Well, well, well. 2015 was one hell of a year. Moved twice. Endured ftp hacking attacks against four Liberty In Peril websites likely perpetrated by Wells Fargo and its goons. Set up a commercial site overseas in a country that has no tolerance for infringement of free speech or hackers. -- Unlike our own. Determinedly, exposed the Llano County Sheriff's Office and the Sheriff for the out of control jackbooted thugs they truly are.

Afforded similar treatment to Wells Fargo and Amanda Wright. Will continue the process against both the Sheriff's Office and Wells Fargo in 2016. Not only that, will begin the process of doing the same to my estate-stealing brother, his shyster attorney, and the court system that facilitated it. Intend to use similar tactics employed against Wells Fargo, but to far greater extent and determined ferocity. -- Wells Fargo on steroids.

Will certainly employ more Internet resources including Google Earth, other map and imaging services to expose my thieving brother and the shyster bastard employed to engineer the theft. To not only their professional communities, but the neighborhoods they live in. Circles they travel in. As many of their associates as I can find. Fresh complaints will also be filed with prosecutors and the State Bar. While all this will take considerable time, effort, and work, it is certainly achievable in the age of the Internet.

What will make this far more interesting than the Wells Fargo fiasco, I intend to air all dirty family laundry to expose my brother for the thieving bastard he has clearly become, as well as how out of state authorities did absolutely nothing to investigate the abuse of an elderly man, my father, as well as the theft of his estate.

In other words, this time the struggle will be decidedly personal. No prisoners taken. -- Excruciatingly personal since this is not the first time a family relative of ours has stolen from a parent. ... Hey, bro? No question, the struggle to expose Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the outrageously corrupt, abusive, Aryan arrogant Wells Fargo corporate management suite is, and has always been, strictly based on principle.

You're different, bro. You've clearly followed in the footsteps of our grandmother's son who egregiously and determinedly ripped her off. Pocketed our grandfather's life insurance premiums rather than pay them. Threw his own mother out of the house she bought him. With money earned scrubbing floors of high rise buildings on her hands and knees during the Depression. After promising she could live there the rest of her life. That thieving bastard was never publicly exposed for the criminal he was. You will. No question, bro. Unlike Wells Fargo, this time, it's personal.

... And the approach? Fasten seat belts. Will make the last three years of the Wells Fargo fiasco look like a day at the park. No more snail mail bullsh-t, either, bro. Tired of it. All this, while carrying on the effort against Amanda Wright and her equally criminal handlers at Wells Fargo. ... Happened to see Amanda in HEB, recently. The effects of the strain have become quite obvious. As she's been repeatedly informed, this will not end until Wells Fargo admits wrongdoing and makes it right. Will be an interesting year no matter what. Promise.

Jack Derrington has announced his bid for Sheriff. Mr. Derrington owns the U-Haul business in Kingsland. His wife owns May I Help You. Mr. Derrington indeed has an impressive background in law enforcement, including a long stint in the Drug Enforcement Administration. Retired quite some time ago.

Hope he finally understands drug prohibition, like that of alcohol, has been a miserable failure. Corrupted every law enforcement agency in the country, -- including the Llano County Sheriff's Office. Should he be elected, needs to immediately clean up this outrageously corrupt, abusive agency that currently isn't worth a sh-t.

Every goddamned thug on the force needs to be immediately drug tested by a truly independent agency. Not only for intoxicants, but steroids as well. There needs to be a radical turnover in officers. Those remaining, as well as new hires, need to be trained to treat the public with respect, dignity, not as jackbooted goddamned thugs and nazi storm troopers.

The current incumbent and his jackbooted bastards are too damned aggressively stupid to understand they've thoroughly destroyed community relations, any faith and trust in local law enforcement. They remain a scourge. An exigent threat to liberty. ... Right, Bill? One of these days, these out of control nazi storm troopers will pull their sh-t on the wrong guy or gal. Someone with money who will do all they can to bankrupt this outrageously corrupt and abusive County.

