Due to inadequate, often difficult to access, or unreliable Internet access, each edition is usually posted about a week before official publication date.

Readers need to be aware this publication no longer uses the libertyinperil@inbox.com mail address for correspondence.  Sadly, Inbox is not Tor friendly.  Has not been reliable, particularly lately.  Turned out the recent snafu with mail sent to Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo may not have been due to blocking by Wells Fargo alone, but problems at Inbox.com with the server as well.  Still not absolutely sure, however.

A tech had earlier informed this writer the mail had been bounced by Wells Fargo.  That was clear from the Daemon.  The codes, however, were not.  When further questioned never answered whether the Wells Fargo block was system wide against Inbox.com or just against this writer.  The lame response received was that a new server was now being used to correct the problem.

Apparently, it had been working properly for a little over a week since no new mail had been returned from Wells Fargo.  Now, there are additional problems accessing the Inbox account itself through Tor.  This is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.  -- If you sent mail and I have not responded, that is why.  Try again.

Apparently, there is no affiliation with the old service despite the similarity in names.  Also, when a suitable host is found for a commercial Liberty In Peril website, Yahoo Mail will be dumped at that time.  -- Yahoo is far from Tor friendly.  An absolute egregious pain in the ass to use.  Worst ever.  Has been a profound disappointment since publication relaunch.  Consequently, have only used it as a portal.  No where near what it was years ago.  Will certainly give readers plenty of notice before the change is made.

Still having endless problems with the host-ed.me, twomini.com, and wink.ws sites.  Keep getting unwarranted automated cancellation notices from twomini.  Can't access the control panel to do anything about it.  A twomini tech has been helpful, but still getting the notices.  The twomini and wink sites have way too much downtime.  Have not had time recently to replace these sites.  Precisely, why it remains so important to bookmark all Liberty In Peril websites.

The t15 site seems to be the most reliable, -- at the moment.

Trying to do all this on the cheap is certainly one of the problems.  Another may very well be the fact the hosts don't like the subject matter or have received complaints.  Don't know.  Just speculation.  Once I've filed complaints against my brother with out of state authorities, as well as file a criminal complaint against Wells Fargo with the U.S. Attorney, however, hope to have time to create new sites or find one commercial webhost I can trust.  ... Good luck, right?  LOL.

Llano County Judge Mary Cunningham is opposed to the recent Supreme Court decision legalizing gay marriage in all 50 states.  Claims, however, Llano County will nonetheless honor the Court mandate and issue marriage licenses to gay couples.  Why?  Apparently, just one reason.  Does not want the County to be sued.  The Judge, moreover went on to falsely whine:

“The state has historically been in charge of family law issues, criminal law issues, probate law issues and education, and the federal government has not been involved, and it worked great for 200 years.”

Is that right, Judge?  Has it?  Is that why men remain royally screwed by the courts vis a vis child support, that is, ex-wives who piss off child support on alcohol, drugs, makeup, clothing for themselves, pampering in spas and beauty shops, etc.?  While the poor bastard gets to eat pork 'n beans?  ... If he's lucky?

Is that why so many men are consistently denied access to their children for absolutely no legitimate reason? Get falsely accused of child abuse by their ex-wives? Only to have these 'judges' allow these false allegations to stand to ensure cash flow into government coffers?  While these men lose jobs due to being falsely jailed?  Only to again be jailed on contempt when they get out, can't find employment, get in arrears only to have the cycle repeat itself over and over and over again?

Is that why Llano County Sheriff's Office corrupt, abusive, inept, murderous, violent, jackbooted thugs are not held accountable?  Continue to falsely write tickets to innocent residents and visitors to illegally, unconstitutionally line County coffers, that is, the pockets of the bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County?

Is that why taxpayers are looted mercilessly since all property is conveniently consistently over appraised to line the pockets of these very same bastards?  The Judge seems to think things are peachy keen as our formerly great state has continued to nazify, has indeed become a fascist police-state where there is no due process, defendants are considered guilty until proven innocent, and judges dictate to defense lawyers what their defense will be instead of leaving it up to juries to decide.  Peachy keen?  ... You think?

