Due to inadequate, often difficult to access, or unreliable Internet access, each edition is usually posted about a week before official publication date.
Readers need to be aware this publication no longer uses the libertyinperil@inbox.com mail address for correspondence. Sadly, Inbox is not Tor friendly. Has not been reliable, particularly lately. Turned out the recent snafu with mail sent to Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo may not have been due to blocking by Wells Fargo alone, but problems at Inbox.com with the server as well. Still not absolutely sure, however.
A tech had earlier informed this writer the mail had been bounced by Wells Fargo. That was clear from the Daemon. The codes, however, were not. When further questioned never answered whether the Wells Fargo block was system wide against Inbox.com or just against this writer. The lame response received was that a new server was now being used to correct the problem.
Apparently, it had been working properly for a little over a week since no new mail had been returned from Wells Fargo. Now, there are additional problems accessing the Inbox account itself through Tor. This is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. -- If you sent mail and I have not responded, that is why. Try again.
Reliable contact with this publication can now be made through a new email address and provider that seems to be working correctly and reliably for some time now. It is Tor friendly for those of you who wisely use this browser. Of equal benefit, requires no java script enabled to operate. -- Java script is often a tool used to track or introduce malware. Apparently, there is no affiliation with the old service despite the similarity in names. Also, when a suitable host is found for a commercial Liberty In Peril website, Yahoo Mail will be dumped at that time. -- Yahoo is far from Tor friendly. An absolute egregious pain in the ass to use. Worst ever. Has been a profound disappointment since publication relaunch. Consequently, have only used it as a portal. No where near what it was years ago. Will certainly give readers plenty of notice before the change is made.
Still having endless problems with the host-ed.me, twomini.com, and wink.ws sites. Keep getting unwarranted automated cancellation notices from twomini. Can't access the control panel to do anything about it. A twomini tech has been helpful, but still getting the notices. The twomini and wink sites have way too much downtime. Have not had time recently to replace these sites. Precisely, why it remains so important to bookmark all Liberty In Peril websites.
The t15 site seems to be the most reliable, -- at the moment.
Trying to do all this on the cheap is certainly one of the problems. Another may very well be the fact the hosts don't like the subject matter or have received complaints. Don't know. Just speculation. Once I've filed complaints against my brother with out of state authorities, as well as file a criminal complaint against Wells Fargo with the U.S. Attorney, however, hope to have time to create new sites or find one commercial webhost I can trust. ... Having problems again with the Twomini site. T-15 is the most reliable, followed by Wink. Eventually, will set up a commercial site again when a suitable webhost is found. Any ideas? Know anyone reliable enough? Staunch believer in protected speech? Will stand up no matter what?

In follow-up to your continued hopelessly ignorant, arrogant, cowardly failure to respond to a complaint against one of your gutless, abusive, jackbooted thugs dating back to 11-27-12, can you explain to my readers how it's becoming for one of your thugs to harass an innocent citizen the bastard clearly knew to be innocent? How?
Ever hear of the First Amendment, Sheriff? Protected speech? Not a clue? Didn't think so. Let me educate you, sir. Llano County Deputy Les Daugherty and Llano County Dept of Land Development and Permitting Administrator Cristy Vaught paid a visit not even 24 hours after an extremely critical Liberty In Peril edition was posted against criminal Buchanan Dam 'businessman' Jim Niesom. Imagine that. Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no?
Are you and your henchmen protecting this criminal son of a bitch? Who else could have made the phony complaint? Who? Did your thugs bother to investigate the material just posted two days ago in the 7-20-15 edition? Didn't think so. There will be more in the next edition, 7-27-15, to be posted early next week.
Not only regarding Niesom, however, but Daugherty and Vaught as well. The exchange was quite testy the morning of 7-14-15. Tired of this crap, Sheriff. Needs to end. Rein in your henchmen. Neglected to mention to either the fact should I be harassed a second time by either, every bit of personal information I can find on both will be posted in this publication. All of it. No threat. A promise. Indeed, the public has a right to know.
The jackbooted bastard accompanied by his self-impressed sidekick announced he was there to "make an inspection." Allegedly, received a complaint. Asked me what I was doing about sewage. Despite the fact it is none of his goddamned business and to quickly get rid of this ignorant son of a bitch, however, told him the truth, -- had a composting toilet.
