Due to inadequate, often difficult to access, or unreliable Internet access, each edition is usually posted about a week before official publication date.

Readers need to be aware this publication no longer uses the libertyinperil@inbox.com mail address for correspondence.  Sadly, Inbox is not Tor friendly.  Has not been reliable, particularly lately.  Turned out the recent snafu with mail sent to Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo may not have been due to blocking by Wells Fargo alone, but problems at Inbox.com with the server as well.  Still not absolutely sure, however.

A tech had earlier informed this writer the mail had been bounced by Wells Fargo.  That was clear from the Daemon.  The codes, however, were not.  When further questioned never answered whether the Wells Fargo block was system wide against Inbox.com or just against this writer.  The lame response received was that a new server was now being used to correct the problem.

Apparently, it had been working properly for a little over a week since no new mail had been returned from Wells Fargo.  Now, there are additional problems accessing the Inbox account itself through Tor.  This is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.  -- If you sent mail and I have not responded, that is why.  Try again.

Reliable contact with this publication can now be made through a new email address and provider that seems to be working correctly and reliably for some time now.  It is Tor friendly for those of you who wisely use this browser.  Of equal benefit, requires no java script enabled to operate.  -- Java script is often a tool used to track or introduce malware.  We'll see if this new service continues to be reliable.  The address is libertyinperil@ruggedinbox.com.

Apparently, there is no affiliation with the old service despite the similarity in names.  Also, when a suitable host is found for a commercial Liberty In Peril website, Yahoo Mail will be dumped at that time.  -- Yahoo is far from Tor friendly.  An absolute egregious pain in the ass to use.  Worst ever.  Has been a profound disappointment since publication relaunch.  Consequently, have only used it as a portal.  No where near what it was years ago.  Will certainly give readers plenty of notice before the change is made.

Still having endless problems with the host-ed.me, twomini.com, and wink.ws sites.  Keep getting unwarranted automated cancellation notices from twomini.  Can't access the control panel to do anything about it.  A twomini tech has been helpful, but still getting the notices.  The twomini and wink sites have way too much downtime.  Have not had time recently to replace these sites.  Precisely, why it remains so important to bookmark all Liberty In Peril websites.

The t15 site seems to be the most reliable, -- at the moment.

Trying to do all this on the cheap is certainly one of the problems.  Another may very well be the fact the hosts don't like the subject matter or have received complaints.  Don't know.  Just speculation.  Once I've filed complaints against my brother with out of state authorities, as well as file a criminal complaint against Wells Fargo with the U.S. Attorney, however, hope to have time to create new sites or find one commercial webhost I can trust.  ... Good luck, right?  LOL.

The Twomini site is down again.  The problem is not hacking.  It's also not the technician who is one of the best.  Clearly, it's her corporate masters.  ... Who either are hopelessly inept, gutless, or both.  There is no excuse and no other reason for the exceptionally poor performance of this webhost over the last several months.  Worse?  They remain too cowardly, too hopelessly gutless, Aryan arrogant to answer any and all communication.

The libertyinperil.twomini url is being redirected to the host homepage.  Browsers, including Tor, are signaling Invalid Security Certificate because of the redirect that's been put in place by the webhost.  Outrageously unprofessional behavior.  No communication from them at all regarding any of this or the reasons why.  It's called juvenile clueless gutless chicken sh-t.  Who runs and owns these companies?  High school kids?

T-15 is the most reliable, followed by Wink.  Eventually, will set up a commercial site again when a suitable webhost is found.  Any ideas?  Know anyone reliable enough?  Staunch believer in protected speech?  Will stand up no matter what?  Keep the site up 24/7/365 with well under 1% down time for maintenance?  Cut the outrageous bullsh-t of making the site temporarily unavailable at the top and bottom of the hour?

Since I've received no communication or complaints from either host-ed.me or twomini, have to assume they're trying to shake down this publication for money for a commercial website.  That will not happen with either host.  They are not reliable.  Their highly unprofessional behavior is proof positive.

There have been so many problems with their 'free' sites one would have to suspect, safely assume the very same would occur with a commercial, that is, paid site.  The utter lack of reliability and professionalism is stunning.  Indicative of just how much the Internet has deteriorated recently.  Unacceptable.  Achingly, unprofessional.  Although they have not admitted it, part of the problem is my insistence on using Tor.  It prevents them from tracking, installing cookies and other more permanent tracking LSOs.

