Due to inadequate, often difficult to access, or unreliable Internet access, each edition is usually posted about a week before official publication date.

Readers need to be aware this publication no longer uses the libertyinperil@inbox.com mail address for correspondence.  Sadly, Inbox is not Tor friendly.  Has not been reliable, particularly lately.  Turned out the recent snafu with mail sent to Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo may not have been due to blocking by Wells Fargo alone, but problems at Inbox.com with the server as well.  Still not absolutely sure, however.

A tech had earlier informed this writer the mail had been bounced by Wells Fargo.  That was clear from the Daemon.  The codes, however, were not.  When further questioned never answered whether the Wells Fargo block was system wide against Inbox.com or just against this writer.  The lame response received was that a new server was now being used to correct the problem.

Apparently, it had been working properly for a little over a week since no new mail had been returned from Wells Fargo.  Now, there are additional problems accessing the Inbox account itself through Tor.  This is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.  -- If you sent mail and I have not responded, that is why.  Try again.

Reliable contact with this publication can now be made through a new email address and provider that seems to be working correctly and reliably for some time now.  It is Tor friendly for those of you who wisely use this browser.  Of equal benefit, requires no java script enabled to operate.  -- Java script is often a tool used to track or introduce malware.  We'll see if this new service continues to be reliable.  The address is libertyinperil@ruggedinbox.com.

Apparently, there is no affiliation with the old service despite the similarity in names.  Also, when a suitable host is found for a commercial Liberty In Peril website, Yahoo Mail will be dumped at that time.  -- Yahoo is far from Tor friendly.  An absolute egregious pain in the ass to use.  Worst ever.  Has been a profound disappointment since publication relaunch.  Consequently, have only used it as a portal.  No where near what it was years ago.  Will certainly give readers plenty of notice before the change is made.

Still having endless problems with the host-ed.me, twomini.com, and wink.ws sites.  Keep getting unwarranted automated cancellation notices from twomini.  Can't access the control panel to do anything about it.  A twomini tech has been helpful, but still getting the notices.  The twomini and wink sites have way too much downtime.  Have not had time recently to replace these sites.  Precisely, why it remains so important to bookmark all Liberty In Peril websites.

The t15 site seems to be the most reliable, -- at the moment.

Trying to do all this on the cheap is certainly one of the problems.  Another may very well be the fact the hosts don't like the subject matter or have received complaints.  Don't know.  Just speculation.  Once I've filed complaints against my brother with out of state authorities, as well as file a criminal complaint against Wells Fargo with the U.S. Attorney, however, hope to have time to create new sites or find one commercial webhost I can trust.  ... Good luck, right?  LOL.

In follow up to the last edition, former JP2 candidate and current Keep Kingsland Beautiful (KKB) official Shelly Comerford acknowledged her organization indeed helped the Kingsland woman living near HEB.  Readers will recall this lady was unduly harassed by Llano County Sheriff's Office 'Code' 'Enforcement' 'Officer' Les "The Pest" Daughtery.  Comerford refused, however, to identify the woman.  When asked if she was protecting Daughtery and the Sheriff's Office, she had no answer.

Interestingly, Comerford claims Keep Kingsland Beautiful lacks sufficient funding.  Had to give up its dumpster.  Is that right?  Why?  With Brad's extensive real estate holdings throughout the area, a dumpster write-off wouldn't be helpful?  Even with no write-off his extensive business empire wouldn't benefit from a cleaner Kingsland?  Isn't that precisely why he initially supported KKB?  Funded, provided t-shirts, etc.?

What the hell's the problem, Shelly?  Terminal greed?  Bookkeeping issues?  Both?  Neither?  Trouble in paradise?  When earlier questioned further about her failure to report as promised the results of a supposed DPS investigation of JP2 in regard to illegal dirty campaign tactics including an illegal criminal background check on Comerford herself and another candidate, she said she "had her reasons."  What are they, Shelly?

