Due to inadequate, often difficult to access, or unreliable Internet access, each edition is usually posted about a week before official publication date.

Readers need to be aware this publication no longer uses the libertyinperil@inbox.com mail address for correspondence.  Sadly, Inbox is not Tor friendly.  Has not been reliable, particularly lately.  Turned out the recent snafu with mail sent to Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo may not have been due to blocking by Wells Fargo alone, but problems at Inbox.com with the server as well.  Still not absolutely sure, however.

A tech had earlier informed this writer the mail had been bounced by Wells Fargo.  That was clear from the Daemon.  The codes, however, were not.  When further questioned never answered whether the Wells Fargo block was system wide against Inbox.com or just against this writer.  The lame response received was that a new server was now being used to correct the problem.

Apparently, it had been working properly for a little over a week since no new mail had been returned from Wells Fargo.  Now, there are additional problems accessing the Inbox account itself through Tor.  This is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.  -- If you sent mail and I have not responded, that is why.  Try again.

Reliable contact with this publication can now be made through a new email address and provider that seems to be working correctly and reliably for some time now.  It is Tor friendly for those of you who wisely use this browser.  Of equal benefit, requires no java script enabled to operate.  -- Java script is often a tool used to track or introduce malware.  We'll see if this new service continues to be reliable.  The address is libertyinperil@ruggedinbox.com.

Apparently, there is no affiliation with the old service despite the similarity in names.  Also, when a suitable host is found for a commercial Liberty In Peril website, Yahoo Mail will be dumped at that time.  -- Yahoo is far from Tor friendly.  An absolute egregious pain in the ass to use.  Worst ever.  Has been a profound disappointment since publication relaunch.  Consequently, have only used it as a portal.  No where near what it was years ago.  Will certainly give readers plenty of notice before the change is made.

Still having endless problems with the host-ed.me, twomini.com, and wink.ws sites.  Keep getting unwarranted automated cancellation notices from twomini.  Can't access the control panel to do anything about it.  A twomini tech has been helpful, but still getting the notices.  The twomini and wink sites have way too much downtime.  Have not had time recently to replace these sites.  Precisely, why it remains so important to bookmark all Liberty In Peril websites.

The t15 site seems to be the most reliable, -- at the moment.

Trying to do all this on the cheap is certainly one of the problems.  Another may very well be the fact the hosts don't like the subject matter or have received complaints.  Don't know.  Just speculation.  Once I've filed complaints against my brother with out of state authorities, as well as file a criminal complaint against Wells Fargo with the U.S. Attorney, however, hope to have time to create new sites or find one commercial webhost I can trust.  ... Who either are hopelessly inept, gutless, or both.  There is no excuse and no other reason for the exceptionally poor performance of this webhost over the last several months.  Worse?  They remain too cowardly, too hopelessly gutless, Aryan arrogant to answer any and all communication.

The libertyinperil.twomini url is being redirected to the host homepage.  Browsers, including Tor, are signaling Invalid Security Certificate because of the redirect that's been put in place by the webhost.  Outrageously unprofessional behavior.  No communication from them at all regarding any of this or the reasons why.  It's called juvenile clueless gutless chicken sh-t.  Who runs and owns these companies?  High school kids?

T-15 is the most reliable, followed by Wink.  Eventually, will set up a commercial site again when a suitable webhost is found.  Any ideas?  Know anyone reliable enough?  Staunch believer in protected speech?  Will stand up no matter what?  Keep the site up 24/7/365 with well under 1% down time for maintenance?  Cut the outrageous bullsh-t of making the site temporarily unavailable at the top and bottom of the hour?

Unrest continues in Ferguson one year after the killing of Michael Brown by an unindicted police officer.  Sadly, continued violence.  Low grade insurrection.  Authorities must be very careful how they handle this.  The alternative?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon.  Despite the fact a year has passed, little has substantively changed vis a vis policing in our formerly great country.  Nothing more than goddamned window dressing.

Police nationwide continue to line government coffers with bogus tickets, issued to innocent people.  Way to stop this crap?  Fines should never line local coffers.  Never.  Should always go to the state.  Not returned under any circumstances to counties and municipalities.  Would cut out the incentive to write bogus, bullsh-t tickets to innocent people.

Ensure police would more likely enforce the law.  Not succumb to pressure to line government coffers.  ... As has happened here in Llano County after a former County Judge illegally and unconstitutionally pressured four County Constables and the Llano County Sheriff's Office to write bogus tickets to line government coffers.  Did so with impunity.  The nazi bastard was never prosecuted.  Not held accountable for his crime.