As always, when a cop does something exceptional or truly heroic, it leads in this publication.  Always.  Seattle Police pulled over a vehicle speeding and going through red lights.  When the unidentified officers stopped him they found his wife was about to give birth.  The guy shouted, "She's in labor man.  Let me go man, I can make it."

The officer calmly told them they had called an ambulance.  The wife then screamed, "Oh my god, the baby's coming out!"  The baby girl was born and struggled to breathe.  Officer Anthony Reynolds then cleared the infant's airway, saying, "Come on baby."  Saved her life.

Police reported the family in its blotter remarked, “You have helped deliver a precious gift.  We are so grateful.”

Hat's off, Officer Reynolds and the other officers.  Job well done.  The above came from ABC.  Indeed, a rare pleasure to report the above than the usual fare.  ... Especially, with what's about to follow in this edition.

Interesting developments in the Wells Fargo fiasco.  This publication has relentlessly attempted to expose the Wells Fargo corporate management suite, former Kingsland Store Manager Lynn Massey, and current Kingsland Store Manager Amanda S. Wright for the criminals they truly are.  Have intentionally, deliberately, knowingly engaged in egregious deceptive trade practices.

Her second in command, Service Manager Michael Ehrhardt, NMLSR ID 408607 was confronted the very same day the letter was received.  He was informed the effort to expose the Wells Fargo corporate management suite, as well as both Massey and Wright for engaging in criminal activity would continue unabated. Both in this publication and through emails to local business owners.

Furthermore, a complaint would be filed with the U.S. Attorney, fresh complaints would also be filed with other federal and state authorities.  Clearly, nothing will be done by any of these agencies.  They're all likely bought and paid for by Wells Fargo.  Corporate owned.  Also, the U.S. Attorney will be asked to investigate whether or not Wells Fargo has unduly influenced Liberty In Peril webhosts host-ed.me and twomini.com.

Both hosts for months have failed to answer all inquiries.  Could they have been bought off?  Don't know.  Certainly, suspect they may have been.  No one figuratively targeted by this publication has greater resources to do so.  No matter what, the effort to expose Wells Fargo and its criminal activity continues unabated.  Will continue until Wells Fargo admits culpability and makes this right.  No matter how many Liberty In Peril websites they successfully shut down.

The Red Cross has received repeated criticism over the years in this publication for its ineptness, lack of transparency, and Aryan arrogance.  ProPublica is reporting Red Cross CEO Gail McGovern sent a letter last year to Rep. Bennie Thompson, ranking member of the House Committee on Homeland Security.  In it, she asked the Congressman to "end the inquiry" he had requested into the Red Cross and its disaster relief work, how it cooperates with other federal agencies:

"As I mentioned at the end of our discussion, I would like to respectfully request that you consider meeting face to face rather than requesting information via letter and end the GAO inquiry that is currently underway."

Nothing ever changes with this egregiously out of control quasi governmental agency.  It remains self-serving, refuses to be held accountable, and determinedly promotes itself and its interests rather than delivering the services it was chartered to deliver.

CBS is reporting federal legislation has been introduced to stop communities from generating income from speed traps.  Not surprisingly, municipalities are screaming bloody murder.  How else can they so easily line their pockets than place a trap immediately after the speed limit drops to half of what it was.  It's called bullsh-t.  Legalized theft.  Hear the rumble?

Texas Smith County Court-at-Law Judge Randall Rogers has clearly never read the First Amendment.  Seems the 'judge' ordered Josten Bundy, 21, to marry Elizabeth James, 19.  Gave him thirty days to do so.  Seems the young man pled guilty to misdemeanor assault for punching her ex-boyfriend for comments he allegedly made about her.  Also, ordered Bundy to write a Bible verse 25 times daily.

The Freedom From Religion Foundation filed a complaint against the 'judge' with the Texas State Commission on Judicial Conduct.  The Establishment Clause, First Amendment guaranties freedom from religion.  Be interesting to see how this is resolved.  Of greater concern than the church-state issue is the 'judge's' egregious lack of judgment.  Ordering someone to marry someone in lieu of jail time is aggressive stupidity at its very worst.  Isn't the rate of divorce already high enough?  Especially, among the very young.

