The battle has been joined. Nothing motivates this writer more than stonewalling, -- other than egregious injustice. The lack of transparency remains stunning. Speaks volumes. Begs the question what are they so desperate to hide? The following email, last of several, recently sent to the Chase corporate management suite, was conveniently, callously, cowardly ignored. Imagine that. Couldn't be, could it?

It's going to get ugly. Very ugly. Fully intend to expose these sons of bitches, all of them, for precisely whom and what they are. Criminal complaints are being prepared. Will be filed shortly against both my brother and his shyster with the out-of-state prosecutor and U.S. Attorney. Later, a complaint will be prepared and filed with the State Bar.

Mr. Agbana:

Can you explain how a Chase check from an account you claimed I was not a beneficiary to found its way to a Kearney Federal Savings account owned by my late father? Thought I'd give you and Chase one last chance to come clean as to what happened, how, and why. ... Before sending criminal complaints to both the Essex County Prosecutor and the U.S. Attorney.

The Prosecutor has ignored two previous complaints. -- May have been bought off, no? Regardless, have a lot more now than before and intend to refile with her. Since there appears to be bank fraud perpetrated by my brother and his shyster, this indeed becomes a matter for a U.S. Attorney.

There desperately needs to be a full audit of my father's estate for reasons already outlined in earlier correspondence. Since the beneficiary money appears to be so unsubstantial, there is also the possibility my brother and his shyster looted those funds as well. All the more reason to audit to see what went where and to whom.

Regardless, when and/or if this matter is settled, intend to publish every bit of material to date to expose my brother and his shyster to the light of day for precisely whom and what they are. Hope they sue. Will publish all discovery as well no matter the personal consequences.

If Chase has indeed broken no laws regarding this entire fiasco, it's time to come clean. Hard to believe that even possible for a bank that has paid billions to federal regulators. Then again, possibly ole Jaimie may have turned over a new leaf.

Then again, one would have to believe in the tooth fairy to think that, right, Mr Agbana? One final point. Why is it none of the principals involved in this fiasco can seem to get my name right? Aggressive stupidity?

For 16 years this publication continues to be dedicated to exposure of corruption, abuse, ineptness, malfeasance, whenever, wherever it occurs. Will continue no matter where, no matter how. Unfunded, however, this writer remains here for one reason and one reason only. Unfinished, unresolved out of state family business.

Finally received my father's death certificate from the Executor who is also a family member. -- Three years after my father's death. Prior to the last several weeks, all contact has been with my father's estate shyster. This shyster, and now the Executor, have stonewalled all requests for information regarding my father's care and treatment the last several years of his life.

An earlier written request by this writer for a welfare check of my father by his local police department was ignored. There has been no transparency. The shyster has repeatedly refused to release inheritance funds he claims supposedly belong to this writer. Has repeatedly provided false bank account information.

Recently received a PDF file sent by email by one of the banks involved. This bank official states in no uncertain terms this writer is not a beneficiary to this account. The Executor, again a family member, continues to falsely claim I am. Apparently, this bank official provided the Executor notice of my recent inquiry. This family member then made snail mail contact with this writer for the first time in nearly three years.

His recent three letters include the very same false bank account information as well as a continually changing re-write of history as well as that of reality. Truth, indeed, a moving target. Apparently, he remains increasingly desperate. A renewed complaint will be sent to the local prosecutor who has neglected to respond to the last two.

A complaint will also be sent to the U.S. Attorney since the shyster, my family member, and at least one of the banks appear to be in collusion and involved in bank fraud.

Complicating matters is the fact this family member suffers from severe emotional problems dating back decades. While completing my masters degree, a professor informed this writer my family member was under extreme stress and in danger of having a break down. My mother was so informed at the time. Nothing was done.

Both the shyster and this family member appear to have taken advantage of an old man. May have looted his estate. Both have been informed by this writer an audit needs to be conducted. Both are also quite aware upon resolution of this issue, this writer intends to expose both for whom and what they are in this publication. Also, a complaint will be filed against the shyster with his state bar.

3-4-15 Update

While libertyinperil.host-ed.me remains functional to anyone clicking on the website URL, the FTP server used to upload and update the site is not working properly. Normally, there are two ways to update. Either through FTP third-party software or through the Control Panel provided by host-ed.me.

