Her second in command, Service Manager Michael Ehrhardt, NMLSR ID 408607 was confronted the very same day the letter was received. He was informed the effort to expose the Wells Fargo corporate management suite, as well as both Massey and Wright for engaging in criminal activity would continue unabated. Both in this publication and through emails to local business owners.
Furthermore, a complaint would be filed with the U.S. Attorney, fresh complaints would also be filed with other federal and state authorities. Clearly, nothing will be done by any of these agencies. They're all likely bought and paid for by Wells Fargo. Corporate owned. In follow-up to your continued hopelessly ignorant, arrogant, cowardly failure to respond to a complaint against one of your gutless, abusive, jackbooted thugs dating back to 11-27-12, can you explain to my readers how it's becoming for two of your thugs to harass an innocent citizen the bastards clearly knew to be innocent?
Twice in the last month and a half this writer has been harassed by your jackbooted goons due to false complaints likely made by criminal Buchanan Dam 'businessman' Jim Niesom. Since when is it illegal to burn a fire in a woodstove? Are you and your henchmen protecting this criminal son of a bitch? Who else could have made the phony complaints? Who?
The exchange was quite testy the morning of 8-30-15. One of the jackbooted bastards not only refused to provide a business card, but to identify himself. The other provided his business card. Deputy Kirk Jowers. Since when are your jackbooted sons of bitches allowed to refuse to identify themselves to the citizenry? Who is this unidentified thug, Sheriff? Who? A jackbooted thug too damned cowardly to identify himself?
The people in this goddamned bought and paid for County have the right to know who the hell's oppressing them. Your thugs look like they're straight out of TDC. Have you done thorough background checks on these bastards? Why haven't you made this information public? Why doesn't the citizenry have a right to know their backgrounds? Too embarrassed by these goons to release this information, Sheriff?
These two jackbooted bastards asked for information that was none of their goddamned business. Refused to give it to them. Didn't have to. Lying like hell, they told me they were conducting an 'investigation.' A crock of sh-t. What 'investigation?' After over a month of intense pressure on the webhost, libertyinperil.twomini.com is again up and running. ... We'll see how long.
This publication was originally designed to be best accessed from computer platforms larger than I-phones. Back at launch in 1999, there was no such thing as a smart phone. The amount of material on this site is certainly difficult to quickly scroll down through on a hand held device. Haven't decided what to do about it. If anything. After all and since launch, the purpose of this site is indeed to be a center of an enormous amount of archived material. Not just for current readers, however, but future historians studying these times.
That goal is just not compatible with access by cell phone and other small computers with tiny screens. Need to think further about this. Perhaps, the latest material can be placed at the beginning of each edition, and the rest of it can follow. Then again, that does defeat the purpose of continuity and informing new readers of what this publication is about. As well as interesting still relevant recent history.
While a blog would be easier to read on a cell phone, it just doesn't offer the versatility and capability of a full-fledged website. With three sites as a hedge against hackers and those in business and government desperately trying to shut this down, I already have more than enough to do. As soon as some personal business is taken care of, will begin the search for a reliable commercial webhost.
At that time, might be able to run the commercial site as a full-fledged portal to all this information, while setting up abbreviated webpages designed to be easily accessible to smart phone users. Currently, with three sites, and having all I can do to keep them up and running, that just isn't possible at the moment.
Yet, I know there has to be change in how this site is accessed by smart phone users since an increasing number of you are using these devices to access all Web material. The decision has not been made yet as to how best to accomplish this while maintaining the original intent of this unfunded publication.
Kentucky Rowan County Clerk Kim Davis is no hero. Yet, apparently, thinks she is. Upon her release from jail for contempt for refusing to issue marriage licenses to gays, Eye of the Tiger, the theme song from Rocky III was played without permission. She will receive a cease and desist order. Think carefully about this.
... Imagine writing something copyrighted. --Then, having it perversely used by a homophobic highly convoluted bigot. Worse? Without permission of the writers. Only to have the public believe you, as the writers, are as goddamned homophobic and bigoted as the offender.
Davis claimed she will not interfere with her clerks issuing marriage licenses. Big of her, isn't it? Her name and title, however, will not be on these licenses. She further claims these licenses are therefore not valid. Kentucky state authorities say otherwise.
Readers will recall earlier coverage in this publication of a Right Wing group called the Oath Keepers. This militia group is composed of former cops, military members, and first responders. Has vowed to keep the Kentucky clerk from being re-jailed for contempt. Is that right? Do they intend to fight to keep this homophobic bigot from being re-jailed? Trigger an unwanted dreaded second American revolution?
