Due to inadequate, often difficult to access, or unreliable Internet access, each edition is usually posted about a week before official publication date.
Readers need to be aware this publication no longer uses the libertyinperil@inbox.com mail address for correspondence. Sadly, Inbox is not Tor friendly. Has not been reliable, particularly lately. Turned out the recent snafu with mail sent to Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo may not have been due to blocking by Wells Fargo alone, but problems at Inbox.com with the server as well. Still not absolutely sure, however.
A tech had earlier informed this writer the mail had been bounced by Wells Fargo. That was clear from the Daemon. The codes, however, were not. When further questioned never answered whether the Wells Fargo block was system wide against Inbox.com or just against this writer. The lame response received was that a new server was now being used to correct the problem.
Apparently, it had been working properly for a little over a week since no new mail had been returned from Wells Fargo. Now, there are additional problems accessing the Inbox account itself through Tor. This is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. -- If you sent mail and I have not responded, that is why. Try again.
Reliable contact with this publication can now be made through a new email address and provider that seems to be working correctly and reliably for some time now. It is Tor friendly for those of you who wisely use this browser. Of equal benefit, requires no java script enabled to operate. -- Java script is often a tool used to track or introduce malware. Apparently, there is no affiliation with the old service despite the similarity in names. Also, when a suitable host is found for a commercial Liberty In Peril website, Yahoo Mail will be dumped at that time. -- Yahoo is far from Tor friendly. An absolute egregious pain in the ass to use. Worst ever. Has been a profound disappointment since publication relaunch. Consequently, have only used it as a portal. No where near what it was years ago. Will certainly give readers plenty of notice before the change is made.
Still having endless problems with the host-ed.me, twomini.com, and wink.ws sites. Keep getting unwarranted automated cancellation notices from twomini. Can't access the control panel to do anything about it. A twomini tech has been helpful, but still getting the notices. The twomini and wink sites have way too much downtime. Have not had time recently to replace these sites. Precisely, why it remains so important to bookmark all Liberty In Peril websites.
The t15 site seems to be the most reliable, -- at the moment.
Trying to do all this on the cheap is certainly one of the problems. Another may very well be the fact the hosts don't like the subject matter or have received complaints. Don't know. Just speculation. Once I've filed complaints against my brother with out of state authorities, as well as file a criminal complaint against Wells Fargo with the U.S. Attorney, however, hope to have time to create new sites or find one commercial webhost I can trust. ... The black officer is "Officer Leroy Smith, director of the S.C. Department of Public Safety." So reports CBS. Hat's off, Officer. Policing at its very best. The President is doing all he can to eviscerate the Second Amendment. Wants to deny gun ownership to those who allegedly cannot manage their financial affairs. Particularly those receiving disability payments. The President has clearly abrogated his oath of office to protect and defend the United States Constitution. Think such blatant abrogation of a Constitutional right, if successful, would not be quickly extended to those on Social Security? As well as all others receiving federal benefits?
The Texas Department of Public 'Safety' released the dashcam video of the arrest of Sandra Bland. Raises numerous additional questions. Not only since the encounter was nearly over with Bland about to be released with a warning for alleged failure to signal a lane change, however. The situation clearly escalated due to the jackbooted bastard's need to get his cookies off abusing power.
Could have simply, wisely let her go with a written warning he had already handed her. Instead chose to question her irritation with him and then deliberately, intentionally abused her. Seems the Trooper went ballistic when she refused his request to put out her cigarette. Didn't have the authority to so order her.
Had already handed her the warning. The encounter had been concluded. What the hell difference did a lit cigarette make anyway? She hadn't blown smoke in his face. Or 'threatened' him with it. Clearly, the bastard expected subservience from her. Wanted her to figuratively kiss his goddamned jackbooted ass. Power.
Went psychotic when she courageously asked him to justify what he was doing and why he was doing it. Then threatened to "light her up" with his Taser. That's terroristic threat. Could have killed her right then and there since the Taser was near her head. Why hasn't this son of a bitch already been arrested on terroristic threat alone? To say nothing of his manhandling of her. Why is he being protected? His identity is Texas State Trooper Brian Encinia.
