Due to inadequate, often difficult to access, or unreliable Internet access, each edition is usually posted about a week before official publication date.
Readers need to be aware this publication no longer uses the libertyinperil@inbox.com mail address for correspondence. Sadly, Inbox is not Tor friendly. Has not been reliable, particularly lately. Turned out the recent snafu with mail sent to Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo may not have been due to blocking by Wells Fargo alone, but problems at Inbox.com with the server as well. Still not absolutely sure, however.
A tech had earlier informed this writer the mail had been bounced by Wells Fargo. That was clear from the Daemon. The codes, however, were not. When further questioned never answered whether the Wells Fargo block was system wide against Inbox.com or just against this writer. The lame response received was that a new server was now being used to correct the problem.
Apparently, it had been working properly for a little over a week since no new mail had been returned from Wells Fargo. Now, there are additional problems accessing the Inbox account itself through Tor. This is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. -- If you sent mail and I have not responded, that is why. Try again.
Reliable contact with this publication can now be made through a new email address and provider that seems to be working correctly and reliably for some time now. It is Tor friendly for those of you who wisely use this browser. Of equal benefit, requires no java script enabled to operate. -- Java script is often a tool used to track or introduce malware. Apparently, there is no affiliation with the old service despite the similarity in names. Also, when a suitable host is found for a commercial Liberty In Peril website, Yahoo Mail will be dumped at that time. -- Yahoo is far from Tor friendly. An absolute egregious pain in the ass to use. Worst ever. Has been a profound disappointment since publication relaunch. Consequently, have only used it as a portal. No where near what it was years ago. Will certainly give readers plenty of notice before the change is made.
Still having endless problems with the host-ed.me, twomini.com, and wink.ws sites. Keep getting unwarranted automated cancellation notices from twomini. Can't access the control panel to do anything about it. A twomini tech has been helpful, but still getting the notices. The twomini and wink sites have way too much downtime. Have not had time recently to replace these sites. Precisely, why it remains so important to bookmark all Liberty In Peril websites.
The t15 site seems to be the most reliable, -- at the moment.
Trying to do all this on the cheap is certainly one of the problems. Another may very well be the fact the hosts don't like the subject matter or have received complaints. Don't know. Just speculation. Once I've filed complaints against my brother with out of state authorities, as well as file a criminal complaint against Wells Fargo with the U.S. Attorney, however, hope to have time to create new sites or find one commercial webhost I can trust. ... The Twomini site is down again. The problem is not hacking. It's also not the technician who is one of the best. Clearly, it's her corporate masters. ... Who either are hopelessly inept, gutless, or both. There is no excuse and no other reason for the exceptionally poor performance of this webhost over the last several months. Worse? They remain too cowardly, too hopelessly gutless, Aryan arrogant to answer any and all communication.
The libertyinperil.twomini url is being redirected to the host homepage. Browsers, including Tor, are signaling Invalid Security Certificate because of the redirect that's been put in place by the webhost. Outrageously unprofessional behavior. No communication from them at all regarding any of this or the reasons why. It's called juvenile clueless gutless chicken sh-t. Who runs and owns these companies? High school kids?
T-15 is the most reliable, followed by Wink. Eventually, will set up a commercial site again when a suitable webhost is found. Any ideas? Know anyone reliable enough? Staunch believer in protected speech? Will stand up no matter what? Keep the site up 24/7/365 with well under 1% down time for maintenance? Cut the outrageous bullsh-t of making the site temporarily unavailable at the top and bottom of the hour?
Since I've received no communication or complaints from either host-ed.me or twomini, have to assume they're trying to shake down this publication for money for a commercial website. That will not happen with either host. They are not reliable. Their highly unprofessional behavior is proof positive.
There have been so many problems with their 'free' sites one would have to suspect, safely assume the very same would occur with a commercial, that is, paid site. The utter lack of reliability and professionalism is stunning. Indicative of just how much the Internet has deteriorated recently. Unacceptable. Achingly, unprofessional. Although they have not admitted it, part of the problem is my insistence on using Tor. It prevents them from tracking, installing cookies and other more permanent tracking LSOs.

This publication has relentlessly attempted to expose the Wells Fargo corporate management suite, former Kingsland Store Manager Lynn Massey, and current Kingsland Store Manager Amanda S. He was informed the effort to expose the Wells Fargo corporate management suite, as well as both Massey and Wright for engaging in criminal activity would continue unabated. Both in this publication and through emails to local business owners.
Furthermore, a complaint would be filed with the U.S. Attorney, fresh complaints would also be filed with other federal and state authorities. Clearly, nothing will be done by any of these agencies. Twice in the last month and a half this writer has been harassed by your jackbooted goons due to false complaints likely made by criminal Buchanan Dam 'businessman' Jim Niesom. Since when is it illegal to burn a fire in a woodstove? Are you and your henchmen protecting this criminal son of a bitch? Who else could have made the phony complaints? Who?