The First Amendment guarantees free speech.  Does not, however, protect politicians or would-be politicians from making jackasses of themselves.  Seems Donald Trump may be finally learning this the hard way.  Announcing his bid for the presidency, Trump made egregiously bigoted disparaging remarks about Mexican immigrants.  Quite a stupid faux pas for someone running for president.  Especially, since the GOP is desperate to secure the Latino vote.

The comments made by "The Donald" financially cost him and his brand severely as well.  No question.  NBC, Macy's, and others promptly dumped him.  NBC will not air two pet projects of his, -- the Miss USA and Miss Universe pageants.  Tough, isn't it?  Think the world will stop spinning?  The Trumpster sued.  Knock yourself out, Donny baby.  Knock yourself out.

While this bigoted bastard is justly being criticized by many, have to credit him nonetheless for speaking his mind.  No matter how perverse, f--ked up his thinking may be.  More ominously, indeed, secretly speaks for many, many Republicans who remain at heart as bigoted against immigration, particularly Mexicans, as Trump certainly is.  Unlike his fellow GOP bigots, however, Trump has the guts to say what most of these cowardly convoluted bastards won't.

Without question, though, doesn't seem to care he's stupidly figuratively shot himself in the ass.  That's not to imply support of what this unabashed fascist perversely has to say, however.  Quite the opposite.  Only his willingness to publicly acknowledge what his fellow Republicans don't have the guts to publicly opine.

At least, he's honest about his perversity.  Sick, convoluted views.   Outright prejudice.  What's so frightening, however, is the fact this hopelessly bigoted bastard appeals to so many.  Sadly, a true indication of how far we still have to go to achieve racial and ethnic parity in our formerly great country.

New Jersey is warning citizens not to use cell phone cases shaped like guns.  Good advice.  Could get you killed by a trigger happy jackbooted law enforcement thug.  Especially here in Nazi Llano County.  Indeed, a goddamned fascist police-state.  Can't imagine why anyone would be so aggressively stupid to take such a risk.  Especially, with all the murderous activity now being perpetrated by law enforcement in our formerly great country.

Clearly, it is good the search for two New York escaped prisoners is over.  What is not so good, truly appalling is how this search ended.  An autopsy performed on escaped New York Clinton Correctional Facility inmate Richard Matt indicated he died from three rounds fired to the head.  Clearly,  this bastard was summarily executed by a police goon when he supposedly allegedly didn't quickly give up, didn't allegedly immediately put his hands up as ordered.

A shot gun had allegedly been found near his body, but had not been pointed at the officer.  Or fired.  Matt was nonetheless quickly dispatched to his Maker, by one U.S. Customs and Border Protection officer.  Can you say perversely 'g-a-l-l-a-n-t?'  G-u-t-l-e-s-s?  F--k-ed up?  Most pointedly, could the shot gun have been planted by law enforcement?  Think they're incapable of this?  Haven't done it many times before?  Conveniently, forget?  The ends justify the means to these corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards.

Fellow escapee David Sweat, unarmed, running from another goddamned jackbooted thug, was shot twice in the back by the bastard, a New York State Trooper.  Twice in the back.  Attempted murder perpetrated by the 'officer.'  New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, however, perversely, gallingly called the Trooper a 'hero.'  Is that right?  Our nazi government 'justified' both the summary execution of Richard Matt and the attempted murder of David Sweat.  As American as mom and apple pie.  Doesn't get any better than that, does it?  Egregiously, f--ked up.

Without question, in Nazi America, clearly a goddamned fascist police-state, day is night, night is day, and sh-t smells perversely sweet.  All ass backwards.  Sadly, clearly, without question, murder and attempted murder perpetrated by jackbooted law enforcement thugs are not only protected by 'judges' and 'prosecutors,' what is truly galling, achingly appalling, is the fact the gutless hopelessly aggressively stupid public rallies behind such atrocities.  Perpetrated by law enforcement thugs who have falsely sworn to protect and defend the United States Constitution.  Where?  Where else?  Nazi America.

