Still having endless problems with the host-ed.me and twomini.com sites.  Keep getting unwarranted automated cancellation notices from twomini.  Can't access the control panel to do anything about it.  A twomini tech has been helpful, but still getting the notices.  Have not had time recently to replace both sites.  Precisely, why it remains so important to bookmark all Liberty In Peril websites.

Trying to do all this on the cheap is certainly one of the problems.  Another may very well be the fact the hosts don't like the subject matter or have received complaints.  Don't know.  Just speculation.  Once I've made the move and have filed complaints against my brother with out of state authorities, however, hope to have the time to create two new sites or find one commercial webhost I can trust.  ... Good luck, right?  LOL.

Wake up.  Where else?

In the Llano County Sheriff's Office, State Police, LCRA officers and security guards, game wardens, as well as other law enforcement agencies.  To do what?  What do you think?  Clueless?  Still sound asleep?  What else?  Loot visitors to this area with bogus tickets.  Why?  Think. Harder. Much harder.  Why else?  To line government coffers.  Engorge the leeches who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.  You don't know that?

Many illegally, unjustly looted have informed this writer and other local businesses of this fact.  Worse? They're not coming back.  Won't put up with this.  You don't find this information anywhere else but in this publication.  Why is that? Since this publication has never received advertising since these businesses are too damned gutless, this hasn't been a problem.  Certainly, free to let it rip.  Would have done so with or without financial support.  Have done precisely that.  No matter what. Certainly, not beholden to anyone.  Will never be.  Still, the level of effort to put quality material out on a consistent basis under survival conditions has grown increasingly difficult.  Businesses in the past who provided a place to park the Pace Arrow, supplied food, other necessities, quietly subsidized necessary expenses haven't done so for over a decade.

Too goddamned cheap, hopelessly greedy.  Worse?  Far worse?  Outrageous bone chilling cowardice is at play here.  Perpetrated by owners too damned frightened to realize how insincere, sadly lacking, pathetic, achingly pitiful their hopelessly lame excuses truly are.  This remains a problem throughout the entire business community in this hell hole County.  Business after business.  Those that have failed, those failing, and those who likely will fail.

Makes me goddamned ashamed to be an American.  Yet, so many of you struggling to survive here constantly complain to me about being shaken down, f--ked over by the bastards who seem to think they run and own this goddamned hell hole.  If they do, you as business owners are directly responsible.  Look in the mirror.  You're the problem.  Not the assholes who are perpetrating this bullsh-t.

These bastards determinedly know they have you securely by the gonads.  Give them a good hard twist every now and then to keep you cowardly in line.  Someone finally comes along and is willing to expose them for the human excrement they truly are and guess what?  You're too damned gutless to stand up.  Support this publication.

Why?  Wake up. Because they can.  Yet, you balk on providing sufficient help to do this job right.  You gutlessly, greedily expect others to do the right thing.  Foot the bill for you.  Carry your weight while you whine and complain about how bad business is.  How you're being looted by all the government and corporate assholes with their hand out.  Tough sh-t.  Chew harder.

Significant desperately needed change isn't facilitated by abject terror, doesn't come through fairy tales or wishful thinking.  Life, doesn't work that way.  Never has.  Never will.  Wake up.  Not speaking of any business in particular. Directing this against all of you in the business community in this area.  Every one of you.  You're greedy.  Worse?  Afraid.  Fear trumps courage.  Facilitates short-sighted, aggressively stupid decisions that seemingly benefit short-term to the determinedly short-sighted.  Long-term?  Wake up.  Most lose. Internet access has been a problem.  Now, even worse.  Many of you offer wifi at your resorts or other places of business.  What are you so goddamned afraid of?  What?  You're already being royally f--ked by these assholes.  Mercilessly.  With very little business due to low water in the lake and law enforcement malfeasance driving away business, you have nothing, absolutely nothing to lose.  Why not go down fighting, figuratively speaking?  Give the assholes oppressing business and the innocent in this County some small bit of their own medicine back in return.