Take no pleasure in any of this.  None at all.  Quite the opposite.  This brilliant gifted woman has indeed been a pillar in the community.  Volunteer work second to none.  Had successfully led the effort to prevent Kingsland from being incorporated.  She was asked if the bastards had anything on her, if that indeed was the reason she had been stonewalling.  Again, had no answer.

Readers are reminded this publication covered reportedly false allegations made against her of embezzlement during her campaign run.  Made by a meth head she had worked for.  The bastard had conveniently approached JP2 instead of the Sheriff's Office.  The 'judge,' running for re-election, reportedly made arrangements with the Sheriff's Office regarding an 'investigation.'  If true, achingly improper.  If not, illegal.

According to Comerford at the time, the Sheriff's Office refused to declare whether or not she was indeed under investigation.  Comerford herself provided material to this publication regarding the matter which I quickly posted.  Can still be found by clicking on the link well below.  Had the Sheriff's Office anything on her, think they wouldn't have immediately prosecuted?

What would the Sheriff and District Attorney have gained by sitting on any of this had there been any substance to the allegations?  Even if JP2 had indeed broken the law by using dirty tricks and reportedly running an illegal background check in a search for dirt?  Forget?  Llano County Sheriff's Deputy and Code Enforcement Officer Les "The Pest" Daughtery had unsuccessfully run as a candidate himself in the very same election.

Clearly, the Sheriff and his goddamned jackbooted thugs have no love for the incumbent.  Interesting, isn't it?  Other fascinating possibility?  Could Comerford herself have something on them?  Something she's brilliantly used as leverage against these very same criminal bastards?  Then again, in this hell hole County nothing is ever as it seems.  Nothing.

If you have direct personal knowledge, courageously step up.  The public deserves the truth.  How it all went down.  Can't successfully cover up and stonewall forever.  Eventually, the truth comes out.

There needs to be an independent criminal investigation of all this, -- and far more.  The problem is the fact in Nazi Texas, the Attorney General cannot order the Texas Rangers to investigate.  Only the District Attorney can.  Forget?  Ole Sonny Boy wouldn't investigate a former County Judge who recently had illegally and unconstitutionally placed pressure on all four Constables and the Sheriff's Office to impose a ticket quota.  Precisely, why all ticketing activity by jackbooted Llano County thugs remains in question.  Needs to be investigated.  Many truly innocent people have fallen victim.

Think the bastard would ever do anything about a corrupt JP?  Highly unlikely.  You think?  The District Attorney protects his own and an unsustainable status quo.  Has repeatedly egregiously abrogated his falsely sworn oath to protect and defend the Constitution.  -- A Constitution he has absolutely no respect for, clearly despises.  After all, it interferes with establishment of a fascist police-state.

Regarding a Burnet County case, District Attorney "Sonny Boy" McAfee recently remarked:

“This case is a reminder that our police officers put themselves in harm’s way every day to protect us and our property, and there is no place in our community for people who act violently toward them.”

That's an egregious galling crock of sh-t, Counselor.  Goddamned unadulterated phony hypocritical bullsh-t unworthy of an official who has falsely sworn to uphold the Constitution.  The opposite is the case.  Why do you perpetrate, perpetuate a myth?  When will you investigate outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept, violent, jackbooted thugs in the Llano County Sheriff's Office?  When?  Why do you protect these bastards?  Coddle them?

Allow them to illegally line County coffers with money extorted from those falsely accused?  When will you ask the Texas Rangers to investigate this agency as well as all Llano County agencies engaging in similar practices?  That is, stealing, shaking down, looting the public you bastards securely have under your boot heel.

Day is night, night is day, and sh-t smells perversely sweet in this hell hole County.  All ass backwards from what things should be.  Justice?  What's that?  The District Attorney and other determinedly clueless elected officials wouldn't know justice if it figuratively bit them hard on the ass.  Right, Counselor?

-- Only lining County coffers, that is their pockets, with loot shaken down from innocent people.  Again, Sonny, why are you protecting an illegal, unconstitutional, unsustainable status quo?  Why?  ... In direct violation of your oath of office.  A goddamned disgrace.

