Further restriction in Internet access necessitates an urgent request for area businesses to finally courageously step up and donate use of a wireless router 24/7. In addition, being online for hours outside daily in the heat, cold, rain, wind, etc. has grown increasingly difficult and is taking its toll.
Businesses benefit from exposure of government malfeasance. How many of you have privately complained to me of being abused by government officials? All around this lake. Throughout this entire area. Looted by greedy tax appraisers and collectors, LCRA, building inspectors, etc.. Yet, you remain too greedy and/or cowardly to support this publication.
As those of you who have provided assistance know full well, I protect the identities of those who have provided assistance and/or information. Always have, always will. If you can't, won't support this publication, don't complain you're being screwed. Rings hollow. Find some backbone. If things don't change in this hell hole, many, many, many more of you I've known for many years will sadly, tragically lose your businesses.
It's time to wake up. Sadly, it's been each owner for himself, herself. You don't look out for one another. Don't help each other. Cooperation? What's that? Lip service. Don't hang together? You'll hang alone. With no water in the lake, law enforcement oppressing, shaking down, shamelessly looting the visitors who patronize your businesses?
Only a matter of time before even those of you hanging on likely will lose it all. That, which you've worked your entire lives for, gone. Still having endless problems with the host-ed.me and twomini.com sites. Keep getting unwarranted automated cancellation notices from twomini. Can't access the control panel to do anything about it. A twomini tech has been helpful, but still getting the notices. Have not had time recently to replace both sites. Precisely, why it remains so important to bookmark all Liberty In Peril websites.
Trying to do all this on the cheap is certainly one of the problems. Another may very well be the fact the hosts don't like the subject matter or have received complaints. Don't know. Just speculation. Once I've made the move and have filed complaints against my brother with out of state authorities, however, hope to have the time to create two new sites or find one commercial webhost I can trust. ... Good luck, right? LOL.

Again, as always, when law enforcement does anything heroic it always leads in this publication. Always. Off-duty New Jersey State Troopers Justin Storie and Adam Gonzalez were on their way home from work when they stopped and courageously ran into a Mount Olive Township house that was on fire. Rescued 51-year-old Josephine Maulback.
She's in the hospital in stable condition. The Troopers suffered smoke inhalation, minor abrasions, cuts.
Hat's off guys. Job well done. Best of the best.
-- You certainly put the Sheriff's sh-t heads to shame here in Nazi Llano County where all these abusive, inept, corrupt bastards seem to know how to do is shake down, abuse, beat, and at least twice in the last ten years, wantonly kill. In follow-up to the last edition, the President had exempted the CIA from additional restrictions in 2013 regarding drone strikes. This change in rules only applied to Pakistan. The specific restriction exempted was that anyone targeted did not have to pose an imminent threat to the United States. Possibly why an American and Italian national were recently murdered by a state-side drone pilot during a recent Pakistani drone strike. When will the President and his henchmen finally be held accountable for these murders, egregious war crimes?
George "The Tush" Bush and "Slick Dick" Cheney need to remain under the rocks they've cowardly crawled under. Both are apparently concerned they could be rightfully held accountable for war crimes. Best defense? Ferocious offense. An aggressive assault on their successors. Doesn't matter if it's true or not. ... Can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullsh-t. Clearly, why Cheney occasionally surfaces to lamely attack current policy.
Now, the jackass, who formerly warmed the chair in the Oval Office, has finally found his voice. Imagine that. Has engaged in pointed criticism of Obama. Speaking recently at a fundraiser of Jewish Republicans in Vegas in regard to a pending Iranian nuclear deal, the former President opined:
“You think the Middle East is chaotic now? Imagine what it looks like for our grandchildren. That’s how Americans should view the deal.”
“Just remember the guy who slit Danny Pearl’s throat is in Gitmo. Now [ISIS is] doing it on TV.”
Bush intensively skewered the current incumbent for being "indecisive." Claims we're in "retreat" around the globe. Kept stressing his decisiveness in contrast to that supposedly lacking in his successor:
“When the plan wasn’t working in Iraq, we changed. In order to be an effective president . . . when you say something, you have to mean it. You gotta kill ’em.”
Opined ISIS as being “al Qaeda’s second act.”
Well, well, well. Nothing has indeed changed, George, has it? You're still the idiot you've always been. Right, Mr. 'President?' You go to war under egregiously false pretenses as many of us accused you of doing just before and after the unwarranted invasion, then accuse the President of "retreating?"
"Gotta kill' em?" Is that right? They sure got quite adept at killing us, didn't they? And many, many others. How is that working, Mr. 'President?' How? ISIS is your legacy, George. You own it, you psychotic, clueless son of a bitch. None of the current ongoing insanity in Iraq would have happened had you not invaded under egregiously false pretenses. Equally pointed? The President appears to be doing a juggling act. Knows the U.S. desperately needs to stop interfering in the Middle East, hold Israel accountable. Yet, can't. Much of the U.S. public still buys the GOP line, willingly drinks the Kool Aide.

