Well, well, well. 2015 was one hell of a year. Moved twice. Endured ftp hacking attacks against four Liberty In Peril websites likely perpetrated by Wells Fargo and its goons. Set up a commercial site overseas in a country that has no tolerance for infringement of free speech or hackers. -- Unlike our own. Determinedly, exposed the Llano County Sheriff's Office and the Sheriff for the out of control jackbooted thugs they truly are.

Afforded similar treatment to Wells Fargo and Amanda Wright. Will continue the process against both the Sheriff's Office and Wells Fargo in 2016. Not only that, will begin the process of doing the same to my estate-stealing brother, his shyster attorney, and the court system that facilitated it. Intend to use similar tactics employed against Wells Fargo, but to far greater extent and determined ferocity. -- Wells Fargo on steroids.

Will certainly employ more Internet resources including Google Earth, other map and imaging services to expose my thieving brother and the shyster bastard employed to engineer the theft. To not only their professional communities, but the neighborhoods they live in. Circles they travel in. As many of their associates as I can find. Fresh complaints will also be filed with prosecutors and the State Bar. While all this will take considerable time, effort, and work, it is certainly achievable in the age of the Internet.

What will make this far more interesting than the Wells Fargo fiasco, I intend to air all dirty family laundry to expose my brother for the thieving bastard he has clearly become, as well as how out of state authorities did absolutely nothing to investigate the abuse of an elderly man, my father, as well as the theft of his estate.

In other words, this time the struggle will be decidedly personal. No prisoners taken. -- Excruciatingly personal since this is not the first time a family relative of ours has stolen from a parent. ... Hey, bro? No question, the struggle to expose Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the outrageously corrupt, abusive, Aryan arrogant Wells Fargo corporate management suite is, and has always been, strictly based on principle.

You're different, bro. You've clearly followed in the footsteps of our grandmother's son who egregiously and determinedly ripped her off. Pocketed our grandfather's life insurance premiums rather than pay them. Threw his own mother out of the house she bought him. With money earned scrubbing floors of high rise buildings on her hands and knees during the Depression. After promising she could live there the rest of her life. That thieving bastard was never publicly exposed for the criminal he was. You will. No question, bro. Unlike Wells Fargo, this time, it's personal.

... And the approach? Fasten seat belts. Will make the last three years of the Wells Fargo fiasco look like a day at the park. No more snail mail bullsh-t, either, bro. Tired of it. Including certified mail. Will be refused. Got something to say? Email like everyone else. You don't run this show. I do, you thieving son of a bitch.

All this, while carrying on the effort against Amanda Wright and her equally criminal handlers at Wells Fargo. ... Happened to see Amanda in HEB, recently. The effects of the strain have become quite obvious. As she's been repeatedly informed, this will not end until Wells Fargo admits wrongdoing and makes it right. Will be an interesting year no matter what. Promise.

Jack Derrington has announced his bid for Sheriff. Mr. Derrington owns the U-Haul business in Kingsland. His wife owns May I Help You. Mr. Derrington indeed has an impressive background in law enforcement, including a long stint in the Drug Enforcement Administration. Retired quite some time ago.

Hope he finally understands drug prohibition, like that of alcohol, has been a miserable failure. Corrupted every law enforcement agency in the country, -- including the Llano County Sheriff's Office. Should he be elected, needs to immediately clean up this outrageously corrupt, abusive agency that currently isn't worth a sh-t.

Every goddamned thug on the force needs to be immediately drug tested by a truly independent agency. Not only for intoxicants, but steroids as well. There needs to be a radical turnover in officers. Those remaining, as well as new hires, need to be trained to treat the public with respect, dignity, not as jackbooted goddamned thugs and nazi storm troopers.

The current incumbent and his jackbooted bastards are too damned aggressively stupid to understand they've thoroughly destroyed community relations, any faith and trust in local law enforcement. They remain a scourge. An exigent threat to liberty. ... Right, Bill? One of these days, these out of control nazi storm troopers will pull their sh-t on the wrong guy or gal. Someone with money who will do all they can to bankrupt this outrageously corrupt and abusive County.