"The Donald" has clearly lost his mind.  Trump wants Mexico to finance and build a wall along the border.  If it doesn't comply, he would cancel visas of those wishing to visit as well as increase fees.  He also would deny citizenship to babies of illegals born here.  Doesn't have the authority to do so.  The 14th Amendment clearly indicates anyone born here is an American citizen.  Would require a constitutional amendment, that as any constitutional amendment, would be extremely difficult to pass.

The Trumpster would reduce the number of visas and green cards.  -- Think the agricultural industry would go along?  To get along?  Wake up.  They already complain they can't find enough migrants to do the work.  Think food prices wouldn't skyrocket if wages were raised to secure employment of only Americans?

While he does not demand the deporting of all illegals, favors doing so.  What goddamned bigot wouldn't?  Moreover, think that practical?  Especially, since estimates of the number of illegals range from as little as 11 million to about 30 million?

A government which has absolutely no respect or regard for the Fourth Amendment has not, and will not, ever stop taking a raucous hard dump on privacy.  What tyrant wouldn't?  Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance Jr., along with other prosecutors and law enforcement all across our formerly great country, are demanding back doors be granted government to break encryption.

Again, as repeatedly stated in this publication, this remains outrageous invasion of privacy of those of us who wish to protect personal information from government goons on fishing expeditions.  Intolerable.  Should it occur?  Government should think twice.  The Doomsday Clock would strike dangerously close to midnight.  Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon.

This from an outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept government that can't, and won't, encrypt personal data.  Refuses to do so.  Despite huge data leaks engineered by foreign governments and other hackers.  Data it doesn't need to collect.  Does so to keep its boot heel on the neck of the citizenry. All data must be highly encrypted.  On all personal digital devices.  To protect us from the goddamned corporate management suite and its bought and paid for government lackeys.

This must be done to protect freedom.  Otherwise, you will remain enslaved.  Yes, law enforcement and prosecutors will have to work harder to catch and convict criminals.  This is, and remains, the cost of liberty.  Don't think for a moment criminals will not be caught and prosecuted, however.  They will.  It will take greater effort and strict adherence to the Constitution to do so.  Casting a proverbial net instead of a fish hook.

Alternative?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon.  Looming because government refuses any and all accountability.  Desperately wishes to avoid exposure.  Precisely, why it comes down as hard as it does against those who expose it for whom and what it is.

Own a farm?  Ranch?  Any personal piece of computerized equipment you must work on yourself to financially survive?  The corporate management suite has ensured you can't.  Why?  To line corporate and shareholder pockets.  This equipment is run by proprietary computer code that is protected with digital locks.  Break the lock?  You break copyright law.

Can't fix your own equipment you've paid dearly for.  Legalized looting of consumers.  Extends to a range of devices including tractors, other vehicles, garage door openers, medical equipment, and many, many other products.  Where?  Where else?  In Nazi America.  A goddamned fascist police-state run and owned by the corporate management suite.

In follow up to an earlier edition, Fairfax County, Va. former police officer Adam Torres has finally been indicted for second degree murder of John Geer.  Two years after the killing.  About time.  Better late than never.  Geer's family already recently received a civil settlement of $2.95 million.  Why the egregious delay in the criminal 'justice' system?  Why?  Why has this former officer been protected this long?  Received special treatment not afforded those accused of killing an officer.

As recently covered in this publication, there are egregious problems in the medical profession.  That go much further than bottomless greed, looting of those they supposedly care for.  The absolute lack of respect and regard for those they treat is a far more important recurrent problem.  Especially, in the operating room as previously covered regarding the treatment of a man who underwent a colonoscopy.  ... There's more.  Far more.

There are overtones of sexual assault reported by an anonymous physician in the Annals of Internal Medicine.  The journal decided not to publish his name to protect the privacy of those victimized by the offending doctors.  The article was reviewed by other medical professionals and approved for publication.  Two women were sexually abused on the operating table while under anesthesia.

Seems a physician while scrubbing and cleansing a woman, prepping her for a vaginal hysterectomy, remarked: "I bet she's enjoying this."  In another case, an obstetrician saved the life of an Hispanic woman who had just given birth and was hemorrhaging.  He did an internal bimanual uterine massage, inserting his fist into her vagina and placed pressure on her uterus to slow and stop the bleeding.  Saved her life.

