Still having endless problems with the host-ed.me and twomini.com sites. Keep getting unwarranted automated cancellation notices from twomini. Can't access the control panel to do anything about it. A twomini tech has been helpful, but still getting the notices. Have not had time recently to replace both sites. Precisely, why it remains so important to bookmark all Liberty In Peril websites.
Trying to do all this on the cheap is certainly one of the problems. Another may very well be the fact the hosts don't like the subject matter or have received complaints. Don't know. Just speculation. Once I've made the move and have filed complaints against my brother with out of state authorities, however, hope to have the time to create two new sites or find one commercial webhost I can trust. ... Good luck, right? LOL.

Not only have your taxes increased mercilessly the last few years despite no water in the lakes, the bastards who run and own hell hole Llano County unduly, illegally, unconstitutionally pressure their bought and paid for goons. In the Llano County Sheriff's Office, State Police, LCRA officers and security guards, game wardens, as well as other law enforcement agencies. To do what? What do you think? Clueless? Still sound asleep? What else? Loot visitors to this area with bogus tickets. Why? Think. Harder. Much harder. Why else? To line government coffers. Engorge the leeches who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole. You don't know that?
Many illegally, unjustly looted have informed this writer and other local businesses of this fact. Worse? They're not coming back. Won't put up with this. You don't find this information anywhere else but in this publication. Why is that? Wake up. What do you think? H-E-L-L-O? As soon as any publication does so, all advertising income immediately dries up. Forget? The American Way.
Since this publication has never received advertising since these businesses are too damned gutless, this hasn't been a problem. Certainly, free to let it rip. Perpetrated by owners too damned frightened to realize how insincere, sadly lacking, pathetic, achingly pitiful their hopelessly lame excuses truly are. This remains a problem throughout the entire business community in this hell hole County. Business after business. Those that have failed, those failing, and those who likely will fail.
Makes me goddamned ashamed to be an American. Yet, so many of you struggling to survive here constantly complain to me about being shaken down, f--ked over by the bastards who seem to think they run and own this goddamned hell hole. With very little business due to low water in the lake and law enforcement malfeasance driving away business, you have nothing, absolutely nothing to lose. Why not go down fighting, figuratively speaking? Give the assholes oppressing business and the innocent in this County some small bit of their own medicine back in return.
So many of you in business hypocritically enjoy the figurative ass kicking this publication continually delivers to these outrageous assholes who are deliberately, concertedly shaking your businesses down with new fees, permits, taxes, etc.. This publication continues no matter the hardship. Now, have once again been forced to travel out of town to get online. Increasingly difficult to do this under survival conditions. Has been a problem the last 16 plus years this publication has been in existence. Indeed, grown worse.
Precisely, what the corrupt, abusive, inept bastards who think they run, own, and rule this hell hole County want. Exactly, as well, why more lakeside businesses can expect to fail as the lake remains determinedly low due to no rain and outrageously inept management by LCRA. Worse, visitors to the area continue to be targeted by law enforcement to unjustly line County and State coffers with phony tickets. ... Right, Sheriff?
Should all this continue, will be the kiss of death to many more local businesses and resorts. These businesses know it. Fear it. Know what's coming. Yet, choose to "lay low," refuse to challenge an unsustainable status quo. ... When one business courageously stands up, gets quickly shot down by other cowardly business owners. Worse? Refuse to stick together. Won't help one another. Will not join forces to fight the tyranny imposed by the Llano County assholes who continue to repress, egregiously oppress them.
Nothing new. Always been a problem. Now, even worse, -- with little water in the lake and visitors increasingly refusing to return due to out of control law enforcement. These business owners are not stupid. Yet, behave stupidly due to unbridled fear. Abject terror as they see more and more of their own failing.
Those that have managed to make it yet another year remain achingly insecure. Know the status quo is unsustainable. Worse? Many of these owners are elderly themselves. Their health may not hold up. -- Sadly, an injury, illness, death of a spouse away from losing it all. Some think younger family members will take over upon their deaths.
That may not occur due to worsening economic circumstances and government repression in the Lakes Area. -- The lakes have always been cash cow to the bastards who run and own this goddamned County. No longer the case. Yet, these sons of bitches still continue the unbridled looting. Strangling the Golden Goose, -- already on life support. Near death.