With drug prohibition a miserable failure, it's time to change strategy and tactics. Prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, education, and keeping drugs out of the hands of minors should be top priority. After all, drugs kill, ruin lives, cause endless misery. ... Let Darwinian natural selection take care of adults who refuse to abstain. No question, it will eventually kill them. If you catch them driving intoxicated, there are already laws on the books.

Time for the Sheriff to go. He's been a miserable failure. Remains totally unresponsive to not only the 14 emails sent by this publication, but his constituents as well. Since at least the time of Ligon, those elected Sheriff have determinedly and progressively attempted to create a goddamned fascist police-state accountable to no one in this hell hole County.

Ligon's protégé and recommended handpicked successor, Nathan Garrett, a former grader operator, accelerated the corruption and abuse exponentially. The current incumbent, Bill Blackburn, a former game warden, militarized the jackbooted bastards and made them accountable to no one. There will be much more on this as the year wears on and additional people enter the race. Never forget, however, no matter who you vote for, they always wind up doing as they please. Accountable to no one. Why? Wake up. Because you tolerate it. Are too goddamned cowardly.

Sadly, the real threat to liberty is no foreign power, terrorist organization, or the criminal element. It's out of control law enforcement thugs who get their cookies off abusing innocent citizens as well as the guilty, shake down the public through asset forfeiture to line government coffers and the pockets of corrupt and abusive government officials, arrest and charge someone, anyone, no matter guilt or innocence as long as someone, anyone gets nailed. Coup de grace? Have clearly forgotten they work for the public they allegedly swore to protect and defend. Where? Where else? Nazi America. A goddamned fascist police-state. ... Right, Sheriff? A raucous, boot clicking, goose stepping traitorous, treasonous, treacherous Sieg Heil!, Billy Boy? Indeed, welcome to 2016, Sheriff.

Florida Broward County Sheriff's Deputy Peter Peraza wantonly shot and killed Jermaine McBean in 2013. McBean had just purchased an unloaded pellet air rifle and was on his way home. Had ear buds on and the rifle across his shoulders. The jackbooted son of a bitch opened fire and murdered him. Was only indicted for manslaughter. Now this piece of sh-t is using a stand your ground law to defend the murder.

Fox commentator Andrew P. Napolitano is normally a staunch defender of civil and constitutional rights and liberties. Not so regarding Roe v. Wade, however. Sadly, his head's so far up his ass his eyeballs are turning inside out. The former judge claims:

"The court’s decision in Roe v. Wade is arguably its most controversial in the post-World War II era. Its effect has been as pernicious to human life as was its 19th century intellectual progenitor, Dred Scott v. Sanford, in which the Supreme Court ruled that African-Americans are not persons."

Quite a reach, Judge. Conveniently forget both decisions are indeed about slavery, sir? Do you really think you or anyone else for that matter has a right to dictate to a woman what she can and cannot do with her uterus? Adolf and Benito certainly thought so. Napolitano went on to opine:

"The linchpin of Roe v. Wade is the judicial determination that the baby in the womb is not a person."

The hell it is (linchpin), Andy. It's liberty. Reproductive freedom. Not convoluted, pernicious bullsh-t cleverly designed by you and those who think like you who remain determined to impose your perverse ideological and religious views on others who strongly disagree. Coup de grace?

Give me a break. The hell you don't, Andy. You certainly do regarding a woman's right to do with her uterus as she goddamned pleases. Right up to birth.

"But the freedom to kill innocents violates all norms of civilized society. It violates the natural law. It wasn’t even condoned in the state of nature, before governments existed. It violates the 13th and 14th Amendments. Yet, the Supreme Court and numerous Congresses have refused to interfere with it. It is a grave and profound evil. It is legalized murder."