Everything about this case stinks to high heaven. Precisely, why there is a desperate need for creation of an independent federal agency that would be commissioned to only investigate and prosecute criminal law enforcement at all levels of government. -- Investigators, prosecutors, and judges whose sole responsibility would be to combat criminal law enforcement and its jackbooted thugs.
Local prosecutors claim the supposed suicide death of this woman in her jail cell days after her arrest will be treated as a murder investigation. They cannot be trusted. Are beholden to the very same officers they deal with on a daily basis. DPS still has not disclosed all circumstances surrounding this arrest, including precisely what procedures the Trooper is alleged to have violated. Apparently, he's being protected.
Time for transparency. Not continued foot dragging, falsely in the name of a 'continuing investigation.' There were gaps and glitches in the video that have not been adequately explained by DPS. Including sections of the video that seem to repeat. One cannot give law enforcement any benefit of the doubt. None at all. They lie, cheat, and steal with impunity. While corrupt, abusive, inept 'judges' rubber stamp this goddamned bullsh-t.
What is so unusual about this case is the fact a DPS trooper was involved. Usually, they're far more professional, far better trained. Hopefully, this case is an anomaly. If not, the cancer has spread. Can't recall one other case of similar abuse perpetrated by State Troopers. Not one. Do, however, remember an incident involving a female State Trooper who should have arrested former Gov. Rick "The Prick" Perry's sorry ass years ago when he was extremely verbally abusive to her over an illegal parking issue.
Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, a Republican candidate for President, claims he doesn't know if being gay is a choice. Is that right, Governor? Did you choose to be straight? Or, are you simply that way like most of the rest of us who made absolutely no decision to be straight? Just are. Does the public truly want a President who remains so ignorant he doesn't know sexual preference is innate, not a decision?
By his own admission, as well, the Governor knows nothing about foreign policy or evolution. Think he's qualified to be anything other than the hopelessly ignorant jackass he appears to be? This the best our formerly great country has to offer? The future of Nazi America? A goddamned fascist police-state run by jackasses like Walker and his ilk? Determined to force their perverse ideological and religious views on all? By outrageously unconstitutional statute and divine right fiat?
U.S. Army Ranger Spc. Luke Smith recently used his CPR training to save the life of a 6-year-old girl at a Fort Benning, Georgia pool party. As all true heroes, doesn't consider himself one:
“I just did what anyone else would have done in that situation. I did what I was supposed to do. If I wasn’t there, someone else would have done it. I do not feel like a hero.”

Chemical engineer Troy Goode, 30, died in a hospital two hours after being hog-tied face down on a stretcher in a parking lot by the Southaven, Miss. Police Department. Reportedly, suffered from asthma, told police he was having trouble breathing.
University of Cincinnati police officer Ray Tensing shot and killed Samuel Dubose, 43. Mr. Dubose was a father of 13 children. Was unarmed. The officer is white, the victim, black. The officer fired a single shot to the head as Dubose sped away from him. The killing occurred off campus. Much more to come as this story develops.
It is known, however, at this time the officer has been allowed 24 to 48 hours to talk to his attorney first. So have other arriving officers. That is, to get their stories straight. Why aren't defendants and others extended the very same privilege? Indeed, a goddamned unconstitutional double standard. Yet, another reason why law enforcement cannot be trusted. Has no credibility. Absolutely, none. The jackbooted bastards are being protected.
The 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed a lower court ruling that struck down one of the most restrictive abortion laws in the country. A North Dakota law that bans abortion when a fetal heartbeat can be detected. As early as six weeks into pregnancy. Before many women even know they're pregnant.
What we have here is nazis in North Dakota as well as elsewhere throughout our formerly great country desperately forcing their outrageously perverse ideological and religious views on others. In direct violation of The Establishment Clause, First Amendment. Indeed, Nazi America. A goddamned fascist police-state.