Ms. Davis has philosophically ceded no ground to the Judge. Opining regarding the issuance of marriage licenses from her office by deputy clerks she claims such a certificate issued by her deputies nonetheless:
"authorizes marriage that conflicts with God's definition of marriage as a union between one man and one woman [and] violates my deeply-held religious convictions and conscience. For me, this would be an act of disobedience to my God.
"Whether I personally issue the license or whether one of my deputies issues it, the result is the same. The license is issued under the authority of Kim Davis, County Clerk of Rowan County."
Do the right thing, Ms. Davis. Resign in disgrace. You remain intransigent and incapable of doing your job. Worse? You have abrogated your oath to uphold statutory law and the U.S. Constitution. If doing your job supposedly interferes with your religious beliefs, promptly resign. Spare the public your convoluted religious and ideological views. You indeed have no constitutional right to impose them on others.
The quote is from CBS and came from commentary made by the clerk just before she went back to work.

Western New York health insurer Excellus BlueCross BlueShield was recently hacked. This corporation admits more than 10 million personal records may have been stolen. Why the hell are these goddamned corporations collecting all this unneeded, unnecessary data? Equally pointedly, why aren't these greedy, inept, determinedly aggressively stupid dolts not using the latest most sophisticated encryption to secure whatever little information they truly need to provide 'services?' Equally pointedly, why are you as health consumers tolerating this bullsh-t? Not demanding better? You're docile sheep. Too afraid to stand up. Say, "No more!" Instead, cower. Consequently? One of New York's jackbooted 'finest' charged, tackled, and falsely arrested former tennis star James Blake outside a Manhattan hotel. The 'officer' is James Frascatore. Now, on desk duty. Has been an NYPD cop four years. Already been sued for excessive force several times. On top of that, has received four civilian complaints. Police admit that's way above average for that time period. You think?
According to CBS, Mr. Blake opined:
"I don't think this person should ever have a badge or a gun again. I don't think it's too much to ask.
"I think that that kind of police officer tarnishes the badge, which I have the utmost respect for and I believe that the majority of police officers do great work and they're heroes. So this person doesn't ever belong in the same sentence with the heroes that are doing the right kind of police work and keeping the public safe.
"I'm sure this isn't the first time police brutality has happened and I'm sure it's not the last time. So I want them to apologize to the people that this happens to that don't have the same voice that I have."
Nothing will be quickly done substantively regarding this ongoing problem. A hollow 'apology' was immediately self-servingly offered by police brass. The officer will likely be protected and coddled, nonetheless. Despite his violent record. Worse? The victim paints an unjustified portrait of supposed ubiquitous police heroism and professionalism.
Wake up, sir. You need to sue the living sh-t out of the bastard, NYPD, and the City, Mr. Blake. Huge settlements are the only thing these jackbooted thugs understand. ... Other than a little of their own medicine. Don't make excuses for these violent out of control jackbooted sons of bitches. Sadly, there are more than a handful engaged in such unwarranted illegal violence.

Sadly, Kentucky State Trooper Joseph Cameron Ponder, 31, was allegedly shot during a traffic stop and later died. The shooter was allegedly Joseph Thomas Johnson-Shanks of Missouri, 25. The chase allegedly was on and the suspect was shot and killed by police when he allegedly refused to drop his weapon. After an alleged hours long manhunt. Believe it? Could certainly be true. Then again, law enforcement has consistently lied so very many times in these cases truth indeed remains a moving target.
Hopefully, there will be a video to verify police accounts of the entire encounter. Until police present evidence of what they say is true, not just hearsay by officers, pointed questions will remain. Without a video, if there was indeed malfeasance by the officer or officers, it will likely be suppressed at all costs by law enforcement, prosecutors, and their shills on the bench. ... As has sadly nearly always been the case in the past.
On the other hand, if police did indeed operate properly, that is within the law and bounds of the Constitution, then hats off to police for a job well done. What is so terribly sad about all this is the fact police have no credibility. Cannot be believed at face value. Worse? Have refused to clean up their act. If this doesn't change, the unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon could become reality.
Subsequent to writing the above. Police now say the car was initially stopped because it was allegedly going 103 mph. Despite the fact the driver and two adult passengers reportedly did not have valid licenses, the trooper allegedly was trying to help them by securing lodging for them in a local motel and had not allegedly originally intended to arrest the driver for speeding and having no license. Is that right? Make sense? ... Think hard, now. Harder. -- You can do it. ... Doesn't take a rocket scientist. Just an open mind.
