Well, well, well. 2015 was one hell of a year. Moved twice. Endured ftp hacking attacks against four Liberty In Peril websites likely perpetrated by Wells Fargo and its goons. Set up a commercial site overseas in a country that has no tolerance for infringement of free speech or hackers. -- Unlike our own. Determinedly, exposed the Llano County Sheriff's Office and the Sheriff for the out of control jackbooted thugs they truly are.

Afforded similar treatment to Wells Fargo and Amanda Wright. Will continue the process against both the Sheriff's Office and Wells Fargo in 2016. Not only that, will begin the process of doing the same to my estate-stealing brother, his shyster attorney, and the court system that facilitated it. Intend to use similar tactics employed against Wells Fargo, but to far greater extent and determined ferocity. -- Wells Fargo on steroids.

Will certainly employ more Internet resources including Google Earth, other map and imaging services to expose my thieving brother and the shyster bastard employed to engineer the theft. To not only their professional communities, but the neighborhoods they live in. Circles they travel in. As many of their associates as I can find. Fresh complaints will also be filed with prosecutors and the State Bar. While all this will take considerable time, effort, and work, it is certainly achievable in the age of the Internet.

What will make this far more interesting than the Wells Fargo fiasco, I intend to air all dirty family laundry to expose my brother for the thieving bastard he has clearly become, as well as how out of state authorities did absolutely nothing to investigate the abuse of an elderly man, my father, as well as the theft of his estate.

In other words, this time the struggle will be decidedly personal. No prisoners taken. -- Excruciatingly personal since this is not the first time a family relative of ours has stolen from a parent. ... Hey, bro? No question, the struggle to expose Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the outrageously corrupt, abusive, Aryan arrogant Wells Fargo corporate management suite is, and has always been, strictly based on principle.

You're different, bro. You've clearly followed in the footsteps of our grandmother's son who egregiously and determinedly ripped her off. Pocketed our grandfather's life insurance premiums rather than pay them. Threw his own mother out of the house she bought him. With money earned scrubbing floors of high rise buildings on her hands and knees during the Depression. After promising she could live there the rest of her life. That thieving bastard was never publicly exposed for the criminal he was. You will. No question, bro. Unlike Wells Fargo, this time, it's personal.

... And the approach? Fasten seat belts. Will make the last three years of the Wells Fargo fiasco look like a day at the park. No more snail mail bullsh-t, either, bro. Tired of it. Including certified mail. Will be refused. Got something to say? Email like everyone else. You don't run this show. I do, you thieving son of a bitch.

All this, while carrying on the effort against Amanda Wright and her equally criminal handlers at Wells Fargo. ... Happened to see Amanda in HEB, recently. The effects of the strain have become quite obvious. As she's been repeatedly informed, this will not end until Wells Fargo admits wrongdoing and makes it right. Will be an interesting year no matter what. Promise.

Jack Derrington has announced his bid for Sheriff. Mr. Derrington owns the U-Haul business in Kingsland. His wife owns May I Help You. Mr. Derrington indeed has an impressive background in law enforcement, including a long stint in the Drug Enforcement Administration. Retired quite some time ago.

Hope he finally understands drug prohibition, like that of alcohol, has been a miserable failure. Corrupted every law enforcement agency in the country, -- including the Llano County Sheriff's Office. Should he be elected, needs to immediately clean up this outrageously corrupt, abusive agency that currently isn't worth a sh-t.

Every goddamned thug on the force needs to be immediately drug tested by a truly independent agency. Not only for intoxicants, but steroids as well. There needs to be a radical turnover in officers. Those remaining, as well as new hires, need to be trained to treat the public with respect, dignity, not as jackbooted goddamned thugs and nazi storm troopers.

The current incumbent and his jackbooted bastards are too damned aggressively stupid to understand they've thoroughly destroyed community relations, any faith and trust in local law enforcement. They remain a scourge. An exigent threat to liberty. ... Right, Bill? One of these days, these out of control nazi storm troopers will pull their sh-t on the wrong guy or gal. Someone with money who will do all they can to bankrupt this outrageously corrupt and abusive County.

With drug prohibition a miserable failure, it's time to change strategy and tactics. Prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, education, and keeping drugs out of the hands of minors should be top priority. After all, drugs kill, ruin lives, cause endless misery. ... Let Darwinian natural selection take care of adults who refuse to abstain. No question, it will eventually kill them. If you catch them driving intoxicated, there are already laws on the books.

Time for the Sheriff to go. He's been a miserable failure. Remains totally unresponsive to not only the 14 emails sent by this publication, but his constituents as well. Since at least the time of Ligon, those elected Sheriff have determinedly and progressively attempted to create a goddamned fascist police-state accountable to no one in this hell hole County.

