This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security, privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers. Banks too big to fail should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will, continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these practices, and finally makes it right. During the last several weeks after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at Wells Fargo. Copies of these emails were sent to bank officials. They have been posted in this publication. ... We're already up to Salvo 73, -- and counting.

In addition and shortly, all new Newsletter Editions will feature an available abbreviated version, smart phone friendly, that can be accessed by clicking on the icon. Will supplement the regular format of this publication. This is being done because so many of you access this publication with smart phones and other devices with small screens.

This site has finally been fully uploaded. All links appear to be properly working. Typos in the rush to get material up have also been corrected. There will be a few additional changes to be made as time allows. Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than dealing with recalcitrant webhosts. We'll see. With the libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S. Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites, however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however, has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further exposure in this publication. Should you have information regarding this or any other issue, contact me. As always, when a police officer does something heroic or of great benefit to the community, it always leads in this publication. St. George, Utah, Police Officer Matt Schuman saved the life of a 14-year-old girl stricken during a gym class using CPR to revive her, as well as the life of a 9-day-old infant all in one day. At the end of his shift on the way home from work he answered a call involving the choking infant, cleared a blocked air way, and continued to care for the child until EMS arrived. Hat's off, Officer. Policing at its very best.

Marble Falls Police Sgt. Robert Talamantes and Officer Aaron Garcia are heroes. While at the Burnet Courthouse waiting to testify 12-7-15, both received a call involving a man in severe distress at the annex. Apparently, had had a heart attack. Used a defibrillator to revive him. Is expected to survive. Hat's off, gentlemen. Job well done. Again, policing at its very best.

Fired Oklahoma City Police Officer Daniel Holtzclaw is certainly one of the city's not-so-'finest.' KGOU reports:

"In the end, Holtzclaw was found guilty on four of six first-degree rape charges brought against him, one charge of second-degree rape with instrumentation, four counts of forcible oral sodomy, six counts of sexual battery and three procuring lewd exhibition charges. The jury recommended 263 years of prison time for the 29-year-old former college football player."

These crimes occurred while the jackbooted bastard was on duty. Targeted middle-aged women with criminal records least likely to report his crimes against them. This criminal former officer is described in documentation as "Asian or Pacific Islander." His victims were black. Sentencing will be in January. The coward could be seen trembling and crying as the jury decision was read. Tough, isn't it? Is expected to appeal.

Federal officials are reporting the abortion rate is at a record low, having declined by approximately a third over the last twenty years. Right to Life groups claim this is due to women choosing life. Unadulterated goddamned horse sh-t. The truth? It's due to the lack of availability of this procedure due to efforts of these nazis to permanently close abortion clinics, thus making the procedure unavailable to women who desperately need it.

Precisely, why the rate of self-induced abortion is up in Nazi Texas. -- The national socialist, that is, fascist bastards in this state are desperate to force their perverse, highly convoluted ideological and religious beliefs on all in direct violation of church-state separation mandated by the First Amendment, Establishment Clause, as well as privacy by the Fourth.

Ladies? You don't own your uterus. Nazi government does. Think not? Wake up. Anna Yocca of Murfreesboro, Tenn. was recently arrested and charged with attempted first-degree murder for a failed self abortion attempt. Read that last sentence again, readers. Her uterus does not belong to her. Belongs to our goddamned out of control nazi government.

She's jailed on $200,000 bond. In Nazi America. Where your body no longer belongs to you. Clearly, to our goddamned government. Certainly, vis a vis abortion as well as post mortems routinely performed whether or not there is probable cause a crime has indeed occurred. It is not known whether or not this woman has an attorney.

Yet, jackbooted thug Sergeant Kyle Evans of the Murfreesboro Police Department has done all he could to unduly influence the potential jury pool by pontificating to CBS affiliate WTVF:

"The whole time she was concerned for her health, her safety and never gave any attention to the health and safety to the unborn child."

Who the hell is this goddamned highly unprofessional jackbooted thug to judge this woman and outrageously unduly influence any potential jury pool to secure a conviction? This is law enforcement at its very worst. Nazi America. A goddamned fascist police-state. Hear the rumble? An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on the horizon. Consider the consequences if government secures a conviction. What will these outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept, haughty nazis in government do next as the number of self-induced abortions increases as abortion clinics are forced to close? Preemptively jail all pregnant women until they deliver?

Florida Broward County Sheriff Peter Peraza has finally been indicted for manslaughter in the killing of 33-year-old computer engineer Jermaine McBean as reported some two years ago in this publication. Readers will recall McBean had just bought an unloaded pellet gun at a pawn shop, had it across his shoulders, ear buds in his ears, not pointed at officers when this jackbooted bastard killed him in his apartment courtyard.