Worse?  We're egregiously over-policed in the fascist police-state we now live in.  One of the reasons this is so is because municipalities and counties line their coffers with bogus tickets by police pressured to write them to keep their jobs.  This must end.  Do not allow municipalities and counties to retain any ticket income or get any of it kicked back by the state.  The incentive to hire officers for this purpose would be reduced.  Leading to a far smaller better trained and educated truly professional law enforcement community.

Adding to foment in Ferguson, five members of a Right Wing militia group called the Oath Keepers are patrolling the streets with assault weapons.  This group reportedly includes 30,000 former police, military, and first responders.  Think they'll protect protesters from being abused by police?  Even the police in Ferguson are unhappy about their presence.

Yet, these national socialist bastards have been allowed by police to patrol the streets after curfew.  Armed with assault weapons.  Yet, blacks who do so are immediately arrested and hauled to jail.  A goddamned double standard.  A fascist police-state in Nazi America.  Yet, the jackbooted bastards in power still can't hear the rumble.  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on the horizon.

Insult to injury? A Missouri police union has announced "Darren Wilson Day" on the anniversary of Wilson's killing of Michael Brown a year ago.  These jackbooted jackass bastards in blue are celebrating a homicide.  Can-you-say f--ked up?  Wilson was never held accountable.  Enjoyed a free pass to wantonly kill on the job with impunity.

Of even greater concern?  Nazi government in Ferguson has egregiously ignored the First Amendment.  Freedom of the press.  Will prosecute two journalists for doing their job. Washington Post reporter Wesley Lowery,  Huffington Post reporter Ryan J. Reilly have been targeted for not supposedly leaving quickly enough from a McDonalds Restaurant and supposedly interfering with officers as earlier reported about a year ago in this publication.  Their employers rightfully promise to vigorously fight these bogus charges.  Hope so.  Goddamned bullsh-t charges.  Clearly brought to deliberately interfere with media coverage of outrageously abusive police misconduct.  In Nazi America.  A goddamned fascist police-state.

There are some truly great people in this country.  People who step up and rise to the occasion.  ABC reported the plight of Leonard Bullock, 75, an elderly man who lives in Pendleton, Oregon.  Was sitting on his porch one day when a group of teenage kids suggested his house be burned and torn down.  Josh Cyganik, 35, overheard these clueless young savages.

Decided to do something about it.  This Good Samaritan organized approximately 100 volunteers to paint the house, July 18, 2015.  A local business donated materials.  Cyganik reflected:

“I stopped counting at 95 volunteers, but everyone showed up excited and willing to help. A lot of people are calling me a hero, but I just wanted to paint a house.  That’s just how I was brought up…to respect your elders and help people in need.”

Indeed, Mr. Cyganik.  Indeed.  Hat's off.  ... Of equal importance?  The clueless young savages learned a lesson that should remain with them the rest of their lives.  -- Maybe.

As previously repeatedly covered in this publication, there are growing problems with colleges and universities 'enforcing' rape laws.  Instead of law enforcement.  As pressured by the federal government and state legislatures.  Unfortunately, this has led to innocent men penalized for crimes they did not commit by colleges and universities because they couldn't prove their innocence.  Did not have evidence the alleged victim had indeed given consent.  Guilty until proven innocent.

Precisely, why sexual assault must be investigated by law enforcement.  Prosecuted in the judicial system.  -- As imperfect as the 'justice' system remains.  Judges continue to rule in favor of men who have been falsely penalized and brought suit in these cases.  Why?  No due process.  You think?  It's to the advantage of both the accused and the victim to have their day in court.  Not a campus tribunal.  "Yes means yes" statutes means no one's rights are guarantied.  Neither the accused or the victim.

Kaiser Health News reports research indicating pregnancy rates for military women remain about 50% higher than the general population.  Due to Republican national socialists imposing their perverse ideological and religious views, their insurance does not cover abortion.  Equally concerning?  They do not have easy access to contraceptives while deployed on active duty.  Worse?  That problem will be exacerbated when the military lifts restrictions on women in combat next year.  Is this the best we can do?  In Nazi America.

See the recent video of a 19-year-old college football player jumping up and down on a vehicle in a car dealership show room?  -- A show room he had broken into.  Vandalized a number of vehicles.  Arlington, Texas rookie police Officer Brad Miller shot and killed the unarmed kid.  Got fired for it.  Didn't follow proper police procedure according to the police chief.  Very little available on this incident.  At time of writing, no autopsy or toxicology results.

The officer claims the kid had advanced on him.  The police chief doesn't buy the officer's explanation.  No indication of whether or not the fired officer will be criminally charged.  Most critical unanswered question?  While the unarmed kid did need to be arrested, hauled to jail, and charged, was it necessary for the cop to have shot and killed him?  Much more to come as this story develops.

