Due to inadequate, often difficult to access, or unreliable Internet access, each edition is usually posted about a week before official publication date.

Readers need to be aware this publication no longer uses the libertyinperil@inbox.com mail address for correspondence.  Sadly, Inbox is not Tor friendly.  Has not been reliable, particularly lately.  Turned out the recent snafu with mail sent to Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo may not have been due to blocking by Wells Fargo alone, but problems at Inbox.com with the server as well.  Still not absolutely sure, however.

A tech had earlier informed this writer the mail had been bounced by Wells Fargo.  That was clear from the Daemon.  The codes, however, were not.  When further questioned never answered whether the Wells Fargo block was system wide against Inbox.com or just against this writer.  The lame response received was that a new server was now being used to correct the problem.

Apparently, it had been working properly for a little over a week since no new mail had been returned from Wells Fargo.  Now, there are additional problems accessing the Inbox account itself through Tor.  This is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.  -- If you sent mail and I have not responded, that is why.  Try again.

Reliable contact with this publication can now be made through a new email address and provider that seems to be working correctly and reliably for some time now.  It is Tor friendly for those of you who wisely use this browser.  Of equal benefit, requires no java script enabled to operate.  -- Java script is often a tool used to track or introduce malware.  We'll see if this new service continues to be reliable.  The address is libertyinperil@ruggedinbox.com.

Apparently, there is no affiliation with the old service despite the similarity in names.  Also, when a suitable host is found for a commercial Liberty In Peril website, Yahoo Mail will be dumped at that time.  -- Yahoo is far from Tor friendly.  An absolute egregious pain in the ass to use.  Worst ever.  Has been a profound disappointment since publication relaunch.  Consequently, have only used it as a portal.  No where near what it was years ago.  Will certainly give readers plenty of notice before the change is made.

Still having endless problems with the host-ed.me, twomini.com, and wink.ws sites.  Keep getting unwarranted automated cancellation notices from twomini.  Can't access the control panel to do anything about it.  A twomini tech has been helpful, but still getting the notices.  The twomini and wink sites have way too much downtime.  Have not had time recently to replace these sites.  Precisely, why it remains so important to bookmark all Liberty In Peril websites.

The t15 site seems to be the most reliable, -- at the moment.

Trying to do all this on the cheap is certainly one of the problems.  Another may very well be the fact the hosts don't like the subject matter or have received complaints.  Don't know.  Just speculation.  Once I've filed complaints against my brother with out of state authorities, as well as file a criminal complaint against Wells Fargo with the U.S. Attorney, however, hope to have time to create new sites or find one commercial webhost I can trust.  ... Good luck, right?  LOL.

Problems within the local business community remain profound.  Not just fear preventing resorts and other businesses from standing up to the corrupt, abusive, inept bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County, however.  Not even egregious mistreatment of employees and looting of customers at stores such as J&S and others.  The problem is worse.  Far worse.  Involves instability.  Instability that can be extremely dangerous.

Several years ago Buchanan Dam Volunteer fire fighters were called to a rapidly advancing grass fire that started behind Niesom's shop located next door to J&S.  Reportedly, the fire had started as a result of an overloaded extension cord run from the shop to the residence behind.  After power had reportedly been turned off to the residence.

The fire quickly spread to the Smith property located behind Niesom.  Did great damage, burned some boats and other belongings.  Reportedly, Smith had never been compensated for the loss.  Smith also claims the power problem, i.e. extension overload, has not been resolved.  Recently, a flame could be seen at the back of the Niesom residence under a privacy fence right on the ground.  When Niesom was informed of the flame by this writer, this most peculiar, strangest of birds went insanely ballistic.

Apparently, didn't wish to be informed of what could have turned out to be a dangerous situation since the grass was high behind his house.  The flame burned for several hours after the encounter until suddenly extinguished.  Interesting, isn't it?  Indeed, never a dull moment.  Not clear what he was doing or why.  ... No smell of food cooking, -- or drugs, chemicals, etc..  None at all.