More baffling? One of the passengers, an 18-year-old woman, allegedly after the chase was jailed for first-degree hindering prosecution or apprehension. None of this has the ring of credibility. None of it. None at all. What trooper will not arrest and jail someone allegedly going 103 mph, give them a break, then arrange lodging for the night? Come on. Wake up. All this raises additional unanswered questions that need to be answered. Stinks to high heaven. ... Especially, galling? Alleged police sympathy for the family of the dead driver. Give me a break.
Businesses beware. Fox is reporting banks are refusing to make good on cyber attacks where money is stolen by hackers from business accounts. Individuals continue to be protected, but not so businesses.
A 14-year-old Texas whiz kid named Ahmed Mohamed designed and built a digital clock one evening. The next day brought it to his high school to show his teacher. Wound up getting arrested and handcuffed for a "hoax bomb." It's a goddamned clock. The kid told the jackbooted bastards the truth. Had on a NASA t-shirt. Dreams of becoming an engineer.
Police are incapable of telling the difference between a clock and a bomb? Especially, in a school setting where the kid is a known commodity? The student is quite well known for being creative. Indeed, a whiz kid. Just the kind of creative activity schools should be in the business of encouraging, promulgating. Along with learning that results from such endeavors.
Carefully consider the circumstances. Again, this kid is indeed a known commodity. A student. A good student. Where is the judgment not only of police, but school officials including his teacher? What we likely have here is racial profiling. Bigotry. Unbridled fear standing in the way of good judgment. The kid was released from custody. Won't be prosecuted.
Will his arrest record be expunged? Irving Police spokesman Officer James McLellan responding to intense public pressure opined:
"We attempted to question the juvenile about what it was and he would simply only tell us that it was a clock."
Well goddamnit, officer, it is a clock. What the hell is he supposed to tell you? What did you expect him to do? Lick the jackboots of your thugs? Social media reaction was ferocious. Even the President had praise for the kid and invited him and his clock to the White House. He wasn't the only one.
Top management at Twitter and Reddit offered him internships. MIT asked him to visit. Google reserved a place for him at a science fair they're holding. Even Facebook creator Mark Zuckerberg opined:
"Having the skill and ambition to build something cool should lead to applause, not arrest. The future belongs to people like Ahmed. Ahmed, if you ever want to come by Facebook, I'd love to meet you. Keep building."

Gen. Lloyd Austin, Commander of the U.S. Central Command, in testimony before the Senate Armed Services Committee, states "four or five" U.S. trained fighters remain in Syria fighting ISIS. The first group of 54 so trained at a cost of $41.8 million fled when attacked by ISIS. The force to be trained the first year was supposed to be 5,400 at a cost of $500 million. To date, a miserable failure. Why are we looted to pay for this? Why?
In follow up to a recent edition, remember the Illinois police officer supposedly attacked and killed by three? Law enforcement states the perpetrators were never found. Claims Lt. Charles Joseph Gliniewicz may have committed suicide. ... They don't know? -- How can that be? How many innocent people were harassed by these jackbooted thugs during the fruitless search for three supposedly non-existent fugitives?
Needless to say, the family of the dead officer is in an uproar over the suggestion he committed suicide. Is this yet another example of police 'professionalism?' Egregious incompetence? Abuse of power? In a goddamned fascist police-state.
In follow up to an earlier edition, Seattle Police Officer Cynthia Whitlatch has been fired for arresting a then 69-year-old man named William Wingate for using a golf club as a cane. Falsely accused him of swinging it at her. Never happened. Why hasn't she been criminally prosecuted?

GM will be 'heavily' fined millions for a defective ignition switch the company clearly new was a killer, -- indeed, a piss hole in the snow for such a large corporation. Yet, did nothing but drag its feet. Cover up. While people died.
Indisputably, the corporate management suite and many in the management food chain knew there was a serious problem that led to many, many needless deaths. Yet, these bastards sat on their hands. To save money. Why hasn't anyone in authority who had knowledge of this problem from the lowliest foreman or woman, right straight up through to the corporate management suite and board been held criminally responsible? Prosecuted for manslaughter?
Imprisoned at a supermax instead of a country club? When will there be justice? Equal justice? Accountability? When? When will the public rise up and say no more? What about all the families who have suffered a needless unspeakable loss to line the pockets of GM and its shareholders? When will all these hopelessly greedy bastards be held criminally responsible? When?
The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.
Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.
The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.
Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.
-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.
Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.
Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.
Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.
Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