So many of you in business hypocritically enjoy the figurative ass kicking this publication continually delivers to these outrageous assholes who are deliberately, concertedly shaking your businesses down with new fees, permits, taxes, etc..  You're being royally f--ked. Forget?  Many of you have already gone out of business.  Others won't survive.  Yet, you remain too goddamned cowardly to stand up to these leeches.  Why?

This publication continues no matter the hardship.  Now, have once again been forced to travel out of town to get online.  Increasingly difficult to do this under survival conditions.  Unnecessary as well, -- since it remains abject greed and aching cowardice of local businesses in Buchanan Dam directly responsible.  Has been a problem the last 16 plus years this publication has been in existence.  Indeed, grown worse.

Precisely, what the corrupt, abusive, inept bastards who think they run, own, and rule this hell hole County want.  Exactly, as well, why more lakeside businesses can expect to fail as the lake remains determinedly low due to no rain and outrageously inept management by LCRA.  Worse, visitors to the area continue to be targeted by law enforcement to unjustly line County and State coffers with phony tickets.  ... Right, Sheriff?

Should all this continue, will be the kiss of death to many more local businesses and resorts.  These businesses know it.  Fear it.  Know what's coming.  Yet, choose to "lay low," refuse to challenge an unsustainable status quo.  ... When one business courageously stands up, gets quickly shot down by other cowardly business owners.  Worse?  Refuse to stick together.  Won't help one another.  Will not join forces to fight the tyranny imposed by the Llano County assholes who continue to repress, egregiously oppress them.

Nothing new.  Always been a problem.  Now, even worse, -- with little water in the lake and visitors increasingly refusing to return due to out of control law enforcement. These business owners are not stupid.  Yet, behave stupidly due to unbridled fear.  Abject terror as they see more and more of their own failing.

Those that have managed to make it yet another year remain achingly insecure.  Know the status quo is unsustainable.  Worse?  Many of these owners are elderly themselves.  Their health may not hold up.  -- Sadly, an injury, illness, death of a spouse away from losing it all.  Some think younger family members will take over upon their deaths.

That may not occur due to worsening economic circumstances and government repression in the Lakes Area.  -- The lakes have always been cash cow to the bastards who run and own this goddamned County.  No longer the case.  Yet, these sons of bitches still continue the unbridled looting.  Strangling the Golden Goose, -- already on life support.  Near death.

What will ultimately solve this problem is likely decades away.  That is, as the Lakes Area continues to fill with out of state migrants, the demographics will change.  As the population increases with outsiders, these outsiders, including business owners, will be a force to be reckoned with.  Not true yet.  Likely won't occur for quite some time.  Well past the lifetimes of current business owners.  Sadly, they already know this.  Yet, will not stand up.  Grow a pair.

Should these conditions continue, their families will likely not continue to run these businesses after their deaths.  Too easy to simply sell at rock bottom price and get out.  After all, their descendants, despite having worked these businesses as children and young adults, don't have the labor capital invested as do their parents and grandparents.  Will likely sell.  Take the quick buck.

Can certainly imagine the consternation of the elderly couple who provided wifi access the last year and a half or so to this publication.  As they look down and see the business they worked so hard to build and develop over ten years now, -- squandered, run into the ground.  Cannot, however, disclose the identity of this fine, hardworking couple.  They're too afraid.  Yet, they've done a superb job under nearly impossible conditions.

They are outsiders.  Know what that means?  If you're not born and raised here, you 'ain't' sh-t squat to the assholes in Llano.  Not even if you've lived here decades.  You're no more than a target to be looted.  The Aryan arrogance of the nazis in Llano remains unparalleled.  ... Right, Sheriff? These outrageously achingly clueless assholes are killing this hell hole County.  Continue to do so.  Determinedly.  Greedily.

The elderly couple who own this resort have put up with more than their share of outrageous bullsh-t from these hopelessly evil bastards.  The costs imposed on their business are unnecessary.  Cleverly designed to line the pockets of the assholes who falsely believe they run and own the County.  They tried fighting this.  Were initially moderately successful as they hired professionals to challenge some of this for them.