Months ago, this very same individual was heavily fined for vicious loose dogs harassing patrons at J&S.  Worse, these dogs nearly attacked Smith living behind the store as he walked home.  For some reason the K9 officer responded, not the gal from animal control.  The Llano County K9 officer, however, did a remarkable job of capturing the dogs.  Did not have to shoot as he thought he might have to when the dogs threatened Smith.  Reportedly, not the first time Niesom had been fined.  Seems someone across the street had earlier been attacked and bitten.

There have been other problems including a most disgruntled local resident who had allegedly been duped by Niesom regarding some work that never got properly done, -- perfectly good parts that had been asked to be returned yet never were. The guy's name is Jim Vanecek of Buchanan Dam.  Some time back, Mr. Vanecek supplied Niesom with an engine that was to be installed in another vehicle he owned.

Wanted the old engine and parts back in their entirety, however, since the only thing wrong was a bad oil pump.  Niesom failed to return nearly all the parts.  Only the block.  The job was not done right.  Had to be completed elsewhere at additional expense.  Was supposed to take two weeks.  Took five months.  The price negotiated was $650.  Wound up costing $875. Only to have it returned still requiring major repair.  Since no paperwork just a handshake was involved, there could be no successful small claims suit.  Niesom, indeed, got away with the f--king.

Worse?  Niesom threatened Vanecek at the time in front of Vanecek's cousin.  Recently, Niesom's son followed Vanecek home, called him an old man, and threatened to kick his ass.  -- Apparently, runs in the family.  Mr. Vanecek is elderly.  Suffers two life-threatening diseases.  Yet, was f--ked over by this bastard and his son.  Not the only elderly person to have undergone the same, however.  Reportedly, a former elderly employee of J&S had also been fleeced.

Things have to change in the business community.  Otherwise business in the area will continue to deteriorate.  Already, dying on the vine.  The above is clearly not sustainable.  No one who does business as such will be trusted and continue to be patronized.

Once in awhile even those least qualified to be President get something right.  Hillary recently pilloried former Texas Gov. Rick "The Prick" Perry for deliberately disenfranchising minorities and others from the electoral process.  Voter ID has successfully accomplished what it was perniciously intended, cleverly designed to do.

That is, prevent, impede minorities and others uninclined to vote for Republican nazis to vote, period.  At a time when there is, and has been, absolutely no voter impersonation according to ACLU and others.

Indeed, Nazi America.  A goddamned fascist police-state.  Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on the horizon.  While bought and paid for GOP nazis continue to impose the will of their corporate management suite masters.  Enable these bastards to buy elections.

Disenfranchise those least likely to rubber stamp such goddamned Ayn Rand Atlas Shrugged nazism.  Despite the fact exponentially more of those on the bottom have been deliberately disenfranchised than the number of cases of alleged voter fraud.  Then again, wouldn't want to confuse the Right with the truth.  They're too damned stupid, hopelessly ignorant.

A smattering of county clerks across the country have refused to issue marriage licenses to gays and lesbians in direct violation of the recent Supreme Court ruling.  Are consequently being sued.  Have refused to do their jobs for religious reasons.  Why not simply resign?  Public office is no right, indeed, a privilege.  If you can't, or won't do your job for whatever the reason, it's time to go.

Implicitly trust the medical community?  Be careful.  Michigan Dr. Farid Fata used his clients as cash cows.  Deliberately falsely informed them they had cancer to line his pockets.  Clients endured treatment they didn't need that ruined their health, bankrupted them.  Some of them needlessly being treated with chemo therapy lost their teeth, suffered severe neurological problems.

The bastard quack lined his pockets with millions from insurance companies.  For maladies that were not real.  Did not exist.  People who were not ill.  Needed no treatment.  Those that were indeed sick and needed treatment were severely overmedicated, suffering permanent injury.  This son of a bitch lived in a mansion and operated seven upscale clinics.  Prosecutors say 553 people were victimized.  Could get life.  Not enough.  Needs to be caged in solitary confinement after everything he owns is forfeited to victims.