It's amazing how increasingly clueless government lackeys have grown over the years.  Worse?  Aryan arrogant, impressed with themselves.  Not all, but way too many.  Ran into one especially out of touch turkey recently at the Post Office.  To renew the semi-annual box rent.  Now, up to an outrageous $19 bucks every six months.  For what?  Forget?  It costs the Postal 'Service' far more to deliver mail to someone's house than stuff it into a P.O. Box.

Yet, clueless management at this outrageously inept agency can't seem to find a way of reducing costs by centralizing mail delivery.  Instead, it penalizes those of us who rent boxes.  Aggressive stupidity at its very worst.  One of the reasons why this quasi governmental agency is broke.  Yet, don't confuse the bastards with the truth.  Instead, maintain the stupidity, governmental monopoly, by refusing to allow the business community to deliver First Class Mail.

While mail delivery is indeed a constitutionally-mandated governmental function, it's time for change.  Instead, this agency cannot, will not be confused with the truth.  That is, of its egregious ineptness, arrogance, exaggerated self-importance, and worst of all, phony sense of entitlement.  As, well, intentionally drags its feet.  Remains insensitive to the needs and wants of the public it allegedly serves.

Think renewal of box rent would be a simple matter?  Think again.  The clerk initially couldn't make Internet contact with his Postal masters.  Told me he'd later leave a receipt in the box.  Quickly informed the dolt in no uncertain terms I needed a cash receipt.  Be out almost twenty bucks should he get sick or die before the task was accomplished.  Worse?  That I certainly did not trust his goddamned government masters.

Guess what?  The turd simply couldn't understand any of this.  Clearly, well beyond his pay grade and intellectual capability.  Immediately went into passive aggressive bullsh-t mode.  Too bad.  Apparently, he and others securely on the government tit have no clue how outraged, disgusted, appalled the public is with their performance, or more accurately, lack thereof.  Too deaf to hear the rumble.

Yet, he did quickly provide the receipt.  ... And, unwittingly, better yet, some additional fodder for this publication.

For several months, Wells Fargo is now printing on its cash receipts the denomination of currency it provides customers.  Why?  A teller informed this writer it's for the convenience of those doing business with the bank.  That people supposedly like to be reminded of what the bank gave them.  Is that right?  Does the bank truly believe people are that stupid?  That inept, that incompetent not to know what they got in cash?

Not accusing the teller of lying, however.  Clearly, believe she only regurgitated what her corporate masters told her.  She assured me the bank is not collecting that data.  Forwarding it to its government lackeys.  Believe that?  Credible coming from a bank too big to fail, that considers itself the government?  That's already engaged in egregious deceptive trade practices in the Kingsland and Burnet branches?  Allegations it has never denied to date.  In fact, 'justifies.'

That is, Wells Fargo officers open accounts deceptively.  The electronic document signed is not the same as the written copy.  Criminal activity the bank refuses to address.  In fact, promoted criminal officer Amanda Wright to branch manager.  After allowing her mentor, Lynn Massey, to retire.  Indeed, a reward for this young woman's knowingly criminal behavior at behest of her equally criminal corporate masters.

Indeed, a bank too big to fail.  Can only wonder what the reaction of the U.S. Attorney will be.  Think they'll stonewall as the former Texas Attorney General and federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau?  To say nothing of our useless District Attorney "Sonny Boy" McAfee.

The Israeli aggressor is not a happy camper.  Quickly condemned a UN report accusing it and Hamas of committing war crimes in last year's war.  The problem with this seemingly endless fiasco is the fact the United States finances, supports, arms it Middle East proxy.  Refuses to rein it in.  Precisely, why this struggle going on since 1948 will not end any time soon.

Landing a gyrocopter at the Capitol in Washington is certainly not a smart thing to do.  No matter the point allegedly made.  Douglas Hughes refused a plea bargain that would have jailed him several years for an act of civil disobedience.  Where no one got hurt.  No one killed.  A non-violent act.  The case will likely go to trial.