Ligon's protégé and recommended handpicked successor, Nathan Garrett, a former grader operator, accelerated the corruption and abuse exponentially. The current incumbent, Bill Blackburn, a former game warden, militarized the jackbooted bastards and made them accountable to no one. There will be much more on this as the year wears on and additional people enter the race. Never forget, however, no matter who you vote for, they always wind up doing as they please. Accountable to no one. Why? Wake up. Because you tolerate it. Are too goddamned cowardly.

Sadly, the real threat to liberty is no foreign power, terrorist organization, or the criminal element. It's out of control law enforcement thugs who get their cookies off abusing innocent citizens as well as the guilty, shake down the public through asset forfeiture to line government coffers and the pockets of corrupt and abusive government officials, arrest and charge someone, anyone, no matter guilt or innocence as long as someone, anyone gets nailed. Coup de grace? Have clearly forgotten they work for the public they allegedly swore to protect and defend. Where? Where else? Nazi America. A goddamned fascist police-state. ... Right, Sheriff? A raucous, boot clicking, goose stepping traitorous, treasonous, treacherous Sieg Heil!, Billy Boy? Indeed, welcome to 2016, Sheriff.

The President got some stiff opposition recently at a town hall meeting regarding gun control from a most unlikely source, -- the widow of "American Sniper" Chris Kyle, Taya Kyle. Readers will recall Mr. Kyle was shot and killed at a firing range by a disturbed U.S. Marine. Figuratively speaking, Ms. Kyle took no prisoners:

“I want the hope that I have the right to protect myself. That I don’t end up to be one of these families, that I have the freedom to carry whatever weapon I feel I need. I know that background checks aren’t going to stop me from getting a gun.”

Goddamned right. They will stop no one. Yet, the President delusionally believes he can dictate away a right securely defined in the Second Amendment. Can't. Ms. Kyle put it succinctly:

“When he’s talking about that people are scared that you’re going to take away our freedom, it’s not just the freedom of whether I have to take a background check or not. It's not just that. It’s the idea that one man would say, ‘I know what’s best for everyone else’ and by executive action – make a new law.”

Here, here. That's the arrogance of a nazi dictator who thinks he knows best. Doesn't. Sadly, hasn't a clue. Yet, delusionally believes his dictates are constitutional. The above is courtesy of Fox.

The President is ordering your doctor to report to the Department of Homeland Security any mention you make of guns in your home. Doing this on his own authority. Nazi America. A goddamned fascist police-state. The President and his regime are an exigent threat to liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

A gallingly national socialist U.S. Supreme Court appears poised to once again take a hard dump on public unions. These goddamned geriatric nazi bastards on the nation's highest court can't grasp the fact unions counteract bottomless greed of not only the corporate management suite, but the seat of nazi government as well. These egregiously ignorant assholes don't seem to understand those who benefit from collective bargaining need to pay for it. Time to make constitutional changes and impose term limits on these goddamned national socialists, shameless fascists.

Amazing how most men think with the head of their dick, rather than the brain in their head. Seems fugitive Mexican drug kingpin El Chapo not only got caught due to his bottomless ego in wanting a movie made of his criminal exploits, but was infatuated with Mexican actress Kate del Castillo. Precisely, why he met with both Sean Penn and del Castillo in a secret jungle location, leading to his capture by Mexican Marines. Doesn't your heart bleed?

This bastard is allegedly responsible for some 100,000 deaths in the drug wars. The U.S. wants to extradite him to an American supermax prison and prosecute the son of a bitch. May take several years since he intends to fight it every step of the way. Why wouldn't he? He's got unlimited funds and a criminal network that will survive no matter what.

Guess what? We, the American public, are directly responsible for this murderous scourge. How? Wake up. Two reasons. First, our bottomless appetite for illicit and prescription drugs. Second, drug prohibition. That is, the failed war on drugs instituted by a criminal President named "Tricky Dick" Nixon, a criminal Vice President Spiro Agnew, and every other goddamned hypocrite Republican law and order nazi in the country some 45 years ago. Saddest of all, Nixon got a free pass by the man he appointed President. Agnew made a deal and got off the hook. Where? Wake up. Where else? Nazi America.

The drug war has been a miserable failure. Corrupted every goddamned law enforcement agency in the country, including the Llano County Sheriff's Office. Right, Sheriff? Not only that, it's certainly contributed to the murderous militarization of every law enforcement agency in the country. Including this one. Led to creation of a fascist police-state where no one cares whether or not someone is guilty or innocent, only that someone, anyone is nailed. Government coffers lined. Right, Sheriff?

"Experienced," "trusted," "proven," Sheriff? You've repeatedly abrogated your oath of office to protect and defend the United States Constitution. Repeatedly sh-t on that very same Constitution. Repeatedly disgraced yourself, your badge, your honor. Repeatedly, f--ked over the public you supposedly, allegedly serve. Not only looked the other way when your goddamned goons committed atrocities, but encouraged the jackbooted bastards to do so. Aren't fit to be dog catcher, never mind 'Sheriff.' Time for you to be replaced.