Unfortunately, neither is allowing upload. The Control Panel URL does not work. Tor is indicating it's not secure. Should not be trusted. Nor is third-party software able to access and upload the host-ed.me FTP server. Host-ed is aware of the problem. Five open support tickets attest to this fact. We'll see what happens.

Things have worsened, however. The third party software used to access the FTP server now indicates the host-ed.me server certificate is unknown. Quite a security issue.

The three other Liberty In Peril websites are located on different servers, are properly working, and have been uploaded. The problem with the twomini site has been corrected. There are still other security problems with that site that have not been addressed by twomini, but don't effect readers in any way.

Would be nice, certainly far less work, to have just one site that is constantly up and running. Properly protected against any security issues. That doesn't seem possible. Exactly, why I do the best I can to always keep at least one site up and operational.

Hopefully, the problem will soon be corrected at host-ed.me and they'll finally improve security on their still non-functional FTP server. Precisely, why it's necessary to bookmark all Liberty In Peril websites so if one or more are down, you will have access to another.

Sadly, the two sites this publication has been having problems with recently have been the best in the past. The least troublesome. Unless things quickly improve, both sites may be jettisoned. ... Bookmark. -- So you always have access to at least one site. TC

Todd Jones of Buchanan Dam has again been beaten by Llano County's 'finest.' This time reportedly arrested for an alleged felony. Desperately needs legal counsel. Time to step up and offer this guy assistance. If these jackbooted bastards are not held accountable, this abuse will continue unabated. Right, Sheriff?

Is this the type of jackbooted fascist police-state we all wish to live in? This remains an out of control agency of thugs who need to be criminally investigated by an outside agency and reined in. Prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. They remain jackbooted terrorists. With a mandate to wantonly harass, beat, shake down, and in at least several instances in the last ten years or so, kill. They are and remain predators.

Subsequent to the above, Buchanan Dam resident Todd Jones provided this writer notarized copies of two affidavits of non-prosecution in cause/case numbers C15--098, unlawful restraint, and C15-099, assault by contact, for the two most recent charges involving Beverly Frasier. -- The latest of repeated charges apparently brought by Llano County's 'Finest' on behalf of this very same woman.

What's the game, Sheriff? Not the first time Frasier has backed off prosecution, right, Bill? Couldn't be she's a stooge, could it? Paid informant? Pressured? Bribed? Got something on her, Bill? Or, is she just nuts?

Interestingly, Jones showed me two Jackass-style police show videos regarding this latest fiasco featuring Llano County's 'Finest.' -- Same officers involved in earlier extremely abusive phony arrests on highly questionable charges you and the County Attorney continue to drag your feet on prosecuting. Why is that Sheriff? No evidence? -- Never stopped you jackbooted bastards from manufacturing fiction in the past, did it?

Why are your goons involved in production of police show 'entertainment' videos? To deliberately influence the jury pool? Deprive a defendant of civil and constitutional rights? Get their cookies off behaving like juvenile jackasses? Goddamned pathetic, Sheriff. Unbecoming. Best you have to offer? Why are taxpayers paying for officers who self-servingly star in phony trumped up videos not worth the cost of media used to generate them?

Both videos were of incredibly low quality. Heavily edited. Poorly produced. Rank amateurs. Involving little more than self-serving commentary by your goons on their merry way to 'legally' f--k an innocent man. Is this what now passes for witness testimony on the stand? Or, do they simply perjure themselves as I've seen them repeatedly do?

How did the 'production crew' get advanced warning to know when to roll? -- Conveniently coordinate matters with ole bought and paid for Bev? Once again, you and the Boys have pathetically disgraced yourselves. Have your goons no shame? ... Nor you? Nazi justice in Nazi Llano County. A raucous bootclicking, goosestepping, treasonous, traitorous, treacherous Sieg Heil!?

Further restriction in Internet access necessitates an urgent request for area businesses to finally courageously step up and donate use of a wireless router 24/7. In addition, being online for hours outside daily in the heat, cold, rain, wind, etc. has grown increasingly difficult and is taking its toll.