Carly Fiorina seems to be gaining ground in the polls.  Good for her.  Calls Hillary Clinton's support of Planned Parenthood "extreme."  How so, Ms. Fiorina?  Think the government has any business dictating to a woman what she can and cannot do with her uterus?  This brilliant former HP CEO, indeed, has a convoluted view of reproductive freedom:

"Mrs. Clinton continues to defend Planned Parenthood as video after video comes out and displays in its full horror the fact that we have Planned Parenthood employees picking over body parts while exclaiming 'look it's a baby.  I think the American people need to understand how extreme Democrats have become in [their] defense of abortion. It's not a life until it leaves the hospital. The vast majority of Americans know that that position is wrong."

That's crap, Ms. Fiorina.  Those videos have been heavily edited to elicit precisely your reaction, madam.  While no defender of the Democrats, how is their position "extreme" vis a vis abortion?  Who the hell are you and other GOP national socialists to dictate to a woman what she can and cannot do with her uterus?

The majority of Democrats and the rest of us unaffiliated with either party who support abortion rights have never claimed, It's not a life until it leaves the hospital. That's unadulterated horse sh-t, Ms. Fiorina.  The standard has always been viability for most abortion rights supporters.  This writer, however, is the exception.  Truly believe a woman should be able to abort right up to the moment of birth should she so choose. It's her uterus.

Then again, had I been a woman I likely never would have aborted, -- unless pregnant as a young woman with nobody and no means of support.  Still believe it's the woman's uterus and her right to choose.  No matter what.  Not a goddamned government goon or pastor.

With all the foment nationwide, the law enforcement community simply still doesn't get it.  Florida Riviera Beach Police Sgt. Gary Wilson is on paid leave.  Being investigated by Internal Affairs for ordering disabled combat veteran  Isiah James to remove his car from a handicapped-accessible parking place.  Despite the fact his car had a disabled placard on it and he is truly disabled from war injuries.

The cop was highly abusive, knocked the disabled veteran's cell phone out of his hand breaking it.  Seems the officer wanted no recording of the incident.  Be interesting to see how this encounter is resolved.  Already, the police department has received numerous complaints from the public regarding this officer's atrocious behavior towards this disabled combat veteran.  So much so it released a statement on its Facebook page:

“Many of you have expressed your concerns, passion, and support for Veterans as it relates to an incident involving one of our Police Officers and a Veteran. We, as an organization, share the same gratitude and respect for Veterans. We support Veterans and appreciate their commitment to serve our country. Although the department has not yet received an official statement regarding the incident in question, an Internal Affairs Investigation is already in effect. As a Department, we ask that you allow opportunity to complete the investigation. You can remain certain that the investigation will be thorough and transparent. The Office of the Chief of Police is always open, and takes seriously all customer service issues.”

Not enough.  The police chief needs to send a strong message to his minions that this atrocious behavior and lack of respect for the public is unacceptable.  Intolerable.  Furthermore, that there are severe consequences for offending officers, including firing and prosecution.  Otherwise, this goddamned bullsh-t will never end.

"You're fired!"  "The Donald" recently got a bit of his own medicine from NBC.  Trump got the boot from "Celebrity Apprentice."  Tough, isn't it?  Makes your heart bleed, doesn't it?  The show will return in the future with a new host.

Republicans have been whining quite some time the Obama Administration is responsible for the withdrawal of American troops from Iraq back in 2011.  Long known to be self-serving bullsh-t.  Simply, untrue.  Outgoing U.S. Army Chief of Staff Ray Odierno pushed back stating the Iraq Parliament would not have approved of our continued troop presence:

“I remind everybody, us leaving at the end of 2011 was negotiated in 2008 by the Bush administration. That was always the plan. We had promised them that we would respect their sovereignty.”

The General also states:

“If we find in the next several months that we aren’t making progress (against ISIS), we should absolutely consider embedding some soldiers in Iraq.”

That's frightening.  This is their fight.  Not ours.  Help them fight these bastards with logistical support, air strikes if necessary.  The fight on the ground, however, has to be theirs, not ours.  If it is to be ultimately successful.

