Due to inadequate, often difficult to access, or unreliable Internet access, each edition is usually posted about a week before official publication date.

Readers need to be aware this publication no longer uses the libertyinperil@inbox.com mail address for correspondence.  Sadly, Inbox is not Tor friendly.  Has not been reliable, particularly lately.  Turned out the recent snafu with mail sent to Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo may not have been due to blocking by Wells Fargo alone, but problems at Inbox.com with the server as well.  Still not absolutely sure, however.

A tech had earlier informed this writer the mail had been bounced by Wells Fargo.  That was clear from the Daemon.  The codes, however, were not.  When further questioned never answered whether the Wells Fargo block was system wide against Inbox.com or just against this writer.  The lame response received was that a new server was now being used to correct the problem.

Apparently, it had been working properly for a little over a week since no new mail had been returned from Wells Fargo.  Now, there are additional problems accessing the Inbox account itself through Tor.  This is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.  -- If you sent mail and I have not responded, that is why.  Try again.

Apparently, there is no affiliation with the old service despite the similarity in names.  Also, when a suitable host is found for a commercial Liberty In Peril website, Yahoo Mail will be dumped at that time.  -- Yahoo is far from Tor friendly.  An absolute egregious pain in the ass to use.  Worst ever.  Has been a profound disappointment since publication relaunch.  Consequently, have only used it as a portal.  No where near what it was years ago.  Will certainly give readers plenty of notice before the change is made.

As always, any time law enforcement does something heroic or of exceptional benefit to the community, it always leads in this publication.  Sgt. Nathan Ernst works nights at the Holly Springs Police Department in Georgia.  This most remarkable officer saved two lives during one shift recently.  The Sergeant was working a Saturday night when he came across a 24-year-old man, unconscious from a heroin overdose.

The officer immediately administered NarCan saving the guy's life.  This drug counters the effects of heroin and the young man regained consciousness at the scene.  Was transported to the hospital.  The night was not over for this officer, however.  Investigated a fire report.  Found a disabled woman trapped in her hospital bed.

-- The roof and door in flames.  This exceptional officer, with the help of a colleague, carried the woman to safety.  Although an administrator, he routinely goes out on calls to assist fellow officers.  Indeed, leads by example.  Hat's off, Sergeant.  Job well done.

Leading by example, indeed, is critical to good law enforcement.  Sadly, something Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his commander henchmen have absolutely no clue.  Nor do police commanders in Baltimore.  Seems the rank and file have backed off enforcing the law due to backlash from the recent murder of an innocent young black man by jackbooted thugs.

Seems with the boys and girls in blue there is an all or nothing police mentality that runs rampant.  -- Let us do as we please, or we do nothing at all.  This has to end.  Or, the consequences dire.  That is, an unwanted, dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon.

In follow-up to the last edition, it's still not clear who is the recipient of $3.5 million in hush money from Republican former Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert.  Likely, however,  isn't the reportedly sexually abused high school boy, Steve Reinboldt, who allegedly died in 1995.  -- If his alleged sister, Jolene Burdge, is to be believed.  The government hasn't confirmed or denied the above.  Haven't been able to find anything more on this at time of writing.  Other than NPR has reported another three victims have allegedly come forward.  No confirmation, however.

Why hasn't the government released more information instead of cagily withholding it?  What is to be gained?  Is it no more than affording Hastert special treatment it certainly doesn't grant the "great unwashed?"  If, on the other hand, the 'investigation' is not complete, why rush to indict?  Only makes the government look inept, unprepared, incompetent, etc..  Still not clear what happened, to whom, and why.  Deliberate, concerted obfuscation by authorities.

Still having endless problems with the host-ed.me, twomini.com, and wink.ws sites.  Keep getting unwarranted automated cancellation notices from twomini.  Can't access the control panel to do anything about it.  A twomini tech has been helpful, but still getting the notices.  The twomini and wink sites have way too much downtime.  Have not had time recently to replace these sites.  Precisely, why it remains so important to bookmark all Liberty In Peril websites.

The t15 site seems to be the most reliable, -- at the moment.

Trying to do all this on the cheap is certainly one of the problems.  Another may very well be the fact the hosts don't like the subject matter or have received complaints.  Don't know.  Just speculation.  Once I've filed complaints against my brother with out of state authorities, as well as file a criminal complaint against Wells Fargo with the U.S. Attorney, however, hope to have time to create new sites or find one commercial webhost I can trust.  ... Good luck, right?  LOL.