Businesses benefit from exposure of government malfeasance. How many of you have privately complained to me of being abused by government officials? All around this lake. Throughout this entire area. Looted by greedy tax appraisers and collectors, LCRA, building inspectors, etc.. Yet, you remain too greedy and/or cowardly to support this publication.

As those of you who have provided assistance know full well, I protect the identities of those who have provided assistance and/or information. Always have, always will. If you can't, won't support this publication, don't complain you're being screwed. Rings hollow. Find some backbone. If things don't change in this hell hole, many, many, many more of you I've known for many years will sadly, tragically lose your businesses.

It's time to wake up. Sadly, it's been each owner for himself, herself. You don't look out for one another. Don't help each other. Cooperation? What's that? Lip service. Don't hang together? You'll hang alone. With no water in the lake, law enforcement oppressing, shaking down, shamelessly looting the visitors who patronize your businesses?

Only a matter of time before even those of you hanging on likely will lose it all. That, which you've worked your entire lives for, gone. Ongoing Problems With Host-ed.me and Twomini.com Sites:

A sixth ticket has been submitted to Host-ed. ... All six open and unanswered. Still no FTP access necessary to update. The twomini site is again down. Don't know how long due to being offline four days myself. Both sites have been a royal ongoing pain in the ass. Within a few hours of contacting support, twomini was again up and fully operational. Senator Cornyn's office responded to an email recently sent him through Planned Parenthood from this publication regarding his introduction of an anti-abortion rider to a human trafficking bill before the Senate. The Senator clearly ignored the substance of the email which was the anti-abortion rider that had recently directly led to the stalling of the bill. No taxpayer dollars are involved so Hyde is out, irrelevant. The funds for abortions will come from convicts, not taxpayers. Not good enough for ole John, however.

The Senator remains determined to force his perverse ideological and religious views on not only his constituents, but also the victims of human trafficking. Clearly, the Senator and his ilk have no qualms forcing a sexually abused, assaulted, raped woman or girl to carry a fetus to term. Incredibly, sad.

Normally, I would not publish a goddamned stonewalled response from a government idiot. Not willingly give the hopelessly ignorant son of a bitch the time of day, any credence at all. Human trafficking is such an incredibly poignant pressing issue, however, exposure of the jackasses responsible for holding up desperately-needed legislation is not only justified, but necessary.

Due to restricted Internet access, the Senator's response was received too late to include in the last edition. Sorry. The Senator has perniciously allowed his perverse religious and ideological views and beliefs to not only interfere with his better judgment, but the care and support of human trafficking victims he purportedly claims so eloquently to allegedly support in the following message:

Dear Mr. Chorney:

Thank you for contacting me regarding the scourge of human trafficking. I appreciate having the benefit of your comments on this important issue.

Human trafficking is modern slavery with an underground economy that generates more than $30 billion worldwide each year. According to leading anti-trafficking groups, more than 25 million people around the world are victims of either labor trafficking or sex trafficking. Of these victims, approximately two million are children who have been trafficked in the global commercial sex trade. In the United States alone, there are as many as 100,000 victims of child sex trafficking, and the federal government has estimated that at least 25 percent of those victims are located in Texas. Human trafficking therefore remains one of the most fundamental human rights issues of our time—one which the United States must actively combat at the federal, state, and local levels.

During my time in the Senate, I have sponsored and supported numerous pieces of legislation to lead the battle against human trafficking. As you may know, on January 13, 2015, I introduced the Justice for Victims of Trafficking Act (S. 178). S. 178 would create a “Domestic Trafficking Victims’ Fund” within the Department of the Treasury, which the Attorney General could use to fund support programs for victims of human trafficking and child pornography. This fund would be deficit neutral and financed through fines on persons convicted of child pornography, human trafficking, child prostitution, sexual exploitation, and human smuggling offenses. This fund would increase the federal resources available for domestic human trafficking victim support by up to $30 million per year. This legislation would also give law enforcement new tools to investigate and prosecute organized criminal enterprises engaged in human trafficking. S. 178 passed the Senate Judiciary Committee on March 2, 2015, and is under consideration by the full Senate.