Now, they simply choose to lay low.  Work the business as their profits continue to be looted away.  If the lake does not come up with water and outsiders refuse to return due to out of control law enforcement, they will ultimately lose their business.  Or, be forced to sell at rock bottom price.  What is so incredibly sad, these business owners, as all property owners, do not own their property.  They 'rent' it.

From the assholes who falsely believe they run and own this County.  Indentured servitude.  -- Don't pay the 'rent,' that is, taxes?  You lose the property you never truly owned.  The assholes 'sell' it to yet another sucker.  We tolerate this.  Consequently, get precisely what we so richly deserve. F--ked.  While they were successful fighting off a former Precinct 2 County Commissioner through outside legal counsel, it remained a temporary 'solution' to an unsolved growing problem.

If anyone can survive here in business, this elderly couple certainly deserves to.  Whether they will or not is far from clear.  They are an injury, illness, or death of a spouse away from disaster.  As the assholes who falsely believe they run and own hell hole Llano County laugh their financially portly asses off all the way to the bank.  After properly giving thanks to the Good Lord each Sunday in church on bended knee for their good fortune.  Looted from taxpayers they continue to egregiously f--k.  ... Due to inadequate, often difficult to access, or unreliable Internet access, each edition is usually posted about a week before official publication date.

Readers need to be aware this publication no longer uses the libertyinperil@inbox.com mail address for correspondence.  Sadly, Inbox is not Tor friendly.  Has not been reliable, particularly lately.  Turned out the recent snafu with mail sent to Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo may not have been due to blocking by Wells Fargo alone, but problems at Inbox.com with the server as well.  Still not absolutely sure, however.

A tech had earlier informed this writer the mail had been bounced by Wells Fargo.  That was clear from the Daemon.  The codes, however, were not.  When further questioned never answered whether the Wells Fargo block was system wide against Inbox.com or just against this writer.  The lame response received was that a new server was now being used to correct the problem.

Apparently, it had been working properly for a little over a week since no new mail had been returned from Wells Fargo.  Now, there are additional problems accessing the Inbox account itself through Tor.  This is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.  -- If you sent mail and I have not responded, that is why.  Try again.

The acquittal of Cleveland cop Michael Brelo in the killing of a young black couple in 2012 by County Common Pleas Court 'Judge' John O'Donnell is proof positive police in Cleveland enjoy a license to murder with impunity.  This piece of sh-t had been charged with manslaughter by 'prosecutors,' not murder.  How about that?   With damn good reason, chose to be 'judged' by a bought and paid for 'judge' in the pockets of law enforcement, not a jury.  Imagine that.

This jackbooted bastard was not disappointed.  Cried at announcement of the ruling he and his goddamned shyster long expected.  Bottom line?  An unarmed black couple is dead.  No one yet held criminally responsible for their murder perpetrated by police.  Fearing what ultimately happened, they made the fatal mistake of taking off in their vehicle.  In Nazi America, a goddamned fascist police-state, this gives jackbooted thugs the license to murder.  With impunity.  Wake up.  Don't run.  The jackbooted bastards will kill you.

These criminals with a badge and license to kill fired 137 rounds at them.  The last 15 were fired by Brelo after he jumped up on the hood of their car.  This cowardly piece of sh-t had no probable cause to kill.  None at all.  Nor did the other bastards in his outrageously criminal gang.  Yet, murder is routine in the law enforcement community all across our formerly great country.

Take the time to read the 34-page ruling by a nazi 'judge' clearly in the pocket of outrageously corrupt, abusive, murderous, inept law enforcement.  Written in legalese to obfuscate and exonerate a law enforcement murderer.  Two systems of 'justice.'  One for the corporate management suite and its bought and paid for government lackeys, the other for the rest of us.  Nazi America.  A goddamned fascist police-state.

With this outrageous acquittal, the doomsday clock ticks ever closer to midnight.  -- An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on the horizon.  Hear the rumble?