Former Judge Andrew P. Napolitano is one of the few on Fox that rightfully continually stands against outrageously unconstitutional infringement of the Fourth Amendment by the USA 'Patriot' Act in regard to warrantless spying on American citizens by our government.  He's right.  The Fourth Amendment is quite clear.  Government goons must have probable cause and a warrant signed by a judge.  In regard to statements made by Gov. Christie in last week's GOP debate against Rand Paul, the Judge opined:

"But Mr. Christie advocated an approach more radical than the president’s when he argued with Mr. Paul during the debate last week. He actually said that in order to acquire probable cause, the feds need to listen to everyone’s phone calls and read everyone’s emails first. He effectively argued that the feds need to break into a house first to see what evidence they can find there so as to present that evidence to a judge and get a search warrant to enter the house.

"Such a circuitous argument would have made Joe Stalin happy, but it flunks American Criminal Procedure 101. It is the job of law enforcement to acquire probable cause without violating the Fourth Amendment. The whole purpose of the probable cause standard is to force the government to focus on people it suspects of wrongdoing and leave the rest of us alone. Mr. Christie wants the feds to use a fish net. Mr. Paul argues that the Constitution requires the feds to use a fish hook.

"Mr. Christie rejects the plain meaning of the Constitution, as well as the arguments of the Framers, and he ignores the lessons of history. The idea that the government must break the law in order to enforce it or violate the Constitution in order to preserve it is the stuff of tyrannies, not free people."

Here, here, Judge.  Couldn't have said it better myself.  Why haven't your outrageously fascist colleagues at Fox gotten a clue?  Rand Paul certainly understands this.  Sadly, not one of the other 16 GOP candidates seems to have any grasp on this issue at all.  To say nothing of Hillary Clinton who has long been out to lunch.

Seems the Department of 'Justice' is beginning to understand harassment of the homeless when there is inadequate shelter is criminalizing homelessness:

"When adequate shelter space exists, individuals have a choice about whether or not to sleep in public. However, when adequate shelter space does not exist, there is no meaningful distinction between the status of being homeless and the conduct of sleeping in public. Sleeping is a life-sustaining activity — i.e., it must occur at some time in some place. If a person literally has nowhere else to go, then enforcement of the anti-camping ordinance against that person criminalizes her for being homeless."

This comes from a DOJ statement of interest it filed in a Boise, Idaho case.  About time.  The quote comes from The Washington Post.

Harris County conducts body cavity searches of women stopped for routine traffic violations.  In public.  With no warrant.  No probable cause.  Charnesia Corley, 21, an African-American woman, was stopped for allegedly running a stop sign at approximately 10:30 pm on 6-21-15.  The male officer claims to have smelled pot in her car.  Spent an hour searching for it.  Found nothing.

Called in female deputies to conduct a body cavity search of her vagina on the concrete floor of a Texaco Station.  When she protested, she was thrown to the ground.  Her legs were spread and held apart by these officers.  The search was conducted against her will with no probable cause, no warrant.  The Harris County Sheriff's Office claims officers did as they should.

These jackbooted bastards and bitches should be charged with sexual assault.  Tried, convicted, and placed in general population in TDC.  Inmates so advised of their crimes and former jobs as officers.  Then, just maybe, this goddamned criminal bullsh-t will come to an end.  The Washington Post claims Texas State Troopers routinely engage in such activity, -- particularly if women are seen throwing cigarette butts out a window.

Gives the perverse f--ked up bastards a chance to get their cookies off sticking their goddamned fingers in someone's vagina or rectum.  The Legislature passed a new law scheduled to go into effect in September that will allegedly prevent such jackbooted bastards in uniform from conducting body cavity searches without a warrant.  While women have been the prime target of these criminal officers, men have also been victimized as well.

Lewis Fogle, a Pennsylvania man, was falsely convicted of raping and killing a 15-year-old teenage girl named Deanna "Kathy" Long back in 1976.  Spent 34 years in prison for a crime he did not commit.  Was exonerated by DNA evidence.  There was no physical evidence against Fogle.  Was convicted on the basis of testimony by jail house snitches five years after the crime was committed.  Nazi 'justice' in Nazi America.

The semen found on the victim did not match the DNA of that of the falsely accused.  Prosecutors are considering retrying the poor bastard.  On what basis?  You already f--ked him 34 years for a crime he did not commit.  It's time to re-write sovereign immunity laws cleverly designed to protect outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept government, and its goddamned criminal jackbooted goons.  When will we start holding criminal law enforcement, prosecutors, and judges fully accountable for their crimes?  When?  Instead of protecting and coddling the sons of bitches.

Most frightening of all?  The rapist and murderer of this young woman remains gallingly at large.  How many others has he victimized?

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers.  A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Starr Roofing, Remodeling, Seemless Gutters.  A copy of it was also sent to offending Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright.  She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager.  Reverse Darwinism.  Survival of the unfittest.

The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards.  Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor.  Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked.  Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state.  Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling?  Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