Then remarked: "Atta girl. That's what I like. A nice, tight uterus."  Started singing "La Cucaracha" with his free hand up in the air and then "performed an obscene dance."  Not only is this 'doctor' a perverse f--ked up quack, he's a goddamned bigot.

The above comes from The Washington Post and CBS.  This bullsh-t needs to end.  To do so, there must be a way to report untoward behavior, have it acted on immediately.  Much of this is observed by nurses and medical students on the bottom of the totem pole who have no way and no one to report it to.

... Also, this doesn't mean you shouldn't seek care.  You must.  Just be very careful about whom you select to provide that care.

In another article on The Washington Post site, Dr. Mitch Kaminski, in family practice thirty years, cogently asked a client:  “What are your goals for your care, and how can I help you?”

Right on, Doctor.  You've gotten it right.  Those you treat lead.  Accept your advice, -- or don't.  They choose.  Not you.  Most female physicians know this intuitively.  Most males have a long, long way to go.

Pfc. Chelsea Manning deserves the Congressional Medal of Honor for release of classified documents that should never have been classified in the first place.  Instead got 35 years at Fort Leavenworth.  Now is being harassed by her captors.  Seems she got caught with a copy of Vanity Fair.  Caitlyn Jenner on the cover.

Readers are reminded both women are trans gender.  Guess the Army has a problem with that.  Insult to injury? -- All chicken sh-t she could have gotten indefinite solitary confinement for.  Didn't, however, due to a petition signed by 100,000 Americans who didn't want her so treated.  Wound up losing recreational privileges including library access, no gym, no going outside for three weeks.  For what?  This woman is a hero.  Stood tall.  Despite being egregiously f--ked by the government she courageously exposed in all its corrupt, abusive, inept, hypocritical 'glory.'  Where?  Where else?  Nazi America.

Despite all the public furor of police officers wantonly murdering citizens with impunity virtually no consequences, law enforcement is still withholding offending officers names from the public.  The 'reasoning' behind this outrageous bullsh-t is remarkably Catch-22.  Certainly, Orwellian.  Succinctly and perversely elucidated by California Fairfax County Police Chief Edwin C. Roessler Jr.:

“The officers are essentially victims. We’d not normally release victims’ names, but there is a higher level of accountability for police officers. We are open to evolving. This is one of many efforts we are trying to be more open and transparent.”

This is unadulterated horse sh-t.  All three outrageously phony and false statements made by this clueless turd.  First, officers are not 'victims.'  They're unabashed out of control predators.  A greater threat to the public than the criminal element.  Officers are seldom held accountable for their crimes.  They're protected and coddled.  They remain unindicted for the most heinous of crimes including murder and rape, because Piped Piper 'prosecutors' will not proactively seek indictments from grand juries.  Determinedly, protect the criminal bastards in blue they have to work with day to day.

Second, policing never truly evolves.  Nor changes for the better. Simply changes it colors like a chameleon.  Retains the same old oppressive repressive Orwellian fascist police-state tactics.  No matter how opposed and angered the public remains.  -- Until the point of no return is reached and the government is overthrown.

Third, police are not open and transparent.  Will not disclose offending officers names.  Refuse to release information to the families of their victims until sued in civil court.  Truly believe they are immune to the very same laws the rest of us live with.  'Prosecutors' and 'judges' ensure this remains so.  Almost never is there any justice for their victims.  This is why there is rioting in the streets.  Low grade revolution.  Don't blame the messenger.  Blame the bastards in government who allow criminal officers to remain unaccountable and above the law.

Why should there be any difference in how criminal officers and the criminals they arrest are treated?  We, as honest and law-abiding citizens, are not safe from predator police officers.  Why should they?  The standards of accountability and disclosure need to be identical.  Police should not be afforded special treatment.

If this doesn't change, expect continued civil unrest.  As the Doomsday Clock strikes ever closer to midnight.  At some point, an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, already catastrophically looming on the horizon, will ultimately and sadly be inadvertently triggered.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers.  A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to D&T Services, Irrigation Installation & Repair, Landscaping And More.  A copy of it was also sent to offending Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright.  She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager.  Reverse Darwinism.  Survival of the unfittest.

The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards.  Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor.  Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked.  Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state.  Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling?  Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
