into any further detail than this. Certainly, hope to develop a good professional relationship with the few good people in government to develop good, credible, reliable sources of information. Professional relationships with the right people to bring the corruption to the light of day, force change through exposure, without injuring the careers of those in government who are trying to do the right thing.

Then again, maybe I'm just being suckered by this individual, -- maybe he or she is simply not what they appear to be, and all is a ruse. Time will tell. Won't take long to see the true mettle of this person. Whether or not his or her feigned courage is real, -- or a mirage.

In Llano County, as well as all over our formerly great country, truth has become a moving target. Now, you see it. Now, you don't. A clever shell game. As the Founders spin in their graves, appalled at what they see is happening to a democratic republic they fought so hard at great cost to create. ... In terms of blood and personal treasure.

While this individual claims to have taken quite a financial hit through a divorce as well as a business loss, he or she is clearly in the top 1% of Llano County. Otherwise, would never have received an appointment to the entity in question. Not quite sure whether this person clearly understands or cares many, if not most, of the bottom 99% in Llano County live under what amounts to survival conditions.

Doesn't seem to understand if Kingsland and other areas of the County are incorporated, would mean financial disaster for most residents. Taxes would sky rocket even more than they already have. So would rents as well. Also, repression by the goons in the Sheriff's Office would exponentially increase. Already, the Sheriff and his thugs have bastardized state statutes to intimidate, that is force people to remove unregistered vehicles from their property.

This is happening in unincorporated areas of the County where these bastards do not have the authority. Forcing them to needlessly erect fences. Again, in unincorporated areas. These sons of bitches know the impoverished do not have the money to hire attorneys and fight. Consequently, the Sheriff and his goons make up the law as they go. With impunity. Collect fines and/or jail people who do not cooperate. A goddamned fascist police-state. Right, Sheriff?

Equally pointedly, have received numerous complaints in the last 17 years from Lakes Area taxpayers of properties routinely appraised at twice to three times reality. Doesn't matter whether the lakes are full or half empty. Matters not Lake Buchanan taxpayers had no waterfront for years. The taxes went up. Always went up. Courtesy of egregiously inflated appraisals. Whether or not there was any business. Or water in the lake. Whether or not the properties could be sold at any price.

Consequently, resorts and other small businesses continued to be looted no matter what. So were all other property owners. Some lost their properties. Others suffered greatly for years, barely making it. Mattered not to the bastards in Llano. Forget? They had the Golden Goose.

This individual, among others, who was placed in great authority of the Llano County entity in question, does not seem to understand any of this. That needs to change. Taxpayers are dearly in need of relief. This County simply does not live within its means. Doesn't think it has to. As more and more people move into the Lakes Area, however, they will eventually organize to fight the scourge of a County clearly and egregiously out of control.

After all, we no longer own property in this country. The government does. We rent it. Don't pay the taxes, that is the rent, you lose the property you never truly owned. It's 'sold' to yet another sucker. While the bastards who believe they run and own this hell hole County, line their bottomless pockets. Wake up. You're being f--ked. Egregiously.

Apparently, one of the most corrupt and abusive law enforcement agencies in Texas, the Austin Police Department, is finally smartening up. APD Chief Art Acevedo fired Geoffrey Freeman. Freeman is the jackbooted bastard that shot and killed naked, 17-year-old David Joseph, 2-8-16. Both the officer and the kid are black. Joseph had no PCP in his system. The officer was fired for unjustified use of lethal force, as well as other violations of Department policy.

The bastard will appeal. A grand jury will also hear the case. Hopefully, there will be a lawsuit against the thug, APD, as well as the City. -- The only way this murderous behavior will end is if the taxpayers figuratively take it hard, without the Vaseline, in a bodily orifice seldom seeing the light of day. ... In terms of making it so costly financially, these bastards will think twice before wantonly killing, that is, murdering their victims.

Attorneys in Llano County need to wake up. Start taking cases where innocent victims are being brutalized by the Sheriff's out of control jackbooted thugs. Time to place principle and justice ahead of lining your bottomless pockets, Counselors. Wake up. There is no justice. The situation in this hell hole County is deteriorating. Time for an outside audit and investigation of the Sheriff's Office, as well as every other County department.

The FBI postponed the pending court hearing between itself and Apple scheduled for 3-22-16. Claims it's found a professional hacker who can supposedly break into the San Bernadino smart phone. Supposedly, it's not NSA. Likely, a security company which does this kind of work professionally. The FBI is supposed to be back in court April 5 with the results.