In Nazi Llano County, the outrageously corrupt and abusive Commissioners Court does as it pleases. Always has, apparently always will. The Court was served with petitions from hundreds of Kingsland residents to keep the Precinct 3 annex in Kingsland. Not to be. The corrupt and abusive bastards in Llano intend to move it to Buchanan Dam and consolidate it with the Precinct 2 annex.

This was done not only despite stiff opposition from Kingsland residents, but Precinct 3 elected officials. These officials claim not to have been consulted regarding the move. The vote was 4-1 with Precinct 3 Commissioner Ron Wilson opposed. There was absolutely no transparency. The Court by law has the authority, however, to do as it pleases. ... And does.

Kingsland residents were deliberately, royally f--ked by the clueless Commissioners Court. Now, the elderly in Kingsland who do not drive will be forced to travel to Buchanan Dam to conduct County business. One of the excuses made was a supposed need for better security, due to the recent shooting of a district judge in Austin. What the hell does that have to do with security here? -- Stop looting and mercilessly f--king the public and you'll solve any phony, bogus, bullsh-t 'security' issues.

“We really don’t have any problems here. We’re OK. Our office is laid out in such a way that, where I sit at my desk, I can see everyone who comes into my office, and when there are loud voices, I go out there and deal with that.

“Occasionally, we escort someone out the door and ask them to come back with a better attitude. As far as security goes, we don’t have a security issue here.”

That's right. The Constable added in the interview an expenditure of some $5,000 in security cameras, locks, and safety glass would have been sufficient increase in Precinct 3 security as opposed to the $27,000 the County plans to spend in renovations at Precinct 2. Precinct 3 Justice of the Peace Era Marion observed,

“There is no advantage to it. The deputies office is out there (in Buchanan Dam), but they are always here in Kingsland (service calls).

“I do vehicle registrations here. It would take that away from citizens. We’re like a chamber of commerce here. Everybody knows where we are. Everybody comes here for help, and we direct them.”

Know the real problem here in the Lakes Area? It's the goddamned Llano Mentality. They think this area is cash cow for the rest of this outrageously corrupt and abusive County. What they don't seem to understand is the fact the demographics are changing. People are moving into the community. The same old bullsh-t is no longer acceptable.

Why the hell is it the four families who run and own this hell hole County can manipulate outsiders like the County Judge, the District Attorney, County Attorney, and others into office? There needs to be a full outside investigation of how this County does business and the electoral process.

Listen to the State of the Union speech by the President? Amazing how Mr. Obama distorts reality and conveniently re-writes history:

"Tonight, after a breakthrough year for America, our economy is growing and creating jobs at the fastest pace since 1999. Our unemployment rate is now lower than it was before the financial crisis."

Is that right, Mr. President? For whom? The corporate management suite? The rich? Top 1%? Can you explain how so for the bottom and middle class? ... A bit disingenuous, aren't you, sir? Forget? The unemployment figure fails to include those who have given up looking for work. It's called unadulterated bullsh-t, Mr. President.

"Tonight, for the first time since 9/11, our combat mission in Afghanistan is over."

How can that be, sir? Men and women are still dying in combat there. Forget? Parsing words? Or, shamelessly bullsh-tting a gullible public and your goddamned clueless shills?

"America, for all that we've endured; for all the grit and hard work required to come back; for all the tasks that lie ahead, know this: The shadow of crisis has passed, and the State of the Union is strong."

Are you kidding??? Mr. President, that simply is not true. A lie. Shameless distortion of reality. Our formerly great country is clearly coming apart at the seams. Hopelessly divided. Republicans have certainly done all they could to stymie all your initiatives. Every one of them. Even ones they opposed simply because you were for them. Obstruction for the sake of obstruction. Yet, you cluelessly sound like a Pollyanna. Wishful thinking? ... Or, aching aggressive stupidity.

"We believed we could reverse the tide of outsourcing, and draw new jobs to our shores. And over the past five years, our businesses have created more than 11 million new jobs."

Where, Mr. President, where? You need to visit Burnet, Buchanan Dam, Kingsland, Granite Shoals, etc.. You'd find a far, far different picture.

"At every step, we were told our goals were misguided or too ambitious; that we would crush jobs and explode deficits. Instead, we've seen the fastest economic growth in over a decade, our deficits cut by two-thirds, a stock market that has doubled, and health care inflation at its lowest rate in fifty years."

Full of sh-t? ... Or , full of yourself, Mr. President? Impressed with your office, sir? Most of the rest of us are not. Certainly, not the health insurance racketeers planning to abandon Obamacare since those applying for insurance cost these companies more than they're profiting. How is health care inflation dropping when published figures are increasing? Someone's lying sir. The corporate management suite or you? Can't be both ways.

