The Twomini site is down again. The problem is not hacking. It's also not the technician who is one of the best. Clearly, it's her corporate masters. ... Who either are hopelessly inept, gutless, or both. There is no excuse and no other reason for the exceptionally poor performance of this webhost over the last several months. Worse? They remain too cowardly, too hopelessly gutless, Aryan arrogant to answer any and all communication.
The libertyinperil.twomini url is being redirected to the host homepage. Browsers, including Tor, are signaling Invalid Security Certificate because of the redirect that's been put in place by the webhost. Outrageously unprofessional behavior. No communication from them at all regarding any of this or the reasons why. It's called juvenile clueless gutless chicken sh-t. Who runs and owns these companies? High school kids?
T-15 is the most reliable, followed by Wink. Eventually, will set up a commercial site again when a suitable webhost is found. Any ideas? Know anyone reliable enough? Staunch believer in protected speech? Will stand up no matter what? Keep the site up 24/7/365 with well under 1% down time for maintenance? Cut the outrageous bullsh-t of making the site temporarily unavailable at the top and bottom of the hour?
Since I've received no communication or complaints from either host-ed.me or twomini, have to assume they're trying to shake down this publication for money for a commercial website. That will not happen with either host. They are not reliable. Their highly unprofessional behavior is proof positive.
There have been so many problems with their 'free' sites one would have to suspect, safely assume the very same would occur with a commercial, that is, paid site. The utter lack of reliability and professionalism is stunning. Indicative of just how much the Internet has deteriorated recently. Unacceptable. Achingly, unprofessional. Although they have not admitted it, part of the problem is my insistence on using Tor. It prevents them from tracking, installing cookies and other more permanent tracking LSOs.

He was informed the effort to expose the Wells Fargo corporate management suite, as well as both Massey and Wright for engaging in criminal activity would continue unabated. Both in this publication and through emails to local business owners.
Furthermore, a complaint would be filed with the U.S. Attorney, fresh complaints would also be filed with other federal and state authorities. Clearly, nothing will be done by any of these agencies. Twice in the last month and a half this writer has been harassed by your jackbooted goons due to false complaints likely made by criminal Buchanan Dam 'businessman' Jim Niesom. Since when is it illegal to burn a fire in a woodstove? Are you and your henchmen protecting this criminal son of a bitch? Who else could have made the phony complaints? Who?
The exchange was quite testy the morning of 8-30-15. One of the jackbooted bastards not only refused to provide a business card, but to identify himself. The other provided his business card. Deputy Kirk Jowers. Since when are your jackbooted sons of bitches allowed to refuse to identify themselves to the citizenry? Who is this unidentified thug, Sheriff? Who? A jackbooted thug too damned cowardly to identify himself?
The people in this goddamned bought and paid for County have the right to know who the hell's oppressing them. Your thugs look like they're straight out of TDC. Have you done thorough background checks on these bastards? Why haven't you made this information public? Why doesn't the citizenry have a right to know their backgrounds? See the video of the guy with his hands up being shot in Bexar County by Sheriff's Deputies? Doesn't look good. Then again, it's too early to make a conclusive judgment. Police say they have a second far better video they have yet to release. Why not? Have to give the officers a chance to get their stories straight and in line with both videos?
The Sheriff's Office claims the man had a knife and was allegedly resisting arrest at the time of the shooting. Is that so? Unarmed U.S. Marine recruits are taught how to disarm someone wielding a knife. Why aren't police taught the same? Too afraid the perpetrator may indeed draw some blood? Shoot first and be done with it? Doesn't matter if the perpetrator is insane or has other mental issues?
The Sheriff's Office is bellyaching release of the first video has placed officers' lives in danger. Horse sh-t. They've placed themselves in danger. They wantonly kill, that is murder, all across the United States and expect no consequences. Have been doing so for decades with impunity. Now, that people are finally rising up and saying no more, they cowardly sit on evidence, including videos. Won't release them in a timely fashion to the public.
-- A public that pays their salaries and puts up with their corruption, abuse, and ineptness. Some seem to think they're 'heroes.' Despite all evidence to the contrary. Deaf to the rumble. Of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on the horizon. These offending officers are predators. Have placed their fellow officers in great jeopardy. ... Not release of incriminating videos these predators in blue so desperately wish to keep from public view.