The United States military tested mustard gas and other chemical agents on 60,000 enlisted military 'volunteers' during the Second World War.  Then refused to provide them with benefits for the horrendous damage done.  Those surviving are in their late 80s and 90s, have yet to receive any falsely promised help by the government that inflicted these hellacious atrocities.

All this was top secret for decades.  Not part of enlistees records.  The men were threatened with dishonorable discharge and prosecution if they told anyone, including doctors.  They received absolutely no healthcare or follow up from the government that so egregiously betrayed them.  Doesn't it make you goddamned proud to be an American?  The modern U.S. military has gone through great pains to place great distance between itself and what happened some 75 years ago.

Yet, the VA still refuses benefits to these men.  Requires them to provide proof they don't have since it was deliberately never a part of their military record.  Convenient, isn't it?  Indeed, the perfect Catch-22.  The military to its credit admitted to NPR a great injustice was done these men.  Not enough, however.  It's time to make this right.  ... If that's even possible at this late date.  Most of these men were Black, Hispanic, and of Japanese descent.  Goddamned racism.

According to NPR, the government is still stonewalling open records requests.  Most of their findings came from survivors themselves.  Sad, isn't it?  Hear the rumble?  One of these days there'll come a time when a conflict at the level and with the stakes of the Second World War will have to be fought.  Saddest of all?  No one will believe it.  Few will be willing to go.  All a result of the last 70 years of deception and deliberate lining of pockets of war profiteers in the corporate management suite.  At the expense of looted taxpayers and the blood of military personnel.

The French rightfully have their shorts in a wad.  Summoned the U.S. Ambassador to the Foreign Ministry.  Are outraged NSA spied on three past French presidents.  Sadly, our clueless fascist national socialist government sees nothing wrong about surveilling the public it allegedly serves as well as allies.

While doing little to nothing to free Americans held hostage by ISIS, the U.S. government had in the past threatened to prosecute families who tried to raise ransom for loved ones.  Prohibited under material support to terrorism statutes.  The outrage from families was hellacious.  That policy has now changed.  The government itself, however, will not pay ransom.

This entire issue is indicative how broken our foreign policy has become.  Indeed, payment of ransom encourages further taking of hostages.  At the same time, the United States government, other foreign powers, as well as the UN are directly responsible for the rise of such terrorism since 1948.  When Israeli terrorists were given carte blanche to invade, kill, and steal Palestinian territory.

Complicating matters, George "The Tush" Bush and his henchmen invaded Iraq under false pretenses over a decade ago, overthrew Saddam, leading to the rise of ISIS.  What webs we weave.  Now, ISIS has us by the gonads and we're unwilling and/or unable to effectively do anything about it.  Question.  Why the hell are unescorted unembedded American citizens allowed to travel to this region?  Place themselves in great danger?  Exacerbate an already impossible situation?

Seems the data breach involving current and former federal employees may have involved as many as 32 million.  The government still has no clue, -- or, is deliberately obfuscating the truth as Congress investigates this fiasco.

The medical profession, all too often, has no respect or regard for people it supposedly provides 'care' to.  An unidentified man recently received a jury award of $500,000 for recorded comments made during a colonoscopy.  Think it outrageous?  Think again.  The guy, prior to the procedure had turned on the record function of his smart phone to record subsequent instructions from the doctor.  Got far more than he bargained for.  Some of the comments reported by the Washington Post:

“After five minutes of talking to you in pre-op, I wanted to punch you in the face and man you up a little bit.”

“It’s probably tuberculosis in the penis, so you’ll be all right.”

“Well, why are you looking then, retard?”

“As long as it’s not Ebola, you’re okay.”

The Washington Post went on to report:

"The recording captured Ingham mocking the amount of anesthetic needed to sedate the man, the lawsuit states, and Shah then commented that another doctor they both knew “would eat him for lunch.”