The "grave and profound evil" is dictating to a woman what she can and cannot do with her uterus. Obliterating her freedom. Your bastardization of the 13th and 14th Amendments notwithstanding. Nor your implicit support of murderous jackbooted thugs with a gun, a badge, and the license to kill innocents everyday in the goddamned fascist police-state we now live in.

In juxtaposition to the above, Janice Mac Avoy, a lawyer and partner at the Fried Frank law firm in New York, was one of 113 attorneys who filed a friend of the court brief in a Supreme Court case challenging Texas' nazi attempt to shut down abortion clinics:

“To the world, I am an attorney who had an abortion, and, to myself, I am an attorney because I had an abortion.”

Who the hell are goddamned nazis in Texas government to dictate to a woman what she can and cannot do with her uterus?

"My personal and professional success has been possible because of a decision I made 35 years ago. In spring 1981, I knew I wanted to be a lawyer. I was about to become the first person in my family to graduate from high school. I had a scholarship to college, and I planned to go on to law school. I was determined to break a cycle of poverty and teenage pregnancy that had shaped the lives of the previous three generations of women in my family — all mothers by age 18.

"Then, just before graduation, I learned I was pregnant. Knowing that I wasn’t ready to be a mother, I had a friend drive me to a Planned Parenthood clinic, where I had an abortion. This was a deeply personal and private choice that I have never regretted. I also never felt compelled to talk about it publicly until now, as I witness the erosion of the very freedoms on which I built my life.

"Across the country, abortion is becoming a right in theory but not in fact, particularly for young, poor women — like I was at 18. Moreover, abortion has become ever more stigmatized, creating a culture of shame that silences women who have exercised their constitutional rights. That vacuum has been filled with misperception and misinformation — including from the Supreme Court. We are told that abortion is harmful to women and that those who choose to have one come to regret it. Not only is that backward and paternalistic, it is also wrong. Like me, 95 percent of women who have had an abortion say that it was the right decision for them, and even among those who expressed some regret, 89 percent state that having the abortion was still the right decision."

Wake up. If there is no reproductive freedom, there is no freedom at all. Precisely, what the goddamned Nazi Right craves. Paternalistic national socialists who remain more than willing to force their pernicious, perverse religious views on the 'lil lady,' right, Ben? Tim?

In a case involving a New Jersey cop being unfairly demoted for securing a political sign for his mother, Supreme Court 'Justice' Antonin "Tony Boy" Scalia perversely opined:

Say what??? This unabashed fascist apparently believes the First Amendment applies only to the corporate management suite and its bought and paid for lackeys in government. ... Way to go, Tony. Show your true colors, you national socialist hopelessly ignorant son of a bitch. Time for term limits. Do the right thing. Resign in disgrace.

Harris County District Attorney Devon Anderson, a Republican, announced the 232nd Grand Jury exonerated Planned Parenthood of all wrongdoing vis a vis fraudulently produced undercover videos alleging the sale of fetal tissue. Instead, the Grand Jury returned indictments against both anti-abortion activists Sandra Merritt and David Daleiden.

The goddamned Nazi Right is screaming bloody murder. Won't be confused with the truth. Wants a special prosecutor despite the fact that a prosecutor in the District Attorney's Office, Lauren Reeder, had recused herself since she had been on the board of Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast. ... What the hell is their problem? No ability to accept the truth?

Both defendants David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt were indicted for felonies, tampering with a governmental record. Fake drivers licenses to secure criminal trespass. Daleiden was also indicted for a misdemeanor, offering to purchase human organs.

Callously ignoring the indictments, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, himself under felony indictment, claimed:

"The fact remains that the videos exposed the horrific nature of abortion and the shameful disregard for human life of the abortion industry. The state's investigation of Planned Parenthood is ongoing."

You're a jackass, Counselor. The videos were a ruse. Won't be confused with the truth? Why not do the right thing? Plead guilty to the felony indictment, resign in disgrace, and save the taxpayers the cost of a trial.