With drug prohibition a miserable failure, it's time to change strategy and tactics. Prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, education, and keeping drugs out of the hands of minors should be top priority. After all, drugs kill, ruin lives, cause endless misery. ... Let Darwinian natural selection take care of adults who refuse to abstain. No question, it will eventually kill them. If you catch them driving intoxicated, there are already laws on the books.

Time for the Sheriff to go. He's been a miserable failure. Remains totally unresponsive to not only the 14 emails sent by this publication, but his constituents as well. Since at least the time of Ligon, those elected Sheriff have determinedly and progressively attempted to create a goddamned fascist police-state accountable to no one in this hell hole County.

Ligon's protégé and recommended handpicked successor, Nathan Garrett, a former grader operator, accelerated the corruption and abuse exponentially. The current incumbent, Bill Blackburn, a former game warden, militarized the jackbooted bastards and made them accountable to no one. There will be much more on this as the year wears on and additional people enter the race. Never forget, however, no matter who you vote for, they always wind up doing as they please. Accountable to no one. Why? Wake up. Because you tolerate it. Are too goddamned cowardly.

Sadly, the real threat to liberty is no foreign power, terrorist organization, or the criminal element. It's out of control law enforcement thugs who get their cookies off abusing innocent citizens as well as the guilty, shake down the public through asset forfeiture to line government coffers and the pockets of corrupt and abusive government officials, arrest and charge someone, anyone, no matter guilt or innocence as long as someone, anyone gets nailed. Coup de grace? Have clearly forgotten they work for the public they allegedly swore to protect and defend. Where? Where else? Nazi America. A goddamned fascist police-state. ... Right, Sheriff? A raucous, boot clicking, goose stepping traitorous, treasonous, treacherous Sieg Heil!, Billy Boy? Indeed, welcome to 2016, Sheriff.

In the goddamned fascist police-state we now live in, a cop can unintentionally shoot and kill an innocent victim and guess who gets charged with manslaughter? The person the cop was trying to kill. Reread the last two sentences. You read them right the first time. Perry County, Pennsylvania Constable Clark Steele arrived at the home of Donald Meyer with an eviction notice, 1-11-16.

Meyer pointed a rifle at the Constable who then immediately opened fire shattering Meyer's arm, the round then passed through and hit his daughter, Ciara, 12, killing her. Where the hell was the Constable's judgment? Where? Up his goddamned ass? The girl was standing behind her father. Not clear he knew she was standing there.

The goddamned Constable had to have known the girl was there. Had to have seen her. Is he claiming to be blind? What could this cowardly son of a bitch been thinking? The gutless bastard had to have known what he was facing since Meyer reportedly had some history with law enforcement goons. -- Shoot first, ask questions later. ... Right, Sheriff? Then protect the law enforcement thug no matter what. A problem all across our formerly great country.

Time for creation of a truly independent federal agency dedicated only to investigating and prosecuting criminal jackbooted law enforcement officers. Equally important? Capital punishment statutes need to be overhauled to allow for execution of police who murder on duty. Otherwise, carnage perpetrated by criminal officers will never end.

Chicago Police Officer Jason Van Dyke pumped 16 rounds into black teenager Laquan McDonald under highly questionable circumstances. Now, it turns out his dashcam had been tampered with. ... As have other dashcams in the Chicago Police Department. Couldn't be, could it? The jackbooted thug certainly denies it. Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no?

The bastard has rightfully been charged with murder. Has pleaded not guilty. He and his family have received death threats. When will the carnage end? When will police brass finally rein in their goddamned jackbooted thugs? When, Sheriff? Equally pointedly? Why is it, Bill, the Llano County Jail population has steadily dropped recently now that you're running for re-election? Thirteen booked, the last reporting period.