"The discussion soon turned to the rash on the man’s penis, followed by the comments implying that the man had syphilis or tuberculosis. The doctors then discussed “misleading and avoiding” the man after he awoke, and Shah reportedly told an assistant to convince the man that he had spoken with Shah and “you just don’t remember it.” Ingham suggested Shah receive an urgent “fake page” and said, “I’ve done the fake page before,” the complaint states. “Round and round we go. Wheel of annoying patients we go. Where it’ll land, nobody knows,” Ingham reportedly said.

"Ingham then mocked the man for attending Mary Washington College, once an all-women’s school, and wondered aloud whether her patient was gay, the suit states. Then the anesthesiologist said, “I’m going to mark ‘hemorrhoids’ even though we don’t see them and probably won’t,” and did write a diagnosis of hemorrhoids on the man’s chart, which the lawsuit said was a falsification of medical records."

The above material came from the Washington Post.  Only scratches the surface, however.  There is much, much more on their site.  Trust the medical profession? Believe they put your best interests first? Have any respect or regard for the people they egregiously loot?  Think they'll protect personal data?  Make sure it's accurate?  Not share it with others?  Central storage of all medical data required by Obamacare ensures that's impossible.  To say nothing of the callousness of 'medical' 'professionals.'

Not all but way too many 'doctors' have inflated egos, consider themselves gods.  Are goddamned patronizing, condescending sons of bitches.  Have conveniently forgotten they are no more than technicians.  No better than the people they allegedly treat.  Have no respect or regard for the intelligence of their clients.  Even the descriptor "patient" is goddamned condescending and needs to be changed.  Patient?  Patient for what?

Regarding current and past unnecessary costly medical visits required by law to secure a boat load of medications desperately needed by the public which could and should be easily available over the counter, Ibuprofen was just one example of so very many. For years was available only by prescription.  Unnecessarily, so.  To artificially inflate the cost.  Line pockets of not only the medical 'profession' but greedy pharmaceutical houses.  Many, many, more such drugs need to be made available over the counter.  Now.

We don't need protection from ourselves from the medical community or governmental lackeys.  We need protection from those insisting on limiting liberty to line the bottomless pockets of these greedy 'providers.' Our bodies belong to us.  Not the goddamned government, its corporate masters, and their lackeys, -- the medical 'profession.'  Yet, these condescending patronizing clueless sons of bitches, veritable leeches continue to haughtily insist we need their protection.  That only they are qualified to provide.  That's goddamned Aryan arrogant hopelessly greedy condescending patronizing avaricious bullsh-t.

Subsequent to writing the above, the U.S. Supreme Court again upheld the 'Affordable' 'Care' Act, aka Obamacare, 6-3.  Clearly, the Court has again bowed to the wishes of its corporate masters, particularly in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and insurance communities.  A raucous boot clicking, goose stepping, treacherous, treasonous, traitorous Sieg Heil! to the national socialists ensconced on our bought and paid for highest court of the land.

The fight's not over, however.  Far from it.  Not only from further pending litigation, though.  Be especially interesting to see what happens should GOP fascists reclaim the White House next year.  Even should they fail, Republicans in Congress will likely continue to do all they can to oppose, obstruct, frustrate continued implementation of this outrageously unconstitutional ineffective law.

They'll do it, however, for the wrong reasons.  They certainly don't want any government spending on healthcare they can obstruct, frustrate.  Unless, of course,  it's for themselves.  They'll certainly do absolutely nothing to rein in unlimited greed in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and insurance communities.  In fact, quite likely, the opposite.  Forget?  They are the party of the corporate management suite and the top 1%.

Bought and paid for, only do what's in their best interests.  Unless and until the public raises hell, of course.  Unless that changes, this fiasco will continue until healthcare bankrupts the country.  -- Not that we're not already effectively bankrupt with a national debt in excess of some $17 trillion.  -- That's trillion with a "t."