“These people broke the law to spread malicious lies about Planned Parenthood in order to advance their extreme anti-abortion political agenda. As the dust settles and the truth comes out, it’s become totally clear that the only people who engaged in wrongdoing are the criminals behind this fraud, and we’re glad they’re being held accountable.”

Here. Here. Ram it hard, figuratively, up their sorry, jackbooted national socialist asses. Equally pointedly? Former Gov. Rick "The Prick" Perry and his goddamned GOP nazi henchmen need to be prosecuted for practicing medicine without a license vis a vis forced unnecessary trans vaginal sonograms forced on those wanting an abortion.

This forces doctors to in effect sexually assault women undergoing an abortion. Yet, the nazi former governor and his goddamned henchmen are forcing doctors to do precisely that. Democrats are just as bad, having miserably failed to stop these fascist sons of bitches from practicing medicine without a license.

Should have done whatever they could to put an end to this, including leaving the State of Texas to deny these bastards either a quorum or any moral authority to pass legislation without a single Democratic legislator present. They failed. For that, how are they any better than the goddamned GOP fascists currently running the show?

Also, GOP nazis have denied women healthcare services provided by Planned Parenthood other than abortion. Women in rural areas must travel hundreds of miles to get these basic services. All in an effort by Republicans to deny Planned Parenthood any business at all. At the expense of women.

Remember that when it comes time to go into the voting booth. Forget? Democrats are no better. They allowed this to happen. Vote independent. Better yet, ladies, vote with your feet. Deny the men in your lives sex until they force change. Otherwise, let 'em continue to jerk themselves off with no assistance. Let's see how long they're willing to go without.

The Congressional Budget Office claims Obamacare enrollment will drop some 40% from 21 million to 13 million this year. Think it sustainable?

Federal agents shot and killed LaVoy Finicum, spokesman for the group illegally occupying a federal building in a remote area of Oregon, 1-26-16. Law enforcement refused to immediately disclose circumstances, provide video, or even identify the victim. Still haven't two days after the fact. Apparently, they desperately needed time to get their stories straight.

Clearly, they're nazi sons of bitches, -- granted carte blanche by a hopelessly cowardly and ignorant public to do as they please. Jackbooted thugs with a police-state mentality and an agenda. Worse, federal agents see no need to be responsive to those they claim to "serve." ... As in Nazi Llano County, right, Sheriff?

Subsequent to writing the above, federal goons released a video of the killing, narrated by a goon who advised the public actions have consequences. Indeed, they do. There isn't a day that passes that jackbooted law enforcement doesn't reinforce that as well as its continued determined effort to establish a goddamned fascist police-state. Right, Sheriff? Mr. President?

The most recent killing by federal and/or state goons underscores the need for creation of a totally independent federal agency whose only mission would be to investigate and prosecute criminal law enforcement officers at all levels of government. Sad alternative? More of the same, -- as the doomsday second American revolution clock unfortunately tragically strikes ever closer to midnight.

As these hopelessly ignorant thugs continue to trample liberty. Remain the true threat to our formerly great country. An exigent growing threat unmatched by anything seen to date including any foreign power, terrorist group, or the criminal element. As the frog lulled to sleep in the increasingly heated pot of water, so too has the slumbering public. The peril is great and growing. Indeed, an exigent threat to liberty.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Tommi Meyers, Librarian, Llano County Library System. A copy of it was also sent to offending Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity. On a rampage. Thus, you get what you truly deserve. Always. Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate. -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area. Ten years after originally intending to do so. Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem. No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked. It's time to stand up. Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight. Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb. From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain. Wake up. Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen. After all, you're bought and paid for. Owned. Not only by your government masters, but their masters. The corporate management suite. Your employers. Think not? Wake up. You're human chattel. Corporate-owned, bought and paid for. Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor. For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits. At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded. Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy. Literally.

Cannot do it alone. Impossible. Not sustainable. This publication needs your financial and material support. Both. Time to step up.

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