The Senator's disingenuous introduction of an anti-abortion rider despite the fact he knew no taxpayer funds were involved, gallingly negates the substance of his response. Clearly, this fascist bastard places ideology and religious views ahead of what's best for victims of human trafficking. Renders all his efforts to supposedly combat human trafficking not only highly questionable, but, in effect, null and void since the bill has been stalled due to his actions.

When will the public grow wise to these self-serving egregiously unfit sons of bitches in power? The purpose of this publication is to expose all this to the light of day. Well, well, well. Texas Sen. Ted "Screws Loose" Cruz has formally announced his bid for the presidency. Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no? First to do so in the GOP. Courtesy of social media at midnight, then during a carefully choreographed speech at 'Liberty' University. Readers are reminded this national socialist bastion of 'learning' was founded by the late Rev. Jerry Falwell and others.

Some ten thousand students were obliged to attend the speech. Not all, however, supported the Senator. Imagine that. Apparently, some prefer Rand Paul. Couldn't be, could it? Speaking of himself in the third person, the Senator eloquently opined:

"Imagine another teenage boy being raised in Houston hearing stories from his dad about prison and torture in Cuba, hearing stories about how fragile liberty is, beginning to study the United States Constitution, learning about the incredible protections we have in this country that protect the God-given liberty of every American."

While indeed eloquent, Mr. Cruz is clueless. Those "incredible protections" no longer exist. ... Right, Sheriff. Have been obliterated. By both political parties. Particularly, phony 'law and order' Republicans. After 9/11. Supposedly, in the interest of "national 'security.'" In reality, to consolidate Executive power on all levels of government. Create a fascist police-state. How?

The USA 'Patriot' Act, Homeland 'Security' Act, 'Real' ID Act, and many, many other statutes covered in great detail over the years in this publication. Still posted. We've lost our country. Our freedom. Liberty. Civil and constitutional rights and liberties. Cruz remains oblivious to this fact. Claims he's for liberty. How so?

Among a number of other issues to be discussed in this edition, remains determined to dictate to women what they can and cannot do with their uterus. Called, hypocrisy. 1984 double speak, Senator. You eloquently talk out both sides your national socialist ass, sir. Make it so incredibly easy to expose you for the hypocritical fascist piece of crap you truly are.

The Senator went on to opine:

"These are who we are as Americans. And yet, for so many Americans, the promise of America seems more and more distant. What is the promise of America? The idea that, the revolutionary idea that this country was founded upon, which is that our rights, they don't come from man. They come from God Almighty. [applause] "

Again, the Senator, egregiously ignoring the Bill of Rights, remains determined to rein in these rights. Deny them to women vis a vis a proscription on abortion. As well as to gays, lesbians, trans-genders. Remains opposed to homosexual marriage. Why, Senator? What skin is it off your ass, sir? Biblical? This country is determinedly not a theocracy. Why are you so desperate to raucously sh-t on The Establishment Clause, First Amendment? That is, freedom from religion?

Not all in this country believe as you do, Senator. Indeed, there are many religions. In some cases, none. Why are you so desperate to force your brand of Christianity on those who do not agree? Won't be bound by your perverse views of 'liberty?' ... Which seem to be the 'freedom' to do what you're told. -- What you fascist bastards on the Nazi Right dictate. Not going to happen, Senator. Are you that insanely desperate to foment, indeed trigger, an unwanted, dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon?

Further demonstrating aching abject cluelessness, the Senator further opined:

"And that the purpose of the constitution, as Thomas Jefferson put it, is to serve as chains to bind the mischief of government. [applause] The incredible opportunity of the American dream, what has enabled millions of people from all over the world to come to America with nothing and to achieve anything."

That's egregious, determined, convoluted bastardization of Jefferson, Senator. It's indeed "mischief of government" to put its nose where it doesn't belong. That is, in the uterus of women seeking an abortion. Or, the bedroom of those who are not heterosexual like most of us. It's called oppression, Senator. Heartless, prejudice. Un-Christian bigotry. Indeed, a human rights issue nazis like you simply don't understand. Can't grasp. Likely, never will. Christian? Hell, no. Goddamned Nazi.