See the mug shot of  50-year-old Shanney Velwood recently convicted of possession of methamphetamine?  The characteristic sallow appearance of severe meth abusers?  A jury in Burnet convicted her in 15 minutes.  Recommended a prison sentence of 11 years.  State District 'Judge' Evan Stubbs so sentenced her.  Imagine that.

Although District Attorney "Sonny Boy" did not personally prosecute the case, disingenuously crowed:

“This verdict is another important step toward stamping out the scourge of methamphetamine in our community. And I am grateful to the jury for sending the message that those who choose to flaunt our laws will face real consequences.”

Is that right, Counselor?  Can you inform my readers what consequences former bank manager Lynn Massey, current recently-promoted bank manager Amanda Wright, and the Wells Fargo corporate management suite have suffered for deliberate, concerted criminal deceptive trade practices?

Can you also inform my readers the consequences outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept, murderous Llano County Sheriff's Office jackbooted thugs have suffered for their crimes?  Can you explain to my readers why one highly questionable killing by police in Llano, two in Buchanan Dam, and a fourth in Tow were not investigated by federal authorities especially since the Texas Rangers are beholden to you and the jackbooted thugs who 'work' in your jurisdiction?  All in the last ten years or so.

Can you explain to my readers why you conducted no investigation of a former Llano County Judge who blatantly, illegally, and unconstitutionally pressured four Constables and the Llano County Sheriff's Office to impose a quota system?  Can you explain to my readers why there has been no criminal investigation of all Llano County offices by federal authorities?

The list can indeed go on, Counselor.  No question, we do have the 'best' County money can buy.  Literally.  Readers, what is particularly sad about the conviction of Shanney Velwood is the long-term consequences, not only to her but taxpayers.  This woman is clearly addicted to a substance that can and will likely kill her.  Meth is a scourge.  Indeed, she has a history of its abuse.

Will spend her time in prison at taxpayer expense.  Likely, will receive no treatment.  No re-hab.  No job training.  When she gets out, with a felony conviction, her employment prospects are bleak.  Nearly non-existent.  She may either re-offend, that is, use drugs and steal, or wind up dying.  The District Attorney is clearly out of his mind if he thinks this conviction sends the message he believes it does.  ... Or, is simply lying.  To himself and/or a gullible public.  Who's bought his goddamned bullsh-t, drunk the Kool Aide.  Hook, line, and sinker.

As with any 'prosecutor' or law enforcement goon, when their lips move, they're lying.  Lying like hell.  Precisely, why not one of them can be trusted.  Backed by their bought and paid for 'judges' who sanction goddamned deception.  The ends justify the means to these lying sons of bitches.  Exactly, why there is no longer any respect or confidence in our failed system of 'justice.'  Either way, you, the taxpayers, foot the bill.

Not only will you pay for this woman's imprisonment, you will pay as well when she gets out.  One way or the other.  Even if just in food stamps or the expense of burying her.  Most of the millions imprisoned in state, federal prisons and jails are incarcerated on drug-related charges.  So much for the failed war on drugs.  Again, you foot the bill.  As did your forebears during alcohol prohibition.

This time it's far worse.  Not only do we deal with the ongoing scourge of drugs no matter how draconian the punishment, every goddamned prosecutor's office and law enforcement agency has been corrupted, egregiously compromised in our formerly great country as a result of the illicit near unlimited money resulting from drug prohibition.

Exactly, what the District Attorney, County Attorney, County Judge, and all the other corrupt abusive, inept bastards who run this hell hole expect and want.  It lines their pockets.  They've falsely sworn to uphold and defend the Constitution.  They've lied.  To themselves and you, the public.  They're goddamned frauds who line their pockets, get their cookies off looting, f--king the public they've falsely sworn to protect and defend.

Years ago, several meth 'cooks' claimed the Narcotics Enforcement Team (NET) was ring leading 'cook' operations.  Indeed, a multi-million dollar operation locally.  Think that may be why at the time only relatively small amounts were seized?  A few token users and 'cooks' arrested now and then to make it look good?

