Due to inadequate, often difficult to access, or unreliable Internet access, each edition is usually posted about a week before official publication date.

Readers need to be aware this publication no longer uses the libertyinperil@inbox.com mail address for correspondence.  Sadly, Inbox is not Tor friendly.  Has not been reliable, particularly lately.  Turned out the recent snafu with mail sent to Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo may not have been due to blocking by Wells Fargo alone, but problems at Inbox.com with the server as well.  Still not absolutely sure, however.

A tech had earlier informed this writer the mail had been bounced by Wells Fargo.  That was clear from the Daemon.  The codes, however, were not.  When further questioned never answered whether the Wells Fargo block was system wide against Inbox.com or just against this writer.  The lame response received was that a new server was now being used to correct the problem.

Apparently, it had been working properly for a little over a week since no new mail had been returned from Wells Fargo.  Now, there are additional problems accessing the Inbox account itself through Tor.  This is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.  -- If you sent mail and I have not responded, that is why.  Try again.

Reliable contact with this publication can now be made through a new email address and provider that seems to be working correctly and reliably for some time now.  It is Tor friendly for those of you who wisely use this browser.  Of equal benefit, requires no java script enabled to operate.  -- Java script is often a tool used to track or introduce malware.  We'll see if this new service continues to be reliable.  The address is libertyinperil@ruggedinbox.com.

Apparently, there is no affiliation with the old service despite the similarity in names.  Also, when a suitable host is found for a commercial Liberty In Peril website, Yahoo Mail will be dumped at that time.  -- Yahoo is far from Tor friendly.  An absolute egregious pain in the ass to use.  Worst ever.  Has been a profound disappointment since publication relaunch.  Consequently, have only used it as a portal.  No where near what it was years ago.  Will certainly give readers plenty of notice before the change is made.

Still having endless problems with the host-ed.me, twomini.com, and wink.ws sites.  Keep getting unwarranted automated cancellation notices from twomini.  Can't access the control panel to do anything about it.  A twomini tech has been helpful, but still getting the notices.  The twomini and wink sites have way too much downtime.  Have not had time recently to replace these sites.  Precisely, why it remains so important to bookmark all Liberty In Peril websites.

The t15 site seems to be the most reliable, -- at the moment.

Trying to do all this on the cheap is certainly one of the problems.  Another may very well be the fact the hosts don't like the subject matter or have received complaints.  Don't know.  Just speculation.  Once I've filed complaints against my brother with out of state authorities, as well as file a criminal complaint against Wells Fargo with the U.S. Attorney, however, hope to have time to create new sites or find one commercial webhost I can trust.  ... Good luck, right?  LOL.

A most credible Buchanan Dam Volunteer Fireman long known to this writer has informed this publication Llano County Sheriff's Office 'Code' 'Enforcement' 'Officer' Les Daughtery unduly recently harassed a Kingsland woman regarding low hanging branches on her property.  Worse?  Fraudulently advised her she couldn't burn the trimmings.  Despite the fact there was no burn ban on at the time.

First, Kingsland is an unincorporated area.  Jackbooted thugs have no authority to order tree trimmings.  Second, it's not illegal to burn trimmings when there is no burn ban.  What the hell is going on here, Sheriff?  Is this abusive jackbooted son of a bitch not only illegally lining County coffers, but pockets of landscaper good old boys?  Much more to come.

A former J&S employee living in Kingsland, likely the best these two hopelessly clueless greedy bastards ever had, is desperately in need of a dumpster or some other way of hauling trash off her property.  Will help her do so, but cannot do it alone.  Keep Kingsland Beautiful (KKB) is a non-profit dedicated to cleaning up Kingsland.

Since I personally know two officials at KKB, sent Shelly Comerford the following text:

"A former J-S employee in Kingsland desperately needs a dumpster or other way to haul off residential trash.  Can KKB help?"

Ms. Comerford has not answered.  Not surprising, however, since she is not very happy with me and this publication.  Why?  A number of reasons.  Recently placed enormous pressure on her for not providing further information regarding the first issue covered above in this edition.  That is, the Kingsland woman living near HEB who was recently harassed by Llano County Sheriff's Office 'Code' 'Enforcement' 'Officer' Les "The Pest" Daughtery.

Worse?  Have also placed enormous pressure on Comerford regarding numerous stonewalled requests for information regarding a supposed DPS investigation of JP2 dirty trick campaign tactics allegedly perpetrated by the incumbent.  Readers are reminded Comerford recently unsuccessfully ran for JP2.  Reportedly, the incumbent had illegally run background checks on Comerford and another individual who also ran in that election to find dirt.