An Illinois police officer was gunned down 9-1-15 allegedly by three still at large suspects. Police are searching the area north of Chicago. Have searched house by house. Did they have warrants? This loss of life is indeed appalling. At the same time, police must adhere to the Constitution and the rights of those in the area. More to come as this story develops.
After writing the above, Kristin Kiefer, 30, was arrested and charged with falsifying a report to police and disorderly conduct for allegedly lying about seeing two of the men near the scene of the officer killing. Bail has been set at $100,000. Amazing, isn't it? A felony for lying to police.
Here in Nazi Llano County, however, a charlatan 'businessman' who's fleeced the public files two false phony reports against this writer and nothing is done. Goddamned nothing. Can only wonder if the Sheriff and his thugs put him up to it.
An Atlanta-area police officer was shot and critically injured when police responding to a suspicious persons call arrived at the wrong house. Information is extremely sketchy at time of writing and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation is investigating the incident.
'Judges' certainly back up officers no matter what they do. Kimberly Bracken, 30, of Pittsburgh was fined $300 for allegedly, supposedly being too close to an officer making an arrest. Was about 50 feet away. The thugs in blue and their lackeys in court clearly don't want citizens to witness arrests. Why not? Afraid they'll be exposed for the jackbooted thugs most truly are?
Think dire poverty lurks only overseas. Wake up. CBS is reporting three million children in this country and 1.5 million households in our formerly great nation are living on $2 a day. Surprise anyone? Why? After all, the top 1%, including the corporate management suite and the rich, have no other way of lining their pockets than stealing from the bottom of the food chain.

Quite a few quacks out there. Be careful. Federal prosecutors are accusing Florida neurologist Dr. Sean Orr of being a greedy con man. Seems they're accusing the 'doctor' of deliberately misdiagnosing clients with multiple sclerosis so he could loot them with expensive painful treatments. Again, where is the oversight? How could anyone in practice get away with this criminal activity for so long?
NBC is reporting this 'physician' had his license to practice suspended a year for having sex with a client. Why wasn't he permanently booted from the profession? A couple of months ago they claim he agreed to settle a DOJ whistle blower fraud lawsuit regarding fraudulent billing for $150,000 without admitting guilt. Interesting, isn't it? Galling, as well.
U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch speaking of recent law enforcement deaths in Texas and Illinois opined:
"We have had four more guardians slain, and frankly our hearts are broken. I offer the families of these officers my condolences, and I ask that all of us come together and keep them in our prayers.
"... I know these men and women have volunteered to take on the most challenging and important jobs that we have here. They do this for us; they move us aside and they run into danger for us. And so please again keep them in your prayers.
"... This violence against all of us, regardless of what uniform any of us wear, has to end.
"... The Department of Justice stands ready to support law enforcement around this country as they continue to fight every day to protect the communities that they serve and of which they are a vital part. And we also stand with every community member, police and civilian alike, as they all work towards a safer community for us all."
What planet does the Attorney General live on? At the very least, she clearly has an incredibly convoluted sense of reality. It's the community that remains at grave risk from murderous officers. Not the other way around. Wake up, Counselor. Killings of police officers are indeed rare. Thankfully, so. Not so the wanton killing, that is murder, of citizens of all races by police.
Once again, Ms. Lynch, being a career prosecutor, indeed has no clue. Favors the police no matter what they do. Will not hold them fully accountable for their crimes. Adheres to a double standard. While the killing of any officer on duty is appalling, this is happening because the public has had enough of the unaddressed, tolerated, haughtily excused, criminal behavior of officers who falsely believe they have carte blanche to do as they please. With impunity.

Flags flew at half staff for the Harris County deputy recently killed. The Governor reportedly asked all law enforcement across the state to turn on their red and blue lights at the moment services were to begin. Where is the same honor for those wantonly murdered by criminal police officers? Officers who receive special treatment, rarely prosecuted for these crimes. Where? Wake up. Where else? Nazi America. A goddamned fascist police-state. Where day is night, night is day, and sh-t smells perversely sweet.
A Judge has ruled charges against six Baltimore officers in the killing of Freddie Gray will stand. Baltimore State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby will remain prosecutor. Will not be removed from the case.
See the photo of the three-year-old Syrian boy washed up on shore? You need to see it. Everyone should. The world is doing nothing about this horrendous problem. Refugees of war, horrendous poverty. Migration problems routinely ignored. Nothing at all but lip service. Meanwhile, innocent people die. For nothing.