The exchange was quite testy the morning of 8-30-15. One of the jackbooted bastards not only refused to provide a business card, but to identify himself. The other provided his business card. Deputy Kirk Jowers. Since when are your jackbooted sons of bitches allowed to refuse to identify themselves to the citizenry? Who is this unidentified thug, Sheriff? Who? In follow up to the last edition, Kaiser Health News recently sounded the alarm regarding the use of social media such as Facebook and other websites to communicate with care givers. These sites are not secure. Personal information can wind up in the hands of government goons, their corporate masters, and many, many other places you may not want having access to this information.
An employer can certainly use it against you. So can insurance companies, credit bureaus, land lords, banks, other financial institutions, and numerous other businesses. To say nothing of the flood of unwanted junk snail and email.
At the same time, digital contact with caregivers can be very useful medically, reduce costs of care. Some providers are using texting to help diabetic clients titrate insulin dosages at the beginning of treatment. Reduces health care cost and need for diabetics to take time off from work to see a care giver. Yet, this information needs to be protected, encrypted, and unavailable to anyone but those authorized by those suffering from the disease. Certainly, not anyone in the corporate management suite and their lackeys in government conducting fishing expeditions.
The Dallas Morning News is reporting Dr. Christopher Duntsch, a neurosurgeon, has been charged with five counts of aggravated assault. Seems he deliberately botched spinal surgeries. Has also been charged with injuring an elderly person. In a bail hearing the physician was quoted from a 12-11-11 email:
“I am ready to leave the love and kindness and goodness and patience that I mix with everything else that I am and become a cold blooded killer.”
Gets worse. Much worse. How can a sociopath be licensed to practice? Do as much damage as he's allegedly done without long since getting caught? Clearly, medical review is sorely lacking or non-existent. Intend to follow this case very closely as it proceeds. Again, this doesn't mean you don't seek care. You must. -- But need to be very, very careful selecting a care giver.
ProPublica is reporting anti-abortion nazis are breaking into locked dumpsters and trespassing on private property to obtain improperly discarded abortion client personal data and data on physicians performing abortions. Law enforcement and other government authorities routinely ignore these complaints. Fail to do anything about them.
Why do abortion providers and others offering any care at all require such detailed personal information to provide care? Why? It's none of their goddamned business. Especially, if no insurance company or other third party is paying the bill. This bullsh-t has become so goddamned intrusive drivers licenses are being photocopied. Why?
Cowardly cooperate with this insanity? You get what you deserve. Pay cash? Why part with information these providers clearly do not need. Why are they required by nazi government to collect any of it? It's none of their goddamned business. Wake up. Stop cooperating. Stand up. They do this for one reason and one reason only. The ghost of Hurricane Katrina ten years ago still haunts its victims to this very day. The aftermath of this horrendous natural catastrophe remains proof positive just how poorly prepared government authorities are for such disasters. Yet, people stood tall despite little to no initial help from those charged with delivering desperately needed aid.
Authorities mistakenly advised survivors to make their way to the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center to await rescue after it became clear the Superdome could not handle the load. Conditions at the Superdome were indeed horrendous. Those, however, that waited at the Convention Center, some 25,000, never received aid. Waited days for help that never came.
No water, no food, hot, squalid conditions. Raw sewage soaking the carpet. Dead bodies. No help. No government assistance. No Red Cross. No one. Days after, a military chopper finally air dropped food and water not far from the Center. Some 25,000 stranded in survival conditions indeed stood tall. Looked out for one another. Did not prey on each other. Took care of one another. Displayed the very best of humanity under the very worst conditions. The above came courtesy of NPR.
Apparently, they're beginning to get the message in Ferguson. Thousands of open municipal arrest warrants have been withdrawn by a judge. Bond requirements have been reduced. Too little, too late. Defense attorneys claim these changes, while welcome, are intended to give a corrupt court system a fresh start and bolster public trust. Again, way too little, way too late. A step in the right direction, however.
Those accused, falsely or otherwise, will be given new court dates. Payment plans offered. Mighty generous, no? People were hauled to jail and forced to pay bonds on minor traffic violations. Tickets against innocent citizens were written to line government coffers. Legalized theft in Nazi America.
The same has happened here in Llano County. Has been going on decades at the very least. The situation grew exponentially worse here when a former County 'Judge' illegally and unconstitutionally pressured all four Constables and the Llano County Sheriff's Office to impose a quota system a few years ago.