Told me that would be okay but they had to come inside to inspect. Testily told the jackbooted jackass to get a warrant. Responded he could. On what basis? What probable cause? He had none. The son of a bitch knew it. So did his sidekick. Precisely, why I told his equally jackbooted accomplice to do a walk around.
Took quite some time to do so while I did all I could to irritate this hopelessly ignorant grossly overweight haughty sad excuse for an 'officer.' She finally returned from the other side of the motorhome to piously announce there was no violation. You think? Hey, Sheriff? How many homes has this misfit and his sidekick illegally unconstitutionally walked into with absolutely no probable cause, no exigent circumstances, no warrant?
By intimidating some fool too gutless and ignorant to know he was being bamboozled? Is this the image you want for your truly worthless Office? Your jackbooted thugs? What business is it of both these thugs whether or not there is a well? They can go to hell. It's none of their goddamned business or that of your Office. Mind your own goddamned business. Leave innocent citizens the hell alone.
Whoever made the complaint did so fraudulently. Your thugs found no violation. When will you charge the bastard responsible for making a false complaint? When? Again, Sheriff, are you and your jackbooted thugs protecting this criminal son of a bitch who falsely considers himself a 'businessman?' Has repeatedly fleeced the public. When will you do your job, Sheriff? When?
Will also renew contacts with Burnet County deputies for the skinny on ole Les "The Pest." Seems they couldn't stand the arrogant son of a bitch, Sheriff. Why is that? Why won't you release the history of this thug for review by the citizenry? The public has a right to know the full background of all jackbooted goons oppressing them. Forget? Equally to the point, Sheriff, don't you set physical standards for your 'officers?' This thug is so overweight he could suffer a heart attack or stroke chasing someone. -- Certainly, wouldn't want to lose the gift that keeps on so generously giving to this publication over and over and over again. Most disturbing of all?
When this jackbooted bastard was asked by what authority he dictates to people what they can and cannot have on their property in an unincorporated area he refused to answer. That's the problem, Sheriff. Precisely, the problem. You and your jackbooted bastards answer to no one. You rule by fiat. That is not acceptable. The courts in direct violation of their oaths of office aid and abet.
The purpose of this publication is to expose this outrageous injustice to the light of day. To expose you and your thugs for precisely whom and what you are. Finally, when will you educate your officers to enforce traffic laws designed to protect bicyclists? Can't tell you how many times I've almost been hit riding as far to the right as possible and obeying all traffic laws. Yet, your officers witness drivers doing horrendously careless, stupid things around bicyclists and do absolutely nothing about it. Why is that, Sheriff? The latest incident happened late this morning on 1431 on the way to Kingsland. Yet, the officer who saw the near fatal wreck did nothing.

Didn't take too long for the sh-t to hit the fan after the last edition. Tough, isn't it? Doesn't your heart bleed? Seems someone made a complaint. Couldn't be the criminal bastard figuratively targeted in the last edition, could it?
Les "The Pest" will never tell. Too damned stupid to know what's in his best interests. And those of the bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County. Assured both of these jackbooted thugs they would be featured in the next edition. So here they are. What I neglected to tell them, however, during the testy exchange is the fact should I receive any further harassment from either, every bit of personal information I can find on either will be posted in this publication. No threat. A promise.
Daugherty was reminded how many, many times he and the Sheriff have received unwanted attention in this publication. Reminded him this cowardly jackbooted thug didn't even have the guts to identify himself some time back when he was harassing Smith and Jones living behind J&S. Equally pointedly, the Sheriff ignored an earlier request for information regarding Daugherty.
Seems this jackbooted bastard has quite a colorful history here, then in Burnet County, and back here again. Like a hemorrhoid, Les just won't go away. Will renew contacts with some Burnet County officers who knew Les and detested this son of a bitch. Need to find out exactly why and post it here. The Sheriff doesn't seem to think the people of Llano County have a right to know the history and circumstances of those responsible for oppressing them in this hell hole County. That needs to change.