Readers?  Wake up.  Take control of your bodies.  Don't cede control to anyone.  Doctors are no more than glorified technicians.  Not gods.  If you're ill, seriously ill, always get a second, third, fourth opinion, etc..  Don't buy their bullsh-t unless you have damned good reason to believe what you're being told is true.  Always question. Always.  If the bastard or bitch gets angry, dump their sorry ass.  They're not worth a sh-t.  Find someone who is.

Amazing how a quack can so easily loot insurance companies millions, isn't it?  Yet, try to collect yourself for care you need you'll likely be rejected.  Clients in need of care are patronizingly, condescendingly labeled 'patients.'  Discounted.  Needs ignored.  "Patient" for what?  The f--king that too often comes their way?

Time to audit, fully investigate all insurance companies.  To say nothing of all healthcare providers including hospitals, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and all businesses having anything to do with the highly lucrative 'health' industry.  The system has become intolerably corrupt.  The cancer systemic.  Top to bottom.  Bottom to top.  It's all about the money, stupid.  This has to change.  Must change.  Otherwise, the entire system will collapse of its weight.

Subsequent to writing the above, the quack was sentenced to 45 years.  Nowhere near enough.  This, after the Judge had heard from this bastard's clients who had suffered brittle bones, fried organs as a result of unnecessary chemo therapy.

This goddamned quack looted insurance companies over $17 million for unnecessary treatment administered to people who were not stricken with cancer.  Raises the question, who got bribed, lined his/her pockets in the insurance industry?  Off the misery of this goddamned quack's victims.

More than 600 churches in the New England Conference of The United Methodist Church have called for the end of drug prohibition.  Believe prohibition does not work.  That better ways need to be found to combat this scourge.  They're right.  All prohibition has done is overload all jails and prisons, as well as corrupt every law enforcement agency in our formerly great country.  It's time to re-think this problem.

In follow up to an earlier edition, former FBI Agent Matthew Lowry, 33, was sentenced to three years in prison and a $15,000 fine for stealing some 2 kgs. of heroin to feed his addiction.  Tampered with evidence.  Was stoned on the job.  Even passed out.  Some 28 drug suspects went free as a result of the tampering.  Yet, this son of a bitch only got three years.  There are people in prison for life who got caught with far less.  This bastard was an FBI agent.  Clearly, received special treatment.  Nazi America.

FBI Director James Comey has clearly lost his mind.  Is again calling for a digital backdoor to be made available to law enforcement.  Wants encryption keys retained by encryption companies so government can access them with a warrant.  -- This coming from a government that repeatedly has proven it collects personal information it does not need, fails to protect that information with encryption, intentionally spies on allies, collects meta data with no warrant from nearly all in this country in direct violation of the Fourth Amendment, etc..  Sadly, the list can go on and on.

Now, these outrageous Aryan arrogant nazis in our achingly dysfunctional government wish to eviscerate all privacy.  Think these sons of bitches won't use this information against innocent citizens for political reasons?  Get their cookies off abusing power?  Line their pockets?  Recently, the FBI Director opined in a blog post, “My job is to try to keep people safe.”

The hell it is you traitorous treacherous deluded sack of sh-t.  It's to follow the Constitution.  A Constitution you have clearly falsely sworn to protect and uphold.  The cost of liberty at times is indeed extremely high, including death, injury.  A fact of life.  The price that sometimes has to be paid for freedom.  Hard to believe you remain so determinedly Aryan arrogant, hopelessly stupid, achingly ignorant, so pathetically ill-informed you don't know that.  Have no clue.

Rather, you and other law enforcement thugs enjoy abusing power.  How you, and other jackbooted bastards like you, get your cookies off.  You and your henchmen can't point to one example of how ubiquitous warrantless surveillance has prevented even one terrorist attack.  Not one.  Yet, you beg the bought and paid for fascist bastards in Congress, both parties, to further erode all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  On behalf of their, and your, corporate masters.