If the phone is successfully hacked, would certainly mean Apple encryption and security isn't worth a crap. Time for manufacturers to produce digital equipment that is truly secure. Would take any hacker, government goon agency, law enforcement, etc.. years to break. Privacy now trumps all. Due to uncontrolled paralyzing fear, we seem to have forgotten privacy is indeed a hallmark of liberty. Have become hopelessly blind to that fact. Cowardly, so. The public is shamefully gutless.

Moreover, we have a hopelessly corrupt and abusive government itself that remains the exigent threat to liberty. All civil and constitutional rights and liberties. Has been allowed to get out of hand. Egregiously, so. Remains a threat far in excess of any presented by a foreign power, terrorist group, or the criminal element. Cannot be trusted. Has betrayed that trust over and over and over again.

As supposedly a free country, it's none of the goddamned government's business what our most private intimate innermost thoughts, personal conversations, texts, etc. are. We've foolishly given them carte blanche, however, to enter our homes with no warrant, not even inform us they were there. "Sneak and Peek." Courtesy of the goddamned not-so-patriotic USA 'Patriot' Act. We did so out of cowardice. The bastards, given an inch, took a light year.

We've stupidly given them the right to have their goons pin us down to take a blood sample if the jackbooted sons of bitches suspect we've driven drunk during a non-refusal holiday, or killed someone by allegedly driving drunk. The court order is a rubber stamp by a 'judge' in the pocket of and beholden to these nazi storm troopers. Nearly always signed unquestioned. This has nothing to do with national security or good law enforcement. It has to do with abuse of power. Establishment of a fascist police-state.

Yet, we don't insist these bastards in law enforcement, the prosecution, and the courts be held to the exact same standard, if not a higher one. -- Especially, since they're supposed to set the example. They don't. There's a determined, highly convoluted double standard. They go on fishing expeditions without probable cause. Want access and entry to our most personal thoughts and communications on these digital devices.

That's a problem. A growing problem. Far beyond anything the Founders would have considered acceptable. We need to protect ourselves through the very best encryption. If not available from American manufacturers, then overseas. Make it as difficult, time consuming, and expensive as possible to wantonly abrogate privacy with no legitimate probable cause.

As a last resort, put nothing of substance in these devices. This government is out of control. As Franklin wisely opined over two centuries ago, anyone willing to trade liberty for security deserves and winds up with neither. What is so hauntingly interesting is the fact the Nazi Right on the Supreme Court, that is, the Republicans who openly legislate their perverse ideological and religious views from the bench, view the Constitution as a dead document.

They insist it should be literally interpreted. Not grow with the times. Not be re-interpreted in light of changes since ratification some two hundred years ago. Taken literally. When it comes to law enforcement, the courts, prosecution, tax agencies, the corporate management suite, etc., it will not allow change in interpretation to reflect a change in times. Conveniently, self-servingly so.

Why don't these national socialists, goddamned unabashed fascists remain consistent, however? If it's indeed not in the Constitution, why are they allowing these self-serving corrupt and abusive bastards to use tactics clearly not in the Constitution? There is nothing in the Fourth Amendment or elsewhere regarding access to digital devices. Nothing at all. Nothing in there allowing the taking of fingerprints, DNA samples, blood samples, breath samples, etc.. Yet, the bastards are doing all this. Often with no probable cause to do so. Courtesy, of a search warrant signed by a corrupt and abusive 'judge' clearly in the pocket of law enforcement and prosecutors.

What we have here is a goddamned hypocritical double standard. Doesn't have to be in the Constitution when it comes to abrogating all civil and constitutional rights and liberties according to these national socialist, fascist sons of bitches, bona fide nazis. Does have to be literally there to uphold these very same rights guarantied by the Bill of Rights. This is goddamned intolerable bullshit. Indeed, a pernicious achingly unconstitutional double standard.

The Founders were talking about far more limited powers for this government. Not carte blanche. This government keeps extending the limits. Does so blatantly unconstitutionally. Think carefully. What happens when science progresses to the point when or if a machine can be connected to the human brain, and thoughts and memories could be conveniently obtained by law enforcement goons? How far is far enough? If we don't stop these bastards now, they will continue to take all this to the limit and far beyond. Have done so well over 200 years now.

Resist. Make it as difficult and costly for government as possible. Say no. Don't cooperate. Stand up to them. As Apple appears to be now doing. If not, there will be no civil and constitutional rights and liberties. We're already well on our way. The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Jeff Lindner, Owner, Lindner Carpentry. A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity. On a rampage. Thus, you get what you truly deserve. Always. Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate. -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area. Ten years after originally intending to do so. Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded. Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy. Literally.

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