The picture of this three-year-old boy, still dressed as his mom and/or dad dressed him that morning, is searing, profoundly poignant. Heartrending. Raises one exceptionally pointed question, however. Where the hell was the Creator? Out to lunch? This kid was three years old. His older sibling and mother drowned as well. Only the father survived and quickly poignantly publicly opined his (the father's) life is over.
The public needs to view reality depicted in such raw images of poverty and war. Can remember back in the mid 70s waiting my turn in the barber shop. Happened to pick up a copy of Hustler. At the time, its publisher, Larry Flynt was being prosecuted for obscenity. Turning the tables on prosecutors, Mr. Flynt decided to publish what he considers the real pornography in life. Images of the carnage of war. He's right.
In an expose about thirty pages long, he published photos of Vietnam War carnage. Heads blown off. Chest cavities obliterated. Stumps left after legs, arms, feet blown off. Genital mutilation. One particularly gruesome photo was that of a U.S. Marine who had been decapitated. Looked like a surgical cut. Horrendous. Hellacious. Someone's loved one.
Although, gruesome, the public needs to see these images. Must see these images. The government and the military don't want that to happen. After all, corporate war profiteers wouldn't be able to line their pockets, loot taxpayers. That is not to say war is not sometimes necessary. Unfortunately, it is. The Second World War had to be fought. At all costs. ... And the costs were horrendous.
With the exception of the first few months after 9/11 in Afghanistan, however, there hasn't been one just war since the end of the Second World War. Even 9/11 could have been avoided. -- Had the government done full background checks on the 9/11 hijackers, not failed to listen to flight schools that had warned authorities these flight 'students' only wished to learn how to fly. Not take off and land.
Not one head rolled, however. Not one. Instead, nazis in government imposed a fascist police-state vis a vis the USA 'Patriot' Act, Homeland 'Security' Act, 'Real' ID Act, and many other outrageously unconstitutional treasonous statutes. Traitors. Goddamned traitors.

In follow up to the last edition, Kentucky Rowan County Clerk Kim Davis has been jailed for contempt for refusing to issue marriage licenses to gay couples. Will remain jailed until she concedes. Could be some four years, -- until the end of her term as clerk. Tough, isn't it? Davis is entitled to her religious views. She is not, however, entitled to impose them on others.
Should have resigned in disgrace since she was incapable of doing her job. Abrogated her oath to uphold the Constitution and statutory law. Instead, chose to defy a number of court orders. The judge refused to fine her since he believed donors would have continued to pay her fines, and thus continue to defy the court order. Her subordinates assured the judge they would start issuing marriage licenses to gays and lesbians. Have indeed done so.
The courts need to wake up. Apparently, this one has. The pendulum has swung to the Far Right. That is, freedom of religion as opposed to freedom from it. Both guarantied by the First Amendment. Why should supposedly 'Christian' national socialists be free to impose their outrageously perverse ideological and religious views on the rest of us who don't agree? Why? ... Those very few of us remaining who staunchly stand for liberty and constitutional rights unfettered by nazis doing their best to make Adolf and Benito proud. Where? Wake up. Where else? Nazi America.
Subsequent to writing the above, the husband of jailed Kentucky Rowan County Clerk Kim Davis disingenuously opined he and his wife don't hate anyone. Just want the same rights afforded gays. They already have them. Heterosexual couples of age have always been able to legally marry. Not so gays and lesbians. No matter your gender, religious liberty has been in place since the First Amendment was ratified.
This ignorant fascist, however, cannot seem to understand religious freedom does not extend to forcing your religious views, perverse or otherwise, on anyone else. Exactly, what Davis and others on the Right always do. Not only vis a vis gay marriage, but abortion rights, contraception, sex education, and many, many other favorite pet peeves of the national socialist, that is nazi, element.
Fox is reporting some 300,000 military veterans may have died awaiting care from the Veterans Administration. The Fox source is a report recently released by the Department of Veterans Affairs Inspector General. If true, heads should role. Those responsible prosecuted. Seems the government makes it extremely difficult for veterans to obtain care.
They have to submit many required documents to apply for health services. Why? Why shouldn't a military serial number be all that's necessary? Why all the unnecessary bullsh-t and foot dragging? ... What if there comes a time when a threat as great as that posed during the Second World War presents itself and no one believes it or is willing to go?
The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.
Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.
The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem. No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked. It's time to stand up. Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.
Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.
Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. JP2 Linda Ballard Recording
Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.
Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff. It is not. It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