While Comerford has indeed been allegedly out of town since last September, she was asked for clarification well before and after she left.  Repeatedly.  Worse?  She falsely promised to follow up with the District Attorney.  Never did.  Or, failed to inform me of the results if in fact she had.

Her significant other says she is returning permanently in July or August.  That's not what she's told me.  Then again, truth is indeed a moving target in this hell hole County.

As I've clearly told anyone providing information to this publication, provide the unvarnished truth.  Don't manipulate it, or bullsh-t.  Despite enormous patience, will certainly ultimately expose you for whom and what you are should you do so.  While this hasn't yet risen to the level of glaring, no holds barred, outright deception, the ongoing stonewalling is indicative of someone who is either lying or has been threatened.  To remain silent.

If you have information, courageously step forward.  Otherwise, the public continues to suffer a corrupt, abusive, criminal, inept piece of crap 'judge' unfit to even wipe her ass.  Never mind sit in judgment of anyone.  Indeed, the 'best' government money can buy.  Literally.

Readers?  Do you truly wish to continue living like this?  Under the thumb of a corrupt, abusive, inept government at all levels?  Can't do this alone.  Certainly, need your help.  The only way to force desperately needed change, short of an unwanted dreaded revolution, is to expose all this to the glaring light of day.

No question, sunshine the very best disinfectant.  Too bad others, including Comerford, don't agree.  Then again, they get what they deserve.  Too bad the rest of us suffer for it.

The federal government is pressuring colleges and universities to investigate and 'prosecute' complaints of sexual assault in campus tribunals.  If they don't, they're threatened with loss of federal funding.  Why?  Again, what the hell is going on here?  Such investigations and prosecutions are up to law enforcement and district attorneys.  Not school administrators.  For damned good reason.

The problem with passing the buck to campus tribunals is not surprisingly the egregious lack of due process.  The accused are routinely considered guilty unless proven innocent.  With absolutely no recourse to appeal.  Worse?  Many have been falsely accused, punished, despite proving their innocence.  The idea is to spare victims discomfort.  At what price?  Kangaroo justice?  These men claim the sex was consensual.  Many times it was.

Despite all the problems with law enforcement, prosecutors, judges routinely covered in this publication week after week, there still remains no better way or place to ensure the rights of the accused and their accusers than the legal system.  Campus tribunals are no solution.  Contribute to the problem.  Too often the guilty go unpunished.  The innocent punished for 'crimes' they did not commit.  This has to change.  Lives have been ruined for no reason.

What could federal authorities possibly be thinking?  Conversely?  -- Yes, in the fascist police-state we now live in, defendants are perversely considered guilty unless proven innocent.  Unlike campus tribunals, however, one can appeal, -- if you got the bucks.  Otherwise, you're out of luck.  Still better than a kangaroo campus tribunal, regardless.

Indeed, Nazi America.  F--ked no matter what.  Either way.  Even in the court system where bought and paid for 'judges' dictate to defense attorneys what their 'defense' will be.  Instead of allowing a jury to decide whether the defense is credible.  All in an effort to secure a conviction.  Guilt or innocence?  No longer matters.  Only a conviction.  To line government coffers.  Doesn't it make you proud to be an American?

Despite all the above, prosecutions belong in the court system, not a kangaroo campus tribunal.  The goal is to force desperately needed change in the court system.  Not replace it with something even worse.

The New York Times has reported the FBI is investigating claims the St. Louis Cardinals allegedly hacked into a Houston Astros database.  Proverbially speaking, no honor among thieves?

New Jersey Neptune Township Police Sgt. Phillip Seidle allegedly murdered his ex-wife in front of his daughter in Asbury Park.  Shot her.  Has been charged with murder, a weapons charge, and child endangerment.  Think there are no problems in the law enforcement community?  These thugs can do no wrong?

Be careful.  Scammers are posing as police, spoofing law enforcement phone numbers.  Shaking down innocent people.  Get such a call?  Hang up.  Report it to local law enforcement.  Don't fall for the scam.  While law enforcement will likely do nothing, they need to know.

Seems UnitedHealth Group has been fraudulently bilking the government of Medicare money for years.  According to NPR.  If that's true, why has there been no robust investigation and prosecution by federal authorities?  Sadly, just the tip of the iceberg, however.  Many, many others are doing the same.  Sadly, about as American as mom and apple pie.  -- Indeed, hogs at the slop trough.