The criminal bastard responsible was allowed to quietly retire by our truly worthless, out of touch, hopelessly inept, self-serving District Attorney. Ole "Sonny Boy" McAfee. Indeed, nazi justice in Nazi Llano County. The very best County money can buy. Literally. Right, Counselor?
Despite some changes in Ferguson, officials there still haven't gotten a clue. Seems interim Police Chief Andre Anderson, an Arizona officer, was suspended three times in a year, had a protective order against him, and had been accused of falsifying documents. Remains on unpaid leave from his post as commander on the Glendale, AZ Police Department.

Planned Parenthood took legal action 8-25-15 against Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal to prevent the fascist bastard from defunding Planned Parenthood by canceling its Medicaid contract. U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan declared in a recent hearing regarding a Freedom Of Information Act law suit against the State Department, Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server was out of compliance with government policies. Couldn't be, could it? Be interesting to see if Obama's 'Justice' Department is ultimately pressured to force the issue regarding all the controversy and seeming improprieties embroiled in this fiasco.
The Inspector General of the Defense Department is investigating the possibility intelligence reports may have been skewed to give the false impression military efforts against ISIS may have been more successful than they actually were. These reports are used by policy makers including the President in decision making. If true, consider the ramifications.
Equally pointedly? How is it with a defense budget of approximately a half trillion the President and other policy makers don't have access to the very best, most truthful assessments of reality on the ground? ... What the President and others do with this information, and how they skew it themselves for political advantage, however, is quite another matter.
The Law of War Department of Defense manual has been updated and may be used against embedded journalists by military commanders. If a commander is offended by what a reporter reports, he, she can be held indefinitely as an "unprivileged belligerent." This manual is so imprecisely written it can be conveniently interpreted by a commander as the commander sees fit.
Don't like what a reporter writes or states in a report? Arrest his or her ass and hold them indefinitely with no due process. An outrageous abrogation of the First Amendment, -- freedom of speech, freedom of the press. We're not talking about disclosing troop movements or other classified material to the enemy. No reporter can legally do so. ... Or, would do so.
What we're talking about here is a reporter can be jailed if a commander believes the reporter is 'sympathetic' or 'cooperating' with the enemy. Belief is sufficient. No proof required or due process afforded. A reporter designated an "unprivileged belligerent" by a military commander is not entitled to be treated under the Geneva Conventions. Where? Where else? Wake up. Nazi America.
All this needs to be challenged in court. Now applies to all branches of the military. A frightening development and direct deliberate assault on free speech and freedom of the press. Clearly, the military wishes to avoid all scrutiny. Not be held fully accountable for what it does and doesn't do. This is outrageously unacceptable and egregiously unconstitutional. Yet, another direct frontal assault on liberty that so many in uniform have so bravely fought and died for.
NBC is again reporting iPhones and Androids are tracking your every move. GPS location, date, time, all of it. If your phone is an Android, this data is sent directly to Google. These are default settings. You have to change them to allegedly stop the tracking. ... Operant word? Allegedly.
Kim Davis of Rowan County, Kentucky, under court order to issue same-sex marriage licenses, still refuses to do so. Why isn't her sorry ass in jail? If these religious nazis are unwilling to do their job due to 'religious' reasons, why not do the right thing and resign in disgrace? Doesn't she and others like her understand the Establishment Clause, First Amendment prohibits her from imposing her perverse religious views on those she allegedly serves?

As reported months ago in this publication, the FBI impersonated the Associated Press to catch a 15-year-old high school kid making bomb threats near Olympia, Washington. The jackbooted bastards in the FBI have clearly never read the United States Constitution, particularly, the First Amendment. How can one trust the news media if government goons have carte blanche to impersonate the press?

A Texas Harris County deputy was senselessly shot and killed pumping gas into his cruiser outside Houston, 8-28-15. By Saturday, 8-29-15, his alleged killer was in custody. Amazing how quickly an alleged cop killer is apprehended, arrested, and charged. Not so the other way around. Why not? Why the double standard? Why are criminal officers afforded special treatment? Why?
The Harris County Sheriff's Office has its panties in a wad. Why? What did it expect? These officers have a well-deserved reputation of being one of the most corrupt, abusive, and inept in the State of Texas. While this in no way justifies the murder of any officer, expect more of the same. Outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept law enforcement nationwide has done virtually nothing to substantively change in the year since the Ferguson fiasco.
While the killing of any officer is appalling, far, far more innocent people are murdered by police than the other way around. Rioting, criminal activity, ambush murder of police officers are all examples of unwanted dreaded low grade revolution. Sadly, expect far more of the same, though, as law enforcement stupidly refuses to clean up its act.
Don't blame the messenger, however. Wake up. Hold criminal officers accountable.
The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.
Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.
The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.
Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.
Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