The FBI has a fleet of top secret surveillance aircraft registered to fictitious companies used to surveil without a warrant, that is, no judicial approval.  Yet, another egregious violation of the Fourth Amendment right to privacy.  The jackbooted bastards in the Federal Bureau of Investigation, however, assure the public their operations are subject to strict oversight by the 'Justice' Department.

Doesn't that make you feel just tingly good all over?  Goose bumps at the thought how well these nazi sons of bitches are so diligently taking care of us?  Protected, pampered, and secure?  Not to worry, however.  They'd never f--k us, would they?  They're also using drones to surveil.  Think there'll come a time these drones will be armed?  ... No doubt, to protect us?

As expected, 67 hopelessly cowardly traitors in the Senate voted to extend surveillance conducted by the treasonous nazis in the National 'Security' Agency.  Our traitorous President quickly signed it into law.  As the 'Patriot' Act has absolutely nothing to do with patriotism, the 'Freedom' Act has nothing to do with liberty.

Nazi bastards in Congress as well as the President have once again egregiously abrogated their oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution.  They've again egregiously f--ked the public.  The doomsday clock strikes ever closer to midnight.  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution looms more menacingly each passing day as our formerly great country continues to nazify.  Becomes an ever more powerful fascist police-state.

The President disingenuously opined:

 "Glad the Senate finally passed the USA Freedom Act. It protects civil liberties and our national security. I'll sign it as soon as I get it."

The President is a liar.  Has again disgraced himself.  Secured his piss poor place in history.  Went on to falsely claim:

"Enactment of this legislation will strengthen civil liberty safeguards and provide greater public confidence in these programs.  I am gratified that Congress has finally moved forward with this sensible reform legislation."

The President has once again lied to the people.  The direct opposite is the case.  It guaranties more of the same.  Nothing changes for six months.  That is, NSA continues to spy on Americans with no warrant.  Then, they'll supposedly depend on traitorous phone companies willing to betray their customers by turning over user records, supposedly with a warrant.

A warrant that has absolutely no meaning since FISA courts rubber stamp government goon activities nearly 100% of the time.  No adversary proceedings occur within this goddamned nazi court located in the basement of the 'Justice' Department.  These 'judges' remain beholden to their government masters, far from impartial.  Bought and paid for.  Indeed, nazi justice in Nazi America.

Once again, our clueless government has betrayed the people.  Cannot be trusted.  As Franklin wisely opined over 200 years ago, anyone willing to trade liberty for security deserves and winds up with neither.  Proponents of this nazi law cannot point to one instance where this surveillance has prevented a terrorist attack.  Even if it did, at what price?  Liberty.  Better dead than enslaved.  The cowardly public is too gutless and/or aggressively stupid to understand they've once again been f--ked by government and its corporate masters.  Dopes duped.  Achingly, bamboozled.

Want to frustrate government efforts to spy on innocent American citizens?  Use Tor as your browser.  Tails as your operating system.  Linux is also quite good.  Windows operating systems are hellacious in terms of security.  They always 'call home' no matter how hard you try to disable this function.  Give up your 'smart' phones which enable government goons to easily spy and obtain profiles of their users.  Without a warrant.

Use high encryption end to end to send critical emails.  Refuse to give up personal information to your corporate masters and wherever you shop.  Tell the government, employers, banks, healthcare providers, and merchants it's none of their goddamned business.  Otherwise, privacy, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties will continue to erode.  As our bought and paid for government oppressors and their corporate masters fight to impose the fascist police-state already well under way in Nazi America.

The government recently announced some 4 million government employees had their personal information hacked, likely by the Chinese government.  Why is our goddamned corrupt, abusive, inept government and its corporate masters allowed to collect personal information on innocent American citizens.  Why?  More importantly, why do you tolerate it?  Willingly give up this information to your masters?  Tolerate this?  You get what you deserve.

You're stupid, achingly gutless.  Dependent.  Bamboozled.  Indeed, dopes duped.  Drunk the Kool Aide.  While your corporate masters and their bought and paid for lackeys in government continue to egregiously f--k you.  Laugh their asses off all the way to the bank.  At your stupidity, cowardice.  Gutless sheep.