Think you're already paying too much for healthcare?  Wake up.  "You 'ain't' seen nuttin' yet."  Seems healthcare insurance companies are colluding to merge. Among two of the worst?  Aetna is planning to pay $37 billion to merge with rival Humana.  For you Ayn Rand Atlas Shrugged fascists out there, falsely believe less competition will result in better care and lower prices?

Equally pointedly, think our nazi, national socialist, bought and paid for government won't approve the merger?  That you won't pay more for poorer quality 'care?'  Believe in the Tooth Fairy?  That "there's gold in them thar hills?"  Ocean front property in Arizona?  Brooklyn Bridge up for sale?  Wake up.  The f--king has only begun.  Enjoy.  You tolerate this? Sen. Lindsey Graham has received quite a bit of criticism in this publication over the years.  This man, indeed, has a major problem with not thinking before he speaks.  Supports military action no matter how stupid or ill conceived.  Wants to be President when's he's unqualified to be dog catcher.  Yet, two facts about him recently came to light that deserve commendation.

First, he took care of his kid sister when their parents died.  Looked out for her despite the fact he was in school himself at the time.  Always put her first.  Second, and more recently, Graham courageously advised a voter not to vote for him.  Why?  The voter wanted to outlaw Islam.  Carefully think about it readers.

If Islam is outlawed, what religion is next?  Would never happen anyway.  Is outrageously unconstitutional.  The First Amendment is quite clear.  Among a number of other rights, the First Amendment guaranties not only freedom from religion (Establishment Clause), but freedom of it.  The Senator told the voter:

"You know what, I'm not your candidate. I don't want you to vote for me. I couldn't disagree with you more."

In explanation of his terse advice to the voter, Graham further remarked:

"I'm not trying to please him.  I'm not putting up with that. He's got a right to say whatever he wants to say, but I have an obligation to the Republican Party, to the people of Iowa and the country as a whole to be firm on this. I'm not buying into that construct. That's not the America that I want to lead."

Once in awhile, indeed, the Senator gets something right.

The country desperately needs a female President.  Be interesting to see how different things might be with someone in power who isn't driven by testosterone.  Might be less prone to go to war for no legitimate reason.  That is, to line pockets of war profiteers in the corporate management suite courtesy of looted taxpayers and the blood of our military.  Hillary is certainly not likely to be one of them.  Has certainly been as much a hawk or more than her male compadres.  Is also in the pocket of her corporate masters.

Worse?  Mrs. Clinton has a problem with honesty, candor.  Is not trusted by many in the community.  For good reason.  Hasn't been forthcoming on a variety of issues.  Has the aura of a shyster lawyer whom no one can trust.  Regardless, haven't we indeed had enough of the Bush and Clinton dynasties?  How about a fresh face?  Someone without the baggage.  With well over 300 million in this country, why can't we find someone new?

Matthew Lowry always wanted to be a cop.  Became an FBI agent.  Investigated major narcotics cases.  At 33, he's about to be sentenced on 64 counts regarding the theft of some 2 kgs. of heroin to feed his addiction.  Tampered with evidence.  Was stoned on the job.  Even passed out.  Some 28 drug suspects went free as a result of the tampering.   May be sentenced from seven to nine years in prison.  Is that all?

Amazing how things have changed.  Not always for the better, however.  Teenage pubescent sexuality today is not recognized, not accepted, determinedly ignored, denied, repressed, suppressed, highly discouraged.  We don't even teach the basics in school.  Abstinence only.  Preach fear.  Promulgate scare tactics.  Deny contraception and access to abortion.  Provide false information.  At a time when hormones flow.  Teenage kids have little else on their minds. Then, we wonder why there are so many teenage pregnancies.  Worse?  Ill advised early marriages destined to fail.

Back in the Stone Age, as teenage boys, nary a one of us did not dream of an 'old' woman of 25 or 30 introducing us to the fine art of love making.  Hardly ever happened, but when it did, the thought was the kid got lucky, not abused.  No one was prosecuted.  That has changed.  Of course, there was a double standard back then.  Sex with an underage girl by a boy even exactly her age or younger was still considered statutory rape.  And prosecuted.  Anyone older, certainly got hung up by his testicles.