Since there was no federal investigation, we'll never know.  The jackbooted bastards on the Narcotics Enforcement Team certainly knew the truth.  So did their 'cooks.'  So did many of us in the community.  All this a ruse.  Charade.  The bastards themselves were using drugs.  Shaking down the public.  Terrorizing occupants of homes they deliberately trashed.

Every goddamned one of these thugs deserved prosecution and imprisonment in TDC.  Obtained search warrants after they ransacked the houses of not only the guilty but innocent as well.  A goddamned evil scourge that's never been held criminally accountable.

So when our inept, clueless District Attorney disingenuously crows a drug conviction sends a strong message to users, you know he's either lying or achingly delusional.  Remember that when he's up for re-election.  This guy, his cohorts, and law enforcement lackeys cannot be trusted.  Only care County coffers continue to be lined with money looted from many who are innocent, committed no crime.  Guilt?  Innocence?  No longer matter in the goddamned fascist police-state we now live in.  Hear the rumble?

There is no question international soccer has its problems.  Severe corruption within FIFA being one of them.  FIFA is the overseas soccer ruling body located in Switzerland.  Think about it.  Is this our problem?  Should we be policing an international sports agency that at present has so little relevance here in the United States?

Our goddamned corrupt, abusive, inept, power-hungry 'Justice' Department certainly believes so.   Recently indicted a whole bunch of FIFA officials both overseas as well as here.  Why?  How is this our problem?  Especially, since FIFA is based overseas.  U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch certainly thinks it is.  This is the very same woman, who as former U.S. Attorney, now Attorney General, frighteningly believes in warrantless NSA spying on innocent American citizens as well as unbridled asset forfeiture with no due process or court conviction.

Lynch 'justifies' this further extension of U.S. jurisdiction over a foreign sports agency by claiming some of the officials are located here and that U.S. banks were used by FIFA officials.  While this may be true, it does not justify extending U.S. jurisdiction across the planet.  It's bullsh-t.  Precisely why our formerly great country is so hated, feared, and despised overseas.

We've become a fascist police-state in the last fifty years or so.  Particularly, after 9/11.  Now, we intend to haughtily extend power overseas.  Deliberately abrogate the sovereignty of other nations.  We're paying the price for this.  A dear price.  In terms of blood and treasure.  Then again, it doesn't matter to the corporate management suite that owns its government lackeys, loots money from taxpayers, particularly the quickly vanishing middle class, and extends its power world-wide.  Hear the rumble?

The hypocrisy of Lynch and her henchmen is stunning.  Where is her prosecution of what goes on in the NFL?  All the money wheeling and dealing.  Inability of the League to rein in spousal  and child abuse.  What about all the out of control banks too big to fail DOJ fails to criminally prosecute?  When will she start locking up these bastards in maximum security prisons?  To say nothing of murderous law enforcement officers.

This latest series of indictments of a foreign sports agency are clearly no more than a jurisdictional power grab.  By lawyers in the DOJ who remain achingly incapable of wiping their ass.  Forget?  It's all about the money, stupid.  Money is power.  Unbridled, corrupt, abusive, inept power.  Used to subjugate.  Force one's will on the unwilling.  Control.  Nazi America at its very worst.

Yet another achingly egregious example of failed justice at all levels of government?  The 'Justice' Department believes Republican former Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert paid some $3.5 million to conceal sexual misconduct.  At time of writing, the government has not identified the recipient.  It does believe, however, the recipient was a high school boy who had been sexually assaulted by Hastert decades ago when he was a teacher and wrestling coach.

The school claims to have no knowledge, received no complaints.  If these allegations are indeed true, think Hastert would have been indicted for sexual assault of a child?  Think his victim, who apparently shook down Hastert for some $3.5 million smackeroos, would have been indicted for extortion, that is, blackmail?  Well, you'd be wrong.  Clearly, a failure of local, state, and federal government.

Truth is indeed a moving target in Nazi America.  We don't yet know all the circumstances.  News media is frantically working to determine the truth.  Fox News reports:

"The 73-year-old Illinois Republican is specifically accused of structuring the withdrawal of $925,000 in cash in order to evade the requirement that banks report cash transactions over $10,000. He is also accused of lying to the FBI about the withdrawals."