In follow-up to the last edition, Michael Brelo, acquitted by a nazi judge of the killing of an unarmed black couple, was arrested for assault of his twin brother four days after his acquittal.  Readers are reminded this murderous son of a bitch cop had jumped up on the hood of the couple's car and pumped 15 rounds into them.

Jermaine McBean was killed by police in Oakland Park, Fla. back in 2013 as he walked home from a pawn shop with an unloaded air rifle across his shoulders.  Had on a pair of head phones and did not hear police orders to drop the 'weapon.'  The jackbooted bastards opened fire, deliberately murdered him.  A photo taken by a bystander supports the above.

Yet, the Sheriff won't be confused with the truth.  Says McBean was responsible for his own death in response to a recently filed suit.  Insult to injury?  The Sheriff gallingly awarded the murderous officer a 'bravery' award.  Nothing quite like holding the victim responsible for the crime, is there?  Then, gallingly rewarding the jackbooted bastard who murdered him for 'valor.'  This piece of sh-t and his department have shown their true colors.  They're murderers.  Yet, there is no justice.  Not in Nazi America.  A goddamned fascist police-state.

New York City Police Officer Ymaccula Pierre has been charged with official misconduct and identity theft.  Seems she stole credit card information from a dead man she had made a welfare check on.  Callously, used this information to buy a $3,200 diamond ring.  Has been suspended without pay.  Nothing quite like New York's 'Finest,' is there?

Had originally decided not to include in this edition coverage of the recent conviction of Karra Trichele Allen.  The murder of her husband.  For three reasons.  First, had not attended her trial in Llano.  Second, the evidence presented seemed compelling.  Third, she allegedly shot her husband in the back.  Certainly, don't want to support a murderer.

Yet, at the same time, with an extensive educational background in the social sciences, it was also quite clear to me text comments made by Allen and the fact she shot her husband in the back may not be indications of murder or inconsistent for a battered woman.  With testimony lasting two weeks and extremely limited defense resources, it's hard to believe this possibility was explored in any great detail at trial.

At the same time, there are disturbing questions as to how the trial itself was conducted.  How the jury pool is selected in this hell hole County is certainly a troubling issue.  Worse, how nazi prosecutors in the District Attorney's Office present evidence.  How 'judges' dictate criminal defense, what can and cannot be presented to a jury.  Instead of allowing a jury to decide for itself.  All this, led to the decision to reverse course and provide some limited analysis in this edition.

From trials I have attended, it is clear the jury pool is carefully manipulated by authorities.  Never have I seen someone from the bottom of the food chain called to serve.  Not even to the preliminary pool.  Interestingly, the problem is even worse with grand jurors.  During coverage of the Tina Wisdom jail rape law suit years ago, had the opportunity to extensively interview Ms. Wisdom.

She herself had testified during grand jury proceedings.  Told me she was immediately struck by the who's who impaneled.  Every member was a prominent citizen, professional, member of the business community.  Precisely, why the bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County are never indicted.  Nor are the jackbooted sons of bitches in the Sheriff's Office.  Clearly, grand juries are carefully selected to protect criminal government misfits.

One red flag in the Allen conviction is the fact it took only 20 minutes for the jury to decide.  One may think the evidence to have been so overwhelming.  That may not have been the case.  There was two weeks of testimony.  Certainly, enough to require far more time to consider and debate.  The fix may have been in.  Too early to tell since no jury members have chosen to speak publicly to the best of my knowledge at time of writing, two days after the conviction.

Worse?  Only five hours later she was sentenced to life.  Amazing, the alacrity.  A complicated case.  Two weeks of testimony.  Defense shyster?  One of the best in the area according to criminal defendants.  Eddie Shell.  The case had been moved from Burnet County to this hell hole.  May have been a big mistake.  Why?  Achingly, simple.  Llano County runs a close second to Williamson County in regard to hanging 'judges,' and juries securely in the pocket of 'prosecutors.'

Innocence?  Guilt?  Matter not.  Not in Llano County.  Only a conviction.  Worse?  Defense shysters don't have the near unlimited resources available to 'prosecutors.'  They simply don't get the financing.  Bought and paid for 'judges' in the pocket of 'prosecutors' dictate what the defense will be.  What is 'admissible.'  All designed to craftily secure a conviction.

Precisely, why it is interesting Shell defended a woman he must have strongly suspected was going to be convicted.  No matter the truth.  -- The playing field so deliberately slanted uphill.  In Nazi Llano County.  Eddie is no slouch.  While like all shysters he's hopelessly arrogant, regally chooses to answer or not letters, calls, texts, emails, etc., he is one of the best in the area at what he does.

