ProPublica reports there are massive major and minor health privacy violations.  Rarely, are there any consequences for repeat violators.  Even the worst.  These violations cause all kinds of problems for their victims.  Employment issues.  Reputation damage.  Family problems.  The corporate management suite has rarely been held accountable for this atrocious betrayal of trust.

The situation will likely get worse as more sign up for Obamacare.  It's how these greedy bastards make money.  They share and/or sell personal information.  Not limited to corporate management, however.  Doctors have turned over personal information to private investigators.  Healthcare personnel with access to personal information and with a bone to pick have also disclosed this information to do damage to people they don't like.

There are idiots in every walk of life.  Especially, in government.  Jackson, Mississippi, Councilman Kenneth Stokes is an egregious case in point.  This insane son of a bitch has called for residents to throw rocks at cops in pursuit of minor offenders.   What could he possibly be thinking?  First of all, it's a crime.  Secondly, it's stupid.  Aren't there already enough killings by police?

How can we expect murderous officers to be reined in when idiots like the Councilman are calling for violence against police?  Cops are already on edge.  Doesn't matter it's their own cowardice and aggressive stupidity ultimately responsible for this.  Why exacerbate the problem?  Make them more trigger happy than they already are?

The goal is to reduce wanton violence by police.  Not enable anarchism.  A civilized society cannot live without police.  Someone has to arrest thieves, murderers, batterers, etc..  It's when cops abuse authority that their behavior becomes intolerable.  -- Or arrest someone, anyone no matter guilt or innocence, to line government coffers.  ... When they intentionally, determinedly, repeatedly step over the line, as they have the last fifty years or so, that's when there is a problem.  Worst of all?  Creation of a goddamned fascist police-state.

It's when law enforcement becomes overbearing, oppressive that police become susceptible to violence.  It's gotten so repressive an unwanted, dreaded second American revolution remains catastrophically looming on the horizon.  This is a dangerous situation for both police and the public they supposedly serve.

It must not be forgotten most officers are not abusive.  An increasing number have become so, however, -- as law enforcement has militarized and become "proactive."  Even worse?  As police commanders have encouraged jackbooted behavior from their minions.  "Shoot first, ask questions later."

The President's crocodile tears 1-5-16 while attempting to make excuses for egregiously and determinedly sh-tting on the Second Amendment were pathetic.  This man is a goddamned hypocrite.  Swore an oath to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution.  Repeatedly abrogated that oath.  Certainly, with Obamacare.  Most recently with executive orders undermining the Second Amendment.

Obama does not have the authority.  Has exceeded his powers as President.  Congress has clearly spoken.  Has refused to legislate additional restrictions.  For damned good reason as repeatedly covered in this publication.  Obama is behaving like a goddamned dictator.  Republicans have pledged to rescind these orders should one of their own be elected President.  Not good enough.

Why wait?  Why not impeach the President?  Let him spend the rest of his presidency defending himself at trial in the Senate.  While he would never be convicted, it could, and would, likely, usefully tie his hands for the duration of his regime.

Common sense gun control?  A goddamned phony oxymoron.  How is it common sense for our goddamned hopelessly corrupt and abusive government to know the identity of new gun buyers?  How?  So they know whose door to use a battering ram on when and if this government decides to ban all gun ownership?

The President is lying.  Phonily, states such new restrictions will save lives.  He's insane if he believes that.   The criminal element and/or terrorists will simply purchase their weapons on the street.  The clueless bastard seems to ludicrously believe sh-tting on the Second Amendment is well worth doing if it saves one life.  At what price, Mr. President?  Liberty?

What the President is truly too cowardly to admit is the fact he and his henchmen fear a well-armed public.  According to the Founders, the last best defense to hopelessly corrupt and abusive government.

Absolute, convoluted double-speak?  Unadulterated bullsh-t?  The President's words themselves:

"I believe in the Second Amendment, there written on paper, that guarantees the right to bear arms.  No matter how many times people try to twist my words around, that's our constitutional law. I know a little bit about this. But I also believe that we can find ways to reduce gun violence consistent with the Second Amendment."

The President is either a liar or hopelessly delusional.  He doesn't believe in the Second Amendment.  If he did, he wouldn't be egregiously sh-tting on the right to own and bear arms.  Indeed, the last best defense against hopelessly corrupt, abusive, inept, pernicious government.  How will further restrictions on guns prevent atrocities when criminals and/or terrorists can purchase weapons anywhere on the street?

These outrageously unconstitutional executive orders need to be immediately and aggressively challenged in the courts.  The President must be reined in.  Idiots in the Democratic Party opine the majority of Americans favor further gun restrictions.  Has it also forgotten at one time the majority of the public also supported slavery?

Homeland Security goons have recently rounded up 121 illegal immigrants, nearly all women and children, for deportation.  Back to countries that will likely kill, rape, and/or torture them.  Precisely, why they left their countries of origin in the first place.  In Nazi America, they were denied legal counsel, nearly guarantying their deportation.  Clearly a stark reminder of Hitler and the Third Reich.

Further evidence of the birth of the Fourth Reich, right here and now.  Where?  Where else?  Nazi America.  President Obama has the distinction of deporting a record number of illegal immigrants during his regime.  GOP nazis clearly don't believe it's been enough.  -- Bringing a smile to the parched lips of Adolf and Benito from their fiery perches.

Not surprisingly, government goons used deception to effect the round up.  Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no?  Couldn't be, could it?  When they knocked on one door, no one answered.  They then deceptively called and informed the woman there was a problem with her tracking anklet.  Then hauled her off after she opened the door.

Goddamned corrupt, abusive 'judges,' clearly in the pockets of police, have ruled such deception is acceptable in the fascist police-state we live in.  Precisely, why no one can believe what an officer says is true.  Has shot all police credibility to sh-t.  ... How do you know when and/or if they're telling the truth?  Sadly, you don't.  -- When their lips move, usually it can be safely assumed they're goddamned lying.  ... Right, Sheriff?

Would have been most interesting had no one answered the phone or door.  Imagine public reaction had police used a battering ram to haul  off women and children?  Videotaped by media?  Certainly, would have shown off their true colors.  -- The woman seeking refuge trusted the bastards and they f--ked her.  As American as mom and apple pie.

What happened to us?  At one time, we never would have turned our backs on anyone in danger in their countries of origin.  No longer.  Today, we deliberately deny those seeking refuge access to legal counsel to ensure their deportation, that is, their return to dangerous, murderous regimes.  What does that make us?

Homophobic bigotry remains alive and well in Nazi America.  Certainly, in Alabama.  Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore on 1-6-16 issued an administrative order instructing probate judges not to issue same-sex marriage licenses.   Apparently, this national socialist son of a bitch has no clue the U.S. Supreme Court recently settled the issue.

Remember Sandra Bland?  Was pulled over by Texas Trooper Brian Encinia back in July for alleged failure to make a proper lane change.  Was physically abused by the son of a bitch, -- who threatened to light her up with a Taser.  Three days later she was found dead in her cell.  Was ruled a suicide.  The family disputes it.

Rightfully, so.  Makes no sense.  Been enough times people have been murdered by a jailer, police officer, or inmate to always warrant questioning.  Always.  Especially, for a woman who had everything to live for.  The son of a bitch injured her during the arrest.  Went ballistic.  Lied about the circumstances of the arrest.  Has been indicted for perjury and lost his job.

A law suit is pending.  The family is most unhappy with Encinia and the fact he wasn't charged with far more serious crimes since she had been intentionally injured during the arrest.  Much more to come.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers.  A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.