Today, the age of consent is the age of consent.  Enforced on both genders.  In most states, if there is more than a two year difference in age between an underage girl and her partner, or vice versa, the partner is prosecuted.  Kids can't be kids.  Aren't allowed.  The Nazi Right won't permit it.  Has imposed its perverse ideological and religious standards on all by statute.

Regardless, don't make the mistake of having sex with an underage partner of either gender under any circumstances.  No matter the age difference.  A pubescent teenage boy two years and one day older than a pubescent girl or vice versa, again, in many states will be prosecuted, branded a sex offender, labeled a pedophile.  Despite the fact pedophilia is defined as attraction to and/or sex with someone who has not reached puberty.  The brand is forever.  Not worth it.  Your life is effectively over.  Ruined.  Highly unlikely you'll ever find a good job.  Will certainly have trouble securing housing.  Remain an outcast the rest of your life.

Teachers need to be especially careful.  Could be falsely accused.  Guilt or innocence no longer matter.  If convicted, the penalties are indeed severe.   Former Lakeland, Fla. teacher Jennifer Fichter, 30, will likely be sentenced to 22 years in prison.  Already labeled a predator by the judge.  The prosecutor said that despite the fact the teenage boys were willing participants they were victimized.  Is that right?

Certainly know I never would have thought so had I been one of the boys.  Nor would I have believed the woman a predator.  Or, that I had been victimized.  Quite the opposite.  Would never have turned her in.  Would not have cooperated in her prosecution.  Remained silent no matter the consequences.  Truly believed I had gotten lucky.  More importantly?  Would have been forever grateful to her for the experience.  Indeed, a true learning experience.  An education I certainly would never have forgotten.  Then again, things have changed. Not for the better, however.

In fact, we remain hopelessly backward.  Far behind European countries in our thinking.  Rigidly, sickly, insanely Puritanical.  Yet, sex in media, advertising, virtually all aspects of life, remains ubiquitous.  The hypocrisy, inexplicable, stunning.  A double standard truly not sustainable.  Then again, in Nazi America, indeed a fascist police-state, day is night, night is day, and sh-t smells perversely sweet.  All ass backwards.  Courtesy of the hopelessly perverse, goddamned determinedly achingly hypocritical  not-so-religious Religious Right.  Aren't we 'lucky?'  Truly 'blessed?'

Directly because of the above, however, as men, we need to smarten up.  Always think with the brain in your head, not the head of what hangs between your legs, guys.  No easy feat for any man.  Certainly, not a teenage kid.  Never forget any mistakes or failure in judgment can and will have enormous lifelong consequences.  None of them good.  Especially in the goddamned fascist police-state we now live in.  Indeed, Nazi America.

Moreover, Puritanical guilt has always been a fact of life in our formerly great country.  Always been determinedly taught, craftily imposed by religious fanatics, abject fascists on the Right.  In an unbridled attempt, desperate effort to dictate 'acceptable' behavior, rigidly control the masses.  Obliterate free choice, eviscerate liberty.  Indeed, it's the power, stupid.  Control.

Despite all the effort, and comically, it hasn't worked.  Indeed, backfired.  Precisely, why statutes become more and more repressive.  Worse?  Supremely oppressive.  Draconian in nature.  Interestingly, what particularly terrorizes the Right, moreover, is the growing rumble in our formerly great nation.  That of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon.

The Right has always strongly believed to secure adherents, ensure continuation of its perverse ideology, it had to "get 'em while they're young."  Easily malleable.  Quickly manipulated.  Achingly, impressionable.  Effortlessly, brainwashed.  What better way to control?  Simply manipulate, dictate the prime mover in adolescence.  What's that?  Wake up.  What else?  Sex.

Precisely, why it unrealistically preaches abstinence.  Until marriage.  Doesn't work, however.  Never has.  Adolescents still have sex.  Before marriage.  ... Or, worse?  Marry early.  Only to have these marriages fail, quickly dissolve.  Often, leaving offspring with no future.  No chance in life.  This happens primarily because young people are determinedly denied access to contraceptive care and abortions.  Adequate sex education.  Based on facts.  Not religious propaganda designed to craftily control. Wake up.  That's the reality.  Don't blame the messenger.