What will ultimately solve this problem is likely decades away. That is, as the Lakes Area continues to fill with out of state migrants, the demographics will change. As the population increases with outsiders, these outsiders, including business owners, will be a force to be reckoned with. Not true yet. Likely won't occur for quite some time. Well past the lifetimes of current business owners. Sadly, they already know this. Yet, will not stand up. Grow a pair.
Should these conditions continue, their families will likely not continue to run these businesses after their deaths. Too easy to simply sell at rock bottom price and get out. After all, their descendants, despite having worked these businesses as children and young adults, don't have the labor capital invested as do their parents and grandparents. Will likely sell. Take the quick buck.
Can certainly imagine the consternation of the elderly couple who provided wifi access the last year and a half or so to this publication. As they look down and see the business they worked so hard to build and develop over ten years now, -- squandered, run into the ground. Cannot, however, disclose the identity of this fine, hardworking couple. They're too afraid. Yet, they've done a superb job under nearly impossible conditions.
They are outsiders. Know what that means? If you're not born and raised here, you 'ain't' sh-t squat to the assholes in Llano. Not even if you've lived here decades. You're no more than a target to be looted. The Aryan arrogance of the nazis in Llano remains unparalleled. ... Right, Sheriff? These outrageously achingly clueless assholes are killing this hell hole County. Continue to do so. Determinedly. Greedily.
The elderly couple who own this resort have put up with more than their share of outrageous bullsh-t from these hopelessly evil bastards. The costs imposed on their business are unnecessary. Cleverly designed to line the pockets of the assholes who falsely believe they run and own the County. They tried fighting this. Were initially moderately successful as they hired professionals to challenge some of this for them.
Now, they simply choose to lay low. Work the business as their profits continue to be looted away. If the lake does not come up with water and outsiders refuse to return due to out of control law enforcement, they will ultimately lose their business. Or, be forced to sell at rock bottom price. What is so incredibly sad, these business owners, as all property owners, do not own their property. They 'rent' it.
From the assholes who falsely believe they run and own this County. Indentured servitude. -- Don't pay the 'rent,' that is, taxes? You lose the property you never truly owned. The assholes 'sell' it to yet another sucker. We tolerate this. Consequently, get precisely what we so richly deserve. F--ked. While they were successful fighting off a former Precinct 2 County Commissioner through outside legal counsel, it remained a temporary 'solution' to an unsolved growing problem.
If anyone can survive here in business, this elderly couple certainly deserves to. Whether they will or not is far from clear. They are an injury, illness, or death of a spouse away from disaster. When they 'defend' a client in a contrived, kangaroo 'criminal' case, they work in the best interests of the County, not their long-suffering clients. They betray the oath they took after passing the bar and becoming officers of the court. They not only betray this phony oath they took but their clients as well, -- who are not only f--ked by outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept law enforcement and prosecutors, but the attorneys who allegedly 'defend' them.
If you ever need an attorney in a criminal matter, never ever hire a local lawyer. They're all in bed with the County. Every goddamned one of them. If they don't play ball with their County masters, that is get their innocent clients to plea bargain rather than go to trial, they don't get indigent cases assigned to them paid for by looted County taxpayers. The kiss of death in a relatively small but highly abusive County like ours.
It's all about the money, stupid. No more, no less. Greed rules. Principle? What's that? Doesn't exist. Hasn't for years. If ever. Lawyers serve only themselves, their government and corporate masters. They sell out their clients on the bottom of the food chain. One egregious example? Lawyers can't be trusted for other reasons as well. One well-known criminal defense attorney well over ten years ago asked me to furnish him access to open records documents I had requested and received from a County official. In return, had falsely promised to provide information regarding criminal activity perpetrated by the then worst, most corrupt, abusive, inept law enforcement agency of the era, -- The Narcotics Enforcement Team (NET.)
Guess what? The lying bastard never followed through. ... Like a law enforcement goon, how do you know an attorney is lying? His or her lips move. Worse? This worthless son of a bitch is reportedly a bigot. According to yet another local attorney who isn't worth a sh-t either for other reasons. Some of which, outlined above. These outrageously corrupt bastards and bitches write the laws even they don't understand.
Then, as 'prosecutors,' 'defense' attorneys, and 'judges,' egregiously, concertedly, determinedly f--k the people caught up in a hopelessly corrupt, abusive, inept, phony system of 'justice' that cares absolutely nothing about guilt or innocence, justice, principle, doing the right thing. considering rushing to