Insult to injury? This piece of sh-t and a fellow officer received 'bravery' awards for the killing before the investigation was even complete. ... Can you say cover-up? Equally pointedly? Can you say nazi justice in Nazi America? A goddamned fascist police-state. ... Right, Sheriff?

Frank Sinatra was indeed one of the finest singers of all time. Certainly, had charisma. Commanding stage presence. While his private life was a bit more checkered with reported friendships with organized crime, carousing, etc., he did stand tall in Gary, Indiana in 1945. Had been known for years prior for insisting on performing with integrated orchestras.

In November 1945, white students walked out of Gary Froebel High School when it was integrated. Sinatra, himself a young heartthrob at the time, was asked to come to the school and addressed the students:

"You should be proud of Gary, but you can't stay proud by pulling this sort of strike... The eyes of the nation are watching Gary. You have a wonderful war production record. Don't spoil it by pulling a strike. Go on back to school, kids."

Supreme Court 'Justice' Antonin "Tony Boy" Scalia has been routinely skewered in this publication as a shameless goddamned national socialist, fascist more than willing to legislate his convoluted perverse religious and ideological views from the bench. In routine style, he did precisely the same once again during oral arguments vis a vis a recent renewed affirmative action case here in Nazi Texas.

“I don’t think it stands to reason that it’s a good thing for the University of Texas to admit as many blacks as possible. ... I’m just not impressed by the fact that the University of Texas may have fewer. Maybe it ought to have fewer. You know, when you take more, the number of blacks, really competent blacks admitted to lesser schools, turns out to be less.”

Time to elect all judges at all levels. Term limit every one of them. Would require amending the Constitution. ... Snowball's chance.

Kurdish fighters are ferocious. Particularly, the women. ISIS believes if a Kurdish woman kills one of them they won't go to heaven, thus profoundly fear these female fighters. Tough, isn't it? Go get 'em, ladies. Time for other Moslem fighters to step up as well. -- The only way ISIS can be defeated. ... The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a fatal shooting that occurred in the city of Lynwood at approximately 11 in the morning on 12-12-15. A 29-second video shows deputies firing rounds at 28-year-old Nicholas Robertson as he walked away from them and later as he crawled on the ground after being hit. Mr. Robertson was black, married, and a father of three. The video contradicts police accounts.

Congress and the President are again pressuring Internet companies to police their sites for terrorism. Why? It's not their job to be judge, jury, and executioner. How can they be expected to be able to justly decide what is protected speech and what is not? Congress wants this done yet has not defined precisely what terrorism is. Indicative of how desperate they've become to find a solution to an increasingly intractable problem.

Companies are not happy about the pressure. State they already do all they can. Believe additional laws will backfire. ... You think? Time for the public to wake up. Realize freedom is not free. There's always risk. Grow up. It's an unsafe world. The alternative? No security. No liberty. The goddamned fascist police-state we're already living in.

Much of what our servicemen and women post on social media could easily be misinterpreted as terrorism. Bottom line? The true threat is infringement on free speech. Should cowardly government officials, including the President, succumb to cowardly whining by the public, guess what? The terrorists win. Wake up. Grow a pair.

Remember the bottomless greed of Turing Pharmaceuticals CEO Martin Shkreli? ... Forget? This piece of crap recently raised the price of Daraprim from $13 a dose to $750. 5000% increase. This drug has been used for years by those infected with HIV to fight a lethal parasitic infection. Goddamned blood money.

This son of a bitch was not prosecuted for gouging, however. Finally, got his, though. In an unrelated matter. Was arrested 12-17-15 by federal agents on securities and wire fraud charges. Seems he's accused of misusing hedge funds at Retrophin Inc., a company he founded. Akin to a Ponzi scheme. That is, royally f--ked investors. His shyster bastard was also taken into custody. Alan Bersin, Assistant Secretary for International Affairs at Homeland Security, in a figurative slap to the face of the President and Democrats, opined it would be inappropriate to deny firearms sales to those on the terrorist watch list. Claims the list isn't designed for it. Is no more than a fuzzy tool used to shape criminal investigations. Would deny due process and Second Amendment rights.

Remember the death of Freddie Gray at the hands of Baltimore police? Suffered a broken neck allegedly at the hands of six of Baltimore's 'finest?' The judge in the trial of the first jackbooted thug declared a mistrial due to a hung jury. Apparently, several of the jurors believe police can do no wrong. Not clear yet whether or not the bastard will be retried.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Jennifer Fierro, Staff Writer, The Picayune. A copy of it was also sent to offending Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity. On a rampage. Thus, you get what you truly deserve. Always. Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate. -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area. Ten years after originally intending to do so. Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem. No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked. It's time to stand up. Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded. Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy. Literally.

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