Moreover, asking someone not to have sex with an available eager willing partner is akin to asking them not to eat, sleep, breathe, urinate, defecate, etc..  Indeed, a necessary biological function.  Much to the chagrin of the Religious Right, most of whom strongly resent having to squat and sh-t like all other animals.  Comically, viewed by these bastards as a continuing unacceptable indignity. Tough, isn't it?  Doesn't your heart bleed?

Amusingly, the Religious Right has clearly haughtily forgotten, egregiously ignored the fact we are, and indeed will continue to remain, animals.  Have basic needs.  One of them?  Sex.  Categorically deny these needs for bogus arbitrary superfluous reasons?  Result?  Nearly always?  Aberrant behavior.  Unhealthy, unwanted, counter productive behavior.

A possible prison sentence of 22 years for this woman?  For what?  Clearly, an example of ersatz phony morality trumping biological reality.  Forget?  Most women reach their sexual peak in their thirties.  Most young males are already there in their teens.  No brag, just fact.  Simple reality.  Determined by nature, not nurture.  Biological reality.  Indeed, an age mismatch.

Imposed by nature to best ensure continuation of the species.  For reasons far too complicated to review in depth here in this edition at this time.  Suffice it to say, however, mostly due to the ability of the more experienced older yet fertile female to better care for her young, as well as the younger male to provide protection, security for her and her offspring.

Of course, the Right won't be confused by science, only 'religious' myths it implicitly embraces without question.  Effectively, brainwashed.  Oblivious to the truth and biological reality.  Falsely believes modern humans, Homo sapiens, have only been existent some 5,000 years.  While science has fossil evidence it's in fact far, far longer.  Exponentially so, as reported in an earlier edition.

No question, however, some young males are not psychologically ready for sex.  Others are.  Let them decide.  Why have we artificially criminalized this?  Falsely imposed societal standards based on religion, not biological reality?  Indeed, an egregious abrogation of the Establishment Clause, First Amendment, i.e. freedom from religion.

Unless sex is forced, government needs to stay out of this.  So do the churches.  Gets far more complicated, however, far more questionable if not objectionable if the age difference is greater than in the aforementioned example due to the increased possibility of coercion by the older participant.  Or, if a young adult has indeed used a position of authority to force sex on a younger partner.  Again, we need to re-think current law.  Re-examine parameters.  To reflect changing reality and ongoing science.  Instead of forcing morality by statute.  Imposed by the Religious Right.

This only barely scratches the surface of an immensely complicated truly uncomfortable issue, however.  Again, we need to remove the blinders.  Refuse to allow the Right to impose its views of morality through law.  Otherwise, all we do is continue to sweep existent determinedly ongoing problems under the carpet.

Avoid solutions we as a society need to come together to discover and implement.  That is, take advantage of the collective wisdom of a far more enlightened far more expansive far more tolerant group. The entire population at large.  Not just the Religious Right.  To improve life.  Not control it arbitrarily with an iron fist.  Highly unlikely, though, as our formerly great country continues to nazify, falls apart at the seams, eventually dies on the vine.

If nothing else, enlightened self-interest should force some desperately needed change.  Think the "Slam, Bam, Thank You Ma'am" Syndrome would be as great a problem as it is or as prevalent if young males were better educated by an 'older' more experienced woman?  That is, to always place the woman's pleasure ahead of their own. Always.

This has to be taught and learned.  Forget?  Men can be insufferably stupid, hopelessly inconsiderate, selfish and self-serving to a fault.  By nature.  Sadly, usually are.  After all, too many of us still drag our knuckles.  Sadly, proverbially still live in the cave.  No question, time for change.  Ladies?  You tolerate this crap, you get what you deserve.

Should certainly expect your man to do half the housework if you indeed both work.  If, however, all he does is come home, vegetates in front of the boob tube each evening, drinks beer and farts all night, dump his sorry useless totally worthless ass.  Men?  Finally get up off that ass and do something.  If not, think she'll ever be in the mood?  What ever happened to enlightened self-interest?  Gone.  Poof.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers.  A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards.  Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned.  Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor.  Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked.  Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state.  Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling?  Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