vote on Fast Track this week while bypassing the
highway and infrastructure
bills that expire June 1.
Seriously? The Senate
is going to throw tens of thousands of
construction workers
off their jobs and shut down work on critical
improvements to our nation’s
bridges and roads so it can rush to take
job-killing trade votes?!
Now that three full years
of U.S. government data on President Barack
Obama’s U.S.-Korea Free
Trade Agreement (Korea FTA) are available, it is
clearer than ever that
Fast-Tracked trade deals like the Korea FTA and
the North American Free
Trade Agreement put us on a path of offshored
jobs, flat wages and
growing income inequality.
The U.S. goods trade deficit
with Korea has ballooned 104 percent, or
more than $14 billion.
Those seemingly abstract numbers have real
implications for everyday
people. The trade deficit increase equates to
the loss of more than
93,000 American jobs in the first three years of
the Korea FTA, counting
both exports and imports — according to the very
same trade-to-jobs ratio
that the Obama administration used to project
gains from the deal.
The Korea agreement was
used as the template for the Trans-Pacific
Partnership (TPP), which
would get railroaded through Congress if you
allow Fast Track authority
to go into effect. President Obama keeps
saying that the TPP is
different, but it has the same investor rules
that promote offshoring
and the same Bush-era labor and environmental
standards that the Government
Accountability Office reported just months
ago have failed to improve
conditions.
The Fast Track bill (S.995)
would revive the same old Fast Track that
has gotten us into a
string of job-killing trade deals. It would
delegate away your constitutional
authority to ensure that we do not get
slammed by another terrible
trade agreement. This bill is almost
word-for-word the same
as the infamous 2002 Fast Track and last year’s
dead-on-arrival Fast
Track bill.
It specifically applies
Fast Track to the TPP whether or not the deal
meets the negotiating
objectives listed in the bill. And it would give
Fast Track treatment
to any and all trade deals for whoever is president
for the next six years.
Fast Track probably was
a bad idea back when it was cooked up by
President Nixon in the
1970s to grab away Congress’ constitutional trade
authority. But now it
is just totally inappropriate given the broad
scope of non-trade policy
that
would be rewritten in pacts like the TPP.
Congress’ job is to write
our domestic laws on food safety, medicine
pricing, bank regulation,
Buy American and all of the other non-trade
issues into which the
TPP meddles.
If you delegate away your
constitutional trade authority with Fast
Track, you wouldn’t just
be dooming millions more middle-class jobs. You
would also be rubber-stamping
rollbacks of vital consumer,
environmental and health
protections on which we all rely. And you would
give away your leverage
and power even after trade officials have
ignored the 60 senators
and 230 representatives who demanded that the
TPP include rules against
currency cheating, which is fueling our huge
trade deficit and killing
our jobs.
I would like you to please
write back to me to share your position on
Fast Track. I don’t care
what they call it this time around: If it lets a
president sign a trade
deal before Congress approves it and then
railroads the done deal
through Congress with no amendments and limited
debate in a set number
of days, I want you to oppose it.
We need a new form of
trade authority that provides Congress and the
public with a meaningful
role from start to finish in trade negotiation
and approval processes.
United with your fellow members of Congress, you
can stop Fast Track and
get our trade policy back on the right track

committing to vote “no” on the Fast Track

explain to me why the Senate is going to throw

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.
Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.
The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.
Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Kerry Majkszak, Realtor, Jesse James Real Estate. A copy of it was also sent to offending Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.
... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.
The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem. No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked. It's time to stand up. Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight. Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb. From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain. Wake up. Grow a pair.

Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision. To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day. You have no control of your lives. You're owned. Forget? For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits. At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.
Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.
Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.
Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded. Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy. Literally.

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.
Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff. It is not. It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