Whether that's due to talent or crafty malfeasance is certainly not clear.  At the heyday of NET, this attorney charged approximately twice the going rate of his colleagues.  Yet, he had a remarkable history of success according to clients who have spoken to this writer.  Was it due to good lawyering? Or, bribery of 'prosecutors' and 'judges?'  Not clear.  Certainly, hope it was raw talent.

Shell made a good part of his early fortune defending an alcoholic ranch owner.  A good portion of this rancher's real estate assets reportedly wound up as compensation for Eddie's legal talents.  The rancher finally cleaned up his act approximately a couple of decades ago after paralyzing a family member while driving drunk at his ranch and fishing camp.

To his great credit, Eddie is one of the few shysters in this area willing to stand up to 'judges,' moreover.  Was recently fined for contempt not too long ago for standing up for a client.  The true mark of a great attorney, -- or, one who is grandstanding.  You decide.  With truth indeed a moving target in this hell hole, it's not always clear that things are what they appear to be.  Particularly, in the legal community.

Precisely, the problem with the Allen case.  Hey, Eddie?  If you truly believe in your client's innocence, why not defend her in appeal and finance the cost of doing so yourself?  Haven't you already made enough?  Think you're going to take it with you when it's finally your time to kick the bucket?  ... Ever proverbially see a hearse with a hitch?  If she's truly a battered woman and was falsely convicted, she desperately needs your help.

-- Possibly, Eddie's too busy making money and pursuing other personal ambitions, however.  Particularly, musical interests.  While possessing clearly limited musical and singing talent of his own, he's managed to secure the very best in his group the "Not Guilties."  These musicians, indeed, are second to none.  Make even Eddie look good.

As a former lead guitarist myself with very, very  limited proficiency back in the day, I do know great talent when I hear it, however.  These guys and gals are the best of the best.  World class.  Although individual musicians with different backgrounds, they play together like they've done so a lifetime.  Can play nearly anything on request unrehearsed as if they had been doing it all their lives together.

While I've never seen them in person, KBEY had been airing some of their gigs at the Cadillac Ranch for months.  Sadly, no longer.  Too bad.  Indeed, great talent.  Possibly, why Eddie may have turned to other business interests and may not have the time, money, or interest to defend a convicted client at appeal he supposedly believes in.  If on the other hand she's guilty as hell, let her rot in prison.

Interestingly, other than the defendant and the victim, no one more likely has a better feel for the truth, that is, knows the guilt or innocence of the defendant than the shyster.  After all, no one has spent more time talking to her in confidence about the case than Shell.  If he truly believes in her innocence, no one is more qualified to continue the fight in appeal.  No one.  On the other hand, all the public posturing during the case, despite a gag order, may have been no more than posturing.

Must not be forgotten, however, defense attorneys are extremely limited by a 'judge' securely in the pocket of 'prosecutors' as to what they can and cannot present in front of a jury.  Are also often muzzled by a 'judge' more interested in securing a conviction for 'prosecutors' than in exposing the truth.  Again, the readership is reminded this writer did not attend the trial.

Eddie?  All shysters upon passing the bar and becoming officers of the court take an oath to protect and defend the Constitution.  If you indeed believe Allen is guilty as hell and only did your duty to defend your client as best you could under impossible conditions, let her rot in prison.  If, on the other hand, you truly believe her to be innocent, that is, a battered woman, it is your moral responsibility and duty to continue the fight.

Principle and truth must trump unbridled greed, avarice.  Problem is truth has always been a moving target.  Especially, here, in this hell hole County.  Sadly, have yet to see a shyster, 'prosecutor,' 'judge,' cop, any public official to be worth a sh-t.  They're all bought and paid for.  Lining their pockets.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers.  A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Bryan Hicks, Attorney At Law, Bryan Hicks Law.  A copy of it was also sent to offending Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright.  She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager.  Reverse Darwinism.  Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters.  As indicated earlier, the process to update those already informed of this fiasco continues with Bill Rives, Executive Director, Marble Falls/Lake LBJ Chamber of Commerce.  This latest material can be found by clicking on Wells Fargo Deceptive Trade Practices Salvo 40, 6-8-15.

The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards.  Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned.  Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor.  Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked.  Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state.  Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling?  Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