Coup de grace? Bush was allegedly paid $250,000 to speak at the fundraiser. Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no? Nothing quite like goddamned blood money, is there, Mr. 'President?' A quarter million for what? Talking out both sides your ass?

Reportedly, some two-thirds of taxpayers had to pay back some portion of Obamacare subsidies to the IRS this past filing season. H&R Block claims the average amount to be $729. ... Pocket change, no?
The Freddie Gray saga continues in Baltimore. At time of writing, the prosecutor has announced plans to charge all six officers in his homicide. Readers are reminded Mr. Gray had his neck broken, 80% of his spinal cord severed while in police custody. No one seems to know the full truth of what transpired, how it went down, and why, -- or is willing to fully disclose it.
Interesting, isn't it, when a cop gets injured and/or killed by a perpetrator charges are immediate? Doesn't matter whether the 'investigation' is complete or not. The accused is arrested, quickly incarcerated. Usually, not released on bail. Nearly, never. Clearly, when it is the other way around all across our formerly great nation, police receive special treatment. Why? They're thugs, criminals. Other than a badge, they are no different from the criminals and the innocents they abuse, wantonly beat, and/or murder while on duty.
The six jackbooted thugs were released on bond after they were arrested and booked. They were immediately earlier placed on paid leave after they killed Gray several weeks ago. That is, placed on vacation. Must be nice, no? Over two weeks after his murder they had yet to be charged, arrested, and jailed. Imagine that.
Interesting, isn't it? This must change. So does the thinking of government at all levels. Criminal police officers need to be afforded the very same treatment as those they arrest. There must be equity. Equal treatment. The Constitution demands it. Justice demands it. If things don't radically change vis a vis treatment of criminal officers, the unwanted dreaded alternative?
Wake up. What is already sadly happening on the streets, -- insurrection. A rising up. Rebellion. Which could ultimately lead to an unwanted dreaded revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon. An increasing number of people have had enough. Are no longer willing to tolerate the abuse, corruption, ineptness, Aryan arrogance of the fascist bastards who falsely believe they run and own this formerly great country.
The President seems to think the country needs to reflect on the piss-poor state of police-community relations. Engage in some "soul searching." What a crock of sh-t. Goddamned disingenuous. Achingly, so. Wake up, Mr. President. You've been asleep way too long. ... Lose yourself after assuming office, sir? We don't need reflection. We desperately need immediate prosecution of police who shake down, wantonly beat and kill while on duty.
It's time to stop always giving the boys and girls in blue an undeserved unearned benefit of the doubt. There is no way they can be trusted. They lie during the performance of their duties with judicial approval, carte blanche impunity. Yet, lie to one of these goddamned thugs you go to jail for lying to the bastard. The only way to turn things around short of an unwanted dreaded revolution already sadly catastrophically looming on the horizon is to prosecute these goddamned jackbooted sons of bitches who wear a badge, wantonly brandish a gun, and are imbued by their masters with a license to indiscriminately kill. In direct violation of posse comitatus. The public is constitutionally well-armed. Indeed, the last best defense against out of control government as intended by the Founders. Any revolution sparked would be catastrophically destructive, bloody, and long-term. Yet, the people would ultimately win. Tactics would likely be hit and run, guerilla warfare, terroristic. Outrageous loss of life. Both sides. No one in their right mind would want this.
Yes, Mr. President, the people involved in looting, rioting, destruction of property, firebombing, throwing rocks at police are indeed engaging in criminal activity. Should be arrested, charged, and prosecuted. At the same time, Mr. President, to dismiss all this as simply criminal activity is goddamned stupid. Misses the point. The unacceptable growing catastrophic threat looming on the horizon.
Why aren't you and others in power urging police to stop wantonly beating and unnecessarily killing while on duty? Why are the admonishments one sided? Forget? It's goddamned out of control law enforcement that's initiating violence. To get its cookies off abusing power, shaking people down to line government coffers as well as its own pockets, subjugating the public. Not the other way around. Wake up, Mr. President. You've been sound asleep way too long. So are others at all levels of government.
When will these outrageously criminal sons of bitches in law enforcement be consistently and continually prosecuted for their crimes en masse all across our formerly great country? There is desperate need for a clean sweep of widespread, near ubiquitous corruption, abuse, brutality, and ineptness in the law enforcement community.
All rioting is low grade insurrection, rebellion, a rising up against hopelessly corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless 'authority.' What is different now than back in the Sixties is the fact opposition to the corruption, abuse, ineptness, brutality, and killing extends across all age groups and races. That wasn't the case decades ago. It was mostly only the very young back then.
Must indeed be sending a chill up the cowardly spines of those at all levels of government who clearly see the catastrophe pending on the horizon. Must be blind not to see it. The status quo is simply unsustainable. The possibility of an unwanted dreaded revolution comes sadly tragically closer to fruition each and every day. Reinforced each time someone is wantonly killed, that is murdered, by law enforcement and other government goons.