The crime rate has not changed. Clearly, you've pulled your bastards back now the primary is quickly approaching. Fewer innocent people are being ticketed and/or jailed to line County coffers. This is temporary and will resume once the election is resolved. A goddamned fascist police-state. Precisely, why we desperately need a truly independent federal agency whose only job would be to investigate and prosecute criminal law enforcement thugs. Clearly, Sheriff, the electorate is not holding you and your goons accountable. Have bought your goddamned bullsh-t hook, line, and sinker. Consequently, yet another generation of young are being victimized by the bastards who run and own this goddamned hell hole County.

Police hypocrisy is alive and well in Nazi America. Police have no problems skirting the Fourth Amendment and its requirement for probable cause to obtain a warrant. Yet, scream bloody murder when they get hacked and their documents published online. Tough sh-t. The Fraternal Order of Police is asking the FBI to investigate. Doesn't your heart bleed?

Apparently, Ohio Gov. John Kasich does not believe in smartphone encryption. Refused to answer Fox News moderator Megyn Kelly when she rightfully pressed him on law enforcement constantly whining it needs a 'backdoor.' Bullsh-t. Needs to be immediately reined in. Wings clipped. Now. There is no greater exigent threat to liberty than egregiously out of control law enforcement goons in the goddamned fascist police-state we now live in. Not one.

No foreign power, no terrorist organization, no criminal element poses more of a threat to liberty than law enforcement. No one. If we don't solve this problem, the unwanted, dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon will become reality. ... Height of hypocrisy? Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu recently accused U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon of supporting, encouraging terrorism. Say what? The jackbooted bastard seems to have forgotten Israel invented and implemented modern terrorist techniques in
the late 40s to steal Palestinian land and establish the State of Israel.

Has been stealing Palestinian land and murdering Palestinians ever since. Then, this criminal son of a bitch has the nerve to accuse the Secretary General?

Think the criminal justice system isn't totally broken? A farce? Consider the following. Kevin Bushrod Jr. suffers from post traumatic stress, depression, and anxiety. Got stopped in Manassas, Va. for driving on a suspended license. Indeed, a 'capital ' crime in Nazi America. Worse? Tried to escape. Think the following proper punishment for both offenses? Got shot by the cop. Spent the next six months in solitary confinement in a cell the size of ping pong table.

Insult to injury? Bullsh-t coup de grace? Bushrod, former top athlete at a bible college, got charged with armed assault on the cop. His 'weapon?' The goddamned car. Only in Nazi America. A goddamned fascist police-state. Where a car that was not used intentionally or otherwise as a weapon can be conveniently relabeled a 'weapon.'

To stick it up the ass of a citizen suffering mental problems. Aren't you proud? This, the best jackbooted police 'officers' can come up with? In Nazi America. A goddamned fascist police-state. Where jackbooted officers get their cookies off abusing, killing, looting the public they've falsely sworn to protect.

Luckily, Bushrod failed to commit suicide in the District’s Special Management Unit, a goddamned American gulag. No thanks, however, to the 'guards.' In most of these gulags, records regarding solitary confinement are not kept, updated, or reviewed. Such confinement is not subject to challenge by an attorney. Often, those so victimized are already mentally ill. Their conditions exponentially worsen. Where? Where else? Wake up. Nazi America.

Elmer Melchi is a hero. A World War II veteran. A paratrooper. Landed behind enemy lines before D-Day. This man was 92 and had cancer. Had been initially denied permission to move into the same nursing facility as his wife, June Melchi, who is suffering from dementia. To die with his wife. Why was the move initially blocked? Because it wasn't a VA-sanctioned facility. Forget? He only wished to die with his wife.

The bastards wouldn't initially allow it. About a week before he died, she finally visited him at his hospice. This is outrageous goddamned bullsh-t. These men and women gave their all. What the f--k is wrong with the Veterans Administration? Despite all the negative attention over the last few years, they still have their heads securely, and seemingly permanently, lodged up a bodily orifice seldom seeing the light of day.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to R. Renshaw, Librarian, Kingsland Library. A copy of it was also sent to offending Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity. On a rampage. Thus, you get what you truly deserve. Always. Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate. -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area. Ten years after originally intending to do so. Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem. No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked. It's time to stand up. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff. It is not. It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