Strange, isn't it, these two harassing clowns made no effort to investigate the fleecings perpetrated by Niesom? Or, the ongoing reported problem with an overloaded extension cord. Or, the fleecing of an elderly woman who had worked for the former Exxon and then J&S. To say nothing of how many times this guy has burned plastic with black smoke shooting some 150 feet into the air.
Or, the stifling stench of lacquer in the air making it difficult to breathe for anyone around his shop. -- That, of course, occurred in better days when he still had some business. Then again, a former employee claimed Niesom is doing drugs. Couldn't be, could it? Would certainly explain quite a bit of the squirrelly bullsh-t.
What we have here, indeed, is a double standard. A false complaint was made. Likely by this criminal son of a bitch. When will the Sheriff charge the bastard? Or, is he protecting him? If you have information regarding all this, step forward. If you've been fleeced, courageously stand up. This goddamned bullsh-t will never end until it sees the light of day.
An incredible amount of time has been expended the last several months exposing criminal activity perpetrated by Wells Fargo. Will continue indefinitely. Tirelessly. Significant time has also been expended securing Internet access out of town due to abject cowardice on the part of local businesses too goddamned gutless to stand up to the bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County.
A move made a couple of months ago will be followed by a second that is about to occur. Had been planned for some time now. When that's executed, the attention of this publication will finally be expanded to include exposure of my thieving brother and his shyster lawyer for the theft of my father's estate. Criminal complaints will be filed with local out of state prosecutors as well as the U.S. Attorney.
Doubt, however, any action will be ultimately taken since prosecutors and the courts across our formerly great country have been egregiously compromised. Remain bought and paid for. Consequently, the same tactics employed against Wells Fargo will be implemented against these two thieving sons of bitches.
That is, they will be aggressively exposed in their communities and professional circles for the thieving bastards they truly are. Despite the fact both are 1800 miles away, the Internet conveniently narrows geographical gaps to zero. This action will be taken for the sake of principle. As well as to protect others in the community there who may come in contact with them.
Further evidence of the abject failure of drug prohibition? The second escape of Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman. This savage bastard is the leader of the Sinaloa Cartel. Escaped a second time from a maximum security prison in Mexico. The United States is outraged. When will the achingly clueless dolts in our failed government finally smarten up?
Yes, drugs remain a scourge. Do them? You're a fool. They can and do kill. Prohibition has not worked. Quite the opposite. Worse, has corrupted every law enforcement agency in our formerly great country. Time for change. Time for a different approach. Take the money out of the equation. Nearly unlimited wealth to be had.
Do this? The price of drugs precipitously drops. Deprive drug kingpins of the incentive to peddle their wares. Lower the amount of ancillary crime associated with drug use. Concentrate on treatment of addiction rather than prosecution. While this scourge will likely always be a problem, it can be reduced.
We have no will to do so. None at all. Too many make too much off prohibition. Not just drug dealers, however. But government coffers that get lined. Pockets of corporate-run and owned prisons craftily designed to line the bottomless pockets of the corporate management suite. To say nothing of law enforcement that not only uses drugs itself, but lines its pockets.
Imagine being a Boston police captain. Your estranged son, Alexander Ciccolo, becomes an ISIS supporter and plans to set off an improvised explosive device in a highly populated area in the United States. What do you do? The right thing as the captain did. Turned in his son.
Doesn't seem outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept law enforcement has gotten the message. Sandra Bland, 28, graduated from Prairie View A&M University. Was about to move back to Texas when she had her head allegedly smashed into the ground by a Texas State Trooper. Had been arrested in Prairie View 7-10-15 under highly questionable circumstances.
There is a cell phone video of the arrest that's gone viral. She can be seen questioning officers' tactics. Clearly, no free speech in Nazi Texas. Was accused of being “argumentative and uncooperative.” Translation? Take their sh-t. Keep your mouth shut. Docilely accept the f--king. Same here in Nazi Llano County, right, Sheriff? Was hauled to jail and found dead three days later in her Waller County jail cell in Hempstead, Texas. Imagine that. ... Hey, Sheriff? Got what she deserved, did she?