A Baltimore woman saw her son on the boob tube rioting and throwing rocks at police. Immediately went to the scene, and slapped him in the face. The video went viral. Can't fault her for arriving and getting him out of there. Do fault her, however, for using violence against him. The fact, the video went quickly viral and her violent behavior so enthusiastically applauded, proves how sick our culture has become. Achingly, convoluted.
For you hopelessly psychotic clueless idiots out there who mindlessly approve, where in the hell do you think her kid learned to use violence as a solution to problems? Wake up. He's modeling his mother's behavior. Don't get it? She's no hero. Achingly clueless. Just like the rest of you who made this video go viral.
The anger in that kid leading him to riot and throw rocks at police did not arise from thin air. Wasn't just his frustration with the unsustainable status quo in Baltimore. Not just the ongoing, never ending abuse and criminal activity perpetrated by police, however. To not see further, blindly insist on ignoring all the true underlying causes of this anger is to remain hopelessly stupid, clueless, blinders determinedly on.
Worse? Maintains the unsustainable status quo that can and will ultimately trigger a second unwanted dreaded American revolution. Violence has no place in civilized society. Not in the home, schools, work place, etc.. ... Especially, not wantonly unnecessarily perpetrated by law enforcement goons to get their cookies off abusing those they've sworn to protect and defend.

The idiots on the Supreme Court recently showed their true colors in a case regarding botched executions. None of the usual civility. Be interesting to see what the ruling will be when it finally comes down likely in June. Regardless, the United States remains the only western supposedly civilized nation to impose the death penalty. Can only wonder how many murdered by the state in the name of the people were truly innocent.

Cruz to a message sent by this publication through Planned Parenthood regarding the refusal of GOP national socialists to allow fines collected from criminals be used for desperately needed abortions for victims of human trafficking. Thank you for sharing your thoughts regarding abortion. Input from constituents significantly informs my decision-making and empowers me to better represent the state.
Our nation was founded on the principle that we are all endowed by our Creator with "certain unalienable rights, and that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." America's Founders knew that, without life, there is neither liberty nor the pursuit of happiness. Yet in America today, more than 50 million unborn children have been denied the right to life in the 40 years since Roe v. Wade.
As the solicitor general of Texas, I defended the federal partial-birth abortion ban and parental notification legislation, as well as a Texas law prohibiting taxpayer funds from going to organizations that provide abortions. In the Senate, I remain committed to the defense of innocent life, from conception to natural death, and will promote policies to that end.

The following was sent to Tx. State Sen. Troy Fraser regarding a bill expanding unrestricted fracking. The print in red is canned. That in blue, mine:
"House Bill 40 goes way
too far in limiting home rule for Texas cities and
counties. It would pre-empt
many reasonable local ordinances that were
put in place to make
oil and gas operations safer for Texas communities.
"Restrictions on disposal
wells within city limits in places such as Fort
Worth, Arlington, Dallas
and San Angelo would be invalidated.
Underground emergency
shutoff valves could now longer be required, even
in areas at risk of hurricanes.
Many insurance provisions, pipeline
rules and setback requirements
would be overruled. Local governments
would have no ability
to establish buffer zones around schools, daycare
facilities, churches,
hospitals, nursing homes or other vulnerable
facilities and populations.
"HB 40 fails to strike
a balance between the health and safety of Texans
and the business interests
of the oil and gas industries. I urge you to
vote “no” on this bill.

Sadly, Sen. Frazer is bought and paid for by Big Oil as well as other members of the corporate management suite. ... Adept at obediently following the will of his corporate masters who not only own him, but line his bottomless pockets with lobbyist loot. The citizenry? Let 'em eat cake, right, Senator? Clearly, has absolutely no regard for those who do not line his bottomless pockets.
Bought and paid for. A determined disgrace. Will remain cluelessly so as long as you fools continue to return him to office. He's determinedly f--king you. Yet, you're too damned stupid to realize it. Won't do anything about it. Get what you so richly deserve. Why even bother? Why? Clearly a waste of time and effort. Has been for a lifetime. The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.
Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.
The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.
Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Charley Cass, Broker/Associate, Real Estate Auctioneer, Jesse James Real Estate. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.
-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.
Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity. On a rampage. Thus, you get what you truly deserve. Always. Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate. -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area. Ten years after originally intending to do so. Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.
This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.
... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.
The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem. No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked. It's time to stand up. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.
Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.
Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.
Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff. It is not. It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