Equally pointedly, the Senator doesn't understand the American Dream has already been destroyed by people like him, the elite, the top 1%, the corporate management suite, etc.. Golden Goose strangled. Despite his eloquent phony words, this fascist bastard continues to raucously sh-t on that Dream:

"And then the American exceptionalism that has made this nation a clarion voice for freedom in the world, a shining city on a hill. That's the promise of America. That's what makes this nation an indispensable nation. A unique nation in the history of the world."

More of the same haughty, nazi, psychotic bullsh-t that is sadly tragically killing our formerly great country. This outrageous Aryan arrogance, indeed phony nazi superiority represented by the words of the Senator, chillingly reminiscent of Hitler in the early 30s, is precisely why our country is so hated abroad. So clueless, he just doesn't get it. Never will. Lives in his own perverse world. Head determinedly lodged in a bodily orifice never seeing the light of day.

"I want to ask each of you to imagine, imagine millions of courageous conservatives all across America rising up together to say in unison "we demand our liberty." [applause]

"Today, roughly half of born again Christians aren't voting. They're staying home. Imagine instead millions of people of faith all across American coming out to the polls and voting our values. [applause] Today, millions of young people are worried about the future, worried about what the future will hold. Imagine millions of young people coming together and standing together saying "we will stand for liberty." [applause]"

This fascist son of a bitch wouldn't know liberty if it bit him hard on the ass. Again, sounds remarkably chillingly like early Adolf Hitler circa 1933. Should he be elected, do you wish to live in a full-fledged national socialist nazi state? With "Screws Loose" Cruz your nazi fuhrer? That your idea of freedom? Where the corporate management suite owns it all? Where government lackeys do the bidding of their corporate masters? This your idea of utopia? Freedom? Liberty? The American Way?

After rightfully taking a raucous hard dump on Obamacare during his speech, guess what? This disingenuous fascist son of a bitch hypocritically announced soon after the speech he and his wife would be applying for coverage. I'll be damned. Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no? ... Since his wife took a leave of absence from her corporate master, Goldman Sachs, they would no longer be eligible for company coverage. Breaks your heart, doesn't it?

Tough sh-t. Chew harder. This hypocritical son of a bitch could have paid the IRS penalty. Can well afford it. Could have stood up for what he supposedly believes in. Did not. Gutless. A coward. ... Who says the Senator and his wife are not in the top 1%? After all, he's a United States Senator and she an employee of a financially-portly Wall Street firm that successfully evaded any responsibility for the financial collapse a few years ago. Should Mr. Cruz indeed secure the Republican nomination it would certainly be manna from heaven to this publication. Endless, fodder. This guy and his views are so extreme, run so counter to what this country used to stand for, they are remarkably easy to carefully scrutinize, analyze, effectively criticize. Then, eviscerate.

At the same time, the Senator is extremely well-educated, eloquent, affable, remarkably populist. Many political analysts believe the Senator, like 'Justice' Antonin Scalia, is highly intellectual, his base ideological philosophy well thought out, highly developed. Couldn't disagree more. Have always taken enormous pleasure in figuratively ferociously kicking the sorry nazi ass of one of the worst U.S. Supreme Court justices of all time.

Indeed, the clueless fascist bastard makes it way too easy. His views, as those of any national socialist, are remarkably consistent from base assumptions right up to highest principles embraced and promulgated. Rip out base assumptions, expose egregious fallacies, the rest of it comes down like a house of cards.

Will certainly do the same vis a vis Mr. Cruz. His election as President would not only guaranty endless fodder the next year and a half before the election, but at least the following four years after that. ... Sadly, as we watch this formerly great country continue to deteriorate at the hands of Fuhrer "Screws Loose" Cruz.

Although clearly no endorsement, Sen. Rubio would be a far more stable, viable, electable, candidate. Has far more charisma than Cruz. Although extreme right wing, nowhere near as radical as Cruz. This will likely turn out to be a most interesting election. Should Hillary survive all those years of the Clinton legacy and its achingly ongoing negative effects, her email server problems, and the current continuing investigation by Republicans concerning the death of an ambassador, -- and still secures the nomination, all bets are off.

People are indeed tired of the Clinton and Bush dynasties. Should she win the nomination, wouldn't be surprised if any Republican beat her, -- including Cruz. Certainly will be an interesting next year and a half. Can only hope Cruz remains on course. Indeed, will have a field day exposing this national socialist for precisely whom and what he is.