This is just the beginning.  No one in media yet knows exactly how all this went down and why.  Will likely be a most interesting case with dire implications for our formerly great country, sadly and clearly dying on the vine.  As all we used to hold near and dear is squandered away by failed government at all levels.  As the unwanted, dreaded second American revolution catastrophically continues to loom on the horizon.

Interestingly, Hastert has not been arrested.  Is not deemed to be a flight risk.  Is not?  This is an aging multi-millionaire with everything to lose.  Why hasn't he received the very same treatment from authorities as would be the case with the "unwashed masses?"  Why is there no equal justice?  Why is he afforded special treatment?  Why isn't his financially corpulent, outrageously hypocritical, hopelessly disingenuous, achingly sorry ass in jail?

Creeping invasion of privacy by the goddamned fascist police-state we now live in not a problem?  Not disturbed by the growing assault on privacy?  Doesn't bother you jackbooted thug license plate readers are tracking and recording your every move?  Wake up.  Now, the goddamned nazi bastards in Homeland 'Security' intend to install facial recognition technology to catch foreigners overstaying their visas.

Think all law enforcement won't eventually do the same to track and document all movement and actions of law abiding citizens?  Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on the horizon?  Too deaf?  So too is our outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept, hopelessly fascist government that no longer serves the people.  Only itself and its goddamned corporate masters.

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals recently ruled an Idaho law banning abortions after 20 weeks is unconstitutional because many of the unborn are not viable at that early stage of pregnancy.  Interesting, isn't it?  Clearly, a win for women to do with their uterus as they damn well please.  Doesn't go far enough, however.  Should extend until at least the onset of labor if not just before birth.  Why?  If there is no reproductive freedom, there is no freedom at all.

Were I a woman would I abort?  Highly, unlikely.  Especially if I were no longer 18 and had nobody.  Yet, that decision morally should rest only with a pregnant woman.  Not a goddamned 'judge,' 'prosecutor,' pastor, her parents, or the man or boy responsible for impregnating her.  Why?  Again, achingly simple.  If there is no reproductive freedom, there is no freedom at all.  Precisely, exactly what nazis on the Right desperately want.  Perversely, pray for.

Marco Rubio is certainly desperate to make a name for himself.  Now, this clueless fascist running for President is himself fanning the flames of homophobic bigotry within the 'Christian' community.  Seems he thinks religious bigots will be accused of "hate" speech.  Wake up, Senator.  Gays and lesbians have the moral right to marry just as do heterosexuals.  Equally pointedly?  Women have the moral right to do with their uterus as they damn well please.

Who the hell are you and other national socialists who believe as you do to impose your perverse ideological and religious views on anyone?  What skin is it indeed off your financially corpulent asses to allow others their liberty?  Don't want an abortion?  Don't have one.  Don't want to marry within your gender?  Don't do so.

Unless renewed at the very last minute, the outrageously unpatriotic achingly unconstitutional USA 'Patriot' Act will expire June 1.  Republican and Democratic nazis in the House have passed a new version falsely, disingenuously called The 'Freedom' Act.  This goddamned atrocious bill has as much to do with freedom as the 'Patriot' Act has to due with patriotism.

It's nazi legislation that will allow this abominable law to live on.  As Franklin wisely remarked well over 200 years ago, anyone willing to trade liberty for security deserves and winds up with neither.  Nazis in both Houses of Congress and the White House desperately want this boot heel on the throat of liberty to continue unabated.

Anyone who supports this act is a traitor.  Not one proponent can point to one instance where this act has prevented any terroristic activity.  Not one.  Even if it did, at what price?  Liberty?  Better dead than enslaved.  The nazis who have imposed a fascist police-state the last 50 years, particularly since 9/11, have no clue.  Do not care.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers.  A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Lisa Holley, Realtor, Jesse James Real Estate.  A copy of it was also sent to offending Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright.  She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager.  Reverse Darwinism.  Survival of the unfittest.

The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards.  Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor.  Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked.  Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state.  Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling?  Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