It is you and others like you, Mr. Comey, who are the true threat to our formerly great country.  No foreign power, terrorist organization, or the criminal element can hold a candle to you and other jackbooted thugs deliberately running this nation directly into the ground.  Eviscerating whatever is left of the Bill of Rights.

Moreover, the FBI claims it cannot break encryption.  Hard to believe.  All the more reason to engineer far more sophisticated encryption systems that would take decades to decrypt on a super computer.  All to protect innocent citizens.  Guaranty their privacy.  Police will simply have to improve investigative techniques and tactics, get better at infiltrating criminal gangs and terrorist organizations instead of so easily being able to look up the asses of innocent citizens.

Is there a price to be paid for such privacy?  Of course.  Freedom is not free.  Never has been.  Never will be.  Never.  Often comes at a steep price.  For the last fifty years, however, the pendulum has swung to a goddamned fascist police-state.  Time for this to change.  Believe nothing they're telling you.  They're liars.  Have you already forgotten the phony warnings put out the Fourth of July weekend?

Subsequent to writing the above, FBI Director James Comey claims terrorist plots from "coast to coast" were thwarted by law enforcement across the country during the July 4th weekend.  The lying bastard refused to provide the number or any further information regarding these supposed 'plots.'  To shamelessly borrow and butcher a phrase from Shakespeare, "Methinks the FBI Director doth lie through his worthless prevaricating fascist phony sorry sick dictatorial ass."

Buy his bullsh-t?  If so, there's oceanfront in Arizona and a bridge up for sale in Brooklyn you might be interested in.  These lying bastards in law enforcement have no credibility.  Expect what they say to be taken on faith.  No longer.  Show us the proof, Jamie.  Spare us the bullsh-t.  Claims of "national 'security'" have no credibility.  You've lied too many times.

Donald Trump has clearly lost his mind. Thinks despite his outrageous bigotry against Mexicans, he will secure the Latino vote if he wins the nomination.  Delusionally thinks Latinos love him because he gives them jobs.  Is that right?  The Washington Post recently reported some of the workers working on a Trump hotel may not be here legally.  If true, can you say h-y-p-o-c-r-i-s-y?

Chillingly, Trump's poll numbers are skyrocketing.  Proof positive racial parity remains a mirage.  Likely, generations from reality.  The fact this bigot is gaining traction is indicative of systemic racism well-entrenched, difficult to uproot.  A cancer that continues to eat away the very fabric, eviscerates the character of a nation dying on the vine.

Trump, however, has become far more than a grotesque caricature, a perverse cartoon character.  Represents an existential threat to equality.  This unabashed fascist seeks to turn back the clock.  Reverse history and all progress made the last fifty years vis a vis civil rights.  Indeed, the hallmark of a nazi.

Baltimore Police Commissioner Anthony Batts has finally gotten the boot.  About time.  What took so long?  Charges remain pending against six of Baltimore's 'finest' in the killing of 25-year-old Freddie Gray on April 19.  Since then, due to the backlash, jackbooted thugs have refused to do their jobs leading to a spike in the murder rate.

Clearly, if these jackbooted sons of bitches can't do as they please with impunity, they won't do anything at all.  Time to replace every goddamned one of them.  Start from scratch.  Make it clear to law enforcement this bullsh-t will no longer be tolerated. The Blue Wall has got to go.  Equally pointedly, it's time for police culture to change.  Now.  Not tomorrow.  Not two years from now.  Now.

In follow up to the recent data breach covered earlier in this publication, seems the number of present and former federal employees compromised now stands at 22.1 million.  Up to this morning, the President had indeed expressed continued confidence in Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Director Katherine Archuleta.