She's black. A civil rights activist. Can't have that in Nazi Texas, can we? The arresting bastard may have fractured her arm. Yet, she gets charged with assaulting a public servant. What a crock of sh-t. An autopsy supposedly indicated she committed suicide. Is that right? The Texas State Trooper has been placed on leave. The Texas Department of Public Safety states he violated procedure, but did not disclose specifics.
There are far more questions than answers regarding her death. Time for law enforcement to release any video it has from the time of arrest to the time of death in a goddamned Nazi Texas jail cell. The FBI and Texas Rangers are 'investigating.' Neither law enforcement agency can be trusted. Both have a history of malfeasance. Hard to believe the Rangers could be impartial in their investigation anyway since they work for the same agency as the Trooper.
Time for Congress to pass legislation for a new federal agency that would investigate nothing other than alleged police misconduct at all levels of government. Including a court that only hears such cases brought by prosecutors whose only job is to prosecute criminal law enforcement officers.
See the high resolution pictures from Pluto? Stunning aren't they? Sunlight reflected from the planet as well as radio waves coming from the probe take some four hours to reach Earth. Traveling at 186,000 miles per second. If it were possible to make such a 'road trip,' would take approximately 6,200 years to get there at 65 miles an hour. Without a pit stop. Mind boggling, isn't it?
At 3 billion miles from the Sun, Pluto is cold. Yet, surprising how bright features on the planet happen to be. Another indication of the incredible power of the Sun, yet only a medium-sized star. What an incredible achievement of the scientific community to reach Pluto and continue the study of a heavenly body whose existence has not been known even a hundred years. Or, scientifically understood, -- hardly at all.
Scientists now think Pluto is geologically active. Mountain ranges pushed up, possibly by heat from the center of the tiny planet. Mountains of ice. No crater impacts as on our Moon. How about the heart-shaped feature on Pluto? A treasure trove of data returned from the probe. Can you imagine what could be achieved if the same determination and effort were made to solve problems right here on Earth? ... Not to take anything away from this stunning achievement, however.
Four United States Marines were killed in what appears to be a terrorist attack at a recruitment center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The shooter is dead as well. Much more to come as details come in. Heart-wrenching needless loss of life of our best and brightest.
Subsequent to writing the above, a Navy petty officer died of his wounds, leaving a wife and three children. U.S. Navy Petty Officer Randall Smith heroically warned others around him of the shooter, but was not able to avoid the gunfire himself.
Sen. John McCain has received quite a bit of criticism for his politics in this publication over the years. Politics, however, is one thing, military service quite another. The Senator was shot down during the Vietnam War. Endured six years of torture at the Hanoi Hilton. Stood tall. Suffers to this day from injuries sustained as a result of that torture.
Trump's criticism of the Senator for being captured and hailed as a hero is unspeakably callous, hopelessly ignorant. A slap in the face of everyone who honorably served under horrendous conditions during the War. This Trumpster bastard is now receiving well-deserved criticism from his fellow GOP candidates, as well as Democrats. Politics remains fair game. Impugning a POW's heroism is not. Steps way over the line.
Ignores the terror, pain endured being shot down, certainly while ejecting. -- Pilots often are injured during explosive ejection from the cockpit. Have suffered broken backs. ... If the canopy is not properly jettisoned first, the pilot is immediately killed. All the above does not even begin to address the consequences of six years of torture.
Trump has again clearly proven he is no more than a senseless jackass, egregiously unqualified to be President. How is it with well over 300 million in this country we have no better candidates in either major political party?

Zane, a 5-year-old bloodhound, a police dog, was found dead in the car of his police handler, Jerahmy Williams. A Georgia officer. Had been locked in a stifling hot patrol car some ten hours. Can't tell you how many times I've seen dogs left in cars in the HEB lot. ... You go into the store a few minutes or so. Wind up talking to someone a bit longer than expected. The heat kills much, much faster than most people realize. Think of the loss. Irreplaceable.
Things do sometimes change as a result of public protest. Some time ago Target had received some well-earned criticism for its breastfeeding policies. Seems they've radically changed. Today reports the following from a Facebook post of a recent Target employee handbook excerpt:

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.
Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.
The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.
Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. JP2 Linda Ballard Recording
Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.
Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff. It is not. It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