Subsequent to writing the above, the federal government announced 243 people were arrested for Medicare fraud.  Among them some 46 medical professionals.  All are accused of falsely bilking Medicare some $700 million.  A piss hole in the snow.  Indeed, a small fraction of the total f--king.

Why are we still in Iraq?  The Green Berets claim there are no intelligence assets on the ground, hampering efforts to track down and kill ISIS fighters.  Why are we expending billions to stage what amounts to no more than a dog and pony show?  To line pockets of corporate war profiteers?

The Congressional Budget Office recently released a report claiming unless debt is reined in within ten years the U.S. economy will descend into a death spiral.  ... Think it will take that long?

Violence is spiking in cities across our formerly great country.  Much of this seems to be in response to increased violence perpetrated by law enforcement.  Yet, police have not smartened up.  Continue to abuse authority.  What will it take?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon?  Hear the rumble?  Too deaf?

U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch promises to fight cyber attacks and improve policing.  How?  This goddamned government won't stop collecting personal information it does not need.  Worse, does not encrypt it.  Improve policing?  The only way to solve this problem is to aggressively prosecute criminal officers in independent courts with independent prosecutors.

Increase educational requirements and training as promulgated in last week's edition.  Do more intensive background checks on recruits.  Police brass need to lead by example.  Instead of sitting on their fat asses behind a desk eating donuts.  Improve pay.  Treat policing as a profession.  Fewer officers, better educated and trained, pay starting at $100K would result in better policing, less abuse, needless violence, far less aching ineptness, aggressive stupidity, etc..

In light of Lynch and her past history, all this seems implausible.  If not, utterly impossible.  Forget?  This woman as U.S. Attorney imposed asset forfeiture with no due process.  Worse?  Believes in warrantless NSA spying on all Americans. She's going to look out for your rights?  Think so?  Really?

In follow-up to the last edition and the data breach involving 14 million present and former federal employees, law enforcement now wants a separate database for their personal information. Why?  Why shouldn't these jackbooted bastards be subject to the very same f--king the rest of us are forced to endure?  Why special treatment for these outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches?  Who themselves are doing all they can to abrogate, that is destroy, all privacy, civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  A fascist police-state.  The hypocrisy?  Goddamned appalling, galling.

The murder of nine in a Charleston, South Carolina church is appalling.  Senseless.  An atrocity.  Fortunately, the alleged shooter was apprehended within 24 hrs..

Despite the fact a day after the murders it's too early to come to any conclusions, the President already callously took the opportunity to not-so-subtly call for further abrogation of the Second Amendment.  Apparently, has no clue the Founders wisely intended this Amendment to be the last best defense against hopelessly corrupt, abusive, repressive, out of control government.

... Or,  knows full well, desperately fears an unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon.  Either way, the handwriting's clearly on the wall.  The doomsday clock strikes ever closer to midnight.  Time to wake up.  Before too late.

The American Flag was lowered to half-staff in South Carolina.  Not so, the Confederate Flag.  Remarkable since the murders of nine blacks by a deranged white man, days after the atrocity, appear to be racially motivated.

Disgraced Brian Williams will not return as anchor of NBC Nightly News.  Will be relegated to MSNBC.  Why?  Why is this liar returning to any news operation?  Has no credibility.  Cannot be trusted.  Yet, NBC does not have the cajones to dump him.  Interesting, isn't it?  Are they afraid the alleged $10 million man will sue?  What leg would he have to stand on?

In replacement, Lester Holt has done a remarkable job.  Although not having the charisma of a Tom Brokaw, as a news man Holt is second to none.  Has credibility Williams never had.  -- Even before his fall from grace.  There was always something phony about Williams despite his folksy demeanor.  Was more showman than solid anchor.

Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee has clearly lost his mind.  Recently pompously self-righteously insanely declared:

“I refuse to sit silently as politically driven interest groups threaten the foundation of religious liberty, criminalize Christianity, and demand that Americans abandon Biblical principles of natural marriage.”

What the hell are you talking about, Mikey?  Shorts in a wad over the pending Supreme Court decision on gay marriage?  Tough, isn't it?  Who the hell are you and other 'Christian' fascists to force your perverse religious and ideological views on anyone?  Further suffering diarrhea of the mouth, Huckabee went on to pontificate:

“If you lack the backbone to reject judicial tyranny and fight for religious liberty, you have no business serving our nation as President of the United States."

Is that right, Mikey?  What religious liberty do you find at stake?  What?  You already have decimated the religious liberty of women who seek an abortion who do not believe as you do.   How is your religious liberty at stake when you have forced these perverse views on others who do not agree?

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers.  A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards.  Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