Today, 7-10-15, she resigned in disgrace.  After repeatedly claiming she wasn't going anywhere.  Not good enough.  No where near.  All responsible for maintaining OPM IT security need to be prosecuted for dereliction of duty.  Every goddamned one of them.  This bullsh-t has got to end.  First step?  Stop collecting data you don't need.  Only abuse.

The Battle of Britain happened long before most of us were born.  This hellacious fight occurred from July to October 1940.  It was an air war.  Hitler had desperately tried to soften up England before an invasion that never came.  The casualties were staggering.   British Hurricanes and Spitfires were responsible for shooting down 1,887 German planes, killing 2,500 Luftwaffe air crew members.  The Germans shot down 1,023 British planes, killing 544 pilots.  These grim statistics come from the BBC.

Despite the fact this battle occurred very early in the war, it is considered one of the turning points.  Military historians claim it was the first significant strategic defeat  for the Nazis.  Thanks at least in part to the fact the British had radar the Germans did not.  The Germans failed to attain air superiority and consequently did not invade Britain.  Got bogged down soon after invading the Soviet Union.

Yet, these Nazi bastards put up one hell of a fight at D-Day right through the Battle of the Bulge and on to the final defeat of Germany in 1945.  Quite a team effort by the Allies to overcome such overwhelming evil.  They never ever gave up.  Certainly, wound up kicking Hitler's sorry ass.  Indeed, saved the world from the Third Reich.

Only to find 70 years after the fact the head of the snake had indeed not been cut off.  The Fourth Reich has sadly been resurrected in our formerly great country:

Even the Afghan debacle could have been avoided had adequate background checks been done on the nineteen 9/11 terrorists and had the State Department heeded warnings from American flight schools these men did not wish to learn how to take off and land.  Only to fly straight and level.

Think ubiquitous public surveillance by federal, state, and local authorities, warrantless collection of meta data, as well as warrantless mass collection of all Internet data are executed for legitimate national security reasons?

Think all war crimes perpetrated and 'justified' by the Bush "The Tush" Administration and "Slick Dick" Cheney with the help of the American Psychological Association don't still go on?  Are not perpetrated and perpetuated overseas as well as in American gulags run by the United States including Gitmo?

Have the forced feedings and other abuses there and elsewhere ceased?  Since when have any of these goddamned war criminals including Bush "The Tush,"  "Slick Dick" Cheney, and all their henchmen in the former Administration, the military, and CIA been fully prosecuted, held accountable for all their crimes?

There are human rights abuses ongoing in every goddamned prison, jail, and law enforcement agency across our formerly great country.  When will these issues be addressed?  After an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, -- already catastrophically looming on the horizon?

Think the ongoing continual murderous activity across the country perpetrated, perpetuated by law enforcement goons is not intentional?  By design?  Continues even with the public uproar that's currently overtaken the country.  Truly believe it's not by design?

Certainly, hope not.  Otherwise, the unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon would sadly become inevitable.

Wake up.  Before too late.  You've been betrayed.  Hoodwinked.  Bamboozled.  Sold a bill of goods.  Drunk the Kool Aide.  Believe in what's become a delusion.  No more than an illusion.  A mirage.

A U.S. judge has ruled an American border patrol agent can be civilly sued for firing his weapon through a border fence killing a Mexican national who had allegedly thrown stones.  Question.  Why didn't this goddamned thug back away from the fence?  Instead, the bastard chose to murder.  The judge wisely declared the U.S. Constitution does not end at the border.

He's right.  No law enforcement goon enjoys carte blanche to commit murder.  Not in any of the fifty states, nor across the border.  This can't be tolerated.  This jackbooted son of a bitch should have been criminally prosecuted for his crime.  Instead, he received special protection from prosecutors.  Indeed, an intolerable double standard.  Much more to come as this story develops.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers.  A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Susie, Owner/Travel Agent, Susie's Travel Time.  A copy of it was also sent to offending Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright.  She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager.  Reverse Darwinism.  Survival of the unfittest.

The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards.  Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned.  Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor.  Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked.  Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state.  Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling?  Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