In the fascist police-state that Cruz and his fellow national socialists have so desperately tried to implement since Reagan was crowned in 1980, a woman on death row 22 years in Nazi Arizona was freed. -- Despite best efforts of the state to keep her where she was. Debra Milke was falsely convicted for murdering her son. A case based on the work of a 'detective' who has a long, long history of misconduct.

Fox reports:

"An appeals court overturned Milke's conviction in 2013, ruling that prosecutors failed to disclose a detective's history of misconduct. Her conviction was based entirely on a confession Milke gave to the now-discredited detective, Armando Saldate."

Milke, according to comments after exoneration, never gave the 'detective' a confession. The bastard lied. Yet, another example of a system of 'justice' rotten to the core.

Bowing to his corporate masters, the President has decided to slow down troop withdrawal from Afghanistan. Why not? After all, cynically, corporate war profiteers make billions off the blood and suffering of the military and their families. There is no just reason to remain in Afghanistan. None at all. It's their problem. Not ours.

To claim "national 'security'" remains an issue is abject bullsh-t. Simply, untrue. The 9/11 catastrophe was directly due to the fact the State Department allowed the hijackers into this country without doing full background checks. Failed to heed repeated warnings by U.S. flight schools the terrorists indeed wished only to learn how to fly, not take off and land.

Yet, not one head rolled at State. No one prosecuted for dereliction of duty. No one. Instead, we, the citizenry, lost all civil and constitutional rights and liberties. A fascist police-state perniciously implemented. Nazi America. Yet, the President wishes to continue the ruse. Pathetic. Treacherous. Traitorous. Duplicitous. Insult to injury? An independent review panel claims the FBI continues to stonewall changes it was ordered and desperately needed to make since 9/11. Nothing ever seems to change.

Worse? We need to wake up and smell the coffee. Regarding Afghanistan, why would we continue to support a country that practices sick religion? A young Afghan woman was recently brutally murdered by a mob. Viciously beaten to death. Falsely accused of desecrating the Koran. The culture she lived in and endured, psychotically believes she got what she deserved. Why are we still there? Why?

Nation-building is impossible in a country that does not wish to be rebuilt. Continues to be fiercely resistant. Iraq remains proof positive. Afghanistan? Time to go. To remain is to enable systemic insanity. Afghan police initially did absolutely nothing after the murder. Only after outraged women protested was limited action taken by police since the culture continues to believe she got what she deserved. Goddamned pitiful.

The U.S. can't fix this. There is no way. Only Afghans can do this. Make it right. Clearly, sadly, there is no will to do so. Time to allow them to solve their problems. On their own. Instead of enabling deep-rooted systemic insanity. Our continued presence stunts desperately needed change, growth, progress.

Sadly, cynically, tragically, catastrophically, if Afghans are indeed too busy fighting and killing Taliban, maybe, just maybe they'll be too busy to kill innocent women falsely accused of desecrating the Koran. At least, fewer of them. Can only hope so. As Americans, we don't understand Afghan culture. Likely, never will. As in Iraq, we're clearly doing great, long-term damage. Rather than solving long-term seemingly intractable problems.

Unlike their predecessor, the new joint Afghan shared leadership says all the right things to our President and Congress. Everything the dolts in the Oval Office and Congress dearly want to hear. Desperately wishes the United States to solve their problems. After what, some 14, 15 years of this seemingly endless nonsense, have we learned nothing? Nothing at all?

Arizona Sen. John "Gas Pain" McCain has again proven he's been in office way too long. Achingly, incapable of knowing when it's time to go. Recently on CNN, Mr. McCain called out the President on Netanyahu, “Get over your temper tantrum, Mr. President.”

What a crock of sh-t, Senator. Where have you been, John? Out to lunch, sir? Israel remains out of control. Netanyahu is a war criminal. Needs to be prosecuted at the World Court. So do George "The Tush" Bush, "Slick Dick" Cheney, and all their goddamned henchmen.