NPR is reporting the State of Texas is refusing to issue birth certificates for children born here whose parents are illegal. The 14th Amendment is quite clear. Anyone born here is a citizen of the United States. Suit has been brought and the State of Texas is fighting it. Wants the case dismissed. Why? Much more to come.
Trouble in paradise? Must be. Texas Sen. Ted Cruz accused ole Mitch "The Bitch" McConnell of being a liar and running the Senate like his predecessor:

It never ends. Before the most recent movie theater murders several days ago, President Obama opined to the BBC:

If you look at the number that have been killed by gun violence, it's in the tens of thousands. And for us not to be able to resolve that issue has been something that is distressing. But it is not something that I intend to stop working on in the remaining 18 months."
That's truly frightening. The President falsely swore on a Bible to uphold the United States Constitution. The Second Amendment is quite clear. The right to bear arms shall not be infringed. There is more than ample reason for this guaranty. A well-armed public is the last best defense against corrupt, abusive, inept, murderous government.
That's why the Founders wisely included it in the Bill of Rights. Precisely, why gun rights supporters fight so hard against its infringement. The President is sadly delusional if he truly thinks more stringent gun control measures will prevent massacres and other murders. Only the law-abiding obey the law. Criminals and the insane will always do as they please, that is find easy access to firearms. No matter how draconian the law.
"Common-sense gun-safety laws" is indeed an oxymoron. Unadulterated bullsh-t. There is nothing "common-sense" about abrogating the last best defense against out of control corrupt, abusive, inept, murderous government. The President knows that. Making his phony, false assertions ever the more galling.
What he truly apparently wants is the ability for government to do as it pleases with impunity, absolutely no consequences. For an aggrieved public to have absolutely no ability, no wherewithal to overthrow their oppressors. The Second Amendment guaranties otherwise. Precisely, why it's under constant attack. Ferocious attack.
The callousness of the Nazi Right in our formerly great country is beyond comprehension. So is its pernicious ability, abject determination to lie, re-write history, distort reality to impose its agenda. The two videos against Planned Parenthood recently released by these goddamned nazis were heavily edited to distort reality, obfuscate the truth.
Planned Parenthood does not sell body parts of aborted fetuses. It pays for shipment of this tissue voluntarily donated for research purposes. This is yet no more than another attack on the right of women to do with their uterus as they damn well see fit. Yet, these nazi bastards on the Right remain intent on dictating and imposing their perverse religious and ideological beliefs and views on the rest of us. In direct violation of the Establishment Clause, First Amendment. That is, freedom from religion.
Of even greater concern is the fact Planned Parenthood and the technology company that runs its email outreach to Planned Parenthood supporters no longer allows Tor. What that means is that those of us who use this browser to protect ourselves against government and corporate tracking and intrusion are now being discriminated against by Planned Parenthood and its corporate lackey.
In an email to a Planned Parenthood email address independent of this outreach program, this writer made it quite clear to Planned Parenthood Tor users will not tolerate this discrimination. It will cost them our participation in their email outreach program designed to confront recalcitrant politicians and government bureaucrats. It will not, however, stop this publication from continuing to figuratively target those determined to abrogate the right to abortion.
Even if fetal tissue is sold for research purposes, it belongs to the woman whose pregnancy has been aborted. Not the government. Not the nazis who oppose all abortions and abortion rights. Legally, this tissue is not a baby, has no rights of personhood since it is not viable at the time of the abortion. What we have here is clever manipulation of semantics in a desperate attempt to abrogate the right of a woman to do as she pleases with her uterus.
For religious reasons. That is, they dictate use of her uterus as they, the Nazi Right, see fit. If there is no reproductive freedom, there is no freedom of all. Sadly, these hopelessly ignorant bastards on the Right seem to think reproductive freedom is no more than a woman keeping her legs crossed and her panties up. Jackbooted sons of bitches, blinders on. A raucous Sieg Heil!?
The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.
Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.
The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.
Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.
Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