Saddest of all?  Unbridled greed and unabashed looting by providers will likely ultimately force what GOP fascists clearly fear most.  Single payer provision of all 'services.'  That is, de facto socialized medicine.  As elsewhere throughout the world, including Canada and Europe.  Interestingly, costs are far lower and care more universal.  Here, the only care most uninsured are guarantied is emergency care.  -- Patch 'em up and boot 'em out the door.

Then when they repeatedly return for treatment, whine and complain about the level of uncompensated care.  How taxpayers are looted thousands per pill for life saving medication.  As the 'medical' 'profession,' other healthcare providers, and the pharmaceutical community laugh their financially portly asses off all the way to the bank.

The present system is unsustainable.  Yet, the status quo is maintained at all costs.  As Congress and the President bicker, do nothing to solve intractable problems.  Cowardly proverbially whistle in the dark as they walk past the graveyard in the middle of the night.  We've lost ourselves and the ability to solve problems.

Once again, Democratic and Republican fascists in the House and Senate egregiously betrayed the bottom 99% of their constituents.  Finally passed Fast Track authority for the dolt occupying the Oval Office and his corporate masters.  Must not be forgotten, however, Fast Track is not a new trade treaty.  Only facilitates the treaty making process for the jackass warming the seat in the Oval Office.

Conveniently mandates, moreover, only an up or down Senate vote on a trade treaty.  No riders or amendments.  Thus making it far easier for the President and his henchmen to ram it through the Senate.   This bill will be signed into law.  Cleverly designed to facilitate f--king the bottom of the food chain and middle class.

Will ultimately cost American jobs.  Force export of them overseas.  Where the corporate management suite can take advantage of what amounts to slave labor.  Result in lower income and further evisceration of the middle class in our formerly great country.  Exponential enrichment of the corporate management suite and the top 1%, however.

As NAFTA and GATT before it, the new trade treaty being considered, facilitated by Fast Track, will further erode quality of life.  Further ensure our formerly great country will ultimately regress to third world status.  The goddamned fascist bastards, both Democrats and Republicans, in the House and Senate, along with the President, have once again traitorously sold out the American people.  To their corporate masters.

Amazing how much our formerly great country has deteriorated in the last fifty years.  Loss of nearly all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  Evisceration of the middle class.  Creation of a fascist police-state after 9/11.  De facto establishment of a 'Christian' theocracy by supposedly Christian nazis desperate to impose their exceptionally perverse ideological and religious views on all.

Sadly, the list can go on and on.  Freedom?  What's that?  Gone.  The Fourth Reich.  Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on the horizon.  Yet, the evil bastards, traitors in all levels and branches of government, remain oblivious.  Our formerly great country continues to come apart at the seams.  Time to wake up.  Sadly, it may already be too late.

The U.S. Supreme Court finally got something right.  -- A remarkable exceptionally broad ruling affirming the right to gay marriage in all 50 states.  Religious fascists already have their panties in a wad.  Take a long deep breath.  Don't want to marry your gender?  Don't.  Inexplicably, psychotic 'Christians' worry their pastors will be jailed should they refuse to marry a gay couple.  Again, take a long, long deep breath.  Not to be.

The First Amendment, under the freedom of religion clause, guarantees the right of homophobic pastors and their churches to refuse officiating a gay marriage.  So not to worry you sad, sick, supposed vicars of Christ.  Homophobic bigotry, indeed, will still be protected in the churches.  Will you have the gall, however, to discriminate against children of gay couples by refusing to baptize them?

Not provide aid, food, shelter, fellowship to a gay couple and their family in need?  Bar them from church services and other activities?  Should that happen, think you won't be ultimately judged by the Creator you hypocritical nazi sons of bitches?

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers.  A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Janet Henley, Broker Associate, Re/Max of Marble Falls.  A copy of it was also sent to offending Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright.  She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager.  Reverse Darwinism.  Survival of the unfittest.

The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards.  Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned.  Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor.  Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked.  Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state.  Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling?  Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