"So the verdict is clear. Middle-class economics works. Expanding opportunity works."

No, sir. It doesn't. Statistics indicate the direct opposite. What planet do you live on, Mr. President? The middle class continues to shrink. Winner takes all. Zero-sum game. To claim otherwise is to lie to the public you allegedly serve, sir.

"Today, thanks to a growing economy, the recovery is touching more and more lives. Wages are finally starting to rise again. We know that more small business owners plan to raise their employees' pay than at any time since 2007."

Respectfully, Mr. President, you're delusional. What you say is not true across our formerly great country. Jobs continue to be outsourced. Corporations continue to move overseas to evade taxes. The rich continue to get richer, the poor, poorer, and the middle class continues to decrease. To claim otherwise is to shamelessly lie to the public, sir. ... Or, egregiously, dangerously delude yourself.

"As Americans, we cherish our civil liberties – and we need to uphold that commitment if we want maximum cooperation from other countries and industry in our fight against terrorist networks. So while some have moved on from the debates over our surveillance programs, I haven't. As promised, our intelligence agencies have worked hard, with the recommendations of privacy advocates, to increase transparency and build more safeguards against potential abuse. And next month, we'll issue a report on how we're keeping our promise to keep our country safe while strengthening privacy."

With all due respect, Mr. President, you're a liar. You've done no such thing. You certainly don't cherish civil liberties. You and your goons egregiously abrogate them. Have shamelessly been doing so for years. Indeed, the greatest exigent threat to our formerly great country is no foreign power, terrorist group, or the criminal element.

It's government at all levels. Creation of a fascist police-state. A surveillance state where all civil and constitutional rights and liberties are no longer respected or cherished. You and your henchmen have disgraced yourselves. Abrogated your oaths of office to protect and defend the United States Constitution. Spare us your goddamned bullsh-t, sir. It's phony. Worse? It's no more than a self-serving mirage.

At the same time, it must be said Republican nazis have done all they could to obstruct this President every step of the way. From Day 1 of his regime. Some of it needed to be aggressively resisted. Certainly, Obamacare forced on the public as well as outrageously unconstitutional Executive Orders granting legislative power to the President.

The State of the Union is not good. Must improve. Alternative? An unwanted, dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon. The most salient point made by the President during the State of the Union was the claim ISIS is not a threat to the existence of our country. It never was. Could never be. No terrorist organization has that power.

Listening to the phony, incessant whining of gutless Republican fascists, however, you'd never know it. A tribute either to their profound cowardice, shameless use of hyperbole to further their perverse national socialist ideological and religious beliefs, or all the above.

Further evidence there is no justice in the fascist police-state we now live in, U.S. District Judge Madeline Haikala acquitted former Alabama police officer Eric Sloan Parker in a civil rights case. Two earlier juries had been hung. This jackbooted son of a bitch slammed 58-year-old Sureshbhai Patel to the ground. Face down.

His 'crime?' The jackbooted bastard thought he was a suspicious person. Spoke no English and did not understand what the goddamned thug was ordering him to do. This piece of crap was so violent he lost his balance and fell on top of his victim. Patel suffered a spinal injury during the take down.

Incredibly, Assistant U.S. Attorney Robert Posey made excuses for the jackbooted bastard, claiming it's difficult to prove an officer knew he or she was acting unlawfully. Why the hell is it necessary to do so? To protect the criminal son of a bitch? The video speaks for itself. The bastard knocked his legs out from under him. A vicious blow to an unarmed, non-violent elderly man. Violent enough to force the thug's sorry ass off the force. Not enough to convict the abusive son of a bitch?

Did the prosecutor deliberately load the jury with jurors sympathetic to the prosecution as they do here in Llano County? To say nothing of what is done to load a grand jury? Nazi justice in Nazi America. Land of the free? Home of the brave? Hell, no. Land of the enslaved. Home of the gutless. There is still a lawsuit pending in the Patel case. Hopefully, there will eventually be justice in this case. ... If not, the second American revolution doomsday clock strikes ever closer to midnight.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Linvel Baker, Candidate Burnet County Commissioner Prcnt. 3. A copy of it was also sent to offending Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity. On a rampage. Thus, you get what you truly deserve. Always. Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate. -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area. Ten years after originally intending to do so. Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem. No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked. It's time to stand up. Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight. Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb. From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain. Wake up. Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen. After all, you're bought and paid for. Owned. Not only by your government masters, but their masters. The corporate management suite. Your employers. Think not? Wake up. You're human chattel. Corporate-owned, bought and paid for. Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor. Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision. To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day. You have no control of your lives. You're owned. Forget? For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits. At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded. Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy. Literally.

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