Sadly, Senator, you disingenuously, hypocritically talk out both sides your ass. Wake up. The situation in Israel is unsustainable. Time to rein in financial and military support for a government that stole Palestinian territory in 1948, has continued to steal it since, wantonly kills, maims Palestinians. Treats them as slaves. Does not allow them to travel. Import goods. Denies them a state.

You remain out of touch, John. Time to go. You served your country gallantly during the Vietnam War. Endured six years of torture at the Hanoi Hilton. For that, you remain a hero. What you've done as U.S. Senator, however, remains not only highly questionable, but appalling. Find something else to do. No question, the war and the torture you endured have perniciously effected your judgment and ability to think clearly.

Subsequent to writing the above, Israel, responding to intense U.S. pressure, announced it will finally release Palestinian tax money it had collected and withheld in retaliation for Palestinians desperately attempting to establish a Palestinian State without Israel's blessing and/or permission.

Ferociously pointedly, why the hell do they need Israel's blessing and/or permission to establish a Palestinian State? Why? Who the hell is a war criminal occupier of their land since 1948 to dictate what they can and cannot do? Insult to injury? Our formerly great country continues to finance Israeli war crimes through looted taxpayer money. Galling. Despicable. Achingly, un-American. Nazi.

Obamacare has been in effect five years. Despite all the phony presidential hoopla the last few days, healthcare is increasingly costly. The Act has certainly failed to universally bring down costs. Personal information is not safe from hackers and other misuse. The personal mandate is in effect and remains an egregious attack on liberty.

The employer mandate is not in effect. Will not be for quite some time. When that finally kicks in, costs will likely skyrocket and employers will find ways to opt out or pay fines. Be interesting to see what happens when the goddamned government begins to tax so-called "Cadillac plans." Think it won't effect the middle class?

Premiums continue to rise in cost for most plans, regardless. Or extent of coverage, drops. Or, the insurance is not renewed. People have also been denied access to long-term healthcare providers they've had for years. A success? How? This is but a brief list of continuing problems with the Act. Contrary to what the Administration claims, the Act has not been a glowing success.

Far from it. The people know it. Precisely, why it remains as unpopular as it does. Wait until tax time this year. When subsidies are adjusted to actual income. And people are penalized. You meekly cowardly submissively tolerate this? No sympathy. You get what you truly deserve. You're stupid. Dependent. Compliant. Gutless. Hopelessly, so.

While information regarding the University of Virginia honors student Martese Johnson case remains sketchy, Johnson had no altercation with authorities at the club he attempted to enter. Was sober. Not intoxicated. Polite, according to the club. Had been allegedly denied access because he did not respond with the correct zip code when asked. Had recently moved.

Was reportedly assaulted by alcohol control agents further up the street shortly after leaving the club. Officers charged him with public intoxication and obstruction of justice. In the arrest affidavit claimed he was "agitated and belligerent." -- Sadly, standard language employed by jackbooted goons during such an arrest.

In Texas, these bastards don't have to give a blood or breath test in PI cases. Convicted solely on false testimony of the arresting jackbooted thug.

Sick religion? You decide. California Orange County lawyer Matthew Gregory McLaughlin filed a ballot proposal with the attorney general's office called the “Sodomite Suppression Act”. Part of the proposal reported by CNN reads:

“Seeing that it is better that offenders should die rather than that all of us should be killed by God’s just wrath against us for the folly of tolerating wickedness in our midst, the people of California wisely command, in the fear of God, that any person who willingly touches another person of the same gender for purposes of sexual gratification be put to death by bullets to the head or by any other convenient method.”

This is just the tip of the iceberg of this ballot proposal. What happened to our country?

U.S. Reps. Thomas Massie (R-KY) and Mark Pocan (D-WI) introduced extremely important legislation recently. The Surveillance State Repeal Act. Would repeal The USA 'Patriot' Act in its entirety, and The FISA Amendments Act of 2008. Thus rein in NSA warrantless spying on Americans. And many, many, many other abuses. Pennsylvania Police Officer Lisa Mearkle was recently charged with homicide in the killing of unarmed 59-year-old David Kassick. Shot him twice in the back face down on the ground. Video produced by the officer herself led to the charge. She was released from jail on $250,000 bail. Why? Why wasn't bail commensurate with what would have been charged had an officer been killed? Why special treatment for this law enforcement killer?
